Events are tending toward an unfortunate convergence that may leave the USA in a very reduced condition before the end of this year, while the “Joe Biden” government cripples all our institutions, especially the military, with race-and-gender mind-fuckery as a distraction from its own coming and untoward collapse. The “president” is back from his toilsome travels through Europe, which included a summit meeting to butter-up Vladimir Putin, hoping to possibly use Russia as a buffer against an increasingly hostile China.

In a kind of comic reversal of George W. Bush’s first meeting with Vlad Putin — “I was able to get a sense of the man’s soul,” W said — this time, Vlad looked into “Ol’ Joe’s” eyes and probably saw the ghost of Konstantin Chernenko. You may recall Ol’ Konstantin led the foundering Soviet Union for about a year, his final months from Moscow’s Central Clinical Hospital, where emphysema, congestive heart failure, and cirrhosis of the liver laid him low. “Joe Biden” did not start smoking cigarettes at age nine, as Chernenko had, but when Vlad P looked into his eyes, he probably saw a 15-watt bulb flickering within, and played him accordingly. After the summit, Vlad sized-up the “POTUS” as “professional” for the press — a witty snark, if ever there was one.

You can see a procession of events now marshaling up toward an epic storm of bad karma for this exceptional nation of ours turning the corner into summer and then the fall. Of course, the friendly news media is not fully reporting the latest institutional failure, that is, the perfidious behavior of US chief health official, Dr. Tony Fauci, who, with either stupefying naïveté or by some other motive, assisted China in the development of a bio-weapon, which China then loosed upon the USA (and everybody else). Net result: millions dead around the world, and an awful lot of people here now extremely suspicious of the vaccines being aggressively touted by the government. Meanwhile, the roughly half of the US population who took the vaxes now have to worry about what the active ingredient, a toxic spike protein, is doing to their hearts, blood vessels, brains, and other organs, and whether something worse awaits down-the-road. Has a trap been set? (We’ll get to that below.)

Just now, we have news of the strange case, revealed last week, of a “top Chinese counter-intel official,” a vice-minister of State Security, name of Dong Jingwei, defecting to the USA back in February. The strange part is that he came in from the cold to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) because he did not trust the CIA or the FBI to be outside China’s influence, and Dong sought protection from them. More American institutional failure? This raises a whole bale of questions, including whether Dong is a double-reverse disinfo agent, or what? It is rumored that he is proffering even more sordid dirt on “Joe Biden’s” son, Hunter, than is already known from the memo-and-email cache lodged on his infamous laptop-from-hell — not just sexual escapades while in China, but details of big money deals made for the Biden family business. And not just that, but heaps more dirt on other prominent political figures paid off by China. As if the US government is not already in a bad odor with at least half the country’s citizens.

This Chinese spy tale is ripening at exactly the same time that the Maricopa County, AZ, election audit concludes phase one of its operations — scaring the panties off of the DNC and its PR staff at MSNBC, CNN, and the WashPo — with a lot of noises coming in from Georgia and Pennsylvania about likewise conducting vote audits. All that, plus Dong’s garbage barge of toxic political dirt, suggests that “Joe Biden” will have an even shorter run than Konstantin Chernenko did. We may find ourselves in an intense constitutional crisis by mid-summer. Hold that thought….

While all that is cooking on one front burner, we also have the case of the US equity markets burbling away at bubblicious highs on another burner, and therefore primed for a nauseating boil-over. Would a new and lethal government scandal supply the few extra therms for that? And by scandal, I mean something more like a broad loss of legitimacy and paralysis of the “Joe Biden” government. Also, how would a market train-wreck affect the credit markets? The US dollar? Whatever is left of the on-the-ground economy? Let’s just say it sure won’t act as a tonic for any of that; more like a slug of ethylene glycol. So now we’re talking about a simultaneous government crisis and financial crisis.

Now, consider what might happen in the fall if a potent new strain, or “third wave,” of Covid-19 virus wafts across America. We’ve already seen speculation in the medical media that the residual action of mRNA “vaccines,” if exposed to yet another novel coronavirus, might tend to whack-out the immune response of those who got vaxed, killing them, as well as killing a new cohort of victims among the unvaxed, adding up to many millions of dead Americans. How would the country manage any of this along with a twin crisis of economy and government? We couldn’t even manage the pandemic when our institutions were supposedly still functioning.

And now, consider what might happen if China decides this is a good time to gain control of Taiwan (and the world’s leading chip manufacturers). A savvy friend of the blog writes:

They’ll hit Taiwan, Guam, Vietnam, South Korea, Philippines, Australia. Iran would move to secure the overland route from China to Africa. The Israeli/Saudi coalition could stop Iran but only if China didn’t help Iran. (Iran/China are far ahead of us in drone swarm warfare.)

China could overrun all of it in a matter of weeks and establish a deep defensive perimeter before we could effectively respond.  More importantly they’ll hit our infrastructure so hard we’ll have a hard time hitting back effectively for years.

Last year pretty much exposed our weakness; now they’ll move to exploit it. They’ll not wait till 2030, as our fearless leaders are touting, otherwise we might have time to mend our ways. Sun Tzu dictates they act now. My bet is they follow his guidance. It is the one area they are most predictable. Xi is following The Art of War to the letter so far.”

Kind of makes you take a deep breath and say, Whoaaaa…?

Those are known unknowns, as Mr. Rumsfeld liked to say. Add to that the known known of the mega-drought that has already developed in the American West and its implications for the food supply (not to mention the electric supply from the great western dams and the water supply to the western mega-cities). And add to that the extremely bad mood the various ethnic and racial groups remain in, due to the years-long DNC-Marxist fermentation of hatred among us. It all boils down to something that looks like an American collapse. Just sayin’. Also sayin’ it might be a really good time to lay in a few extra bags of rice, dried beans, and chili powder to make it edible.

Check out what US 2-year treasury bonds did on June 18 vs. 10 and 30 year did, blowing out exactly in opposite directions. They’re recovered somewhat, but not nearly back to where they were.

Great analysis. Hopefully things wont play out as you’ve described, but as my grandmother used to say, wish in one hand….

With all this going on, we wonder why the Dem socialists and their allies want to disarm the general public, while also driving anyone who’s not a socialist revolutionary out of the armed forces?

I really wonder how the wokie bullshit is working out within the actual ranks among the soldiers.

IMO they’re tuned in to RM and her various acolytes on other channels all spouting the same bs story. My opinion still is: they are loving it! Call it TDS, call it lack of critical thinking skills, call it inability to do independent research, or… surprise me with a twist of your wit and give it a new “creative” name. In the end, they’ll likely blame the catastrophe we are living on DJT when all comes crashing down. To do otherwise would be admitting they were “had” by a bunch of grifters playing political malfeasance and medical malpractice for fun and profit. They never admit they are wrong.

There’s a Canadian connection to coronavirus too, In July 2019 two Canadian government scientists were escorted out of the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg over concerns that the two had violated security protocol and leaked valuable intelligence to the Chinese government . Of course that’s only speculation at this point because the Public Health Agency of Canada refuses to release any information on why the two individuals were escorted off the property despite calls from Opposition parties in the House of Commons to release all documents related to the firings. To make matters worse the two scientists facilitated the transfer of viruses to China’s own Wuhan Institute of Virology just before the coronavirus outbreak. No information on the whereabouts of the two individuals has been made public, That’s all we know for now but stay tuned.

      Well said, Mary.

They don’t view themselves as parasites though. They were the bosses superiorly executing a plan the whole time. Satanists delight in lying Right to your face while both gas-lighting and rubbing your nose in it. They cackle in delight (like Hillary & Kamala) in their evil.

They gather in “faggoty” Satanic Bohemian-Grove delights and together burn Care (symbolized by a giant owl) in effigy annually. They viewed us as “useless eaters” while they engineered this now dried husk.

No, TPTB are trying to extend homo sapiens sapiens shelf life by reducing its numbers to Earth’s carrying capacity, since we are now dealing with the depletion of fossil fuels (with no other feasible energy source on sight, capable of supporting the current civilizational arrangements .)
Just like slavery was, in the ancient times, the most humane and rational solution to deal with large numbers of war prisoners (not talking about slavery for strict economic reasons like the one that was largely deployed from the XV century onwards), the mass vaccination justified by the fake pandemic surely beats war as a means to reach the above mentioned goal.

          • Wizard of the Saddle June 23, 2021 at 8:15 am #

Kullervo- As terrifying as this prospect may be, it is also the one that makes the most logical sense. We’re I in their (TPTB) shoes, I’d sort of be inclined to think in similar terms.

Dramatically reducing the world’s human population through an engineered pandemic, rather than brutal warfare, not only gets the job done without overt acts of tyranny and genocide, but best of all, it largely leaves infrastructure and property assets relatively intact by NOT having various militaries wreaking vast swaths of destruction around the globe.

At least, that’s probably the theory.

But I think lots of smaller scale wars may break out anyway if sudden civilizational collapses on a regional scale are triggered by mass die-off’s and economic face-plants. We shall see.

Time for another trip to the stores to lay on more prepping supplies.

          • a kullervo June 23, 2021 at 1:15 pm #

Thank you for the thoughtful comment.

Yes, the localized war scenario and the emergence of multiple warlords will also be a part of this kind of projections.

Best of wishes with the prepping.

The USA is dust. They used it (and you) to attain their goals (established in 1717).

You were never exceptional. That’s Just something that Bad parents tell delusional children.

    • Yohannon June 21, 2021 at 12:06 pm #

You hate the Great City, Gotham, and its Civilization. But you cannot deny its exceptional size and power.

      • O.G. Hawkins June 21, 2021 at 8:32 pm #

There are cities Bigger in size. There are cities Bigger in Power.

I do not Hate but I do Believe that Americans are not exceptional (as they claim to be).

Have you ever heard a non-American call youse guys exceptional? Even once?

So … Maybe half of Americans think they are exceptional. If so, 2% of Earth’s population deems itself exceptional while the other 98% wish that Americans weren’t so delusional.

        • Socrates-Detroit June 21, 2021 at 11:24 pm #

AMERICA is exceptional. The AMERICAN government leadership is unexceptional–like every great power that has come before, ancient Athens, Rome, the Byzantine Empire, the Ottoman Empire, the British Empire, it thinks it will rule forever.

For a brief moment in time, 25-30 years ago, the USA rivaled peak Rome. Time moves faster now, so the negative parallels are happening in a more compressed time frame.

The USA was exceptionally blessed (no natural predators, aka no enemies of consequence other than Great Britain; abundant water and farmland, and oil in the first half of the oil age).

It was exceptionally prosperous, thanks the the above natural endowments coupled with a novel republican system of government that enabled society to convert those endowments to wealth with an exceptional proportion of that prosperity trickling to the hoi polloi , giving more people a higher standard than anywhere else.

It is depressing that the idealized America of my parents’ young adulthood, 1948-1962, no longer exists.

It wasn’t as good as I made it sound, but it was good. It was not fair, as we are CONSTANTLY being told–but even for the discriminatees, was there a better game on planet earth for them?

Benjamin Franklin said, “a republic, if you can keep it”. Perhaps it really never was–perhaps it was more facade than we care to admit. In any case, we could not keep it.

          That’s my blue pill comment.

          • Wizard of the Saddle June 23, 2021 at 10:38 am #

Socrates – I am in complete agreement you on this post. It was a great country in the mid-20th Century. The United States literally WAS the envy of the world at that point in time.

But that America only exists now on old newsreel films and in the memories of those who are now in their golden years of life.

It was a damn good run and a tragedy that it has all been fecklessly pissed away since 1964 by a mess of eggheads with more letters behind their names than common sense between their ears.

I would like to add a small alternative to JHKs idea that China will take Taiwan. I believe that in 1979 when James Earl Carter nullified the Mutual Defense Treaty between America and Taiwan and created the Taiwan/ America institute for economic and cultural exchange.

It was then in 1979 that China and Taiwan reached and agreement. I offer as my proofs these facts.

    1. Taiwan produces 85% of the worlds computer chips. Which means they make them for China too.

    2. Foxconn which is owned by Taiwan operates factories in mainland China and everywhere else. Coming soon to Wisconsin.

    3. All Apple products have been and are manufactured in China, and everyone else’s computers that are sold in America even to the American military.

IMHO China has already won the war without firing a shot.

    • O.G. Hawkins June 21, 2021 at 10:22 am #

I don’t know a single person who ever wanted any of that cheap Chinese crap.

We didn’t do this to ourselves, for “cheap consumer goods”.

Those sneakers and iPhones aren’t what I’d call inexpensive.

        • O.G. Hawkins June 21, 2021 at 12:22 pm #

You don’t know a single person who ever shopped at Walmart? I find that hard to Believe.

Those sneakers & iPhones are WAY less expensive made in sweat shops in China and then shipped 7,000 miles to a Walmart in Des Moines than if they were made in South Chicago.

          Think about that.

          • Beryl of Oyl June 21, 2021 at 12:59 pm #

That is not what I said and you know it.

I do not know a single person who preferred the cheap crap made in China when they could still buy the other stuff.

When Sam Walton was still in charge, Walmart had more American merchandise than many other places.

When sneakers were still made here it was possible to get quality and a reasonable price.

USPS gave China a break on shipping here, that Americans did not get to ship there.,

          • draupnir June 21, 2021 at 2:31 pm #

That’s blaming the victims for their victimization, Hawkins. Consider that our wages have not increased in over thirty years. A good third of the country would not have any stuff at all, if not for those low, low prices. I, myself, prefer to use a crappy electric chopper that I have to replace every six months or so, rather than finely chop my carrots and celery. I use it to make soda crackers into crumbs, as well. I would hand chop my veggies it cost $50, but for $10, I go for the convenience. I just bought a new one. I hope it lasts, because I’m sure I won’t be able to afford it next time around.

          • O.G. Hawkins June 21, 2021 at 8:47 pm #

I am not assigning blame. I am merely pointing out what has transpired.

America ran World-record trade deficits for 3 decades consuming Chinese shit for everyday low prices and paid for it all with IOUs (T-Bills). Now the bills are due and the consumer is pissed at the credit card company.

I Really don’t understand your disagreement, Beryl. Yes, Walmart et al migrated from American-made to China-made – that’s what we are discussing.

      • Wizard of the Saddle June 23, 2021 at 10:44 am #

O.G. – Correct, but won’t it be interesting to see what happens when the US Govt finally goes into sovereign default and tells China, “Sorry, but we’re not gonna pay because we’re broke.”

In such a scenario, China goes into an immediate economic tailspin as they are left holding trillions in worthless U.S. government debt.

If, by then, we are a second-rate military power, China threatens war. If we are not, then China sits and stews and can do nothing about it.

Perhaps the folks in charge at the DNC should think a little harder on this as they continue to meddle with the competency of our military by trying to purge it of warriors so that SJW’s can take their place in the ranks.

I seriously doubt that SJW’s will be up to the task of duking it out with the PLA landing craft on the beaches of their sacred California.

Do you have any credible evidence of this? (Chem-trails and HAARP and fairies at the bottom of the garden don’t cut it). And any reasonable theories on why anybody would seek to “geo-engineer” a Dust Bowl in the Southwest?

Lake Mead is in trouble, and therefore Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and vast areas of irrigated agriculture are also in trouble.

It is a deadly combination of long-term weather cycles, and the lack of snowpack caused by global warming. And Las Vegas heading for 110° again today.

And five states need and want more water than the Colorado River can provide – possibly forever more.

I’m going to have to agree with Tekapo here..

this drought has been created by weather change that has happened in the past. Heck whole lakes covered Nevada, a sea was in SLC, the colorado would flood the lower valley…

dams, water waste and even illegal immigrants have ate into our water supply, theirs 15 million of them in Cali….

As a surfer, we get the weather better than most, this is a change in long cycle winds, shifting of poles and other things…..

wait until these volcanoes take it up another notch, we will be worried about cold….not droughts

Why haven’t the Reds bombed the US?

What do you think all those nuclear-armed submarines and nuclear-armed B52s are out there for? And ICBM launch silos in Alaska and on various Pacific islands?

If China dropped even a single firecracker on American soil, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and a dozen other mega-cities would be turned into ashtrays. The Chinese leadership know what.

Anyway, why would China foul their own nest – the US makes them rich.

      • Wizard of the Saddle June 23, 2021 at 10:50 am #

Yes, the Chinese DO know that. Which is why they are likely working on anti-ballistic missile defenses as vigorously as the United States and Russia are.

The day will soon arrive when it will not be a certainty that most ICBM’s and SLBM’s will reach their targets.

If you are China, you may consider the loss of Guangzhou and Shanghai as “regrettable,” but if the rest of China is untouched, well, life goes on. China has people to spare.

Americans think differently. The thought of even losing one single major American city makes every one of our politicians wet their Depends adult diapers and run for the tall grass. Our culture is not as comfortable with the concept of “acceptable losses.” The Chinese culture is…….and the CCP politburo absolutely is.

My only consolation is that the cities that are being most grievously impacted are all populated by Leftwing Democrats who actually VOTED FOR the fools who govern those cities and allow the mayhem and destruction to go on and on and on.

It is a given that most of the casualties in war zones like Chicago are young, Democrat, minorities. Assuming that any of them bother to vote at all, they certainly are not likely to be GOP voters.

So, from my viewpoint, they are not harming our side, only their own. For that reason, I am rather unconcerned about what ultimately happens to NYC, Chicago, L.A., San Fran, Portland, Seattle, Denver, etc. They will get the government that they so richly deserve because THEY VOTED FOR IT

So, keep voting for it. As the cities descend into anarchy, terror, and bankruptcy, the rest of us in rural small towns throughout America will keep the American project going until the time comes for us to move back into those cities and clean up the mess left in the smoldering ruins.

I disagree with James though, that the Covid19 (if it even exists) ‘pandemic’ was that deadly. By the numbers, it was not. It was blown up by false positive cases, and by countless deaths being diagnosed as Covid19 without testing for it.

And Covid19 has not yet been isolated, so we may have been just dealing with a regular flu season, perhaps a slightly worse one than usual. We’ll never know, because the CDC and W.H.O. have done their best to muddy the waters.

The test is meaningless. If they want you to be positive, they will run it at a high cycle. And even at lower cycles, what it finds could be almost anything.

I just took a swab from my pet rock and had my doctor send it out to Abbot Labs for testing. At 45 amplifications it started to run a fever, and at 50 cycles it had full blown COVID. • ThorsHammer June 24, 2021 at 12:21 pm #

Which raises the question: The definition of “case” had always been that if a patient had been examined by a health care professional and judged to have a disease they they became a case. The CDC changed “case” to mean “tested positive on a meaningless PCR test”. Would COVID ever have qualified as a pandemic without such fraudulent testing manipulation?

    • jeff2002 June 21, 2021 at 10:25 am #

Agreed. The key to the inflated death figures was the CDC’s arbitrary change to their guidance on death certification back in March 2020, greatly broadening the criteria of what could be called a Covid death. In doing so, they apparently violated three federal laws: fed agencies must give a 60-day notice to statistical reporting changes; those changes must have a public comment period; those changes must go through peer review. CDC did none of those things.

A very dense paper on the topic concluded, “Had the CDC used the 2003 guidelines” [the standard Medical Examiners and Coroners Handbook], Covid deaths would have been “approximately 16.7 times lower than is currently being reported.”

March 2020 was when New York’s governor (and others) ordered that patients actually sick with COVID be placed back into adult care facilities, which drove up the death toll and the fear level dramatically.

He did this despite having alternatives, and despite pleading from some of the management at those facilities.

He hasn’t answered for that at all to date.

Hundreds of thousands of deaths from other reasons were included in this plandemic.

Covid deaths would have been “approximately 16.7 times lower than is currently being reported.” – jeff2002

        ===========

OK all you math wizards, let’s test the above statement. Let’s say for ease of calculation the number of Covid deaths currently being reported is 100. So if the 2003 guidelines are used then the number of Covid deaths would be 1,670 less. So (100 – 1670 = -1570). That means we’d have a negative 1,570 deaths. Is that what you’re saying jeff?

I think what you actually want to say is that the number of Covid deaths currently being reported is 16.7 times greater than the number of Covid deaths you would get if the 2003 guidelines are used. That number would be 6. (6 x 16.7 = 100)

        • jeff2002 June 21, 2021 at 4:22 pm #

I’m not “saying” anything. The quote came from a caption on pg 20 of the study linked in my post. It is not my claim, it is the claim of the authors of the study. I explicitly avoided making my own calculations, because I suck at math.

          • Q. Shtik June 21, 2021 at 8:15 pm #

Don’t get testy Jeff. I figured you posted the link because you agreed with it.

        • Islander June 21, 2021 at 5:36 pm #

          Wrong.
          It’s simpler than that.
Go to the linked article for the actual figures described by the caption quoted.

          161,392 supposed covid-19 deaths
          9,684 actual covid-19 deaths.

9,684 is what percent of 161,392?
To calculate this, divide 9,684 by 161,392.
          Answer: 0.06.
Move decimal point two positions to the right to get percent.

The phrase “16.7 times lower” is simply not correct..
The idea of 16.7 as the denominator of a fraction is absurd.
But if you want to go there, fine.
To express a fraction as a percentage, divide the numerator by the denominator. E.g., to express 1/2 as a fraction divide 1 by 2. You get .5. Move decimal point two positions to the right: 50%. Everyone can see that.

So now, to calculate what percentage 1/16.7 represents, divide 1 by 16.7.
Hey! .0.059888. Move decimal point two places to the right to express as a percent. 59.88 %. Pretty close to 6%.

          Now let’s check our work.
          What is 6% of 161,392?
          161,392 X 6% = 161,392 X .06 = 9,683. Hey, pretty close?
          See how that works?
          *Remember* how that works?
Somewhere along the line you learned how to calculate percentages. You learned that it involves division. You learned that calculating a percentage involved multiplication by a certain percent, which is a type of fraction. You learned that multiplication and division are not additive functions. “More,” “lower,” “less” express additive relationships (addition and subtraction). They do not express the results of division and multiplication.
Ergo, “16.7 times less” and 16.7 greater” is gibberish.

          • Q. Shtik June 21, 2021 at 6:29 pm #

Islander, “16.7 times less” is gibberish. “16.7 greater” is not gibberish.

        • Islander June 21, 2021 at 7:31 pm #

“Islander, “16.7 times less” is gibberish. “16.7 greater” is not gibberish.”

Yes, it is, for exactly the same reason.

          X = 16.7Y. That is multiplication.

The symbols 16Y is spoken as “sixteen times Y.”
Not “16.7 times greater than Y.”

Express your “language” math in actual math, and let’s see what “16.7 times greater than” looks like.
“greater than” is going to be a plus (+) sign. Not a multiplication (x “times”) sign.

          “greater than” is not multiplication.

Surely you understand that “less than” and “more than” are basically the same thing.
It just depends on whether you add a positive or a negative number. But adding and subtracting are the not the same as multiplying.

          End of story.

Yes and it’s the CDC’s own numbers that reveal the truth. That even with inflated numbers, they couldn’t fake more deaths than 0.27% or so (population fatality rate).

          Mary

The answer is very simple. It’s called Vaccine Brain. It affects all those “vaccinated” with mRNA gene therapy shots.. The modality is as follows: The enhanced spike protein from the injection site travels throughout the body in the blood stream, causing blood clots and miscarriages along the way. When it reaches the blood/brain barrier it passes directly through causing inflammation’ .It was also specially engineered like a heat seeking missile to attack all the regions of the brain responsible for logic. In this way formerly humanoid bipeds are turned into sheeple.

Simple enough question – but never an answer.

There are simple answers. The mortality rate generally might be low (thank goodness), but among people over 70 – and especially over 80 – the death rate climbs very significantly, often because people in that cohort have other issues.

People do not like seeing their parents or grandparents dying in such a manner, but they also don’t like being unable to visit with them at home either. Governments prefer not to upset voters, and had to “do something”.

The drama is caused by several factors: (a) the virus is virulent – very easily spread by the most fleeting of contact, (b) people have it but don’t know it, especially the young, (c) even if you are asymptomatic you can still transmit it, and (d) even if you do get sick with it, you might have been most infectious in the several days before of the onset of symptoms.

For all these reasons, governments and health offices realised that the virus was likely to stay endemic, and kill or hospitalise a lot of people per year, until herd immunity was achieved. So the race was on to develop vaccines so as to prevent huge numbers of deaths.

There is nothing particularly unusual about this – inoculation / vaccination has been effective for more than two centuries, and particularly over the last 70 years.

Millions of baby-boomers are alive today because of the vaccinations they have received.

          • abbybwood June 21, 2021 at 2:19 pm #

I am a boomer and I am alive today by the grace of God AND the fact I caught all my “usual childhood diseases” and my T-cells developed life-long immunity to those diseases (mumps, measles, chicken pox).

Back in the ‘50s I was about seven and caught the mumps. My mom called our family doctor who lived a few doors up the street. He had two boys my age and he said, “Great! I’ll send John and Gregg right over to play!”

He did and they got it and it was all good.

Back in the ‘50s I was about seven and caught the mumps.

I contracted mumps as a teenager, and it was extremely unpleasant. I also contracted polio, but because I had taken the vaccine, it was only unpleasant – but a mildish and not paralytic event.

Very hard to transmit if you are asymptomatic. This is a myth that has been foisted on us by “The Science.” It has caused untold suffering.

            Not a myth:

Now, evidence suggests that about one in five infected people will experience no symptoms, and they will transmit the virus to significantly fewer people than someone with symptoms. But researchers are divided about whether asymptomatic infections are acting as a ‘silent driver’ of the pandemic.

Although there is a growing understanding of asymptomatic infections, researchers say that people should continue to use measures to reduce viral spread, including social distancing and wearing masks, regardless of whether they have symptoms.

Nature (November 2020) – and since then data has supported the view that asymptomatic people can in fact spread the virus. In fact some pandemic patters demonstrate that it “must” have happened.

If asymptomatic sufferers were found overwhelmingly not to spread the virus, then the whole testing / isolation regime would be different.

          • Pat Ormsby June 23, 2021 at 2:33 am #

I would be more inclined to believe this nonsense if the government had been open to all ideas on how to treat COVID-19. The minute word of a novel viral epidemic got out, lots of people in many countries got busy finding protocols for treating it. There was lots of information on vitamins C and D and other nutrients, plus antibiotics etc. Research in the US, Russia and China came to my attention, and I implored my representatives to allow that information to reach the public, but it was all suppressed and the only course of treatment being allowed where I live (in Japan) was Remdesivir, until that proved useless. They would not even allow a new drug from a Japanese company to be tested. (I think some doctors here are quietly treating COVID by their own protocols without drawing attention to themselves.) In the US people were being placed on ventilators even after that was shown to be harming the patients more than helping. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe what happened. Meanwhile the hype for the hastily developed vaccines started up.
A few of weeks ago, Japan had a declining case count, but was put under economic pressure (economic downrating and characterization as dangerous to travel to) to push the vaccine as the only hope–and that is what they have done since. Wall to wall propaganda on the TV. The mass vaccination of the general public has started, and at the same time the case count has started climbing again.
I know no one who has caught the virus, much less died from it here, but many have died from other causes, some of them in inhumane isolation. Wanna help granny? Here sign up as a guinea pig!
            Vaccine fuggedabowdit? Huh! Vaccine godahell!

        • Night Owl June 21, 2021 at 2:22 pm #

I would say the non-answer is an answer. The purpose of the “vaccine” is not what we are told.

There is no other logical reason at present, given the data available.

          • draupnir June 21, 2021 at 2:53 pm #

It has little to do with Covid, and much to do with the lipid nanoparticles and hydrogel. I understand Bill Gates and Mastercard, along with another entity, whom I can’t recall, is working in Western Africa to develop a system whereby all of your medical information and financial information and really everything about your life, can now be stored in your body, and your body will be communicating with any electronic device in your vicinity. Their goal is transhumanism. It is intended that humans be hooked up to the internet of everything ASAP. Think of the control possible in that situation. Those of us who have refused having such things injected into our body will be completely cut off from anything.

          • Night Owl June 21, 2021 at 3:31 pm #

            Yes, Draup.

I have brought this up many times. It is the ID2020 project.

I edited documents here in Europe on the Euro ID that just came out.

This has been planned for well over a decade and the Covid Hoax is the vehicle for it.

          • draupnir June 21, 2021 at 5:15 pm #

Yes, but there are intimations of thought control and such things as pre-crime policing, like in the movie The Minority Report. No wonder Kllaus Schwab says we will own nothing and be happy. Unhappiness will not be an option.

This has been planned for well over a decade and the Covid Hoax is the vehicle for it.

Actually, this has been planned for over a decade and was therefore available once the reality of a serious world-wide pandemic emerged. That’s why smart people plan ahead, get prepared.

            No conspiracy theory required.

MaryQueen: Exactly. I know from personal experience that the numbers were vastly exaggerated. In the UK, if you die of ANY cause within 28 days of a China flu test, you are counted as a Covid death. And as for the side effects of the “vaccine”, all this was entirely predictable and being screamed from the rooftops by people like me and many others. Taking an experimental, unapproved genetic intervention of which we have no idea at all what the long term effects are for a flu virus that 99.98% survive is an act of incredible stupidity.

      • abbybwood June 21, 2021 at 2:22 pm #

No wonder all the Big Pharma criminals have been given release from liability by the government!

      • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 10:44 pm #

People who died in car wrecks or from cancer were counted as COVID19, and the hospital would get $39K for killing someone on a ventilator… they did that. They drugged them up and hooked them up to ventilators, without proper supervision. Erin Olszewski documented it, and was attacked for it.

    • Disaffected June 21, 2021 at 11:42 am #

I’m a helluva lot moire afraid of their phony vax now than I ever was of the “disease.” Accordingly, no more flu vaxes for me anymore either, as they now have cover to put anything they want in those too. And Covid19 has not yet been isolated

The SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes Covid-18 has been thoroughly isolated. It comes from a different family to the H1N1 influenza viruses.

Not only has this novel coronavirus been well isolated, its genome has been repeatedly mapped, and the various mutations (Alpha, Delta, Kappa) can be identified via a genomic test within hours, if not minutes.

We know a lot about this virus – and it’s not just a bad flu.

      • SW June 21, 2021 at 6:09 pm #

You’re right — it’s a very serious and deadly virus. The chain of infection and animal reservoir was identified within about 8 months. The Chinese and the Canadians did a good job containing it.

      • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 10:45 pm #

        Nope it has not.

        Sorry.

    • JohnAZ June 21, 2021 at 2:13 pm #

      You are right, mostly.

In the heavily populated New York area, it hit hard and was totally mismanaged. Ding dong Cuomo. Made a circus out of it, made a mockery of Trump’s attempts to help, sent the most susceptible folks into arenas where they just spread it around, refused to use a quarantine ship, wrote a book about how wonderful he was. Finally now, the truth is emerging.

The virus is real and has been isolated. Where do you think the template for the engineered spike protein came from? The real problem Is the blockage of info showing it to be much more transmittable, but less damaging in situ in most age groups. Old folks like me needed to isolate and be treated with the drugs IDed to be effective. Masks only blocked outflow of people that were infected, worthless otherwise. At the surge peaks, masks helped slow things but at low incidence not much. Separation from strangers, not a bad idea anytime.

The vaccine is effective, but dangerous to susceptible folks. Should have been jabbed for people in high risk jobs, and over 70 folks. They sit back and wait. Oh no. Government control anyone.

My goal is to avoid all viruses as much as possible. To me, with RN training, avoidance is the key. Nursing training says to avoid contact with every stranger, and to treat all strangers as if they are infected. That defensive culture arose during the AIDS outbreak. It scared the hell out of a lot of people.

Everyone wants to climb the intersectionality ladder. The easiest way for a White person is to declare themselves a tranny. Another way would be to tan the skin get a perm & declare herself a black but that didn’t work so well for Rachel Dolezal so the tranny route is more certain. You could also gain 500 lbs, or have your legs shortened through surgery & become a midget but that would be a lot of effort & you wouldn’t climb the ladder that high (no pun intended). The best way is to go the tranny route I’m thinking.

Tokyo Olympics: Kiwi weightlifter Laurel Hubbard to become first transgender athlete to compete at the Games

Kiwi weightlifter Laurel Hubbard will make history at the Tokyo Olympics by becoming the first transgender athlete to compete at the Games.

Hubbard has been named among five weightlifting athletes selected to the New Zealand Team.

Hubbard, who won silver at the 2017 world championships and represented New Zealand at the 2018 Commonwealth Games before suffering a serious injury in competition, will likely become the first transgender athlete to compete at the Olympics.
While she will be the oldest weightlifter at the Games, she will also be a genuine medal hopeful with her qualifying lifts ranking her at fourth out of the 14 qualifiers in the 87kg-plus category.

Men just couldn’t let women have their own sports. They want it all. Can’t compete against other men? Just put on a wig and start beating women.

Literally beating women – as in physical assault, in some cases. Such as Fallon Fox, dude in lipstick who fractured a woman’s skull in the ring.

        • Yohannon June 21, 2021 at 12:24 pm #

Agreed. Feminists should have respected men’s space. Not doing so helped weaken the all important Wall between sexes. They sowed the Wind and reap the Whirl Wind.

          • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 2:39 pm #

Bullshit. We were minding our own business in our own sports category, and mentally ill men just had to find a way to take it over.

Every men’s club has been desegregated. The attack against men has been relentless. You’re trying to have it both ways – whether you know it or not.

I have to agree with you on that. They wanted it all, & that’s exactly what they got.

          • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 10:51 pm #

I’m not, I have no interest in men’s clubs. That’s a fringe group of women. Not even representative of most.

Most women want men the hell out of our business.

          • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 10:55 pm #

Tate, what does that even mean?

Women trying to get into men’s only clubs (I’ve heard of a handful of this, so it’s not really a thing) has absolutely NOTHING to do with women deciding to create their own sports teams. To call this ‘turnabout’ is bullshit. If women were trying to play professional football or high school basketball with the boy’s team that would be one thing. They aren’t.

So, stop with the straw man b.s. and conflation.

Are you on the side of the trannies? Maybe that’s it. I find that lots of men love the trans agenda because it gives them social credit for misogynist behavior. The more you belittle strong women who don’t give a flip about you, the more cheering you get from the peanut gallery of angry incels.

          • Tate June 22, 2021 at 12:06 am #

No, I don’t like the trannies. But they are kind of amusing, especially in viral videos where you can view them remotely. One time I sparred with one. It was in a martial arts seminar. It had big knockers, I’ll say that much.

True dat the girls don’t go into men’s league sports, but hold on there Mary… Some have done so where they think they can get away with it, such as punter or field goal kicker. Otherwise, they stay away for the simple reason they know they’d get their sweet ass clobbered.

And what about Rotary? Used to be men’s only. Now it’s been taken over by women. Which is okay, but it was originally meant for male business leaders to develop their charitable spirit. Now the hens have practically squeezed them out, & nothing off-color or in any way non-Woke can be heard. Have you heard anything about that organization in San Francisco, forget the name, where the men go out in the woods & run around naked (probably bugger each other) & then worship some owl idol? I wonder if that’s been “colonized” yet.

          • Tate June 22, 2021 at 12:08 am #

Now I remember another fact about it. It was the one Alex Jones infiltrated. He got some video of them gathered around the Owl idol reciting mumbo-jumbo.

I have met Laurel Hubbard on several occasions and and am a personal friend of her first lifting coach, when she was in the early teens.

Her family is a staid Christian one, her father being a large employer in health-focused breakfast grains and was also mayor of Auckland from 2004-2007.

Laurel herself is committed Christian, O.G. Hawkins, and a gentle soul. Have you no Christian compassion? Agape? Caritas? Or are you just a misogynistic blowhard?

        • SW June 21, 2021 at 8:37 pm #

Laurel Hubbard may have all of the qualities you describe but it does not change the fact that she is a male. “Believing” you’re female and changing secondary sex characteristics with hormones and surgery may be personally satisfying but it does not in the least change her athletic advantage when competing with females. She is not competing in the Olympics as a committed Christian but as a weight lifter.

I have compassion for “her” as a mentally ill individual. It’s awkward to tell someone who is rational in other respects that they are mentally ill & need help. We used to talk about Enablers for alcoholism & so forth but now the entire multi-colored victim class has to be pampered & “enabled” in their madness.

I worked in a psych hospital during the Repressed Memories and Satanic Cult Victims craze was sweeping the nation. It did a lot of damage to individuals and their families but was quite the financial bonanza to doctors, therapists, inpatient hospitals and other providers who cashed in while insurance paid the costs. This trans-(epidemic? movement?– not sure what to call it) has quite a bit in common with it IMO. Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act guarantee coverage, plenty of money is being made by the same “professionals.”

I have compassion too for the mentally ill and for these girls and boys who are being encouraged and exploited to believe in a diagnosis that has far ranging medical impacts. Girls who have abandoned the transgender movement describe it as a cult and I believe them . There are people who are trying to sound the alarm about this mass delusion but, as you know, have their entire career and reputation on the line.

“Laurel” is a “he”. Doesn’t matter whether you know him or not.

          Men can’t ‘become’ women.

He is helping to destroy women’s sport, and women’s opportunities.

I don’t care if he’s your friend. He should compete with the men. Only a cowardly man will only compete with women.

When you have a moment, research what sexual dimorphism is.

It’s the reason women and men’s sport is separate.

      • jgalt June 22, 2021 at 4:38 pm #

He, she, it, competed for a long time as a man, without success. Doing much better as a woman (?) If they insist on maintaining the nonsensical gender changing, then I for one am looking forward to the National Womens Soccer team being dominated by trans, and the cry baby women banished to the cheap seats, especially the little loud mouth with the purple hair hired by Victoria’s Secret.

I am not shocked. These people seek to pervert and destroy all institutions that promote excellence. It was inevitable that the Olympics and eventually all other sports would be assaulted with the Trans nuttiness until they become laughing stocks and are completely discredited.

In my battle with the trans agenda during the past 3 years, I have figured out that:

Trans agenda = Men’s RIghts Activists = Antifa

They all hate women, they all use their agenda to do the maximum harm to women. All pretend to be victims while doing maximum harm, all are allowed free rein because poor widdle men.

Speaking of lingerie, if anybody has in mind purchasing any Victoria’s Secret merchandise, better stock up before they go out of business.

I had heard that they replaced their ‘angels’ with Megan Rapinoe and some fat broads, but no.

They are making up for their social sins by coming out with a diversity squad of women of achievement or something.

Meanwhile real women are losing Olympic slots to men with testosterone in the low normal range, but wokeness now means you can’t just be an underwear model, you have to be an underwear model of distinction.

Being non-white counts as an achievement too, apparently.

A long time ago, Victoria’s Secret had beautiful, well made items. I splurged on a couple silk things back then.

I forget exactly when it changed, but it was after Les Wexner bought it, I think. Now that I know about his relationship with Epstein, I won’t spend a dime at any of his stores.

Jim forgot the Lie Down movement that is occurring right here at home. I see help wanted signs everywhere and promises of $10 but it doesn’t seem to be working. Why would anyone go to work for that when being on the dole pays more. After all, the people have had a taste of leisure and they are not going to go back to their service jobs unless starvation forces them to.

    • Beryl of Oyl June 21, 2021 at 10:44 am #

There is more to it than that, because businesses that never shut down during the pandemic are now shorthanded.

I was in Walmart over the weekend, and they were very low on workers, compared to where they used to be.

They also had a dearth of places you could pay with cash.

Someone told me that workers are quitting because they are having their hours cut, and being expected to do the same amount of work previously done by three people.

American capitalism is like stomach acid. While beneficial in digesting your nourishment, it burns in excrutiating pain as the stomach lining ulcers and gapes from chronic worry.

      • elysianfield June 21, 2021 at 12:17 pm #

        Beryl,
A local Taco Bell is advertising starting wages of $14.00 per hour. I would suggest that that wage, with the benefit of free day-old Taco Bell offerings would be a hell of an incentive. (Except for the chronic explosive diarrhea, of course).

        • Beryl of Oyl June 21, 2021 at 12:27 pm #

I think for some part-timers, there’a an issue of hours scheduled versus “availability”.

      • NickelthroweR June 21, 2021 at 12:30 pm #

        Greetings,

Yeah, it is going to be hard to pay workers the $$ that Uncle Sam is demanding and also pay benefits. The only way to pay someone at Walmart $12 to $15 per hour is to keep them at 25 hours per week so that they do not have to provide healthcare or other benefits.

Again, people have had more than a year of not having to pay rent while being paid more to stay home and binge-watch Netflix. Going back to work at Taco Bell or Walmart for half of what you made on the dole so that you can have your schedule entirely ruined so as to have 25 hours of “work” isn’t going to fly anymore.

Also, we have a shortage now of drivers. For more than a year, no new drivers were trained and licensed. I’ve heard anecdotally that many drivers at or near retirement have decided that enough is enough. Why drive into the megacities when those places are now lawless?

Fuel costs are up over 50% and transportation costs are up by 300%. The metals used in everything from packaging to cars is up over 300% and now they want to raise the minimum wage by 100%.

Small business is nearly finished for good.

          • Pat Ormsby June 23, 2021 at 2:58 am #

Hikikomori, and it is both sexes and all ages, but it is the young men that relatives get distressed about. There was a sudden leap in it in 1996 or so, coinciding with the widespread introduction of cell phone systems. I met one. We took him to Siberia to work on a farm with sunshine, clean air and water, unpolluted food, one summer, and he started to recover, but back home again, he relapsed.

I actually think that part of the “gift” checks might be to destroy the Social Security system. The govt has already “borrowed” from the SS fund up the hilt. That money is just one more pile of $$$ that is never going to be paid back to American citizens.

Dollar for dollar, Rebel bucks are now worth more than Yankee bucks. No Bull. Just check the Confederate currency dealers like Pierre Fricke on the Internet and you’ll see what I mean. Some of those 1861 Montgomery notes sell for over $60,000 at auction.

Amazed at the complete lack of critical thinking skills of people such to allow their kids to be vaxed with an experimental gene therapy not knowing the long term effects. Especially since there was never any risk for anyone under the age of 20. The entire risk assessment is completely skewed. You only vaccinate when there is an accute risk of death from the disease such as tetanus which has a greater than 50% chance of death. It therefore makes sense to vaccinate for tetanus and not for a virus that kills 0.05% of the population. Perhaps Dr Michael Yeadon was correct in that the true motivation here is depopulation. Seems so strange to see mothers proudly posting their 13 year old kids being vaxed on fakebook without ever knowing the potential consequences.

    • Beryl of Oyl June 21, 2021 at 10:39 am #

The media tries to use the allover risk from COVID as the measure of the vaccine’s worth, when you really have to look at the risk to the young from getting the disease versus getting an “emergency” vaccine.

For some reason the Teacher’s union is very invested in denanding that small children be vaccinated.

Is it just so no one will notice that they shut down the schools and robbed us of our tax dollars while also robbing American kids of their education?

Some are all in for the Jonestown-style virus cult.

Others are straight up America haters after years of indoctrination.

Some are a blend of these and other attitudes.

          • Anthea June 21, 2021 at 2:04 pm #

You make an interesting point. I wonder approximately what percentage of kids can be educated “past a little bit of reading, writing, and ‘rithmetic”? Since this has never been tried on any significant scale, it could be more than you think.

There should be class action lawsuits in every state/county where schools are closed, masks and vaccines are “mandatory”.

All these parents should be demanding money from the school systems to develop at home learning or to join with other parents to form their own schools with the curriculum of their choice.

They have been groomed and institutionalized to blindly trust authority. I watched how TDS made them go from being skeptical about the intel agencies and people in charge to adoring them and acting as if they are superheroes. Even the war criminals!

        • Yohannon June 21, 2021 at 12:47 pm #

Yes, the mind works largely by association and reaction to like/dislike or in group vs out group.

That’s not thinking but it’s all many do in a politically charged environment. And that’s the smart people. Regular folks, IQ’s in the 90’s? They never think much at all.

In extreme cases, this bleeds over into other areas of life. Thus agriculture became politicized in the Soviet Union, leading to famine. In America, all aspects of human identity are now politicized.

I work with a number of laboratory scientists and found that oddly enough, we all independently came to the same conclusion that the vax could have dire consequences down the road. None of us are vaxed and therefore are required to wear masks at work despite numerous studies indicating masks are useless in preventing transmission. Nonetheless, we wear them to maintain employment. The company is offering up all sorts of 1 day vacation incentives to encourage employees to take the jab. It’s beginning to look like some twisted IQ test to see who “wins” the golden ticket.

        • Hereward the Woke June 21, 2021 at 5:06 pm #

Yock: sounds horrible for you, and I hope this madness ends soon. Dr Neil Orr, a British medic, proved back in the early 80s that masks don’t even work in operating theaters. What’s slightly terrifying is nearly every doctor and nurse handing out the jabs knows the real nature of them. That means they are breaking their Hippocratic Oath and are opening themselves up – in a sane world at least – to prosecution under the Nuremburg Code. It’s like a zombie movie where everyone you trusted and respected turns out to be one of THEM!

I think that a great many of the people we view as “intelligent” are not so at all, but rather they are people of–at best–very average intelligence. They may be personable in a go-along/get-along kind of way. They may have gotten good grades in dumbed-down schools, due to agreeability and a willingness to internalize and repeat canned answers to canned questions on tests. They may have gotten good jobs due to these same abilities, combined with conformity, stupidity, and pliancy. Often they rank rather high on the scale of such social skills as the above qualities (I will not call them attainments) require.

I have the impression that really intelligent and capable people are screened out of many job opportunities.

Because of the above apparent “accomplishments,” many of us assumed they were intelligent. I think it is likely that, in terms of IQ, they make up that rather large group of people who score around 90-100; educable, where education is mostly a matter of agreeability to any nonsense that is put before them, but probably not really educable in any more advanced sense–in, say, math or the sciences, or in subjects that require critical thinking for deep comprehension.

I think what’s happened to our perceptions is that we were never before aware of just how stupid the average person is–or how of how common it is for this very stupid average person to have acquired the outward trappings of intelligence: a BA degree, a professional position, and a suit and tie.

It’s never been clearer than right now. There is the mind and there is the mass mind. Mostly, the mass mind is relatively harmless, entertaining even. But occasionally, the mass mind is quite dangerous and even life-threatening.

            careful, there!

That is what I thought too. Until yesterday. It appears that Vladimir Vladimirovich IS playing ball ball with the globalists.

According to Konstantine (YT, Letters to King), Moscow Mayor has rolled out new mandatory ‘vaccination’ requirements for all employers and has selectively shut down SMEs in the city. This directive has been subsequently adopted by many provincial capitals. As Moscow goes, so goes the FSU.

I am crying inside. I once thought Russia would be the last free place on earth but apparently Kremlin leadership is neither patriotic nor do they care about their people.

Sure, you might point out that Sputnik V is an attenuated adenovirus vector type ‘vaccine’ and therefore safer than this mRNA time-bomb technology, but who knows?

As Night Owl*, Mary [V and Queen], et al have pointed out, it is not about the plandemic, a purported ‘remedy’ for same, or public health writ large.

It is about control, plain and simple.

The solution? Local action as described by a recent and sorely missed commenter on these pages who went by the name of K**.

*thanks; eternally indebted to you for the heads-up re: Corona Anschuss. The RFK, Jr. episode blew my mind, likewise the interview with Ms. Austin Fitts. NB the expressions on the faces of the Germans (some EXTREMELY serious people). That alone to me said it all.

          • Pat Ormsby June 23, 2021 at 6:51 am #

VVPutin plays along to get along, but he does face a lot of criticism for trying too hard to get along with the globalists. This news is a very big disappointment. I have encountered no information on adverse events from Sputnik V, but I have heard that those who have taken it apparently churn out more virulent varieties of the virus, causing more trouble for those who have refused it thus far. That was one possible outcome the vaccinologists were warning about, and I can only pray that the vaccinated fare okay this fall when seasonal cold viruses start multiplying.

        CJ Hopkins, from yesterday:

“..You can show the New Normals the facts all you like. You can show them the fake photos of people dead in the streets in China in March of 2020. You can show them the fake projected death rates. You can explain how the fake PCR tests work, how healthy people were deemed medical “cases.” You can show them all the studies on the ineffectiveness of masks. You can explain the fake “hospitalization” and “death” figures, send them articles about the unused “emergency hospitals,” the unremarkable age-and-population-adjusted death rates, cite the survival rates for people under 70, the dangers and pointlessness of “vaccinating” children. None of this will make the slightest difference.

        and (especially)

“..I could go on, and I’m sure I will as the “New Normal” ideology becomes our new “reality” over the course of the next several years. My point, at the moment, is … this isn’t an argument. The global-capitalist ruling classes, government leaders, the corporate media, and the New Normal masses they have instrumentalized >> are not debating with us. They know the facts. They know the facts contradict their narratives. << They do not care. They do not have to. Because this isn’t about facts. It’s about power.."

Exactly. Here in Switzerland me and thousands of others have spent the last month campaigning to get the good burghers to vote “Non/Nein” to 2 horrible new laws that extend the China flu “emergency” to…..2031 and give the law and order forces power to basically arrest anyone who they feel could be a threat to the State. We had some fantastic material printed and distributed – all the key data laid out in simple terms, all backed up by sources – yet I will remember for a long time the moronic expression on even highly intelligent people’s faces when you try to reason with them. We might have been speaking Serbo-Croat for all the good it did. Both votes passed but we are challenging them because the government failed to mention key and very nasty clauses in the voting campaign about vaccine passports and digital tracking.

Thanks for all that, HtW. From Sweden, on a slightly different front of this long-term elite project:

“..From reimagining its viking warriors as “transgender” to hanging homosexual art in its churches, to declaring its own history “copied,” Swedish society has apparently committed itself to a full-throttle woke makeover in recent years. The Swedish National Museum in Stockholm is no different..”

Thanks B7. I’ve arrived at the same conclusion from fifteen months of observation and chatting to people. There is only a small percentage of people (<5%) cognisant of what's going on and who are prepared to question it or at least feel passionate about it.

The rest? A roll of the eyes, a shrug of the shoulders, a blank look. They're not interested. Pure apathy. I could do all of those things CJH talks about above and it's true, it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't register anywhere in the brain. It's like they are hypnotised.

I've given up. I've gone from contrarian to misanthrope. I'm not even arsed about Brexit any more. I wouldn't even care if they reversed the referendum result tomorrow.

          • GreenAlba June 22, 2021 at 10:20 am #

            Slugoon

I’m going to do you a favour here and turn you back into a contrarian AND make you be arsed about Brexit again – by simple provocation.

As I warned 5 years ago, our farmers are about to have their livelihoods put in jeopardy – not to mention having to watch a strategic sector be treated as if long-term food security isn’t even a thing – by seeing tariff-free cheap meat imports come in from Australia (and eventually the US, most likely), with virtually no benefit to the UK economy even by the government’s own figures.

This assault on sanity cannot be borne unless it is for some good reason. So you have to keep believing in the good reason, because our fishermen are having a shit time too. And our already-decimated steel industry will soon wave farewell, also thanks to cheap imports, leaving us fully gelded as an industrial nation.

I won’t dwell on the other point that arch-Brexiter What’s-His-Name who runs Wetherspoon’s can’t get staff (ahahahaha – sorry!) because 1 million EU citizens went home during Covid and aren’t coming back – and if pub prices go up to get young Brits to step up, people will just increase the amount of booze they buy at the supermarket and drink at home instead …

Have I got your back up yet and brought you back from the pointless abyss of misanthropy and can’t-be-arsed-ness?

Think of those poor farmers having to get by on enticing the public in to pay £30 to walk an alpaca, and buy an ice-cream made from Daisy’s milk while they’re there. Don’t let it be for nothing.

          • Slugoon June 22, 2021 at 3:25 pm #

A sterling effort, Alba! Close… but no cheroot!

Back in 2016 I had strong convictions of what constituted our nation, our farmers, our fishermen, our steel industry etc. but what I have come to realise after four years of politicians (and half the population) trying to overturn and neuter the referendum, and now observing events of the past fifteen months, is that there is no ‘our’.

Obviously I’ve exhausted all my Brexit arguments on here already. I’m not sure whether Tim Martin’s biggest problem is his staffing issue or the fact that his pubs have been forced to close for a year. If in doubt though, let’s just blame Brexit. Honestly, I am beyond caring. If anyone has a problem with the fallout they can take it up with the politicians who squandered the opportunity.

The self-proclaimed libertarian in #10 can carry on acting like a tinpot dictator, the flag-hating national broadcaster can carry on peddling 24/7 emotional fear porn and refuse to put any facts into context, the blacks can carry on stabbing themselves senseless in London, the Police can concentrate on hate speech, LBGT flags and and their latest TikTok dancing videos, the feminists can embark upon their new war with the transgenders, the BLM mob can continue smashing shit up to keep themselves higher up the victim chart than the feminists or the transvestites, the EU apparatchiks can carry on waving their dicks around and my fellow Brits, that have just spent fifteen months wandering around in a fugue state, can continue to do so while showing off their designer masks on Facebook or tweeting about how proud they were that their child died of a vaccine “to help others”.

Meanwhile, I’ve got two weeks off work and the weather is good. Time to load up some Ilford Pan F and enjoy the green and pleasant lands!

Some are saying the vaccines are the coup de grace. The survivors will be an automaton society of stupefied drones. The controllers will turn on each other after that. What happens to those of us who have managed to escape the net so far?
The late former Soviet social scientist Andrew Lobaczewski, author of Political Ponerology, said that when the psychopathic take control, they first sell everyone a dream of a society which looks nice at first but in fact is ideal for psychopaths. As they implement it, society wakes up, and their own incompetence leads to their downfall. Unfortunately, the psychopaths may have learned from Lobacewski what they need to do to avert that. Say they manage effectively to eliminate you and me. When their big egos are not satisfied with that, they turn on each other. Lobaczewski said the only way to deal with a psychopathic-led society is as little as humanly possible. By trying to fight them, you only strengthen them. Go under the radar any way you can. Disengage as much as possible. Feign ignorance.

I have started wondering, if the recent worship of the “trans” and alphabet people (Dave Chappelle’s phrase), isn’t to keep people from taking a good hard look at the hot mess they’ve become, and wondering why?

I saw an ad from LL Bean, I think it was, paying tribute to the LGBTQ crowd, a if they are a race and not individuals, and I couldn’t help but notice, not for for first time, how being not just overweight and out of shape, but horribly so, seems to have become an important part of that movement.

Except for many of the gay males of course.

I see young people, even when slender. still with no muscle tone, pot bellies, and pasty complexions.

I think a low fat diet with plenty of processed, starchy foods and GMO soy will do that to you.

Since that’s what TPTB want us all to eat, it’s natural for the MSM to push the idea that a healthy person is supposed to look like that.

I keep hearing that lo vitamin D isa factor when many people get very sick with the COVIS, as well as obesity.

People forget that you get vitamin D from diet, not just sun exposure.

I knew a woman who had a problem with low vitamin D levels, and it couldn’t be blamed on lack of sun, as she went out for a walk every single day at high noon.

Her doctor told her she had an absorption problem. What he didn’t say is that the “healthy” low fat diet she and her husband followed to the letter, puts you at risk of low vitamin D levels.

          Paleo

Think what the Hunter gatherer Man was eating while he evolved his omnivorous digestive system.

Eat lots of roots, berries and vegetables and getting a mammoth every once in a while.

Our satiety center triggers on fats, but not carbs. Low fat, high carb diets mean you are hungry forever.

A study a long time ago in Framingham, Mass. showed that people on low fat, low cholesterol diets did not have heart disease like high fat diets. The low fat diet started.

Another study in Scandinavia showed that a village that ate little but fish had no heart disease. From this, Omega 3 good fats was born. Various studies on the Asian diets centered on fish supported this.

Another find was that folks in Italy have very low rates of heart disease. Investigation gave us the Mediterranean diet and emphasis on antioxidants. This led into belief that heart disease was a function of inflammation even more than fats.

Inflammation in increased by high intakes of certain carbs, especially sugars.

It is boring but the paleo or South Beach diets seem to match what was going on long ago. South Beach has successfully treated diabetes 2.

BTW, Y, the food corporation network has hooked generations on really bad diets. Good tasting stuff is comprised of sugar, salt and fat adders to make them more palatable. Want to know what has caused the Diabetes surge?

One more, cardiology discovered in the late nineties that the prime cause of heart disease, especially infractions was inflammation. Think about that relative to the Covid immune overreaction.

It’s interesting to note that many of the most-consumed vegetables, the ones in every supermarket, are high-oxalate – chard, spinach, beet greens, etc. And that many “vegans” are blending these raw and drinking them in “smoothies”. I think if you add calcium and vitamin D supplements and carbonated water (or other carbonated drinks) to that, it’s a literal recipe for oxalate kidney stones.

The low-oxalate vegetables that are more common in, for example,
Chinese markets now – bok choy, broccoli, cabbage (round & napa), kobocha, sprouts, watercress, cauliflower, etc, are far better options.
And yes, cooking and draining is a good practice
Uric acid kidney stones have a different set of causes, which can include lead exposure.

Everyone needs to supplement Vit. D. I lived in CA and still tested for low levels a few years back, so I take about 2400 IUs daily now.

Yes I agree with the youth. Part of that pasty and doughy out of shape thing is that they sit in front of video games all the time or spend their time on their phones. Screen time all day all night.

      So unhealthy.

And the trans agenda was to get us to believe that we can be born in the wrong body, and accept all sorts of frankenstein surgeries to ‘correct’ it. It is insane, but they needed this mindset to become accepted in order to move it into transhumanism. It’s all connected.

    • Yohannon June 21, 2021 at 12:50 pm #

In shape people look more like the actual sex they are. Could that be a factor? Fat helps in the production of estrogen, feminizing men. And fat women aren’t attractive, thus many stop trying to be feminine and/or turn to each other.

Although strong and in excellent health, recently I’ve had feelings of knowing I’m a short-timer. Had a dream where a girl beckoned me close so she could whisper something to me.

Not a witch, but some kind of shaman – when I leaned in, she said, “You know you only have two years to live”. Wasn’t surprised at all – she was telling me something I already knew – I said, “I know.” Nothing scary or unsettling – just made me try to reprioritize a few things.

Hope the transition was relatively smooth and that you’re getting settled in on the new farm. The singular focus now will help. I’ll touch base in the next few months, thru The Avocado Grove.

Amman – I was born (1960) & raised in SFL. Left in 2000. Have no interest in ever going back. The better question is, “What’s not wrong with S FLORIDA?”.

If you happen to be there – it’s been self-destructing for years and the that will accelerate in the near term, if not over night, under the right circumstances.

Nothing there is self-sustainable anymore. When the bough breaks, there will be no getting out.

        • Rulo Deschamps June 22, 2021 at 5:54 pm #

Ron, death is irrelevant. I’ve considered myself dead many times and yet here I am. U speak of a shaman. In my experience, a shaman or a mushroom’s first message is “you are dead. Now what do u do w every minute.”
Help others is what. One’s own first. Wife, children, family, dear (scarce) friends. Then one’s wider community. Teach what u know, plant the trees, set up a self sustaining system that can feed them.
The dream may have been prophetic, or not, only therapeutic. The brain heals itself in rem sleep, the body in heavy dreamless sleep. A way to heal the brain is to confront its fears. Death. And not b afraid, thus overcoming that block.
Yes, I hope to meet yr clan in a while. I’m working long days setting up poultry, rabbit quarters, tools, sweat, seeds, a fall planting, wells, housing. Will visit St Johns Co & expect to host u in Suwannee Co. Soon but not too soon.
          Cheers!

might be a really good time to lay in a few extra bags of rice, dried beans, and chili powder to make it edible.

JHK: you left out lead and the machinery to launch it in defense of said rice, beans, etc., against the ‘golden’ horde that will surely be out looking for ‘free’ food.

Neurodoc — My own take on that is: half of the so-called Golden Horde will be dead two days after the first time it rains on them when they’re on their way from NYC up the Hudson Valley. — JHK Admin

James, I’d be careful to blame china for the pandemic. I suspected it as well until the media and gov did a 180 on the narrative. Then again I thought Oceana was at war with Eurasia. I read a really looong analysis on the whole affair here.
    https://www.unz.com/article/the-flying-pangolin/
Worth the read ,though it’s a wade.

    • MrMangoOnMyShoulder June 21, 2021 at 11:29 am #

I’d also be careful to underestimate the fact that the media and gov know that many of us are likely to instinctively distrust what they say…so they can easily just say the truth after months or years of denial, and then it’s out there but no one believes that either.

Second or third-hand truth is a sumbitch to sort out.

      • Yohannon June 21, 2021 at 12:55 pm #

Yes, there is much truth on the CDC website. One guy is saying that if you look and analyze, it shows that there have been 15,000 vaccine deaths in America. Anyway, it gives them plausible deniability down the line if they need it.

      • Rulo Deschamps June 21, 2021 at 6:43 pm #

Mr Mango, true. I don’t “believe” screen or print anymore. Rather, I think, what are they trying to get me to think, to love or hate, to do? Then I do the opposite.

  23. MrMangoOnMyShoulder June 21, 2021 at 11:26 am #

Dammit. I’m not ready for a world war.

The part that irks me more is the fact that instead of banding together like we have in the past, unseen folks of power have literally been training our feral youth to hate and mock those loyal to anything other than anarchy and self-gratification.

We will not even need to be invaded…if there is war elsewhere and even the slightest pullback of “homeland” supplies (food/water/power), we will tear ourselves apart from the inside, instead of trying to fight back against the folks that actually pull the (at-first metaphorical) trigger on a worldwide shitstorm.

Question to those who know their war history better than I…what “outwardly strong” countries/regions were in reality fragile enough in previous times of pancontinental wars to end up in their own civil war while the rest of the world fought nation against nation?

    • Rulo Deschamps June 21, 2021 at 6:54 pm #

Mr Mango, nobody is. Densely packed and ominous as JHK’s essay is, he left out the worst part. Atomic warfare. It’s very hard to say anything about that. Cormac McCarthy tried in The Road. But Arthur C Clarke didn’t need a whole book to say it. He did it in one sentence: I don’t know what weapons will be used for ww3, but I know ww4 will be fought with sticks and stones. Something along those lines. Cornered animals are the most dangerous. Cornered superpowers armed to the teeth with nuclear warheads, drone swarms and bioweapons?

      • MrMangoOnMyShoulder June 21, 2021 at 8:05 pm #

Rulo – if it comes to nukes, light it up, I guess. Lord knows it won’t be up to a public vote when the moment comes. You wanna talk Great Resets…holeeee shit.

But the fact that it hasn’t happened yet is a bright spot in the realm of possibility (for humanity as a whole, not necessarily for us peons). Money will probably prevail for those who have their fingers on the buttons.

      • Ron Anselmo June 22, 2021 at 1:11 am #

Rulo – just my opinion, but I think nukes are off the table. All wars, in one way or another, have been resource wars. US physical resources (read agricultural) are probably the most coveted.

Just as you couldn’t grow on a Super Fund Site, no one can grow on a nuclear wasteland. EMP and/or bioweapons, leave infrastructure and resources relatively intact or at least serviceable.

Problem is, even a limited nuke exchange by hotheads in a different theater would have global weather disruptions & consequences on US Ag.

Needless to say, Clarke is correct about WW4 in any event.

        • Rulo Deschamps June 22, 2021 at 6:14 pm #

Mr Mango, Ron, I hope you r right. If only for filthy lucre, leave the nuclear warheads in the silos. But the lesser damage alternatives (emp weapons, biowarfare, cut off communications aka cyber warfare, targeted AI drone killings) are on the table in a cornered or going for the kill animal superpower scenario.

        • dr._Gonzo June 24, 2021 at 12:46 am #

Academic, but needs to be said: there will never be a hot, hot war. The thieves who’ve stolen everything will not allow their loot to be destroyed.

In the words of the late, great Frank Zappa, “There will be no nuclear war. There’s too much real estate involved.”

I’m Chinese — though only by descent and not by nationality (Heaven forbid). And guess what. I HATE China.

I hate China for the hideous abomination she has become today. She has cast all of her traditional culture to the winds. Her government routinely lies on everything. The people have no say on anything. They’re often turned into rabid nationalist-jingoists by an absolutely superb education. And the whole country, with its aberrant ‘merit system’, has become as much of an authoritarian nightmare as anything Orwell and Huxley could imagine. And now (with Fauci’s help) she has cast her foul pestilence across the entire globe, claiming countless lives. I could go on. If she has become a major geopolitical power today, it was only by selling her soul to the Devil. That’s just too heavy a price to pay, and there’s nothing about it for a Chinese like me to feel proud about.

I hate today’s China so much that any news about how China is NOT doing well in anything is now almost music to my ears. Certainly Xi JinPIG’s porcine appearance isn’t going to do much to change this.

My one source of consolation regarding the sorry-excuse-for-a-country that is China today is that, even if she wins the global power game and becomes the world’s next hegemon, her victory can only be short-lived for the simple reason that as a modern industrial society she’s as subject to the Limits to Growth as any other modern industrial milieu. Come the Long Emergency — which has probably already begun — she’ll crash and burn just like everyone else.

“Events are tending toward an unfortunate convergence…” Indeed, you can feel it in the air.

I’m puzzled that as the temperature rises all around Biden and the Dems., we see another Hunter Biden influence-peddling scam unfold with significant public promotion — Hunter Biden’s paintings that are going on sale for big money. Hunter Biden yet again seems to be taunting the world about the supposedly bullet-proof cocoon within which — in his mind — the Biden family’s influence peddling operates. Not only do the exposes of Hunter Biden’s unbelievably dishonest and often illegal behavior — well-documented — not bother him, he seems to thrive on flaunting it to all at every opportunity. What does this tell us about his knowledge and understanding of Joe Biden and those who surround him? The Emperor has no clothes, but when will the audience flee the theater?

According to the info Mr. Dong obliged us with, the CIA and the FBI are both heavily compromised. Don’t expect anything from the FBI. Where are they, anyway? Their building in DC is all boarded up. All the Chinese students here in the country are officers in the PLA, and Hunter Biden’s 500,000 dollar paintings are the least of our problems, as a great many important people are also in the CCP’s pockets.

I occasionally visit sites that are not sanctioned and diverge from the preferred narrative, sometimes substantially. Rumor has it that Trump did sign the Insurrection act. The military is apparently giving that bunch of traitors enough rope to hang themselves.

Speaking of hanging, there are those claiming Hillary Clinton was executed on April 26th, after a brief trial by military tribunal, and the chief witness against her was Huma Abadin, who testified in exchange for a lighter sentence. One of Hilliary’s body doubles is making her appearances now, or CGI. (Her last words were purported to be, “I’m Hillary Clinton. You can’t do this to me.”) The FBI is said to have raided Rudy Giulliani’s home to grab the encrypted video of the trial and execution.

Joe Biden’s body double is also making frequent appearances for him. A woman who was an expert in such things said this guy’s ears are different from the Joe Biden of ten years ago. That Joe had hanging ear lobes, this one’s are not. CGI may be also making the occasional appearance when Joe is indisposed.

        y well.

TCL – another huge part of the problem is that we’ve let these fuckers (the Democrats & Leftists) temporarily decapitate the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.

This is exactly the kind of affair they would attend, and put a stop to this kind of cowardly behavior. We’ve let them be smeared as “white extremists” and be detained.

Now it’s open season on law-abiding, defenseless citizens – Antifa once again, rules the streets with impunity while others are purposely imprisoned.

Most of these guys are BAMF’s – they’d be willing to fight with both hands tied behind their backs (and probably hold their own with the Antifa pussies anyway), but they’re not even allowed in the fight.

All this we allow, and whatever is allowed becomes acceptable.

      • SW June 21, 2021 at 9:37 pm #

I know this will sound defeatist but the fact is “we” have not allowed this to happen as there is no route open any longer for justice. Antifa made its national debut at Charlottesville but no other story was in the news but how they had been attacked by nazis, white supremacists, gun nuts, etc. No mention of the fact that the people marching to oppose the removal of the statues had a permit and Antifa did not.

        • Ron Anselmo June 22, 2021 at 1:35 am #

SW – Antifa reared it’s head in Portland, OR, in 2007. I’ve watched them since that day – an obvious cancer, and clear & present danger, from day one, if allowed to metastasize. That’s what we allowed.

Living on the US East Coast, my wife used to ask why I was so concerned about Portland, OR. Now it’s plain as day. Poison is so easy to spot, but it’s shocking how few see it.

Everyone just looked the other way and we failed to contain their ideology and MO – now we are dealing with them (or conveniently not) because that’s what we’ve allowed.

          • SW June 22, 2021 at 10:47 am #

I understand your point and agree that Antifa and other destructive forces have been allowed — encouraged even — to flourish. But the people who oppose them (like you and me) no longer have much of a voice. It’s been drowned out by shrill media distortions and a legal system that backs them up. Remember the mayor in Seattle and in Portland instructed the police to “stand down”. The police chief in Seattle (a black woman) quit b/c she was stopped from doing her job.

          • Ron Anselmo June 22, 2021 at 12:19 pm #

SW – you are exactly right on all counts. A similar thing here – after a small-scale dust up between Antifa/BLM vs. Proud Boys, 1%’ers & 3%’ers, the local Chief of Police quit his $120K/year job and went to work for the city Zoning Department @ $50K/year.

He should be commended for staying true to his personal values – he was stopped from doing his job. Many fail to realize that city police chiefs (and by virtue, their officers) serve at the will of the local mayors, commissioners & councilmen.

That’s where this starts – the Blue Cancer – we’ve allowed to metastasize in our city & town governments – the tiny tyrants, once elected, run amok.

          • Wizard of the Saddle June 25, 2021 at 1:42 pm #

What Antifa is best at is being obnoxious. This is why it appeals to allegedly grown-up children with a terminal case of infantile arrested development. All they do is behave like spoiled brats throwing violent temper tantrums against the true adults.

A healthy society would arrest their wimpy asses; throw the book at them in court; convict them of multiple felonies; and then send their flabby, lazy asses to the GD’d Pea Farm to work on their physical fitness while adjusting their overall bad attitudes for the next 10-20 years.

Phew, that’s a lot to digest.

The question I have concerning any conflict with China is has every White Supremacist been rooted out of the Armed Forces as of yet, also, has every service member who desires to transition from male to female at Walter Reed Hospital had the opportunity to do so? If the answer is no to either of these questions, the US is not ready for war with China.

    • JohnAZ June 21, 2021 at 12:06 pm #

The nature of war is changing, don’t you think?

      Straw man

What if an enemy could shut down the US just by pushing a button on a computer? Would an EMP pulse cancel out our military? Is Duke it out war obsolete?

How can you defend the infrastructure from hackers? The record says you cannot. Could a country be returned to the Stone Age by a cyber attack?

Since the CW, the conflict ends when one side obliterates the other. I do not believe any war was won by diplomacy. Compromise wars like Korea or VietNam are a joke and end up being a death sink for young men of both sides.

      • BackRowHeckler June 21, 2021 at 12:13 pm #

JAZ, China, NKorea and Iran are capable of fielding armies of tens of millions. Yes, warfare is changing, as we saw in the recent Azerbaijan -Armenia conflict (drones knocking out armor and artillery at will) still, being able to deploy 400-500 Divisions against an enemy that cannot tolerate casualties (Nato) carries weight in any era.

Yes, it is changing and ways that we probably can’t fathom. Massive tank divisions and aircraft carriers already have an air of obsolescence about them. Robots, drones, EMPs and bio-weapons are the future, as well stealth warfare like corrupting your enemy’s pols to open the borders and destroy the value of its currency.

This isn’t exactly on topic, but it fits in with the idea of things you aren’t allowed to think let alone say.

Mayoral candidate Andrew Yang thinks that the mentally ill in NYC should not be running around on the streets harming others and bringing harm on themselves.

He wants to get them into appropriate housing.

Notice how the media does not allow this humane and sensible concept to be uttered without their criticism.

They have “rights”? That’s the excuse for neglecting them?

Didn’t we all just see “rights” disappear because of a public health emergency?

How is this different? Is it because crazy people cost money, there is little profit in giving them the care they need?

Wasn’t closing those large asylums a state issue, not a federal issue? There was a lot of public pressure at the time to shut down what were known as ‘Nut Houses’, without much thought as to what would happen to the inmates afterward.

I remember Reagan being given the blame for it. But I don’t know for sure. Whatever the reason, it’s been devastating for everyone.

      • Anthea June 21, 2021 at 4:21 pm #

I remember it well, because two halfway houses opened in my cheap, safe, and peaceful urban neighborhood. Suddenly there were deranged people wandering the streets. (There used to be urban neighborhoods like that.)

At our neighborhood Catholic Church, two blocks from my apartment building, the monks who kept an eye on things, both during and between services, and overnight, were forced to begin carrying baseball bats. This church was, at that time, unlocked 24/7, and open to anyone who wanted to come in for private devotions, any time of the day or night. Things had always been that way, from the time the church was built. After a year or two, the church was forced to lock its doors except for services. There were just too many deranged–or drunk or high–people wandering in disrupting services or actually bent on vandalism or violence.

And that was back when the mentally ill were at least still provided with group homes and not reduced to living on the street.

    • tully June 21, 2021 at 2:14 pm #

Been saying this for decades. Believe one of the reasons given at the time was the inhumane conditions at many psychiatric facilities. There were some that were awful.

But the solution would have been to correct those conditions and abuses, not shut them down.

There was also the grand idea that new psychiatric drugs would allow for treatment via community clinics that would allow the mentally ill to live independently. Problem then is that many people who do truly need medication to avoid being a danger to themselves and others, won’t take it without close supervision because of side effects, etc.

And thus the beginnings of the homeless problems we have today.

      • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 7:23 pm #

Exactly. Improve them. But there’s no profit in that. That was the true beginning of healthcare/mental health care for profit.

I come here regularly to read Jim’s thoughts, and admire his writing skills. As far as his prophecies go, I am not so impressed. There have been just too many failed ones over the years I have been visiting. And to me the reason is clear: Jim has a penchant for the extremes in the existing possibilities, and these don’t usually materialize because they are just that: extremes with low probability of actuation. Take that defecting Chinese head of counter intelligence, for example. First off, the identity of the defector has not been confirmed, and I am by nature skeptical that he would have made it out so easily. And even if he had, he would have been instantly the prisoner of the anti-communist Chinese diaspora and would sing from their psalter on whatever page they would open for him. Second, I simply don’t believe Xi Jinping, or his closest advisors would have ever embarked on an adventure like Covid-19, i.e. a bioweapon of unknown trajectory and potential. Everything that is known about Beijing’s reactions to the first reports of the outbreak in Hubei belies such a scenario. Local authorities lied up the chain of command about the human-to-human transmission, or at least desperately wanted to believe it was not happening, and Beijing was clearly playing for time in the early days. This would not have been the case if the politburo knew what was going on. I watched an old Chiang soldier on a local Chinese TV channel expounding how Mao tried to suck Khrushchev into a nuclear war with the U.S., as a way to argue that the current leaders don’t give a damn if it all goes up in flames. But of course, there is a big difference between the 1950 leadership’s view of the world and today’s. The Long March veterans’ idea of luxury was a cup of hot black tea and a rollie in a drafty hut. By comparison, today’s Central Committee are mostly millionaires and billionaires or their lackeys. They are overtaking the US in everything. They would have to be really stupid to let some crazy idiot talk them into speeding things up by launching a deadly virus in the neighborhood of the lab where everyone knew doctor Shi was cooking up Peter Daszak super bugs. They are not !

The only thing that China has to worry about is its massive 3 Gorges Dam. A few well placed bunker busters, and China is just as fucked as any infrastructure damage they could inflict in the USA. In fact, it would be almost a 400 mile path of destruction with a 10 or 15 Fukushima type reactor blow ups along the way.

Would/Does the US MIL however have the balls to hit back if we or Taiwan is struck.

I dont worry much about China. Like the US, they’ve been digging themselves a hole for decades by embracing the worst aspects of financialization which promises an ultimate return to the warlord era if they don’t get a grip and soon. Their ‘claim’ on Taiwan is based on the fact that the island of Formosa paid tribute to the Chinese Emperors long ago. By this logic, Japan has an equal claim. They built up the industry on Formosa while China exacted tribute. China’s military is well equipped to cause prohibitive pain to an invader, but Taiwan/RoC has been preparing for an expected attack since Chiang set up shop there after 1949. Under all that, the island has a native culture and many of the inhabitants don’t want to be any kind of Chinese. Or Japanese for that matter.

    • BackRowHeckler June 21, 2021 at 2:43 pm #

What’s more, Taiwan would have a good chance of beating back an assault from the Mainland. Like you say, Taiwanese have been digging in since 1949; they are prepared.

It would be a tatanic, 4 dimension battle.

Canada to lift some border restrictions July 5; next steps months away

OTTAWA (Reuters) -Canada said on Monday it would start cautiously lifting border restrictions for fully vaccinated citizens on July 5 but made clear it would be months before U.S. and other foreign travelers could enter the country.

From 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 5 (0359 GMT on July 6), those who have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine will no longer have to spend time in quarantine. The move applies to Canadians and permanent residents.

“This is the first phase of our precautionary approach … at this time we are not opening up our borders any further,” said Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc. Ottawa first announced the plan on June 9.

LeBlanc told reporters that Ottawa was talking to its domestic and international partners “with the goal of allowing fully vaccinated travelers to enter Canada for non-essential reasons in the months to come.”

    • Tekapo June 21, 2021 at 5:46 pm #

Looks pretty sloppy, but there was no conspiracy.

What I really think is that states and counties should have no business being allowed anywhere near federal elections. Let them administer dogcatcher, school boards, and even state reps, but not the big stuff – they’re just not up to it.

To avoid corruption and incompetence, a nationally uniform federal election machinery should be in place – non-partisan, bound by strict rules and “fool-proof” transparent procedures.

Get partisan (and all elected) state-county “officials” right out of the picture. Could be done – but there is no will for it. It doesn’t require a constitutional amendment, but one to eliminate the Electoral College would be a great idea.

They did not jump up and down to jab everyone on Earth because they love us so much and want to grow us to 8B then 9B and then 10B.

Nah , I would rather consider that , among a great many other things , as the worlds largest agricultural grouping of suitable farm land , by far , never the less , for 70 years Russia couldn’t even feed itself .

    — i.e. The Cold War was 50 years of out – and – out , blatant and brazen , fraud.

Or , alternatively , I would rather consider that the Chinese version of George Washington is Mao Tse Tung.

Granted , the real American George Washington is Abraham Lincoln , and that’s fantastically obscene and ludicrous.

    Still , Mao ???

They actually beat you in that shameless sycophantic race to the bottom !

Blaming everything on Indians , Negroes , and slant – eyed yellow monkeys was certainly dishonest , and , yes , a bad idea generally I think .

But 70 YEARS of incessantly and relentlessly blaming everything on other WHITE PEOPLE ??

I can’t help thinking that a retarded ten – year old could foresee that would be suicidally stupid.

    Can you say ; SLIT … YOUR… OWN … THROAT ??

    Can you say : SHIT … IN … YOUR… OWN… BED ??

But , OK , go ahead and pretend that the likes of Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are really that good , some sort of criminal A – Team , if it makes you feel better.

” We couldn’t even manage the pandemic when our institutions were supposedly still functioning. ”

Lately repeating myself like a broken record is less like a chore , or frustrating , and more like an exercise in shear hilarity.

A fatality rate of less than one in a hundred is not by the remotest stretch of the imagination the definition of a pandemic.

I don’t know about functioning institutions , but lately it seems like the common practice is to throw the humble dictionary out the fucking window.

“The ultimate goal of every totalitarian system is to establish complete control over society and every individual within it in order to achieve ideological uniformity and eliminate any and all deviation from it. This goal can never be achieved, of course, but it is the raison d’être of all totalitarian systems, regardless of what forms they take and ideologies they espouse. You can dress totalitarianism up in Hugo Boss-designed Nazi uniforms, Mao suits, or medical-looking face masks, its core desire remains the same: to remake the world in its paranoid image … to replace reality with its own “reality.”

We are right in the middle of this process currently, which is why everything feels so batshit crazy. The global capitalist ruling classes are implementing a new official ideology, in other words, a new “reality.” That’s what an official ideology is. It’s more than just a set of beliefs. Anyone can have any beliefs they want. Your personal beliefs do not constitute “reality.” In order to make your beliefs “reality,” you need to have the power to impose them on society. You need the power of the police, the military, the media, scientific “experts,” academia, the culture industry, the entire ideology-manufacturing machine.”

Chris Mortenson and others always try to inculcate the importance of finding a supportive group of like-minded neighbors who can help you out in a pinch. Good Luck with that…. With my luck, I’d probably end up in Wolf Creek, or living amidst a coven of witches….

    Maybe “The Answer” is “Caravaning”?

Why do they call it “Caravaning”?

Weren’t the Caravans a big part of the brutal Arab slave trade in East Africa that Obama’s ancestors were party to?

An interesting comment; Wolf Creek, Oregon, a few miles from Grants Pass, was notorious for it’s issues due to the ubiquitous counterculture thereby. Also, at least one Coven…I visited it, once…knew a few of the girls.

I recently saw journalist Annie Jacobsen on youtube talking about operation paperclip to get the nazi scientist at the end of WW II, as well Arra 51 and DARPA, the Pentagons Brain. We spend nobody knows how many trillions on weapon systems because we fear other men, when we could and should spend this on climate change. Oh, and DARPA has been actively involved in AI and trying to create real cyborgs. Didnt any young people watch Terminator and Van Damm in the 90s cyborg movies ?

Student Jacob only 14 years old took his first Pfizer injection on May 24, 2021 and his second dose on June 13, 2021. According to his aunt, Jacob unexpectedly suffered cardiac arrest just 3 days later on June 16, 2021. He was healthy with no preexisting conditions nor medications. Simply a 13 year old boy.

Now will the world wake up? Children have to die for people to see what’s happening?

That lady had her 14 year old daughter vaxxed; so far the girl has not had any adverse reaction.

So while the lady wants her nephew’s death investigated, she still supports the shots.

She is not the first who has lost a family member, then stated they still supported the vaccines and thought people should get them.

The cognitive dissonance makes my head hurt.

A quote from within today’s JHK essay:

They’ll hit Taiwan, Guam, Vietnam, South Korea, Philippines, Australia. Iran would move to secure the overland route from China to Africa. The Israeli/Saudi coalition could stop Iran but only if China didn’t help Iran. (Iran/China are far ahead of us in drone swarm warfare).

It puzzles me that the correspondent is implying that US defence forces have been put to sleep, or have vanished. They haven’t – I would expect US to take very robust action if the PLA tries to invade Taiwan, or even if they tried to blockade, physically or commercially.

And when it comes to Guam, Vietnam, and all the others, there is no prospect in my view that the US is so distracted by its internal dilemmas that it would not intercede and totally prevent this.

The leaders of the CCP obviously have luxury bunkers somewhere, but even so, they are perfectly aware of US firepower, and the capacity of the US military to destroy half a dozen Chinese mega-cities before breakfast, and also the 3 Gorges Dam.

Or at least threaten to if they do not stop it at once.

And even if there was just a lot of furious diplomatic talk, and much drama within the UN but no shooting, the US and the rest of the world could cripple China pretty quickly – by refusing it raw materials, and imposing a 100% embargo on all its “non-essential” exports.

China is big and powerful, but it is also still vulnerable in many ways – including in oil, food, basic metals, and its economy based entirely on people buying its products around the world. It also doesn’t have a lot of powerful friends in the realpolitik world.

I appreciate this is simplistic, but I was really bemused by the writer implying that China could just do what it likes, militarily and geopolitically. I don’t think that’s the case at all.

    • MaryQueen June 21, 2021 at 8:51 pm #

  65. Anthea June 21, 2021 at 9:18 pm #

We have certainly seen an extraordinary “hollowing out” of the ability of the US over the past few decades, which does suggest that we could be vulnerable to defeat by an outside invader. Our population is largely fat and sickly from generations of malnutrition, divided into bellicose factions, and demoralized to the point that it often seems that few people feel any sense of loyalty to their own families. I don’t know if Mama Bear would (or could) provide for and defend her kids if required; Papa Bear defected several decades ago and continues to elude detection. Loyalty to country could be a bit of a moot point, if the country is not loyal to its own people.

Another problem is that our educational system has succeeded in making most people very stupid.

There seems to be some question about the effectiveness of our military–and even whether they could be said to be particularly on our side.

None of this happened by accident. One might be tempted to suppose that the villain of this picture is China, and to envision a military invasion and take-over of the US by China. There are two problems with this supposition. One of them is that it is unnecessary; the de facto take-over of the US by China is progressing nicely as it is. An overt attempt at a military take-over would be a waste of resources and would (theoretically) in getting them nuked. Of course that would depend on whether our military would retaliate–or put up any resistance at all–which I think is doubtful. More likely we would see the masks come of and discover our own military come down on the side of China and assist it in subduing the country. I don’t see that happening, because I see little advantage to China in accomplishing this militarily, when it has made so much progress in doing it by various other, less troublesome means.

The other problem with painting China as the operative entity in the ongoing destruction of the US is that they are not the operative entity in anything, but take their orders from the same globalist bankers as every other nation. It is the globalist banking and financial elites who have engineered the ongoing weakening of the US. I don’t know if their purposes align with Chinese purposes, but I rather suspect that, to them, China is just another tool in the toolbox.

One tends to think that the ultimate purpose of the banking elites is the establishment of a one-world government, which they would control. One also assumes that the existing Chinese government would like to retain control and sovereignty. With the advent of a one-world government, they would likely be disappointed. (Maybe China is playing them–or thinks they are.)

    • volodya June 21, 2021 at 9:51 pm #

Great post. You answered my question, see below. I didn’t see your comment with my being busy typing my own.

Not sure that China answers to the Davos crowd or is in league with them but time will tell on that. Not sure whether a one world government will come about though there’s dreamers and schemers and megalomaniacs seeing themselves in charge, running things. Again, time will tell if some one or some group tries to pull it off.

Imagine, a Vichy-like US governing elite, answering to Beijing, seeing no real alternative, trying to buttress their own individual advantage and position in the new disposition the same as French collaborators in WW2. Who will be the American Petain I wonder?

      • thirdcoastlegend June 21, 2021 at 10:48 pm #

I think that China and the Davos crowd conspired to get Trump out, but they have had something of a falling out because the Davos crowd has decided they are still in charge of the US while China, having invested a lot of time and money undermining the US, thought they would be in charge after Biden was installed.

        • Tekapo June 22, 2021 at 2:25 am #

That is my point entirely – there is no unified “Davis crowd” – all manner of nations, and financiers, and various “Deep States” are in fierce competition with each other. There is no collusion!

World geopolitics can only be understood in terms of competition, not nice lunches with good wines in secret meetings in a Swiss ski resort.

    • volodya June 22, 2021 at 10:59 pm #

Anthea, great point about hollowing out. This is true In multiple ways, starting with the most basic unit of society, that being the family, as you say with fathers missing in action.

I think that this happened in large part due to economic hollowing out from offshoring, with bread-winner jobs as a consequence in such short supply, with working class incomes now barely adequate to support one person never mind a whole family, nullifying the economic end of the sexual contract between men and women.

What woman needs or wants a man around who can’t even provide for himself never mind her and her offspring? And it wasn’t just offshoring to blame for plummeting household income, there was at the same time floods of immigrants, both legal and illegal, all competing with the pre-existing population for the few remaining jobs which pounded down wage rates.

Loyalty to country in war-time, or collective self-belief, or national self-confidence, all these things are force multipliers. But when the national government and local governments alike and the country’s elites all work against the interests of the people expected to do the fighting and sacrificing, when decades of trade and economic policies ruined the lives and prospects of tens of millions, when leading lights like Hillary calls this class of people “deplorable”, when there’s open contempt from the wealthy classes of society towards rural and working class boys, don’t expect too much from the guys forming the backbone of the military. You said it, the country isn’t loyal to its own people, quite the opposite in fact.

  66. volodya June 21, 2021 at 9:36 pm #

Ok, as our esteemed host sez, thinking out loud:

Let’s say we do get into a dust-up with China. What do we learn from the two mega wars of the 20th C? Here are some thoughts in no particular order. Is there anything relevant from those not so far off days? Can any of the lessons be applied?

Germany fought a two front war both times and was defeated both times. Lesson here; don’t fight a two front war.

Many say that Britain and France could have and should have fended off Germany in its invasion of France in WW2. They had the men and the equipment, neither of which was inferior to that of the Germans. So why did Germany win? In broad terms the Germans out-generaled both its enemies where leadership was severely lacking. The German officer corp encouraged risk taking and initiative among all its troops, not just officers. Their decision making was quick, their turn radius well inside that of their enemies. French and British generals were left standing around with their pants down. Lesson here; all the shit that generals are supposed to do does matter.

It took Germany about a week to get half-way to Moscow from its jumping off points on June 22 1941. Early in the campaign it looked like the USSR was doomed to eke out an existence east of the Ural mountains. But Germany was defeated. And how did the Soviets win? One answer was Soviet war-time production, in particular the T-34 tank. They produced 60,000 tanks during the war and lost 50,000 of them. To win the war the Germans needed to knock out ten Soviet tanks for every one the Germans lost. They managed to knock out five. Not good enough.

WRT war-time production, German equipment according to many observers was great. But it required too many man-hours tp produce especially for tanks. The Soviets churned theirs out like sausages, not being too fussy about blemishes in metal casting for example. But the T-34 had thick, sloping armor, a potent 75 mm cannon and while it took a strong man to change gears and while Soviet crews had nowhere near the prowess of German crews, the tanks and crews were good enough.

The same lesson for the PPSH submachine gun. Simple and cheap to make, 800 rpm rate of fire, a range of 200 m, a 71 round drum magazine. Not fancy but it worked and 6 million made. Imagine an infantry squad with just two guys with PPSHs at a time when the standard rifle was bolt action.

Lesson here from the tanks and the small arms: make it simple, make it fast, make it good enough and in vast numbers.

With just a few dozen U Boats at any given time Germany wreaked havoc. Even if in the end the U boat force had the highest death rate of any armed service during WW2, for a while it was a close run thing, and this according to Churchill, with allied ships being sunk faster than they could be floated.

Similar with RAF fighter command. To the toff hierarchy Dowding was insufferable, nothing in the way of inspiring rhetoric, no bold strokes, no charge of the Light Brigade. But with careful management of men and machines and a few hundred pilots and planes he degraded the Luftwaffe, he saved Britain and, with no exaggeration, Western Europe.

The lesson of the last two; with esprit de corps, good training and good leadership, small numbers of men can make a huge difference.

In WW1 Germany fought defensively on the western front from 1915 to 1918. When it fought defensively, letting France and Britain bleed themselves dry in one botched mass attack after another, Germany did well. When Germany went on the attack in early 1918, it quickly depleted its manpower and supplies, literally running out of gas and was soon forced to seek terms.

Lesson here; easier to fight a defensive war. Let the enemy blow its brains out and waste its resources. And I know what I’m going to hear about the Maginot Line. But I would retort that those emplacements did their job and worked well, it was the rest of the French and British militaries that were out-run, out-maneuvered and out-fought.

Does any of this have any bearing on future conflicts with China? In the end a war worth fighting is about territorial acquisition or territorial defense, that is, robbery on a grand scale or prevention thereof, and boots on the ground determine who gets what. So, the question, does any of the foregoing matter?

    • BackRowHeckler June 21, 2021 at 9:50 pm #

Speaking to all that, 80 years ago tomorrow at 3:00 am, Germany invades the Soviet Union.

    • Tekapo June 21, 2021 at 10:32 pm #

Interesting post volodya – I’m not a party to the OWG-Davos jive … I think it’s a distraction from the real geopolitics that are in play, and might well be in the future.

And in respect of the theory of war, I would add a few points: (1) we can learn from history, but generals are prone to fighting the last war, and that has been going on for centuries, (2) there is a huge difference between fighting to defend your land(s), and being the invader, and Germany was at a distinct disadvantage in this, (3) future wars might be far more about cutting off supplies, cyber-attacks, the use of drones and guided missiles, and less about boots on the ground, tanks, and man-to-man firepower, and (4) most critically, we now have nuclear weapons, and the ability to deploy them quickly, essentially everywhere.

If the US had had a nuclear capability at the date of Pearly Harbor, it either wouldn’t have happened, or Tokyo would have been an ashtray the next day, or the day after, and Japan would have lost – in fact not even started.

The US nuclear deterrent is a huge advantage, if it is not the aggressive power – which it will not be. “Stop doing what you are planning-threatening-doing, or we will deploy”. Nobody on either side wants it, but the threat of it is a huge disincentive for China and everyone else.

With nuclear weapons, there is no possibility of a major war between major powers, and on balance that is a comforting thought. Sort of.

Why one of the brightest stars in the sky mysteriously started to dim

Astronomers may have solved the mystery of Betelgeuse’s bizarre brightness drop.

In the fall of 2019, Betelgeuse — one of the brightest and best-known stars in the sky — began dimming dramatically. By February 2020, it had lost about two-thirds of its normal luminosity.

Betelgeuse, which forms the shoulder of the constellation Orion (The Hunter), is a bloated red supergiant, a massive star that will die in a violent supernova explosion in the relatively near future. So some astronomers speculated that this “Great Dimming” might be the beginning of Betelgeuse’s death throes, and that the star could soon go boom.

might help get your mind right:

It was an extremely long read – but the conclusion is interesting:

SARS-CoV-2 is too harmless to have been a bioweapon. However, the US Deep State probably detected the presence of this novel coronavirus early on and then decided to weaponize SARS-CoV-2 as a political weapon against Trump.

That explains all the elaborate preparations undertaken by the US Deep State to prepare for the upcoming pandemic which they knew would happen but then decided to keep Trump informed well enough to maintain their innocence. They knew this pandemic would be a moderately severe flu-like pandemic that would cause major disruptions but not kill lots of people.

So they hatched a plot with the US Democratic Party and the Western MSM to exaggerate the mortality of Covid-19 while accusing Trump of negligence if not outright incompetence for failing to stop the Covid-19 pandemic.

In trying to avoid any major disruptions which would tank the economy, Trump fell into their trap and then grasp for air as the economy tanked and Covid-19 cases soared. The US Democratic Party now had an excuse to force ‘mail-in ballots’ which would allow the US Deep State to rig the election in swing States. Trump then ‘lost’ the obviously rigged election due to the doctored ‘mail-in ballots’ which overwhelmingly went to Biden with none to Trump.

      Occam’s Razor says Covid-19 ain’t a bioweapon but a psy-op weapon against Trump.

Yeah well … might be correct, but an awful lot of dominoes had to fall just the right way to make it so. I think it’s over-complex – the reverse of Occam’s Razor in fact.

And let’s not forget – Donald Trump had numbers well below a winning lead right through 2020, and Joe Biden had better numbers in key states for all the months up to and including Nov 3.

So while it’s interesting, some solid evidence of this elaborate play would still seem to be required.

After fifteen months of assiduous reading, study, observation, and research, I have come to some conclusions about what is called COVID-19.
    .
I would like to emphasize that I have done this work obsessively since it seemed so important. I have consulted information and arguments across all media, corporate and alternative, academic, medical, books, etc.
    .
I have consulted with researchers around the world. I have read the websites of the CDC, the World Health Organization, and government and non-government health organizations. In other words, I have left no stone unturned, despite the overt or covert political leanings of the sources. I have done this as a sociologist and writer, not as a medical doctor, although many of my sources have been medical doctors and medical studies.

My succinct conclusions follow without links to sources since I am not trying to persuade anyone of anything but just stating for the public record what I have concluded. Life is short. I am going to say it now.

I know that vast numbers of people have been hypnotized by fear, threats, and bribes to accept the corporate mainstream media’s version of COVID-19. I have concluded that many millions are moving in a trance state and do not know this. They have been induced into this state by a well-organized, very sophisticated propaganda campaign that has drawn on the human fear of death and disease. Those behind this have no doubt studied the high incidence of hypochondriasis in the general population and the fear of an invisible “virus” in societies where belief in God and the spiritual invisible has been replaced by faith in science. Knowing their audience well, they have concocted a campaign of fear and confusion to induce obedience.

I do not know but suspect that those who have been so hypnotized tend to be mainly members of the middle to the upper classes, those who have invested so much belief in the system. This includes the highly schooled.

I know that to lockdown hundreds of millions of healthy people, to insist they wear useless masks, to tell them to avoid human contacts, to destroy the economic lives of regular people have created vast suffering that was meant to teach people a lesson about who was in control and that they better revise their understanding of human relations to adjust to the new digital unreality that the producers of this masquerade are trying to put in place of flesh and blood, face to face human reality.

I know that the PCR test invented by Kary Mullis cannot test for the alleged virus or any virus and therefore all the numbers of cases and deaths are based on nothing. They are conjured out of thin air in a massive act of magic. I know that the belief that it can so test began with the unscientific PCR Corona protocol created by Christian Drosten in Germany in January 2020 that became the standard method for testing for SARS-CoV-2 worldwide. I am sure this was preplanned and part of a high-level conspiracy. This protocol set the cycle threshold (amplification) at 45 which could only result in false positive results. These were then called cases: An act of fraud on a massive scale.

I do not know if the alleged virus has ever been isolated in the sense of being purified or detached from everything else aside from being cultured in a lab. Therefore I do not know if the virus exists.
I know that the experimental mRNA “vaccines” that are being pushed on everyone are not traditional vaccines but dangerous experiments whose long-term consequences are unknown. And I know that Moderna says its messenger RNA (mRNA) non-vaccine “vaccine” functions “like an operating system on a computer” and that Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, says that the lipid nanoparticles from the injections travel throughout the body and settle in large quantities in multiple organs where the spike protein, being biologically active, can cause massive damage and that the FDA has known this. Additionally, I know that tens of thousands of people have suffered adverse effects from these injections and many thousands have died from them and that these figures are greatly underestimated due to the reporting systems. I know that with this number of casualties in the past these experimental shots would have been stopped long ago or never started. That they have not, therefore, convinces me that a radically evil agenda is under way whose goal is harm not health because those in charge know what I know and much more.

I do not know where this alleged virus originated, if it exists.
I know that from the start of this crisis, there was a concerted effort across the world to deny access to proven effective treatments such as hydroxychloroquine, steroids, ivermectin in a planned effort to vaccinate as many people as possible. This alone reveals an agenda centered not on health but on getting as many people as possible to submit to being vaccinated and controlled. Social control is the name of this deadly game.

I know that those pushing these vaccines – The World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, etc. – have a long history of wanting to drastically reduce the world’s population and that their promotion of eugenics under various names is very well known. I am convinced that the totally untested mRNA-type “gene therapy” is the key to their plan for population reduction.

I do not know if they will succeed.
I do not know why so many good people cannot see through this evil. I can only attribute it to having been seduced by a massive hypnotic propaganda campaign that has appealed to their deepest fears and will result in those fears being realized because they thought they were free. It is a great tragedy.

I know that all the statistics about cases and deaths “from” COVID-19 have been manipulated to create a fake pandemic. One of the most obvious proofs of this is the alleged disappearance of the flu and deaths from influenza. Only someone in a trance could fail to understand the absurd logic in the argument that this was the result of mask wearing when at the same time the air-born COVID-19 spread like wildfire until that stopped precipitously in January 2021 when a tiny number of people had been vaccinated.

I know there has been barely any excess mortality throughout all this.

I do not know where it will all end but hope against hope the growing opposition to this fraud will grow and defeat it despite the organized censorship that is underway against dissenting opinions. I know that when organized censorship on this scale takes place those behind it are afraid of the revelation of the truth. A simple understanding of history confirms this.

I know that the temporary reprieve the authorities have granted to their subjects will be followed by further restrictions on fundamental freedoms, the corona virus lockdowns will likely return, “vaccine” boosters will be promoted, and the World Economic Forum’s push for a Great Reset with a Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to the marriage of artificial intelligence, cyborgs, digital technology, and biology with the USA and other countries continuing to slip into a new form of fascist control unless people across the world stand up and resist in great numbers. I am heartened by signs that this resistance is growing.

Finally, I know if the authoritarian forces win the immediate battle, someone will write a book with a title like that of Milton Mayer’s classic, They Thought They Were Free. It will be censored. Perhaps it will first be shared via samizdat. But in the end, after much suffering and death, the truth about this evil agenda will prevail and there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.
We are in a spiritual war for the soul of the world.

Good to see more folks piecing it together.

A major media outlet here in Germany just picked up on the fraudulent PCR tests, and they are busy patting themselves on the back.

I think even some MSM outlets are starting to realize they are going to lose any and all credibility they once enjoyed if they don’t start doing reporting based in reality.

The accountability/woke journo. circular reporting/propaganda model is going to be broken on this issue, methinks. There are too many prominent individuals from science and medicine speaking out now.

      Excellent summation.
Not sure how Edward Curtin gets into this. You sent to him? You are Curtin?

Milton Mayer’s book is useful only to an extent. The first part contains interesting material that he collected from his “10 German ‘little men.'”

The second part, however, is a screed against Germans and everything German which, if it were written about, say, Jews, would be viewed as an intolerable racist rant.

Mayer’s use of psychoanalytical concepts to “explain” the German temperament as basically authoritarian and neurotic is highly questionable.

If you read the Afterword by the historian Richard Evans you learn that Mayer’s project was planned and sponosred and financed by the Institute for Social Research at the University of Frankfurt. To the best of my knowledge this “the Frankfurt School.”

As a descendent of Germans I was grateful to C.J. Hopkins for his mention of the book. I ordered it and read it. But as I read on I became increasingly uneasy about the aims and premises of the whole project.

The first part of the book contains many interesting observations. Ironically, I don’t think Mayer ever actually “got” Gleichschaltung. He didn’t speak German, so that is understandable. His account of Germans and their responses to Nazism never gives even a nod to the historical dead end in which they found themselves after Versailles (although virtually all of the interviewees speak of the devastation to the economy and esp. the socially destructive unemployment). Mayer is extremely naive and even blinkered when it comes to the historical context. This is understandable, since he was an American Jew. Most likely a Zionist.

Actually, I would say that most of the Germans Mayer interviewed did not “think they were free.” This title itself sets up a lens for the reader—a filter between the reader and the interviewees. I kept asking myself as I read: Did this “little man” think he was “free”? The answer in most cases was no. In fact, the emphasis on this adjective as some kind of general marker betrays Mayer’s own very American cast of mind. Perhaps that is why it seems so relevant to Hopkins and others. It makes interesting reading and the structure is more or less novelistic—short chapters—so not a dry academic read.

But keep your antennae tuned up as you read.

      • Sean Coleman June 22, 2021 at 11:24 am #

“This is understandable, since he was an American Jew. Most likely a Zionist. ”

That punchline made me laugh. I had never heard of Meyer but I could see it coming.

About Stanley Milgram of the famous ‘experiment’ (I leant this day before yesterday) Wiki says he gave a speech about the Holocaust at his Bar Mitzvah. (The Holocaust, of course, was wholly imagined.)

The Italian American scientist (starts with a Z) behind the famous Stanford prison experiment of 1971 was more deceitful. He loved the media celebrity.

It is obvious now that all of this questionable research was merely to further an agenda.

I think they say about Hindu cosmology that it is elephants all the way down. With us it is deceit and delusion all the way down (echoes of Colin Flaherty in that phrase).

        And then there is Kinsey.

And Antony Sutton’s work, ‘shining a light’ (or a ‘spotlight’ for those who believe the Boston Church witch hunt).

And Paul Preson’s idiotic Spanish ‘genocide’ under Franco.

And, and, and, and, all the way down.

If it were not so nefarious it would be hilarious. It still is hilarious anyway.

        • Islander June 22, 2021 at 12:23 pm #

          Well, laff away, Sean.

Obviously, you have not read Mayer’s (note correct spelling) book, so your comments are worthless.

The book is certainly worth reading for those who are serious about trying to understand the dynamics of the Third Reich. In particular, C. J. Hopkins mentioned the book in his essay on Gleichschaltung. People need to understand that Gleichschaltung 1.0 was the heart of the Nazis’ imposition of totalitarianism—in a very short period of time after the seizure of power. Hence. I think Mayer gets it wrong to characterize Gleichschaltung as getting everyone to think alike by the end of the war. This is IMO incorrect. Regardless of what people thought, by mid-1934 Gleichschaltung was essentially in place. All social structures (govt; bureaucracy; education; culture; sports; finance; etc.) had been “converted” to Nazi Party structures. The German state and the Nazi Party had basically melded.

This is analogous to the extraordinary phenomenon we have witnessed the the past 15 months: The rapid conversion of all of our social structures to being guided by one overriding idea–even word: COVID!!! It’s covid propaganda every damn place you look. Few even bother to distinguish anymore between the name of the virus (SARS-CoV-2) and COVID!!!: The word itself has become a new universe of meaning. It “explains” everything and imposes new, weird behaviors and economic relationships (e.g, with work). There is no effective protest against this transformation. Everywhere you look you see the same “COVID” message and everywhere you go you are obliged to adjust your *behavior* to fit the new COVID regime. Hence, Gleichschaltung 2.0.

A positive feature of Mayer’s book is that he includes much of his interviewees’ original German expressions, so those who speak German can pick up a lot more of the background and tone.

I felt that the first portion of the book was really quite even-handed. I speak German, have lived in Germany, and, I believe, know significantly more than the average person about recent German history. I felt that these reports had the ring of truth. Many who have written about the Germans see everything through the Jewish lens. Mayer didn’t do this, even when the men spoke about their feelings for and also friendships Jewish Germans. My reaction was that these men’s reactions were totally “normal” for their situations and the situation of the country.

If I were to give the book a different title it would be something like “They Didn’t Understand That They Were Being Sucked into a Totalitarian Program.”

The reason the book has relevance now, IMO, is that this also seems to be true of most Americans, including highly educated ones (or, especially them). Which is ironic because Americans have been very free with their judgmental and, in the end, bigoted views of Germans.

The two parts of Mayer’s book are almost like written by two different people. In fact, I wonder whether, after he completed the first part, basically reportage, someone didn’t come along and have him write another, “analytical,” part.

          • Islander June 22, 2021 at 12:32 pm #

Re “If I were to give the book a different title it would be something like “They Didn’t Understand That They Were Being Sucked into a Totalitarian Program.”

One big difference is that with the advent of Nazism and Gleichschaltung, quality of life significantly improved for German civilians, esp. workers. The downsides started to appear gradually, and then the country was a war again. Bummer.

With Gleichschaltung 2.0 so many downsides are frontloaded— perhaps this will be what enables a significant portion of the population to see what we are being sucked and suckered into.

          • Sean Coleman June 22, 2021 at 5:42 pm #

It is the first time I have heard of Mayer. The point I was trying to make was that a book written by a Jew about Germany, at this time especially, would not be reliable, to put it mildly.

I do not know much about Nazi Germany but I think the comparison between what is happening now should be with the Soviet Union rather than Germany, not least because the same actors are involved. By the way, I understand and read German but rarely speak it.

The wider point I was making is that history is more unreliable and deceitful than I had realized. I studied history at university and even tried teaching it for a few years.

            Re Sean:

Oh. so now we have a different main point . . . Poor you! History has let you down! You have to read more than one book!

Actually, this was not the point you made. You are backpedaling. Also, sounding conceited.

You have now said a couple of times in a couple of ways that a Jew writing on a certain subject is not “reliable.”

You take that as a given. Further you seem to think you are providing me with a significant bulletin.

What you are actually conveying is that your own intellect is not sharp enough to get beyond ad hominems to indicate to you what to think.

I really have not idea what you are on about. I am not backpedaling, just trying to penetrate your thick skull, something I can see I should never have attempted.

Yes, my point is that books written by Jews, at least in these important areas are in principle (that is, with the usual exceptions) unreliable. Good, you got that far. Well done.

Also, you imply that you (unlike me) have read more than one book. Good for you again. So perhaps you can talk about something else apart form that blasted book you keep rabbiting on about. You can take the book and shove it up your arse.

How do you know I have not rad the bloody book?
Ans: Because I told you so.

Why do you assume I have not read much?

Good summary, with a few reservations.

The point of isolating the virus is to then culture and concentrate it and inject into guinea pigs to see if it is responsible for the observed symptoms. Even if they succeeded in isolating it I doubt it would cause the symptoms because too little is known about these respiratory diseases. Pathogens are thought to work in tandem and if one is kept out “the others fill the gap” as a Dutch study concluded a few years ago. And there is nothing distinctive about the symptoms, it is just the same old thing we get every year.

They did isolate some sludge from ‘Covid19’ patients and injected it in wild mice. Nothing happened. Lab mice experience a slight, temporary weight loss for which there is a good explanation. The animals did not die, unlike the furry creautres involved in earlier vaccine trials, so I hear.

Rancourt says it does not matter if a pathogen has been isolated or not.

Drosten’s PCR test (Drosten is the summum expertum whom the Germ,an universities conspired to shield from accusations about his missing PhD) was drawn up, in Jan 2020 (as your writer says), based on an estimated likely virus structure cobbled together from an online database before any clinical results arrived (later that month) from China. It was an ‘in silico’ (not even in vitro) response to an imagined new condition (as AIDS too was imagined).

Where does one begin with this nonsense?

I heard Wodarg say the other day that it was during the swine flu ‘pandemic’, while he was busy uncovering that scam on behalf of the European Council, that Germany (and I assume other countires too) was persuaded to accept the relabelling of the new kind of vaccine as a ‘vaccine’ instead of a ‘gene therapy’. Wodarg says it slipped under his radar.

I have just been listeneing to Dr Peter McCullough talk about how hydroxycholorquin was deliberately sidelined. I am not at all sure about this. This is in an interesting issue. Wodarg and Kohnlein say it is very dangerous above a low threhhold (below it it might not actually cause harm even if it does no good). In the jargone I think they say it has a narrow therapeutic index. (I hate jargon.) Docotrs stopped using quickly because they noticed that it (and overuse of anti-virals and otoher immune-suppressants, as killing patients. A study was published (or two: in the Lancet, the New England Journal?) saying (rightly in Wodarg and Kohnlein’s view) that HCQ was dangerous but then it was wirdhrawn. The sceptics claim that the study was deeply flawed and a put-up job by Big Pharma. The French had their national pride offended because it was aimed against their hero (Prof Didier Raoult, with the big hair) who had determined on the basis of in vitro studies that HCQ was a wonder drug. W and K say it was to save the blushes of a panicked medical profession which had massively overreacted to an imaginary plague. It appears that HCQ has been advocated in the past for ‘assisted suicide’ because it causes hearbeat irregularities.

The arugment is that the WHO arranged a very large study in the spring of last year where HCQ was prescribed at more than three times the lethal dose. This was under one of WHO’s studies (It hink there were three of them: Solidarity, Discovery and the other: I will have to revise this again as I try to memorize this stuff). This particular study was carried out in BBritain, some American states, France, Spain and Brazil among others (again, like everything here, from memory). Also French Switzerland, which like the above countries, had much higher mortality rates to the rest of Switzerland.

So thise brings us onto one of the odd things about the pandemic. Or rather two things. Firstly, its ‘granularity’: death rathes varied greatly according to national borders. Of course, viruses do not respect borders. The question is , what was responsible for this? Rancourt (and K and W and others) say this was caused by the official response to the pandemic. Those which reactly with stong measures experienced the high mortality, but it was only a short spike over two or three weeks in April last year. W and K seem to point the finger at the treatment (HCQ, antivirials, respirators for the elderly) while Rancourt, Reuther (and me) seem to be more attracted by the removal ov very sick people from hospitals as they were carted off to nursing homes where they quickly died. This always appealed to me because it fits the insanity and stupidity which reign during collective fantasy (our writer’s ‘hypnosis’).

So these are two characteristics of Covid: granularity and the short, sharp, artificial spike in all-cause mortality last April.

By the way Rancourt argues that the US is unique in its subsequent hight mortality rate, which he attributes not to the ‘virus’ but tp tje fragoility and brittleness of of large (impoverished) sections of America’s population in the face of a brutal ‘lockdown’.
      I will stop there.

Oh, I just remembered I have not inlucded the claims (forwhich there is some evidence) that WHO messed up when drawing up the ‘protocols’ for its fateful Discovery study last spring. It is said that Prof Martin Landray may have confused HCQ with another drug, hydroxyquinoline, which is used in much higher doses to treat other disease. LThis is the kind of thing that happens in panics.

      • Yohannon June 22, 2021 at 11:33 am #

Yes, the whole thing is big enough for many things to have happened. Maybe the disease was a new one, more dangerous, and hit some places in its unmutated form. In other places, it didn’t – and they had to invent everything.

Neither a doctor nor a troll. What about you?

Written at speed, so there are plenty of typos.

Not intended to be comprehensive, just pointing out a few things arising from Yoh’s article. (Yoh often pastes in entire articles he finds interesting.) I have gone over this lots of time on this forum and I do not think it has made any impression on readers, and possibly forget to include all the linkages that a new reader might like. But is too long as it is for most.

If there are any points which confuse you or disagree with then you can point them out to me and I will try to clarify if I have time.

I originally saw the ‘Covid’ thing as just the latest and most severe manifestation of collective fantasy to date. However, it is now imipossible to ignore the mounting evidence that it was probably planned (to some degree, at least) and is being exploited by the same ‘actors’ I referred to above.

As far as I am concenred, after listening to those who know about it (mainly German doctors, as it happens – you should look at the videos from the Corona Untersuchungsauschuss for an idea), it is not a distinct new disease (Covid19, as you have pointed out) and we have just been experiencing the annual iterations of bog-standard corona viruses (they claim, on the flimsiest of grounds, to have identified a new one. SARSCovid2.

Prof Drosten played a key role in this last spring. Look for the video of the Ausshucss’ Sitzung 22 (I think0 where Artur Aschmoneit recounts the saga of his missing doctoral thesis. But he is just a front man.

Look up Dr Claus Kohnlein and his journalist co-writer (whose name I forget), who investigated the ‘virus industry’ which has taken over modern medicine. You can find videos on Bitchute where the whole book is read out (I found it very hard to find a copy in either English or German: ‘Virus-Wahn’). Just remembered: Torsten Engelbrecht.

Look up videos by Drs Wolfgang Wodarg (who investigated the swine flu swindle in 009 on behalf o the Eruopean Council), Claus Kohnlein and Chefartzt Gerd Reuther. They explained the essentials of the case by the end of April last year, or at least May (in the case of Reuther). Also get hold of Candaian scientist Prof (ex) Denis Rancourt’s videos. He also agrees with them, as does Nobel Prize candidate Dr Stefano Scoglio from Italy, There are a couple of other Italian scientists also worth checking out (if you know Italian) but I do not have the time to say any more.

            And of course the CA
As readers of this blog know.

            I think Curtin’s is an excellent summary/essay.
It is not intended as a scientific dissection.
            It is a personal statement.

Your criticisms come across as gratuitous.

Ditto your comments re Dr. McCullough and HQ.
In fact, although you present yourself as knowing more than others here, it sounds like you are behind the curve re, e.g., the study published in The Lancet.

            Islandman

So that is the best you can do? You airily dismiss my comment and then, when I give a reasoned response, you do the same again.

Did you even understand them? Seems not.

“I have been following Reiner Fuellmich since last year.
Before he started up the committee.
            And of course the CA

“As readers of this blog know.”

I did not see these comments. When did you make them?

            “I think Curtin’s is an excellent summary/essay.
It is not intended as a scientific dissection.
            It is a personal statement.”

Yes, good as a personal statement, and I think I said that. But I was commenting on some of the points that I disagree with. You have not countered them and I was not asking you to, but since you have now put your oar in you might try to do so. I do not believe you are able.

“Your criticisms come across as gratuitous.”

Wrong again. Nothing gratuitous, just raising a number of issues pithily. Just your own perception. I wrote the following:

“I have just been listeneing to Dr Peter McCullough talk about how hydroxycholorquin was deliberately sidelined. It appears that HCQ has been advocated in the past for ‘assisted suicide’ because it causes hearbeat irregularities.”

And just to round that off I added at the end:

“Oh, I just remembered I have not inlucded the claims (forwhich there is some evidence) that WHO messed up when drawing up the ‘protocols’ for its fateful Discovery study last spring. It is said that Prof Martin Landray may have confused HCQ with another drug, hydroxyquinoline, which is used in much higher doses to treat other disease. LThis is the kind of thing that happens in panics.”

Gratuitous? This is a serious issue that needs to be aired. I am not making it up just summarizing the arguments of Wodarg and Kohnlein because nobody else is. Instead, it assumed that because those in power have wrought so much damage they are also responsible for removing a life-saving drug (HCQ) from public use.

I did not say that this is not the case, only that a persuasive counter-argument has been made. McCullough says that he tracked down one of the ‘false’ studies and got a kind of retraction from the author bout I do not think that resolves it. i have not heard either Wodarg or Kohnlein refer to the matter in recent times (not having unlimited leisure to follow it all. See? I have other things to do, and you are busy reading and talking endlessly about that bloody book of yours. You know, Meyer’s) so I do not know if they have changed their posioin. I assume they have not.

This story throws light on the nature of this particular fantasy or conspiracy (it is both), in my opinion. And “as readers of this blog know” i have been on about this for years, how collective fantasy corrupts public debate and reason itself, among other things.

Yet you airily dismiss it as “gratuitous”.

Maybe your command of the German language and the fact you spent a few years there gives you a special insight which you cannot communicate to others because it is over their heads.

And maybe you are just a twenty-four carat plonker, Islandman.

And before you rush to the keyboard try and work out how to engage in the points I make instead of affecting an unearned sense of knowingness. But you will not because you are not able.

Not sure if it is explosive as GP describes, as I am not given to hyperbole in this matter, and we have already seen far more explosive things here, but it appears we have yet more evidence of Trump’s win to add to the massive pile:

“A new report confirms Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman was not the only leftist operative double counting stacks of ballots in Atlanta on election night. Top Atlanta election official Ralph Jones was also double scanning ballots late at night at the State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia on election night.”

I guess they should have used more cardboard.

Oh dear … the Trumpy Tragics never give up. The Georgia Republican state apparatus verified and certified the Georgia Federal Election result by the Safe Harbor date of Dec 8, and since then two recounts have verified the result.

Sore losers can never ever be happy. Sad.

      Re the Gateway Pundit story:

Liberal use of exclamation points a la “Teen” mag does not increase their credibility. Schade.
