Tom Luongo is a Former Research Chemist, Amateur Dairy Goat Farmer, Anarcho-Libertarian and Obstreperous Austrian Economist who blogs and podcasts at Gold, Goats and, Guns. His work can also be found on sites like Zerohedge, Lewrockwell.com, Bitcoin Magazine and Newsmax Media. His work focuses on the attempt to connect the false narratives of geopolitics to viable long-term investment theses. He built the house that he lives in and loves hockey, his family, the art of drumming, board games of all kinds, a logically consistent argument, and the beauty of spontaneous order…. not necessarily in that order.

The KunstlerCast theme music is the beautiful Two Rivers Waltz written and performed by Larry Unger

    WELL…
    Well, I mean, Huh.
Talk about getting down into the weeds Jim. Man! those were some pretty tall, thick weeds.

I wish that you and we had more time to question Tom once he finally got sort of forced to just come right out and state things simply. I felt in that last 6-7 mins. we were beginning to get somewhere with him.

It was a strange interview. Not only because of that tech problem you had with the feedback, which made you sound like you’d had a mild stroke. Although in a way it sort of “worked”!

I always get the feeling when I listen to Luongo that if he could somehow slow down his thoughts, which would slow down his mind, which would slow down his mouth, he might actually say some very profound, valuable things. You know what I mean? He’s a diamond in the rough.

Anyway, we almost got to the whole W.E.F. project that wants us to become either techno-android-puppets, or dead. How does that fit in with the City of London/Old European Money crowd? And where does Russia fit in there? And how is it that Russia/Putin is playing nice with those evil Commies in China (and North Korea)? And what do we do with the American neo-con-artists who are moving hell and earth to STOP TRUMP? What will Trump do if he somehow wins the presidency? Or rather how can he win when the neo-cons control the voting system in the U.S.A.?

Those are things that I wish I could ask Tom Luongo and somehow manage to keep him on the subject and not wander off into Gold-Goats-and-Gun Land.

This should have been recorded a second time. Jim you seemed completely out of sync with the conversation. It was really weird, I had to stop 15 minutes into the podcast.

Great discussion with Tom, Jim. I don’t agree with others’ repeated complaints about the audio. Not one of the podcasts in the last seven months have been unlistenable.

I didn’t follow your apparent disgust at Tom’s belief that you’re left of him philosophically. If you wonder where he got that idea, perhaps its because you’re a lifetime Democrat party member & worked for Rolling Stone in the 70s surrounded by hippies? I mean, its a mistake anyone might make.

I did approve of Tom’s remarks about Brandon’s weirdo harpy advisors like Susan Rice utterly despising America and wanting it gone, replaced with an internationalist corporate bureaucracy.

His remarks on the coasts seceding after Trump would make for good theater — just like Pakistan consisted of two halves separated by 1,000 miles of India, with the bulk of the population in the smaller, weaker half later known as Bangladesh. Perhaps California could forcibly unite New England to it in order to resist Trumpland from all angles!

But the Democrat plan for America is neither to internationalize it nor break it into fanatical leftist enclaves — but to utterly and completely yoke it to their battering ram of supreme power. Their plan for America is the Venezuela model.

Venezuela is where the Party of National Unity has achieved a permanent election victory because the state pays out welfare to the great masses of poor, dangling them at a precarious level of survival in exchange for their loyal votes. The opposition middle class has been utterly vanquished or exiled, while the super-wealthy elites are left to enjoy themselves & get richer off government contracts. The Party of National Unity describes itself as Afro-Centric and pledges to decolonize the country’s racist past.

    Does this sound familiar?

The Democrats’ plan is to import tens of millions of desperately poor, colonize cities in indigenous (in this case, native born Americans) red states until the blue voters outweigh the red, overwhelm the state legislatures, and cause all 50 states to abolish the U.S. Constitution & states rights. From there, a highly centralized corporate executive will rule the social welfare state with an iron rod, forcing indigenous red rural areas to subsidize desperately poor blue cities until there is nothing left of the American middle class.

Sound crazy? Representative Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) has initiated legislation to create federally-designated economic benefit zones around (blue) American cities, incorporating the (red) suburbs into a special tax region to feed city budgets — effectively making red voters foot the bill for blue financial messes. Her reasoning is that cities are economic hubs that the suburbs live off and that the suburbs do not give back in kind. This legislation is unconstitutional as it violates the states rights clause. But what if there was no U.S. Constitution, and no states rights, with “Kansas” and “Virginia” reduced to geographic expressions?

Naturally, if the Venezuela Model succeeds, elections will still be held, just as they are in Caracas. The GOP will be a permanent gadfly opposition to give the illusion of democracy to the thoroughly dictatorial socialist state apparatus emplaced by the DNC and their colonizing armies.

So let this be a lesson for those who denounce “The Great Replacement” conspiracy theory: it will only be a crazy conspiracy theory if the Americans put a stop to the madness of a political power structure using foreign invaders as muscle against a whole class of voters.

“Remember the time those crazy conservatives said there was a great replacement? Never happened! Yeah, 40,000,000 invaders were returned to their countries to build jacuzzis & cut lawns & paint houses & fix roads & serve in the army — so nothing happened! Geez. Don’t know what those GOP nutballs were worried about…!”
