That’s a headline from — where else? — The New York Times, Monday morning edition. The paper no longer prints news stories, it releases DNC talking points, such as this one referring to conspiracy theories, one of their faves. The catch, of course, is: when an organization, say, the Democratic Party, meddles in election vote tabulation, you have…what? A plan acted on by a group to do something unlawful. That would be… a conspiracy. They surely had the motive and, apparently, the means. You can play rhetorical games with the theory part, but then there’s the evidence trail, and how it comports with reality. The word theory, you see is not a synonym for a falsehood — as they pretend it is. Many theories are proven true.

An eerie silence oppressed the election news-space much of last week as Mr. Trump and his people seemed to lay low, Br’er Rabbit style, and a lot of folks wondered what was going on in that-there briar patch. Towards the weekend, Rudolf Giuliani methodically described some of the evidence at hand about janky ballot reporting, but that must have been too plodding for the Big Media gang. Then another Trump lawyer, Sidney Powell, came on Lou Dobbs’s Friday evening news show and some people started paying attention to some things she said, like, “I’m going to release the kraken” — referring to the largest and most feared sea monster in Old Norse mythology. Miz Powell, she means bidness. She went on, “We have staggering statistical evidence; we have staggering personal testimony… we’re beginning to collect evidence on the financial interest of the governors and secretaries of state who bought into the Dominion [vote tabulation] systems… President Trump won this election in a landslide, it is irrefutable… we are gonna go after it, and I am going to expose every one of them.”

Well, that might have put the fear of Gawd in some people. In case anyone in the back-of-the-class wasn’t paying attention, Miz Powell went back on the air Sunday morning with Maria Bartiromo and said, “We’re fixing to overturn the results of this election in multiple states… President Trump won not by hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose…. We have so much evidence I feel it’s coming in like a firehose.”

In case you missed it:

Is Ms. Powell bluffing? Why would she try, since the time left in this game is short and her only play is to show her cards? “I never say anything I can’t prove,” she declared.

Combine the software with crooked poll-workers and a pattern emerges: votes added and subtracted in a behind-the-scenes drag-and-drop operation, with bundles of paper write-in ballots trucked in desperately to support the fraud during the hours-long blackout periods late on election night when it became obvious that the Trump vote was more overwhelming than anticipated. The Dominion voting system appears to have been connected to the Internet despite election rules that it was not allowed to be. Affidavits indicate that USB ports on the machine, supposedly only for diagnostic purposes, were repeatedly fed thumb drives during the blackout hours.

The shady Dominion voting system company has US headquarters in Denver, but is based in Canada. Its voting systems are used in thirty US states including all the “swing” states. Dominion machines and software are implicated in the manipulation of elections in Venezuela and the Philippines. In 2009, Dominion entered into a partnering agreement with Smartmatic, a vote tabulation software add-on, whose chairman, Lord (Baron) Mark Malloch Brown, is former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds. Dominion formed a development partnership with the Canada-based DELIAN Project in 2014, with financial support from the Clinton Foundation. Both Dominion and Smartmatic have swapped ownership of Sequoia Voting Systems, the company implicated in Venezuelan ballot fraud.

Sidney Powell stated that these international relationships point to possible “foreign interference” in US elections, the very charge that the Democratic Party flogged into the three-year-long RussiaGate affair. At least, it raises the issue: why are US elections using voting machines and software affiliated with foreign countries?

In her weekend statements, Ms. Powell did not refer to the two CIA (or DIA?) election manipulation programs, #Hammer and #Scorecard, though she called explicitly for the firing of CIA chief Gina Haspel. Ms. Haspel, remember, was head of the CIA’s London desk when the US intel community was busy cooking up the Hillary Clinton-sponsored Steele dossier, assembled by former British MI-6 agent Christopher Steele. She also assisted in arrangements to entrap General Michael Flynn at a conference run by intel asset Stefan Halper, at Magdalene College (Cambridge, UK).

It’s a pretty rich gameboard out there and the clock is ticking. The possible outcomes are several: The state legislatures in disputed states could choose their own elector slates. In short order, the President’s lawyers will take their case to the US Supreme Court, which might invalidate the disputed states’ elections and send the contest into the House of Representatives a la the 1876 Hayes-Tilden election. The Department of Justice could level felony charges before December 8 at a long list of companies and persons involved in demonstrable ballot fraud. This could amount to decapitation of the Deep State. Would Mr. Barr dare? A lot of people doubt it. I’m sure readers can conjure up other possibilities.

In any case, a final victory for Joe Biden would hopelessly taint any administration he leads and would lead to much harsher resistance coming from the other side this time — while he is trying to govern during an economic calamity worse than the Great Depression of the 1930s. Maybe ex-CIA chief John Brennan never should have messed with General Mike Flynn. Just sayin’.

I believe that is why Oprah and the Clintons do so much charity work in Africa. Because they can hide the fact most of the money from their Foundations goes right in their pockets .

      • malthuss November 16, 2020 at 11:11 am #

Winfrey is already a billionaire [supposedly] so it may be so she looks nice to her fans.

      • Beryl of Oyl November 16, 2020 at 12:45 pm #

Notice Oprah starts a girls leadership academy in Africa (which is a good thing) but doesn’t bother to try to do a similar thing right in her hometown of Chicago?

When it inevitably failed she wouldn’t be able to blame white racists and would have to look deeper at the problem.

        • Tate November 16, 2020 at 1:15 pm #

But why wouldn’t she be able to blame white racists if it were in Chicago? If it’s in a U.S. city, then white supremacy would certainly be to blame according to all the best minds, including her own.

Juicy Smollett is proof that white supremacy is alive & well in Chicago (even if a couple African brothers had to make it work.)

        • Tate November 17, 2020 at 8:13 am #

Being a little sarcastic there. Let me try again.

          >>When it inevitably failed she wouldn’t be able to blame white racists and would have to look deeper at the problem.<<

“The Problem.” What is the problem? Well I have my own opinion about what the problem is, but it’s not welcome hereabouts so I’ll try to put the most benign face on it. Just guessing what your thinking. Yeah, I’m a mind-reader.

Here’s the problem. There’s a joke & I know it very well. A people so deeply mired in the stink of its own habit cannot seem to come up to our level but we can quickly come down to theirs. So we do for a cheap morality. Because although it took us five thousand years to reach the peak of our potential, it has only taken a few decades to reach the bottom.

Now we’re the ones who have to “look deeper at the problem.” Don’t count on Oprah to do it. She’d have to have one of those mirrors. And they don’t have ‘em. As usual, it’s us who have to solve “the problem.”

    • SW November 16, 2020 at 5:40 pm #

I looked it up and it certainly was interesting. You’d think that the very fact his son died of brain cancer would be motivation enough to donate all this money directly to a research center and skip the high salaries for executives, conventions and all the rest. Proving once again — greed has no conscience.

  2. shotho November 16, 2020 at 10:11 am #

the last line is the most telling since it would impact the administration of whoever might win: “. . . . worst economic calamity since the great depression . . . . ” . Might it not be wise to let the other side hold that bag?

    • thirdcoastlegend November 16, 2020 at 10:18 am #

      Hard to say.

Do we really want to give the other side the chance to make DC and PR states, raise tax rates to 90%, and force vaccinations at gunpoint?

      • abbybwood November 16, 2020 at 12:33 pm #

And try to eliminate the pesky Electoral College so New York and California will be the deciders forever?

If those two Senate races in Georgia stay Republican on Jan. 5th it should be enough to make Biden’s team (if Biden pulls off a coup) cool their jets on all their radical ideas.

But it appears the Democrats in Georgia are gearing up for Electoral war there, led by our favorite non-Governor, Stacy Abrams, who has STILL not conceded that race!

        • Ivehadenough November 20, 2020 at 9:53 am #

“But it appears the Democrats in Georgia are gearing up for Electoral war”. You mean reprogramming the Dominion voting machines I think. I’ll take odds that the 2 democrats both win by 99% of the vote tally.

          • longcipher November 22, 2020 at 6:44 am #

Why wouldn’t they have done that in the first place? Why did the Dems let Graham and McConnell win? Why did the Dems not program Dominion to give them a bigger margin in the House? And why have Americans lost the capacity to critically think? I can’t believe Kunstler believes this garbage. I hope he’s making a six-figure income off of you conspiracy nuts to besmirch his once-great reputation like this.

    • Pete November 16, 2020 at 10:37 am #

No. The people chose who they want to hold that bag, and it wasn’t Biden.

    • elysianfield November 16, 2020 at 11:16 am #

“Might it not be wise to let the other side hold that bag?”

      shotho,
Well, no. Consider that those in power will also have the ability to hold…your bag…if you know what I mean, and I suspect you do.

      • abbybwood November 16, 2020 at 12:44 pm #

With Susan Rice Secretary of Defense and Hillary as UN Ambassador and Bernie and AOC and the squad told to shut-up and go stand in the corner like good little Democrats, the US will be right back to Obama’s playbook with wars in Syria and Afghanistan ramping back up, getting in Putin’s face again.

There is a reason the Military Industrial Complex and major Pentagon lobbyists are on the Biden transition team. Because THEY plus Intel will be calling the shots.

      • shotho November 16, 2020 at 1:33 pm #

I think I do know what you mean, ouch. But, remember what happened in the last debt default in the 1930’s. The Republicans did not come back in power for 20 years. This time it might be worse if the dollar loses its reserve currency status.

    • Rulo Deschamps November 16, 2020 at 4:44 pm #

Shotho, JHK is right in principle… has always been… $ created out of pixels, inflation, deflation, etc. I have come to the conclusion, after the last 20 years, that “they” know something we don’t. Maybe the US has been, still is, may be for some years into the future, “too big to fail”? Maybe the global middle classes (Moscow to Rio to Delhi) have such a deep seated brand loyalty that they would not consider saving in anything other than US dollars. Thus absorbing billions in freshly minted dollars to promptly put them to sleep under mattresses. I know that’s what my folks do in the old country – and like Democrats whistling past the graveyard and not wanting to know anything about the mounting evidence of fraud, they – my folks, people I know – will not listen to me when I explain to them the madness of trusting the dollar. In their experience, greenbacks have ALWAYS been the best hedge against wobbly local currency and periodic financial crises. And will ALWAYS be. And that’s that. So the Fed is in possession of a form of sorcery than neither JHK nor me, indeed very, very few, understand. No-one argues resources are running out, reality will eventually make itself clear, populations are exploding… but “be left holding the bag of a Depression”… I’ve heard it before, I’ve believed it, still do, but maybe not tomorrow, or next year, or the next ten. Rome’s currency took a long, long time to debase. We are Rome.

      • SW November 16, 2020 at 6:02 pm #

When a large part of the population is poor, or very close to it, all it can afford is cheap stuff from China, frozen pizzas, cut-rate pharmacies, and flimsy clothing from India. I recently moved to a small town in north Texas and super Walmart, Big Lots and Dollar General have customers. And with few exceptions, these customers look pretty broke. It seems to me that with all the money flowing out of the country it’s only a matter of time before we lose our place as reserve currency if we have no real money or tangible assets to back it up. That’s what happened to Great Britain from what I understand.

      • SpeedyBB November 19, 2020 at 6:36 pm #

Rulo D. suggested “…Maybe the global middle classes (Moscow to Rio to Delhi) have such a deep seated brand loyalty that they would not consider saving in anything other than US dollars.”

Nail hit on head, at least as far as every Asian I’ve ever met and talked to: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, China and Vietnam, among a couple of more quick stopovers. The assumption is valid because no one now is old enough to remember Weimar or even the Third Reich (more or less bankrupt before 1940).

The idea that Uncle could go under, leaving all those well-connected big shots holding the bag, is simply too puzzling to accept for every one I’ve met. They still keep their abstract money in Vanuatu, Panama or another “recommended” bolt-hole.

So far so good. But I’ve never met any really wealthy person in Asia (and I’ve had nice talks with a few) who is truly able to grasp the seriousness of the global situation, or the fundamental crookedness of Washington and the Fed.

They just don’t get it. When it finally dawns it will of course be a big bright GAME OVER sign flashing.

    • Kim November 16, 2020 at 7:42 pm #

Tge team that is holding the bag is the team tbat gets to exploit the crisis.

That is why the crisis was created in the first place.

  3. Mountain gal November 16, 2020 at 10:11 am #

And meanwhile the NYT and its ilk paints Trump as being resistant to reality and standing in the way of a smooth transition. It also portrayed the demonstration in DC as small, violent and populated only by the likes of the Proud Boys, with pics only of obese motorcycle sorts. But I know people who were there and their reports and pics tell quite a different story.

But with the gullible public having swallowed MSM’s take on everything for 4 plus years now, why should we expect them now to wake up?

    • Ron Anselmo November 16, 2020 at 10:20 am #

Yes, sad to say, the last bastion of expression of free speech – and how it is portrayed – exists only in 3D anymore.

Anything you have say or write will be censored, and you have to see things with your own eyes in order to discount the narrative.

      • Rulo Deschamps November 16, 2020 at 5:02 pm #

Ron Anselmo, I’ve experienced “Anything you have say or write will be censored” and could not believe it. Not here. But here we are. Not only under surveillance, under a gag order too. Freedom of Speech is indeed under assault. A Biden admin will only make it worse. I hope JHK and other posters here are right in their optimism that the President has some good cards left to play. Well, “optimism”… I dunno about that. What is worse, being robbed or plunging into violent conflict? I honestly don’t know. I just want to farm, and raise a family, and have time to prepare for what’s coming in terms of unrest and uncertainty ahead. Anyone who dreams about settling the score with lead is a madman. Watches too much TV, or something. I grew up in a civil war. Then traveled the world and lived through a few more wars and mop up ops (Chiapas, Yugoslavia, Israel). Know this: you don’t want to be in a war. You don’t want to have to leave the farm and the wife with your shotgun and a backpack. You don’t want to live off the fat of the land for months, you don’t want the torture of not knowing if or when you’ll be back to home and family, not knowing if they’re still alive, if they are suffering while you can’t be there to protect them, you don’t want war. That’s the very, very, very last thing you want. And still it finds you sometimes. Rue the day it does. Take it seriously, for fuck’s sake. It’s not a game. I’m disgusted of comments like “well, if the ferals go apeshit when DJT is elected, it will be a fine chance to finally settle the score once and for all”. No, it will be a fine chance to enter the worst years of your life, no matter who’s right and who’s wrong. Ignorance.

        • Ron Anselmo November 17, 2020 at 12:07 am #

Rulo, I agree with much you’ve said, and it was all well-said. Thanks. Yes, I’ve said to more than a few, we’re at fault for watching things happen and saying, “It’ll never happen here”, and then as you say, here we are. Hardly a surprise – in my opinion. In 2007, I thought the US was going into the financial abyss, and unrest & uncertainty would follow. Wanting the things you mention – security, simplicity, farming & family, our family left for Belize. There was an additional reason for leaving. At the time, my family consisted of myself, my wife and two young boys, 3 & 4. In the event of dire civil unrest, I could not defend that family unit, so better to be off the beaten path. The family dynamics have now changed – three men and a woman – an easily defensible family unit now. Never desiring any type of war, I’ve never started anything in my life, but finished much – a counterpuncher, if you will. I’ve taught my sons the same lesson. A personal shortcoming, if some want to call it that, is that I don’t believe in measured responses. The Bible says, take an-eye-for-an-eye, but I don’t subscribe, so I’d not have the least reservation, taking ten-eyes-for-an-eye. A warrior – yes, a warmonger – no, but as you say, it finds you sometimes. On leaving family, if need be: For at least a generation after the War of 1812, everyone understood the sacrifice & common purpose of what must sometimes be done, because there was not a dinner table in the country without a chair, empty now or not, that wasn’t for a father, son, husband, brother or uncle that left home to fight for freedom & independence – we were reminded of it every evening. We’re not reminded nowadays of the sacrifices made & needed for our liberty. War? Yes, the very, very, very last thing we should want – but sometimes it does find us. Travel safe my friend, you’ve made it this far. BTW – liked the Immokalee post, having been born & raised in South Florida in simpler times.

Showing raw, uncut footage of how Trump is not a racist has become a new pastime of mine. What worries me is that, after such repeated cognitive smackdowns, some of the plebes still cling to their MSM-fed delusions.

      • Ron Anselmo November 16, 2020 at 11:17 am #

Yes, that’s the problem. The cognitive dissonance is staggering. As you say, they are delusional.

        “Trump is a racist!”

“How do you explain the fact that he’s achieved the lowest unemployment rate for blacks in history?”

        “Trump is a racist!”

    • hortonz November 17, 2020 at 2:39 pm #

The late, great Paddy Chayefsky couldn’t have done a better job of conjuring up a fire-breathing demagogue than the current POTUS. Let’s face facts. The mainstream media created candidate Trump by first giving him fawning coverage back in the 1980’s and then by giving him his own TV show when his business career went kaput under a mountain of bad debt caused by his own reckless behavior. Does anybody out there remember Trump Airlines, Trump University or the countless other business ventures that accomplished nothing except fleece investors and keep his name in the spotlight? The late, great Burt Reynolds put the failure of the USFL squarely on Trump’s shoulders after Trump ruthlessly pushed aside investors concerns and engaged in a failed attempt to compete with the NFL. Of course, Biden has his own mountain of problems, which are going to make his own presidency a nightmare for the country. It’s clear to even the most casual observer that Biden has a problem with personal boundaries and is every bit the grifter and con artist that Trump is. But he is the legitimate winner of the election and has every right to assume the mantle of presidency come January.

      • Ron Anselmo November 17, 2020 at 11:22 pm #

        Legitimate? Really? Surely you jest.

        • hortonz November 18, 2020 at 12:44 am #

Have the Trump voters given up their ability to think critically because of their hatred of Biden? Trump was and is an embarrassment to the Office of President and future historians will find plenty of evidence to damn his presidency. I admit that Joe Biden was a weak candidate and probably not the solution to America’s problems, but unless you’ve been living underground for the last four years the intertwined crisis facing the nation would have destroyed the presidency of better leaders. The coronavirus pandemic, economic collapse and a climate emergency conspired to make Trump a one term candidate. Like Matt Taibbi wrote prophetically in 2016, Trump’s belligerent vulgarity and defiant lack of introspection made him the perfect foil for the neglect and decay in a corrupt political process.

          • Ron Anselmo November 18, 2020 at 4:25 pm #

You’re delusional or Trump has somehow hurt your feelings – hopefully the latter, feelings heal over time, delusion, not so much.

Trump voters don’t hate Biden, he’s a joke – no threat – ready for his chocolate pudding & a nap. Trump voters just don’t like Marxism, for reasons that are obviously foreign to you.

Trump is the last man standing between American sovereignty and the globalists. Americans like their nearly extinct, rapidly disappearing, freedom & liberty. Can you blame them?

hortonz – “The coronavirus pandemic, economic collapse and a climate emergency conspired to make Trump a one term candidate.” Gotcha’! You even admit it, a conspiracy theory! You’re a conspiracy theorist! How does that feel?

We can agree on this – Matt Taibbi is one of the last investigative journalists, and I highly respect him also. He’s right, Trump is belligerent, vulgar & defiant, but I refer you to paragraph three above.

It is shocking to understand that half of the Internet says today the moon landing has been staged.

People cannot overestimate how Technology is energy/time-intensive.

Humans hugely underestimate how writing software systems is demanding.

Faking software will always be more energy-affordable than writing non-faked.

Faking reality will always be more energy-affordable than living natural reality [a video depicting a rocket taking off to the moon is more energy-affordable than really going to the moon].

“No energy system can produce sum useful energy in excess of the total energy put into constructing it.

This universal truth applies to all energy systems“.

Faking reality is a sign of severe Energy resource depletion, or why one would fake a system if all the Energy needed to build it non-faked – still available?!

      Wail.

    Is Barr AWOL?

    • bluekayak November 16, 2020 at 10:29 am #

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, expect NOTHING from Barr — the man is a swamp thing. Don’t forget, he is reprising the job he first held in Bush the Elder’s cabinet. And no prez before or since was more the consummate OSS/CIA/Skull ‘n’ Bones insider than old pappy “New World Order” Bush.

      • hmuller November 16, 2020 at 12:13 pm #

For a time Trump was associated with WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). Sometimes I wonder if what we are watching is equally genuine, regardless of who eventually wins this election.

AG Barr is like that referee who’s back is turned when all the dirty tricks get pulled. The crowd screams at him to turn around and look. By the time he does the deed is done. The metal folding chair used for head pummeling once more hidden under the ring. The ref saw nothing. We explode in anger over such blind stupidity.

But it’s all part of the act.

Sessions, Whitaker, Barr, Huber, Durham – attorney generals and special prosecutors – no arrests to show but a couple bit players. Oh there was Jeffrey Epstein in that “the dog ate my homework; it’s all gone now” moment. Suicide? Anyone buy that? Epstein had Republican as well as Democrat guests on his island. No one in power wanted him to sing like a canary.

Don’t confuse talk of swamp drainage with action. Why would he leave his swamp creature enemies in charge of the FBI and CIA? He would have cleaned out the criminal deep state with Marines and martial law if he really wanted to save this country. The evidence suggests we who value America and freedom have been played by Trump.

He’d be assassinated if he tried anything that radical. There are unspoken rules. He has walked the line. If he invokes the insurrection act, that would be enough. He can’t do everything. Anything beyond saving the Republic will have to be left up to others.

            Yohannon,

Prez ManBaby clearly understands when not to cheat or lie to power. I have always borne in mind how he likely had to deal with our colorful Sicilian brethren before opening his doomed casino in New Jersey. That he was able to walk out of the room under his own power is ample evidence that he is not so reckless (unlike the Kennedys, for instance – using the Mafia to win W. Virginia and then double-crossing them).

MY son of a bitch, though.

Something very disappointing to me about Mr. Barr, and I had my doubts and never expected much from him in the first place- the way he’s allowing Andrew Cuomo and his health department head to stall the release of information on the deaths of thousands of people in New York’s nursing home.

First Andrew decreed not until after the election, even though Andrew was not up for reelection, and the health director is not elected.
Then November 5th came, and the date for compliance is now sometime in January?

If you or I were under investigation for having a hand in a massive number of deaths, would we be allowed to decline to cooperate until we were good and ready? Those are FOIL-able records.

“We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

    Joe Biden

Why would one bother to create an “inclusive” voter fraud organization? Because they’re motivated by “Social Justice”?!

The other night at the dinner table one of the kids said that a girl in his class delivered a report insisting that WalMart is “Sexist” because WalMart on average pays its female employees less than its male employees. I then interjected: “You do realize that WalMart pays its employees Nothing?”

The kids are now so brain fucked that they think that in order to realize the big Utopia that all of the slaves on the Communist plantation must be treated exactly the same. In other words, everyone, except the Elite, must be treated like shit.

    • Ron Anselmo November 16, 2020 at 11:25 am #

They are also being sold the myth that $15/hour is “a living wage”. Ask your kids what they consider a living wage, and I’ll bet that is their answer. I had to explain to mine that $15/hour is $ 600/week or $ 31,200/year before taxes, and that assumes they get a “40-hour week”. Yea, a living wage alright, in the coming new USA, if they have their way.

Walmart pays as low wages as possible. If they could get the male employees they need (to do heavy work) at the same cost as females, they would certainly do so. Then there would be no wage disparity.

Of course, there’s no point trying to explain basic economics to young people. 20 years of public school and they’re only fit for pizza delivery.

Of one thing I am sure: if the election results are corrected and Trump gains a second term, there will be a second civil war in this country.

The Democrat party, and especially the progressive wing, is thrilled at *winning* the race, an outcome with proves they are as righteous as they think they are…

And they will not countenance having that belief crushed by the truth. They will hit the streets with vehemence and violence and destroy the cities in their wrath.

    • Pete November 16, 2020 at 10:42 am #

Of this I’m sure. The second civil war is already in progress, and has been these past four years.

No rational human being would conclude the pogrom against Trump has been a series of unrelated events.

      • tresho November 16, 2020 at 5:22 pm #

Oh, please. Read a little history. The 2nd Civil War formally ended April 1865, but continued for many years after that by the KKK and southern state legislatures, among other miscreants. The 1st Civil War ended when the new USA achieved its independence circa 1781, expropriated the property of the Loyalists, and threw them out of the new country of the USA. USA / GB peace treaty after that included reparations paid by the USA to the loyalists for what was stolen from them. Sequential numbering aside, I agree a new civil conflict has already started in the USA.

They don’t need to take your guns.
Not when they can yank-off your security blanket.

            They won’t risk it.

        • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 11:58 am #

We would have gone out in the streets against them and gone at it toe to toe, mano a mano – just as we did in old Germany. And we would have defeated them again in the same way. But we could not face them and a powerful centralized government on their side. That’s the difference. Weimar was weak.

So I assume if Trump wins, he will invoke the Insurrection Act and crush them. If the military refuses to move or fractures, then it’s game on in the worst possible way. Bosnia time Rwanda.

uni, there are schools of thought on that, the belief is that they didn’t care that the cheating was uncovered; if it worked fine, if not they could go to Plan B and just put it out there that Joe Biden did in fact win.
We all just saw the MSM do just that preposterously early, when we knew for fact that no such thing had occurred, that neither man was or could have been declared the winner.

The part that disturbs me most at this point I think, is that so many people whom I know for fact know better, are playing along with the charade that Trump lost.

My explanation for the blatancy of the fraud is that this is what always happens in collective fantasies. They simply do not think straight and fail to consider the consequences. As I keep saying, moral panics best illustrate the fantasy because in them the insanity is undiluted. Very often the claims are so absurd, so impossible, that when they finally get to court they realize, only then, that the accusations are full of holes and often replace them with a fresh set of allegations. Look at the wretched virus: they are just making it up as they go along, contradicting themselves at every turn.

        How?

        Who would k1ll whom?

Who are the physical humans who are the enemies of the people?

Every politician at every level of government?

Every mid-to-senior executive at every major coorporation?

        All journalists?

Any executive or professional residing in Washington DC?

That would do the job. No need for everyday people to shoot at each other.

The best targets are mayors, councillors, party reps, editors, beat journalists, senior law enfircement, liberal judges and lawyers, members of congress, governors, advertising executives and account managers, hollywood actors, producers, directors, middle and senior level “civil servants”,…

Get the planners and order givers…those maggots who live off the dying carcass…

The enemies are not disposed or ranged against each other horizontally on a battlefield. The war is vertical. All firing is best done upwards at the politicians and propagandists.

Because this Civil War has already been in progress for years, and is a war from the top down.

      • Kim November 16, 2020 at 8:30 pm #

And of course, how could I forget, university administrators and faculty, especially in the arts and “social sciences”.

I am not urging or encouraging anything, of course. I am just observing, from a theoretical viewpoint, that anyone who rationally wanted the “war” to be over fast would ask himself or herself:

“Am I contemplating firing on someone? Am I firing on the right person?”

The optimal targets are all upstream, up the hierarchy.

The adavntage of this strategy is that not only are there many fewer targets upstream but at the same time they are still far too many to all be hardened or protected. And the system would miss them if they all gave up or abandoned their posts. They are chokepoints that all of the orders pass through. They hold jobs that no one should dare to take on.

They drive into their driveways. Their houses burn. They have families. They can learn lessons if taught in memorable ways.

The best plan is always to take it to them. Committed and rational people would not wait until the system sent its lowest servants to get them. The system will always ony send the dumbest, most unimportant, most expendable people to enforce their orders.

And to resist just one group of goons is not effective or efficient as that deals with just one set of problems at a time.

Rational resisters would aim higher. They would aim at the order givers and order distributors. They would make the system too dangerous to serve. There are no heroes among the executive servants of the system. You can be sure of that.

Fanny Efimovna Kaplan (February 10, 1890 – September 3, 1918) was a Russian-Jewish woman, Socialist-Revolutionary, and early Soviet dissident who was convicted of attempting to assassinate Vladimir Lenin and executed by the Cheka in 1918.

As a member of the Socialist Revolutionary Party (SRs), Kaplan viewed Lenin as a “traitor to the revolution” when the Bolsheviks enacted one-party rule and banned her party.

On August 30, 1918, she approached Lenin as he was leaving a Moscow factory, and fired three shots, badly injuring him. Interrogated by the Cheka, she refused to name any accomplices, and was executed.

The Kaplan attempt and the Moisei Uritsky assassination provoked the Soviet government to officially reinstate the death penalty, which had previously been abolished under the Provisional Government in March 1917.

Leonid Kannegisser March 1896 – October 1918) was a Russian poet and military cadet, known for assassinating Moisei Uritsky, chief of the Cheka in the Petrograd Soviet, on 17 August 1918.

The only option really is to let it play out in courts and wait and see who will be vindicated.

    Yet I read:
“President Trump won not by hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes”
and have to think: that person is deeply deluded. This is not a good sign for whatever legal challenges she has.

Same with electoral software theories. We’re getting into connect the dots, do your own thinking territory… Grasping at straws, at anything to keep the dream alive.

Are 5 million votes enough to correct this situation in favor of the red sates and Trump?
          I’d say so.

Dems got too desperate when they saw the enormous number of votes Trump was getting.

In previous cheating schemes they never had to approach the overwhelming number needed to steal an election.

Their recent need far exceeded their criminal expertise. So
their crimes are now too obvious due to the sheer volume of votes fabricated.

Well said. They accomplished a great task. But accomplishing and hiding at the same time was beyond them – or probably anybody. The organization had to be minimal to get away with it, and that lead to mistakes. Plausible deniability is their strength now, that and a complicit judiciary.

Hello. I have been lurking for quite awhile now, unable to log in, and was finally able to do a password reset this morning and creating/using a different username.

I read https://www.peakprosperity.com (and other sites too) daily, and yesterday I read comment #45 titled “Gathering links & evidence of election fraud” from the topic thread of the same name.

            https://wwwpeakprosperity.com/forum-topic/gathering-links-evidence-of-election-fraud/page/5/

The only thing from that comment was a link to an article, “BOMBSHELL: The 2020 election took place under a Trump-declared “National Emergency” that set an Election Day trap for the “unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure”

            https://www.distributednews.com/474016.html

Wow… What a doozy…. Could be the trap that folks have been commenting on, why Brennan seems to be coming unglued, maybe why Esper was fired and replaced, why some Democrats seem to be been freaking out even more lately…

I have pasted 3 sections from the article:

“This story begins with the little-known executive order signed into existence on September 12, 2018, by President Donald J. Trump. That order, available at Whitehouse.gov, is entitled, “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed, President Trump declares a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what’s coming next.”

            And,

“Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) says the US military just raided the server farm of Scytl in Spain

Lest you think this is all speculation and rumor, we now get to the part where the rubber meets the road. According to a video interview with Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) which aired earlier today, the US military has just conducted a raid on the server farm of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain. The Gateway Pundit, which has been at the forefront of much of the bombshell reporting of the election rigging conspiracy that took place on November 3rd, reached out to its sources to confirm the military operations in Europe, as related to gathering evidence of election theft. Here’s what TGP just reported: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server. The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way. By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation. Here’s the interview with Rep. Gohmert, now on Brighteon.com, just in case YouTube tries to memory hole this video:”

            Last, but not least:

“RECOUNTS no longer matter; the certification of votes is now irrelevant

The action plan to achieve all this is under way as you read this. Team Trump already has the full transaction logs of Dominion Voting Systems election alterations, and with raids taking place in Europe, more evidence of foreign interference is being secured. Importantly, this enormous cache of vote fraud evidence will be more than sufficient for President Trump to present this evidence to the American people, then declare an illegal insurrection attempt against the United States of America while deploying US Marshals or military police to arrest the treasonous actors in the United States who attempted to carry out this elaborate criminal fraud. No wonder John Brennan appears to be crapping himself every time he appears on live television. Once Trump’s plan is fully activated, people like Brennan will need a lifetime supply of Depends. Once all the evidence is compiled and presented, President Trump merely needs to declare the entire election to be null and void as an artifact of a failed foreign coup attempt against the United States, aided by treasonous operators inside the Democrat party and certain dark corners of the intelligence community (CIA, FBI, etc.). As an immutable legal principle, any party that engages in a social contract (such as an election) and then cheats to try to unfairly “win” that contract, is disqualified by default. You cannot win an election by stealing it. There is overwhelming legal precedent for this in court decisions from both SCOTUS and Federal district courts. The recounts are irrelevant. The “certification” of the fraudulent votes is just theater. None of that matters once the overwhelming fraudulent nature of the entire operation is documented and revealed to all.”

            Linda

“President Trump won not by hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes”
and have to think: that person is deeply deluded. This is not a good sign for whatever legal challenges she has.”

Indeed. How convenient that they are now talking of millions of votes given that Biden apparently won by at least 5.5 million votes. Of course, to know the precise number of fraudulent votes, Ms Powell must have deep knowledge of the frauds and deep knowledge of the votes counted. This is not likely, so we can take it that Ms Powell has little or no evidence of fraud, otherwise she wouldn’t be trying to be so precise with the numbers. If she has evidence, then the most she could say is that there was some fraudulent voting and that we should try to determine the exact amount and whether a new election should be called.

Here is one guy’s take on Trump’s defeat.

      https://www.takimag.com/article/the-failer-strategy-part-ii-sooper-sleuths-and-great-men/

“Sleuthing, on the other hand, is all about saying, “What’s right in front of me is not enough. I wanna play superspy. I wanna let my imagination run wild in conspiratorial fantasyland. I wanna boost my self-esteem by pretending to see things you mere mortals cannot see.” I’m talking about QAnon, I’m talking about “Pizzagate,” I’m talking about the past four years of ridiculous theorizing about all the secret schemes Trump was hatching to “indict the swamp” and “lock everyone up.” How every supposed loss, every setback Trump suffered along the way was just him luring his foes into the briar patch to turn the tables on them in an elaborate sting.”

Hmmm. He’s not describing Mr. Kunstler’s recent columns, now, is he?

As of late I no longer wring my hands because of an outcome undecided. I have been relieved of all that anxiety because I have decided that, if Sleepy Joe is a “go,” then I will no longer live in the U.S. per se anymore than the original colonists were really subjects of the Corona (Crown in Latin). I will actively aid and abet any and all effort to take down that administration. I empower myself with a similar Declaration of Independence as the original. I (we) hereby declare said independence and it is not up to anyone to “grant” it to us. Fuck everyone of them!

      • Night Owl November 16, 2020 at 1:27 pm #

It is also a very American phenomenon. In Europe, there is labeling, but I have found that most people will still talk to you to find out what you actually think.

In the US, as soon as you label yourself or get labelled, talking is often a waste of time.

There is a reason most of America still doesn’t understand Trump’s political background or what he is all about. Even many of his supporters think he is a Republican.

      • LagingRunatic November 17, 2020 at 10:57 am #

        Overheard recent conversation between professors:

        – a student had Soviet flag on the wall in view of online classmates

        – another student asked how that Soviet flag was any different from a Confederate flag, in terms of its offensiveness

        – teacher was incredulous that someone would make that comparison, because duh, the Confederate flag was inherently offensive and the Soviet flag A-OK

This is the state of US higher ed, folks. Not just labeling, but labeling without any substantial understanding of, well, anything. Offensiveness being seen as an inherent quality of material things, rather than a value judgment rooted in a particular perspective, for example. Seeing the Soviet Union as misunderstood and under-appreciated for its good intentions, as another.

Your mention of Wikipedia prompted me to go back and look up the latest JHK entry. The “far right” description must be relatively recent. The original Wikipedia material just refers to the New Urbanism and critique of the petro-based economy, with some allusions to excessive gloominess. The current revised Wiki article is a much better guide to the current state of JHK.
It is a familiar journey, from 60/70s baby boomer, vaguely lefty, libertarian, thespian journalist hipster to general skepticism of the economic-political establishment, to crunchy conservative, to not-so-crunchy reactionary.
JHK has almost become one of the Lumpen-proletariats he used to scoff at, except without the tattoos and neck-beard. Maybe it’s a version of the Stockholm syndrome. You might become what you fear and despise.

It is pretty clear that there will be no overturning of Biden’s apparent election using the collections of votes admitted so far. Miz Powell’s allegations of massive criminal misconduct provide the only remaining hope for Trump. But if the only way to bring any evidence to light is via corrupt courts in battleground states and then appeals of their decisions, then the clock runs out first. It is going to be a fun three weeks while states resolve their controversies.

Jim is correct that Powell’s only play is to lay her cards on the table.

Powell’s claims are crazy. Nothing will ever come out of them because they lack substance and proof. Yes, there are some bizzare statistical election anomalies, like unbelievably high voter turnout in some hard-fought precincts, Benford law inconsistences elsewhere, or suspicous shifts in the voter preference in counts delivered after Nov.3. I simply do not have confidence in the current system to deliver the a convincing election verdict. But obviously, the courts would need more than just theoretical assumptions, and the other claims Powell makes are such outlandish bluster that I have a hard time imagining a judge that would not be annoyed by them.

    • benr November 16, 2020 at 11:40 am #

What measure of proof do you think is required?
Simply because you have been told one way or the other is not enough.
The legal requirements need to be met.

Given that the hard proof for her claims resides with her legal team for use in court, I would be interested to know how you would know what hard evidence she has.

As a former federal prosecutor, I am sure she is quite aware of when she should or should not make statements like the ones mentioned. And given that she has claimed they are going to prove fraud in several states, I would say you are fucked.

You are, ofc, a troll, but abusing trolls is fun.

      • Soloview November 16, 2020 at 5:05 pm #

I would be “fucked”, as you charmingly suggest, if it was “given” Powell actually proved her allegations in court. But she has not proven them yet, and will not prove them because they are a ridiculous hyperbole to rile up people who are not that smart. So, by all means, keep whistling dixie out of your ass!

    • Kim November 16, 2020 at 9:07 pm #

      @Soloview

“But obviously, the courts would need more than just theoretical assumptions, ”

      1. What about DNA? That is entirely probability-based but is widely regarded as the most compelling of all evidence.

      2. Courts have previously admitted evidence in cases involving elections and statistical probabilities.

      3. Most importantly, the entire judicial system criminal and civil, of teh Western world recognizes that its system is probabilistic in the following familiar, probability-based wordings:

      – beyond reasonable doubt

      – according to the preponderance of evidence [these electoral asses are being adjudged at this standard]

      – on the balance of probabilities

NOTE AGAIN: THESE ARE ALL STATISTICAL CLAIMS!

      Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

The standard that must be met by the prosecution’s evidence in a criminal prosecution: that no other logical explanation can be derived from the facts except that the defendant committed the crime, thereby overcoming the presumption that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

      A preponderance of the evidence

A preponderance of the evidence simply means that one side has more evidence in its favor than the other, even by the smallest degree.

      Clear and convincing proof

Clear and convincing proof is evidence that establishes a high probability that the fact sought to be proved is true.

JHK has been long predicting hammer drops from Barr, Durham and now, Powell and Co. Sadly, to date we’ve witnessed lots of anticipation devolve into disappointment.

Who can explain it? JHK presents the argument well and believably and if correct, time is short and of the essence.

Questions will fascinate biographers of this ordeal:

Why did Trump wait until now to fire Esper? Why isn’t Haspel gone yesterday? Why have not certain document declassifications long expected still not happened? Why did Trump appoint enemy after enemy to key positions in his administration?

I hope this time JHK is proven correct and Powell unleashes the “kraken’. But I’m not holding my breath.

    • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 12:21 pm #

Trump has been wildly illogical, though it makes sense from his pov. He loves winners, so he appoints the biggest swamp creatures and orders them to drain the swamp. Naturally they loathe him and seek to subvert his plans.

Why does he wait? Good question. Maybe he doesn’t know who to replace them with? Or terrible optics?

Lawsuits that tried to disrupt Biden’s wins in four states are withdrawn

Voters in four states who had brought longshot lawsuits to disrupt President-elect Joe Biden’s win and went nowhere in court have dropped their cases Monday morning.

The cases were short-lived in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania federal courts, and fed into a pro-Trump legal strategy that’s almost certain to fail to block Biden’s presidential win before the Electoral College formalized it.

The suits mirrored one another and were all backed by the law firm of a nationally known conservative attorney, James Bopp Jr. In Michigan and Pennsylvania, the cases had also gone hand in hand with ones brought by the Trump campaign.

Powell claims that Flynn didn’t remember making four or five calls to Kislyak from the Dominican Republic after Trump’s election, yet the summary falsely said Flynn remembered the calls.

Why is it that allegations about voting machine irregularities only seem to arise after an election, not before?

If these problems are as rife as is alleged by those who are unhappy with the results of a particular election, why isn’t something done between elections to rectify the problem once and for all?

In a country where “of, by, and for the people . . . ” is as basic a part of the national catechism as Beer and Bar-b-que, why not simply unplug those G.D. machines and haul them back to Canada in horse-drawn covered wagons?

“Dominion” in the name of those machines should have been a tip-off for me. Canada ceased being a ‘dominion’ of Great Britain in 1982 when the government of the day finally got around to patriating its constitution. After 1982, the word ‘dominion’ stopped turning up in the names of organizations, corporations and other legal entities.

Another tip-off. To the best of my knowledge NO voting machines, Canadian or otherwise, are used in Canadian national elections. Instead, after the last voter after the closing of each poll votes, the doors are closed, each ballot box is unlocked, the the ballots are counted by volunteer scrutineers representing each of the competing political parties, then stacked in neat piles of 10. Chinese-made rubber bands are then used to wrap these piles of 10 for ease of counting. Agreement by consensus seems to drive the process. If one scrutineer takes issue with a particular ballot, counting stops while all scrutineers have a look at it. Counting resumes when consensus is achieved when all scrutineers agree whether the ballot being considered is valid or ‘spoiled’.

In a country where government “of, by and for the people” is the professed democratic goal, why not include ballot counting, tabulation and reporting as part of the exercise as well?

I guess that don’t make no sense, no how. How in the world would anyone make money offa that?

    • 100th Avatar November 16, 2020 at 12:42 pm #

      ?

As soon as Trump started grumbling about machines, mail-in ballots, etc., the Democrats + Romney, and the infotainment and social media sectors all started with their “he will not step aside” “he will not allow for fair elections” “he will jeopardize people in a pandemic” “he is making excuse for his imminent loss” scripts.

        “?” back achya.

100th Avatar, what you’re mainly talking about above is pixel-stuff; it’s not even real. I figured this out back in the OJ days when my work buddy would greet me in the coffee-shop every morning not with a simple ‘Good-morning’, but with a new greeting:

        “What’s new with OJ?”

After about a month of this, which I tolerated at first, (because I’m one of those insufferably polite Canadians), I snapped: “FUCK, DAVE! STOP WITH THIS ‘o.j.’ SHIT! CAN’T YOU SEE THAT IT’S NOT EVEN REAL?! IT”S NO DIFFERENT THAN “GILLIGAN’S ISLAND” or “GREEN ACRES”! IT’S ALL BULLSHIT!

I don’t know exactly what year it was, probably 1994/’95 which would mean that I’d already quit smoking for only 5 or 6 years. I thought I’d overcome my addiction to cigarettes by then, but I SURE FELT LIKE SMOKING ONE that day! Now only 32 years’, 2 months and 24 days since quitting cigarettes and television news coverage for good, I’ve learned only 2 things: 1) Anyone can quit smoking as long as they realize the first 30 years are hardest; and 2) TV news is BULLSHIT, whoever makes it up.

I want to bring it to everyone’s attention that Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse has been de-platformed.
I hope something similar does not happen to this site.
An honest election and extreme efforts to stifle dissent do not go hand in hand anywhere in the world, or in history.

Another issue for which no dissent is allowed, the scamdemic.
Elon Musk inadvertently blew the testing fraud out of the water, but the media is making sure that no one understands what just happened.

Here is some commentary by the Market Ticker guy, who is IMO the go-to person for the scamdemic fraud explanations.

He has a way with words:

But then yesterday Elon Musk showed up. He wants to be in the NASA control room, a very reasonable desire, when his Dragon capsule is launched with real people in it. NASA requires a negative Covid test to be there. That seems somewhat reasonable too; this is a high-security area and the people in there are very important to NASA, so if they want a swab up your nose, well, here it comes.

He popped positive. No soup for you, sir, says NASA!

Except…. Musk is richer than God and he also doesn’t give a **** about shoving government bull**** right up their ass. So he demanded a re-test, right there, right now. I assume he offered to pay for it too; the privilege of not caring about money helps in a situation like this, you see.

And, because he’s not stupid and, as I said, he’s perfectly happy to shove bull**** up their ass, he didn’t just do this once.

He did it three more times. All on the same day, same nurse, in sequence.

He got two positive and two negative results.

Now Musk is either positive or negative, obviously. But whichever way it is he just dropped a nuclear weapon in the middle of the Covid19 testing industry and blew it to beyond the orbit of Mars. Exactly nobody in the media is reporting that, but that’s what he did — conclusively.

Yes, we have no idea what this test is finding – if anything. The body is always full of viruses. Some go beyond that and say that the test is finding something that is part of our dna to begin with.

There a lot we don’t know. And some smart unscrupulous people are using this deficit to enslave us and enrich themselves in the process.

It means that, unless you are observed, you are not in a definite state. You are the probability weighted set of all possibilities but nothing concrete in particular.

Only when observed do you condense into a well defined (random) realization. This is hard to grasp but it seems that the latest generation has caught onto it somehow which explains the ubiquity of the selfie-stick. By means of this implement youtube videos are created which are then observed. This observation (the creators seem to hope) ensures the continued existence of the creator in definite form.

Regrettably though quantum mechanics does not ensure this as no definition of “observation” is given, so it is unclear if youtube followers qualify as observers.

Covid has made a lot of people rich.

My kids had their big Maui trip planned and they dutifully went to UCLA for their swab into the brain Covid test. Free because insurance covered it.

The night before their flight, they were checking in and the airline said, “Sorry! We cannot accept the UCLA negative tests because UCLA doesn’t have a “contract” with us! They refused to become a “trusted partner” like CVS or Walgreens or Quest ($130/person!), so we won’t let you take your trip!”

“The word theory, you see is not a synonym for a falsehood — as they pretend it is. Many theories are proven true.”

Words mean what one thinks they mean. Meanings can change over time. The word “Theory” has (like many other words) become so polluted by those with dark interests that it has become almost useless. Such as with “theory”… one person has “well-informed speculation” while another person has “baseless fantasies”.

“The shady Dominion voting system company has US headquarters in Denver, but is based in Canada. Its voting systems are used in thirty US states including all the “swing” states. Dominion machines and software are implicated in the manipulation of elections in Venezuela and the Philippines.”

As they say, it’s a feature not a bug.

“The possible outcomes are several: The state legislatures in disputed states could choose their own elector slates…”

The election results are not trustworthy. Ignore November 3rd. No recounts or anything. Just get the two Presidential candidates together and let them face off in a winner-take-all match of Jeopardy to decide who gets the Big Chair. First category: Ways The 2020 Election Was Stolen.

“… a final victory for Joe Biden would hopelessly taint any administration he leads and would lead to much harsher resistance coming from the other side this time…”

Whomever sits in the Big Chair will be tainted. It’s been a bipartisan effort to degrade trust in the Office and in the voting process. And they say that government can’t do anything right? Sure they can. They can turn anything into a mess. That’s real talent. The entire voting process is an exercise in toxic civic pollution.

The saying goes, “Revenge is a dish best served cold.” There will be nothing but cold dishes coming out of DC Pols from this moment forward. Open warfare between the Elected Political Grifters has become standard procedure. They collect their big money and good health care and nice pensions while the American people drown in debt and despair. No Thanksgiving. No Christmas. No getting together and having any kind of fun. Just sit safely in our homes cowering in fear and panic and begging for the next word from Mount Olympus from Doctor FRAUD-CI™.

William F. Buckley, Jr. rescued conservatism from going full John Bircher in the 1960s. He was the erudite voice of the right. No one picked up the torch, and the right is now dominated by Christian nationalists like Glenn Beck, bigots like Rush Limbaugh, and conspiracy wingnuts like Alex Jones. George Will looked like he might be heir apparent but found himself at odds with the amount of disinformation being put out by the Ailes and Murdoch types on his side of the fence. Buckley’s position in the order remains vacant.

          • dbrize November 16, 2020 at 3:53 pm #

WFB didn’t rescue conservatism as much as he counterfeited it into a big state, militaristic replacement.

It was a political version of Hayek’s “fatal conceit”, that there could be such a thing as big government conservatism operated out of DC. It was designed to eradicate the traditional conservatism of the GOP by way Robert A Taft.

Genuine conservatism that the Wall Street boys, globalists and intelligence agencies feared the most. Buckley after Ike, was their chosen hand to lead the defenestration. Unfortunately for the country, he succeeded. And we are still paying a heavy price today.

          • Tate November 16, 2020 at 4:10 pm #

Buckley ultimately doomed conservatism. He forced the right into a narrow box in which dissident views were ruthlessly purged.

You might ask, “How did he ‘force’ the right into anything?”

I just can’t ignore a reference to William F. Buckley, Jr. … virtually ancient history at this point! It’s ironic that his torch (dim as it is) is purportedly carried on by Margaret Hoover’s resurrected ‘Firing Line’ on PBS. Ironically, her idea of perpetuating his legacy consists of a litany of soft-ball interviews with any libtard she can recruit! Viva la conservative resistance…

          • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 6:05 pm #

And of course John Birch has turned out to be right about just about everything. Buckely died a Neo-Con clown tool.

          • James Kuehl November 16, 2020 at 6:45 pm #

My point about Buckley is about how he carried himself. He had a formidable intellect, debated without vitriol, and commanded respect from across the political spectrum. If I had to put forth a debater for the left I might choose Bill Moyers—Christopher Hitchens being disqualified. Who would you nominate as a standard bearer for the right?

          • James Kuehl November 16, 2020 at 7:11 pm #

Oh, and by the way, Janos, John Birch was an Army Air Force missionary who was killed before his name became associated with the anti-communist organization that bears his name. You mistake him for the crackpot Robert Welch.

Communist infiltration of America has been absolutely massive as per current events show. The John Birch society warned us, but America listened to the traitor media instead of the Truth.

          • dbrize November 16, 2020 at 8:25 pm #

Buckley may have debated without “vitriol” but he acted with dispatch when it came to excommunication.

Those who strayed from the pre neocon ideology even friends and contributors of long standing, were summarily sent packing.

M E Bradford, Sam Francis, Joe Sobran and Paul Gottfried. Poof! And others. All his intellectual equals, Buckley wanted their divergence silenced, there was no room for different views in his brand of “conservatism”.

At the end Buckley himself whether from remorse, regret, or seeking absolution, was issuing mea culpa’s by the handful.

First time poster here, and I don’t expect to be popular, but bear with me. This relates to the Oakland County MI voting trend shown in the previous blog post. This trend is in no way an indication of anything nefarious, but rather is the only possible trend given the way the chart is constructed. It is a comparison of the percent Trump vote in the straight ticket votes vs. the percent Trump vote in the split ticket voting. Obviously, if you want to vote the other party at the top of the ticket or elsewhere, you must vote a split ticket. So, if you are a Republican and want to vote Biden, or a Democrat and want to vote Trump, you are voting a split ticket. Therefore, the more Republican a precinct, the more Republicans there will be switching their vote to Biden than Democrats switching to Trump, because there are simply more Republicans. This will push the split ticket vote more towards Biden (relative to the straight ticket vote), the more Republican a precinct is, which is exactly what is seen in the chart.

The data to create the chart is publicly available, as is the information on what voting machines are used in Michigan. Oakland County uses Hart Intercivic machines, not Dominion.

Check your sources, do your own research, draw your own conclusions.

    • Tate November 17, 2020 at 10:50 am #

98% of charts are time-series, & that one wasn’t. It’s a “scatter-plot” of something but the axes are not clearly labeled so it was hard to make any sense of it.

You may be onto something, but I’m still not clear exactly what that chart is all about. What it is NOT, however, is a depiction of a sudden shift in the voting from Trump to Biden. It would have to be a time-series for that to be true, but the x-axis is not time-related so that doesn’t make sense.

I’m starting to lean toward a simpler explanation for the election results. Yes, there was cheating, the only question is how much, but to me, Trump just lost a good segment of his base. Trump 2020 is no longer the Trump of 2016. That explains why he lost plain & simple. Or, even if it doesn’t & cheating is the main reason, he can’t now appeal to the segment of the base he lost & expect them to be eager to return.

If we had ordinary Americans voting on paper and inking their thumbs, then dumping the ballots out of the boxes with ALL the people observing and not a computer in site, obviously THAT would be a free, fair and transparent election.

Rekt means “wrecked,” that is “utterly destroyed” or “wasted.” This slang term is often used to refer to someone who has been soundly defeated. It is also used to refer to someone who is extremely drunk or high.

Hmm…I’m guessing you’re self-declaring your own ‘victory’, being a narcissist and all, but surely you’re aware that it can just as likely be read to mean you’re admitting your own defeat, right?

Given that your only response to my point is ‘rekt’, I assume you have nothing to actually say but simply refuse to NOT have the last word. Sad.

Statistics suggest that the elections in certain states were tampered with in that their distributions or curves are unnatural.

Every set of phenomena in the universe is associated with certain growth and distribution patterns, whether it is organismic growth like that of a human from birth to death, geotectonic growth, population growth, urban sprawl, or anything else. And these patterns are often very well known.

Some of these patterns have been studied to death for decades by math nerds with giant brains. Like elections.

It is not hard for a statistician to identify patterns of cheating and fraud in election charts. For an expert it is like shelling peas.

This is why experts can usually call an election when, say, 35% of the vote has been counted. They know at that point it is a done dinner. There won’t be any surprises.

But then we got this recent election.

Dominion voting machines are evidently widely used across many US states, “red” and “blue.” Their advantages over paper ballots have never seemed very convincing. As a voter, I’m sure I’m not alone in preferring a paper ballot, hand marked, and will vote that way whenever it is an option.

The problems with the machines don’t seem to bother most people, most of the time, however. Except after elections, and most complaints then seem to come from those whose candidates or party lost.

Georgia (now a “purple” state) apparently used Dominion machines in this last election, which was quite close in that state, and a full by hand recount has been announced. That will likely provide at least some indication of how accurate and reliable the machines are.

The mainstream press’s announced 2020 presidential election result seems explainable, however, even without systematic irregularities or manipulations.
A preponderance of swing voters in the 2016 general election appears to have opposed the Democratic Party establishment’s presidential candidate. By 2020 many of them probably still wanted to vote against that Democratic establishment, but not longer supported the (now incumbent) president. Ergo there were likely more split ballots this time: Democratic for president, Republican for most other offices.

After three two-term presidents in a row (Clinton, Bush, Obama), America many now have a couple of one termers in a row.

Regardless which US presidents come and which go, however, I expect some strain of the “Long Emergency” will continue.

    • tresho November 16, 2020 at 5:49 pm #

“most complaints then seem to come from those whose candidates or party lost”
Has anyone anywhere ever complained of WINNING?

      • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 6:08 pm #

Well that’s our fallen human nature on display. But decent people should want to get to the bottom of this, don’t you think? Or do you not care about fair elections, but rather only winning?

        • tresho November 16, 2020 at 7:11 pm #

“Or do you not care about fair elections” I care about fairness but I don’t expect to see much of it. The situation now seems to be that a huge chunk of the electorate does not think Election 2020 was fair, regardless of whether or not the “bottom of this” ever gets adjudicated.

          • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 7:37 pm #

Exactly why we need to audit what just happened. Don’t settle for convenience or cheap victory. Only the restoration of faith in the system will be a real victory for all of us.

      • FreddieMars November 16, 2020 at 6:11 pm #

I seem to recall Mr. Trump whining about winning in 2016.

    • Night Owl November 16, 2020 at 6:02 pm #

Then answer is simple. An audit.

Recounting fraudulent votes is pointless. If they won’t do an audit, they are hiding something.

      • Yohannon November 16, 2020 at 6:11 pm #

It might be easier to just do the whole damn thing over again – this time with real rules in place and armed guards at every polling stating.

Trump would win ever bigger. The Walk Aways would be voting for him in droves.

      • FreddieMars November 16, 2020 at 6:14 pm #

Yes, I agree. Use the secret DHS validation watermarks to identify the fraudulent ballots – you’ll even have a firm number of how many were used. Georgia’s hand-recount is the most obvious place to start, is it not? Validate prior to recounting.

    • Kim November 16, 2020 at 11:16 pm #

      @ drewkeeling

Georgia (now a “purple” state) apparently used Dominion machines in this last election, which was quite close in that state, and a full by hand recount has been announced. That will likely provide at least some indication of how accurate and reliable the machines are.

You misunderstand how the Dominion machines are used to carry out the fraud.

It wasn’t a matter of simply turning R votes in D votes. Dominion’s machines can>/i> do this, but that is not their most subtle, non-exposable and preferable method of cheating.

And the hand count is irrelevant to revealing the fraud as the fraud was conducted by using the Dominion machine functionality that allows real-time vote tracking and the calculation of how many extra illegal ballots would have to be provided by the cheaters in order to ensure a victory of a credible size.

We saw this in action in the states where Trump was massively ahead at 3 a.m. so they called off the counting while they went and got more votes to count according to the Dominion calculation. In the morning, the Dems were back ahead.

So, again, the hand count in Georgia is irrelevant.

What was needed was signature verification and observation of vote counting as required by law.

Neither of those things happened in Georgia on election day and in the count and it is too late for them now.

Thus the election must be overturned.

Why are Republican Election Officials saying there is no Evidence of Fraud? I remember all my Liberal friends confidently asserting that the 2004 Election was stolen from John Kerry by using vote-switching software from companies that were controlled by sinister wealthy Right wing Conservative groups. So now the Vote machine software is all owned by sinister wealthy Left wing people? What year was that accomplished? How did the Soros Cabal manage to pull that off without the Republicans knowing a thing? Why didn’t they use it in 2016? Why didn’t they shave some Republican votes off a few of the close Senate races so all Investigations could be squashed immediately? Not a Peep on here about Trump’s sneaky attempt to quietly wreck the Postal Service and strand Millions of mostly Democratic Mail in Votes where they would never be counted. ” He let it happen on purpose. ”

    That would be my guess.

    For 40 + years.

    Maybe , ” complain ” isn’t quite the right word ,

But my experience since I came to this country in 1976 has consistently been that every demand acceded to serves not as an ending , but only as the preamble to yet another demand.

So you knuckle under to that demand —- and here comes another demand.

And after that , another demand.

And another , and another , and another.

My first experience of that , that I recall , was regarding WW II.

The war ended 30 years ago. ( In 1976 ) and you are still fucking basing demands on it.

The co-founder of The Young Turks, Cenk Uygur defends the name by saying that his idea of the Young Turks as “young [he’s young?] progressives looking to overthrow an established system.” Sounds innocent enough. Except that Cenk had openly denied the genocide of the Armenians while he attended the University of Pennsylvania in which he made the following statement:

1 – Mr. Kuntsler doesn’t like “dissenting” opinions about “his” comments anymore then does Trump, or Biden, or for that matter, YOU or ME.

2 – While Mr, Kuntlser is certainly within his rights as the owner of this website to prevent commentary from anyone, he is a prime example of a society that has made up its mind to TERMINATE the 1st AMMENDMENT of the BILL OF RIGHTS….FREE SPEECH.

3 – You see, HATE SPEECH is defined by any person or group as so cruel and harmful that it is the equivalent of a PHYSICAL attack.

    IT IS NOT.

    IT NEVER HAS BEEN.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT INDICATES A SOFT DECAYING POPULATION THAT CAN’T MUSTER THE BRAIN POWER TO ARGUE, DEBATE, AND CONTEST ONE SET OF VIEWS WHILE HAVING TO DEFEND THEIR OWN. A CONTEST MOST OF US ARE ILL PREPARED FOR…BASED ON THE “QUALITY” OF EDUCATION WHICH MOST OF US HAVE RECEIVED.

    • Night Owl November 17, 2020 at 2:59 am #

There were numerous lawsuits not from Trump but related to the fraud, and the McMedia claimed those were Trump’s suits getting tossed.

        • elysianfield November 17, 2020 at 11:57 pm #

          Sophia,
Why? A poorly conceived, poorly written and poorly presented lawsuit will be dismissed. Poorly written college applications will not see matriculation. Poorly written police reports will be destroyed in court, or even rejected by the office of the prosecutor as incomplete or without merit, and cases not prosecuted.

The lawsuit, the aspiring student, the police case… all may have merit, but fail at the telling.

    • SoftStarLight November 17, 2020 at 2:45 am #

In other words the vaccine was never supposed to solve the “problem”. The real problem is that people still might have a dangerous notion that they can gather with family and friends and move about freely. Rights that don’t exist in the Great Reset world that Jake Tapper and Anthony Fauci adore and are making way for in every way possible. Now some semblance of normal will return in the second or third quarter of 2021? Sure! Maybe that will be just long enough to destroy all of Walmart and Amazon’s competition. And by that point there will be nowhere else to freely move about to and who knows, maybe by then covid-21 will be stalking the poor masked masses and new vaccines will be required.

Dominion is a Member of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/dominion-part-of-council-that-disputed-election-integrity-concerns-in-dhs-statement_3581659.html

Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company’s council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems

On Nov 12 CISA issued a statement disputing voting irregularities saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

The statement noted There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

“What the agency failed to disclose, however, is that Dominion Voting Systems, along with Smartmatic, is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council – one of the two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.”

Read the whole tweet thread exposing this despicable scum and their evil deep state friends at

    https://twitter.com/themarketswork/status/1328508225818296320

  82. Kim November 17, 2020 at 4:13 am #

Just to keep all of the players straight, remember that CISA is the Federal agency that is supposed to be safeguarding the US elections from exactly the kinds of disgraceful corruption that Dominion traffics in.

    https://nypost.com/2020/11/13/dhs-boss-chad-wolf-defies-trump-order-to-fire-cyber-chief-chris-krebs/

Department of Homeland Security acting Secretary Chad Wolf is defying President Trump’s order to terminate election cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs, multiple sources tell The Post.

The White House on Wednesday evening instructed Wolf to fire Krebs after Krebs openly dismissed claims of voter fraud in the Nov. 3 election.

“He gave us a bunch of reasons why he didn’t want to do it and he said no,” a senior White House official told The Post about Wolf’s refusal.

“If anything, Chad is carrying Krebs’ water,” the source added.

Krebs, a former Microsoft executive, has since 2017 led DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and recently launched a “Rumor Control” website to debunk claims of voter fraud. A CISA panel declared Thursday that the “November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” rejecting Trump’s claims of widespread fraud.

And the whole time he was in bed with Dominion.

This is much clearer and more transparent than Watergate ever was.

It is more transparent – the key players and their motives and relationships – and clearer than the Biden laptop.

The company that was undermining the elections was signing off on their integrity.

A company that had severe and obvious conflicts of interest.

And these conflicts were actively concealed by the heads of the supervising federal agency.

      Why?

    • Yohannon November 17, 2020 at 12:01 pm #

Alas poor Chad. He did some good work in Portland, but then went along with the narrative that White Patriots were the main problem. It thus became clear that he was politically compromised and a moral degenerate.

By the way, as this is a resource-oriented blog:

If you want to know the future of Europe (death at the hands of cynical tyrants) then you need do no more than visit:

    https://ec.europa.eu/info/strategy/priorities-2019-2024/european-green-deal_en

to see how the European overlords plan to finish off – yes, kill off – the European proles and leave the entire world to China.

    “A European Green Deal

Striving to be the first climate-neutral continent

Climate change and environmental degradation are an existential threat to Europe and the world. To overcome these challenges, Europe needs a new growth strategy that will transform the Union into a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy, where

    1. there are no net emissions of greenhouse gases by 2050

    2. economic growth is decoupled from resource use

    3. no person and no place is left behind

The European Green Deal is our plan to make the EU’s economy sustainable. We can do this by turning climate and environmental challenges into opportunities, and making the transition just and inclusive for all.”

    Sustainable!

    Like a graveyard!

Hands up if you think that China plans to “decouple economic growth from resource use”!

A most revealing little rant there – thanks!

If they ever start handing out awards for the most succinct posts that embody every element of what’s wrong with the Trumpista Horde, you’ll be in the front-runners.

Your first statement purports one possible fact, but then melts into the quagmire unproven opinions stated as fact.

Your second statement repeats two earlier unproven opinions. You said the same thing twice -a real “tell” in dementia patients.

Your third statement is not even “opinion” – it’s a travesty of English as a reliable form of communication.

Then you hive off on a Janos-level eloquent version of Night Owl’s (being so very arch and wise) default setting using infantile colloquialisms…’rekt’ and ‘owned’.

Your fifth statement is the only one that holds any kernel of truth…but I took the same meaning but with the (highly likely) opposite outcome.

You’ve become extraordinarily prolific in here in recent weeks. Have you lost your job to the “corona-hoax”? That would be exquisitely ironic.

The SmartMatic Voting System used in numerous US states is also used in the Philippines. And Venezuela. Apparently, the User Manual that comes with the new voting machines instructs the user in using all of the various functions of the software for manipulating and massaging the votes. Thanks to JHk for his illuminating articles it is strange and fascination to watch a coup d’état take place in front o your eyes (usually you read about such things years later in history books) and very few people appear even to notice there is anything wrong. it is also very strange to see half the world locked up in their houses, or under imminent threat of that, for a disease that (if it is even anything new and distinctive, which I very much doubt) is no more dangerous than a very mild flu.

People are in a trance and they almost deserve what they get.

The media decide what is real. How is it possible to persuade people of this?

    • So many liars November 17, 2020 at 11:52 am #

I fully support the first amendment, including the freedom of the press. This freedom is protected by the constitution, and I believe it would be dangerous to curtail it.

But the actions of the biased media over the past 4 years especially deserve a stern response, something much more than unsubscribing.

It is OBVIOUS that they have colluded to punish President Trump for the crime of being elected. In 2016 he made fools of them by using them for free publicity. He was constantly in the headlines. In 2020, having learned that lesson, they chose not to cover him except when the story was negative. Hunter Biden’s laptop was an egregious example of a story that they refused to air.

Some retribution is in order. Prosecution, shaming, lawsuits, bankruptcy, would be a good start.

      • SoftStarLight November 17, 2020 at 12:00 pm #

No you are going too lite. We need and require Scorched Earth. The alphabet soup “news” organizations need to be dismantled and dissolved for treason. Their assets need to be returned to the Treasury to compensate the people for their crimes against America and their crimes against humanity. The problem is our society is way too nice and polite and it is getting really tired. We have to see major brutal actions. Once the enemies are wiped off the face of the planet, or at least from any positions of authority and repute if you want to be kinder, we can than rest and be nice and play fun games.

        • So many liars November 17, 2020 at 12:07 pm #

SSL, you describe exactly how I feel. But that’s just anger, and it will dissipate over time, especially if Trump is successful in booting Biden. I want to see these enemies of the people and the organizations that employ them dissolved, but what is the vehicle and the path for doing so? Have they really truly committed crimes? If so, what is the crime, who did it, what exactly did they do, what is the evidence, and YES, prosecute!!!! But if we can’t prove anything more than that they hated Trump, we won’t get anywhere legally.

          I’m not a lawyer.

As far as the media committing crimes. it seems to me that they are guilty of lying and deliberately misinforming the American people by reporting blatant untruths and lies of omission. I’m sure laws were broken, if not, then there need to be new laws enacted. They are directly responsible for a lot of hate and discontent at least and at worst fomenting revolution.

It’s assumed that the Supreme Court will ultimately sort this mess out – but I can’t imagine them “fighting dirty.” Nor Mitch McConnell. Nor Devin Nunes. Nor Kevin McCarthy. If we can substitute dirty with cunning, then I can see Trump and Giuliani waging a cunning war. And winning.

The Communists in Spain put tens of thousands of Priests and Nuns to death within a year or so. They used to dig up the bodies after a couple of weeks and display them with obscene placards. Franco didn’t punish them enough, and within two generations most people thought Franco was the bad guy. The Leftists stayed in the system and continued their work of evil, undermining the culture and reversing the Franco’s victory over them.

The hysteria of Joe McCarthy? McCarthy underestimated the threat. That’s how he was wrong. In very little else.

An old guy returns to his town after serving 25 years in federal maximum security prison.

As an ex-con & a guy who voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 he immediately reports to his local Diversity Enforcement Officer (DEO)

DEO:Your prison release papers please ! (reads them twice). What were you in for and for how long ?
TRUMPER: 25 years for cracking joke about our President-for-Life Biden. Also I said that he is a senile old retard.
DEO: Is not it a little bit long-25 years for a joke ?
TRUMPER:Actually, there were 2 concurrent sentences. They put me on a DHS no-fly list for cracking a joke and sentenced me to 25 years for revealing state secrets.

After that his face will begin to melt off on the first hot summer day, and all bets are off.

Tate…excellent quote from Camus. Getting right w/ death means accepting your own mortality. It is a sign of adulthood to be able to do so…a fortunate few are able to do this early in life. Maybe it was a near-death experience due to an accident, overcoming an illness (even something as ” inconsequential” as the cozy), or maybe it was a life-changing faith event. Others never become adults, kicking and screaming to their death beds about every thing that impedes their way of achieving their vision of the world “the way it should be”… Such is their “fate in life”, as the whole world is against them. They make stuff up to fit their desires. They rarely smile. They are challenging, but not very interesting people. Science is only to be tolerated as “an inconvenient truth”.. Why can’t someone with some IT expertise analyze the Dominion software for a back door that would enable tampering with votes? If it exists, someone should be able to search the time frame when the Fox News called Arizona and the Trump down slide started.

Twenty nine states used this Dominion system. If even suspicion of fraud exists, this should be investigated and if some folks messed with the machines, a whistleblower would be nice, some Liberal SOBs need to go to jail, this election negated and a new one scheduled.

We need paper ballots, not computer based corruptible systems so that Fox can ‘call” the elections before anyone else. The media is destroying this country. The proper time to conduct the investigation is NOW. Anything to destroy the media corruption and the Silicon Valley monopoly on social media.

God sent Covid into the world to test the resilience of the human race. The West is failing. The corruption of our medical and scientific worlds have been so corrupted by stupid politicians in the west that we are losing the battle to the Covid and its mutations. The real fraud is the inability of the Western system to handle a pandemic. Mother Nature is NOT cooperating by making the crud just go away. It just caused the loss of the White House for Trump!

Is the reset coming, probably. But it is due to the folks in charge being totally impotent in dealing with the problem.

The test is fraudulent. How do you not know this? Do you dress yourself?

          • Mike Roberts November 17, 2020 at 7:25 pm #

Your evidence? No test is 100% accurate but I think there is plenty of evidence that the PCR test does detect the presence of the virus in almost all positive cases. People do not get hospitalized because they are well. Countries that responded strongly to the pandemic have a tiny percentage of positives relative to the number of tests (the US has a very poor record on that and has a current positivity rate of 10%, showing that it is a very long way from getting control of this thing, and it isn’t testing enough, by a long way).

Your claim that the test is fraudulent suggests that you believe the test is being undertaken by fraudulent health workers and fraudulent laboratories which report results on the basis of what some secretive manipulator has ordered. I think that is an extraordinary claim which demands strong evidence.

Elon Musk had four test in one day: same machine and nurse. His results: two positives and two negatives. In any case, the vast majority of the “positives” experience no symptoms. So are they sick? By what metric? If they pass “it” onto someone else, they probably won’t be sick either. Much ado about nothing? No, much ado about little.

As Jair Bolsonaro says, The answer is to stop being a faggot.

        • benr November 17, 2020 at 6:36 pm #

Vlad is correct the test is fraudulent.
Elon Musk got tested 4 different times and was 50% infected and 50% not infected.
Same place, nurse, day, and method.

The virus is real to a degree that someone somewhere put it together and released it intentionally or not.

I would say intentionally as China has all but incapacitated western/global economies while their economy is still growing.

The art of war would explain warfare can be waged many different ways and the west had better wake the fuck up to this reality and quick.

          • JohnAZ November 17, 2020 at 7:25 pm #

            Could not agree more.

Why has China and most of Asia handled this well and we keep surging along with Europe?

And CFN denial does not help. We have no idea of what would happen if we let ‘er rip, as that has not happened yet.

Remember Bill Maher on HBO saying last year that if it takes destroying the economy to get rid of Trump it was worth it?

            Fait Accompli!!

Remember also that history records many many wars fought and millions died to settle political issues exactly like 2020. Two forms of socialism were defeated in WW2 and Communism defeated in the Cold War, wink , wink. Little did we know that the Communists were just changing location,

            HERE!

          • Mike Roberts November 18, 2020 at 4:22 am #

A percentage will get badly sick, a percentage will have long term effects, a percentage will die. As the virus spreads further, those percentages can rise to a very large number, whilst remaining a tiny percentage. It’s also not yet known how long any immunity (whether from a vaccine or from having contracted the virus) will last.

It may not be more than a factor of 10 worse than the flu but that doesn’t mean it is inconsequential. This second/third wave in many regions and countries is overwhelming health services and that can also have consequence that multiply the direct effects.

Guess what conservatives, the Democratic drive for open borders during the past twenty years worked, along with a lot of help from the Bush boys. If Biden opens the border to 125,000 folks a year, no GOP candidate will ever get elected president again.

But again, that is the point, right?

    • Mike Roberts November 18, 2020 at 12:08 am #

That’s not proof of a scam or a fraud, it’s stating something that is widely known – that a CT value of greater than 32 is suspect and greater than 35 probably means the person did have Covid-19 but is no longer infectious. Indeed, in New Zealand, a high CT value is regarded as a “weak positive” and likely an old previously undetected case. The weak positive isn’t proof of an old infection, though, and a further test may be needed if there is a strong suspicion that the person has a recent infection (e.g. if they are a close contact of a known case).

That the test is not 100% accurate and may throw up old cases is not a scam but it would be helpful for the CT value to be available.

As for eyeballing cases, you only need to check out the testing data at Johns Hopkins to see that the vast majority of cases are the result of positive tests.

      https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/testing/individual-states

The numbers of cases can’t be taken at face value because of the wide variation in the quality and quantity of testing around the world but they give an indication of what’s happening with the virus.

“As soon as all the corrections which happened to be necessary in any particular number of The Times had been assembled and collated, that number would be reprinted, the original copy destroyed, and the corrected copy placed on the files in its stead. This process of continuous alteration was applied not only to newspapers, but to books, periodicals, pamphlets, posters, leaflets, films, sound-tracks, cartoons, photographs — to every kind of literature or documentation which might conceivably hold any political or ideological significance. Day by day and almost minute by minute the past was brought up to date. In this way every prediction made by the Party could be shown by documentary evidence to have been correct, nor was any item of news, or any expression of opinion, which conflicted with the needs of the moment, ever allowed to remain on record. All history was a palimpsest, scraped clean and reinscribed exactly as often as was necessary. In no case would it have been possible, once the deed was done, to prove that any falsification had taken place. ”

The Lincoln Republicans have published the addresses of the law firms and the email addresses of the lawyers helping Trump’s campaign. Serious harassment and death threats have ensued. Amazing. What country is this? The right to counsel is one of the cornerstones of our system. And with it comes the understanding that the lawyer is not necessarily in agreement with his client. The lawyers pushing this defend actual White collar criminals! Utter shamelessness.

      Q,

      Per your request,
From https://www.naturalnews.com/2020-11-16-full-transcripts-sidney-powell-interviews-dominion-software-voting-fraud.html, I found this link for the first interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business:
      https://www.brighteon.com/49f80cf4-d29d-426d-8aa4-89ba14b55c0d

Some other articles and links, I’ve found today as well:
      From https://www.naturalnews.com/2020-11-17-trump-attorney-sidney-powell-declares-kraken-released.html
“BREAKING: Latest update from Sidney Powell on the software used to steal election: DEMS ARE CAUGHT”
      https://www.brighteon.com/f302533d-e73e-4660-ac86-3b1471c1f670

“We also have a video from Monkey Werx from last night, detailing the astonishing number of military aircraft in the air (over 1,000) yesterday and last night, including at least one flight from Washington D.C. to GITMO. Monkey Werks, an expert in monitoring air traffic patterns as a precursor to major political events, explained that he believed “airborne rendition” was likely taking place, which means treasonous actors are put onto airplanes and interrogated either mid-air or at various black sites across the country.”

(I watched the video on YouTube in order to get a direct link to “Monkey Werx Overwatch GTMO SITREP 11.16.20”.
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llWUA86a0jI)

This is likely being used to interrogate and flip many high-level sources who are now realizing they either need to testify as witnesses for the government or end up in prison for life (or worse).
This X22 Report episode explains that the deep state took the bait and fell right into Trump’s trap. Trump has all the evidence against them that’s needed to take them down and defend America.”

I looked for Monkey Werx on Brighteon, didn’t find him, but I did find this one:
“US Army raid CIA vote stealing hub in Germany and got the real vote data from SCYTL”

Thanks for all this info, dolphinlady. Now, let’s see if I can get my wife to look at it. She and her girlfriends could not be more anti-Trump.

        • beantownbill. November 18, 2020 at 12:47 pm #

Q, I’m in the same situation as you regarding my wife and politics. I think my wife is not as unreasonable as yours though, but not that much different. She dislikes the entire political scene, and admits the USA is a mess. For the first time in her voting life she didn’t vote.

Although not voting is important, that’s where her reasonableness stops. She thinks Biden is the lesser of two evils, and would have voted for him, but my constant harping about Biden must have had some effect on her. Apparently, her dislike of Trump overshadows her usually excellent judgment.

The net result of our conversations on politics is that I cannot discuss it without aggravating her. After 36 years of marriage, I’ve learned that aggravating my wife usually doesn’t pay. If I have no choice, I’m not afraid to, but if I can avoid it without compromising myself, I will. So I now completely avoid talking about the current situation with her.

Living in the ultra-liberal Massachusetts and having some degree of conservatism is difficult. Almost all the people I associate with are liberal, pro-Biden, so I tell them I don’t discuss politics – I don’t want to constantly argue. So now I’m pretty frustrated because CFN is the only place I can talk about what’s on my mind. Friends, family and business associates are more important to me than anything, so I just grit my teeth when I listen to their political ignorance, and say nothing. Sigh.

I think my wife is not as unreasonable as yours though, but not that much different. – bean

            ==========

I’m sure your wife and mine would get along famously.

My wife feels I am being brainwashed by ‘the blog.’ She says if we go out to eat with friends and they ask what I do with myself all day as a retired person, she wants me NOT to mention ‘the blog’ because if they happen to check it out they will think I am a rightwing nutcase, and by extension, she is as well.

As to the video where Maria Bartiromo interviews Sidney Powell, my wife completely dismisses it as a fraud and a lie concocted by the horrible and awful liar and cheat, Donald Trump.

The past 4 years (actually more than 4 years… it goes all the way back to the day Trump announced he was running for president) have disrupted our family. One son and his wife are VERY pro-Trump as is my b-i-l Peter. My other 2 kids (one son and one daughter) and their spouses plus my wife are anti-Trump. I did not vote and have not voted for 2 or 3 decades. I detest politics, politicians and political pundits. I feel more vindicated than ever based on what I’ve seen these past 4+ years.

          Q,

You’re welcome. Bummer!!! I somewhat understand the frustration, my current housemate has TDS.I have some credibility built up with her as a result of sharing a lot of information I had learned about COVID (starting about Jan or Feb) after watching all of Chris Martenson’s YT videos and reading a LOT of the comments on various forum topics. And still do in fact. Sometimes I’m able to drop in 2 or 3 sentences before the wall goes back up, hopefully my planting seeds will come to fruition some day… If the shit really starts to hit the fan regarding the fraudulent election, arrests?, people getting charged, etc, I will start dropping in more seeds. Before the shit starts to hit the fan as a result of the economy and Peak Everything becoming more apparent faster than “they” can keep people asleep in their pods..

Some personal info, since 2005 I have been collecting countless books, several of JHK’s (including his World Made by Hand series), JMG;s, Richard Heinberg’s books, and countless other books on permaculture, etc… At the time I was living in southern CA and starting in 2009 I have relocated 3 times. Unfortunately I thought Portland, OR would be a good place using various criteria (ic.org, “Strategic Relocation”, looking at Amtrak and Greyhound service maps, good transit system here, etc.). I had no frickin’ clue, or crystal ball, about these insane “protesters”, otherwise I might have chosen a different place rather than moving here in 2011. After all, back in 2005, Portland had had their Peak Oil Task Force and I still have that Report which they seem to have forgotten all about. Grrr….

The CEO of Smartmatic, Antonio Mugica, admitted in an Associated Press interview in August 2017 that his company’s machines and software created at least 1 million votes for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.

He noted that election observers were present when the Smartmatic machines were used to steal the election.

The turnout figures in Venezuela’s Constituent Assembly election were “tampered with”, the director of a company that provides electoral support services to the country said on Tuesday. (Aug. 2)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElQYXIc9pfo&feature=emb_title

    • FreddieMars November 18, 2020 at 3:38 am #

I must have watched a different video.

Contrary to what you have posted, Senor Mugica said that there were NO scrutineers from the Opposition because they declined to be present, and that electoral integrity requires the presence of such observers from both sides.

This press statement is a “whistleblow”, not an admission.

      • Kim November 18, 2020 at 6:56 am #

No, it is an admission of fraud.

He clearly states that the election results – using his company’s machines – were “tampered with” and “manipulated ” to the tune of 1,000,000 votes.

He then says – in a non-sequitir of a degree of absurdity that only iron-fisted dictatorships can usually get away with – that this tampering was somehow the fault of the opposition for (in protest) not having observers at the nation’s widely-acknowledged-as-fraudulent elections.

Well, if only the very vigilant and entirely neutral Chavista government observers were there, how could the 1,000,000 vote fraud he reports have happened without their complicity?

Just pause and think for a moment, Mr Mars, where you now find yourself, arguing that the Venezuelan national elections under the Hugo Chavez dictatorship were free and above board!

Not only are you illogical and disingenous, your statement shows that you are either entirely evil or entirely a dupe.

        • FreddieMars November 18, 2020 at 6:45 pm #

‘ […]you now find yourself, arguing that the Venezuelan national elections under the Hugo Chavez dictatorship were free and above board!’

That’s quite an extrapolation to make, but then, you do that a lot.

My point was that the person in the video, Antonio Mugica, did NOT say what you put in his mouth. That’s all. The rest of your statement is the usual product of your fevered imagination.

Why hasn’t Biden come right out and said he beat Trump fair and square with all the legal votes? Any person who supports Biden/Kam even simply to spite Trump is by default supporting the US getting re-involved in foreign wars and putting our troops in harms way for the interests of foreign governments, banks, and corporations and their corrupt cronies right here at home. Supporting Biden/Kam means supporting the maiming and murder of innocent civilians in those third world countries that a neocon parasite Biden/Kam government would bomb and drone. Supporting Biden/Kam means supporting and reinforcing the total stranglehold that the big global banks have on American society. Supporting Biden/Kam means supporting the big tech monopolies and allowing them even more power to limit all speech, thought, and culture to narrowly prescribed, hyper rigid, standardized, corporatist forms. And on and on it goes. No wonder so many actual traditional liberals were insulted and revolted by that ticket.

    • Braelynn November 18, 2020 at 10:49 am #

Several Fortune 500 companies announced plans to pressure Republican lawmakers to accept a Joe Biden presidency if Donald Trump failed to concede just days after the election. There is no doubt that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are favored by large, global corporations and the central banks. War and free trade have always benefited these corporations, as well as, the central banks. It should therefore come as no surprise that these institutions will do what is necessary to ensure their agenda is realized. It should also come as no surprise that the Senate blocked the confirmation of Trump’s Federal Reserve Chair nominee Judy Shelton on a bipartisan basis.

      • SoftStarLight November 18, 2020 at 2:25 pm #

Oh wow isn’t that interesting! The pack behavior of the corporate dogs doesn’t surprise me. I heard in passing that Trump’s nominee for the Federal Reserve was rejected by the Senate yesterday but I haven’t heard much more about it. Is Judy Shelton an anti-globalist America Firster?

        • FreddieMars November 20, 2020 at 2:34 am #

Google would tell you (if you bothered to ask it):

’ Judy Lynn Shelton is an American economic advisor to President Donald Trump.[2] She is known for her advocacy for a return to the gold standard and for her criticisms of the Federal Reserve (which she has compared to the Soviet Union’s economic planning).[2][3][4][1] Trump announced on July 2, 2019, that he would nominate Shelton to the Fed.[5][6][7] Her nomination stalled on November 17, 2020, with a 47–50 vote in the Senate, with the possibility of being retried by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell after the Thanksgiving recess.[8][9]’

So, she’s a goldbug, and her nomination was greeted by (among many other objections) by a letter signed by 100 “noted economists” (including seven Nobel Laurates) expressing their view that her ideas were ‘’extreme and ill-considered’,

That last remark puts her firmly in the Disruptor category but that doesn’t mean she’s RIGHT.

          • FreddieMars November 20, 2020 at 2:40 am #

As well, you cannot possibly kid yourself for a New York Minute that Mr. Trump has ANY IDEA what the “Gold Standard” is, or how it works, and how it would end the US Economic Hegemony that reigned from the late 1940s, till Reagan sold the USA out, and all the productive capacity ended up in the East.

The USA was ‘cashed up’ in the 1990s under Clinton, for “redistribution”.

    • Yohannon November 18, 2020 at 12:32 pm #

Yes, the utter fools. They bit their noses to spite their faces. They extended their hands to be manacled. People who can’t get beyond their petty hatred of the Father shouldn’t be voting.

If we did the whole election over again, Trump would win again but by much higher margin. The fraud is no doubt helping the walk away movement.

      • SoftStarLight November 18, 2020 at 2:22 pm #

Manacled? Sometimes I think you look up words just to use in conversation. Thank you for providing an opportunity for me to learn a new word lol :-). I do think many of these people want to be manacled. But yes those who simply voted for Biden because he is not Trump need to realize that they are supporting the possibility of more wars, war crimes, and basically just our enslavement to the global world system that the Elites are building.

        • Yohannon November 18, 2020 at 7:21 pm #

Aristotle said many people are basically slaves. In any case, freedom begins between the ears. And whether you would or not, you will be enslaved unless you have attained it there first, assuming you can and and have the will to be free.

          London by William Blake

I wander thro’ each charter’d street,
Near where the charter’d Thames does flow.
And mark in every face I meet
Marks of weakness, marks of woe.

In every cry of every Man,
In every Infants cry of fear,
In every voice: in every ban,
          The mind-forg’d manacles I hear

          How the Chimney-sweepers cry
          Every blackning Church appalls,
          And the hapless Soldiers sigh
Runs in blood down Palace walls

But most thro’ midnight streets I hear
          How the youthful Harlots curse
          Blasts the new-born Infants tear
And blights with plagues the Marriage hearse

So the world, life, and circumstances can be very difficult and can create hardships. But just as much so our own approach or attitude to the world, life, and cirumstances can put us and keep us in chains. As can our decisions and choices. And in many cases we are making bad choices which ultimately lead to more enslavement. It’s funny and amazing how such a brief poem can pack such a powerful punch and remain relevant all this time.

It is impossible to read Trump’s 2018 Election Infrastructure National Energency Declaration, or watch it discussed on this…

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=N7UEyoltiNg

…and not conclude that the man has something up his sleeve.

According to this EO, the DNI Director must report to him and others on the security of the election by 45 days after November 3, that is December 18, I think.

So in 2018 he knew this stuff was going on and designed a plan to handle it. That is indisputable.

But what the fuck, precisely, is he up to?

    Corona Virus

As far as I can tell the alleged ‘SARSCovid2′ virus has not even been isolated. A few papers appeared earlier this year which purported to have done so (or rather they were purported to have done this through the articles’ headlines and media reporting) but it turns out that this was not done. One (from Hong Kong I think) showed a photo of the virus emerging from a cell, but that is not the same thing. The thing is, even if they managed to sequence its genome is it the virus which is causing the alleged new sickness, ‘Covid19’ (I try never to speak the word), which has no new symptoms to distinguish it from the respiratory diseases we are already acquainted with?

All are agreed that the Koch Postulates are the ‘gold standard’. You isolate the virus (this should be easy enough because a patient will have a large amount of the virus in his body which can be separated by centrifuge). Then you inject it into a test animal. Then see if the guinea pig develops symptoms and then I suppose you could then isolate the same virus from it and start again just to make sure. It is harder with viruses than with bacteria because viruses can only reproduce themselves inside cells so there are an adapted set of principles whose name escapes me but the logic is the same.

See the problem? You have to find someone who you think has the disease (and not just flu or whatever) and then you have to isolate the virus, but you do not know what to look for because it has not been isolated yet. I expect this is the case with all viruses so they ought to be used to the drill by now. So why has it not (to my knoweldged) been isolated? A few photos have appeared from various labs worldwide but they are no good. There are internationally established dimensions for a corona virus, from memopry between 120 and 150 micro-whatchamacallits. The photos either show round things that are far too big or far too small, like a pop science variation of Goldilocks.

The virus was first suspected at the end of December and there were reports of it on 31 December. I think a Wuhan eye doctor, for some odd reason, was suspicious about the death of an 89 year old man through respiratory disease (probably hundreds of thousands of elderly people die of such illness in Wuhan’s province – whose name I never bothered to find out – every year). This may well be the same doctor who our host used as evidence of the virus back in April or so (but it might be a different man), who died of the virus although relatively young and about whom I heard that he had been tested five or six times before he showed positivie.

So, disease spotted on 31 December. Official Chinese investigative team sent to Wuhan the next day. Prof Christian Drosten and his team learn about it through social media. Rush out a test within a week or so based on previous SARS and other viruses held on the international data catalogue (or ‘bank’) (they announeced the test on 2 January – I memorized these dates from a video in German by Samuael Eckert, which was deleted within the past few days; another German journalist, Torsten Engelbrech, it was who, on learning of the claims from the various labs around the world to have isolated the virus, then WROTE TO THEM AND ASKED THEM TO CONFIRM IN WRITING THAT THEY HAD INDEED DONE SO).

Drosten’s test submitted for WHO approval on 21 January 2020, approval given the next day (because of the urgency of the situation). German authorities did not approve it. First lab details of the virus received from China (Wuhan presumably) on 23 January. They used European bats infected with SARS plus a small artiifical addition of likely ‘nucleotides’ (is that a word in English?) as their best guess at what the virus was.

I hope you are keeping up. Drosten’s test was distributed worldwide and the recipte was given to the world free and gratis to fight this devastating plague. Other labs hjave run with his recipte or added bits themselves as they see fit. What they are actually testing for is as unclear as everything else in this mess The EU reported in April that there were 68 different swab tests and 110 of the other kind (antibodies) and did not like it; for one thing, hardly any of the tests revealed exactly what they were testing for.

Drosten’s test claims to be 98.^% accurate, at least under lab conditions. I doubt if it is. But the qustions is, what exctly is it looking for.

I think it can be agreed that at least the tests are general for corona viruses, which come every year along with the flue and cause between 7 and 15 per cent of infections (depending on the study). SARS has allegedly been around since about 2002 and it had vanished and moved (back?) into the animal kingdom, including (obviously) European bats, which Drosten’s test referred to.

Prof Drosten looked sweaty and under pressure when addressing pupils from his old school a couple of weeks ago following the broadcast of a the 22nd Situtzung of the independent Coronaauschuss wehre Artur Ascj, pmeot discussed his investigations into his elusive doctoral thesis and other interesting matters. When he first looked there was no record of it anywhere, then a few weeks later a ‘fact checker’ claimed to have found it and berated Her A. for his conspiratorial excitability.

Herr A. could not boorow it or reserve it as it was already on long-term loan. Other copies mysteriously surfaced in other university librarires around the oountry . One would not let it be copied until 60 years after Drosten’s death. Drosten is the country’s most famous ‘Covid’ authority. There were other ‘irregulairities’ which could not be explained. One excuse given was that a flood some years ago at one of the universities damaged Drsoten’s thesis, but nobody else’s. Then it turned out that he (allegedly) did not need to werite a thesis in the first place because he had published (albeit not as main author) three articles BEFORE writing (or not writing: delete as appropriate) his thesis. The committee could not hold back laughter.

In passing it was revealed that Drosten had been to the fore in 9 previous health scares inlcuidng swine flue and Zika. He was the joint discoverer (somebody said ‘inventor’ whtough a slip of the tongue). There had been 9 deaths (or cases?) in Germany; it is amazing they did not see fit to close the country down.

Drosten was awarded a double professorial chair in Berlin. The Charité is largely funded by the Johanna Quandt turst, which is connected with BMW rather than Big Pharma, so it is not clear what their interest is. (Nobody accepts it is purely or even mainly philanthropic.) He was excused the usual teaching requirement to qualify for a professorship.

I was going to include a clip of Kerry Mullis but YT deleted it (it was still there a few days ago). He was talking about the link between AIDS and the HIV virus (AIDS is very like the corona scare; in both cases heavy mortality was down to the treatment by doctors panicked by a supposedly deadly new disease; with AIDS it was AZT and those who refused the treatment survived). He was filling out a grant application for a lab in California that was researching the HIV virus and he began by stating that HIV is the probably cause of AIDS (note: since it does not exist it does not need a cause).

Well, he could not find a study on the internet and he started asking experts whenever he met them. No luck. Finally he met Nobel Prize winner Luc Montaignet, who had supposedly isolated the virus, and he could not tell him either. “Nobody knows! Nobody knows!” He says that colleagues of Montaignet were not impressed by his evasive replies, like he should have known. “Those guys are out on a limb. I’d hate to be there with him.” – paraphrased from memory.

Consider that national and global health policies are driven by central bank monetary and economic policies. Healthcare is an industry. Industries that wish to profit must expand and locate and / or create new markets. A lack of concise information is good business. This is all compounded when multiple agendas and multiple interests are in play. Thus confusion is baked in. But there should be no doubt that public health responses will always align with the goals and objectives of the central banks and global corporations.

I do not disagree but I see it as essentially irrational (like all collective fantasy). Peter Hitchens, with his usual acute instincts, compared it with Diana’s death, and that astonishing outburst of public hysteria could not be put down to rational causes. Follow the money and cui bono/ did not apply. I knew it was a scare from the start because I study collective fantasy, and I had read Booker and North’s 2007 book Scared To Death. This one follows the pattern closely and one of the constant features is uncertainty with the statistics.

interestingly, with Christopher Booker’s death last year Richard North should have been the man least likely to be carried away with fantasy, but he was! That shows how powerful they are.

There seems to be an unwritten rule that these things not only have to be wrong but they have to be bizarrely and laughably so,

          • Braelynn November 18, 2020 at 12:40 pm #

I agree with your assessment regarding irrational collective fantasy. But at the higher levels of governance and decision making collective fantasies are useful tools. To the extent that sanctioned collective fantasies are adopted by the general population and the managerial and administrative strata depends upon the impetus applied to establish and foster such collective fantasies by the top level decision makers. This is why there appears to be an unwritten rule that these things not only have to be wrong but they have to bizarrely and laughably so. Again, confusion, whether real or artificial, is a useful tool for control and the quiet consolidation of power.

Braelyn: So the fantasy can’t be allowed to remain natural, it has to be politicized and/or weaponized – or at least changed so the Elite can have their yucks at the humiliation they are causing the people?

As per Dalyrmple’s famous quote on political correctness:

“Political correctness is communist propaganda writ small. In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, not to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.”

Yoho: Let not crisis go to waste. Their are careers to be built!

          • Yohannon November 18, 2020 at 1:18 pm #

There not their. I don’t want to give Q an opportunity to sin lest it be held against him at the Judgement Seat.

          • Sean Coleman November 18, 2020 at 5:33 pm #

I do not deny that crises are exploited and that conspiracy at the highest level (especially there) exists. Peter Hitchens calls such conspiracy ‘lunch’. In my youth, in England, you were often asked if you believed in the conspiracy or the cock-up (make a mess of things) theory of history. I have always gone for the latter. Andrew Cummings, PM Johnson’s advisor, wrote scathingly a few years ago about the shambles of policy making behind the scenes with short-term decision making and everyone running around like headless chickens from one fire to the next trying to put them out.

You would think, wrote Cummings, that there might be a door somewhere with the ‘good guys’ behind it, in other words competent and rational people making sure it all turned out right in the end. But, he said, “there is no door”. “There is no door!”, wrote Hitchens. “Those words are almost literature.”

What is to be gained from destroying the world’s economies? All right, it is an opportunity to build back better but these people have a proven track record of utter uselessness and even these must suspect that it is a pipe dream. I am not in the least persuaded by arguments that this is all done on purpose to destroy people’s will or morale, not least because this unlikely explanation is advanced only now and in response to what I just wrote. Many feel the need to rationalize everything but that will not do. The Asche pyschology experiment in group think is a better approach.

When you expand the focus to collective fantasy in its various forms, most of which are not even suspected, then follow the money and cui bono? are wholly inadequate.

I am reminded by a comment made by E M Jones. He asked his interviewer if he believed the Jews were clever. Yes, came the reply. Well I don’t, said EMJ. If they really were smart they would not be over-reaching and provoking a backlash (as they have always done throughout history). Or let us take China and the theory that they engineered this virus to ruin the West, or whatever. If so, they might at least have made an attempt to make one that actually made people ill, or that could by isolated. No, the Chinese and the Jews and whoever else may be willing and able to conspire (or not ,depending on your point of view) but they are no more immune to collective fantasy than anyone else. If anything they are the most deluded of all. I keep thinking of Mao and his war on sparrows to explain the bad harvests in the Fifties (that is, assuming that they were bad and the CP was not just expropriating the food to send to Russia). (I include China here just to take the edge off my post.)

Parallel and related to the conspiracy vs cock-up dimension is the deceit vs delusion. Again both are always present but in the end I tend towards delusion. Not that that is any excuse.

    The discussions are fascinating.

IMHO, I think that the Liberal globalists have thrown the book at a single person, Trump, as he was elected four years ago to rid us of the Swamp.

They have exposed everything, their control of the judiciary, their control of the media, their control of social media, their control of the Google search engine, their control of 30% of the GOP, the huge majority of voter influence in the country was thrown at one person.

No better person to handle this than a savvy businessman from NYC who has made his living out thinking Liberal opposition. With this agenda against him, he still just barely lost, maybe?

The globalists have lost the election though, if Georgia elects at least one GOP senator. Control of the Senate will block all attempts of Leftist reset, and a reduced majority in the House will be problematic for the Dems, a sweet surprise. Paying so much attention to Trump up front of them has cost the Left plenty, both Federal and state levels as real Americans reject socialism viscerally. The Leftist gimme majority still does not exist.

A good audit of the Democratic election graft is in order and due to two hard nose individuals may finally be done. If fraud is proven, the repugnance of the voter base will take over, I hope. If not, the whole point is moot.

If Trump is re-elected, Katie bar the door. If not, he should position himself to fight back against the evil represented by the Leftist globalists. He will be more effective as the center of resistance against the Biden Democratic agenda which is the conversion to uniparty totalitarian control.

Number one. Stop any increase in immigration, the poverty levels in blue states are high enough already.

Number two. Stop subjugating to China. I do not understand the Biden drive to the elevation of China.

Number three. Vaccinate the country as fast as possible against Covid. Leftists like Cuomo do not want Covid under control as they will lose power. Disgusting!

This is it. We are watching history being made. Will the US succumb to the uniparty model of the Left or fight back? The Dems are throwing everything into the fight, including potential criminal control of the election process and using its control of the judiciary and the MSM to hide and suppress the corruption. One thing is for sure, those two Senate races should not be held until the obvious corruption is removed from the voting process.

Number four: Dismantle the CDC and disassociate from the WHO.

Your Fauci has already said that masks and social distancing are not going to be ended by any vaccine – as have other prominent people. No doubt you agree with this, such is your terror.

One thing I’ve learned in my long life is that there’ll always be something that makes you uneasy. The key is to not live your life with the unease foremost in your mind. Act based on what’s going on in your life at the moment; IOW, live in the now. Then the fear may still be there, but it won’t affect you.

The Transcendental Now of the Sage (which includes past, present, and future) or the now of the mere animal or animal man?

Peoples with a long time horizon (like yours and the Chinese) are destined to conquer the hapless Whites, disassociated as we are from our Glorious Past. That more than anything was the decisive blow. And we did it to ourselves most of all.

If their takeover is illegal and fraudulent then the people should simply reject it and Trump should stay put right where he is at. If the progressive terrorists attempt to do anything remove him he simply needs to call the Insurrection Act or Martial Law to mop up the riff raff. If only people could think very simply but yet logically we would do so much better as a society.
