Maybe Dr. Sanjay Gupta was born at night — but surely not last night. Apparently, CNN’s house doctor went into his interview on the Joe Rogan Experience with eyes wide shut. Did his handlers and preppers not have a clue that Joe would give Sanjay the business about CNN’s deliberate, incessant, and epic lying in the service of forces that seek to destroy the country, its people, and western civ with them?
The issue was Mr. Rogan declaring publicly that he took ivermectin with a suite of other drugs to get over Covid-19 in a few days’ time and then CNN’s defaming of the Nobel Prize winning drug as “horse de-wormer,” and defaming Joe Rogan for taking it. CNN’s bad faith propaganda plays a key role in the dishonest and untrustworthy campaign by America’s public health officialdom, led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, to prevent the clinically-proven ivermectin early treatment protocol from being recognized by the FDA, because doing so would nullify the FDA’s emergency use authorization for the still-unapproved Covid-19 “vaccines.”
It was painful to watch Sanjay wriggle and try to squirm away from the accusation that his network lies knowingly to the public (and that he abets it). “It’s a lie that they’re conscious of, it’s not a mistake,” Joe Rogan said, pithing the famous TV doc like a common carpet moth. “You know that they know they’re lying,” he pressed on. “Do you think that’s a problem, that your news network lies?”
Yeah, it’s a problem, Sanjay finally admitted, lamely. And it’s no small problem that the nation’s community of doctors has allowed itself to be buffaloed into killing tens-of-thousands of patients across the land who are denied life-saving treatments, while harming and killing many others with “vaccines” which deliver toxic spike proteins that damage blood vessels and organs.
Sanjay Gupta is now the discredited poster boy for American doctors-without-honor and a medical system in abject collapse. All this lying by the government, the doctors, and the news media led to “Joe Biden’s” dastardly “vaccine mandate” — and fake, too, since there is still no actual legal instrument behind it — that is the final insult to medicine as legions of health-care workers ranging from doctors and nurses to janitors quit their jobs rather than submit to forced “vaccinations.”
The vax mandate is in-step with the primary motive of the Democratic party’s neo-Jacobin program, which is to push people around, to coerce them to do things that common sense and the instinct for survival argue against, and then to punish the people sadistically when they refuse, and to do it for the sheer pleasure of inflicting harm on their enemies — who happen to be the citizens of the USA. That is your “Joe Biden” government, from top to bottom, a matrix of fakeness and malice.
The vax mandate is doing a stellar job of wrecking every other public service from sea to shining sea as police, firemen, EMTs, 911 operators, and soldiers in the US military demur from the shots. And, of course, there are all the private companies going along suicidally with the scheme: the airlines, the railroads, the truckers, the retailers, you name it, all shedding employees and the ability of the companies to function. Naturally, the news media is trying to hide the damage, but in another week the net effect will be of the world’s biggest-ever general strike. Every activity in the country will stand still; some activities will just crash-and-burn; and many will not return to their prior states-of-operation.
This is not just a matter of the kiddies missing their Christmas presents. That’s just a dumb-ass sentimental ruse to divert your attention from the entire armature of American life imploding at warp speed. Christmas presents! How about no food, no gasoline, no heat, no money, and no public safety? That’s where this is taking us, and in the fast lane. And it hardly matters whether the financial markets manage to stay artificially levitated. Reality has already discounted the financial markets because they have forfeited their basic function, which is to signal the true price of everything. The true price of a society lying to itself about everything will be the sickness and death of the society.
We must be very close to a clear majority of the people in America recognizing the danger we are in and identifying the source of that danger. When that moment arrives, will we be able to do anything about it? It may take extraordinary measures not seen before in our political history.

Let it come it’s long overdue, and it’s the only way to clean up the mess including the fools on the hill.

A General Strike, something we only see (and rarely at that) in Europe. A General Strike would certainly open up a lot of eyes here in #FJB’s America.
Bet we see more of “Jubilee” next…
I think that all vax resistors are on a sit down strike.
And it’s really pissing off our owners!
I’ve always thought of “Dr.” Sanjay Gupta as nothing more than a shill for big pharma. The guy openly lies through his teeth on national television. What did he think would happen when he went on Rogan’s podcast?
I think he thought he would easily best a comedian, with his superior intellect,
No way I am getting the vax, but I am surprised more people are dying or more choas.
Same with silver prices not sky rocketing, preps being a good idea etc. I still am holding strong but looking a little foolish.
IMHO gold and silver are being held down artificially by the crypto-currency fad. Yes, the cryptos have the huge advantage of being extremely portable and very secure from snooping. But the downside is this: No Grid. No Money.
For this reason, gold and silver will always reign supreme when the collapse comes.
In a way, I am actually thankful for the effect that Bitcoin and Etherium have had in suppressing precious metals prices. It keeps bullion at a price I can still afford. Otherwise, I figure gold would have long ago passed $3,000/oz. and silver would be way about $100/oz.
My recommendation: Keep only enough crypto for prepping needs, but don’t put all your eggs into that basket. Gold, Silver, and Lead (bullets) are the commodities to hoard in bulk.
…
+ 9mm re Pb, Au and Ag
Bitcoin and Etherium can’t be lumped in together. Etherium (and all the other spec cryptos and crypto coins) will disappear along with fiat money because they’re both centrally controlled. Bitcoin will not only survive, but continue to thrive, and will eventually replace fiat as the means of exchange.
As for gold/silver, they’re not being artificially deflated by crypto. They are (and have been for over a decade now) being suppressed by monetary manipulation and decrees from the Fed/central banks.
Gold and silver will be helpful in the transition period for sure. But I wouldn’t want to hold much of it when TPTB knock on your door ala FDR, demanding all of it.

Seven years ago my brother died suddenly at his home in FL. My wife and I flew down to make all necessary arrangements which included clearing out his home and selling it.
As I was emptying the linen closet in his bathroom I suddenly felt something very heavy. I said out loud “BINGO!” It turned out to be three containers of newly minted silver dollars dated 2008 and 2009. (1 oz each of .999 fine silver) The paperwork with these coins indicated he had paid something like $29. per coin if I remember correctly. Silver is currently around $23./oz so they have lost some value. I am not concerned as I believe they will eventually have their day in the sun.
I have the name and web address of the outfit he bought the coins from if anyone is interested.
My bro was a life-long fan of precious metals. He didn’t own physical gold but he speculated in the stocks of gold miners.
He also owned two guns, a shot gun and a 22 target rifle but I found no ammo. I sold the two guns at a pawn shop before heading back to Jersey.
Bitcoin and Etherium – Wizard
==========
My oldest kid owns ^these^ two cryptos and a half dozen others. He is a “believer” in cryptos. Bitcoin has been going ape-shit (up) the past few days and is around 61,600 as we type.
Bitcoin has been going apeshit every year for 12 years, the entirety of its existence.
Nope. Being held down by the fact that they are just commodities and not money, and never will be again. We went off the gold standard in the 30’s with FDR. Nixon closed the international gold window around 1971. We strictly operate now on MMT, the creation of money, etc. Most all countries do now. People need to renew their thinking on this… the gold standard ended decades ago! It ain’t coming back. You will not be able to buy your food, gas, medicine, pay taxes, etc. etc. etc. with gold or silver. The government will tell you what is money and right now it is the paper USD and THAT IS IT. Wake up!
Ag, along with Au, have been true money for thousands of years. It can be a rollercoaster ride, but they never, ever go to zero. At least not in the past 5,000+ years, which is longer than anyone either reading this or not reading this, which covers just about everyone, can remember.
For Q. Shtik, consider the published price is for unrefined metal. Those coins have a premium on top of the spot price. Those coins are selling today, at minimum, $7.85 over spot. That makes them around $31.15 each, and usually such price is for tubes of 20 coins.
They are a store of value. The energy to produce them has already been used. Stored energy.
There is no counter-party risk, no counter-party claim.
This is unlike the Federal Reserve fiat currency which are debt instruments with claims on future production. Such production can include the fruits of labor of the next few generations.
hose coins are selling today, at minimum, $7.85 over spot. – Not_G
==============
I Googled the question as to the current value of these silver dollars and the answer was that typically if you were buying the price would be about $2 above spot silver and if selling, about $2 under spot silver. If you have a link that supports that $7.85 over spot figure I’d appreciate seeing it.
What I found in his linen closet was 2.5 tubes or 50 coins, all bright and shiny new.
Reply to Q. Shtik’s request yesterday for a link.
Where to begin?
The $7.85 was from a number of weeks ago, which I did not catch until I went back to look when you asked for a link. The link is http://cloudhardassets.com/silver-2/silver/
The price would be based on buying 20 coins.
Note JHK has sponsors of CFN which would be worth viewing. This weeks doesn’t seem to be what you would have interest in, however sponsors change, so take a look at them.
You’ll see right away the premium for American Silver Eagles is higher than Canadian Maple Leafs and about twice as high as Austrian Philharmonics.
A quick eBay search for 2008 American Silver Eagle auctions in progress nearing close yielded an average price so far (choosing 3 similar condition coins with shipping included) of :
$35.00 + $34.00 + $29.00 /3 = $32.66 – $23.30 = $9.36
These are “Better Date” coins. Not really rare, just a little more difficult to find. Possibly you have some in those tubes. Possibly you do not.
A quick eBay search for 2009 American Silver Eagle auctions in progress nearing close yielded nothing. There are graded 2009 coins, however you have coins in tubes. I was trying to keep it “apples to apples” for comparison. I’m not sure why there are no 2009 ungraded coins presently being auctioned.
I haven’t played on eBay for coins in a while. Also, please understand I’m not any sort of numismatist and know next to nothing about rare and semi rare coins. Silver is a commodity and a monetary metal. With this in mind, it is a small market which can be very volatile. It has been real money for over 5000 years.
Up front, I would not be selling in this market. Consider being a buyer, which requires some patience and some research.
Another note just to stir things a bit: the $23.30 is a paper price. It is not a “hold a real coin in your hand” price. Major players have been having some difficulty sourcing bars (they buy 1,000 ounce bars, for example). For some perspective on this, I’ll suggest reading some blogs at Sprott ( https://sprott.com/our-firm/ )
Paper price vs physical ownership of metals:
Imagine you have a vehicle, let’s choose a nice BMW.
You have the title, own it outright, it’s in your driveway. It is real.
Now imagine a market where say, 300 people all have a piece of paper saying they own the BMW. What happens if/when they all go to the issuers of the paper (unallocated warehouse receipts) and want their BMW? SOL as the saying goes, because there is only one and it’s in your driveway. What does the issuer do? Probably says they can’t exactly fill the order, but here’s some paper currency instead. Thus they cover the contract, but not with the real stuff, just more paper. Enter counter-party risk, extinguishing contracts, and a bunch of other seemingly inane terms.
The point is there’s lots of paper out there, but not very much physical metal.
It’s great fun when everyone is trading paper and times are good. Go off a financial cliff and the paper suddenly doesn’t look so good.
Currently, silver seems undervalued and probably will remain at these prices for the next few months. This is the patience part. I think (and I’m not alone in this) a time will come when buying silver coins will become next to impossible. It wouldn’t take much to move the price and deplete the inventory, it’s a small market.
Also, to obtain a broader grasp of the market consider looking at the various moving averages for where markets are and trends over time concerning price.
If you are interested in technical analysis I suggest: https://srsroccoreport.com
He has a few free posts, mostly it is a subscription service with a couple of membership levels. I think he does excellent technical analysis regarding commodities, precious metals in particular but not exclusively. He is very big on energy return on investment, an aspect many people overlook. it took me a little time to wrap my head around EROI. Once I got the idea, my views on energy changed considerably. Studying oil production and price over the past century or so is a useful tool for help in learning this.
Back to precious metals. There are a number of excellent dealers out there. If I went looking on a few dealer sites the $$ might look a little different. Apples to apples would become a little more difficult. If they advertise on tv, the bullion buyer is paying for the tv ads along with the coins, and maybe the fee charged by the celebrity selling the product. There are other variables. My opinion, I encourage people to make their own informed choices.
Market makers in the USA: there are 12 firms which deal directly with the US Treasury for gold and silver US coins. These are well-funded operations who jumped through a bunch of hoops to get where they are. You can deal directly with them. There’s a bunch of paperwork involved and probably isn’t worth the effort since one can buy product from honest reliable dealers who have already set up accounts with them.
This is a lot more than you requested. I hope it helps either you or someone else in some way. Thanks for creating an opportunity for me to write this.
Yes Beryl. Gupta is the typical “book smart” fella but otherwise not intelligent or an original thinker. Precisely why he is elevated. It’s easy for his type to get thrown by those who are creative and cleverer because it’s a realm of thinking they don’t have.
It’s a microcosm of the world we currently find ourselves and an illustration on how things will go.
Yep. The Rogan v. Gupta match proved, hands-down, that raw intelligence will always triumph over mere credentials. Sheepskins on the wall are nice, but they are not proof of brilliance, only the ability to pass tests and complete a program of instruction.
And the desire for popularity, inclusion, $.
Rogan even reduced Berenson to his core of a craven popularity fiend mostly obsessed with trying to sell books.
His inability to deal with his Twatter banishment is like a 4 year old who had his crayons taken away.
Hopefully he is an exemplar of the real nature of these psychopaths: not all knowing and brilliant; but blinded by their arrogance. May it be their downfall.
True. I’ve seen it happen before. Many years ago (think it was on Bill Maher) D.L. Hughley and David Frum (Dumya’s pointy headed speechwriter who originated the “axis of evil” expression) were discussing some political issue. Hughley calmly destroyed Frum’s argument with a few well-articulated facts and it was a thing of beauty to see it slowly dawn on Frum that a mere comedian was actually smarter and better informed than he was.

Right? Had he never seen Rogan’s show?
Seems like Gupta’s on a power trip and walked blindly into that.
It was a real hoot, Mary, watching Rogan box Gupta into a corner and then pummel him until he crumbled and had to admit that Ivermectin is an effective therapeutic drug for treating COVID and that CNN is nothing but a propaganda machine that belches forth nothing but lies to the public.
A perfect example of the benefits of martial arts training in the realm of debate.
that might be the sentence that makes me finally look for martial arts training
Here’s my question:
What to do with the thousands of cowardly, lying physicians in the United States who deliberately refused to research Ivermectin (and other therapeutics) or reach out to their peers who were successfully using them or to bother to read highly regarded publications regarding the success of Ivermectin and other “early use” therapeutics?
By following the evil CDC guidelines of “do nothing” (not even homemade chicken soup!), thousands of patients died needless and painful and sometimes very lonely deaths.
What to do with all these quacks who did great harm by their callous disregard for even attempting to heal their patients?
Medical malfeasance, medical malpractice. “First, do no harm”.
A “great reckoning” had better be coming with Big Pharma, CDC, Fauci, NIH, FDA, and all the lying politicians.
But especially all the “doctors”.
Most physicians no longer own their license to practice medicine. The corporations own the physicians, as they are mere employees-at-will of the medical establishment. Thus their licenses are owned. Step out of line, licenses and privileges revoked.
Some have avoided the trap. Most have not. Money talks, and the hospital corporations have the money to dictate what the physician can and can not do.
The insurers control the cash flow. They can invest in places such as Pfizer and see the balance sheet shoot to the moon by use of an experimental gene therapy operating under an EUA despite cures being available which negate any EUA.
It’s a rigged game.
Money is its name, along with power and control.
As an added note, on 02 June 1948 at Landsberg prison in Germany, 7 physicians and physician’s aides were executed by hanging for crimes against humanity.
A case could be made 7 was not enough to influence the actions of future generations.
Dr. Gupta, like many of the people in media, lives in an echo chamber and is surrounded by sycophants and well educated flunkies. They’re well paid to mouth the company line and nobody wants to lose their job and get cancelled. Gupta was exposed for the cowardly fake-doctor that he is.
Look at what the medical profession has gone along with — pretending a natal male can have a child, not speaking out on the obvious statistical proof that covid is a relatively harmless virus, blocking vaccinations for children without extensive research, and on and on. They, even with all their education, are captives of a medical system that pays them to look the other way.
I like this post SW. Very clear explanation of the state of things.
I started watching it. He said that he thought that if he went on Rogan, he could get a bunch more people to take the vax.
He told a story about his air conditioner repairman who asked if he should get the vax and he said “Yes”.
And the man’s daughter had just died a week before and her very last words were (can you guess? Yes, you can!) “Dad, please get vaccinated”.
Well, that certainly convinced me.
Thank you Jim for once again being my first and most important source for real news. Joe Rogan is one heck of an interesting fellow, and for me at least one of the few excellent and honest interviewers out there. Sixty Minutes should be replaced with 120 Minutes with Joe Rogan if you ask me. Between Joe and you and Greg Hunter, well maybe the Truth won’t be “out there” can be “right here”.
Too many Americans prefer happy lies over inconvenient truths these days, but the Great Epiphany may be right around the corner in this Red October. Hold on, it’s not going to get any smoother is it?
Joe has a podcast with Alex Berenson, which I have not watched yet.
It seems that other interviewers don’t want Alex on their shows.
When the crowd goes the the left, the best choice is to head to the right.
The lemming hearted hoard running ever faster to the shore”, one of my favorites Jethro Tull song lines.
Unless Berenson is doing a second show with Joe, I saw part of it and didn’t watch the rest. Berenson tried to play “expert” with Joe, saying that “we know” that ivermectin has not been demonstrated to have any efficacy and asserting irrelevant nonsense such as that “we know” that the same dosage as that used in in vitro studies would kill a human.
Joe didn’t let that go; cornered him.
Berenson’s “we/I am one of the experts” tone, implying that viewers don’t know jack shit and are going to view him as the horse’s mouth regarding info that nay informed viewer already knows—and more.
Horse’s ass, not horse’s mouth. Really disappointed me.
I stopped watching. I saw nothing new. Maybe I missed something.
I believe that’s the one and only show.
Alex for some reason doesn’t like the ivermectin idea.
Check his stock portfolio.
he gets the election completely wrong too*, unfortunately. I have been following him since he got his substack, but the last couple of things have thrown me off.
Not that I won’t read him again.
*Two such mistakes might still be coincidence…
Americans have an insatiable desire for light entertainment. And a lot of them get their view of the world from comedians. A doomed nation. That’s why all the late night ones went woke. At least this one hasn’t, though he has done his share of cucking – like on the Steal.
I don’t watch him because any time I turn him on he’s just fooling around and I lose patience. None of them make me laugh.
You take your victories where you can. And this was a huge victory.
Sheer numbers and influence. It’s exponential. Millions watch Rogan; a score or so read our comment posts here.
God bless Rogan.

I notice that if I challenge you on some issue, especially if it involves religion, you simply do not respond. Yesterday (on the prior blog thread) I raised a question about the beatification process as it is currently playing out in the case of Pope John Paul I. They say he is approved on one miracle and needs one more to be “sainted.” (It’s like a pro team that MUST win one more game to make the playoffs. Are you able to hear me scoffing from a distance of 3000 miles?) What do you think about the Church having committees of people deciding whether some person (often a Pope) should be attributed with a miracle?
Do you think any person who ultimately was “sainted” (usually many years after their death) served any time in purgatory getting the
shitsins burned out of them or did they go straight to heaven because God in his infinite wisdom knew all along that a committee would recognize their sainthood?I am open to responses from any and all Catholic Christian CFNers on this one.
Are you able to see the difference? – Jarek
==========
As Spock said (in season 43, episode 27) to the money obsessed Ferengi “I am able to see the difference.”
LOL, that’s just silly, Q. Spock was in the original and the Ferengi didn’t show up until the next generation.
Q also showed up in the later series, fyi
Nonsense, it was season 37.
You are becoming more like the supercilious alien “Q” (in Start Trek: The Next Generation) every day.
Watch it, Jarek, or I will banish you to another galaxy
A call to arms! Brilliant, Mr. K!
Now cue the usual litany of Covid cultists, screaming lamely “The sky is falling! The sky is falling!”
More grist for the cultists hiding under their beds:

Lions, and tigers, and bears! OH MY!
We need to have Faucism declared a new religion so that the rest of us can be free to not believe in it!
Yes indeed. “The Fauc” makes a fine televangelist. I imagine Gupta’s being excommunicated as we speak.
Dont insult televangelists by comparing them to that lying weasel. “Halloween is fine and wonderful, but Christmas is up in the air,” my fat ass!!!
I still think Trump was handed Fauci and Birx in February 2020 and was told, “Just stand in the back and look serious as they hand down their edicts. This is “science” not politics.”
And that’s why I would look at the stage and think “Trump is being held hostage!” I wanted to tell him, “Blink twice for help!”
From Fauci and the NIH and the Wuhan “gain of function” testing to the big wig pandemic event held in DC with The Gates Foundation and other big players in October 2019, to all the Big Pharma MRNA patents to “Operation Warp Speed” it smells like a coup to me. Any sensible physician would NEVER accept any vaccine being given to the world with NO appreciable testing!
Add in all the DNC/FBI spying criminality and their obvious collusion to get Trump at any cost plus the election shenanigans, and this all looks to me like a slow coup.
Maybe not a storming of The White House and taking over the media….
But wait!
No excess mortality in the U.S. throughout the entire pandemic…..buuuuut…….annually recurring mortality in the tens of thousands from simple influenza suddenly no longer showing up at all on the radar screens in 2020 and 2021.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm……
Figures don’t lie, but liars DO figure!
Methinks you place too much faith in the lying S.O.B.’s of Woke.
Me thinks you didn’t appreciate my sarcasm. I try to be subtle. Much more effective that way, although at the risk of a few missing it.
I heard on the CBS news last night that “doctors are expecting a worse than normal flu season this year and are recommending a flu shot for everyone.” Have you noticed how the flu shot advertisments have gone up? And there are competing companies apparently too.
Have you heard the latest, that the flu shot is effective against covid?
I had not heard that but I did notice they’ve started really pushing it. And Norah on CBS (who puts on her make-up?! It’s hideous) also said (actually, kinda mumbled) that this flu shot is recommended for children.
Why this assault on children? Vaccines, masks, normalizing transsexual identities, undermining parental care and authority — I honestly don’t understand what anyone can hope to gain from this.
I wouldn’t trust any pharmacist or doctors office to stick any needle in my arm other than to draw blood.
Just a week ago some dimwit pharmacist gave two little brothers aged four and five Covid vaccines instead of flu shots!
Oops!
Now they are being seen by a pediatric cardiologist for high blood pressure and heart problems.
OMG. Why are we giving children flu shots anyhow?! Robert Kennedy has been silenced and vilified b/c of his questioning all vaccines and the lack of informed consent for adverse reactions. Here’s a story about the lack of ethics and oversight of testing on children:
https://truthcomestolight.com/pfizer-says-covid-vaccine-safe-for-kids-but-pfizer-has-lied-about-kids-and-drugs-before/
Last year there was a report that military members who got the flu shot were more susceptible to covid than those who didn’t.
I guess that was an Inconvenient Truth that will go down the Memory Hole, along with natural immunity and human biology.
They’re advertising the flu prick as “high dose” locally. “Fifty percent more viral goodness for free!”
I think “flu shots” are little more than part of the making of a profit center.
Do what one can to enhance the immune system.
Research it, practice it. Avoid needlessly stressing it.
Wash hands frequently.
Dry them thoroughly.
Mucous membranes are the main entry point to the human body for bugs, bacteria and viruses. Be conscious of this.
Rubbing one’s eyes, for example, should have a learned pause point. Using a clean cloth would be a better idea than using less-than-clean hands and fingers.
There are many strategies for minimizing contact and transmission to the mucous membranes.
Simple things, such as using your own pen instead of a public access pen, are examples of behavior modification which is easy to do.
The office or other “public” bathrooms are another place where simple modification can make a difference. How many people, some of whom don’t wash their hands, touch the door knobs/handles on the way out? Hint: it’s everyone who has used the facility. After washing your own hands, use the last paper towel (dry) to open the door.
These are a few basic infectious disease control measures which can be incorporated into daily habits.
I had read people claiming that the mortality was flat last year in the US. I was inclined to believe it was true because the numbers here in Canada were not substantially elevated either. However at some point,. I think this spring, the CDC put out numbers showing a 17 something percent increase in total deaths over 2019. In relation to the claim of flat mortality, the debunkers in the establishment responded that it takes time for all the deaths to be compiled and so the claims of flat mortality didn’t take into account the filtering in of later deaths into the numbers I don’t know what to make of that, but if you look up various countries you can see statistics reporting a fair number of extra people died in such countries last year – UK Italy USA come to mind.
In regards to Canada,. I looked at yearly death death tolls and though I couldn’t be bothered to try to plot and curve fit the data, there have been multiple years in the past decade where the deaths jumped similarly to the increase seen in 2020.In Canada, claims of any excess of covid deaths *could* be entirely noise in my estimation. Mind you, when looking at the us numbers, a large segment of the population here would argue it’s because we did a better job of following public health dictates. Maybe. However maybe the better job only consisted of murdering people less frequently with ventilators? As a possible parallel example within Canada, I ask what went wrong that the per capita covid death numbers are twice as high in Quebec as in Ontario? Here we are at a point where a fellow might reasonably believe that many of these numbers reported around the world may be primarily related to a large scale failure of many different government and institutional systems that are supposed to be there to help people, but are being hollowed out by people whose self image seems to be tied to saying the rightspeak and riding on credentials rather than the actual results of their system when it gets jossled a bit by events. These failures and deaths are always someone else’s fault, funny enough, according to the medicine establishment. It’s the antivaxers and the anti lockdown scofflaws. It sure doesn’t bode well for our response to whatever truly critical issues are coming down the pike .
Anyways, the main point I responded about is that the CDC has now ultimately reported a substantial increase in deaths last year. What does that mean to you if you want to try to tease out what is really happening in the real world, I don’t know. I’d be interested to see anyone picking apart the CDC numbers for the total deaths. I suppose if one mapped provisional data with final data of 2020 and compared it with how it mapped with previous years, you might see something fishy. Maybe look for anomalous states. Is it possible that CDC pumped up the death number to cover up that no one was really dying of covid? I can’t rule it out, but I won’t be telling people mortality was flat in the USA last year baring an convincing indictment of the numbers because there are better methods attack than saying nothing happened last year.
Anyhow none of it justifies the vaccine worship, the drastic loss of freedoms, the unwilling isolation of the vulnerable, and the suppression of potential early treatments for the disease. Woe to us citizen of the ‘free and democratic’ west.
Market Ticker guy has some analysis of a phenomenon we’ve been seeing:
“Now we have an explanation for why, when someone who is jabbed gets hammered, they get hammered fast and hard.”
http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=243905
That’s exactly what happened to my friend I mentioned on Monday, who was vaccinated and just came down with the China virus.
The very next day he was taken by ambulance to the ICU, where, fortunately for him, they administered monoclonal antibodies.
He’s recovering at home.
These “vaccines” are worse than useless, they are dangerous, and they should be banned as such.
hmmm.
You struck a chord. Just supposing.
Could it be that the vaxxing folks are creating hot spots for transmission where the shots are being given? People go in, are exposed, they have no protection, the vaccine takes two weeks to take, so during those two weeks they are exposed anywhere they get it.
No where in the vaccine is the virus RNA to get Covid, so he was exposed somewhere. Did he get a positive test? Could he have just reacted really badly to the shot, which really feels like Covid?
I agree with you, for a small element of the population, the vaccines are dangerous. Just not enough to warrant being banned. Work needs to be done on predicting the folks that will react badly and stop the shot for them. Maybe if they were allowed to sue the government or the CDC?
Uh huh! When pigs fly!
He got the shot a while back. Probably before summer.
John,
I agree with you that now that hundreds of millions have taken the jabs it appears that the overwhelming majority do not immediately die or immediately suffer anything more than moderate to mild or no reaction to the “vaccines.”
My major concern is with the long-term effects. Like the NBA player said the other day, God only gave us ONE BODY. We gotta take care of it and try to avoid doing any permanent and unnecessary damage to it.
This philosophy has guided me all my life. I never did drugs, alcohol, or tobacco because they are poisons that are damaging to the body. Likewise, I do not want to take an experimental vaccine that has killed or injured people in record numbers and whose long-term effects are presently unknowable.
But we’ll know in a few years down the road, now won’t we? I intend to wait and see what happens. Only a fool would take these suspect injections to protect against a disease that has a less than 0.3% chance of killing you.
They don’t work, is why they should be banned.
Yes, not everyone gets a bad reaction from the shot. But some do.
My friend risked a bad reaction. For what? So he would not get covid, and he would not spread it to anyone else.
He got covid. He got very sick with covid. Can somebody tell me the point of taking these shots?
They have as much value as playing Russian Roullette, and if we saw tables set up urgig people to come and play, they’d be promptly shut down.
The shots are DANGEROUS, and they DO NOT WORK!
JohnAZ: work more needs to be done on actually finding out what the medium and long term effects of this unapproved, experimental gene therapy are. You know, the usual stuff they are supposed to do in the 15 years before a vaxx hits the markets.
Usually when a drug kills tens of thousands of people it gets banned, even if it does the job it is prescribed for. (i.e. Vioxx).
This drug has been on the market for less than a year, has killed tens of thousands of people and disabled hundreds of thousands more, and doesn’t even do the job it was marketed for, but John AZ doesn’t think that warrants a ban?
I find that odd.
VAERS says there are over 16,000 people who died from these inoculations. Remember, there was a Harvard study that found that only about !% of adverse reactions are reported to VAERS. A few years back, a swine flu vaccine was pulled off the market for around 50 deaths.
Watched this video presentation tonight by Steve Kirsch who has crunched all the CDC data and he came up with this:
https://rumble.com/vnqldq-tfnt11-the-fdas-big-mistake.html
I think this is where it could be heading. The vaccines themselves admittedly aren’t killing people directly in huge numbers (though enough that it should not be mandated) but they are possibly making people more susceptible to death or hospitalisation either to Covid or other things.
As stated on Monday’s blog, we have been running substantially above the five-year average death rate since early July here in the UK. Why?
Over and over, that is my point. We know almost nothing about this bug. To the point that folks can say it really does not exist. and get away with it.
With no knowledge comes chaos. Why does the Deep State get away with what is going on? Because there is no substantial data to counter them.
Alex Berenson is a good example. Reads what little data is available, makes up a conjecture to try to explain it and we are off on a tangent.
They talk about science. What science?
Science says, Observe something, then hypothesize.
So far so good for Alex et al. Conjecture and opinion.
But then is the hard part, to prove the hypotheses.
The Covid effort falls flat on its face. So everybody gets a shot at the blather we see from both sides.
What science?
Stop trying to confuse the issue. We know everything about this virus – including it’s real fatality rate. Even the lying CDC admits it is only 0.26% and as we know how they count deaths, we know that even that paltry number is almost certainly exaggerated. It’s a SARs-Covid respiratory virus that is mildly lethal, that the vast majority of people will never die from, and like seasonal flu, mutates so quickly that it can never be controlled by any vaccine. Now, as for the vaccine…
Hereward
“We” knew the most important facts about this virus in January of 2000. The Diamond Princess provided the perfect Petri dish for the study of its behavior. Locked on board a cruise ship in close quarters under conditions where virtually everyone became exposed. Of the 3711 people on board, only 14 died. almost all of them aged. Many of the passengers were couples, sleeping in the same bed in tiny staterooms. Of those couples it was common for one partner to become ill and the other partner to not even have a sniffle.
In January of 2000 most civilians knew nothing about the virus, but the CDC “scientists” and their handlers who looked at the data from the Diamond Princess knew without a doubt that:
1- The COVID virus had a very low rate of infection— about -2%.
2- Most people who contacted it survived.
3- A significant proportion of people have natural immunity— the partners. who experienced no sickness.
Cult priests like Dr. Fraudski are still denying that natural immunity or acquired immunity even exist but they have rendered the minds of millions incapable of rational thought.
If the goal is to create a pandemic these facts from the Diamond Princess were inconvenient at best. So the propaganda arm of what used to be called Big Pharma (now better referred to as Medical Totalitarianism) was mobilized to bury these facts under a cloud of football games and pornography.
The totally inappropriate Nobel Prize winning PCR test was chosen to become the Gold Standard for identifying the COVID virus. Conveniently its inventor was no longer alive to repeat his cautions that his procedure was totally worthless for medical diagnosis. All that was necessary was to censor his statements and the Demonic Drug Pushers were off to the races with a science-y measure of the Pandemic that could be ramped up at will to feed the Panic as needed.
So here we are, facing a cold winter of 2022 with the heating fire on the hearth sputtering. browbeat by an illegitimate government actively at war with 50% of its people. The traditional remedy of starting a foreign war to divert people’s attention from the gruel in their bowl is checkmated by Russian superiority in hypersonic weapons and the sheer population mass of China,
What is to be done? Fragment the Republic into a new series of Nations where all the citizens don’t hate each other quite so much? Follow a strongman leader to the ends of the earth looking for an enemy so insignificant that the Army can actually defeat them? Or just slide into Anarchy?
Thors, thanks for the revisit to The Diamond Princess.
puzzle pieces fitting to place
And Fauci declared today on all the Sunday blabfests that people who continue to refuse the jabs and don’t “like him” are “conspiracy theorists”.
Apparently he has been getting some CIA coaching.
On a bright side a rapper just wrote a “Let’s Go Brandon” song and it’s #1 on ITunes:
http://www.stationgossip.com/2021/10/hilarious-lets-go-brandon-has-been.html?m=1
Alex uses the data from Israel and the CDC.
I can’t even listen to this anymore.
This “virus” was put into the public consciousness to usher in the 4IR control grid. The infrastructure is rolling out now.
The discussion on this issue is pathetic at this point.
Perhaps humanity deserves digital enslavement. How fucking stupid are you?
Antibody dependent enhancement. Luc Montagnier warned about that.
As soon as VAERS reached 50 deaths from the jabs there should have been a stop order. Now there are over 15,000 deaths directly attributed to the jabs in the US and over 20,000 in the EU.
Not to mention all the adverse reactions and injuries like clotting disorders, myocarditis (which can mean a death sentence in five years time), severe neurological disorders etc.
Dr. Peter McCullough is right. The jabs should have been stopped world-wide at the 50th death!
We are being preyed upon and used as lab rats and who will stop it?
God Fauci played loose and stupid when asked about “natural immunity”.
Try asking your doctor to order a serum Covid B and T cell count for natural immunity and they will look at you like you are from Remulac.
Also interesting that Trump finally spoke up about the mandates saying if a person had Covid and has natural immunity they should be exempt from the jabs.
In an earlier time they would have been banned.
Too much money to be made from them these days, greed for money, power and control being the great motivator.
“Doctors-without-honor”.
They should form a society, and have a logo.
They’re already accepting donations.
Ha, ha, you nailed it.
“We must be very close to a clear majority of the people in America recognizing the danger we are in and identifying the source of that danger.”
Close?
We know who they are. Their names adorn every SEC filing and Annual Reports, their names are on the ballots in every state. Their faces are on the television as they are in the vanguard of this assault on western civilization. They are politicians of every stripe, that hold no allegiance to the people they pretend to represent. They are the Democrats and the RINOS. They are the one’s who stage manage every town hall, they are the one’s who silence you at every town meeting.
Uni-party debate aside, they are primarily DEMOCRATS.
That’s who they are Jim.
@Pete
I would offer..
You are focusing too low in the hierarchy.
Indeed there are very few among who “know who ‘they’ are”.
All those names and faces that are visible are merely the errand boys.
“GIVE me control of a nation’s money supply, and I care not who makes its laws.” [Mayer Amschel Rothschild]
“In the year of 2000 there were seven countries without a Rothschild owned or controlled Central Bank:
Afghanistan
Iraq
Sudan
Libya
Cuba
North Korea
Iran”
~toktomi~
oops. fat finger.
“Give me control of a nation’s money supply, and I make its laws.” [Mayer Amschel Rothschild]
fixed that.
I would suggest you ponder Solzhenitsyn’s admonishment against, “burning in the camps.” Errand boys and foot soldiers is where we start.
They need to fear for themselves in the performance of their errands.
I for one cannot confront Sir Rothschild for redress of my grievances, but I can take on those at my level. If enough of us start pushing in that direction, we’ll eventually roll them up to the top.
They are Deep State!
Protect Washington DC at all cost.
Think Jan. 6, a riot caused but extreme political differences. What bothers me isn’t the politics, it is the we are perfect attitude of the Congress, protect us from the results of our shenanigans.
Trump was right, the election was so close that it was probably fixed. The Deep State is so in control now that the state level cowards in their hate Trump mode, just kowtowed to the DS. the butts are on the line now, so there is no retreat position. The DS owns everyone.
How can you break this? Trump’s demise shows the ballot box no longer works. 2022 will reinforce this. The demographics that have been shifted so much by the DS, now lock them in power.
It is so very close to Uniparty control, the only question is what do we name the uniparty?
@JAZ – oh, the insanity!
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/anti-trump-neocons-led-ex-cia-operative-back-democrats-midterms
Right.
And “The Zuckerberg’s” gave $400 million to get out the most likely Democrat voter drives in swing states.
How quaint.
I have a great idea for the name of the uniparty. “targets of opportunity”
Glenn Greenwald posted an excellent essay regarding The 1/6 Commission over at Substack today.
AG should read The Constitution, grow a pair and put a STOP to what they are doing.
With all the subpoenas they are handing out, this Commission is starting to smell like the McCarthy Red Scare Hearings.
Pete is right.
They all want to keep their jobs, power, invite to the cocktail party, excellent health care, separate (and completely non-equal) retirement benefits, and face in front of the camera. The few that have the guts to speak out (like Rand Paul, Greg Abbot, Rick Santorum) are ridiculed or simply not put on TV for anyone to see a competeting viewpoint.
The January 6th “riot” is a classic example. Only last week the lie that 5 people died as a direct result of this was on the national news. And most of my friends absolutely believe this and also believe that anyone who doesn’t is a “conspiracy nut.”
But…but….the Capitol police officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt was said to be “teary-eyed” after he executed her in cold blood:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10091767/Lieutenant-Byrd-teary-eyed-shot-dead-Ashli-Babbitt-Capitol-riots-report-reveals.html
Well, okay! He was “teary-eyed” so just move on…nothing to see here.
Did you see the interview with him on 60 Minutes? Hostile, unapologetic and defensive even though the softball questions were framed for maximum humility.
It’s all a scheme to destroy the West as we know it and replace it with the new 4IR control grid.
That’s it, kids. And they are getting real fucking close.
None of these sideshows matter, they are just part of the fall.
Jeez, Abby. The poor guy experienced negative emotions. Ain’t that enough?
I have lost count of the number of people with whom I have lost/severed contact over, at its heart, their refusal to consider that the corporate media whores might lie to them. Just yesterday morning (H/T J. Taylor) somebody explained to me that CNN and PBS are on one side and Fox is on the other but the truth probably lies somewhere in between.
What do you do?
Just a few days ago, a liberal friend of mine told me he had decided to take the covid vaccine (two jabs, so far) after “researching” it. I can only assume that this is a canned response recommended by whatever media he consumes. No one could possibly decide in favor of the jabs after “researching it”–unless your idea of “research” is watching CNN videos.
Taibbi did a piece on this a number of months ago. He laid out a case it’s all ad money driven. The big outlets all have identified audiences, the stories are the same, the presentation tailored to the particular demographic.
I thought he did a good job.
It’s not about “news”, it’s about money from advertisers .
I urge people to turn off the tv and look for sources of info, usually but not exclusively outside the USA, and do some critical thinking along the way.
Consider paying for some of the information and opinion you consume. There are reasons some people go behind paywalls. Beyond income, it has potential for avoiding censorship. Others seek donations to stay afloat. Small donations from many people add up.
Morning Jim,
Great writing as usual. Thanks.
“It may take extraordinary measures not seen before in our political history.” ~ JHK
Wish I shared your optimism, but I still think the solutions to the country’s problems are beyond the political.
Stated repeatedly, because I truly believe it, and as my dossier continually gets updated, it keeps me high on the list.
Thinking I’ll have a reserved seat at the front of the bus, but may be a little dust-up getting me aboard.
Hope the colors are nice up your way.
“The solutions are beyond the political”?
Paraphrasing Reagan,
The political is not the solution to the problems because they are the problems.
Our government created what we are discussing endlessly on the blog, and Joe Biden is just casting the last crap shots.
The number one enemy of our country is not foreign, it is the Deep State. By them protecting themselves, they are destoying the fabric of America, in every way possible.
Why? They see their worst enemy as Us!!!!!!!!
Yes John – “discussing endlessly” solves nothing – that’s my point.
The preachers have failed us. God punishes nations as well as individuals. It is now repent [ open your eyes then change your mind ] or perish.
Satanism is not incompetence.
@messianicdruid
“God punishes”
Lay out your body of proof, the credible evidence for tooth fairy assertions.
Oh, never mind. If there was any proof then there would be no need faith.
~toktomi~
tok, that ‘faith’ runs both ways.
Prove the null hypothesis with credible evidence.
One’s relationship with God is deeply personal process which takes a lifetime to work out.
Equating God with a tooth fairy belief of a young child takes way more faith to believe than developing a sense of that relationship by looking at the physical world and the spiritual world the same way you look at your own body and your own mind.
Tell me what consciousness is?
The problem with God is people. People try to tell other people what God is, or what God wants. That’s generally where people go off the rails. I believe what is past, present, or future is only relevant to people. God has perfect knowledge of all ‘time’ and doesn’t need to steer any of it.
As best I can understand, you’re free to choose your own destiny.
Faith, is not a thing you can choose to have. Faith is the power behind whatever you believe to be true. You are faith.
Well said, Pete. Thank you. 🙂
@Daddyotis
Quite poorly said, actually, as all random assertions of fact are.
~toktomi~
@Pete
I apologize if I gave you the impression that I am in possession of any truth. I don’t believe that I am. I fully accept that I could be wrong about everything I believe.
I could be wrong. And until you learn that about yourself… well, let’s just say you will continue to expound incredible assertions of truth.
Since I don’t believe that I can make any assertions of fact, I have nothing that I need to prove. [I couldn’t prove anything even if I wanted to.]
The burden of proof lies with the one [that would be you in this case] who makes the assertion of fact.
Stick with faith, my dear and watch the usage of forms of the infinitive, “to be”.
It matters not what is
For what is cannot be discerned.
It matters only what we believe
For what we believe is all that we have learned.
Sasquatch, Big Bang, tooth fairy, god, flat earth, ET visitations; still waiting for credible evidence.
Is truth any more than a weapon used by some to convince others of one’s opinion?
~toktomi~
PS
Obviously, I am in no position to tell you what consciousness “is”. I’ve read where some lady scientist has calculated that there are not roughly 100 billion neurons in human brain but rather closer to 70 billion, and that the number of synapses exceed that by a factor in the tens, a digital/analog three dimensional web of associated conditions or states. That illustrates a rather exciting picture to me. I don’t really need to associate consciousness with some nebulous, spiritual, voodoo force.
You missed the point.
Faith is the power behind your belief.
Whatever it is that makes you ‘firm’ in your belief is faith.
Why do you worship something that has lamentable human attributes?
Punishment.
Really?
Stop projecting.
Stop worshiping, what is at most, an alpha predator.
Satanism may not be incompetence, but humanizing the unknown certainly is.
The monad does not concern itself which such things
The consequences of sin [ 1John 3:4 ] ARE the punishments.
Our problem is we have nothing to compare to. We have been taught to believe [ by-live ] that this is “the way it spozed to be”. We have been warned of the consequences for eons.
We listen but do not hear.
I have personally seen very little indication that God punishes evil and rewards good, but rather that he or she “maketh the sun shine on the evil and on the good, and He sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” The evils that befall us as individuals are not necessariy punishments, but more in the nature of medicinal projects–and often the good things as well.
The ills that befall nations are mostly a result of trying to contravene the basic laws of nature. One of these is that when a parasite has sucked all the blood out of its host, the host will die.
Kinda like this?:
https://www.bitchute.com/video/IsvtGZixq79c/
Great article, James. Thank you!
I wish the public were close to waking up to the bamboozle but I’m just not seeing it. I suppose though, given your predictions of this winter that might do it. Once people can’t get food or fuel their obsession with covid19 is bound to wane.
And if people are starting to get it, we can certainly credit Joe Rogan with using his platform to expose the covid death cult hoax.
Not only did he do that excellent interview making Gupta look like the paid tool and fool he is, but as mentioned above by Beryl, he also did a podcast with Alex Berenson, whose work with charts and stats show that the higher the vaccination levels in any given society, the higher the infection rates for so-called ‘covid19’.
@MaryQueen
Imagine the public waking up.
What do ya suppose would ensue?
No; we all need to go quietly.
~toktomi~
Mary, I often think that one of the prime explanations of why so many of these obviously lost souls on the Left embrace COViD with the fervor of an evangelical cultist is because they have embraced nihilism. They are primarily pessimists and secular humanists and green eyeshade communists and mentally and emotionally unstable people searching…..desperately……for meaning. Something to fill that vast, gaping, HOLE that lies in the very center of their daily being.
In my experience, there is no reforming these people through mere appeals of logic and reason. People who gravitate to pseudo-religious fads can usually only be brought to some state of civility, calm, and sanity again by rebounding from all that insanity into the arms of Jesus.
Now, I am not personally a religious man, but I absolutely believe that Christianity provides a pressure-relief valve for Western societies. Without it, our society will explode, just like an overheated boiler.
The message of Christianity gives mental and emotional relief to millions. Every member of Antifa should be targeted for conversion so that they may redirect all of that misspent energy away from demonic Communisitic anarchy and devote it instead to behaving decently towards their fellow human beings.
Just a suggestion. Higher IQ individuals may find other paths to mental serenity, but for the average Joe and the sub-average IQ zombies out there, well, it’s Jesus or nothing, I’m afraid. I can’t think of anything else that would work to reform them…..other than kinetic violence……and that would be messy and upsetting to many.
I should add that I am not implying that smart folks cannot be faithful Christians. Quite the contrary. But dumb people definitely benefit from Christ’s message. Of this, I’m absolutely convinced. It’s how many not-to-bright drug and alcohol addled people have pulled themselves out of the gutter. The My Pillow guy, for example.
@Wizard – people as a rule don’t want to hear the bad stuff, e,g,
Prosperity Gospel is making everything ok.
https://original.newsbreak.com/@ilana-quinn-1587500/2278646436943-the-prosperity-gospel-popular-in-american-megachurches?s=oldSite&ss=a3&share_destination_id=NjIwNjQyNDAtMTYzMzk1NDQ3MzA2MA%3D%3D
Oh? When the National Guard under Nixon started using live ammo on Black rioters, these noble dissidents, these mighty Sons of Africa quieted right down.
You can’t force people to convert – not in Christianity anyway. But you can make them quiet down – or even cool down to ambient temperature. When the choice is between quiet down or cool down, they will choose the former for the most part.
Wizard: I think it’s even simpler. They are indeed nihilists even if most of them don’t even know what the word means. And some, the Karens and little Hitlers among us, might see the Wuflu as a chance for meaning. However, I think the rest are simply terrified of death. For them, there is no afterlife or transcendence. There isn’t even Human Progress anymore. The two World Wars saw to that. So what’s left? TV, hedonism, sexual perversion, etc. But when something they think is terrible comes along, they have no answer. They are simply terrified and rudderless sheep.
“However, I think the rest are simply terrified of death.”
This might well be the case.
In the current situation, fear of the unknown has played a huge part. The “unknown virus” is mysteriously living everywhere. Hide at home, hide behind a mask, avoid contact with other humans, it is all fear-based and has led to a fear of death vastly out of proportion to the actual deaths from a very survivable and curable virus (if indeed it is a virus, I think that one still needs easily replicated proof).
Death is a part of life. The last part. So yes, I think “the rest are simply terrified of death” says a lot. Terrified of something unavoidable which is lurking in every present moment, living in either a proximate or distant future, but always inevitable.
Not-George. The great cosmic joke is that nothing has been “unknown” about this virus for at least a year know. We know everything about it and have a very good idea of where it came from and who financed it. The truth has never been more than a 10-minute internet search away.
“The truth has never been more than a 10-minute internet search away.”
Put very well…
Yes, and I did such a search in Feb. 2020. Stocked up on some OTC immune system boosters, as I’d just had elective surgery and figured my immune system must have taken a hit.
It wasn’t difficult. I take a few inexpensive supplements, which I think is prudent living. I had already been taking some, like D3 & C, seemingly forever, so no real surprise.
Good hand washing and taking care when touching one’s mucous membranes (such as eyes and nose) has been part of infectious disease management protocols for years.
None of this, to me, is a news flash.
Leftists, IMHO, are deeply nihilistic, which I think is the essential definition of evil, which is a hatred of life and even of existence. Of COURSE they are in favor of abortion and reducing the human population. I’ve never know a leftist who loved nature, in the sense of desiring actual contact with it. Their highest aspiration is to never have to DO anything; hence, they believe that all their needs should be provided without effort. So you even have a rejection of agency almost to the point of desiring self-annihilation. They find living painful, and they’d rather not do it–and they mostly figure no one else should be allowed to do it either. They are scornful of people who do things and raise families.
This is what evil looks like in the average everyday person. And, as far as that goes, most of us have “been there/done that” at some point in our lives.
Leftism provides an avenue through which they can make these values a religion, and quite a few modern churches are more than happy to give them a place to go on Sunday.
I think true religion is the only effective way to counter this. You would normally think that it would have much greater attractions than nihilism, just as music has more attractions than the sound of a bad muffler, and a Ming vase is more attractive than a pile of horseshit. But I have the impression that the MSM and the public school system have heavily indoctrinated them into believing the opposite and having a real hatred and contempt for beauty, refinement, and excellence.
“Men are mostly moochers” – your evil on display.
Meh. i do confess that I have withheld succor from assorted drunks and bums, and booted a couple of guys who expected me to support them and put up with their abuse. Perhaps I have been uncharitable.
On the other hand, Nock once remarked about the ladies’ aid organizations bent on helping “the poor drunk lying in the gutter,” that he thought the gutter was quite the right place for them to lie.
I notice that you yourself don’t hold much with trying to educate blacks and improve their lot. It works pretty much the same way with men. As with blacks and drunks, it is best not to invite them into your home or to have contact with your children. And if you happen to have one in residence, you ought to remove them.
Well, I think the spiritual among us, whether Christian or otherwise, have a better grasp on this, as it turns out. Funny, that!
I think it’s because it’s apparent that the people in charge are 100% satanists. So… we run to the opposite, to the good.
Sad that so many church leaders are in line with the satanists, though! I didn’t see that coming.
Some California waitress went on a rant on reddit recently, condemning the unvaxxed for their selfish behavior. Apparently, her place of employment requires proof of vaccination and they are getting almost no customers. They usually had six waitresses on a dinner shift, but they were working only two, and she got sent home after two hours because the restaurant was dead. She didn’t serve one table during her abbreviated shift, and she knows just who to blame.
That is, as they say, “rich”.
Oh, and Lori Lightfoot is having a fit because she is in a neat catch 22. Apparently, today was the last day for the Chicago cops to provide proof of vaccination or they can’t work and 50% of them refused. She’s calling it an illegal work stoppage and suing the union. She must be deficient in logic, as she is the one preventing them from working The union has counter sued. It looks like it could be fun. I’ve never seen such a sour face. It looked like her eyes were finally going to bug out entirely and seek a new residence in a more congenial body. Her little self was all puffed up with outrage. I expect injunctions will be flying. If she were smart she’d get the word out that it wouldn’t be enforced and never mention it again. She could pretend the whole thing didn’t happen, though I imagine folding at this point would involve great loss of face. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
In the video I found, Lightfoot looks and sounds scared shitless.
The Chicago PD union president specifically called it a lockout.
He also pointed out the various organized labor arms of the department (patrol officers, detectives, superior officers, etc.) are on the same page.
I believe the union of sheet metal workers, air, rail and transportation, with 203,000 workers is considering this option, too. Better stock up on essentials. This thing could come down around our heads any day now.
Fun stuff indeed, thanks for the breakdown, draupnir.
Maybe Kamala will show up to help her with her mea culpas?
JHK continues to warn us like an ancient Hebrew prophet
A voice cries in the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God (Isaiah 40:3)
Will your fellow Americans listen? I hope so.

A watchman on the wall.
An apt analogy. JHK even has that fiery, righteous indignation that was displayed by many of the Old Testament Hebrew prophets. It’s one the reasons I am slavishly dedicated to reading CFN every week and I also like the imagery this comparison conjures up.
Any chance you might try to grow a long, wild, and wooly white beard to complete the ensemble, Jim? That would be fun to see.
I was looking for a comparison; you found it. He is like one of those OT prophets crying in the wilderness. However, I think that only dire personal consequences will shake most of the sheep out of their reveries.
The 2020 National Election was not stolen, Mark Zuckerberg of Frackbook bought it. It has been reported that Mark funneled 419.5 million dollars of his money through CTCL and CEIR grants to queer local election processes. All hail our king, Mark Z!
Find a connection between Z and the Soros crowd, I will bet it is there.

Is it just me, or do other also think the Zuckerberg looks like an evil twin to Star Trek’s “Mr. Data” android character?
There is something about that guy that is just…..weird.
He looks like one of the “Engineers”, the alien race who created mankind and the created the “Aliens” to destroy the creating they had grown to hate.
Akmo called him Ugly Face.
He has the dead, empathic-free persona of the globalist psychopath. Soros, Gates and Schwab are the same, but although ugly people, they still manage to look vaguely human.
He looks like an alien, full stop.
I agree. And it ain’t just the haircut.
An excellent essay Jim. It will be interesting to see how it plays out this winter.
I see now the FDA (that lyin’ organization) is taking arms against the use of salt. Used to being in the limelight over the covid pandemic, they needed to come up with something I guess.
Why don’t they take up obesity instead, and recommend fasting? Nope, recommending something that is free and effective would interfere with their corporate sponsors.
Isn’t salt essential?
I think I read somewhere that some people are ‘salt sensitive’ and some aren’t, so to treat everyone the same way is unscientific and foolish.
So yes, I imagine the FDA would jump on that.
Salt—saline solution—is another germ killer.
When my father had to have all of his teeth pulled because they were past saving, and I went out to California to help take care of him post-yank, my orders were to have him rinse his mouth well with a saline solution—I can’t recal strenghth, maybe 1 teaspoon per cup of lukewarm water—every two hours. To prevent infection of raw gums.
This was at the dental clinic attached to the dental school of one of the state universities located in San Francisco.
IOW, established.
Salt essential: Cue King Lear.
Salary – your payment in salt. We don’t think about it because our food is saturated in it. If that changed, we would crave it as animals do, looking for salty rocks to lick.
Three additives by the food industry to flavor food for the masses.
Salt, sugar and Fat.
All really bad for us in excess.
But that is what the industry does.
Not only that, they play marketing games with LO salt or LO fat or sugarless. All they do is add one of the other flavor enhancers. LO fat becomes high salt, sugarless becomes hi fat, etc.
Stir in artificial sweeteners.
Plenty of salt already in the food. have rarely added to anything in decades. I’m not aware of any dietary salt deficiency in this country.
Sugar, the same, it’s everywhere. Read a few labels. Take a pass on adding it to just about anything.
Fat… some is essential. Excess in anything, certainly including fat, isn’t very good. Also, not all fat is equal.
@Beryl – I did a bit of research recently into salt requirements for humans and the different types. In cooking and baking I use several different types – iodized table salt, kosher salt, flaky sea salt, etc.
Most of my preps are kosher salt (simply because they have large containers at Costco). I became curious as to the iodine requirements for humans. Turns out that iodized salt contains a component that might inhibit iodine from being absorbed. Other than eating seaweed (doubtful in WMBH scenario) some of the best sources are pasture raised eggs and milk from grass fed cows. Back to the land we go.
That’s useful information.
I find that the pasture raised eggs taste better.
“Turns out that iodized salt contains a component that might inhibit iodine from being absorbed.” –farmgal
There are a boatload of nutritionist scare tactics on the Web, generated by providing — most likely, in this case — an alt source for whatever salt they sell.
I haven’t seen any evidence in the nutritional literature that would support this contention.
The reason they added iodine to salt in the first place is because there are areas of the USA that have soils deficient in it. I think the Midwest is one place. People used to have goiters from the lack of iodine.
True, Paula D.

Nova Scotia Dulse is a red seaweed grown in the northern atlantic and pacific northwest. California, Nova Scotia, Spain, Ireland, and Maine are fertile areas where the plant is grown. It’s also called dulse for short, and its scientific name is Palmaria Palmata.

Morton salt is iodized, which we were told was to help offset possible dietary iodine deficiency. I mention Morton as I spent a part of my life in the Finger Lakes, which has a history as a major salt mining area in the US.
Rectangular salt silos dot the landscape.
It might be good to add iodine supplements to the preps.
We’re either teetering on a precipice or have already fallen, as in many prior crises. Trouble is, this time the fall is very long and deep, and it ends in a splatter, not just a painful thud. I hate to say it, but there’s no way out. War is around the corner, if I may mix metaphors.
Circling the drain…
I think I heard the analogy here. It looks like the old world, each time we go around the drain it changes a little more, a little more, than all at once.
Down the drain!
It’s going to be important to renew people’s faith in the system after the collapse. That has historically been accomplished with show trials and hangings. Let’s get it on. The list of people who need to hang for this is very, very long.

There was once, not so very long ago, a dearth of entertainment possibilities for the lower classes. Public executions provided such amusement. People would pack picnic lunches and take the kids. The last public execution by Guillotine, around the turn of the 20th century, was attended by thousands of people. Our more modern sensibilities are too delicate for such exhibits now.

Not-George. I’m probably quite old school about male v female roles in society, but I have to say that there are some GREAT women taking up the fight at the moment. Brave, savvy and out there. There are some great men too, but most modern men seem totally pussified.
Earlier I described 3 encounters at a “Stop the Steal” rally in November 2020.
As I wrote about them I realized all 3 involved women. Men were present, but the women were much more active.
Antifa, on the other hand, was much more of a mix with mostly male leadership.
@lizharmon
“collapse”, you say. Is that the virtual total collapse of industrial human society?
I can’t imagine “people’s faith in the system” will be renewed with a return to the stone age.

You know it used to be the case in America that people who ran around advocating hanging folks were generally regarded a wild-eyed extremists and hotheads who were best ignored for the sake of preserving a civilized society, and I actually tend to agree with that notion…..in civilized times.
But that ship has sailed now, hasn’t it? And American civilization apparently was the last passenger that jumped on board before that boat went steaming over the horizon and out of sight of land.
If we want it to ever return to our shores we may indeed have to resort to the rope. In uncivilized times extreme measures are usually the only measures that are effective.
This does not bring joy to my heart. But I’m pretty steely-eyed and realistic about the shape of things right now and they ain’t lookin’ very good.
Pro sports will obviously be defunct in reordered economic society. People will have to replace that passive spectator need with something. New “games” for new Roman Coliseums.
“American civilization apparently was the last passenger that jumped on board before that boat went steaming over the horizon and out of sight of land”
After the 3 November fiasco which sealed the deal, I made my way to a ‘Stop the Steal” rally.
My approach was that of the gray man. I learned a lot.
The part I’m choosing to recount here is conversations with Asians. Chinese, to be specific, we have a lot of ethnic Chinese here, and a lot at this rally. An important take-away.
Encounter # 1 was a group of mostly women with a few men. Chinese either by birth or heritage. The message was clear though brief, ‘don’t let what happened there (China) happen here’.
Encounter # 2, I have a flyer handed to me by one woman, ESL was clearly in play, her message unmistakable. “This is what the CCP does” said her trifold handout. It was not flattering commentary on the CCP, rather a series of examples throughout the history of the regime of trampled rights of people seeking freedom .
Encounter 3 was a woman with her iPhone. She was telling me how this country was the last refuge, there was no other place to go. We had to protect what was here. She and her family had left China to come here. There was no returning. She was describing a last stand. If we can’t hold on to freedom here, it will be gone.
Using her iPhone, she rapidly scrolled through post after post, speech animated, as she showed me what we have and what we are in danger of losing. When she paused for a breath, I politely told her I could not read Chinese. She made a quick series of gestures and English magically appeared on the screen.
She was now focused on “Joe Biden”: “we have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics” emphasizing this is what she left, what she was trying to escape, and America was the sole surviving place where freedom was still possible. There was no other place to go, the USA was the last place still standing.
She kept pointing at “Joe Biden” in particular throughout the various images and videos she had amassed.
She kept saying the US was the only place remaining in the world for her and her family to be free. Her message: ‘don’t lose something so precious, you can’t lose something so precious, there is no other place to go’.
I think this woman knows a lot about rigged elections and the brutality of totalitarian regimes. She was willing to be out in public to defend the freedom she came for in the US.
At this point, with Antifa rolling out its play of the day, it was time for the gray man to leave.
Make your stand right where you are, there’s no where else to go.
Great essay, Jim.
You are right to zero in on Gupta’s sad performance. He tried to wiggle out of it by changing the subject, but Rogan was not having it. I have to say that Rogan looked like a working-class hero handing the effect Gupta’s ass to him on a plate.

I am curious how errors like this happen. Do you type comments on a standard computer keyboard? Do you use an IPad? Do you thumb-type onto a smart phone? Do you do voice entry resulting in crazy corrections by the device’s system?
I type, I don’t use voice to text. It happens anyway. Any typos I see from anyone my first thought is AI really hasn’t made it yet.
I have noticed of late that some of the judges sitting in our federal courts are beginning to slap down the COVID shot mandates. The hopium addict in me swoons and yearns for our republic to be saved from sailing off the cliff at the last possible second by members of the judicial branch willing to risk all to finally check the power of the Woke maniacs in the executive and legislative branches of the federal government.
But the jury is still out. We won’t really know if there is any serious intent until one of these cases is heard and ruled upon by the entire SCOTUS.
Even then, I strongly believe that this lawless Biden regime will simply ignore any ruling they dislike. Without enforcement, the legal ruling will have no effective force. Andrew Jackson understood this principal two centuries ago, but most presidents quake at the notion of challenging the authority of the Supremes.
In this instance, that won’t be a factor, because the current “president” is not really in charge – not of the country – not even of his own faculties.
No, this regime is run by unelected minions of the Democrat Party. Biden regime WH staff – Obama operatives – RINO’s – and other Deep State interests.

The potential for life on other planets? Does he mean humans going to other planets after they completely trash this one?
Sounds like a transhumanist, unless I am misinterpreting the title.
Yeah, I do not understand the qualification of astronomy as being the search for the possibility life in space, or of earth like water planets.
Who cares? Just read on the hazards of staying in space for any extended period of time and the idea of going to Mars let alone settling it is ludicrous.

I start my day on the computer by clicking on the Chrome icon. The first thing that comes up is the Bing picture of the day. A week or two ago that picture was one of Andromeda, the only galaxy visible from earth with the naked eye (there are a few smaller closer galaxies but you need a telescope to see them). What a gorgeous picture!!!!
So anyway, the pic prompted me to Google further info about Andromeda the most startling of which is that it is more than 2.5 million light years away. Ponder how far light travels in one year and then multiply that by 2.5 million. The mind boggles. Another datum is that Andromeda and the Milky Way are converging on one another but we need not worry since they won’t collide for many billions of years.
Andromeda and the Milky Way are converging on one another -Q.

Well worth seven minutes of my time, GA. I’ve seen him on various TV programmes over my years and always thought he was quite an engaging fellow but never knew his politics. What a lovely idea about people who mind their own business versus those who mind others’ business.
Question, as a Scotswoman: can you tell the difference between regional Scottish dialects? Are there any?
Thanks GA for the link. He summarizes this mess really well. The Scottish PM Nicola Sturgeon who describes herself as Mummy for All — did it ever occur to her that no one asked her to be Mummy or needs her to be Mummy? I hope when she comes up for reelection, her opponent hammers this in.
It never fails to amaze me the arrogance and self-righteousness of these people. We have our own here, the most prominent is Gavin of California, and they seem to be blind to the implications of their actions. At the bottom is a complete distain for the intelligence of other people.
SW, Nicola Sturgeon has no self-awareness and is a blatant power-monger. The Glasgow climate conference just gives her more kudos.
Unfortunately the SNP are a single-issue party, so it doesn’t matter how hopeless their actual governance of the country is, they still get loyalty from those who are pro-independence. And people are stupid enough to believe that anything they don’t find satisfactory can be blamed on the lack of independence.
They have a massive parlliamentary majority in Westminster, but they needed the Greens to give them a majority in Holyrood. They only got 45% of the vote in the independence referendum in 2014. I don’t have a problem with independence per se, even with the concomitant lower standard of living that would come with it (Scotland’s deficit is many times that of the UK as a whole, because the SNP are so hopeless and people are so deluded), but independence with this shower of dictatorial idiots permanently at the helm, no thanks.

I must confess, I would never have spotted it if you hadn’t pointed it out.
Holyrood is where the devolved Scottish parliament sits.
Its part of the psychological conditioning in this Great Reset plan.
Go watch Dan Andrews and co. give press conferences; his demeanor is always of an abusive parent telling his kiddos how life is going to be from now on.
And occasionally, they break out the mindfuck stuff, such as the bit about not looking at sunsets or talking to people in public.
People sorely estimate the coaching the WEF marionettes are clearly getting behind the scenes.

@Q.Shtik — yes, that’s what I meant. Thanks for the spelling correction.
@GA — I had no idea Scotland was in such a mess. If they become independent and elect people like her, what will become of the country?
Your guess is as good as mine, SW.
Although if the covid vaxx is going to bring carnage, I don’t know how they’re going to enthuse people for something as irrelevant as independence.
Now, if we had an independence party that would stand up to vaxx mandates and passports, that would be a different matter. But they probably wouldn’t get many votes, sadly.
Depressing doesn’t begin to cover it.

There are definitely accents. I can recognise Glasgow and Glasgow-ish, Edinburgh and Edinburgh-ish, and the sing-song accent of the highlands and islands.
Nicola and Neil O are both Glasgow-ish (she’s from Paisley, he’s from Renfrew – similarly near to the metropolis.
I’m not as good with the nuances of other Scottish accents – they’re not as obvious as in England. And I spent my formative years in England anyway, plus you don’t get many Scottish accents on telly!
Neil O’s views were such a pleasant surprise and I only came upon his series of short talks by accident. Because he’s so enthusiastic about everything to do with Scottish (and Viking!) history. geography and culture, I assumed he’d be a Scots Nat, but he despises them as much as I do.
There are several other short talks of his about current covid policies, but none on the actual vaccines. I don’t think you can say anything on TV about the vaccines without being reprimanded.
I recently came across (in an email that they persist in sending me) an item in The Spectator describing – not condemning it, mind – the fact that a religious broadcaster called ‘Love Word’ (no, me neither) had been fined by Ofcom for broadcasting a chat show discussing ivermectin, the vaxxes etc. I read the transcripts of the chat and the discussion and the Ofcom judgement, although I can’t find it at the moment. The people exchanging views were far from erudite, admittedly, but they were accused of ‘misinformation that failed to protect the public’. Really.
Here’s an interesting article in the Spectator about Ofcom and censorship of corona-related information in the MSM. They still dismiss certain things as conspiracy theories, but at least they approve of them being discussed in public.

I remember how you used to correct me about how you were Scottish not English – but alas only in a normative sense.
I was right again it seems.
You’ve lost me, Jarek.
What happened to Mr Nice Guy, btw? He didn’t last long.
The old Alba appeared in force. Acting nice to her would be foolish.
From another angle: You’re back. I’m sure you don’t want people treating you like you’re on your death bed. Welcome! I haven’t withdrawn my good will.
One time Muslims shouted out prayers to travelers of a ways. When they got closer, they saw they were Englishmen. They asked if they could have their prayers back. I’m not asking.
Jarek, your talk of prayers moving back and forth reminded me of a story.
The Chief Rabbi of Lithuania once made a tour of his constituency. He entered one small shtetl synagogue, inhaled deeply, and solemnly declared “this place is full of prayers.”
The local Rabbi nervously responded, “But that’s a good thing, right?”
“Oh no” said the Chief Rabbi, “If your people were worthy, their prayers would have ascended to heaven!”
Well, how can you argue with that assessment?
That sounds quite twisted, Jarek. Perhaps you need my prayers. I don’t know what your beef is, but it’s your problem.
Yeah, because you never argue. And you’re always right – and sweet tempered to boot.
I didn’t no arguing was against the rules on a discussion forum. Perhaps you should have said.

I heard an MSP say recently that nothing at all comes out of Scottish government that didn’t come from Nicola Sturgeon’s desk.
She was very unhappy that the UK government’s scientists (such as they are) were putting the brakes on the jabbing of children, and expressed the wish that they would review their decision on an ongoing basis.
She doesn’t have any kids of her own. I don’t hold that against her, of course – I believe she wanted kids but miscarried. But she has no skin in the game in terms of outcomes for children. So, as Neil Oliver says, she wishes to meddle with ours.
I think perhaps the MSP was a government minister, not just an MSP, so would know about the inner workings of the SNP cabal.
None of it makes any sense unless you follow the money. While some may be using this to obtain power, ultimately the forces behind it are in it for the money. Just need to dig deep enough to see where it all goes.
Absolutely!

Aha! No, I write from a third floor window over the Pacific in southern Mexico.
On second thought I think it was Del Boca Vista.
Yes, I was chatting with a friend yesterday about that. Peggy Hall was interviewed on Infowars, and she brought up the fact that all these institutions and businesses are being given a lot of $$ to implement covid19 agendas, and hardly anyone is talking about it! The interviewer, Owen somebody, was gobsmacked and said he didn’t know about it. I have known about it for over a year. First we knew that hospitals were getting $39K per person killed on a ventilator. And a few thou per patient being treated. Just record them as covid19 positive and you get $3K. But this is above and beyond that. I personally know that the college I just resigned from is still getting millions, they went for the big brass ring, which is extra $$ for becoming an innoculation center in addition to mandating everyone be jabbed.
As long as people are getting millions and billions to say yes to the covid19 death cult agenda, they’re gonna keep it going.
Not to mention that if these schools don’t institute crazy draconian rules for their students, they risk being cut off from the big research bucks handed out by guess who?
Let’s not forget the friendly terms for IMF loans based on ‘covid mitigation’ for the governments that run on that largesse.. nearly every one.
It’s an offer they can’t refuse. So then the state largesse trickles down through regional governments & institutions, as well as small businesses & finally, us little nobodies.

Suggest you watch The Good Doctor this season. It is about the emphasis of profit in healthcare and the revolt by the medical workers. Good stuff if you can get past the wokesterisms.
I can’t take wokester Hollywood, sorry.
And I am way ahead of them in my knowledge of profit in healthcare, which you would know if you ever watched any of the videos or read the articles I post, which I suspect you don’t.
But thanks anyway for the suggestion.

I would suggest that following the money is useful only in identifying the errand boys and the mundane unless you’re referring to where the money is printed out of thin air.

I think it’s useful to see all of it as a single system successfully self perpetuating .. which it apparently is not, or the big boys wouldn’t look to collapse it & replace it with something new (keeping us shut up tight while they do so).
@AltoVista
Are you imagining that the “something new” somehow will include the persistence of the masses?
The energy, resources, and destruction of the Biosphere that are necessary to keep 7.8 billion people alive simply cannot be sustained, I would offer.

The money is just the side dish. The main course is the power. And not just boring old national power – total, global power!

One of the subjacent goals attached to this predicament is the controled demolition of the current civilizational arrangements – there are no political measures, extraordinary as they may be, capable of avoiding it.
The controlled demolition of the World Trade Center (see the irony of the name? And the sheer magnitude of the planning?) was the big, in-your-face, tip off.
Don’t forget the controlled demolitions of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria that were carried out along the way!
And Libya.
Those looked akin to plunder acts.

Something unformed and complete
Before heaven and Earth were born,
Solitary and silent,
Stands alone and unchanging.
Pervading all things without limit.
It is like the mother of all things under heaven,
But I don’t know its name – Better call it Tao.
Better call it great.
Great means passing on.
Passing on means going far.
Going far means returning.
Therefore Tao is great,
And heaven,
And earth,
And humans.
Four great things in the world.
Aren’t humans one of them?
Humans follow earth
Earth follows heaven
Heaven follows Tao.
Tao follows its own nature.

Read a long time ago that the enlargement of the human brain was the inclusion of meat in the diet. Perhaps the changes to the brain that allowed the acquisition of meat were the cause.
Hmmm? Maybe the converse is true. Maybe the avoidance of meat by the Left is why they are losing their minds?
Meat was never a main source of human food, at least for most people throughout most of history. It was a luxury, used as a condiment more than the Hungry Man hefty slabs that Americans of today are used to, (which shows in the heft of the general population).
Even when I was a kid, and my mother served meat at every meal, we were restricted to a small piece each.
I do agree that overpopulation is the problem, though.
And they are definitely working on solving that problem. If they can get every woman of child-bearing age vaxed, and those spike proteins congregate in the ovaries, and women are no longer squeezing out new humans by the millions every year, coupled with the natural and/or supplemented dying off of the elderly, it won’t take long to lower the Earth’s population.
I think that’s the plan.

Yeah, bugs are meat and if you add up the amount of bugs humans have eaten next to how many woolly mammoths humans have eaten, I’ll wager that in sheer volume, the bugs would win.
You can compare Eskimos eating seals with Americans eating bacon-wrapped double cheeseburgers if you want, but only if you are able to ignore the obese Americans waddling around WalMart and pretend they are similar.

First you say that meat was never a main source of human food.

I think Paula is saying that the volume of bugs eaten by humans exceeds the volume of mammoths eaten. But since she counts both bugs and mammoths as meat it kind of destroys the assertion that humans were never big meat eaters.
The vast majority of humans lived as hunter-gatherers for most of human history–which means that their diet was primarily meat of fish. The “gatherer” part means that they did also eat vegetable foods: nuts, berries, fruits, greens, roots and tubers, and some wild grains, but their diet were principally meat or fish. For one thing, the wild, uncultivated forms of most vegetable foods were very unproductive when compared to their modern cultivated forms, and widely dispersed. Compare the wild carrot to the modern carrot or teosinte to modern corn or crab apples to modern apples, for example. They did not, and could not, make much of a contribution in terms of calories consumed, or even in terms of bulk consumed, at least in most parts of the world.
The switch from virtually all-meat diets to diets consisting mostly of grains and vegetalbes did not occur until humans began to live settled, agricultural lives. Archaeological studies of human remains show that this change was accompanied by physical deterioration, in the form of smaller stature, poorer muscular condition, and even smaller brains. One of the hallmarks of the switch to agriculture is bad teeth. Tooth decay was unknown among hunter-gatherers. The main reason agriculturists prevailed was because agricuture could support larger populations.
This “agrricultural revolution” didn’t really take off until about 6,000 years ago, and even then it was localized to the eastern Mediterranean.
For a really good overview of these and other matters, read “The Horse, the Wheel, and Language.”
All populations aren’t the same, some were mostly vegetarian, for example. I think it depended upon what was plentiful at the time and easiest to harvest.
I listened to a podcast that hosted an author of a new book coming out that details the newer generations dislike of the previous generations.
And everything they stood for.
Why they want to tear it all down.
Believe the author is a professor in New York State.
Anyway, rather unsurprisingly, the newer generations are displeased that 1 generation squandered our collective future.
Boomers.
They took an era of peace, surplus, and growth, and turned it into a carefree, don’t worry about the future, era of greed, waste, and uncompromising hedonism.
At any price
Even their progeny.
And the boomers wonder why hipsters and simps don’t care about flags, 401Ks and drive-through burgers in the hotrod.
Clueless geezers.
To have a Boomers as a parents, uncles and aunties at the Christmas time and B-days apparently never bothered them.
Santa gave you a slew of video games? Sure.
@100
The entire notion of a generation is a nebulous pile of malarkey in my estimation. For example, have you ever read about how some define the Baby Boomer generation? – silly. A commonly displayed set of numbers for the birth years of that “generation is 1946-1964. Do you have any notion of what all those people have in common? – NOTHING!
I rant but playing the silly ass blame game based on a silly illusion is… yup… silly.

In any case the post-boomer ‘generations’, as individuals, would have been exactly the same as the boomers had it been them who found themselves in the same historical context. Anything else would suggest they are a different species of human, which I very much doubt.

Africa untouched by Covid, probably because they have been dosing Ivermectin for parasites. It works and should be the go to treatment everywhere, but they can’t make big bucks with it. Or maybe they just want to use Covid to thin the herd.
But I get your point about stopping overpopulation.
They have been telling us for decades that each American uses up as much resources as 50 Africans.
So it’s possible that they really mean it, and it is the western industrialized countries that they want to wipe out, to be replaced by people used to walking miles with a jug on their heads to get water.

I think they probably carry the empty jug in their hand and only carry it on their head after it’s filled. 🙂 Just guessing.
Re carrying jugs on heads—not sure about “jugs,” but I did see women carrying stuff on their heads on the island of St. Lucia. This was some decades ago.
bowls, all kinds of things. Since they didn’t necessarily have anything in their hands, I assume this was a preferred way to transport various types of objects. That is, to leave their hands free. I can imagine that it is easier on the back not to carry a heavy object for any distance.

The population “scare” will falter because population growth rates will plateau out in the next 30 years. Second tier nations like Mexico and Thailand are already down to 2 kids per women from 6. The bigger danger is probably the growth of the global middle class as more and more countries experience economic growth. Mind you, the last 18 months have probably put a stop to that. Anyway, we’re still all going to die!
”
Meat was never a main source of human food, at least for most people throughout most of history. It was a luxury, used as a condiment ”
Wishful thinking.
“throughout most of history” means little.
Prehistory is what counts.
Humans are omnivores.
This is made plain by our teeth.
Evolved for both masticating and tearing.
Yes, I agree that we are omnivores.
That doesn’t mean we evolved on Quarter Pounders.
Nobody say that we did.
Oh, really? Then go ahead and suggest that Americans switch to crickets as their protein source and see how they react.
My point is that humans ate whatever they could, and it was easier to pick nuts and berries and turn over rocks to get bugs, than it was to go out and kill large animals.
All the people feigning an inability to understand this have no intention of switching to maggots instead of bacon-wrapped double cheeseburgers, and I know it, and I suspect you know it also.
There is a heck of a lot of territory between “condiment” and “quarter pounder.”
“My point is that humans ate whatever they could, and it was easier to pick nuts and berries and turn over rocks to get bugs, than it was to go out and kill large animals.”
So what.
Even if it was harder to hunt large animals, that is exactly what they did. In fact, they must have loved it.
“Oh, really? Then go ahead and suggest that Americans switch to crickets as their protein source and see how they react.”
Pretty much the same an prehistoric people. Because if they liked the bugs so much why would anyone have bothered with hunting? Which could be dangerous.
Roast haunch of mammoth tastes–and smells—so much better than roasted cricket!
BTW, animals were not used only for food. Hard to make a blanket or a breech cloth from bugs.
And, don’t forget fish. Although Indians of eastern North America seem to have hugely preferred meat to fish or shellfish.
Please document “turning over rocks to get bugs.”
There was a specialization of roles between the sexes in hunter/gatherer societies.
Men went out & hunted game animals. Women foraged for anything they could get their hands on. Men did too as opportunity presented, but only men hunted game animals. That was their special focus, & this activity too created a status hierarchy among males.

This recalls to memory a scene in the movie Quest for Fire: a cave man is sitting (and casually leaning against a tree as I recall) and a butterfly is fluttering around him. He snatches it out of mid-air, puts it in his mouth and begins to slowly chew. All absentmindedly as if it were no biggy. Face expressionless. Something one does automatically when the opportunity presents itself.
How many quarter pounders in a mammoth? Sounds like a neanderthal maths problem. I don’t eat much meat, but I’m going to continue – simply because the globalist psychopaths are telling me to stop.
Humans made great evolutionary advances when they began to consume larger quantities of meat.
As a kid in the 50’s and 60’s we had all the meat we wanted for our meals. Lamb chops broiled (I sat in front of the TV in 1958 and chewed the extra meat off the bones), big pot roasts, T-bone steaks BBQ in summer. One of our favorites was when my grandma made pork and veal roasts together. She’d take the leftover meat and made some gravy for pork and veal sandwiches the next night on sweet buns from the bakery (northern Ohio small town). Bacon every morning with eggs and buckwheat pancakes made with a starter.
I think meat then was a status thing. Plenty of sugar and eggs and desserts.
Food was always a big deal.
Now I am satisfied to have a bagel and maybe some pesto linguini. Cut the meat out decades ago.
Where have you been, Avatar?
Yes, we overuse resources, and the irony is that a lot of the waste is because of the powers that be (corporations & banks) like it that way. Do we need ‘safety tabs’ on everything? Do we need everything wrapped in plastic? Do we need single-use crap? Nope. We don’t need any of that. Plastic bags at the grocery? Could more people ride bicycles and cities made more bike-friendly? Could we stop pouring concrete all over everything? Could greedy oil companies loosen their grip on competing technologies? Endless possibilities.
The bottom line is that we could easily live on way fewer resources, but they don’t want that, they’d rather remove a few million or billion of us.
If I were them, I would rather live better with less, than live worse with more.
That is not even taking into consideration that the Earth would live better with less living well than with more just living.

Yes. Quite correct. For weeks now, so called ‘medical boards’ (populated by state sycophants who don’t have the skill to actually practice medicine) have been threatening and chasing down doctors who tell the truth about the fake ‘vax.’ Soon, very soon, the doctors, pharmacists, and evil greedy minions, who have been supporting and pushing the genocide, will be hunted down by large numbers of very angry family members of the deceased and disabled.
All it takes is a certain minority number of doctors to stand up to the medical board to bring this whole scam crashing down. Because there’s that certain number that then inconveniences the medical board and gets the masses to turn on them.
Same went for the SWA “sick out”, next thing you know the CEO is on tv apologizing to the employees and reneging on the mandate.
Same goes for the construction team that was told they were going to be fired if they didn’t get the jab, they all got up and started walking and before they left the construction site were being told “never mind, you can keep working.”

It’s time to say “NO”. No more mandates, no more masks, no more quarantines, no more lockdowns.
Create a plan to protect the “at-risk” (let them “lock down” if they want) and let the rest of the world get back to getting this society functioning again.
Anyone who wants to take the vaccines can do so at their own risk, but nobody has to.
If you’re afraid of the unvaccinated, stay home and let the rest of us go on living. If the unvaccinated are that much of a threat, then they’ll all die off in short order and you can have your prison state with what remains. But my money is on the covidians getting a raging case of FOMO when they see the rest of the world getting along just fine without them.

IMHO, Trump’s success in 2022 and 2024 may be the only way to stop the Deep State from the ultimate takeover. I cannot think over another person with the cojones or charisma to get the job done.
The only other person who has shown some grit besides Trump, is DeSantis, but the poor guy just lacks charisma. On policy he is often quite good. Ditto on action. But that reedy voice hurts. Also, he needs to lose about 30 pounds. He looked good when he was in the Navy. If Trump does not run and DeSantis does, he most assuredly needs to work with both a voice coach and a personal trainer. I know, I know, style over substance, but sadly there are many voters who only vote on style, so you have to address both areas.
You’re right; I remember seeing pictures of nixon v JFK. Nixon looked like a bum and lost big.
Still slogging through Marrs’ Crossfire on the JFK execution, and the 1960 election was discussed in some detail. It was very close. Kennedy was more adept at the new technology of television and had make-up and etc prior to airtime. Nixon forgot to shave and sweated under the lights. People who viewed the TV debate thought Kennedy won. People who listened on radio thought Nixon had won. There were reputedly some Unusual electoral events in Chicago and Cook county was delivered to Kennedy.
Regarding the present, it no longer matters so long as machines and software/internet count the votes. Except for the fact that the elections themselves are a form of economic stimulus one wonders why they even bother. I reckon it has to do with the Potemkinesque keeping up the appearances, emblematic of a society lying to itself about everything.

I advised Jim of this error by private email and the correction has been made.
Aren’t we finished with the partisan frame yet? It’s losing its utility for understanding, fast.
Apparently, not yet.
Also wanted to point out that I love Mr. K’s interpretation of the following:
“This is not just a matter of the kiddies missing their Christmas presents. That’s just a dumb-ass sentimental ruse to divert your attention from the entire armature of American life imploding at warp speed. Christmas presents! How about no food, no gasoline, no heat, no money, and no public safety?”
All this talk in the news lately about no Christmas presents is simply ludicrous. Who needs all this useless crap? This is what has given us the terrible, spoiled, entitled generation to begin with. How about enjoying the company of your family and loved ones this Christmas?
How about simply giving an orange, or a box of homemade chocolates as a gift? This is much like they did back in the 1800’s. A book, a simple homemade wooden spinning top, etc. This is what we need, not a lot of overpriced crap from China that will be used once and then discarded.
Indulged generations now X3.
Christmas marketing is responsible for much of it.
Spoiled children become Gimmies. Gimmes become Democrats, no, actually Deep State supporters.
Add on to Christmas the now obligatory free college “education”, Four years of putting off adulthood for the benefit of learning the Deep State dogma.
We are so screwed.
Some little children make animal noises as they tear into their presents. What could be more horrible?

Newsome’s daughter: who still has to receive “other” vaccines first
From the CDC site:
Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine with Other Vaccines
You can get a COVID-19 vaccine and any other vaccines, including a flu vaccine, at the same visit. Experience with other vaccines has shown that the way our bodies develop protection, known as an immune response, after getting vaccinated and possible side effects of vaccines are generally the same when given alone or with other vaccines. Learn more about the timing of other vaccines.
8 million Chinese students???
Breaking it down further – Mandatory Vaxine exemptions:
• All of congress
• All congressional staff, both House and Senate
• White House – 6,000 employees
• Phizer – 2,500 employees
• Moderna – 1,500 employees
• Johnson & Johnson – 120,000 employees
• CDC – 15,000 employees
• FDA – 14,000 employees
• Chinese national students in US – 8 million
Illegal aliens
United states post office
Business with under 100 employees
I know that 8 million number can’t be right. In a hurried search, all I could find was that as of 2018, there were over 340,000 total in the US.
Yeah, Sanjay was squirming and it was beautiful. Joe Rogan is usually quite the charming host, so it’s possible that Sanjay thought the whole “Joe Rogan took horse de-wormer because he’s an idiot” CNN line would go politely unmentioned.
I guess not.
The power of a few people to ruin the lives of millions has always amazed me, and the last 18 months has been a stunning example of how easily a few decrees can shut down an entire interlocking world system.
But the pilots, the school bus drivers, the teachers and nurses in New York, are inspiring in their resistance.
It is possible that they are playing into our ruling overlords’ hands, since air travel, as well as traditional schools and medical care, are slated for cutbacks in the Reset.
But it’s still awesome to watch the low-level executors cave.
Yes, I am really enjoying seeing so much resistance. Also, the parents rebelling against totalitarian school boards.
the low-level executors cave. – Paula

executors or executives?
I look at them as executors. Just like a firing squad, maybe they don’t actually directly kill anyone, but they are just as responsible, imo, as the ones on top giving the order.
Joe Rogan goes over Public Health England data showing majority of cases and deaths in the jabbed:
https://rumble.com/vnqwy4-joe-rogan-public-health-england-data-shows-majority-cases-and-deaths-in-ful.html
“the jabs, on the other hand, do screw a decent percentage of people right up front and the longer-term damage is yet to be determined. Statements by people like Fauci that “if nothing bad happens in 2 weeks nothing will” are flat-out lies; there are plenty of examples of people having strokes or heart attacks anywhere from a few weeks to a few months post jab, and they are people who have no risk factors for same and are too young to fit the common profile.”

CNN is weird. Used to be, way back, they were legitimate, they presented a fair picture of the world and its happenings.
What changed it to the spokes group for the LBGTQ group, the Blacks, ie for the Deep State? What happened? Was it the addition of one manager that changed the editorial content because he is a stooge of the Left? Over about a year during Trump, they fired all their conservative folks and hired the liberal scum of the earth to take over.
How do they maintain a business base while being clobbered by Fox in every single poll? They should all be red faced in every broadcast.
Sanjay is an excellent example. He used to be a neutral reporter and analyst on the goings on in medicine, not the politics of medicine. Who has editorialized him?
John,
It has been a source of bafflement to me for some time as to what CNN”s “business model” can possibly be, because based on their ratings, they must be losing money hand over fist.
The only conclusion seems to be to appeal to billionaire leftists like George Soros who will secretly subsidize them in order to have control of a major media organ to use as a relentless propaganda megaphone.
However, as the audience of CNN appears to be shrinking with ever passing year, one supposes that they will eventually become so non-influential that the subsidies will suddenly stop and the money will be re-directed elsewhere where it can have more impact.
The day after that happens we’ll all be shocked to learn that CNN is going bankrupt – firing all of its staff – and closing its doors forever.
Say goodnight, Gracie!
Well, Anderson Cooper and Don Lemon are both paid about $1 million per month. That doesn’t sound like much of a winning business strategy to me.
CNN has been garbage at least since the early 1990s, with their gulf war propaganda, but they went into the shitter when Aaron Brown left around 2000 or so.

Gupta is a shrew operator and is hedging his bets. Probably realized that take the pummeling early, before the real catastrophe hits. This step most likely ended his CNN career or at least they will invite him less and less.
Soon these MSM TV pundits will not dare to go outside without security and only when absolutely necessary because a lot of people will be real mad at them. So Gupta decided to walk outside of the burning theater early.
Timgenx, your conjecture is quite reasonable. Being a craven stooge does not rule out being clever – sufficiently clever to assess the current situation and elect the least grave of perceived consequences.
“Conservative MP Sir David Amess has died after a stabbing attack on Eastwood Road in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex”

I don’t know but we had another MP killed a few years ago, Labour’s Jo Cox. I’m not going to go into that other than to say there was worldwide condemnation, wall to wall talk of white supremacy, nazism, far right extremism, fighting hatred, blah, etc. Trudeau waded in, Clinton waded in, Obama waded in… you get the picture.
Now just sit back and watch as the murder of white, male, pro-Brexit, Eurosceptic Conservative David Amess is swept under the carpet. It’ll be forgotten within 24 hours and privately celebrated by the sort currently running your country.
I wasn’t familiar with him, Slugoon, but he sounds like one of the decent ones, from what I’ve now read.

President Biden is visiting this state today (Ct)
The media is in a tizzy, unable to contain its delight. The red carpet has been rolled out, as tho the Messiah himself has rolled in.
I wonder, will there be any “Let’s go Brandon” signs along the motorcade route? If there were would the MSM even show them? Probably no signs will be seen though as our esteemed President Potatohead is a beloved figure in the Nutmeg State, land of the Gimme,Gimme tribe.
“Let’s Go Brandon” will last a long time.
Similar to CNNs “Mostly Peaceful Protesters”.
Only reason to watch college football on Saturday is to hear the crowds chant “Let’s Go Brandon!”
“Let’s Go Brandon!” – BRH and Abby

Please explain the Brandon reference. I must have missed it somehow.
A crowd of people were chanting “Fuck you Biden” and the news reporter reported that they were chanting “Let’s go Brandon”.

“Yeah, it’s a problem, Sanjay finally admitted, lamely.”
At least he told the truth. For once. Give him credit for that. It means he has a shred of human decency left. By saying this, he probably trashed his career at CNN. Who knows; perhaps he’ll see the light and join our side.
Damage control the next day on CNN:
“To the surprise of absolutely nobody, CNN is in major damage control mode after Joe Rogan slammed the network over their coverage of his use of Ivermectin as part of a cocktail he used to treat Covid-19.”
https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/joe-rogan-crushes-cnn-over-ivermectin-horse-paste-propaganda-gets-gupta-concede
Note how CNN’s framing is absolutely disingenuous – with Lemon suggesting they didn’t slander Rogan for taking ‘horse dewormer’ – whiled Gupta lied when he said there’s ‘no evidence that it [Ivermectin] really works’ against Covid.
Also, notice what a little worm Sanjay Gupta is. When he had to confront Rogan face to face, he admitted CNN lied about him and shouldn’t have said what they sad. Then, back on CNN, pressured by Lemon, he stuttered and obfuscated. Look at the difference:https://t.co/mrfjyuPA0v
— Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) October 14, 2021
He only said it because he was backed into a corner, and would have been caught in a bigger lie if he didn’t.
He went back on CNN later and started the lie right back up. He gets NO CREDIT. He’s an asshole.
Then CNN would make him a new $-offer and he’ll live you in a hart beat.

What does ^this^ mean?
Oooops.
Time for me to leave.
I caught a glimpse of the woke media, and they are out in full forces warning that you are not to think of Kyrie Irving as the new Mohammed Ali, and that Kyrie is unlikely to change anyone’s point of view on the covid death shots.
Which makes me believe that Kyrie Irving is his generation’s Mohammed Ali.
I think that even in death, Mohammed Ali has a higher profile than some of the former hoop stars they’ve been bringing out to bash the younger players who will not submit to the jab.
If you believe the opposite of everything the MSM says, you probably have a good idea of what is true.
Wish I could fit that onto a bumper sticker!
Abby: By a bigger car. Simple!
LOL!
It’s an upside-down world when Kyrie Irving — he of the Flat Earth Society, perpetual malingerer, and hater of teammates on every team he’s ever been on — is a shining light and galvanizing force for good all of a sudden. But, as I said upthread re Joe Rogan, you take your victories where you can get them.
When (probably not if) an NBA, NHL, MLB, or NFL player collapses mid-game in the next year, the mask (pardon the pun) will be off for the pro-vaxxers.
I am waiting for some major big shot to get the jab and keel over on the spot.
The big shots get saline or fake shots
See? You DO know what it’s like to be delusional and stupid.
So yesterday we had our AC guy come and clean our oil burner, get it ready for winter and so on. He’s a down to earth individual, not very political, who incidentally has done very well for himself with his little company, owning a beach house on the Sound and a small farm in the NE part of the state. At any rate, he was telling me about his Brother in Law, who was killed in an auto wreck last summer, TBoned by a drunk driver. He was saying the hospital listed his death as from Covid, not trauma from the accident. The family had to go to court to get it changed (still in the process) so they can proceed with a negligent homicide/wrongful death lawsuit.
I’ve heard rumors of this sort of thing happening but never really believed it. Why would a medical examiner list the wrong cause of death? It doesn’t make any sense.
The medical examiners got a lot of $$$ per covid death.
Even undertakers and coroners were/are in on the act. A woman reported that when her mother died (of natural causes) the coroner called and tried to bribe her into putting covid19 on the death certificate.
That undertaker in the UK exposed that whole grift too, among funeral homes.
It’s a racket that pays a lot of $$ out to those willing to be in on the con.
Families don’t get to see or have input on any death cert in the US. A coroner would never call a family and offer such. The coroner does it all; prior to COV it was the dreaded ‘OVERDOSE’ cause of death. Now it’s COV for anyone where they can justify it. Plus hospitals do in fact get extra big bucks for venting patients with a COV dx.
Good points Nuerodoc. Could be that this accident victim also was carrying Covid around with him. I’ve known a few people who tested positive for Covid, but thought they had a common cold their symptoms were so mild.
“Families don’t get to see or have input on any death cert in the US. ”
Wrong.
At least in CA, the funeral home cannot finalize arrangements if the family protests the death certificate.
I know this from personal experience.
It *may* depend on the funeral home.
But the family most certainly can see the death certificate if they want to see it. And a honest funeral director will not proceed until errors on the death cert are corrected.
This is of course important, since the death certs are used to create all kind of datasets, including actuarial ones.
I think the woman in LA worked for a consortium of funeral homes. I wish the search engines worked, so I could find her testimony again.
You are right that the funeral homes can’t proceed without a death certificate. She said that if they got backed up they would put a lot of pressure on the coroners.
The coroners don’t examine most of the bodies. They can sign off on the doctor’s cause of death and it is much easier for them to do so.
Her conclusion was that it was just bureaucratic rule change, coupled with normal human laziness, as I recall, that made such major propaganda advances possible.
I tried a search engine, just to see. I got a bunch of stuff about Scary Covid and an article on “defund the police”, but nothing about rule changes in California.
Apparently they do (see Islander below). And the woman had no reason to lie.
“And the woman had no reason to lie.”
Mary,
With all respect, having no reason is not necessarily a “deal breaker”….
When you get attacked for telling a truth like that, and there is zero incentive, I tend to believe people. Not to mention, I can tell when people are lying or being disingenuous.
There was a woman in LA who explained this sometime last year.
All they did was change the rules, and then everyone followed the new rules.
But yeah, the hospitals get a bonus for each covid patient they have and a bigger bonus if they intubate the patient.
A trauma patient might have been intubated, so that would be a lot of incentive for the hospital to lie.
If you are talking about the CDC’s new guidance last March concerning filling in the cause-of-death portion of the Blue Form, aka death certificate, that is a different topic.
Yes, they did so. I was on top of this—that is, the point of the changes that were made— because I had dealt with irregularities in in the way the cause-of-death portion was filled out in the case of both my parents. In one case it was well after the fact. I saw that the med examiner who filled it out had not follow the guidelines—some of which are printed right there on the form. For instance, “old age” is not permitted as a cause of death. The guidelines were very clear as to primary and secondary/underlying causes of death. When my father died I immediately saw that the cause of death was fabricated—“cognitive decline” instead of the truth: asperation pneumonia. I made a stink, and the cremation was halted until the death cert was changed. Which took about a week. This was in 2015—unrelated to covid.
Hence, however, I was very familiar with the pre-Covid guidelines, which had been worked out after a long study period, and dated from 2003. So my antennae started twitching with the announcement of special new covid-tailored guidelines that obscured the proximate and underlying causes of death.
I had (and still have) a copy of the pre-covid form in my computer to refer to. Once the new guidelines came in, I could no longer find the older Blue form at the CDC site.
That’s what is bringing down the globalist narrative: personal stories passed from mouth to mouth, phone to phone, email to email. Everyone has these stories, and despite Zuckerbuck’s best efforts, they get around until they form a solid counter narrative.
I may be old-fashioned but isn’t it way past time (with maybe 20% of the population now sympathetic to such discussion) to be giving some serious thoughts to possible strategies and tactics for surviving or maybe even collectively minimizing the oncoming darkness.
For example:
Some comments seem indicate that nothing short of some type of incremental of maybe mass religious or psychological conversion of some sort will be necessary. If so, how would this practically begin to take place? What are some descriptions of the path? Would this eventually involve some type of internal and external transformation toward a more humble life style?
Other comments some to indicate that this institutional disintegration is now beyond our control and the best we can do is individually, and possibly neighborhood wise brace ourselves and then somehow, out of the wreckage, those that are able to emerge can possibly build something better. If this were to happen what assumptions about human nature are involved in this strategy? Are such assumptions an accurate reflection of who we are? Would there need to be something more?
Still other seem to be preparing for a literal battle/war of some sort.
How realistic is such a strategy? Who and what exactly is/are the enemy? What would be the psychological consequences of such a strategy–in the process of such a struggle we would we end up becoming similar to our supposed enemy?
i think the best preparations for the future are about one’s particular local area. pick a good one, establish yourself, get to know land and people
“Sanjay Gupta is now the discredited poster boy for American doctors-without-honor and a medical system in abject collapse.”
It was once told to me that a Doctor is nothing but a blue-collar worker with big paycheck. Dirty jobs that pay well.
Class wise, this is mostly correct. Most medical professionals come from lower to lower-middle-class stock.
A proven way to earning more.
They carry with them their middle-class sensibilities: pleasing those above them. Collecting benchmarks, accolades, and attaboys.
Proving their worth.
Their bona fides.
I’m one of you, and have proven my value. My worth.
Yes and no.
I personally know a few doctors who fit this mold, including a friend.
But, like any career, it’s how you’re brought up. There are many more who come from a family of doctors. Upper-middle class, not associating much with the hoi polloi throughout life.
Yeah, and now that the medical system is so industrialized, ER doctors are migrant workers, going from hospital to hospital, working 12 hour shifts without benefits.
Sure they’re paid well, and they don’t like it when you call them migrant workers, but it is what it is.
Due to staff “shortages” many of them find themselves sweeping and doing other odd jobs between patient care.
getting over some moderate/mild 3-day virus (pretty sure not bacterial). It’s completely wild and counter-intuitive, i know… but i’ve done this feat without any vaccines or even any drugs. took some vita C.

Glad it wasn’t anything more serious.
If you’re in latitude north of 20 degrees, don’t forget to take at least 5,000 IUs of VitD3 a day over the winter.
Vicious cold, huh?
Yep. Covid. Now change your diapers.
And of course after the Rogan interview Gupta had to go back on CNN where Don Lemon coached him though doubling down on the CNN lie and pretending that he didn’t have his ass handed to him in a fair debate.

Hopefully he found a place larger than the luxury condo he was hitherto calling home.
Another checked-out cabinet member.
Not even phoning it in.
But he is gay and has an ivy league sheepskin.
The Obama team convinced the fringe-vote gathering candidates to capitulate in exchange for a cabinet position, including the vice presidency.
They never promised that they would actually “work” for old applesauce brains. That’s Obummer’s job.
Shouldn’t Buttguy be working hard to resolve the backlogs in trucking and at the ports? This is a critical problem right now, and within the purview of the Dept. of Transportation.
I thought his husband — Chasten — was home taking care of the twins.
Buttlpplugs stated goals as Sec. of Transportation was to make the Dept. “More inclusive “, and to “foster diversity”. Are you surprised everything is all f#kkd up?
Buttigieg claims he has been in touch every single day doing his “job”.
Well done Pete!!
Abby: In touch with what? On second thoughts, maybe don’t answer that.
Biden (your President) has worked like a trooper to sort this shit out, and is succeeding:

I hope that is some serious sarcasm at this point no one believes Biden is working hard at anything but screwing up the country more.
It’s become so bad even this old fool realizes illegal immigration is out of control and has started squealing like a pig that he will implement the Trump remain in Mexico plan.
Its also well reported he has one of the shortest work schedules of any president ever.

Joe Rogan is not one to trifle with, either mentally OR physically. He was fearless before the 100 million contract, so now he can be aggressively fearless, as well. The blatant falsification of information by medical “experts” has, hopefully, opened the thinking populace to uniformly question ANY serious opinions put forth as fact by said individuals. One positive outcome.
Police, EMT’s and others are still and will be of their chosen profession mentally when the Long Emergence descends. One need identify them to use these individuals to form the nucleus of many small, self contained, towns to be.
Prognostications of the initiator, form and probable outcome of our rapidly becoming visible LE are guesstimate, with the ability to scale projected probability based on the authors background.
The coved scamdemic (99.4% survival for ALL, 99.9 for healthy-youth) identifies the weak minded from those of strength. You now DO NOT have to do a rushed rating of neighbors who qualify for the compound. I cannot think of a more concise, codified method of classification. Exceptions will occur, but not of a numbers to allow contamination of the compound/team.

Really, where the f#kk is Buttplug? As Sec. of Transportation, shouldn’t he be out in Long Beach RIGHT NOW, lighting a fire under the asses of Shipping, Trucking, and Port Authority honchos? This is a leader of men, home on maternity leave, when the country is in crisis? Warming up bottles, when hundreds of ships are backlogged off the coast of California, the trucking industry is falling apart, and the price of fuel has doubled in the past 9 months? Well, at least we aren’t hearing about Trump’s mean tweets anymore.

But after this year, no more. Never again. Never fucking again.
voting’s truly lesser of two neck-and-neck evils, and if we don’t change it up, we’re probably doing it wrong
“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States…” So reads the very first sentence in the articles of the constitution of the United States … We the people should shout down unconstitutional presidential mandates of all kinds, otherwise we will be ordered around in our daily lives by dictators rather than being governed by reasonable laws passed after thoughtful debate and with respect to the basic freedoms we have (still?) in the bill of rights.

Protests ain’t gonna do it. Just water off a Fascist duck’s back.
“The true price of a society lying to itself about everything will be the sickness and death of the society.”
A society that chooses to lie to itself about everything must justify why it deserves to exist at all. If lying to itself is the operating software of that society, then the corruption happened somewhere further back behind that compulsion to lie to itself when that society had already lost its soul and rolled far off the rails.
The ‘sickness and death’ of the society is in the unwillingness or inability of a society to approach life with truly open eyes and open hearts and a determination to do whatever it takes to survive and prosper. It is society that is self-loathing and self-hating.
“We must be very close to a clear majority of the people in America recognizing the danger we are in and identifying the source of that danger.”

views of the Holocaust. As Scotty said to the Klingon, Care to resphrase that laddy? We’re not read for the Truth about this issue. But what could be offered is to talk about other holocausts, like that in the Ukraine by Stalin. Or the Volga German by the Slavs. Or German POW’s by Eisenhower. Or the firing bombing of Dresden by the demonic Allies.
There is no “the” Holocaust. That’s the first step in reform.
Agreed, but you should probably tread lightly here with that subject, lest you be changing your screen name again after a short hiatus.
All perspective indeed.
Plenty of Chinese and Korean people got rounded up and murdered by the Japanese.
Plenty of Chinese people smoked to much opium and died of over doses before the Boxer rebellion.
Most people don’t know what the Turks did the Armenian people during WWI.
None of these slaughters should be forgotten including what happened to many of the Jews in Europe along with Gypsies, gays, mentally handicapped people or anyone deemed unworthy by the Nazis.
Nor should the forced vaccination of blacks in America with live Syphilis just to they can be studied on how the disease progresses.
Is it any wonder why so many people now look at this huge experiment and wonder whats with the rush to get this poison into so many arms?
Remember “We are the government, we are here to help!”
Look at all the other atrocities committed by various governments around the world.
Just read that after 50 years of making serious coin from their hit “Brown Sugar”, the Rolling Stones won’t be performing it live any more.
What iconoclasts!

Nope, seems no one is home.
I’m convinced that Jo Jo Magoo could get on national TV and tell everyone that the plandemic is a hoax and the vaccines are killing us and they’d still ‘believe’ in their magical fairy tales and covid death cult ritual beliefs anyway.
Agreed, Mary. Once the narrative is cemented into their brains, no amount of facts will change them.
They are still yapping on about ”Get the vax to protect others” months after it was admitted that the vaxed can still contract and spread the disease.
They are insistent that they need to be protected from the unvaxed. Why? If the vax works they don’t need protection. If the vax doesn’t work, why force it on others.
The whole thing is illogical.
It’s absurdly crazy, yep.
This blog week’s blog post may be one of Kunstler’s best and most trenchant ever? He’s like a fine wine: He gets better with age. A tour-de-force….
I wish that I could be “HARD”. If I prayed to God to be “HARD”, would He answer my prayers? Or, would it end badly due to miscommunication and misunderstanding, like it did for King Midas?
Sometimes Life is indeed TRAGIC, like it is now for the Americans who dreamed of creating an Empire as discussed in “The Federalist Papers”. Surely, the Founding Fathers must have known that all empires eventually go “Capoot”?
Which Americans in the Federalist Papers dreamed of creating an empire? I think you should go back to school.
There is considerable discussion in “The Federalist Papers” about how the Ancient Greek city states failed because of internal division. The Founding Fathers were worried about the European powers fomenting division amongst the Americans, which, if such division could be avoided, then the Americans would expand to the Pacific Ocean and beyond to become very powerful, an empire. The Federalist Papers is about a system of power.

L’Affaire Gupta will go down as the single clearest example of the degree to which the anointed and their pets live in a hermetically sealed bubble totally separated from the rest of the country.
No-one who has listened to any Rogan at all (I first heard of him via a Jordan Peterson interview) would be at all surprised at his evisceration of Gupta.
Rogan simply asks the questions that most people would like answered, and clearly prepares very well for each guest.
He failed to ask, as his final question: “What the fuck did you think would happen if you came on my show?”
Joe Rogan TKO-ed Gupta. It’s ironic that Rogan’s interview of Gupta came shorty after the Tyson Fury – Treyvon Martin fight….
They have so little pushback at his level of life, maybe they forget that they are lying? I mean the Elite in the Capstone know the Truth and the Narrative are two different things. But those who have to speak the Narrative convincingly are lying for a living. So perhaps they either don’t know (he knows) or they simply forget and make themselves vulnerable without realizing it on occasions like this.
Rogan did back down on the the Theft of the election.
I disagree. This is the first time I have ever seen Rogan press a guest so directly on an issue that mattered.
In fact, since he went to Spotify for many millions, he became even more milquetoast and almost corporate.
He redeemed himself a bit as the Covid Hoax became more obvious, but I don’t see why some find him so interesting.
There are thousands of people on Twatter and Youtube and elsewhere who figured out what was coming long ago, and are still far ahead of the curve. Rogan has a big platform precisely because he normally stays within the lanes.
And, tomorrow, Rogan could have a guest on who convinces him that covid19 is the worst plague ever and everyone should be vaccinated, and Joe could agree.
You never know. It’s not good that one person has such a huge following and influence, even if he did take down Gupta.
I’m glad he did it, it helps expose CNN’s propaganda and lies, but honestly, if people don’t see through that already, I don’t know what good Rogan’s expose would be.
Jo Cox was far left.
Color us surprised at more violence,
Amess, 69, was attacked around midday Friday at a Methodist church in Leigh-on-Sea, a town about 40 miles (62 kilometers) east of London. Paramedics tried without success to save him. Police arrested the suspect and recovered a knife.
They did not identify the suspect, who was held on suspicion of murder. Police said they believed the suspect acted alone, and were not seeking anyone else in connection with the killing, though investigations continue.
The slaying came five years after another MP, Jo Cox,
was murdered by a far-right extremist !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in her small-town constituency, and it renewed concern about the risks politicians run as they go about their work representing voters. British politicians generally are not given police protection when they meet with their constituents.
Malthuss, are you suggesting a man who shoots and stabs a wife and mother to death while she’s doing her job is not an extremist?
Jo Cox was a member of the parliamentary Labour Party, not ‘far left’.
Where do you get this stuff?
Left or right is perspective.
From an American point of view ALL labor parties are leftist and England is far to the left.
I consider myself to be center right but if you asked redneck liberal aka Majella I’m far right.
Where do you put Boris Johnson? 🙂
Bear in mind that Boris is bringing in vaxx passports, while Jeremy Corbyn signed the cross-party petition against them. (I can’t be doing with Corbyn either, as it happens).
Boris is doing the globalists’ bidding. Left and right means diddly in that context. And neither does Brexit, as I forewarned more than once.
To be honest I don’t pay attention to politics in Europe I have a hard enough time deciphering politics in the US.
Oh, those sacred words, ‘mother’ ‘wife’.
I recall reading about some slum landlady who, thru neglect was responsible for deaths by fire at one of her buildings.
Her lawyer, [to jury] THIS WOMAN IS A MOTHER.
Someone who kills someone is a killer.
‘Extremist’ is a loaded term, like [gasp] White Supremacist.
There is a brilliant piece on Jo over at Occidental Observer, if I recall.
malthuss, if you think she *deserved* to be stabbed and shot to death – you know, *asked for it* – for the perceived inconsistencies in her political views and actions, just come out and say it. Stop being disingenuous.
It’s not my job or desire to defend her political record, but I don’t think it’s OK that she was murdered. And yes, she left two young children behind. Imagine that bothering anyone.
I don’t think David Amess deserved to be murdered either, for whatever his perceived political trespasses.
Someone who kills is a killer. Someone who kills because of their political views is also an extremist. In my opinion. That’s all it is, an opinion. You’re welcome to yours.

If you want to destroy the country, the first thing you do is to erase any notion of a national border. That’s if you deliberately want to destroy it. You can also destroy it inadvertently, out of sheer incompetence. The first takes malice of which there’s an abundance, the second takes blockheadedness of which there’s no shortage either.
It’s pretty much impossible to get your arms around the depth and breadth of what’s afoot these days, abject failure and catastrophic economic, societal and governmental collapse being the self-evident result whether from malintent or otherwise. It’s just too big a task for any one person to catalogue.
But you have to start somewhere. JHK draws attention to Wall Street whose insiders front-run suckers, those suckers being anyone who’s not a Wall Street insider. That would be you and me.
Drawing attention to this farcical collection of frauds we laughingly call capital markets I suppose is a good thing. That way we know for the sake of posterity at least one disease eating the polity, not that it will arrest the decline, given the subversion of Washington by Manhattan.
JHK is right, Wall Street is no place for price discovery but rather its opposite, aided and abetted by legislatures and regulators and a central bank all of which are bought and paid for. Sharpies gather to Wall Street like flies to rotting meat, to get a piece for themselves, and that done, they opt for a post-Wall Street career in Washington to oversee Wall Street.
And Washington welcomes them with open arms, the justification being that former Wall Streeters know where the bodies are buried.
Which they do but so what? That rationale is a con for pink-cheeked innocents (like myself) who were born yesterday. I mean, a mob lawyer would also know where all the bodies are buried and so would a mob consigliere but would anyone in their right mind think it ok for either to head up the FBI?
Anyone with their head screwed on would see the obvious conflict of interest of Wall Streeters regulating Wall Street, the likelihood of meaningful regulation and enforcement being scant, with a few busts served up now and again to make it look good, and those only miscreants who inordinately irritate others in those concrete canyons. Nonetheless this is the modus operandi.
Wall Streeters are a chronic financial leukemia killing America. They’re not the only terminal disease, but given time and a lack of intervention to stop their predation, they will kill America.
American elites overseeing things are utterly confident that, no matter what, they will escape unscathed. They are of the unshakeable opinion that they are so special, that they can load a bullet into a six-chambered revolver, then point the gun at their own heads, and then pull the trigger six times with no ill effect.
As sure as the sun rises they will learn otherwise. I would warn them that their opinion has no basis in reality. I would warn them that their actions, both individual and collective, will be disastrous for them. But I know that they won’t listen.
What if I pray to God to make me “HARD”, and then I am suddenly afflicted with “Priapism” for all of my numerous Sins? How would I fix it? Beseech the Pope?
During the Italian Renaissance, the Popes would issue dispensations for all kinds of sins (adultery, fornication, murder, etc.) if you paid the right fee….
Write to Sanjay Gupta of CNN?
Is it true that Biden wants to hire 80,000 new IRS agents? Is that number correct? Does Biden have “Priapism”?
Sanjay isn’t dumb nor all bad. He’s just a mecia scumbag like Geraldo who wants to keep climbing. He did ask Fauci this:
Israeli data shows natural immunity is much stronger than vaccinated immunity. So,
@drsanjaygupta
asks what justifies U.S. vaccine mandates extending to Covid-recovered people. Fauci’s reply: “That’s a really good point, Sanjay. I don’t really have a firm answer for you on that.”
The problem is that the Truth simply doesn’t matter and has nothing to do with policy. Fauci wasn’t even put out. Truth is just one fact among many, by no means the most important. Certainly it doesn’t determine Policy. Thus medical policy has very little to do with public health either. There are other, unnamed concerns by unnamed policy makers. That’s what matters.
Sanjay could be a decent doctor. Maybe he was before. But he likes this more, oh much more…..
https://taskandpurpose.com/news/marine-corps-lt-col-stuart-scheller-sentenced/
Scheller has given in, pleading guilty to everything. I assume he is trying to save himself from years in prison, maybe even trying to get his pension back? Is that possible? His wife left him. Maybe if he gets the pension back, he can get her back? And see his kids? The pension is probably gone. She left after he made the video after they told him not to talk to the public anymore.
It was all too much for him. His brave words are just so much mockery against him now. As Christ said, If you would built a Tower, first reckon if you have the resources to finish it.
And if he had gone to prison would that have served anyone? Would anyone have remembered his sacrifice? At one point he was talking about being a Leader and starting a military revolution. You don’t do that on public media. He was all over the place and now he is no place I’m afraid.
Though I am not aware of the specifics of the guilty plea, is the Colonel not “guilty” of speaking out against the lies of his superiors? Is he not guilty of not towing the company line? Is he not guilty of speaking up when his orders were to STFU and do what he was told? i happen to think that he understands that he was “guilty” of all of that but has a defense in mind that will vindicate that choice. The bigger and more important question that needs to be asked is whether taking the tract that he took was not the moral high ground, and therefore the only correct path that could be taken?
My own officer training directed us to take the exact same path in the event that we were to find that our orders were wrong, immoral, otherwise clearly a disastrous choice to make. At least in the old days, morality counted and some of us were trained accordingly, even if that meant that we were going to catch a boat load of hell for it.
In the end, Quit Ye Like Men has far more value than STFU and do what you are told. Look at what that got us in the White House today. I only hope that the Colonel takes the high road and kicks their hairy asses!
Tucker described our system as Anarcho-Tyranny tonight. Sam Francis, the creator of the concept defines it here:
This condition, which in some of my columns I have called “anarcho-tyranny,” is essentially a kind of Hegelian synthesis of what appear to be dialectical opposites: the combination of oppressive government power against the innocent and the law-abiding and, simultaneously, a grotesque paralysis of the ability or the will to use that power to carry out basic public duties such as protection or public safety. And, it is characteristic of anarcho-tyranny that it not only fails to punish criminals and enforce legitimate order but also criminalizes the innocent. At the same time the governor of North Carolina grotesquely fails to uphold his famous oath to protect the citizens of his state by keeping convicted felons in prison, he has no problem finding the time to organize a massive waste of his time and the taxpayers’ money to hound and humiliate a perfectly innocent citizen for the infraction of a trivial traffic law.
Jarek: I would say our system is at its most fundamental, Plutocratic Totalitarianism and that it uses the above strategy as one of its methods of control. It is by its very nature not a just system and accordingly, has no interest in justice for citizens.
I hope Lt Col Scheller can walk away with head held high as well. And that certainly is better than going against his conscience by following orders from people who don’t deserve to be giving them.
But it did sound like he wanted to build something. And I don’t think he understands process. He started bad mouthing not only Trump, but General Flynn. Politics is the art of the possible, an art of compromise. If he had some arcane military disagreement with Flynn, was this really the time to air it? If you can’t accept the endorsement of anyone in power, you aren’t going to get anywhere.
Say you contract with a company to build a multi-story building. They show up on the first day with beams and start digging post holes for them, a few feet deep. You ask, What about the Foundation? The guy begins to rave about how tall the building is going to be, “We want to go up, not down.” You realize you’ve hired a lunatic.
Not that Scheller is a lunatic, but I don’t think he understands how to lay a foundation. Does he want something brand new? Well that would take decades and generations. That cultural not political, much less military.
He may not be a lunatic, but he may be a loose cannon. Speaking as he did about revolution wasn’t the way to go, despite the fact that many think we need one. He’s now in the crosshairs of the Deep State oppressors, just as his followers will be. Anarcho-Tyranny at work.
‘He told the military judge that he now wishes that he had not said “Follow me and we will bring the whole f—king system down” in an Aug. 29 video.’
After reading the following, I’m leaning towards loose cannon. I remember the calls for revolution during the sixties, but this guy is a Lt. Colonel, not a radical hippie.
https://taskandpurpose.com/news/marine-corps-lt-col-stuart-scheller-sentenced/
‘Passions make fools wise and turn the wise into fools.’ Seneca
Yeah, Walter went off in an another direction and I didn’t want to simply disagree since I admire Scheller too. He stood up and spoke his mind – and it was the Truth.
But for the rest – I agree with you. He doesn’t have “it”. He’s never developed that part of himself. The best at “it” are probably born with it. Julius Caesar just had to hone his inborn skill.
Anyway, I hope his little plan to get his life back succeeds.
https://www.theblaze.com/news/study-aspirin-cut-covid-risks
New research, or old? And do the effects of aspirin offset the effects of the shots?
Aspirin is anti-blood clotting.
I’m sure next week we’ll hear about Merck touting a revolutionary new anti-clotting drug called Merckasprin that only costs $60000 a tablet.
Pfizer already is making big bucks selling their anti-clotting drug. They also have a drug that treats myocarditis.
Sweet!
You bet – lol.
What about Uruguay?
Why is it called “The Oriental Republic of Uruguay”?
It seems that Uruguay is easy to emigrate to and foreigners can buy land which is unusual. But, one would have to learn South American Spanish….
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uruguay
Uruguay’s not a good choice if you’re a gringo looking to flee from (formerly) 1st world N America. Not many jobs, hardly anyone speaks English, and you have to learn Castilian, not the common South American Spanish dialect(s).
What dialect of Spanish do they speak in Argentina?
I don’t need to look for a job, and I can probably work remotely provided that the Internet works. Thank you
Not sure, Puck.
But you’re into the babes, right? Columbia’s where you want to go. Maybe Panama. More stable than other South American countries, too.
What about Paraguay? The Asado barbecue is nice, right?
I don’t know. People who’ve moved love it there, though. When TSHTF, it’d be a good bug-out.
Gringos are not very well received in Panama.
The men down there really don’t like you but most of the women will. Go north from panama city and there is a really nice beach with a motel on a bluff over the ocean down a little road called Rio Mar. I enjoyed many a day having beers and shrimp on that beach.

Argentina at least in Buenos Ares everyone seemed stuck up.
Right across the bay in Montevideo I spent a solid week enjoying the town felt like they picked up a germen or swiss town and dropped it right there but everyone spoke Spanish.
I really liked Chile the people were friendly and up beat we stopped at a bunch of cities while doing a Unitas tour through there and they were all nice.

Amelia and JP VLOG 235: Ecuador is a beautiful country and the people are AMAZING! But no place is perfect and if you’re considering a move to Ecuador, you deserve to have all the information.
So in this episode, we reluctantly discuss the DARK SIDE of Ecuador.
A few years back (after more than two decades in Southeast Asia) I was looking at a possible long-term move to somewhere in Latinoamerica, Pucker. At the time I was getting worn down by the Religion of Submission (dominant in this area) and did not feel I could sell myself in Vietnam, a choice target for expatriates.
I’m from Texas originally and enjoyed many trips to Mexico, but I’d never consider settling there now.
Under a Rockefeller Foundation grant I helped set up an ESL program for medical students in Cali, Colombia in 1964 and later traveled with a Japanese photography team shooting commercial footage for a Hitachi battery-powered shaver, in 1970.
The more I studied reports about contemporary life throughout the continent on the web, the more dismayed I became. Practically no country is not suffering from overpopulation, sustained crime waves (involving firearms, frequently – something you don’t see in SE Asia), drug gangs, intense poverty and ongoing breakdown of social cooperation.
Plenty of no-go zones in Brazil (my first choice, until I got dissuaded by the reports – a gang even held up and robbed Formula 1 teams leaving the track after practice one day, presumably with a police escort) and Argentina.
First-tier cities in practically every country of central and south America seem as unlivable as the worst US ones (think Baltimore). Robbery at gunpoint in broad daylight, at busy intersections. Careful not to get caught in the crossfire when drug barons go for it.
Curitiba or Florianopolis both looked appealing. One could possibly do well in a second- or third-tier city like this if employment was not an issue; a couple of weeks visiting as a tourist first, before moving there, would be a smart tactic.
I really enjoyed my time in Colombia but would not go back, for the above reasons. As for being a gringo, there is no escaping that. You will likely encounter a degree of anti-American feeling wherever you go, and for good reason: the Monroe Doctrine, updated.
It is tragic but not unexpected.
BB,
Just a few days ago read a report that the son of Warren Buffett has just become a citizen of Columbia…how bad can it be (assuming you have the do-re-me)?
I assume you would have to give up your US citizenship in order to gain citizenship in any country other than Israel.
Well, the link;
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-10-12/warren-buffett-s-son-granted-colombian-citizenship
Maybe just an honorary citizenship? Article suggests but does not state.
EF, the USA allows dual citizenship (thinking of Rahm “Never let a crisis go to waste” Emanuel, former mayor of Chiraq, who is both a US and Israeli citizen). Many other countries do not. Indonesia allows children of parents with different passports to be considered a “dual citizen” up the age of 18, when they must choose one or the other.
“Citizen of Colombia” is interesting, particularly considering the ongoing instability there (kidnappings and continuation of low-level guerrilla warfare).
My guess is that he had a particular curvaceous reason to keep him there. The culture is certainly not as rich or varied as that of, say, Brazil, Mexico or Argentina.
One reason people often express a fondness for Chile is that it is said to be the “most European” of all the Latin American republics.
My guess is that he had a particular curvaceous reason to keep him there. The culture is certainly not as rich or varied as that of, say, Brazil, Mexico or Argentina.
I have a good friend who lives in Colombia (in one of the better bits of Bogotá), and while he might be a little biased. he finds it the best part of South America to live in – on all the normal criteria you can list.
And apart from those, he says the natural diversity (from snow-capped mountains to nice tropical beaches) is excellent – as is the food, drink, music, dance, and culture. He makes it sound pretty good – but he is a fluent Spanish speaker.
For SpeedyBB. Your post on 10/16/21 @10:41am about overpopulation and crime and general societal breakdown around the world should make it painfully clear that we Gringos need our own country. People of European ancestry need to unite.
Doug Casey seems to like it, although he brought his income with him.

JHK is correct. It is coming down to the inflection point of… we either stand up and revolt and take back our gov and country, or we succumb. This is coming soon. Armstrong’s very accurate Socrates software pgm has predicted it. Which is scary, because Socrates’s predictions seem to always come true, almost to the day!
Others said this long ago, when this stuff was all just “conspiracy theory” that was of course freely available information from the criminals running the operation.
The reality is, they are about 85% of the way toward their goal, regardless of “vaccination” rates. Euro countries have contracts with Thales and other firms to produce the infrastructure for ID2020 and it is already in existence in Lithuania and Africa. In France and Italy, they have mandated SSI passes. There are massive protests, but once the infrastructure is in, this is not turning around.
Sadly, many, including here, still are not even able to begin to comprehend how large this is, and what the future means if this pass system is implemented. It is truly pathetic.
By the way, in Hessen, here in Germany, they just legalized “2G” for supermarkets, meaning that supermarkets can now block the unvaxxed from entering/purchasing. This is also the case in many other European countries.
No food if you don’t have the shot. Ponder that as you sit watching Netflix.
Nightowl, do you know of any source that is logging which countries have which restrictions? I see the odd item on UK Column, but they only cover developments they happen to have picked up.
Asking because I’ve got to send a carefully crafted email with links, covering the most vital points of what’s going on, to a friend in England. How well I do it may affect whether she buys it or not.
it would also be useful for challenging my MP and MSP for some information regarding their red lines.
So I know about Lithuania, Ukraine, France., Italy, Germany (from you), Chile( from Whitney Webb). Not all the details, obviously, but an idea of how things are going.
I do not know of a source that is aggregating the info., so to speak.
I’ve just been listening to what gets announced at the individual country level, and from the documents I see at work — which, unfortunately, are confidential.
I can confirm that in Germany, they are now looking at a pilot for the WEF’s SSI pass, and it was even labelled as such. An organization called Bundesdruckerei is involved (sounds governmental, but is actually private).
https://www.bundesdruckerei.de/
I would highly recommend following or reading Corey Morningstar on Twitter. She has quite a bit of info. on the IDs.
“Cory Morningstar” and I am gonna ignore my other typo.
I should probably stop using a phone.
OK, thank you.
At this late date, the ongoing semiconductor shortage is the only thing that has a chance of stopping their plans.
Most normies here think the jabs should be a choice, but they are already resigned to getting booster jabs.
That’s still permissable to say – as long as you add that the vaccine is “safe and effective”. Thus anyone who says no to it is a loony toon.
Armstrong is pretty upbeat about the ending. We’ll win. But the body count….
Imagine receiving the proverbial lump of coal in your Christmas stocking and being happy as you burn it to stay warm !
Was that a Christmas thing over your way? In Scotland (where Christmas Day used not to be even a holiday!) it was a New Year tradition. First footers (setting foot in a neighbour’s house for the first time in the New Year, especially on New Year’s morning itself), were supposed to bring coal.
Now it’s booze, of course, if it’s in the wee hours after midnight. Or, in the daytime, shortbread or something similar.
Yes, you Presbyterians were known to be a hard, joyless, bunch.
What’s joyless about doing your winter celebrations at New Year instead of Christmas?
That doesn’t change the flinty, humorless reputation of Presbyterians. I’ve known a few here.
theres a few things you may disagree with, about Jo.
the-selective-compassion-of-jo-cox
Well I guess I’ve been luckier than you, brh. 🙂
And it looks like it was a Somali honored guest who stabbed the MP to death.
What you need to worry about now is some vengeful ‘White Supremacist’ out to even the score with the ‘Somali Community’. The Somali Community, which has brought so much culture and wonderful diversity into the UK, must be protected and nurtured at all costs.
Well, I was worried it would be ‘found’ to be an ‘anti-vaxxer’ so that Priti Patel would be able to make protests illegal. So that’s something.
The Brexiter guy who killed Jo Cox was white as the driven snow and entirely British. Not sure who you’d have wanted to avenge her, but she wouldn’t have wanted vengeance of that sort, and neither did her family.
here my dear,

Thank you, my dear. Not sure how it invalidates my point.
Ha! Right?
The old joke about getting a lump of coal from Santa if you were bad, has a whole new meaning.
Gimme that coal!
omg..Ill take a truckload?
Lol, well I suppose in that circumstance it would be a good Christmas gift
Good Corbett Report episode:
World Economic Forum pushes brain chip. Big Pharma’s new model is to make people sick and treat the symptoms. And more on QR codes for the global plantation.

“Big Pharma’s new model is to make people sick and treat the symptoms.” I don’t think this is a new model – they’ve been doing this for decades if not over 100 years. Thanks for the link to Corbett, he always does great work.
I’m just now watching a video about vegetable and seed oils via the Mercola newsletter, and how these destroy our health. Been going on for a long time, and of course the American Heart Association and WHO tell us they are good for us. So much bullshit it’s hard to wrap the mind around it all:
https://youtu.be/sKR1ZdHXXzo
Yes, I learned about that a while back. These days I pretty much eat all the foods I was told I never should (mostly cheese and meat). In a balanced way, of course, but I have cut out carbs big time.
I eat healthy in general, I don’t eat meat but I found that if you eat a lot of veggies it doesn’t matter. The protein thing (as in how much you need) is also a lie. I actually did fine as a vegan, but am vegetarian now (I eat eggs and some dairy). I will be ditching the fake butter and getting the real stuff again. I had thought that raw oil like olive oil are good for you but apparently none of the processed oils are.
I wonder if there is an olive oil that is good for you? Because I love the stuff.
Olive oil has the good fatty acids that your body actually needs. I think they’re called monosaturated fatty acids. But you have to get extra virgin olive oil because that is simply pressed and bottled up and chemicals are not used. But even then you use it sparingly. Like a tablespoon of it for a serving.
These Spaniards in my family are big on Olive Oil; they use it for everything. We go thru oceans of it.
Before I got married the little cooking that I did I’d use Crisco Oil, a big vat of it, used to make french fries, my specialty … then saved the oil and used it again to make another batch. I know that’s not too healthy, but here I am, no worse for the wear.
Crisco Oil, Lucky Strikes, Budweiser beer, Vodka Smoothies, V-8 engines, Winchester Rifles, Remington shotguns … that’s ‘Murica, son LoL.
Marlin xHe, XxGim
I have wondered that. I feel like I do better with meat in the diet, but I have never gone vegetarian, so IDK.
We do make a point to buy all of our meat from the local “Hofläden,” which is more or less farm to table.
Good info on fats and oils.

Most of the problems with seed oils concern the industrial processes used to manufacture it. High heat and various chemicals.
They were also introduced in concert with the vilification of animal fats such as lard and tallow and butter.
The brain—especially the developing infant brain—needs animal fats.
It’s been quite awhile since I’ve read up on the processed oils, but there is at least a very strong suspicion that they are responsible for the epidemic of heart disease that coincided with their introduction. I think I’ve read too that they are one of the suspected causes of diabetes. In order for the cell to use glucose, insulin must “unlock” a sort of “entry port” for it in the cell’s lipid layer. This lipid layer is constructed from the fats and oils that a person consumes, and if the molecular structure of these oils is not appropriate, the lipid layer doesn’t work right, so that the “lock” in the lipid layer doesn’t fit the “key” (insulin). Glucose can’t enter the cell to provide energy and circulates in the blood.
The first reference I have seen to the manufacture and sales of manufactured non-traditional oils to the public for food use was in Mark Twain’s “Life on the MIssissippi.” Twain tells about a conversation on a steamboat (must have been before the Civil War) in which a couple of guys are talking about how they are selling cotton-seed oil and labelling it as olive oil.
old model, yes.
I like Mercola, especially in his current fight against cancellation, but he comments on a lot of incendiary nutritional issues which aren’t backed up by strict scientific research. This is the common ploy of bogus nutritionists everywhere. Strike fear into people, then offer supplements and other protocols. He’s much better haranguing against 5G, the Great Reset, and allopathic evils.
As to damage from seed oils, it’s a new scare fad from the carnivores. As people in that community come to realize that restrictive eating approach’s limitations and dangers, the carnivore evangelists have softened their diet approach while also having to come up with another scare target.
There is nothing to indicate that seed oils are deleterious to humans. Their ‘evidence’ is completely epidemiological and/or anecdotal, ironic and hilarious in itself since they’re the first group to scoff at epidemiology.
Many studies and rigorous meta-analyses confirming the benefits of seed oils.
And it’s not about vegans vs carnivores, those tedious and extreme wingnut internet fights. I’m a meat eating omnivore. So are (and were) over 99% of humanity.
This week at Big Y (NE regional chain) Porterhouse Steaks: $3.99 per pound, limit 3. We got 3.
Thanks for weighing in, SSL. The carnivore angle did give me pause, the emphasis on animal products which I know are also not good for you at all.
Everyone wants to fight the last war, because that is what they recognize. WW-II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq. i.e. bombs and bullets.
However, Bill and Klaus and the boys-from-Davos have devised a new type of warfare that is not even on the radar to most Americans.
Fifth-generation warfare (5GW) is warfare that is conducted primarily through non-kinetic military action, such as social engineering, misinformation, cyber attacks, along with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and fully autonomous systems. (btw China excels at 5GW)
We will revert back to the old 3rd Gen warfare bombs and bullets soon.. it always does.
But in the meantime, along with the new, we are also seeing one of the oldest military tactics used for thousands of years …”The Siege”.
Surround a city , cut off supply lines (food, water, critical materials) The city falls, the invaders simply walk in and are able to re-use the infrastructure. A very effective and deadly tactic.
America sleeps. The ones not sleeping are pre-occupied with jabs and face masks while 60,000 military-age-men are brought in each month and handed weapons and a bus ticket to middle America.
Good point. Cut off supplies and people cave. Don’t forget ammo. I hear it was in short supply last year. Guess our overlords expected more resistance than they got.
At this particular point it’s more like 200,000 rather than 60,000. The reality is no one really knows because a huge area of the borderland is desolate and unguarded. The supply chain crunch I agree is definitely engineered and totally artificial. But US infrastructure is crumbling and outdated. I would more imagine that invaders are interested in the natural resour
