This Has Got to Stop

“As the evidence mounts of an even broader censorship effort by the Biden administration, the Democrats’ attacks have become more unhinged and unscrupulous. After shredding any fealty to free speech, they now are attacking journalists, demanding their sources and claiming their reporting is a public threat.” — Jonathan Turley

And it will stop because, as the old wag Herb Stein laid down in his law years ago: Things that can’t go on, stop. Which raises the question: which things? And the answer is the things Western Civ is doing in its attempted suicide: inciting war, recklessly running up debt, persecuting its own citizens and stealing their liberties, subjecting them to medical malfeasance, destroying their goods production and food-growing capabilities, and subjecting the public to incessant mind-fuckery in a campaign to falsify and disfigure reality.

A consortium of public and corporate bureaucracies has institutionalized the falsification of reality under the pretense of saving the human race from a pack of hobgoblins led by climate change, racism, and normal sexual reproduction. They have been driven insane by the actual reality of pending economic collapse, which has only been accelerated by their own suicidal activities. What they apparently really want to save is their own positions, perquisites, and power. Their enabling mechanism is the digital computer and its many ways of assembling and controlling information, and thus controlling people, especially those who object to totalizing control. They do it because they can.

You can see how bad it got by reading the Twitter Files #19, assembled by independent reporter Matt Taibbi and released on March 17: The Great Covid-19 Lie Machine, Stanford, the Virality Project, and the Censorship of “True Stories The thread tells of the campaign led by Stanford University called the Virality Project, marshalling government agencies, academia, Big Pharma, and NGOs, such as several financed by George Soros, to suppress “misinformation” on social media, including “stories of true vaccine side effects.” Hence, truth became misinformation.

You might see in that how anyone on the side of falsifying reality is playing at a disadvantage. If that is your first principle in a political struggle, you are fighting not just against your opponents but against the laws of the universe. The only recourse of a faction at war with reality is tyranny, forcing the people to accept your bullshit and do your will, whether they like it or not. That is exactly what you get in America’s Democratic Party and other regimes currently in power around Western Civ. Being at war with reality places them at war against their own citizens.

The Covid-19 release seems to have been an act motivated by multiple players for their own reasons which, combined, amounted to crimes against humanity. Anthony Fauci, America’s infectious disease czar, apparently sought a crowning career triumph, which would have been a successful vaccine against a dangerous virus. So, he arranged to engineer the organism that he could then triumph against. Like all of Dr. Fauci’s projects over the roughly forty years that he ran the NIAID agency, the mRNA vaccines — subcontracted to the US Military and manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna — turned out to be an epic fiasco.

Covid-19 also happened to be a convenient device for ridding the government of the troublesome President Trump, who threatened to disassemble major parts of the permanent US bureaucracy. If you revisit the many videos of Mr. Trump appearing in the White House Covid crisis room in early 2020 with Dr. Fauci, Dr. Deborah Birx, and other public health officials, I’m sure you will notice his discomfort, as if he suspected he was being played (he was). And conveniently, right after that, the locked-down public’s attention was galvanized by the George Floyd, BLM, and Antifa riots until the 2020 election was upon us. (Another grotesque prank against the people, never adjudicated.)

It took more than a year after the “vaccines” came out for the disturbing actuarial data to emerge from the life insurance industry that many non-elderly people were being killed and disabled by the shots’ adverse effects. (I think the censors were caught by surprise that the truth leaked out from there.) Meanwhile, any able investigator could understand how the half-assed “vaccines,” along with the denigration of off-label early treatment medicines, the reckless use of dangerous remdesivir combined with enormous government payments to hospitals for mis-treating patients with it, the gaming and hiding of CDC statistics, and the obvious censorship of all that information in the corporate news and social media (with help from the CIA and FBI), all added up to a monstrous criminal offense against human decency.

The government, now led by the career criminal “Joe Biden,” needed another distraction from intrusive reality in 2022 — including the emergence of the Biden family’s crimes — so it arranged to start a war in Ukraine by threatening to turn that country into a forward NATO base on Russia’s border. Russia was exceptionally clear and straightforward that it wouldn’t accept such an arrangement and the US proceeded anyway. Our country was exceptionally dishonest in its positioning for this conflict. (And our NATO allies were astoundingly credulous going along with it, even after we fatally damaged the EU’s economy.)

Now, entering the spring of 2023, all of this sordid untruth is unravelling along with something else that the news media will have trouble lying about: the collapse of the money system in Western Civ. Unlike Covid-19 and the Ukraine War, a banking collapse has no propaganda value to the regimes in power. There is no narrative they can concoct out of it to their advantage. The public will do what they always do to a government that plunges them into penury and hardship. They will turn it out or pull it down.

Since money and banking are subject to the laws of physics, we are going to get the ultimate payback for messing with reality. A lot of things that can’t go on will stop.

There certainly are a few movements out here that on the surface appear to be attempting to do something about the multiple assaults upon humanity that are underway now, but I for one do not have any hope that any real and concrete actions are going to stop or even slow down the progress of degradation being thrust upon the world.

On the bioweapon genocide front, Jim’s podcast with Dr. David Martin was superb, and the good doctor is fighting one hell of a battle in the legal system and making great progress. However, in the end, all the evil ones have o do and al that they probably will do is type in a mass of zeros into the bank accounts of the lawyers and victims and let the W.H.O and Bill Gates roll out the next plandemic, lockdown, and mass murder of more of us with no government in the loop to even complain about it.

The only action that will ever be taken on the banking scam will be to facilitate the Too Big To Fail banks to devour all of the Too Little To Live banks and roll out CBDC and eventual microchip social credit systems. No one is even pretending to address the lie that by firing workers, inflating the cost of everything, and diminishing food production and that one in itself is a real game ender unless we can find a way to survive on diets of dirt and our own excrement.

No need to go into the WWIII that America wants to engage in and Russia does not want to end, so unfortunately for me (and the rest of us all), I don’t see any real movement that will slow or stop the decay. Jim’s idea of military tribunals was, at least for me, the only plausible fix to what ails us, but with the Three Stooge management of Blinken, Austin, and Milley in the cockpit, Airforce US can only end our flight splattered on the rocky cliffs of Paradise Lost. Sorry, but I spent a career in the Results Business so perhaps my view is tainted.

      walter, re banks:

you are probably right on the mark – cbdc is the kill shot, is what i tell anyone that will listen.

svb failed because their short deposit problem over their (uninsured) long bonds.

every other regional bank in the country without concentrated deposit bases still has that same problem, but perhaps their risk management is better – in other words, they did interest rate risk management, and purchases interest rate swaps.

issued by the systemically important banks.

when their part of the multi-trillion dollar book losses is accounted for, there are only two choices – the money center banks that issued the interest rate swaps will pay up, setting the counterparty derivative domino chain falling, or the regional banks will one by one enter receivership and be taken over by the money center banks.

onward to central bank digital currency.

anyone doubting this can observer UBS taking over credit suisse late last night under terms like those described above.

credit suisse’s bond holders in AT1 were wiped out in favor of the shareholders – probably to guarantee the value portion of credit suisse ends up in UBS’ hands, bondholders and the forward bond market likely wiped out, meaning bank recapitalization sources just got nuked.

      this is just beginning.

the system has begun to eat itself.

I truly believe in the concept that all we humans have a moral responsibility to treat each other with the same degree of decency and opportunity. Unfortunately for many, not all are born with equal abilities, motivations, or environments that allow for competition for resources to be even close to being fair and equitable. Mankind certainly has not made any progress in fixing that problem, have they?

I cannot help but wonder if what is going on right now is the targeting for elimination of those humans that the Owners deem to be of least value to them and their precious system. I watched a number of the videos, advertisements, and entertainment productions paid for and promoted by SVB which openly targeted blacks, Hispanics, and the LGBQ folks very specifically, even as they touted the bank’s commitment to “helping” them taking as they apparently took advantage of them at the same time.

Can an argument be made that those promoting the bioweapon injection program and might be targeting the leftist loonies who reportedly represent a majority of those who were duped into taking them? Definitely possible IMHO.

If there is any truth to this, perhaps the Owners are actively removing from society those that while they may tout as underprivileged, are actually despised the most by Those Who Rule. The question remains as to what they plan on doing to us once they have weeded out their supporters.

“If there is any truth to this, perhaps the Owners are actively removing from society those that while they may tout as underprivileged, are actually despised the most by Those Who Rule.”

@WalterB, I’ve often wondered along the same lines. The argument in favor of your speculation would be that it represents what they are actually accomplishing. If their intention was to purge the gene pool of the weak, stupid, and mentally ill, they’re well on the way to accomplishing it. It would also make sense of their disempowerment and persecution of the smartest and most able among us. If not, they’re manifesting a particularly malignant and persistent form of delusional incompetence.

Can any reasonable person believe that the same ruthless corporations that have consistently treated human beings like something to be melted down for its component parts and sold to the highest bidder are suddenly overwhelmed with compassion for “marginal” people and prepared to sacrifice competence and profits on their behalf?

I don’t profess to know what their deep intentions may be, but we can know for certain that neither “equity” nor “social justice” are among them. I suspect the real plans are known only at the top levels, and that the CEOs of banks, politicians like Biden and Trudeau, all of the lackeys, simply do what they’re told to do by those above them, in exchange for their lavish lifestyles and various perks and protections. Whatever the plan is, the knowledge of it is above their pay levels.

One can learn about Malthusianism and trace a line of these cultists right through to Kissinger, Schwab, and co.

Fauci didn’t just come up with the shot to “cure” a disease as suggested in this week’s piece (a disease, mind you, still entirely unproven to even exist, and for which there is no actual test).

There is a reason they were annoucing that we’d be taking a shot every two months here in Europe for the rest of our lives.

There is no question in my mind whatsoever that the shot was employed to depopulate, but there was more to it, ofc. It was meant together with the digital ID to bring us under a level of control that extended even to the controllers telling us when we were to die.

          • SpeedyBB March 23, 2023 at 1:19 am #

Rowdy, if you haven’t read Wm. Burroughs, I suggest that is a valuable source of insight.

One fly in the ointment is the targeted blacks and hispanics jab uptake rate – certainly much lower than the owners would like. And then you have the millions streaming across the border, mostly unjabbed as well.

        • Yirgach March 20, 2023 at 4:22 pm #

Given the immense financial and political capabilities of the Gates Foundation and Gate’s parental history of genocide, that viewpoint is entirely possible.

Once you have your hand on the Reality control knob, anything is doable. Go ask Adolph.

Typical of the Socialist / Marxist governments. They rid themselves of the useful idiots when they are no longer needed.

      • Islander March 20, 2023 at 11:03 am #

One point about SVB (that I read) is that its deposits increased very, very fast as a result of its location and its client base of venture capitalists.

So (I think this is the argument) they had all these deposits and had to invest them somewhere, and they bought a lot of long-term low-interest Treasuries.

So, it seems (I may be interpreting this wrong) that they may hvae been really top-heavy in the amount of funds they had in these low-interest treasuries.

Then, their chief depositors being venture capitalists and not Mr. and Mrs. America with a savings account or some CDs, the VCs responded immediately to the interest rate hikes by pulling out their funds and looking for more income from their funds.

Mr. and Mrs. American meanwhile, with their quiet self-effacing savings accounts in well-insured savings banks, will be placed at risk while the govt. hollows out all of the savings insurance potential in the US banking system to bail out the VCs and other professional financiers.

Possibly SVB should have disallowed any withdrawals over $250,000.

Surely they should have foreseen this eventuality as soon as the Fed started raising interest rates—I mean, SVB should just have looked at a list of their major depositors and seen a big problem in the offing.

        • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 11:19 am #

Venture capital supports smoke and mirrors companies. Most go under rapidly. SVB is a high risk institution.

          Period.

          • mrs_saj March 20, 2023 at 1:37 pm #

Not only was SVB high risk because it had venture capital clients. It was also high risk because its client base was so monolithic. A basic risk mitigation tactic is to have multiple clients who make up a diverse client base. Throw in not having a risk officer for eight months. Plus, I also read that their board of directors was light on bankers.

Monday morning quarterbacking is always easy. But this seems so obvious now…..

        • Walter B March 20, 2023 at 11:21 am #

The system and the government that is tasked with overseeing it are clearly in business to protect Johnny Big Bucks and the donations they make to their politician patsies, and unfortunately, at our expense.

SVB and SBF – California’s 2023 contributions to the Republic.

“Possibly SVB should have disallowed any withdrawals over $250,000.”

What I have been able to glean is they paid the bonuses and the controllers of SVB sold their stock at very high prices, then they let the SHTF.

At such point limiting withdrawals would be a pointless exercise. They’d already taken the $$ and run.

        • Yirgach March 20, 2023 at 4:44 pm #

Yes Islander not only did SVB have a lot of deposits invested in low interest Treasuries, but they also loaned out too much of these deposits to startups. This is fractional reserve banking at it’s most unregulated. Lehman failed with a 20:1+ ratio. SVB was over 200:1+. When interest rates changed there was a bank run and they were toast.

“bondholders and the forward bond market likely wiped out, meaning bank recapitalization sources just got nuked.” ~ justanotherguy

Does this take into consideration that the REPO window has had a new false-front for several years, been open 24-7, and like the Salvation Army, they are taking in all kinds of junk?

Whether intentional or not, the consequence is inflation as a result of devaluation, with the objective of being in power when the dust settles.

If you were the government, and you knew that you were going to devalue the currency to half its value tomorrow, what would you do?

        • justanotherguy March 27, 2023 at 4:41 pm #

it does – repo window supports central bank money printing, something the market, whether equities or bonds as bank owner devaluation losses – oh no, can’t have that.

inflation coming, what to buy? productive assets like farmland, and control of everything so the entire world has to rent.

Earn Dollars In Your Free Time…>>xurl.es/cjyn7

  2. NickelthroweR March 20, 2023 at 9:37 am #

I’d like to believe the part about people pulling the rotten edifice down but I doubt that will happen. Case in point:

A lot of people that I know have 401k’s. Before this year, they liked to brag about them talking about the “million dollars” waiting for them when they are finally allowed to retire. They have been quieter as of late with many of them having taken a 40% haircut in the last year or so coupled with the fact that “a million dollars” might only get you a cup of coffee 20 years from now.

On top of all the bad news these guys are getting regarding their 401k’s, you’ve got that leaked FDIC meeting where the members openly joke that everyone is about to lose everything they have denominated in $$ unless they have it under a mattress. If you’ve seen that video and most of you here have then I have no need to rehash it.

I put together a little packet with all the facts and links to the damning parts of the FDIC video to family members with 401k’s with a strong suggestion that they take their money out now and buy something tangible.

NOT A SINGLE PERSON FOLLOWED MY ADVICE.

Even if the elites openly tell you they are going to steal your cash and then demonstrate that they are putting that plan in motion, people still do nothing.

    • Walter B March 20, 2023 at 9:56 am #

Oh, I followed your advice NickelthroweR, and followed it long before you even put it out there. While as long as there is a system, we have to have paper assets even though those papers can quickly and effortlessly turn less valuable than toilet paper with a few keystrokes by the crooks in charge.

Having and holding real, tangible assets in the forms of land, food, water, lead and other precious metals, will allow those of us who have prepared to continue on in extended comfort, even if that comfort is simply the abilities to live and eat.

In the end, I for one believe that Naomi Wolfe and Johnathan Cahn are correct that the forces of evil are the powers behind the idiots in the suits and uniforms and that only spiritual powers of good will be able to put an end to the agenda that is hell bent on destroying us all. If I am correct, there is the only hope I can maintain. If I am wrong, I can only hope that eternal rest and not eternal torment is achievable.

      • NickelthroweR March 20, 2023 at 10:17 am #

I am certainly following my own advice. I’m right there with you.

      • bill7424 March 20, 2023 at 5:15 pm #

        Walter:

Is the land you own really yours when the County government can take it from you for being behind in property taxes. Or maybe you want to put a nice duck pond out there and suround it with trees but can’t due to some stupid environmental reuglation. How about a little chicken ranch? Nope can’t do that either unless you jump through permit and regulation hoops that cost a fortune and take forever to process. Same goes with your home. Is it really yours when you have to pay property taxes each year on it?

        • Walter B March 20, 2023 at 5:51 pm #

When I was mayor and people would thump their chests and tell us that they were landowners and taxpayers and as such had rights, I always made it a point to remind them, in the most careful, loving way, that unfortunately folks, you don’t own the land, you only rent it from the municipality. I DID stand up against Eminent Domain whenever it raised its ugly head, but yes, we only rent the land.

However, if you are able to purchase land in a place where the government is small and non-aggressive, owning the right to live on that land and pay taxes to keep doing so still has a lot more value than trusting the government to pay your rent in a barrio or FEMA Camp.

    • SW March 20, 2023 at 10:19 am #

Maybe one of the reasons people are not pulling money from 401Ks is due to fact that this must be counted as income plus pay a penalty. It’s set up where Wall Street benefits from holding onto your money with no real guarantee it will be available when you retire or have even kept up with inflation.

About 15 years ago I watched a video by a man whose name I can’t remember or the video so I’m just going to have to rely on my memory for what he said (which may not even be accurate). So with all those disclaimers, according to him, the last nail in the financial coffin of the US will be the bankruptcy of the FDIC. This is looking more likely with the massive bailout of depositors well over the 250k protection.

I don’t believe for a minute that the government is only bailing out the depositors. The stockholders of these big banks will get their money too — not the little, regional ones (like Walter pointed out) but SVB, etc.

      • justanotherguy March 20, 2023 at 10:26 am #

isn’t the wipout of depositors the essence of a bail-in?
but the problem with that is they cannot see clearly what the downstream consequences might be.

the bail-in concept for svb lasted 2 days, until the politically connected, like peter theil (palantir anyone), got on the horn to scream the sky is falling.

svb had my own company’s capital, all of it, and go the message just after the israeli companies, to get it out. they worked last thursday and got the wire transfers completed before the pack.

most of silicon valley and about 1/2 of tech startup had substantial assets in svb. if all those had their working capital wiped out, the effects would have been an immediate avalanche.

so they punted and opted for a slow motion denouement – popcorn in hand, watching the hurricane come ashore.

        • SW March 20, 2023 at 10:38 am #

I understand that the depositors who have all their business capital in a bank rely on the good judgement of the bank employees to be doing their job and not take risks with the depositor’s money to keep it solvent. And I don’t want to see businesses wiped out b/c of their incompetence.

Wouldn’t reinstating the Glass-Stegall Act solve this problem? Why is there never any real reform?

          • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 12:14 pm #

Because it’s Bad-Star or Dis-Aster Capitalism. But remember, one man’s storm is another man’s salvation as per the storm that wrecked the Spanish Armada and helped save England.

As George Bailey said, they’re not selling, they’re buying. And when people had spent all their money buying their own grain back from Joseph, they had to sell themselves into slavery just to live.

Joseph the Slaver is revered to this very day by the three Abrahamic religions.

There is a recent interview with Ed Dowd and Steve Bannon where Dowd mentioned that the M2 money supply (M2 is a measure of the money supply that includes cash, checking deposits, and other types of deposits that are readily convertible to cash such as CDs) went negative back in November 2022.

Supposedly that was the first time since 1930. Before that it had happened 4 other times in US history. Each of those times there was a financial equivalent of Depression. This time, he said it would be global and he expects a “kinetic” war.

My retirement fund has done very well since the pandemic, thanks to my husband’s savvy, but I can’t liquidate it until September 2024 without a brutal penalty. For my part, I suggested we purchase a lot of tangible things: property improvements, canning equipment, a camper with solar backup, firearms, pretty metals, et cetera, that we can use or trade. So if our retirement fund goes tits-up or inflates ridiculously, at least we will get by.

    • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 10:39 am #

I agree, it took the Southern “Red” states in 1860s to unite to counter the dominance of the North. We have been schooled that the North was on a holy crusade to eliminate slavery, but looking at Lincoln’s willingness to compromise on slavery to save the Union, it was not that simple.

Our situation today is a carbon copy of then, with slavery being replaced by socialistic gimme dogma. The East is the North of the first civil war with the big cities the center of the dominance. One party is dominating everything centered on those cities.

Lincoln prevailed by hailing preservation of the Union as number one and elimination of the slavery as a tool to overcome the belligerence of the South.

Who will be the next Lincoln to overcome the seperatist Woke and pervert crowd slowly strangling the country, to overcome the globalists that wish the country would become a minor power, to overcome the MIC continuously finding ways to have an enemy to fight.

Trump tried, but he is a businessman, not adept at dealing with idiotic politicians. Remember The Apprentice, where he was able to dictate what he thought was right. Like Nixon, he was ostracized by almost everyone in the Deep State and lost. Re electing him with force a choice between another battle with the idiots, or a potential dictator working his apprentices.

What is needed is another Lincoln, or yes Reagan, that can out politic the politicians and be a really effective leader of the Deep State instead of its victim. Someone who represents the people instead of the power structure and gets away with it.

Want a good example? Watch the movie, “Lincoln” and watch him politically manipulate the DC idiots into ratifying the 13th amendment.

      • Woodchuck March 20, 2023 at 11:17 am #

Secession is the only way out of this mess. The USA needs to be broken up into smaller nations for sanity to prevail. Trying to save the current arrangement is as futile as trying to win a stinking contest against a porta-potty or an outhouse.

        • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 11:27 am #

I agree. A real argument can be made that the sectional differences of the states are too wide to allow DC to run the country as a whole. They represent the criminals on the East Coast and Chicago well, not so much everyone else.

Interestingly, I wonder if the first to secede will not be California as its agenda is much different. For example, this year they are getting pummelled with water. Last year, climate change clobbered them with drought and wild fires. The dunderheads in DC did nothing!!!!!!! California may be the first to say, DC, I do not need you.

          • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 11:45 am #

Ancient peoples had ways of conserving water for when it’s needed.

Perhaps California’s experts might try reading a book or two.

          • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm #

How about DC folks reading a few books. California is not the only state dealing with water problems.

          • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 12:23 pm #

You agree? You started out on the Southern side and then switched to asking for another Lincoln to put down the woke separatists?

Conditioning is strong, is it not? News flash: The wokies are the shock troops of the Establishment. We are the South and the would be secessionists. And we are completely disorganized and cannot even begin to try to secede. They won’t let us go.

          • Rowdypiglet March 20, 2023 at 12:38 pm #

@JohnAZ, I can’t see secession working, though it’s an appealing idea. My state, where we’ve lived for 30 years, is officially blue. But the blue is confined entirely to the cities, the immense rural and wild areas being decidedly and overwhelmingly red.

Those who have real roots in the state, families that have been here for a very long time, have been driven back from coastal areas they can no longer afford. Section 8 housing in the city is given over to immigrants no one wanted, who are now numerous enough to outvote the locals. Secession would be a tragedy for all except coastal elites and immigrants.

In Pennsylvania, the state where I grew up, Philadelphia (a once beautiful and safe city) is a den of filth and out of control crime. But PA is a big state, and the rural parts are red without exception. How could secession work in this case?

The corruption comes from the cities and from enclaves of the elite. The countryside – small towns, farms, rural – would be utterly disenfranchised by secession. I don’t see a way around this, but if anyone does I’d be glad to hear it.

          • WadeWaters March 20, 2023 at 12:50 pm #

I’ve always thought Texas would be first. It gets talked about there more than anywhere else.

Perhaps the collapse of the dollar will speed up the process.

Individual states can issue money backed by tangible value.

          • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 1:35 pm #

Rowdy: Cut off the cities, allowing no one in or out. Let them all starve to death or kill each other.

We don’t have the stomach for that even if we had the power. But our opponents do have the stomach for such things against us.

So down we go. Never study history too closely. You won’t like how we took this continent and created this nation.

“What is needed is another Lincoln”… Yes, the super-patriot who destroyed states rights and altered the government of the US from federalism to corporatism.

“or yes Reagan”… The traitor – yes, Traitor – who made a deal to sell arms to Iran (a country our Congress designated a terrorist organization), as long as they didn’t free the hostages. The same Reagan who opened the door – and took off the hinges – to allow Chinese to purchase property in the US, and to allow US corporations to offshore our industrial base to China. But at least Reagan did stick it to those dirty gimmies (the US working class).

        • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 1:39 pm #

His whole cabinet was CFR (Council of Foreign Relations) but he wasn’t. A tool, fool, and stooge. An actor even like Zelensky, just playing a nicer role.

          • Blackbird March 20, 2023 at 1:58 pm #

Yeah, I’d assassinate Reagan, if he hadn’t already died – in 1967. That’s right, 1967.

Many of you are old enough to have watched The Wonderful World of Disney at grandma’s house on Sunday nights. You no doubt remember the Pirates of the Caribbean display shown during the opening credits. And you no doubt wondered, as I did, why there was one less pirate after the ’67 TV season.

Well, they stripped the animatronics from one of the pirates to animate Reagan. Then shortly before the election, killed John Wayne, stole his soul, and imprisoned it in Reagan’s carefully-preserved body. They did that in order to transfer our affection for John Wayne to that untalented B-movie actor. Ever notice how Reagan walked like a cat? Just like John Wayne.

So maybe I should take it easy on those who are still enthrall to Reagan.

Forgive them Father for they know not whom they worship.

          • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 2:45 pm #

America began to die when Nathan (played by Wayne) didn’t kill his niece in the quintessential Western, The Searchers, despite her having been made into a squaw by a buck.

I mean, that was his intention all along if she had been. He gave into his bleeding heart. In the end he was just another proto-liberal.

One is reminded of White brave in the novel, “A Light in the Forest”. Kidnapped by the Indians and raised Indian, he was given back to the Whites in a legal prisoner swap. He escaped and run back to his adopted people. They planned to avenge his honor by butchering a party of Whites on the frontier in a boat, using him as the bait. But tat the last minute he faltered, and yelled to them it was a trap.

The Indians were shocked. They thought they had replaced all of his weak White blood with Red Blood.

          • Socrates-Detroit March 20, 2023 at 3:36 pm #

I generally enjoy put-downs of Reagan. He was over-rated.

But then, look at the alternative in 1980. Walter Mondale and the Democrats.

If you look closely, you will see the modern USA has always been controlled by big capital, sometimes tightly (like now), sometimes loosely (I’m not sure when that was), but always in control.

The older I get, the more I appreciate JFK and Eisenhower, who were both establishment men.

I do agree that Lincoln is overrated also–he was the”3rd party Obama” of his day, who rode the moral issue of slavery into power to serve big Northern capital. He cared not a bit about the slaves. However, he cared very much of maintaining FEDERAL control of the states and was willing to drown the US in blood to see to it.

Lincoln’s sponsors, the budding capitalists, the NY and northern banks, the budding industrialists wanted the tariff, because they would have a hard time competing with British manufactures and French fine goods. The Southern elites, the slave-owners did NOT want the tariff because they wanted to get more stuff at higher quality for less money.

That said, slavery was in fact abhorrent, let’s not kid ourselves, or hide behind the Constitution. It was baked into the US, like a crack in the foundation.

The fact that the African slaves were captured and sold or traded by other Africans to Americans does not make it right.

The agrarian south could not function without slavery. That is the sad reality. It’s very hot and miserable in the South and in Latin America. The Americans tried using Irish as indentured servants, but malaria killed them…

Even so, when they built canals in Louisiana, they used Irish, not slaves. Slaves were “assets”, and slave owners did not wish to see them perish. Thousands of Irish perished (I read this in Chronicles, years ago, my apologies if my details are not precisely correct)

I find it amusing that today’s Southern states are “red” and conservative and…oh yes, patriotic, “support the troops”.

The post WW2 south owes much of its prosperity to the very same central government it purports to object to (the TVA; and even more important, all those military bases, and all those military retirees–that’s all Federal money).

Now we are out of party tricks–the Reagan years lived off the liquidation of America’s past accomplishments (boosted by the lack of competition for 15 years thanks to WW2); the Clinton and Bush years lived off the outsourcing of inflation to China first, then Asia, where the Chinese would make things of value for very low cost. Those are gone.

Fracking is basically squeezing oil of rocks…the easy cheap oil is mostly gone, unless it’s in a war zone and hasn’t been tapped.

Technology is nice, like this space, but it’s enable the psychopaths to have power the could only dream of.

God has been displaced, and replaced by tech and ignorance.

Find God before ill finds you.

            My rant is done.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 12:26 pm #

Yes, Ike warned about the deadly peril of the military industrial complex. Who would know better than he who had served it faithfully since a young man under the wing of his dark master, Bernard Baruch?

His greatest service was the murder of hundreds of thousands of German POW’s AFTER the outbreak of “peace”.

  8. JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 10:14 am #

What do you do when your own country creates more evil than the country you were schooled and convinced to hate? What do you do when the evil party gets total control over the institutions that comprise your country? How do you deal with the hopelessness that is overcoming the 20th century patriots that believe in the Constitution? What do you do when the people of the country you loved are replaced with gimme socialistic types, and the evil government just encourages more of the same.

I just endured months of psychotic friendliness (disguised rage) because I wasn’t into a co-worker who was into me.

It finally wore off (my deep anger was a catalyst) and she’s acting somewhat normal again.

          • Night Owl March 20, 2023 at 2:40 pm #

It is just one example from my personal life, Beryl.

I have yet to have one good female boss. They tend to get very involved in personal relationship-oriented nonsense and have a very difficult time remaining professional in that regard.

Had the same experience at my current job. Department is fully of catty women and the team has been a shambles for years. We still get our work done, but the amount of infighting over petty bullshit is off the charts.

The only time it was reasonably under control was when a male coworker of mine was in a managerial role.

He stepped down because he could no longer deal with the nonsense and now just sticks to editing and teaching workshops.

          • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 4:22 pm #

I’ve had about an equal number of men and women bosses.

About 1/3 of the women bosses were narcissist assholes. The rest have been the best bosses I’ve ever had. Not one of them are petty, not one of them gossips, they are high-level serious professionals. We might joke lightly about stuff but mostly it’s all business.

Of the men bosses I had that I can recall, 3 of them were awesome. Really supportive, fun to work with, and knew their stuff, so I greatly respected them.

But a handful were worse than any of the narcissistic women were, because they had a lot more power. One of them I sued, and won. Another one was psychotic, and was used by the organization to attack workers just because he was willing to (he was foreign).

I’ve had male coworkers try to get me fired for not dating them, or treat me like shit for the same reason. I’ve had women coworkers who were gossipy and drama-driven. I’ve also worked with men who were gossipy and drama-driven.

I have a 41-year work professional-level work history, and all told, I can’t fault one sex over the other.

          • SW March 20, 2023 at 4:50 pm #

Mary — I’ve had the same experience with both men and women bosses. And the same could be said about coworkers. It depends on the character and maturity of the person in charge and, this is true more of women than men, if the person has a personality disorder and likes to create chaos to thrive.

But hands down the worst boss I ever had was a middle aged gay man who absolutely hated women. After he arrived I only stayed four more months and found another job. He was finally fired but it took the hospital two years to do it.

I was never one who was meant to be an organization woman—which is why I have worked for myself lo, these many years!

But when i was part of an organization, Time Inc. one man who was my boss in the copyroom was very nice and helped me get a promotion.
The woman in charge of the department into which i was promoted was also very nice and helped me (it was the first such promotion in the history of that particular publication).

The male egomaniac who lorded it over the department was furious that one of his own mentees had not been promoted. He was also furious that a peon from the copy room was actually competent in the Articles Department. And, a girl to boot! Damn.

He made life miserable for me, insulted me loudly and mendaciously so that everyone could hear (cheap office dividers), and wrote new word definitions (suddenly it was an internship, not a promotion) to make sure I was ejected from my new position. I left the company after that.

I’ve had some good and some bad women managers, and some good and some bad men managers. The best manager I ever worked under was a woman.

Maybe my experience is unusual, but most of the male managers I’ve worked under were rarely seen. They were never around enough for anyone to develop a dislike for them. The departments that they headed ran smoothly without their presence being necessary, and this was usually because the women kept everything going and got everything done.

In one particularly egregious case, there was a department head who almost never came to work at all and an assistant department head who came to work every Wednesday from nine to noon, during which time he sat in his office reading the newspaper. (These were no-show government jobs.) The female secretary ran the all-female office single-handedly and well. The guys knew absolutely nothing about the functioning of the department.

There was one place I worked at where I was the only person in the department who even knew who the manager of the department WAS, as he was never there–though there was one male employee–a recent hire–who told the other employees that he was the manager (which was not true), and more or less play-acted the management role.

As far as I can tell, the chief advantage to having a male manager is that you seldom see him. This guarantees a hands-off approach, as well as encouraging your continued good opinion of him.

What are the names of your sons? Or are they to remain hidden and masked – like the male images in paleolithic caves? At least some of those cultures worshiped the mother goddess symbolized as a grossly obese woman. Or did that worship extend to actual women, no doubt many of them being fat – since fat had survival value in old Europe?

      • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 10:47 am #

Whatever Trump did to piss off Michael Cohen is coming back to haunt him now.

What puzzles me is why women want to punish only the man when consensual sex relations happen and the women do not get what they laid down for, in their minds. Stormy did not need to do Trump, or vice versa. Both sides are guilty. Why is Stormy not being prosecuted for seducing a rich man many years ago.

The male side is not the only causer of manipulative sex. If women want equality, they need to take legal responsibilty for these manipulative women.

        • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 11:20 am #

The case was never about the alleged affair. Stormy was talking about it, Trump paid her to shut up and go away, because he like many other wealthy celebrities didn’t want the bad publicity.

NDRs are not criminal. The payment was not illegal. They are trying to get him on a campaign law violation, but in the process having to turn the law on its head.

Stormy did get prosecuted, and she owes Trump money, but that has nothing to do with the case at hand.

However, since we now know that EVERYTHING that happens is a woman’s fault, Stormy must be guilty of something in this campaign law violation case.

It looks like they are trying to get him for not using campaign funds to reimburse his lawyer for paying Stormy off.

          • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 11:33 am #

Bad publicity? Consensual sex? Two generations of Bad Boys are paying the price for their overabundent testosterone. My point is what about the Bad Girls that enticed them. Putting a halo on women is just plain not fair.

          • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 11:41 am #

Who is putting a halo on women? The case does not concern Stormy.

And yes, when you are married to a woman like Melania and there is a porn actress claiming you had a one night stand with her, that is bad publicity.

Especially when you want to be taken seriously as a candidate for the presidency.

            Beryl

            Like Clinton, you mean.

I agree about the presidency, however, how many poorer, celibate or faithful men, or women, that have no history are available to run for office? How come the 2024 election will probably be between Biden, a political crook through and through, and Trump a playboy narcissist?

          JohnAZ,

Your post made me laugh. You have probably exceeded your lifetime tolerance for man bashing. That’s fair.

But this is not a male versus female thing. Nor is it an anti-man thing. You might be seeing those everywhere you look these days, just as a matter of habit. This is just an old fashioned political prosecution. My understanding is it’s a weak to non-existent case against Trump, but time will tell. And there’s no political hay to be made by Alvin Bragg by prosecuting Stormy.

There’s no halo wearing here. Trump and Stormy have had several dealings with each other. They traded sex for money. Then she signed a non disclosure agreement trading silence for money. Then he sued her for defamation and won. I don’t expect men to take responsibility because Trump stepped out on his nine months pregnant wife. I don’t expect women to take responsibility because Stormy stars in adult films and is also a sex worker. I’ll let these two be accountable for their own actions.

I need to get back to work. I’ve retired as a part time virologist and have started studying banking……lol.

          • Rowdypiglet March 20, 2023 at 12:59 pm #

            Sensible reply, Mrs._saj.

These two people are each responsible for whatever they respectively did. I do find that many people are not willing to acknowledge the part that’s played by members of their own sex.

My personal opinion is that married men should keep their promises and be faithful to their wives, and that women – married or otherwise – should refrain from enticing men, especially married men. There is no point in trying to pretend that women never deliberately lay a trap for men, or that pointing it out is an attack on all women or a claim that women are responsible for everything. We’re not responsible for everything, but we are responsible for what we do.

          • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 1:44 pm #

I read it Jarek. There isn’t any “side”. Mrs. gave a good explanation of the case to John.

Both Stormy and Trump knew exactly what they were doing so this whole suing each other stuff makes no sense. I lost the thread of who started suing whom for what reason and then won or lost and then countersued and on and on.

Hopefully, they’ll both have to pay each other for being stupid and refusing to just let it die a natural death.

          • mrs_saj March 21, 2023 at 12:43 am #

Talking about the sexes is so very difficult. We can bring our life experiences into the conversation or debate, whether we realize it or not. Many times what we saw between our parents as kids or how we’ve been treated by the opposite sex as adults colors our views. I know this is true for me.

I think a lot of times people are looking for larger truths to come out of a specific instance. These are very hard to find because each instance deals with specific people. Faults and responsibilities are a very individual thing.

Every person is a member of their respective gender, but they aren’t a representative for 50% of the population.

          • Anthea March 21, 2023 at 12:48 am #

            @ Beryl of Oyl:

This “she enticed him” sping on the thing is absolutely bizarre. The premise seems to be that men have absolutely no responsibility in cases of ilicity sex, because this happens because a woman “entices them.”

If I could refuse to take responsibility for every time I bought a new dress or a can of baked beans on the grouds that I was “enticed,” I’d be disputing everything on my charge card.

Obviously, canned goods should be packed only with plain black-and-white generic labels with no pictures on them, lest someone be “enticed.” And dresses should come only in cotton khaki and with no ornament of any kind, lest someone be “enticed” to purchase them.

We are supposed to believe that the sight of an attractive woman relieves men of all agency and hence responsibility for their own actions.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 12:35 pm #

Anthea sums it up: Everything is always men’s fault. Women have no moral agency – children in other words. And children should be treated as children.

“The public will do what they always do to a government that plunges them into penury and hardship. They will turn it out or pull it down.”

If the last three years are any indication, the public will do exactly what the government tells it to do—bend over and accept the CBDCs that will be rolled out as the “solution” to the problem of a banking collapse.

    • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 10:50 am #

When a society gives its free market decision making power to a central government, that society is no longer free and will progressively become more dependent and totalitarian.

The current examples are hugely evident of this simple statement.

      • SW March 20, 2023 at 11:00 am #

If the only way people can pay their bills and buy food is to use CBDCs then they won’t have much of a choice.

The manipulation of money has entered the Twilight Zone. A friend’s grandson worked at a Wendy’s in Florida and he was paid with plastic card that he had to take to a bank to get his meager paycheck. And was charged a fee to use it. No more issuing checks to be deposited in your account or, in this case, given to his Mom to put in her account so she could then give him the money.

        • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 11:36 am #

Wrong Johnaz, what I’ve noticed quite often is that you lump everyone into one bucket. Let’s do a comparison like this, Take the auto immune disease Lupus, you can have 5 people with Lupus, and they all have completely different symptoms. They don’t even look the same, yet they all have Lupus. I think it’s damaging to do what your doing. I have disagreements on policies with friends who are Democrats. So not all Democrats are the same, not all Republicans are the same. I could care less if a fully grown and mature Adult has a sex change, it’s been happening for years, I don’t care, it doesn’t affect me. But doing that to children, which seems fairly new, wrong, 100 percent wrong….same goes for competing in sports, a man who transitioned to a woman, competing in womens sports is wrong on all levals and not fair to the women.
I never said nor do I believe that the government knows best about everything.

            John AZ —

The Canadian government gave us all a preview of what can be done with your money if you step out of line. Even though cash has been devalued it remains private and accessible. But most of us already (myself included) rely almost exclusively on plastic for even day to day transactions. Convienence has seduced us into surrendering a lot of freedom without even thinking about it.

And you’re right — restrictions and demands could be placed on our ability to access funds.

I ended up in one of those “work today get paid today” places in West Palm Beach, shortly after arriving in town with fumes in my tank, some change in my pocket, and a shiny new Bachelor’s degree.

I didn’t get there until 5:45 am, and so missed out on any opportunity that day – you had to be there by 5:30.

The place was filled with what appeared to be alcoholics, crackheads, and the homeless – greedy gimmies looking for a handout, in other words… Almost all white, a few Hispanics. Up at 5:30 to work jobs nobody wants. One old guy told me, “Get on the Lion Country Safari crew if you can. You’ll be shoveling elephant shit all day, but it’s better than the other stuff they’d have ya doin’.”

I was given a 5-page form to fill out, full of invasive questions they had no right to ask. Part way through page 3, I crumpled it up and threw it in the trash.

I had an Uncle in Law that git rich starting one of those places back in the day. I worked there from time to time in the year after high school. The trick was to work hard for the better employers they might send you to and then they’d hire you on regular. The pay was shit, but it wasn’t bad work if you truly didn’t give a shit and just wanted to work whenever you felt like it.

    • Anthea March 20, 2023 at 12:28 pm #

      @ John K:

I still can’t figure out why CBDC should be any more acceptable to people than the dollar. I.e., the dollar becomes worthless because there is nothing backing it. Since CBDC has nothing backing it either, it seems to me that it would be worthless.

Now, someone on Zerohedge told me that the CBDC would be “handled” by the BIS (Bank for International Settlements). Apparently the current statutory purpose of the BIS is “fostering the cooperation between its member central banks.” The thing is, these are the Western banks, and they’re all insolvent, so I don’t see how they can get together and guarantee a currency.

Further, most of the Western nations produce little that can be traded in international commerce. Most of the world’s resources and productivity lie with the BRICS nations. They are unlikely to accept worthless CBDC in exchange for real goods.

Now, I suppose you could get Americans to accept CBDC in exchange for dollars, assuming the dollar’s value gets to be pretty close to zero, just by telling people that CBDC would have value. But when people tried buying groceries with it, they’d quickly realize it didn’t. Your employer could force you to accept CBDC by paying your salary in CBDC, but once people figured out it was worthless, you’d get a “You pretend to pay us, and we pretend to work” scenario. Or, alternatively, people might refuse to go to work at all, and occupy themselves with barter or black market dealings.

I notice there are a couple of people here who seem to have some understanding of these matters, so perhaps they could enlighten me on this.

Well, mainly because we are looking at a virtually worthless dollar. Hence, the pay involved is the difference between something and nothing.

I want to congratulate Matt Taibbi on the exemplary job he is doing with those files.

This is akin to an Olympic contender (back in the days before the olympics went woke), shutting out all the noise, ignoring the pressure, and just doing what he has to do to the best of his ability, at the moment when it really, really counts.

Fauci and his political supporters are the center of it all, utilizing the ignorance of the American people to enlarge their power domain.

In Fauci’s case, he was covering his butt after the classic FU his virus dominions created.

There’s a warrant out for Vladimir Putin for war crimes, but Bill Gates has been openly declaring he wants to overrule our sovereignty and make us eat bugs and such, and has even been taking steps like buying up farmland to enable him to do these things, and he’s still out walking around.

He’s like the guy you see on Dateline, on camera at Walmart buying rope, duct tape, matches, a gas can and a hunting knife, when they are doing a show about a guy whose wife just up and went missing.

    • SW March 20, 2023 at 11:25 am #

Speaking of Bill and bugs, check the ingredients on food and if E904 or E414 are listed then it has bugs in it. I guess listing “crickets” was off-putting.

Really, Beryl, I can’t understand why you’re so suspicious of St. Bill of Gates who unselfishly funds the WHO (who only want what’s best for us and have no intention of running anyone’s life), provides employment to four pilots and crews to man his four private jets, and believes a vaccine is a cure for everything even if it’s untested.

          • Paula D March 20, 2023 at 1:16 pm #

            American Exceptionalism on display here.

Humans eat bugs in many countries. Saying that “humans” can’t digest bugs when you actually mean “Americans don’t want to eat bugs” is grating.

Just say what you mean. You don’t want to eat the bugs. Fine.

But humans can, and do, digest bugs.

          • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 1:51 pm #

I said humans can’t digest cricket powder, because humans can’t digest cricket powder.

            Which is what I meant.

Americans are exceptional because we don’t want to eat bugs.

Is there supposed to be something wrong with that?

I am well aware that there are people who consume ants. We had National Geographic when I was a kid.

          • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 2:04 pm #

Beryl specifically said cricket powder and I concur.

I’ve seen enough nutritionists explain why it’s bad for you.

Same as most of the stuff we already eat, such as seed oils, canola oil, corn, soy isolate, etc.

You’re going to trust the people the government is pushing to give us cricket protein? OK then.

I don’t see that as being an American Exceptionalism thing.

          • Paula D March 20, 2023 at 3:28 pm #

I don’t trust the government or the corporations and I don’t eat animals.

It just bugs me when people claim that “humans” can’t eat bugs. That is clearly untrue.

          • SW March 20, 2023 at 5:12 pm #

Paul D — and they’re welcome to my share of the bugs. I find them gross (and liver, kidney pie, calf brains, bull testicles) and I don’t think it has anything to do American exceptionalism.

          • Paula D March 20, 2023 at 7:47 pm #

I used to eat organs, back when I thought you needed meat to be healthy. The organs are the healthiest.

But yeah, SW, I agree with you now about all of that.

My complaint was not that people didn’t want to eat bugs. I don’t want to either. I understand that most Americans don’t want to either.

My complaint was saying that “humans” can’t digest them, thereby dehumanizing all the humans who eat bugs. Just say that you don’t want to eat bugs and that is fine with me.

          • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 8:24 pm #

But we didn’t, Paula. We were specifically talking about cricket powder.

That being said, people in other countries also eat dogs and snakes etc. and I don’t want to do that, either, and neither do most folks. I don’t call that “exceptionalism” by any stretch of the imagination.

BTW, people with shellfish allergies will be allergic to cricket meal.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 1:08 pm #

Right, and people who have no problem throwing a live lobster into boiling water feign disgust at eating their smaller relatives.

            Whatever.

If by indigestible you mean that the shells cannot be processed into usable fodder for your body, remember that insoluble fiber is essential for good gut health.
I assume that is what we are talking about here.

          • MaryQueen March 22, 2023 at 2:38 pm #

My points are 2: 1) processed food sucks and is bad for you

            2) crickets give people the same allergies as shellfish.

            I don’t call that healthy.

        • stelmosfire March 20, 2023 at 2:09 pm #

I’ve got lots of groundhogs around here and I set traps for them, they dig holes everywhere and destroy young garden plants. I toss the dead hogs into the woods and they rarely last longer than a couple of nights outside, buzzards and other scavengers feast on ’em, foxes probably get their share. If it gets down to eating crickets, I’ll say no to that. I’ll start eating grilled groundhogs before I eat crickets. I’ve found some groundhog stew recipes online. Yum!

    Brilliant apercu!!

Thanks also for this clear (re)explication of the 2020 Trump-Covid-Election syllogism—

“Covid-19 also happened to be a convenient device for ridding the government of the troublesome President Trump, who threatened to disassemble major parts of the permanent US bureaucracy. (Another grotesque prank against the people, never adjudicated.) . . .”

TPTB don’t like things set out this clearly.

The requirement that the mRNA stay in the deltoid muscle instead of travelling throughout the body is in the tech’s model to stop the adverse effects of the mRNA from invading other organs. Much research has shown the spread of immunological damage from escaped mRNA doing weird things to those organs.

Until a deltoid muscle exists that has no blood vessels to divert the mRNA elsewhere, the tech is dangerous and the effects of new mRNA vaccines will remain an unknown threat.

Part of the injection process for an IM injection is to pull back on the syringe plunger to check for blood, indicating the needle tip is in a vessel. During the panic of 2020, I will guarantee you this did not happen. I have wondered, how many clotshots went directly into an arteriole and off to the liver or heart et al. How many liver (proven) or heart cells were attacked by the mRNA to produce s proteins there instead of a muscle.

This should cheer up male athletes who got the vaxx. Heart disease may not be your biggest problem.

Testicular turbo cancer in young athletes? Diagnosis to death in days or weeks. COVID-19 mRNA vaccine spike protein injury to the testes

    https://makismd.substack.com/p/testicular-turbo-cancer-in-young

Speaking of male athletes, people criticize the mere schoolgirls who don’t stick together against boys being allowed on their teams, when those girls aren’t getting the help they need and should be able to expect from adults.

But look what is going on in Miami. Again, Novak Djokovak is not being allowed to play because he won’t get a dangerous shot he doesn’t need and won’t work against a virus he already had.

What are the other grown men doing? Looks like they are going ahead without him. If they refused, this would all be over.

Maybe they welcome the chance at a participation trophy, which is al the winner will be getting, since he will not have proved himself against the best in the business, and the only real man among them.

    • JohnAZ March 20, 2023 at 11:17 am #

      Beryl

Not just boys. Remember that the reproductive organs, male and female are the same in the fetus and differentiate according to the presence of the y chromosome. So if a male cancer is being created, better look for a similar occurance in females. Testicular cancer = ovarian cancer for example.

One thing that makes me uneasy about the effects of the Vaxx is the changes in reproductive cycles in women. They “scientists” have absolutely no idea why women’s cycles change considerably.

The inclusion of men as women in female sports is insanity. I can picture it. A boy who is not a good athlete being pushed by parents, oh yes that happens, suddenly deciding to compete with the girls to assuage his ego. These jerks do no even remove their genitals to ” be the girl they want tobe.

A vivid reminder of how totally insane this country has become.

You are right. How about making the surgical removal a prerequisite for participation along with a waiting period to allow the body to adjust to female standards of strength and endurance.

Great link. There are consequences from the vaxx in women including increased rates of ovarian and uterine cancers. It’s important to also document analogous cancers in men and boys.

All of it so so sad.

    • mrs_saj March 20, 2023 at 12:23 pm #

      Beryl,

I have to share this tidbit from your link:

Coincidentally, Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine partner BioNTech received European approval for new testicular cancer treatment on June 23, 2022, just as testicular cancer cases exploded across the German Bundesliga (click here).

Interestingly, their novel treatment targets heavily pretreated patients with relapsed or refractory advanced testicular cancer. In other words, particularly aggressive (turbo?) testicular tumors that don’t respond to conventional treatment.

Again, it’s almost as if they knew.

      Unbelievable!!

Yes, the cult of radical individualism has a very dark side to it. The cult of “any one should be allowed to go anywhere”.

Such an attitude destroys culture, which is getting everyone on the same page. Bringing in aliens who can’t/won’t assimilate can only degrade and destroy that.

    • Rowdypiglet March 20, 2023 at 3:59 pm #

@Beryl, I think the Djokovak case is different in that the game simply goes on without him, so the other players’ only real motivation to refuse would be to stand in solidarity with him. They are either pro-vax, or see no personal advantage in supporting him.

In the case of women’s sports infiltrated by men, failure to object effectively puts an end to their careers. They could, of course, object simply because it’s wrong. But, whether they object for reasons of self interest or ethical ones, the practice of admitting biological men puts an end to women’s sports.

I’ve never advocated that young girls take this on without support. My previous question as to why they didn’t just refuse to take part was directed to the participants of a “beauty” contest, whom I understood to be adults (at least, they certainly appeared to be) not high school girls or children. From the lack of lawsuits against school districts, I can only assume most “parents” are fine with their female children being in a no-win situation. Or possibly the kids are so brainwashed that they’re fine with never winning.

Stormy Daniels was ill-used by Michael Avenatti, probably for political reasons, but he also cheated her out of money.

I’m no expert on these cases, I did not pay strict attention, but there is a lot of confusion about the current alleged case against the president, which does not involve Ms. Daniels.

“Adult film star Stormy Daniels has lost her appeal in her failed defamation suit against Donald Trump — leaving her owing almost $300,000 in legal fees to the former president.

“I will go to jail before I pay a penny,” Daniels tweeted Monday after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against her in the long-running case.

Trump hailed the ruling by the appeals court, which he often bashed as president, calling it “a total and complete victory and vindication for, and of me.”

Michael Avenatti filed the defamation suit against Trump in 2018, when he was Daniels’ lawyer. Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, said in a statement Tuesday that Avenatti had filed the suit “without my permission and against my wishes.””

            FRAZZLEDRIP may be a psyop.

            trafficking is real.

            podestas coded emails are real.

the signage on some pizzerias is FBI agreed upon pedo symbols, etc.

            WISH IT AWAY.

            Malthuss,
Of course Trafficking is real…The story you posted about is not.
Posting such nonsense takes away from the real kids that are trafficked and abused..
Kids deserve to be protected from real, not imagined, boogeymen.

          • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 8:34 pm #

I said trafficking was real and was called a Qanoner.

            Get your story straight, kbird.

          • kbird March 20, 2023 at 9:12 pm #

            Maryq,
Calling Democrats Pedophiles is full on Qanon, and the story above which is so awful I don’t even want to type it. Those fake stories, just like the Wayfair conspiracy theory, that shit detracts from real trafficking and abuse. I’ll say it again, Kids deserve to be protected from real, not imagined boogeyman. I’ll keep saying it, Child abuse, sex trafficking and abuse etc, is not a partisan issue, it is a world issue, no matter what side you are on you should be fighting to stop it. Do you disagree?

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 12:06 am #

Actually it’s not at all. Well before Qanon existed, I used to share the list of names of Republicans and Democrats who were convicted of pedophilia and rape and other crimes on social media, because people liked to pretend that politicians never do such stuff.

The list is looooooooong, in the 100s.

And it’s easy to google. Anyone can.

It’s strange you think that has anything to do with the Qanon psyops.

Maybe you should learn more about it before flinging the term about where it doesn’t apply.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 1:01 am #

            Mary,
I posted this accidently down below, so apologies for the double post everyone but it’s not in order. Here’s my response to your last comment

Mary, I”ll try to break it down as there seems to be a communicatin issue here going on.

            1. You consistently vilify all Democrats as Pedophiles. Which is the main belief of the Qanon cult.

            2. The gross fake stories above that Matthus and Paula D were talking about, which are Qanon fake stories,(which are dangerous) you also seem to entertain the idea that it is true.

            3. I said, fake stories like that takes away from the Real kids that are being trafficked or abused, it takes the focus off of them and onto these gross untrue claims. That fake wayfair trafficking story literally took time away from saving real children while they waisted time with the bogus wayfair qanon story.

            4. Yes, thank you, I have heard of google and I’ve seen the long list you are talking about. Of course Democrats, Republicans, Conservatives, Liberals, gay, straight, bi, trans, so called celibate priests, they all have done terrible things to children.

            5. When I state it’s not a partisan issue, it’s not!! Who cares what party someone belongs that is a pedophile, that’s aside the point. There’s bad people in every party, every religion, everywehre, so it doesn’t matter, stop distracting with making it a partisan issue. It’s everyone. We essentially agree on the same thing, but you would rather go down in flames and fight me tooth and nail before ever agreeing on even a tiny point with me.

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 11:14 am #

One of your many problems, kbird, is that much like self-identified liberals of today, you panic when anyone even broaches subjects you are afraid of them talking about. Why is that? No one said anything was proven. Someone said, “hey have you heard about this?” Others said, “yeah, makes sense, could be.”

Why does that threaten you, if you think it’s ridiculous? Seems to me that on some level you think there might be some veracity.

And I notice you spend all your time excoriating people for an opinion, but you skip over the FACT that a Clinton Administration official was arrested for child trafficking.

            That’s pretty amusing, of course.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 12:16 pm #

I don’t follow Qanon, but I know that what Qanon was. I heard the story from a woman whose husband worked in NY City and had contact with cops there.

Why do Democrats go nuts about Qanon? I have no idea. Qanon was like a religion, in which people tried to decipher cryptic pronouncements and make some meaning out of them.
Also like a religion, it promised that there were decent people coming to the rescue and were going to clean up the corruption and decadence of Washington, DC.
A version of “Jesus is coming and boy is he pissed”.

There is no reason to fear Qanon and no reason to heap so much scorn on it.

The problem with liberals is that they have been taught to label ideas and information as heretical and to scream “Heretic! Qanon!” and refuse to listen to them. It’s the secular version of holding up a cross to ward off vampires.

They also are now being taught that the criminal justice system should be used to shut people up and to persecute political opponents.

I don’t see how bringing attention to child trafficking and pedophilia is harmful to trafficked children. That makes no sense at all.

The more attention the better. Outlawing discussion of child trafficking is suspect, imo. Why are Democrats so focused on stopping discussion, instead of stopping the actual trafficking?

And no one said that all Democrats are pedophiles, or that no Republicans are.
I have heard bone chilling descriptions of what Dick Cheney was involved in, for instance.

But it does seem to be the Democrat faithful who have been carefully taught to reject all discussion of pedophilia.

You can see that when they refuse to talk about the obvious fact that actual drag queens, who are gay men, have no interest in twerking in front of children. Drag shows are adult entertainment.

Men who volunteer to “read to” children, wearing skimpy outfits and who expose themselves to the children and who teach them to twerk or allow them to crawl on their supine bodies are suspect.

But liberals will not allow discussion of this.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 12:25 pm #

            Maryq,
I absolutely know about Anthony Weiner being arrested, as he should have been. Do you see me listing all of the Republicans who have been arrested also? No, that’s my point to all of this, it’s not a Party issue. It’s on both sides which means it’s a systemic issue.
Qanon is dangerous Mary, fake stories like the one mentioned are dangerous. Focus on real ones. How about the Father from Santa Barbara, who was a Qanon follower and believed the ridiculous claim about Lizard people, he thought his kids had lizard dna so he drove to Mexico and killed his 10 month old and 2 year old with a spearfishing gun. SO yes, Qanon is dangerous, I have no tolerance for that.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 12:45 pm #

            Paula
“I don’t see how bringing attention to child trafficking and pedophilia is harmful to trafficked children. That makes no sense at all.”

You misunderstand, fake stories cause harm. The qanon fake wayfair trafficking story caused harm. The National Human Trafficking hotline was inundated during that time with calls about wayfair, real trafficking victims couldn’t get through to anyone because so many people were calling about fake wayfair story.

We should all be discussing real sex trafficking, abuse and pedophelia, and leave politics and party out of it.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 1:17 pm #

Claiming that speech causes “harm” and is “dangerous” is another liberal narrative now.
You want to stop free speech, and that is wrong.

Do I believe that the National Trafficking Hotline was inundated with fake Wayfair calls so that ”actual victims” could not get through?
No, I don’t believe that. That is absurd.

Do I believe that Qanon convinced a father to kill his children because….”lizard people’?

No, I do not. Qanon did not talk about lizard people, that is David Icke. And anyone who kills their children is crazy, which is not caused by free speech. It is a brain misfunction, unless it is caused by mass brainwashing, such as we get here about various Establishment narratives, when half the population exhibits clear signs of paranoia and psychosis.

            Definition of psychosis: noun
a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions are so impaired that contact is lost with external reality.

Which group is it that has lost contact with external reality? I think we all know.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 1:19 pm #

When I say “here” I mean America, not CFN.

Here in America we are gaslit constantly. And they are determined to turn us all into psychotics, unable to tell reality from fantasy.

          • MaryQueen March 22, 2023 at 2:42 pm #

    • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 12:44 pm #

That claim doesn’t seem to be so far-fetched once one knows about the Clinton Foundation trafficking of minors.

    • kbird March 21, 2023 at 1:51 pm #

      Mary and Paula

      Paula and Mary,

If you care about sex trafficking, than you should read this article.

      ://endsexualexploitation.org/articles/on-wayfair-and-viral-conspiracy-theories-about-sex-trafficking/

“Share responsibly-sourced information. Parents, educators, health professionals, and law enforcement need to become educated on signs of trafficking rather than viral hoaxes.”

      • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 2:54 pm #

I have no problem with the information about where and how sex trafficking is usually done in the US. I agree that it is mostly done by people the child actually knows. And Pornhub is a major problem and so are major corporations who profit from the abuse.

I have a problem with the big leap from those handy hints to:
“Don’t allow people to spread information we don’t like online”.

That is especially odd since they don’t call for shutting down Pornhub or Instagram or Tik Tok, just Qanon.

But who has the actual biggest influence on society?

And saying that children are never trafficked from, you know, Haiti or Ukraine is not accurate. War zones create widows and orphans and that creates sex trafficking, but that site completely ignores the wars. That is overlooking a big contributor to human misery.

What is their agenda? To stop trafficking or to focus concern on a narrow aspect only?

        • kbird March 21, 2023 at 3:54 pm #

          Paula,
That link was an article specifically about viral hoaxes, it was ONE article on the website as I was trying to show why fake stories of trafficking are bad.

Nowhere did they say children are never trafficked from other countriees.

They do say this”Sex trafficking is simultaneously a global and a local phenomenon. Even so, it is not uncommon for people to believe that sex trafficking is an issue only involving people from foreign countries who are trafficked from their country of birth to other countries. This is only a part of the sex trafficking picture. A significant amount of sex trafficking also happens to people who never cross international borders. Some people experience sex trafficking within their own country of birth—even within their own communities.”

If you look at the entire website, which you should, as I know you are concerned about the problem of trafficking, you’ll find many resources on there and ways you can help as well.

You said this”That is especially odd since they don’t call for shutting down Pornhub or Instagram or Tik Tok, just Qanon.”
You obviously only read the article I shared and didn’t look at the entire website.

They ARE suing porn hub, go back to the website I linked and read more, all I shared was the one article. If you go to the website and click “Top Issues” you’ll see Pornography under that. Click that and scoll down to the section that says “Take Action” and you can see all the lawsuits they have around porn, and specifically Pornhub. They are also fighting Mastercard to follow suit of Visa to stop processing payments for Porn. Lots of very good information that if you truly care about those issues, you would find the website very informative.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 4:27 pm #

            Paula,
So you can see more about the site, here is a direct link on the website to the Pornhub info, since you didn’t seem to think they cared about that.

            //endsexualexploitation.org/pornhub/

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 7:57 pm #

Wait a minute, Kbird. It’s one thing to assign us one article to read, but I’m not doing homework on an entire website.

If they are attacking Pornhub, good. I’ll take your word for it.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 8:24 pm #

            Paula,
Apologies if you felt I was asking you to do homework, that wasn’t the case. It seemed like the topic was important to you so I wanted to share with you the wealth of information on that site and all the ways you can also get involved to help. That’s all!

MaryQ may be right with her prediction over the weekend regarding the Trump trial:

“At 11th Hour, NYC Grand Jury to Hear From Trump Ally”

    newser.com/story/332918/in-last-minute-move-trump-ally-testifying-before-nyc-grand-jury.html?utm_source=part&utm_medium=uol&utm_campaign=rss_top

The ally is Robert Costello, and he’s going to come in and try to refute testimony by Michael Cohen. The indictment is right now “on hold”.

    Suffice it to say…..Lol

With the collapse of Credit Suisse, via purchase by the Bank of Switzerland for ONE US DOLLAR per share, the Saudi’s, who owned, I hear, 20% of CS, are very pissed off. I suspect we are now likely to see a replay of the oil embargo of the 70s (which I can only recall thru the haze of college). Saudi has completely aligned itself with BRICS and w/ Russia and China and they are reportedly get ready to dump all of the USDs. The FED has chosen to try to save the banking system by killing the USD and replacing it with the ‘fed coin,’ the CBDC, central bank digital coin, come July 1.
We’ll see how that works. ….assuming that any banks are still in existence by July 1!!!! No joking.

Also, there is a run to Gold going on right now by big and small players. That is a prediction in and of itself as to what is going to happen. Personally, I tried to buy a hundred one oz American Eagle Golds in the past few days and could not get immediate purchase from any of four companies I’ve done biz with before. Very unusual as in 4 sigmas out of normality.

Get ready people. Things are NOT under control as the msm and potato heads claim; its about to get very real.

    • mrs_saj March 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm #

      neuro,

I thought the run was at the vault for the COMEX, not at the vaults of private company dealers. I’m not sure. I’ll know more in a week!

      • neurodoc March 20, 2023 at 1:49 pm #

I meant a run in terms of all manner of people trying to buy gold, i.e. from dealers like APMEX Noble Gold, and others. Perhaps run is not the best term. Nevertheless, it is near impossible right now to buy American gold; I tried again an hour ago to buy 100 one oz eagles and no go. They’re saying ‘possibly’ end of March/first of April. No one in their right mind buys with that stipulation, as one may never get their gold. Also the premiums are crazy high!!!

I don’t pay attention to COMEX, its a bunch of criminals; look at all their naked shorts on silver to control the price.

        • mrs_saj March 20, 2023 at 5:05 pm #

I think “a run” gets your point across pretty well. We’ve had two weekends in a row of fear porn about the banks. And I’m not saying it’s ill founded, just that there has been a lot of gloom and doom about the financial markets, the banking sector, and contagion over the last ten days. The cracks in banking and the currency are showing and may get worse. I think bitcoin went up $3000 in one day, which is unusual. And gold went up $70 in one day as well. I’ll see how I do. I’m dealing with my usual broker and ordered on the 13th.

        • Anthea March 21, 2023 at 1:21 am #

No doubt there is a “run” on gold, but these are people who are buying (kinda-sorta) at the top. When a lot of people are buying something when the price is high, it’s a good time to be suspicious and keep your powder dry. I tend to think that gold will come back down–though I think there is little doubt that it will go into the stratosphere at some point. Why do I think it will come down? Because everyone is saying it will go up.

Silver is fairly reasonable right now. I would expect it to be useful at some point. I was thinking maybe I should buy some pretty soon.

          • Anthea March 21, 2023 at 8:42 am #

It’s best to view almost all run-ups in price as a pump-and-dump.

  23. Paula D March 20, 2023 at 12:06 pm #

    Excellent essay as usual.

It is interesting when it turns out that even though they think all the bases are covered, someone unexpected comes along and releases the truth, like the insurance company executive.

I think the same thing happened with the blowing up of the pipelines. The cover story was clearly that there was a “leak”, because that is what the likes of Milley and Blinken went with at first, even after the truth was out. They thought they could still create Reality.

But some obscure university in Sweden, obviously not in on the secret, released the seismic data proving that there were explosions.

That blew the “sloppy Russians can’t even build a decent pipeline” story they had planned.

    • Mick March 20, 2023 at 12:15 pm #

They recently tried to say the Ukranians did it. Lol….Lol….Lol….

Yeah, that attempt lasted about five minutes. By themselves, the Ukies couldn’t dispatch a trot line over a lake, much less pull off a complicated operation like blowing up a pipeline under a sea.

      • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 12:37 pm #

Scott Ritter gives us the technical reasons why that did not happen.

He also has this to say about the NYT:

“The New York Times, it seems, was more than happy about proceeding with its own anonymous intelligence sources, while dismissing Hersh’s.”

        https://www.globalresearch.ca/nord-stream-andromeda-cover-up-scott-ritter/5812180

The NYT doesn’t even try anymore.

        • Mick March 20, 2023 at 12:42 pm #

You do realize that the NYT’s real editors are in Langley, right? Pentagon has a hotline too. As well as the State Dept.

          • Mick March 20, 2023 at 12:56 pm #

I’m sorry, of course you know that. Ritter exposes that fact regularly.

      • Paula D March 20, 2023 at 1:23 pm #

Yep, they are jumping the shark again and again.

Last week they told us that a raccoon dog and a bird were in adjacent cages at that infamous wet market and that is how the bat/human hybrid virus was created.

        So kill your pets.

    • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 12:16 pm #

As it turns out, hopefully, there are just too many people to control in any given lie.

For a long time, they were able to keep most whistleblowers at bay, by ruining them. But now they have too many plates in the air, and can’t keep up with all of the whistle-blowing.

It’s wonderful to see their narratives fall apart, even as they try to keep them going.

      • Beryl of Oyl March 20, 2023 at 12:40 pm #

I think another factor my be that people may be willing to keep quiet about some small instance of corruption, but when they see the horrible consequences or potential consequences, such as people freezing to death or starving, their consciences get the better of them.

        • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 1:16 pm #

Maybe. I tried to get British posters to care about their elderly freezing to death while immigrants got all they needed.

I failed again and again. They didn’t care, and they refused to care. Their elderly don’t matter. Little drowned Syrian boys – they matter.

There’s only so much, you see. Interest, Care, Empathy, and Compassion are the ultimate limited resource. If you spend it all on aliens, you won’t have any left for your own people. Needles to say, this is what the Elite like.

The US is a mess, and the Democrats are corrupt. But how can anyone with half a brain think that Trump is the answer to our problems? He’s a charlatan who has absolutely no concern for the non-rich or for the environment. A fascistic strongman with simple answers is not what we need. The Germans thought Hitler was going to be the answer to their problems.

    • Cankerpuss March 20, 2023 at 12:54 pm #

This isn’t just a Democrat problem, Mgaguy. For decades now I have watched and listened to the Republicans make promises and then when they take power they fail to deliver on those promises. Republicans spend money just like the Democrats do. Republicans wage illegal wars just like the Democrats do. Republicans violate their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution just like the Democrats do. Republicans never reduce the size of Government but also work to grow the Government, just like the Democrats do.

Trump is not the solution to what ails us. Trump is a symptom that the system is sick, desperately sick.

Until the people get away from the tribal mentality of Democrats and Republicans and start working together to fix our Country, nothing will change. Unfortunately, the apparent tribalism is so deeply ingrained in the American psyche that people are Democrats or Republicans long before they are Americans.

George Washington was prophetic in his farewell address. If only our forebears had listened to what he told them about political parties. Nobody cares today.

George was a great Indian fighter. It’s said that he could take a man’s head off with one swipe of his sword. The idea of Indians becoming citizens and even being put above Whites as the “native Americans” would have revolted him.

Needless to say Joseph Smith and Brigham Young were men of the same stamp. The idea of Black equality would have amazed them, what to speak of Blacks being put above Whites.

Google the etymology of the word, nation. You can either have that or Paula’s “odd assortment of people”. You can’t have both. You’re either with George, Joseph, and Brigham or you’re with the ladies.

I find it unfortunate and perhaps, sad that you have apparently never experienced the unbounded creativity, cooperation, intelligence, and synergy of working in a massively diverse group.

Myopia and hatred-motivated emotional behavior masquerading as some grotesque and delusional form of truth is tragic.

Of course, I could be wrong.

Then you’re not an American in any real sense. You’re about as American as an Indian or a Somali Muslim.

          • King of Comedy March 20, 2023 at 8:47 pm #

Pro tip: “never experienced the unbounded creativity, cooperation, intelligence, and synergy of working in a massively diverse group” sounds like a euphemism for you getting fucked up the ass by various and sundry different color dicks… but you do you…

All I know is that in the long winding course of human history, no political entity comes to mind where diversity did not eventually lead to factionalism and conflict. Every flavor of diversity too, religious, political, you name it, but racial diversity is easily the most volatile. The Japanese, for instance, acutely aware of this quasi-biological law and perhaps adhering to the Bushido code as well, appear to prefer civilizational “geritocracy” to your “unbounded creativity”. Or maybe they got a load of the freak show in this country and simply said no thank you.

Methinks human evolution on this planet, where the tribe meant survival, most likely accounts for this phenomenon and the odds are very high that this hard-wiring will again carry the day over your eunuch-tinged fantasies (alas, natural selection has never been and in the travails ahead, will never be, a friend to the eunuch).

            @Jarek

You say, “…you’re not an American…”

I say, that is quite possibly the nicest thing you could say to me.

Indeed, I make no claims and have no desire to identify with an empire that has, throughout it’s entire existence, wreaked genocide across the continent and the entire Earth.

I am, your graciousness, but a single cell within the entirety of the planetary human organism and an insignificant blip in the entirety of the Universe and this magnificent Earth.

salt of the earth Americans, racist, bigoted, small-minded, parochial, willfully ignorant, armed to the teeth, and proud of it. ~Dmitry Orlov

And, although I strongly disapprove of name-calling, I, never the less, must bestow upon you the title of massively ignorant and disgusting American creature. sounds like ya musta pushed a button. “sorry”

Trump looked like the solution, back before most people even suspected just how deep and wide the Swamp was.

Bobby Jr. said he’s considering a run, because he wants to bring people together.

That seems awfully naive, coming from a man like him.

As I’ve posted many times, the lifespan of the average republic/democracy is around 250 years. If the US is an average country, which is most likely, then we are right at the expiration date. What’s happening in the West might be entirely normal and routine from a historian’s point of view. Just sayin’

mgaguy (I so wanted to type magaguy, lol)

No one is the answer to everything going on. If you have a candidate in mind, I’m all ears. Today’s problems will last for several administrations, if our government lasts that long. I try to see Trump as he is, warts and all. Maybe its leprosy and all! I don’t deny his faults so much as think he is an improvement over Biden. I don’t actually know who is the POTUS right now. Biden is not in his right mind. He has days were he is semi-cogent. And he has days that he reads what he is told to read. We’ve got to get him out of there. If Trump is the republican or independent nominee, I’m voting for him, Dominion be damned. The primary is where I have a tougher decision. I can’t say definitively who I will vote for in the primary because I can’t see who is on it yet.

And this may just be an act of faith on my part. But Trump will not have to worry about reelection. Kutchner will be out. His cabinet will be much better. He will continue his efforts to keep us out of WW3. He’ll be focused on the border, trade, and the currency.

I may be completely out of luck. He may be on house arrest by the time the election rolls around . This is after all, clown world.

“… subjecting the public to incessant mind-fuckery in a campaign to falsify and disfigure reality.” ~ JHK

It appears that the opposition to your “party of chaos” is about exhausted in this regard, and a growing percent are at their whits’ end.

This does not bode well for resolution being just around the corner.

Great blog post today, Jim, thank you!

I especially love the last paragraph.

As much as the Woke Jacobins running the show have tried to subvert, twist and re-invent reality, the laws of physics will win out. What they do with that, though, remains to be seen.

I am guessing that continued gaslighting is about all they have.

    • Night Owl March 20, 2023 at 12:53 pm #

      All they have?

Right now, there are a number of politicians here in Europe demanding we attack Russia.

This is far from over. Even the Covid stuff will take years to sort out, and I reckon 80 of the global population will still think that (1) Covid exists and (2) that any issues with the shots are simply issues that neither scientists, BigPharma, or the captured polis could have done anything about, as we were in an “emergency.”

Even here, we are told that Fauci just wanted to develop a “vaccine” to his disease and get rich.

      • Mick March 20, 2023 at 1:02 pm #

Politicians in Europe truly have a suicide wish. Homicidal wish too since their weird war fetish with Russia will kill millions upon millions of regular Euro folks.

But they will lose their countries. Nothing left to rule over. I suppose they’ll follow Zelensky to West Palm Beach.

        • Night Owl March 20, 2023 at 2:44 pm #

The same guys who own the politicians here own the criminals that are in the process of destroying the United States as well.

And TBH, outside of Trump, I see no one in the political realm who can make a dent in anything.

The people seem to be catching on (as in Europe), but the question is whether it is too late to avoid a fracturing of society into two worlds.

      • Jarek March 20, 2023 at 1:26 pm #

Agree. There’s so much more to it than that. And if you know more, you should never put it like that. It only confuses people.

      • MaryQueen March 20, 2023 at 2:44 pm #

Who said anything about it being over?

I said they’ll continue the gaslighting, which is exactly what they are doing.

        Well, he did get rich…

    • Cankerpuss March 20, 2023 at 12:55 pm #

They are still extremely powerful and dangerous. Things will get much worse before things get better. Gaslighting is one of many tools they employ against us.

  28. Cankerpuss March 20, 2023 at 12:49 pm #

Great article by JHK again. Once again his positive outlook on things is a breath of fresh air in a world full of doom, gloom and pessimism.

Unfortunately, I don’t share his optimism. The American people are too lazy, decadent, stupid, selfish, brainwashed, tribal, partisan and just down right immoral to warrant any meaningful “pulling down” of a bad governmental system.

No, God, whether God is an intelligent being or just natural laws, will need to sort this out and force the correction on an unwilling population that refuses to see reality for what it is. It is going to be nasty. It is going to be awful. I will say that if gets so bad that cannibals are roaming the streets looking for me to eat, I’ll put a bullet in my head before that happens. My last bullet will be for me. Nobody else.

Federal Court of Appeals judge Stewart Kyle Duncan endured harassment at Stanford Law School recently alleging that student protesters shouted insults at him before woke dean Tirien Steinbach berated him in “a staged public shaming.”

At the Stanford Internet Observatory our mission is to study the misuse of the internet to cause harm, and to help create policy and technical mitigations to those harms. Over the past year, researchers at SIO have investigated disinformation from a variety of actors: governments, spammers, mercenaries, and domestic groups. We’ve studied covert operation tactics, such as social media manipulation campaigns, as well as overt propaganda strategies from state media leveraging technology for public diplomacy. In our work we have demonstrated that online actors all have their own topics, motivations and techniques. This diversity has often impeded comparative analysis on questions such as how the capabilities of major state actors differ.

Over the next several months, you will see posts by our research teams exploring the information environment and actions of seven states as they experience and combat COVID-19: the United States, Russia, the People’s Republic of China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Brazil. Our work will focus on the narratives these states deploy for domestic and foreign audiences, as well as the activities of powerful non-state groups acting independently for their own financial and political benefit. We will use similar methodologies in each country to provide both qualitative and quantitative views into COVID-19-related narratives, conflicts and influence operations in each of these countries. Our goal is to help inform the global public debate on the proper role of government and private actors in our information ecosystem.

        A great talk…

As a ray of hope, during my time at ‘The Oil Drum’ and/or maybe ‘Peak Oil Barrel’, we talked about how humans are not like bees, ants or termites and those kinds of creatures because we are simply too complex and individualistic.

So even though we are social creatures like them, and so can work our societies into hyperspecialistic corners, they smash up against our complexity and individualistic natures as well, causing kinds of cognitive and other dissonances that reverberate throughout, likely causing societal chaos and potentially collapse.

Thanks for sharing, GA. The 15 minute cities are of course going to marketed for their convenience to the residents. But the point that I always take away from city living, no matter how its marketed, is how easily controlled the people are. The density of the living arrangements, the lack of gardening space, the lack of a car, etc; all of it puts a person under the thumb of the mayor and other local government.

Once the system in place to deliver and distribute food to big cities breaks down there will be a month or two of zombies roaming about. They won’t be able to roam very far because the reason for food not being available then will be due to a general breakdown and failure in the availability of fuel. The reason this will be short lived is because people can only go for a month or two at most with no food and then they themselves become food for coyotes and rats. The food situation works its way out in a few years, and the people who survive are the ones who have figured out a legitimate way to obtain or produce their own. The survivors will be the clever ones who have the skills to keep going by scavenging and using all the gigantic piles of stuff left behind by the dead. In some ways, it will be very much a “reverse Rapture”. It will mostly be the evil people who will have departed, leaving behind the meek and yet the capable who will inherit the earth.

I’m replying to myself here in order to add something to my post. Here’s a you tube video of one really neat place to visit in the Great Smokies National Park. It’s not that well known and I’ve visited this site several times. I also know people who used to know these ladies. This video gives us some really interesting images and ideas as to how a “world made by hand” will be and what it will look like. The Walker sisters grew up in this world and the park service allowed them to continue on this lifestyle all the way to the end of their lives. “t will mostly be the evil people who will have departed, leaving behind the meek and yet the capable who will inherit the earth.”

Most of the departed will be perfectly ordinary people who are not evil but have no practical means of going anywhere else. Depending on where they are (everyone doesn’t live in an enormous country like the US) they will be taxed out of their hidey-hole Agenda 2030 non-compliant home.

    titled: Memes, Magnets, and Microchips
    Narrative dynamics around COVID-19 vaccines

    Executive Summary

Since the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic, global authority figures, institu-tions, and the public have struggled to share accurate health information. As early as February 2020, the World Health organization declared an infodemic, a glut of news pouring in and harming peoples’ ability to find trustworthy sources.1 Mis- and disinformation spread widely.i Social media companies, pressured and incentivized to curate the news, sought to surface accurate information about the pandemic, but faced a problem: What should they amplify in the absence of clear scientific consensus? As they pondered, anti-vaccine sentiments grew. Were the vaccines safe? Had our governments overstepped? Misinformation distorted answers to these questions. The global crisis created opportunities for governments, finan-cially motivated actors, and conspiracy theorists to construct or amplify narratives that served their interests. The preexisting US anti-vaccine movementiii began to insert itself into the national conversation. As far back as January 2020, when talk of a COVID-19 vaccine was purely theoretical, anti-vaccine activists perceived an opportunity to undermine confidence in any and all vaccinations. As vaccinations
rolled out in the US in late 2020, anti-vaccine activists became increasingly focused on undermining their uptake.

    Breitbart

This month, the advocacy group Consumers’ Research sent a letter and report to congressional leaders, sounding the alarm on ESG, which the group said represents a “grave menace to America.”

Will Hild, Consumers’ Research executive director described ESG as the “weaponization of America’s investments against its own citizenry”:

Against their freedoms. Against their jobs. Against their retirements. Against their pocketbooks. Against their national security. It undercuts democratic rule. It aids communist dictators and petty tyrants alike. It concentrates power into the hands of a tiny group of Wall Street managers who were not elected, lack any accountability to the people, and routinely make it clear they resent any restriction on their power to set policy.

Congress recently passed a resolution nixing Biden’s ESG agenda –Senate Democrats Jon Tester (D-MT) and Joe Manchin (D-WV) voted with Republicans — but Biden has indicated he will veto the measure.

Jarek: De Santis is leading an 18 state coalition against this madness. Impressive I must say.

JFC dude you don’t even say what it is — Environmental, social and governance (ESG) movement.

Now really how hard was that? I had to look it up, and my effort will be repeated by everyone else, but the trolls who run this place. Who read your comment.

That said: “The 30-page report alleges that “some of the largest asset managers in the world have leveraged Americans’ savings to coerce corporations to adopt critical race theory, boycott states with Republican governments, fund employees’ abortions, and divest from investment in drilling for oil and natural gas, among a wide range of other left-wing causes.”

Right, investors will ignore states where they can make money because they have republican governments. I fear the stench from that lie will remain after I power down.

But really, never mind. We live in a system where if you don’t invest in oil and gas someone else will. I am not sayin who the fool is, just that it will be done, by someone. Making your fear of ESG stupid.

“… Western Civ… in its attempted suicide… subjecting the public to incessant mind-fuckery in a campaign to falsify and disfigure reality… A consortium of public and corporate bureaucracies has institutionalized the falsification of reality…”

And why is Western Civ doing this? Once again we haul out that fount of eternal wisdom (?) from just one man but one who speaks for most all of the Deep Dark State in all of their various hidey-holes:

“We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality… We’re history’s actors… and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”
    – Karl Rove

These elitist numbskulls – er, the faux-gods-who-dwell-among us – really believe that crap. It infects their thinking at all levels and then they wield with unbridled glee that pathological garbage like a deranged sledgehammer upon We the People.

“They do it because they can.”

Ever notice that it is only the very worst among us that get to wield power and authority over Society-at-Large? And the worse they become… the more power and authority they get as a reward? Isn’t that exactly backwards from what a useful Society and Culture should be doing?

“The Covid-19 release seems to have been an act motivated by multiple players for their own reasons which, combined, amounted to crimes against humanity.”

And guess what? They all GOT/GET PAID and GET TO WALK FREE! Wwweeeeee! See above remark about ‘The Worst Among Us…’.

“… a banking collapse has no propaganda value to the regimes in power. There is no narrative they can concoct out of it to their advantage.”

Sure there is. The long-awaited Beast System of total Economic (and thus entire Lifestyle) control over The People. The sickly orgasm of demented pleasure after thousands of years of harmful and painful foreplay to con and maneuver institutions, people, and events to culminate in their Final Eternal Lockdown of the Ages of We the People.

But at least we all get to live in Empire! Wwwweeeeee!

Right-wing broadcaster Pete Santilli recently argued that the U.S. military should execute former President Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, and former National Security Advisor Susan Rice if former President Donald Trump is arrested.

“Get the military, whatever few are left that are gonna side with the people,” he said. “That you military personnel and you people with guns and badges and law enforcement will succumb to the will of the people.”

“And ultimately, we demand, we absolutely demand that the criminals, the criminals in this country, if you want them held accountable, the criminals are Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Susan Rice,” he continued, “this entire criminal cabal that came about as a result of the murder of John F. Kennedy, the people that perpetrated the murder of John F. Kennedy, rise up to that.”

“Military, join us and put all of them up against a concrete wall… and do what we must do to save not just our country, the entire world,” he implored.

War is subject to the laws of physics to a certain extent as well, & the formula in the Ukraine~Russia conflict is for every 6,000 artillery shells the Ukrainians launch, Russia launches 60,000. The reality of that war is beginning to seep thru the wall of propaganda bullsh#t put out by the western media on a daily basis.

Yeah, I mosied over to the Pew Research center website and sniffed around. They had a study that measured public attitude on Putin.

Seems nobody is rooting for Putin, The number of people who have seen the Oliver Stone documentary with him, or any of Putin’s speeches at the Valdai Discussion Club for instance, remain abysmally small.

Flag wavers with Ukrainian yellow and blue flags over Freeway Overpasses. Time out for Starbucks runs. Their waving flags carried the year.

Not to be surprised, A national propaganda campaign by the American deep state can’t easily fail. They have all the buttons they can push, and guess what? They push them.

‘They do it because they can.’

Top that off with they get paid to do it. Someone else can do the Upton Sinclair quote.

Personally I went to Google Earth and verified images in an article I read. Deep zig-zag trenches were dug around Bakhmut. It took years to dig them. Putin did not dig them. These trenches were dug in Ukraine synonymous with the decision that corrupt comedians would make good presidents.

I wonder how long we would let Canucks dig zig-zag trenches along the Slash before we went north to kick beaver ass?

We could throw a glass ceiling over a small section of it and, using some of the glacier’s meltwater, possibly create a killer hot-spring to soak and swim in. Maybe import a friendly penguin to see how it liked it and, if so, place a sign on the outside that advertised, “Penguin Approved!”.

Yes and no, but certainly yes at the beginning and toward the end as the trappings of civilization that were imported to the island began to sufficiently degrade.

Then, if we couldn’t make it off the island, and trade was limted due to our extreme isolation, we’d be kind of trapped and would have to look at making our living more strictly from what was naturally available on the island.

Wood? Metals? Plastics? Fire? More like stones and sand for accommodations, raw animal meat for food and seal and penguin skins for clothes for any future generations. Or some kind of boat to get the hell off and away.

I’ve always liked islands. For a period, I was intrigued by islands ‘on the edge’– specifically subantarctic islands.

Not as much the big ones that felt like continents but islands just big enough to feel like one was actually on one– maybe via a view of the ocean, no matter, for the most part, where one was situated on it.

Bouvetoya is ostsnsibly just the Norwegian translation of ‘Bouvet Island’.

As an aside, do you know that Air New Zealand crashed a sight-seeing airliner into an Antarctic mountain, killing everyone onboard? I discovered that by accident. In Vancouver, there’s a car repair shop whose motto is something like, “We make friends by accident.”. I’ve always liked that one.

      • The Man They Call Zazelle March 21, 2023 at 4:25 pm #

I sometimes have to pack more in if it’s a delay from another article’s comment threads.

As for my music setup question to you, FWIW, I noticed that the older tunes, say 70’s or 80’s and earlier seem to be less dependent on the quality of the hardware to sound ok, whereas the newer and maybe especially the electronic tunes seem to need better equipment or they suffer worse.

I have a laptop and Harmon/Kardon small ‘computer’ speakers attached that I got free from a garage sale that didn’t sell them, and a decent pair of Sony headphones at the grab if needed. The speakers sound boxy and hollowish compared with the headphones.

As for my imagination, I had one where we lived in a rural house with a wraparound porch. When we couldn’t sleep, we’d place the speakers in the window sill of the window overlooking the part of the porch with the padded porch-swing bench. Then I’d go lie in it with my head in your lap, and vice-versa after about an hour or so, and with a book or laptop open to the constellations, learn and quiz each other on them, looking up into the crisp starlight within the added darkness of a rural night sky…

Have you ever seen the night sky south of the equator? It seems to look different. I have, early one night on rollerblades near the Whanganui airport. But I didn’t and still don’t know much about how the sky differs there compared with here in Nova Scotia. In any case, the sky there was darker and the starlight more crisp and so the viewing was quite nice.

        • SoftStarLight March 22, 2023 at 1:25 am #

I guess you’re a real communicator huh lol. That’s a very interesting observation I suppose I haven’t necessarily noticed. I actually tend to be more attractive to oldies from the 70’s and 80’s. Like music had more spirit and heart and charisma in those days. It speaks to the heart. Music now is sometimes ok but there is a disconnect of some kind that I can’t quite put my finger on. Perhaps you understand without my saying more on that.

I generally am using a tablet or simply my phone when I listen to music. I haven’t had a computer in several years now. I thought about getting a laptop last year but decided against it when I found a cute little keyboard accessory for my tablet. I guess it’s cute because it seems tiny but is such a functional little keyboard.

Well. You’ve given that some thought haven’t you. It actually sounds. I really like stargazing. I don’t get a chance nowadays to just take time to do things like that so it would be nice. And of course it’s always fun to be able to see shooting stars as they enter their final fiery journeys through the atmosphere. And then there is the moon and planets.

I haven’t really traveled a lot tbh. So, needless to say I’ve never been south of the equator lol. But if I were south of the Tropic of Capricorn I would like to see the Magellanic clouds. Have you ever heard of them? They are two dwarf galaxies that actually orbit our Milky way galaxy but of course we cannot see them here in the Northern hemisphere. I wonder if you could see them from New Zealand? Gosh I’ve always wanted to visit Nova Scotia too. I’ve heard that it is very beautiful and of course photos I have seen of the coasts are spectacular!

I actually tend to be more attractive to oldies from the 70’s and 80’s.” ~ SoftStarLight

Like what? Give me your top five, ten or twenty of yesteryear.

            ——

Like music had more spirit and heart and charisma in those days. It speaks to the heart. Music now is sometimes ok but there is a disconnect of some kind that I can’t quite put my finger on. Perhaps you understand without my saying more on that.” ~ SoftStarLight

            ——

I think I know what you mean. At the same time, though, perhaps its just that we have to find it elsehow, meaning online on our own time, rather than passively letting radio stations/record companies do so for us like in the past.

Some ‘adults’ like to look down on some ‘kids’ but there are a lot of cool kids doing cool stuff, including music. They don’t appear busy with for example all this woke nonsense and are just doing their own thing.

On occasion, when I have some time and inclination, I’ll go online– usually You Tube– and look for stuff I like. I’ll try to transcend cultures and language too, if not the contemporariness of the music (not yet at least). And usually, I’ll find a new artist or at least song or two I like enough to download and keep. WRT that, the kids doing their own thing, and a kind of post-80’s style, I found Drab Majesty for example. I don’t like or know all of their tunes but a handful I have kept and still enjoy to this day.

What’s interesting is one of their tunes seems to speak about how they ‘feel out of sequence’ from the time in which they are living. They appear to be questioning. And that can be a good thing. The tune is called ‘Out Of Sequence’ and feels, looks and sounds very 80’s, at least some of the 80’s I knew.

            youtu . be/k5411duvNeE

So some ‘kids’ are ‘alright’. The older generations seem also responsible for their predicaments, even for much of this woke crap. After all, they are our legacies.

            ——

Shooting stars are cool and while I don’t go looking for them, I do catch them on the rare occasion.

            ——

Yes I’ve heard of the Magellanic Clouds and am now curious from where they can begin to be seen.

Nova Scotia’s not bad for Canada– I’ve lived across it– and can be quite pretty. Even though I’ve done my share of winter sports and activities, my heart belongs to a still-warmer climate.

LOL! That’s pretty good. I got scolded by my Xfinity voice command assistant a while back, when I responded loudly to repeated failed attempts to find a particular program with the command “Listen up motherfucker!” Poor little darling told me it would not respond to foul language, even though it actually did. Got a big laugh out of that. I know, I know, I’m old and crude and find humor in the oddest things.

A million years ago, whilst on a trip into deep Mexico, I made friends with a senior woman.

          • Night Owl March 21, 2023 at 7:36 am #

I do not understand the point. You made a connection between a photo appearing in an old article that was not referenced.

Photos are reused all the time in publishing (and on Twitter). It shows reps from the states in question.

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 11:08 am #

No, I made a point that a similar story did come out in 2019, accompanied by that photo.

So I am confused as to why this is a story again now.

And why the Tweeter decided to use the old photo from the old article, which is the wrong photo for her Tweet.

If you had taken journalism, as I have, then you would realize this is a mistake (to use the wrong photo, for the wrong story).

          • Night Owl March 21, 2023 at 4:57 pm #

I have a 25-year career in publishing, thanks.

You can just admit that you were wrong.

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 6:05 pm #

Publishing is only one part of journalism. Apparently, you missed learning the tenets of journalism as it applies here in the US. Perhaps in Germany, it is different. I was not wrong.

The Tweeter used the incorrect photo, one from a story from 2019, for her post.

That is bad journalism and a mistake.

            You are incorrect.

    Clown World.

  50. kbird March 21, 2023 at 12:59 am #

OMG Mary, I”ll try to break it down as there seems to be a communicatin issue here going on.

    • SoftStarLight March 21, 2023 at 1:52 am #

Personally, once I hear Qanon I interpret the situation as hostile. Perhaps this is your error? I was never really per se a big Qanon person but that page was pretty cray cray so I do admit to following it loosely. You are coming from a place of limited knowledge on that matter just so you know. Q, the anon Q, not CFN Q, was very clear in asserting that the global Satanic pedophile death and genocide cult is maybe the most bipartisan outfit in all the land. So that strikes 1. But it is true that the Democrat Party by and large supports drag queen story hours. I’m actually the most liberal person who posts here and you are never going to be able to convince me of the utility of drag queens reading bed time stories to kids while twerking. It’s savage and detestable. And that’s a real story for you. Republicans by and large are opposed to it but they don’t do a great job in stopping it. I would find it really hard to imagine anyone here supporting that so you would have agreement with the room on that. But to certain degrees it has in fact become a partisan issue. So there’s my two cents in a paragraph.

I realize you are a troll, but when one has Joe Biden on film in the Senate groping the breast buds and sniffing the hair of little girls, making inappropriate comments, kissing them and letting his old hands run wild, then I realize there is not much you can respond with.

Paula D. is not a particularly critical thinker, hence why she was sure Clinton wore the flayed skin of a child on her face — providing, as so often, no hard evidence.

These kinds of stories however are not far removed from stories that we know to be true, such as the one about Joe Biden above; or the stories from Joe Biden’s family members taken from diaries leaked to the public; or the photos of Hunter Biden and Ashley Biden engaged in sexual activity (which I have posted); and, finally, stories that should be looked into based on circumstantial evidence, such as the Alefantis/Podesta-linked pedo ring, brought into public view via information from Wikileaks, Alefantis’s own social media posts, and John and Tony Podesta’s occult beliefs and pedophilic art collections.

You are a flaccid penis, my friend.

I must say, I agree with all you say.

        Bad money drives out good.

Bad ideas drive out good ones.

By which, in the context, I mean that a genuine investigation of the Podesta situation might have preempted the wild “flayed skin on face” stories.

BTW, I don’t agree with you that Paula is not a critical thinker just because you don’t agree with her.

People have provided ample examples of why they believe the earth or portions of it are overpopulated.

Asking for definitive proof and jeering at them if they can’t provide it is childish. No one can prove it definitely one way or the other.

I think gus, Rulo, Paula and I understand this, but you do not.

Apparently he thinks that chanting “Prove it. I’ll wait” is what makes one a “critical thinker”.

    • Anthea March 21, 2023 at 8:55 am #

      @kbird:

It is probably true that there is little difference between political parties, when it comes to pedophilia and other perversions. I think we can assume that almost all politicians of both parties…ahem…partake.

However, liberals are actually in favor of perversions, the grooming of children in schools, the promotion of assorted perversions, DEI and the related affirmative action, and a race-based and sexual-orientation-based approach to hiring, promotion, and school admissions, as distinct from a merit-based approach.

      Conservatives are against these things.

It’s a given that there is not much difference between politicians. But among regular people, the liberals are the promoters of perversions and racism in all areas.

Liberals are also the promoters of all agendas that strip people of their rights. They are the promoters of covid restrictions and vaccine mandates. If something is straight-up evil–as, for example, abortion–liberals are invariably 100% behind it. So you could say that they are bad people.

      • kbird March 21, 2023 at 10:46 am #

First of all, this wasn’t even a response to Mary’s post above, it was to an earlier thread much farther up and in error I posted down here.

Anthea, you are wrong. What you are describing, is a minority of the liberals. You could say I’m liberal, in no way would I let my children go to a drag show much less a strip club, they seem to me like the same thing. I don’t have any liberal friends that would take their kids to drag shows. You are blind in your righteousness about Conservatives, plenty of perverts among them. You have all missed the point which was sex trafficking, pedophelia and all is not a partisan issue. There’s no reason to even bring up the party except for to divide which is the tactic of the GOP now. GOP is now the party of Hate. Hate: it’s destructiive, more important, it’s highly contagious. Which is why the Republicans are using hate itself — raw hate —as a weapon against their political opposition, the Democratic Party and the people it embraces.

It’s a deadly game they’re playing, and they know it. The last time a “major world power” western nation’s largest conservative political party embraced hate as a political strategy was 1933 in Germany, and we all know how that ended.

Three days before John F. Kennedy was sworn in as president in January 1960, Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower gave his farewell address to the nation. While its most famous part was his warning about “unwarranted influence” from “the military-industrial complex,” the old warhorse spent much of his speech calling out those using hate and fear as political weapons:

“Down the long lane of the history yet to be written America knows that this world of ours, ever growing smaller, must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be, instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect. … May we be ever unswerving in devotion to principle, confident but humble with power, diligent in pursuit of the Nation’s great goals.”

        • kbird March 21, 2023 at 10:52 am #

UGH, Apologies, hit submit before I was done.
Here is the rest of the speech.

“We pray that peoples of all faiths, all races, all nations, may have their great human needs satisfied; that those now denied opportunity shall come to enjoy it to the full; that all who yearn for freedom may experience its spiritual blessings; that those who have freedom will understand, also, its heavy responsibilities; that all who are insensitive to the needs of others will learn charity; that the scourges of poverty, disease and ignorance will be made to disappear from the earth, and that, in the goodness of time, all peoples will come to live together in a peace guaranteed by the binding force of mutual respect and love.”

Those were literally Eisenhower’s last words to the nation as president. The man who’d stopped Hitler’s murderous machine prayed in public for tolerance, love, and mutual respect.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 12:40 pm #

It is actually the Democrats who are sowing hate, fear and division.
The CRT agenda is teaching little children to hate each other based on the color of their skin.

It is teaching little children that white people are born evil. Like the Qanon cult, it is a lot like religion, but in this CRT religion there is no forgiveness or redemption possible, only endless self-flagellation.

Why would anyone do this? Because this is how you destroy a country.
Our ruling overlords are good at divide and conquer. Look what they did in Iraq and Yugoslavia.
Both countries had lived in internal peace for decades, but then the US went into them and stirred up religious hatred. They did the same thing in Syria.

In Ukraine, they used banderism to stir up hate.

In Somalia, they are using clans.

In the US, they are using race. But it’s the same phenomenon in every country. Divide and conquer.

I answered your Qanon thing upthread, but I will repeat that no one thinks (including Qanon) that child trafficking and abuse is strictly a Democrat thing. That is a red herring.
Dick Cheney is one of the worst.

But it is the liberals who are taught to cover their ears and eyes and chant “I do not want to hear any evidence because…..Qanon!”

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 1:16 pm #

“They” are using clans? As if clans aren’t a natural occurring social structure? And a warlike one with in many such cultures – the old Scottish being another example. In other words, as if they wouldn’t be warring anyway without our interference? That’s not to say we might not be using this natural phenomena, as we use gas and electricity.

            Race is real too, Puala.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 1:23 pm #

No, Jarek, the clans were not warring. It was a deliberate policy to set people against each other.

Somalia has one race, one tribe, one religion, basically, so they couldn’t use the usual divisions.
            So they used the clans.

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 2:01 pm #

            Paula and Mary,

If you care about sex trafficking, than you should read this article.

“Share responsibly-sourced information. Parents, educators, health professionals, and law enforcement need to become educated on signs of trafficking rather than viral hoaxes.”

Kbird? I am way ahead of you, having been aware of this since early 2000s.

Glad you are getting on board.

I guess we can call you a Qanon Trumper then.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 6:03 pm #

Paula: Doubt it. The Scottish Clans were all of one race and culture but still fought. Ditto the great Houses of England at times. Ditto American gangs or Italian maffias.

You really are a silly little thing.

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 8:56 pm #

You just agreed with Paula, Jar Jar.

She is correct about clans being set against each other when countrymen are the same culturally.

          • Jarek March 22, 2023 at 1:01 pm #

Mary: As if they didn’t fight on their own without being “set against each other”? As if the Indians were peaceful before we got here? You believe that too, right?

Silly little thing who thinks we’re uniquely evil.

        • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 11:04 am #

          Nope.

The MAJORITY if not ALL liberals and Dems support all of these new pro-trans and LGBTQ++ policies.

Show me one that doesn’t. That’s your task for today. Find one on social media who opposes this – and says so publicly.

Or just STFU, and stop wasting everyone’s time.

Oh here comes the explosive anger. That comes from the discomfort that cognitive dissonance brings.

You are here representing your Blue Tribe, and then have the nerve to try to accuse us of being in a Qanon cult when you are the only one actually in a cult and mired in their crazy-thought.

And now you are angry at some of the things said cult is doing, even after constantly pushing their agenda yourself. Hilarious.

You are one confused little monkey.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 1:19 pm #

k: She’s right. This is what your party believes now. Incredible but true.

I grew up in the Kennedy cult.
My people were UNION. It’s hard to believe the downward spiral, both its swiftness and extent.

Of course things were always less rosy than they appeared. Just watched De Niro’s “The Irishman” about some of seamier sides of all that.

kbird, it’s best to shirk State politics and simply go with anarchy.

            It’s a superpower.

And that way you’re less likely to have yourself grated for your delightful zest that someone like myself would kill to have in the kitchen.

Besides and FWIW, aside from left and right having had much of their meanings corrupted, I’ve also heard that the American State political system is more or less just one party pretending its two.

I think Chris Hedges calls it inverted totalitarianism.

        Conservatives are,

Believers in individual responsibility, freedom and liberty are results of people that take responsibility for their own lives.

Believers in capitalism. They want to reap the benefits of their own ambitions. They do not want idiots in a government telling them what to do and how to act. They believe that the government exists to serve the people. This is where RINOs fail as conservatives.

Believers in true capitalism where outcomes are the result of talent and merit. The oppose crony capitalism where government agencies favor corporate monopolization. A full slate of small, medium and large companies are necessary for economic health, not a bunch of “too big to fail” corporations. Entropy.

Believers that our government now operates back asswards, they try to control stuff they should not be involved in, welfare, education, and do not do what is their constitutional duties.

Believers in social order dictated by the Law and God, not deviancy in all ways possible. Deviants can be tolerated but not encouraged, and definitely not in positions to influence children.

        Liberals are,

Believers in government control, that wisdom resides in central power and people are too dumb to govern them selves.

Believers that everyone else is to blame for social disorder and problems. Their divide and conquer methods are seated in this belief. They are never wrong, and do not try to tell them they are wrong.

Believers in emotion as the means for their decision making, never paying attention to true science. Covid is just the latest.

Believers in ethnocentricity, much more than conservatives. Everything they do is based on skin color, ethnicity, or gender instead of talent. The result is a group of incompetent managers in a presidential cabinet. Reverse discrimination and resultant reverse racism are direct results of liberal policies.

Believers in politics as number one. Newsom is stuck right now, having to support a stupid reparations bill now to maintain the Black base. So the California economic situation goes down the drain.

Believers in the law as driven by individual power people instead of the Constitution. Constantly trying to get around the law of the land to get their ends. The ends justify the means, no matter how stupid.

Believers in rallying themes to drive issues. Think Covid, or climate change, or deviancy.
They ignore the real responsibility of government in order to favor social issues to deepen their power base. Even the vote of Americans is for sale with these folks.

Liberals never go away, they keep coming and coming. They have stopped the government pendulum swinging back and forth between conservative and liberal to maintain balance in favor of Uniparty control. Two liberal presidents, Bush and Bush has allowed this to happen. Trump was outgunned and outnumbered, too late.

So we end up with Biden, whose boss, Obama called incompetent. It is no wonder we have descended into purgatory.

Our current Deep State has less true conservatives than you can count on your fingers and toes. Since the advent of the liberal control of the country, our country has been going down the drain. Biden is the worst, replacing Carter as the most liberally motivated president.

The real wonder is the descent of the American people into liberal, big government thinking. That is the greatest victory of the liberal movement in the US.

        • JohnAZ March 21, 2023 at 11:33 am #

Jesus preached individual responsibility was critical in our relationship with God. Each of us are responsible for our own behavior. He said each of us owes dedication to the state, Caesar, and to God as individuals.

No wonder the Libs want to destroy Christianity.

        • kbird March 21, 2023 at 11:36 am #

Johnaz, I have a question for you, would you consider yourself, an American Patriot? I’ve seen many conservatives who want the Pledge of Allegiance brought back to schools, is that also something you agree with? I don’t need a long story, just those two questions please.

          • JohnAZ March 21, 2023 at 1:59 pm #

Yes! A 20th century American Patriot.

Stand and hold my heart for the pledge AND the national anthem. Kids need to learn allegiance to this country.

The same question back at you, do you think America is your country? I think not. Would you pledge allegiance to her?

It wounds me to see people like you who do not feel affiliation and affection for America. BTW, who are you loyal to, yourself only?

          • kbird March 21, 2023 at 2:26 pm #

            Johnaz,

I love the Pledge of Allegiance, Here, lets look at it together!!

“I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS; ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL”

John, where you get off saying I don’t love America is bullshit. Just because I’m not a Conservative doesn’t mean I don’t love America. I’m actually surprised you are a lover of the Pledge. Do you just hold your nose about the “Indivisible” part? Seeing as “Indivisible” means unable to be divided or separated: You want the states to separate, I wouldn’t call that being in line with the Pledge of Allegiance. I proudly stand with my hand over my heart at any opportunity to the Pledge of Allegiance or National Anthem.. The majority of America is not Conservative nor is it Liberal. It’s in the middle. And you anyone who isn’t like you, a hard core Conservative, doesn’t love America.

          • kbird March 22, 2023 at 1:35 pm #

Crickets from Johnaz on the above…Come on John, very curious about this… maybe you have a different interpretation of the Pledge of Allegiance?

          • kbird March 22, 2023 at 4:36 pm #

Johnaz will never respond to my comment as he knows I’m right.
Talking about seceding from the United States from one side of your mouth while touting your patriotism with the other side is like calling for bipartisanship after saying, “Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.”

We hear about bipartisanship all the time. If only we had more of that, our society wouldn’t be so messed up. The problem is that you can’t ask for bipartisanship and threaten to leave the country at the same time. That isn’t collaboration, it isn’t cooperation, and instead it’s giving an ultimatum. It’s “my way or the highway” politics.

          • kbird March 22, 2023 at 5:10 pm #

PINO, Patriot in name only Johnaz

          • GreenAlba March 23, 2023 at 5:33 pm #

I just discovered today, from this article, which appeared unsolicited in the corner of my screen, that you guys used to pledge allegiance with the salute that was adopted by the Nazis. I never knew that before.

            truthcomestolight.com/the-evil-intent-of-the-pledge-of-allegiance/

When I look at these photos, which I’ve never seen before, they don’t look any less shocking than the equivalent photos from Nazi Germany.

            en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bellamy_salute

I can’t imagine pledging allegiance to a flag. Or a nation-state. Especially one that has done what the US and the UK nation states have done over the years.

I’ll keep my allegiances for higher things, thanks.

        • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 1:25 pm #

Cooperation is stronger. In natural Capitalist society, most men will never marry since the women want to get with the winners. But Christianity mediated that, saying no sex outside of marriage – at least for women. And one man, one wife.

The old Capitalist America you love was very influenced by something utterly opposed to Capitalism – namely Christianity.

Big Man culture insures a tremendous loss of genetic potential. Over time, the culture is weakened. In the short term, many or most men aren’t very committed since they have no stake in it.

As the old Alchemists said, Nature (in this case, Capitalism) unaided, fails.

          • JohnAZ March 21, 2023 at 2:10 pm #

You forget, not all women are movie stars and will not be going for “the winners”.

Paul did not say women only, men are included in his restrictions on sex.

Jesus never really said much about economies, only that rich folks have a hard time getting into the Kingdom because they treasure gold more than God and that more fortunate folks owe charity to less fortunate. He taught individualism, it is the responsibility of every human to share with the less fortunate.

You are right on Big man, the greatest weakness of a socialistic or totalitarian society is too few minds working the problems. Look at Putin, he cannot find a capable general to fight in Ukraine, this fiasco should have been over six months ago.

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 3:07 pm #

I thought you said that some woman at work was making eyes at you, Jarek.
But you didn’t like her. Why not? She didn’t make enough money?

Anyway, you disproved your theory by telling us that story.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 6:09 pm #

You’re an idiot, Paula. Why do I have to like every woman who likes me? She’s married and feeling restless. I’m not a good catch in any case. Neither is she.

Men want beauty and youth. Women want money. Neither stance is saintly, but men don’t care about women’s money for the most part. But women care deeply about men’s. One sex advances by means of the other, the lesser one.

          • Anthea March 21, 2023 at 6:14 pm #

Christianity is not at all opposed to capitalism–which is essentially where you do work to make a contribution to society, providing for the needs and wants of others. They pay you, out of the proceeds of the work they have likewise contributed. Another thing Jesus said is, “The workman is worthy of his hire.”

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 7:56 pm #

In its essence, it is. Of course you have no interest in that essence, do you?

My Kingdom is not of this world.

What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul?

Love of money is the root of all evil.

Jarek: Do they love money, Anthea? Oh they do. Does that get in the way of the love of their fellow man, little one? Oh it does.

Scrooge: You were always a good man of business, Jacob.

            Marley: Mankind was my business!

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 8:02 pm #

The Church rejects Communism because it is natural for men to own things, especially the things that allow them to make a living. Such decentralization is an important check against State power.

But the rejection of Communism is by no means a rejection of all aspects of Socialism or collectivism – especially decentralized ones. And emphatically, it is by no means an acceptance of Corporate Capitalism.

Again, all at the relative, worldly level – which neither Christ nor the Church despise. But the deeper Truth? We don’t own anything, no, not even our bodies. Did I say bodies? I meant to say that we don’t even own ourselves. Who does?

            He does.

          • Jarek March 21, 2023 at 8:06 pm #

You got that right, John. Not only are they all not movie stars, but the peak very early. Nay more: Even the plain ones radically overestimate their own charms. There needs to be a culture of women who talk sense into girls from a very early age – getting their feet on the ground and letting them know where the really stand in terms of SMV – sexual market value. And which local man or men they can reasonably hope to get.

          • Night Owl March 22, 2023 at 12:27 pm #

Jarek there is some truth to what you say, harsh as it may be.

I can also vouch that, on average, European women tend to be different.

I have lost track of the number of 9s and 10s in the looks department that are down to earth, straightforward about their intentions, and can change a car tire if necessary.

American women on the whole are a different breed. Particularly in cities.

      1. Nope (all in your head). I simply point out that Dems and libs are the only ones pushing the trans agenda, which includes pedophilia. And so they are.

      2. Entertaining something as might be true doesn’t mean I absolutely am sure it’s true. Maybe read for comprehension. I said since Clinton trafficks kids (proven), it’s not such a stretch that she would torture ’em too.

      3. No one was talking about Wayfair. But I’d love to see proof that people on social media talking about Wayfair took away from actual investigations on child trafficking. What a completely fallacious claim.

      4. Agree. So, why are you still pretending I am not an equal-opportunity accuser?

      5. Again: Dem/Libs are the only ones pushing (and pushing HARD) the pedophile agenda. Which is the trans agenda. Maybe look into MIPs. LibsOfTikTOk has exposed countless videos, and Redux.info has reported countless instances of these things, including drag queens who have been busted for trafficking & kiddie porn. I have been involved in fighting it for 5 years so I know. Would you like me to steer you toward some good videos of TRA/Antifa attacking women for calling for the end of mastectomies and sterilization of children? I can do that if you like. Would you like to see the arguments at city halls and school board meetings of parents up in arms about their policies of allowing boys into the girls’ restrooms, despite the rapes that have occurred because of said rules? There are no conservatives or Republicans supporting the trans stuff. None. That is a fact. YOUR side is pushing it.

Conclusion: The only one going down in flames is you. As usual.

Hell yes there are Democrats who are trafficking, and I’ll stand with you in calling those out, but not viral hoaxes that distract from real stories…..Epstein, Weinstein, Weiner, Mayor Deblasio just to name a few Dems. There are also numerous Republicans, and my entire point of all of this was it’s a major systemic problem and I believe it is not a political issue. We should all stand TOGETHER to fight this.

          • MaryQueen March 21, 2023 at 5:27 pm #

None of those trafficking stories were fake, except to people who ingest CNN 24/7.

Just because people who believe Qanon believe something doesn’t make it untrue, even to those who don’t follow Qanon. This is normal thinking to normal unculted people. There are millions of people who know about pizzagate (true) and other trafficking, but are shut up by the people you support: Democrats and liberals.

You remain brain damaged by the Blue Cult.

            Good luck with that.

            ——

I did sort of chime in elsewhere…

As for the nickname, it’s a kind of tongue-in-cheek critique of the whole hypnotic politicization of sex and/or gender (among other political exploits). Regarding part of the inspiration for the name and the hypnotism:

Peter Reveen is an Australian entertainer who spent five decades touring Canada, including hundreds of performances in Calgary. His earworm jingle ‘The Man they Call Reveen’ became well-recognized across the country and inspired parodies on Saturday Night Live and The Simpsons, as well as a running joke on The Trailer Park Boys.1 In 1987 he was featured in an ASN (Nova Scotia) commercial about a hypnotist robotically drone ‘It was much better than CATS’.” ~ Brave Search Summarizer

In a longer version of the commercial, you could see people, apparently hypnotized, acting weird/nutty/wacky on stage. Here’s a clip of the short version:

I am on Mary’s side on this one. The liberals, Dems, in The Deep State have corrupted national politics far too long. I know of two Dems that are worth a damn. Manchin and Sinema have had a heck of a time corralling the Mob in the WH. Two! The rest are woke, progressive followers of Sanders and his progressive gang.

Yes, definitely a lot of things must stop. And with the onset of the Spring Equinox the unraveling is feeling tangible and palpable. At the moment the tilt of the Earth is neither toward nor away from the Sun. Of course that is already shifting a bit but you could say we are still within that momentous window of time. This should be a moment of balance, moderation, appropriate restraint and mild reverence. Some powers and some individuals are demonstrating those characteristics and traits. See who they are. And who is unbalanced and unhinged and intemperate. And as the poles shift in the procession of the seasons so too do the centers of power in the realm of men.

On the ICC nonsense/travesty, my Moscow friend has this to say:

    “Privyet,,

The ICC’s warrant could be initiated by the very influential pedophile lobby (and supported by Deep State). The official reason is that the Ukrainian children were deported, although P could be charged for many other “cases”.

In fact, these children were saved from bombing by the Ukrainian army forces or from selling them to pimps or homosexual “families” in the West. Slave trade of homeless children from eastern Europe and other poor countries is a disgusting reality of modern life.

Zelensky called the ICC’s decision “historic” and he is not far from truth because this can be the step towards legalization of pedophilia, which is very popular among the western elite including politicians and rich people.

Kakaya eto gadost’! Kakie vse oni gadkie lyudi!

Regardless of personal sexual preferences of mister Scholz, he looks as a political prostitute ready to fulfill any command or as a slug. A sort of political slug. This has become a model of behavior of European top politicians, which is ideal for their masters. “

What was funniest to me was Walsh’s comments on the severed baby heads adorning that “dress.” He’s right: Women don’t dress like that. It’s their exaggerated and ridiculous version of women. And that’s not appropriation?

In that vein, when I first moved to Germany many years ago, a big trend amongst those in our lefty circle of friends at the time was to have dread locks and be into Reggae.

I commented on various occasions how bizarre it was to see whites with dreads everywhere, putting them up in one of those knitted hats, etc.

Men “appropriating” womenhood, then in turn “appropriating” manhood.

Also, blacks “appropriating” white hair styles and colors.

Severed baby heads? Is that some kind of “statement”? Shouldn’t they have been white baby heads? I mean as long as you are severing white baby heads, nobody’s gonna complain, if anything, that would be cause for applause.

“Also, blacks “appropriating” white hair styles and colors.” ~ Blackbird

            ——

Yes, I noticed that right away especially. But I also noticed that they are or at least seem to be relative ‘kids’, still with a lot of growing up to do and learning about the world and stuff like that.
Not that all people manage similarly in that regard.

Around here is a bus stop and around about 3:15 pm on school weekdays, the kids get off the bus and you can hear them talking, shouting, running, arguing and playing and I guess just happy to be out of school for the day.

For fun, I call that ~3:15 time, ‘kiddie capers’.

And so it is with even older people, yet still relatively young: Kiddie capers!

In my opinion, the generations in the US since the end of WWII – the “boomers” onward – no longer reach full adulthood. Sexual maturity, yes. Mental maturity, no.

We have become neotenous, like the fabled axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum), or the more familiar mudpuppy (Necturus sp.). It will make the “normalization” of pedophilia easier.

I guess the slaves who firset harvested coffee were owned by . . .other black people?

How did the Turks get their mitts on coffee? It was they who brought coffee to Europe while besieging the city of Vienna—hence all of the the coffee houses there.

Oh, BTW, those diabolical cultural thieves the Viennese also appropriated the shape of the crescent from the Turkish Infidels when they devised their Christmas Plaetzchen (cookies).

So, you are being in appropriating imperialist racist pig if you enjoy a nut crescent during Advent (of course the Advent wreath and the candle symbolism was appropriated from the pagans). . .

          • Paula D March 21, 2023 at 8:15 pm #

The history of coffee starts in Yemen and Ethiopia, apparently.
One on the coast of east Africa, the other across the Red Sea in the middle east.

The West Indies/American slave trade bought the slaves from west Africa, not east Africa.

It was the Arabs who traded in slaves from east Africa, and that is where they picked up that coffee drinking habit.

            Because, you know, white racism.

          • Islander March 22, 2023 at 10:15 am #

            Paula,

the slave trade was long in place before the North Atlantic slave trade began.

Slaves of all colors. The Med was a dangerous place. So was the Indian Ocean.

Think about it: These two bodies of water (and also the seas around SE Asia and China) were accessible to local navigation and sailors long before anyone knew how to sail across the Atlantic or even thought there was any reason to do so.

          • Paula D March 22, 2023 at 11:37 am #

Yep. Weirdly enough, my husband and I are watching the movie Spartacus, which neither of us has seen before.

The plot so far (we only watch a little every night) is the slaves trying to get to the Mediterranean, and take ships back to their homes.

And I agree that blaming the entire slave trade on the Europeans who only started coming in the 1600s, and only took the people lined up for them on west African shores by slave traders, is a bit ridiculous.
