Much as Chief Justice John Roberts would like to be the finger down the Deep State’s throat to trigger the up-chucking of Mr. Trump from the nation’s gullet, it looks like he won’t get his chance in the new 6-3 disposition of the US Supreme Court. So far, it is Justice Samuel Alito in the lead, preparing a landing zone for the President’s case against the state of Pennsylvania in its shabby-ass attempt to stuff its ballot boxes with iffy mail-in votes. I believe that case is going to be heard, and Justice Roberts’ position will be moot.
The problem over in PA is that its Act 77 bill passed before the election by the state legislature to expand absentee balloting (i.e., mail-in voting) did not comply with the PA state constitution, and required a constitutional amendment, which never happened. Could be pretty cut-and-dried. While the SCOTUS is thought to be reluctant to intervene in state constitutional issues, a case involving federal elections may prove an exception. And then there are other issues with the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona. A lot of electoral votes there.
The virtual takeover of US elections by the Dominion vote tabulation company was a stealth operation probably enabled by the connivance of scores of elected officials at both the federal and state levels — senators, congressmen, governors, and on down. It’s been going on for years due to the secrecy of the op and the complacency of the public, with a little help from the Democratic Party’s friends in the news media. Did money change hands? Potential criminal violations abound.
What on earth was Canada-based Dominion, with its grotty Smartmatic software — connected to Venezuela and to George Soros’s would-be world-changing Open Society Foundation, and very possibly to China’s ruling party — doing in charge of counting our votes? Perhaps serving something other than America’s national interest. We’ll soon find out in a way that will make a lot of heads explode.
An awful lot has been churning in the deep background for months before the election. Mr. Trump was onto the mass write-in vote scam enabled by the media-assisted hysteria over Covid-19. The wheels of genuine US intel against national security threats still turned in spite of whatever Deep State perfidy had been aimed at Mr. Trump himself from Day One in office, and the president made use of his own private counter-intel hackers to suss out the game — which was finally to overthrow him by ballot fraud. The result was Executive Order 13848 issued in September 2020, which specified foreign interference in elections as “an unusual and extraordinary threat to national security” and laid out some pretty stringent remedies.
The main one was a requirement for the top executive agencies — DOJ, DOD, Homeland Security, Treasury plus the Director of National Intelligence (Mr. Ratcliffe) — to deliver an assessment within 45 days of the election. We’re now in the sweet-spot of that 45-day delivery period when something has to pop. Looks a little like the AG, Mr. Barr, has been dithering and wriggling painfully over this, and even making noises about resigning. But he may have already surrendered his credibility, with the foot-dragging of the FBI under Christopher Wray and the agency’s apparent lack of interest in election fraud. The consequences of EO 13848 will roll out with him or without him.
The real action was over at the Department of Defense, where the President hastily cleaned house this fall and installed the trustworthy Christopher Miller as SecDef, along with top aide Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick as Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Mr. Cohen-Watnick had been an assistant to General Michael Flynn, former Director of Defense Intelligence, in his brief tenure as National Security Advisor before getting sandbagged by Barack Obama and James Comey.
Both Mr. Cohen-Watnick and General Flynn are intimately familiar with the apparatus of Defense Intelligence, of course, and have been actively using it to identify DNC and Joe Biden activists who played a role in election irregularities as well as foreign actors. This wasn’t any RussiaGate type bullshit; it was the real deal. EO 13848 includes this provision:
The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order.”
The “remedial actions” are interesting. They include pretty severe sanctions against any “persons” (entity or company) involved in or enabling foreign interference in elections: attaching property in the US, blocking trade, and an array of financial restrictions and penalties. The EO does not spell out criminal penalties that might fall under the sedition and treason statutes, but expect these to be activated as the law provides. Quite a few political celebrities and figures in the news and social media may have exposed themselves to liability in this. If it doesn’t mean the end of Facebook or Twitter, it may spell the end of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey running them. Also include the less-well-known execs at The WashPo, The New York Times, and several cable news networks.
Eventually, Mr. Trump will have to personally deliver the bad news to Joe Biden that he and Dr. Jill won’t be attending the inaugural ball on January 20 (live or on Zoom). Sound too wild to be true? Well, stand by on it. We’ll know soon enough.

And since I’m here, I’ll expand a bit. It’s true that smart people can sometimes do stupid things. But the key work is “sometimes.” Low IQ people are much more prone to indoctrination, and just not thinking things through, if they are even able to.
The top 4% may be (not necessarily are) smart, but university followers, who then go out into the world to enact the insanity, are ahistorical nincompoops.

James Lindsay has pointed out that about 4% of Critical Race Theorists are hard core creators and interpreters and controlling stars of the opaque bullshit, another 4% are the hard core disseminators and teachers of it, and the rest of the 92% who are supposedly on board with it are either so because they don’t care one way or the other, or secretly disagree with/despise it (don’t want to get ostracized/fired).

I refuse to join the Borg Collective. Whether resistance is futile or not, I will resist to the end. And they can also stick their miracle vaccine where the sun don’t shine, next to all the phones..
Alas, that’s why they are increasingly making it impossible to live within society without one.

I’ve gotten by very well without a cellphone all along. If you are new to it, though, it can be a real challenge. When they ask for my cell phone number, I’ve been able to give them my landline number. Stuff like Amazon I am doing whatever I can to avoid as well. It mostly comes down to lifestyle choices, but I’ve travelled internationally until last January. If the COVID panic finishes (it is too effective for them to be reasonable about) and they try to demand electronic appendages from all travelers, their ability to force this Orwellian vice on people who do not want it will get examined in court.
Fortunately, a lot of people are fed up with the surveillance state and there is a growing movement to ditch cell phones entirely. The greater our numbers the more we can push back.

@Kim, I had one of those, spent my pocket money to have a Fisher Space Pen. First refill worked fine, but every one after that I had to keep taking them back to the newsagent and getting a replacement, because they mostly wouldn’t write.

I’m increasingly hating my electronic devices to which i’ve become addicted. Except my digital camera, as it gets me out in nature. If it weren’t for work I would ditch my phone and go back to a flip phone. I don’t have any desire to be part of the borg collective, either.
If you need to keep it turned on, keep it as far away from your body as possible. For a lot of uses, you can use a USB plug to a hardwired device (I don’t know the details since I don’t have one). If you have to have it physically near because you are on call, you can make a partial Faraday cage to reduce the amount of radiation coming your way.

The vaccine is doubly dangerous, as it is composed of ingredients that they will not reveal to the public, but for which the pharmaceutical companies have been given total immunity, like the tech thugs have been given. Yet, they are even now lining up our military to be the first guinea pigs for their latest brand of poison. Resistance to the evil is our patriotic duty, and also good for our health.
I think it is a National Security threat to allow anyone in the US military to be given ANY Covid-19 vaccine until long term effects are understood (three to five years).

Nor have I. My decision was made easy, as we have no cell phone service where I live. Later this month, however, I am getting DSL Broadband service…fiber cable just having been laid, and I am the closest hook up on the device…guaranteed 48Mb to potential 90Mb per sec. I will soon have Internet equal to those people in Indonesia living in grass huts! I can access UTube…Dancing Pigs!!

There are so many ways for idiotic nurses to make a mistake with this vaccine.
It comes in a multi-dose bottle sub-frozen and has to be diluted with exactly the right amount of saline after only being at room temperature for a max of two hours. ONLY saline without preservative can be used! Naturally they do not send the “right” saline with the vaccine! Incredible.
Bottle must be rotated 10 times, NOT SHAKEN! (Covid martini) then when the proper dose is drawn up it must be given intramuscularly in the arm but NOT IV!!
Educated nurses know that when giving any jab the plunger must be drawn back to see if there is blood. If there is it means the needle is in a vein. Oops!

I’m an IT Solutions Architect that has been involved with tech implementations since the late 80’s in projects involving manufacturing, distribution and logistics, financial services, and higher ed. Before that I was a journeyman electrician working my way through college, so I have been thinking in terms of systems and system design for many years. A modern enterprise solution has to include careful thought around people, processes, technology and data. All four. I am too old and curmudgeonly to be surprised anymore by the number of people I encounter who believe that technology in itself will solve a complex business problem for them, or the world’s problems for that matter.

Though I consider in the Kraken claims of Powell & Wood to be pathetic sci-fi I have no confidence in the manner the election was conducted and in its results. The mail-in systems are on the whole un-secured and in principle unauditable. It is amazing how few people know the real Achilles heel of the mail-in voting which is the de-coupling of the ballot which cannot be signed to satisfy the constitutional requirement of secrecy and the voter-signed envelope. Performing a hand recount or signature audit of the envelopes after they have been opened is useless, because the signatures cannot be linked backed to the vote of the signing person. That means that if the signatures are non-matching (in audit) then you cannot do any subtracting of votes without injuring one of the parties. So the mass mail-in ballots are by their nature “stuffable” and “harvestable” because the chin-of-custody will always be iffy. I have discussed this with my former colleague and we are in agreement that the only systemic remedy would be the encoding of the voter’s identity in the mailed-in ballot which of course would require to rethink the notion of secrecy. Some sort of hi-tech identity scan can be used to assure that physical specimen of the ballot can be easily linked to a voter if
needed. But we also agreed that everything in computer tech is hackable. So the only real way to assure high-level integrity is “low-tech” in-person voting and hand counting which works remarkably well in Canada where precincts are small, usually under 5,000 voters. Votes are counted under the supervision of party scrutineers at the precinct and the specimen and counts then delivered to the “ridings” (counties).

Sidney Powell claimed in her TV appearances for about week before she filed her suits in MI & GA that the apparently co-ordinated stoppage in counting votes in the night of 3.Nov was caused by an avalanche of votes for Trump which “broke” the vote flipping algorithm, and necessitated a stoppage ostensibly to realculate the frequency of ballot-flipping if Biden was to win. If someone told her when it was done, he/she would tell her how it was done, an order would have gone right away to sequester the machines and the software right away and the swindle would have been speedily proven by expert code-whizes.
What happened instead was that Powell dropped that scenario and instead of broken algorithm her suits argued “mathematical impossibility” theoretically and on high level in the number of votes processed vis-a-vis the ratio of votes btw Biden and Trump. (Google out the affidavit of Dr.Keshavarz-Nia in the MI suit) Why? Why would she abandon her high trump (no pun!) card for a speculative theory that contradicted itself, and which she must have known was going nowhere? Well, guess! There was no “broken algorithm” as there is first no such thing, and an idea that a mathematical formula could be disabled by an unexpected ratio of two numbers, falls into the category “hopeless twaddle”. There are hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) mechanical and electronic gadgets around that calculate normalized or optimized numerical output based on real-time calculations, automatically without the need of stopping the machine and using a hand-crank.
Second, I said something about a self-contradicting theory that Powell uses. I am apparently the only person on the planet who noticed this but all the same. In some places Powell argues strenuously that Dominion software is “vulnerable” to external manipulation and hacking (yes, it is) and gives Texas’ refusal to certify it as an example. That however does not prevent her from arguing in other paragraphs, that Dominion built these machines expressly to execute fraudulent counts and flip votes based on predetermined, least-suspicious result favoring one candidate. Clearly, the lady protests too much. If I was Chavez, Castro, Khamenei, or Xi-Jin-Satan and designed/programmed US voting machines to flip votes for a guy prone to chase buck-naked the tail of his dog, I would make damn sure that they could not be hacked by the other candidate for the highest office.

No, if B was a divisor you would end up with A being Infinity, which by the rules of machine computing throws up a Division By Zero exception. This is not an example of broken algorithm but an indeterminate result.
But this is a red herring because the Div#0 does not apply here. If you have 1 million votes cast for Trump and 0 for Biden, you can still assure Biden’s victory “algorithmically” with the desired margin of 4%, if you flip 520,000 Trump’s votes. Any actual situation can be handled by the algorithm, except that the algorithm cannot have vote-flipping constant in its function as Powell claimed. It has to be a variable adjustable throughout the process of counting. It’s the same process as in a thermostat, a car’s cruise control, or a financial calculation attempting to stabilize a share price.
Division by Zero is undefined. If the exception isn’t handled it will break the program at runtime. I’m very confident of that.

The signatures on the envelopes must be verified PRIOR to opening.
The name and address are pre-printed on the outside of the envelope with the signature.
If the registration and signature match THEN the ballot is opened and placed in a count pile. If cameras need to verify all of this for future audits then so be it.
There should be a federal law legislating that ALL states must update their registration files to be finalized by a date certain. Then only those requesting a ballot to be mailed get one.
This would eliminate dead people, people who moved, addresses that are bogus, illegal aliens voting etc.
Obviously ballot harvesting is rife for fraud and should be illegal.

If it’s that the bulk of the mail in ballots went to Biden, that seems a near certainty given Trump’s distaste of mail in ballots, urging his supporters to turn up in person. Add that to the fact that more timely counting of mail in ballots was ruled out, in many cases, at Republican request and it ended up with the situation we saw. It’s surprising only because the counting gave the impression of a race with one person far ahead at one time, making it seem unlikely that the other could overtake. However, the election winner is the one with the most votes (for each state), so a winner can’t be known for certain until all votes are counted.

Dog, I myself committed election fraud and spelled out exactly how I did it right here on this blog. I repeated the tale at least 5 times. It was ridiculously easy. I sent a letter to the Clerk of Middlesex County, NJ explaining everything to her. I sent copies of that letter to the NYT and the Newark Star Ledger. I handled all the paperwork with rubber gloves on and signed the letter ‘anonymous.’ The fraud involved mail-in ballots that arrived at my home in the name of each of my two sons who haven’t lived here for 20 years. They had long since moved to MD and PA respectively where they received and voted their legitimate mail-in ballots.
I could see instantly the flaw in the entire mail-in ballot system and that the same flaw existing in NJ was also, more than likely, happening in all 50 states. The signature matching procedure is a total joke. To prove it, when I voted the 2 illegitimate ballots, I signed my son’s names in my own handwriting which looks nothing like either of their actual signatures. This should have resulted in some ‘curative’ process to kick in but it didn’t.

But first, can we agree on the definition of “vaccine?” Assume that we are talking about a totally legit traditional vaccine, one that has been around for years and is safe and effective. Fundamentally, what is it? Can we agree that a vaccine is a substance made from a weakened or dead version of the pathogen which is introduced into the bloodstream to induce an immune response?

So now understand this: mRNA “vaccines” are not vaccines… No. What we are dealing with here is bio-technology and bio-engineering. In short, it is genetic modification. Imagine the exuberance of the Luciferian Gates-funded pharmas, not to mention Gates himself, in their pursuit of being God.
So how does it work? When cells divide, the strands of DNA are broken up, and the Messenger RNA (mRNA) replicate the genetic information, copying it forward in a process called Translation. Learn about this process HERE. This thing Moderna/Pfizer/Gates have come up with is a synthetic strand of mRNA, which is programmed to penetrate the walls of healthy human cells and hijack the normal replication process. The previously healthy human cell will now be transformed into a fragment of the actual virus, the so-called ‘spike protein.’ This molecule will be recognized as a pathogen, provoking an immune response.

Bottom line, this is the reason why there has never been any sort of coronavirus vaccine. But somehow they found one in ten months?
What about pregnancy, lactation, and the long-term fertility of genetically modified mommies? Ohhh… they don’t want to go there. You want to know how mRNA biotech might interfere with a developing baby, a breastfeeding baby, or mom’s chances of ever getting pregnant again? Too bad, since they purposely avoided trialing any of that, not even in mice. No need to disappear the evidence if no evidence was produced. Such is this field of academic endeavor. Put some theoreticians from the other ‘ological’ disciplines onto this and you would get the application of ‘logic’, ‘reason’, and ‘observation’ such that you would come away convinced that there were no horses and this wasn’t a race.

No matter the good qualities that Trump brought to the table, and he does have some, he did not have and does not have the chops to undo the mess of two generations of egregious misrule. What does Trump have to show after four years? The southern wall, partly built, which is a good thing, validation of the interests of a large swathe of the American populace previously pissed-on by their purported “betters”, which is an excellent thing, and some other odds and ends. But he gave the rich a gigantic tax cut. WTF?
The only way to justify four more is the alternative, Crazy Joe, a senile old crook,. The best thing about the last four is that it wasn’t Hillary. Can you imagine?

Also, what about people who have paid off their student debt, will they get a refund, or are they just suckers? And what about loans going forward, will they simply become grants since nobody expects the $$ to be paid off anyway. Finally, if forgiving student loan debt is a positive, why not just forgive mortgage debt, credit card balances and auto loans too? The progressive income tax of the 1950 to 1980 time frame recycled capital from the 1% down the ladder. When Reagan eliminated that, he opened the gates for the wealthy to accumulate and accumulate, leading us to the income inequality we see now with corporations taking over the marketplace and eliminating competition. Conservatives hate the progressive tax but something must equalize capital from corporate America to small business America to avoid the lousy situation we have now. BTW, the economy hummed along during the 50s and 60s.

I think that a huge problem for the US is that it really has no reason to exist as a country. What does it buy you to be a citizen? People come here to tear off a piece of the US for themselves. No affiliation, loyalty, affection, just gimme, gimme, gimme. This extends all the way to the top of the Deep State, that is why it seems they are selling out the US for their gain.

I’ve been saying this for decades. Capitalism, as contrasted with Communism, is infinitely better because it recognizes that greed is inherent in human nature. (Communism, in its advocacy literature, always strives for the delusional ideal.) People can do and create amazing things, at a wide scope, for society, with money as a large, even main driving force. But it’s then easier to game the system once power (i.e. money) ticks a level or two upwards. Harsh regulations, enforced to the letter, and transparently relayed, is what’s needed. Will it ever happen? Maybe that’s the dregs of my own idealism kicking in.
