The avatars of good government, Joe Biden, and his righteous Democrats, seem a little bit spooked by the globe-of-silence enveloping Mr. Trump and his lawyers the past few days. The Dems’ narrative at this point, mid-game, is that… “the election was the most secure in the nation’s history” (The New York Times).  Anything else is a “conspiracy theory.” Here’s what the Democrats don’t tell you: theories are subject to proof, and proof brings theories into compliance with reality, including, sometimes, the part about conspiracy. Such as a conspiracy to queer the recent election with vote tabulation software and other wizardries.

I guess we’ll find out what can be proven, and that is all the president is attempting to do, like anybody with faith in the scientific method. In Oakland County, Michigan, for instance, comprising the northwest suburbs and exurbs of Detroit, the graph shows a mysterious bending of votes off a trend-line at a pretty clear break-point. Each blue square is a voter precinct.

Chart by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai

The very same plotline is repeated in several other Michigan counties heavily trending for the president in early voting and then swooning mysteriously for Mr. Biden after a four-hour break in action. How to account for this strange occurrence? The worm in the machine, perhaps: a simple algorithm (i.e., set of coded instructions) embedded in the Dominion vote tabulation software — product of a company, to remind you, partially owned by Senator Feinstein’s husband, Richard C. Blum, and represented by lobbyist Nadeam Elshami, Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff. It was Mr. Elshami’s mission to visit state legislators around the country and persuade them to adopt (that is, purchase) the Dominion system. The algorithm appears to subtract votes from one candidate and add them to the other candidate. It’s a feature, not a bug. Weird, a little bit.

So, that’s one thing that remains to be proven. How did the algorithm work? Can it be isolated and described? Did its task leave digital footprints? Not all the software geniuses in the USA work for Silicon Valley. Some may be assisting Mr. Trump’s attorneys in figuring this out and constructing cases for the various courts. Since it takes more than a day-and-a-half to bring lawsuits, that may account for the Democrats’ rush to peremptorily discard such formal inquiries and just declare Mr. Biden the winner. Similar ballot tabulation doings show up in the Georgia vote, where a recount is underway, this time with observers and without four-hour mystery pauses. And then there is Pennsylvania.

If DC is the Swamp, then Pennsylvania is a Nile Valley of ballot harvesting, overflowing its banks every November to fertilize especially the loamy precincts of Philadelphia, where votes spring up like ground ivy. As it happened this season, on top of that rich reaping of cultivated votes was an additional layer of state government monkeyshines now headed for adjudication in the US Supreme Court. Will they dare to take the case? It’s not a sure thing, but they’d better have a good reason not to because a whole lot of vested credibility in our national system of government is at stake.

In the meantime, I’m standing by to see how things pan out. If those three states’ electoral votes — Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia — are shifted to Mr. Trump’s column by re-tabulation, with late-reporting North Carolina added, then the President will end up with 284 electoral votes, making him the winner (and leaving Mr. B the loser with 238).  Other combinations of adding or subtracting the electoral votes of these states-at-issue would leave no clear winner and thus propel the matter into the House of Representatives, where the peculiar constitutional math (one vote for each state delegation) does not favor Mr. Biden. Doesn’t look like the extreme long-shot that the captive news media is touting it to be.

Of course, in the event that none of this goes Mr. Trump’s way, then, of course, Mr. Biden moves into the White House with his two German shepherds plus the entire RussiaGate cast-of-characters, a delegation of Silicon Valley nobs, and half of K Street to assist him in governing the USA. That outcome will set up all the right people to preside over the greatest economic collapse in the history of the world. Okay, have it your way. Just sayin’.

Their ‘plan’ for the economic calamity that’s about to hit us seems to be bug slurry and living in pod-like capsule hotels for the plebs.

That ‘build back better’ slogan comes from the WEF who recommend bug slurry and living in the pod.

Personally, I won’t eat the bugs, I won’t live in the pod.

This is what is coming our way…

      “Live Not by Lies”
      Rod Dreher

Don’t be put off by the sub-title, “A manual for Christian Dissidents.”

      Snippets from page 93

“… intellectual, cultural, academic, and corporate elites are under the sway of the left-wing political cult built around social justice…”

“… big business’s embrace and promotion of progressive social values and the emergence of ‘surveillance capitalism’ – the sales directed mining of individual data gathered by the electronic devices – is preparing the west to accept a version of China’s social credit system.”

Compare the information you read in this book with the information that Devin Nunes wrote in “Countdown to Socialism” and you will understand the magnitude and scope of what the Democrats have wrought in partnership with China.

      @Ron

      Well, it might be not;

“How did the algorithm work?” – JHK

Semantically,it works like how the General Relativity explains: you move at the speed of light holding a torch, the light will be seen by a stationary observer unlike if you have been stationary. In the result, time stops for you, as long as you are travelling at the speed of light. Time for the observer goes on, with no latency.

Or, it works like how EROEI works: after you build an entire industrial base for a century or two, like our massive base today, you dig in the ground, powered by the industrial base, and you get a barrel of oil that is so super, it holds energy far greater than all the energy put earlier into building the industrial base. Therefore, the EROEI ratio is – you consumed 1 barrel and you got another 100 fresh barrels.

When humans secure excess Energy supplies, they don’t worry how a piece of an algorithm works, JHK, but rather burning that Energy becomes THE main objective – whether the algorithm works or not!

When no enough excess energy supplies are handy, they can play an Energy Musical Chairs game, of course.

Ask war-torn Iraqis, Syrians, Yemenis, Libyans, Azerbaijanis, Armenians – how the algorithm for an Energy Musical Chairs game works!

I have been surprised the past 4 years how openly the Deep State has shown it’s hand, and how desperate the efforts are. Rigging the election was their last desperate plan.

There is a vid going around you tube that states. Trump anticipated the Rigging of the Election and had legal ballots printed with a special water mark so they can be easily recognized when held up to the light.

This should be interesting. My prediction is. If Biden wins and brings in the Kamala Krew and AOC and the squad. It will turn the whole country Red in 4 years.

    • Night Owl November 13, 2020 at 10:18 am #

I posted on this before. No idea if it is true, but it would appear it isn’t needed, regardless. The evidence available in terms of statistics, sworn statements, etc. is overwhelming.

All that is left is to go through the legal motions. Trump wisely prepared for this by unseating a number of activist Uniparty/prog. judges, so he would appear to hold all the cards.

It is clear the coupsters will stop at nothing. John Brennan was shitting bricks on CNN the other day.

      • B_NOLA November 13, 2020 at 10:27 am #

Unfortunately the sworn statements that have actually been filed in various courts are not overwhelming at all. Nobody seems to have witnessed anything real, just a lot of “I think this may have happened” stuff. Plenty of ballots will probably be tossed but probably not enough to change outcomes.

B_Nola– Sworn statements and affidavits may not be the determining evidence; I’d look rather to analysis of the software behavior in vote tabulation computers. I suspect that complex evidence is still developing. In the meantime, we see the Mickey Mouse stuff. –JHK Admin

JHK – Electronic voting systems are far more secure than paper ballots, that’s my point. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Nobody hacked the Dominion systems. If votes were changed by those machines then it was done by people with authorization (permissions on those systems) and plenty of audit logs will exist. If fraud was committed with the electronic machines that will be trivial to show. Paper ballot fraud is much harder to prove with the massive expansion of vote by mail this year and the seemingly disregard for any validation of those ballots. Focus on that, not undermining whatever faith is still left in elections. The Dominion stuff is a misdirection.

“The ‘iron law of oligarchy’ states that all forms of organization, regardless of how democratic they may be at the start, will eventually and inevitably develop oligarchic tendencies, thus making true democracy practically and theoretically impossible, especially in large groups and complex organizations. The relative structural fluidity in a small-scale democracy succumbs to ‘social viscosity’ in a large-scale organization. According to the ‘iron law’, democracy and large-scale organization are incompatible.” ~ Wikipedia

            Vote weighting.
All you need to prove it is the source code (as it was on election day) – of course, that’s proprietary.

As a programmer, I can tell you that electronic voting machines are anything but secure. Give me 5 minutes in that system and I’ll have anybody you want coming out the winner.

We should ban EVMs completely. I’ve never trusted an election since learning about the old Diebold machines which could be hacked in less than a minute.

          • Pete November 14, 2020 at 10:22 am #

You are absolutely out of your mind, and ignorant beyond words. I’ve been an IT professional for thirty years.

The Dominion stuff is the key to unlocking the fraud.

The source code for the base system and all of it’s updates and patches applied from installation to execution should be investigated, and that source code better compile to the image installed on those machines.

You could tabulate votes with a frigging spreadsheet.

What is more, there are data privacy laws that prohibit cross-boarder movement of personal data. I would consider my vote the be the most personal data I have.

If Dominion servers were indeed located in the EU, then perhaps a reading of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — which took effect on May 25, 2018, should be conducted.

The affiliation of Nancy Pelosi’s husband with the Dominion vender is prima face evidence of a conflict of interest, and perhaps a lot more.

Nola, what have you done to my country?

        • Soloview November 13, 2020 at 1:29 pm #

As someone who has conducted hundreds of use case studies on all kinds of software, I am all but certain that nothing will come out of trying to find out “cheating algorithms” in the Dominion software. Actually, Trump’s claim that Dominion deleted 2.7 million votes nation-wide is preposterous crap coming from some hi-tech challenged idiot, likely the prez himself. You would be really the laughable sort of cheater if you tried to fix up a fancy adding machine and get found by a smart code-reader. No, you should instead “lose” ballot boxes, break into sealed envelopes, apply differential rules to qualify/disqualify ballots, harvest votes among the slow-witted and dementia sufferers and let Trump wring their hands over how to write that up as a legally remediable problem.
Let the judges decide whether e.g. the absurdly low 1,009 disqualified ballots in 2.6 million mail-in votes in Pennsylvania is admissible proof of a massive fraud on the people of state and the US democracy. And you what they will decide, JHK, don’t you?

Your statements are a clear contradiction of what the state of Texas found when they conducted hundreds of use case studies as they evaluated Dominion software.

They found so many deficiencies in this system they refused to certify it for use in their state.

            You are a liar.

Soloview, what have you done to our country?

          • Soloview November 14, 2020 at 12:57 pm #

@Pete: I don’t like being called a liar especially not by twisted twerps. The state of Texas rejected the Dominion software for very specific vulnerabilities vis-a-vis specific state requirements, not because it can be set up to manipulate voting. Among other republican states Dominion Voting systems was certified in battleground Florida where it had “no glitches” and final count for Trump was delivered on the election night. You (and Sidney Powell) are spreading idiotic rubbish! In any computer system, garbage-in means garbage-out.

          • Pete November 14, 2020 at 1:20 pm #

    • Uncle Bob November 13, 2020 at 10:28 pm #

The plan is to get Uncle Joe into office, then heave him overboard at the first serious sign of senility or malfeasance. That permits the legal transfer of power to a racist and communist in Kameltoe Harris. With all the idiocy that’s being tossed about — don’t bother with actually passing laws, but churn out Constitution-killing executive orders instead; and let’s return to the American economy-killing Paris Climate Accord — combined with adding two new Democrat states one of which, DC, would violate the Constitution) and the established legal precedent that Democrats can legally rig elections, there’s a good chance that Trump was the last Republican president, and that we’re headed toward a single-party quasi-dictatorship. If you like Venezuela, you’ll love post-2020 America.

The law firm Porter Wright Morris & Arthur on Thursday moved to withdraw from a case filed on behalf of President Trump’s campaign in Pennsylvania challenging the election results. – In this particular lawsuit, the Trump campaign sued Pennsylvania’s Democratic secretary of state and seven counties on Monday, alleging that the commonwealth implemented an illegal “two-tiered” system in which voters were held to different standards depending on how they cast ballots. The campaign is seeking to prevent the certification of the states’ election results until the case plays out.

So I guess we now need to go into software forensics. Even though there are paper backups now. That is so 2000. Sean Hannity makes things up, you know.

Vote counters were recorded on video filling in ballots. Software forensics are unnecessary. The code itself won’t tell us anything. System security is suggestive. Statistical patterns tell a story. A lot of evidence is available for those who have eyes.

Hope the Georgia recount is done right. A poster noted in the previous blog’s comments that the SoS (if I recall correctly) of GA put out a pretty limp-wristed set of rules for the people doing the recount, even allowing some of the very same things the recount was called over in the first place.

    eg.
    – No signature verification requirement
    – Only one ballot observer allowed for every ten state auditors (kind of defeats the purpose?)

    • Night Owl November 13, 2020 at 10:12 am #

Trump is a national embarassment. more than that, he is a national disease. everytime he speaks at length the rest of the developed world realizes we are dumb.

Kunstler is pre-occupied with lower class blacks and the small number of “woke” white people who support them. while this does take up a lot of bandwith on the cable and internet news sources, it is a relatively small portion of what is going on in this country.

    • TiredOfTheTreadmill November 13, 2020 at 11:11 am #

Valid assessment. I rarely come here to read what he has to say anymore. The quality of the comments has greatly diminished too. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised to stop in and see Jim commenting on Q-drops.

    • Tate November 13, 2020 at 11:22 am #

Trump was the first candidate running for high office who started addressing people’s real concerns. Unchecked illegal immigration, unfair trade agreements, the hollowing out of the middle class. The ordinary people were desperate for someone like him. But then he failed to recognize the nature of the opposition. They are not amenable to playing by the rules.

Trump thought once he got in office that he had won, that everybody would play nice. But he didn’t recognize we are at war. You sound like you are one of the enemy. That’s fine. But let’s call a spade a spade.

This is low-level (even now) war. Trust was lost over decades within our sick society. The Democrats were early in recognizing this & realizing they could exploit the little trust that remained within certain classes. Insults were traded across the lines of being “stupid,” of not recognizing one’s true interests, but now the scales are falling from many eyes. The Democrats are cynical opportunists, obsessed with winning “by any means necessary.”

The oligarchs despise us, their generals in the security state hate & fear us, their foot-soldiers hate us on fundamental levels of identity. We have to fight. If it looks like a duck… and so. Looks like war to me. Just because it hasn’t gone kinetic yet is irrelevant.

The Covid scare pushed by the Democrats was instrumental in fueling the vote-by-mail campaign. The excuse was social-distancing although interesting how inconsistent the rules have been applied when the “mostly peaceful demonstrations” were at issue.

So this was the plan all along, to enable massive voter fraud, through mail-in ballots. Everything else followed without having to be coordinated as mail-in ballots are inherently fraudulent. A centralized conspiracy wasn’t necessary to make the plan work.

        • Goldy89 November 13, 2020 at 2:57 pm #

It is scary. Friends have had it. Currently my previously healthy 53 year old buddy can’t play a round of golf 5 months after making it out alive with permanent lung scarring. You seriously sicken me. People are dying, and health care workers are giving it all. There are many like you here in Western Michigan. They’re getting seriously scared right now as Spectrum’s beds are filled up, yet no one is doing anything. Go back to your Newsmax goggles encased in your tin foil head covering. How this sight used to be a place of interest amazes me. Now just a conspiracy well for geriatric house-bound kool-aid drinkers.

          • Tate November 13, 2020 at 3:35 pm #

What about the mail-in balloting scam? The Covid scare was tailor-made as an excuse for that fraud. I notice you didn’t say anything about that. Classic deflection off the real issue.

            1. What scam? Here in Michigan we ordered our ballots and dropped them by. 4 dropped from the 4 voters in my house. No deflection. You idiots persist in calling it a scam when it is not.

            2. The point wasn’t golf Poindexter. It was that a previously healthy 53 year old can’t play a round in a cart. Imagine what else he can’t do. No scam. No scare. Shit’s real.

            @ Goldy,

You’re right, it is scary. So is driving. No doubt some people will die in a car accident.

How about we have a national mandate that there is a 5 mph speed limit. Some people will still die in car accidents, but think of all the lives that will be saved.

Problem is it will take most people 4 to 6 hours to get to work. Travelling to see family for Thanksgiving? If they live 200 miles away, you’ll be on the road for 40 hours.

You see Grasshopper? The solution cannot be worse than the problem.

He obviously cares enough about his father to send him some truth. My 80 year old father won’t hear it. Isolated by the pandemic, and having lost many real friends he’s become a victim of he same misinformation that clutters your hoarder’s mind. So I’ve given up and will let him die a happier man. Shiva Ayyadurai, Email and the truth:

If we glance at the some of the commendable work by Shiva then Email is one of those things which cannot be ignored.

How Different is Shiva Ayyadurai’s Email to Ray Tomlinson’s Email?

As we have already discussed the Ray’s Tomlinson email, let’s talk about Shiva Email.

Shiva wrote this email software program for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1978. It was good a decent email system that allowed the university staff to send electronic messages. Then in 1981, he registered the copyright on this program called EMAIL.

If we take a look back at the conception then it is the extension and enhancement of the Shiva’s Email system which we currently use. He claims that it was him who introduced proper formatting to an email like To, From, CC, BCC, Subject, Body, Attachments, and Others.

        END QUOTE

As I said, it looks like he, along with some other people as well, has a perfectly respectable claim to being one of the inventors of email.

I agree with you but what did we expect? Politics in the West has turned into another form of reality tv and all of our leaders, whether we are talking about Trump or Trudeau, are manufactured to entertain the public and distract us from the “corporate coup d’état” that has permeated every facet of human life on this planet and will end up leading to the the extinction of all life on Earth. The masters of the universe who control our politics don’t give a damn if Joe Biden or Donald Trump occupy the Oval Orifice because they know that neither pose a threat to their dominance over us. The same can be said of Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Make America Great Again or Proud Boys.. All of them are puppets whose strings are pulled by media conglomerates and none of them pose a threat to the established order.

Milwaukee elections head misplaced crucial voting-related flash drive

      https://twitter.com/SidneyPowell1/status/1326993741438128130

“A flash drive that contained crucial absentee voter information in the 2020 presidential election was briefly lost during the early morning hours of Wednesday Nov. 4 as the world waited for Milwaukee to reveal its ballot counts.”

What a coincidence. Just wook at dat wittle McWesistance face!

      • FreddieMars November 13, 2020 at 12:29 pm #

        The article goes on to state;

’ Upon arriving at the Milwaukee County Election Commission, she wrote, “I discovered that I had left the flash drive for Tabulator 7 in the machine. I immediately called Kimberly Zapata, a member of my senior leadership team, who was still present at Central Count and confirmed that it was still in the machine. She removed it and shut down the machine. I believe it is important to document that the flash drive was never left unattended and that staff had remained in the room throughout this process.”

The letter states, “Per our protocol of engaging law enforcement, Ms. Zapata gave the flash drive to a Milwaukee Police Department Officer who delivered the flash drive approximately 10 minutes later. Time stamps on both the flash drive and the tabulator correlate and confirm that the flash drive was not altered from the original time of export.”

The immense effort of pushback re having complete transparency in the state’s presidential election voting systems is pretty egregious; and astounding.

The combo of CCP/Party of Davos/Globalists/NGOs et al. and all of their minions (US and EU news media, academia, entertainment, etc.) are hard at work and have a very good chance of being successful (their infrastructure is daunting).

This is what happens when vigilance is absent in the body politic.

I pray and hope for positive results in the unmasking of election fraud and that Pres Trump prevails and leads this country for another 4 years.

I’m a little surprised at the number of Republicans who are immediately behaving as if Biden actually is the president-elect.

They know that is not a fact.

I know that the Republicans are for the most part on the Democrats’ side, I knew that long before Donald Trump became involved.

It’s just that it is so soon.

We wait for some of these hard-core GOP jellyfish to grow a spine and emerge from the trump ooze.

All of it is cynical calculation. Georgia in play! – so they can foul the gears of anyone ever getting anything done again.

A noble pursuit! We all stand proud.

        Yes BoO.

The “We’ll get ’em next time” crowd. Having resigned the Presidency, now focused on the balance of power that will be determined by the GA Senate races.

Here’s the problem: When the Chairman of the Federal Election Commission, goes on record on live TV, saying the current display of intentional fraud makes the election “Illegitimate” – that’s a powerful word reserved for the likes of Bolivia or Kazakhstan.

A recent comment – “The deplorables may become the ungovernables”. Using the Chairman’s words above, gives them a leg to stand on – a battle cry, if you will.

Following that line of thought, if that occurs, balance of power, that they are currently preoccupied with, won’t really matter.

        @ Beryl of Oyl

“I’m a little surprised at the number of Republicans who are immediately behaving as if Biden actually is the president-elect.”

It is reveaing how many corrupted Repubs there are in high positions. The SoS for Georgia – Brad raffensperger – is a great example of this with his bullshit “hand recount”.

As I commented in the last CFN post wrt the Georgia “hand recount” declared by Republican SoS Brad Raffensperger, it appears that it is a scam.

Yet again, this RINO is again trying to orchestrate a steal.

        1. No signature verification

        2. Again not allowing sufficent numbers of monitors or sufficent access to be practically useful

        3. No arrangements for ballot security

        4. And so on.

These and other objections are laid out in a letter from the Trump team to this slimy RINO.

You can download and read the letter at

Recently, I responded to @messianicdruid’s post about proof of election fraud on the “Fore” post last week.
HIs post was about…you guessed it, subtraction of votes from one candidate and addition to the other.
    Here is what they wrote:
    ______________

“One guy goes up by the same number that his opponent goes down, instantly. A two’fer. What will you accept as proof ?”

    http://thephaser.com/2020/11/smoking-gun-vote-fraud-caught-on-cnn/
    ______________

Unfortunately, for messianicdruid Matt Bevin lost that election and his claims of fraud were investigated by CISA and found meritless. And, here’s the kicker, unfortunately, that election took place in 2019. So, sorry, that might not work so hot for this year.

    Here’s some literature:

    https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-factcheck-cnn-not-evidence-vote-fraud-idUSKBN27P2TI

The next piece of “proof” that the druid whipped up was one of my favorites–the “independent journalist”-cum-health-guru. They feed you “unfiltered” truth that the “deep state” is hiding from you–and they keep your colon put-putting like a BMW airhead, opposed-cylinder engine.

Here is a UK report on that source (Mike Adams aka “Health Ranger”):

    https://www.isdglobal.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/20200620-ISDG-NaturalNews-Briefing-V4.pdf

Theories are indeed subject to proof, JHK, and a screenshot of Mr. Ayyadurai’s “proof” runs a bit thin and doesn’t follow that grade school Math class injunction to “show your work.” The other interesting aspect at play is that I’ve now seen at least five different approaches to “prove” the same vote swapping theory. Something smacks of desperation here.

Here’s an example of work shown that puts a bit of a dent in Mr. Ayyadurai’s claims:

    https://kabir-naim.medium.com/dr-shiva-ayyadurai-the-danger-of-data-charlatans-4f675ffe793c

The fun part of our post-modern mess is the insane circularity that the information highway creates. As Greg Brown the folk singer sang: “Gonna be a lotta roadkill on the Information Highway.”

I used to come to this blog in the past for corroboration and elaboration on ideas I held myself, and for the healthy challenge of wrestling with ideas I didn’t share.
I now visit as an anthropologist. I’m usually just an observer. But sometimes you gotta open the drawer and pull out the Hemingway shock-proof bullshit detector and turn the thing on…

I’m confident I’ll get slammed for this post. Labeled an “SJW troll,” an “MSM sheeple,” a “jizz-swabber,” an “hysterical 14-year-old girl” etc. etc.
Such is the risk on this platform.

    Some more Greg Brown:

“We sift through culture run amok
But our rhythm is still boom-boom-chuck.
The whole world to us is now a theme park.
The tourist takes the traveler’s place,
Buys a new body, a new face.
A hymn is not a hymn sung with no heart.
And I turn to the Man of Woe
And ask him where there’s left to go –
He points down with his shepherd’s crook.
I’ll tell it all in my new book.”

I’m sure JHK will tell all in his new book, too. Let’s hope it provides something of more substance than the weekly (weakly) partisan efflorescence on this blog. Although, these days it would appear Mr. K simply wants to froth up a bunch of foamy thought bubbles just to hasten the predictions he made in earlier books into being. To those with a hammer…

Parting thought a la my pal Nietszche (who never sold coffee mugs or pewter flasks with his book titles on them) on the psychology of the day (applicable to both sides of this partisan shit-show that our country is now):
As Elgat interprets it, Nietzschean ressentiment is an “instinctive reaction” to suffering (of a certain sort). More compendiously, it is “an affectively charged desire for revenge that involves the belief that someone or other is responsible for the suffering that causes it . . . ” (emphasis in original). To read this is to be reminded of Aristotle’s definition of anger as “a desire, accompanied by pain, for conspicuous revenge for some conspicuous belittlement of oneself or one’s friends and family, the belittlement not having been deserved” (Rhetoric 1378a 31-33), and this should give us pause. Anger is the signature emotion of the Homeric hero — an emotion of strength (one might have thought) that typically expresses itself in plain, honest outbursts. But Nietzschean ressentiment is surely an emotion of weakness that typically (though not perhaps necessarily) expresses itself obliquely and deviously, that usually doesn’t vent itself at once, but simmers and stews and festers.

    • MrMangoOnMyShoulder November 13, 2020 at 11:02 am #

You had me for a while there. And I for one have no desire to label you a “SJW troll,” an “MSM sheeple,” a “jizz-swabber,” an “hysterical 14-year-old girl” etc”

I do indeed recognize those comments from previous posts here. But for th most part they were in response to the incessant name-calling and low-thought baiting posts from a few new undesirable “comment stars” here in the recent days since the election (who clearly fit the description to deserve at least the first two of those “low blows”). After the 10th time of asking someone to cut out the childish crap, a bit of a verbal beatdown is acceptable in my eyes.

      And then:

“Parting thought a la my pal Nietszche (who never sold coffee mugs or pewter flasks with his book titles on them) ”

Presuming this to be a jab at our host. I would suggest that Nietszche would have done exactly that if the option were available to him at the time. Nietszche did, after all, sell *books* with his book titles on them, did he not? Always confuses me when people suggest finding ways to make money is selling out. I used to think that way as well, and then I hit the age of 30. That was a while ago.

      • MoleMan November 13, 2020 at 11:38 am #

        Thanks @ MrMango

I understand your point about reaching a threshold with disrespectful posters. And I’m no angel when I lose my temper at times. But I’m not sure the balance of inflammatory name-calling rests in favor of that group/impetus. Two of the four names I listed (and there are many, many others) were used preemptively on people–not in response to lame behavior. And the the last one was used by JHK in his post “Female Problems” as a label for the “Dems.” Finding myself in the middle much of the time, wielding Occam’s Razor, it’s disheartening to see this kind of counter-productivity. I mean, what’s gained by using this approach? And doesn’t that approach by the blog’s host encourage the same name-calling by the acolytes?

And you are absolutely correct. The Nietzsche comment was a jab at JHK. I’m 43–so, a bit past the 30-year-old threshold–and I recognize that finding ways to make money is not an immediate characteristic of selling out. If, however, the means and spirit by which you attempt to make money runs agains the grain of your weltanschauung (especially if you are the type who brays about said world view), then I see issues.
In this case, Mr. K. has made a living lambasting (correctly, in my opinion) our commercial culture–the vacuous, constant spending, the empty plastic-aesthetic of suburbia.
So, to then hawk the very thing he derides is pretty clear hypocrisy. It’s not about making money; it’s about living what you preach.
There is a collection of essays from the late ’90s titled “Commodify Your Dissent.” Selling Long Emergency “swag” (made in China?) is a pretty clearcut case of commodification of dissent, no?

I’ll sign off with some conciliation from G.K. Chesterton: “We ought to see far enough into a hypocrite to see even his sincerity.”

I’ll apply that here to Mr. K. in the end (and I hope it applies to my own hypocrisies). But I’ll still call it out. It ain’t about age; it’s about principle and consistency.

          “I’m 43–so, a bit past the 30-year-old threshold” – MoleMan

Hey, me too! Dead on the nuts.

When I said it was a while ago, I meant it. That was the year I said “Fuck it, put some Halliburton in my portfolio. Why should everyone else get paid while I put my nascent savings into solar and green this n that and pretend to feel good about myself? Still have that stuff, but at a certain point a guy has to say “what about me and mine?” (at least a “sensible pessimist” like myself…some others out there have higher humble callings)…I’ll leave the decision up to the good lord (or Pesci) if I did right or wrong.

How does selling a coffee mug go against JHK’s weltanschauung? (had to look that one up, just being honest) Not like he bought some Halliburton or Exxon. Or maybe he did. Dunno. Either way, the argument makes no sense to me.

You are clearly well read and write your thoughts well, and so I very much appreciate your presence here. And I get what you mean about (sometimes) unnecessary vitriol coming from both angles on this site. But I don’t get giving JHK shit for making a dollar, or for allowing those opinions to be said (until he shitcans those who overstep…which I appreciate very much)…or for calling him a hypocrite for calling ’em like he sees ’em in realtime.

Not many places like this on the innernetz. I say rock on.

        Quick addendum:

I disagree wholeheartedly that Nietzsche would have sold merchandise related to his books and ideas. His thoughts on commerce are there to check out, and his main gripe was that commerce forced one to put the buyer’s needs/desires above the seller’s. You whittle away at your autonomy by doing so.

And selling a book that conveys a multitude of ideas is very different from selling a mug or t-shirt, right? If it weren’t then I could just bypass the book and buy a mug and get the same intellectual property–which we know isn’t true.

The mug is an empty Platonic shadow for the book’s ideas.

Your “pal Nietzsche”, huh? That’s rich. As if he’s on your side.

Nietzsche also said, in Thus Spake Zarathustra, that “The state lieth in all languages of good and evil; and whatever it sayeth it lieth; and whatever it hath it has stolen.”

We all lie. Everyone’s different, though. You can plot one’s penchant for lying on a Bell Curve. The more moral of us fall on the thinner and honorable end of the spectrum. And of course, power corrupts. It allows our common human weakness for lying to flourish like melanomas. Or whaddaya think the current vote stealing, and its subsequent cover-up, is all about?

      • MoleMan November 13, 2020 at 8:52 pm #

        @Soul Forensics

Fair enough–you’re right, the “pal” addition was a mistake since it carried the connotation you mention. And because it led you to a different interpretation of what I intended with that passage, which was to suggest that Nietzsche’s thinking about resentment and how it motivates us illuminates some aspects of our country’s social/political arguments. I’m not above acting out of resentment myself at times, but I do think some people actively try to avoid that impulse and other don’t.
I also disagree with Nietzsche about some conclusions and wouldn’t want to give the impression otherwise.

You are correct: Nietzsche covers a lot of ground in his writing.
There is a far stronger quote of his that you could have used to make your “deep state” connection:

“A state, is called the coldest of all cold monsters. Coldly lieth it also; and this lie creepeth from its mouth: “I, the state, am the people.”
It is a lie! Creators were they who created peoples, and hung a faith and a love over them: thus they served life.
Destroyers, are they who lay snares for many, and call it the state: they hang a sword and a hundred cravings over them.
Where there is still a people, there the state is not understood, but hated as the evil eye, and as sin against laws and customs.”

Might be worthwhile to look into the context of the quote, too…the environment he was in when writing (Bismarck state) and his sense of being what he called the “Good European,” which was his antidote to the corrosiveness of nationalism (his evaluation).

Moving past the Nietzsche stuff, though… I guess I hoped that the focus of my post conveyed that I’m not in agreement at this point that there was vote stealing and a cover-up. The bulk of my post dealt with the “proof” provided by folks on here and how it has serious credibility issues and outright logical/data holes.

Messianicdruid responded that he keeps putting out evidence and that people (I suppose me) tell him to STFU.
I’m not suggesting that at all. I’m saying: talk more, but continue the dialogue now that there are two pieces of evidence on the examination table. Show me more evidence to the contrary of what my sources show (history of manipulation and fraudulent behavior in the individuals who provide the “proof” of 2020 vote stealing), and use evidence of a comparable quality (reports/experts in said field). I have not posted anything from WaPo or NYT, etc. etc., so the standard dismissal used as evasion on this site won’t work in this case.

If you go to the CISA website, you can visit their page dedicated to “rumor control”.

      https://www.cisa.gov/rumorcontrol

It informs us that there is no election fraud. Never has been.

It is all a conspiracy theory. They even have a hashtag.

      #PROTECT2020 RUMOR VS. REALITY

      …………………………………………………………………………………

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the Department of Homeland Security appears to be in the midst of a house cleaning.

Bryan Ware, the assistant director of the cybersecurity division at CISA, unexpectedly resigned today. And now Reuters is reporting that Chris Krebs, the director of CISA, expects to be fired by the White House today as part of a purge of political appointees who are considered not loyal to President Donald Trump.

      ……………………………………………………………….

      From Business Insider:

CISA director Krebs expects firing for debunking election fraud claims:

Christopher Krebs, director at the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), has told associates he expects to be fired, Reuters reports.

Krebs reportedly angered White House officials by debunking election misinformation with a project called “Rumor Control.”

CISA broke from Trump and his baseless claims of election fraud Thursday, calling this year’s presidential race “the most secure in American history.”

Krebs also shared a retweet Thursday encouraging people not to share wild claims online, “even if they’re made by the president.”

      …………………………………………………………………………..

So yeh, the fraud, electronic and otherwise, sticks out like dog’s balls, but Chirs Krebs comes out to undermine the President.

It is so hard to get good staff nowadays.

URGENT: The political hysteria in the United States surrounding COVID-19 has taken away critical focus on the “early treatment” of this disease, and will go down in medical history as an incredible blunder.

Imagine not treating patients at home with proven prescription medications but instead forcing them to wait until they are sick enough to be admitted to a hospital for real medications.

While we argue about masks, social distancing, testing, shutdowns and vaccines, several other countries, notably India, have focused on distributing “Home Treatments Kits” to their populations. These kits include proven drugs like Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin as well as over the counter meds which dramatically reduce the severity and length of recovery of COVID-19. It’s crucial to take this protocol at the onset of COVID-19 so you don’t end up in a hospital fighting for your life. These prescriptions only cost a few dollars without insurance.

If your doctor doesn’t agree with using Hydroxychloroquine, then find another doctor or install the MEDICI “phone app” to speak with an on-line doctor immediately. These doctors will take a brief medical history, then prescribe Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin as well as detail which over the counter meds to take. You will then have these meds on hand BEFORE you come down with COVID-19. The MEDICI on-line doctors are also available 24/7 and can provide ongoing support if you come down with COVID-19. https://youtu.be/Gia5cFW-PSA <— this video is "shadow banned" by YouTube.

The whole idea behind the scamdemic was to institute the forced vaccine.

This has been tested on a small scale already. Obamacare called for mandatory flu vaccinations for health care workers in hospitals.

I only learned this just recently, but I already knew that there had been a major push in some states to force vaccinations on nurses.

The nurses fought back, and were winning court battles, not only against the vaccinations, but against the compulsory wearing of masks during their entire shifts as punishment for non-compliance.

Why did they win, against the masks?
One reason, it has long been known that those surgical masks do not and cannot prevent the spread of a virus or other contagious disease.
Does anyone think the mask manufacturers printed that on the packaging just on a whim.

I have a package of the 3M dust mask variety here at home.
It plainly states it will not prevent transmission of influenza or any contagious disease.

If you look at the 3M website today, they are selling these same masks for COVID use.

The packaging also usually states that people with certain medical conditions should not wear the masks.
We all saw how a young woman sitting way up by in the bleachers at a school sporting event was brutally tased by a man not wearing a mask himself, even though she had asthma and could not wear a mask.

Wearing a piece of cloth over your airways is not just silly, it is harmful.

The CDC put out a new bulletin just the other day claiming the opposite.
      They are a corrupt organization.

So, nurses winning lawsuits against useless and harmful masks, just a few years later “flatten the curve” becomes “until a vaccine is found” and everyone acts surprised.

The Denmark study is being attacked before it has even been published.

Another thing, NIAID’s budget was 70 percent for vaccine development and not research for understanding this virus. It has always been about the globalist vaccine goal.

Hypothetically, the main effect of Hydroxychloroquine is to enable the movement of zinc across the cell membrane from the bloodstream into the cell where it can inhibit the replication of the virus, i.e. it is an ionophore. Other natural ionophores are ECGC and Quercetin which are naturally available (ECGC from green tea and Quercetin from a variety of dietary sources, notably apple skin and blueberries), or can be bought as supplements. Selenium helps activate Zinc.

If you think hydroxychloroquine is a good idea you should investigate this angle.

Personally, I take zinc, selenium, & quercetin supplements and drink about 4 cups of green tea a day.

The azithromycin is to fight secondary infections and should not be taken prophylactically.

      • xxzzy999 November 13, 2020 at 5:23 pm #

I feel using Hydroxychloroquine is the best idea by far for early treatment. Is unbelievable the lack of early/home treatment for COVID-19 in the US while other countries move forward using Hydroxychloroquine for early home treatment.

Here is a good explanation of using Hydroxychloroquine:

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNZdWQCfTqc&feature=youtu.be

Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin are prescribed along with:
        Aspirin 81mg daily
        Zinc 50mg daily
        Vitamin C 1000mg daily
        Vitamin D3 2000 IU daily
        Quercertin 500mg daily

        • Epicur November 13, 2020 at 10:23 pm #

I take the D3 also, but with K2. Some researchers say that D3 without K2 causes calcium to be diverted to deposits in your arteries. I don’t know if they are right, but it does not look like a little K2 is going to hurt me. Plenty of vit C, but not supplements – dietary.

      • Ishabaka November 15, 2020 at 4:36 pm #

The original treatment was hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin + zinc. Multiple studies have been published using hydroxychloroquine, showing no beneficial effect, but zero studies have been published using the three agent combo. Covid-19 had been here in the USA in abundance since March. A study would take two months max – yet none has been done. Qui bono?

        • xxzzy999 November 16, 2020 at 7:37 pm #

Who needs studies when thousands of doctors around the world are prescribing hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin + zin… early on with great documentable success for treating COVID-19.

    • Urinthe Village November 13, 2020 at 6:41 pm #

Speaking as a retired physician, I think very few doctors (in private practice, what few remain) would refuse to prescribe hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). The problem is that the state pharmacy boards have instructed pharmacists not to fill these prescriptions if they think they were prescribed for Covid. I know of many people in AZ, ND, and CO who were prescribed HCQ but who could not get their prescription filled.

Also, hospitals and universities have been leaned on to make sure their physician employees do not prescribe HCQ. (When you want to keep your job, you do what the boss says.)

Obamacare drove most primary care (and many specialists) out of private practice because they could not afford the mandated reporting requirements and EHR’s.

Big pharma does not want some cheap generic drug to rob them of the opportunity for tens or hundreds of billions in sales of “vaccines” and new therapeutics.

That is how the world is working these days.

      • MrMangoOnMyShoulder November 13, 2020 at 9:13 pm #

Wow. Why on earth would physicians be pressured not to prescribe something they think may help their patients? Way of the world these days, indeed. I thought it was, “First, do no harm,” not “First, don;t try to do good if it doesn’t suit our current political viewpoint.”

Yikes. Presuming you’re glad to be retired. And thank you for your time in the trenches…

The 9 justices of the USA Supreme Court, have their own deep-set motives to trash team Biden for vote fraud.

These include Biden’s personal attacks on Justice Clarence Thomas, and Biden-Harris threats to destroy the authority of the US Supreme Court by adding as many new judges as necessary.

The longest-serving justice on the US Supreme Court is conservative black intellectual Clarence Thomas, sworn in in 1991. His nomination was aggressively fought by then-Senator Joe Biden, managing hearings in what Thomas called “a national disgrace … a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves.”

The problem here for Biden, is that his personal attacks on Clarence Thomas, then a Federal Appeals judge, touch all Supreme Court Justices independently of those justices’ race or politics. Unproven allegations trumpeted by Biden, strike all Supreme Court judges as hostile and threatening to judicial authority. Their view is that no judge should be publicly humiliated in this manner.

Finally, there is the fact that the current Supreme Court justices resent how, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, in classic Bolshevik fashion, have indulged thinking about ‘packing’ the US Supreme Court, adding 3 or more to the current 9 justices, to ensure it will rubber-stamp any Democratic Party programme items.

US judges do not want their ‘supreme powers’ to be torn away from them. Packing the court with as many extra judges as needed, to ensure friendly verdicts, obviously destroys the significance of the court, making them into mere rubber-stamp clerks. The existing judges do not want this, they want their great power to continue, and Biden-Harris are obviously a threat to this

The Supreme Court Justices have reason to confirm the vote fraud, giving Joe Biden a taste of what he should have expected after trying to humiliate Clarence Thomas back in 1991

Clarence Thomas – who nobody knows what exactly he sounds like since he never utters a sound – has been at a loss since the passing of Scalia. Time was that Scalia would hold up one finger for a yes! and two fingers for a no!

Now Clarence must decide on his own and has carefully studied the body language of Alito for clues.

intellectual? Wow. How hard did you have to retch to cough up that howler of a blous?

        Sea Dolt troll……

On average, from 1994 to 2004, Scalia and Thomas had an 87% voting alignment, the highest on the court, followed by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and David Souter (86%). Scalia and Thomas’s agreement rate peaked in 1996, at 98%. By 2004, however, other pairs of justices were observed to be more closely aligned than Scalia and Thomas.

Statistically insignificant difference of 1%. Your rebuke to Brabantian

            Honey Process,

Your latest remark indicates that your complaint that Thomas voted often with Scalia was in fact a canard.

You just don’t like Thomas’s decisions. That he might have voted with Scalia frequently for several years – something other justices commonly do,( i.e. vote frequently with others aligned with their opinion) – was merely a smokescreen about your actual complaint, that you consider Thomas to be “a horrible judge.”

That you felt it necessary to offer readers a canard calls into question your ability to be honest with others. Here’s a chance to redeem yourself. What precisely it about Justice Thomas that makes him “a horrible judge”?

    Heckler, you had mention this,

    1. http://www.vietvet.org/crocket.htm
    Excerpt:
Numerous shootings and stabbings (almost nightly occurrences) kept most of the good guys in their own quonset huts after hours. A gang of tough blacks roamed the area looking for young white males to rape. Most of us young white males developed the habit of sleeping on our backs with an entrenching tool cradled where our teddy bears used to be.

Shortly after I arrived at my first assignment in Germany in 1975, a black NCO in the unit tried to sexually assault me. Fortunately I got away. I wonder if there were others who did not?
In the past there have been studies showing that while a higher percentage of women are raped in the military, in terms of raw numbers, MORE MEN THAN WOMEN ARE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED.

The studies I saw didn’t mention the racial aspects of the assaults, but any SBPDL reader already knows who’s doing most of them.
I do recall reading that over 90% of women in the military get sexually harassed, a third get raped, and a third of those get gang raped. That’s something to consider before letting your daughter sign up.
I recall a TV news interview one morning in the 1990s in which a female former USAF major noted that she had been raped as a cadet at the USAF Academy in Colorado and again on active duty, that time by an NCO.

She added that, in her military rape survivors group, there were men too. I noticed the news show didn’t want to touch that topic.
Trust me, folks, the military is not like the silly movies we’ve been shown for so many years.

In many, many ways, it’s a lot like prison. I was fortunate as a reservist, and had only positive experiences, but heard enough sea stories to know about the dark side (that, and being privy to UCMJ proceedings as a military paralegal.)

    • benr November 13, 2020 at 5:36 pm #

Saw none of that in the eight years I spent in Uncle sams canoe club I did how ever get to spend a Saturday for eight hours of sexual harassment training for tailhook.

We did get a black guy transferred to our boat who was gay and alleged to have tried giving a passed out guy a hummer.
Sea story goes the guy woke up and was none to happy to have this large and very ugly man hovering over his privates.

We had two openly gay men on the boat one was a decent guy never weird the black guy was weird and creepy had a bad habit of hovering the head for hours picking at his face and watching the guys showering.

“The avatars of good government, Joe Biden, and his righteous Democrats, seem a little bit spooked by the globe-of-silence enveloping Mr. Trump and his lawyers the past few days.”

    Uhhhhm…. they do?

“Here’s what the Democrats don’t tell you: theories are subject to proof, and proof brings theories into compliance with reality, including, sometimes, the part about conspiracy.”

Actually, this is EXACTLY what the Democrats are telling us. “Election “stolen”? Prove it.”

I’m almost as interested JHK to see when you will gracefully concede you were having a twilight zone moment through this election as i am in seeing when Frump will gracefully concede defeat. Except we know when Frump will – never. He has no grace and he lacks the character to be a graceful loser. Or a graceful anything.

“That outcome will set up all the right people to preside over the greatest economic collapse in the history of the world.”

Who cares? It’s of zero larger relevance who is presiding over the many events of our decline and fall. It’s not like anyone stands to benefit politically from such an event, or rather, process, for more than the most fleeting moment. A process by the way that is underway right now, presided over by Trump, whom is indeed as potent a symbol of general human decay, of the greatest fall in history, as has ever achieved high status.

In the meantime, concerning yourself with such matters as which eight-billionths scrap of humanity are on the POTUS team as the entire world slews down the tubes is like being concerned which doctor is standing by at your decapitation.

I’ll check back in with you in December, Yohannon. You can show me then exactly what ‘you’ve proven. Deal?

The only thing i care about here – the only thing, take note – is seeing someone who deserves to lose at something really big like no one on earth deserves to lose at something really big, lose.

Same as it was so bloody fantastic when i was a little kid seeing the bully of the playground finally get his ass handed to him by some unlikely nerd.

No decent human being could cast a ballot for Donald Trump and still claim the level of decency they claimed before doing so. Not even the staunchest Republican. Not at this juncture, not after four years of seeing what sort of man we are dealing with here.
They simply couldn’t do it. Four years ago? I get it. Now? NO excuse.

          Fleatrapper,

It sounds like your Trump Derangement Syndrome comes down to bad experiences with bullies on the playground as a kid. I don’t think Trump’s defeat alone will clear away all that mental baggage. Seek professional counseling or your inner child will never heal. Perhaps take martial arts classes until you can feel like a man.

It appears the bigger issues don’t register in your mind. Things like Corporate Globalists taking away our rights and freedoms and building an advanced surveillance and control dictatorship – an Orwellian dystopia. Trump hasn’t done nearly enough to stop such evil, but Biden is totally on board to advance the UN agendas.

Or do you want to live “sustainably”? Oh how they love that word. Meaning, owning nothing, crammed in a small living space, monitored 24-7 by AI lest you utter a word or have a thought the state bans. The prison planet is not some paranoid delusion. It’s the plan of the Powers That Be, and they are increasingly open in discussing it.

hmuller, you’re not free. First of all, you’re trapped in fantasies involving UN agendas and anyone’s remote interest in your existence. No one in America, probably not even your significant other or family, really gives a shit about you, and no one’s gonna, unless you’re young, hot and extremely talented.

Second — unless you’re a back-to-the-lander growing your food, forging your tools, administering your health care, building your computer from silica & ore — you’re as wrapped up in the hyper-complexity of modern life as everyone else, utterly reliant on doing your small part to shuffle along the chow line as food, water, electricity, internet porn and oil are doled out.

You may think you’re free, but you’re probably like every other American: sucking the balls of Arabs who shit oil down your gullet, chugging your (probably sick) body around in an oversized car on roadways you’re bitter about paying taxes for, while you blithely rubber-stamp bottomless debt to foreign governments and future generations. God forbid any American actually be required to live within the physical and economic limits of our actual conditions.

Kunstler, and others, have pointed out that all the excess energy that allows your miserable modern existence is fading away, and all the climate stability we enjoyed until recently has slipped away, forever.

First of all, I didn’t say I was free. I’d like to be. But the Deep State,- Globalist cabal has taken away most of our freedom already.

Secondly, saying I suck Arab testicles is a crude and gratuitous insult. Cut back on the porn hub, especially the coprophilia (it will rot your mind).

Third, you know nothing about how I live. I drive fewer than 2,000 miles per year in a 13 yr old Toyota Corolla. I live cheaper and greener than most people. Not because I’m WOKE, but because I value austerity and modesty. I live in my library and have no interest in profligate, conspicuous consumption.

Resource scarcity has been one way the few have controlled the many since the dawn of civilization. Sounds like they have you walking their treadmill. “Woe are we, we must give up every aspect of freedom and modern living or we shall all perish!” As long as they have you convinced of that, you will be their willing slave, and deservedly so.

I’ll just say there are new energy technologies which make the hydrocarbon issue yesterday’s news. Think Nikola Tesla.

Isn’t this what was predicted well before the election? Early counting would show a lead for Trump, because election day results would show up first and then the early, mail-in votes would be waited in favor of Democrats, because they tended to vote early by mail.

    • QuantumOfIdleness November 13, 2020 at 11:20 am #

“Isn’t this what was predicted well before the election? Early counting would show a lead for Trump, because election day results would show up first and then the early, mail-in votes would be waited in favor of Democrats, because they tended to vote early by mail.”

No, that’s wrong. In fact, the widespread use of mail-in voting should have flattened out any potential bulges in the counting.

Why? Because – unlike in other styles of voting – mass mail voting, putting so many votes through the postal service, thoroughly “shuffles” the ballots, just like a deck of cards, in a way that has never before been seen.

As in any good shuffle, the result should be a much more even flow of votes undistinguished by bursts of votes for either one side or the other.

The USA had a Native American Vice President under Coolidge.

Much like Steve Sailer’s “magic dirt” fallacy, wherein those who arrive on these shores either through legal or illegal means (or even who are native-born) magically become or are virtuous by virtue of being here. Another way of seeing it is just because America has been an extraordinarily successful nation doesn’t mean it will continue to be so after importing a new people to replace us.

When a network cuts away from the president’s press secretary because she is talking about election fraud, that right there points to election fraud.

    Sworn affidavits are evidence, btw.

Speaking of evidence, I would like to link to the Market-Ticker guy, and one of his fresh tirades.

It’s about the scamdemic, but the election and the ‘ro fraud are inextricably linked.

I have been seeing on the internet that claims about the PCR tests, as the Ticker guy has been making, have been “debunked”, but I have also seen Dr. Fauci himself making those same claims in one of his more lucid moments.

“The vast majority of the time a “positive” PCR test with a CT beyond 30 is a factual fraud and those studies finding culturable virus beyond CT30 were all in persons symptomatic at the time. This means that nearly all quarantine orders are in fact false imprisonments and the destruction of economic vitality and personal financial harm that results is both intentional and a felonious criminal racket. Every single individual involved in this outrageous scam must be prosecuted and given the scale, scope and intent of this scam there’s a clean argument for them all to get the needle and the ashes of their entire family line to be scattered to the four winds.”

There are empty suits and then there’s Obama. See, he’s out there saying that Trump’s claims of voting irregularities put American democracy on a “dangerous path”.

    Seriously?

You have to be deliberately blind, or a Democrat, or a Democrat supporter, to not see what’s plain and clear, that the baseless claims over the past four years of Republican collusion with Russians, of baseless claims of clear evidence of such collusion, of baseless claims that indictments of Trump and his crew were imminent, are what set American democracy on a dangerous path, such claims being utterly fraudulent.

And democracy is on a dangerous path when you have a partisan judiciary determined to obstruct policy agendas using spurious justifications of unconstitutionality, or whatever other nonsense the judge can pull out of his ass. That said, partisanship in the judiciary isn’t just on the Democrat side, but when judges overstep their bounds and stray into what isn’t supposed to be their function – policy-making – that you set the table for real conflict.

    AP

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Thursday sounded an alarm about restrictions imposed because of the coronavirus pandemic, saying they shouldn’t become a “recurring feature after the pandemic has passed.”

“The pandemic has resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty,” Alito said in an address to the conservative Federalist Society, which is holding its annual convention virtually because of the pandemic.

Alito noted that he was “not diminishing the severity of the virus’ threat to public health” or saying anything about “whether any of these restrictions represent good public policy.” He cautioned against his words being “twisted or misunderstood.”

But he said it is an “indisputable statement of fact” that “we have never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020.”

“Whatever one may think about the COVID restrictions, we surely don’t want them to become a recurring feature after the pandemic has passed,” said Alito, who was nominated to the court by President George W. Bush.

Alito was particularly critical of two cases earlier this year where the court sided with states that, citing the coronavirus pandemic, imposed restrictions on the size of religious gatherings. In both cases, the court divided 5-4 in allowing those restrictions to continue with Chief Justice John Roberts siding with the court’s liberals.

Yoho: The pandemic is never going to pass, Sam, because it never really existed. But if we declare it done, they will throw another one at us, a worse one. We are in a state of war.

How tragic that an important man like Alito doesn’t understand what is going on. He thinks this these loss of liberties is just for the time being! And that makes them alright….. Really? It’s ok that we are ruled by globalist medical agencies for the time being? Would the Founders have accepted that?

Read Kim Strassel’s column in today’s Wall Street Journal, “Harvesting the 2020 Election.” It’s a succinct description of Pelosi’s attempt in 2019 to ram through ‘a 600-plus page bill devoted to “election reform,”‘ ironically titled the ‘For the People Act.’ In Strassel’s words, the bill was “focused on empowering the federal government to dictate how states conduct elections–with new rules designed to water down ballot integrity and to corral huge new tranches of Democratic voters.” Provisions included requiring states to offer early voting, election day and online voter registration, registration of voters automatically from government databases, including federal welfare recipients, allow colleges and universities to register voters, allow 16-year-olds to register two years in advance, require no-fault absentee ballots to allow anyone for any reason to vote by mail, allow ballot harvesting and more. Thankfully the Republicans blocked the bill, but it didn’t matter; the coronavirus gave the Dems the perfect excuse to bring “scores of lawsuits to force states to adopt its provisions” and this back door approach has succeeded in many states. So, as Strassel says, “the fix…was in well before anyone started counting votes”…they got “rules in place that would allow them to flood the zone with additional mail-in ballots.” In spite of what the Dems have accomplished in this year’s election fiasco, Pelosi has suggested that she may push the bill again in 2021, just in case there are any recalcitrant states out there that may still have some voting integrity remaining to be squelched. No wonder the country is divided, possibly irreparably. It most definitely is liberty vs. tyranny.

If pedo biden wins, then horizontal harris wins and it’s ON!!!!! I’ll agree with Don that conservatives dominate talk radio. But compare that to the left-wing propaganda monopoly on TV news reporting and cable news networks. By the way, all you FOX haters should rejoice; you’ve reached about 75% control there, too.

Then there’s social media censorship and the elimination of conservative websites, Don probably cheers that as a victory for “Truth” over propaganda. In the old Soviet Union they used to say, “we have complete freedom of speech, so long as you speak the truth.” This is precisely the silicon valley mogul’s meme; they will protect us from wrong information (as determined by the most left of the lefties). If you can’t see what’s wrong with that, you are really too far gone.

    • Rupert November 13, 2020 at 1:13 pm #

“Voter suppression” is mostly what? Desire for ID and secure elections?

Gerrymandering is universal and has been required by law in some times and places- the South was required to make black districts after the 60s.

Likewise, both parties play their base. What did Obama get done with his two years of full press power (House, Senate, Presidency)? What did Trump? Relative stasis is preferred by the paymasters of both.

MSM, tech, Hollywood, the academy, etc all push forward the Blue Team message and punish deviants outside their window of acceptability to the left and the right. Michael Moore got squelched for calling out the eco-scammers. Message control and dissemination is far stronger on the blue side of the aisle.

The giveaway in this is Biden’s transition team- it includes a whole lot of corporate players, neocons, and anti-Trump Republicans. The party masters, red and blue alike, don’t exist to give their base what the base wants.

I’m going to miss Trump if he fails to stop the steal, whatever his faults, at least he’s not the uniparty.

      What is this, opposite day!?

  41. volodya November 13, 2020 at 12:49 pm #

Just finished a book, a compilation of George Orwell’s articles and essays, and guess what the thing was called? Yep, “Seeing Things As They Are”.

Orwell covered a whole bunch of topics, but one in particular caught my eye, a short passage about a trip he took in the 1920s on a passenger boat to Burma (he served as an officer there in the Imperial Police). The passengers apparently suffered no shortage of grub and so one day Orwell spotted one of the ship’s crew, a quartermaster according to Orwell, one of the guys entrusted with the ship’s wheel, skulking, looking guilty, with something in his hands. And what the man was carrying was a plate of partially eaten custard pie. The fellow carried it into the crew quarters to be eaten at leisure.

Orwell said that this incident pointed out the discrepancy between the reward afforded the crewman – his pay – and his skill and also the responsibility given him, that being for everyone’s life, so that he wasn’t above swiping leftovers. He said that what he saw taught him more than any half-dozen Socialist pamphlets, Socialism being his preferred ideology.

So, it’s like this, do like Orwell and never mind the Mein Kampf, Little Red Book, Atlas Shrugged, Antifa, BLM, deregulation, unfettered markets, tax cut quack, quack, quackery. Look at what’s right under your nose and use your own eyes and ears and powers of reason. Big G gave you a brain after all.

He did love England though – more than he knew. Thus he hated hardcore Communists who wanted to make England generic, the same as everywhere else. He was really a National Socialist, but his prejudices and bad experiences in boarding schools prevented him from every embracing it. He hated snobbery and bullying – and identified that with aristocracies of all kinds, including natural ones.

“Here’s what the Democrats don’t tell you: theories are subject to proof, and proof brings theories into compliance with reality, including, sometimes, the part about conspiracy… The worm in the machine, perhaps: a simple algorithm (i.e., set of coded instructions) embedded in the Dominion vote tabulation software…appears to subtract votes from one candidate and add them to the other candidate.”

And then… STOP COUNTING. Many a World Series or Super Bowl would have a different result if the game ended in the bottom of the 8th inning or with 6 minutes left to go in the fourth quarter. Quit while you’re ahead? More like, let’s quit because my team is ahead! So typical of the Win-At-All-Costs deviancy of The Exception Nation. Do whatever you have to to win because the other side is so… “evil”. Theft wrapped around moral superiority. The toxic package we all live with these days at every turn.

“…in the event that none of this goes Mr. Trump’s way, then, of course, Mr. Biden moves into the White House with his two German shepherds…”

At least Biden will have two life forms to talk with when all the serious business of the nation is being conducted in the other room by The New White Pantsuit Queen and her selected group of Swamp Monsters. Time for your biscuit, Joe?

A madness has crept over The Exceptional Nation like some kind of deviant fog. Whatever little ability Americans may have left to think and reason has been neutered by propagandized education and corporate mass media sensory abuse that has infected and overwhelmed battered Americans with Correct Think and a badly mistaken desire to blame all of America’s problems on One Man. Nice, easy, simplistic… crap think. In such an environment, all that is left is to pull up a chair and watch the collapse as it unfolds around you.

Lt Gen Thomas McInerney is familiar with the election fraud technology. He says it was developed by the National Security Agency in order to interfere in foreign elections, but now is in the hands of the CIA and was used to defeat Trump.

Trump is considered to be an enemy of the military/security complex because of his wish to normalize relations with Russia, thus taking away the enemy that justifies the CIA’s budget and power.

In a recent interview with Dave Janda, Lt Gen Thomas McInerney (USAF Ret.) discussed how the Deep State has continued to attempt to undermine and defeat President Trump, including through voter fraud in the presidential election.

Nancy Pelosi, 80, who still runs the House of Representatives even though proper employment for her at this point would be up on a pole keeping the birds off the corn.

Hillary Clinton, who is relatively young at 73 but whose putrid smell and cadaverous, ghastly visage are not longer fit for public display except in most delicately contrived circumstances.

The Day of the Dinocar is coming, but for now we have more immediate problems to face like systemic racism, according to Democrats. I’ve just now read that we must also confront systemic car-ism, or how automobile dependency promotes police violence against blacks.

Our subjugation by Harris-Biden-Obama as a result of Trump’s bullheaded ego does not mean that we are complete subdominants, that we can’t be creative. We can ponder issues like systemic car-ism and racism, the serious difficulties involving sexual identity and classification, the often confusing tenets of toxic masculinity and critical race theory, and how to best consume or perish like cattle in a global economy of conformity that’s quickly approaching the critical angle of collapse.

I’m certain that we Republicans can find the answers, especially with the help of millions pouring across the border adding their genius to our gene pool.

I see people gathering biomass every day. This morning I passed a little woman, maybe 4′ 6″ and 80 pounds, with a big sack of branches and twigs – bigger than her – tied to her back with some old scraps of cloth.

She gave me a big toothless smile and we exchanged good mornings.

The toes of her bare feet are splayed wide apart and their soles are thick with callous from a life lived barefoot.

” In other words, don’t call the police. Bury the body yourself? ”

    Lol.

    Well ……….

A guy wants to put historically – accurate swastikas on his plastic 1916 Werner Voss model airplane.

Trouble is , that is a big no – no in Germany.

( Note , the plane in question was circa 1916. The Nazi party wasn’t founded until 1919. Werner Voss simply could not have been a Nazi , he was killed in action in 1918. )

So the guy orders his swastika decals from Poland.

No big deal , the police generally do not go around tossing houses looking for illegal plastic model airplanes.

Unfortunately , the guys next door neighbor gets murdered , and the police don’t know who did it.

Now you are in something of a pickle merely because you happen to live next door , and , no , it really doesn’t matter that you are as likely a suspect in the affair , as it is likely that you assassinated Stevie Nicks.

And , no , it doesn’t matter that , ultimately , the police did not pin the murder on our guy.

Our guy still winds up in shit on account of some decals on a plastic model airplane that was never intended for public display anyway.

    In other words ,

yes , bury the body yourself.

Because I know a little about statistics I wanted to see if I could confirm the chart alleging voter fraud in Oakland County, Michigan. This is what I found out so far.

    1. As of today, November 13, there is no available data on-line for the 2020 election. And I could not find a form requesting election data pre-certification on-line. I don’t know if anyone can get that data at this time without a subpoena.*
    2. There is data for the 2018 Governor’s race: https://miboecfr.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/cfr/precinct_srch_res.cgi. When the 2020 data is available, I plan to cross-check it against the 2018 data. The Republican candidate won in Oakland County. This much checks out.
    3. According to the data above, Oakland county has 8 precincts. Something therefore is clearly wrong with the chart Mr. Kunstler presented, or it’s a chart of something else. Each blue dot cannot represent a precinct in Oakland county.
    4. According to this map: https://michigan.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=f3d6f6232f4f4ae3b0c74e661b599c2f, Oakland county used Hart InterCivic, not Dominion voting machines as claimed.
    5. This document from the Michigan Bureau of Elections, Michigan Bureau of Elections:
    https://www.michigan.gov/documents/sos/Security_best_practices_693420_7.pdf describes their best practices.
    6. Whether this fraud is perpetrated per machine or by a computer accumulating votes per precinct is unclear. If per machine, the fraud would be easy to duplicate. For the algorithm is question to work the machine would have to be keeping a running tally.
    7. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is a Republican alum of MIT who claims to be the inventor or e-mail.
    8. Who actually invented e-mail, or first coined the term, is controversial. It may have been Ray Tomlinson in 1971 or Dr. Ayyadurai in 1978 at the age of 14. I don’t know, I’ll let others decide.

    * This is not true of counties in other states, like Palm Beach Country, Florida: https://www.pbcelections.org/Records-Data/Election-Results.

      @ mccobb

Your points 2, 4, 5 and 6, are moot. You are answering issues that no one has raised.

In response to you other points:

      1. As of today, November 13, there is no available data on-line for the 2020 election. And I could not find a form requesting election data pre-certification on-line. I don’t know if anyone can get that data at this time without a subpoena.*

They may have been using the New York Times election data, which – I believe – the statistics nerds over at The Donald all chipped in to purchase.

Sorry I don’t have a link for that, it is just something I read, but if you go over to The Donald you will see them all excitedly screeching over there like macacques at feeding time.

Re point 3: According to the data above, Oakland county has 8 precincts. Something therefore is clearly wrong with the chart

I cannot see anything on the chart referring to the number of precincts. All JHK says is that “each blue square is a voter precinct”.

I have just quickly checked on line and can see that Oakland county has at least 31 precincts, but probably more.

So what are you referring to with this “eight precincts”?

Re your points 7 and 8, I addressed that with a link above. It seems that Dr Shiva is perfectly entitled to lay claim to being one of the inventors of email.

He may (I have no idea) have been just 14 years old in 1978 but

“Shiva wrote this email software program for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1978. It was good a decent email system that allowed the university staff to send electronic messages. Then in 1981, he registered the copyright on this program called EMAIL.

If we take a look back at the conception then it is the extension and enhancement of the Shiva’s Email system which we currently use. He claims that it was him who introduced proper formatting to an email like To, From, CC, BCC, Subject, Body, Attachments, and Others.”

    • mccobb November 14, 2020 at 4:00 pm #

After more research I discovered I was wrong about several things. From now on when I make the mistake of posting whatever I find out, I should always add “so far.”

      1. Earlier referenced results for 2018 turned out to be for Oakland Township. Oakland Township has 8 precincts. Oakland Country has 506.
      2. Unofficial results are available for Oakland County at https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/MI/Oakland/105840/web.264614/#/summary. Summary and detailed results are available in 3 formats, text, spreadsheet, and XML.

I cannot find either a count or percentage of how many voters registered as republican in Oakland County, in any of its townships, or precincts (so far). Without this info I can’t confirm or disprove the chart alleging fraud.

      Some notes (so far):
      1. Fewer ballots were cast than registered voters, 775,158 out of 1,035,172, 74.88%.
      2. The number of voters who usually don’t vote but did this time must be included in any objective analysis.
      3. Oakland county has been trending blue for awhile. “Once solidly Republican,…”: https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/oakland/2018/11/08/republicans-oakland-county-blue-wave/1926713002/
      4. Dominion Voting Systems categorically denies wrong-doing. From https://www.dominionvoting.com/: “Dominion has no company ownership relationships with any member of the Pelosi family, the Feinstein family, or the Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any ties to Venezuela.”
      5. To paraphrase Friedrich Schiller, “The mind is alone the clear, the truth dwells in the deeps.”

      • Kim November 14, 2020 at 11:28 pm #

Don’t post things that might be wrong and say “so far”.

        That has no value.

Just wait until you are sure.

    • mccobb November 15, 2020 at 6:12 pm #

I completed a chart of the % Republican vote for the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections, and the 2018 gubernatorial election. I posted the chart here: https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PxDQb5X7rU0/X7GsRVUfLvI/AAAAAAAAA6Y/AD0VyqU5xPgYRw-tj99cxUFaXQPuWJGHwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1927/%2525RepVoteOaklandMi201620.png .
      Notes:
      1. All data is from the Oakland Country Elections Division. The 2016 presidential election data is here: https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/MI/Oakland/63990/184040/en/reports.html# .
      2. The chart sort of looks like Dr. Ayyadurai’s chart. But it isn’t. My chart shows how little the % Republican vote changed in each precinct from election to election. I’m referring to the clumping of the data for the 3 elections around each precinct.
      3. This doesn’t look like fraud to me.
      4. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai would be a computer science authority even if he didn’t invent e-mail as its known today. And even if he wasn’t an authority he has the right to claim whatever he wants. But there is a logical fallacy of authority at play here. Being an authority doesn’t automatically make what he claims true. It may be true, which is why I looked into it.
      5. Any claim by an anonymous expert on the other hand is worthless because anonymous expert is an oxymoron.
      6. Because Dr. Ayyadurai is a well-known authority and a Republican the Michigan Republican party must have provided him with the Registered Republican data I can’t find.
      7. Because I don’t have the same data as the Dr. I cannot disprove his claim with 100% certainty. My claim is that his claim is unproven.
      8. It’s not moot where the algorithm in question resides, whether it was running on each Dominion machine or a server collecting the data. When, where, and how the algorithm was installed matters a lot. And who did it. Recall that they weren’t Dominion voting machines.

There has begun to appear in the alt-media a probably-very-overheated story about a real-world corporation that runs the US elections called Scytl.

The overheated story – that Scytl’s servers in Gemany have been seized by the US Army! – has got some legs under it because Rep Louis Gohmert, who should know better, has referred to having seen a tweet retailing that rumor.

So of course people have run off with that idea, connecting this thread and that thread and making some whole cloth out of it.

People should not indulge in such speculation because such stories discredit and distract from the actual true and horrifying facts about how and by whom US elections are run.

What are the actual facts about the creepily-named Scytl? Well, I consulted the following recent article on Scytl from the New American:

    https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/11/its_possible_that_2020s_election_fraud_is_way_bigger_than_we_thought.html

The article is a fast read and very informative but here are some of the main points:

    – Scytl is a Barcelona-based company that provides electronic voting systems worldwide

    – In the USA Scytl trades as “Clarity Elections” and “Clarity”

    – By 2018, Scytl, using the Clarity network, supported elections in more than 12 states and 900+ jurisdictions, covering 70 million voters.

    – In 2018, its electronic voting software came from Electronic Software & Systems, Inc. (ES&S), the largest manufacturer of voting machines in the U.S.

ES&S maintains all its data as unsecured files on the clarityelections.com domain, which is processed through Scytl servers in Barcelona. General election voting records are automatically forwarded to DNS addresses that include ES&S, Scytl in Barcelona, Smartmatic12 in London, and a Russian server at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk.

    Russia, Russia, Russia!

The rest of the article describes suspicious activities and connections of these companies in elections in Texas and Kentucky, including the artefacts of cheating that we are so familiar with from this year’s elections:

“In Dallas County, Texas, a deep red county, there was a sudden, unexpected blue wave in 2018. The computer logs revealed that ES&S technicians repeatedly overrode thousands of error codes for “time stamp mismatch” and “votes exceed ballots.” Essentially, they replaced votes. Then ES&S ignored the requirement that the data be saved for 22 months and destroyed everything.

Investigators also found an Excel spreadsheet file with Scytl algorithms projecting voting results on the NGP Van website. NGP Van does voter database and analytics for the DNC. It also works closely with ActBlue and Shared Blue.

While the real data manipulation in Dallas occurred at the electronic level, it’s worth noting that the election was also plagued by obstructing poll-watchers, flash memory cards that showed up with new votes, and shuffled computer logs, among other things.”

It is certainly a thrillling idea that some superhero in camouflage pants could swing into a Frankfurt computer facility and seize the damning evidence of fraud, thus saving President Trump’s team the scutwork of submitting subpoenas and affidavits and making legal arguments, but I doubt that we are going to see any such thing.

You might as well wait for news that Biden’s dementia has been reversed and he is no longer a corrupt politician. High unlikely.

Still, there is no doubt that companies like Scytl are the enemies of democracy. And we can all agree that US election results should not be stored or processed in London or Barcelona, or Frankfurt, much less in Russia.

Its amazing to me that people are this easily manipulated into believing things.
I had a long discussion with someone that thinks Biden is spotless and Trump is the devil.
He knew nothing about all the fraud and said it was all lies.
He knew nothing about Hunters laptop. He knew nothing about anything except some vague list of crimes Trump was going to jail for in New York.
I asked him point blank what crimes and he stammered and stuttered.
I then pointed him to and forced him to look at several news sources he would never look at and made him read some of the “evidence being presented.

At the end of the discussion he simply said these hundreds of people are being paid to lie.
I suggested just because the Democrats lied and presented false evidence for the last four years does not mean these news items did not deserve some exposure.

He then replied its opposite day and walked off.

Friends there is no living with people who willfully ignore the truth.

Seadolt aka beefsteak larry is one of those people and the fact he continues to post in a place that clearly does not want him hear means two things:
He is just an asshole troll and he is most likely being paid something to be that asshole troll.

      @ Beefsteak Larry

      Is this political theater?

New affidavits filed in Pennsylvania, including texts & emails show that voters in Democrat-leaning counties were notified to fix their mail-in ballots whereas Republican-leaning ones were not. @kayleighmcenany

This is what the civil rights lawyers call “disparate treatment”. It invalidates the elections in Pennsylvania. Which has a Republican legislature which will either

      1) send the electors of their choice to the Electoral College, or

      2) vote for President Trump if a contingent election is held in the House

So you might like to hold off on that order for streamers, party hats, and – in case the Podestas are there – uh, “pizza”.

Also Fat Cats will not be inconvenienced in the slightest in the Bright Democratic Future which already happened in Seattle.

“Attorney General William Barr pronounced Seattle an “anarchist jurisdiction” recently, and its progressive political rulers seem determined to prove his point. When rioters took over several downtown blocks this summer, Mayor Jenny Durkan proclaimed a “summer of love.” Now Councilwoman Lisa Herbold is preparing to introduce a bill that would give some residents a legal pass to commit misdemeanors.

Under Ms. Herbold’s novel theory of affirmative defense, criminals could claim they committed misdemeanors under “duress” because of their poverty, drug or alcohol abuse or other “behavioral health” issues. Scott Lindsay, a former public safety adviser to the mayor’s office, has warned that Ms. Herbold’s plan “would essentially create a legal loophole” and “a green light for crime.”

Seattle law currently lists more than 100 misdemeanors, including thefts of less than $750, indecent exposure, unlawful use of a weapon for intimidation, and some forms of harassment and assault. So if someone committed one of these crimes but then claimed “duress” under this new and expanded definition, would a judge have an obligation to dismiss or a jury have an obligation to acquit ? ”

And was Jeffrey Epstein a Catholic priest?

Trick question. I do not think there is any clear evidence against him (beyond his plea bargain back in 2004, give or take three years).

I do not know where you get your information but it is wrong. The problem here is that you want to believe it.

I want to amend my claim (which, as I said, is just my guess) to extend it to elements in the progressive movement, in particular homosexuals. The ‘poet’ Allan(?) Ginsburg was an outspoken advocate of paedophilia. It not a pleasant subject and I find it easy not to take an interest but i think a lot of what is called paedophilia is down to adult homosexuals seducing teenage boy (who may themselves be so inclined for all I know).

Some argue that the big majority of offenders among the Catholic priesthood are homosexuals of this kind. E Michael Jones argues that with the permissive revolution after the Sixties many heterosexual priests left and a larger proportion of homosexuals than would normally have been expected was left behind.

Getting back to poor losers, specifically the criminal elements and those without a moral compass, I would say that they supply the great majority of false accusers.

E Michael Jones argues that with the permissive revolution after the Sixties many heterosexual priests left and a larger proportion of homosexuals than would normally have been expected was left behind.

One of my brothers entered the seminary to train as a priest in the mid-1970s. He and another young seminarian were there not too many weeks before they realized the place was just one big homosexual orgy.

You couldn’t go to the sacristy without finding a couple of fags in surplices fondling each other.

He and the other seminarian of course reported this to the Head.

They were given 30 minutes to pack their stuff and get off the property.

In Dem-run Sodoms and Gomorrahs is there a difference between “misdemeanor” and “felony” ?
    Usually not.
If DA or Police Chief or both are fat dumb black Sisters “felony” usually melts into “misdemeanor”
“Car theft”->” operating of the vehicle without permission of the owner”

It is an old iron-clad legal loophole.

“We are still not able to proceed because we simply don’t have enough proof to go inside that criminal’s mind and prove, that yes, in fact, he knew the vehicle he was driving was stolen”

        https://katu.com/news/local/da-car-thieves-exploiting-loophole-in-state-auto-theft-law

Trayvon drives stolen car with a stash of drugs in the trunk, his homie DeShawn in the passenger seat…

        Long story short:

Trayvon swears under the Oath that he was standing on the corner, chilling out, then his homie DeShawn asked him to hop in and drive because his license was suspended…

DeShawn swears under the Oath that no,no,HE was standing on the corner, then this ghetto cat Trayvon asked him to hop in and drive because pigs suspended his license…

2.After the traffic stop Deshawn and Trayvon ALIGHT from the front passenger door and start walking away
3.Taneequa,Moisha,Shaneequa,Ciara and Keisha ALIGHT from the both rear passenger doors, scream at Officer Friendly, show him the middle finger and start walking away
4.The policeman aka Officer Friendly meets his nearly apoplectic Sergeant who informs him of 7 complaints filed with the Civilian Complaint Review Board by the above-mentioned upstanding members of the community.
5.Officer Friendly is suspended w/o pay.

            STATE v. MENDEZ

            https://caselaw.findlaw.com/wa-supreme-court/1409262.html

“The police were unable to articulate facts that reasonably suggested a problematic situation at the scene of the traffic stop that warranted stopping Mendez from leaving.Neither officer expressed concerns for their safety from the fleeing Mendez. The police had no probable cause to suspect Mendez of having committed a crime or any expectation he was about to commit a crime. The trial court should have suppressed the evidence of the marijuana pipe the police found on Mendez in the search incident to his arrest because the arrest was unconstitutional.”

            John,
            this would have been handled thusly in Oakland in 1970;

If the vehicle had been reported stolen, and it was observed that there were multiple occupants then the car stop might be delayed pending arrival of cover units. If the vehicle did stop, the initial effort would be to secure the driver, or any other passenger in the vehicle. The driver/passenger would then be arrested for car theft, and the detectives would later sweat the person for names of other occupants. Auto theft happened A LOT in Oakland…my partner and I once recovered three “rollin’ stolen’s” during a single 8 hour shift…and that wasn’t any type of record.

Deadly force was never used in these situations…but resistance was…usually futile. State law, at that time, was that a felony, committed in your presence, was a MANDATORY arrest.

Oakland, at that time, would never throw you under the bus if you followed proper procedure.

Trump hatred or TDS is hatred of the Father in its broadest possible meaning. The male, the White male, the Patriarch, Western Civilization, and the God of Isaac and Jacob Himself. But don’t neglect the personal and incidental – that is included too. Trump symbolizes or stands in for their own fathers, for rules they don’t like, for men who ignored the, men they can’t have, or in the case of beta males, men who beat them up, or who could beat them up or beat them in the game of life. Men who could get the girl. “You mean you’re talking up the Odedipus Complex?” Yes, the Oedipus Complex.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oedipus_complex

Instead of identifying with Trump, their Fathers, and Western Civilization. They feel they can only become real boys and girls by killing Trump and Western Civilization. Thus he is a witch or “racist”, the worst possible thing imaginable – as is American and Western Culture. Without Trump, Western Culture, White People, and God, Blacks and Browns could be happily living in peace and eating bugs. Who could possibly be against this?

What about Covid you ask? Covid becomes a sacred disease, sent by the Earth or Great Mother to destroy Trump and his followers, ushering into a new golden age of bug eating, human sacrifice (of Whites), etc. Tusc is a prophet of this new religion. No doubt he is creating the mythos and writing the liturgy even as we speak. He supported Trump until Trump stabbed him in the back, rejecting the Great Prophet, Fauci, and his gift to manking, the maask.

    • Yohannon November 14, 2020 at 11:52 am #

In the heat of revelation, I made some small mistakes. Not manking, mankind. Not talking up, talking about. There may be other mistakes, It’s not my job (right now) to look for them. That is what Q is for. Or as the fat Sister said, you got us into this, why should we get ourselves out of it. It’s God’s fault in other words. As Rumi said, You threw me into the ocean and asked me not to get wet. We can’t (add italics) get ourselves out of this. We can only become “steady” and await grace. The doldrums are hard to bear. The heat is unbearable. But the sooner or later, the trade winds will come. You must have your sails up when they do.

    • Night Owl November 14, 2020 at 4:41 pm #

I don’t think so. The defining trait I see among the McResistance is groupthink and fear of being different.

They feel powerful when they attack the orange man, and they have their desperate need for validation filled by the corporate press. In that context, it makes sense that so many progs are on board, as they always wanted both of those things.

The hatred of Trump among these people can never be viewed out of the media context, because the media created it.

Ladies and germs…more good news from the BBC!

The BBC reports, this AM, that…flying cars will soon become a reality! Not just for the rich, either. It will be like an Uber thing, with Artificial Intelligence controlling the flights. There could be millions of them operating by 2040, if predictions are accurate.

And this is no lie! It is the BBC…they write with a clipped accent, very erudite.

    They wouldn’t lie.

    • BackRowHeckler November 14, 2020 at 8:35 pm #

I thought I posted what E Michael Jones and Matthew Johnson yesterday but the comment does not appear to have taken.

Jones sees it as yet another colour revolution, of the kind the US has engineered around the world since Persia in 1953, where the CIA bought or bribed the Iranian media to denounce the recent election of a populist leader saying that it was fraudulent. He says that if Trump accepts the result then it will simply stand but if he challenges and wins there will be more, worse BLM and Antifa street violence. He mentioned communist regimes and their 99 per cent electoin victories but said that Wisconsin has now gone one better with a 110%!

Johnson also sees it as a colour revolution and looks at what is happening now in Thailand where oligarchs, backed by the usual American suspects (inlcuidng Soros, of course) are organizing agitation inculindg, bizarrely, a Harry Potter-themed protest in Bangkok calling for abortion and LBG rights among other things. Thailand is a deeply conservative country and they revere their king. the oligarchs want the king put on trial. Jonsnon says the Right will not battle with BLM and Antifa on the streets because it would be hopeless.

    • Sean Coleman November 14, 2020 at 1:28 pm #

Links by request. Johnson argues that the US has always, from the very start, supported communism rather than opposing it. That is a bold claim, to say the least, but he has plenty of evidence and arguments to back it iup.

            🙂

If you dont mind my asking-do you hang out with E Michael Jones socially ? Can you read his mind to ascertain what he truly believes ?

            From your link:

“Here’s my response to E. Michael Jones:
            Race is a fiction”

Is it a quote, hearsay, or sworn affidavit ?
If not-then it is the response to what ???

            Questions,questions…

From the point of view of Physical Anthropology which, unlike Critical Race Theory,is a Real Science,we all belong to Homo Sapiens species. But cladistics and taxonomy does not stop at species. There are subspecies ( human races ) then varieties, subvarieties etc.

Human Genome Project confirms this purely descriptive classification.

And I am 200% sure that E Michael Jones is well aware of it.

          • Sean Coleman November 14, 2020 at 6:55 pm #

Tate “Jones believes that race is a fiction. Is this true?” Yes, he subscribes to the triple melting point (I think it is called) theory according to which the USA is divided into three religions: Protestantism, Catholicism and Juadism (thetheory is some decades old so it would presumably now include Islam and maybe atheism). Jones is half Irish and half German and Catholic on both sides. The theory is that after a couple of genearations ehtnic identity fades but religious identify remains. I am not convinced but I would prefer to get my facts and reasoning in order before arguing with Jones.

John, there is a regular if occasional reader of this blog called O’Neill who says he is a personal friend of Jones. If EMJ makes such a claim I would be inclined to believe him.

            Gentlemen;

            E. Michael Jones is not a Physical Anthropologist, his understanding of human races may or may not be true,it may even be shallow, but this fact does not invalidate his other deep observations & conclusions which dovetail perfectly with my life experiences of which I’ve had more than my fair share 🙂

There is a book “Races of Europe” by Carleton Coon,Professor at Harvard and, during the WWII,a daredevil of OSS fame.

Also recently I ordered from Amazon “Race” by John Baker,an Oxford don.It arrived from England bearing stamp LIBRARY-DISCARDED.Wily Brits, instead burning books, sell them abroad.

Those books are towering accomplishments, results of many decades of work.So why in Hell shall I throw them out – then take knee at Diversity Meeting listening to Critical Race Theory BS ???

What really over-joys me is Carleton Coon’ theory of polymorphism positing that humans descended from different brands of apes (some humans descended from monkeys I guess ?)

There is a very funny and very non-PC joke regarding this subject. If you served in the military you know it,if not-I will not tell you.

I will trty to post this again, taking out the link.

I bought Jones’s book The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit. He made this excellent video a few weeks ago (on Bitchute because he is banned from YT) and I was surprised b9y its ending.

He makes a big thing about the controversial knee hold ued by the policeman involved in Floyd’s death in Minneapolis. It is used by the Israeils and the ADL got the Chicago police to teach it; aparently a couple of years ago police from Minneapolis did the training course. Matthew Johnson says (I assume in response to EMJ) that the throat hold is just standard and does not block the windpipe.

Both men are essential reading or listening. Funnily, EMJ reomved some of my comments from his Bitchute viceos. It might have been because I imitated him (“Well,, this is OUTRAGEOUS!!”, you know his delivery) but I was only trying to be light-hearted. I think what did, rather, was that I challenged him about his lurid theory that Jeffrey Epstein was running a blackmail racket using hidden cameras. (There are many kinds of collective fantasy, including the absurd H l c t.) One of his videos was on a what I would describe as a consipiracy or ‘truther’ Bitchute channel. I cannot remember the name of the two presenters. I explained to them reasonably why the Epstein story was nonsense and when I went back a few days later they ahd deleted my comment. The ironly.

EMJ is not just very well up on philosophy and history but he has excellent journalistic instincts. For example, on Cultlure Wars I once read an excellent long article about Kenya and the myth of African AIDS. He was right and it turns out Western AIDS was equally illusory and thousands lost their lives when they scrambled to be treated by the new miracle drug AZT; those who turned down the treatment survived. This is a mirror of what happened in April this year when a panicked medical profession over-treated patients and killed them with HCQ (in massive does, probably down to a mix-up by the WHO), anti-virals and respirators.

Read Johnson too and listen to his podacsts about history: Tsar Nicholas II, My Lai, Rape of Nanking, Rasputin (apparently in Russia everyone knows the story is ludicrous), Tianamen Square, the myth of the Mongols in medieval Russia. He mentioned in his essay about My Lai that Watergate was nonsense as well but i cannot find anythingi by him specifically about this. He may suspect that the Dreyfus Affair was a fraud too but proably does not know for sure: Adrien Abauzit wrote L’Affaire Dreyfus a couple of years ago which shows how it was done. I knew that history needs to be written all over from scratch but I did not then know that a few people had already begun working on it..

          • Sean Coleman November 15, 2020 at 5:31 pm #

The link I took out is on Bitchute to a video called The Truth About The Revolution by EMJ. It is well worth wathcing. As is his latest, The Election Fraud Is A Colour Revolution.

          • Sean Coleman November 15, 2020 at 5:58 pm #

I am grateful to EMJ for urging people to read Solzhenityn’s astonishing Two Hundred Years Together, which is not available in English translation (of cours). He read it in German; I bought the French version. Solzhenitsyn cannot be dismissed so easily. I think it was around 1978 that he broke a long-ish silence to make his Washington lecture criticizing the Western way of life. This did not go down at all well; Jimmy Carters wife led the charge. The Russian had earlier outraged the Left on a visit to Spain after Franco’s death when he ridiculed their cliams to have been living under tyranny in comparison with what they had to endure in the Soviet Union. One socialist said that they should build the walls higher around the gulags to keep his kind under lock and key.

      • Yohannon November 14, 2020 at 5:55 pm #

Of course it’s true. The Nazis are the ones who fought Communism – including the Antifa on the streets. After 13 years, 25,000 casualties including over 300 deaths, they defeated them and Germany was free.

A Fascist is a Nationalist. A Communist or Antifa is a stooge of the International Bankers, whether they know it or not.

Johnson argues that the US has always, from the very start, supported communism rather than opposing it. That is a bold claim, to say the least, but he has plenty of evidence and arguments to back it up.

Not really a bold claim. They abandoned Chiang Kai Shek. They conspired with Stalin at Yalta to enslave Europe behind the iron curtain.

Vice President Henry A. Wallace was a communist.

Harry Dexter White was a communist. He worked to establish all of the globalist institutions that are currently tearing apart the American carcass.

Eisenhower and Truman both refused to effectively investigate and act on communist penetration of Washington, despite all of the evidence in the world.

This whole game is more than 100 years old and it has been a top-down war the whole time, our “leaders” against us. Same thing today. It is our leaders who have been the enemy all along.

        • Tate November 15, 2020 at 12:22 am #

Ah yes, Harry Dexter White. He concocted the infamous Morgenthau plan, designed to turn Germany into a medieval backwater. Fortunately, his plan was ultimately rejected.

Got that wrong. Meant to cut and paste the link not a bit of an earlier comment. Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD4gDwHrrF8. Draws on information from gatewaypundit (someone linked linked it above, John 1945). The vote rigging here looks very primitive, apparently subtracting 40% of Trump’s percentage in the walk-in vote in almost every county in the post-in vote.

Roll over for them? We vote for them!

      https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2020/11/14/tory-minister-says-workplaces-social-venues-may-ban-britons-vaccination-certificates/

Speaking to HuffPost UK on Thursday, Tom Tugendhat MP, the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee in the House of Commons, said that if there is a nationwide rollout of a vaccine, he could imagine that employers and social venues such as pubs and restaurants may demand to see certificates of vaccination, comparing it to conditions on entry to certain countries.

Could such “certification” in fact act as a national internal passport?

      https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/may/03/coronavirus-health-passports-for-uk-possible-in-months

Coronavirus UK: health passports ‘possible in months’

Tech firms are in talks with ministers about creating health passports to help Britons return safely to work using coronavirus testing and facial recognition.

Facial biometrics could be used to help provide a digital certificate – sometimes known as an immunity passport – proving which workers have had Covid-19, as a possible way of easing the impact on the economy and businesses from ongoing physical distancing even after current lockdown measures are eased.

The UK-based firm Onfido, which specialises in verifying people’s identities using facial biometrics, has delivered detailed plans to the government and is involved in a number of conversations about what could be rolled out across the country, it is understood.

Its proposals, which have reached pilot stages in other countries, could be executed within months, it says. The firm could use antibody tests – proving whether someone has had the virus – or antigen tests, which show current infections.

So people would have to carry at all times an electronic, biometrically-enabled certificate.

There is no doubt that this would also be RIFD-enabled or even – easily – WIFI-enabled so that people could be monitored as they passed through barriers. For example, an electronic monitoring gate could be placed in front of any business, school, private dwelling or street corner.

THIS MEANS NOTHING LESS THAN PERMANENT, INESCAPABLE, 24/7/365 MONITORING, SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL!!!!

Do you think that it might be possible to turn people’s certificates on and off? Like opinions on Twitter?

Do you think that the certificates won’t be classified and graded?

“I’m sorry citizen, but your certificate does not give access to any area outside a twenty mile radius of your home. Please choose a ticket for a different destination.”

This would be no different to the Chinese hukou system. They already have this integrated with the Social Credit Score!

      https://nhglobalpartners.com/the-chinese-hukou-system-explained/

And they haven’t even digitized all the money yet.

You know, I was very young when I realized that the average person is very stupid. Maybe 4 or 5 years old.

Decades later, I have yet to see anything to change my mind.

Please, all of you utter idiots who come on here and try to tell us all that covid is something other than a globalist scam, please tell us how this “certificate” wasn’t the f*cking plan all along?

German doctor Wolfgang Wodarg, who has long experience in dealing with health scares, and another experienced doctor, Claus Kohnlein, say that there was an unnatural spike in April, for about two weeks. Canadian Denis Rancourt says the same.

Kohnlein said he suspected a iatrogenous cause as soon as he saw it, that means the spike in deaths was caused by the treatment. A case study in the Lancet confirmed it for him. In it a man in his fifties was treated with a cocktail of four different drugs, all of them immune-suppresant. He said that he was not surprised that the patient died although a healthy person might have survived. The paper, however, saw it as a case of the man dying ‘despite’ the treatment, not because of it.

The WHO sponsored over a thousand studies using dioxychloroquine in treating the virus. There were three programmes: Discovery, Recovery and Solidarity. Britain,, Fraince, some states in the US, Belgium (I think) and Brazil were among those in Recovery where the doses of DHQ were particularly high and where the death rates matched. People with ancestry in maaria-ridden parts of the world, blalck and bronw skinned, have a genetic deficiency which makes them particularly susceptible to overdosing on DHQ. This would explian why more blacks died in the US rather than systemic racism.

Thee is evidence that the English WHO doctor in charge of the programme, Dr Martin Landrey, mistaked the drug for hydroxyquinoline, which is used in higher doses in treating dysentry among other things. Such mix-ups are to be expected in the middle of the hysteria of a health scare (a form of collective fantasy). The WHO advice, under Discovery (I am quoting Kohnlein from memory) were 2.4 grammes on Day 1 wiht 800mg on subseequent days. After 10 days about 10g will have been given. It has a narrow therapeutic base, meaning that it quickly becomes toxic above safe doses; for rheumatology or as a porphylactic against malaria between 200 to 400 mg is advised. This is apparently ‘textbook knowledge’ which is learnt ‘in the fourth semester’.

The inappropriate use of ventialtors also contributed to deaths, especially among the elderly.

            https://www.bullshido.net/explaining-why-6-is-a-load-of-covid-19-bs/

Which suggests that it is primarily the belief that you are immune to groupthink bullshit that makes people most susceptible to groupthink bullshit. Call it excessive self-regard, call it a common blind spot, or call it as the author calls it.

Anyone pushing this narrative is either being deliberately deceitful, willfully incompetent, or so modeling exemplar Dunning-Kruger behaviors and needs to stick to smashing pots for rupees Ina video game.

I expect the authors of both pieces didn’t have to be told that if you decimate the Covid death figures to suit your narrative you have to decimate the seasonal flu death figures (to which you are fond of comparing them) in exactly the same way. But an astonishing number of ideologically-driven bullshit spreaders on this very site – and the most self-regarding ones at that – have had to have this explained to them umpteen times. And they still don’t believe it, because of that excessive self-regard thingy, its associated dumb groupthink thingy, and whatever else ails their cognitive functions.

My grandson would get it. I’d have got it in primary school too.

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/report-anti-trump-dominion-voting-systems-security-chief-participating-antifa-calls-posted-antifa-manifesto-letter-trump-online/

In 2017, when Coomer was in Nevada, he [also] mocked President Trump’s Election Integrity Commission on Facebook.

Coomer shared a Washington Post article titled, “The voting commission is a fraud itself. Shut it down.” The article, written by the unhinged Trump hater Jennifer Rubin, was an attack on President Trump’s May 11, 2017, Executive Order on the Establishment of Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity.

Coomer states that Antifa doesn’t exist per se. It’s not an organization. They are just normal people who hate racists. Racists and Fascists (anyone who isn’t Antifa) are the monsters and freaks who deserve death.

They are “gentle angry people”. Who are fighting, fighting for their lives. If they go a bit overboard sometimes, so what? The non-Antifa deserve what they get anyway.

Attorney L. Lin Wood, Jr. who is a resident and legal voter of the state of Georgia, filed a legal complaint yesterday against not only Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, but also against the members of the Secretary of State’s State Board of Elections for getting into this agreement.

Hillary’s is also Perkins Coie is also involved in this whole mess.

Essentially this suit repeats what we have already seen proven in Pennsylvania, that the SoS had no legal right to over-rule or sign away election rules established by the only body with the right to make State election law, the State legislature.

The rules in question again supposedly permit different treatment for in-person and absentee ballots.

And again, that is disparate treament. Unconstitutional in any case.

    https://townhall.com/tipsheet/bronsonstocking/2020/11/14/judge-rules-newsoms-mail-ballot-order-was-illegal-n2580104

California Judge Finds Newsom Lacked Authority for Mail Ballot Order

A California judge ruled on Friday that Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) overstepped his authority when he signed an executive order earlier this year sending vote-by-mail ballots to every registered voter in the state.

Judge Sarah Heckman of the Sutter County Superior Court found the governor lacked the authority to amend or change existing elections law, even under the guise of an emergency. Heckman’s ruling allows a permanent injunction to take effect against the governor, barring Newsom from using the California Emergency Services Act to change the law.

So yelling Covid! Covid! Covid! does not give a governor the right to overturn the Constitution?

    Good to know.

The US Supreme Court may have to rule that many/all of these state elections were hopelessly tainted.

    • Ricechex November 15, 2020 at 9:38 pm #

One cultural problem I anticipate once the Public Housing sect. 8 project is built out here (10 stories high, 60 units, 500 new neighbors projected) has to do with dogs. Particularly these Yale educated SJW types with BLM signs in their front yard and rainbow flags run up the flagpole own Black Labs named Marcus Garvey and Irish Setters named Rainbow … they’re part of the family, get to roam free on 2-3 acre lots, really beautiful animals. New neighbors will be bringing pitbulls trained to fight, and kill. Sometimes they get loose; it happened twice this summer in 2 different towns, tore several elderly people to pieces. Rainbow and Marcus Garvey won’t stand a chance when Xman, champion dogfighter, comes thru the fence. Cops will be called and complaints will be filed — totally non racist in tone and nature to the effect, yes, we love our new neighbors and the wonderful diversity the housing projects have brought into our white bread town, but couldn’t something be done about those pitbulls? Similar to interviews I’ve seen in Portland and Seattle of owners whose business’s have been looted overnight, windows smashed in, sometimes set on fire … with nervous, sh#t eating smiles they explain how they support BLM and Antifa 100% … only this is the 3rd time my shop has been looted, and I’m not sure I can reopen again. But rest assured I’m down with the struggle ahahahahaha!

Check out the new (to me anyway) Fighlite SCR Carbine,

Apparently, legal in all 50 states, even NY, Ct and Cal.

It looks to be a Remington 870 stock stuck on there, does it not?

“We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.

We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections. He was fully briefed on it. He saw it happen in other countries. It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.

They did this on purpose. It was calculated and they’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”

    THE WORM IN THE MACHINE

    AND THEN

    THE TERM IN THE LATRINE

How long the term will be is anybody’s guess. The Obama-Clinton-Wray-Clapper clan would have us shoveling shit forever. Joe Biden is now the warden watching over us in the latrine, accompanied by the black shadow of Kamala Harris.

We must now adapt and prepare for the post election excrement that the Left will heap upon us. Many are angry that Trump himself will avoid the mess for the most part, returning to perch on and poop into golden toilets in high towers. However, his ass may soon be seated on the stoic, bare steel of a prison cell toilet.

It will be most unpleasant dealing with the anus droppings of the Left. While we may not be forced to actually wipe their asses, we will no doubt have to deal with whatever they dump upon us.

The Left and Trump, that maskless, cavalier, covid quack, have flushed us down and into this fetid, feculent pit of filth as Biden-Harris now go about turning America into a turd world shit hole.

    • benr November 15, 2020 at 2:34 pm #

It’s sunny and beautiful today and I feel like its gonna be a good week. We eagerly await the moment that the rigged, fraudulent, fake, presidential election is tossed into a dumpster and set ablaze. All in good time. Why do people who have absolutely no interest in “democracy” continue to preach about respecting it? It’s actually pathetic. You wouldn’t subvert and rig a system you believed worked perfectly in the first place now would you. No, in fact, I think we will find out just how un-democratic the rigged sham really is and has been. As if some of us needed this as proof anyway, but many actually do and will apparently. Definitely a historical moment. Perhaps you have accepted your shackles and chains prematurely? And why do so when nothing is concluded and certified? If you don’t want to lick the boot of the tyrant overlord then you will have to be a rebel. Don’t allow their narrative and cloak of inevitabilty to conquer you. That too is also a criminal sham that shouldn’t and simply can’t be accepted.

    • Yohannon November 15, 2020 at 3:33 pm #

Exactly so. They teach children with this story (among others): If Anne Frank was living with you and a Nazi came to the door, wouldn’t you lie and say you hadn’t seen her? Similarly, since they think Trump is a literal Nazi, they think any action they take against him is by definition, moral.

” Johnson argues that the US has always, from the very start, supported communism rather than opposing it. ”

With all due respect , I don’t think your links are really necessary.

    For example ;

” Not really a bold claim. They abandoned Chiang Kai Shek. They conspired with Stalin at Yalta to enslave Europe behind the iron curtain. ”

That is what the New York Times , The Washington Post , The CBS News , and high school civics classes , will themselves tell you , albeit in slightly different words of course.

It’s a bizarre example of the facts being ” hidden ” in plain sight.

They will tell you , for example , that Marxist – Leninism doesn’t work.

But , then , in the very next breath , they will tell you that The Soviet Union somehow managed self – sufficiency for 70 years.

Self – sufficiency , which is a tall order even for capitalists.

    — The Boy Scouts of America were apparently in no way involved.

Women without children to occupy their waking hours and close relatives to keep them on track become depressed, fretful and compulsive in their behavior.

Does a dog like being tied up in the back yard? Or does the dog’s behavior become compulsive, anti-social, or counterproductive?

Some of this unnatural stress on women is expressed sexually. Especially if the stressed subject is simultaneously bombarded with hyper-sexual messages.

It is entirely to be expected.

People will tell us the issues are freedom, rights, patriarchy, But it is really about people – entire populations – being deliberately subjected to well known psychic stressors. Women are meant to have children. If they do not, their systems know there is something wrong and begin to act up.

WordPress has deplatformed The Conservative Treehouse (CTH) over its “content”.

First they deplatformed Anglin but I did not protest because I am not a nazi.

Then they deplatformed Alan Jones, but I did not protest because I am not a conspiracy theorist.

Then they deplatformed Chateau Heartiste….but I am not sexist.

Then they deplatformed SGT Report,…but I am not a homeschooling, 2A believing homesteader.

Then they deplatformed CTH but…what the fuck? CTH!

Yes, CTH, the most boring, staid, tone-measured site in all of Trumponia… has been informed it no longer has a platform at WordPress as of Dec 2.

I guess that WordPress has been told that there is going to be a lot of important information coming out about the elections over the next two months, so every Trumpian megaphone must be unplugged.

I suppose, Jim, you must now be feeling that hot breath of tyranny on your neck. My condolences.

Of course, if we all agree to henceforth use the site only to swap cookie recipes, the guillotine may not fall.

    • Soul Forensics November 15, 2020 at 8:52 pm #

      “Cookie recipes.”

For shame! How sexist. All that white flour, white shortbread, not to mention white angel hair on the Xmas tree, and all to promote the great Patriarchal Santa in just over a month! Or, for those not secular, the great Santa in the sky.

The great James Lindsay, the indefatigable scrutinizer of Critical Race Theory, has detailed how Trump’s holding policy on the curtailment of the pernicious academic takeover actually allows for much diversity of views on race, sex, and gender identity, but that it must be presented in an objective manner, and not in any way as an excuse for advocacy.

It’s simple and clear, and is the exact stated vision of universities and colleges everywhere from their inception in the West through to the 1960s when the Marxist evil took hold.

Trump, for many reasons, and this is a huge one, must close the deal by Dec 14.

      Kim,
      But, what about side dishes? A true story;

      Wife, just before the millennium, was shopping Safeway, and they were having a huge sale on canned goods…the house brand was selling for…17 cents a can…beans, corn, etc. The wife had a shopping cart filled with several cases of creamed corn. A black gentlemen, (she reported) approached her and asked her how she was to prepare all that corn. She described to him our recipe that we discovered while living in Oakland California;

      1 can creamed corn,
      1Tablespoon brown sugar,
1Teaspoon cayenne pepper…both the brown sugar and cayenne can be adjusted for taste.

When she told the guy the recipe, he shouted to his wife…(who was an aisle away), “Hey Kim, she’s making ‘nigger corn'”

His wife was not pleased, my wife was embarrassed…and this is a true story.

Give it a try…it is excellent.

Here is a brainbuster question: How will the NYT report any Democrat-negative court findings wrt Dominion?

The usual tactics are to slander, discredit, minimize, distract, browbeat, mock, misreport, misquote, misconstrue, and ignore. In that spirit, here are a few options for the NYT should a judge rule that Dominion-counted ballots are to be discounted in election results.

    1. Muddy the waters about the case, findings, significance, reliability, alignment with precedent, and so on. Focus only on some trivial issue in the case and report it as if it were the central issue.

For example, lead any report by focusing on some peripheral aspect of the ruling report as if the big legal issue for Dominion was its foreign ownerhip, not the fraud, vote-flipping algos, foreign servers, internet connection, Chinese hardware, easily swapped USBs, or that their machines were proven to be vote-stealing machines.

    2. Bury anything sensational on Section B Page 26

Here is an example story intro:

Lower court rules on foreign ownership of vote tabulator

In what is widely seen as a mountains out of molehills ruling out of step with recent rulings in similar cases and certainly likely to be challenged, Judge Florence Weisenheimer of the Lower Upper Below Behind District Court has ruled that by virtue of its being a part-foreign owned subsidiary of a foreign corporation – a common business organization – Dominion Voting Services is not qualified… more on Section B, Page 26.

    3. Mock and discredit undesirable experts.

Get in a columnist like Friedman or some other hobbled, prostitute goat and get their ghostwriters to produce something under a heading like:

The Chaotic and Unreliable World of Statistics and Statisticians

This would be a mocking hit-piece on any claims that statistics can give us reliable answers on any subject, from the weather, to the activity of sun spots, to what horse will win the Kentucky Derby, much less something so complex and human-flawed as the location, amount or type of fraud involved in the recent elections

The notoriously unreliable speculations of those shiny-pants gamblers we call “statisticians” simply can’t be relied upon as evidence in a court of law.

Start with the old Mark Twain standby quote on “lies, liars, and statistics” and then produce a series of outlandish anecdotes where statisticians made certainty-level predictions of certain events happening which in fact failed to eventuate. “Statisticians said last year that the earth would be hit by asteroids the size of the moon. Twice. My kids werer thrilled and went out night after night with a telescope to see the oncoming destruction. But they were disappointed. The earth continued to exist.”

Be topical! Point out that statisticians predicted that Covid would kill us all, but here we still are today, eating a nice bagel.

Mock mock mock. Undermine. Provide people with advanced cognitive dissonance an excuse not to believe or listen to facts they don’t want to hear, like that Biden and the DNC are crooks.

    4. Ignore any such judgements – simply don’t report them – on the basis that “these matters are currently under repeal, have been stayed, have no legal force, and we should wait for the appeal process to be exhausted”.

Using these tactics and others like them, the NYT should be able to ignore or deny any unpleasant findings wrt Dominion at least until the 2024 elections, if they ever take place, of course.

” Not when it is about the life of a teen age girl to be murdered for the crime of being a jew. ”

Leaving aside the war , and the outcome of the war , for a moment ,

I can’t help thinking that if they had merely stopped short of shooting teenage girls , everything would have been fine and dandy.

I can’t help thinking that nobody would really have cared that under the Nuremberg Laws the best Anne Frank could ever have hoped for was a job mopping floors at Burger King.

Indeed , not only would she not get much sympathy , but people would even claim it was somehow her fault.

” As we stroll our way down cancel culture how long before they are calling white people vermin … ”

When I came to this country in 1976 , they were just beginning the process of moving working class jobs overseas to Chinese sweatshops.

They said it was because working class American workers ( most of them white at the time ) were greedy and lazy.

Granted , that’s not exactly calling people vermin…..

Maybe it is worse ? Because it allows for the fiction that nothing particularly untoward is happening , and whatever is happening is somehow the fault of the person it is happening too ?

” They are physically attacking people in the streets of our nations capitol and no one is doing anything about it. ”

Never mind doing anything about it.

MERELY SAYING anything about it could result in you losing your job.

Losing your job could mean , for example , being obliged to move back in with your parents.

When was the last time you recall anyone being praised for moving back in with their parents ?

Never mind the reason for it , and never mind that before the happy motoring age , living with your parents was what the majority did for 50,000 years …

People don’t even SAY ANYTHING , and that’s not with anyone threatening to shoot you either.

” They are physically attacking people in the streets of our nations capitol … ”

They aren’t the police or the army shooting people though.

    So it’s all good !

Granted , I am pretty sure that being shot sucks.

But , yet , I’m still rather skeptical of the notion that the death by a thousand cuts is substantively better , or different.

It may in fact only be a superior criminal technique .

If you don’t want to lick the boot of the tyrant overlord then you will have to be a rebel. Don’t allow their narrative and cloak of inevitabilty to conquer you. That too is also a criminal sham that shouldn’t and simply can’t be accepted.’ SSL

There may be none more shackled and chained than those who support somebody with mindless commitment even when they’re wrong on something. This is the fawning toady, the servile flatterer, the real boot licker whose mind is imprisoned by the fear of separation from the group.

I said we will have to adapt, prepare, and deal because most likely this will be what’s required. I am bound by neither iron chain nor silken cord. We are all fettered in some way I guess, like Marley who said of his chain, “I made it link by link, and yard by yard; I girded it on of my own free will, and of my own free will I wore it.”

I can both support Trump and call him out when he’s wrong. I live and breathe like Hercules—unchained.

I am getting closer and closer to my full measure of spirit and mind, to conquering myself, so no outside conquest is possible. I’m misfit, outcast and rebel to the bone, not afraid of standing alone.

Well, Sidney Powell certainly talks a big game.

Here in this interview with Maria Bartiromo she drops some bombs about Retired Admiral Peter Neffenger, until recently Presideny and on the board of Smartmatic and now named on Biden’s transition team.

Like I said, in this interview she promises very big. Hope she is as good as her word.

Do you know who this woman is? Talks a big game? Hope she is as good as her word?

      LOL.

I have read her book. I know she represented Flynn.

But what we are facing here is the Ice Age of democracy, world freedom and the Republic.

She will need to be a nuclear powered ice-breaker.

Okay -so if ‘the steal’ was executed by dodging voting machines and/or back door hacks…(or was it fake ballots trucked in at 4 am? I get confused, there’s so many stories being peddled) then the hand recount in Georgia will surely demonstrate it.

If however the tally comes back virtually the same, will that be an end to it? One’d like to THINK so, but that’s not likely, is it. Bah.

Dominion is a Member of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/dominion-part-of-council-that-disputed-election-integrity-concerns-in-dhs-statement_3581659.html

b>Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company’s council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems

On Nov 12 CISA issued a statement disputing voting irregularities saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

The statement noted “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

“What the agency failed to disclose, however, is that Dominion Voting Systems, along with Smartmatic, is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council – one of the two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.”

Remember that CISA is the Federal agency that is supposed to be safeguarding the US elections from exactly the kinds of disgraceful corruption that Dominion traffics in.

      https://nypost.com/2020/11/13/dhs-boss-chad-wolf-defies-trump-order-to-fire-cyber-chief-chris-krebs/

Department of Homeland Security acting Secretary Chad Wolf is defying President Trump’s order to terminate election cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs, multiple sources tell The Post.

The White House on Wednesday evening instructed Wolf to fire Krebs after Krebs openly dismissed claims of voter fraud in the Nov. 3 election.

“He gave us a bunch of reasons why he didn’t want to do it and he said no,” a senior White House official told The Post about Wolf’s refusal.

“If anything, Chad is carrying Krebs’ water,” the source added.

Krebs, a former Microsoft executive, has since 2017 led DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and recently launched a “Rumor Control” website to debunk claims of voter fraud. A CISA panel declared Thursday that the “November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” rejecting Trump’s claims of widespread fraud.

And the whole time he was in bed with Dominion.

Don’t care who’s president but really hoping the fraud is real and evidence strong and damning. Let’s close the year out with a bang.
