Now that everyone and everything not “woke” is a racist, a white supremacist, and a domestic terrorist, the mau-mauing of America is complete. The mug of strong English tea on my desk (a beverage from the worst modern colonialist nation) happens to be white. It is ashamed and disgusted by its privilege of holding captive eight ounces of a beverage-of-color. The beverage’s final indignity, of course, is to be ingested in my white body, and turned into countless chemical reactions there that benefit me while annihilating the beverage’s existence, which surely amounts to cultural appropriation, a kind of servitude, and ultimately murder! My wickedness will never be forgiven. Ironically, I drink strong English tea at 6:50 a.m. in order to get “woke.” Maybe I should switch to Yogi Detox Tea. (Warm milk would only accentuate my loathsome privilege and put me back to sleep.)

You see, I’m trying to imagine something like the thought process of the average Wokester. If the Left were a person, it would be in a locked ward by now on twenty milligrams of haloperidol QID. But we gave up on mental hospitals decades ago. So, the Left is on the loose out there in streets, threatening to “stab motherfuckers in the heart” one moment and ululating against gun violence in the next. I suppose stabbing motherfuckers in the heart is progressive because it allows you to get up-close-and-personal and share your lived experience with the motherfucker in question just prior to inserting the blade. Guns are so… white!

Pretty soon, America might have to start asking: what exactly is “progressive” about going insane? I think we’re getting close to answering that, and the answer is: nothing. The Left has managed to drain the meaning from the word “progressive.” We will not be able to take it seriously for generations to come (if there are any generations to come). The Left has applied every possible gimmick from the bad faith trick-bag to disable thinking in this republic generally, and the language that serves thinking. But its contorted maledictions are working mainly against itself as one preposterous idea after another bursts out of its collective pie-hole and into the blue-checked Twitter windows.

Speaking of “stabbing motherfuckers in the heart,” why are the “progressives” who moiled outside Senator Mitch McConnell’s house the other night not cooling their heels in a federal lock-up for threatening to assassinate a public official? That’s the usual procedure. How difficult would it be to locate them? Nobody has even asked — a peculiar development.

Twitter boss Jack Dorsey took the predictable “progressive” action of banning Senator McConnell’s election campaign account for posting a video of the very mob looking to “stab motherfuckers in the heart” outside his house. That should be good, at least, for a hearty lawsuit against Twitter that might raise the consciousness of the 23-year-old wokester myrmidons Jack Dorsey hired to pretend that their diligent bannings of non-woke Tweeters are the work of supposed “algorithms” — as well as Mr. Dorsey himself, the arrogant prick behind it all.

Any decent psychological detective can conclude why the Left, including especially the Democratic Party — formerly a pillar of our political system — has gone insane. Losing a national election two and half years ago traumatized the base. In the process, the party made the rueful discovery that it was devoid of reality-based political ideas. This prompted the adoption of reality-optional excuses for failure masquerading as political ideas: Russia did it! Trump was “Putin’s puppet.” That clinically paranoid meme, and the massive investigatory activity it provoked, ended in more failure, so profound that the party still can’t face it.

But the Democratic Party must sense that it is about to be held accountable for all that. The Deep State officials who acted out that shadow-play on its behalf, with all its seditious overtones, are about to be frog-marched into the grand juries any week now. The party itself, or at least its executive gang, the DNC, may be included in the clean-up operation. It’s really hard to see how the party survives that. Its loyal historians will probably say that some motherfucker stabbed it in the heart. More factually, the Democratic Party first lost its mind, and then committed suicide.

    The two sides in America have diverged from being contentious, but still cooperative at times, into fully divided and isolated and radicalized, even though they don’t see it happening.         I hate to be the Debbie-Downer here, but I seriously doubt that there is a drop of “wisdom” at the thoroughly corrupted DNC.

        Apparently Pete Buttigieg is already busy courting “The Superdelegates” even though the DNC voted to ONLY allow them to vote on a “Second Ballot” at the convention. (After the 2016 screwing Sanders got by the DNC, they HAD to throw his base a tiny bone).

        Of course, with twenty candidates in the running and completely foggy Uncle Joe and Kamala Harris being forced down our collective throats by the MSM, it seems to me that stacking the field with so many candidates will be a good way to be sure NOBODY can possibly win the nomination on the “first ballot”, thus allowing (AGAIN!) the Superdelegates to choose the nominee.

        It worked so well last time, I guess they’re figuring, why not?!

          Tis true that if you want the unvarnished truth, you’d have to go to independent news sources like Jimmy Dore and a few others. With Kunstler, you get biased rants as viewed from the right rather than from the left. The reader is still left with a lopsided account of reality. Kunstler won’t let himself admit that the country, like the planet it spins upon, has changed since he was a wee tyke. Decades of unmitigated illegal immigration, unrestrained use of H-1B visas, and job offshoring have changed our social dynamic forever. The country is a tad browner these days, because of these actions that have been allowed to happen by BOTH parties. This undermining of the near extinct middle class, to do the bidding of the donor class, has led us to where we are today. It’s apparent that Kunstler believes our political left is completely psychotic, and the political right completely sane in dealing with our current challenges. That in itself should give one pause.

      Thanks for the link to your post, which you conclude with “But don’t worry, we’re in for another 15 months of sound bites, empty promises, and flash commercials until the current presidential campaign concludes.” One of those promises is canceling student loan debt. Vox looked at the idea and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t a bad idea, but it wasn’t as good as it was made out and was too dependent on cooperation from the states and their university systems. So it’s not a completely hollow idea, but it’s not as solid as one might think.

        I think the student loan scam needs a real investigation, is what I think.
        Cancelling it just lets the scammers off the hook.

        I’m wondering why, when we see the low low interest people in the same time period were making on their savings and investments, people who took out say 30k in loans are expected to pay back nearly 50k in penalties and accrued interest.

        Also, where is the information from the universities, as to just where a student’s tuition dollars go?
        People like Liz Warren and Bernie, who directly benefitted from those high tuition rates, aren’t the best people to solve the problem.
        They want to pass the cost on to the American public.

          What objective might be realistically achieved by investigating a $Trillion economic stimulus crime? This thing was planned and executed perfectly. There never was any plan for repayment of the bulk of the loans any more than there is any plan to repay the US federal debt or any number of other debt crimes.

      From a European perspective the American situation involves some serious head scratching. The label “Left” used in the US has no parallel with the European Social Democratic tradition, tied up as it is was with populism, organised Labour and Post-War welfarism. The term “Socialism” is used in the US as almost a term of term of abuse and for most post-war Americans is a something that is not discussed openly. Vacuous Wokesterism is what an old style Marxist would call a “Bourgeois Preoccupation”.

        Check out the DSA Convention – the hits. These silly fokkers and vacuities interrupt themselves literally every minute with points of order and “personal privilege” – such as complaints about using the 2nd person plural “guys” from the podium. When each person comes to the podium, they give their name and their personal pronoun, for example John Smith, he, him. Misgendering is a huge no no, if not a crime.


        Point of Interest: the South’s y’all is clearly a valuable addition to the English Language. It beats calling groups of women, “you guys” or becoming irate at the same.

          Thank you, Neon Vincent. I no longer live in Windsor, so I missed the opportunity come out and cheer Bernie when he visited along with the insulin caravan last week. Hope things are going well in southeastern lower Michigan.

          Oh, and be skeptical of the branding of Justin Trudeau as in any way of the left. He represents the Liberal party, aka Centrism Central. Canada has two left-of-centre parties, the New Democratic Party and the Green Party, the latter of which I’m a member of. Trudeau’s veneer of open-minded multiculturalism is camouflage for a corporatist who identifies with privilege, and will smack down those who uphold principle in the face of power. His former Justice Minister learned that the hard way.

Fractured identity politics will do that for you.     “Amnesty International today issued a travel warning calling for possible travelers and visitors to the United States to exercise extreme caution when traveling throughout the country due to rampant gun violence, which has become so prevalent in the United States that it amounts to a human rights crisis. It aims to hold up a mirror to the U.S. using the model of the United States Department of State’s travel advice for U.S. travelers to other countries.

    “‘Travelers to the United States should remain cautious that the country does not adequately protect people’s right to be safe, regardless of who they might be.       Amnesty International is a little late with its travel warning, at least 50 years late. Chicago’s homicides peaked in 1974 at 970 after experiencing a sharp rise in the late 1960’s.

      I used to volunteer for Amnesty in my youth, back when it was an organization solely devoted to freedom of expression, and suppression of torture. Those days are long gone, and I now despise the new Amnesty that has replaced it, that is just another screaming woke leftist outlet.

      Yes the US is a rather violent place by western world standards. But it is not the worst place on Earth, not by an order of magnitude. If you look at homicide rates https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate, you will see that it is below the homicide rate for mankind. Yes, most of the world lives in a country more dangerous than the USA. And then of course, you need to realize that american whites homicide rate is markedly below american homicide rate. It is the american blacks of the ghetto, whose murder rate is 8 times that of whites, who really pull the american average to the level it is. If Amnesty were honest, it would say in its travel advisory: look around you and if you see most people around you are black, get out! Find a place where everyone is white, and you’ll be much, much safer.

      The white mug (person) may or may not feel shame. Should he or she fail shame? I posit that the El Paso shooter should feel shame for his despicable acts, as should any killer of any race. In this particular case, I think a distinction must be made between a generic killer (all shameful) and one who kills because of race alone, which is particularly heinous, in my view.

      For example, in Rwanda the Tutsis were slaughtered by Hutus because they were Tutsi (aka as “cockroaches”) and it was therefore “OK” to eradicate the infestation. Note: This could not be classified as an invasion, as the vermin were already in the country. This is a much more egregious type of killing than say, a robbery gone bad, a financial dispute, or heated love triangle as the reason for the killing applied indiscriminately to many individuals through no fault of their own, other than birth/ancestry/dna, etc.

      Now, I believe that White Supremacists / White Nationalists / KKK, etc. should be ashamed for their abhorrent beliefs and in may cases, their abhorrent acts. Of course, I am aware that many of the White Supremacists cloak their beliefs in the language of “culture,” “values”, “community” and “ethnic pride.” Well, talk is cheap and actions speak much louder than hollow words.

      Supremacists of any stripe are not just about color. They’re about language as well, e.g. “this is an English speaking nation!” Well, yes and no. Go to many suburbs of Atlanta and you will believe you are in South Korea. The signs are in Korean, the shop-keepers speak Korean as do the majority of the customers. The menus aren’t even in English in many cases. You can find a lot of Mandarin in Little Chinas all over the USA.

      The same is true of Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, etc. The English “country” believers assert that all immigrants should learn English. Of course, that is easier said than done. How many Americans do you know that are bilingual? Have you yourself tried to study and learn a foreign language fluently? If you didn’t start very young, you will find it VERY difficult to get to the level of near native fluency. Anyway, it may not be practical to learn English with work and all, etc.

      The White Supremacists are also very attuned to religion. Muslims and Jews need not apply. And Papists (Catholics) are hardly at the top of the list. Hindus are, of course brown, so their membership is not welcome, despite their claims of true Aryan ancestry (nolo contendere).

      They pretty much like English speaking Protestants of European ancestry. As of late many Eastern Europeans & Russians have been welcomed into the fold IF their religion is Papist, Greek or Russian Orthodox and not Jewish or Muslim. The language and Catholic differences can be overlooked in these case for practical reasons.

      An interesting dilemma is that of the Jew. While those of the jewish faith can, many times, pass as “white,” are they in fact caucasian or semitic (i.e. related to Muslims, in some way) due to their religious beliefs, and sometimes their skin tone? Many avowed White Supremacists would argue, no, that a member of the “white” race cannot abide a jew, muslim or hindu, no matter what. A minority may be more flexible on this question, especially the political leaders of the self-identified white race, which, it must be said, is the party of Trump, the GOP.

      This area is particularly problematic with the Right Wing / Republican politicos affection for the state of Israel and indeed Saudi Arabia. It doesn’t play real well with true White Supremist base, but is vitally important to the political class, so it is overlooked. In time membership may be available to Jews, just as Russians are not welcomed into the White Supremist fold purely for expedient reasons. We will have to watch closely to see what happens on this issue.

      As you can see, it is a varied and quickly changing mosaic of white supremacy worldwide and indeed in the USA, however the basis for shame seems to be fairly well established, not with whites in general, but white supremacists in particular. The problem is, is that modern day white supremacists often look like “normal, everyday” white people. Whiteness the “Jews will not replace us!” chanters in Charlottesville sans robes, cone hats, etc. They were wearing khakis and polo shirts for g_d’s sake! How are we supposed to tell the KKK from the ordinary, run-of-the mill whites? Well those tiki torches were a dead giveaway, I suppose, but really….

        It was the Democrats and the Southern Baptist Church that fostered the creation of the KKK, the father of the White Supremacists.

        It was the Democrats that fought the civil rights movement of the sixties. It was the Democrats that passed the Jim Crow laws.

        LBJ had to pass the civil rights laws in opposition to the Democrats.

        George Wallace was a Democrat. Most of the KKK leaders were Democrats. Byrd was a KKK card holder and a Democrat.

        The Clintons were Southern Democrats until it became necessary to butter up the Blacks to maintain power.

        Even Obama did very little to advance the cause of the central cities, the bastion of the problem Black.

        The Deep States disregard for the Blacks is bi partisan.

    Yes Jim, the behavior of these miscreants defies any logical explanation except that they are intentionally trying to drive the herd in the opposite direction. We have been seeing it up close and personal right here in local politics, but after fighting it successfully for a couple of years now, I will tell you what we believe to be the root cause.

    After being raised from birth to believe that they are the center of the universe, those so afflicted migrate into Cyber-World (social media) where they can set up fiefdoms that are mostly under their total control. They receive enough “likes” and few criticisms (those that they do get can be deleted) and pretty soon their “my way or the highway” attitude is firmly entrenched. The old sellout politicians like Nancy, Hillary, and Chuck realize this and lead their lemmings ever closer to the shore. If this keeps up the way it is headed, that shoreline is going to rush forward to engulf them before they get to it and solve the problem for them. Perhaps that is the game plan.

They drive away people with dissenting points of view by being disagreeable, so that those who remain do nothing except agree with one another. This turns into a downward spiral of cultish thinking, as confirmation bias kicks in and the most extreme opinions rise to the top. Explains a lot, really.

The Dems are flopping around like a fish out of water now because they’ve completely betrayed their one true political base (although, admittedly, it’s hard to remember now exactly when it was they last represented them), the working class rank and file of the former solidly middle class of this country. You remember them, the people that used to actually buy things (imagine that!) with their money, rather than stash it in thinly disguised gambling instruments, otherwise known as the stock market. Having done so, they now find themselves in direct competition with the current owners of their newly adopted constituency, the Republican right; who, say what you want about them, suffer no confusion about whose interests they serve and don’t mince any words about it whatsoever. And in the current political landscape of universal dissembling and/or downright misrepresentation, that one thing alone is enough to guarantee that the Dem brand will from this point forward be permanently tarnished and likely soon be defunct altogether. Not that they were serving any useful purpose in continuing on anyway. Better the Devil you know…

He is rejecting SuperPACs and other big money, and building his entire campaign on small-dollar donations from large numbers of people. This has the possibility to completely change how the Democrat party raises funds, and opens up space for it to be the party of working people, like it used to be. And he’s out there with plans to make real change for the better in the lives of real working people.

        Once a Mr. Thomas Twinings flew into Seattle to be on TV to talk about tea. Then he flew home.

        My job paid a buck fifty-five an hour or something, the minimum wage for tipped work at the time. Tips were how I really got paid.

        Thomas arrived with a ton of luggage. I am not exaggerating. Dripping sweat I worked for forty five minutes moving this motherfuckers luggage. At the end Thomas said thank you and gave me 50 cents. I was not on shift when he checked out the next day.

          A friend and I went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame a few years back. We drove in and stayed overnight in a hotel in downtown Cleveland. By the time we were ready to leave the next day, we had just walked back from spending hours at the HoF and still had the drive back to look forward to. The parking valets were lined up to bring up people’s cars from wherever they were parked, and this youngster went and brought up mine. I didn’t have a five on me, and was too tired to think to ask my friend, so we drove away and I stiffed the kid. I’ve felt bad about it ever since — bad enough that I still remember it, anyway.

          Long story short: tipping sucks and should be abolished. Pay a living wage.

            Speaking of a living wage. Let’s replace the minimum wage with a maximum wage for any corporation that does business in the U.S..

            As a start 12 times the lowest paid worker including contractors would be the MOST any employee or contractor could make including all benefits and anything of value received from the corporation. Private employers not seeking corporate status (LLC) would be exempt.

            Guess what the lowest paid worker would make then?

            No more bullshit $2.50 an hour because you get tips.

            Yes the factor of 12 was the average ratio between worker and executive when America was at its supposed or economic prime in the post WW2 era. Whatever my reservations about this criterion, I endorse it as an economic policy.

            For instance let’s imagine that Mr. CEO wants to make only $2,000,000.00 annually. That’s a pittance compared to today’s overpaid vermin, but under my plan that would make the lowest paid employee of the corporation $166,666.66 annual salary an actual middle class wage.
            Note the average annual compensation for a CEO of a company listed on the S & P is $11,000,000.00 the lowest paid worker in that corporation is most likely about $16,640.00 giving the CEO a 661 to 1 advantage this is the AVERAGE (in 2017 stats). Figuring 40 hours a week times 52 weeks the AVERAGE CEO makes about $5,288.46 per hour….if he actually works at all.

            Why do we allow this? These are companies that permit the owners to hide behind the skirts of the government in the form of a invented unnatural entity that now has the distinction of being HUMAN by no less an authority that the USSC, another group of vermin.

            Exempting private enterprises that don’t protect themselves with LLC or other Corporate structure from wage restrictions allows the individual entrepreneur the space to start that garage startup that turns into Microsoft.

            Another thought, What has Trump taught us? Being a CEO or POTUS is such an easy job that ANY idiot can do it. That said why is the CEO the highest paid employee when he has the easiest job in the company? From experience routine rank and file workers work much harder both mentally and physically and with much more stress than any CEO, and receive much less compensation.
            This thought first came to me as a private in the US Army in 1972. I was much more likely to die in battle than a high ranking officer but received much lower compensation for the risk. This had nothing to do with rank or who was in command and who would give orders and who would follow those orders but the value of my hide compared to those of high rank. My question was why should they get so much more in compensation and have a much better (materiel) lifestyle than me when it was my ass on the line, notwithstanding that I was a better decision maker and later a better leader of men than many of them.

            Enough, I’m off to play poker, gotta make some tax free cash.

    Maybe because the country itself has gone insane, and carried the radicals of both sides with it. JHK has not changed , as evidenced by his writings, the country has changed around him. This place is nuts.

    The real problem is mob violence. Tons of studies have shown that the mob increases violent reaction and creates Lynch mobs from just folks. The instigators of the mob mentality are increasing in number and are predominately Ult-Left wing. And globalist. One characteristic of them all is a desire to destroy the strength of the USA, which is firing off JHK also.

    I hope I am not misrepresenting JHK, but it is what I feel.

      My thoughts, JohnAZ: the problem is the absence of an authentic left to counterbalance the right. Especially the right as it has come to be since the 1980s.

      The last significant big left-wing policies to get traction were LBJ’s Great Society initiatives in the 1960s. The one that really deserved to prosper and expand was Medicare, which was expected by its designers to be the opening shot to bringing full universal health care to the USA. If that had happened, the vicious economic pressures of supply-side economics likely would have been greatly mitigated. The vast profligacy and inefficiency of America’s health-care system as it exists now would have been greatly reduced, and tens of millions of people would be living without the kind of ceaseless existential anxiety for their futures that provokes political unrest.

      Unlike its counterparts on the right, the serious left in the USA was largely crushed and removed from proximity to power with the red scares of the 1940s and 1950s. This was very much intentional on the part of right-wing political and business elites. This included intellectuals like William F. Buckley, who saw the New Deal not as a necessary accommodation to reality that rescued capitalism from socialist overthrow, but as a historical aberration that needed to be rolled back. What remained of the left was confined to places like universities, where it was subjected to further demonization that made any pursuit of genuine left-wing policies feel politically untenable.

      Once left-wing economic policies were driven off the spectrum, what remained as ostensibly ‘left-wing’ was the example of the civil rights movement, which achieved real change. Meanwhile, as time moved forward the Democratic Party moved further to the extreme center. It ceased being the party of working people, and cozied up to big business with its deep pockets in order to fund its campaigns. Voters, it was felt, would follow them even though they had nothing to offer — because the voters had nowhere else to go. What was necessary was some ideological camouflage to show that no matter how little the new Democratic party had to offer, it still wasn’t as bad as them. This was the birth of the virtue-signalling Democrat moderate who spoke in ‘feel your pain’ language, while helping big business to pick your pockets.

      That string finally played out with Trump’s defeat of Hillary Clinton in 2016. People are now talking about socialism again, because the need for something like it has never been more obvious. And because everyone can see that the Democrats’ fakery for the past 30-40 years is finally losing the last shreds of credibility.

        Yeah, the second debate dichotomy showed what you are saying. I think the Dem split is wider than the moderate Trump split which may indicate the way things will swing in the future.

        Trump made change in his first two years. The Deep State hates change. The Left hates change. The Left is bereft of ideas to try to control the deepening myriad of problems that are occurring because of overpopulation. Competition for diminishing resources will be the watch word of the 21st century and the polity of the US, or anywhere else have not got a clue what to do about it. So we go into a BS mode, which we are witnessing.

        Even Trump is only trying to remove restrictions on an adaptable economy to make it more resilient to the changes and competition coming. And trying to level the trade playing field with our competition as they are draining our capital base. Both are necessary to competing in the future. But as far as attacking the real basic problems, no one is doing much of anything.

        Because they can’t. Individual change is the only thing that will make a difference. Socialistic attempts to control the public will end up in revolution. Especially in the US, and a few Yellow Jackets in France.

    Once upon a time.

    There was a dog who attended a Democratic precinct caucus in WA state. This dog became a delegate who represented votes for a Mr. Bernie Sanders at a district level caucus a week later. This same dog could have continued on to the county Democratic caucus but let another dog spend their gas money to do that.

    But had the dog continued and had the dog been living in a swing state the dog would have had their vote ultimately nullified by a super-delegate. The trouble other dogs took to participate in ‘the process’ was wasted and stolen by the Hillary motherfucker who has no heart.

    This dog will not forget what happened and can have no more future loyalty to the Democratic party than a stray cat with diarrhea. Trump used Cambridge Analytica to steal the election from Hillary but Hillary had already stolen it from Bernie. Then theft being the lingua franca of American politics, everyone but the dog forgot.

            Super delegates are among the reasons I won’t support the Democrats anymore. They call me & ask for my support, and I tell them “sure, as soon as you get rid of the super delegates.” Their reply is something like: “We don’t have super delegates anymore.” , and I have to remind them that that only applies to the first round of voting, and after that, the super delegates are back in the game, and the fix is in. I’ve gotten so I hate all of these pricks, regardless of their parties. All of this corruption on all sides will only lead to disaster in the future, as I’m sure most people here already know. The only problem is, once the rot sets in, all you can do is throw away all of it. Therein lies the problem, trying to find parties to replace the ones we currently have. Just remember, the one percenters ain’t gonna let go, now that they have the power.

            Of course, you are absolutely correct, Captain. What puzzles me is how many on this forum think that the Republicans or Trump / Trumpists are going to save us.

(I hope I got that correct Scratch!). He may be right about that, but the others who think that the GOP is helpful and will save the day are smokin’ something funny, in my estimation! Jim’s “end game” state is spot on, but the timing is a huge variable. 60 years before the final collapse of Rome (The Sacking), the ruler was making speeches about the virtues of Roman culture and other assorted BS. Everyone in Rome acted as if it was business as usual, until it wasn’t.

            We are all having a nice walk in the park, whistling along… Little do we realize that there are unseen, deep and wide crevices on either side of our little path. We may continue our stroll for quite some time, but it is increasingly likely that we will end up in the crevice before too awful long.

            At least many of us on this forum have had a pretty good run, which nobody can take from us, but the under 5 years old set, I’m not sure they have clue what’s in store for them. Of course, they don’t, but I feel very concerned for them.

      Helix gets it. The Republicans got where they are today by being scornfully dismissive of the legitimacy of their opposition. The Dems tried to do that in reverse with the RussiaRussiaRussia nonsense, but it was too transparently (a) personally directed at Trump and (b) a deluded exercise in ass-covering for the unexpected loss in 2016.

      Now that the Mueller bubble has popped, the Dems won’t go whole hog again trying to use the Republicans’ own tactics against them. Mainly, that’s because the Dems at least understand that the society can’t survive more than one party abandoning all civility and all ideological restraint, and the Republicans have already done so. The Democrats pushed as close to the line as they dared and failed. But they still have enough juice left to paint anything the Trump administration tries to do as simple retaliation, regardless of the actual merits.

      JHK, meanwhile, isn’t yearning for a return to civility; what he wants is retribution, the main characteristic of a reactionary. It does not help his analysis.

    Here is a glimmer of hope.
    I noticed recently that almost all the local churches, and at least one synagogue, have fallen all over themselves to show how “welcoming to all” they are, by prominent displays of a gay pride banner.

    I couldn’t help but think, if they really knew what they were supporting, they might not be so “welcoming”, because I have never seen a house of worship go out of the way to express their support of various heterosexual types of sexual behavior, such as bondage, swinger clubs, etc.

    What those flags are really saying, to me, is that if they show their willingness to comply with government imposed religion (PC) perhaps the government will allow their continued existence. It may as well be a white flag.

    Oddly enough, no such banner was displayed at the local Islamic Center. They seem to be exempt from government interference in their religious practices.

    Getting to the hope part- as a feminist, I have been rather dismayed by the erosion of women’s rights in favor of men that I have seen gaining ground.
    I felt alone.
    Come to find out, there ARE other women like me.
    They’ve just had to go underground, is all.
    This woman has the same thoughts about that stupid flag as I do. I hear she’s gotten in trouble for talking about it, too:

      I often wonder, the excuse for not doing something for these people showing signs of being dangerous to themselves and others, is that they have rights, and you can’t make tem go into hospitals if they don’t want to (actually the lack of appropriate care is about money, rights are just the excuse).
      How come we are more worried about the “rights” of the mentally ill showing clear signs of a tendency to violence, but the rights of everybody else in America to be left alone to enjoy their Constitutional
      freedoms isn’t as sacrosanct?

      Has anyone here ever read any part of the Patriot Act? It’s incomprehensible because it’s for the most part amendments to existing law, so most clauses refer to a line in an Act and say “substitute ‘or’ with ‘and’ (to put it simply). A lawyer’s nirvana!

      There’s no way it was written in a week, either. It was on a shelf, awaiting the opportunity to implement it.

        Farmland can be restored to prairie or forest. At the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge in central Iowa, farms have been restored back to prairie, complete with a herd of bison. The Refuge was established in fall 1993, just 26 years ago. This type of restoration would be nearly impossible on land that has been paved over by sprawl “development”.

            Neither of these twin tragedies–urban sprawl development and industrial agriculture–would be ignored by citizens still able to think independently. Yet they are ignored, when they are not being celebrated.

            Ironically, a concept much needed in Iowa, The Land Ethic, was originated by an Iowa native, Aldo Leopold, in his book A Sand County Almanac.

    Carbon based taxation is part of the Democratic platform in that Climate Evolution has precipitated necessity to ameliorate climate disaster & resulting environmental damage. The Hobbesian Brutes in the Republican Party have no such plank in their platform and are actually opposing the global movement towards a Carbon Based System of Taxation that will enable governance to manage climate disasters much more favourably & efficiently than the knuckle-draggers that reside in the ranks of the Hobbesian Brutes et al. in the Republican Party.

    The Left is the cat’s pajamas and the Right is drunk on the souls of the poor. At least the Left is Marxian enough to see what the knuckle-draggers are up to for the next electoral outcome that will undoubtedly manifest.

      Carbon taxed taxation is baloney. It is just another way of bleeding the public of more capital and giving it to the government, especially the globalists. Individual behavior is what has to change, people need to drive less, drive electric, go nuclear for electricity, switch to renewables where feasible, decrease water usage on landscaping, turn off coal or clean it up, convert all lighting to LED, turn off lighting at night when not used, make RR competitive with airlines and switch, meatless days and others.

      Remember though, all the above have very serious economic effects that need to be accounted for. And you are trying to get folks to change which is very difficult. As the Yellow Jackets in France have shown, government control to effect individual change does not work. The PTB have to convince folks to change, convince them rationally on half and emotionally on the other half. Trying to force the changes down the public’s throat is going to end up getting shoved up their own butts.

          Abksolutely. But however attractive the carrot is, there needs to be stick of somekind…’pour encourage les autres’. A carbon tax is such a stick.

          However, unlike other taxes, like income for example, it’ (largely if not completely) avoidable simply by getting the freaking message.

          In my homeland (New Zealand) the current ‘scary’ socialist government has introduced a ‘feebate’ scheme on new vehicle imports. It amounts to a sizeable discount (subsidy) on electric vehicles, offset and paid for by a new surcharge of gas-guzzlers (particularly the 3.0 litre+ SUVs as produced by American-brand auto manufacturers.

          This in line with successful Swedish & Norwegian initiatives, both countries that have a similarly high rate of renewable (mainly hydro) electricity production. With the approaching international carbon price expected to be around US$100 per tonne, which could add $1 a gallon to gas, who wouldn’t be better off NOT having to fill a tank every week?

          So here we sit over two years into the Trump Presidency and he has been under attack even more than the last feckless dolt that sat in the Whitehouse. One does not need to know everything when President except how to take advise listen to your advisers and last but most important make decisions even those that might not be popular. President Trump is far better at leading then Barry Soetoro ever was.
          One must have a type of personality in order to be President all the qualities you call out as negative are exactly what most Presidents have had so nothing new there.
          Without a doubt you could not shine even a candle at what Trump has done and is doing you would wither into nothingness and sit in the corner sucking your thumb and most of his detractors fall into the same camp.

      Ethnocentrism is a human trait that stems from kids reacting to their parents reactions to folks of a different ethnicity, Who knows, it might be inborn as a trait to prevent populations from getting too numerous in a geographic area, sort of like personal space.

      Who knows, maybe violation of innate personal space rules, ie city living, might be responsible for the rush to the suburbs and the violence in the cities.

        When we had plenty of hard work at a living wage to go around, in my city at least, the poorest neighborhood still stood at statistical zero, crime wise.

        That’s one of the reasons I supported Donald Trump, and still do.
        He was the only candidate who thought about these things in a serious way, and understood the real causes.

            Right on the Automoble. Technological “advancement” has caused as much misery in humans as war.

            A perfect example is another gas powered advance, the tractor. It alone shoved millions off the farm during the late 1920s and early thirties, forcing dislocations to the cities that had no opportunities at the time. The result 25% unemployment and the Great Depression. The tractors did a great job plowing up the Great Plains creating fertile land for the 1930’s dust bowl. Read the Grapes of Wrath and the effects on the Joan family. How did we get out of the mess the Tractor created? We reinvented the US economy into the corporate centered entity is is today?

            How? World War 2, manufacturing expendables and killing a lot of the surplus city populations. Cruel, but true.

        JohnAZ that makes perfect sense. Cultures using primitive tools were probably at carrying capacity, so strangers would be seen as a threat to that resource base. Rural folks even today have a keen sense of personal space, whereas urbanites seem not to value that attribute, having bred it out long ago. Where I live folks target shoot off their front porches but the neighbors don’t complain because they don’t even notice. Of course urbanites are freaked out by guns, which were invented by folks with a sense of personal space to protect that personal space. Guns need space, people need space, otherwise they go crazy…

    The Democratic Party calls itself “progressive”, telling us they’re dedicated to improving the human condition. But, like everyone else, I have eyes and ears and so I agree with JHK, it’s nothing of the sort, not even remotely.

    What do I see? I see a party of wealth and privilege, committed to making life better for the rich and well-connected, making shit up as they go along, pretending to be advocates for the afflicted.

    I’ll give them credit for though. Just when you think their latest kick couldn’t be more irrelevant, and you think, what else have they got up their sleeve, they come up with something else. Gender fluidity, non-binary pronouns, tranny pissoirs, drag queen story-time for kids, these are just some of the more laughable, so you wonder where does this crap come from.

    They apparently take their cue from bastions of higher learning, those campus folk apparently having gotten bored with imparting knowledge of science, history, language, literature, philosophy, you know, that stuff that formerly made civilization run, turning themselves into bottomless wells of absurdity.

    How on earth did this happen, places that eat so much in time and resources, peopled by individuals that tell us they’re all about facts and evidence, becoming dedicated to nonsense, a national political party following the latest diktats, half the country’s population likewise?

    Are these people mad? Are the Democratic faithful all gone nuts? Well, Democrats more than anyone else, even more than Republicans, will tell you to not believe yer lyin’ eyes, rather to listen to the “experts” class. Maybe that’s the problem, a population more and more detached from the real world of action and consequence, disregarding what they see, relying less and less on their own observation and reason and more and more on a gang of mendacious, self-dealing incompetents.

    More than anything else I believe in the common sense of the common man and being one of those common men, I trust my own common sense. I trust my own eyes and I’ll make the call as to what to believe and if something looks insane, then that’s what it is. Orwell was right, people will spend a lifetime not seeing what’s right under their nose.

    Ideology has to be about reality because woe betide if it’s not. And nowadays it’s not. And so the ideologists quacking about tax cuts or deregulation or those on the other side of the divide, mewling endlessly about concentration camps or the evils of whiteness or some sexual deviance or other, whether they know it or not, will get swallowed by the sinkhole of history.

    They’ve been stinkin’ the place up for too long and it can’t come soon enough. Bye-bye and good riddance.

    As to your reply from last week, if we’re about “facts and evidence” well, there’s gobs of it from all over the world, and it tells us that societies made up of different ethnic, linguistic, or religious groups tend to start fighting.

    The USA has two founding peoples. This ain’t news and neither is the Civil War that followed and neither is the 150 year Cold War between those two dominant American ethnicities that you see playing out even today.

    Just to the north you see preening delusionists calling themselves “multicultural” when all indications are that they can’t even manage a bi-lingual, bi-cultural country. The Brits can barely handle that multi-century Protestant-Catholic squabble in Ireland, nor the Scots-English divide. Belgian Flems cordially detest their Walloon countrymen, Yugoslavs went to the mattresses and so did Sri Lankans and the Burmese are still busy cleaning out their Muslim minority.

    You can go on and on. The list of civil wars between contending and incompatible societies goes to the moon and back.

    The question is why oh why, given the plethora of examples, and even the history on one’s own soil, do some Americans of a “progressive” bent go advocating for what most manifestly does not work? The people that tell us they’re about facts and evidence seem to be most averse to those very things.

    As to history, it sticks America with those very facts to which so many are opposed. Slavery happened and there’s no getting around a large racial minority descended from those slaves. Amerindians got screwed out of a continent. The wars of 1848 happened too and there’s no getting around the descendants of those people that were conquered. These are simple facts. You’re going to have to share space with people you may not want to share with. This goes not only for Whites but also for Blacks and Indians and Hispanics. In my view, there’s no percentage in exacerbating divisions because the alternatives are hideous as history shows us, just as there’s no percentage in ignoring injustices that came in the aftermath. These things have to be lived with fairly and reasonably. I suppose what I’m saying is don’t bloody go looking for trouble, because if you look for it, you will find it.

      (1) The ‘squabble’ in Ireland is not primarily protestant-catholic – those are just useful identifiers to wear on your sleeve. It’s about colonialism v. nationalism, which is why it’s intractable, not because people argue about transubstantiation, which most trouble-makers of either side couldn’t even spell.

      (2) I wouldn’t get carried away too much about the differences between the Scots and the English. They are not existential and pale into insignificance compared to the differences between London city slickers and unemployed Liverpudlians in the same country.

    People (of all flavors) better start to listen and think more often.

    Twice in the last couple of months I have had to tell people to stand back- over nothing and completely escalated by them. Thankfully, they did. Once because the person knew me well enough that there would not be a second request and in the other case, well most of these folks are pretty much mostly talk.

    We must become more tolerant and listen more. This ghosting, banning and generally seeking to destroy people who disagree with us or say things that one’s sensitive ears cannot tolerate must end.

    Self defense, unlike say free education, housing, etc is a fundamental right.

    The reaction/ distortion the first time a few of the wokesters get blown away while harassing (really assaulting) someone will be interesting.

    If a large group of these nimrods approach say myself chanting, “stab motherfuckers in the heart”, there will be a body count and rightfully so.

Witnesses told a local CBS affiliate that as the anthem began, Curt Brockway grabbed the teen, picked him up, and then slammed him headfirst to the ground. As people nearby approached, Brockway said he slammed the boy to the ground because of his hat. “He said (the boy) was disrespecting the national anthem so he had every right to do that,” eyewitness Taylor Hennick said. Brockway told a sheriff’s deputy that he had asked the boy to remove his hat for the anthem and that the boy cursed in response, though eyewitnesses did not corroborate that portion of Brockway’s retelling.

          I’m merely stating that the Hong Kong Chinese have just cause. China has pretty much said the treaty is just an endearing little historical document.

          But (a) the UK had no leverage whatsoever – it was just handing back a territory it had no rights over and did its best to protect the interests of the citizens, and (b) the view back then, when the Chinese economy wasn’t the powerhouse it is now, was that the capitalist-facing economy of Hong Kong would be an asset to China that it would be foolish to jeopardise.

          That was then, obviously.

        That is hard to say! The following is excerpted from an articke by Robert Rapier dated 12/9/18 in Forbes:
        “The U.S. also exports crude oil. President Obama repealed the 40-year old crude oil export ban in 2015, and crude oil exports have soared since. As an aside, the reason the U.S. simultaneously imports and exports crude is that some of what we produce isn’t a good match for our domestic refineries. So we export some domestic crude and import crude that is a better match for our refineries.”
        Our refineries were equiped to handle medium and heavy crude from conventional sources, whereas, the US tight (shale) oil is light crude .American refineries, like those owned by the Kochs in Texas are equiped for heavier crude. Suprise! Venezuela sits atop the world’s largest reserve of conventional heavy crude. Therefore our aggression towards Venezuela via sanctions, makes perfect sense.

          I understand about the import/exporting shuffling due to logistics & pricing, but bottom line is that the US produces around 12MBPD of various versions of oil, and the US uses around 20MBPD of oil products, so it’s not even close.

            But I’ll bet 9 out of every 10 people, if you asked them, would say the US is a net exporter of oil. Except perhaps in the WSJ and a few specialty publications, energy markets are not covered very well in the MSM.

    The air is soft, the sky is azure blue with a few billowy cumulus clouds floating by. No worries here.

    It seems this particular instance of mass murder doesn’t fit the current ‘white people bad, Trump bad, guns bad’, zeitgeist. I’n wondering how CNN is reporting the story, or if they reported if at all.

    Being kind of a weird duck but probably representative of those who vote with their backside, I like certain positions in both parties and abhor others. For instance, I agree with Trump that neoliberal economics, which precipitated the mass exodus of manufacturing jobs to offshore entities and hollowed out the middle class, needed addressed and remedied. I also agreed with his position that the swamp needed draining. However, I’m disappointed that he let the rabid warmongering neocons, like Bolton, back in the White House.

    Unless one is a psycho far-right or far left violent revolutionary, most of us Americans, whether a snowflake, deplorable, conservative, or liberal, can get along. In my experience, at first, we might rant and rave to push our beliefs and viewpoints, but after about five minutes things settle down, the craft brews come to the table, rational conversation ensues and everybody starts having a good time realizing that we have alot in common.

    Oh hell, maybe living in Vegas, a 24 hr/day, 365 days/yr Party, has rubbed off by making me less of a pissed off old Baby Boomer!

    World Civil War by Bird Eye View

    I will start this post by reminding that the World Civil War is part of the World War of the Roses, that is, the crypto-religious war of the Red and White World Projects, provoked by the anti-Christian Black World Project to physically destroy Christianity on the planet.

    Red and White World Projects, unlike Black, recognize their historical and genetic connection with Christianity, and in the absence of an Orthodox world project, their cooperation is a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a katechon or a Restraining Power in our world.


    Well, what will happen when the Restraining Power is removed from our world, I hope everyone knows.

    But in this post I want to confine myself to the purely secular aspect of this war, since it unexpectedly acquired a situational complexity, the connection of which with the religious factor remains unclear, if we forget that while citizens of different countries are watching the upheavals of the civil war, everyone in their own country, in the USA silently was passed a law which, in full accordance with Hillary’s campaign promises, essentially outlaws any Christian churches.


    Nevertheless, until it passed the Senate, no one pays attention to it, although three years ago the Great Trump Revolution began with a reaction to the corresponding statement of Hillary. That is, people still believe in the possibility of solving religious problems using purely secular methods, and therefore I called this post “World Civil War by Bird Eye View”, and not “World War of the Roses”.

    And in order to simplify the situation under consideration, I want to recall that in December 2018, after the attack on the Crimean Bridge, Russia very quickly and for the first time since the Chernobyl accident closed the last hole in its early warning system of a nuclear attack, and the death of President George H. W. Bush did not allow the Clintonoids to turn G-20 meeting in Buenos Aires to demonstration of the anti-Russian and anti-Trump unity of the West.

    Thus, George H. W. Bush’s funeral became a demonstration of not only Trump’s unity with the Bush clan, but also the refusal of this unity to participate in the anti-Russian Crusade. Moreover, the first and main result of this unity, even before it was formalized, was the appointment of Judge Kavanaugh to Justice of the Supreme Court, and William Barr to the position of Attorney General of the United States.

    Barr was already the US Attorney General, becoming him in the early 90s under George H. W. Bush, but then he failed to put the Clintons in jail on time, and this had extremely bad consequences for the Bush clan and all of humanity.

    Therefore, Barr opening case on forgery of documents which became the basis of the Mueller investigation was not a surprise to anyone.

    But the appointment of John Durham as the federal prosecutor in the case of the start of the Mueller investigation was a surprise in connection with the reputation of John Durham, which means that those who committed this crime really could not only go to jail, but also to the electric chair in full accordance with the law on treason.

    But while John Durham methodically conducted his investigation, carefully hiding its progress, the former head of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes, no less methodically published the results of his investigation, which he conducted while the majority in the House of Representatives belonged to the Republicans, and which he failed to complete due to Hillary’s methodical resistance.

    Obviously, she ordered her flying monkeys in the House of Representatives to sabotage this investigation, and if you remember that at that time the media regularly announced the upcoming arrest of the president, it is not surprising that the most consistent Trump advocate in the US Congress failed to bring this investigation to an end when he headed the House Intelligence Committee, but now that the Republicans are in the minority, he regularly publishes the results of this investigation in the media immediately after they are transferred to Attorney General for institution of appropriate investigations in response to the next Hillary’s steps.

    Meanwhile, until mid-June, these actions of Hillary were preparations for the World Coup, which she openly proclaimed on television on May 5 in response to the appointment of John Durham as prosecutor in the case of the start of the Mueller investigation.

    This coup was supposed to begin with Netanyahu losing the elections in Israel and his arrest after that, and then this coup should have spread to Russia to Yekaterinburg and Siberia, and finally end up in the United States with the arrest of Trump.

    But something went wrong and despite Madonna’s spells at the Eurovision Song Contest in Israel, where she called Lilith herself to help candidate Hans (it’s good that at least his name is not Adolph), Netanyahu won the election, though with a minimal advantage!

    And the fact that despite the truly geopolitical assistance to Netanyahu from Trump America and Putin’s Russia, Netanyahu managed to win the elections with only a minimal advantage, shows how bad the situation was on this front.

    Indeed, this assistance included the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the return of the remains of an Israeli soldier by Russia, kidnapped in Syria many years ago.

    I will definitely return to this topic in the next post, devoted to the religious or if you want a meta-realistic examination of those events, the secular aspect of which I describe in this post. And I will begin with the fact that, having won the elections with a minimal advantage, Netanyahu failed to form a government in connection with the sabotage of the head of the Russian party of Lieberman, who was dismissed by him from the post of Minister of Defense after the notorious crash of Russian IL-20 in Syria.

    And since the President of Israel was preparing to take advantage of this situation in order to present the victory to Hans without any elections, Netanyahu, realizing that Lieberman was just biding time, announced for the first time in the history of Israel that the government would dissolve itself and the new snap elections to be held on September 17.

    And even if you forget about the Israeli lobby in the United States, which has confirmed its existence in full accordance with anti-Semitic theories in the United States and not only in the United States, but has mortally offended Russian anti-Semites, this time appearing in the War of the Roses on the side of Putin’s Russia and I will not be afraid of this word on the side of Orthodox Christianity, Netanyahu losing on September 17 will have the most sad consequences, since behind Netanyahu rivals from the party Kakhol Lavan Beni Hans and Yair Lapid stands Moshe Yaalon, who publicly and very convincingly claims that Islamic State in Syria is more profitable for Israel than Hezbollah and the Iranian Republican Guard in Syria.

She owns three homes and has a retirement fund worth north of a million dollars — but she’s of Mexican descent therefore, an object of discrimination. She honestly doesn’t realize she herself is living proof that “white privilege” is not all that determines success in this country.

    August 10, 1519 – Ferdinand Magellan sets sail from Seville, Spain embarking upon his odyssey in search of the Spice Islands in what is now Indonesia.     Just saw a photo of Donald and Melania, with Melania holding the baby of the couple shot down at Walmart. It was touching and uplifting at the same time, and Donald was standing there giving the thumbs up sign while they were both smiling. It’s really gratifying to see the efforts they make to help keep people’s spirits up. I don’t think the Trump haters have any concept of what that couple has to go through in their efforts to help America heal. I also read that Trump has authorized Twitter to attempt to expand their tweets to 280 characters, which would not only allow Germans to put two words at a time in a tweet, but would give Trump a new resource to use to combat terrorism.

    And behind the Squad led by Ocasio Cortez, apparently, looms Hillary Clinton, who needs impeachment as an excuse and a cover for a coup, and this plan revived sharply in July, after the Israeli government dissolved itself and early elections were called.

    Moreover, personally, I see behind the revitalization of this plan the information from its creators about the upcoming visit of Vladimir Putin to Losharik and about the successful preparations for his assassination.

    But the worst thing for the Democrats happened during television debates when Tulsi Gabbard tore off the mask from Kamala Harris, who in the first debate simply lynched Biden, officially supported by Hillary. As a result of this incident, it turned out that the Democrats do not have candidates who could at least theoretically defeat Trump in 2020 and that all of Pelosi’s thoughts about impeachment have nothing to do with reality.

    And just as Hillary Clinton responded on May 5 to John Durham’s appointments with an appeal to prepare for a coup in connection with the inability to remove Trump from the White House by constitutional methods, so this time she responded with a fire on Losharik.

    It became clear that the US Attorney General Barr may simply not have enough time to prepare cases for trial and the Flying Monkeys will provoke a nuclear war before the arrest of the conspirators.

    Trump in response to this threat asked his supporters in the New York prosecutor’s office to arrest Jeffrey Epstein, as the crimes of this pedophile are stretched all the way to London, to the owners of Theresa May and Bastinda, as well as to the leadership of the special services, which could not but have been related to the fire on Losharik.

    And Hillary, who, without a doubt, read republican forums like I did on the night Russia announced that at least half of the elite of the Russian Submarine Fleet had died on Losharik and the United States declared a state of emergency and ordered Vice President Pence’s plane to urgently return to Washington, making Trump’s supporters believe that their beloved president was murdered, she realized that she and her flying monkeys might not survive until the end of Durham’s investigation and the trial, and responded to this threat with an El Paso shooting to deprive Trump supporters of firearms and the right to resist the Iron Heel using well-organized and armed Militia guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

    And a few days before, William Barr refused to indict the former FBI director Comey, throwing Nunez and Gaudi into despondency, which was exacerbated by the removal of the candidature of Republican congressman Ratcliffe to head of all US intelligence.

    The grounds for the refusal to indict Comey, uttered by Barr, practically repeated the arguments of the previous Attorney General Sessions, who refused to limit the Deep State in its desire to impeach Trump, after which he lived for two years under the threat of arrest by the flying monkeys of Bastinda.

    So a week ago, everything looked very sad, until someone overdid it and organized a mass shooting in El Paso, since comparing the TV programs that the killer in El Paso and the murderer in Dayton watched allowed the Trump supporters in response to the president’s accusations in the vocabulary that provoked the mass shooting in El Paso, hint that the shooting in Dayton and the shooting of republican whip Scalise two years ago were very similar attacks.

    And this, in turn, allowed Trump to formulate laws on the so-called Red Flag in response to Democrats’ demands and appoint an investigation in which the investigation of 3 attacks of the past weekend will be combined with the search for the mysterious leader of the Mueller commission, who used a really deserved officer to cover his intrigues.

    And the pieces of this puzzle fit so well together that there is very little doubt about the final conclusions, but the story of the connection of the fire on Losharik with pedophiles in New York and Orthodox realty requires the involvement of Shakespeare, who spoke about the true meaning of the War of the Roses 1.0, and takes into account religious factor in the War of the Roses 2.0, which is beyond the scope of this post.

      But don’t feel bad about it – many Americans do the same. Mind you, so did the French when I lived there – we were all lumped together as les Anglais no matter from where we hailed. When we were not referred to as les rosbifs, that is.

      Even in England I believe the outages were localised. My ‘English’ brothers in Norfolk and West Yorkshire were spared any inconvenience, as far as I’m aware.

      My only chagrin (while blissfully unaware of the downtime chez les voisins) was being late for a rendezvous in town due to the almost-gridlock caused by a deluge from the skies unhelpfully combined with a deluge of tourists here for the Festival and Fringe. Other people’s cars, eh…

    I would like to remind everyone that the people of China are impoverished compared to the people of the US.

    China has to import most of its oil, unlike the US.

    China’s economy depends on them exporting to us. Their people derive little benefit. Tariffs hurt them much worse than us.

    China has two aircraft carriers and a small fleet of ships. There is no comparison. We patrol the world.

    China’s economy depends on US Corporations, or at least they used to be, doing their manufacturing there. If something untoward happens, China will suffer.

    China has a huge population of folks to feed with little arable land.

    The US still has more resources, convertible to capital than anyone else in the world and more cheap transportation capability than anywhere.

    China will never catch up with us, unless we allow them to do it by our stupidity.

        Until debt is called in, it is inconsequential. China and the US are both feeding off one another with debt.

        China’s debt to GDP is 55%, ours is 109%. Ready for this, current debt in the US is 22 trillion, unfounded future liabilities are 120 trillion, and that is just the government. China’s debt is 10 trillion, and they have the same problem now we do. The obligations to the people is higher than the economy’s ability to tax itself. So, like us, spend spend spend.

        And by the way, the Dems proposals are insane, but if you just ignore debt, which the world has to do now, I guess you can just keep on spending to buy those votes.

        I have often referred to that China’s debts eclipse ours by a wide margin as a percentage of GDP and otherwise. Rare earths are abundant in the US, but it is a dirty business and the EPA objects!

            Reality is though, if something is a necessary resource, like oil, no entity will block its acquisition. Fracking is a really dirty business, but it will continue. Medical care will break the bank around the world, but it will continue. Rare earths enable the advance of high tech, it will continue. Why does China or anywhere have to dirty itself with the mining of rare earths?

            By the way, sites in Texas are starting to mine rare earths.

All would have been good but Cambridge Analytica worked on Brexit and that caused the whole stinking pile of shit to come up the pipe.

    Russia-Gate has been as phony as UFO stories hatched by the Pentagon. Which some of you know happened.

Just think of how many data points Google is collecting on us to ensure Trump loses. Recently several ex employees have stated that it’s their policy to get Trump out of office in 2020 essentially. And since Google might as well be a direct report to the CCP it makes sense. I can also see why the Chinese would want Biden in since he would be a smiling, gaffe filled, pretend awww shucks puppet for his Beijing friends.           Lots of 20ish young women used to fly down from Vancouver to Seattle on weekends a few decades ago.

          Mostly blonde they would come down in threes or fours and rent a room. Checking into the hotel about 4PM. The young ladies would then dress to the nines and head out to the clubs from which they would return one by one with a black guy to use the room. As they were checking out I’d ride the elevator down to the lobby with them and they would talk like I was not there. I think a bit of daddy guilt on their part helped me be invisible.

          I was struck by how racist they were. The two seemed to go together. They could be good Vancouver girls all week but fly down to Seattle on Weekends for some good deep dicking by men they really did not see as human. They could put it all in a nice little box that was divorced from their day to day identities. The word brothers used about white bitches who like black cock to my face is that ‘these bitches want to be niggarized’.

          It is a real word that is used by real people. Perhaps not in any demographic which you are familiar with but this dog is a bit more street wise than average. It belongs in the racist bitch lexicon.

          You say offensive at several levels. Be specific. Perhaps that will persuade me to tell you what I learned from some sisters on a more intimate level. But don’t count on any of that. Some things are private but will tell you this. The sisters were not fond of the girls from Vancouver. At all.

    I’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that no matter what people may say there really has never been equal application of rules or laws in any time or place nor will there ever be it seems like. So this whole belief that somehow someway we’ll all be equal and equally accountable under the law is a little far fetched IMO. And so some people can basically freely make threats against people, dox people, destroy property, among many other things and yet absolutely nothing happens. And then on the other hand there are people being censored and removed online simply for saying things like maybe its best not to let toddlers choose their gender, or perhaps its best if we didn’t let people overstay their visas. And where to even begin with the my mass shooter isn’t as evil as your mass shooter arguments? After all that is it then all that surprising that keeping a civil society seems impossible now? I think the people who think they are so smart have made a big mistake by making it so open and clear that there isn’t any such thing, not even in feigning and pretense, as “justice for all”.

    Being awake, I felt it somewhat necessary to look up the definition of the term ‘woke’ as used in the context in your fine essay.

    Epstein’s “suicide” and the War of the Roses

    Consider this post a continuation of the previous post and an introduction to the “World Civil War by Bird Eye View”, which will describe the meta-realistic aspect of the previous post.

    So I wrote many times that Epstein’s arrest is Trump’s response to the fire on Losharik, after which it became clear that Barr and Durham might not have time to indict the organizers of the Donald Trump persecution campaign before these organizers provoke a nuclear war.

    The fact of the matter is that Epstein could have testified against people who participated in acts of pedophilia, not because they like it, but because these acts were ritual in nature.

    But I never explained what kind of religion it is, that it has such rituals, and how these rituals are associated with the fire on Losharik.

    And in this post I will not do it, including because this religion has more than 3.5 thousand years and it is simply impossible to describe it within the framework of one post, especially when you consider that the meta-realistic aspect of the War of the Roses requires analysis of such serious texts as Shakespeare’s plays “Henry VI” and “Richard III”.

    But in advance I will allow myself to note that I already discussed this religion in connection with Madonna’s performance in Israel and Rammstein’s video “Deutschland”, so that a lot of people discuss this topic as applied to modern times, and there is a lot written in the Holy Scripture about it.

    Moreover, archaeological excavations of the city of Jericho and the city of Ugarit confirm the Holy Scripture.

      The simple act of thought is recognition of limits, but being able to defy the universe and make your own rules in spite of reality, shows lack of thought. Toddlers also experiment with defiance to get their way and really it never really stops. It just gets older until and if the transformative experience molds childish soft clay into solid character.

      Transformation is not guaranteed and despite mankinds’ apparent fascination with technology, people do not experiment with technology unless there is a need to do so. There must be a problem to be solved. Left to their own devices people simple don’t self-motivate in general. Hot pockets, cheese doodles, big macs and 24/7 digital entertainment. Nowhere in this scenario lurks a mother of invention. The fourth turning is at full grind.

      It is hard to admit that we are now a culture of adult children so I understand why someone would want to drag in the K Marx scapegoat. The truth is hard to take.

Not even sure I buy that, though it may be that for most their motives are simple and self serving. Seems like this type of thinking could actually empower such people. After all, if you never knew something existed, how would you know it was about to consume you and couldn’t it be a little too late when you found out?

          There are stages of maturation in humans. The final stage includes reasoning, empathy, right and wrong, planning, emotional control, a front lobe panoply.

          These folks never made it through this stage. Recognize the lack of the above characteristics. The words I associate with the last stage are honor, self-esteem and self control. All three plus empathy are missing in these folks, and the power people are hideous.

          Notice that the focus of the Democratic Party today are kids, and immigrants. The final stage occurs around age 21 or so and emigrants usually leave their lands for a reason, non compliance.

    I’m just now finding out about Epstein’s death, and I along with so many of you and others throughout the fruited plain find myself not one bit shocked. I just knew this was going to happen.

    It just shows how truly scared The Clinton Crime Syndicate and so many others were of Epstein rolling over on them. They are willing to go ahead and deal with the PR flap of his death rather than deal with serious jail time.

    I get the feeling that a lot of these “Physicians” now are a bit corrupt, and they work-the-system to try to get the patient to do borderline questionable tests, procedures, and surgeries to run up the bill? It looks like there are very egregious conflicts of interests with the doctors referring patients to clinics in which the referring doctors have an equity interest and the referring doctors get paid commissions and kickbacks for the referrals and for prescribed medications, etc,

    I’m thinking of opening up a Sperm Bank and then start printing money and doing some Quantitative Easing…. There are a lot of very crazy people out there now. There’s probably a big demand particularly if you can figure out how to Bill it to the government? I could promise to pay interest on people’s sperm deposits? Or I could start an underground Sperm Bank? People could cum to my Sperm Bank to borrow sperm at an extortionist interest rate and if they don’t pay me back with a kid, then I send out some goons to beat the crap out of them. You’d have to do a bit of quality control so that you didn’t mix up the white sperm, black sperm, and the yellow sperm. You could freeze it in ice cube trays in the freezer. Drop the ice in a glass and make whiskey sour high balls for the patients. Walk around in a white lab coat with a balding head and a stethoscope.

    Remember the state of affairs in England around 1450, the War of the Roses starting shortly after the debilitating Hundred Years War between England and France. English nobles had lost much of their holdings in France. A lot of turmoil leading to the Rose Wars.

    Mid-way through WWI, the Entente (Britain, France, Russia) thought that they had the upper hand vis-a-vis the Central Powers (Germany, Austria-Hungary; Turkey) because in an industrial meat grinder war of attrition eventually the Germans would run out of warm bodies to fight since the Germans lacked colonies overseas (like the Tommies and the Frogs) that they could draw upon for reserve manpower using their fleets. This was a big problem for the Germans. As a counter strategy, the Germans devised a plan to draw the French into a big mousetrap using the Germans superior machine guns and artillery.     I read somewhere that they’ve repealed the meat labeling requirement to show where the meat purchased in the supermarket comes from as they’re planning to start growing artificial Lab-grown meat in China. Jesus….

    They’re also now engineering human-animal hybrids. I guess that insects (like flies) have a much faster metabolism than humans and animals so that they could theoretically grow an insect -animal meat hybrid creature in just a couple of hours, which would be very profitable?

    Let’s start with the Catholic Church.

    For the sake of simplicity , let us assume every accusation is true.

    Three out of four of these cases do not involve a girl under the age of ten.

    No , three out of four of these cases involve a boy , whose median age is fourteen.

    Am I the only one who sees something wrong with this picture ?

    A phenomena is consistently characterized as pedophile , which as a basic matter of fact has scarce anything to do with pedophilia.

    To be generous you could call it an issue of pederasty .

    But why bother to even go to that trouble ?

    Why not just call it a homosexual issue ?

    But , interestingly , NEITHER the Catholic Church , nor its enemies , seem the least interested in using the much more accurate word , ” homosexual ” .

    NEITHER SIDE seems to be particularly interested in the three out of four , but it seems would rather focus on the one out of four.


    Remember how once upon a time ( once upon a time —- i.e. last week. ) the conventional wisdom was that the Catholic Church wound up in this mess due to its Backward Medieval dogmas on sexuality and family ?

    Well , what the Hell do Bill Clinton , or this Eppstein guy , have to do with these Backward Medieval dogmas on sexuality and family ?

    They aren’t subscribers , are they ?

    Very curious.

    Outside the Church , and commonly enough within it , it was commonly assumed that the celibacy rule for clergy presented something of a problem for heterosexuals.

    But today , within the Church , and despite having learned that three out of four of these cases involve homosexual activity , it appears that the celibacy rule for clergy is not viewed as any particular problem for homosexuals.

    It all reminds me of an occasion when I was fifteen years old , ( I can’t remember the precise nature of the occasion , that was a long time ago ) it occurred to me that if a heterosexual man wanted to become a cheerleading coach , he might have a serious problem.

    But , generally , if a gay man wants to become a cheerleading coach , nobody seems to think much of it.

    Despite the fact that , in those days , it was not at all unpopular to characterize homosexuals as creepy deviants.

    A creepy deviant as instructor to your twelve year old daughter is no big deal ?

    But , apparently so.

    Curious-er and curious-er .

    I have long not cared much for sex scandals.

    I rarely find ANYTHING in them but a weirdly macabre and titillating entertainment masquerading as something else.

        I have no problem conceding there is a big difference when we are talking about a four year old.

            Clear up your thinking. A priest having sex with a fourteen year old boy is at least borderline pedophilia and also a homosexual act. Calling it just a homosexual issue dismisses the significant underage aspect. There’s a major difference between sex with an adult male and sex with an underage minor. I won’t blur the distinction.             tusconspur it is a matter of defining words and terms, both biological and legal.

            A boy or girl before puberty is prepubescent. Go ahead….look up that word. It’s true. After puberty they become post-pubescent.

            Right after puberty a human isn’t regarded as a legal adult yet, although he or she can partake of the reproductive process obviously. High School Biology 101. And up until WW2 it was quite common in rural parts of this country for females to get married and start families at the age of 14. Some 15. Some 16. The rest a bit older. While males would usually get married at 17 and older. So yes often 14 year old females married guys 4 to 10 or even more years older.

            Legally if an adult has sex with a boy or girl who is prepubescent then that is pedophilia. After puberty it is pederasty. Pederasty is NOT okay with me. I don’t have to clear up my thinking. You need to clear up some definitions to words. By calling it what it truly is by definition does NOT minimize it. And fully mature adult Priests who have sex with teen boys are usually both pederasts and homosexual. Any former Priest will tell you that the homosexual culture in the Catholic Church is massive. Well, any former Priest who’s willing to talk, that is. But plenty have.

            And if you talk to people of a certain age in Ireland, for instance, they’ll be able to tell you why. Because of those who haven’t been able to resign themselves to the FACT that homosexuality, in a minority of men and women, is a biological reality.

            I’m not talking about what you might call the lifestyle casual lesbianism, for example, that pertains among the luvvies of the big screen or the music scene as self-publicity, just the normal ones – men and women – who were born to be something they didn’t ask to be.

            In addition to that, pious families in Catholic Ireland, back in the day, liked to produce at least one priest. It had tremendous kudos, to the point where your mother could persuade you you had a vocation.

            Put those two things together and where did the young man find refuge who knew he didn’t want to get married, couldn’t get married, and needed to find an excuse for why he couldn’t get married that wouldn’t destroy his pious family? Because people damn well weren’t going to stop asking why he wasn’t ‘courting’. Bingo, you’ve got yourself a ‘vocation’.

            If the church had wanted to minimise the number of homosexual priests within its ranks, all it had to do was to accept the reality of those men outside its ranks who didn’t happen to fit the norm, leave them be to live their lives, and even tell them the priesthood wasn’t the best place for them, in case they were wondering. (Not insisting on a celibate priesthood would clearly have helped too, because the default would have been family men.)

            But it couldn’t accept reality and still can’t. Because it wrote its own reality, like Karl Rove said some people can.

            Thankfully, such young men now have plenty of other options. But the damage has been done.

            Not that any of that excuses the ones who went on to harm underage youngsters. But it stands to reason that if men are joining the priesthood for the wrong reasons, even if they’ve been encouraged to lie to themselves about those reasons, a proportion of them will do bad things.

            No matter what we think or know about the sexuality of 14-year-old girls, we tend not to like the idea of older men taking advantage of them before they’re old enough to know their own minds as opposed to their urges. Especially since the consequences will likely be greater for them than for the men.

            Except that if you look round the world, you’ll find that the more religious the society, the more likely you are to find older men married to young girls. Because it’s not the girls who get to choose and it’s not the girls who have the opportunities to do other things until they’re of a reasonable age to tie themselves down.

    I get the distinct impression myself that it had scarce ANYTHING TO DO with religion , given when I ask myself , ” Who profits ? ”

    Who has the most to gain from it ?

    Well , I don’t know the exact numbers , but clearly as often as not these prosecutions were orchestrated by the secular state , not by church authorities.

    The famous Salem Witchcraft trials in North America , for example , came about not when Massachusetts was a Congregationalist Church theocracy , but rather after that theocracy had been dismantled and replaced by a British Royal administration.

    It seems decidedly odd to me that those who presumably had the most to gain were so often not in the drivers seat , but at best were only riding shotgun.

    As i said , previously the Catholic Church pretty much had a lock on Western Europe. Among other things , one thing this basically meant was that every locale or country had not one government , but two governments , a church government and a secular government , with the church government actually being the senior partner.

    But , again , as I pointed out , in this period witchcraft prosecutions were rare as hens teeth.

    I think it is no coincidence that the witchcraft hysteria appears when religious authority is actually being ushered out , and for the first time in history the secular state is not only in the ascendant , but even seeks to eclipse the religious authority entirely.

    In other words , it wasn’t about religion at all.

    And who profited ?

    The party nobody wanted to point a finger at ; The secular state.

    To put it another way , there was a witch in the courtroom , but it wasn’t the person in the dock.

    There was witchcraft going on there , but the spells weren’t being cast by either Satanists or Christians.

    To put it another way ; Witchcraft trials were not about witchcraft.

    Something else was going on there that nobody wanted to talk about.

    Roughly a hundred years after Martin Luther presumably gave Europe religious freedom , the fruit of that vine was an orgy of pointless bloodletting.

      I’m rather interested in the topic of Witchcraft as well.

      It seems that Witches have a proclivity for mating with certain types of men (demons?) and producing bastard kids? Why they do this is a bit odd, but it may have a spiritual dimension?

      Ted Bundy was a bastard. Morton Stanley was a bastard. I suspect that Bill Clinton is a bastard. Chelsea Clinton is definitely a bastard.

      I’m not sure what they were doing to those young girls on Jeffrey Epstein’s Island, or if any of them had any kids?

      I read somewhere that around 10% of kids born in the US are bastards. The epidemic of single parent mothers and feminism has probably produced a plethora of bastards?

        Bill Clinton wasn’t technically a bastard. His real father’s name was Blythe, who was killed in a car wreck before he was born. Much of his childhood his name was therefore ‘Billy Blythe’. His mother got remarried to a guy named ‘Clinton’, who was a drunk and often beat his mother.

        Bill hated his step father and when he was about 15 or 16 was big enough to beat him off his mother while he was drunkingly beating her again one night. If memory serves the guy left for good soon after.

        Even though Bill hated his stepfather he nevertheless legally changed his name to ‘Clinton’ when he was 17 or 18. Whenever Arkansas lets you legally do it. That’s because he knew that he was going to go into politics even then and Bill Clinton had a much nicer ring to it than Billy Blythe.

        So isn’t it interesting that Hillary has chosen to adopt the ‘Clinton’ name too for political expediency. A drunken wife beating misogynist’s name chosen by a feminist. Well she’s always been a hypocrite. The woman who in 1992 made fun of women who “stand by their man”, yet that is all she has ever done in her adult life. She wouldn’t be anything without her man.

        As for “witches” mating with “demons”? Well that’s just the kind of nonsense that is typical for you to believe.

      Yeah it pretty much seems like it was a way for society to get rid of the women they didn’t want to deal with anymore for various reasons since around 75% of those killed were women. They were typically single or widowed and almost always on the poorer side. But there were also still thousands of men killed for being witches and it seems like they were often lower class sheperds, farmers, blacksmiths, etc. I think it was a way for society to get rid of people collectively determined to be undesirable in many respects. All cloaked in the culture of that time. This type of phenomenon could very easily happen again.

        Yep, well spotted. Same as with those widows who ‘religiously’ had themselves immolated with their dead husbands under suttee/sati in India. Cheaper for the in-laws than keeping an economic burden around.

        It’s cheaper for the Catholic Church not to have to maintain priests’ wives and widows too, even though you’d think that, in a religious context, the best person to give you advice on family matters would be a family man (or woman).

          I’d be surprised if you didn’t know that the priest(s) of any Catholic parish is maintained solely by the donations of the congregation, plus any personal (family) resources they can access (among the secular priests, anyway, in NZ). There’s no call on the vast Vatican purse.

          But aside from that, we couldn’t be more in agreement.

          I’m a born-into-it Catholic and was raised/educated by a plantation convent from County Kerry, nuns of the Presentation Order. They arrived in the year of my birth (1957) and set up a school for the Green Island parish, a newly developed subdivision brimming with Dutch refugees in need of a Catholic option.

          There were a couple of mature ‘Mothers (Aidan & Celine) who ran the show but the rest of the cohort (6 if I recall) were very young women – girls, in fact, perhaps 18 to 22 y/o (though to us they were ‘old ladies’). They spoke Gaelic on occasion, so the children could not know what they were discussing.

          I’m guessing, in retrospect that many of these girls’ vocations were also an escape from intolerable alternatives – family violence, abuse, poverty and no doubt in some cases, from a realization that marriage & a horde of under-fed children would not be up their alley.

          Thee’s now some pretty horrendous stories of nun-abuse coming out in my old-town’s news…things not quite as horrendous as the Magdalena Laundries, but pretty nasty. Even among these apparently beatific women, there were some twisted creatures.

          My mother (now 83) still corresponds with a couple of those young nuns, now repatriated to Eire, who taught my brothers & I. I would love an opportunity to talk with one of them now and explore their motivation for joining.

            Actually, I didn’t now that, Majella – in the Church of Scotland, ministers are paid a ‘stipend’, financed from central funds, as far as I’m aware, although obviously those central funds are partly made up of contributions from congregations. ‘Socialism’ gets everywhere, eh!! The Assembly decides from one year to the next if the church can afford to pay them an increase, as it obviously has other obligations, such as care homes and the like, as well as its ministries.

            It was my in-laws in Ireland who passed on to me their opinion (from reading, I presume) that the widows of priests – especially those who died young – were a financial liability (celibacy was introduced in the 11th century of course, so current arrangements were not the context). In today’s context, I don’t know for how many decades the donations of the congregation would easily maintain a widow and her possibly large brood, for the time they were dependent, as well as a new priest.

            Leaving that aside, yes, the whole ‘vocation’ thing is unclear. We know from literature that many women from poor backgrounds, especially if their face was not their fortune, ended up nuns, sometimes by ‘choice’, sometimes with none.

            In fact, reading the aspirations of one person on this very blog to have young women assigned by ‘top alpha males’ to men they might not even like, I can personally see the attraction of a life that at least allowed you to escape one kind of bondage, even if it kept you in another.

            I read an interesting book a few years ago, by John Lanchester: Family Romance: A Memoir (he of the excellent Whoops, a layman’s guide to the financial crisis of 2007/8).

            Family Romance is a book about his parents. His father had been a banker, in the days when such people were mostly sober, suited gents, a large part of whose remit was to stop you borrowing more money than you could afford to pay back.

            His (Irish) mother, as no-one in the family knew until after she’d died, had been a nun! And had had considerable achievements, having spend a number of years in India managing a school (which she may even have founded). WIthin the convent she’d been quite prestigious. But she’d left, having decided she didn’t have a religious vocation at all, and got married. And told no-one about her past.

            It’s a while since I read the book, so I can’t remember if it was her or her sister (also a nun) who left her convent at an earlier stage, then returned. Anyway, this young nun, whichever one it was, realised her ‘vocation’ was a fantasy, and she returned home to her parents, hoping to pick up a normal life.

            But the parents refused to acknowledge her existence, such was the shame of her situation, to them. She lived in their house and they refused to look at her or talk to her. I think she eventually re-entered the order or another one – if it was the mother, rather than her sister, I think that was why she escaped to India before giving it up altogether.

      The real, big league Witch Hunts occurred in central Europe during the 30 years War, 1618 – 1648. About 40,000 ‘Witches’ burned at the stake and otherwise liquidated in those dark German Forests. The 30 Years War was the largest bloodletting in history — about 7 million dead — until WW1 came along and broke the record. Its a good example of what Europeans are capable of when they get riled up. I know it was a long time ago but human nature does not change.

    In continuation of the previous post or Trump vs Clinton

    The next post, “World Civil War by Bird Eye View” is so overloaded with meanings, some of which will act on the victims of anti-Semitism as a red rag on a bull that I just have to describe Trump’s reaction to the “suicide” of registered pedophile Epstein in a separate post.

    So, 20 hours ago, Trump retweeted some African-American comedian who wonders if Jeffrey Epstein’s “suicide” is the work of Hillary Clinton, and he uses such famous hashtag as “#ClintonBodyCount” in this post, and the Attorney General Barr makes a statement that Epstein’s “suicide” is suspicious and will be investigated.


    And these very moderate statements caused such a panic among Clintonoids, as if Trump declared the need for martial law and the immediate arrest of all who can help the remaining witnesses in the Epstein case to kill themselves, which, in my opinion, after the fire on Losharik, became a threat and a rein thrown by Trump on American leaders of intelligence services, whose activity began to pose a mortal threat to all of humanity.

    Moreover, at the beginning of the panic, these pro-Clinton mass media let slip that 7 years ago, Epstein was blacklisted in all Trump casinos and stopped being allowed to go there after he attacked an underage girl in one of the casinos.


    Moreover, they indirectly confirmed the reports of anti-Clinton bloggers that the first case of Epstein, as a result of which the latter became a registered pedophile, having served 13 months in prison, was initiated by Trump precisely after this incident, and Trump made quite significant efforts and contributed no less significant funds.

    And I will add to this the artistic truth, based on stylistic analysis and very, very indirect signs that this youngster, who was attacked by Epstein, was a relative of Trump and this incident occurred after Trump refused to participate in the outrages ala Eyes Wide Shut, and Bastinda made him become Ross Perot 2.0 for his reprisal against Epstein.

      John when are you going to get comfortable with the reality that ethnocentrism is perfectly normal and healthy? Not every expression of it is. But in a general sense its actually an instinct. So the other 98% do care to greatly varying degrees of course. And due to the extreme and profound indoctrination that has so clearly seeped into every little corner of life here its unfortunately many White Americans that dismiss their distinct ethnic existence. Its a fascinating and frightening pathology. Needless to say, healthier populations in terms of this characteristic are poised and positioning to replace the unhealthy. And an Ethnocentrist viewpoint can be very unrelated to a Supremacist viewpoint btw.

        Ethnocentrism is what makes idealistic dreams like the US seemingly impossible. You are right, it is an instinct. It is responsible for the spread of mankind over the earth, as each family or ethnic group wanted their personal space, they moved.

        Ethnocentrism kept a buildup of humans in any one area from happening I guess. In today’s world, where there is no new horizons, ethnocentrism is counterproductive to folks just getting along. When competition for space and resources occurs, it is just another source of excuses to go to war.

        The real problem though takes form when another “sin” comes into play, power. Power is another instinct in some people that has its place in history. Humanity would still be hunter gatherers if some power dude or dudette hadn’t led them out of the past.

        Combine extreme power and ethnocentrism and the making of disaster happens. That combination has caused more human death and misery than any other. Every leader that has taken his ethnic followers “to conquer” the world is an example.

        Power and ethnocentrism are two components of original sin when overdone, the definition of evil. Add on vengeance and you have a real potential for havoc.

        The US currently is not, not a melting pot nor can it be. It is a tossed salad, with very little mixing. Even after the laws were passed in the sixties, little mixing of the ethnic groups has occurred. The reason is obvious, because they prefer to stay separate. How can different groups blend cultures to form a common culture when they prefer to stay apart. IMHO, this is the way of nature and will not change, so get ready for eventual separation of the US as forced integration, like the Civil War is no longer possible.

        And yes. Evil ethnocentrism is at the heart of it.

      Even if it wasn’t the Depression, these guys would have a tough time taking to the prison of 9 to 5. Hard boiled with guns well oiled.

      So many of them checked out in 1934. Dillinger only two months after Bonnie and Clyde. Remember when they got Dillinger in Tucson?

          I think there were a few neighbors near their movie ranch hideout that Manson himself had a hand in murdering.

          Even the hardest of cases in the 1930s — Dillinger in Chicago, Legs Diamond and Dutch Schultz in NYC — wouldn’t in their wildest criminal imagination think of sending assasins to innocent people’s houses in the middle of the night to murder them.

      We used to have a lot of greasy spoon diners around here, every town had at least one. Like ‘Gator Joes’ must have been. Burger, fries, cup of coffee, that’s about what you’d order, maybe followed up by a slice of carrot cake. There were no calorie counts or gluten warnings on the menu, in fact there wasn’t a menu. What do you need a menu for when you’re ordering burgers and fries? The name of the place I’m talking about was Christys.

    Watching the initial reaction of Epstein’s suicide.

    How can somebody be taken off suicide watch who was still suicidal?

    Why was his cell mate taken out violating prison regulations?

    Why was the 30 minute guard patrol skipped just at the time he killed himself?

    You know, this miscarriage carries enormous import. The PTB that enabled this debacle will have again gotten away with murder, if they do get away with it. The public is fully aware of the situation and if they pull this one off in broad daylight, it could be the end of Lady Justice in the US. The fall into chaos is not far away and the Rule of Law is just about the only thing left that binds this country together. Destroy the Rule of Law and this country is kaput.

    What Jeff Epstein et al had in his knowledge base must have been horrendous against the Elite, as they are taking the chance of national dissociation to rub him out. Nice place we live in.

    Reality is starting to hit me.

      More incriminating are the 14 names in Epstein’s black book of 14 child molesting white members of the Trump administration who used Epstein’s underage child sex trafficking “services”.

      The Trump guys in Epstein’s black book are criminals and sick child rapists paying Epstein for under age girls, but Trump chose them, so who knows… some of them may be fine people.

      Just as some of the employers who break the law by recruiting and hiring “illegals” … ICE finds thousands of hard working people to be handcuffed and deported, leaving children behind to starve.

      But who knows, maybe some of the criminal CEO’s who illegally employ immigrants are good people, too. Strange the CEO’s are not arrested for their crimes of illegally recruiting, transporting, hiring, and hiding immigrants from ICE. Maybe billionaire Trump has an “understanding” with the CEOs.

      After all Trump hires illegals, too, in his businesses, golf courses, etc. and Trump knew Epstein and knew Epstein “liked them young” when Trump hired 14 of Epstein’s clients to work in the Trump administration. The US people have been conned.

      The con ends in 2020 and citizen Trump will eventually have to do hard time for his crimes. State evidence is mounting and state indictments will flow down like a mighty river. No federal pardon can cover Trump’s state crimes.

        Clinton is documented going to the Pedophile Isle many times. How come Trump is not recorded doing that. How come Trump threw Epstein out of Maralago when he found out what he was up to.     Interesting article I just read. Evidently the magnetic poles are shifting positions and some think they may be ready to reverse. Hmmm?

    Is it possible that they may be involved in the weird weather changes we are seeing on earth? We do know that the magnetic field protects us from the majority of the solar wind. Could it be that the seeming shifting of the weather belts and zones might be tied into where the magnetic field is allowing solar radiation intensity to change position on the earth’s surface? Just supposing, I have not seen this conjectured before.

    What happens if they do flip? Another variable we do not understand very well.

            Off-point? I’m not against taxation as a general principle, but at some point taxes become too high and too ridiculous—such as taxing the letters in the words we use in our speech. But I understand why this example may have gone over your head; likely you’d find nothing objectionable about it at all.

    There are many people across the political spectrum who hope this Epstein story is a gift that keeps on giving, obviously to shame political opponents as names and salacious details are revealed, but I don’t think the story will be around too long. Epstein just wasn’t that important. It will be interesting to find out just how much money he had, and where it came from. What it will be about from here on in is lawsuits by the purported victims against the Epstein estate. The estate itself has been frozen. Many, many ‘victims’, and their lawyers will be looking for a big payday as a result of this whole sordid affair.

      The point, Finca, is not the circumstances of Joan of Arc’s death, with which I and everyone else are perfectly aware, but your assertion that it was the ‘British’ who killed her.

      There were no ‘British’ in the 15th Century. As you have just demonstrated above, it was the ‘English’.

        Britain was the name made popular by the Romans when they came to the British islands – way before the 100 year war and the war of the roses.

        England used to be known as Engla land, meaning the land of the Angles, people from continental Germany, who began to invade Britain in the late 5th century, along with the Saxons and Jute.
