Nice podcast, thanks for sharing. Modern civilization largely transforms both the environment, the social institutions of the organization of human life, and the person himself. An important place in this series is occupied by physical culture and sports, activities that act as a means of transforming human nature as a social individual. Sport is considered as a way of determining human dimension in that area of ??human being, which is associated with the development of corporeality (the body as a unity of natural and social. Sports is viewed as a phenomenon of European culture and for which a specific type of human attitude to the world is characteristic – as to human-sized The ultimate foundations of sports activity should be sought in the basic layers of culture – in which the attitude of the individual to the world around him and himself is formed. I advise you to post this podcast on YouTube where it can be seen and appreciated by a sufficiently large number of interested listeners. I often see there such videos and noticed that in most cases they are published by accounts to which about 39 thousand subscribers are subscribed! I am sure in order to achieve such indicators, the owners of these accounts use the services of https://viplikes.net/ to quickly increase their number.
