Sure enough, President Donald Trump likes to get out on the golf links, which is where he was on Saturday, a most spectacularly lovely Indian Summer day following a harsh election week. Of course, his outing provoked much mirth from a gloating national news media — and, by national, I mean united in purpose — as in: look at the big fat sad golfing loser-clown we of the anointed Woke class just beat like a drum on our noble march back to power!
In their righteous raptures of perceived victory, they missed Mr. Trump’s message, which was: This is how worried I am about the final outcome of this election. He’s a daisy, our president.
The news media’s strategy here, you understand, is to overcome reality by main force — reality being that the election Joe Biden rode in on was a garbage barge of ballot fraud that is on its way to being called out. So, the newspapers and cable stations rushed to declare Mr. Biden “the winner,” with several swing states’ votes not yet completely counted, and Mr. Biden self-ratified the call, while the Woke Resistance spent the weekend partying in Covid-19 super-spreader crowds they had deplored only days earlier.
Today’s (Monday’s) New York Times is an especially rich billow of gaslight wafting over the nation, as denoted in these headlines:
The Election Is Over. The Nation’s Rifts Remain.
President Trump Lost the Race, but Republicans Know It’s Still His Party
Biden to Restore a White House Tradition of Presidential Pets
It’s self-evident, you see. The charismatic Joe Biden is moving into the White House, pets and all (plus Hunter in the Lincoln bedroom). Done and done, signed, sealed, delivered according to us, the august Newspaper of Record! Don’t even bother complaining, ye pathetic hordes of racist, red-hatted whiners…. And, by the way, we’ll be coming after all y’all not so fine people — as signaled by Washington Post op-edster Jennifer Rubin:
That was all the news that America got this weekend while the Golden Golem of Greatness, he laid low on the golf links, his own omission to concede the election pulsating only dimly through all that gaslight, the message drowned out by the popping champagne corks and whooping in Washington’s Black Lives Matter Square, across the street from the soon-to-be fumigated White House.
Not a few reality-based observers in the alt.media pointed out that it’s not the MSM’s official duty to pick winners. That’s up to elected state legislators certifying the vote. So, what’s really going on?
The Democrats… the Resistance… “progressives,” the Left — whatever you want to call them — are much less afraid of being caught for committing election fraud than for getting nailed on a long list of previous and quite serious crimes dating back a decade, including SpyGate, MuellerGate (Russian Collusion), Ukraine-WhistleblowerGate, Uranium One, the Skolkovo technology transfer, the Clinton Foundation’s pay-to-play doings, and the recently disclosed influence-peddling and money-laundering schemes of the Biden Family. A little election fraud ain’t nuthin to that massive, reeking landfill of perfidy and sedition, and folks apparently forget that the election happened just on the eve of whatever investigative results John Durham & Company may be ready to drop on the nation — including the afore-alluded-to Biden Family hijinks, of which there is a live case at the DOJ. Boy are they afraid of all that. Just sayin… in case you put it out of mind in all the excitement. So, now we will discover whether they committed targeted election fraud, and then, perhaps, we’ll find out how those other matters turn.
As for the election fraud itself, you can be sure that a holy host of computer nerd statisticians on Mr. Trump’s end have been working backstage, out of the limelight, to sift those kwazy numbers coming out of places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada where the race was pretty darn tight. From a strictly procedural point-of-view, Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes look like an open-and-shut case of official misfeasance — insofar as that state’s Supreme Court exceeded its authority in changing the election law to allow ballots received after 8p.m. election day to be counted for days afterward (election law being the sole prerogative of the state legislature). And that’s a lot of ballots. That will likely be adjudicated in the US supreme court, and pretty pronto, given the exigent circumstances.
Then there are the janky numbers in all those other states where the Dominion vote tabulation software was used: 130,000 here… 27,000 there… et cetera. By the way, the company that puts out this Dominion product is partly owned by Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein’s husband, Richard C. Blum; one of its top executives is Nancy Pelosi’s former chief-of-staff; and the software’s development was funded by the Clinton Global Initiative in 2014. I guess they know a good thing when it jumps up and bites them on the lips.
I suppose you’ve also seen rumors about the Intelligence Community’s election-meddling software programs, HAMR (“Hammer”) and Scorecard allegedly being employed in last week’s election, but that is only a rumor so far. Sidney Powell, lawyer to General Michael Flynn, dropped it on the airwaves, and recall that General Flynn was the Director of the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), so there’s a chance that he knows about these programs in excruciating detail. There’s also reason to believe that General Flynn retains connections to many loyal intel techies who worked under him, and are capable of sussing out the situation. Also, by the way: do you suppose that any of this election-meddling software was used to ensure Joe Biden’s mysterious out-of-nowhere victory in the Super-Tuesday primary? Hmmm….?
So, is this over? Is the election a done deal? Perhaps not. A fun weekend was had by all on the Biden side. Stand by in the days ahead. You may see a lot of heads explode as their narrative goes south. If it turns out I’m wrong about all this, I will be the first one to say so around here.

Thanks for the very informative post Jim.
Should be quite a ride this week.
Trump must have nerves of steel.
If he prevails, the stunned look on all the MSM and Democrats will be worth every penny.
I don’t know how he gets out of bed every day. Our poor Donald —
My money sez the “dindo nuffin” brigades in Detroit, Atlanta, Phillie, et al – weren’t particularly astute in the cover up.
The minds being employed to ferret out the ham handed steal are formidable – including a privately funded war room with Robert Barnes, Richard Baris, and Matt Braynard (see twitter war room)
Yep, the anomalies are rather striking. This needs a full audit and we need to eliminate mass postal voting, a fraud vector, and have far more secure elections with far more sunlight and verification of identity. No sudden extra boxes of ballots showing up at 4AM.
Some senior lawyers at Jones Day, one of the country’s largest law firms, are worried that it is advancing arguments that lack evidence and may be helping Mr. Trump and his allies undermine the integrity of American elections, according to interviews with nine partners and associates, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect their jobs.
At another large firm, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, based in Columbus, Ohio, lawyers have held internal meetings to voice similar concerns about their firm’s election-related work for Mr. Trump and the Republican Party, according to people at the firm. At least one lawyer quit in protest.
If the lawyers are so worried about the integrity of elections I assume they’re all for measures to ensure only those with the right of franchise get to vote and that those votes are not negated by other means?
I’d think they’d be for paper ballots, strict ID requirements, regular purging of the rolls, secure chain of custody and the like to decrease the likelihood of ‘anomalies’ that threaten the integrity and legitimacy of the process.
Or are they the sort who think fraud risk is of no consequence so long as every derelict on skid row and every corpse in the graveyard can feel free to be ‘harvested’ for the good of the machine?
Cite your sources.
“Some senior lawyers”, “spoke on condition of anonymity”, “according to people”? Really?
Put up or shut up.

Nice, figured as much. I knew a guy, who knew a guy, who knew a guy, who knew a guy…
This is all garbage. Pure speculation of fraud. What about the states that Trump won? Did Trump commit fraud in those states? Stick with the facts, and the bottom line is that Trump was fired. Deal with it.
Kuntstler doesn’t mention the seats that the Dems lost in the house, I guess those were all legitimate elections. Kuntsler is now officially a lunatic.
Right! Fair is fair after all – probably just an oversight on JHK’s part – let’s recount those too!
Yes, why is it so hard to believe that people prefer Biden over Trump (who totally botched the pandemic response and rampantly sows division)? People got tired of the act after 4 years. Over half of the 2016 Trump supporters I know have since switched camps. This Democratic result is not an unbelievable one by any means.
This blog is full of spite and one-sided ranting.
A more intelligent writer would balance information with insight into the workings of both political parties. This JHK wants to drum up a flailing Trump base so he can sell his books that tout gold as better than stock returns (while ignoring dividend reinvestment). He makes up the facts as he sees fit. I’ve read the books and while he has some good insight into the future he likes to cherry pick and half explain complex phenomena to suit his agenda.
What in god’s name has happened to Kunstler??? When did he become a Breitbart clone? This is so incredibly sad to read. Based on the advertising on his site, I’m assuming he’s making a decent living off of preppers, survivalists and right-wing conspiracists. I don’t begrudge a man supporting his family, but this is such a far fall for an author I really admired.
Because his thoughts & opinions are at odds with yours? Hope they don’t defund the thought police.
Here’s a helpful hint – don’t play poker. Not for a lot of money anyway – you’re an easy read.
Can someone please explain how postal votes suddenly became “illegal” votes? Oh, that’s right, they didn’t go his way.
OF COURSE the postal vote was huge this year… there’s this virus called Covid19 going around – You may have heard of it – Or it might just be a Democrat hoax – damn good one though, given the thousands of actual corpses.
A lot of smart people clearly thought “Gee, being in a confined space lining up with strangers is probably not a great idea right now” – The “smart people” bit is probably why they overwhelmingly gave Trump the bum’s rush.
There is not a scintilla of evidence to support the accusation of voter fraud – NONE.
Now it seems that he can’t even leave Office without dragging down the Office of POTUS even further… and I thought Hitler was a sore loser when he killed his dog.
I’m not saying that Mr Biden sets the bar all that high, but he is a vast improvement. Besides, he had the good sense to chose Kamala Harris, who I (and I suspect Joe) think will make a GREAT President.
Evening Captain. What color is the sky in your world?
Hi Ron… Very blue down here in Victoria, Australia. Not enjoying lockdown, but we’ve almost gotten Covid19 beaten – I am glad you finally have a President who might spend more time doing something about it than working on his hook shot.
As for Joe Biden, he might mince his words a bit, but I think his heart’s in the right place (at least he appears to have one), and I think he knows better than anyone that the long term job of fixing things is beyond him – The best he can do is start the job, then hand it over to Kamala – Intelligent but not a smartass, compassionate but not a softy, more genuinely “Presidential” in her brief introduction of Joe Biden than Trump could be in a dozen lifetimes. She’d of gotten my vote!
She’d of gotten my vote! – Cap Swing

Sir, our President is the same President we’ve had for the past four years. Chances are, he will be re-elected on December 14th, when the 538 Electors, who actually elect the US President, cast their votes, as is the Constitutional process, provided it gets that far.
(That process has better odds of being short-circuited in between due to the indisputable evidence of intentional voter fraud. The suggestion that no such proof exists is laughable at best – much of it plainly admissible in court as shown by precedent.)
The US is a Constitutional Republic, which many fail to grasp. The US is not a Democracy (i.e.,mob rule). The Founding Fathers, in their near infinite wisdom, realized that the election of the President was far too important to leave to the hoi polloi, thus the Electoral College.
The US President is not elected by popular vote (of the mob). To say that President Trump is a sore loser, is a straw man argument, the basis of which is the supposition that he lost.
That is not the current argument. The argument (and reality, the reason for my question above) is that Mr. Biden has not won. That’s a false narrative, accelerated and promoted by the Fake News media, and believed by the low-IQ, useful idiot Democrats.
No better proof than the premature ejaculation witnessed last Saturday night all across the US, and very few wearing COVID condoms (masks) I might add.. Talk about embarrassing.
Yes, I’m sure lockdown is no fun, but living in a country that has been disarmed, you really have no other options, do you? The US is the last free country, free because the government still fears the people – not the other way around. Bet PM Morrison is getting along just fine though.
Thanks for such kind words about Mr. Biden & Ms. Harris, but the reality is that Joe is almost ready for his chocolate pudding and a nap, and “Heel’s Up” Harris didn’t get to the top based on her “intelligence”. Sorry to disappoint you on both counts mate.
Cheers.
Jim, you cannot be proven wrong about it all, you can only be prevented from finding out the full truth.
I started saying to my compatriots back in early 2019 that the unrelenting assault on Trump meant that election fraud in 2020 is guaranteed. The technical aspects of the system are so wide open to abuse via human biases, and backed so thoroughly by media gaslighting of the lemmings, that it has likely been going on in a massive scale since Obama’s election in 2008.
Trump is relaxed because, if he was smart, he’s likely been planning his counterassault for well over a year. To him, it’s either do or die. If he loses the election, he likely has a plan B that will dredge out the swamp so deeply that it’ll desertify it (we get that anyways in 2025).
Trump can also declassify and dump everything from the JFK assassination to what we know about UFOs and on and on.
Plus he could pardon lots of people.
And he could do all this and STILL win the election!
The key date is “Safe Harbor Day” and this year it is either the 8th or 12th of December. This is the day all the states choose electors.
After all the court challenges and recounts, THAT will be the day either Trump or Biden will become “President-elect”.
The MSM (including FOX) that called Arizona for Biden Tuesday night with 20% of the vote counted, they have clearly been working against Trump from the beginning and it has continued up to this moment.
The CIA’s Brennan and Mockingbird are clearly going strong!
The best tekkies in the military, commerce & spookdom have had the last four years to figure out and, if necessary, infiltrate small changes via the operating system back doors, a little here, a little there, nothing to obtrusive.
The effect would be cumulative and, strategically, the fraud need not be huge, just well targetted.
So glad that I sank my savings in popcorn futures.
Jim – great work as always.
Thanks for the insight on the Dominion software. Not surprising.
Keep up the great work. You’re a beacon to many, in times that appear to be getting a little darker.
Many don’t scare easily, myself included, but Jennifer Rubin’s comments are frightening. Especially the ease with which they are tossed about. Dorsey & his minions must not consider her veiled threat worthy of violating Twitter’s terms of use policies, No surprise there.
Yes. This “you’re on a list” business is jarring (as designed). Remember, the Democrat/liberal aim now is to remove freedom of speech; this is part and parcel of that. Normalizing the ‘shutting up’ of people who dare to oppose the official story. AOC the twit tweeted something similar the other day. The ominous “we’re taking names and will be meting out punishment” line. Isn’t it amazing that for all they lose, the Democrats still act as if they are in charge and have all the power? That’s what having the deep state behind you does, I guess. But I have to concur with some informed and unflappable, clear-eyed thinkers are saying this week: The CIA is not the competent agency so man think it is. The leadership is horrible. Trump had a new agency created in 2018, called CISA, for election integrity. He’s also raising money to take this to any court he can. My money is not on the Democrats… their hubris and hypocrisy will be their undoing.
Yes. Delusion leads to hubris, which leads to miscalculation. They have miscalculated. Danger abounds where evil is allowed to flourish. Situational awareness, from back channels to the streets, is essential.
Ron, I believe you posted a few days ago regarding blockchain encryption – an electronic watermark – that would allow tracking of ballots and provide proof of fraud. I watched the video link, but I have a question for you or anyone who might have some insight:
If agents loyal to Trump indeed developed this encryption, how could they manage to embed it in ballots that were printed in hundreds/thousands of local districts? My ballot included local candidates and amendments, as I’m sure all of them did, and I’m fairly sure they were printed locally. How could this alleged encryption be distributed and incorporated into all of those ballots?? Seems like an insurmountable obstacle for implementation.
SML – Yes, seems a Herculean task, and I’d be lying if I said I knew the answer. Hopefully another reader has more expertise in the distribution logistics, and will weigh in.
Some other commenter in a different column (which I can’t locate, sorry) said the states all get their ballot paper from a central location, and the paper comes with the watermark. Anyone else see this?
No, but the swing states are the main ones. For example there was no need to watermark Oklahoma ballots or mostly rural states.
Druid – You are absolutely correct. That would be DJT for you, saving the taxpayers money every step of the way – more efficient swing states only.
Nice. Thanks for that Pranah – hope that holds true.
Plus I read that Homeland Security is in on it.
Sorry to say, but the rumor is not true. But donot lose hope as there is still a deus ex machina in place to give us the dramatic endng we all want, The Supreme Court.
And by the way, Jim mentioned the statisticians, and boy are they going to be important, because – as they will show – the numbers don’t lie and an expert statistical opinion is regarded as perfectly admissable evidence in a case of election fraud.
It is highly ironic but stats will be even more deadly for Biden in this election because the use of mail-in voting has caused the overall vote to be thoroughly “shuffled” – like a pack of card – as it went through the USPS.
This means that there are no excuses for spikes, oddities, and anomalies like entire vote batches being received in a lump where they all voting for just one candidate or all of them are filled in only for the Presidential race.
On the contrary, the entire vote should be the smoothest and most thoroughly blended ever, statististically speaking. This will be explained in court with great clarity by PhDs with giant craniums being led by lawyers in very expensive suits.
Two important relevant articles:
1) Why the use of mail-in balloting makes it much easier to capture statistical proof of fraud.
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1325592112428163072.html
2) How a federal case to overthrow election results and get a new election might proceed.
The key issues around qualities of the evidence are discussed and is is explained expert statistical evidence is admissible in proving fraud occurred.
This is crucial wrt voting machines and the unlikely voting figures for Biden.
And yes, they can order new elections.
https://macris.substack.com/p/how-might-election-fraud-get-litigated
Trump’s resilience is inspiring. I admire it.
He’s the Honey Badger president.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4r7wHMg5Yjg
LOL!
The fix is in. Not going to change. Biden has won. The decline of the nation will probably accelerate now, but not by much. Undoubtedly, financial collapse will be in time to taint Biden much more than a questionable election. The last “normal” election which was in 2016 will surely finish our political system, right in time for the demise of our economic one.
Comedy.
Cartoon levels of fraud have been uncovered, and the evidence is piled high.
But fear “The Fix,” kids. After all, an anonymous source familiar with the President’s thinking told me it is in, and he has to concede. It must be true.
Results so far:
US Electoral System: 3
Trump: 0
Fake News.
l still think Biden should hold off a while before ordering that Zimmer frame with the Presidential Seal.
What evidence do you speak of? Where has this been presented? The reporting I’ve heard, from the old guard “print” sources, is that, in court, Trump’s lawyers had no evidence. Nothing. Just hearsay and speculation.
Please, I’m all ears, share with us where the uncovered fraud is, where the piles of evidence are.
@ City_of_76
Really? You are serious?
I suppose it is like they say: if you don’t read the fishwrapper you are uninformed. But if you do read it, you are misinformed.
Here, try some red pills, weary traveller after enlightenment.

And this following article is very funny. It gives a clue to how it is that the Dems produced such an obvious fuckup. They hired retards who could not read a ballot to carry out the fraud! This is why only one vote – the presidential – is recorded! Priceless.
https://bigleaguepolitics.com/poll-challenger-claims-detroit-poll-workers-tasked-with-duplicating-ballots-were-functionally-illiterate/

So everybody relax. Like the President. And as I have observed before, there is no need to enrol your kids in Mandarin classes just yet.
Your sources are trash.
Remember Hunter’s laptop. Evidence of treason by practically the whole Biden clan.
“What evidence do you speak of?”
Donald Trump said so is what.
Sadly, that’s all the evidence half the nation requires anymore. The word of a pathological liar.
There is no evidence.
Biden will likely gain power, but he’ll do so under such a cloud of illegitimacy that he’ll be a lame duck from day one. His “mandates”? Conservative states will ignore them and laugh in his face. What will Biden do? Send in the marines?
Not a good way to kick off a term—with roughly half of America believing he stole the election. And unlike fake news Russia collusion, which never alleged anything like widespread systemic voter fraud, the evidence against Dems includes witnesses, pics, video, and stochastic analysis. And of course no one can dispute the state court rulings that changed the rules at the last moment, and nullified voter authentication.
“What will Biden do? Send in the marines?”
Bush Jr. formed an entire department as a front for a deep-state power grab into the lives of American citizens. Bush established concealed control of the populous, and now Biden has the chance to establish the overt control.
There are plenty of 18-29 year-old idle lemmings that can be recruited for a new “Department of Homeland Cohesion”.
The latest I have heard is that Biden/Harris want a mask mandate while we are in our homes! In my garden planting tulip bulbs??
While we are showering and sleeping too?! Ha!
And they say they will get governors and mayors to sign on.
All this AFTER their drunken super spreader celebrations this past weekend?! With even Schumer maskless going through the crowds?
You want a “red line”?
This is it.
The 2020 presidential vote currently stands at Biden with 75,663,766 votes (50.6%), and Trump with 71,257,571 votes (47.6%).
There are, so far, no significant verifiable claims of fraud — certainly nothing on a scale to tip the election. Biden’s leads even in tight states (WI, MI, PA) are at tens of thousands of votes. And we know our voting systems are actually quite secure, with lots of people from “both” sides deeply interested in, and working to ensure, their integrity.
Trump also lost the popular vote in 2016, and it was reported at the time that he was eager to not appear as illegitimate, which partly explains his nonsense claim that there were 3 million fraudulent ballots; recall that the commission he set up to investigate 2016 voter fraud found nothing and disbanded quietly. Besides many online news articles, see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_Advisory_Commission_on_Election_Integrity
You may believe Biden stole the election, but most people understand that we just had a fair & secure election, and the voters were heard. Trump haters may hate Trump, but we didn’t concoct claims of massive fraud when he won in 2016 — let alone go along with baseless claims of fraud cast by the duly-christened loser, as Trumpoholics do with their guy now.
I’m really sorry you lost, but I’m especially sorry you were conned so badly by a beauty pageant organizer.
Are you willing to work to strengthen American democracy? Are you willing to love your neighbors?
Nope.
Not the ones with the we believe bullshit and the evidence of fraud is all over just because you don’t see it on your media of choice consumption does no mean it does not exist.
Much like the little kid who closes his eyes and covers their ears and screams lalalalal while kicking their feet because they don’t want to learn thje awful truth massive election fraud occurred and will be uncovered and looked into.
Any imbecile knows when election fraud is ignored it just gets worse.
@benr – I ask, once again, to please share some articles about this fraud you speak of. I’ve asked multiple times in today’s messages for someone to share some links, and so far we’e got one statistical analysis from Zero Hedge. I’m eager to read more, yet you characterize me as a “little kid.”
Make the case. This is your chance. You have my attention and time for now.
@co76

>>> There are, so far, no significant verifiable claims of fraud — certainly nothing on a scale to tip the election.
There doesn’t have to be enough to “tip the election”. If there is proof of significant fraud, then that will be enough to illegitimize the election in the eyes of roughly half the electorate.
Let’s be clear what we mean. Significant fraud is not, “One dead person voted.” If Reps can prove that 25k dead people voted, or 25k illegitimate sequential ballots all marked for Biden appeared in the dead of night by persons unknown, then that’s that. Will 25k votes swing it? Nope. Will it mean there was in fact significant fraud? Yup. And if they can do 25k in one location, then they can do it in another. Faith in the system is GONE.
@ Exscotticus
They are going to easily show that 100s of 1000s of votes were illegal, and for a variety of reasons.
One of the easiest cases to prove is that state election officials were in breach of their own state Constitutions when they gave a whole range of different unconstitutional instructions to ballot handlers.
One of the most obvious is their instructions to “cure” ballots.
Blatantly against state election laws. Election officials cannot fill in so-called witness addresses or provide other necessary information where they are absent from a ballot.
That alone covers 10s or even 100s of 1000s of ballots. Even before signatures and voter rolls are scrutinized
State officials have no power to suspend counting. That is not allowed under state election law. Yet they did it. Why? Contributes to the impression of fraud. Who wants to perjure himself over something like this? Watch the tenpins tumble.
In short, high officials of the States cannot override their State Constitutions on their own say-so but they did just that in all of the battleground states.
This is a slam dunk. Just to start, the Supreme Court will rule that every ballot received after 8 pm on Nov 3 is to be discarded. That alone might turn the election or – owing to comingling – require new elections.
“If there is proof of significant fraud, then that will be enough to illegitimize the election in the eyes of roughly half the electorate.”
There need be no fraud at all to illegitimize the election in the eyes of roughly half the electorate.
All it took was Donald Trump’s relentless program of brain-washing. The election was illegitimate in the minds of half the populace of the USA long before it took place. James Howard Kunstler’s included, unfortunately. The power of celebrity? Desperation a torpedo to the mass IQ? Both no doubt.
Meanwhile, the rest of world is in disbelief at how susceptible to mass mind-control by a destructive monster the US populace has proven in her decline and fall. But hey, it’s not like that hasn’t happened before in history. Quite the opposite, it’s par for the course when human fortunes go south.
“All it took was Donald Trump’s relentless program of brain-washing.” – treeflapper,
It’s damn hard to brainwash people when the media is in the hands of your enemies. Who, by the way, are shutting down alternate voices on YouTube and social media. This bothers the “true believers” not one bit. The basic premise of WOKE thinking is people may only think permitted thoughts.
>>> There need be no fraud at all to illegitimize the election in the eyes of roughly half the electorate. All it took was Donald Trump’s relentless program of brain-washing.
A retort that labels every Trump supporter as brain-washed. How original.
Got anything besides hyperbolic bigoted comments?
There was no fraud and Barr knows it.
test
@ City_of_76, re:”…his nonsense claim that there were 3 million fraudulent ballots; recall that the commission he set up to investigate 2016 voter fraud found nothing and disbanded quietly.”
Another possibility is the his team used the evidence uncovered by the commission to learn the tactics used in committing the fraud and, since he had won, decided to wait for a better time to use what they had learned.
A lawsuit was filed this morning in Detroit with some fairly extensive allegations. I will provide a link in a subsequent comment because a previous attempt at this has sent my comment into internet purgatory.
At any rate, the lawyers seem to be quite well prepared with their allegations, and, if they were starting from zero, have worked much faster than most lawyers I know and have worked with. But then again, they may not have been starting from zero.
The lawsuit:

@ City_of_76
I have tried to post link to excerpts of the lawsuit at Sharyl Attkisson’s blog, but cannot get the link to post.
If you google her name to find her blog you will find the excerpts that provide a much shorter read.
This does not look trivial to me.
@ City_of_76
At directorblue.blogspot there is a chart of some 6555 certified dead who voted in Michigan last week. In case the link will not post I will attempt to put it in a subsequent comment.
The lawyers are certainly working fast. Treasure hunts are much easier if you know where to dig.
Here’s a link to the chart of dead voters. On the linked page there is a further link to names, DoBs, etc.

>>> recall that the commission he set up to investigate 2016 voter fraud found nothing and disbanded quietly
That’s not even a proper characterization of what happened.
The team attempted to get voting data from the states. Many refused to comply. The team disbanded from a lack of cooperation. They had no legal authority to subpoena the data.
15 states refuse to hand over voter data to Trump Election Fraud commission — 10/2017, Business Insider
So nothing to do with NOT finding fraud.
And I think this demonstrates what’s going to happen to Biden. Many states will simply ignore him, his edicts, etc. Proverbial shoe will be on the other foot.
They’re already talking about a Contact Tracing Cheka:

Vote for Joe. He’s a middle-of-the-road guy!
Turns out America ends up with Joe Stalin.
He’s also tapping the Dubya neocons for help in transition.
We’re going to get the worst of Obama /and/ the worst of Dubya in an unholy fusion under Madame Harris.
Exscotticus,
I’m trying hard to remember my American History (not, alas, one of my favorite school subjects) but I seem to think this kind of event must have happened before. And I don’t mean the “Northern War of Aggression”
The legitimacy of an election has undoubtedly been called into question on more than one occasion.
Just looking at the 20th Century (my particular area of intense interest) you have cases like the dubious electoral victory which gave Lyndon Johnson his start – with a number of apparently undead voters giving him their support.
Thus the nickname “Landslide Lyndon” – which stuck.
Be Angry at the Sun
That public men publish falsehoods
Is nothing new. That America must accept
Like the historical republics corruption and empire
Has been known for years.
Be angry at the sun for setting
If these things anger you. Watch the wheel slope and turn,
They are all bound on the wheel, these people, those warriors,
This republic, Europe, Asia.
Observe them gesticulating,
Observe them going down. The gang serves lies, the passionate
Man plays his part; the cold passion for truth
Hunts in no pack.
You are not Catullus, you know,
To lampoon these crude sketches of Caesar. You are far
From Dante’s feet, but even farther from his dirty
Political hatreds.
Let boys want pleasure, and men
Struggle for power, and women perhaps for fame,
And the servile to serve a Leader and the dupes to be duped.
Yours is not theirs.
Robinson Jeffers, 1941
Struggle for power, and women perhaps for fame,
Women don’t struggle for fame. Attention for sure. For the resources of the Alpha male, absolutely.
A line like that, with the “perhaps” in it, especially with such a wisdom-of-the-ages, seer-like tone, doesn’t work at all. Sounds like a guy who doesn’t know women at all.
And “boys want pleasure”? Really? Is that really characteristic of boys? Not at all. Boys want action. They want wonder. They want change. They want to explore the vistas of their boyish worlds.
Pleasure? Nah. Sounds very very gay to me. And not in a good way.
Poetry is not for you, evidently.
If any of these conspiracy theories held water, Trump would be assembling a massive legal team to contest the results in multiple states.
Instead, he’s out playing golf while that old perv Rudy Giuliani blows off in a garden centre parking lot.
As Jake Tapper tweeted:
“Some say the world will end in fire/
Others say at Four Seasons Total Landscaping north of the Tacony-Palmyra bridge, near the porn shop”
By rights, Trump should get down on his knees and beg the forgiveness of the American people.
Then sing a karaoke version of “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” while staring into the nation’s eyes.
(Cue global laughter. And puking.)
You guys are late for your jizz-swabbing detail at the bath-house. Now knock it of and back to work! Those proto-zygotes aren’t going to mop themselves…
That’s not nice, bye_then.
On the other hand you’re on the money.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer fella.
From the outset I’ve judged him and all of his actions with his hits on the many small businessmen, contractors, workers he has stiffed or even bankrupted.

LOL.
Don’t leave us in the dark, man. Show us the fraud. Or show us your sources. Please, explain what’s going on, convince us that there’s massive voting irregularity.
As much as anyone, I want there to be secure & accurate voting. We all have an interest in that, unless you’re Donald Trump.
City of 76
Check out this article which points out statistical anomalies in the “late arriving” ballots. It points to fraud. Of course, you won’t give it any credence because it goes against what you want to see and believe.. But don’t claim there is no evidence.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/it-defies-logic-scientist-finds-telltale-signs-election-fraud-after-analyzing-mail-ballot
Thanks for the link, @hmuller. You owe me an apology for projecting that I won’t give it credence.
First, I question a bit from his last paragraph, “…all of the ballots go through the postal system,” — that’s not correct: many ballots were dropped off in person at poll sites or government/official ballot drop sites.
I’m not the guy to make sense of that article, but I have a small bit of faith that if the author is pointing to real, verifiable fraud, this will be exposed widely. There may be tens of millions of Biden voters who would hate to see Trump win the election, but even more, I believe those voters, myself included, want to know that our voting system is secure.
My rough understanding of that article is something discussed frequently before the election: that there was likely to be a “red mirage,” where day-of election tallies favored Republicans, but then the ongoing count of ballots cast by mail/drop off may narrow or erase that lead. That was a reasonable pre-election supposition, and it appears to have been correct.
Recall that Trump has widely and repeatedly cast doubt on the “legitimacy” of mail-in ballots, although he votes by mail-in ballot himself, and they’ve been in wide use around the country for decades. Before the election, Trump’s set up a scenario to question vote-by-mail, and urged his voters to go to the polls on Nov. 3, and it appears they did.
Other voters took the option to vote not in person, either dropping off or mailing in their ballots. It’s also an option to drop your ballot in person on election day in some states, and of course there are safeguards to ensure a person can’t vote twice (once by drop-off, once in person). In states like Pennsylvania, the voting laws there forbid the counting of votes before election day (a law passed by state Republicans), so we knew it would take days to tabulate.
Remember, you don’t need to count every single vote to make a call about how the election is going; and when news organizations make a call, they’re making a reasonable case based on the math of the remaining uncounted ballots, that the winner of the final count is likely to be what they called. You may not believe it, but the big main stream media organizations (television but more importantly the print+web organizations, the old-guards that have been being held to account for many decades) have every incentive to correctly call the election. There is no rational scenario where they benefit from calling the election, for any state, incorrectly. There is always hell to pay when they get it wrong, and a lot of hard lessons were learned in 2016, and again in 2020 (pollsters proven to be nearly useless).
Also recall that Trump’s postmaster, De Joy, began crushing Post Office capacity in widely reported cases of sorting machine and drop-box removal. Also recall that the number of election day voting sites has, in some places, been reduced by the impacts of Covid-19 (there were wide calls for younger poll workers as the traditional older volunteers declined to participate), as well as deliberate dis-enfranchisement enacted by Republican legislators in some states (e.g., limiting a whole county to only one poll site).
Reasonable people had a lot of reason to distrust the post office, and, like me, dropped their ballots at an official government drop location – in my case, City Hall. It’s also worth pointing out that early voting can be either by mail (drop your ballot in a Post Office drop box and trust the US Mail to deliver), or can be dropped off in person at an official voting drop-site. (Recall, too, that in California, GOP operatives illegally set up boxes to collect early ballots, going to far as to label them “Official.” They’re in trouble with the state attorney general.)
I’m not smart enough to fully challenge the Zero Hedge article you link to, but my layman’s understanding is pointing to what we can reasonably surmise about this election: Trump supporters were urged on by Trump to vote in person Nov. 3, after Trump denounced vote-by-mail and his crony William De Joy sabotaged the U.S. Mail, putting its reliability in doubt. Election days votes were tabulated immediately, thus the red mirage. Non-day-of votes, dropped off or mailed in, were Democratic-leaning, because Dems trust the early voting process, and distrusted the De Joy post office debacle.
Finally, the implausible thing about any claim of widespread fraud is that it would require countless failures across people & systems to occur. Very nearly everyone wants a free, fair and secure election, and some of our good fellow citizens step up to do the actual work involved in sustaining a reliable voting system in their states. This isn’t new — the United States is actually very good at having a vote, despite its many flaws.
Yes, our voting systems could be better, and yes, we should all demand that they’re the best we can reasonably make it. But was it the site of spectacular fraud that Trump claims? And if it was, how was such a vast conspiracy conducted without detection? This is on par with QAnon aburdities, which are farcical on their face, and disintegrate with the slightest consideration.
You would need to believe a whole lot of disreputable sources to believe there’s been massive fraud. Many of us live in a world of verifiable truths that is unforgiving to wild claims — this is the real world, of real consequences and physical realities.

“Very nearly everyone wants a free, fair and secure election”
– City of 76
I don’t know what world you live in, 76, but the one I see “everyone wants to win”. And they will cheat, steal, lie, and kill to win.
Your long missive is so full of unproven assertions, anti-Trump propaganda memes, unwarranted assumptions, prejudice, and just plain bullshit – it would take me at least 5000 words to unravel it. And I don’t want to waste my time showing you how every sentence is wrong. But they all are.
You must be a professor in some ivory tower or an abbot in a cloister, Because you are really clueless about the real world. I don’t say that as a gratuitous insult. I really mean it as an honest observation.
And then you really pinned the bullshit meter to max when you wrote:
“You would need to believe a whole lot of disreputable sources to believe there’s been massive fraud. Many of us live in a world of verifiable truths that is unforgiving to wild claims — this is the real world, of real consequences and physical realities.” -76
You certainly love variations on the world “real”. Maybe you’re over-compensating for your lack of reality. Do you see how you pontificate? Is your ass sitting on St Peter’s chair?
Who the fuck says we have to believe “a whole lot of disreputable sources” to believe in election fraud? You do. And having said it, it magically becomes fact. You spin a web of opinion and then convince yourself that you are stating “reality”. Step by step you build your arguments on such opinions presented as facts. OR you’re basing them on what the MSM told you.
Your arguments are sloppy, specious presentations, sometimes reaching delusional excursions into solipsism. But you do have a nice big vocabulary. You must be highly esteemed in Academia.
“If any of these conspiracy theories held water, Trump would be assembling a massive legal team to contest the results in multiple states.”
Um. He did. Multiple lawsuits filed in multiple states. And the court ruling nullifying voter authentication is a fact, not a theory.
He can’t hear you.
He has his fingers in his ears, his eyes closed, and he is bouncing around saying “wah wahwaha wah I can’t hear you!”

“I can’t hear!”
“I can’t think!”
I think there was a crematorium there also.

Next to the “showers”?
Exactly.
The main Consequence is a great loss of confidence in government by around 50 percent of the population and more. I will play the devils advocate and predict that no one will be prosecuted for anything and the ghostly, unchosen one will enter the White House. If I am proved wrong, I will be amazed.
I’m afraid you’re right
Probably. But a President surrounded by a cloud of illegitimacy doesn’t have much political capital. If Dems don’t take the Senate, Biden’s a lame duck. He’ll undo Trump’s exec orders and pass his own—which conservative states will ignore.
And then come the midterms.
Reps have two years to figure out how Dems stole the election and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
@ Exscotticus
It is still possible for the Reps to take the House.
That is how big a landslide the real vote was.
@ Exscotticus
“Reps have two years to figure out how Dems stole the election and ensure it doesn’t happen again.”
Consider that they may have figured it out after the commission investigated the 2016 election and have used the “lessons learned” to prepare for the present contest.
IOW, they were “laying in the bushes” waiting for the Dems to blunder into their trap. They seem to be very well prepared to act.
Jennifer “we have a list” Rubin can join forces with AOC “I’m keeping a list” and order their interns to find a nice working model of the former East Berlin Stasi so they can punish everyone “who voted the wrong way” with the efficiency and viciousness they so admire.
The media has quite effectively silenced all dissent and Biden & Harris are confident it will continue — and they may be right. Even though the Russian horse has been beaten to death, there are still plenty willing to believe it, and that Hunter is the target of a conspiracy theory because Trump is a sore loser. I hope you’re right but I think the fix is in and the best that can be hoped for is to retain control of the Senate.
No doubt the vote manufacturing machines are busy to ensure they steal the Senate as well.
I say only hand-counting of all those Senate election votes at the precinct level with bi-partisan groups watching and tabulating the count up close with masks. NO COMPUTERS allowed!
Back in 2008 I attended the Middletown, CT Republican Straw Poll for President. There were about 600 people there at the Elks Lodge. One giant room with tables and a no-host bar.
Everyone got the same ballot walking in. Speeches were made then we all voted, handed our ballots to a person at one of the tables with a box and after she dropped the ballot in we had to have our thumbs inked to prove we had already voted.
An hour later all the ballots were dumped onto the tables and we stood in groups around the tables watching the count.
Everyone looked over the tabulations and the winner was announced: Ron Paul.
The next day The Hartford Courant refused to release the fact that Ron Paul beat McCain.
This is the general direction our elections had better start running. With American citizens as the observers and not some cooked software.
Interesting story.

Yes, but do they have any proof? Any evidence?
Blumpf Drumpf Frumpf Orange Man Bad!
The DNC is hanging on by a thread these, hence their delusional proclamation of pre-matrure victory.
Probably part of this strategy is that hope that the 70 million Trump voters react to the blatant vote-couting fraud by violently taking to the streets. Recall, it was the Dem strategists who were trying to prep for a “streetfight”.
But Trump & his voters are too smart to fall for the ruse. The Election Process will proceed according to the law (including the necessary recounts, investigations and legal resolutions). And in a few weeks it will be the leftitst taking to the streets again to continue burning down their own favorites cities.
In Oregon the Governor finally called in the national guard. But the rioting, looting, arson continues apace. I have never seen anything like this and I’m glad I don’t live in Portland and my city, so far, is just going about its business.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
As I recall Obama golfed while American soldiers died in Iraq and Afghanistan. How dare he! No recreation time for Presidents until all problems are solved!

Trump’s game of golf was obviously for optics. A statement that he is unfazed. But you know damn well that down deep he is very fazed. How could he not be?
He has publicly stated even bad press is good.
He likes being talked about and its why he does not care about negative press that would have sent lessor men to the bottle and worse.
Imagine Obama with 90 percent unfavorable press.
@ Q. Shtik
How could he not be [fazed]?
Do you forget that he is Trump?
He is not like a mere mortal man.
He is not like you.
He is a leader.
It’s striking how little effort the corporate media make any more to hide the fact that they are all taking the same orders from above.
On Election Day-plus-one every popular “news” source in the country had the same headline: “Trump Questions Election Results Without Cause.”
Without cause! Since when is it the prerogative of “journalists” to adjudicate matters of this sort? Did the New York Times have a headline proclaiming that “W Declares War on Iraq Without Cause”? When did WaPo ever trumpet “Obama Drone-Bombs Innocent Woman and Children Without Cause”?
If our system still possesses a morsel of integrity sorting all of this out will be the mother of all shitstorms, but I am still betting that the Democrats manage to put a lid on every bit of it and proceed to finish off our national slide into oblivion.
If you hadn’t noticed, Trump simply said there’s been massive fraud, and failed to provide a shred of evidence. He’s got nothing but allegations. Even his lawyers, when speaking before judges in recent days, present zero evidence, and they cases have been dismissed.
Trump’s team is just running his scam, as usual. It’s weird that Trumpoholics don’t see what a con-man Trump is. His bullshit falls apart upon scrutiny, as has happened consistently through his life. It’s a sad comment on America that so many people still support him. Anyway, the rest of us are moving and are prepared to deal with reality.
Here’s where the allegations stand, legally:

Citing the Washington Post as a source of truth. Haha You crack me up. Has Jeff Bezos and his canary latrine yet admitted the existence of Hunter Biden;’s laptop? Did they reveal what was in it?
I’ve seen some of what is on it, but watching Hunter Biden pulling his flaccid putz gets boring pretty quickly.
Hunter should live in the White House yard in a dog house. You watched it? You rock! You are a true heroine. You did it so we won’t have to.
It’s a sad comment on America that so many people still get their news, and views, from the Washington Post.
Your source is WaPo! hee hee

Get out of here with that digital birdcage liner.
With the exception of Green Alba, people here have brains. Your gaslighting-fu is miserable. Who is doing your training, Jesse Smollett?
JS (faggy voice): They were yelling that this was MAGA country! They had a noose and made me put it on. See, I’m still wearing it now four hours later. Do you think it goes with my eyes?
They were big and mean and a bit hunky and I was sure they would hurt me and I don’t mean that in a good way but you know what I mean, they were Trump supporters!
Oh someone saaaaaave me!
Hit the road, troll.
You know I was in college before I learned that someone could be both black and gay. A lot of things were not discussed much then, especially in white suburbia.
Priests were celibate, Boy Scout leaders could be trusted, mothers stayed home, Pat Nixon wore a cloth coat, and everyone believed in God. Sigh.
He kept the noose on while waiting for the police. One is reminded of Crystal Magnum smeared with shit laying in alley – she was waiting for someone to find her.
Imagine if they put his much effort into bettering themselves.
What do you think, Yohannon, did Jusse dream up his attention getting stunt on his own? Or did someone higher up with an agenda encourage him?
He comes from Black Civil Rights Royalty, his mother an activist and friend of Angela Davis. I assume he wanted to become part of that somehow and not just a gay actor or whatever he is. So he dreamed up something really stupid and embarrassed himself and his family. Again, fraud is fine in their book if its well done and if it works. But it didn’t.
Zoltar, spot on. When someone quotes chapter and verse of the NYT to me, I’m always curious to know if it’s the same NYT that published Judith Miller’s conclusion that Iraq had, in fact, pursued yellowcake for its WMD. I get crickets.
No denying a couple hundred tons of yellow cake went to Canada eh.
Regarding the “late” votes in Pennsylvania, here’s what the Washington Post reports:
“And it succeeded in getting Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. to issue an order that election officials must separate ballots that arrived after Election Day but before Friday evening — a step that counties have already taken. Under an earlier ruling by the state Supreme Court, election officials may tally those ballots, which are a tiny fraction of the overall vote, but state officials have ordered them to be kept segregated in case of further legal challenges.”
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-election-irregularities-claims/2020/11/08/8f704e6c-2141-11eb-ba21-f2f001f0554b_story.html
City_of_76, its you who needs to pull your head out of your ass and stop quoting the treasonous POS WaPo here. We don’t believe a damn thing that it says. If you had half a brain, you would realize its bias and look to get your information from alternate sources (like the rest of us do). Now run along and get your obviously terminal case of TDS treated ASAP. You’re going to need that fixed when Trump, once again, triumphs against all odds. This election was STOLEN and we are NOT going to allow that to happen without a fight.
Bravo!
Instead of insulting me, why not try to enlighten me? I read widely and I’m eager to learn. Share your sources, please.
I will note that a common response I get from Trumpoholics is to insult and shut me out; there is almost never any attempt to show me the way. This aligns with commentary I’ve read about the Trump cult, which thrives on the fantasy that they have a special insight into the news, and any viewpoint that doesn’t share that “insider” viewpoint is disparaged as “fake news.” That kind of juvenile thinking may get you friends at a Trump rally, but in the complex world of running a functional government, verifiable truths that hold up under scrutiny and investigation — like some products of science and technology — are the basis for informed decision making. No truth, no deal.
In fact, I do realize that Washington Post, like all human endeavor, has bias. It’s not my only source; it’s one of many that I pay for (both for-profit and non-profit news sources), because I recognize that reporting is real work that requires financial support. The “free” press is essential to our democracy, and it’s incumbent on us to support it. (Pay for news before you pay for TV, that’s my credo).
Trump does not triumph against all odds, and I’m not making a prediction. His history is pocked with failure and scandal. He won in 2016 by losing the popular vote. The man is not a winner, by any definition, let alone for someone born into wealth and who’s leveraged every advantage available to bellowing white guys of his generation.
After whining about how you are treated you then proceed to rant about popular vote as if that has EVER been a metric for winning a Presidential race.
Further that 3 million popular vote meme has lost its luster since up to five million voters were stricken off the rolls since then as being ineligible in California alone.
You further prove ignorance by claiming America is a Democracy when we are a Republic to be more specific a Representative Republic.
Do some research and stop playing the martyr as its very unattractive.
So did Biden win Florida? Did the Dems kick ass in the House? Take the Senate? No, no and no. Wow, that’s so horrible MASSIVE voter fraud. Ha…ha..,ha…
“Share your sources please.”
Ah, the longer-winded, ‘reasonable’, “I just want to understand” troll. Much more clever than the one-line scatological drive-by ones.
Here’s a hint. The last few CFN threads have been scored with links to the Dem chicanery. You could, oh I don’t know, actually click on a few of them?
But then he couldn’t continue to ask for evidence.
Mind blown.
I was asking for links regarding evidence to support Trump’s claims of massive voter fraud. Night Owl referred me to his posts in recent Kunstler blogs, and I’ve compiled all the links he provided in another post here. I don’t have the energy to go back beyond Nov. 3 at this point; so sue me. But what I’ve seen so far is questionably condemning, and I eagerly await the court cases that refer to this “evidence” and the subsequent rulings.
You all attack me with so much fervor. Try some manners, OK, please? Civility is actually a good thing. Bashing everyone you may disagree with just erodes your humanity.
Here’s BuzzFeed News’ take on election fraud so far:
https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/janelytvynenko/election-rumors-debunked
Given that anything goes and nothing matters around here, I figured I’d share it.
BuzzFeed. Seriously?
I went through the Nov 3 and Nov 4 ‘findings’ just to humour myself.
Most of the Nov 3 six contentions follow the logical fallacy of dumping (love that word in this context) frivolous anti-Dem reports in with much more damning and factually adroit findings. To put this in a different context, if an anti-Trumper takes a video of a purported BLM or Antifa guy singing “We Shall Overcome” while linked arm-in-arm with other non-violent confreres, it doesn’t prove that there was no widespread looting, targeted destruction, and violent attacks on police and desperate business owners just trying to protect their stores.
Try again, but with your computer.

You say you want enlightenment, but you sound like someone whose opinions are well set in concrete.
If you actually want to know how we crazy people think, take a look at a book “The Answer” by David Icke. I’m not saying believe it. Consider it research into understanding another culture you never knew was out there. From explaining the physics of the universe to mind, history, human culture, social institutions, and global power structures this book takes an unconventional view – way outside the Overton window..
You’ll no doubt throw it against the wall time and again, screaming, “No, that’s not the way things are. That’s not what I was taught.” But you may realize there’s more than one way to look at something; perhaps even a better way than you were taught.
Here’s a quote from Icke’s book:
““The reason we are so controlled is not that we don’t have the power to decide our own destiny, it is that we give that power away every minute of our lives. When something happens that we don’t like, we look for someone else to blame. When there is a problem in the world, we say “What are they going to do about it”. At which point they, who have secretly created the problem in the first place, respond to this demand by introducing a ‘solution’ – more centralisation of power and erosion of freedom. If you want to give more powers to the police, security agencies and military, and you want the public to demand you do it, then ensure there is more crime, violence and terrorism, and then it’s a cinch to achieve your aims. Once the people are in fear of being burgled, mugged or bombed, they will demand that you take their freedom away to protect them from what they have been manipulated to fear. The Oklahoma bombing is a classic of this kind, as I detail in ..And The Truth Shall Set You Free. I call this technique problem-reaction-solution.
Create the problem, encourage the reaction “something must be done”, and then offer the solution. It is summed up by the Freemason motto ‘Ordo Ab Chao’ -order out of chaos. Create the chaos and then offer the way to restore order. Your order. The masses are herded and directed by many and varios forms of emotional and mental control. It is the only way it coud be done.”
*When something happens we don’t like, we look for someone else to blame
*Create the problem, encourage the reaction “something must be done”, and then offer the solution. It is summed up by the Freemason motto ‘Ordo Ab Chao’ -order out of chaos. Create the chaos and then offer the way to restore order. Your order.
Phew–good thing that doesn’t at all sound like the tactics of the GG of Greatness!
Thanks for the quote, Mole Man. Yes David Icke is anti-Trump;, and anti-globalist and against just about everyone of any political stripe in power. He distrusts them all. I say Bravo; we need more questioning, less obedience.
David “The World Is Run By Shape-shifting Lizard People” Icke? THAT David Icke? Res ipsa loquitur…
FreddieMars,
An enlightened person examines the beliefs of hundreds of thinkers, keeping what he deems good, discarding what is not. Do you embrace the thoughts of anyone else 100%? I hope not. The wise course is to pick and chose.
Have you read any David Icke, or just bought into the group think hatred generated against him by the WOKE crowd?
@ City_of_76
Instead of insulting me, why not try to enlighten me? I read widely and I’m eager to learn. Share your sources, please.
I read widely. Haahahahhaha! Excellent.
“I read widely. I read the Washington Post and the NYT.”
That reminds me of that gag:
“I like all kinds of music. Country and Western.”
Thanks Kim,
Yes, I remember that classic scene from “The Blues Brothers”

The World is for Trump. We can still smell a rat.
You lost old man. Deal with it.
“The news media’s strategy here, you understand, is to overcome reality by main force….”
Very well said. Typical tactic straight out of the Joseph Goebbels and Marxism/Leninism propaganda handbooks: “A lie repeated often enough becomes the truth.”
Let’s hope the American people collectively have the intellectual honesty enough not to succumb to the noise and clamor, and that enough of them will be devoted to uncovering this ghastly truth of literally the largest voter fraud in US history.
I am staggered and appalled at the sheer brazenness and cynicism of the Democrats to pull something this large and consequential. It shows their utter contempt for the rule of law, and it betrays their secret belief that they are above it and not subject to it. Truly, hatred for Trump has driven them insane.
If Biden is indeed inaugurated, you can rest assured that the American people (whether they openly admit it or not) will NEVER again believe in any of the institutions of government ever again. They have all been infiltrated, contaminated and subverted by regressive “progressivism.” Just as in the former Soviet states, you will see a new wave of cynicism and bad faith sweeping through society, as the underclass finally reads the true nature and intentions of the ruling class and decides to get in on the game themselves.
Oh, hardly – most understand that the system, while under extreme stress from a demented autocrat, indeed held and delivered us a decent pair to lead.
The stock market is liking trump’s exit…
“A decent pair to lead.” My, Jack, but you have remarkably low standards.
The stock market loves to vacuum up newly created money like Larry Kudlow’s nose loves to vacuum up ……….(you can probably guess)
Is that how you measure success, Jackoff? By what the stock market does? You sound just like Trump. LOL
The stock market is not the measure of anything anymore. It’s fiction. Powerful fiction that fattens bank accounts, but fiction nevertheless. It’s the only place where the fictional $ being created can go to spawn more fictional $. Many have said this can’t go on, yet it does. I stopped paying attention. Just stay as far away from it as I can.
Colonel Jackoff measures the success of his Communist coup by referencing the stock market. That says it all I think.
Capitalism/Communism was always headed this way. National Socialism was always the answer. If the system lasts. If it falls, then we’re back to strong man stuff and monarchy. Maybe little republics here and there. Many cultures have councils of respected elders who vote on things or even for a leader. Proto-Republicanism.
There is no perfect politics but when push comes to shove I am more of a Falangist myself.
Of course, if you like what America has been getting these last 100 years, you may prefer democracy.
Christian Fascism? Nice. But what of Pagan Wisdom anent race? Or can a master play his best music on a beat up old fiddle? The vehicle matters, not just the soul.
“anent” – there it is.
@ shox
Actually when he said that Goebbels was referring to the jews. Oops.
If this is true, fine. But Goebbels still committed the same sin as the Jews who he spoke disparagingly of. When was there ever a counter-balancing narrative on Nazi media outlets? Likewise with Soviet countries.
It’s so hard to commit voter fraud on any scale that matters that it’s simply not worth it. The U.S. has a “good enough” voting system (nothing’s perfect) and we can be assured the vote was secure, free and fair.

So, y’all are saying that it’s easy to commit voter fraud, even on a scale to tip an election? Where, oh where, do we have any previous cases of this? Where is the news of this?
I’ve posted about 15 links at least. That you have not managed to find one speaks to your intelligence.
I am afraid I cannot assist you any further. Good luck.
OK @Night Owl, I did the legwork and compiled all your comments with links since the Nov. 3 election on the two previous Kunstler blog posts. I will trust this this list constitutes your mountain of evidence proving massive voter fraud, is that correct? Here we go:

And now time for a little fun. Take a look at this screen grab of the corrupt PA AG (a request for an entirely new vote for PA appears to be making its way to the Supreme Court)
Notice the items on the bookshelf. I did not see this interpretation anywhere else, but here is what I (personally) come up with:
There is a USPS truck and a doll of The Count of Sesame Street fame positioned prominently, and the clock is at 2:46.
So: Mail-in ballot count goes to 46. 46 being the 46th President they want to install via fraud.
Other interpretations? This is for shits and giggles, but it is most interesting.

Why bother? You wouldn’t read it, you would just assail it, so fuck off. Take your faith in WaPo and the NYT and NPR and whatever else you never question and, again, get your terminal case ot TDS treated because you are going to need it.
City of 76 thinks one can answer specific charges with generalities and truisms. Example:
Witness: I saw John and farmer Brown arguing. Then John pulled out a knife and stabbed farmer Brown in the neck.
Defense Attorney: But John is Amish. They don’t even punch people, much less stab them. You must be wrong.
Witness: No, you’re not listening. I saw what I saw. I was 10 feet away. I have blood splatters on my clothes.
Defense Attorney: Nope. I have a book right here that says Amish people are non-violent, John is Amish, ergo John is non-violent. Can’t you follow logic, rube?
And thus “intelligent people” answer specific incidents with empty generalities while waving a plethora of articles and books to prove their case.
I remember our teacher at school praising a television advert for the Guardian newspaper. A respectable looking man is attacked by a long-haired lout and thrown tot he ground. But the shot widens to show that the yob had actually done this to push him out of the way of a bus (or something). The Guardian saw things from every angle. Irritating cliché, and that was nearly fifty years ago when things were not as bad as they are now. The Left would be amazed to discover how dopey they are, but they are too stupid to notice.
Blacks who play the knockout game are really highly trained brain surgeons who are trying to slow or stop brain tumors in their White “victims”.
I never thought of it that way. Maybe Kamala will honor them with public awards ceremonies in the rose garden. Such a lovely lady. I call her Oprah-lite.
The further hilarious irony in “show me the evidence” trolling (or complete delusional never-Trumpism) is that the evidence recorded is of mathematical inviolability.
It’s like the Critical Race Theory idiots widening their attacks from the Humanities to the hard sciences.
@ Night Owl
Ha ha ha. Really laughed.
The best way to ensure election integrity is just laugh off all these concerns about mail-in ballots, software “glitches,” etc.
Yup, my uncle always said “laughter is the best medicine”. Too bad none of his kids reached adulthood.
You make an excellent point, Mostly Disagreeable. The repeated memes are to mock the very idea that election fraud could exist on a large scale. I can’t imagine it, so it’s unreal, End of argument.
Then there’s the taunt “Oh you’re just mad because you lost, so you’ll believe what you want to believe.” Excuse me, and you folks don’t believe only what you want to believe?
The two great accusations of the commie gaslighters:
1) You are not mentally stable if you disagree with me
2) People will think you are not mentally stable if you disagree with me
I would like to light them. With gas or on a pile of wood. All the same to me.
I hear you, Kim. I often encounter articles online (aggressively promoted by the social media moguls) about how people in the freedom movement are mentally deranged racists consumed by conspiracy theory delusions.
Of course, the author is always a 20-something snowflake who doesn’t know shit from shinola. Someone who believes the Constitution has a clause suspending all rights if there’s a flu bug going around.
And Qanon really makes their heads spin around and spew green projectile vomit. Again, never having researched the topic, they speak with the authority lent them by officialdom and the MSM.
Some people will take any job to get out of the parents’ basement.
Here in Minnesota, a friend of mine served as a poll observer, as he did in 2016. He says that while he wasn’t denied entrance, as has been the case in other places, he was required by the election judge to sit in a chair the entire time. This was not on the list of rules he was given, and this was not the case in 2016.
Oh boo hoo. That’s such fraud!
Why don’t you read over at The Automatic Earth today and see if any of the evidence for this election fraud makes any sense to you.
And just as a test of whether you are a true Dem partisan, did you think the Dems, the FBI, and/or Hillary did anything wrong when Trump was elected? If you don’t, your partisan views are completely irrelevant as you are not open to the facts.
Bytes
Being ‘open to the facts’ doesn’t necessarily mean ‘buying’ YOUR alternative facts (which is often just a POV), but a readiness to ask questions & listen. However, even THAT simple & open approach can get you “troll”-stamped round here.
The media (and yourself) keep using the term “widespread voter fraud” in the attempt to make it sound like every vote had to be tampered with.
It doesn’t have to be widespread. It just has to happen where it matters, (exactly WI, GA, PA, AZ, NV)
Just took vote counting to be halted at 2am (which has never happened before), and then suddenly start again at 4am with a fresh load of ballots (nearly all for Biden…literally all for Biden in some counties).
The widespread terminology needs to be retired. Pretty easy to lie and skirt “Widespread” accountability when no one’s around to see what one or two people did.
As a long-time reader generally in sympathy with your observations, it’s hard not to notice that, so far, general-consensus reality never manages to fully catch up. It would be beyond refreshing to have all this garbage out in the clear light of day where we can finally see it. But the lump under the carpet just keeps getting bigger. I await a catharsis.
I await a cardiac arrest personally, but I’ve always kept my expectations low so as to avoid disappointment.
🙂
Poor dimwit woman has a list.
If you are on this list she will pelt you with gory tampons.
She will burn her bra in protest in the best ’60s tradition
Also she has on a leash a couple of ghetto rats & LGBT freaks.
They will growl and hiss at you and demand reparations.
Why everything Dem Devils do is so mean and disgusting ?
Roman dictator Sulla came up with the idea of “proscription lists”
2000 Roman Lefties were executed by the People.
And-what is even more important-their property was put to good use.
In Medieval Germany it was called declare a person “vogelfrei”
Worked like a charm.
Mr.Trump should do what Sulla did.
Then shut down the Gov without pay.
And go play golf in FL for a couple of years.
Hm, disagree. I’m reading about Sulla, actually. Violence only creates more violence. The book is “Rubicon – the last years of the Roman Republic”, by Tom Holland. Recommended.
Once the violence is out the tube, it can’t be put back in again. The Left has ruined our political process. And by not responding in kind, we do not change that. If you don’t respond, you get beat up. And more timid souls give up. Thus they win. It’s a trap? Yes, no way out but through.
The Tree of Liberty is thirsty….
I listened to this book on audio.
Maybe it is a matter of taste but I do not like Mr.Holland’ breezy pop style.
I reverted to re-reading “A History of the Roman Republic” by Cyril Robinson,an old Oxford curmudgeon.
Another ultra-smart Oxford cat Sir Ronald Syme wrote “Roman Revolution” where power struggles between factions are explored in depth.Heavy going but well worth the effort.
=Violence only creates more violence.=
DA PO-liiiice arresting blacks is so violent.
Abolish the police and there will be no more crime and violence.
John, thank you for those recommendations. I’ll check them out. History books & Bourbon are my poisons of choice. And you’re right, Holland’s book has a “pop” style! I had not thought of it that way, but still think it’s pretty good in terms of catching your attention and telling a story. “Ennui was was an affliction unknown to the Republic. Seneca, writing in the reign of Nero, at a time when the ideals of the Republic had long atrophied, when to be the best was to risk immediate execution, when all that was left to the nobility was to keep their heads down and tend to their pleasures, could distinguish the symptoms very well. ‘They began to seek dishes’, he wrote of men such as Lucullus and Hortensius, ‘not to remove but to stimulate the appetite’. The fish-fanciers, sitting by their ponds and gazing into their depths, were tracing shadows darker than they understood” – Pop or no, still good writing, eh?
I forgot to mention that I support the police and oppose burn, loot & murder, of course. If the police could apply the level of violence necessary to control the riots without political interference, that would put an end to the original violence, true. So my statement that violence only generates more violence needs some nuance. Perhaps that society accepts its use, and delegates it in public servants to preserve the lives and livelihoods of others, and that, as a poster memorably said here last week, “there’s always been some people that need to be kicked hard and thrown in jail for a while”, or something to that effect. I guess I meant political violence. Sulla, Clodius, Pompeius, all the actors of the Roman Civil Wars thought their massacres and beatings and such would quell their opponents’ appetite for trouble – they didn’t, they just spiraled into an endless cycle of retribution that destroyed the Republic.
🙂
“rex nolunt diu male administrari”
things refuse to be mismanaged long
=Pop or no, still good writing, eh?=
Yes it is. “Roman Revolution” nonetheless is more brutal, actual and down to earth.Sort of military AAR or After Action Report.
Sir Ronald Syme book caused a furor in 1939.
While everybody back then was supposed to pray to the New God of Democracy this cat proved beyond the reasonable doubt that Democracy & Constitution are fig leafs covering pure struggle for power.
@ John1945
Ronald Syme? I am intrigued.Thanks.

Calling her a dimwit is too kind. She must have been cutting class in college. Free this, free that – who and how will this be paid for? Money created from thin air debases the currency. Jennifer Rubin is making a list,
She’s checking it twice,
She knows who’s been naughty or nice,
Globalist tyranny is coming to town,
But we know what goes around, comes around.
Jennifer may wind up on a list, too.
She may be remembered as Jennifer Rubespierre, then?
Hi GA, you reminded me of a story from history. Indulge me.
After Louis the 16th was crowned in 1775, the royal carriage made a tour around Paris with appointed stops, speeches, greetings, well-wishes, you know, that whole kabuki dance.
Of course, speeches ran over the time allotted. So as it got late, the royal couple had to trim the schedule. At one orphanage a teen-aged boy (brightest of the bunch) waited to give them the speech he had written. He knelt in the mud as the royal carriage approached. It barely slowed down, the royals waved, and drove on. Orphans were a low priority stop. That humiliated boy was Robespierre, and you know the rest of the story.
It seems to be a pattern, indeed, hm.
I hate to break it to JHK that you can try and be hopeful that things will work out the way he wants it to be but that’s not how it works in Banana Republic land of the Free.
The USA has been a Banana Republic for decades now. The big difference now, is that they are no longer trying to hide it.
So expect Biden to be sworn in as POTUS and the Dems going after Trump even threatening jail time. That’s what happens in a Banana Republic.

Matt Taibbi said that when he went to bed on election night that he had assumed that Trump would win and that he was surprised to discover the next morning that the voting tends in swing states had suddenly and dramatically reversed in favor of Biden. But Taibbi didn’t openly express the logical conclusion of potential fraud or voting impropriety.
It’s very obvious.
It looks like they spent the last 4 years brainwashing everyone into thinking that Trump was Hitler/ a Russian Stooge. Never mind that these are contradictory ideas. It’s hilarious that Trump made significant inroads with black and Latino voters because they don’t want to compete with the cheap immigrant labor. Now that Trump may be out of the way (which is not a foregone conclusion) the Democrats will have nothing to unite them, and they will turn on each other with a corrupt senile old fart at the helm. Meanwhile, Trump will lead a United invigorated opposition. Huge power Vacuum as the financial system and the economy implodes. Very dangerous….
The error in your thinking is that the people behind the fraud do not care about this. The Uniparty is the globalist machine. The chaos is planned and will be dealt initially with through COVID-based medical tyranny.
Perhaps Mr K is right, but I think the election is probably a fait accompli at this point. I never completely trusted election results, at least since technology’s takeover in the early 2000’s. You punch a screen, then poof, who’s to know where those bytes went. Voting by mail, ironically, at least left a paper trail, so was in my view a superior choice. It seems clear that route got compromised in this election too.
How compromised? Can it be proved? I dunno. There’s a powerful firewall that has emerged in the last few years. Monolithic opposition to Mr Trump’s policies, including flat out censorship. It would be hard enough to break through the Great Wall of social and mainstream media with blockbuster evidence of hundreds of thousands of votes stolen – impossible with a few hundred, a bad post office employee here, a privateering social worker there, and so on. That won’t cut it. Mr Kunstler’s army of computer geeks better be good, since technology, like the Bible, can be made to say whatever those wielding it want it to say. Traces disappear, results change…
The big picture hasn’t changed. Worldwide, water sources, timber, fisheries, energy resources, biodiversity are all fading. Trump and Biden supporters alike drink from single use plastic bottles without a thought, mobilize the energy of a whole village to take Bratleigh to soccer practice and swing by Target for frozen pizza. Trump and Biden supporters spend a scary number of hours each day watching endless entertainments on Netflix and smartphones. Trump and Biden voters are prey to the same whips punishing the social body, porn, drugs, easy $ on robinhood, cheap Chinese junk, an ever expanding money and debt supply. Well, you get the picture. I hate to sound like Cato. But none of that crap is going away, and in fact we are adding new punishments to destroy ourselves. The most troubling one may be this new Balkanization along ethnic lines, with White people as the ultimate evil responsible for all that’s wrong in the world. I’m an adopted citizen, and sometimes I startle people here with the fact that Whites are a global minority of maybe 10-15%. I suppose some people in this country assume that the world is more or less the same as the US in that a White majority oppresses everybody else. That’s not so. Majority White areas are scarcer and scarcer. Maybe that’s the way it must be, I don’t argue against demographics. Whites and everybody else have skeletons in their closets. But to demonize a people, wholesale, demand apologies and reparations… that’s a whole other thing. And in any case, will this polemic do anything to stop the plastic apocalypse, the collapse of whole ecosystems? No, but it’s a good distraction from the fact that by creating unlimited $ in a finite world, we are guaranteeing that the last elephant will be poached for his ivory, because with so many billionaires, what’s to stop a few from offering any price for anything?
Another couple thoughts and I’ll leave the floor to the many interesting commenters that populate this forum. I haven’t had a TV in decades, but I was vaguely aware of a show business persona called DJT. Never liked him. Never liked his freak family posing with hunted game in Africa, his ego and crass adoration of gold, his bragging, his slithery son-in-law and sycophants, his trophy wives, his ignorance and bad faith in business. Still, I voted for him as the lesser of two evils. My dear wife went the other way, and I’m grateful and proud to say that unlike so many other American families, we didn’t split or take offense over it. She asked me, “what do you think Trump’s biggest achievement was”, and my first answer was, “to attack and expose critical race theory for the dangerous bullshit it is”. My second, “to bare his fangs to China, finally”. My third, “to try and control immigration”. Well, others kept appearing, and we all have our favorites. Also, his biggest mistakes. He made a few of those, too.
At this point all this may be water under the bridge. It will be very hard to come back from the opprobium and propaganda and well placed, hard to detect minifrauds and uniform opposition from the media. A lot of people genuinely hate the guy, but I’m thankful he at least started the conversation. It was all too one sided before him: R & D basically pushed for the same things. Maybe he’ll just golf. Or maybe he’ll split the Republican Party, now that it’s become clear about half of it never liked his policies (not just him) in the first place. Create an America First party, draw support from both D & R’s sick and tired of their parties, and help bring about the destruction of those anachronisms that JHK has so often foreseen.
In any case, I am now more convinced than ever that I did the right thing so many years ago when I first read JHK’s books, quitting the rat race to focus on sustainable farming and permaculture, giving up wasting time in front of screens (except this one!) and putting it into learning the art and science of farming, investing what little $ I had in good land and good water away from population centers and in a solidly red state. Thank you, Mr Kunstler, for those books and for this website. You put me on the right track, and I appreciate it.
Great comment, well thought out.
Post more of these please.
High quality “give up” porn. Volly likes!
First. I think that Mr. Kunstler, the same as the Clinton supporters four years ago, cannot cope with defeat. Mr. Trump lost to Biden fair and square the same way that Mrs. Clinton lost to Trump four years ago. There was no Russia collusion then the same way that there was no mail in ballot fraud now. Be a little more mature and accept the defeat of your candidate.
Second. I don’t buy at all the story that Mr. Kunstler voted in favor of Mr. Trump because both Mr. Kunstler and Mr. Trump support the rule of law. The reality is that both Mr. Trump as well as Mr. Biden are crooks so Mr. Kunstler is just choosing the crook that favors his political interests better.
Third. The real reason for Mr. Kunstler’s support of Mr. Trump is that Mr. Kunstler is a sionist and that Mr. Trump has given the sionist entity everything they wanted. Mr. Trump has been a puppet of Netanyahu and his ilk in Middle East foreign policy. That is the sole reason for Mr. Kunstler’s visceral support to a madman like the 1930’s madman the sionists pretend so much to hate.
Fourth. Some of Mr. Kunstler’s support to the “rule of law” like in issues of immigration (he seems to have a visceral hatred to the immigrant) and his support to a brutal and sometimes fascist police (he also seems to have a visceral hatred for blacks) is because both the immigrant and the murdered black are victims. The former are victims of explotation and violence in their countries (promoted by Mr. Kunstler’s sionist banker friends and sponsors) and the later victims of a repressive regime that has nothing to do with “rule of law” (unless you are white, blue eyed and, well to do). But why does being a victim is a cause for being a target of Mr. Kunstler’s hatred? Because victims are competition. Remember that jewish sionists want to have a monopoly of suffering so that they ask for “compensation” for the suffering that ended in 1945.
Please don’t be fooled by Mr. Kuntler’s care for democracy. The only thing a sionist cares for is for their agenda and the money they extract from the “goim” in the process. And please don’t support his patreon page. There are more people in this world that need support than a second class journalist that pretends to understand the world sitting in his pajamas in his upstate New York house.
I’m going to leave this scurrilous link up just to inform people what kind of darkness lurks ‘out there’ but Foxnews won’t be coming back. — JHK Admin
Jim – please remove the disgustingly racist post above. This blog doesn’t need to sink that low.
Agreed, that is offensive.
Odd locutions, too.
I noticed that, too. The alternate spelling “Sionist” is European. Other phraseology indicates the writer is not a native English speaker. But very close to passing for one.
No you have to put the profile in focus, forget the spellings. He/she/zhe probably has a doctorate in critical race theory with a matching color scheme.
Ah, old Foxnews above, no doubt a committed SJW and “ally” of the oppressed™ goes immediately for the Jew hatred with a little hating on whitey thrown in for good measure. As predictable as the sun rising.
For my money, Civil War 2.0 can’t start soon enough…
My big concern with him is that he is bringing paraggaphing into disrepute.
Nope! Ad hominem attacks against Kunstler and overt antisemitism doesn’t clear Dems of voter fraud. Only courts can do that.
This post is silly and one-dimensional. I disagree with it. But unlike Jeremy, I don’t think it should be removed. Remember, speech is refuted with more speech. Removing opinions we don’t agree with is what the MSM & social media do. I think this space is better because it allows most opinions. I know JHK trims it a bit now and then, as is his prerogative since he writes and maintains this blog, but I would urge you to try to avoid banning anyone except the most disrupting trolls. One may not agree with an opinion, in fact hate it, but defend the right of others to voice it, paraphrasing something someone said.
It should be removed. Jim’s blog is not the public square – Fox can now go there and spew his venom.
I agree Rulo, one post from a cranky old man can’t do much. People will give it all the weight it deserves.
But I am glad JHK emptied a whole can of “Jackoff remover” and we don’t have that little cockroach’s asinine troll remarks appearing as every third post.
But I am glad JHK emptied a whole can of “Jackoff remover” – hm
=========
Are you saying JackOff has been banned? How do you know? Did our host send you an email and tell you this? Or are you just speculating since JackOff has gone quiet for a spell?
Q— I tossed Jack Meoff. That’s a fact. — JHK Admin
Jackoff has one post at this time. Early this morning (before you got here, apparently) Jackoff had 6 posts up and was on target to litter the neighborhood once again with his whimsical observations. Then all but one post disappeared, and he’s posted nothing since that purge. Draw your own conclusions.
Thank the lord.
@ foxnews69
Obvious false flag troll name is obvious.
Yes, the media decode what is real. That is how Matthew Johnson puts it. In a recent podcast he argued that nominalism is the ideology of the modern world. My wording there are no universals, everything is in flux. There are no categories or hierarchies, no fixed moral principles, everything is relative and subject to adjustment. Johnson again: liberalism replaced monarchy to empower oligarchs and we are now living under oligarchy in its purest form. I think he says: reality is what the powerful decide is real. Me: Jung looked at early Athenian nominalists in one of the first chapters of Psychological Types to illustrate extraversion, the claim of the object before that of the subject. Me: or of chaos and anarchy over meaning and order. Johnson: reality is hidden behind the curtain of appearance but even now it can occasionally be sensed. What most Americans believe is true both now and historically is completely wrong. Nominalism equates with evil. Christopher Booker (The Neophiliacs, 1969): fantasy is evil. Me: collective fantasy is growing visibly by the day. It is invisible but nobody can see it despite swimming in it.
Corection: “but nobody wants to see it”
Consider how philosophical Platonism evolved into a more religious form – Neo-platonism. Which gave birth to Gnosticism. Which gave birth to the Matrix movies and theories of our perceived universe being a hologram inside a more real reality. Which brings us back to Plato and idealism.
Never watched The Matrix and no plans to do so, or any other film. Holograms were all the rage back in the day. I think it is artificial intelligence now or transhumanism(?). Again, I do not know and do not care.
Matthew Johnson argues that Christianity was essentially a Greek, a European, religion from the very start, Nazareth being a suburb of a sizeable Greek-speaking city and the whole of Galilee permeated by Greek thought. He and E Michael Jones see Greek philosophy as having been completed by the introduction of Christ as the Logos. The Trinity consists of three persons in one God. The nominalist mind cannot understand this. Logos ican be seen as embodying natural order and purpose in history (the Greeks had no such sense of history; Jones said that this was Augustine’s contribution). History, Jones, argues, is in continuous tension between the idea of a meaningful but invisible reality and a tangible but meaningless one (such as we have now).
I just thought I would try there to see if I could summarize what they are saying and I cannot, not yet anyway. I was never attracted by philosophy for its own sake and have to make myself learn about it.
But I can say one thing for sure. it might be difficult to see but collective fantasy is real and not that hard to prove.
But don’t blame Plato or Plotinus for the Gnostics, even if their movements helped give impetus to them. Plato did not believe the world was completely evil or unreal as many of the Gnostics did. Some then became extreme ascetics; other extreme libertines – since nothing mattered in an unreal world. This is very alien to Platonism.
I think you are right but I don’t know enough to discuss it. It is interesting all right.
In their medieval form as Cathari (aka Albigensians) the Gnostics sure put a bumblebee up the Pope’s butt. So you have to give them some credit for that. LOL
“collective fantasy is growing visibly by the day. It is invisible but nobody can see it despite swimming in it.” This, Mr S Coleman, is the kind of stuff that keeps me coming back to this website, mostly as a reader. If you’re interested in Jung, an author named Terence McKenna explored much of the same turf back in the 90’s. He was heavily invested in visionary mushrooms, both the research & theorizing and literally a nursery & spore business in Hawaii. The collective unconscious, in his view, is powerful enough to summon phenomena into existence, from Greek deities to UFO’s. You may enjoy his stuff.
A couple weeks ago I told everyone Trump is an egregore, nourished by strong feelings both positive and negative. They thought I was kidding. At least you Rulo understand.
Thanks Rulo. I thought I had posted this last night. I was only thinking aloud and it shows. I like it when I can post something I know is true and can stand over.
Hmuller, I had to look up Harriet Tubman, the abortionist.
I’m not aware Harriet Tubman had anything to do with abortion. A drug addled Kanye West may have made a connection, but disregard anything he says.
You are right. I read ‘abolitionist’ as ‘abortionist’.
Big difference between the two. LOL Like mistaking a pedagogue for a pedophile.
My eyesight. Mind you, I remember some statistics from Colin Flaherty saying that black women have abortions at a far higher rate than whites, while Latino rates are also much higher but nowhere near those of blacks.
Margaret Sanger (1879 – 1966) founder of Planned Parenthood spoke about the need to curtail the number of undesirable and inferior people of color, Left-wingers embrace her agenda of genocide without a smidgen of guilt..
Excerpts from::www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/68/ss/ss6811a1.htm
“black women had the highest abortion rate (25.1 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44 years) and ratio (401 abortions per 1,000 live births).”
“white women had the lowest abortion rate (6.6 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44 years) and ratio (109 abortions per 1,000 live births),”
Excellent points. To the tech-lords/oligarchs/nominalists, you see, the “collective fantasy” is nothing less than an embryonic new universe that, through their godlike powers, they are forcing to be born. It is thus the ultimate testament to their own greatness, their trans-humanity. And this conviction of godlike greatness is precisely why nothing must be allowed to stand in their way—or increasingly, even to slow them down.
Their belief in this universe-creating destiny, I suspect, is so strong that I am not sure any longer whether the belief is “metaphorical” rather than “literal”. I don’t believe normal humans are really even able to grasp the level of insane hubris that is in play here—and in that sense, possibly, the tech-lords are indeed “superhuman”.
Such people are likely “capable of anything” (a double-entendre for god-like power?!)
Do you happen to have a link for that podcast?
Here is the page for Johson’s podcasts. The one I had in mind is no. 091620 from 20 September, “Logos in St Gregory of Nyssa”. I have listened to it a couple of times but I am not sure where, or even if, St Gregor comes in.
https://theorthodoxnationalist.wordpress.com/
I came to the conclusion only recently, say three or four years ago, that history needs to be written again because I had come acros so many distortions. I came across Johnson via the YT channel of an intelligent young Irishman, Keith Woods, who is well up in philosphy (unlike myself). And it turned out that Johnson, among other things, has been doing just that over the past few years. I was just reading an essay in the Russian Orthodox Nationalist about My Lai, where he claims the massacre story is essentially an invention (Seymour Hersch). Among the topics that interested me were the Rape of Nanking, the Opium Wars, the young man who recently shot two Antifa rioters who were trying to kill him, Charlotteville, the myth of the Mongols in Russia, Nicholas II.
That’s the problem, the challenge, and the fascination of history. You can interpret the facts so many different ways to suit yourself.
Harriet Tubman nearly knocked Andrew Jackson off the $20 bill, because Obama et al. thought her more worthy of honor. In view of recent events, don’t count old Harriet out.
But I’d rather see her replace Alexander Hamilton on the $10 bill. I never liked that prissy little butt-boy for the Rothschilds
Killing him was the only good thing Aaron Burr ever did. Yeah, you heard me! Put that in your Broadway show, (if Broadway ever re-opens). And we deplorables in flyover country don’t give a rat’s ass if it never does.
Maybe – just sayin’ – it would be better for Trump to get outta Dodge and for he and Trumpists to take a time out and think things through.
The main problem with Trump’s accession is that he had little base of support outside of American underclasses and the middle class. This means not enough people supporting him in the Deep State, in academe, in the media, and especially not in the Republican Party he’d overthrown to get the nomination.
And he had nowhere near enough support in the business community and Wall Street both of which fund Democrats and traditional Republicans, who in turn extract money from taxpayers to hire protection for those same business and financial interests, whether this protection is in the form laws or of cops and spies and soldiers, or whether it’s regulatory bodies that put their fingers on the scale to ensure that business comes out on top.
This protection can take many forms, but the point is that it’s a symbiosis of elite interests that use one another to maintain an economic and political system for their own advantage.
Trump had a brief agenda which can be summarized as America First, but whose broad strokes can be discerned as avoidance of debilitating wars, tightening national borders, re-establishing or re-shoring American manufacturing and the mass, bread-winner employment that went with it, all of which directly improve the lot of America’s underclasses ie the Deplorables.
Given the benefit to Deplorables, these action items were seen as a direct threat to entrenched elite interests. And it was obvious pretty quick that Trump had not nearly enough back-up that could have fended off fraudulent attempts to overturn his valid 2016 election win.
So, the problem that faces people that support Trump’s aims is to establish a political movement that encompasses not just grass-roots foot-soldiers but that also has adherents in Deep State officialdom, people that could lend their influence the next time a Trumpist comes to power, if there is a next time.
It’s a big, multi-year task ahead, one that needs people in universities, the judiciary, the military, in the foreign affairs “blob”, in intel and police agencies, in short, a broadly based community of patriots who will oppose globalists, internationalists, neo-liberals, in short, all those that sell out America and Americans for the narrow advantage of a few.
Where to start, where to start …
>>> The main problem with Trump’s accession is that he had little base of support outside of American underclasses and the middle class.
LOL! That is actually a highly desirable “problem” that most politicians would jump at to achieve.
No matter what happens, Trump’s legacy will outlast Biden. A thoroughly red federal judiciary. A 7-2 conservative SCOTUS majority. Oops!
Even if Biden takes power, he’ll operate under a cloud of illegitimacy. If Dems don’t take the Senate, he’s a lame duck from day one.
But what good is this “red” federal judiciary and this scotus majority if they’re all traditional Republican in ideology and policy aims, that is, opposed to the America First agenda, or alternatively, they’re all foresquare for elite interests.
If they indeed ARE traditional Republican and they ARE all about defending elite interests, they might just as well be Democrats.
It’s a valid point. Chief Justice Roberts votes for liberal ideology about a third of the time. I consider him a RINO.
That’s why a 7-2 SCOTUS majority is so nice! We can now afford to lose Roberts and even one more “conservative” and still win.
Great bad advice. I was right above. They are attempting a blitzkrieg and any attempt at adjudication later will just be met by “what does it matter now” exasperation. Those in power get to decide what matters after all. So, No. It’s now or never. If we fail, then I doubt Trump or his family will be able to stay in America, much less build a movement.
Who did you vote for btw? Just curious.
Where to start? Fighting back as we are doing. Get on the train or get out of the way.
Yep. We can’t honestly expect the comfortable classes that have seen their stars rise with the empire and the destruction of the nation to suddenly about face and side with the nation over the empire.
Great writing as usual, Mr. Kunstler. Although I am not getting my news from MSM, you seem to have much better sources about the real story. Could you share a few sites?
Correct.
Because election fraud is a time-honored ritual so to are claims of it. Doing it requires motive, opportunity, and means, these days largely technological. No need to do it at scale, just enough to squeak by in small, targeted segments and construct a plausible set of excuses.
The goal of investigation is to let the numbers tell the story. The best way to discover potential fraud starts with forensic analysis of statistical anomalies then pinpoint where integrity was breached. Whether such analysis affects final outcomes is irrelevant; the larger purpose is to restore trust, which, largely because of partisan media behavior is now zero.
Biden may yet be the Xanax president that half the electorate evidently needs to the calm spasms of cognitive dissonance.
As a long time fan of James’ erudite critique of our soul-sucking built environment and fossil fuel addiction, I stop by once and a while to see if his Trump adulation fever has broken. I mean Trump is the living embodiment of everything James lambasted in his early books: The builder of gold-plated, disgustingly unsustainable buildings (towers! casinos!) and the lover of fossil fuel driven economics (more drilling! more coal!), but no matter, when your inner submissiveness has been awoken by a wanna-be authoritarian, all former principles are chucked out the window, I guess, and one spends one’s time writing apologetics for a man-child who whined all week about how he should’ve won, then sulked off to one of his money-losing golf courses to shoot a few links — wow, how manly! James, of course Biden isn’t any kind of savior, of course he has plenty of corruption, but your willful blindness to Trump’s own corruption is laughable. Looking forward to SDNY issuing indictments in Jan!
Why assume he adores Trump?
I figured his current status was less about /liking/ Trump and far more about despising the ruling class and their perfidy.
Trump has been useful as a crude floodlight and the way DC and the comfortable classes have responded has been instructive.
Can’t speak for anybody but I believe what you perceive as “Trump adulation” is actually just visceral revulsion aimed at the alternative.
That is egg-zackly right, King of Comedy… but I get weary explaining it.–JHK Admin
Many have taken note of the curious phenomenon whereby a countermovement could achieve such a level of odiousness that its target appears reasonable by way of contrast. Trump’s circus clown persona wore even on many of his supporters but here are the binary choices:
Unchecked culture-altering immigration and the instability that comes with it or an “assimilation pause”.
Critical race theory or wiping one’s ass thereon.
The concerted effort to delegitimize the foundation and development of this country and its founders versus a realization that a country whose citizens are taught to hate it cannot long stand.
Encouragement of infantile anti-police and anti-capitalist rioting versus an acknowledgement that those institutions while not perfect are far superior to anarchy and state-run penury.
The list goes on and on…
Comedy arises from pain. Thus you are the King of Pain. Since Jimmy Kimmel bowed down to Oprah, he is no longer blue collar funny, but simply sick and sickening. Something is wrong with his face now.
So, in other words, your personal feelings are so hurt by some college students going overboard with “pc culture” and your white fear of hoards of brown people at the border are so strong that you’re willing to accept the shattering of democratic norms and institution of banana republic style dictatorship and corruption (“here’s a job for you Ivanka!”).
Oh well.
Well, that’s one take on it…
To repeat ad nauseum:
If you’re a member of that newly-minted category, POC, I get the resentment. It’s difficult to look at the myriad achievements, technological and otherwise, of white civilization and deep down, in your heart of hearts, admit that it’s going to be difficult to compete with that. Hence the need for special rules, affirmative action, pseudo-concepts like white privilege, etc, etc. For instance, it would be a rather ironic state of affairs for you to be typing your “white fear” on the internet… on a computer… using electricity… all inventions/discoveries of white folks, wouldn’t you say?
If you are white, which I suspect is the case, then that posits an even greater irony. No people in history has actively cheered on its dissolution because existence has always been so precarious as to preclude that absurd approach. Yet that is exactly what the self-loathing white, his delicate nature only made possible by the achievements of the men who have come before him, takes as his project. Alas for that pathetic type, nature does not long permit grotesqueries which violate its rules.
So, my feelings don’t even factor in. Nor do Trump’s failings. You cited the original scope of this blog in your post. If we are indeed headed in that direction, humans will revert very quickly to their tribal nature. That will be (and is) all that matters. Kumbaya signing is highly, highly unlikely to be our future.
*singing
Well said. You are one of the twice born, a god among men.
King of Comedy’s post makes me think that the foundation of the resistance is envy. I know comfortable and well fed whites who succumbed to the Trump hatred from the media. They seem to me to feel insulated from the negative effects of infinite immigration and covid lockdowns.
Jo-G
KIng of Comedy’s post makes me think that the foundation of the resistance is envy.
A lot of it is just economics. There’s a surplus of apple polishers chasing a limited supply of apples.
@king of comedy @kunstler,
Yep, Kunstler’s comments section has become a cesspool of white supremacy and apologetics for race based authoritarianism.
The American eugenics movement is alive and well… You, know, people who feel so insecure they have to imagine they’re part of the “chosen race” to feel better.
I’ll make sure not to open this sewer hatch again…
@shrbri
We’ll have to agree to disagree, I suppose, but that aside, coming off as the president of the Robin DiAngelo fan club is just not a great look.
You seem to be shocked that when the established game is identity politics, everyone will eventually field a team but more broadly speaking, it’s quite an unprecedented thing: that a factual restating of one’s cultural heritage and accomplishments is now considered bad form (“eugenics”, “chosen race”, really?). I guess this pathology du jour will give future cultural historians, sociologists and psychologists a virtually boundless field of exploration and study.
And speaking of psychology… if one finds a certain group so objectionable, should he not stop using all of the things that group brought into existence? It’s the only intellectually (morally?) consistent position.
@ shrbri
Truth in advertising requires you to change your handle to blah, blah, blah.
Nicely worded summary King. I’m stealing it…
It would be great to have Like buttons here.
Since we don’t have “Like” buttons I will have to state that I like your idea.
Trump was chosen by Jesus and Jesus will see to it that Trump will prevail in this election. Jesus is just testing the faithful. The “virus” that was released by Melinda Gates in order to destroy Trump’s chances of re-election is days away from being eradicated. Project Warp Speed was another masterful success. We love you Trump! Never stop fighting. We have mobilized our militia and await your command!!
Oh I see That’s what you Trump haters think aTrump supporter looks like? Lol
Time to start the Impeach Biden Campaign.
Pity him. Every route to the end is ignominious.
I think Stalin and Beria would tip their hats to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MA8a2g6tTp0"this
What did anyone expect? That everything was going to be hunky-dory after the election?
I admit that I wanted Trump to win. But really, it makes no difference who emerges victorious from the electoral garbage heap. The biggest difference will be in the timing. Of what? The downfall of our society. If Trump wins, a societal collapse probably will occur later in 2021 or sometime in 2022. If Biden ends up winning, the collapse will occur sometime in 2021.
I know this seems like doom-mongering, but we have placed some intractable issues on the back burner. IMO, our economy is the most immediate problem, while many here are more concerned with political parties and unrest. But the economy is running on fumes, and is very shaky. All it takes is a little push and – BLAM – we are all in the shitter. Paraphrasing the beautiful poetess, “How does the economy die? Let me count the ways.”
Trump and Biden are both socialists; one for business and one for the public. Businesses at least have a chance for some economic production, but all the public does is consume, and not wisely. Therefore I think that the Dems will bring on collapse a little sooner than the Repubs; but collapse will happen. I hope I got it all wrong.
This is why whoever ends up winning the election doesn’t make a difference.
@ beantownbill.
How’s the view from the fence? You spend a lot of time sitting on it. Do you have to pay rent?
Beantownbill,
I worry about a two pronged danger.
1) lawless thugs victimizing people in their homes, stealing, raping, killing, burning. Yes, it’s good to be armed; but there may be too many of them. And I’m not Chuck Norris.
2) Desperate, bankrupted governments (from local on up) using ‘color of law’ to expropriate the citizenry of all they have left to feed the public servants. Think of the police in banana republics.
I worry about a lot more. But I’ll cut it short.
JHK’s mysterious turnabout probably happened
As a result of his experiences on the lecture circuit of college campuses. He use to get paid a lot speaking at colleges. However, sadly many colleges have been overtaken by an intolerant culture of Cancel, Trigger Warnings, Safe Spaces, Critical Race Theory, etc. It is understandable to feel rage at all this. Andrew Sullivan, a reliable progressive, has much to say about Critical Race Theory. However, JHK’s rage has bled over to everything else. I’m sure if he tried, JHK might still be able to publish in mainstream places like The Atlantic Monthly, which, though a little left of center, still accepts many contrarian and libertarian articles.
Why would I want to publish in the Woke Atlantic Monthly??? I am against the entire Woke smorgasbord and its enablers in the Deep State. That’s where I stand. Nothing mysterious about it. No matter how many times I state it plainly, some of you just don’t seem to get it. — JHK Admin
Maybe his turnabout happened because he actually has the ability to think critically, outside the box, even if doing so challenges and changes long held beliefs, alliances or whatever.
@ mdhendler
He might also like to publish in Woke Lemming Weekly, but I doubt it.
JHK:
You might not want to publish in The Atlantic, but to call it The WOKE Atlantic Monthly is silly and sloppy. As mdhendler notes, they publish many pieces that make similar arguments that you do on your blog here. A case in point: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/large-majorities-dislike-political-correctness/572581/
Quick question: why did you reject my post from a day or two ago noting the same things mdhendler does here, but using an extensive quote from a post you wrote on this very blog from 10 years ago? I’d hope you’d be willing to address the discrepancies between then and now, rather than cancel my post.
JHK’s essays are text, context and subtext. If that is a mysterious way for you to read any literature, then at least read between the lines. If he had to write all, it might take a book.
I’m glad I waited for gold and silver to go on sale before purchasing so I can realize more upside potential once the social chaos re-initiates. We also had a great time this weekend familiarizing ourselves with our 9mm S&Ws. We had good fun at the local shooting range down here in FuckedOver country. But, we do live right next to a lot of good local (and family owned) farmland so at least we won’t starve while the urban Wokesters scrounge the McDonald’s dumpster for scraps and used ketchup packets.
But seriously folks, I just want to re-iterate as someone else did recently, that this blog was started for one main purpose: to educate and enlighten readers on the coming Long Emergency precipitated by Peak Oil and related financial sorcery. Though recent events have been breathtaking and shocking they are ultimately details within the larger picture, i.e. depletion of the black ooze and Jim’s projected WMBH.
So even if Hidin Biden really is inaugurated, what will it matter except to mismange and hasten America’s descent and collapse which will happen in any case. The American project may very well prove to be over and done with, but likewise Western civilzation.
But what I really want to know is if Bilary, Scummer, Camel A, Chancey, the Clap, Schiifty, and the rest of the Little-ful Rascals can flip a good burger. Or will they have to return to their previous vocations as prostitutes in training?
What I said.
Heard it from someone else too Bill. Supply lines haven’t even REALLY broken down yet. What’s it gonna be like then?
AOC can tend bar. If she unbuttons a couple of buttons in her blouse, she might get a following. She’s talking about getting out of politics. Somehow she lost out in the power struggle and is on the outs in the Biden clique. She hitched her star to a sputtering Bernie! No doubt she will be back in any case.
AOC. What a prima donna. She’s got a cushy gig, and could ride it for decades in her district, but, like the impatient revolutionary she is, is now throwing a tantrum because she and Bernie have been frozen out of the Deep State fold. Top prize or nothing for her. Grandees can fetch her prosecco during lulls in her list-making.
Starting out, she probably wouldn’t even have won a borough debate were it not that she’s seen as a hot babe by her beta constabulary.
As one political op said, “Why do the scut work of local politics if you can get glossy magazine covers? Believe me, Jerry Nadler would love to just be on the cover of Time, but it’s not something that is available to him.”
I believe that inpecunious young ladies of the modern type can make extra pin money on OnlyFans or Chaturbate.
No need to tend bar.
Meanwhile it is my understandng that the US Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people and is wholly inadequate to the government of any other…
This is why economic collapse is on the top of my list of issues: When the economy goes, horrific times ensue. Breakdowns of supply lines happen, and people will starve. Many persons are living day-to-day trying to buy essentials right now.
Unrest isn’t the cause of future bad times; inability to provide for oneself is.
If election fraud can’t be proven or an insufficient number of fraudulent votes are found to make a difference, my guess is that the Durham investigation into Russia Gate and the investigation against Hunter Biden will go nowhere in the lame duck session. The reason being that the Dems have already put a post-presidential Trump in their prosecutorial crosshairs as insurance. There will be no one to stop a an over zealous prosecutor once Wm. Barr is gone. The only card Trump will have to play is to have Barr and Durham drop any forthcoming indictments in exchange for letting him retire to Mar el Lago. I can’t understand why Barr and Durham didn’t go ahead with what they had back in May unless their hearts really weren’t in it. If somehow Trump ends up the winner, and the Russia Gate players and Hunter Biden end up being prosecuted in the next two months, we’ll likely have a civil war on our hands.
Deep state moles. The best way to stop an opposition movement (Trump’s) is to lead it.
Jim:
What happened to Dmitry Orlov’s directive,”…ignore your politicians…they have no interest in your well being.”
Grant– What an idea! Follow Dmitry’s “directive?” Like he’s my personal commissar? “Bigger fish to fry?” You mean, besides the fate of the country I live in? No, there aren’t bigger fish to fry. There are other fish to fry and if you read this blog regularly, you will discover that I attend to them. If you infer that I think your comment is foolish, you are correct.–JHK Admin
I believe I read Orlov’s piece directly linked from JHK’s website.
Aren’t there bigger fish to fry than participate in the pageantry of cartoon politics? Like a bank running out of money, the planet is running out of resources and soon it’s game over.
I use a lame analogy but the sentiment is true-when the many stops it all stops-or-when the environment gives in we’re all fucked. Let the barn animals kick and bray while a small group of thoughtful citizens prepare for something much bigger than name calling and power grabs. It’s almost too late.
Sorry – meant, “when the money stops”
You are a submerged superman just like me.
“Let the barn animals kick and bray while a small group of thoughtful citizens prepare for something much bigger than name calling and power grabs”. I’ll second that. The kind of collapse Orlov lived through will be nothing compared to what would happen here if, God forbid, the supply lines broke down, as a poster above noted. Politics has become a distraction. To choose from bad choices. I was not going to vote at all. I’ll probably stay away from it in the future, unless a see a true America First type third party emerging. I’m done w D & R’s for sure. Focus, focus: how many can I feed? how can I protect myself and mine? What local alliances and friendships do I need to cultivate, whom should I stay away from (rule of thumb: anyone advocating violence or civil war, keyboard warriors, snowflakes, marketing execs, the obese, the useless, the addicts… it’s a long list). It’s not almost too late. It IS too late. One has to assume that de-coupling from most accepted assumptions may be necessary at any time. Assumptions like “I will certainly eat tomorrow”.
How about the assumption I hear a lot. “The government will take care of us, It has to.” Oh boy, is that going to be a shock to some!
The North Vietnamese Communists had a list. I knew a Vietnamese woman who’d been on the list, and spent two years in a Peasant Values Reeducation Camp. It wasn’t pleasant.
I’ve met several who were on the Vietnamese Communist list, and several who went to the re-education camps. I wonder what they think of the News censorship and enemies list compilations going on now? They came here to be Americans in an America with a more free press and no open talk of enemies lists. Maybe they’re now on the Biden train and don’t even see it.
“No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
I am looking forward to the next insurrection.
Notice that disappointed Trump supporters are not rioting in the streets. They have their big boy pants on. But what will happen if the courts overturn the initial election results and if Trump then wins the election? Will the Democrats and their Antifa allies put on their big boy pants?
That’s the scenario I fear. All hell breaks loose. It’s a conundrum. To whack the hornet’s nest, or to ignore it and work on preparations toward the Long Emergency? If Trump had won by a landslide, maybe the critical mass would be there to say, yeah, whack the yellowjackets and damn the consequences. As it stands now, they win. They have the street thugs, the whole media apparatus, and most likely the army and local PD’s, not to mention Wall St, China and most of the world’s opinion, PLUS a solid advantage of millions of votes. I say leave them alone and focus on other things.
He did win by a landslide. We may never know by how much.

Russian President Vladimir Putin won’t congratulate Joe Biden on winning the US presidential election until the results are official, the Kremlin said on Monday, citing the possibility of court challenges.
Unlike many other world leaders, Putin has remained silent since the US media called the election in the Democratic candidate’s favor and said Biden had achieved the necessary 270 Electoral College votes to clinch victory over the incumbent president, Donald Trump.
“Anticipating your possible question about Putin’s congratulations to the US president-elect, I want to say the following: we consider it proper to wait for the official results,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Yoho: Our greatest ally and friend is we would only have it so. All the people who were so sure of election fraud coming from Russia now pooh pooh the whole concept. Thus they are contemptible fools and frauds, seeing (or pretending to see) what isn’t there and then not seeing what is.
What’s Ji Xing Ping been saying? I understand he has Sleepy Joe by the shorthairs.

“…President Donald Trump likes to get out on the golf links…”
He’s in a pretty deep sand trap right now. He’s yelling at his caddy, he’s yelling at the course, he’s yelling at the ball, he’s yelling at this choice of club, he’s yelling at the clouds and the breeze. Golf can be a game of fun and relaxation or it can be a maddeningly frustrating game of misery. It’s all in how you play it and react to it. Much like politics.
“The news media’s strategy here, you understand, is to overcome reality by main force…”
You remember what that one bozo said years ago… “We create OUR OWN reality.”
“Not a few reality-based observers in the alt.media pointed out that it’s not the MSM’s official duty to pick winners. That’s up to elected state legislators certifying the vote.”
Not quite. The Hidden Hand picks the winners. The corporate media tells the subjects who their leadership will be. The subjects grumble about it and go on to accept The Hand’s decisions until the next election when the entire sordid process repeats itself again and again.
“As for the election fraud itself, you can be sure that a holy host of computer nerd statisticians on Mr. Trump’s end have been working backstage…”
They will uncover unquestionable election fraud. They will take their findings to the Triple G. He will bellow and scream about it. The media and the Blue public will ignore him. Biden the Elder and his giddy socialist sidekick will assume their thrones as planned.
Election fraud is not a glitch in the system, but a fundamental feature of the system to be used again and again.
“So, is this over? Is the election a done deal? Perhaps not.”
The Hidden Interests that slither around in the shadows have more than one way to benefit from ongoing election chaos. It’s just a matter of which way they choose to maximize the division in the country and pad their position of dominance over the confused and battered American public. Bring it on, boys and girls. We can’t wait to see what you have planned for us next.
“The Hidden Hand picks the winners. The corporate media tells the subjects who their leadership will be. The subjects grumble about it and go on to accept The Hand’s decisions until the next election when the entire sordid process repeats itself again and again.” Mr Shaman has it exactly right. That’s the way it is.

If I understand the stuff correct there are 4 conditions to be elected the POTUS:
– US citizenship from birth
– age 35 and more
– dwelling in the USA at least 14 years before the election
– disposing of a sum at least 3 billion US dollars

Is any candidate in any election ready to fight for the interests of his/her fans or rather of his/her funders?
Many people here in Central and East Europe (of course with certain exceptions like e.g. in Poland) look forward to the moment when your governments (no matter if Dems or Reps) finally cease trying to export their sort of democracy worldwide. These polls definitely proved that what is exported is much more oligarchy than democracy.
My good man hank55;
All you need to do “to understand the stuff correct” is to read Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution.
Make sure Big Brother is not watching you while you read this subversive stuff.Because you never know…
John1945: Probably you do not understand what I want to say.
At the latest from the first TV election campaign (JFK vs. Nixon?) demanding tons of money it doesn’t matter at all who wons because the one who loses is Democracy. Worldwide. Always.
Nevertheless it is no doubt many people consider that sort of entertainment at least as much exciting as cheering on NASCAR, NFL or NBA. Enjoy!
Sure the fix is in.
The question is, how long will the Dems keep Biden around before they decide he is no longer of any use, and its time for him to go? Some comrades think he’ll be shown the door by next June.
Russian attack helicopter shot down today by Azer forces … maybe Sleepy Joe’s 1st Black Swan event is taking flight.
Brh
Hah, I’m here for the tin-foiled hat stuff here (and the tears bubbling up below the surface).
So Dems rigged the election with machine tampering but didn’t bother to do this for the Senate or congressional races?
Everything is tinfoil hat except Russia Collusion in the 2016 election and charges of treason over a phone call to Ukraine that triggered impeachment. Those of course were 100% legit.
No, machine and database tampering typically inverts votes for select candidates, usually the top of the ticket or maybe a key senator or rep. The great thing about inverting is that, not only does the desired candidate gain a vote, the challenger loses a vote – a twofer! This form of tampering leaves a half-dozen statistical anamolies in its wake, both historical and real-time.
The fraudulent paper ballots (of which there are a lot due to the potential for fraud of blanket mail-in balloting) are hastily prepared once it is obvious the desired candidate is going to lose (cough…stop counting at 11pm for no discernable reason) filling in only the first bubble, no time to go down ballot. Then cart these “discovered” ballots in at 4am with no poll monitors present. If you can’t achieve that due to the challenger’s overwhelming lead, you eject the poll monitors and tape pizza boxes on the windows while ballots are prepared with similar haste.
These are only a few of the various vote-atlering techniques that have been employed, discovered, and documented in key swing-state Democrat controlled districts so far in this election.

Tech Soy Bois are desperate.
The math is showing fraud finger prints all over the swing states. Anomalies in the mail-in ballots and the time they were counted (credit Zerohedge), huge discrepancy in the ballots supporting Biden but not the democratic senator, Biden getting less % of votes than Clinton in 2016 in every major city except in the major cities of the swing states, etc. Trump got 1,000’s to his rallies but the senile criminal, Joe Biden, couldn’t draw a dozen. Fight against this. It’s not for Trump…it’s for the United States. Don’t let the unelected, unaccountable, unseen criminal entities thwart the will of the American people. Fight back now.
Romance of The Rails by Agnes T. Laut has an interesting line: America can never suffer famine because nations with railways are able to transport food whenever and wherever needed . This author was a Canadian and a woman of the Canadian heritage of trappers and frontiersmen. She was also keenly aware of the intrinsic ability of railway matrix to assure robust distribution of needful things.
The US Military tied their Railroad Battalions to the operations of the Navy “Bureau Of Docks” as key element of efficient domestic & offshore material distribution: Railways are “Second Dimension Surface Transport Logistics Platform”.
America was a lending not a borrowing nation when Agnes Laut brought out her railway exposition, with more than double track and route miles, reaching into every farm district, prompting her comments about America “never fearing famine”.
As Balkanization of the Union Of States is more than a hypothetical topic these days, one wishes for a larger number of people understanding what a blessing and how important the pre WWII US railway matrix was -and shall be- in modern times. So simple in technical terms, local railway link is so much an object of interplanetary distance in this video game culture. Hearing of dissembling of the Union of States is excruciating knowing what railroaders know. “Keep ‘Em Rolling”.
Good news gentlemen;
The Corpse who thinks he is a President of Something or Other passed his daily “fog-the-mirror” test and delivered a new Gettysburg Address. Here is the synopsis:
“Renewed faith in tomorrow”
“Not to divide, but unify”
“No red states or blue states, only the United States”
“America is about people”
“I will restore the soul of America”
“I will unite you”
“We will make a vision real”
“We’ve bent the moral arc towards justice”
“230 million thousand(!!!) have died of Covid19″
Then he lost possession of his mental & physical faculties.
Let me finish for him:
“Agriculture is important. ”
“Our rivers are full of fish. ”
“You cannot have freedom without liberty. ”
“The future lies ahead.”
We will rebuild him better than he was before. Better. Stronger. Faster. He will be the six million dollar man and robocop combined. A cyborg! Naw, actually we’re going to have to replace his brain too, so he’ll be an android. He’ll look like Joe, talk like Joe, but not be Joe – and that’s fine cuz Joe isn’t Joe anymore anyway. And he never was worth a damn no how….
For all I care they can put The Corpse in liquid nitrogen until the Ultimate Dem Victory.

The problem for me in all this is that if the truth does prevail, most on the left will simply not believe it, no matter how much fraud is uncovered nor how much evidence. They listen only to the MSM liars and self censor from anything else.
And the other problem for me is that if Biden succeeds in this coup, none of those crimes you have been writing about will see the light of day.
That’s what the radical left has always done: they only mouth the Deep State’s MSM pronouncements, so no change there. Many of them well know the truth of the matter, but there ‘s no political advantage in that.
Either they’ll put is in camps or we’ll put them in camps. Third path? Separation. Will they let us go? No. So the third path means war.
No, the Right won’t put the Left in camps. Yet the Left is already making their Hitlerian/Stalinist lists, and they’re being none too discreet about it.
That aside, those who plot, subvert, and attack our Constitutional Republic from within must be dealt with. There are severe laws against this, and once the totality of the treason has been assembled, one can rightly expect justice to prevail. And should it not prevail, those who subverted our government and those who had the power to stop it, yet did nothing, will be cursed for a thousand years.
Separation was tried once before, and that actually resulted in civil war, so I don’t think that will fly. We are a Constitutional Republic. Either we adhere to and function under the rule of law or we don’t. If we don’t then that’s that. The illusion is broken.
And if that’s the case, forget elections and governments and rules and laws and courts and justice and society and cooperation and the common good, for all those things will cease to exist in any positive sense, and the freedoms we have today become but myth and legend to future generations.
The world is watching, corrupt as it is. And if America fails at this point, it is never, never coming back. Evil wins, and so goes the hope and light of the world. Globalist oligarchy are a power unto themselves and America is a constant thorn in their sides. They don’t care care what government a people exist under, as long as they can dictate that government. As our Constitutional Republic allows neither dictators nor their dictation, their Totalitarian rule is incomplete.
In other words, keep letting our enemies educate our children. And allow an hostile, toxic media keep poisoning our public square. And if we somehow manage to win elections, let the enemy destroy our victory with obstruction and treason. And of course (as a “conservative”) you love capitalism and its treasonous banks and corporations.
You fail.

Here is a sober assessment of the hammering scorecards you are raving about. https://www.thedailybeast.com/infamous-hoax-artist-behind-trumpworlds-new-voter-fraud-claim

Unbelievable. This is so ironclad–the images on a televised broadcast–people have to be insane not to see the fraud–especially as evidence of fraud in the entire 2020 election!
Wait, this footage is from 2019?! Beshear has been governor for a year now and CISA investigated fraud claims from Bevins already and found none?
Hmm. This doesn’t work so well for your argument, messiancidruid. Unless you traffic in time travel…
Holy $hit, this mess of fake news and manipulation is insurmountable when people are this f-ing careless…

I’m surprised there hasn’t been much mention of the South Carolina or suoer Tuesday primaries. Biden suddenly rose from the dead with no discussion of the anomaly. He lloked dead and gone before them.
He looked dead
Well they have machines you can be hooked up to now that simulate life … add botox, hair plugs, a skin job, capped teeth and about 6 facelifts, and there you have it, the President Elect.
Like I said earlier Tom Perez and Keith Ellison won’t keep this human relic from the Watergate days around for too long.
Why the push to have Biden declared the winner as quickly as possible? According to my neurologist, all signs point to Biden now being in the second stage of Alzheime’s. And that’s a medical, not a political, opinion.
To gain the “high ground” and get the populace used to the idea that he won…and make Trump look like a childish, sore loser for trying to discredit the means by which he “lost”.
Much like people saw Gore in 2000, even though he was certainly as justified to say, “Hold your horses, folks, this ain’t over until we sort a few things out.”
Trump becomes the one holding up the peaceful transfer of power in the eyes of the masses.
The Pennsylvania case looks less frivolous than others, but I had a quick check and read that a) the contested votes were not included in the tally and b) they involve around 500 votes.
If it’s the only thing keeping Trump hopes alive…
Your “information” is wrong.
Read it quick, gang. This post won’t see the light of day. Again I say, seriously, DTs Plan B should include replacing Alex Trebek (spelled right this time) as the new host of Jeopardy. He would be a calm and gracious host, just like his predecessor. It would be a real boost for MSM and would bring some street cred back to TV. What d’yall think?
G’nite Kim.
It wasn’t funny the first time you posted it.
If he’s hired by Jeopardy I envision Trump looking at the answers on the board and dismissing them: “fake history, fake science, that one’s fake algebra”. The show’s writers and judges would have strokes.

A drive-by drivelling!
The fact that Mr.Biden is dead does not mean that he cant stand trial for his crimes-like sponsoring BLM/Antifa riots or wholesale theft of votes.
Historical precedent-Cadaver Synod aka Synodus Horrenda:
“The Cadaver Synod is the name commonly given to the posthumous ecclesiastical trial of Pope Formosus, who himself had been deceased for about 7 months, in the Basilica of St. John Lateran in Rome during January 897.
The trial was conducted by Pope Stephen VI, the successor to Formosus’ successor, Pope Boniface VI.
Stephen had Formosus’ corpse exhumed and brought to the papal court for judgment. He accused Formosus of perjury and of having acceded to the papacy illegally.
At the end of the trial, Formosus was pronounced guilty and his papacy retroactively declared null.”
All Mr.Biden property after the trial must be seized and sold, proceeds going directly to the small business owners in Portland and Seattle and Chicago.

You attempted to upbraid me in the last post JHK and yet once again you have made a fool of yourself. To quote you:

“On Brexit because one side overspent its campaign budget, they had to have a revote, it was demanded by the losers.”
“[…] they had to have a revote […]
Right, oh bastion of integrity, perhaps you could give us details of this revote, such as when and where it took place.
Meanwhile, the job of the Electoral Commission is to oversee elections and ensure that they take place according to the rules, including the rules regarding funding. Hence the rulings regarding the misdemeanors you cite.
‘This kind of sloppy thinking and expression […]’ etc. etc.

I have replied:
@ Green dimwit
Learn to read. What you think you read is not in fact what I wrote.
Try again. I wrote:
“On Brexit because one side overspent its campaign budget, they had to have a revote, it was demanded by the losers.”
Alba, this does not say a re-vote happened. Rather, it clearly says that it was demanded.
You might also like to read the associated link, which explains this.
By the way, is it typical of me to write such a clumsy sentence?
No, it isn’t. So why do you think that sentence is worded as it is? Why did I not correct it?
Well I left it like that because I 100% knew – on a topic which you regard as your Mastermind subject – that you would try to pick on it and in your childish eagerness to berate me you would fuck it up and yet again demonstrate that you are a simpleton.
You are not only an idiot, you are entirely out of your depth.
Kim-laddie
My fulsome apologies for misreading your sentence.
How are those three apologies of your own coming along? As I’ve mentioned before I’d have been more than happy with refutations instead, but they weren’t forthcoming, so I guess the apologies remain on the balance sheet.
What is it, do you think, in your personality, that makes you so keen to demand, either explicitly or implicitly, apologies from others (even occasionally claiming to accept an apology which has not even been proffered, yet you find it entirely impossible to spit out an apology yourself? Is it something in your upbringing or an innate flaw, do you think?
And while you’re thinking about it, do let us have your reports from when you were an overseer for those elections in Belarus that you were able assure us had absolutely no significant instances of malfeasance?
I must say, though, it’s fascinating to be lectured on reading comprehension by someone who can’t tell the difference between a theoretical point and an admission of personal practice (that was the first time you made a complete fool of yourself, you may recall), in your desperation to be obnoxious.
Although you probably won’t recall. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to point our your own explicit contradictions of your own assertions to you.
Oh, and there was a small matter of the million dollars you wagered.
In your own time …
You are not an idiot.
You are Peak Oils Leftist Grand Dame.

malthuss
It would be better if you could accompany your judgement with some citations of my stated opinions on the matter. But why should I expect honesty?
You have a good line in repeating other people’s slurs, though, like a forlorn but unimaginative echo. Remember the good old days when you made up your own? And the time you flung one that was so nasty it was deleted? I didn’t see it before it went. Tant pis. Or perhaps tant mieux.
Peak Oil’s very much supposed Grande Dame walks the walk, having got rid of her car almost 20 years ago. She doesn’t make anyone else get rid of theirs. Nothing ‘leftist’ about that, malthuss. Nothing ‘leftist’ either about only flying three or four times during that period, and always at the behest of others, since being mean and making people miserable is not a good thing either.
But, just now, given that (a) she could be dead soon, perhaps, or maybe just soon-ish, and (b) buses are not perhaps the best place to be at the moment, she’s been wondering silently for a few months if she should just go and buy one, and let her less-bothered neighbours take a turn at doing without, or not, as they see fit.
Perhaps the very much supposed Grande Dame is entitled to a share of the dwindling resource as much as them, especially since she’s been without a car for more of her adult life than she’s been with one in any case.
But, whatever the case, ‘leftist’ is a word that should be used with as much care as any other.
Take my advice, GA: get yourself a Dodge Power Wagon. For krissake life is short, live a little. Big goddam Ram hood onament on there, 520 cu in Hemi, 4wd position traction w/overdrive, 18″ wheels … sure you’ll get only 9 mpg, but so what, you’ll be the envy of Edinburg — pack up that mother with Webley Bulldog revolver, a Lee Enfield .303 Mark 111, a camp stove and a sleeping bag, head out to the Highlands (avoid the MacDonald clan, they’re suspicious of outsiders, but that’s what the Webley Bulldog is for).
Brh
Haha – I knew you’d have some advice, brh.
I looked up the Dodge Power Wagon!! You should see the street I live in.
Anyway, it’s only a thought. Probably won’t even happen. I’ve never mentioned it to my husband as he’d think I’d lost the plot. He’s just this minute been talking about all the people who just have cars because other people have one and how getting rid of ours was the best thing we ever did.
So shanks’ pony for now, but I’ll let you know if I take the plunge, You won’t be impressed by a low-end Golf or a Fiesta though. I used to have a Honda Civic, but it would have been an early 90s model.
fulsome has many meanings, some seemingly opposite.
Gosh. That’s never happened before! 🙂
“So why do you think that sentence is worded as it is? Why did I not correct it?”
Because you’re my personal troll, desperate to achieve vengeance for the three (possibly four) times you made a complete idiot of yourself by rushing in without thinking first.
What a super-clever tricky trickster you are!
Given that you cannot see the illogicality of Mr. Trump’s tweet that “Bad things happened, that we weren’t allowed to see”, I guess it’s actually no surprise that you mangled that sentence so badly.
As is your wont, based on your history with Green Alba and your adoration of your “God -Emperor”, it’s no surprise that you cannot admit you fucked it up.
Your tortured justification that it was, in fact, a cunning trap is as big a joke as “I have all the best words!” and “No one knows more about nuclear than me”.
Jim, not only have you taken leave of your senses and turned this blog and this comment section into a parade of delusion, but by failing to mention the single funniest moment in the history of American politics, you have also seemingly lost your once terrific sense of humor.
@JIM Kunstler
Can you tell when an account was created?
It seems like you have a parade of idiots who say the same nonsense over and over but I would make ten dollar bet its just one or two people.
Would love to see this troll outed for being the same person posting the same tripe over and over.
@benr
At least in my case, your theory is quite incorrect. I’ve been reading JHK’s books and blog for quite some time. There are some of us out here who have witnessed a “radical” shift in Mr. Kunstler’s outlook and proclivities. And the comments section has gotten uglier and uglier in the past four years (weird coincidence?). When you model and condone too-fast thinking/typing with a hyperbolic prose style, you might just inspire a whole cadre of insipid acolytes.
Here is one example of Mr. K’s shift. This excerpt is from his post “Party of Cruelty” from 2010, found here: https://kunstler.com/clusterfuck-nation/the_party_of_cruelty/
Note that the party he criticizes has not changed one bit in those 10 years, with nearly all of the same main characters at work. Note also that Trump has not drained the swamp of these folks, and has in fact ditched much of his populist swagger (in reality, if not in twitter language) for a solid GOP line.
Now, anyone is entitled to change their mind along the way, and I actually value flexibility of thought in this fashion (Lord knows few of the posters on the comment thread these days have even a sliver of this ability), but note the language and approach that Mr. K applies to the GOP in this post…and how it oddly mirrors the exact things he says about the Dems now. The truth is in the middle, as it always is, and some of us who have been tuning in to Kunstler for many years are dismayed that he’s chosen to go–as is widely trendy these days–über partisan.
Here’s an excerpt:
“It was amusing to see the Republican party inveigh against health insurance reform as if they were a synod of Presbyterian necromancers girding the nation for a takeover by the spawn of hell. This was the same gang, by the way, who championed the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003, then regarded as the most reckless giveaway of public funds in human history. Along the way, they enlisted an army of nay-sayers representing everything dark, disgraceful, and ignorant in the American character. If the Republicans keep going this way, they’ll end up with something worse than Naziism: a party that hates everything but believes in absolutely nothing.”
“At least this once a workable majority in the government has stood up to the forces of cruelty and injustice, and whatever else happens to us in the course of this long emergency, it will be a good thing if the party of fairness and justice identifies its adversaries for what they are: not “partners in governing,” or any such academical-therapeutic bullshit, but enemies of every generous impulse in the national character.
I hope that Mr. Obama’s party can carry this message clearly into the electoral battles ahead, painting the Republican opposition for what it is: a gang of hypocritical, pietistic sadists, seeking pleasure in the suffering of others while pretending to be Christians, devoid of sympathy, empathy, or any inclination to simple human kindness, constant breakers of the Golden Rule, enemies of the common good. In fact, the current edition of the Republican party has achieved something really memorable in the annals of collective bad intentions: they have managed to create a sense of the public interest whose main goal is the destruction of the public interest.”
“…devoid of sympathy, empathy, or any inclination to simple human kindness, constant breakers of the Golden Rule, enemies of the common good…”
I can think of no better description of the people and posts on this comment thread. For simply disagreeing with some people and asking for logical responses, I have been accused of being an SJW troll, and empty-headed fuck, a sheeple of the MSM, a “jazz-swabber”…shall I go on? Real fine upstanding folks. And these are the one’s that Mr. K enables…
That is why, benr, some of us are pushing back on the quality and tone of this blog these days.
I’m pleased to add this one correction: that aspersion I noted should read “jizz swabber.” Quality machismo, there.
Dang, @benr, I hadn’t read further down the thread. Let me also include your own energetic poetry to the list!

“He’s a daisy, our president.”
I had a full, genuine laugh-out-loud at this. Perfect summation. Thanks.
To put it mildly-Oath Keepers military cats are extremely not amused by the Democrat crimes and the Great Pretenders posing as President and Vice President of I-Do-Not-Know-What:
https://oathkeepers.org/2020/11/america-in-limbo-due-to-2020-election/
Can you enlighten me on just what oath these Oath Keepers are keeping?
Have you used your intellect and bothered to look at their webpage?
I am sure they have a mission statement for intrepid readers such as yourself.
You’re welcome.
from wikipedia.com:
‘Oath Keepers is an American far-right[1] anti-government[2][3][4][5][6] militia organization.[7] The group describes itself as a non-partisan association of current and former military, police, and first responders, who pledge to fulfill the oath that all military and police take in order to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.[8] It encourages its members to not obey orders which they believe would violate the United States Constitution. The organization claims a membership of 35,000 as of 2016.[9]’
From oathkeepers.org:
‘Oath Keepers reaches out to both current serving and veterans to remind them of their oaths, to teach them more about the Constitution they swore to defend, and to inspire them to defend it. See below for details on how we do that. Oath Keepers also includes a membership program designated as “Associate Members”, which consists of patriotic citizens who have not served in uniform but who serve now by supporting this mission with their Associate Membership and volunteer activities. Oath Keepers welcomes our Associate Members and appreciates their support of our mission.‘
It purports to be non-partisan, but its landing page looks pretty partisan, all in all,
We are now in the first two stages of the classic Kubler-Ross grief cycle- Denial, Anger.
I’ve charted a new grief cycle called the Spur-Cycle. The old one is Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.
The Spur Cycle is Denial, Anger, Planning, Inspiration and Resistance.
If you want, you can add in Shock, like the Biden Shock.
If Trump wins NC, Georgia, and Arizona it gives him another 42 votes bringing his total to 256. If he won Michigan also he’d have 272, Pennsylvania and not Michigan, 276.
Big ifs, but the incentive for vigorous court challenges is there.
Tucsonspur
To date, as far as I can see, all the Republican suits put to any courts have been dismissed – that is, not even heard – due to what the court considers to be a lack of evidence.
Of course, these have been lodged in State courts, and no doubt there’ll be an argument that the judges are partisan (what else can explain it?), but perhaps those put so far have been trivial and without substance.
So, when is The Big One coming, the one that Night Owl has alluded to (with regard to secretly ‘watermarked’ ballots) which will somehow provide the irrefutable truth of the fraud?
As I understand it, the route to the Supreme Court is by way of appeals against lower court rulings. So far, there’s nothing to appeal against.
When you’re sinking, a straw can look like a log. US Supreme Court already heard on Penn.
https://www.npr.org/2020/11/07/932214005/will-this-election-be-a-replay-of-bush-v-gore-at-the-supreme-court-not-likely
I believe that was an appeal against the PA Supreme Court’s ruling on aspects of voter ID prior to the election proper. Not quite what I’m talking about, but it is demonstrating that it has to be an APPEAL against a lower court’s decision.
The Tucson sage (no, no ,no, not brush) has stood strong and wise:

I always enjoy your view of the world, I do not always agree with it, but appreciate your insight, and witty observations concerning the fall of the federation. BUT, I was once in my youth, a Democrat and a town leader of my election districts. My job to go to the polling places and collect the count. A few times I as the Democrat and the other fellow a Republican were asked to verify count, beforehand each election inspector from both parties did. Those were the old just pull the lever machines. Political active folks in our town were a small group ,many knew each other. Everyone watched, many folks, many eyes. What do you suppose the world would look like
If the creature was predisposed
To protracted hypothetical thinking?
Would the definitive characterizations of reality
Ever be missed,
Do you suppose?
What would it matter to neither
Believe nor Disbelieve?
When all along there is the wondrous option
To choose to behave as if one’s opinion
Is true? Or not.
When mental vision, I see, is composed merely of opinions
That are ever evolving pixels in one’s world view?
To be updated constantly by new points of reference and evidence.
What happens when billions of hypothetical dots fluidly connect
three dimensionally?
Does all of this silly shit and lies then look like just so much
Silly shit and lies?
Aside: And as to “why”…

That’s why.

Wow? Am I the first to post this?
Via Andrew Anglin, covering a report from AXIOS.
Here is the AXIOS link:
https://www.axios.com/trump-legal-strategy-fraud-45ab43eb-c5bd-4710-a227-0dceacebb511.html
Here is Anglin’s report quoting Axios:
Report: Donald Trump is Planning Massive Anti-Fraud Rallies Across the United States!
AXIOS are now saying that it is confirmed behind the scenes that Donald Trump is indeed planning a series of massive campaign rallies in order to bring the evidence of fraud directly to the American people.
From Axios:
QUOTE
President Trump plans to brandish obituaries of people who supposedly voted but are dead — plus hold campaign-style rallies — in an effort to prolong his fight against apparent insurmountable election results, four Trump advisers told me during a conference call this afternoon.
What we’re hearing: Obits for those who cast ballots are part of the “specific pieces of evidence” aimed at bolstering the Trump team’s so-far unsupported claims of widespread voter fraud and corruption that they say led to Joe Biden’s victory.
Fueling the effort is the expected completion of vote counting this week, allowing Republicans to file for more recounts.
What’s next: Team Trump is ready to announce specific recount teams in key states, and it plans to hold a series of Trump rallies focused on the litigation.
In Georgia: Doug Collins, the outgoing congressman who lost to Sen. Kelly Loeffler in a special election to fill former Sen. Johnny Isakson’s seat, will be leading the campaign’s recount efforts. The team has also redeployed 92 staffers from Florida to Georgia, doubling its group on the ground.
In Arizona: Kory Langhofer, former counsel for Trump’s 2016 transition, will serve as lead attorney.
In Pennsylvania: Porter Wright’s Ron Hicks is heading up the legal effort.
Nationwide: They’re assembling additional surrogates and lawyers.
“We want to make sure we have an adequate supply of manpower on the ground for man-to-man combat,” one adviser said.
The group is also staffing a campaign-style media operation.
The team led by Trump communications director Tim Murtaugh is now a surrogate messaging center. It will pump out “regular press briefings, releases on legal action and obviously things like talking points and booking people strategically on television,” one adviser said.
They’ll also make a big play to raise money for their legal defense fund.
Trump’s formal legal team includes 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien, lawyer Justin Clark, and senior advisers Jason Miller and David Bossie.
ENDQUOTE
I wonder who much coverage FOX might give these rallies?
If 50,000 people turn up at a rally to see the President is that news?
Or will they cut to file footage from the New York State Cat Show?
I fully expect the former president to pay for his own gas.
Airforce One, full Secret Service entourage, motorcades and the bully pulpit of the incumbent and you’ll pay for it and you’ll love it.
He might even make Mexico pay for some of it.
Why should he pay for his own gas? The new Chief Diversity Coordinator at Ohio State — whose 1st name is Jabbar — (the job pays $345,000 per year) gets the free use of a new car, plus $7000 yearly for gas.
His rallies are straight-up fundraisers. Why should taxpayers keep footing his bill?
Obama probably does pay for his own gas.
Is it stupidity, or ignorance?
Could it be your cupidity to sow division that drives you thus?

Jim & all,
Thanks as always for your stimulating and thought-provoking essay!
I gotta say, however, that I am beginning to wonder, “Where’s the Beef?”
With regard to revealing the Biden family’s corruption and the involvement of Leading Democrats and the FBI and other agencies–What is President Trump waiting for?
Now is the time to tell all and bring it all out into the open.
Let’s see the smoking guns, the coke straws with Hunter’s nose-prints on them, the cancelled checks with Biden’s name on them from Ukranian strongmen, etc., etc., and let’s see them presented in court–
Aibo — The president himself does not have standing to bring cases to the federal courts himself. He could declassify documents, though by doing so it would surely compromise ongoing cases not yet brought to trial. Your comment is ridiculous. — JHK Admin
If the President does not take action on these fronts, and soon, people will become increasingly convinced that there is no basis to these claims, and that maybe they were always just the concoctions of propaganda-meisters of one sort or another.
And as for voting fraud, a pundit of the Left said something like, “We lost seats to Republicans in the House and Senate–If we are doing voting fraud, we suck at it!”
This is actually a good point. If the Dems really did conspire to commit a massive voting fraud, why did they not tip the scales in just enough House and Senate races to get themselves a majority in both of them? That’s a trivial task compared to rigging many hundreds of thousands of votes all across America.
I’ll give Trump a week or two to come up with some hard facts heading for a court of law. But if it’s just more pronouncements at the rallies of his fans and no action behind them, he might as well head back to the golf course and stay there…
Well said.
If there is credible evidence of wrongdoing by the Bidens, let Barr’s DOJ bring charges, at long last.
If there is credible evidence of voting fraud, let the DOJ or state AGs bring charges, and let Trump’s lawyers present that evidence to the courts in their myriad lawsuits.
Of course, none of this will be forthcoming.
But the Trump cult, egged on by internet trolls and fringe media (foreign and domestic), will carry on with these fictions until the end of time.
Yeah about 30 Republicucks went to Barr to ask him to do that. Serious people know he’s a Deep Stater and will do nothing.
Watch Tucker’s monologue tonight. We already have a huge number of sworn affidavits about the cheating that was witnessed. In case you don’t know, that is evidence admissable in court. Other evidence too. You wanted to know, right? Right?
An affidavit is a written, sworn, signed out-of-court statement averring certain facts.
From perusing the news reports about various affidavits being cited, it looks like most are describing facts that, even if true, amount to a whole lot of nothing.
One “affidavit” being touted out of Nevada, I believe, did not even include the name and signature of the supposed affiant, so it’s really nothing more than a piece of paper with the word “affidavit” typed on it.
So it’s hard not to see this as a bunch of legal Hail Marys and political theater designed to incite the low-information crowd and create optionality for Trump in his endgame.
Moreover, affidavits are generally considered hearsay and will not be admitted in these types of cases, absent confirming in-court testimony from the affiant.
Regardless, let’s see what survives contact with the courts, the DOJ and the AGs. Again I predict it will be little or (more likely) nothing.
I was disappointed in Tucker tonight. He said that the solution to all of this mess, to this boiling cauldron of conflict and confusion, is to all stop lying to one another, and he said this with emphasis.
He also pointed out the many outright threats made by Democrats against anybody who opposes the new regime. Now there’s nothing wrong with telling the truth, but here it almost seems like saying that the solution to war is peace.
I guess you can’t go on the air and say that there is no solution, except a bloody one or submission, but That would have been telling the truth.
Even Tucker is caught in the web of confusion.
“No evidence” the HalfMan cried.

Yet you two are the ones who need to make your livings as internet trolls.

Apparently, election fraud is becoming a matter of faith:
https://youtu.be/VZ_0ORgyBDM
” ‘We lost seats to Republicans in the House and Senate–If we are doing voting fraud, we suck at it! ‘ ”
You just answered your own question.
@ Soul Forensics
They have even more problems than the average Dem thinks.
In the end, if say the Supreme Court cannot provide a solution, the election of the President and VP may come down to a vote in the House of Reps.
Such a vote involves the incoming Congress with just one vote per state (as determined, I believe, by the various state legislatures).
Currently, Rs control 29 states with 2 states split. So that should result in a 30 to 20 win for Trump.
A landslide!
This comment just reflects my recent reading. Corrections are welcome.
Law professors say the Electoral College Act is not that clear. If it cannot be decided the Speaker of the House becomes POTUS. Nancy “Pelosi Galore” is Madame President.
https://en.as.com/en/2020/11/03/latest_news/1604414638_037340.html
@ Epicur
Reading your link the following refers to holding a “contingent election” resulting from the inability to determine (by whom, the Supreme Court? this is unclear) that either candidate had secured a majority of electoral votes:
Any election dispute in Congress would play out ahead of a strict deadline – Jan. 20, when the Constitution mandates that the term of the current president ends.
Under the Presidential Succession Act, if Congress still has not declared a presidential or vice presidential winner by then, the Speaker of the House would serve as acting president. Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat from California, is the current speaker.
71 days remain before then. One assumes the Supremes would act with due despatch and that once the matter moves to a House of Reps vote, it should be over quickly.
The problem with understanding this stuff is that all of the people offering their analysis are such unclear writers.
My point is, this would all be decided before Jan 20, I expect. So I doubt we will see Pres. Pelosi.
@ Kim,
“My point is, this would all be decided before Jan 20, I expect. So I doubt we will see Pres. Pelosi.”
I certainly hope not, but there seem to be doubts about the clarity of the Act. I am not qualified to judge, especially so since I have not even read it.
The lawsuit I linked earlier seems quite serious and well founded. The list of the dead voters I linked earlier in a reply to City_of_76 looks quite well documented.
I think that Mr. K is right. This is going to play out for quite a while yet. The President’s hand is strong. I think it is significant that this man (linked) resigned. Looks like he did not have the stomach for hardball.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/ag-william-barr-authorizes-justice-department-probe-voter-fraud
@Kim
My understanding is that it’s closer, but with Repubs still clear. But I could be wrong.
Who doesn’t love a cliffhanger?
The undervote factor might be involved here. Lazy fraudsmiths that only filled out the top line race and left the rest blank to save time.
Also computer tricks aimed solely at Trump. The desire to get rid of the man was rather bipartisan in many regards- note that Cindy McCain is helping ‘advise’ the Biden transition team.
Lindsay Graham says this looks like ballot harvesting, which is illegal in Pennsylvania. Currently just his assertion, of course.
https://trulytimes.com/possible-ballot-harvesting-in-pennsylvania-involving-25000-nursing-home-residents.html
Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Monday he has received information about potential ballot harvesting in Pennsylvania nursing homes.
The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee revealed that there were up to 25,000 cases that are being looked at.
“I’ve got more information. We’re now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time,” the South Carolina Republican said on Fox News.
“You can’t ballot harvest in Pennsylvania,” Graham added. “What are the odds that 25,000 people in different locations of the same age group requested at the same time a ballot? Somebody is up to no good in these nursing homes.”
The hits just keep on coming.
Find whoever harvested the votes. Explain that the penalities are up to ten years in prison. Ask who else was involved.
Yes, turn them against each other. Let’s play Let’s Make a Deal! Use the Rico Act.
At this point RICO needs to be dusted off and used against the entire DNC starting at the head of the snake The Clintons and Obamas.

The Hanged Man (XII) is the twelfth trump or Major Arcana card in most traditional Tarot decks. It is used in game playing as well as in divination.
It depicts a pittura infamante (pronounced [pit?tu?ra i?fa?mante]), an image of a man being hanged upside-down by one ankle (the only exception being the Tarocco Siciliano, which depicts the man hanged by the neck instead). This method of hanging was a common punishment at the time for traitors in Italy. However, the solemn expression on his face traditionally suggests that he is there by his own accord, and the card is meant to represent self-sacrifice more so than it does corporal punishment or criminality.[citation needed]
In other interpretations, The Hanged Man is a depiction of the Norse god Odin, who suspended himself from a tree in order to gain knowledge. There is also a Christian interpretation that portrays Judas Iscariot, and include the bags of silver in his hands. In the Lo Scarabeo African American Tarot deck the 12th card of the major arcana is the Observer, depicting the Nigerian god “Ifa” of fate and destiny blindfolded and surrounded by eyes.
Description
A 1393 decree for Milan and Lombardy of the punishment for traitors: “Let him be drug [dragged] on a [wooden] plank at a horse’s tail to the place of execution, and there be suspended by one foot to the gallows, and be left there until he is dead. As long as he lives let him be given food and drink.”[1]
The Cross of St. Peter is shown in this French stained glass window. Saint Peter is conventionally shown as having been crucified upside-down.
Modern versions of the tarot deck depict a man hanging upside-down by one foot. The figure is most often suspended from a wooden beam (as in a cross or gallows) or a tree. Ambiguity results from the fact that the card itself may be viewed inverted.
In his book The Pictorial Key to the Tarot, A. E. Waite, the designer of the Rider-Waite tarot deck, wrote of the symbol:
The gallows from which he is suspended forms a Tau cross, while the figure—from the position of the legs—forms a fylfot cross. There is a nimbus about the head of the seeming martyr. It should be noted (1) that the tree of sacrifice is living wood, with leaves thereon; (2) that the face expresses deep entrancement, not suffering; (3) that the figure, as a whole, suggests life in suspension, but life and not death. […] It has been called falsely a card of martyrdom, a card of prudence, a card of the Great Work, a card of duty […] I will say very simply on my own part that it expresses the relation, in one of its aspects, between the Divine and the Universe.[2]
Yoho: As the Caiaphas said, Is it not just that a Man might die that the people may live? Thus have they declared against Trump in similar fashion though not to the point of death, at least not yet. They are often sincere, justifying their crime for the greater good. Yet even if He should fail or even die, Trump shall Live and through his sacrifice, the Republic shall be reborn.
Brilliant interview with Mark Crispin Miller who lays out the whole sordid history and rampant prevalence of US voter fraud.
Anybody who believes that voter fraud doesn’t happen is simply clueless.
You’ll never trust an election result again.
Enjoy.

Guy takes Scaramucci gossip about Trump as gospel. Claims Trump stole 2016 from Hillary.
Uh, no thanks.
There’s a wide gap between extant voter fraud, and the massive widescale fraud that “stole” the election as Trump, speaking out of his ass, claims. No on claims there is zero fraud; but what fraud there is is insignificant and doesn’t compromise the vote.
In every single state, 2020’s election officials reported no significant problems. There is no there there, and Trumpaholics only further damage the United States by sticking by Trump’s side.
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/11/10/us/politics/voting-fraud.html
If their victory was as sweet and succulent as they affect it is then why are they showing up so much now with seemingly nothing but cope? There is no evidence (won’t look, scared to look, lied to, or liar), there is no evidence that it’s widespread (won’t look, scared to look, lied to, or liar), doesn’t matter it won’t possibly change the outcome (won’t look, scared to look, lied to, or liar), Joe Biden is the totally legit President Elect right now (won’t look, scared to look, lied to, or liar).
But the winds are beginning to blow in a new direction. The storm is nigh. And so we forget the word concede. Why would we concede at such a precipice as this? Was there any concede in 1776? And now, as it was then, the UK is a bastion of totalitarianism. So no wonder they celebrate and welcome the color revolution and the interloper who desires the erasure of 1776 and the imposition of 1619. As do many of our ..friends..over there in Europe and Israel. Friends who had no problem ripping us off year after year when rightfully they should have had to fend for themselves. Many of them are locking down and descending into tyranny. Yet, there are countries who appear to respect the legal and constutional resolution of elections. They might surprise you. Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Turkey..and..China too.
This whole exercise has exposed so much and reshuffled so many things already. And things are just beginning to warm up so settle in. Apparently it’s good thing when bees sting.
Oh, and there’s no such thing as a software ‘glitch’. I worked as a programmer/analyst for 25 years. Any critical software (like a voting system) is thoroughly specified & rigorously tested and does exactly what it is programmed & instructed to do. The fact that all the ‘errors’ are falling in the same direction is further proof the software is behaving exactly as instructed.
Ding, ding, ding!
Forensically speaking, it should be possible to see all of the programming instructions in the machine code, whether that instruction was there from the start or downloaded and installed later via an app, right?
Because I have read that some of these counting machines were web-enabled.
Is this true? Machines should be seized.
But there are memory leaks galore and that can cause crazy issues but as you said vote flipping only one way hell no.
Neocon ghoul Bloody Bill Kristol is very nervous.
https://twitter.com/BillKristol/status/1325991278484578304
They are insisting they be allowed to begin the transition immediately and excoriating the evil “trump appointees” who won’t let them usurp the electoral college and flout the law.
The technique of group pressure and public scolding is so weak and old and tedious. It really is just mean girls stalinism 101.
I fail to see why they are so afraid of a proper audit. If Trump is a fool and wrong then surely an audit will find nothing and their win will be secure.
This isn’t a demand to count new, suspect ballots or the like, it’s a request that the election laws of these states be enforced and a correct result in accordance with those laws be delivered.
I just had a look at Kristol’s tweet (above) and the tweeters are flipping out! They are SO scared! (as they should be)….and, they are blowing up how FB has become “right-winged” and deleting their accounts. Ha! The puppet masters are having a blast with the division in this country! How else to delegitimize both sides and cause the civil war they want. They (the PM’s) are succeeding in destroying the U.S.A. with propaganda in order to institue their end game…the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset! Pure Evil!
The forces of good vs. the forces of evil. My bet is on the forces of good.
https://bigleaguepolitics.com/lawsuit-detroit-election-worker-was-told-to-backdate-mail-in-ballots-by-city-officials/
This is a good account of affadavits and depositions that have been with regard to polling station frauds in Detroit.
It was massive and quite open. But there are of course lawsuits:
The lawsuit is asking all evidence including computers and documents to be immediately preserved and for the certification of votes to pause.
I am very interested in the computers. If programming fraud is found, it will take an Emmet Sullivan standard of judge to suppress it.
News of an effective Covid vaccine released by Pfizer (a Ct company) 1 week after the election.
Now go ahead and tell me the fix wasn’t in.
Brh
The fix is in and it comes from the entire uniparty.
We were right to distrust most of the GOP and most of the Dems. Reptiles rule this land and they’re willing to do what they must to keep the wrong sort of people out of power.
Should this succeed, why do we even need to continue the sham? Just rule directly, oligarchs.
That is why they should not receive our consent to be governed by them. Once that consent is given the globalist oligarchs have won. The loud pressure to consent to them being blared out of the intelligence run lamestream media outlets and social media is nothing more than a psyop utilized in a classic color revolution. The whole point is to divorce society from the normal rule of law and due process and to normalize that disruption for the purposes of takeover. They make themselves feel inevitable but ultimately its up to the people. They are very very powerful people but in sheer numbers they are very very few.
AMEN! You nailed in! Starlight!
I don’t recall them ever demanding finality of results this way in prior years.
Seems to me that Trump, for all his bluster and lack of gravitas, actually throws sand in the gears of the transnational oligarchy’s plans.
Thus he needs fight on.
Mozambique 11/9/2020
‘ISIS fighters behead 50 men and boys on soccer field, chop up bodies, kidnap local women.’
ISIS has ‘overrun luxury islands off the Mozambique coast’ where European expats maintain residences. I wonder what these ISIS guerillas will do with captured Europeans? Maybe ransom them off.
So perhaps the mayhem in Nice and Vienna is part of a coordinated international campaign against civilization in general. Some have suggested the anti world thugs in Portland and Seattle are part of the campaign,
I just love news from Africa. It puts everything in perspective.
Brh
C’mon Man. It’s a religion of peace! Maybe they’ll have to reopen the Collinsville Machete line. CT. can use some good paying jobs.
The machetes used in Africa come from China. Not top quality steel like the USA produced in days past, but if Rwanda and Mozambique are any indication, good enough.
China is taking over. AfricaNs are in the way.
We wake to the news that moving aside with grace and dignity is not in the playbook of the current president. So it must play out the hard way, with His Majesty shaming himself more all the time.
Equally shameful are his enablers, who seem never to quite grasp the poverty of their hero-worship.
Trump is a walking Oakland – there is no there there.
Holy Sh#t, you’re quoting Gertrude Stein?
No, I think Honey is quoting Dorothy Parker in a lame attempt to appear pithy and oh so much more clever than we deplorable rubes who are too stupid to just roll over and be ruled happily by the denizens of a dozen zip codes in NYC and San Francisco
And so with that mouthful of bile spewed forth you ignite what exactly?
Does election fraud not matter as long as the side you want to win, wins?
What does that say about you as a human?
From my perspective it says a lot and none of it is good.
I would equally be upset if it was the Republican side that set the vote flipping in favor of my desired outcome, four more year of fucking over the progressive desire of destroying my country.
I can hear you saying…why?
Because it matters to the stability of my country and the manner in which we move forward.
There is nothing more toxic than the corruption clearly on display with Biden and this election.
We have already seen the DNC stack the deck against people they deemed as not worthy during the last two primaries and that pissed me off. As far as I am concerned the DNC is a clear and present danger to the long term stability of these United States and they need to be investigated and prosecuted for fraud and most likely a laundry list of crimes.
As someone already said Rico can be used to tie a criminal gangs and prosecute them.
We have achieved Banana Republic status and it is alarming.
Every thing you say echoes from somewhere else.
No there there
There is no there there between your ears.
That echo is the empty nothingness of your intent.
And that disproves it somehow? As if everything you say doesn’t echo from somewhere else?
This is simply the inverse of argumentum ad populum. To be true something has to be eldritch and unknown.
We may be entering a Hardcore Dystopia?
Things are getting very bizarre. Did you see the Georgia election official giving a speech the other day in which he blithely declared: “We will find fraud in the recent Georgia election.” Then he add something akin to: “But this shouldn’t affect the election result.”
You’re at the IHOP, and you point out to the waitress the booger on the top of your pancakes and the waitress just pores you a cup of coffee and asks if you’d like anything else?
And then you reply: “Could you tell the cook to hold the booger?”
“I’d like one Presidential election, but hold the booger. Please.”
We could be entering full-on 1984 Dystopia in which the people are bat-shit crazy? Watch the documentary called “The Social Dilemma”. It basically says that the social media is literally driving the society insane. Mad-as-Fuck.
The Media is all fucked up and bat-shit-crazy.
At the press conference yesterday, the reporter asked the lawyer re: the Michigan election: “Where is the evidence of fraud in Michigan?”
And then the lawyer replies: “At this moment we have over 130 sworn affidavits of people in Michigan swearing under oath re: irregularities during the vote count in Michigan.”
And then the next reporter asks: “Yeah, but where’s the evidence?”
And then the befuddled lawyer responds. “I just told you that at this moment we have over 130 sworn affidavits of people in Michigan swearing under oath re: irregularities during the vote in Michigan.”
Then she adds: “It’s the reporters job to go out to investigate stories.”
“The Media is all fucked up and bat-shit-crazy.”
Possibly
or
The Media is entirely complicit and with full intent MAKES up “reality” but doesn’t objectively report reality. Assorted intelligence assets and actors?
Somehow, the “Reporters” never learned in Journalism school that a reporter’s job is to go out and investigate leads on stories of social import. I wonder what the kids now learn in school, particularly Journalism School?
Critical Race Theory / 1619 / Anti-Fasc / America and Caucasians have been and are the source of all evil within the known universe
I agree, entirely complicit. ABC, NBC, CBS, BBC, FOX, in general, the msm, are propagandists at best, controlled by corporate interests, and a waste of time if you want news. So, you want news? Don’t go there.
The students probably now enroll in Columbia Journalism School, and they graduate with a “Prestigious” degree from a “Brand Name” university with a huge student debt, but they never learned in school that a reporter’s job is to investigate stories of social import, but they instead learned that a reporter’s job is to be an actor and to just repeat whatever they’re told to say so that they don’t upset the powerful important people? Bat Shit Crazy….
….then recruited by the CIA and trained in psyops.
The Enemies of the People are enemies of the people.
They hate us, plan accordingly.
They started out with manufacture of consent. Now we have manufacture of context. It’s the Truman Show.
Absolutely. And they are willing to change and undermine facts on a minute by minute basis. If we let them get further down the road like this they will deep fake their enemies for prosecution and incarceration purposes. How can one prove they didn’t say something if a manufactured video seems to show them saying that very thing?
@ Yoho
Good line.
“…look at the big fat sad golfing loser-clown we of the anointed Woke class just beat like a drum on our noble march back to power!”
You don’t have to be of the “woke” class to know Trump is loser of a human being, nevermind his net worth. You just need to have observed him through the lens of an objective mind over the decades. He is, like the America that elected him, a failed experiment.
Joe Biden is the answer to nothing of import, but then, there is no answer for us, now. That’s why it’s “The Long Emergency.” Or have you and your readers forgotten this as the desperate realities mount and the pressures to pick-a-savior-any-savior manifest?
I struggle to comprehend how anyone of any political orientation with a human-scaled brain could think The Sunkist Rosebud is the answer to anything in the human sphere beyond the goal of multiplying our rate of decay.
My advice to you James is to get back to discussing the things you are eminently equipped to discuss. Your recent posts are little short of idiotic, and shocking as such. And I ain’t no wokester. I’ve been lurking on here for well over a decade, with satisfaction.
Time for a reset, bud, a leveling of the foundation. The cheese is sliding off your cracker.
In this system one must pick to do nothing gets the worst option.
As far as the rest of your attack upon Jim that is your opinion and only you and a few select others value it as such.
Jim’s blog and Jim’s board it seems a bit arrogant to tell the man your opinion matters more than what he chooses to write about.
Only a few select others on here, for sure it seems. It’s disappointing to see those inhabiting these halls being such bootlickers. The last thing an intelligent pundit needs to be surrounded by is a cadre of bootlickers lending endless affirmation. What they need is objective feedback, people who have followed their work for a long time yet are not shy to point out when they feel he is full of it. In the spirit of a true friend is someone who tells you what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear. A true friend aids in your evolution. A bootlicker your devolution. No?
I don’t think my opinion matters more than JHK’s. I do think it matters as much, as does the rest of ours, and this is precisely the place for opinions to be voiced. In the meantime, is this a forum or a fanpage? I’m beginning to think it is more the latter. Too bad.
Time to move on then, I guess.
But then David would stop paying your salary.
You stated your post in a manner that is nothing but an attack.
Read what you wrote and then read it again and if it still fails to register what a dick you were try it again.
benr – what is “a troll” to you? Someone with a difference of opinion to what prevails in the room?
I’m sure Trump would agree with that. In the same light as any contest he doesn’t win is fraudulent and any news that doesn’t favor him is fake.
Yes, it’s an attack. It’s an attack on the proliferation of dangerous nonsense. It’s not an attack on JHK in general. He has taught me much and my shelves contain quite a number of his books, which i consider excellent by the way.
Sometimes you need a slap in the face as a reality-check. I expect we can all agree on that. (Well, maybe not the wokesters amongst us. Too violent.)
Its how you frame it again if you don’t get that its 100% on you all you had to do was drop bullshit insulting lines like cheese sliding off the cracker.
As if you are the authority on what is sound writing and sanity.
How positively arrogant of you.
Jim no longer cares much about open discussion – he seems to revel in this collection of misfits that buzz around this board. It used to be a place to come for serious discussion and insightful commentary by JHK. Sadly, that seems to be over with.
As if you ever engaged in anything but being a troll.
Quit pretending lotus eater.
fleazapper,
If you were truly WOKE, you would not call anyone (even Trump) “fat”, He’s differently body sculpted. Just like your heroine Camelbutt Harris.
And the last time Governor Pritzker heard that word, we couldn’t get him to quit crying and unlock the bathroom door. On the bright side, they can’t hang you if you have no neck.
Fantastic response freetrapper.
“The cheese is sliding off the cracker.”.
Priceless….
Interesting how all of these new posters crop up suddenly and are of course all of one mind. Sort of like all of those batches of fake Biden ballots. Nothing to see here lol.
Hive Drones. They manufacture them in colleges by the bushel.
SSL,
Haven’t you ever wondered what happened to all those minds fried by the MK Ultra Program? The deep state has them in deep underground bases pecking away on keyboards as internet trolls. Pity them. LOL Well, that’s one theory.
But yes, it is suspicious how all these “new people” crawled out of the woodwork after election day. It’s like the Biden legions are flooding websites trying to win the propaganda wars and convince everyone the DEMs really won. Now that theory I mean seriously.
Or its the same couple of fools making new accounts and having conversations with themselves.
Freetrapper, some thoughts about the points you raise in your 3 posts. I have also lurked here for well over a decade and have the host’s books on my shelves too. I find his political commentary as astute, well-researched and full of insights as his material about peak oil and energy, geopolitics, social observations of the US in the 21st century with excellent vignettes of the mall full of grown men dressed and acting as babies, consumerism, the environment, the press, the many rackets punishing us including the worst (health”care”), etc. That doesn’t make me a bootlicker. I happen to dig the man’s work, and work it is. One has to navigate and understand a big corpus of information and disinformation, follow thin threads through the noise, use reason, and be able to concentrate all that in a few potent paragraphs so that we can digest it. Every time you read him, you’re reading 1000 pages concentrated in one. I don’t read the 1000, I read this one. And the writing is excellent, full of dark humor and smarts. He’s been criticized. All criticism expressed in a respectful fashion, as far I have seen here, is accepted. An example: the new year predictions. Every year, the dude gets a lot of flak. Hell, more than once I thought, “sir, is it really necessary to put dates on what may happen? You know what Y Berra said about making predictions. Why put dates on stuff & give the yahoos a chance to throw rotten fruit at you?” I think all that, others say it. He keeps doing it. Why? Because it’s his right, his blog, his audience, he worked hard for it, and if you don’t like it, go elsewhere. I don’t think you’re one of those deranged fellows that appear every week. You make some sensible points. Yes, DJT is, or was, a sad excuse of a human being. Many of us here, incl I think our host, would admit it, no problem. I do. And I voted for him. And you’re right, Biden is no answer, and there may be no answer, and it may be too late, and TLE could be upon us. Etc. Maybe you voted one way, and I voted another way, and we can still agree on a lot and have a few beers, and admit both of us are disappointed and afraid and mad and worried and hopeless. There’s enough out there to justify stress and deep worry. I say let’s respect the effort of JHK first, and let’s try to respect commenters too. When they deserve it.
A 4th grade school teacher, a White woman, in Burlington, WI implemented a BLM curriculum in her classroom.
Tonight at a school meeting, many parents voiced their displeasure, only to be met with violent opposition from BLM and their sympathizers.
Police were also assaulted by BLM at the meeting… Welcome to the new America folks, this is coming to a town near you… if it already hasn’t arrived.
Yea people will revolt if this nonsense keeps up.
I feel that is inevitable. It ties in with the long emergency anyhow. Resources are finite and the plenty that papered over our growing divisions draws down.
The Old America I side with and the New America of the ‘coalition of the ascendant’, the Woke and the like have naught in common.
Our animosities grow to hatreds. We cannot share a roof any longer.
We either peaceably divorce or it gets nasty, but the differences are now too stark and the wealth too thin to make any ‘unity’ work.
Sad but true.
Hear, hear
“people will revolt”
Benr,
I have been told, more than once, that I was “revolting”…whoda thought I was ahead of the curve?
Pressure is mounting.
The wheels are falling off the fraudsters attempt to steal an election.
Pennsylvania just got put back into contention by real clear politics.

The why at part of it.

Heh, heh.
Pennsylvania is done. George will go blue – as will Arizona.
Why not accept what has happened with dignity and grace – who knows, it might feel better than this shrill whining.
Why accept what appears to be rampant fraud?
Regardless the final outcome, half the country won’t believe the results. The escalation will continue apace.
So you think – however half the country will soon forget the DJT disaster. It will fizzle out like all ill-advised political fantasies.
Nobody cares. Get on board.
And half the country denies you and thinks the status quo ante worse than the orange man.
There is nothing to hold us together, no commonality. Why would I seek unity with you and yours?

You post nothing of merit and lose every discussion but that is the point to be a douche.
Said with your customary elegance and wit. Those who love you must be very proud.
Indeed and back at you.
Brevity is the soul of wit.
” dignity and grace ”
Honey,
Dignity and Grace? Who the fuck are they?
…Send them out so that we might know them….
Kim, should you be browsing:
A follow up on a previous comment about Parler having a certain stench about it. You were the only other one here to have commented that you, too, felt this way.
Something else to add to the equation: this individual was heavily involved in uncovering details on the RussiaGate fraud, and says Parler won’t verify her because Twatter continues to deny her the blue check seal of approval.
https://twitter.com/tracybeanz/status/1326173613851086848
Some of us have a nose for this stuff and some of us don’t.
From what I’ve seen Parler also engages in link censorship the way the big socials do.
Seems a mirage or a trap, not an alternative to Twitter and the like.
Yes, I tend to agree.
I read those comments about Parler too. I don’t know anything about social media. I’m coming to the conclusion that it is toxic and the damage may be greater than any benefits. I signed up to FB years ago mainly to keep in touch w some people I know overseas, and run my farm page from it. It’s gotten worse and worse. I take a look at it every 2-5 weeks and find nothing there, except in something called “groups”, for example about beekeeping and such, stuff I dig. You and the other poster may have some info, like, is there a less toxic platform? Less intrusive? Less crappy? Uncensored? I don’t suppose so, but maybe sometime you could post about it, thanks.
PS In the past, sometimes I would post links or copy-paste of this blog. I tried that last time I was there, and the thing got immediately memory-holed. Censored. I got a message saying something like “against community standards” and that’s it. Also, that time I noticed a LOT of pro biden ads, and biden friendly media links.
The aging society,

I’ve been reading this blog for a few years.I used to thoroughly enjoy it when JHK wrote about the coming emergency. Now you write about the sideshow of American politics. Two parties with barely any difference between them as though they aren’t both minions of the ruling class. What happened to you?
Several weeks ago, researcher Whitney Webb was talking about a US Government Deep State Project re: some pandemic exercise that they were war gaming called “Dark Winter” in relation to “Operation Warp Speed” that would continue under Trump or Biden.
It’s very dystopian.

About the Exercise
On June 22-23, 2001, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies, the ANSER Institute for Homeland Security, and the Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention Terrorism, hosted a senior-level war game examining the national security, intergovernmental, and information challenges of a biological attack on the American homeland. You rock everything you say is 100% true.
Yea there appears to be no safety net to keep people from creating accounts using different e-mail accounts and having a troll conversation.
Event 201 signified a real coming event. Are you so sure this one will not? Smallpox to be exact.
Jim, God bless you but I don’t know where your optimism comes from. Fraud and crime could be proved a thousand times over and the country’s effective response would be, “Okay, so…”
What have Trump or his supporters got to fight with? You know that “when treason prospers…”
The Long Emergency is unfolding as you’ve been predicting. Like the South, when fantasies of a future Confederate victory came to naught, it’s time to begin finding ways to endure the coming impoverishment. Granted that nobody likes a naysayer but false hope does us no good. A few Mason jars and a block of parafin are more useful now than pointless dreams of someday retaking the state and giving the devils their due.

Lang Holland, the police chief of Marshall, Ark., shared the posts on Parler, a Twitter-like app popular among and targeted toward conservatives. Among the posts was a meme likening the 2020 election to the Revolutionary War.
“Death to all Marxist Democrats,” Holland wrote on Friday, under his own name and likeness. “Take no prisoners leave no survivors!!”
“When this is over and Trump is president for 4 more years. Do not go to sleep. Do not forget what these Marxist Democrat bastards have tried to do,” Holland wrote in another post.
“When you see one in public get in their face do not give them any peace. Throw water on them at restaurants. Push them off sidewalks. Never let them forget they are traitors and have no right to live in this Republic after what they have done.”
And my beloved, much-maligned WaPo is mightily not amused:
“Arkansas police chief resigns after demanding ‘death’ for Democrats: ‘Leave no survivors’”

I am taking knee right now praying for Lang Holland’ lost Soul.
Then I am taking another knee before Martin Looter King picture praying for Justice.
Lang Holland of Marshall, Ark.
You are reduced to quoting a nitwit like that?
The bottom of the barrel is nigh. The skies open. And it is blue once again.
Deep State roll out their secret weapon: William Barr.

Trump should just ignore this completely. No communication or sharing of information. Barr is simply not to be trusted.
