Anyone who doubts that the Attorney General is dead serious about cleaning up the goddamned mess of sedition spawned by the Democratic Party, its agents in the permanent Washington bureaucracy, and its public relations arm in the news media, might invest a little time and attention in William Barr’s speech to the Federalist Society Friday evening. (Text of speech here and video here.)

Mr. Barr declared unambiguously and in plain English that “in waging a scorched earth, no-holds-barred war of ‘Resistance’ against this Administration, it is the Left that is engaged in the systematic shredding of norms and the undermining of the rule of law.” Is any part of that unclear? The confounded might take in this more detailed lesson in recent history from the speech:

Immediately after President Trump won election, opponents inaugurated what they called ‘the Resistance,’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver available to sabotage the functioning of his administration.  Now, ‘resistance’ is the language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power. It obviously connotes that the government is not legitimate. This is a very dangerous — indeed incendiary — notion to import into the politics of a democratic republic.  What it means is that, instead of viewing themselves as the “loyal opposition,” as opposing parties have done in the past, they essentially see themselves as engaged in a war to cripple, by any means necessary, a duly elected government.”

And anyone who takes in the nauseating spectacle of Congressman Adam Schiff’s House Intel Committee impeachment process can see that shredding of norms on full shameless display, where the attempted defense of nakedly absurd charges against the president is thwarted by a chicane of deceitful rules outside any concept of due process, concocted by Mr. Schiff and his task force of Lawfare hustlers — no right to call witnesses, no right of cross-examination, and no right to argue that set of rules cribbed from the Stalin show trials by way of the Spanish Inquisition.

They’re pouring it on this week ahead of a post-Thanksgiving cold water deluge of bad news that will detail charges against the progenitors of RussiaGate. The roll-call may be a long one, including many actors whose turpitudes have been publicly and richly documented for many months — Messers, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Halper, Ms. Page, et. al — and, if real justice is on order, not a few figures lurking in the Deep State deep background — John Carlin, Bill Priestap, Dana Boente, Michael Gaeta, Sally Yates, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice, Samantha Power, and perhaps even the archangel Barack Obama, just in time for Christmas, too. Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann deserve to be included for what amounted to a blatant, arrantly mendacious, malicious prosecution, knowing that they had no case and proceeding anyway for two whole years.

I hope the roundup will extend to the very latest ploys leading to RussiaGate’s successor subterfuge, UkraineGate, namely the exploits of “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella, his handlers and enablers in Mr. Schiff’s office, and the actions of his accomplice, Michael Atkinson, the current Intelligence Community Inspector General, with obvious conflicts of interests as a major player in the previous RussiaGate dodge — he was legal counsel to Assistant Attorney General John Carlin, who headed the Department of Justice’s National Security Division at the birth of the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” gambit, and before that he was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff at the FBI. Anything to see there, ya think? The “whistleblower” himself was, in fact, a CIA spy in the White House. You may recall that the CIA is prohibited from spying on Americans in their own country, and doing that in the White House is arguably the essence and height of lawless sedition.

Obviously, Rep. Adam Schiff will at some point be called to face the atonal music he composed (with a little help from Karlheinz Stockhausen — give a listen) in a court of law, where different rules apply than the ones now on display in his committee. He has a lot to answer for in his campaign to blow smoke up America’s ass for three years running, with deleterious effects on the public interest generally and on the honor and dignity of the legislature in particular.

The American public also deserves to know exactly who has been leaking transcripts from Mr. Schiff’s star chamber depositions to the news media — most recently last Friday when the supposedly secret testimony of diplomat David Holmes, lately of the US embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, found its way to CBS News reporter Margaret Brennan. A logical presumption would be that the leaker is someone on Mr. Schiff’s staff. Who else might have access to it? (Well, possibly the NSA and thereby the CIA.) It shouldn’t be too difficult to find out. Perhaps one of the minority members of the House Intel Committee might put the question to Mr. Schiff when the hearings re-open on Wednesday — if Mr. Schiff will allow the question to even be entertained.

“You may recall that the CIA is prohibited from spying on Americans in their own country, and doing that in the White House is arguably the essence and height of lawless sedition.”

Yeah, like that have ever stopped them. They’ve been pulling this shit for many years now.

    • CancelMyCard November 18, 2019 at 10:08 am #

      has ever stopped them.

    • fugeguy November 18, 2019 at 10:14 am #

      I always found that funny.

Can anyone even count the number of times they have gotten caught violating this law.

      • K-Dog November 18, 2019 at 12:32 pm #

It is an intelligence test. If you believe the FBI does not watch you when they want, and anytime they want; that they actually follow the law, then you are stupid. The test is binary.

But the real pisser is if if you have experienced the joys of, let see I need a phrase to describe it? How about I pick the phrase ‘targeted individual‘ to illuminate my meaning.

I’ll just make it up on the fly, this phrase, and put these two words together as if I were the first to ever do it. Anybody ever hear about the pairing before.

Or perhaps you too have some stories nobody would believe if they were told. If you have such stories, I’ll believe you.

        The rule of law.

        • K-Dog November 18, 2019 at 12:36 pm #

And when it happens to you it can be scary. For real!

      • abbybwood November 18, 2019 at 1:03 pm #

Interesting how Clapper, when CIA director Clapper told Congress while under oath “under penalty of perjury” said, “The CIA has not been spying on the American people, not at least wittingly…”.

Brennan lied under oath to Feinstein’s committee while under oath, Hillary Clinton lied repeatedly.

All these deep staters appear to be untouchable.

        I wish Mr. Barr Godspeed.

        • K-Dog November 18, 2019 at 1:42 pm #

It can be said with a straight face. The modern way is to tap into third party surveillance and use it so technically it is not a lie.

A company like Netflix fires up an Amazon virtual server and ‘they’ tap in and control your horizontal and vertical to terrorize you if you warrant the special treatment. They listen to everything that is going on. You are being terrorize through layers of abstraction and a chain of application toolkits. Microphones in phones must meet minimum standards don’t you know.

A minute later and all evidence of them rewinding your flick to repeatedly show a murder a few times over in a row so you know they are there with you and it is mission accomplished.

A few scrambled and returned emails and you know you have no moves to make at all unless you want to be stubborn and write about it later.

Watching ‘Trudell’ the 2005 documentary at the time made their day since the FBI murders John’s family in it.

rudell married Tina Manning, an activist of the Duckwater Shoshone Tribe. They had three children together: Ricarda Star, Sunshine Karma, and Eli Changing Sun. In February 1979, Tina (who was pregnant), the children and her mother Leah Hicks-Manning were all killed in a fire at her parents’ house on the Duck Valley Reservation. Her father Arthur survived. Trudell was out of town.

The house was sealed and they were burned alive. That was the part of the Netflix-video that my ‘bouncing ball’ kept going back too.

Point is having things done through a third party makes them impossible to stop or catch. And who you gonna call?

          Ghost-busters?

It’s clear that all that honey in the honeypot in DC attracts a lot of flies. You cannot clean up the mess without removing the honey that attracts the flies.

We spend over $1trillion on defense and intelligence (including interest in debt acquired to pay for past defense). Arrest everyone targeted by Barr, and in 10 years there will be legions (pun intended) to replace them.

Unless and until the Congress cuts funding, this will continue. The interesting thing now is that the FBI and CIA have shown that they’ve flipped from Republican redoubts to Democratic Sinecures. Perhaps a Trump-inspired GOP-led house will defund them? Nothing else will end this.

Earlier years of Strategic Air Command training missions over the lower 48 included detailed flight plans and actual missions of B-47/52 aircraft and escort fighters targeting US metropolitan areas. This was accomplished to “acquaint” aircrews with the conscious reality they were on call day & night to embark over the pole to deliver nuclear ordnance to an enemy nation’s urban as well as, military target.

This mindset goes beyond the theoretical when the mission might has evolved to program missiles in a land or sea-based launch pad to detonate in the Troposphere over a sovereign nation in order to create Electro-Magnetic Pulse effect to all computer/solid state controls on a continental scale A false flag event is now simply too easy to resist.

The eventual EMP scenario; “High Altitude Magnetic Pulse”, is embodied in strategic planning of the nuclear powers, having made decision to cripple, by means of disabling all electric oriented utilities, transport and communication, not kill inhabitants. China for example, would deploy massive airlift (Conveniently supplied by US trade policy) for purpose of securing strategic facilities, manufacturing complexes and food production regions.

This above scenario is no more plausible than current political events. The “False Flag” EMP component is more than possible when a bloodless coup is uncovered, and perps scramble to stay out of prison. Oh, and does the current American situation invite foreign adversaries to consider the very same timing & opportunity?

Mr. Kunstler avoids these kinds of military hypotheticals in his “LONG EMERGENCY” and other writings of related subject matter. However, please consider William Forstchen “ONE SECOND AFTER” as a companion read for JHK collapse primers. Add to the plot many (EU) Globalization proponents even now considering need to subdue United States’ blatant disregard for Climate Shift & failure to embrace Globalization, even as Ms. Pelosie makes pointed reference just last week. Some unthinkables are downright likely!

So, again it seems needful to refresh recollections on need to rethink Famine Hedge urban rail links into agriculture districts, retrograde as that may sound. Wealthy persons’ adoption/sponsorship of dormant rail corridor is crucial, while Bicycle people will resent reversal of “Rails To Trails” movement, until famine is a daily challenge. See Forstchen, ye wheelmen…

Excellent points! Even in chaos expect some hidden order, although it will almost certainly not be of the welcomed variety. We’re much closer than we think.

        • Ron Anselmo November 18, 2019 at 4:40 pm #

Those who put their head down on a pillow at 11:00pm, and wake up at 6:00am, will be surprised to learn that “hidden order” has always existed.

In times of chaos, they will simply be the new means of distribution. All those networks are already in place.

What do you want, and when do you want it? More importantly, what do you have to “pay” for it?

      • sprawlcapital November 18, 2019 at 12:25 pm #

        4014–

For decades our transportation policy has been based on the premise that highways are to build; railroads are to abandon.

Sorry if I’m being dense, but by false-flag EMP attack, you mean the nuclear explosive would be detonated by the US military to disable our own infrastructure, correct?

        • ellipsis November 18, 2019 at 12:52 pm #

That would be an excellent cover for a so-called “banking emergency” in the wake of a currency collapse. “Sorry folks, all them digital 1s and 0s you thought you had are gone now! Have to start all over again!”

Same principle as WTC-7 on 9-11, which was demolished to clear the ledgers of epic financial crimes.

I’ve seen articles stating that 90% of us would be dead within the first year of such an event, and the living would envy the dead. It might take 10 years to get the power turned back on, if we even have the means to do so at this point.

          • ellipsis November 18, 2019 at 3:16 pm #

            Nope. It wouldn’t be pretty.

        • sprawlcapital November 18, 2019 at 3:03 pm #

          Ellipsis–

I have witnessed two controlled-explosive demolitions here in Des Moines, and, I have to say, the fall of Building 7 looked like those.

          • scoubidou123 November 18, 2019 at 4:25 pm #

I apologize if I am not up to speed with the latest in conspiracy theories, but it looks like no one is really defending the collapse of the twin towers as being due to controlled demolition any more, that they did indeed collapse after jetliners slammed into them and burning weakened the support columns. Correct? So now the fallback conspiracy position is that the towers collapsing is legit, but building 7, however, THAT was the point of the whole operation. THAT building could not possibly collapse on its own. Even if flaming debris fell on it for an hour or two, and then two half-a-miilion-ton buildings collapsed next door to it, that it had burned for hours and was heard creaking, groaning, buckling and burning. No THAT is clearly impossible. Is this correct?

          • Ron Anselmo November 18, 2019 at 5:03 pm #

WTC Tower 1 & WTC Tower 2 were also controlled demolitions.

With a degree in engineering, and having watched the Towers in real time, shock set in, but my cognitive dissonance collapsed along with Tower 1, as I said to those in the room, on 9/11/01, those are controlled demolitions.

Any engineer who watched the Towers fall and didn’t come to the exact same conclusion, either slept through class, or remains blinded by the denial created by cognitive dissonance.

Preempting cognitive dissonance is accomplished by the expectation of false flags – helps you see them in real time, for what they are.

Demanding the truth on 9/11/02, via a message scrawled on my back windshield got some pithy replies. Some awaken slower than others.

          • benr November 18, 2019 at 5:16 pm #

There is a picture that clearly shows one of the corners at the base of building 7 sustained heavy damage.
Beyond that not sure how anyone can talk about how it collapsed and not wonder.

          • benr November 18, 2019 at 5:19 pm #

A yes Wikipedia explains it for the masses.

On September 11, 2001, the structure was damaged by debris when the nearby North Tower of the World Trade Center collapsed. The debris also ignited fires, which continued to burn throughout the afternoon on lower floors of the building. The building’s internal fire suppression system lacked water pressure to fight the fires, and the building collapsed completely at 5:21:10 pm, according to FEMA,[5]:23 while the 2008 NIST study placed the final collapse time at 5:20:52 pm.[6]:19, 21, 50–51 The collapse began when a critical internal column buckled and triggered structural failure throughout, which was first visible from the exterior with the crumbling of a rooftop penthouse structure at 5:20:33 pm. The collapse made the old 7 World Trade Center the first tall building known to have collapsed primarily due to uncontrolled fires,[7] and at the time, the only steel skyscraper in the world to have collapsed due to fire.[8]

          • seawolf77 November 18, 2019 at 6:49 pm #

The collapse of the Twin Towers on 9/11 is akin to you taking a soft drink tin can, filling it with petrol, lighting it and throwing it at your house and your house collapses an hour later.

          • scoubidou123 November 19, 2019 at 8:26 am #

Sorry seawolf77, but there is no comparison between a can of petrol in a house and the WTC.’

You have an impact severing support columns then thousands of galons of jet fuel mollifying and softening up the remaining columns that need to support 50 000 or 100 000 tons, leading to structural failure and collapse.

Sorry, Ron and sprawlcapital, “sure looks to me like” does not cut it. There is no such thing as a proof by personal incredulity.

          • Nightowl November 19, 2019 at 9:03 am #

There were 81 support columns in WTC 1&2.

In order for the near free-fall speeds to have a chance of been achieved, all 81 columns would have had to have been pulverized instantaeously. Even then, the collapse time would be slower due to the incredible amount of material out of which the floors consisted.

Yet WTC 1, 2, and 3 fell at or near free-fall speeds.

Collapse at the speeds documented is impossible without removing all columns and floor materials simultaneously.

And when we watch the videos we see exactly that. The buildings literally turn to dust while falling.

Over at A&E, this argument has been meticulously laid out and documented.

          • sprawlcapital November 19, 2019 at 12:37 pm #

            Scoubi–

We are not saying we have proof of anything, only that there is ample reason to doubt the official narrative of what happened,

          • scoubidou123 November 19, 2019 at 1:51 pm #

There were initially support columns, damaged by raging fires, that suddenly had 50 or 100 thousand tons of building ramming into them, that turned into several hundreds of thousands of tons of building as the building pancaked, ramming into them.

You have trouble believing that the shock could break them apart. The universe cares little about your cherished expectations, built on behaviour of house of cards or lego towers.

          • Urinthe Village November 19, 2019 at 2:02 pm #

So on 9/11/01, three burning buildings collapsed in identical fashion, in a manner never seen previously in the history of buildings or the history of fire. Two buildings were struck by airliners in different places, yet failed identically to a third building not struck by an airliner, again, in a manner never before observed. That anyone believes this is a testimony to the complete failure of public education and the success of state propaganda. If people believe TV and the government over Newton and their own eyes, things are truly hopeless. Which they are.

          • seawolf77 November 19, 2019 at 2:33 pm #

Those big giant jets are mostly 1/4 inch aluminum i.e. a tin can. They could never have penetrated steel girders. The only thing that would have penetrated are the engines. The rest of the plane should have slid down the side of the building. The Wiley Coyote cut out is as comical as Trump’s business acumen story. The man bankrupted a casino for Christ’s sake! You have to be brain dead to believe the official 9/11 story. And as someone noted, most Americans are. That’s how we got President Trump.

          • Nightowl November 19, 2019 at 3:37 pm #

“There were initially support columns, damaged by raging fires, that suddenly had 50 or 100 thousand tons of building ramming into them, that turned into several hundreds of thousands of tons of building as the building pancaked, ramming into them.

            ——————————————————————————

If that had happened, the buildings would never have fallen at free-fall (WTC 7) and near free-fall speeds (WTC 1 + 2).

But they did. And the only way that happens is if all supporting structures (including the entirety of the 81 and 47 columns and the floor structures) are destroyed entirely and simultaneously.

          • seawolf77 November 19, 2019 at 4:40 pm #

It’s a mechanical engineering principle that people peddling the so called pancake theory cannot grasp. Conservation of energy and momentum must be maintained and you simply cannot do it with the Twin Towers. There is so much building above the crash site. It weighs X and has potential energy due to its height. Once the structure underneath let go it begins to fall through good floors, and these floors have the capacity to absorb energy and should but don’t. Remember also the steel gets thicker and stronger the closer you get to ground level. This was clearly a controlled demolition disguised as a terrorist attack to bring the American people along for the resource wars to come. Iraq is now the swing producer for the world producing 5 mbd and growing.

          • Nightowl November 19, 2019 at 6:09 pm #

Well, the floors do absorb some energy if not destroyed. A&E did a calculation that if all supporting columns were destroyed with explosives, but the floors remained, WTC 1 and 2 still would have required over 30 seconds to fall due to the mass of the floors slowing the collapse.

In the videos we clearly see that the buildings were pulverized as they fell. This fits perfectly with the collapse times as there was nothing left to support them, allowing them to fall freely.

There is no counter to this point, as the times are what they are, and something had to literally pulverize the floors and support columns, otherwise, the collapse slows.

          • seawolf77 November 19, 2019 at 6:56 pm #

My theory is that the planes were substitutes inserted over military bases. The buildings were weakened internally to provide a checkerboard for the planes to fly into and create the Wiley Coyote cutout. The planes were remote-controlled to their targets. The controlled demolition had to cut all main structural members with thermite and this heat caused people to jump. The floors were filled with plastic explosives probably when the towers were built. Plans for the tower went into overdrive after the JFK assassination, and you can see it alluded to as the Twin Towers are held up by tridents, like the one in Dealey Plaza. It’s also in the Bible, Book of Revelations. “Babylon the Great is fallen, is fallen, for in one hour your time of judgment has come.” The towers fell within an hour of each other. The HRCC is ultimately responsible for everything that will happen due to peak oil. They will position and profit from it. But the people will finally figure it out and they will destroy the Church and thus will begin a new age, the Age of Aquarius and bring to a close the Age of Pisces.

Democracy has proven a disaster especially when anyone can vote and judges dictate every outcome. We should all take a knee in response to this farce. All is lost. No recovery. America is a Democratic REPUBLIC not a direct democracy as you have implied, hence Trump loses the popular (Democratic) vote only to “win” the Presidency.

So Democracy as a Democratic REPUBLIC has proven a disaster, perhaps.

Where we have direct voter determination as in the Prop issues like legalizing marijuana we seem to do better.

Until paper ballots – tallied by groups of three who mutually dislike one another – replace machines and iron-clad voter ID is instituted nationally there can be no valid vote, regardless of the distinction between popular and electors.

Of course, having said this we risk accusations of elitist arithmetic, math being the bulwark of white privilege and all that.

Brennan lied under oath to Feinstein’s committee while under oath, Hillary Clinton lied repeatedly.

Throw in this joke of an economy and stir in vigorously the political environment and you get a nation that is degrading into a banana republic. Democracy has proven a disaster especially when anyone can vote and judges dictate every outcome. We should all take a knee in response to this farce. All is lost. No recovery. No coming back from the abyss. We are in free fall.

      “We are in free fall.”

      Agreed.

As I say enjoy the ride cause the sudden stop is gonna hurt!

As the esteemed David E. Davis of Car & Driver Magazine once said:

“speed doesn’t kill; rapid deceleration does.”

The current momentum, in all directions, will eventually reverse. Sadly, the deceleration will likely be violently rapid.

Moter voter id acts giving illegals drivers licenses and voter rights further put legitimacy at risk.
