If the drawn-out election melodrama were a movie, think: Seven Days in May meets Six Days in October meet Burn After Reading. You get a nice serving of treason in high places with a side-dish of Cuban Missile Crisis end-of-the-world existential angst, and for dessert, a comic fiasco of bumbling government depravity as served up by the Coen Brothers. The Democrats, you understand, are the party of chaos, yet President Trump’s attempt to impose order on the scene has the quality of clown car driving to put out a fire.

It’s almost impossible to see through the smoke-and-mirrors of all news media. The captive Left media won’t cover, or even pursue, legitimate news stories that counter its precooked, self-serving narratives, while much of the alt.news on the Right seems to emanate from TinFoilHatLand. Fact and emotion corrupt each other until truth itself is cancelled, disgraced, and deplatformed. Meanwhile, authority hides offstage wringing its hands, affecting powerless impartiality.

Case in point: Mr. Barr, the Attorney General, who told the Associated Press on Tuesday, “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.” A curious remark, with all the weight of DOJ authority, in a week that featured many broadcast spectacles of sworn testimony of ballot fraud before swing state committees plus videotape of vote-counting irregularities vividly in action. Perhaps Mr. Barr is just stalling so as to not taint whatever case Mr. Trump’s lawyers bring before the Supreme Court. But Mr. Barr must also be implying that his FBI — the investigative arm of his DOJ — suffers epic incompetence, Coen Brothers style, with a tinge of malice. Of course, that state-of-things has been obvious for four years in the long, dirty epic of RussiaGate — another enormous, legitimacy-killing mess that Mr. Barr has appeared reluctant to resolve, even though he anointed US Attorney John Durham a “special prosecutor” this week.  Since his appointment two years ago, Mr. Barr has expressed more than once in formal speeches his keen concern for institutional integrity, yet he appears to be playing games with it at a crucial moment in political history.

Then there was the weird event on Wednesday in Alpharetta, Georgia, featuring freelance lawyers Sidney Powell and Lin Wood before a so-called rally, at which they told the rowdy crowd to boycott the January Senatorial runoff election – say, what…? There was a lot of whooping and hollering, though Miz Powell seemed a little unnerved by the lack of decorum. One infers that they’re pissed off at Republican candidates Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue for not taking a public stand on the Georgia voting mischief, and especially for not rebuking Republican Governor Brian Kemp and SoS Brad Raffensperger, who failed to do anything about all that in the month following the election. But, really, what did it serve their case to go down that rabbit hole?

The bigger questions for Mr. Wood and Miz Powell surround what kind of evidence they will bring into a courtroom. Miz Powell, especially, because of her relationship with General Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, appears to have inside Department of Defense (DOD) information that goes deep into the Dominion vote tabulation company’s origins, history, and abnormal activities in the 2020 election. That includes the seizure of Dominion servers at the giant US military complex outside Frankfurt, where the CIA maintains its chief cyberwarfare IT center outside the USA. General Flynn has been bottled up since 2017 in a corrupt prosecution eventually dropped by the DOJ, but stalled for half a year by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan even after he was ordered by the DC Circuit to dismiss the case.

But now General Flynn has been liberated by presidential pardon to speak and act, and he’s doing both in startling terms. On Wednesday, he joined with retired three-star general Thomas McInerney in calling for the president to declare martial law in order to use military tribunals to investigate and prosecute treason in the election. They’re not the only ones chattering about that. They allege that Dominion Systems — which is not an American-owned company — invited meddling by several foreign nations and, in fact, enabled it through connections to the Internet. There is evidence that Chinese companies linked to the CCP are majority investors in the holding company out of Switzerland, UBS Securities, that owns Dominion. And lurking in the background of that is the evidence exposed from Hunter Biden’s laptop, of multi-million dollar deals for the Biden Family to represent Chinese companies affiliated with China’s Intel service.

Is it outlandish to wonder if Joe Biden is a national security risk?  Is it, at least, worth looking into, considering the evidence trail? Many people on the Left, who read and view only the captive Left news media, may know nothing about Hunter B’s laptop and the tales it told because social media blacked out all the news about it and the mainstream media went along with the blackout. Meanwhile, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg gave $350-million to a “safe elections” project run by the non-profit Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), that was chiefly active in setting up Democratic vote-harvesting operations. Could he be liable for prosecution in enabling ballot fraud? Has the FBI asked him any questions?

Another story ‘out there’ says that behind the election hijinks a war is underway between the DOD and the CIA. On Wednesday, acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller announced that all special operations run by the CIA would henceforward report to the SecDef. In effect, the President has ordered the dismantling of the CIA’s troublemaking capabilities, reducing the agency to the task of intel analysis. This means, for instance, ending the CIA’s ability to foment “color revolutions” (coups d’état) in foreign lands — with the implication that irregularities around the Dominion System may have amounted to an attempted color revolution in the USA. Is it worth wondering whether former CIA Director John Brennan, a leftist activist and probably an architect of RussiaGate, was involved in any of the election ops? If the FBI won’t question him about it, who will? (Answer: The Department of Defense.) Ditto Gina Haspel, current CIA Director. After all, what were the Dominion servers doing at the CIA’s server farm in Germany?

Events are moving quickly under the plodding surface of the ongoing swing state hearings, which are largely concerned with on-site mail-in ballot fraud shenanigans. Will the Supreme Court take a case in the few days left before the state vote certification deadline next Tuesday? Will Mr. Trump intervene with some extraordinary measure — martial law, the Insurrection Act? — to actually abort the election and bring about some kind of do-over? Will the country survive its own feckless inability to hold a credible vote? Stand by with me on all that.

If I had a time machine and could jump forward to 2120, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the USA a satellite Chinese skunkworks. A reversal of fortunes of the Nixonian era.

Americans won’t like that, because unlike Americans, the Chinese are unabashedly racial supremacists, and are far better at hiding it behind the cloak of their great walls and their manipulations of western virtues.

    • bluekayak December 4, 2020 at 9:46 am #

David Goldman, the very interesting polymath who used to post as “Spengler” on AsiaTimes, is of the view that the Chinese are simply going to assimilate the entire globe eventually, kind of “borg-style”. I think he’s largely correct. They won’t even have to fire a shot, it’ll just happen, kind of the way they completely took over huge swaths of formerly paesan’ inhabited Brooklyn.

      • thirdcoastlegend December 4, 2020 at 9:59 am #

        Goldman is correct.

Look at the current world scene under Corona.

Look at how so many things in the world have been remade in ways eerily similar to the way China would like them to be.

The new Covid rules will be their way to easily slip the US into a social credit score system. Travel? Not so fast, run your card in front of the scanner first. Eat? Work? Hey now, scan please…

And people are actually buying it because they’re told to be deathly afraid of a bad cold that can cause severe issues with some people…and nothing else matters, ever again.

I am hugely depressed the US populace appear set to swallow a, “Papiere, bitte,” style system based on nothing more than a media-created psychotic break with reality over a slightly worse than normal cold and flu season.

I call it the Corona Curtain.
The Corona Curtain has descended over practically the whole world. Certainly over what we term “the Western world.”

            Corona Rules are Gleichschaltung 2.0.

The original Gleichschaltung was the actual on-the-ground tool/instrumentation of Hitler’s totalitarian vision that very few non-Germans have ever heard of. Approxmate translations are “synchronization” and “rationalization.”

Corona Rules perform the same function. They are like a society-wide app that no one can escape.

    • thirdcoastlegend December 4, 2020 at 9:57 am #

      Precisely.

I am continually mystified by people who honestly believe that:

      1) China has no agency
      2) China has no agenda with regard to the West or the larger world.

      • SW December 4, 2020 at 10:54 am #

Maybe the Chinese do dream about colonizing America but they, just like everyone else, will need oil to do it. And if this does lie in the future, it will mean America has been hollowed out and is an industrial wasteland with spent farmland, polluted rivers. And that’s not even to mention a population of poorly educated citizens regardless of what race, gender, etc you identify as.

I wonder how well the majority of Chinese actually live. We see the fabulous malls, hear the statistics of all the production etc. but I read an article by a man who had lived there for three years and he had a different story to tell. The new apartment buildings were shoddily thrown up, you were lucky if the plumbing worked consistently and they were very expensive.

        • Vadrosaul December 4, 2020 at 12:27 pm #

China will exercise control mostly like imperialist USA did post WW2: puppetry and devious business machinations backed by precision martial and propaganda power when locals start rattling their sabers.

One difference is that China won’t use as much martial power for fine control, rather they will martial their brainwashed diaspora in key positions. There are substantial trends showing increased Chinese enclaves in western countries, enclaves that are far richer than other ethnic enclaves, far more educated & skilled, and have far stronger social facades that conceal their thoughts & feelings from others.

Vancouver, BC and NYC are examples. From what I’ve heard they are establishing new ones in Africa. They have done so throughout S.E. Asia for centuries (Penang, Singapore, Philippines Indonesia). A old saying I heard from a Chinese acquaintance once “Where there is smoke, there are Chinese”… meaning, any place where there are people (cooking fires) there will be Chinese.

          • Iananna December 7, 2020 at 5:19 am #

If the Chinese are as you say, smarter, richer, more integrated & just infinitely superior, why wouldn’t you want to be ruled by them?
Especially after the last 4 years.

Soviet systems always fake wealth, read TinTin in the land of the soviets.
It is a template, marxism/leninism, based on death threats, lies to save yourself. they had the real Golem in the chinese, who are wont to keep secrets. they were weakened by the Opium first, then easy pickings…Mao is skull and bones. they are not people who take over countries, the British and Jews are the specialists…and it was the British and Jews that are behind this. China was promised the world to move to after they crapped in their nest, being the world’s manufacturer, making the middle men and celebrities into billionnaires, just signing a name, think jessica alba, and jessica simpson, both billionnaires in today’s fake economy, which has nothing to do with supply and demand, but an opportunistic, Harvard Jerk, no-foresight, I may-as-well-make-a-buck-before someone else gets to it. Americans live and die by their entertainment venues. It’s all they really know about reality. It informs most of their opinions about anything and everything. Sort of like, bread and circus all the time. Too much of both has killed the golden goose.

      • Night Owl December 4, 2020 at 10:12 am #

You are quite right. And living abroad for so long has made me even more aware of this. I can barely hold a conversation with folks back home now.

        • thirdcoastlegend December 4, 2020 at 10:46 am #

I lived in a Third World country for over 4 years.

The precipitous decline in the US over that period was shocking.

          • SpeedyBB December 4, 2020 at 11:10 am #

thirdcoastlegend – Indonesia has never enjoyed being labeled a “Third World country” but it has hit most of the markers, at least until recently, when its aspirations to emulate and join more prosperous members (Thailand, Korea, even Malaysia) got clobbered by a right hook and left uppercut: global recession & Cootie-19.

I mention this because even under the dictator Sukarno, who would woo the USSR & PRC in order to squeeze more out of the west, just about all Indonesians admired and would have liked to emulate the USA.

Two major factors have changed that around: the rise of Islamism, particularly among the impressionable young, and the Keystone Kops circus that the “leader of the free world” has turned into.

Most Americans may have forgotten Prez ManBaby’s expressed intent to shut off entry to all Muslims – but they sure haven’t over here. The contemporary impression I am hearing and seeing in Jakarta – from average educated Indonesians as well as the corporate media – is one of dismay, disbelief and a growing conviction that the west (including the apparently-doomed EU) has lost the plot.

I’m a teacher so I’ve learned to be an attentive listener, and what I’m hearing represents a major opinion shift.

          • Beryl of Oyl December 4, 2020 at 11:37 am #

Speaking of decline in America, relative to other countries, I see Mexico (Mexico! Not that they are a Third World country, but the MSM paints them that way) has woken up to the mask fraud.

            How embarrassing is that.

          • Yohannon December 4, 2020 at 11:49 am #

You think we need millions of Muslim Indonesians here? Tha they have anything to offer us? That such narratives still exist is mind boggling.

Who. Cares. We matter, they don’t. That’s the only thing that has a chance of saving us now. Mind our own business Nationalism or Make America Exist Again.

          • hmuller December 4, 2020 at 11:55 am #

            SpeedyBB

“Prez Manbaby” did not ban visa access to all Muslims, but to seven problem nations. That list has been revised and changed several times since originally put out in 2017. Current information can be found at https://www.shusterman.com/trump-travel-ban/

Indonesia was never on the list. So maybe those people of whom you are such an attentive listener misled you.

            https://setkab.go.id/en/indonesia-not-affected-by-trumps-travel-ban-president-jokowi/

I envy your access to incredible food. The Germans do many things quite well, but food is not one of them.

          • Ishabaka December 4, 2020 at 6:06 pm #

Indonesia has the world’s largest Muslim population. It was never on the list to be banned. Pakistan has the second largest Muslim population. It was never on the list to be banned. The “Muslim Ban” was an invention of the “Orange Man Bad” media.

          • Islander December 5, 2020 at 5:39 pm #

Well, I am “back home” and I can’t hold a conversation with anyone, either! Or, I just don’t get most of the references, which are drawn from TV. I don’t own a TV and don’t know what is going on with HBO, Game of Whatever, reality TV, etc. etc. nor the MSM.

          • Islander December 5, 2020 at 5:48 pm #

Re German food—I guess you live in Germany.
A lot of German food is a heck of a lot better than American!
Viz.: bread, dairy products, ham, Wild, Torten, Fisch (in the north), Wild (in the South), etc.

Depends quite a lot on where you live.
I’d have to say that in my experience of living in Germany for years, German food is of far better quality than American. Much healthier, and much less consumption of junk food. Unless things have changed dramatically in recent years. Also my German friends tell me that food is more expensive here than in Europe.

Also, no GMOs. Perhaps you are comparing to France and Italy? I can’t comment on that, although there are plenty of good Italian restaurants in Germany. And you can get pretty much anything in Germany that is produced anywhere in the EU, and elsewhere nearby.

Funny you should bring this up. Just last night I had a long dream that went like this:

Home Alone 7: Lost in the White House. In all the excitement of moving out of the White House; Melania, Barron, Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and Jared forget to take along the Donald. Abandoned, alone and afraid, he must now defend “his house” against invasion by a notorious Washington crime family openly brandishing crack pipes and family sex videos.

As I’ve said previously; AG Barr is as swampy as they come. Expect NOTHING from him that will rock the boat. The guy was first appointed AG by Bush the Elder, for crying out loud. I can only assume that Trump has been hog-tied from the get-go; otherwise virtually NONE of his cabinet appointments make any sense.

    • JohnAZ December 4, 2020 at 10:17 am #

You state the obvious. The current situation, where GOP folks are trying to work for the Swamp and not the people, is obvious truth of the fact that the anti-Trump troops are almost in unanimous control. Mittens and Kasich both have said that they want the Dems to win for a while to punish the Trump GOP segment.

Trump looked around for talent in 2017 and everyone “qualified” were Deep Staters. Their jobs, from the PTB, were to stop the Trump administration from doing their campaign promise of draining the swamp. They did for the most part.

They are terrified of a second, lame duck, 4 years with Trump. Currently, the RINO portion of the Deep State is doing everything it can to cheat in the election and hide the cheating that occurred.

      Including Barr and his judiciary.

Do we think that the SCOTUS is afraid of the Deep State? Ask John Roberts. We shall see.

      • SW December 4, 2020 at 11:51 am #

It’s a good idea to remember that Trump appointed Gina Haspel as Director of the CIA in 2018, a woman who was credibly accused of participating in prisoner torture.

Barr has been rattling his sword for over a year now and nothing has happened — stall, stall, stall. It’s over.

I hope he’ll use his last months in office to go to Georgia and rally Republicans to get out and vote and save the Senate. I can’t imagine what Sydney Powell was thinking.

While I don’t look forward to Biden and Harris, I don’t feel terribly sorry for Trump. I realize he was fighting an uphill battle against an entrenched resistance but he could have undermined it to some extent by using some of their agenda against them and benefiting common citizens. Imagine if he’d appointed Elizabeth Warren to head a special task force on student debt to expose its corruption and make recommendations to correct the abuses. Some Democrats would have been unmasked as hypocrites but others could have stood up for the reforms.

        • benr December 4, 2020 at 12:03 pm #

Speaking of frauds Elizabeth Warren is at the top of the heap.

            Heap big fraud. Hee.

          • SW December 4, 2020 at 1:11 pm #

I agree Elizabeth Warren did join the Swamp but even in the last debates was still bringing up the issue of revolving student debt. Before she became involved in politics she did some revealing studies on the financial abyss that many middle class citizens are teetering on. The Two Income Trap was written with her daughter and she does (or at least, did) understand the financial pressures of working people.

        • JohnAZ December 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm #

Trump had very few allies on Inauguration Day,

Most of the trusted WH positions went to family. His own chief of staff stabbed him. John Bolton thought he could get his hawk agenda into mainstream DC and when he was blocked, tried to screw Trump.

Over and over, the swamp did him in.

Traitor Joe on Golden swamp. . .

It appears that Georgia will have the same procedures for counting the votes on January 5th that they did back in November.

Plus now they have wanna-be Governor Stacy Abrams and the Hollywood elite further muddying the Electoral shenanigans.

I hope Trump gets a million people to come to his rally this Saturday in Valdosta. And I hope there is record breaking turnout on January 5th.

But considering that the balance of the Senate and Biden’s agenda hang in the balance, I won’t be surprised when this election is stolen too with all their dirty suitcases full of tricks.

    • 72Five8Charlie December 4, 2020 at 11:03 am #

I had hope when he was appointed. His reaction to the Epstein death corrected that.

      • Beryl of Oyl December 4, 2020 at 12:19 pm #

Speaking of Epstein, when that Berman guy who was apparently obstructing further investigation into the Jeffrey Epstein case after Jeffrey was killed, was removed from his position, and Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested, it looked like there was going to be some semblance of justice for his victims at last.

Yes, he is gifted with an extreme down to earth demeanor. With those puppy dog eyes, he resembles a large, friendly Boxer. Thus endowed, he is able to calm people down and make them feel everything is alright. Nothing is happening and if it is, it’s no big deal and is under control. And he uses his gift ruthlessly. A smiling rogue – very, very dangerous.

History is full of opportunities to miss opportunities, fully taken advantage of and not in a good way.

Going back not too far, Palestinians had a decent chance at their own country in the West Bank. But, when it seemed that the long process of negotiation and bribery and arm-twisting by the US was about to bear some fruit, Arafat called out the intifada and that was that.

So, what they got now? A wall built by Israel (which proves that walls do work and do solve problems) and no country but instead a shit-hole dominated militarily by Israel and the prospect of steadily diminishing life-chances for Palestinians for the foreseeable future.
Britain and France had a good chance to shorten the Great War by means of bold action in early 1915 against Turkey by way of the strait leading to Constantinople and the peninsula alongside the waterway. If Royal Navy and French ships had appeared in the Sea of Marmora the post-war consensus was that Turkey would have sought terms. Enver Pasha himself said that if only Britain had had the courage. And, early in 1915 Turkish fortresses in the peninsula, though heavily gunned, had limited ammunition, Turkish troop presence in the area was small, and with some quick action, Britain and France could have pulled it off.

But the initiative, though started, was delayed by weeks by hesitancy, second thoughts, reluctance by the Royal Navy to take risks, until “no” took root in the higher echelons, and then when action was finally started, the Turks had massively increased their forces, the Brits in the area got one third less than what they needed and a month late at that and the opportunity was missed.
What does this have to do with anything? The USA is presently all a-bristle with opportunities to reset the clocks if only skillful and resolute action is taken by Trump people with respect to this farce of an election.

It’s not just chances in the short term but longer-term also. What this last five years showed was that what the America First movement needs is institutional back-stopping because what we saw was a determined though incompetent effort to get rid of Trump, and a better effort to legally harass officials working in his administration. That cannot go on if the America First movement is to take root and become effective. It’s no good just to have a bunch of guys in camo doing target practice in the backwoods, what it needs is people embedded in the unelected machinery of government, in investigative and intel agencies, in the Pentagon, the DOJ, in the foreign affairs Blob etc, to counteract those working in concert with Democrats and Republicans.

But it seems that all these many openings will get whiffed the same as did the Palestinians and the Brits and the French. Failure to see clearly, failure of nerve, failure to think things through, this could be the death of it, giving a chance to nastier alternatives. Because there are always alternatives.

The biggest failed opportunities that I can see have been in education with lowered standards, forgetting the purpose of school is to teach — not field a football team, right all social wrongs, or use children as pawns for controversial agendas.

Medicine is a shameless racket now and no matter how ethical or dedicated the frontline workers are (doctors, nurses, aides) the bottom line is profitability and everything can and is sacrificed to it.

Farmland is steadily being exhausted and potable water is going to be an issue in the not too distant future. Did you know the Bush family has been investing for years in South America near one of the largest fresh water reserves in the world?

You can see the abject failure of the educational system (including colleges and universities) in the workplace. You see it especially in the younger set who spell very badly, can’t construct coherent sentences, can’t do cursive, don’t know the multiplication table, are abysmally ignorant of elementary geography and history. It’s depressing, all that money spent and all those years in the classroom and what the hell for.

Bill could have set up his own model schools, free of charge, in the worst areas of the country, to prove that his ideas work.

“Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller announced that all special operations run by the CIA would henceforward report to the SecDef. In effect, the President has ordered the dismantling of the CIA’s trouble-making capabilities, reducing the agency to the task of intel analysis. This means, for instance, ending the CIA’s ability to foment “color revolutions” (coups d’état) in foreign lands.”

In today’s polarized nation we are each supposed to choose between pretending that Trump is a wise, admirable leader and being convinced that everything he has ever said or done is wrong. Both positions are, of course, stupid.

Setting all other issues aside, we should all be grateful for Trump’s putting a stake through the heart of the TPP. (likely to be resuscitated by a President Biden/Harris) If only Trump could permanently castrate the CIA that would be a splendid book end achievement for his misbegotten administration.

Of course, the great likelihood is that either Biden/Harris will relieve the SecDef of control of the rogue agency or that Trump, during his second term in office, will be relieved of his life by the CIA.

“Is it outlandish to wonder if Joe Biden is a national security risk?”

    Are you kidding?

The entire Left side of the spectrum is a national security risk. Everything they want to do will destroy the integrity of the US both domestically and with the world. Destroy the US economy to make the citizens dependent on the government? Kowtow to China? Use Russia as their scapegoat to justify everything? Lie, cheat and steal wherever possible to forward their aims. Use the minorities of the country to divide and conquer the what used to be the electorate? Continue the open border policies to realign the country’s demographics and stupidify the country? Control the educational portals so ensure that immature minds believe their treason?

If you believe, like Schumer, that changing everything is the goal of the Left, you better believe that the entire Left is a huge security risk against America’s Constitution and the rule of law.

Georgie Porgie is smiling broadly these days.

    • hmuller December 4, 2020 at 10:58 am #

That’s the problem. Sessions and Barr were not committed to draining the swamp. Could Trump have been this clueless for 4 years about his Attorneys General and their ineffectiveness (or more likely their secret obstructionist agenda)?

Any CIA reforms made at this point will soon be scuttled if Biden is inaugurated. Good idea, four years too late, so sad.

I wish Trump would declare martial law and arrest a myriad of wrongdoers who have blatantly done so much “wrong”. But how many did he arrest in the last 4 years? Trump is no “Julius Caesar” – more of an “Orange Julius”, slurping his 32 oz drink on a bench and talking shit to the mall teens.

You talked the talk, Donald, but you couldn’t walk the walk. We await someone with steel in his gut and fire in his eyes to battle the globalist traitors and enslavers.

You and General Flynn will get your wish, but Trump’s way is better. He has to go to the legal limit to get as many normies on board as possible. He may even be able to get some Democrats behind him. If he just declares it now, the media will have a field day – unless he was willing to take control of the media.

In any case, once he is declared the victor, the Left will revolt and he will have to declare it, immediately.

General Flynn wants another election. Trump doesn’t want to go that route and wants to be declared the victor of this one. But again, the paths will converge. The Left isn’t going to accept either path. And I think Trump needs to take control of the media, it being the number one weapon of the enemy.

I no longer watch television, though I am bombarded with the hysterical anchors and guests on the CNN my mother watches continually, whenever I leave my room. I don’t believe those men would willingly take what is actually an experimental vaccine that purportedly works on a cellular level by changing your DNA. I’ve had this explained in simple terms to me by someone claiming to be a virologist on another site because I couldn’t understand how they could take such a risk. I told him I wouldn’t be taking it anyway. He said, “neither will I.”

They will get jabs with saline. Do you believe any of these criminals would allow an RNA bio-engineered substance to be injected into their bodies with only a few months of trials and ZERO evidence of any long term side effects?

Forget the short term 4 day side effects of pain at the injection site, fevers of 101 and higher, severe body aches and headaches. Plus getting the 2nd jab in three weeks where the side effects can be worse. The CDC and big Pharma have a motto about the jab: “There will be pain.”

A year or two down the road who knows what will happen? Narcolepsy has been reported in some trials, severe spinal problems and even some deaths.

All for a disease that either causes no symptoms at all in 99% or a bad cold in others. Those dying are mostly elderly with several underlying medical conditions.

Obama and the others can do all the photo-ops they want getting the Covid jab.

      I won’t believe it.

Good thing they can just keep saying there’s no evidence of widespread fraud.

Trying to picture that board meeting at the Bohemian Grove or somewhere similar…”So what happens when some of the fraud is uncovered and made public?” “Well, we just keep saying there isn’t any, and see if we can make that work until January.”

Sad thing is they’re right when it comes to a large portion of the US population. “Oh come on, why would they lie?” smh

      • Kim December 4, 2020 at 7:22 pm #

Good thing they can just keep saying there’s no evidence of widespread fraud.

They can say that because in fact the fraud was very locally concentrated.

I guess one key to being a good liar is to always be thinking of some nicely parsed verson of the truth.

  11. catharsis December 4, 2020 at 10:55 am #

If only there was even a single piece of evidence beyond hearsay. Virtually everything you mention is based on “someone’s reporting”, which then is quoted on some alt media, which is then tweeted and re-quoted until it is magically transformed into fact.

For example, new conspiracy star retired three-star general Thomas McInerney apparently is modeled on the character of Gen. Jack Ripper, from Dr. Strangelove, who starts WW III based on a conspiracy by Russians to defeat the USA by fluoridating our water supply to contaminate our vital bodily fluids. (McInerney, post service, was a Fox contributor, until getting fired for making a number of outrageous or slanderous statements.)

In the current situation McInerney tells of firefights in Germany between DOD and CIA. Again, no evidence – no mention in the German or European press. An entire military base (including civilian employees), yet no witness to even anonymously send cell phone video to press or friends. Has anyone traced the names of the alleged fatalities to see if they were actually in Germany, or in Egypt or Somalia, where the military & CIA claims they were killed ?

This is way too far into the tinfoil hat realm. Each separate part of this conspiracy can be examined on its own & found to be lacking anything beyond ‘so-and-so said’. After discarding the obvious and deliberate lies, faulty logic, and questionable inferences, a generous application of Occam’s Razor will usually resolve any outstanding questions.

I hadn’t planned on commenting here anymore, but when the idea of martial law is being openly bandied about, things have gone too far. Is JHK looking for ideas for another World Made by Hand series by fostering this string of conspiracy theories – none of which, after years of being promoted, have been proven in any way.

There are plenty of evil things really happening without having to make stuff up.

One thing wrong with your analysis.

These folks are under threat of perjury when they state their observations.

The press, for some reason, never seems to have to face litigation for their continuous lying and ignoring the news.

I choose to believe people that are under threat for lying.

    • J. Dean December 4, 2020 at 12:28 pm #

Don’t know about this latest thing with Gen. McInerney, but I’ll look into it.

Besides that, hundreds of sworn affidavits say otherwise. This is not hearsay. Hearsay is repeating what someone else says. These are eyewitnesses at the polling places who are reporting what they saw with their own eyes, not what someone else told them.

    • beantownbill. December 4, 2020 at 1:16 pm #

What I find wrong about your analysis is how do you prove something happened or not if you’re not there at the time to see with your own eyes? Witnesses can be bought off or just lie for their own reasons; video can be doctored; media can lie, judges can be bribed, and so forth.

So the real question is, how do the courts decide on what is true – that’s the bottom line. It’s up to them to follow legal guidelines as to what constitutes evidence. Because we don’t have time machines, we don‘t know what actually happened, nobody except the parties present at the time do.

Therefore, it is totally improper for you to speak definitively about the legal process in this situation unless you are in an authority on evidence.

      • cbeard December 4, 2020 at 2:07 pm #

The bottom line is that no one wanted any of the available democratic candidates. Biden and Harris had no support in the primaries, and I’m expected to believe they won with 80 million votes. If and when the truth comes out, it will show Trump winning in the biggest landslide in American history. The latest accusation of fraud from Georgia uses a video. Also, I wouldn’t discount all the other signed affidavits and testimony. Common sense should point to Trump as the winner. By your standards of proof, we should just let a known liar, thief, briber, senile old fool waltz into the White House. Why the hell have elections if they can be so easily defeated. I don’t think Biden is going to win, but if he does, I will never cast another ballot, at least not for a staus quo candidate such as the ones we’ve been provided for decades. Signing up with a local militia would be a more sensible thing to do.

        • beantownbill. December 4, 2020 at 4:17 pm #

Hey, I’m on your side. My own personal belief is that the election was drenched in fraud. The whole voting process is entirely unreliable. At this point in time, the only options are depending on the legal system to come up with the truth – somehow – have Trump take unilateral action and cancel the election/institute martial law, or allow Biden to win. I hope they don’t let Biden become president. I don’t trust the courts, even the Supreme Court.

My thinking is the SC will let the election result stand, either because they’ll say the evidence isn’t conclusive, or because, although there was some hanky-panky, to preserve the country let the result remain the same, or for some other reason. Then it will be up to Trump to take action. Would he?

    • draupnir December 4, 2020 at 1:20 pm #

Well, yes, if you ignore video and sworn affidavits, not to mention the questions naturally arising from the closure of vote counting in the middle of the night in all of the swing states. In Georgia, Trump was 300,000 votes ahead at that time. Even here in blue Minnesota, I believe Trump won handily. A friend of mine was a poll watcher in Woodbury, and he said that, unlike in previous elections, he was required to sit in a chair, where he couldn’t actually see anything. So even I have anecdotal evidence of interference.

      • beantownbill. December 4, 2020 at 4:19 pm #

Thanks JHK, another fine essay. Observations:

    – Those people in the world who hate America are chortling with delight at America’s inability to hold a honest and transparent election for their chief executive.

    – A declaration of martial law followed by a purge of “traitors” sounds like a good solution, until you or your friend is taken for a one way helicopter tour over Chesapeake Bay.

    – Whoever is declared the winner of this election, it is clear that the American people are the losers in this fiasco.

    • JohnAZ December 4, 2020 at 11:19 am #

If, IF this fraud exposure is a can of worms that is finally opened, the breakdown of Deep State control may finally start. If Trump is successful at breaking apart the network that has made all of this possible, his pledge to drain the swamp may finally be started. Even if he is removed, he can tear apart the Deep State from outside the Beltway. Bit by bit.

Persistence is what wins in DC, something the cowardly RINOs have never figured out.

      Trump understands this, totally.

I want to believe Trump is supporting all of us that voted for him; there’s so much push-back from people who have power. I think “they” the “fuckers” are hoping we take to our guns and when the violence and anger erupt, there will be a massive attack on us by the military…..it seems all lined up in place. Those fuckers, World Health Organization, are having one of their meetings this weekend in Orlando. We need MORE LEADERS to organize a force to be reckoned with. It’s too unorganized! People talk the talk, but will they walk the walk?

Only for greedy, morally bankrupt people. The Viet Cong triumphed after all. It’s true that money can buy weapons and weapons systems though. But can you hold the land once you’ve conquered it? Another question entirely. Those with the greater Will will triumph in the end. And that calls for quite a bit more than money.

      • JohnAZ December 4, 2020 at 12:45 pm #

You are right. American adventurism in Viet Nam was really dumb as any attempted occupation is.

If you invade, be ready to stay for a long time. You invade, take over the government, there are millions of folks that are just waiting for you to leave.

The great weakness of late twentieth century US foreign policy was no exit plan. Why?

Because having an exit plan shows the stupidity of invading in the first place.

I have lately been doing research on the Norman Conquest. William the Conqueror was fighting for control of England for his entire reign and had to march his army out several times to brutally quell spreading rebellion. I’m not entirely convinced that the Normans had full control of the land during his lifetime. The Saxons didn’t just lie down and accept his rule, and the sons of Harold Godwinson were a thorn in his side and a danger to the sons who came after him.

In the 1970’s, when Affirmative Action kicked in, my Dad was laid off and replaced from Sikorsky in CT after 20 yrs. He was replaced by minorities with little or no experience with helicopter strain guage testing. He was in his mid forties with 5 kids under 18 and my Mom at home. NOBODY would hire him. He was overqualified, but more importantly he was viewed as being not “cost effective” i.e. higher health benefit premiums. He was a talented jack of all trades; an Air Force vet; ham radio professional; mechanic; electronic genius….the town hired him through some govt. sponsered program while he collected unemployment. After 3 yrs. he was hired by an ice-cream factory as a maintenance mechanic. I remember him always referring to certain items (tools, car parts, etc) as “Chinese Junk”….a phrase I still remember and use all the time. It was the beginning of, well, where we are right now. The end is not looking good.

Cassandra has an even bigger problem than not being believed these days. She is accused of planning the foreseen disaster and gaslighting the public.

Warnings of a Pandemic have trickled out every year on page 8 since Laurie Garrett’s The Coming Plague in 1994. Did somebody important get tired of predicting and start acting? Reality is so unpredictable…

And election shenanigans. We have heard fraud allegations since last summer from both sides obscuring the facts and highlighting possibilities so devious you can’t believe even what you think you’re seeing. I feel like an amateur chess enthusiast watching grandmasters analyze a game. My opinion about the DC swamp is composed of HW Bush’s 1000 points of light that are so dim they hardly illuminate anything. Just reading The NY Times, watching Fox, and skimming JHK is enough to consider putting one’s head in the sand.

We should allow all states to be as corrupt as they like so our own state can be too. That’s a consistent State’s Right position so beloved of us Southerners. So if Georgia wants to go with direct entry voting on touch screens-fine, and mail in votes for a month before the election-fine (stupid but fine). I am comfortable with our optical reader and absentee ballot system. Personally I think it would be best for democracy to have some kind of low hurdle on Election Day like being a citizen and showing up. And if I ever had to stand in line for more than an hour to do so–the incompetent Secretary of State would be on the DNR (do not re-elect) list.

I remain a big fan of “The Truth” but everyone wants to sell me theirs.

I am surprised that someone as well informed as JHK does not apparently know what the Tuesday remarks of Bill Barr signify. The AG’s competence is in matters of “criminal” investigation and prosecution. He does not go out and actively solicit testimony from witnesses and affiants of civil procedures (!) made on behalf of the sitting president or his campaign.

No, the FBI does that, which apparently it is not doing — and which I included to mention in that passage. And not necessarily on the complaint of the president but because of highly suspicious circumstances around a critical function of the government — a fair election — JHK Admin

He instructs the FBI to investigate suspected federal crimes if there are grounds, or specific federal criminal complaints. He said in his AP interview, “there is a growing tendency to use a criminal justice system as sort of a default fix all but first there must be a basis to believe there is a crime to investigate”. He also said that some complaints have been investigated but that they do not complaints do not amount to more than “a few thousand votes”.

But, in fairness, , if I was Trump, I would be ticked off too, but not because what Barr says is factually wrong. It is that Barr as AG should keep his mouth shut until he has something he can speak to, iow, until trere is some serious breech that DOJ investigates. And evidently he did not have anything like that on Tuesday because by his own words the investigations were still ongoing. He would have saved himself from looking like an ass yesterday, when the Fulton County video showed a stash of ballots in suitcases under a table being counted after the scrutineers were chased from the premises under false pretenses.

Precedent exists here, but from the Treasury Dept.

Chicago was overwhelmed in the twenties by corruption from the Capone gang. The Feds sent Eliot Ness to open investigations to shut that crook down. The Untouchables, mainly Chicago area police, did it and it took awhile.

      They are legend today.

If there was manipulation of the ballot box in all critical states as indicated by the affidavits, this corruption makes Chicago’s look like nothing.

Computers should NEVER be used in an election. How many hacker incidents need to occur before we lose our trust? If this election had been held on properly supervised paper, the winner would already be known. Even if Biden is inaugurated, his credibility is already suspect.

      Mr. Smith goes to Washington

Remember the political machine that Jimmy Stewart had to fight. Again, nothing compared to what is going on now.

Brave men and women can beat the Democratic machine, if there are any out there. So far, three lawyers and a general seem to be it.

Amazon and Wal-Mart win; Mom and Pop shops loose, non-chain restaurants loose. THEY really want to radically reduce the middle class to bring in THEIR neo-feudal “Hunger Games” society.

Just an anecdote, I was searching high and low for a can of cranberry jelly for Thanksgiving. My family wants the stuff with the can marks on it, and that’s what they shall have.
My family also doesn’t want any High Fructose Corn Syrup, so in recent years I have only purchased the organic stuff.

This year there was plenty of the product available, but only two varieties, the famous name brand or the store’s own brand, neither organic.

I had to travel one county over, the Whole Foods (Amazon). They were the only place I could find a product I have been buying from any number of other markets for years.

They were also the only place where is was limited to one register to check out in.
The others were not accepting cash. I do believe that’s illegal, but everything that’s due to the scamdemic trumps any existing law.

It’s funny how the goal of creating a cashless society and preventing a virus coincide, but only in the place that stands to benefit most from the pandemic “restrictions”.

        • Ishabaka December 4, 2020 at 1:27 pm #

It is illegal. Your bills have “This Note is Legal Tender for All Debts, Public and Private” printed on them for a reason – so no one can refuse to accept US currency. You can contact the United States Secret Service in your city for assistance – they enforce the law for the Department of the Treasury.

          • John1945 December 4, 2020 at 2:54 pm #

When you buy something you do not repay debt.Seller,if he is so inclined, has every right to refuse Federal Reserve notes and demand gold/silver coins, shells, wampum etc.

            Straight from the horse’s mouth:

Is it legal for a business in the United States to refuse cash as a form of payment?

so no one can refuse to accept US currency. – Ishabaka

            ==========

Our local Costco operates a gas station with 8 lines of cars and there is never NEVER a pump nozzle that is not in constant use from morning to night. They do NOT accept cash. Only credit cards.

          • RocketDoc December 4, 2020 at 6:06 pm #

I had always heard that if you offer to repay a debt in legal tender and it is not accepted, then the debt is considered repaid. So if I owe you $100 you do not have to accept chickens or silver but would be obligated to take 100-$1 bills.

I recall the story of a man angry at his mortgage company that repaid his mortgage in a dump truck of pennies. If it was not accepted, the debt was forgiven, it is legal tender.

Personally, I have been told a number of times that a business does not accept $50 or $100 bills. I understand Starbucks being unwilling to return $97.40 in change when a cup of coffee is purchased but it seems illegal not to accept the offer of $5. This “coin shortage” has got Publix asking me to pay by credit card. Any business should be able to specify what means of payment it would accept. If I wanted to be paid in chickens for a used car it should be legal but the tax man probably thinks otherwise.

          • John1945 December 4, 2020 at 7:08 pm #

            @RocketDock

=If I wanted to be paid in chickens for a used car it should be legal but the tax man probably thinks otherwise.=

It is called barter. If you barter one chicken (fair market price $5) for a decent used car ( fair market price $10K ) your local DMV will report this transaction to the IRS when you try to register your purchase. So you must collect approximately $10K worth of poultry. Then IRS can go & f..ck himself/herself/itself/oneself.

Same with “1031 Real Estate Exchange”.Thats why almost nobody hears about it-except the select few 🙂

Also if you “buy” gold/silver you dont have to pay sales tax.Because, from the legal point of view, you are not “buying” but “exchanging” or “bartering” “legal tender” for real “money”.One case made it all the way to the Supreme Court – I forgot the name.

The response to all the businesses closed (even if you are one of those businesses) is “people should not be stupid and wear their masks and this wouldn’t have happened.” And, “Trump should have made the lockdowns and masks a national mandate so this would not have happened.” These must be MSM talking points as I have heard the same from several people. Educate yourself:

        https://rumble.com/vbfv0x-covid-19-deaths-a-look-at-us-data.html

CDC data shows that total US deaths did not increase in 2020. The “covid deaths” are simply the normal deaths from heart diseases and other causes.

Johns Hopkins University article summarizing the video content:

        http://web.archive.org/web/20201126043553/https://www.jhunewsletter.com/article/2020/11/a-closer-look-at-u-s-deaths-due-to-covid-19#

        • Ricechex December 5, 2020 at 12:36 pm #

Thank You Kim for posting that. It was the missing piece for me…..I have assumed that hospitals are just as busy as they were last year, and this supports that.

However, try sending that to any democrats. They would not watch it and argue that it was conspiracy theory. They are very very brainwashed.

        • Jerry1927 December 5, 2020 at 10:42 pm #

I have watched the video. At about 19:15 there are instructions on how to download the CDC data. I followed them and downloaded the latest spreadsheet.

Deaths from all causes is in column E and the data for the entire US starts at row 5247 for 2019 and row 5299 for 2020. There are 47 weeks of data for 2020 so far.

If I add up the first 47 weeks of 2019, the total is 2565597.
If I add up the first 47 weeks of 2020, the total is 2861965.

          The difference is 296368.

If I add up all of 2019, the total is 2852609, so we are already above that number with 5 weeks to go and a data lag.

Instead of believing either me or the video, try it yourself and see what numbers you get.

        • Night Owl December 6, 2020 at 2:44 pm #

There were other stats discussed here a few weeks back that were far more informative. The CDC released numbers for all deaths (with comorbidities) vs. COVID-only deaths.

The COVID-only rate was .06, or 9,210 people. Numbers out of England from the NHS were simliar.

Furthermore, nearly all of the deaths were for individuals aged 65 and up, with a large chunk of those being over 85.

          The Corona Hoax.

          • Jerry1927 December 6, 2020 at 5:36 pm #

Yes, the 6% figure has been stated by the CDC. Unfortunately that has been interpreted, as you do, to mean that the deaths were not caused by Covid. Here is an article from a Hopkins epidemiologist that says otherwise:

            https://hub.jhu.edu/2020/09/01/comorbidities-and-coronavirus-deaths-cdc/

If you don’t bother reading the article, here is the important take-away:
“For almost everyone, I think we can be confident they would have lived longer without COVID-19.”

That statement is borne out by the excess death figures as compared to previous years. People are dying that otherwise would not have were it not for Covid.

I have also seen you and others on this board and elsewhere lament that many of the deaths are elderly people. Should I interpret that to mean that you place no value on the lives of elderly people? If your parents are still alive, my sympathies go out to them.

          • Night Owl December 6, 2020 at 6:02 pm #

Yes, Jerry, it is sort of like when an old geezer has a heart condition and he gets the flu. He could die.

Which is why the death rate for COVID alone is so low. It is not dangerous, unless you are old with comorbidities.

It is almost as if you have a low IQ.

          • Jerry1927 December 6, 2020 at 6:09 pm #

Night Owl, thank you for answering my question.

Yes, I’ve bowed out. I am truly humbled by your two brilliant arguments:
“Old people can die of the flu, therefore Covid is fake”
            “You’re stupid”

The very same CDC Director who said that five months ago while under oath before Congress is still allowed to set policy instead of his ass being locked up in prison for both perjury and manslaughter writ large.”

    2. Old Joe starts off with a fairly centrist platform, people begin to be vaccinated, and things look up for a while.
    3. Old Joe’s cognitive dysfunction takes a discernable change for the worse, and he retires, making Kween Kamala president.

            Watched the Hberg shatter;
He sensed the rot (a Jewish plot?)
Joined the Wehrmacht then soon after.

            Though he was a runt,
The Eastern Front soon became his normal,
At Stalingrad, he met his end,
            His funeral was not…formal.

His body rotted on the ground,
            Sans his boots and tunic,
His parents wept, his brother died,
            Defending ancient Munich,

So this sad tale, and sad it is,
            might never have occurred,
If the Little Goy the German Boy,
            Of the Hindenburg never heard.

Other tweets are even more threatening. Trump voters are to be ruined at the very least, denied positions, their businesses closed, completely ostracized, if not rounded up and put in Chinese-style reeducation camps.

I agree; it’s a shame how far he has fallen. Jim’s books on urbanism were assigned reading in my geography classes at college in the early 2000s. I guess urban critiquing doesn’t pay the bills, while pandering to far-right conspiracy theorists keeps the patreon tiller full.

I happend to lean toward what Jim is writing….I “get it”. This blog is a way for all to communicate with each other and share our own point of view. If you don’t like what you read; go away. Most of us are intelligent, educated, critical thinkers who are able to think “outside the box”; that doesn’t make any of us Nazi’s or Klansmen. If we didn’t have ideas or thoughts opposite to what “they” want us to believe, there would be no hope. Might as well bend over and kiss our asses good-bye because our minds are bought and paid for by the thought police.

I will trust Mother Nature to immunize my body against Covid-19.

It is a Corona virus just like all the other colds and flu viruses we pass along to each other throughout our lives. Most people get the virus and cope with it. A few who are very high risk succumb.

I will never get any of their flu shots or any Covid vaccines or any shingles vaccines.

You were fortunate, beantownbill. My mother had it and she would wince with pain for a year or two afterwards. But that was nothing compared to a neighbour she came across who’d experienced sharp jabs of pain in the nerves along his hairline for years after he got shingles. His pain was so unbearable he was close to considering suicide.

          • stelmosfire December 4, 2020 at 6:57 pm #

Shingles pain can be hit or miss. One thing you do NOT want is a case of trigeminal neuralgia. We used to pick up a lady who had it and she was delirious with pain. I had never heard of it till I met her. No known cause. Many people with it do off themselves it is so bad. On of the most painful conditions there is. Horrible

I do get an occasional flash near where I had it, but it only happens once in a while and lasts for maybe a second or two. I know I was lucky. I also have heard of nightmare stories. I had chicken pox when I was 3 years old. I still remember the doctor examining me while I stood on my kitchen table (yes, as strange as it seems now, doctors made house calls seventy years ago. I really liked my doctor; he’d always come over with his black bag and a stethoscope around his neck).

I agree about trigeminal neuralgia. My husband had a patient a month or two ago who came to the Out-of-Hours looking for more pain relief. Not that there’s anything the OoH can offer them that they wouldn’t already have from their own GP (far less so, in fact) or hospital specialists. She and her partner were extremely unpleasant, apparently (he thought they might make a complaint) but I daresay constant pain of that sort might well make you like that.

She was considering surgery, but that would certainly not be without serious risks too. Some people are just dealt an awful hand. I read that it can be a symptom of MS, but obviously can just be ‘standalone’ and unexplained, as you say.

Neurodoc would be the person to consult, obviously!

Not sure what your problem is, Mr Owl.

Janos asked a factual question (have the Chinese produced a vaccine?)

I gave him a factual answer, using the first site that came up with a list of the vaccines in development or in trials. Previously, I linked to another site giving the same information, in response to another commenter who seemed to think there was just one vaccine with one modus operandi, except that it had the full cohort of 200 or however many there are in total, many still at the pre-clinical stage of development.

Janos didn’t ask for an evaluation of the Chinese vaccine or a political analysis, just if there was a Chinese vaccine. So I gave him a list, which is available on a number of tracking sites, and includes several Chinese vaccines. So now he knows what he wanted to know..

It includes the Russian (globalist?) Sputnik vaccine too.. Imagine that.

I thought monitoring what the evil globalists were doing was a good thing.

Get over yourself, maybe. Jeez, the arrogance.

I have no idea what you are talking about. You asked if the Chinese had produced a vaccine. I gave you information that answered your question.

And now you are ranting about killing five-month-old babies. Obviously you don’t actually mean five-month-old babies.

If you wanted to include a question about stem cell research in your query about the existence of a Chinese vaccine, why didn’t you just do it?

Given you didn’t respond to my question about Regeneron, which your president wanted you all to have FREE of charge, in the event of you getting the lurgi, I find you a bit picky and choosey in your rants.

            https://cogforlife.org/2020/10/30/excellent-video-from-no-deception-aborted-fetal-vaccines/

          • GreenAlba December 5, 2020 at 6:30 pm #

            Janos

Thank you – I’ll look at the video tomorrow. But the fact remains that YOU didn’t mention anything about fetal cells in your question about a Chinese vaccine, so you might try being a bit less uppity in your responses.

            In the meantime …

Leaving aside the deliberate use of the phrase ‘5-year-old babies’ (no human can be any measure of ‘old’ before it’s born) when you were actually referring to the gestational age of the fetus (which fetus exactly?), you need to drop the emotional attacks and educate yourself about what is involved here.

What is involved in the vaccine you cited, exactly as in the Regeneron drug that your president was given (and wants you all to have …) is a 47-year-old human cell line ‘immortalised’ all those years ago and used in medical developments the world over. The name of the cell line is HEK293 – the K is for kidney, because it’s not a stem cell line, but the issue is the same, as the cells were taken from an aborted (female) fetus, in Holland, in 1973.

‘Aborted’ in this instance refers to either a legal elective abortion or a spontaneous abortion (the medical term for a miscarriage), so you don’t even know (well, I certainly don’t) that the fetal remains were not the result of an ‘act of God’, or act of nature, according to inclination. And you certainly don’t know that the fetus was of 5 months gestation or the manner in which it was aborted.

Now, if it were a miscarriage, I’d say the parents giving their consent to the harvesting of kidney cells equates to me carrying an organ donor card, or giving consent for the use of my hypothetical dead child’s organs for transplant purposes, in order to save another child. If, on the other hand, the abortion was elective, the issue is ethically different. But you don’t know.

The cell line HEK293 was used in testing Regeneron, as I understand it, not in producing it. But it was still used. And when President Trump legislated for the limitation of use of NEW cells from currently aborted (or miscarried) fetuses, that legislation ONLY affected the harvesting of new cells. It specifically allowed the continuation of the use of the almost-50-year-old HEK293 cell line.

I’ve done some more research for you, free, gratis and for nowt.

This table listing Covid vaccines in development specifically includes available information about the use of the HEK293 cell line either in development, production or testing – you will see that the (non-globalist?) Sputnik vaccine from Russia also uses this cell line – and in all stages of development, production and testing.

            https://lozierinstitute.org/update-covid-19-vaccine-candidates-and-abortion-derived-cell-lines/

Not that it will ever affect you personally, since you won’t be taking the vaccine at any point, but the information is there. You may, of course, find that you’ve unknowingly had other medications that have used the HEK293 cell line in development, production or testing.

Most of the information I’ve just given you can be found here:

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HEK_293_cells

I’m being uppity? I didn’t ask you anything per se. I was asking a question to the board. It was partially rhetorical, but with some actual interest. You jumped in with alacrity, like a Chinese fire drill. You passion for battle is inspiring and humbling. Truly you spring from Viking blood.

I never mentioned ‘five year old babies’!

But apart from those points, your post was interesting. The ethical point was well made. If the cell line is “immortal” and the origin unknown, what can I say? If it is that useful, perhaps it was well done. In any case, it could be done again, this time ethically if it was not done ethically in the first place. I do fear, that Man being Man, the overall effect will be negative, extremely so in the long run.

Babies are typically about nine months old when born. Their first nine months are spent in a woman’s womb – the most dangerous place on Earth under the reign of Liberalism. The ancient Philosophers counseled moderation of mind and body during pregnancy, and listening to good music. Certainly not thinking horrible thoughts or scheming how to murder the life inside herself and if she can get a cut of the spoils.

“I’m being uppity? I didn’t ask you anything per se. I was asking a question to the board. It was partially rhetorical, but with some actual interest. You jumped in with alacrity, like a Chinese fire drill. “

Many questions are asked ‘of the board’, in which case anyone may answer, but if it takes a Chinese fire drill almost three hours (from 2.02 to 4.53) to get its act together, they really need to do some practising. The Vikings would not have been impressed. And if your question was ‘partly rhetorical’ then you betray a certain dishonesty, given what you were trying to suggest, without any basis in fact.

You were being ‘uppity’ by bypassing the simple answer to the question you actually asked, in order to launch an entirely unrelated attack using another subject not even mentioned. You primarily wanted to attack (as did his nibs above).

The convention – legal and social – remains to count a person’s age from the day they were born. Ascertaining exactly which day they were conceived is not generally an exact science, except in limited circumstances.

But thank you for the courteous part of your post. I always appreciate it when those whose habit is to attack me just because they like attacking me choose to be fair-minded.

With certain others, it’s much less likely to happen. You are at least capable of being more honestly motivated.

          • Yohannon December 6, 2020 at 1:19 pm #

That convention needs to changed since people are taking advantage of it to kill the unborn – as if they aren’t even human. All on a legal technicality. As St Paul says, the spirit saves but the letter killeth.

Com’n man …..the Dow is up 180+ points today. All is well. Here in Kona Hawaii it’s 82F, sunny, and home prices are up 10%. We had a little 4.1 quake this morning, but no tsunami threat. No problemo.
All this negative stuff from JHK. Biden #46, then KH #47. Can’t stop it.

A few years ago when I began reading this blog JHK was (perhaps) recommending moving to a rural NY location where food could be grown, downsizing, big garden, hunkering down, etc. It was the financial system collapse that would drive the apocalypse per JHK.
Now we know it’s much deeper than that. The financial system and its debt machine will be the Last Man Standing.

“Democrats, you understand, are the party of chaos, yet President Trump’s attempt to impose order on the scene has the quality of clown car driving to put out a fire.”

There’s often an appeal these days for Adults in the Room to take the reins and assert order to today’s chaos. Thing is, there don’t seem to be any adults left – at least any in a position to get near the steering wheel or that would have good intent. Democrats lost their way after 1963 and have gone farther and farther off the rails. Repubs have gone down their own trail of madness, but now even they have the appearance of relative sanity when compared to the D-Minus-Party.

“It’s almost impossible to see through the smoke-and-mirrors of all news media.”

You don’t have to see through it. Listen to what they say, then believe and do the opposite and you’ll be more than fine.

“Barr, the Attorney General, who told the Associated Press on Tuesday, ‘to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election’.”

Of course not. You don’t see what you don’t want to see. Swampers Gotta Swamp.

“Is it outlandish to wonder if Joe Biden is a national security risk?”

Mr. “What’s-My-Name-Again?” is certainly NOT a national security risk… for CHINA.

“Will the country survive its own feckless inability to hold a credible vote?”

Sure the country will survive. And all it’s wonderful citizens… the mask-wearing, nonsense-believing, Woked up and worked up, liberated and underemployed great masses of the Once Exceptional Nation who do what they’re told while wrapped up safely in their delusions of entitlement and righteousness. The government must be very afraid of the consequences of their covid actions because they are really pushing the vaccines. From what I have read, the vaccines do not function by traditional methods. They change one’s DNA. They are a new concept in vaccinations. This new method might prove to be very effective for covid and other viruses.

HOWEVER, such a radical change requires a long enough trial time to see if there’s any bad long-term side effects. The trial time should be measured in years, rather than in a few months. So far, the known side effect is basically feeling sick for a few days. Uncomfortable, but not devastating.

With the current state of our knowledge, the big question is whether or not the risk is worth it. TPTB must be nervous indeed to attempt to force this “solution” on us. Why?

    • gaffefree December 4, 2020 at 5:40 pm #

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, employ a brand new approach that uses a piece of genetic material called messenger RNA to stimulate an immune response.

If you think of your DNA as a book full of billions of recipes for how to make a human, then mRNA is like one of those recipes, transcribed into a loose card with vanishing ink. The vaccines work by flashing one of those recipe cards at your body, telling it to produce a totally new kind of protein, specifically, the SARS-COV-2 spike protein. Your immune cells then kick into action because they recognize this as something new and foreign. The RNA is gone in a few hours – but the immune response remains.

The beauty is that unlike more traditional vaccines that use a killed or weakened form of a virus to prompt an antibody response, at no point is there ever actually a virus inside your body.

      • Night Owl December 4, 2020 at 5:59 pm #

Sounds great. You can trial it for us. Let us know what else it reprograms and how your regular follow up shots go.

Got to make sure that spiffy new vaccine card gets filled in.

      • beantownbill. December 4, 2020 at 10:45 pm #

There’s always the possibility that the immune system doesn’t know the spike is just part of a coronavirus; it hasn’t been definitely determined the immune cells can recognize the difference between the entire real thing and part of the real thing. Immune system attacks could happen any time after the pandemic is long gone.

As I’ve said here before, I never had polio and got the real vaccine, with no side effects, in 1954. Now, 66 years later, I have some weird polio-like symptoms; nothing bad, but there. My point is obvious.

Biden doesn’t have the capability. Mental/physical health problems would force him from office, or corruption/impeachment. Which would leave Pence, who I could live with.

On the other hand, if we had Trump/Harris, that seems really dangerous for him. They’d have to lock her out of the White House to keep her from letting assassins in. KesaAnna’s porn movie comment made me laugh! Maybe that’s what our country needs.

“maybe its time to call a Constituional Convention and split it up.”

The only purpose in calling a Constitutional Convention would be to formalize the removal of all of your rights.

      • scrooge December 4, 2020 at 9:09 pm #

        What rights would those be?

        • Kim December 4, 2020 at 9:58 pm #

          @ scrooge

If you are being ironic, I would agree, those rights that still exist are currently being suffocated with a pillow.

          However, things can get worse.

Currently, as you may know, the Bill of Rights enumerates negative rights. Such rights restrict the power of the State by stating what it shall not do.

A Communist rewrite of the Consitution will enshrine many “positive” rights which will guarantee all kinds of frankly impossible outcomes and services.

The provision of any “positive” rights necessarily infringes on and even cancels out negative rights.

For example, to guarantee housing is to guarantee that someone else must supply it. To guarantee a right to be free of, say, “vilification and harrassment” (and this must be interpreted for us) must require the cancellation of the right to free speech.

Make no mistake, a communist (constitutional) convention will be nothing more than the beating out of the shackles for your further enslavement.

          • Yohannon December 4, 2020 at 11:01 pm #

Agree. But we need a Bill of Duties. In the new Republic, all able bodied men will be in the military reserve until well into middle age. That’s just the way it will be. Permanent Emergency for the forseable future.

The amount of China-the-powerful propaganda at the moment is remarkable. We are certainly currently under a multi-front “twilight of the West” propaganda attack.

    https://www.rt.com/business/508677-china-turns-on-artifical-sun/

China turns on nuclear-powered ‘artificial sun’, TEN TIMES hotter than the real thing

A fusion reactor. Hahahahahaha! Ten times hotter than the sun! It raises the question, how stupid would you have to be to believe this level of bullshit?

Normally I would say “Watch out! Something that hot might burn a hole right throught to China!” except, well, it’s already in China.

    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/chang-e-5-china-spacecraft-lands-moon/

They’ve even gone to the moon! And they’ll bring back dirt to prove it, doubters!

Chinese hegemony is irresistible, citizens! Prepare to welcome your new Chinese overlords!

The funny thing about the pictures and the Chinese animation in the CBS moon story is that the probe looks remarkablty similar to the pictures of the probes from the 1960s.

Why is that? Is it because in the 1960s US scientists produced designs that created the ne plus ultra of moonlanding vehicles?

Or is it because Chinese have no imagination and everything they do is just a copy of something from the West?

Or is it because it is just because why the fuck not? After all, it’s all bullshit anyway.

And here is the live video of the landing.

    https://spaceflightnow.com/2020/12/02/video-replay-of-change-5s-landing-on-the-moon/

Where are those Nazi training bases I was told about?

But ominous as all of this may be, I do look forward to China’s manned landings including the unpack of their lunar beach buggy with Scooby Doo decals, extra large drink-holder on the console and trunk space for a lunar picnic basket! It’s not just a moon-buggy, it’s a funmobile!

And in another great leap forward (no not that type of Great Leap Forward) a Chinese becomes the first man to play mah jong on the moon!

My god, how much do the overlords despise us? What contempt they hold us in.

It stings. But sometimes I can also certainly see that, in some respects, we deserve their contempt.

The Chinese have never tried colonization in full spectrum dominance, only freelance commercial ventures in SE Asia /Indonesia. This will be interesting. They have functioned in the same role in SE Asia as the Jews have done in Europe & the Western hemisphere, i.e., as ruthless exploiters within their host societies using passive/aggressive techniques such as selling on credit. Will the same outcome obtain when they have enough muscle to back up their follies? We’re in hock to the chinks already up to the eyeballs. The future is all around us folks.

Tate: Oh, so Jews started credit usage in the US? There’s always been credit, but you know who really jump-started credit here? Henry Ford, back in 1908 when he sold the Model-T on credit. And to think, I never knew Henry Ford was a Jew. What a brilliant man, pretending to be an anti-semite, when he was actually a Jewish Zionist.

    1. It is based in a fraud. There is no health emergency

    2. It places my personal biometric data into a globalist database

    3. It normalizes forced vaccinations

    4. It involves giving up rights to freedom of movement and security against unwonted surveiilance to one or more non-sovereign/globalist bodies

    5. There would not be and could not be any guarantees of my personal information, of how it might be shared or how it might be used

    6. It is just another fucking way to bully and control me ”

I couldn’t have wrote it better myself .

    Excellent.

I might quibble over number one though.

Oh , I agree , the whole thing is a tempest in a teapot , blown up to an extraordinarily bizarre degree.

But , to be honest , if it proved to be the Black Death , I STILL might object to it.

It seems to me the history of the past hundred years demonstrates obviously that you can always rationalize and justify another law , another limitation , another control .

There simply is no limit on that end.

If limits are ever to be anything other than just something you talk about , then the limit has to be set where even if bad things happen , even very bad things , well , here the limit is set.
    Too fucking bad folks.

In many instances, Republicans act as enemies of America just like Democrats. Both parties are totally corrupted and compromised to international corporate and banking interests and truly should be disbanded. Both parties represent long histories and litanies of national betrayals and treasons. The political landscape must be cleansed and purged of any and all forces that do not put America and the well being and interests of American citizens first in all things all the time.

Today there is very little difference between the old school GOP and the Dems.

Protection of the Deep State is more important than party affiliation or loyalty. There are so many skeletons in closets in DC that neither side can afford a second lame duck four years of Trump. Hence the bipartisan reaction to the election fraud.

The alleged December deadlines for the certification of Electoral College votes are basically arbitrary and have no solid constitutional basis. State legislatures are right now abdicating their constitutional obligation of ensuring fair and square fraud free elections in the disputed states and probably others. Hmmmm, it really would seem quite difficult reconciling support for an empire that stretched across far flung continents all the while stating that a country with contiguous territory stretching across four time zones is untenable and an unreasonable expectation. The British were a ruthlessly predatory global network of colonizing plunderers and asset strippers. Why stop there then? I assume the predations of the Hessians and Barbary Pirates would also be more acceptable than an American Revolution huh? And could it be that the colonists would rather have had the chance to negotiate with a tyrant three miles away rather than an illusive and royal tyrant living inaccessibly across an ocean, both physically and metaphorically speaking?

I started screenshotting and downoading them. I got tired after 22 of them. Mind you, this was most of the comments. ALL those accounts saying the same thing. There are millions of bot accounts and they are the ones that bump up the Twitter trends. Or used to. Now, Twitter just decidees what they want on the trends list, it has nothing to do with what’s actually popular, it would appear.

And then there is the desperation. And the vengeance. It would appear Democrats are obsessed with ‘making Trump supporters pay’. I am sure that we are all already as cynical as can be, but if you stomach a whole bunch more, go to murphy fowles twitter at:

    https://mobile.twitter.com/FowlesMurphy

Here, Fowles lays out the involvement of very expensive law firms in the election (and Russiagate) antics of recents years.

He describes the links between the infamous Perkins Coie – who were behind the dozens of lawsuits that changed election laws to allow mail-in voting across the US – and how the company has received $50 million so far in payments related to the 2020 elections.

He describes the involvements of activist group Voting Works (Raffensperger gave it the contract to help audit the Georgia recount), John Lilly of VC firm, Greylock, $5m donor to Democrats in 2020, raising money for Ossoff and Warnock, and also involved with Voting Works as a board member.

Every state has these kinds of well-heeled gangs and they are all involved with rinos.

In Pennsyvania, the Brennan Center was selected as election auditors. They are linked to the Soros-funded Democracy Alliance.

The three Dem judges on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court were elected “thanks to record spending funnelled through Adam Bonin”. This same Adam Bonin is also behind three election-related Democrat lawsuits currently before these very same judges.

And so on. Soros and Perkins Coie are also shown to be very close.

God help and preserve Donald Trump.

Somebody needs to be at the helm as we try to extricate ourselves from the labyrinth of unsustainable financial and logistical boobytraps we’ve made. Anglin with his usual greek clarity explains the Georgia murder.

    So what’s going on here?

Was this crash a murder, designed to send a signal to Georgia politicians not to do anything that could result in Donald Trump winning the state?

Well, there’s no evidence of that, but it seems like something that someone would obviously assume.

Contrary to what you would think, political murders are rarely done to high profile figures themselves. Usually, it is someone you’ve never heard of that ends up dead, as a way to send a message to the political figure they’re trying to influence.

Frankly, that makes more sense as an explanation as to why the skipped meetings with Pence over the crash. Would you miss an important meeting because a staffer or a guy who dates your daughter died? Probably not. But it makes sense to miss a meeting when you’re shook up after someone you know was just killed to send you a message.

It would make perfect sense to kill someone who is unimportant but also connected to both the main political figures in the state.

I mean: how often have you seen three cars on fire at a car crash?

And what is the likelihood of a guy this is likely the only person directly linked to the personal lives of both the Senator and the Governor happening to end up dead in an accident on the eve of Real President Trump’s visit to the state?

What I will tell you is this: I don’t care if people are getting murdered, these people need to deal with the problems in their state. If this crash is suspicious, instead of being cowed by it, these politicians should come out and tell the public. They don’t have to say they know it was a hit – they can just say “this is suspicious, in the midst of a situation where very powerful people are putting pressure on us to stop Donald Trump.”

If these people weren’t ready to have their families threatened, then they should have never gotten involved in politics. Politics has always been an extension of military conflict, a sublimation of military conflict, and it has always contained the risk of death. We do not need cowards or women involved in this.

Frankly, I don’t think anyone should vote in this election. They should in fact stage protests against the election on election day.

There are arguments on both sides as to what the value of maintaining a Republican Senate with Biden as president would be. I tend to think it doesn’t really matter at all, because either way, if Biden wins, we are going to be under permanent Democrat rule. Before 2022, Biden will have legalized tens of millions of illegal immigrants and given them voting rights, meaning the Senate will flip then either way. There is simply no possibility of ever having Republican leadership in America again, if Biden is installed as president.

But basically, none of that matters, because you’re going to lose the election anyway. It’s the same Dominion voting machines that stole the vote from Trump. You would have to be an absolute dupe to trust the Georgia election system months after an election was stolen in Georgia.

It’s better if they lose and the reason that the media gives for the loss is that Republicans refused to vote. That creates an interesting dynamic in society.

We need to fully denounce the entire Republican Party, and lead a movement away from it, if Trump is overthrown. They will be literally without any use whatsoever, other than to keep gullible goyim believing they have a chance. There simply is no path to fixing anything on a federal level if this election theft is successful. A post-Trump GOP would be playing the role of leading white America into a grave by giving them false hope.

They’re trying to peacefully sunset us.

I don’t know about you, but I’d rather go down fighting – and I’m betting that is the few of a whole lot of white Americans, including the moronic boomers.

I’ve said and I will continue to say: if the election is successfully stolen, our only goal should be to force red states to secede from the union. The GOP party hacks are obviously going to be against that, so we should be painting them all as villains who actively enabled the election theft. People will be looking for new leadership and a new direction, and they will be drawn to an America First secessionist movement.

The Republican Party should be burned up like Harrison Deal’s car.

Yoho: Did you pick up on that John Az? If we lose this, we have lost all future in this America. Then we can either go or submit to slavery. If they won’t let us go? We fight. A willingness to fight may cow them. Maybe. But it has to be real, not a bluff.

    • SoftStarLight December 5, 2020 at 6:02 pm #

It is a really suspicious situation for sure. And I read that people up to a mile away from the crash? scene heard multiple explosions prior to first responders arriving. If it is a political hit it just proves the ongoing state of war we are in. I mean, this is literally occuring just a day after Gov Kemp openly called for electronic signature verification on the mail in ballots after that video of suitcase ballots went public. Since open and blatant criminals who defrauded the election still don’t care after the evidence is shown why should we believe they wouldn’t kill people near and dear to those who expose them as the ultimate intimidation? And that is true. Where are the Republicans in general? Yesterday Republican Senators made sure millions more foreigners can come in and take IT jobs. Republicans are far too compromised to save legacy America. Make America First your party and your worldview and your battle and your war. I like this message and am supportive!!

Some people here are talking about abandoning the Republican party. This is stupid. It’s stupid to abandon an institutional structure that’s already in place as one of the two major parties. At this historic moment, the only thing that will avoid a corrupt Democrat dictatorship of the fringe majority (if that makes any sense) is if Trump decisively purges the Republican party of all those disloyal to him after taking charge under the Insurrection act & throwing the election fraudmongers in jail. Otherwise, the Republican party will become thoroughly controlled opposition & there will never again be a Republican president or a majority Republican congress.

The problem with this scenario is Trump the man himself. Trump over the past four years has thrown away chance after chance to progress his declared 2016 agenda. In fact, it appeared to many in his core constituency that he abandoned them while under the malign influence of his son-in-law shortly after assuming office (which is why his vote among working-class & suburban white males declined). It would be a miracle now if he suddenly transformed from narcissistic tweeter-in-chief to commander-in-chief, assuming in full vigor the patriot mantle which his base wanted him to assume from the beginning. I’m still hopeful but realistically, it probably won’t happen.

It’s premature to talk about abandoning the Republican party. After January 20, we may have to talk again.

      Tate,
Both the Repub and Dem parties have failed. Both Socialism and Capitalism have failed. They all have made a horrific mess of the western world. It’s time to go back to our roots: purge this government of all corruption, reinforce the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and restore the original intent of making and keeping this country a nation-state, maintaining sovereignty, liberty, freedom, independence, and the opportunity to prosper. Existing systems are toxic, corrupt, and dying of a terminal disease. Time for change on a massive level.

But maybe not really that premature, amb. I mean Jan 20 isn’t that far off. Or pick another date, time is short.

Well, the season’s first snowfall, pretty much right on schedule.

I know, I know, don’t believe my lying eyes, there’s a computer model at Buttpounder U in northern England that shows:

    THE WORLD IS ON FIRE!!

The summer was dry in southern New England, not a lot of rain, which made for some beautiful days. ‘Activists’ were having none of it, instead of enjoying the balmy, sunny days they were sounding the alarm, warning of a killer drought that would turn Connecticut into a wasteland resembling the Mojave Desert. Of course no such thing happened; days of steady rain since Sept. have filled the reservoirs and the rivers.

Still, our billionaire lefty governor — grandson of the Billionaire Bolshevik Corliss Lamont, JP Morgan Partner — has announced his plans to make Ct ‘Carbon Free’ by 2035, and that includes closing all power plants including our 1 nuclear power plant. Apparently electricity to run this place will be coming from offshore windmills — which haven’t been built yet. (And probably never will be). Funny thing about Lamont, when he was running for governor the Dem party rented a Chevy Malibu and showed Lamont driving himself around the state in it. Turns out, Lamont doesn’t even have a DL; instead, he employs a full time chauffeur, who drives him around Greenwich in his Bentley.

So anyway, amb, as you can tell, I’m on the bubble. One moment, I want Trump to stay in office continuing the incremental gains against the media’s relentless assault on his base to shut down all avenues of popular dissent. On the other hand, I know it’s all over. That energy is spent. It has given way to the grim reality among large swaths of the population, maybe more than half the populace, that what is broken cannot be healed. The only option remaining being the Revolution that all have feared. We knew it was coming, we just didn’t know it was coming this soon.

Michael Patrick Lahey says that Smith’s now-viral video of the various statistical chicanerous happenings in Georgia is just small potatoes. He claims that half-a-million of the State’s eligible 1.3 million voters came by direct mail-in ballots or drop boxes, about evenly divided among the two. That means about 250,000 votes, and none of them had chain of command.

    • Tate December 5, 2020 at 3:22 pm #

          “Their van will be upon us before the bridge goes down;
And if they once might win the bridge, what hope to save the town?”
Then out spoke brave Horatius, the Captain of the Gate:
          “To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late;

Great poem, Tate, however, as a non-believer I might modify the ending as follows:

And how can man die better than facing fearful odds,

My estimation of the Long Emergency end game, say 5, 9 or 11 years from now, is that America could be cut off from ALL the other continents on some level and scale that matters. If this is true, then it seems to imply a Western Europe that is so drastically weakened, it no longer matters to the US. Either that or a USA that no longer matters to Europe. Question: Does Europe face a LONG EMERGENCY similar to the US?

    • Soul Forensics December 5, 2020 at 5:10 pm #

“Does Europe face a LONG EMERGENCY similar to the US?”

Europe gets 30%-70% of its oil from Russia. I know that Germany and France have some success with nuclear energy, but overall they’d be better off in the next several decades not to poke the Bear.

Meanwhile, John McAfee is still locked up in Spain, fighting extradition. McAfee has built quite a fan base in Spain with his tweets and FB posts, and I’d be surprised if Spanish authorities sent him back to the US for prosecution, Spain’s way of saying FU to Uncle Sam. McAfee was indicted on tax evasion charges but I think the indictment has more to do with the murder of his Anerican expat neighbor in Central America than anything else.

He maintains that the claims of the USPS contractor truck driver are being investigated by “various agencies”.

Maybe. Anyway, it is my understanding that all of these trucks and trailers are GPSed so they can be located within three feet at all times. There should be records.

He also claims to have proof that Pennsylvania vote counters were paid by Mark Zuckerberg.

“Europe gets 30%-70% of its oil from Russia.”

Until Europe doesn’t rely on oil anymore. They are committed to decarbonizing. For example, Swedish iron-ore giant, LKAB, is investing €39bn to decarbonize, the biggest transformation in the company’s 130-year history and the largest industrial investment ever made in Sweden. This might be the most important energy story of 2020. Same kinds of investments to get off carbon are happening all over Europe.

Agenda 2030, Green New Deal, Paris Accords, bullshit start-ups, all entirely predicated on marketing for cash with no product (to then sell when it inevitably blows up), and globalists who use it as a lever to bankrupt the West.

“What JHK said in The Long Emergency hasn’t changed a bit.”

20 years ago, in 1998, Scientific American published a paper by Colin J. Campbell and Jean H. Laherrère titled “The End of Cheap Oil” … peak oil was supposed to happen in 1998. Then the authors revised it to say 2004-2005 was the peak oil moment when there would be an irreversible decline. Now decarbonization will make oil increasingly irrelevant.

Europe has accounted for a third (33%) of all refinery closures around the world, with capacity down 15 percent to 15.7 million b/d since 2000. Oil is going bye-bye, but not due to peak oil or TLE.

Germany, Europe’s largest economy, illustrates the structural decline in oil demand that defines the continent:

    1970s: 3.4 million b/d
    2000 : 2.7 million b/d
    2018: 2.3 million b/d

    • Soul Forensics December 5, 2020 at 7:06 pm #

Germany is an industrial powerhouse with a small(ish) population.

Your Peak Oil ‘correction’ is laughable in about 9 ways (irrelevant to my points — nice try to move the goalposts), insignificant, and amazingly close considering North Sea and Alaska finds. Then you stick on a repetitive non sequitur.

Really, the level of troll here is pathetic. Did you buy your million shares in ABC Renewables yet? If not, why not?

      Ahhahahaha!

      • gaffefree December 5, 2020 at 8:01 pm #

Renewable energy investments have held up during the pandemic, compared with the near total collapse of oil and gas.

In France and Germany, investors in renewable energy can expect returns of 178.2% over five years. This is particularly impressive when compared with 20.7% over the corresponding time period for fossil fuel investments.

What is wrong with this picture?

Why is everywhere in the Western world having to give up coal powered generation while China and its satellites build more such plants as fast they can?

          1. https://www.abc.net.au/triplej/programs/hack/world-global-coal-power-capacity-has-fell-in-2020/12523904

World is now shutting down coal plants faster than it’s opening them

The world’s combined coal power capacity has fallen for the first time on record as the closure of generators outstripped stations being commissioned. That’s good news for global emissions.

Coal power capacity fell by 2.9 gigawatt in the first half of 2020 — a small though significant drop of about 0.14 per cent, according to US research group Global Energy Monitor, which monitors fossil fuel developments.

By comparison, the global coal fleet had grown by an average of 25GW every six months over the previous two decades, from 2000-2019.

          2. https://www.wired.com/story/china-is-still-building-an-insane-number-of-new-coal-plants/

China Is Still Building an Insane Number of New Coal Plants
While the rest of the world turns away from the fossil fuel, China is investing big in coal-powered electricity.

          3. https://www.npr.org/2019/04/29/716347646/why-is-china-placing-a-global-bet-on-coal

Why Is China Placing A Global Bet On Coal?

China, known as the world’s biggest polluter, has been taking dramatic steps to clean up and fight climate change.

So why is China also building hundreds of coal-fired power plants in other countries?

China’s overseas ventures include hundreds of electric power plants that burn coal, which is a significant emitter of the carbon scientifically linked to climate change. Edward Cunningham, a specialist on China and its energy markets at Harvard University, tells NPR that China is building or planning more than 300 coal plants in places as widely spread as Turkey, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Egypt and the Philippines.

Days before the forum with its “clean and green” theme, the latest Chinese-built coal plant opened in Pakistan.

There’s a bad coon rising. Balack has been popping up and popping off more and more after the Biden ‘win’. As I said before, Obama is half white and all nigger. He had nothing for whites and the West except shame and apology. Diminish yourself he commanded, “you didn’t build that”. Too bad Ayn Rand wasn’t around to beat him with a baseball bat.

There will be much more to come from the likes of Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar, etc. PC will be back in spades, and beware of Harris, she who was bussed and sang Jackson 5 songs with her friend while riding to set schools back with an infusion of blacks.

The results of this forced attempt at school integration, of any kind of forced integration are evident in today’s ever more alienated and polarized society.

It’s the Dems’ delight, there being no real fight for what’s right. They just love sunshine patriots. Yeah, there’s a bad coon rising and ‘I see trouble on the way’.

No, that is not true at all. From top strategist to the lowest tactician or operative, executives of the agenda need to know only a few basic principles.

The most basic principle of all is Lenin’s “Worse is better.” Look at 2020 and you can see that principle in operation everywhere and at every level of society. Everywhere you look the left is tryng to make everything worse. It looks entirely insane to normal people, but to leftists it is clearly a winning tactic. Make problems/Offer solutions.

Another way to phrase this principal is as “Order from Chaos”. A related principal is “Never let a crisis go to waste.”

All of these principals are very simple and easy to operationalize. A monkey could do it. Or a spoiled child. Or anyone with Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

This is why the left attracts the dregs of society. It has a place for and values their peculiar unhealthy psychology.

      But it is only possible to take advantage of “worsening”, “chaos” and “crises” if one is in the position to take advantage. That means being in positions of power.;

So the rule there is “Do anything and anything to get Power.”

And there you have it, all you need to know, Bolshevism 101:

Problem (chaos) + Solution (power) = Communism.

No complex micro-managed scheme needed at all. Which is not to say that there is not plenty of organization, money and training involved, or coordination. There is. See Zuckerberg and Soros money in the recent elections. But their plans are also still simple. Create problems. Get power.

      • Kim December 5, 2020 at 9:48 pm #

I might also mention, that the top level people have had annual meetings on these issues for 70 years. There are bodies like the Bildergbergs (who we were told didn’t exist) and massive groups like the United Nations, the EU, WHO, the IMF, and so on.

And there are the big philanthopies like Ford and Rockefeller and Carnegie and Tides and so on. The list is long and the wealth great.

These groups do nothing but constantly plan and conspire an they are populated with many familiar faces from the globalist left.

So maybe you should open your eyes.

Seriously – your train has left the rails and is ploughing down into a canyon (and you don’t seem to know or care). I am more than perplexed that Mr Kunstler, who was a go-to point man about the general craziness of US politics (and architecture) (from both sides) now seem to have adopted the Q-anon mantra, as have the commentators.
I guess that most seem to have forgotten (if they ever knew) that we live on a very limited planet (under a lot of human caused stress), and that dear Mr Trump and his cohort are doing everything to fuck this up further.

    Fuck the future.

The reversals that the Trumpistas are doing to environmental regulations is mind boggling – and we thought Reagan’s James Watt was evil (“how much energy does it take to destroy the environment? One Watt”). Surely some of you realise what is going on – perhaps, you don’t care.
OK, no one can argue that the Dems have lots of dirty laundry too- it seems to be an integral part of government. But at least they are going to try to reverse the damage that the Trumpistas are creating.

Well, isn’t this – coincidentally – the authoritarian personality in action? Typing out reading lists with one hand and abuse with the other.

Can you not see, oh affronted one, that there is a conflict here between the way the you approach the readers and what you want them to do?

Normally, when you want someone to so something that he is not required to do, you have to make it seem enticing, you incite a person’s curiosity, appeal to his self-interest, and just in general you wrap it all up with a bow.

Instead, here, you march in like a commissar in riding boots, spew abuse in every direction, and throw down instructions and – without even a few words of introduction as to style and content – insist that we go to some hitherto unheard of blog and familiarize ourselves with the blogger’s manifestoes.

This is not just the authoritarian personailty. It is the communist personality. Crude, uneducated, solipsistic, lacking in tact, bullying, and wierdly out of touch with normal psychology.

That’s a bit too harsh and inaccurate. You’re often penny wise, but that is foolish compared to the pound wise. The pound wise can also be penny wise – or not. Trump was never a penny pincher. Yet the rich often train their kids to be penny wise, getting them to focus on saving money, or getting the most value for the least amount. Good business training.

I’ve read the Feds have a 99% conviction rate; John is 75 I think so any kind of sentence would be a life sentence. Sure McAfee is a maniac, but I like the ‘Mosquito Coast’, ‘Treasure of the Sierra Madre’, ‘To Have and Have Not’ tropical vibe that surrounds the whole saga. Drugs, guns, murder, international intrigue, fugitives on yachts in the wild and lawless Caribbean, outrageous financial speculation, this would be right Hunter S Thompson’s alley, and what Warren Zevon had in mind when he sang “send lawyers, guns and money, the shit has hit the fan.”

Zane Grey hated the Mormons for some reason; the bad guys in many of his novels are Church of Latter Day Saints.

A big Mormon Temple went up in town a few years ago as one of the founders of the movement came from here. “What a beautiful Church”, people were saying. I pointed out it’s not a church, it’s a redoubt. They don’t hold services there. Its surrounded by a 10 ft high iron fence, there are rifle positions on the parapets, fuel and water reserve tanks on the back lot, the massive building itself framed with steel girders surrounded by granite blocks. I don’t doubt there are enough medical supplies, food, guns and ammo to last every Mormon in the state at least a solid year in a SHTF scenario.

Ironic thing is Zane Grey’s relatives (ancestors?) live in town. I’ve talked with them but the subject of Mormons never came up. They ran a pretty successful ad agency.

Everybody winks at the corruption that has been growing in elections in this country for quite a while. This time it was so blatant that they got caught. We are starting to see the Leftist rats starting to stir as more evidence, yes evidence is starting to show up to show the extent of the manipulation of the voting booth.

I am hoping that this debacle is reversed and the Left is distraught over the reversal. Maybe that will put a lid on the Communist takeover. Maybe!

Just seeing the egg on faces of the CNN idiots would be wonderful. Finding out who the lying crooks are over the last few years would be gratifying. Hint: it is not Trump!

The only way this shit stops is people go to jail and I am talking Maricopa county style where they live in tents with pink underwear and live on Webber bread with cheap government Peanut butter (in tin can) and Jelly same style of the type our US Navy gets to eat.
Mix that in with some chain gang style hard labor and the election tampering and fraud would end yesterday.
Finally some solid reporting involving names faces plastered on newspapers with some serious community service when they get out or for those deemed of voting more than once.
      Public shaming goes along way.
Maybe a return to the stocks with some rotted fruit and vegies tossed at them as well?

In our wildest dreams. In the very corrupt world we live in today, this will never happen

We are outnumbered a hundred to one.

The Lincoln group, which seems to have sunk to state and local level, joined in the BS aimed at Dump Trump.

The local yokels in the election process are dirty as hell. That is why Trump keeps running into judicial and administrative roadblocks. I guess they do not want to be indicted or something.

If Trump gets dumped by the Deep State (Dem + GOP), he needs to continue the fight. Kill the GOP and choose a third party to fight back for 2022 and 2024. His leadership is needed now more than ever in American history.

If Trump somehow manages to f… this up it is over.

Walking Corpse cum Whore of Babilon (and other LGBT-BLM-Antifa freaks of nature Dems subsequently might come up with) will stay there forever and ever and ever until Sun burns all the hydrogen.

Trump might as well mouth off at Jerry Springer show after being kicked out,MSM will gladly report it.French call it L’esprit de l’escalier.

          Historical analogy:

“Would you like two atomic bombs?” These are the words that a senior French diplomat remembered US Secretary of State John Foster Dulles asking the French Foreign Minister, Georges Bidault, in April 1954.”

Whatever ‘expert’ slipped that analogy to Eisenhower of falling dominoes didn’t think it through. If a domino tumbles it’s because it was set up to tumble. So why should anyone bother to prop it up?

I’d prefer that Trump get his second term, but it’s not over if he doesn’t, not by a long shot. Anything the plutocrats do can be undone, & the American people (even a sizable percentage of Dems, according to polls) know that this has been the biggest fraud ever attempted against We the People. Hopefully, there will be a groundswell of revulsion that will unseat the corrupt in high places, an opportunity for Trump to drain the swamp for real (which he will probably squander but one can still hope.)

      JohnAZ

I was pointing out that Kim is no more nor less than anyone else around here, and I simply used his own words to illustrate the point. He used the expression as a condescending ‘fuck off’ to a commenter he didn’t like.

Kim is an up-himself asshole, and I’m thinking most readers here know it too, but few would dare state it in plain English.

Don’t get too big a hard-on for the “egg on the face” moment either, JohnAZ. But do keep giving to Mr. Trump’s PRIAVTE PAC (Private. meaning he can spend the money on whatever he likes, including ANYTHING. There’s no oversight or accountability

      https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2020/11/13/trump-fundraising-pac-recount/

However, Trump’s new leadership PAC offers far more flexibility than a recount account. A leadership PAC is supposed to be used to make contributions to candidates, but it also might be used to finance Trump’s travel and rallies, to pay for events at Trump properties and for other purposes. Additionally, although federal law states that any “contribution accepted by a candidate” cannot be used for personal expenses — such as excessive consulting payments to family members or a trip to Disney World — the Federal Election Commission has created ambiguity about the extent to which the personal use ban applies to contributions accepted by a candidate’s or officeholder’s leadership PAC.

Again, i go back to George Washington’s admonition to beware of political parties. I wouldn’t start a new party. We don’ need no stinkin’ parties. Constitution Party? Sure, it sounds good, but remember the Libertarian Party of 20 years ago? They were our bright hope, and look what happened.

Why can’t individuals run for office with no party affiliation. Elections would be more local in the sense that someone in Massachusetts, say, wouldn’t connect with people in Nevada. But people in Nevada would have their own candidate. So there’d be a lot more candidates running against each other. So what?

You need party backing to get anywhere mostly because the party raises the dough to run your campaign. Even popular figures like TR in 1912 and Ross Perot in 92 couldn’t win without the support of the Dem or Republican Party. And if an independent candidate managed to get in, both major parties would be out to torpedo him in the legislature.

It sounds like political parties then are nothing more than criminal organizations. It is sad that corruption is so readily accepted at all levels. More proof that the current structure of things is unacceptable and must be blown up.

Yes, are you willing to fund serious candidates from the public till – in a no party (in other words a ONE PARTY!) state?

That’s the way! But everyone has to be on the same page which will never happen in this America. As one poster on another site said, America has to be Refounded.

Because otherwise no parties would just mean rich guys running and more rule of the rich as Brh implies.

Ware County has unlocked Dominion’s fraud algorithm?

County has reportedly secured Dominion equipment and has run through an equal number of ballots for Trump and Biden. Biden came out 26% ahead.

If true, this will be as big as the video with the suitcases full of ballots.

    https://twitter.com/LLinWood/status/1335632857809694727

    LOL.

    • FreddieMars December 6, 2020 at 4:50 pm #

“If true” – exactly. A tweet is not proof. A denial from a concerned party is evidence:

A Georgia county election official said claims on social media that President Trump’s team has gotten hold of a Dominion voting machine are completely false.

Politico’s Marc Caputo reported over Twitter that Carlos Nelson, a Ware County election supervisor, pushed back on an assertion from Chuck Callesto, a self-described political strategist who has been boosting unverified claims of election fraud on social media, that the Trump team was in possession of a voting machine from Ware County.

Nelson also said there was a “human-error tabulation issue” during the hand recount and that the tallies match the machine recount. “I can tell you this is —I don’t want to cuss — this is a darned lie. Our vote machines are secure. There’s no vote-flips,” Nelson said.

      • FreddieMars December 6, 2020 at 4:53 pm #

“Caputo further reported that Nelson said, at the end of the process, “Biden’s vote count dropped by 42 in Ware (4,211 to 4,169); Trump rose by 37 (9,865 to 9,903).”

He also reported that Nelson was “exasperated by the disinformation disseminated” by former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon. “Social media and people are gonna make what they can out of it to fit their narrative,” he was quoted as saying.

That does put to rest possibly suspicions from those who were saying that the December 9 deadline was Alito’s way of allowing the complaints to die on the vine. It is all very intriguing. A little side note of interest is that the results of the forensic analysis on the Dominion voting machines in Michigan should be out within 48 hours.

In saying “tow the line”, I generated an eggcorn (origin?) or oronym.

    Wiki:

In linguistics, an eggcorn is an idiosyncratic substitution of a word or phrase for a word or words that sound similar or identical in the speaker’s dialect. The new phrase introduces a meaning that is different from the original but plausible in the same context, such as “old-timers’ disease” for “Alzheimer’s disease”.[1] An eggcorn can be described as an intra-lingual phono-semantic matching, a matching in which the intended word and substitute are from the same language. Together with other types of same-sounding phrases, eggcorns are sometimes also referred to “oronyms”.

Well, the head librarian at MIT wants to remove any and all books from her library written by ‘White Males’. I sh#t you not, look it up. I think she is Chinese, or a Korean.

The city libraries in Ct have become shelters where vagrants hang around during the day to stay warm or cool, depending on the season. Not just a few either, but dozens at any given time. They smell bad, they act out, they scare people. Needless to say very few ordinary citizens frequent the library in any given day (one exception is Tranny Reading Hour, when the decks are cleared)

Not that the Rule of Law hasn’t been a punchline to a joke for years now, BUT, Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights multilateral treaty explicitly forbids medical experimentation without consent.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.

I have no doubt it’s coming, probably when people start faking their cards and vaccine passports. A public outcry! The people demand it. Just like “the people” are calling the lateness in Holiday deliveries, Shipageddon.

In the meantime I was thinking that this enhanced immune reaction may act as a sterilant, inducing mass miscarriages. As Barnhardt said, they could make us all submit by just injecting saline solution, but why waste an opportunity? Plus it may cause all kinds of other suffering and they enjoy that in any case. Good for business, shortens our lifespans and adds indirectly to decrease in human population even as the miscarriages do so directly.

  105. Yohannon December 6, 2020 at 4:01 pm #

People who willing take the vaccine prove their stupidity and are not worthy of the franchise. In the new America, we could at one stroke up the Voter IQ by 15 points, not to mention the more intangibles of wisdom and being able to detect bullshit, by denying them. No need any public humiliation like wearing special clothing or tattoos. Maybe the intellectually qualified could be allowed to work on overcoming their past mistakes. Repentance in other words.

Long terms: Testing and a record of service for any and all who wish to vote. So they wouldn’t be the only ones denied, merely a “first strike”.

The Woke Housewives of Silicon Valley

Wokeness is a movement of white women who lack any sense of meaning or purpose. Devoid of religion and placing little value on family connections, they derive their worldview from the substitute religiosity of the old Marxist tropes about the oppressed and the oppressors, alternately thrilling and fulminating over the plight of illegal migrants and criminals, bleeding with empathy for transgender illegal alien serial rapists and Black Lives Matter rioters.

Meanwhile they carefully ignore the moral questions raised by the sources of their wealth.

Interviewers know to ask MacKenzie Scott about how hard it is to be a black man in America, a subject that she knows as much about as the topography of Mars, but not what it feels like to be an Amazon warehouse worker peeing into a cup to make her another twenty billion dollars.

They’ll ask Patricia Quillin about the same subject, a topic she knows even less about, but not about Netflix’s promotion of teenage suicide and pedophilia. And the resulting teen suicides.

Laurene Powell will be asked about the plight of illegal aliens, not of the employees at the companies that make Apple products committing suicide in droves.

Wokeness forgives a multitude of sins. Throw billions at race rioters and criminals, at illegal aliens and random identity politics causes, and you never have to look too hard in the mirror.

Unlike real religion, wokeness permits the lefty super-rich to evade a moral reckoning with their sins, using the rest of the country as scapegoats, punishing Asian-American students, shop owners, families living on the border or in ghettos, workers in the Rust Belt, for their own crimes.

The Woke Housewives of Silicon Valley are wrecking America in between chardonnay breaks. But there isn’t enough chardonnay or enough billions to escape the moral reckoning of the wreckage.

“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.”
    – Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28

Why wasn’t this in Hamilton the musical – which Michelle Obama said was the greatest work of performance art ever? She should know, right? Tucker promised to read parts of her dissertation but never has.

Militias in ever town and village should have been drilling for these many years in every town and village on the public green, if green there be. Instead we have a “National Guard”, which has become nothing but a localized branch of the Federal armed forces.

Sacrificed reputations will litter the floor of the Senate by the time this is finally sorted out. Many prominent American conservatives have sold their souls and sacrificed their dignity in order to secure a place in the Court of King Donald. Even in the debased company of these sycophants and eager doers-of-dirty-deeds, Guiliani’s shameless sleaziness marks him out.

There’s been one courtroom humiliation after another, and it’s become clear that there isn’t any strategy or even an argument since that would require a legal context and evidential basis.

While Guiliani and his ‘Elite Strike Force’ (Q-Anon adherents Powell & Wood, jumped-up traffic court lawyer Jenna Ellis & crazy Joe DiGenova who called for execution GA GOP officials on TV) have been crying ‘FRAUD!’ in their surreal & sweaty press conferences, they have avoided making that same claim in court. As Republican Senator Ben Sasse has pointed out “There are legal consequences for lying to a judge”.

In the meantime, Ms. Powell & Mr. Wood have managed to expand the Great Conspiracy to encompass every county in every state and to sucked in high officials in the GOP (such as Kemp & Rattensperger) as corrupt (for cash, no less), and a complete spider’s web of ‘interconnections’ between a myriad of ‘bad actors’ (the favorite trope of CTers). It’s getting to be like a black hole that will eventually consume the whole “American Experiment” unless some sanity can be found.

Of course, Ms. Powell has since been disavowed (contrary to JHK’s opinion that it was a ‘clarification’) and as Anthony Scaramucci tweeted at that event “Classic Trump. Coerce people into lying and then fire them for following his instructions. A death cult where everybody drinks the poison except for him”.

So, if Night Owl’s wet dream is going to materialize, there’ll need to be a major shift in the quality of the ‘evidence’ being generated.

In the meantime, Mr. Trump has raised in excess of $205 million. Recent expense returns show he’s managed to only spend less than $20 million on his futile effort to overturn the election results.

The grift is awesome. Have YOU contributed yet?

Just read a statement from Pam Bondi.

It is going to the Supreme Court. They have two choices if the fraud is exposed there.

One. Throw out all the mail in votes under question. Result Trump wins.

Two. Throw out the election for president and per the Constitution send the Presidential selection to the House, and the Vice President to the Senate. Result. Trump Pence wins

The Deep State may just get whacked on this one. Do not pay any attention to the Media or social media on this one. Biden and his cronies may just be spinning their wheels.

If the SCOTUS decides this, CW2 may erupt. We may need this to clean out the Marxist scum that has accumulated over forty years.

Pray for direction. One thing is for sure. We should never allow another election like this one. Paper hand counts with voter ID, one person one vote and no damned computers.

    • Night Owl December 6, 2020 at 6:11 pm #

It isn’t a matter of cleaning “Marxists” out. It is a matter of pushing back on global capitalism and the dream of a new order. Trump will likely survive this fiasco, because he has outwitted the Davos crew every step of the way — including in this election, where they were prepared for the fraud, forcing the Globocap tyrants to throw a hail mary of sorts, and engage in fraud so vast, there was little chance it would go undetected.

That said, the US (and European nations) are going to a need several decades worth of leadership that spits in the face of the open-borders digital surveillance state.

That state is what many of our politicians have signed on for. The infiltration appears to run far deeper than anyone thought.

      So, JohnAZ

On what are you (or Ms. Bondi) relying here – that sufficient incontrovertible proof can be presented to SCOTUS along with an argument that persuades, or on the 5/4 (or 6/3) split along political lines?

  113. JohnAZ December 6, 2020 at 6:57 pm #

    Night Owl

Yeah. Think of the surveillance devices being used and developed. You can be walking down the street and a photo camera can ID your face and bring up everything about you. The NSA can bring up anything you do when you use the internet. Then all the banks, retailers, and states make it so you have to use it.

Cashless society where the government can control the worth of money with a keyboard instead of markets.

A nation without borders is not a nation. Surveillance without walls is worthless.

    Proof?

The reason we feel we need all the surveillance is because we cannot control the quality of folks that are arriving here daily. The cartels are already a second government here, encouraged by the globalists trying to raise liquidity to grease their financial skids.

The whole damned mess is about to blow sky high. I hope Georgie Porgie and the boys are at ground zero.

Anent the forensic examination of (cue spooky music) the Dominion machines in Antrim County – which has now started today – this ain’t just your local high school computer club involved. This is some kind of special Gen Flynn team:

I am impressed that they flew in and out on a private plane, but I am just a peon.

    1. How suspicious is this?

    2. Who on earth would sign such a contract?

    3. Zuckerberg money again.

Under a 161-page master contract signed in 2017 between The State of Michigan and Dominion, no one is allowed to access, analyze or review the software provided for elections. Everyone is required to have blind faith in Dominion to do business with them.

The state then told various counties they had to buy Dominion equipment but when objections were made to the price involved the State of Michigan intervened again. The counties were told to apply for the Help America Vote Act Grant application and they would get the funding that way. By doing so each County was legally bound by an incorporation by reference provision to not allow any access to the Dominion machines or any of its software.

No proof of chain of custody. More election fraud?

    https://georgiastarnews.com/2020/12/05/dekalb-county-cannot-find-chain-of-custody-records-for-absentee-ballots-deposited-in-drop-boxes-it-has-not-been-determined-if-responsive-records-to-your-request-exist/

DeKalb County Cannot Find Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots Deposited in Drop Boxes: ‘It Has Not Been Determined If Responsive Records to Your Request Exist’

DeKalb County responded to an Open Records Request from The Georgia Star News to produce the ballot transfer forms that formed the critical chain of custody link in the absentee ballots deposited in the near 300 drop boxes in the state and transported to county election offices in a letter received on Friday that said the county did not know if such records exist.

Earlier this week, the Secretary of States’ office told Breitbart News that it did not know how many of the 1.3 million absentee ballots cast in the 2020 general election were delivered by mail vs. drop box, but the counties should know.

The Georgia Star News filed an open records request on Tuesday for all “ballot transfer forms” from the Nov. 3 General Election in DeKalb County. But there is no way to determine the chain of custody.

The open records request reply, received from Assistant County Attorney at DeKalb County Dexter Q. Bond, Jr., stated, “it has not yet been determined if responsive records to your request exist.”

The ballot transfer forms that remain unknown in DeKalb are a part of Georgia’s new Election Code implemented this past summer.

The DeKalb County response was unusual in several ways.

The Georgia Star News has contacted several counties in the state, and DeKalb is the only county so far to respond that it does not know if it has ballot transfer forms.

Cook County, for instance, provided copies of all the ballot transfer forms used in the 2020 general election within 24 hours.

Late Friday afternoon Cobb County provided copies of 400 ballot transfer forms used in the 2020 general election.

The Georgia Star News received responses from election officials in both Cobb County and Cook County.

In contrast, the DeKalb County response instead came from an Assistant County Attorney.

It strains credulity to suggest that the election director of DeKalb County cannot say whether or not the legally required ballot transfer forms exist in 30 seconds, not the 30 days the county says it needs to be able to answer that question.

    • gaffefree December 7, 2020 at 1:30 am #

It strains credulity? In 50 courts Trump lawyers, under oath, have denied fraud when asked directly by a judge. Fifty times no credible complaint and no credible evidence was presented.

Last week Trump repeatedly tried and failed to overturn the presidential election results in six key states. Trump’s court losses keep piling up. He is making false fraud claims. The courts examine and throw out his false fraud claims.

His lawyers have no evidence. Whatshername has no biblical or epic evidence. Courts are not going to waste their time on baseless complaints. And with all the lower courts in agreement, there is no path for Trump to get to the Supreme Court.

Trump is a loser. He let himself get beat by “sleepy Joe in a basement with dementia.” Pathetic. Trump could not even beat an “incoherent sleepy babbler.” Trump is a pathetic loser. Biden won in a landslide. Biden won the legal popular vote fair and square. Biden won the electoral vote by a “landslide.” (Trump’s word.) States have certified the vote counts, the audits, the first recounts, the second recounts, the hand recounts, the machine recounts, etc.

It is over. Trump is a loser. Soon to be wearing an orange jump suit.

In a separate radio interview on Sunday, Giuliani explained

“that Trump’s legal team hopes to prevail in Wisconsin through the courts and Georgia, Arizona and Michigan in the legislatures.”

The non-Team Trump Pennsylvania suit – brought by Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell – goes back before Justice Alito on the 8th.

        https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/justice-alito-moves-deadline-supreme-court-briefing-pennsylvania-lawsuit-flip-election/

The ask is 37 electors. Georgia can supply 20 and Pennsylvania 16. Pennsylvania looks good and so does the Wisconsin case (10 electors). So it seems Georgia is the key. They certainly have enough Rs there to get a special session, but there are rinos who are reluctant to play along. So that is very iffy.

As to Georgia, I have heard competing claims as to whether a simple majority or a super majority is required.

We all know who Senator Elena Parent of GA is, right? She was the one having a meltdown at the hearings last week anent the surveillance video at the SF Arena. All perfectly innocent, she protested.

Here she is in the two videos below giving testimony before a GA Senate committee in 2019.

In clip #1, she is railing about the corruption involved in buying Dominion machines when one of the Governor’s employees is a Dominion lobbyist.

In clip #2, she is railling against Dominions machines because they are not only hackable, they had already been hacked in previous elections and used to flip votes.

She is very clear on these points. Dominions machines are evil.

Has anything changed her mind since then? Does she now trust Dominion, or no?

The chairwoman lays down an argument against the stat of Georgia signing a contract with ballot counting machine vendors, citing the high cost and fallability of the machines.

“I’ve done my own homework, and what I have found is deeply troubling,” Parent said.

“So even if you think that the machines can’t be hacked and all the votes are fairly counted, we still need the people of Georgia to believe in the process, and right now they are unconvinced,” she continued.

She explains that the voting machines are not secure and advocates instead for a human marked and human processed ballot voting system.

“The machines are not secure. The consensus of cyber security experts and computer scientists and our nation’s premier national academy of sciences engineering and medicine state that the best voting technology that is available is hand marked paper ballots with a human readable ballot marking device available for disabled voters,” she stated to the legislature.

She goes on to quote a study from the National Academy of Sciences which said, “unless a voter takes notes while voting bmds that print only selections with abbreviated names and descriptions of the contest are virtually unusable for verifying voter intent.”

The study continues, “the difficulty and unlikelihood of voters verifying any bmd produced ballot has prompted calls for hand marked ballots whenever possible.”

Parent goes on to explain further issues with voting machines, such as the fact that they are un-auditable and cannot be used to verify voter intent due to the second-hand recording of voter intent with the machine’s interface.

She also goes on to explain concerns with the machine’s vulnerability to malware interference

The incredible thing about the voting machines in GA is that it was liberals like me who were clanging the alarm bells that we don’t need, and should not want, these “smart” devices, when the old machines worked just fine for decades.

I honestly don’t care that “my” guy won–those machines have got to go.
