A solemn silence turned collective gasp in the District of Columbia Woke Circuit courtroom as two bailiffs entered the door beside the jury box with the small cream-colored bear suspended between them, his stumpy hind legs wheeling fruitlessly to seek purchase in the unavailing air. The Queen of Hearts, presiding, banged her gavel as the little bear was seated at the table for the defense beside another rather small, darkish, furtive figure.

The Queen of Hearts peered over her half-glasses at the defendant and snarled, “State your full name and residence.”

“Winnie-the-Pooh,” the defendant said. “From the Hundred Acre Wood.”

“What is your personal pronoun?”

The bear looked perplexed. “Oh, bother,” he said. “Nobody I know has such a thing?”

“Of course they do,” the Queen said.

“Perhaps it’s ‘the’,” the bear said.

“That is a definite article, not a pronoun!” the Queen barked. “Are you an imbecile?”

“I’m not sure.  Maybe it’s ‘dear'”—

“That’s enough out of you!” the Queen said. “And let’s have no more impertinence! Do you have counsel?”

“Why, yes,” the bear said. “Mr. Kafka, who is seated beside me.”

“You are mistaken,” the Queen said. “That is a cockroach seated beside you, and the court is displeased to see it. Bailiff, please remove that disgusting cockroach from my court.”

Mr. Kafka, gesticulating in protest with all six arms and legs, had to be dragged out.

“First witness!” the Queen screeched. “Counsel for the prosecution….”

“Calling Uncle Remus,” said the prosecutor, Andrew Weissmann, famous for his exploits in the Enron case and with The Mueller Team in the old Russia collusion days.

An elderly gentleman-of-color with white beard and a kindly face limped forward and took the witness stand.

“Do you know this bear?” Weissmann asked.

“I knows a Brer B’ar,” Uncle Remus said. “But he a black b’ar. Dishyere one a white b’ar.”

“Exactly!” Weissmann said. “Dismissed.”

“Dat all?” Uncle Remus asked.

“It’s plenty,” Weissmann retorted and smirked at the jury, composed of members from the United Federation of Teachers, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Antifa, who all nodded amongst themselves.

“A white bear!” Weissmann repeated for emphasis, shaking his head. “And not a polar bear, either. A white bear. From England. Think about it…!”

The jurors emitted growls of opprobrium.

“Next witness,” the Queen cried.

“Calling N-Word Jim,” Weissmann said.

A strapping middle-aged gentleman-of-color, dressed in ragged clothes, strode to the witness chair.

“You reside in libraries all over the world, is that correct?” the attorney asked.

“Yassuh, dat is so. But I’se originally fum Hannibal, Missouri.”

“Are you acquainted with the defendant?”

“I done seen him on many a shelf ‘round de worl’.”

“How much shelf space does he occupy compared to you?”

“Well, fur as I knows, ‘bout double.”

“Does that seem fair to you?”

“Way I sees it, he in mebbe twice as minny books as me and Huck.”

“Huck! Who is this Huck?”

“White boy I done made a journey down de ribber wif one time.”

“What is your experience with white folks, Jim?”

“Well, dey runs mos’ everything, I ‘spect. Leas’ as fur as I kin see.”

“Exactly!” Weissmann argued. “Is it not white privilege to — as you say — run everything?” he added, shaking his head gravely. “Hegemonizing and colonizing literature everywhere you look.”

“Say, what…?” the witness rejoined and pulled his chin.

“You can go back to your raft, Jim,” Weissmann said. “Dismissed. Calling Mr. Christopher Robin.”

A very old man, bent and trembling, shuffled forward to the stand, leaning on his brass-headed cane.

“You’ve been acquainted with the defendant for how many years?”

“Oh, yes, many, since…let’s see… uh, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, I’d say.”

“In all those years, did he ever… touch you?”

“We held hands. And hugged frequently.”

“I see,” Weissmann sneered. “And this ‘touching’ started when you were, what? About five years old?”

“I suppose. Yes. It was a very long time ago.”

“Do you recall an incident involving the defendant, a person named Piglet, and a broken balloon?”

“Yes… yes, I do!”

“That was not really a balloon, was it, Mr. Robin?”

“At the time, I thought…”

“You thought!” Weissmann barked. “We all think, don’t we? Sometimes maybe a little too much! I’ll tell you what I think: I think the jury can see exactly what was going on between you and the defendant, this very privileged bear. And if they think the way I do — that is, as a normal person with healthy morals — they’ll think that this was depraved behavior on the part of this bear, routinely abusing a five-year-old boy, year after year after year!”

The jury members all nodded avidly and buzzed between themselves.

Christopher Robin looked up at the bench.

“Balloon, indeed!” the Queen snorted, wagging her finger at both the bear and Christopher Robin. “I think we’ve heard enough.”

“No! I have one other witness,” Weissmann said. “Calling Peter Pan….”

A figure wearing a leaf-green tunic and tights, and a feathered cap, flew across the room and landed in the witness seat.

“You’ve had occasion to work at the Disney Studios with the defendant, have you not?”

“I would see him around the lot on lunch breaks,” Pan said. “But we weren’t on the same pictures — except one time for a TV Christmas special where we all did cameos.”

“And what was your impression of this bear?”

“He made a crack about not believing in fairies. I didn’t know if he was kidding or not.”

“Were you hurt by that remark?”

“Not personally, but I saw what it did to my sidekick, Tinkerbelle. Her light almost went out.”

“Your honor, ladies, gentlemen, and non-binaries of the jury, We have definitely heard enough.”

“The defense rests!” the Queen of Hearts screeched. “Mr. Pooh, you have led a life of disgusting racism, colonialism, hate-ism, white supremacy, and depravity. I am directing the jury to find you guilty as charged and sentence you to be cancelled.” She pounded the bench with her gavel.

“Oh, bother,” Winnie the Pooh said, still perplexed and bewildered.

“Take him out, burn all those wicked books of his, and put him on top of the fire.”

“Lawks a’mercy,” Uncle Remus cried from the back of the room.

“See you up in sweet Beulah-land, Pooh, honey,” N-Word Jim said.

“Next case!” the Red Queen yelled above the commotion. “The people versus Robin Hood and his so-called Merry Men.”

Roll credits.

    Just… outstanding.

Closer to home, the emperor of excelsiorland may want to sing the following: (apologies to old blue eyes)

That’s life (that’s life), the folks all say it’s harsh
You’re ridin’ high in winter, shot down in March
But you know I’ll never change my way
Even when I’m forced to resign in May

I said that’s life (that’s life), and now I’m way out on a limb
You know I get my kicks stompin’ on Ron Kim
But I don’t let it, let it get me down
’cause there’s always DeBlasio to boss around

I’ve been the AG, the governor, Clinton’s HUD Secretary
I write books that no-one reads, and I won an Emmy
And each time I find myself flat on my face
I pick up the phone to raise bucks for my next race

That’s life (that’s life), I tell you even Fredo can’t deny it
I was just flirting with those chicks, but Kathleen Rice ain’t gonna buy it
And if you guys think that my third term was lame
Just wait until you gotta deal with Tish James

Very funny article,JHK. But social satire is supposed to mock reality with hyperbole. That is hard to do with Wokesterism, when Mr Potato Head is sent for re-education and Dr Zeuss books are banned. (I still haven’t understood why.)

The intellectual masters of our society have gone collectively insane or pathetically cowardly, bowing to a handful of extremist Red Guard. Or are there more powerful interests behind these soy boys and drag queens deliberately trying to sew chaos and confusion, destroying western civilization and its values from within.

The analogy is plain enough, but in reality it all seems to go on forever, with one concocted postscript after another. The audience is now beyond tired. When and where will it end?

    • abbybwood March 5, 2021 at 1:17 pm #

My little granddaughters’ favorite movie is the black and white (can I say that?) film “Tarzan the Ape Man”.

They see the rich Englishmen ordering the whippings of the locals who are on the safari carrying all the gear.

They love it when Jane slips and falls off the cliff, but thankfully she has a rope around her waist.

The hero of the movie, Cheetah, is their favorite character.

We’ll keep watching it until they are over it. Because it is a great movie and that is the way things really were back in the day.

Learning that things change and people evolve and learn is a good thing.

      • BackRowHeckler March 5, 2021 at 3:55 pm #

AW is that the Johnny Weissmuller Tarzan?

He was the best. Remember ‘Boy’?

Tarzan was always fighting natives, who chucked spears at him.

        Brh

        • abbybwood March 5, 2021 at 6:05 pm #

          Yes.

The kids are two and five.

So funny how they don’t even wonder why Tarzan is clean-shaven and has a perfect haircut. Ha!

They love the lions attacking Tarzan and Tarzan stealing Jane and Jane trying to explain “I’m Jane Parker! Jane! Jane! Understand? And you? You?!” “Tarzan! Tarzan!”

Of course the kids don’t wonder either how he got the name “Tarzan” from apes. His name should be a screaming Cheetah “Ahhh! Ahhh!”

“Boy” was “found” from a plane crash as a baby. God forbid the kids figured out “Boy” came from Tarzan and Jane procreating “out of wedlock”!

          • Yohannon March 5, 2021 at 6:59 pm #

Let kids be kids Tell them babies are brought by storks and left under leaves.

          • hmuller March 6, 2021 at 6:47 pm #

Imagine all the drunken primates at Tarzan’s bachelor party, “Hey, lets go tie a bunch of elephant’s tails together.” Some real jungle hooliganism there.

      • dlc09642 March 6, 2021 at 7:44 am #

According to the new Style guide from the AP, it’s “Black and WHITE”. The privilege results in all 5 letters being capitalized.

Plus, to pass a scientific test, Blacks make up about 1/5 the population of WHITE folks, so we should keep the scientific percentages in our descriptive adjectives.

And as long as we THINK we’re better, let’s start showing it. That too is part of the privilege.

    • Soul Forensics March 5, 2021 at 1:28 pm #

“When and where will it end?”

It will end when even the most complacent and obtuse among us realize the shakedown and scam for what it is. Ludicrous flares are accelerating so fast, it may be quicker than I’d previously thought.

      • MrMangoOnMyShoulder March 5, 2021 at 2:02 pm #

Yep. It will end when people have had enough, come to, and just laugh it off. Imagine a few million people outside the capitol (no caps) staging a collective laugh-in, cooking some brats, then taking a moment of silence to give the representative minions the finger in unison and then going home to focus on their daily lives…ignoring them from that point on.

      • Hereward the Woke March 5, 2021 at 2:30 pm #

Probably correct. Normies are quite long suffering, but a study of most revolutions shows that they act when their direct well-being is threatened through mega-inflation or some other kind of arrogant in your face screw up by the “elites”. Then all the sheep allusions go out of the window and things get nasty for those in power. At present we seem to be in some kind of bizarre lull, where people can’t quite believe what is happening and hope it is just some bad nightmare they will wake up from. I wonder where we’ll be this time next year? My guess is either much freer after a lot of blood shed or even further down Dystopia Street.

    • Uncle Bob March 5, 2021 at 11:49 pm #

    Dear Jim,
That was a very entertaining way to make a painful point. I really enjoyed being reacquainted in this way with some of my favorite literary characters. To my great misfortune, I didn’t know about “Beulah Land,” so I looked it up and found this beautiful rendition of the old song by that name performed by Alison Krauss. https://youtu.be/8NaGWXxvIxo

  9. Bill7 March 5, 2021 at 10:19 am #

The now-thoroughly Evil Democ••t Party *has to* keep the focus on Identity and Wokeness to avoid talking about Class, Class, Class.

The Democ••t Party abandoned their voters in favor of their Owners,
and relabeled the former group bigots / racists / “transphobes” / et c..

    You know the drill.

    • Zoltar March 5, 2021 at 10:22 am #

Exactly. It has been Class Warfare from the start, and identity politics have been weaponized to keep us on the defensive.

      • Bill7 March 5, 2021 at 10:30 am #

The Democ••t Party can’t be letting the People see their *common* interests, and just who exactly it is keeping them from achieving
        them, now can they?

No fan of the other half of the Duopoly, btw, but this is the Democ••t
half’s job, on behalf of the Very Few.

Antifa and BLM rioters who caused billions in damage and who actually caused the deaths and injuries to scores are let out of jail with no charges and no bail.

In the meantime the rioters/interlopers at the Capitol demonstration are still languishing in prison and face ten years.

Even the two lawyers in NYC who made and hurled Molotov cocktails at cops skated! Probably won’t even be disbarred!

And of course the “cop” at the Capitol who killed Ashley Babbit has not been charged (and they know who he is). Without any verbal warning, no tear gas etc. he just killed her and he’s free.

As they continue the barbed wire Green Zone around the Capitol for another two months.

          • benr March 5, 2021 at 4:10 pm #

You actually missed part of the story.

Our VP Kamala Harris actually had a fund to pay for the bail of any BLM or Antifa member scooped up.

She actively supported it and the resident in the Whitehouse also quietly supported it.

That was part of the scheme to get the tangerine tornado out of the Whitehouse.

Along with saying he failed to handle the covid “pandemic” yet this miserable besotted fool has done literally nothing different other than placing America dead last on his list of priorities.

Top on his list is erasing Trumps many achievements in putting America and Americans first.

I never thought about it, but it’s true. Winnie the Pooh is without trousers, just like his fellow degenerate Donald Duck, rumored to exercise fowl toxic masculine dominance over Daisy.

      • Blackbird March 5, 2021 at 11:34 am #

Or was Daisy his Ghislaine? What memories of Daisy does Britney Spears (and too many others) have locked away in some deep, dark, walled-off prison cell?

      • So many liars March 5, 2021 at 12:01 pm #

I actually have a real duck named Donald. An acquaintance works for the fire department and does volunteer work in wildlife rehab. So when the police busted some people (drugs maybe?) and hauled them off to jail, they called her to deal with the chickens and the duck they had in their basement.

Poor thing had lived his whole life on concrete, couldn’t walk, could barely stand. Now he lives at my house, and he does a waddle-run.

I have to admit that he is a degenerate in some respects, but in no way that matters.

        • hmuller March 5, 2021 at 12:36 pm #

I had a couple ducks when I was 6. They wound up on the menu. I was heart sick.

  11. NickelthroweR March 5, 2021 at 10:22 am #

    Greetings,

Let the woke mob cry and screech all they want because, frankly, it is the only power that they have. See, there are very real world events taking place at the moment and all of this cancel culture is nothing more than fiddling while Rome burns or rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. That they have to use up all the available oxygen in the room to do these things demonstrates for all to see exactly how weak and pathetic they really are.

I plan to buy up whatever assets the woke crowd may have left and do so for pennies on the dollar. Very very soon, they’ll be burning their Dr. Seuss books just to keep warm and not because of how woke they are.

    • beantownbill. March 5, 2021 at 10:26 am #

      Very good point.

    • Blackbird March 5, 2021 at 10:29 am #

If you’ve got some spare change, see if you can buy up some of that culture that’s been cancelled. The future may need it.

      • SW March 5, 2021 at 10:50 am #

“how weak and pathetic they really are” — Pathetic, yes. Priggish? yes, Smug and self-righteous? yes But weak? No. Look how easily and quickly they moved on this nonissue to get Dr. Seuss’ minor books no longer published.

A study– Research on Diversity in Youth Literature, February 2019–authored by Katie Ishizuka for The Conscious Kid Library and Ramón Stephens* for University of California, San Diego–are the ones that got the ball rolling b/c — in their infinite wisdom — they discovered the following :

In (“The Cat’s Quizzer”), the Japanese character is referred to as ‘a Japanese,’ has a bright yellow face, and is standing on what appears to be Mt. Fuji,” the authors wrote.

The study also argues that since the majority of human characters in Dr. Seuss’ books are White, his works — inadvertently or not — center Whiteness and thus perpetuate White supremacy. ”

Wait till they read Dickens! The Tempest! Hemingway! But children’s books may be the limit of their attention span.

Very clever courtroom scene, JHK. Satire may be the best anyone will be able to do to light a candle in the darkness.

        • Blackbird March 5, 2021 at 11:06 am #

Once we clear those clingy white cobwebs from the library, we will realize that western literature begins with Lucy Terry’s “Bars Fight” (ca. 1746, published 1855) – a poem, ironically about the brutal murder of a bunch of white people.

        • hmuller March 5, 2021 at 11:39 am #

I agree, SW. It would nice to dismiss these demented, brainwashed wokesters as “powerless”. But the leaders of government, academia, and corporations appease them, granting their most absurd demands.

That’s why I think these man-bun, coffee house barista’s are a symptom, a tool, and not the motive power behind the insanity. . TPTB who have always sought to mold public perceptions want us distracted with these racial, sexual, and culture identity battles while they solidify their slave society dystopia.

And I’ll just say one more thing. If Biden brings anal swabs to America, I’m opting for the drive thru window. Denied free speech, at least I can wave my opinion of our masters in their faces.

          • SW March 5, 2021 at 12:04 pm #

Scenarios like the knee-capping of poor, dead Dr. Seuss would have been laughed out of the room a mere 10 years ago. The media editors determine what we get to know, the emphasis on news stories and, most importantly, how they’re presented. HR 1 is slightly under the radar and presented as a benign “voter reform” instead of the sweeping change it is.

          • abbybwood March 5, 2021 at 1:39 pm #

Everything it seems has a “tipping point”.

The Wokesters will take their cancel culture war one tiny step too far and, well, get the popcorn ready. The backlash will be classic!

          • hmuller March 5, 2021 at 1:59 pm #

abby, I’m reminded of that moment during the McCarthy era when some witness lashed back at the Senator, “Have you no shame!”.

Somebody needs to confront the Dem leaders in a similar way, as in: “Book burning Dr Seuss? Have you no shame?”

        • NickelthroweR March 5, 2021 at 2:37 pm #

Today is the 1 year anniversary of my arrival at the house I bought sight unseen in flyover land having fled California. See, I work in media and entertainment and I was 100% surrounded by Red Guard Maoists. Instead of going into debt to endlessly virtue signal how “woke” I was, I quietly saved and invested my wealth. My friends and associates would constantly kid me because I didn’t go to Starbucks 3x a day and I drove around in an old truck built in 1989 or just got around on my bicycle (that I bought used). They thought it endlessly hysterical that my tools were all antiques or that I spent my time refurbishing electronics that were thrown away.

How well did it all play out? Well, some of my woke friends are now living in their fancy cars. The lucky ones have found someone with a garage that they can “camp” in. They are up to their eyeballs in debt with most now looking at credit scores in the 400 range. Some are still in their apartments or rentals because of the eviction moratoriums but unless some kind of amnesty appears, they will find themselves homeless the moment these moratoriums go away.

They have had to suffer through the worst of the lockdowns. They can’t go outside unless masked. They never ever ate at home before and now all of their fancy bars and restaurants are permanently closed with squatters having taken over the buildings. The very unique retail that attracts tourists to LA was deemed “non-essential” and then looted and burned by the rioters.

Any resources they could have used to escape LA are gone. Not a one of them can leave now and, frankly, it makes more sense to just stay in a place where being homeless and living in filth is tolerated. At least the weather is good, right?

Their woke California hipster man-bun lifestyle blew up in their faces and they’ve had to endure guys like me buying what treasures they did have at extreme deflated prices. Once that cycle plays out, they will get to endure what comes next and that will be hyperinflation whereas those without income-producing assets WILL NEVER be allowed to own them. That is when we will look exactly like Brazil and I can tell you that it won’t be ME living in the cardboard box shanty-town but all the idiots currently having a meltdown over Dr. Seuss.

The Journals of Lewis and Clark – DeVoto

I’m not sure if the above-linked is the ‘unedited’ version (ALL the journals!). This is probably the most interesting non-fiction I’ve ever read. Teaches you how to render bison and use every morsel, including field-dressed sausages. Also gives pointers on how to defend your camp against grizzlies.

I got it from Project Gutenberg I think. Very interesting accounts of their interactions with the natives. I was impressed with how they created the leaders of the nomadic tribes. When the warriors were out raiding or hunting they gave the chief or leader medallions to men who remained in camp with the women. Full of other interesting things I never learned in school. I never knew they used prairie fires for smoke signals, I always thought they used small controlled smokey fires. Must have been fun.

    All distractions aside…..

The CDC has announced that it is purging and removing from public access the system for reporting and documenting adverse reactions to
vaccines. That includes the COVID non vaccines (legally and medically, ‘medical interventions’ not vaccines) from Maderna, Pfizer, et al.

Take that all you people who question the so called Covid ‘vax.’

    • gerry March 5, 2021 at 11:25 am #

Wait, what? Can you provide a link? I just did a quick search and didn’t see anything in this.
Several weeks ago I joined 2 Facebook groups set up for people to document their reactions/side effects to the vaccines. Mostly people in US and UK. Many very sobering reports of strokes, cardiac issues, paralysis, death shortly afterwards. Many links to articles, videos and other resources, and people doing heartfelt analysis of this risk/reward for their personal situation. Much sharing of data from VAERS and UK’s similar program.
The largest group, at 124K members, was shut down by Facebook 2 days ago.

    • tully March 5, 2021 at 2:19 pm #

Neruodoc, thank you for pointing out these “vaccines” are no such thing. They are inadequately tested “medical interventions.” As for me, I would rather stick with medical interventions using medications/supplements with a history of safe use. Ivermectin, zinc, doxycyline, etc. Take some vitamin D3, zinc and C to support immunity.

I’m holding off on these alleged “vaccines” as long as possible.

      • neurodoc March 6, 2021 at 11:10 am #

And for the latest; Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (a major well respected journal) has published a study showing a strong link between the Pfizer ‘vax’ (and presumptively the Moderna ‘vax’ given same mechanism of action) causing Prion Disease, a spongiform dementia. COVID-19 RNA Based Vaccines and the Risk of Prion Disease, Vol 5, Issue 1, 1-3.

Note: spongiform disease is where brain tissue turns into a sponge like material and is no longer functional; in this case due to massive antibody attack. People need to understand that the Covid ‘vax’ is NOT a true vaccine, but a massive stimulator of antibodies to the ‘corona spike’ protein that is one of several spikes on the COV virus. Anyone who ever had a common cold has residual corona spiked cells throughout their body. Follow the logic.

But hey, everybody’s getting the ‘vax,’ so don’t be left out. It’s your patriotic duty!!!!! 🙂
AND, don’t question the govmint or their corporate partners, they be’s here to help.

        • Pete March 6, 2021 at 12:07 pm #

So Premier Joe Bidung did get the vaccine!

It concerns me that both political parties enthusiastically embrace the vaccine.

It concerns me that the idea of vaccination has been conflated with returning to normal. Especially in light of it not stopping the spread of the disease. It seems to me that those who are most easily programmed to accept the narrative, the vaccine and the drive towards global totalitarianism are those who want it most, they have to have it. It’s like a religion to them. Their science.

I’ve read these vaccines insert an S1 spike protein. I don’t know what that is, but they say it’s permanent. If so, could that same S1 spike protein be the marker? Could it identify you as an acolyte for their faith? Could that S1 spike protein be the marker that tells an actual bio-weapon which humans to kill?

Aren’t the anti-vaxxers the deplorables? We are not welcome anymore. They’ve made that quite clear.

I fear the rabbit hole goes deeper than any of us can imagine.

          • Wizard of the Saddle March 9, 2021 at 12:23 am #

Only problem I see with this theory is that Democrats are more keen to rush to take the vaccines than are MAGA folks, so if the marker is being set for extermination, well, there are gonna be a whole lotta dead Democrats.

    • abbybwood March 5, 2021 at 6:26 pm #

You mean like the perfectly healthy 40 year old OB/GYN Doctor in Florida with no pre-existing conditions and who went deep sea fishing and was super healthy? The guy who got the Pfizer and two days later developed a severe rash then went to the ER and they discovered he had NO PLATELETS! Like in NONE!

He died ten days later of a severe brain hemorrhage. In spite of the best medical brains in the country trying to help.

They wanted to remove his spleen, but he died before they could (the surgery would have killed him).

      But, come on!!!

This kinda shit happens all the time!

One day you are a perfectly healthy macho man, the next you get some experimental, emergency bio-engineered jab that has not been tested, and you have no fucking platelets!

So weird, bro. But NO connection to that jab you got!

    • Night Owl March 6, 2021 at 3:49 am #

How can this be? Dr. Alba informed us that it was safe and thoroughly tested!

    • jgalt March 8, 2021 at 9:46 am #

The same CDC that previously reported that the Covid infection deaths were over reported by 1600%, which was ignored by the MSM and the politicians because the sheeple cannot be frightened into submission by a virus that is less dangerous than the flu. Notably, the CDC likewise has totally ignored the findings in that study. As for adverse reporting, even the CDC admits that at most, 10% of the adverse reactions are reported, and perhaps as low as 1%. Too many deaths, miscarriages, and severe physical damages from the experimental vaccine to report honestly. Physicians are loathe to report as they are under the spell of the drug companies, and worry about liability for any injuries and deaths from the vaccine.

This is fantastic, what a way to start out the weekend- with a hearty laugh.

This fine piece may earn you the title of Public Enemy #1 of the Wokies. I’m gonna share this on Twitter and see how long it stays up, for yuks.

The funniest part is, real life is morphing into actual satire… but if we point it out, then we’re bigots. Has anyone else noticed that the Babylon Bee is getting funnier, and they hardly have to tweak a real news story, while the wokie-controlled The Onion has gone down the tubes, afraid to offend the wokies or draw attention from the cancel culture mob?

We are witnessing the end of humor – because wokies can’t allow it. someone’s feelings could *gasp* be hurt. Clutch the pearls.

    Thanks for another incredible essay.

    • Soul Forensics March 5, 2021 at 1:37 pm #

Yeah, the current Woke culture has been overripe for blistering satire for a long time now, but the Onion still trots out tame lifestyle prodding about dumb Whites.

The whole point of satire is to put your thumb into the eyes of the hypocritical, the stupid, and the evil.

The Onion is to relevant satire as the Reader’s Digest is to relevant social news.

      • MaryV March 5, 2021 at 4:20 pm #

The Onion is following the late night liberal comics that sold out and stopped punching up, if they ever did. They punch down on deplorables, that’s about the size of their comedic supply.

Funny how a conservative satire site is now less establishment than the liberal ones.

It’s a war on the sane, designed to drive us insane. The end game of Satanism.

James, you’ve been chronicling the Satanic machinations and Leftist insanities for years and decades now. I sense the Satanic virus of nihilism is starting to infect your mind with this latest missive, as if you want to say: “let it all go to hell, we’re already there anyway”.

In your public lectures, you’ve talked about a country worth fighting for. How do we get there? What concrete steps can and should be taken? What and who should be our guiding light? You already know my answer, but what’s yours? Maybe dedicate some blog posts to this topic?

    • Soul Forensics March 5, 2021 at 1:53 pm #

“James, you’ve been chronicling the Satanic machinations and Leftist insanities for years and decades now. I sense the Satanic virus of nihilism is starting to infect your mind with this latest missive, as if you want to say: “let it all go to hell, we’re already there anyway”.”

      akmofo,

I’ll take the liberty for speaking on James’ behalf.

Nihilism is most definitely NOT the impetus for our host’s post. Satire is a literary mode which has a long and proud history. Read Jonathan Swift’s incredibly sophisticated satire on his society’s response to the poor, e.g.

Satire is misunderstood by many as irrelevant mocking or nihilism. It’s the opposite. It’s the literary response to frustrated idealism, the underlying emotion often being rage at continuing injustice. These are attributes and procedures a pole apart from nihilism.

And they’re effective. Rational back-and-forth often won’t even move the needle, as we’re seeing with all the cucks and other well-meaning defenders of free speech and due process. The Wokery controls the “rational narrative”, and they win big time when challenged by considered logic and good faith.

This is how modernism was born after WWI. The Dadaists and Surrealists, with their absurdist fictional works, were dead serious, moreso the more ridiculous their stories and poems became. Of course they were also mostly talentless, and drove themselves into a dead end. But their approach had an effect on what Art can do in the public sphere. (1930s Art was sober because people didn’t need convincing any more to know what they were dealing with, but gritty Realism came out of the same ethos.)

Rationality has its place. Especially when objective history is written. But now? Mock, laugh, and viciously caricature these nincompoops and evil manipulators.

      Good work, JHK.

      • akmofo March 5, 2021 at 3:08 pm #

I don’t know, I get a sense of frustrated desperation in JHK’s latest missive. Maybe nihilism is too strong a word for it, but the psychological seeds for it are definitely there.

JHK asks, what is there to fight for?

I will ask you, who is there to fight for?

Your neighbors that thieve your mail packages from your doorsteps? The police that thieve your money with fines and do nothing but burn gas and your tax dollars on bloated salaries and retirement pensions? The giant corporations and sales persons that try to scam you with every opportunity? The politicians and urban developers that regulate and design the most inhuman habitats to enslave people in isolation and depression.

Who is there to fight for? You tell me.

The spineless cowards in your community that don’t do nothing but eat like pigs and gorge on “entertainment”?

In a country of 330 million, normal people can’t organize a tiny million for a rally against this constant onslaught of Satanism?! What a disgrace! It’s no wonder you see them Commies view you with complete disrespect and contemptuousness .

You put up with people like Tekapo in this blog, you’ll put up with anything and everything. Where is the outcry and demand that JHK remove its ass from here? Where are you people! Even in this tiny of things, you’re all missing in action!

        • Soul Forensics March 5, 2021 at 3:55 pm #

          akmofo,

          You’re shifting the goal posts.

Mocking, laughing at, and denouncing the Woke foot soldiers and their Overlords doesn’t mean doing nothing in the practical world to counteract them. It’s both/and, not either/or.

You’re right that more people should fight back. But to fight back, the subjected first have to see what’s actually hitting them. And unfortunately, people, in the aggregate, are too obtuse and complacent to see that.

Without comprehension, there is no responding vision. So any opposition is dead in the water, at least at this point. That’s why I’m actually optimistic in that the Woke bullshit is getting so farcical that the sleepers can finally be startled awake. Until then, those who know better can only do our part. Satire is one effective response to that.

As far as the puny tekapos of the world, I’m not sure what you think should be done with them. They’re like sun blisters. They’ll always be around. You should know that JHK actually does ban them, and often. But — and I congratulate him for it — he also gives them some rope. And why not? Let them hang themselves. In any event, they’re ineffectual. Free speech helps us to actually know what and how the enemy’s mind works. If you’re fed up, just scroll on past.

          • akmofo March 5, 2021 at 5:38 pm #

We all know what the Commies are thinking and what they have planned, that includes JHK. There’s no reason to entertain them or tolerate them in any way.

There are no free speech rights here. They are entitled to nothing! Look at the way they treat conservatives. These people are deadly poison and need to be treated as such. Everything else is just a lame excuse to do nothing.

Start with baby steps like Tekapo, but start already! Learn to demand to get your way, or you will never learn to! Enough with the damn passively!

White is not a nation. You’re NOT a nationalist, you’re a Roman imperialist. The Vatican Nazi EU is a prison of nations. Even the Italians now understand this and everyone in the EU including the Italians wants out.

          • Yohannon March 6, 2021 at 12:06 pm #

“White is not a nation”. True but it’s a place to start. I mean not all mammals are dogs, but all dogs are mammals. If you aren’t White, you have no place in an organic or real White nation. Any of them. If you are White, you can immigrate to another White nation. You may never fit in that well, but your kids will if born there, all other things being equal.

America was a NEW White nation, comprised of Whites from a half a dozen or more old White nations. Sometimes new things happen, Akmo. I know it’s hard for you but I understand. I value the old as well.

I say “was” because it’s no more. It didn’t fail, it was assassinated.

Cute. Although tempting, we cannot give in to distraction.

    More war for another’s benefit.
    More power and wealth usurpation.

Rand Paul was totally wrong when addressing Pocahontas’ wealth tax.
A class war is what we need.

I wonder too if this is a red herring to distract us all away from HR 1 which has passed the House and is going to the Senate. It would completely overhaul voting criteria. Here’s a list of what it contains:

    HR would in short order:

    • H.R. 1 would make fraud easier by forcing states to implement early voting, automatic voter registration, same-day registration, online voter registration and no-fault absentee balloting

    • Degrade the accuracy of registration lists by requiring states to automatically register all individuals on state and federal databases. This would include many ineligible voters, including aliens

    • It would require states to allow 16-year-olds and 17-year-olds to register. Combined with a ban on voter ID, this would allow underage individuals to vote

    • Require states to count ballots cast by voters outside of their assigned precincts, a recipe for election fraud

    • Mandate no-fault absentee ballots, which are the tool of choice for vote thieves, force states to accept absentee ballots received up to 10 days after Election Day and force states allow ‘ballot harvesting’

    • Prevent election officials from checking the eligibility and qualifications of voters and removing ineligible voters

    • Ban state-voter ID laws by forcing states to allow individuals to vote without an ID and merely signing a statement in which they claim they are who they say they are

    • Create vague and broad language that could be used to criminally charge someone who questions the eligibility of a voter

    • Destroy the bipartisan composition of the Federal Election Commission and places a partisan majority in control of every aspect of our federal elections

    • Require states to restore the ability of felons to vote the moment they are out of prison

    • Force disclosure of names of Americans who donate to nonprofit organizations — thus subjecting them to political harassment

    • Declare statehood for Washington DC to be ‘constitutional’ despite evidence it is not

    • And finally, HR 1 would effectively ban nonprofits from contacting a member of Congress or their staff about pending legislation — a direct assault on the right of Americans to petition their government.

We don’t hear too much about this on the news, do we? Two articles were removed — allowing 16 yr olds to vote and inmates of prisons.

      Irony abounds here.

We supposedly take away limits on any person on American soil, whether legal or illegal, and allow ballot manipulation. So everyone can vote, just as many times as they want.

The irony is that implementation of this bill into law makes the Uniparty permanent. So there is no reason to vote, voting becomes a sham, like it was in the USSR.

Think about The USSR back in the mid century. This is from some school propaganda I got back then.

Women work in the USSR to make ends meet, they do not in the US, the housewife is dominant.

Kids have a parent at home so child care is not necessary, in the USSR child care is predominant.

Kids rat on their parents to get ahead in the USSR, never in the US.

There is one party in the USSR, voting is a rubber stamp to everything happening from the government, the dictator. Two parties in the US, the vote counts for something.

The press is a patsy for the Communist party, in the US a free press is one of the Rights of men. Remember Pravda?

Stalin killed millions in Eastern Europe because they did not want to create communal farms, the same farms that were out produced by farmers farming individual quarter acre plots. One of the biggest failures of socialism.

The USSR was run by one man being rubber stamped by a figment of a legislature. The US had a balance of power between three entities to prevent too much power in one individual.

The teacher that taught this also said that eventually the US would approach the USSR and vice versa as time went by. A prophet!

Women in the US are predominately career people, the kids are secod priority.

      Child care is paramount.

College punks rat on, beat up, ignore, hate their elders.

The Uniparty is putting in roots for permanence. The GOP are ineffectual now and if Trump cannot put together a coalition, the GOP is toast. The vote is a joke now. What for?

The MSM, what a joke. A showplace for buffoons. No balance of party in the press at all. The Leftist rags are trying to shut down the Right press. If they succeed, like Pravda, what is the point of having a press?

The Wokesters want to eliminate the Deplorables. Do not be foolish and think the purges cannot happen here. Look at Minneapolis, Seattle and Portland as starting point. The only thing stopping them is the 2nd amendment, which by the way, the Leftists are trying to figure out how to get the guns.

The Leftist takeover in DC will start being a battle for who has the power. Dictatorship is on the way.

Here we are, a carbon copy of everything we hated about Russia in mid-century.

What happened, it seems like all power corrupts absolutely, why does it seems everything evolves towards totalitarianism and socialism?

Maybe the decline of risk for reward? The advent and takeover of the dependent gimme state? The ascent of the elite knowing they can get away with it all by promoting the stupidification of the people. The majority of the population becoming urbanized, a totally dependent state? D All the above.

Is it inevitable? I fear it is as our recent history seems to be pointing out.

      • Yohannon March 5, 2021 at 12:27 pm #

Capitalism/Communism – one system. Capitalism is the dominant party. We could have high technology and great industry without rending our social fabric, but not under Capitalism/Communism. Only under National Socialism or Fascism, which are philosophies of Man not Matter. Or Man at his best not Man under the complete control of the profit motive (Man at his worst).

More proof of their fundamental identity: Communist countries tend to become more Capitalist over time. Capitalist countries more Communist. Obviously North Korea veered off the tarmac into something else – Dictator worship, or nascent monarchy.

      • hmuller March 5, 2021 at 12:31 pm #

JohnAZ, There’s one more troubling parallel I’ve noticed. In the Soviet Union dissidents were considered mentally insane and in need of being institutionalized. Who would deny that the state had created a worker’s paradise? Only crazy people.

Increasingly I see MSM treatment of the ‘non-awoken’ as mentally ‘not quite right’. They should have their children taken from them; they are all terrorist Nazi’s, How dare they not buy into the narrative? Allege election fraud?! What conspiracy theorists! They must not be allowed to utter a word. Only thus may truth triumph.

    • Tekapo March 5, 2021 at 12:38 pm #

“I wonder too if this is a red herring to distract us all away from HR 1 which has passed the House and is going to the Senate. It would completely overhaul voting criteria. Here’s a list of what it contains:”

I don’t agree with everything on the list. for example same-day registration. If you can’t be motivated to register at some time in the two years before each very well-established election day, then perhaps voting is something not for you.

I can’t see the real benefit of 16-17 year-old “early registration” either … much better as a ritual you undertake when you turn 18 in my view.

But many things on the list are quite positive, and are a response by the Democrats – in this possibly brief window of holding power – to the evidence they see as widespread and highly biased voter suppression in far too many states.

So for example, at some logical level, voter ID might seem fair enough, but in fact it is used and abused by partisan state officials to make voting harder, by making voter ID really restricted, and not everyone has a driver’s license.

In some big college towns, the election officials came up with the plainly corrupt tactic of ruling that a student ID was not permitted as voter ID … clearly aimed at discouraging student voting that was likely to be progressive.

And voter ID is not necessary if the electoral rolls are accurate and scannable at the end of the day.

So in a really partisan environment where the Republicans claim widespread fraud, and the Democrats claim widespread suppression – you could expect a bill like this after the 2020 experience. Congress has the constitutional right to pass nationwide legislation in respect of elections.

      • hmuller March 5, 2021 at 12:58 pm #

Voter ID doesn’t require a driver’s license, just some kind of ID. Who doesn’t carry any ID, bigfoot?

I find it amazing how people who have no problem with the state tracking and surveillance of innocent people in their daily business, squeal like drama queens over the unjustified control measure of voter ID!

Obama spied on all Americans without probable cause. He droned two American citizens without due process. He waged wars without a declaration of war from congress. He portrays himself as a “constitutional scholar”. He’s a very popular former president. It appears most Americans will accept anything from their politicians.

“In some big college towns, the election officials came up with the plainly corrupt tactic of ruling that a student ID was not permitted as voter ID … clearly aimed at discouraging student voting that was likely to be progressive.”

How does a college ID establish residency and citizenship?

Do students submit birth certificate and other identifying documents to get a student ID?

These are important questions. I don’t understand how you can characterize the refusal to accept student ID as “plainly corrupt.” To me, it appears that the election officials are trying to follow the law. When did following the law become corrupt?

        • Tekapo March 5, 2021 at 3:45 pm #

How does a college ID establish residency and citizenship?

That isn’t even the Republican-claimed purpose of showing an ID when you vote.

Showing ID only confirms that you are the person you claim to be. The fact that you are on the electoral roll is where you have established your citizenship – when you enrolled – and your registered address and DOB will also be on the roll.

And as you are marked off the roll as having voted, I still don’t see the overwhelming case for ID. Each person on the roll can only record one vote.

Anyway, there is no evidence at all that widespread voting fraud occurs because of the absence of ID at voting centers. It is Republican mythology.

I also think everyone is likely to have some form of ID … but the problem for Dems is that states play funny games – rejecting all sorts of ID in order to suppress voting.

The GOP has admitted many times (including just last week before the Supreme Court) that if there is wider voter participation then they lose. Hence all their schemes to limit Democrat-leaning voting.

          • MaryV March 5, 2021 at 4:06 pm #

What about multiple over-18 people in the same household? How do the voter rolls deal with that?

ID should be used for every single voter every time.

          • Tekapo March 5, 2021 at 4:33 pm #

What about multiple over-18 people in the same household? How do the voter rolls deal with that?

Not sure what you mean … each person is on the voter roll as an individual: name, address, DOB … it would be close to impossible for two people to share identical information, so sharing a household doesn’t cause problems.

I still disagree about ID – they don’t do anything to increase vote integrity, and they cheapen the nation … making it feel like a totalitarian / police state like an old soviet one, or a South American banana republic.

No thanks … there should be a presumption of propriety and honesty in citizens.

          • benr March 5, 2021 at 5:00 pm #

And in states like California and I guess New York that sign people up for drivers licenses even people who are not citizens or even legally in the country.
Guess what at least in California they are signed up to vote at the same time they must uncheck the box manually to not be singed up to vote!

It has nothing to do with voter suppression that is a Democrat strawman argument for fools to regurgitate.
Voter id is about making sure you are who you say you are and eligible to vote period end of story.

The only mythology is your continued faery tales about Democrats not cheating at the polls in any way they can figure out how to.

The nation is in a tough partisan spot … half claims voter fraud (which remains unproven) while the other half wants to maximize the vote and stop suppression (which has been blatant in some states)..

If I were the hardhat Democrat strategist I would want to pass a law like this. Calling it “ub-American” doesn’t mean too much – there are a thousand different views as to what that means.

No-one claims FiveThirtyEight are perfect (not even themselves), but averages of polls over time are in general pretty accurate.

They tracked Joe Biden having a modest but significant lead in all the swing states for some months before Nov 3 – a small winning lead that Donald Trump could not whittle away – as the result finally showed.

And by the way I am a very critical / sceptical reader and viewer of just about everything. I prefer rational argument and good science over confirmation bias, any day.

And no-one ever said HRC had a 95% lead … that is make-believe.

            Some additional background from AP:

The AP reported on their AP-NORC Poll:

Joe Biden is enjoying an early presidential honeymoon, with 60% of Americans approving of his job performance thus far and even more backing his handling of the coronavirus pandemic, according to a new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.

At a moment of deep political polarization in America, support for Biden’s pandemic response extends across party lines. Overall, 70% of Americans back the Democratic president’s handling of the virus response, including 44% of Republicans.

Fifty-five percent of Americans approve of his handling of the economy, but 63% also say that the economy remains in poor shape.

I am certainly not a Biden fan, but it seems he is still meeting the expectations of a majority of Americans.

“..All his life he had been confronted by situations which were incapable of being solved, and there was a deliberateness behind all this, behind this changing of the card or door, because they would always wait until you had learned to jump at the certain card or door–the one with the circle–and then they would change it on you. There have been so many doors changed on me, he said, in the last twenty years, but it is now becoming clear that it is an impossible situation, and the question is whether to jump again, even though they ruffle you in the rump with a blast of air–to make you jump. He wished he wasn’t standing by the Minipiano. First they would teach you the prayers and the Psalms, and that would be the right door- the one with the circle and the long sweet words with the holy sound, and that would be the one to jump at to get where the food was. Then one day you jumped and it didn’t give way, so that all you got was the bump on the nose, and the first bewilderment, the first young bewilderment..”

Missouri is one of those reprobate states that never had a statewide mask order; the only lock down was the first one last spring. Governor left it up to cities and counties to do what they felt best for their situation. The furor over TX and MS eliminating their state wide mask mandates earlier this week amused me no end.

I don’t know how you can take it lightheartedly that these mother fuckers are dismantling the United States, its constitution and its glorious legacy and cultural symbols. The country needs to be in a state of civil war. The body politic has been invaded by a pathogen, which is now sucking the body dry and laying it waste. The body needs to shake with convulsion and fever to expel it. Instead, it shows no reaction. The pathogen will suck its host dry and then itself perish.

  28. CitizenG March 5, 2021 at 11:50 am #

Thanks JHK for putting Woksters into perspective again with that little satirical narrative. I think we can all relate to Winnie as our little legs flail with futility against nothing but air as we receive endless irrationality to all our most earnest questions.
Ironically, Lenny Bruce comes to mind these days when he performed his iconic rant on the importance of actually saying words like nigger, kike, porch monkey, sand nigger, spic, and etc., in order to defuse the devisive power of language.
This nanny state censorship reminds me of all the mommys prohibiting us boys from saying nasty things for our own good. This works OK for kids but not for adults as we can all see what happens when grown men and women are censored and not able “to know, to utter and to argue freely, according to conscience” as Milton said in enlightenment times.
Also, I often wonder if can it still be hate speech if certain groups are allowed to say it, but you can’t!
I teach at an urban high school so it begs the question.
As AKMO stated up the thread “‘ How do we get there? What concrete steps can and should be taken? What and who should be our guiding light?'”
Maybe I’m looking for a little direction, too.

Cancel culture. Banning. It’s not just what you can’t say or what books won’t be promoted in classrooms or libraries. It’s disappearing “wrongthink” down the memory hole forever.

Bezos. Owns the most Woke newspaper in the U.S., the Washington Post. Also owns this kinda prominent business called Amazon. You can buy most any book from Amazon. But you don’t own them, at least not in any sense we understand the term.

You buy a book from the bookstore, read it, and set it on your book shelf to reread whenever you want. You die, and in your will you bequeath your library to your son. (I was an early beneficiary of my older brother’s huge library of books when he died in 1971. A terrible event, obviously, but also a fortuitous one for me, as those books, still with me, changed my life at 15.) Books well-built will last for centuries, and of course are reprinted in many editions when the old ones moulder.

Not so, from Amazon. They have the power, and most importantly under their terms — which you agree to as part of the TOS — the right to delete any and all books they see fit to from your Kindle. When (not if) this banning madness increases to levels which make the Dr Seuss issue seem mild, good luck preserving anything you value from electronic storage. And they’ll eventually not even stock anything “controversial” in the first place.

The book burning is, of course, the parallel issue, but a huge part of the average reader’s experience now happens through Kindle and other electronic reader devices.

Premier Biden can end systemic racism AND immigration reform with the a single decree.

    ahem…

Hence forth and forever more, any American citizen, whether of birth or naturalization, is hereby granted, “WHITE PRIVILEGE,” forever.

Heck, let’s write it into the constitution.

We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are endowed by their creator with WHITE PRIVILEGE.

God bless Premier Biden, and long live white privilege.

I pledge allegiance… with liberty and white privilege for all.

See? The solution isn’t to take away white privilege from white people. The solution is to give it to everyone who wants it. Let’s build bridges, not tear them down.

But be careful what you wish for, with white privilege comes white responsibility. But don’t worry about that now.

What we have to worry about is how the AI police robots are gonna mete out law -n- order on the street. Since we’ll all have white privilege, and acting in accordance, we should all be safe from those behavior pattern recognition, machine learning, AI police bots. Right?

    Neuro doc

I have a rather important question, for you or anyone with the answer.

Everyone talks about Covid antibodies needing to be in place for protection, whether from getting it or vaccination.

My statement on this is it is a line of BS. Yes, antibodies are developed to clobber a new antigen introduction, but antibodies are designed to be temporary. Antibodies and their killer T cells partner up to kill current infections, yes, but once the infection is under control, the inflammatory process is attenuated quickly. Antibodies go away, ON PURPOSE!

The key to immunity are the memory B and T cells that quickly respond to antigens they see again. That is the key to immunity for any disease.

I have not heard one thing about the effect of Covid or it’s vaccines on forming memory Bs and Ts. If they form, long term immunity develops, if not, antibodies are torn down in four months or so. Great! The “science” of this disease has been horsecrap since last year. Do we need vaccines every six months to maintain antibodies? Or is long term memory in place? If we maintain antibodies and T cells at elevated levels, will we have problems with inflammation such as heart disease?

Questions we should know the answers to.

    • JohnAZ March 5, 2021 at 8:00 pm #

IOW, if the Crud or its vaccine does not create memory cells and only short term antibodies the vaccine is essentially worthless, giving short term immunity only. Inflammation response is destructive to the body, as it destroys body cells as well as antigens. The vaccine being given too much may be destructive. Who knows?

That is my point. No one knows? Where is science?

      • tucsonspur March 5, 2021 at 8:14 pm #

What about the J&J vaccine, same thing?

        • malthuss March 5, 2021 at 8:19 pm #

          • JohnAZ March 6, 2021 at 12:05 am #

I am amazed at how little we know about the virus , it’s effects and the efficacy of the vaccines. Fauci is a political hack, a fraud, a snake oil salesman.

Watched a story last night that a new virus is being studied in Wuhan that is much worse than Covid. ??? It also originated in China.

        • JohnAZ March 6, 2021 at 12:01 am #

          Ts

J&J uses injected DNA that goes into the host cell nucleus and makes the cell nucleus produce mRNA that goes into the cytoplasm and makes the cell produce spike proteins that are identical to Covid. When they are released, the immune system responds to the spikes creating antibodies that will recognize the Covid virus itself.

With Moderna and Pfizer, the mRNA is injected, which goes into the cytoplasm and creates the spike protein without using the nucleus.

I do not know which might be safer or easier. J&J uses only one shot, not two. The mRNA shots are 90+% effective against the disease and 100% effective against serious infection and death. J&J is 70+% effective against the disease but still 100% effective against serious infection and death. That is from the trials data.

I am getting no. 2 Pfizer tomorrow. I will update everyone.

          • tucsonspur March 7, 2021 at 4:24 am #

Thanks for that. I’m scheduled for first shot this Thursday. Messing with the cell’s control and command center gives me concern. But what do I know.

      • Blackbird March 6, 2021 at 9:47 am #

“Who Knows?” Good question. Short answer: “Not us”. We don’t know the long-term effects of “COVID-19” or of the many “vaccines”, because there have been no long term studies.

In general, immunity derived from exposure to an antigen is more long lasting than that derived from an “immunization”. As you pointed out, the T and B cells recognize the antigen and more quickly respond. With vaccination, the T and B cells don’t gain this memory and when presented with an antigen after vaccination-derived immunity has faded are less able to quickly respond. Nor is vaccine-derived immunity passed from mother to child. Vaccines, like most artificial interventions in natural processes, short circuit the natural process of the immune system making it less effective. It’s like writing using “Grammerly” – let somebody else always give you the answers, you’ll never learn for yourself.

There is a lot of info (and dis-info) out there about vaccines in general and the “COVID” “vaccines” specifically. You have to dig with an open mind and use logic rather than emotion to put the pieces together.

        • Yohannon March 6, 2021 at 1:09 pm #

It’s like the movie Halloween. We won’t be able to take off the masks and millions will die when the jabbed encounter a natural corona virus and their immune systems kill them by over firing.

I can’t wrap my mind around people just shrugging and getting the vaccine, against a virus that hasn’t been isolated and from what I’ve researched is just the naturally occurring yearly coronvirus, which moved through the population and left last June. Since then, number pumping and other illnesses have all been labeled Covid19 to keep the fear alive.

And the population fatality rate even with grotesquely inflated numbers is stil less than 1%, recovery rate 99%… so why would someone allow untested garbage into their body, esp that messes with their RNA?

Congrats people who take it – you’re now a walking GMO.

In the Year of our Lord 2022, Jesus finally returned to the Earth.

One day He was out preaching to a great multitude of assembled Wokesters.

He eased into his message for the day as the crowd gazed longingly at the small boxes in their hands with the usual blank and empty looks upon their lifeless faces.

Jesus was not swayed. He knew the type of crowd he was addressing. Slowly but surely, he got closer to the meat of his sermon.

Jesus finally said… “Let He Who Is Without Sin Cast the First Stone”.

    The Wokesters were outraged.

“How DARE you call us all ‘HE’”? a few began to scream. “Don’t you know we get to choose every day WHAT we want to be? We haven’t told you WHAT we are today!”

Jesus was undisturbed but went on, slightly altered his message in hopes to be heard by the Great Woked Folk…

“Let ANYONE who is without sin cast the first stone”.

And with that, the Wokesters came alive and got great big grins on their faces and went wild… casting and flinging stones in all directions at everyone who wasn’t sufficiently Woke enough and they kept tossing and throwing rocks and anything they could find without even stopping to take a breath. In fact, some say they may never stop.

And for the second time in all the ages, Jesus cast his eyes upon this monstrous scene and sighed to Himself… “Father, forgive them… for they know not what they do…”

To their way of thinking, the Left has found a gold mine in Dr. Seuss’ ethnic portrayals, portrayals that fit in perfectly with their agenda. If you want to cancel culture and attack ‘white supremacy’, what better place to start than at the bottom of the educational ladder with children and the books that they read. Create a clean palette, then infuse the system with diminished whites, eventually turning them into the laughable stereotype.

The Left again on the attack, the Right wearily trying to defend. They put Dr. Seuss to good use and pile on more and more abuse.

    Dear Winnie The Pooh,

Don’t worry I’ll be having some “tea” with the Queen of Hearts soon. Speaking of which I have an opening for a Political Officer.

Seeing as a Political Officer is supposed to represent the heart of the crew, I think you would be a good choice. My own Mr. Putin recently had an accident after slipped on some tea. In my own book, The Hunt for Red October, I tell all my men to “join the party. It’s easy you memorize a few lines, raise your hand and say a few things.” Winnie the Pooh I think you’d be a good choice to be a party member. Or better yet, your friend Rabbit. Although I think my first officer has a dream of living in Montana and raising rabbits for cooking.

But in the end, we’re leaving the Soviet Union behind.

    Sincerely,

    Captain Ramius

Free thinkers like Benjamin Franklin made huge incremental gains pushing against the religious orthodoxy of their time. However, like everything else, pushing hard at anything, including moral and ethical boundaries, starts to produce diminishing marginal returns and eventually negative returns. This principle seems to be baked into the universe. The Daoists refer to it as “Zou Ji Bi Fan” which means generally that too much of something eventually turns in on itself and produces its opposite. Eventually, all of the money printing will likely implode the financial system?

Well, Janet Yellin was on PBS last nite, saying trillions more $$ will be nedded to fight the CLIMATE CRISIS, promote CLIMATE JUSTICE, and ENSURE EQUITY.

Judy Woodruff, PBS interviewer was worshipful, as if in the presence of a deity. Needless to say no hard questions were asked, or even hinted at.

          Not sure.

Hey E. I ordered a Winchester 1876, .45-70. Dealer said it will take about 2 weeks to arrive.

New, made at the Moruku plant in Japan.

One thing I’ve learned, the days of a discount off the MSRP are over. Now it is MSRP, plus a premium.

That’s the way it is now, hope it doesn’t last long.

Miroku is a producer of excellent, high quality products…they built The Charles Daly O/U, and some of the Browning Superposed, in the mid-80’s, as I recall.

The 45-70 is an interesting choice. The caliber can be loaded to almost 458 WM specs…but not for a relatively weak action such as the Win 1876…still 450grain+ loadings are the norm, and the round is easily silenced* in it’s less rigorous forms.

*Back in the stone age, I had a buddy that had a class 2 Manufacturer’s license…legal to make silencers and machine guns…we made a silenced H&R “Shikari” single shot into a silenced weapon…you could hear the 500gr bullet whizzing thru the air, but no report otherwise.

Hilarious Tucker tonight. All the National Guardsmen who were at Capitol Storm are going to get medals, so great was the threat. They saved the Nation. How gay is that?

And the threat is by no means over March 4th was Qanon Inauguration Day, and many Congressmen fled in terror from the Legions of who were supposed to show up. But none did. It was a false flag. One “Ken” says the real Qanon Inauguration day will be Mach 20.

QAnon is hilarious … every time its predictions fall flat, it was either a false flag, or they just push the date out a bit further. There is no vaccine for these levels of stupid!

Two more senators and a handful of Reps would be all it would take for the Uniparty to be in place and the president to become a dictator with the Congress as a rubber stamp.

The SC and federal judiciary might as well work for the DOJ for all the good they do.

Q is not a domestic terror threat at all. The enemy of the people and the Constitution are the Deep State, who want power in the hands of the Feds.

I have noticed the governors fighting back a little with the help of a few conservative federal judges. Kinda like the sanctuary states did with Trump. Trump let it stand as state’s rights. We will see what Biden does to the Neanderthals. This guy is a dictator, a megalomaniac that makes Trump look good. “Ain’t nobody gonna tell me what to do, c’mon!

          • SoftStarLight March 6, 2021 at 3:06 pm #

Yes, Biden is dictatorial for sure but I really do question his mental state. I think the real dictators are the shadowy people behind him who are actually orchestrating everything. I tend to agree that there is really no possible conservative solution in electoral politics. The electoral system is a known fraud and is now being stacked with foreigner invaders who will be able to vote. And hey even if they vote wrong the machines can fix that. The best way to kill off the Deep State it would seem is to dismantle the society, the host on which they are feeding and therefore deriving their life.

It is completely pathetic that they have succeeded in stealing a national election and the electorate just says “oh well” and goes back to their boob tube watching whatever inane bullshit blows their skirt up. While the gop, that aided and abetted the fraudulent election puts on a show of taking things back in the next election cycle. It is now or never. It may be too late already. The country will never recover from this, especially if it is allowed to stand as is until a new election. We are sitting on a powder keg and the fuse is lit. Just trying to figure out the layout of the big flowchart on your wall for how to do your job, asking for a friend…

Well, it would take a long time to describe everything on the Big White Board of my persona, but since you have asked (and asked nicely) – I can give you a few key points.

            1. I am moderate social-democrat (center-leftish) – but terms like Commie and Far Left and Marxist are just name-calling and I pay them no heed, since they don’t apply.

            2. I agree very strongly with JHK that there is a long emergency (and it might not be that long) – systemic, structural, deep problems that are not going away and not going to be solved easily.

            3. Key ones are the crushing of the working class, the hollowing out of the middle class, the extreme wealth of the elites, and the destruction of Main Street by corporate power.

            4. On top of that – resources, energy, infrastructure, finance, debt, environmental degradation, water … it’s a long list of issues.

            5. I have a strong interest in party politics, but within the context of it being a small sideshow at the deep level, for the reasons outlined above.

            6. Trump was probably not the worst president in history, but I believed he was a very bad one – and it was 99% his own fault – he did not have what it takes for the job … in my simple view.

            7. The fact that he has a solid core of cult-like support is pretty amazing, and I don’t like it at all – it is menacing, undemocratic, and basically works at the basest level of emotions and passions.

            8. My strongest position however – and where I differ from many on here – is that all of the problems that exist mostly affect the poorest 75%, and that far too many people blame the wrong things for causing it.

            9. The fault lies with late capitalism, and the (mostly) transnational corporations – they wield more power and influence than most governments ever do, and they fund the politicians they want.

            10. The problems are not caused by Democrats or the Deep State or excessive migration or even by the shadowy globalists … I don’t think the election was stolen, and I don’t think the election of Joe Biden and Democrat majorities mean it’s the end of America.

            11. They are both mainstream parties, and there are far more similarities than there are genuine differences. Having said that, I have an intense dislike of Mitch McConnell – but I expect I’m not alone in that!

The QAnon movement is total lunacy, but so are distractions like Mr PotatoHead and Dr Seuss. Th #MeToo and BLM movements started off well … not sure how well they’re travelling. The destruction of inner cities such as Portland and Minneapolis is appalling.

But overall, race and illegal immigration are really highly charged issues – and I concede I am very much torn in several directions … between justice, human rights, and also rational solutions.

I’ll get a vaccine when my cohort is allowed to receive it.

          • Tekapo March 7, 2021 at 2:37 am #

I have a different view – liberal democracy is worth preserving and defending. The Republicans lost this round because (a) Trump was not a well-liked incumbent, and (b) the Democrats were far better at “politicizing” the election in a pandemic.

You can complain all you like really, but the fact is that a democracy means that you win some and you lose some. Trump played sore loser – and attacked the ideals of democratic America by not conceding defeat gracefully.

But why would he – he’s just a New York schmuck who doesn’t believe he could ever lose. Well Donald – welcome to the real world – more than 50% of the people did not want you to have a second term.

        Seriously.

Q anon is admittedly ex-CIA, NSA, etc. those people don’t change their spots or are allowed out of the ‘club’ as far as I know.

So what are Simon Parkes, Charlie Ward, Sacha Stone and other ‘connected’ guys who claim to ‘know’ Qanon up close and personal, selling to their duped followers? A lot of merchandise, for one. I watch them for laughs. The other day, they had this obviously OCD-riddled ‘numerology’ guy pulling numbers out of his ass and attributing all sorts of meaning to them. It was hilarious.

Simon Parkes has a huge following. He also believes he goes to other planets once a month to visit his alien mother and that he fathered an alien daughter…. the guy is crackers.

Charlie Ward admits he admires the Royal Family! Yes, those people, the very ones Q anon says are the illuminati luciferians.

These guys can’t even keep their own story straight. They just move the goal posts further down the line. Their favorite narrative is “things don’t happen on our time, they happen on God’s time” lol. Perfect. So they never have to be accurate.

The day before I heard that Dr. Seuss got canceled from the read across America events I went to the library and the staff were all wearing these cat-in-the-hat head bands and had done up the library with some kind of trail marked in the floor and various Dr. Seuss displays. I talked to the staff about it while checking out. They said “Its just something fun for the kids.” When I return the materials I’ll ask about the controversy. The library somehow resisted the mask while indoors rule for months. Maybe they resisted this too. Librarians used to seem like the most decent group of people in America it is sad to read that they’re jumping on this censorship bandwagon.

    Wiki

The term womxn is an alternative spelling of the English word woman. “Womxn” has been used particularly by intersectionalist feminists, to avoid perceived sexism in the standard spelling, which contains the word “man”.[1] Womxn was first used after 2010 and has since been adopted by various organizations, including university groups in the US and UK, who call it more inclusive than women and other alternative spellings.[2][3][4] Conversely, it has been criticized for being unnecessary, confusing, or conflicting with the uncommonness of mxn to describe men.[5][6][7]

Yoho: Wo means wife. mxn is the abbreviation of the Mexican peso. So womxn also means the to be wifed or married to the peso, perhaps. How unfortunate to be so. Should I try and add this to this wiki?

    • Tekapo March 6, 2021 at 2:25 am #

The term womxn is an alternative spelling of the English word woman.

Yeah well … even as generally supportive of inclusive and non-sexist language change for about 50 years (I remember when earlier feminists used wimmin and similar spellings to avoid “woman”) – it seems to me that womxn is a bit beyond the pale.

Not least because it has no no verbal pronunciation. I can deal with “Latinx” easily enough as a non-gender term that’s not bad – and it’s easy to say – but nope, womxn doesn’t make the cut for me.

It’s always stuff at the boundaries that cause most of the heavy drama – particularly as the number of genders has increased beyond two.

Finally someone telling the absolute truth about covid and most of all the mask debate and this guy has a pedigree!

Science, Politics, and COVID: Will Truth Prevail?

    https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/science-politics-covid-will-truth-prevail/?utm_campaign=imprimis&utm_medium=email&_hsmi=114208403&_hsenc=p2ANqtz–ErLpOJC_Jtp1RyH5WQ5ifJOzY0UIWxxZi49sYjw_cQNjobFixQahnVXyjimicXJNHHvaHktJE4Ub78AQ44c6AeSF6EA&utm_content=114197923&utm_source=hs_email

Tom Jefferson and Carl Heneghan of the University of Oxford’s Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine, for instance, wrote that “despite two decades of pandemic preparedness, there is considerable uncertainty as to the value of wearing masks.” Oxford epidemiologist Sunetra Gupta says there is no need for masks unless one is elderly or high risk. Stanford’s Jay Bhattacharya has said that “mask mandates are not supported by the scientific data. . . . There is no scientific evidence that mask mandates work to slow the spread of the disease.”

Throughout this pandemic, the WHO’s “Advice on the use of masks in the context of COVID-19” has included the following statement: “At present, there is no direct evidence (from studies on COVID-19 and in healthy people in the community) on the effectiveness of universal masking of healthy people in the community to prevent infection with respiratory viruses, including COVID-19.” The CDC, in a review of influenza pandemics in May 2020, “did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility.” And until the WHO removed it on October 21, 2020—soon after Twitter censored a tweet of mine highlighting the quote—the WHO had published the fact that “the widespread use of masks by healthy people in the community setting is not yet supported by high quality or direct scientific evidence and there are potential benefits and harms to consider.”

My advice on masks all along has been based on scientific data and matched the advice of many of the top scientists and public health organizations throughout the world.

At this point, one could make a reasonable case that those who continue to push societal restrictions without acknowledging their failures and the serious harms they caused are themselves putting forth dangerous misinformation. Despite that, I will not call for their official rebuke or punishment. I will not try to cancel them. I will not try to extinguish their opinions. And I will not lie to distort their words and defame them. To do so would repeat the shameful stifling of discourse that is critical to educating the public and arriving at the scientific truths we desperately need.

    • JohnAZ March 6, 2021 at 10:44 am #

Which science, Biden’s and Fauci’s or Scott Adams’. If the masks block even a percentage of droplets sneezed, coughed, yelled or sung. Talking expresses appreciable amounts of mucus containing large amounts of virus.

Thank you, I will continue wearing my mask in environments where droplets are present. I will continue to wear a mask during flu season, and Covid season, whatever that might be. Flu just about disappeared this year, hmmmm? Be fatalistic if you want, I will do a simple thing like mask up in crowds to avoid contamination of all viruses.

Does it not disgust you a little that people walk around and “spit” on each other continuously?

      • JohnAZ March 6, 2021 at 10:52 am #

How would you react if someone, like in the movies, spit on you directly. Why is it an insult? Maybe way back it was a way to show disdain by “infecting” your enemy?

A big discovery of the Covid investigation is how much spit is exchanged between people, not from just coughing or sneezing, but from talking, or yelling or singing.

In Asia, where personal space is much shorter than here, masks have been used for generations. Even their greeting protocol is separated by a social distance.

JohnAz, you sound like a germa-phobe. I hope you let your wife out of that giant ziplock bag now and then.

Actually, I share your compulsive obsessive disorder to a degree. I can’t drink from a glass or bottle someone else’s mouth has touched.

You are certainly free to wear a mask forever as far as I’m concerned. Wear two or three. But no one should mandate such intrusive and uncomfortable policies upon others.

The mask fogs up my glasses and makes me inhale the stale, low oxygen waste air I just expelled. As a result so many brain cells die, I suddenly feel like watching Rachel Maddow.

          • neurodoc March 6, 2021 at 11:34 am #

The N95 mask with a the rectangular respiration device (w/ carbon filtration) in front allows free O2/CO2 exchange but blocks viral transmission. I wear one around all my patients daily and in public places. One sneeze spreads mucous up to 30 feet out. The face diapers, scarves, etc., that most people wear are useless for them, but may provide some protection to others around them.

That’s the real science, and not pop science that most people can read and recite.

          • Yohannon March 6, 2021 at 12:22 pm #

The virus is smaller than the mesh of the N95 and so can gain entry on its own, once shorn of its water droplet steed. It all comes down to that branch of physics that deal with aerosols. How small can water droplets get? What happens to the virus sitting on the outside of the mask once its droplet dries out? Is it blown to the ground – or sucked in?

      • MaryV March 7, 2021 at 5:59 pm #

That’s exactly what we are supposed to do. Share germs. People aren’t born with a mask on our face. Our bodies are made up of trillions of bacteria and germs and any epidemiologist worth his or her salt will explain that we are MEANT to get each others’ germs so that we attain herd immunity.

Masks make you sick. They block your breathing and they create petri dishes of bacteria that you breathe back in. Even WORSE if you have a virus.

Yuck. I was looking at pictures of Mars from Perserverance. What a rock strewn desolate nothing.

Elon, you might as well convert areas of Earth, like Death Valley or the Sahara as try to go 35+ million miles to convert that planet that looks like hell. It will never happen, as soon as the first ship is lost, the effort will stop. As it should.

Space has run into a roadblock, there is no motivation to inhabit the moon or Mars, spiritually or economically so what to do next?

Maybe if they find an asteroid made of petroleum.

    • Yohannon March 6, 2021 at 12:26 pm #

Why didn’t they go to the Poles, where water is said to be? Yeah where they are is just more Nevada.

The Martians live inside the Planet. Also in the very deep valleys there may be a thicker atmosphere. There are mountains 25 miles high. Why didn’t they go there too? Why just more dullsville? Are they afraid of the Martians? Or is there a treaty in place with the Martians already?

    • SoftStarLight March 6, 2021 at 2:55 pm #

If Mars had a different atmosphere the temperature swings between day and night would not be so severe and it would help stop some meteors from striking the surface. The temperature would have to be stable enough to allow for water to stay liquid. I saw on this show one time that the first thing human colonists would have to do is intentionally change the chemistry of the atmosphere. I think we could really do it but our civilization isn’t advanced enough like you say spiritually, mentally, etc. And in our culture lately its more like everything is a race to the bottom of the barrel rather than trying to uplift and be more and better you know.

I enjoy those utopians like Elon Musk who preach about migrating to an uninhabitable planet and magically transforming it into a verdant paradise – after having just trashed a perfectly habitable planet. Even funnier are the disciples chanting his pseudo-scientific mumblings. A lost Monty Python script gone live.

        • SoftStarLight March 7, 2021 at 11:21 am #

Well I didn’t realize Elon Musk considered himself a utopian. I rather think he is more of a futurist type. That and I still think it is possible to walk and chew gum at the same time. To a degree Earth has been trashed. And yet there are more of us here now than ever before. So I don’t think it is utopian to think about colonizing a different planet. Impractical maybe. And so what is the issue with trying to figure out how to do it properly exactly? One can still do that and also work on fixing problems right around the house here on Earth.

          • Blackbird March 7, 2021 at 7:56 pm #

My comment was more a critique of the role played by Elon Musk in the debate over the future of mankind, rather than a criticism of “science for science’s sake”. (I’m all for running down every path that can be illuminated by science.) I’ve watched and listened to enough interviews with Musk (fluffy sugary sound bites without much substance) that I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s either an idiot or a fraud, a manufactured persona distracting the masses with dreams of a Star Trek future while the past is burned down and the present collapses from neglect. To me one of the most dangerous parts of this Techno Gospel is that you/I/we don’t have to do anything but sit back and our shiny new future will be delivered to us. Go ahead and dream of a vineyard on Venus, but don’t forget to patch that hole in the roof.

        • MaryV March 7, 2021 at 6:03 pm #

I agree completely. I think it’s insanity and a big distraction.

I have not gotten a NASA scientist to answer me two questions:

How did men walk the moon when the day time temp is over 200 degrees and the night time temp -300 or so?

How did they make it through the beyond deadly level of radiation from the Van Allen belts?

Oh OK a third question: How did that little craft hold enough fuel to make a 248K trip?

          • Blackbird March 7, 2021 at 8:06 pm #

Fourth question: How about those aluminum foil sides on the lunar lander?!

I remember Barry-O boldly promising that we would put a person on the moon in the next 15 or 20 years or so.
I remember the wave of giddy enthusiasm that swept the nation as we all signed on to Barry’s astral dream (well, some kind of giddiness anyway).
I remember NASA scientists saying that we didn’t have the technology to build the space suits that would protect astronauts from temperature extremes as well as radiation. Huh?

Seems the ’60’s were even more magical than they are remembered to be.

You left out the part about the zionist globalist oligarchy and their plans for WORLD DOMINATION. While this “culture” is being systematically destroyed (“cancelled” ?), the final stages of looting the treasury, stripping away the few remaining RIGHTS guaranteed by the BILL OF RIGHTS, and VAXXING the goy with a witch’s brew is ALMOST complete. It’s important to acknowledge and I might add, express genuine admiration for an enemy that is ruthlessly executing its plan. It’s a thing of beauty, if you like that sort of thing. But for the rest of us, and i suppose Pooh included, it sucks. Next up, your own personal TRAIL OF TEARS. You’ll be guided on your final “nature walk” all the way to some nuclear dump site in Nevada previously owned and flipped by Harry Reid to Soros, where you’ll dig your own mass graves and jump in with maga hats proudly and firmly in place on your pointy heads as the bullets rain down to finish the job.

The trial of the Pooh was interesting. But the meat of the matter is not the trial, but rather the struggle sessions with the Pooh and Piglet.
The supplications, initial denials, the weak apologies, then the denunciations, the naming of names.

have you looked into UG Krishnamurti?
what do you make of him?

      • Soul Forensics March 6, 2021 at 2:20 pm #

UG Krishnamurti was a fraud. No relation to J. Krishnamurti, whose personal life also didn’t match his spiritual realization. At least J. knew what he talking about.

        • Soul Forensics March 6, 2021 at 2:20 pm #

A bum, at one point drinking fifty cups of coffee a day. Echart Tolle did time on a park bench too, so I don’t hold that against him or Tolle. I don’t know if Tolle is real. He lacks any lineage but then again, so did Jiddu who loved all the finer things of life.

Jiddu was always trading up, spitting on people once he didn’t need them any more as in “This place is a dump”, once he had richer patrons. Saying things that even ordinary people are too virtuous to say and embarrassed to even think.

        • Soul Forensics March 6, 2021 at 2:58 pm #

Jiddu also had a decades-long affair with the wife of Jiddu’s accountant and event organizer, who also revered Jiddu.

          J. was a case of spontaneous enlightenment (at 17 years old). His character development (such as it was) never caught up to it.

          • Yohannon March 6, 2021 at 6:33 pm #

In what book is his Enlightenment chronicled? I thought it was more of a gradual thing, what he called “the Process”? Da Free John said that Krishnamurti had ungone “a difficult yogic ascent”.

          • Soul Forensics March 7, 2021 at 4:33 am #

It was in a biography or biographical sketch. Don’t remember the exact source. (He apparently hated talking about his personal life in the public sphere, perhaps for reasons we’ve already mentioned.)

The story is that, as an adolescent loner, taking a walk by himself, he was awed by the Big Event and didn’t immediately know what had happened. Perhaps that’s what Da Free John referred to. It wasn’t a gradual progression, though.

Then the Theosophists “discovered” him, and immediately put him on a pedestal ala the next Dalai Lama child God in Tibetan Buddhism. Krishnamurti did well to break with the Theosophists who, despite well-meaning intentions, were sentimental and rather naive regarding spiritual matters.

Apologies if you know all this.

At Least We Still Have Nick Fuentes – Anglin

Nick Fuentes held his second annual AFPAC conference over the weekend, giving the keynote speech of the event. As always, the lad shone like the full light of the sun shimmering off of a silver crucifix held in the face of Satan and his assembled armies.

Every day, I say: “Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner,” and never once have I been let down. A Nick Fuentes event is a great mercy.

The event was held in Orlando, where CPAC was also meeting. Nick tried to get in CPAC, and they stopped him at the door.

The first thing I want to make clear is that the “solid mustache with a little bit of stubble on the jaw” look is working magnificently, and I do think he’s effectively committed to this, long term. That is to say, some day, 50 or more years from now, when the smitten have been wholly smote and the meek reign supreme, some very elite funeral home in Chicago is going to be calling in a team of America’s most renowned facial grooming professionals to get it just right (however, I will give the caveat that there may at some point be a wartime beard). I do think the haircut is still going to need to be perfected.

This was a conference speech, so it doesn’t have the energy levels of his best street speeches during the Stop the Steal rallies (which were the highest energy levels we’d seen on video since the one other guy with a mustache a long time ago). But the delivery was as great as you’d expect, and the content was of key import. He said that the current threat to the populist agenda is not so much people like Liz Cheney, who is an open hater of white people, but people like that cripple, Madison Cawthorn, who says he’s supportive of America First but has the same agenda as Liz Cheney.

This topic was framed within the discussion of post-Trump electoral politics, including and specifically primary challenges to sitting Republicans in the 2022 midterms.

As the reader is aware, I don’t really think it is realistic to imagine a path to fixing America through electoral politics. But when I say that, I mean that there is no literal path of just winning elections and taking over the government. I am not against engaging with the system to the ends of building a support base. The fact is that people are always going to recognize authority figures, and political office is a symbol of authority.

I am supportive of the idea of people like Marjorie Taylor Greene being in office, and I wish she would not back down when questioned about Sandy Hook or whatever. I don’t necessarily agree with QAnon people, but they are hardcore, and they love America and hate the globalist elite. That is the type of people we need in office: people who are driven, with passion, who are willing to sacrifice.

Ultimately, the name of the game is polarization and white racial consciousness (which has to hold the inverse of anti-Semitism, because Jewishness is the core of anti-whiteness), and we are still on that path. Donald Trump, for all of his failings, did manage to turn politics into a situation of us vs. them. That isn’t going away, and it’s a very good thing.

Former Iowa representative Steve King attended this event, along with Michelle Malkin, who attended the first AFPAC. They were joined by secret, special guest Paul Gosar, who is a sitting Congressman from Arizona.

So, there is a clear trajectory towards the mainstream. Obviously, both King and Malkin are now marginal figures, but they are from the mainstream. Getting a sitting Congressman to appear is just fantastic. This is exactly how you would go about achieving a normalcy, where your Cookie Monster jokes are no different than a paralympian vet’s comments on black-on-black crime.

AFPAC is what the National Policy Institute was supposed to be. For whatever reason, however, instead of marketing the ideas of America, Richard Spencer said a bunch of really weird stuff and then brought in the media to film a Hitler salute. It’s a historic shame what happened to the Alt-Right, but it’s now well understood, and Nick is doing this right.

I will continue to assert that the only plausible long-term escape route here is a partitioning of the continental United States. Nick didn’t mention this. But the way you would actually, logistically work towards secession is to continue to push for the institutionalization of populism and polarization, which is what Nick is doing. The election theft and the coronavirus lunacy are apparently not enough of a fracture line to get the masses of people talking about secession, so it is reasonable that even if that is your end goal, you’d simply continue forward with what I’ve dubbed “normalizing normalcy.”

Nick rightly says that God is in charge, and you can only do what you think is right. It’s impossible to know how this apocalypse is going to shake out, but we know how it ends. Until then, it’s just one foot in front of the other, as we try to enjoy ourselves as much as possible.

Yoho: Yes, Andrew, you are right. Trump drove the wolves out into the open. Now they make movies about hunting Whites, compare Trump to Saddam, and White American supporters to “ISIS”. It’s Us against Them now – no middle ground except for fools and hypocrites who will be torn asunder as the crack become a crevasse.

Nick has praternaturally long fingers. Maybe he can’t grow a good beard because of being half Annunaki. Perhaps the mustache is a good idea – you can go too far with the clean cut thing, even though women love it.

Hmmmm what an interesting factoid. Your mention of half Annunaki for some reason made me remember that strange Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. But I think Akhenaten may have been a pure blood Annunaki given his unusual and alien like form. I think Mr. Anglin is right too. The system seems so hopelessly poisoned that the best thing would be to toss the system in the trash compactor and start fresh and new. But he also sees the difficulties and obstacles in that and so we have to multitask and simultaneously trash the current order while engaging with it at the same time. White America first is where we really would like to be. And that is like a million miles from CPAC and it seems to be a struggle even with otherwise allies. On a different note, I have always contended that a domesticated chin beard is an automatic assertion of sophistication and authority.

      • Blackbird March 6, 2021 at 4:21 pm #

In my cranky and intolerant opinion, someone who carves patterns into their facial hair is a bit narcissistic, and while a narcissist is talented in gathering the people’s attention, he does not tend to do so well when it comes to promoting their interests.

        • SoftStarLight March 7, 2021 at 11:33 am #

Well I’m sorry your opinion is cranky and intolerant but it did not necessarily strike me as such. Though I am trying to figure out the whole carving patterns into facial hair equates to narcissim formula. 🙂 In my own personal opinion (which could be problematic on multiple levels lol) I think movements generally are sometimes underserved by the physical presentation of their leaders. That and the media can never be trusted to present anything fairly. So I do think it is important to put one’s best foot forward when getting into the limelight. And yes, like it or not, a lot of people are superficial and shallow and so they notice physical presentation. Many times to the detriment of the substance of the subject’s message. So I was simply trying to help in my own way by providing feedback. So tell me more about these patterns. I was simply referring to a well kept, trimmed chin beard after all.

          • Blackbird March 7, 2021 at 8:26 pm #

I was taking those pharaonic chin beards as a symbol of a ruler obsessed with himself and his image who will work his people into the ground in order to build monuments to himself. I’ll cut the pharaohs a little more slack than current rulers as they may have really believed they were serving and honoring god.

Ok these patterns, like shaving words or symbols into the hair, carefully shaving around that totally hip soul patch, waxing that handlebar mustache, etc. That slippery slope of course slides into piercing and tattoos – ornamentation of the self.

A narcissist may be what is needed to win an election, but don’t count on him to put anyone before himself.

White privilege is too deeply imbedded in this culture, even its fairy tales, for the trial of Winnie the Pooh to have any impact. Even the Negro Jim said that white folks run near ’bout everything, fur as he could tell… We would have to implement a Fahrenheit 451 scenario to truly purge the culture of Whiteness. But that’s doubtful, there would always be resisters hoarding books & videos in secret. Lord knows what it would look like afterwards. Crowds of white yutes running into stores like BB&B hauling out vacuum cleaners & other expensive items to sell for black market Robitussin. To truly expunge Whiteness, countries like Iran, Israel, & China would also have to be expunged of their “Whiteness”. No more philharmonic associations playing Bach or Handel anywhere on the planet except maybe Ghana or Cameroon. They would be allowed under special supervision by the UN. Wet Ass Pussy would of course replace the Star Spangled Banner at all sporting events. It’s going to take a President Dwayne Elizondo Herbert Mountain Dew Camacho to rid us of our Whiteness & I’m afraid even he wouldn’t manage to pull it off. There’s always going to be a White Privilege Gap with countries such as Japan, South Korea, & \/ietnam.

      Or stalker culture.

It seemed to me that started with the stalking business.

I knew after I saw the movie ” Fatal Attraction ” that once again people were going to take a movie seriously , and blow the whole thing way out of proportion.

After ” Fatal Attraction ” , every romantic who has carried a torch for someone for ten years is going to be labelled a stalker —

      — Even if they haven’t seen , spoken to , or come within ten thousand yards of the person they are carrying a torch for , in ten years.

Likewise , everyone who has gotten royally screwed in a relationship will now be labelled the bad guy for thinking they got screwed. That’s Stalker thought goes the reasoning in Fatal Attraction.

” You mean like the perfectly healthy 40 year old OB/GYN Doctor in Florida with no pre-existing conditions and who went deep sea fishing and was super healthy? The guy who got the Pfizer and two days later developed a severe rash then went to the ER and they discovered he had NO PLATELETS! Like in NONE! ”

    Medicine is not my field.

However , I do know that you can be 99.9% healthy —- and dead.

I’m afraid this is part and parcel of the SAME
mindset that still describes Covid in Black Death – terms , when it has long since become obvious that it is not the Black Death.

” How can this be? Dr. Alba informed us that it was safe and thoroughly tested! ”

Uh …. yes , otherwise perfectly healthy 40 – year – olds drop dead every day.

Otherwise perfectly healthy 10 – year – olds drop dead every day.

    Modern medicine not withstanding ,

and the erudition of Mrs. Friendly Dr. Alba not withstanding.

Remember , Thalidomide was good for mothers , and Asbestos was a miracle fiber.

And that wasn’t 500 years ago , that was yesterday.

I wish the “scientists” would spend their time exploring what is causing problems. The attitude is it is only one out of millions, I think. I am disgusted with the lack of knowledge about the effects of the virus or the shots on the immune metabolism. Mark my words, the ideas that Trump forwarded will be eventually given credence, that a “cleansing”agent to the lungs will help reduce inflammation, that certain anti-virals will kill the virus allowing the immune system to catch up without going into hyperdrive. Trump made a huge mistake, he put faith into Pence and his medical crew, who instead of taking on the disease, played politics until it was too late.

There is so much genetic variation between the genetics of folks, that unusual reactions will occur. Treatments for one can be disasters for others.

Why did the MD die? Who knows? Does it apply to anyone else? Who knows? What exactly does the CDC and WHO do anyway? Who knows?

      • JohnAZ March 6, 2021 at 11:08 pm #

        ????

        MAYBE?

The vaccine did its thing, created the proteins, and his immune system went into a weird mode, an autoimmune mode against his own platelets.

My humble idea only! Remember toxic shock syndrome where the immune system went into overdrive and killed folks from shock.

The issue though is that some people are not going to react well to whatever is given, that what trials are for. It becomes a numbers game. Treating it as anything else is a waste of time. Like with everything, people are going to get surprised and get sick or die.

        One out of 40 million.

It is your privilege to not get vaccinated, at least for now.

Kesa, asbestos gets a bad rap. I have asbestos/cement siding on two houses. The stuff is great. I painted my house thirty years ago and it still looks good. Please don’t breath in the fibers, (common sense). Why would you want to. Same thing with lead paint. I wish I could still buy it. That stuff wears like iron. Why would you eat it. We all grew up with lead paint. My old motors still need lead. I shudder to think how smart my fellow Clusterfuckers would be without the IQ points they lost from knawing on windowsills. Most of this crap is just money in the bank for the abatement outfits. My prediction is this: Any pressure treated wood with arsenic in it must be removed before the sale of a house. Also all the soil under the deck must be tested and removed if contaminated. There is a fortune to be made in these mitigation buisnesses.

Another thing that frosts my ass. Mesothelioma , cancer caused by asbestos, Ads on TV from the bloodsuckin’ lawyers looking to hit the manufacturer are ubiquitous.
Tobacco causes probably 120,000 lung cancer deaths a year in the USA. Add in the heart disease and COPD and the societal costs are crazy. Where is the outrage. Where are the advocates for the diseased and dead?
One shining light from the Covid-19 scamdemic. Elderly people with heart problems, COPD, weakened immune systems, etc. are dying disproportionately. Useless eaters, the whole bunch of them.
        We are so fucked.

Picture a conference comprised of people off the street from the five main ethnic groups. Blacks, Whites, Latinos, Asians and ME. Can those groups even understand each other, relate to each other, or form a uniform group?

      No way!!

Secession! As each group gets more equal in size, the less they are going to get along as they compete for influence and for space in the “common” culture. JHK, the common culture is dying as the demographics equalize.

      • Tekapo March 7, 2021 at 4:30 am #

        Secession!

Who or what would secede from whom or what? It would be like the black squares on a chessboard trying to secede from the white squares.

Even if all the white hat Yohos headed off to Idaho and Montana, there are a lot of dudes up there who would say no way, go away And even in Nebraska or Oklahoma! Secession is an unrealistic dream.

Your ignorance of the racial demographics is interesting. The majority of the Democratic strength lies in th cities, the same cities that are dependent on the supply chain to keep them supplied. Much of the trucking industry and trains that man the supply columns are Red. If it comes down to it, the cities will be at the mercy of the supply chain.

You are going to see it in action if the idiotic Dems in DC take the local oil producers out and piss off Saudi Arabia much more.

He who controls the land and transportation controls the country, the cities do not control anything as they are going to find out.

Your ignorance of the racial demographics is interesting.

No – it’s the reverse of that. It’s my understanding of race demographics that lead to the conclusion that a secession is not possible.

You are not going to see a division between the blue cities and the red rural counties and towns – it’s simply not possible.

Even on a large-scale regional level (West Coast, South, Midwest, New England, Atlantic) there are still millions of “reds” who live in allegedly “blue” regions.

You could have very large scale (forced) internal migration, but there is no chance of that happening either.

The only “solution” would be for the minority who feel really passionate about this to move en masse to Alaska or Idaho or Oklahoma or some place – and create their own white state via weight of numbers. But even that seems extremely impractical.

Seems to me you’re stuck with getting along with your fellow citizens, and feeling the love.

You’re right. I was talking online to some conservative bozos in Coeur D’Alene, “We have all kinds up here”. In fact, it’s almost all White. For now. But 25 miles away, Spokane is being filled up with Black African immigrants. The bozos don’t even know what happening a few miles away. Can’t imagine it will ever happen to them. No national nervous system at all anymore. Completely taken over and coopted by the hostile media. And if they did find out, their silly ideology would kick in and they would convince themselves it was fine – just like Liberals do. And like Liberals, they will quietly slink away when the ruin becomes overt, but without repentence or metanoia (a change of mind). They are Liberals….

You are right. As I said, diversity does not work and secession, war or whatever creates Balkanization is the only answer. Not if, when?

There is a major problem for the post Balkanization times. The Blacks will be unable to govern themselves, they need the Whites to tell them what to do. Not popular but true.

That is a major problem right now for BLM. They can raise hell but they cannot run a city, the number of failures around the US are notable.

You are right. As I said, diversity does not work and secession, war or whatever creates Balkanization is the only answer. Not if, when?

I think that’s wrong … the vast majority of Americans are quite okay with multicultural diversity and live with it their whole lives from elementary school on.

I have four (middle class) nephews under 30 and their entire friendship structures are wildly diverse and always have been … and the two oldest married outside the Anglosphere.

White supremacists and white nationalists live in a very weird bubble … looking for massive problems where none exist. And living in a plain vanilla monoculture would be boring in the extreme … the food, the music, the dancing … it doesn’t bear thinking about!

I watched Coming to America2, and it is a showcase for an exaggerated look at the Black culture. There is no way that if BLMs et al goal is the merging of what I saw and the European common culture, it is not going to happen. Trying to look at casual relationships and deriving conclusion is not realistic. These folks need to do what Eddie Murphy et all did in the movie, go back to Africa.

How can you mean go BACK to Africa? Most African-Americans have connections to North America that are centuries longer than most whites … nearly 400 years. You might as well ask White Americans to go back to Poland, Germany, Italy or England.

Sounds like a voice of White privilege to me. Why don’t you spend a night in north Baton Rouge or New Orleans east. And then come talk to me about how boring living in a plain vanilla monoculture is.

Can’t see the relevance – nor the invocation of “white privilege” in this context; I wasn’t claiming any.

Of course there are thousands of poor neighborhoods and ghettoes that are dangerous, poverty-stricken, and devoid of hope … but that doesn’t take away from the fact that society is a far richer, more exciting, and rewarding place because of diversity.

A luxuriant flower-filled garden is much more attractive than a bland field of wheat or corn. So I dispute the notion that a diverse and peaceful mixed society is either undesirable or impossible to achieve.

          • SoftStarLight March 7, 2021 at 5:45 pm #

But that isn’t really your argument. Your argument is that diverse societies are mandatory. The implicit bias being that non diverse societies are unworthy because less “rich”, “exciting” and “attractive”. All of which appear to be simple subjective observations rather than evidence based and fact based assertions.

But that isn’t really your argument. Your argument is that diverse societies are mandatory.

Never has it been stated (or implied) that a diverse society is mandatory … I definitely think it is preferable, more interesting and quite achievable.

What others are claiming is that the only good societies are monocultures based on “race” … personally I think that is both very self-limiting, and quite unrealistic.

Chinese National Socialism strives against the influence of Globalist decadence.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/china-proposes-teaching-masculinity-boys-092316698.html

    • SoftStarLight March 7, 2021 at 12:16 pm #

One big problem from the outset as I could see is that China has a major feminist organization lobbying to the media and no doubt the government. A fifth column for the globalists essentially. But in a larger sense I am coming to the conclusion that the generalized “feminization” of men is a product of civilization itself. Feminine dispositions of collective cooperation, group think, hyper veneeration of authority and social stature, etc., are really the glue of the types of mass hive societies that appear to be the natural result of highly modernized civilization. The masculine energy, the sheriff, thrives in establishing order out of chaos, subduing unknowns, fighting and decimating obstacles and enemies, etc. Therefore it really seems like masculine energy will naturally be low in hive like dense societies that are based on mass collectivity and well established centers of authority and power. Alternatively feminine energy will naturally be lower in societies that are more or less like a little frontier town or less dense, less secure situations. It really seems like masculine energy is much more needed to stay safe in a Brazilian favela than a well to do snazzy high rise in Beijing.

      • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 1:03 pm #

You see very well, and i have come to the same conclusion. Civilization contains the seeds of its own destruction. And against this first and foremost, National Socialism and Fascism fight. Is their battle a doomed one? Perhaps, but fight we must.

In the larger context, that Man cannot enjoy the fruits of his own success and prosperity without them corrupting him, shows more clearly than anything else that we are a fallen race.

Thus Christian cultures also fight, a more inwardly focused battle perhaps, or understood in a somewhat more inward sense, but against the same corruption, that of themselves.

        • SoftStarLight March 7, 2021 at 5:37 pm #

Yes, and thus also another reason why the push to secularize society is a destructive activity. There are some people who do well governing themselves without religion but the mass of people don’t seem to do so well. And celebrities and pop culture don’t seem to be a source of uplifting ideals generally. In that sense our society has sort of been robbed of one of its immune responses to decline.

It seems though that living in a favela is a rather high price to pay in order to give the macho boys something to do with there testosterone.

Disparate is a terrifying word. Blacks are six percent of Portland and think they should only be six percent of the criminals. Anything above that is racist according to these simple fucks. But they commit far more than six percent of the crime? Of course, but they don’t care. They have us with this one magic word (racist) and the simple fuck reasoning that brings it into play – which Liberals accept implicitly.

This gives Blacks what they want so much – the right to commit crimes and not be punished for it. It will destroy our Civilization because the idea that they are different from us is simply unbearable for Liberals.

” I wish the “scientists” would spend their time exploring what is causing problems. ”

That could take years . Or decades. Or centuries.

I get the impression myself that folks are far less devoted to scientific rigor and truth as they claim.

20th / 21st century man looks more like a very spoiled child.

” I want it now ! ” when clearly you cannot have it now . Quite possibly you can never have it.

How I wound up here was that , ” Too much Magic ” sounded like a very good description of this era.

” The attitude is it is only one out of millions, I think. ”

That certainly seems to me to be the attitude when folks don’t perceive that there is status , popularity , money or power to be had in it.

If they DO see status , popularity , money or power to be had in it , then gross exaggeration is the order of the day.

It is quite sufficient to say that Covid was a gross exaggeration .

A fatality rate of less than one in a hundred is not something to get your panties in a twist over , or , more to the point , is not sufficient grounds for you to start ordering your neighbors about.

And so , likewise , quite sufficient to say that reactions to Covid are gross exaggerations.

To go much further than this , and to say , for example , ” vaccines are gonna kill everybody ! ”

Is not contradicting the control – freak totalitarian narrative.

    It is buying into it.

Or to put it bluntly , many of the denizens of this blog are not anti – Wokesters ,

” The right of Whites to own slaves in their own America …. ”

I have no doubt that Abraham Lincoln , Bill Gates , and the trio of Roosevelt , Churchill , and Stalin , who killed your Fuhrer , would heartily agree with this narrative.

Which is one reason I don’t trust you for shit.

Nooo , the real narrative was that the proposition that some stranger in Illinois who would not live in Alabama , and doesn’t give a shit about Alabama , should never the less be telling someone in Alabama how to manage their household , is a bogus proposition.

Like the famous ( ? ) reply of the barefoot and ragged rebel , who obviously didn’t own any slaves , when asked why he was fighting against the United States , said ,

” I’m fighting you , because you are down here. ”

” …. the right of Whites to have their own America by themselves. ”

You cannot have that if you do not even have a say in the managing of your own household.

Like the Woke crowd , you aren’t about first principles. You are about power any way you can get it.

You are for the Old South which was vehemently pro-Black slavery. But you are against Whites who are not interested in Black slavery having their own nation. You are Black. Conclusion? You are anti-White – just like the White Liberals. Just like BLM.

Possible other conclusion? You are a silly focker, sentimentally attached to the Old South because it is vilified, just as you are to the loathsome Communist East Germany, with the sentimentality more in ascendance because you were there as a young child.

Summation of the two conclusions: Knowing you, probably more number two. But number one is in there too. You don’t like us and you are fine with violence against us by Blacks. That you are obsessed with certain phases of Western history and White nations doesn’t change this. I’ve encountered this in minorities before.

Having our own nations (see the etymology thereof) is Principle Number One. All else flows from this. There would be no White history for you to love if Whites hadn’t attained this – and defeated the non-Whites who had threatened it. What would you do instead? Study Black history? It is to laugh….

Thus your attack is neutralized and you are refuted and routed.

The $1,900,000,000,000.00 Covid relief passed this weekend is ridiculous. $5600.00 to a family of four earning $150,000.00 that did not lose a penny due to the lockdowns.

29 million government employees never lost a penny due to the Covid. They will all get the checks. My sister (state employee) didn’t work for six months with full pay. (95000 a year) Now she works 2 days a week. With her husband they are under the $150,000 cutoff.
So a $2800.00 check for them.

$130,000,000,000.00 for schools. 100,000 K-12 schools in US. 1. 3 million per school. where are the teachers? You can bet the Union is gonna turn this into a windfall.

Who designs, builds, maintains, protects or staffs your schools, hospitals, police stations, fire stations, emergency services, defence forces, public transport, air transport, sea-ports, national forests and national parks.

We could move on to roads, kerbs & guttering, water supply, sanitation, health and safety, aged care, secure food supply – and a thousand other things that affect everyone.

Even the thousands of engineers and technical staff who have worked out all the protocols that allow you to type on your device, and for a hundred other people to be able to read it virtually instantly.

Take-a-poo has no clue. There is so much dead wood in the public sector. My sister (MA. state worker) answers the phone for 95 G’s a year. She can’t believe it herself how much they pay her. Her department is loaded with engineers and technical staff who basically do squat according to her. When I started in the fire service in ’79 all you saw were old rusty beaters in the parking lot.I started at $10,500 a year. I took a serious cut in pay to transition from the factory to move to the FD. Now, haha I drive by and see brand new $50,000 F150’s in the FD lot. The guys are pullin’ down probably 100 large with a little overtime. Not to mention back in the day there were 8 officers ( Captains and Deputy chiefs) Now there are 17.

There is so much dead wood in the public sector.

There might well be – but I made no comment about that. I just stated the bleeding obvious … a huge range of things all around us for our benefit, safety, prosperity, and comfort result from the work of people in the public sector.

A lot of public servants – both working today and over the last several generations, have worked hard, and productively. But attacks on anything governmental are just part of the narrative … I get that.

And I would think the increase in wages and conditions for fire fighters would be a good thing – not something to disparage.

The big money is a consolidation of power to the Uniparty. It could really get bad. Remember when the Obama and Clinton’s were using the IRS against conservative companies and corporations. That is why the business community is really afraid of the power of the Deep State.

Toomey tweeted this morning that he thought the Dems are getting too much out of the Covid Bill. What an idiot, one of the major RINOs.

Fox pundit called this group of kids a lost generation. Bunk. This is the third lost generation, kids that learned very little during grade school and almost nothing during high school or college except Woke BS and how to use their cell phones. These are perfect serfs for the Deep State and it will continue. Everyone underestimates Slow Joe, he is a conniving arrogant idealist for the Progressive cause.

The $1.9 trillion spending package is done. Now the Dems are going to come after us to pay the bill. Not the rich, that is BS, when the Elite, including the Dems, move their capital elsewhere, who will be left. Us! The middle and lower classes.

Remember Reagan, a lot do not. He gave big tax breaks in ‘82, then spent and spent on the military. After re-election in ‘84, he put through a tax bill in ‘86 that took away many tax deductions from the middle class. If I remember right, he also increased the SSA payroll taxes to save SSA.

To his defense, he was a weakened president by ‘86, with impeachment threats and dementia.

Many, but not all on CFN, have never experienced hyper inflation or oil crises. Oil crises. Two thirds of gas stations with no gas, rationing, gas lines and waits of hours to get gas and only getting ten gallons, the pump shut off. People cutting lines and getting shot. All the big cars and RVs were worthless over night, you could not give them away.

This damned shutdown on oil is such a good idea, I hope you dumb Dems enjoy the new world order you have voted in.

Hyperinflation was fun in the early seventies. Remember interest rates in the 15-16% range, people were spending more than three times the amount of PI than the asking price. All interest. Nixon, of all people put price controls on food, especially beef. In Newport RI, where I was stationed, they could not get beef. The horsemeat was asking too much. Oil skyrocketed, everything almost doubled in price overnight, and it did not end until Raegan’s recession in 1982. To stop it took unemployment to 12% and a lot of lost jobs.

The New World Order in DC are already sowing the seeds of a repeat performance of both crises, and the startup is already occurring.

Enjoy the ride, Libs, you voted these fools in.

      • akmofo March 7, 2021 at 11:21 am #

16% is still relatively mild inflation. If the petrodollar is lost, a more likely scenario will be 1600% a year inflation. Israelis were coping with 800% a year inflation at that time.

      • beantownbill. March 7, 2021 at 1:52 pm #

I remember 1973 very well. Inflation topped out at around 14%. Mortgage rates hit 21%. My parents had all their cash in CDs and got 14% interest. Condos in Brookline, MA cost $35,000, though. I sold one for $74,000 and thought I was in heaven. Today it would go for $750,000. But of course there’s no inflation here.

You ain’t seen nothing yet. Wait until hyperinflation sets in – if things don’t collapse before then. Right now I’d go long on wheelbarrows.

It’s backed by Saudi oil. When that stops, the US debt market collapses. You’re already starting to see early signs of that fear with the 10yr racing past 1.5%. Nothing happens by accident.

        • beantownbill. March 7, 2021 at 1:38 pm #

TPTB are changing the tipping point. Not very long ago I read that they were saying 1.5% was the tipping point. Now the last I read was that the tipping point is 1.7%. Pretty soon, I bet that it’ll suddenly be 2%. No one with even a rudimentary brain can trust them.

I agree with you that the day of the dollar as a reserve currency will come to an end soon, and that will be that for the U.S. Maybe they should re-release the movie “the Day of the Dead”.

Looking at the stats yesterday, the winter surge is over, but not to the zero point. All states have slowed their downslope rate and most have leveled off at pretty significant rates.

There is an undercurrent of contagion here. We talked about this after the summer surge when the same leveling off occurred. What is the source of cross transmission that continues? Is it the indoor volumes of air that are “saturated” with virus? Is it the new variants this time, they were not here last summer? We were hoping that herd immunity being approached by kids spreading it unnoticed through the population and the advent of the vaccine drive would stop the last of the transmission. Not so far, hopefully the leveling off will start falling again at a slower rate as the last folks get the crud.

If it is the variants, the vaccine companies better get busy making shot number three. And the drift of the anti virus research better move toward cure instead of prevention. Like Trump wanted to do.

At least the governors have not lost their minds yet. It is not over yet and if the Fauci lackey and Biden have their way, they will not lose their power control. Go Abbot.

    • akmofo March 7, 2021 at 11:32 am #

Cat’s claw is very effective at naturally killing viruses. Vimergy is a good brand to use. One of the most basic things you can do to stop virus growth is to stop eating eggs. Viruses feed like crazy on that stuff.

Exactly. It’s the new normal now.

  80. beantownbill. March 7, 2021 at 11:36 am #

Reality can be pretty difficult to discern. I’ve read many statements from apparently reputable medical experts who’ve warned us about the dangers of covid; other apparently reputable experts say it isn’t any worse than a bad cold, and colds kill people, too.

The same could be said about the vaccine. Millions of people have taken the shots, and there have supposedly been some 19,000+ serious reactions. That’s a small percentage. But elder people are more susceptible to bad effects from the vaccine. Some medical experts are saying the shots aren’t even vaccines, but are genetic experiments.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I don’t have the time or will to research these people’s history. Are any of them tied to big pharma? Do their affiliations hint of bias?

We all know we have to make our own decisions about how we deal with the pandemic. And at some point, those decisions may be made for us. All I’m saying is that it’s very difficult to do the right thing when you don’t trust those who dispense information.

What I’d like to not see from CFNers are statements saying to do or not do something, as if they are reality, not opinions. And not castigate those who don’t agree.

So what to do if one can’t

The PTB are using the old cigarette routine here.

Cigarettes were banned from everywhere but small zones because, not that the hurt the smokers but that secondary smoke hurt everyone else. Protecting the public became issue no. 1.

I can definitely see that precedent being used in the future.

So basically the assumption is that no one knows what is real. Is this the natural outcome of complete relativism? Is this another way of saying each person has their own truth?

      • beantownbill. March 7, 2021 at 1:24 pm #

Uhh, there’s a “real reality”. But are you telling me that you trust the media? They are the ones responsible for publishing almost all the news you read. How do you know what they publish is true – you can’t possibly know. Of course there’s truth, it’s just that you think you can discern between truth and falsehood 100% of the time, but that’s inaccurate.

BTW, quantum mechanics – which has been shown to be correct – states that what has been observed is the result of the observer observing. In other words, reality IS relative. So therefore, real reality is very elusive.

We all have our own belief system, genetic and environmental. Lots from parents, then peer group. Very difficult to change, the more developed we are, the more ensconced.

Soap operas show how people see the light and instantly change into better people. What a crock..

It takes crises to change people, to help them mature. The school of hard knocks is the best teacher, something the US people seem to have forgotten.

The Commies learned to push. It remains to be seen if Conservatives will ever learn to push back. A baby step in that direction would be the removal of Asoka/Tekapo and its other two dozen personalities off these here blog. So far, as sadly predictable, no takers for the task.

      • JohnAZ March 7, 2021 at 12:33 pm #

C’mon, Akmofo, have you lost your sense of humor. Reading the trolls and cutting their legs off is a joy of my life.

BTW, did you know that the sense of humor, as well as empathy are very late maturation processes in the frontal lobe, not occurring until in the twenties. And for a good part of society right now, that stage is never reached.

That is where the punks come from, the stone faced sociopaths who never grew up emotionally.

Learning to laugh at yourself is a big part of leaving adolescence and going into adulthood. The US right now is a huge reservoir of really immature folks.

        • akmofo March 7, 2021 at 1:01 pm #

You don’t exercise the power to remove that slimey miserable Commie because you don’t have that power. It has nothing to do with humor or joy or some mystic tolerance or any other lame reason you care to make up. You don’t have the muscle power, and you have no idea and no experience in how to get that muscle power, as it long ago atrophied into faded memory.

Get rid of all the tekapos of the world (and there are multi-millions of them), and then what happens?

Their will is expressed by TPTB anyway. This is a top-down problem. Ineffectual leeches like tekapo are just along for the ride.

JohnAZ is right. Lightness and humor are your friends. Save your animosity and advocacy against those who hide behind their mouth-breathing minions.

You are right. A real deficiency of democracy is decisions are made by the mob. Not often a good thing.

The mob chose these Marxists to run this country, all with their gimme hands out.

          • akmofo March 7, 2021 at 2:23 pm #

            and then what happens?
            ==

Then you exercised power. Then you can actually affect things, as opposed to being a mere hapless spectator. You’d be amazed what it can do to your psychological well being when you’re a sovereign over your destiny. That’s what freedom is. You don’t have that in the US.

          • Soul Forensics March 7, 2021 at 2:42 pm #

            “Then you exercised power.”

My question remains, power over who?

Scum like tekapo, brick-throwing rioters, and University pilers-on don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re empowered, financed, and enabled by the various elites. That is to say, they wouldn’t exist in any meaningful way without them.

It’s like swatting a million noxious flies for months on end during the humid summer. The better, though more difficult, task is to go to the bog a few miles away and drain the swamp. (Wasn’t that a slogan some orange political leader made in the distant past?)

          • akmofo March 7, 2021 at 2:43 pm #

I said it before and I’ll say it again. If you can’t bring yourself to go after easy target like Asoka, then you wont bring yourself to go after difficult target like TPTB. You simply wont have the psychological wherewithal to do it. These are emotional muscles that need to be exercised. You wish to play in the pro league but you can’t even qualify for the little league.

          • Soul Forensics March 7, 2021 at 3:20 pm #

You’re right, but it won’t happen. No University Prof wants to lose his or her job by “sticking out”. Ditto for employees in large corporations. Journalists are completely silenced and ostracized when they go anti-Woke. And on and on.

Right now the evil forces are winning. But that’s only because most people are obtuse or complacent (that’s to say, in the latter case, it’s not affecting their bottom line yet). As the screws continue to tighten, though — and they will to a much greater degree — people, many, will fight back.

In other words, it’s not cowardice, it’s delusion and laziness. Beliefs and actions change. But what will that change actually look like?

Your rhetoric is consistently inflamed. I would like you to actually describe, in minute detail, what you think the outcome of your tactics would be.

My take is that it’ll lead to Civil War II, which will make its precursor look like a squabble at a Sunday School picnic, and at the end, the Union remains as do TPTB. In other words, nothing will have changed.

I agree with yohannon in that I think the only answer is racial and cultural secession. (Blacks and Mexicans, but also White self-haters, Communists, and uber-feminists among other “victim” groups, can have the bi-coastal strips, not including Florida.)

BTW, I’m in Canada, where the same coastal/interior divisions apply.

So? Why is that something to fear? It is something to be welcomed! Time is not on our side. Pretty soon they’ll have us completely dispossessed and mass murdered in gulags. We’ve seen this movie before, and not just once.

        • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 1:38 pm #

Well John, if we ever did take America back, surely you wouldn’t want us to shoot ourselves in the foot again and let the Commies have access to our kids again?

It’s a Mind Poison. A drug like opium. It’s addicting and ruinous. As is Capitalism of course. So just an awkward mix of both? Now, the high middle that reconciles both and can do so because it is another Principle altogether.

Akmo and I are the same – except that he argues for a different Nationalism because he’s of a different Nation, one hostile to ours. And he wants his Nation to dominate the Earth, at least in a cultural sense. So he is an Enemy. BRH can’t see that, and he represents tens of millions of guys who can’t get it. That’s another big reason for America’s fall.

          • JohnAZ March 7, 2021 at 1:54 pm #

Okay, he goes. Hardship Creates maturity and later wisdom. Experience and overcoming obstacles is what matures kids and adults.

The gimme state is infantile. Socialism is for people that never grow up. Entrepreneurship is a very mature philosophy, being able to measure risk versus reward. Democrats are infantile as the gimme state is their avenue to power. BTW, power as a sin, is one of the animal drives that matures out in the empathy building stage in the twenties. Politicians should serve the people, not make Deep States controlled by power.

Y, you of all folks on the blog should recognize that one of the Blacks biggest problems is immaturity as a ethnic group. That is why it is so easy for the Whites in the Deep State to lead them by the nose.

I know this is dreamland, but—-

We cannot turn our universities over to Leftists again. It was madness and now we have paid. There was no other way this could have turned out once we did that. Advanced students can study the Doctrines of the Enemy – after 12 or more years of healthy indoctrination, in both the schools and at home and from the media in general.

          • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 5:20 pm #

In other words, I have my idea and you have your ideas and since there is no Truth, none of them really matter?

And since there is no Truth, all fighting is bad since it’s “fighting” – it doesn’t matter about what. Without Truth, we’re back in grammar school ruled by Spinsters who are against “fighting”.

This is the downward path, Blackbird. I say my ideas are right and the ones that deserve to triumph. And once they do, they deserve to be defended and to continue to triumph against all enemies.

Turn young minds over to a Howard Zinn? Or a Susan Brownmiller? Or a Milton Friedman? You are cruel indeed, Black. A murderer. You need to decide if you are a starling, a crow, or a Raven.

Is all book burning bad? In other words, are all books equal? Which is the same as saying, there is no Truth. Copies of such works of Evil like “A People’s History of the United States” can be kept for specialists to study or graduate students taking a course in the Works of the Enemy.

Yo, you are obviously getting a lot more out of this conversation than I am. I haven’t heard what you say I said, and if I ran away, where did I go?

But I think I’ve answered my original question, with some help from you, thanks. It seems to me that you think it is necessary to impose some degree of censorship in order to keep the volken focused on their duty. I don’t want anyone to tell me what I can read, think, or say – on the other hand, I don’t trust most of my fellow citizens to use even a ragged scrap of reason when it comes to choosing what to have for lunch, let alone determining the future of the country.

I don’t think that at this point I’m either arguing with you or agreeing, (except maybe arguing that I’m not arguing…).

          • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 9:34 pm #

Ah, Ok: You See. But you don’t want to draw any conclusions from you’re seeing because you’re a “nice” person or you want to think of yourself that way or be seen that way by others.

It’s a stage of growth or the stoppage of growth. It is to be surmounted since conclusions must be drawn. Did someone promise you/us a rose garden? Without thorns, Japanese beetles, or work?

You can be trusted to read such things – would you extend that to the brutals? The hoi polloi? At our peril….

        • Soul Forensics March 7, 2021 at 5:45 pm #

“So? Why is that something to fear? It is something to be welcomed!”

Well, for one thing, I don’t welcome the mass murder and extreme pain, physical and spiritual, of tens of millions, perhaps into the six figures.

Secondly, as I said, it won’t change anything. The elites will be laughing the whole time behind their gated communities and on their private islands, re-emerging to re-subject the good guys to the same globalist oppression. (Any remaining bad guys, just as in the U.S.S.R., will also be stomped on.)

This isn’t a party dispute, it’s already a regime change. It has to be lopped off at the head, like Medusa. Forget the snake curls!

” …he calls the tent city people of L.A., Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver “homeless nutters and drug monsters”.

You misquote or misunderstood. What was actually said was that the coastal cities from Vancouver to San Diego are both generally milder and more liberal than much of the interior of the continent, and therefore it attracts those who are likely to wind up homeless.

Actually the words “nutters and drug monsters west of the Mississippi” are a direct quote from a Mormon motel-keeper in Hurricane Utah, or all places. In response to my casual comment that there seemed to be quite a few homeless people around for such a small tidy city.

I could claim in response that the state of Israel has no right to exist – but I would be lying since I don’t believe that. But there should a free and equally strong Palestine, with just as much international support as Israel.

It’s very well researched and documented, BRH.
    A small excerpt for you:

“A week and a half prior, on May 30, 2020, multiple SPD cruisers were smashed and set on fire by rioters dressed in black bloc. In the chaos, some of the rioters stole weapons, including AR-15s, from the vehicles. There were no police in sight. Harrowing footage recorded at the scene showed a security gurad for a local Fox News affiliate charging in with his handgun to disarm one the militants who stole a rifle. The unnamed Marine Corps veteran did this twice, successfully taking back the stolen rifles from the two black bloc militants.”

Something kind of inspiring about what that Marine Corps Vet did. Bring that America back, please.

    Takis mag

Last week, the Syracuse University women’s lacrosse team learned these new rules the hard way.
The team had posted a video on Instagram in which one of the young ladies gave the “OK” sign.

And immediately—literally within a day—the Levitical lynchers at the ADL “pounced,” demanding the video be removed.

Which begs the question, how the hell did the ADL know about the video so quickly? Have those canny Jews developed extrasensory perception? Or maybe Shmuelly and Ignatz were binge-watching teenage girl videos late at night only to be rewarded with a new “white supremacist” offense to investigate (“short-shorts plus a hate crime? Such a bargain!”).

Neither the ADL nor the university claimed that the girl who made the gesture had ill intent; everyone agreed that she was making an innocent “OK” sign.
No one accused the young sportswoman of doing the 4chan “white power” troll. But the Syracuse women’s lacrosse team is white, so the university pulled the video and forced the team to apologize.

“Intent doesn’t matter,” the university said in a three-hundred-and-twelve-word apology statement. Yes, three hundred and twelve words for something that everyone agrees was nothing more than an innocent gesture. But remember—impact not intent!

      NPR

The “OK” hand gesture, commonly seen as a way of indicating that all is well, has now been classified as something else: a symbol of hate.

On Thursday, the Anti-Defamation League, a Jewish civil rights organization, [BAA, A HATE GROUP] added 36 symbols to its “Hate on Display” database including the index finger-to-thumb sign that in some corners of the Internet has become associated with white supremacy and the far right.

Oren Segal, director of the ADL’s Center on Extremism, told NPR that for years on fringe online message boards such as 4chan and 8chan, the “OK” sign has been deployed in memes and other images promoting hate. Given the number of white supremacists who have adopted it, he said it can now carry a nefarious message.

One thing I have always wondered is why the Holocaust is the one genocide no one is allowed to investigate beyond what is claimed.

There have been many genocides, some far more extensive (as documented, at least). Why does this particular genocide take up so much psychological space?

The number of dead is another item. 6 million. Many people died, but what is the basis for this figure? People have done calculations on this showing that the number was impossible given the timeframe.

Being an individual that orients himself around the truth in all pursuits (as best as I can), it never seems to amaze me why the (apparent) embellishment is necessary. The truth of the camps in Germany was bad enough, no?

There have been many genocides, some far more extensive (as documented, at least). Why does this particular genocide take up so much psychological space?

I think the primary reason is that it occurred to white people, and it occurred in a modern Western state not dissimilar to ours and others.

Germany by 1913 had produced some of the world’s best philosophers, scientists, doctors, mathematicians, astronomers, composers and writers. In thirty years from that date it had descended into a total hell-hole.

The second reason is that the survivors of the Holocaust, their descendants, and the many Jews who had escaped or missed it altogether, were not and did not remain a persecuted minority, and achieved high positions in the media, film, literature, the academy, government, and so on.

So they had the wherewithal and clout to document the atrocities, and to try and ensure it couldn’t happen again.

For much of my youth (and education) the round figure was four million – presumably it was amended to six million based on a wealth of subsequent research.

            Elysian,

The one consistency I have found is that the truth is abused at every turn wherever money and power are concerned and there are gains to be made.

Night Owl. It was never investigated because it will not stand up to investigation. That is why it is a crime in many countries to criticize it. I understand such a law is coming to Ireland soon (if it has not already arrived). I think the Reinhard camps (Treblinka, Sobibor and Belzec) got about fifteen minutes between them at Nuremburg. There were only two or three witnesses, at least one of whom was an absurd liar and fantasist (the others would have been little better I expect). There is a wonderful two part documentary called (from memory) The Truth About The Holocaust, on Bitchute on a site called Vasili, which I am no longer able to watch (luckily I made a copy). That is not to say that the story’s defenders (such as Deborah Lipstadt) are not sincere in their belief, only they are not confident enough to allow its critics to speak. The more you look into it the more absurd it appears, like all collective fantasies.

Main issue is children older than 1 (“2 and older”) required to wear a mask at all times…good luck w that.

Especially after last week’s story of the Hasidic family kicked off for refusing to make their 18 month-old wear a mask. Fellow passengers subsequently stood up for the family, they parked the plane, kicked everyone off and canceled the flight.

Well, I tried out this cordless electric chainsaw, and it’s not too bad. It is lighter than a gas powered saw, and I think it’s a little safer. Some of these trees are more than a foot in diameter and the thing cutting thru no problem. I started out with a full charge and 2 1/2 hours later it still had plenty of juice. While I wouldn’t take it logging in The Great North Woods, for most homeowner applications — or even cutting up firewood — this Dewalt would be sufficient. The trees I’m cutting up are already felled so I don’t have the danger inherent in actually cutting them down, which I leave to people who know what they are doing. I know just enough to get myself killed.

Brh, like with guns, seems that you know which way to point the thing at least. 🙂 Dewalt products seem to be pretty good. $100-150?

      • BackRowHeckler March 7, 2021 at 5:07 pm #

        $229 TS.

A little steep but if it lasts it’ll be worth it.

I try to take care of my stuff, keep it a long time. That Stihl chainsaw I bought about 20 years ago, only had to replace the chain, and plugs. Still works good.

Speaking of that, we had this old guy in town, a German immigrant who served in the German army at Leningrad, part of his nose was gone and he had a hole in his chest from Russian bullets. He had some nice grape orchards and was famous for his homemade wine, which he would give away to neighbors. Anyway, he had a Sears lawn tractor from the early 1950s that he used around his little farm; he said it was the first lawn tractor ever made. Thing ran like a charm and it was 50 years old.

        Brh

        • Tekapo March 8, 2021 at 12:53 am #

I have an electric lawnmower, hedge-trimmer, and edge-trimmer … they’re really convenient and reliable, but they certainly don’t have the same puissance pound-for-pound that gas versions have.

Sounds like the battery-powered chainsaw passed that test.

        • Night Owl March 8, 2021 at 3:05 am #

That is the German way, unless one is of the hippy/communist persuasion.

Buy once (at a higher cost) and keep it a long time. Doing this is easier when you buy a German product designed around this idea. Get a Miele vaccum cleaner and you will never need anything else, for example.

    Y

A ways back you asked me how I explain the dearth of the flu this year.

    One of two scenarios

The flu and Covid are indistinguishable in the clinical environment and so flu was not counted in the political situation. Everything had to be the crud.

Because of the difference of transmissibility, the mitigation of Covid shut down the flu.

    Or C. All the above.

Killing viruses is the key to keeping the country open.

    Give us the cure!!

      LOL. What?

      • JohnAZ March 7, 2021 at 6:10 pm #

In a hospital environment, with loads of patients, were all the folks tested for both flu and the crud? Or assumed to be Covid? .???

        • GreenAlba March 7, 2021 at 6:45 pm #

          JohnAZ

Maybe your country, despite it’s legendary high-tech medical system, is like the third world. I don’t know. But here, people in hospital get tested. So you can treat the Covid patients for Covid, and the flu patients for flu. And it’s the NHS so there’s no point in anyone making up stories about payments for Covid patients because there clearly aren’t any.

And you might as well say flu is indistinguishable from meningitis in a clinical context. Lots of things are indistinguisable from flu until you test for flu or the other differential diagnoses.

          Let’s not get too silly.

          • JohnAZ March 7, 2021 at 7:32 pm #

Well, I was asked why flu was almost non-existent this winter. I put out two straw men as to possibilities. Maybe a third one is the Covid virus eats the flu virus so it never tests positive. When I worked, not everyone got tested for the flu, it was assumed with the clinical presentation.

I did not claim the testing idea as a fact, just a hypothesis. I will tell you one thing, GA, last year the political situation really smelled up the place and I would have put nothing past people out to get Trump.

          • GreenAlba March 7, 2021 at 8:01 pm #

Flu is almost non-existent here too, JohnAZ, and we don’t have a Trump.

            Just a few reasons:

Massive flu vaccination campaign (we don’t vaccinate under-65s here routinely, but this year the invitation for a free jab was extended to over-55s, to help keep them out of hospital).

Covid mitigation also leads to flu mitigation, as you have mentioned before. Masks, distancing, hand hygiene, lockdowns (not endorsing lockdowns, but it’s pretty obvious that if people are at home they’re not on buses, at work and in pubs, spreading flu).

Some of the elderly and infirm who might have died of flu if there was a serious flu situation, have already died of Covid.

Almost total lack of international air travel.

Seems like a recipe for a non-existent flu season to me, without any dodgy stats at all.

          • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 9:37 pm #

      • Tekapo March 8, 2021 at 12:57 am #

You don’t “stop” a virus (ie, eradicate it), but you can eliminate totally its ability to cause disease in humans (eg, polio) with vaccination and other measures. Not bamboozlement, just common sense and the advance of better biomedical science.

    This just reported from Newsmax…a site you can trust;

    https://www.newsmax.com/headline/criminal-voting-rights-felons/2021/03/07/id/1012834/

Apparently your president just signed an EO providing voting rights to all felons…including those currently incarcerated, as well as those on probation/parole.

I’ll go out on a limb here, and suggest that no harm can come to the Republic from…oh, say 25% of Felons voting…non-violent crimes, some narcotics offenses, and murderers of wives/police. The vast majority of the remaining felons you would not want to introduce to your mother, let alone allow enfranchisement.

I’m becoming less and less amused, as well as less concerned with the goings on of our betters…hopefully I will die soon….

Hardly a day goes by in this year 2021 without some outrage or another being rubbed in our faces.

      E. That’s not law yet is it, just another one of Bedpan Biden’s executive orders? Does Bedpan even know what he is signing?

The one I like best is last weeks George Floyd Law that Congress sent to the Senate. They named a law after a 5X convicted felon whose MOA was invading homes of single woman with children, holding them at gunpoint, while his posse ransacked the apartment. He was also addicted to meth, heroin and opioids. IOW a real Eagle Scout.

    • KesaAnna March 7, 2021 at 9:38 pm #

      Well , one thing Janos and I might agree on ( ? ) — if I thought he was remotely sincere , and I don’t —

is that voting rights , at the very least , should be limited to property owners over the age of 40.

Granted , that would disenfranchise at least half the current voting population at a stroke.

      But , dare I say :

      So what ?

      Let’s cut to the very bad news , right off the bat ;

Republics have never meant the difference between Heaven and Hell.

All republics have ever meant is that the average Joe might incrementally be better off , and that’s all.

Republican , democratic Athens of 2,500 years ago was yet neck deep in slaves. At least one – third of Athens income came from its silver mines , worked by slaves , and you damn sure didn’t want to work in those mines.

Nicias , who made his fortune renting slaves to the Athens silver mines , while eager to volunteer to go get his ass killed , as it turned out , in a fiasco of a Sicilian military expedition , never the less didn’t seem at all eager to volunteer HIMSELF for the silver mines.

      Gee , maybe that’s a clue ??

And it really isn’t any different now , 2,500 years later.

It’s a fucking lie , plain and simple , that the United States abolished slavery in 1865.

The United States in many cases merely off – shored slavery.

One could argue that much of the current trouble on your southern border is traceable to the fact that for much of the 20h century absentee American corporations , in collusion with the U.S. Government , ran ” countries ” like Cuba , Guatemala , and El Salvador as hell hole giant plantations.

And do you think so many factories have been moved to China because China pays better wages ?

In other cases , American history has just been left blank.

History buff though I am , I was past 20 years of age before I had any inkling that there was such a thing as a West Virginia coal field war.

What the fuck was that ?

Basically that was the U.S. government shooting down white people because those white people wanted a wage that would actually pay the grocery bill.

There was one movie in the 1980’s about it.

      Clap clap.

At least 70% of the food grown in this country today is picked and processed by illegal aliens , and that’s just as true in California , as it is on the other side of the continent , in the bad old South , in North Carolina.

Assholes who have never spent an hour in the fields for minimum wage in their entire lives will tell you this is because American workers are too lazy.

It couldn’t possibly be because 5 dollars an hour simply isn’t practical given the tax burden that American workers necessarily have to carry , or because you can pay illegals 5 dollars an hour , because being illegal thy aren’t going to call a cop and complain about the labor laws not being worth the paper they are printed on ?

      Getting back to voting —

      — It MIGHT be more meaningful if it were direct democracy ?

But it has only ever been indirect , abstract or notional representation anyway.

I suppose it might suck that an 18 year old can go get shot for their country , but can’t vote ?

Well , you did away with conscription , provisionally , some years back , and did give 18 year olds the vote . Did things substantially improve ?

Not provisionally , history has repeatedly shown that when the shit really hits the fan folks will hand out rifles to 12 year olds readily enough. And 12 year olds can’t have a beer , or fuck without someone getting into legal difficulties , much less can they vote.

Never mind the shit hitting the fan hypothetically. A fundemental and basic premise of nuclear weapons is that you are perfectly willing to deem 3 year olds as combatants.

So let 3 year olds vote ?

Votes for women , hurrah !

      ?

I really haven’t noticed that the world has gotten any kinder , gentler , or more nurturing since women got the vote.

One reason I’m inclined to doubt the good faith of many supposed white supremacists is that they curiously don’t seem any more eager than Leftists to point out that , 1930 – 1934 , women were consistently 51 to 54 % of the Nazis voting strength.

No , any voter criteria is , and always was , arbitrary . And not a little arbitrary , but a lot.

      • KesaAnna March 7, 2021 at 9:49 pm #

By the way , I have of course never had voting rights .

Call me a bitch , call me crazy , or take your pick of rationalizations that will prop up your voting – magically – makes – everything – rosey – and – legit .

I’m not exactly crying buckets because I can’t vote.

Maybe this is irrelevant to what’s going on in your country and maybe it isn’t. But my daughter told me today that the bus that takes her to her nursery (50 minute journey or so, twice daily) has been stopped until further notice. She reckons that getting off at the Tesco’s on the main road, which is as far as it goes, and walking the rest of the way would involve another hour and a quarter on foot, each way. That would be a massive problem for her – she’s a no-car family like me but for different reasons, i.e. nobody drives and nobody has money for a car.

But here’s the reason. Some Edinburgh teenagers can be a bit feral, it seems. Just a few, but still. And some of them live near the nursery she works in (kindergarten, attached to a primary school). Not a great area, but not the worst.

Anyway, the teenagers have been a bit feral in a few areas recently, and one in this particular area threw a brick or some other missile at a bus driver’s window, as a result of which said bus driver is in hospital.

Lothian Region Transport has therefore suspended bus services to said area until further notice.

Now, this is a real problem for my daughter, whose life is stressful enough already – likewise for quite a lot of old people in the area who depend on the bus to get them to them to said Tesco’s on the main road and who aren’t going to find a 90-minute walk very easy.

But I can’t helping thinking we need more of this – a bus company saying ‘get your feral teenagers under control or fuck off and walk’.

Note that said feral teenagers are white as the driven snow.

    Any thoughts?

    • Yohannon March 7, 2021 at 7:44 pm #

Agree. And it will get much, much worse as Edinburgh goes Black and Brown. You will have a metanoia (change of mind) when that happens. But welcome to Fascism, for as long as the moment lasts.

      Yes,
Predators must be taught not to predate.

Certainly, in the land of “cutthroats and pirates”, someone would be up to the task.

Oil price jumps above $70 after attacks aimed at Saudi oil facilities
Markets unsettled despite no loss of life or production in strikes claimed by Houthis

Oil prices jumped above $70 a barrel for the first time in 14 months after Saudi Arabia, the world’s top oil exporter, said its energy facilities had been attacked on Sunday, targeting “the security and stability” of global supplies.

A drone attack from the sea on a petroleum storage tank at Ras Tanura, one of the largest oil shipping ports in the world, took place on Sunday morning, the kingdom said.

In the evening, shrapnel from a ballistic missile fell in Dhahran, where state oil company Saudi Aramco has its headquarters and near where thousands of employees and their families live.

While Saudi Arabia’s ministry of energy said the attacks “did not result in any injury or loss of life or property”, and a person familiar with the matter said no production had been affected, the attacks have still unsettled oil markets that have rebounded strongly in recent months.

Brent crude, the international benchmark, rose 2 per cent to a high of $71.16 a barrel while West Texas Intermediate, the US benchmark, rose by a similar amount to a high of $67.86 a barrel.

Yemen’s Iran-allied Houthi fighters claimed responsibility for the attacks and said they had also focused on military targets in the Saudi cities of Dammam, Asir and Jazan.

A Houthi military spokesperson said the group had fired 14 bomb-laden drones and eight ballistic missiles in a “wide operation in the heart of Saudi Arabia”.

Amrita Sen at Energy Aspects emphasised that while a direct hit on oil supplies appeared to have been avoided, the threat to the market would still be taken seriously by oil traders.

“The oil price was already on a strong footing after Saudi Arabia and Opec’s decision last week to keep restricting production,” she said.

Brent crude, the international oil benchmark, has risen close to $70 a barrel since the cartel and allies outside the group, including Russia, decided not to unleash a flood of crude on to the market.

Amid uncertainty about the oil market outlook as the coronavirus crisis continues to have an impact on crude demand, the group decided against raising production by 1.5m barrels a day from April.

Given the supply curbs, while the kingdom has the extra production capacity to tap into, “geopolitical threats to supply will add a premium to the price”, Sen added.

The kingdom’s state media outlet said earlier in the day that the Saudi-led military coalition confronting the Houthis had intercepted missiles and drones aimed at “civilian targets” without indicating their location.

The Eastern Province, where Dhahran is located, is where much of Saudi Aramco’s oil facilities are located. The attack is the most severe since September 2019.

At that time the kingdom was rocked by missile and drone fire that hit an important processing facility and two oilfields, temporarily shutting off more than half of the country’s crude output.

The Houthis have ramped up assaults on Saudi Arabia through airborne attacks and explosive-laden boats and mines in the Red Sea, laying bare the vulnerability of the country’s energy infrastructure despite the kingdom’s production prowess and its hold over the oil market.

“The frequency of these attacks is rising, even if the impact on energy infrastructure appears limited,” said Bill Farren-Price, a director at research company Enverus. “We know the capacity to cause serious damage exists, so this will boost the risk premium for oil.”

The war on Saudia has to began.

Iran received a $400 billion USD lifeline from China. They’re now China’s marionette. With a China foreign agent in the White House as POTUS, things are not looking good for the prospect of the US petrodollar.

China is producing and selling a $5,000 e-car with a range of 100 miles. It is a perfect car the city. How Tesla will compete with this is hard to imagine. Their cheapest future car will cost $25,000. They really need to rethink what they’re doing or very likely they will lose market share to China. In China they already have. If China starts exporting this e-car, Tesla is finished.

I find this incredibly sad and disturbing (and not just because I have a lot of Scots ancestry). Why are there feral teenagers, is it a “new” problem, and more importantly, what can be done about it?

I guess you could put a Transport Officer on every service (who pays for this?), but that wouldn’t stop a brick through the windshield.

I trust your daughter finds a solution.

” a bus company saying ‘get your feral teenagers under control or fuck off and walk’. ”

I would endorse that. — assuming “they ” actually have any authority to bring the ferals under control.

As I have said before , and it is an article of faith with me :

Responsibility without commensurate authority is bullshit.

” Note that said feral teenagers are white as the driven snow. ”

As I have mentioned before , I spent my childhood among people who were 90% White , and 90% poor.

And , it so happens , today I live in a part of Appalachia that is 90% White , and 90% poor.

Funny thing ; It sure seems to me that the stereotypes these presumably White – loving types apply to American Blacks , or to Central Americans , Asians , Middle Easterners , or Africans ,

apply to a “T ” to these two populations of poor whites I have known.

And , in both cases , I was and am far happier among these ( WHITE ) Untermenshen ,

than I ever was among these presumed champions of Western Civilization , and supposed exemplars of virtue and strong work ethic.

I would argue that one big flaw in the Leftist narrative is that Blacks ,Indians , or Mexican Illegals , have never been the most despised and held in contempt minority in America , at least not in my lifetime.

No , the most despised group has been Southern Whites.

And not because Southern Whites have any real backbone anymore .

But merely because they have a past history of flying in the face of this bullshit narrative that White Unionists ever gave a flying fuck more about their own kind , than they did for Blacks , or Indians , or Mexican Illegals.

And the ONLY THING that has changed in the past 30 – 50 years is that their own narrative , their own weapons , have been turned against THEMSELVES

Which they could have foreseen , without psychic powers , if only they weren’t so full of themselves.

    ” Yes,

Amusingly , I remember an exchange we had on this point two years ago ( ? )

You suggested a return to corporal punishment , flogging , and that sort of thing.

( Not even getting into public executions or any of that. JUST good old – fashioned corporal punishment. )

    I heartily endorsed this —

    — but pointing out , by the by , that given how people have behaved like spoiled children in a candy store , with no limits , or real priorities set , whn it has come to law ,

    I would LOVE for people to SEE the line of people stretching out of town , and down the road , waiting for this sort of thing ;

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZVPi0zT7nY

( Catholic propaganda aside , the best modelling of this reality I have ever seen . )

and the veritable river of blood that would doubtless be running down main street.

Then …… perhaps I imagined things , but you then seemed to back way off your own proposal.

Which struck me as …….. kinda curious.

    • KesaAnna March 8, 2021 at 12:54 am #

      To elaborate a bit ,

      my favorite line from the movie , Zero Dark Thirty is ;

” politics are changing, and you don’t wanna be the last one holding a dog collar when the oversight committee comes. ”

My guess is , being an ex – Marine and policeman , you know exactly what the fuck that line means , even if you have never seen the movie , and can only guess at the context.

The world is full of people who wanna talk tough in the abstract , sitting in their McMansion easy chairs.

But when the actual butchers bill that all these abstractions actually mean come due ,

they want to be sitting there with a straight face saying , ” I never had to do anything morally compromising …. “

      • elysianfield March 8, 2021 at 11:09 am #

Kyrie Irving, a Black basketball player who’ll make over $100 million the next three years, and who’s shown his impeccable character in the past by quitting on teammates, as well as his brilliance by being a member of the Flat Earth Society (seriously), posted this tweet about wanting the NBA logo changed to feature Saint Kobe Bryant, instead of the current White retired player:

“To: All the people who say it is not about color… “BLACK” or “BLACK KINGS” that’s what we call ourselves. And that’s what oppressors refused to call MY ancestors. BLACK KINGS. Deal with it!”

Still oppressed, obviously. Maybe Irving could donate a small stipend to Science, to better understand the illusion of the Earth’s curvature.

LOL. I agree with you SoFo … it’s all kind of ludicrous.

The NBA logo is like any logo … black doesn’t work very well as a color. But still – even if there is a good case for changing the logo to reflect the predominance of Black players, Mr Irving could be a bit more subtle (and less flat-earth) about it.

Well , if he is a corporate , state , or Leftist sock puppet ,

    then it sure seems to me that he went off the reservation with ;

” I think the primary reason is that it happened to white people, ”

( could it be that the implication of that might be that if they kill 60 million , or 600 million , non – white people , or non – Western white people , who might as well be non – white , then who really gives a fuck ?

    Maybe ? )

    and ;

” …The second reason is that the survivors of the Holocaust, their descendants, and the many Jews who had escaped or missed it altogether, were not and did not remain a persecuted minority, and achieved high positions in the media, film, literature, the academy, government, and so on.

So they had the wherewithal and clout…. ”

( could it be that the implication of that might be that if it had been poor people , even poor white people , nobody would give a fuck ?

    Maybe ? )

It seems to me the implications of both those assertions are quite possibly that World War II was not the perfectly grand moral crusade they make it out to have been .

    Maybe it was unintentional ??

Maybe he didn’t know what the fuck he was saying ??

    In any case , both assertions seem to fit your formula ;

” The one consistency I have found is that the truth is abused at every turn wherever money and power are concerned and there are gains to be made.

Asking “Who benefits?” has gotten me pretty far. ”

    — rather well

  103. KesaAnna March 8, 2021 at 6:20 am #

    As things stand ,

I don’t bother to argue with the 6 million number .

    Why should I ?

It’s rather like the Covid thing ; Why should I even bother to try and refute the worst Covid numbers thrown out ,

when their mathematical comparisons and context are so sophomorically shitty ?

Where the holocaust is concerned , Jews were 2% of Europes population , and a not particularly beloved 2% .

Doesn’t that , in itself , suggest something rather mundane ,

    rather than particularly impressive?

To my mind , the Rwandan genocide , for example , was much more ” impressive. ”

They killed at least one – fifth of the population , in barely three months , and it wasn’t some boutique minority or obscure subculture.

And , for the most part , they didn’t need death factories like Belzec , or even bullets.

Most of the killing was done apparently with machetes the Interahamwe purchased wholesale for 50 cents apiece.

Not to mention they did it with the cameras of the MSM rolling.

Other possible reasons why the holocaust is such a fetish ?

    Churchill didn’t like Nazis any more than he liked Imperial Huns , anymore than he liked Irish Republicans , anymore than he liked Indian Nationalists , anymore than he liked South African Boers , and his number one political goal in 1941 was the same as it was in 1901 ;

    To preserve the British Empire.

In hindsight at least , he looks less like a mastermind , more like a Jack Ass , as it has clearly born out like Hiler said that war with Germany would destroy that empire , whether the Brits won or lost.

That the outcome of WW II was that at least one – third of the planet was handed over to the tender mercies of Stalin and Mao is quite a bit to gloss over.

At the end of his life , Douglas MacArthur admitted that the Western powers would never be able adequately to project military power into East Asia. A strong China has always been bad news for everybody , a strong Japan is the Wests best bet in East Asia.

( i.e. the Pacific war was all for nothing. )

To name just a few possible reasons for the big punch and Judy show.
