The strenuous effort of “Resistance” passengers in the Limousine-of-State to shove Donald Trump out of the driver’s seat continues into what would normally be the news-wasteland of midsummer. Last week it was the smoking popgun of Trump Junior’s meeting with a Russian lawyer purported (by British music promoter Rob Goldstein) to be associated with the “Russian Crown Prosecutor” (no such office in a country without a monarch).

The news caused the usual commotion among the very media mouthpieces who publish anti-Trump allegations as a staple for their “Resistance” readerships. By the way, this blog might be described as anti-Trump, too, in the sense that I did not vote for him and regularly inveigh against his antics as President — but neither is Clusterfuck Nation a friend of the Hillary-haunted Dem-Prog “Resistance,” in case there’s any confusion about where we stand. If anything, we oppose the entirety of the current political regime in our nation’s capital, the matrix of rackets that is driving the aforementioned Limousine-of-State off the cliff of economic collapse. Just sayin’.

“Resistance” law professors, such as Lawrence Tribe at Harvard, were quick to holler “treason” over Junior’s meet-up with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya and Russian-American lobbyist Rinat Akhmetshin. Well, first of all, and not to put too fine a point on it, don’t you have to be at war with another nation to regard any kind of consort as “treason?” Last time I checked, we were not at war with Russia — though it sure seems like persons and parties inside the Beltway would dearly like to make that happen. You can’t call it espionage either, of course, because that would purport the giving of secret information, not the receiving of political gossip.

Remember, the “Resistance” is not going for impeachment, but rather Section 4 of the 25th Amendment. That legal nicety makes for a very neat-and-clean surgical removal of a whack-job president, without all the cumbrous evidentiary baggage and pain-in-ass due process required by impeachment. All it requires is a consensus among a very small number of high officials, who then send a note to the leaders in both houses of congress stating that said whack-job president is a menace to the polity — and out he goes, snippety-snip like a colorectal polyp, into the hazardous waste bag of history. And you’re left with a nice clean asshole, namely Vice President Mike Pence.

Insofar as Pence appears to be a kind of booby-prize for the “Resistance,” that fateful reach for the 25th Amendment hasn’t happened quite yet. It is hoped, I’m sure, that the incessant piling on of new allegations about “collusion” with the Russians will get the 25thers over the finish line and into the longed-for end zone dance. More interestingly, though, the meme that has led people to believe that any contact between Russians and Americans is ipso facto nefarious vectors into the very beating heart of the “Resistance” itself: the Clintons.

How come the Clintons have not been asked to explain why — as reported on The Hill blog — Bill Clinton was paid half a million dollars to give speech in Russia (surely he offered them something of value in exchange, pending the sure thing Hillary inaugural), or what about the $2.35 million “contribution” that the Clinton Foundation received after Secretary of State Hillary allowed the Russians to buy a controlling stake in the Uranium One company, which owns 20 percent of US uranium supplies, with mines and refineries in Wyoming, Utah, and other states, as well as assets in Kazakhstan, the world’s largest uranium producer? Incidentally, the Clinton Foundation did not “shut down,” as erroneously reported early this year. It was only its Global Initiative program that got shuttered. The $2.35 million is probably still rattling around in the Clinton Foundation’s bank account. Don’t you kind of wonder what they did with it? I hope Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller wants to know.

Thanks Jim! Best Monday morning belly-laugh I’ve had in quite a while.

I agree completely. I laughed out loud at this line myself. Washington has become nothing but a huge collection of assholes. An asshole cesspool.

Trump is a loud-mouthed, spoiled child that never had to grow up. Pence is more like an insidious, conniving, religious cult leader. One of those “just shut up and drink your kool aid” kind of guys.

Before the election I figured a vote for Hillary was a slow ride over the cliff with her and her minions picking as many pockets as possible before we hit bottom. Trump was going to floor it over the cliff with Mike Pence as religious advisor justifying that they are doing Gawd’s work. Looks like the neocon Dems are pissed that they aren’t behind the wheel, so they jumped on the Jeezus bus screaming towards the cliff.

I can hardly wait to see what kind of freakish morons are presented as presidential material come 2020, if we make it that far. After W, Obama, and this current clown show, the bar is so low I fully expect Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho to show up 500 years early.

Indeed, our beloved JHK provided some great Monday morning reading in this blog episode. One recurring thought for me at least, as I read both JHK’s blog as well as some of the responses, was that it seems genuinely hopeless that I will ever be able to discover the truth of things. Every source of information is flawed, biased, warped; either intentionally or by chance. Every writer, journalist, reporter, blogger, government official – everyone has their own perspective, their own position, their motivations….on any issue, event, policy, or matter whatsoever, there are various factions, sides, clubs, committees – an endless array of entities with vested interests one way or another, or even just the tinfoil hat faction for that matter. No sources available to me are free from influence, and all of them appear compromised in one way or another.

It is disheartening; I don’t even know what to be outraged/concerned/hopeful/grateful/angry/etc about anymore. I find myself completely discounting everything I see or hear on the news – either at the moment or as I’m reflecting on it afterwards. I don’t know how anyone expects to be able to get anybody fired up about an issue anymore, when every source of information is so suspect.

Okay, I guess I’m finished ranting this morning….

A few days ago Klaus Eberwein was found dead in Miami with a gunshot wound through the head. It was called a “suicide”.

Eberwein was a fierce critic of the Clinton Foundation’s activities in Haiti, where he served as director general of the government’s economic development agency for three years.

Eberwein was due to appear on Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations. One percent of money collected went to help the Haitian people.

Eberwein was only 50-years-old and reportedly told acquaintances he feared for his life because of his fierce criticism of the Clinton Foundation.

The MSM media is not reporting this; they aren’t looking into it. Because to them a conversation with a Russian – any Russian – is a heinous crime. But murder by the Clinton crime syndicate is routinely swept under the rug. There are many more “untimely deaths” of persons who ran afoul of the Clintons. Just google “Clinton body count”.

    • DA July 17, 2017 at 10:12 am #

Thanks for that. No conspiracy here, just routine operations.

      • K-Dog July 17, 2017 at 10:51 am #

“According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations.”

Nothing in the mainstream media at all, but why would there be? Major media is part of the resistance.

Chelsea got a wedding fit for the daughter of an Indian multi-billionaire out of it too. They admitted using Clinton Foundation funds to pay for that. I’m sure those of us who dug into their pockets to help those poor people in that ravaged, pestilential, hell hole are deeply gratified that our money could be put to such good use.

        • miasmo July 17, 2017 at 12:47 pm #

According to the Miami Herald article, “it appears that Eberwein had fallen on hard times. An Uber spokesperson confirmed that he worked as a driver for awhile in South Florida.” It portrays his upcoming testimony to be related to corruption allegations against himself, not the Clintons. I can find no source for the assertions that he was expected to accuse the Clintons of corruption outside a circle jerk of wingnut websites referencing each other. I suggest you knuckleheads be a little more skeptical when it comes to shit you read on World Net Daily and other clickbait sites feeding you whatever they know you want to hear to fulfill your paranoid fantasies.

So Miasmo, will you admit the Clintons are corrupt, or is that a belief limited to paranoid wingnuts? I hope someone is paying you well to write this kind of stuff. It’s too sad to believe there are true believers out there who drink so deeply from the Clinton kool-aid.

Oh, and by the way. I can find no source for the assertions that Trump colluded with the Russians outside a circle jerk of wingnut Globalist corporate propaganda sources who all reference each other.

          • Elrond Hubbard July 17, 2017 at 3:18 pm #

hmuller: Both things can be true at the same time: i.e. the Clintons are corrupt and this allegation about the late Mr. Eberwein is a conspiracy-theorist circle jerk, much like the Planet Ping-Pong nonsense.

The Clintons have always been lucky in their enemies. If they had more serious people on their case and fewer whackaloons, we all might be better off.

          • K-Dog July 18, 2017 at 2:28 am #

            From that article:

“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”

Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein, 50, two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said.

Don’t take anything the Gaslighters say too seriously. They are notorious at conflating things like Eberwein’s recent demise. In no reputable news site was it stated that Eberwein planned to testify against the Clintons. He personally didn’t like the Clintons but that was a separate issue but the Gaslighters conflate things by putting two different things together to produce fake news that genuine news outlets won’t touch (even FOX is staying away from this junk).

And I have to admit to being a little disappointed that JHK is
Gaslighting us about the Uranium b.s. Clinton didn’t singlehandedly agree to that — Clinton was one of nine cabinet members and department heads that sit on the CFIUS, and the secretary of the treasury is its chairperson. CFIUS members are collectively charged with evaluating the transaction for potential national security issues, then turning their findings over to the president. By law, the committee can’t veto a transaction; only the president can. According to The New York Times, Clinton may not have even directly participated in the Uranium One decision. Then-Assistant Secretary of State Jose Fernandez, whose job it was to represent the State Dept. on CFIUS, said Clinton herself “never intervened” in committee matters.

But having read this blog for a number of years, I’ve learned that sensationalism sells or gets donations or something. And as long as Americans insist that “both sides do it” then they can’t be held accountable for the crap that is happening. Fortunately not everyone is like that.

Apart from the uranium issue, Hillary and her deputy for Ukrainian affairs, Victoria Nuland, played a major role in the ouster of the former president of the Ukraine in 2014 because he was pro-Russia rather than being pro-West. The Orange Revolution led to the effective breakup of Ukraine and the takeover of Crimea by Russia. I wonder what Mr. Tribe thought about that meddling by the US.

If Vlad Putin had it to do over again, I wonder if he ever wishes he had rolled the Russian tanks into Kiev right after the Olympics, and nipped that US-led neo-nazi coup in the bud. In hindsight, perhaps a lot of lives could have been saved. And only an idiot like Nikki Haley thinks that Russia annexed Crimea by force when the people there voted 90% to return to Russia.

    So,
Whose with me for a nuclear holocaust on Russia! For Freeeedom for Deeemocracy For Proggressss!

The short answer is Hillary ain’t President. Had she won then methinks the proverbial shoe would be on the other foot. Not that there is a dearth of activities to investigate. But people who look too closely at the Clintons have a tendency to drop dead … so there’s that too.

Trump continues to seek shelter under the protective shield of the party under whose mantle he was elected. In short, he will sign anything they put in front of him whether he likes the policy or not. Despite his pledge during the campaign to get us out of foreign “conflicts”, he will order missiles to be fired at enemies that can’t or won’t shoot back while eating “the most beautiful piece of chocolate cake you ever saw” when the Generals tell him to for the same reason. When the “Pastors” attend WH meetings they lay hands on the President (A President that has not graced the steps of any church on a Sunday morning that I have seen, or uttered words of scripture or even used the name Jesus Christ or “The Almighty” that I have heard.) All that might be enough to save him from the 25vers. At least for now.

When I think about the current state of politics (locally and nationally) I get the impression that there is a war being waged just below the surface that is hard to detect because there is only circumstantial evidence that it exists. (I knew it rained last night because the streets were wet this morning. But, I am told, it was just a heavy dew at dawn.)

When people ascend to power in every nation and government that has ever existed they consolidate that power. Ostensibly that is for a noble purpose: to get things done. But human nature being what is for most people it is, or quickly becomes, about control, authority, power and money. The Trump family has now ascended to power. The war now is to prevent that consolidation and it is being fought by those who had power or want it.

One is tempted to believe and to say that this cannot happen in the USA because we are a Democracy. The Founding Fathers sought to safeguard the government from such a takeover and to make elections a true battleground of ideas. However, in modern times these consolidations transcend political affiliation. The battleground of ideas is just puff pastry for public consumption, but it has no food value save sugar. As Benjamin Franklin said when asked what sort of Government they had given us, “a Republic if you can keep it.” It appears to me because we have descended so deeply into Citizens United style power politics that we will not keep it.

There is no statute of limitations on murder. If the Clintons killed dozens of people and stole billions of dollars earmarked for charity, I’m not as ready as you are to forget about it.

It doesn’t matter that Hillary lost the election. I don’t care if she’s on her knees repenting in a convent. Justice and truth demand the Clinton life of crime be investigated and if warranted jail time be served.

Or perhaps equal justice under rule of law is a laughable and dead concept in our society.

        • DA July 17, 2017 at 11:19 am #

The Clinton’s are too big to jail. You can bet that their hands never get dirtied with any of this stuff, and even if they did, they’re money is more than capable of buying any “justice” they seek. That’s why Bill’s got that shit-eating grin on his face all the time (the same one Shrub had after him, and now Obama too). He knows the truth and he knows that we know the truth, and he knows that not a damn thing will ever be done to him.

Yes and no. He loves being seen a loveable rogue as per Lady Gaga crooning to him “Caught in a Bill romance” but he hates being publicly shamed for what he’s done. Did you catch his facial expression a few times? Hillary is a much harder character in this regard. And the Infowars campaign of paying people to shout “Bill Clinton is a rapist” on live TV was pure gold.

Media Gadfly “Lionel” had an interesting You Tube video yesterday. He said that Trump should immediately order Jeff Sessions to go full bore on a new investigation of the Clintons. That might force the media to start defending Hillary (good luck with that), and drop their daily drip, drip nonsense about Trump (and Trump Jr) taking orders from Vlad.

      • Dumbedup July 17, 2017 at 11:40 am #

Not complete equivalency, but virtual in the sense that power at the national level (and to some extent the local level) transcends political affiliation. The designations R and D are window dressing and more often than not they are a lie. Both parties serve big corporate interests because that is the source of the money they need. Both parties are big government elites and to maintain their hegemony they are both leading us down the path of authoritarianism albeit by a different path.

I pay very little attention to what either side says. I do pay attention to what they do. Now that Republicans are in charge how much real effort have you seen to reign in deficit spending? It is all perfunctory.

Take a look at health care. The true Republican position would be that of Rand Paul. His argument is to end the subsidies and micromanagement of health insurance of the ACA, and repeal it in full. But look deeper. If he is true free-market Republican then surely he knows that the health care market is rigged against the people he claims he represents. There is no transparency in pricing, no enforcement of anti-trust laws, and the exemptions and regulatory environment is stacked in favor of health insurance companies and hospitals. His insistence to repeal the ACA in full with no replacement and no reform will throw millions off of insurance and distort the market even further. Public hospitals cannot turn away patients because of their inability to pay.

The true Republican position would be to repeal the regulations but promote free-markets, competition, transparency as a way to reduce or control costs. I have yet to see a Republican take that position publicly.

        • beantownbill. July 17, 2017 at 11:48 am #

Right on. It matters not what health insurance plan is enacted if true reform of how we provide health care in America is not put in place.

        • lsjogren July 17, 2017 at 4:12 pm #

That’s one problem with libertarianism. It tries to create “free market” policies within a system that is heavily embedded with government mandates.

It’s like the libertarian belief that there should be unregulated immigration, but first all social programs (including public education) need to be abolished so that people immigrate in order to contribute to the economy rather than access public benefits.

Realizing that social programs will never be abolished, what I call the “half wit libertarians” nevertheless still advocate for open borders.

(I should point out, I don’t even agree with the libertarian philosophy, but my argument is that at the very least it ought to be self-consistent.)

A moot point since Christianity is practically dead and gone in the West. There may be a few defiant non-501(c)3 “patriot” churches hanging on but, they have no influence.

What is well established (like a cancer) is the modern Jewdeo-Xtian chimera. A vile cartoon of religion across its entire spectrum.

It’s too late, if you go against the Russians narrative, you’re an enemy of The Resistance, it does not matter if you support Trump or not.
If you aren’t with them, you are against them.
Look how bad the Republicans treated Trump. That didn’t prevent them from getting mowed down in a park, as Hillary had declared them her enemies, even before Trump became the nominee.
She hasn’t said any kind words about what happened to former colleagues yet, has she?
No wonder some well known Republicans publicly declared they would vote for Hillary.

    • lsjogren July 17, 2017 at 3:56 pm #

Yup. You are either with the left/Resistance 100%, or you are its enemy.

For me it’s no problem, I’m against it about 80% or so, and consider it a badge of honor to be its enemy.

  9. K-Dog July 17, 2017 at 11:17 am #

Any thought to the end game by the resistance? Snipping the Trump polyp off might be easy enough but what happens then.

The idiots in the Limo of State have not considered what will happen when they bump Trump out the drivers door. So bent on getting rid of Trump they forget Trump won the election and people who voted for him will be pissed. Sales on pitchforks could go through the roof.

Any new driver will have the same problems to face without any clue on what to do. No better than Trump at all. Remember the election happened in a issue free zone where issues were not discussed at all because there were not any to discuss. All Trump did was chant ‘Make America Great Again’ and all Hillary did was scream ‘My Turn’ and insult Trump. A rich cretin ran against a rich cretin and America was left with no good choices. Yet push Trump out the door and we might as well become three different countries. The west coast, the east coast and that chewey bible belt middle which will have all their seaports on the gulf of Mexico and one in Duluth.

The way to avoid this would be to put Me, K-Dog in charge so I can poop on the oval office rug next to the Clinton stains and get down to making America great again for the first time ever. Of course that is not going to happen so get ready for a hard crash everybody.

But if it did – Jobs for everybody and an end to deficits. I promise!

The real question is would America crash sooner or later with Trump gone because crash we are going to do.

That is a very good point. The dog catchers who got rid of Trump would go after me next. I’ll arrest them and put them in Gitmo if I survive the inauguration. Then they will wish they had closed it like they said they were going to do when they put their boy, Obama in charge.

They will find out that what goes around comes around.

He has enough skills to build a real estate empire, and get elected president of the United States. If you’re saying he probably couldn’t wire a house, switch out an automatic transmission or turn a lathe, you’re right.

          brh

          • K-Dog July 17, 2017 at 12:11 pm #

He went broke and the banks had to bail him out. Trump spends on the edge and if He can overspend and get someone to bail him out he will.

He had enough skill to take the million dollars his father left him and build an empire with it just as you or I could have done had we the same nut to start with.

Trump’s presence has irritated me for forty years ever since I saw an article about him in a New York real estate magazine in a doctors office. He was in his twenties and hard at work self promoting himself which truth be told is all he has ever done. He was an abrasive self promoting asshole stuck on himself even then. No surprise there since that is his essential nature. A self promoting asshole.

He makes money in a booming economy because that is what money does. When things get tough he loses it.

Does anyone ever consider that wiring a house and switching out an automatic transmission might actually show more ability than wearing a suit and talking shit. So bent on worshiping authority are we that we neglect the obvious.

Trump does well when yeast people multiply but he does not do well when times are tough.

          • seawolf77 July 17, 2017 at 12:59 pm #

He inherited a real estate empire. He added to it sure, but his bad deals are legion. The casinos. Billions in losses. The USFL. Hundreds of millions in losses. His only real ability is self promotion and the corollary to that, tearing other people down. I always thought if Hillary had loosened up that tight asshole of hers, and flat out made fun of the guy, especially with regard to his hand gestures, his propensity for repeating the same words over and over again, his obvious problem when it comes to women’s bodily functions, and his hangup with size. Mika called his hands “Teensy,” and look at the response she got. If Hillary had called him Dufus Donald and mocked his hand gestures and started giving answer like “We’re going to build a tremendous economy with very, very, very, very, very good deals. Who talks like that? A child. Or… Dufus Donald and his teensy, weensy little hands.” Why no one slapped a moniker on him is beyond me. Cheeto head. Orange crush. Orangatang breath. God there is so much to work with. He’s like a neon sign. Vagina neck. Shi Tzu mouth.

No, the American political regime is fully populated by politicians bent on enriching themselves and their buddies. No person has been in American politics who considers either the long term or short term health of the nation above their own interests for years.

So JHK speaks for most of us here.

“we oppose the entirety of the current political regime in our nation’s capital”

      Damn Right!!!

Uh huh, like the Depression Era ’30s? You really think so? Back then people saw respectability in earning a living, so on that account were eager to go wherever the WPA, CCC had work projects going. Today, not likely; can you imagine the xurbia unemployed willing to leave the ‘hood’ for even decent paying jobs? Here in eastern Oregon reforestation tree planting contractors are using Mexican and Central/South American country nationals on account of…..what? Of course, there’s the dysfunction of American Negro culture (yeah, I used that label purposefully) being encouraged by BLM and the victimhood industry. Raises the question of who’s worse, hiring foreign nationals or race hustling?

      • Janos Skorenzy July 17, 2017 at 3:16 pm #

Quite so. Blacks should have been our agricultural class not foreign nationals. Of course Blacks are notoriously horrible workers. To make them do these jobs properly, they’d probably have to be subjugated again.

        • JimInFlorida July 17, 2017 at 8:05 pm #

That’s precisely why Nixon and Kissinger went to Maoist China to map out the Corporate Promised Land.

For over a hundred years, the Top 1% have loathed the insult of being dispossessed of their right to rule over We Teh Serfs. So they beta-tested modern human labor plantations in various countries before setting up the Corporate Promised Land in China.

Unlike the beta test countries, China is so big that provinces can be played against each other and keep them neither fed nor starving. Thus preventing the coolies from getting any ideas of Labor Rights or Economic Rights.

The Top 1% can already see conditions arising that would make it feasible to repatriate the factories back to the U.S. To a broken people in despair and at war with each other. The logistics of shipping stuff from China will be a problem soon and they need to bring the manufacturing facilities closer to their intended markets. But, first, they must break Whites to the point of political and economic impotence.

Blacks have too much political protection to be subjugated. It will be demoralized and broken Whites going to the factories and working for Dollar Store wages.

I see CFNation is frequently picked up by other popular sites like Zero Hedge and Western Rifle Shooters Association. Last week I went up stairs at the newspaper I work for and showed friday’s blog to one of the editors and asked him why don’t you print stuff like this. Instead its impeach Trump, hate Trump, Trump is an idiot, Trump is a traitor seven days a week. The thing is here most of the editorial writers and almost all of the reporters have been laid off and all it is now is editorials and feature stories picked up from the Washington Post, Bezos’s rag. The Post seems to be leading the bring down Trump at all costs campaign; aging Editors and young reporter having a Watergate wet dream, another shot of glory.

      BRH,
And the ‘Yuge’ question remains without even a ghost of an innuendo of a mention: Trump defenestrated; what NEXT (non-thinking jerkweeds)!!

Stick this priceless Kunstlerism in the editor’s face:

“Remember, the “Resistance” is not going for impeachment, but rather Section 4 of the 25th Amendment. And you’re left with a nice clean asshole, namely Vice President Mike Pence.”

Yep, that leaves us with an *efficient* madman who knows how to work the levers, ropes and pulleys of power. Things could get real interesting, real fast. This is the guy that en-dork-ed Oilcan Harry’s avatar, Ted “The Cruz-er” for Repuzzlement prez’denshul candidate in 2016 and whose model for viceroy-prez is Dick “Tater” Cheney. Some fine sensibilities exhibited right there.

  13. seawolf77 July 17, 2017 at 11:54 am #

I think JHK is right. You have to be at war for treason charges to be brought. There are election laws. There is the matter of sanctions and a quid pro quo. On the other hand that’s what lobbyists do. Trump sees is it differently. He thinks if he does a “SUPER” deal with Russia for Exxon and that oil, he gets 10 billion dollars richer, the world keeps getting the oil fix we so love, a win win win. I think this may be the first president to be brought down for enriching himself. God knows all of them except JFK did it. LBJ was probably the worst in history to date. This guy might surpass him.

    • S M Tenneshaw July 17, 2017 at 6:29 pm #

FDR, Truman, Nixon, Ford and Carter didn’t enrich themselves either.

  14. Bruce E July 17, 2017 at 12:01 pm #

A 25th Amendment move does not help the “Resistance,” nor does it help HRC. If it happens, it is the GOP (i.e. Pence, Ryan, McConnell) doing damage control in advance of 2018 just in case Democrats grow a brain (unlikely, but not impossible) and make the 2018 election a referendum on Trump and a direct call for impeachment.

If the DNC is to survive, HRC has got to be functionally dead to them (aka retired). She is a beloved elder statesman, who once had a shot and lost it because it was stolen by the Russians, but that’s all water under the bridge because she’s never going to hold any semblance of political power ever again. (And that probably needs to extend to Chelsea, as well, just for good measure.)

HRC needs to do the right thing and GTFO of the way. She has the opportunity to do it now with grace and dignity, at least in how the history books could record it if she does it right. If she winds up in the running for the Dem’s presidential nomination come 2020, she will destroy the DNC, assuming there is something left to destroy at that point, and she will lose that shot at history treating her kindly.

Of course, to steal from Menken, nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the DNC…

CIA Agent Confesses On Death Bed: ‘We Blew Up WTC7 On 9/11’

Hunt issued a deathbed confession on JFK assassination before he died too. Response? Nada.

      • Billy Hill July 17, 2017 at 7:50 pm #

Hunt’s confession was amazingly constricted. He made it seem as if it were a low-level CIA operator getting back at JFK for having an affair with his wife. My take was that the operation was expertly compartmentalized and Hunt saw only what he was allowed.

      • hmuller July 18, 2017 at 10:22 am #

I look at it like a magic trick. How could they have done all those things that violated physics? An aluminum plane flying completely into a steel building and vanishing. That was the hardest one to figure out and it came from an off the cuff remark about making tank projectiles shaped into little airplanes. That was the key. A depleted uranium nose, and nacelles, and wings. Then the plane would burn into the building like a tank round does. It would create that Roadrunner like cutout and everybody would be scratching their heads for decades to come. The only thing I can’t find out is at what speed it becomes pyrophoric? A tank round is 3500 mph and those planes only 600 mph. It also may have more to do with kinetic energy than just pure speed. I think JFK is like that. Until someone comes up with a better story that really explains it, then people will remain confused, by design.

Kunstler’s weekly message points to something more dire in the state of things than just the usual partisan banging-about in Washington. It’s no secret that over time language usage changes. Words evolve in pronunciation, over the generations they change in their meaning.

But what we have now is something altogether different. The changes in language aren’t the product of natural evolution. Deception is at the root of it, the changes are deliberate with the obvious intent of obscuring or concealment or misdirection.

In the upside-down financial realm, with fraud as the modus operandi, the unsuspecting bank client, with nothing more than routine transactions in mind, becomes a Las Vegas sucker at the gaming tables. And, in this world of mini-Madoffs from the teller to the crocodilian “financial advisor”, words don’t have their ordinary meaning. Deceitful financial-speak has one simple aim, to separate you from your money.

In the world of – cough – “higher education” the word-smiths take their cue from Orwell and so words no longer mean what the unwashed think they mean. Watch your mouth because no matter what the campus speech police insist, when they say “diversity, they don’t mean diversity, they mean conformity. Those same enforcers touting “tolerance” of course don’t mean tolerance, they mean the opposite.

Oh yeah, the First Amendment. So, do YOU think that you can speak up? Got something on your mind? Seriously? Well, maybe Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, but those campus cadres have no squeamishness about “abridgment” and what they inflict can have career-ending and life-limiting consequences.

So, do words mean anything or not? Maybe they don’t, not anymore at least. Maybe, like Justice Scalia suggested, words have ceased to have meaning, especially among the political class. They’ll massage definitions to suit themselves. In the hands of those that give themselves power, words are the means of theft and control and suppression.

“Treason”, as generally understood, when words used to mean something, was used in certain situations and had dire consequences for someone on the receiving end of such an accusation. But meanings shift. Nowadays nobody blinks at preposterized public discussions. There’s hardly a peep when words like “weaponized” and “treason” get bandied about.

You can hear the coup-plotters sharpening their knives. One way or another Trump will be removed, for High Crimes or Holes in His Underwear, if need be. I would counsel the plotters to think carefully. There’s unintended consequences. And it’s like k-dog sez, what goes around comes around.

Madoff’s biggest sin was exposing the endemic fraud and greed of the foolish investor class that lies at the heart of our system. For that he had to pay – mightily! Had he simply worked for a Wall St bank, all of his sins would have been forgiven.

Giving secrets to foreign governments is still treason if it’s during Peace. You can call it something different if you want and maybe people used to do that. But the World is always at War.

      And Anti-Racist means Anti-White.

I believe these matters of Russian ‘collusion’, or the ‘toilet wars’ over who/what uses the bathrooms of America, are symptoms of the big problem of a country that can not or will not get serious about the serious problems. I believe you’ve made a similar point. These really desultory matters are what the ‘thinking class’ and the politicians can seemingly act upon. I think it really speaks volumes about where we are as a polity when the seemingly most powerful people politically act like they actually some of the weakest. It’s really amazing.

So, where does the power lie then, if not in DC? I’d look at the people funding the campaigns. Lobbyists. I think this is why so many very cogent & current problems remain on the fringes. It’s not simply individual politicians, either. It’s the two major parties themselves, and the people in the DNC and GOP leadership that keep everybody in line with carrots & sticks.

I think the US is in kind of an imperial end game. So, you have the entropy in which you have described so well in regards with resources & the economy– and hand in hand– a terrible cultural milieu & deeply corrupt political system.

    • Janos Skorenzy July 17, 2017 at 3:27 pm #

So we should just let biological men use the Lady’s room because it’s not important? Obviously it’s part of the War on Gender and literally nothing is more important than holding the transhumanists at this line.

In France, they no longer use the word mother and father in public documents. Can a people with such compromised identities hold their own against the Hyper-Masculine men of North Africa? See how it all hangs together? The Left trounced the Right in the Culture Wars because they understand meta-politics like this. They would Never say something didn’t matter because they see the deeper implications. Christians are exempt from this criticism because they’ve always known how important these questions are.

        No.

  19. PeteAtomic July 17, 2017 at 12:45 pm #

I don’t just wanna leave that to hand wringing & doomerisms.

A solution to these problems, and I also believe you’ve addressed this in the past– is to get hyperlocal. I think the more we look around ourselves in our particular locales & neighborhoods, the more resources we can find in new ways, and to build new ones. I’d also add it would behoove everyone to strengthen their own infrastructure while there are still dollars out there to do so.

Politically & culturally we can all do this too. It’s about forming new relationships within or without the current 2 party stranglehold in city councils (for example). Encouraging local artists & events and getting involved in them, is a way to start a renaissance in your own area.

People in general need to stop look at the external, or the ‘external force’ that will come in on some kind of white tank to solve their problems. We need to start getting much more resilient & creative. Americans used to be famous for this. It’s time to dust off that tradition, especially while things are still largely civil.

The return of the city state. It’s already here. Witness the sanctuary laws, the Paris accord measures, the soda taxes and so on. The state is crumbling.

      • BackRowHeckler July 17, 2017 at 8:50 pm #

Avatar, the cities are crumbling too.

Last nite in Philly 500 ‘Youts’, wild in the streets, forced the Philadelphia PD to back down, turn tail, give in. Closer to home, again last nite, in Waterbury and New Haven, it was hot smoking barrels, rolling gun platforms, crackling gunfire and flying lead — drive by shootings — one ‘Yout’ dead, another, a 14 year old, critical.

These things don’t happen in a healthy civilization. Our once great American cities have become unlivable.

        brh

        • 100th Avatar July 17, 2017 at 9:24 pm #

That is precisely why they are being cleansed. NY, SF, DC, Seattle, etc., are playgrounds for the wealthy. Push the poor out to the burbs or outer ring neighborhoods like they have in Paris. Chicago’s crime is on account of a flush of the projects and the PD standing down. Even with crime, the city states will set their own agenda, independently. The crumbling I referenced is that of the power, the influence. It’s gone local or, loco

      • ____meh July 18, 2017 at 2:34 pm #

Where do these city states get their food, raw fuel resources etc? The “city state” is still (as it exists) overdependent (see any mega disaster movie and how the “big cities” fall into chaos and everyone flees them for the safety of the country).

Over-dependence leads to extreme vulnerability. I’m all for new innovations, unnecessary luxuries etc. so long as a community maintains enough independence to avoid rendering themselves obsolete (from a self-sufficient standpoint).

Although, it seems we as a country and culture (at least 2/3 of us) are hell bent on rendering ourselves obsolete either out of ideology or ignorance. Sure, that living wage sounds good as does the idea of not having to work, but what makes that possible, and is what makes that possible a good thing?

I’d wager that 90% of current goods and services are far, far underpriced. Ever wonder why? Ever wonder why things are so cheap at Walmart?

If we could ever break the cycle of BS we’ve been getting fed my entire lifetime (a cycle finally getting some exposure for what it is) and some real leaders could break through the “deep state”(whether that really is a thing, or just an organic manifestation of the “DC Power Club” and all it’s enablers [looking at you MSM]), perhaps they can bring this real issue to light, because I think addressing it would create work, decrease vulnerability, increase pride, craftsmanship, real value in things, provide purpose for the purposeless etc.

The victim and blame and shame culture is a means of tapping into our better natures to exploit them in order to gain or maintain power and distract us all from those elected into power not doing their jobs. All modern-day politics are a game, and we’re the pawns. The pawns voted against the status quo (as much if not more than they voted for Trump) back in November, and the “establishment” still doesn’t get it.

They try to make their cause our cause with the full weight of their also-out-of-touch propaganda machine, the MSM.

Most people want the same basic things out of life and the powers that be (that we elect) have been doing next to nothing for my entire lifetime and blaming the other guy for their incompetence. If a business was run the same way Congress operates it would go bankrupt. If leaders at a business acted like the clowns in congress do on a daily basis they’d all be fired. We the people deserve better than that.

      • PeteAtomic July 19, 2017 at 7:04 pm #

        Yeah, you may be right.

These centralized nation states we have are extremely expensive. When the money is no longer there, there are few options left beyond de-centralization.

Well, there is totalitarianism, however– I don’t think this is a feasible option. However, when leaders are unethical or immoral– then it is practical (from the leaders view)

Trump is worth billions of dollars. He does not need more to be in the elite, the plutocracy. Consider for a moment that maybe here is an elitist that knows and understands the globalist forces that have been accumulating over the last few decades. Maybe he sees what destruction is being caused by the agendas of the globalist forces. And maybe he made a decision a couple of years ago that someone needs to do something about it. Things are probably beyond his capability to affect the big issues, the Russian hassle being an example of the Deep State’s control of D.C., but he obviously is doggedly trying to stop the erosion.

Trump’s worth goes up and down with his reputation. He doesn’t own a single penny of wealth that is not tied directly or indirectly to his name. The currency thrown his way is all based on credit. If banks stop lending him money, if they write him off as a loss, he has nothing.

Many people think Trump’s wealth make him fearless. I see his wealth and notice that it should make him the most paranoid man alive, assuming he wants to hold on to it…

It seems that the nuclear disarmament of the Fourth Reich has just become more important than the nuclear disarmament of North Korea == me

We’ve come too far to give up who we are. So let’s raise the bar and our cups to the stars

These are the words of the song of the French band Daft Punk which received 10 Grammies in the US on the recommendation of the famous American musician George Clinton.

And the fact that Macron asked it to be performed into Trump face means that France refused to cooperate with the Trump’s revolution, and Macron did not accept the proposals that Trump had made to him, when the young queer Macron almost crushed his hand, reminding Trump that he is no Rubio.

And this means that Macron, brought to power in France by Junkers’ successor, is going to become the commander-in-chief of the EU nuclear forces with the prospect of replacing Merkel as head of the Fourth Reich.

What is actually being sung in a song, which everyone in the USA knows from the easy hand of George Clinton. And we’re together, we’re supposed to live, and we already have the Fourth Reich with nuclear weapons in hand. But in this Reich, unlike the previous Reich, homosexuals and I will not be prosecuted.

    With what I congratulate everybody!

And all these circumstances clearly reflected on the faces of Trump and Macron during the performance of this song, and you do not need to know them to understand what was happening.

As you remember, Obama’s last project was the economic association of both shores of the Atlantic Ocean, and Obama’s first project, which was trashed by Trump, was a similar association of both shores of the Pacific Ocean. What is also important to consider.

The worst part of the colonoscopy, as I remember, was not the procedure itself – anaesthesia took care of any recollections of the physician and team finding my lost car keys, the $50 bill that I was sure was in my jeans, or the password I had sequestered for the new desktop computer.

No, the awful part of the whole experience was the prep. Just thinking about drinking that disgusting gallon liquid concoction “Golyte” in one sitting, an hour and half or so of torture. Tasted God awful even with the recommended Countrytime lemonade additive. Then when the real serious cleanout of the plumbing got going – well I need not go into the gory details. You all know what I am talking about if you have had the procedure.

The whole medical staff said that the “prep” for the colonoscopy was the crucial part, the procedure almost routine. The same, I suspect, would go for the national political establishment that has become not so much like a polyp (as precancerous they may be) but much liken unto a tapeworm – a God damned gargantuan tapeworm – that just passed a near 700 billion dollar Department of Defense budget that included a 75 billion dollar funding for “overseas contingency operations.” Wars in other words.

If Trump was schmart he would fix all of the Establishment, The Resistance, Media, Deep State, NWO all in one fell swoop. All he has to do is ask Congress to declare war officially on ISIS (or the Congo branch of Boko Haram for that matter) and let fly with real wartime measures up to including Martial Law. That would get Everyone’s attention. Then to seal the deal make an official deal with Putin’s Russia as Allies a la WWII.

    • Janos Skorenzy July 17, 2017 at 3:52 pm #

Exactly so. He needs to crack down and needs a pretext to do it – and ISIS provides a very fine one – actually legitimate. The Minority Grievance Coalition has to be dealt with. These are the people who are allied with Islam. Muslims became their favorite people after 9/11 – and that’s just sickening.

I’m just trying to figure out where you’re getting your information from. Without any “lobbying” of any kind permitted, you have removed a source of information that decision makers can use to inform the choices that they make.

We agree that the Democrat party found out, yet still to this day they are reluctant to admit, how much America despises their brand. Thus I think we are coming from the same starting point. But I am reluctant to just give up the right to lobby our elected leaders. Trump is a rube. Albeit a billionaire, high born, well bred, and expensively educated rube. He rushes clumsily into the Oval Office like Cosmo Kramer. He thinks the big boss man can clean things up and start making better deals from his big desk. Tidying up, he lifts the carpet and lo and behold, he can’t believe it, the government is actually run by weevils working in orchestration to maintain a lucrative system of graft. He’s shocked! If only Americans knew. And here lies the beauty of Trump. A guy in the construction industry, in NYC of alll places, is totally unprepared for, and unsuspecting of, the level of corruption sustaining the system. Even more so of the lengths the system will go to in the act of self preservation. We needed this big dummy to expose both parties and the manufactured consent of the fifth estate working with the fourth branch. That is his purpose and has been his success. Rather sexist to assume that women should be expected to vote on basis of gender, but then again, you’re a dummy.

If that is what you think then I’m with Janos – women shouldn’t vote. If they are supposed to vote for the first vagina that comes along then they do not deserve the vote. And men who think that way don’t deserve the vote either.

    • ____meh July 18, 2017 at 2:59 pm #

No other candidate could’ve survived the attacks levied against Trump during the campaign. They all would’ve folded on any one of the many campaign-sinking strategies. But, Trump (like him or not) played right into the role that people were looking to vote for; the anti-politician. The left (and right) truly don’t get it. We weren’t voting for Trump the man, or a Republican, we were voting for the idea of the do-nothing system being exposed and “drained”. Instead, the user-out-of-touch “leaders” of both parties still go on with their tired BS talking points, talking points they “think” we want to hear.

And I look at the desperate all-out effort to ouster Trump, and it makes me wonder, could a legit good leader (ya, know, the ideal candidate versus Trump) EVER get elected, ever again? Or will it forever be a hand-picked puppet of the respective party/DC club at large?

Trump wasn’t supposed to win. Half the people weren’t supposed to be heard, instead we were going to get a novelty in the first woman president to be proud of at the hands of “the will of the people”. Now we have all the powers that be trying to negate a democratically elected president. Doesn’t that scare anyone or make anyone realize just how rigged this thing?

Haiti Official Who Exposed The Clinton Foundation Is Found Dead
    http://www.shtfplan.com/conspiracy-fact-and-theory/haiti-official-who-exposed-the-clinton-foundation-is-found-dead_07162017

The mainstream media’s silence over Klaus Eberwein’s death is deafening. Eberwein was a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week. He has been found dead in Miami at the age of 50.

The circumstances surrounding Eberwein’s death are also nothing less than unpalatable. According to Miami-Dade’s medical examiner records supervisor, the official cause of death is “gunshot to the head.“ Eberwein’s death has been registered as “suicide” by the government. But not long before his death, he acknowledged that his life was in danger because he was outspoken on the criminal activities of the Clinton Foundation.

Eberwein was a fierce critic of the Clinton Foundation’s activities in the Caribbean island, where he served as director general of the government’s economic development agency, Fonds d’assistance économique et social, for three years. “The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year. Eberwein was due to appear on Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors. But this “suicide” gets even more disturbing…

Eberwein was only 50-years-old and reportedly told acquaintances he feared for his life because of his fierce criticism of the Clinton Foundation. His close friends and business partners were taken aback by the idea he may have committed suicide. “It’s really shocking,” said friend Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”

During and after his government tenure, Eberwein faced allegations of fraud and corruption on how the agency he headed administered funds. Among the issues was FAES’ oversight of the shoddy construction of several schools built after Haiti’s devastating Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake. But, according to Eberwein, it was the Clinton Foundation who was deeply in the wrong – and he intended to testify and prove it on Tuesday.

According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6 percent of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6 percent ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8 percent – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations. –WND

Eberwein was expected to testify against the Clinton Foundation in court and ends up committing suicide shortly before. Where have we heard this before? Untimely deaths seem to follow the Clinton’s around, and this one especially is probably something – considering since the mainstream media is silent about this death.

Will President Trump direct the FBI and US Attorney’s office for South Florida to open an investigation into Klaus Eberwein’s strange death?

Did President Trump bother to attempt to prosecute the easily indictable Hillary Clinton after she spent the better part of two years obfuscating, lying and concealing her archival record as Secretary of State?

I think you have your answer right there.

I think it is worth reminding ourselves of the fine list of horribles that Mr. Kunstler wisely recorded on July 10. This is an important list and should be shared with as many persons as possible.

“Here is a partial list of the current dogmas and shibboleths inside today’s Overton Bubble:

Russia hacked the election of 2016 (no evidence required).

Russia (Vladimir Putin in particular) is bent on destroying the USA.

All immigrants, legal or illegal, have equal status before the law.

National borders are inconvenient, cruel, and obsolete.

Western Civilization is a malign force in human history.

Islam is “the religion of peace,” no matter how many massacres of “infidels” are carried out in its name.

Men are a negative force in society.

    White men are especially negative.

Brownie points given for behaviors under the rubric LBGTQ.

All discussion about race problems and conflicts is necessarily racist.

The hijab (head covering worn in public by some Muslim women) is a device of liberation for women.

There should be a law against using the wrong personal pronoun for people who consider themselves neither men nor women (recently passed by the Canadian parliament).

A unifying common culture is unnecessary in national life (anything goes).

Colonizing Mars is a great solution to problems on Earth.

That list defines the general preoccupations of the thinking classes today — to the exclusion of other issues. Here is an alternative list of matters they are not generally concerned about or interested in:

The energy quandary at the heart of our economic malaise.

The enormous debt racked up to run society in the absence of affordable energy inputs.

The dangerous interventions and manipulation in markets by unelected officials of the Federal Reserve.

The extraordinary dysfunction of manipulated financial markets.

The fragility of a banking system based on accounting fraud.

The dysfunction and fragility of the American suburban living arrangement.

The consequences of a catastrophic breakdown in the economy due to the above.

The destruction of planetary ecology, threatening the continuation of the human race, and potentially all life.

There are some really great comments here today and I have enjoyed reading them. However, I must raise a touchy subject, sure to hit a nerve with some of you regulars here. Did any of you listen to JHK’s recent bonus edition podcast, berween KunstlerCast 291 and 292? It concerns JHK’s involvement around 2010 to 2013 with CFN fan John B. McLemore. McLemore was a tragic individual who went on to commit suicide. JHK as much as puts many of you here on a spectrum of psychological disturbance in relation to McLemore. He even implies that due to his experience with McLemore, he reads your comments, but rarely if ever responds. That answers my question as to how JHK deals with the disgusting racism, classism, and general hatred and white nationalism that is so often on display here.

Phrase: The upward potential is enormous.
Translation: This stock has gone down more than most elevators. Take the first one out of the building when your broker recommends it.

Phrase: It’s a long term hold.
Translation: You might get your money back if you live to 150. In dog years.

    Phrase: It’s a turnaround situation.
Translation: Turn around and you’ll notice that your wallet is missing.

Phrase: This stock is a little overbought.
Translation: The second you buy it, it’s going to drop like an A-bomb.

Phrase: This stock is a little over sold.
Translation: We had no idea it could go this low. Please bail out our previous customers and take this off our hands.

    Phrase: It’s a buying opportunity.
    Translation: The market just crashed.

    Phrase: It’s a selling opportunity.
Translation: My alimony’s due, and I need some commissions.

Phrase: I’m not offering this stock to just anybody.

      O.J. Simpson granted parole

      http://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-oj-simpson-parole-board-20170720-story.html

“O.J. Simpson was granted parole Thursday for convictions connected to a robbery in a Las Vegas about a decade ago. He could be out of jail as early as October.

“The ruling came after a hearing in which Simpson testified that he longed to be reunited with his family and children and that he has no interest in returning to the media spotlight.

“During the hearing, Simpson was assured by one of his victims that the former football star and actor already has a ride waiting for him when he gets out.

“‘I feel that it’s time to give him a second chance; it’s time for him to go home to his family, his friends,’ Bruce Frumong, a sports memorabilia dealer and a friend of Simpson’s, told the Nevada Board of Parole.

“Frumong was threatened and robbed by Simpson and some of his associates in a Las Vegas hotel in 2007, and his testimony in that case led to Simpson’s imprisonment. But, Frumong told the board, ‘if he called me tomorrow and said, “Bruce I’m getting out, would you pick me up?….”‘ At that point, Frumong paused, turned to Simpson and addressed the former USC gridiron star by his nickname: ‘Juice, I’d be here tomorrow. I mean that, buddy.'”

Let the measured and sober commentary begin.

I promise you, the following is not a boast. It’s just intended to spark a discussion.

Why Canada Is Able to Do Things Better

Most of the country understands that when it comes to government, you pay for what you get.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2017/07/canada-america-taxes/533847/

When I was a young kid growing up in Montreal, our annual family trips to my grandparents’ Florida condo in the 1970s and ‘80s offered glimpses of a better life. …

Decades later, the United States presents visitors from the north with a different impression. There hasn’t been a new major airport constructed in the United States since 1995. And the existing stock of terminals is badly in need of upgrades. Much of the surrounding road and rail infrastructure is in even worse shape (the trip from LaGuardia Airport to midtown Manhattan being particularly appalling). Washington, D.C.’s semi-functional subway system feels like a World’s Fair exhibit that someone forgot to close down. Detroit’s 90-year-old Ambassador Bridge—which carries close to $200 billion worth of goods across the Canada-U.S. border annually—has been operating beyond its engineering capacity for years. In 2015, the Canadian government announced it would be paying virtually the entire bill for a new bridge (including, amazingly, the U.S. customs plaza on the Detroit side), after Michigan’s government pled poverty. “We are unable to build bridges, we’re unable to build airports, our inner city school kids are not graduating,” is how JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon summarized the state of things during an earnings conference call last week. “It’s almost embarrassing being an American citizen.”

[D]uring my travels up and down the American East Coast in recent years, I’ve come to focus on a more mundane explanation: The United States is falling apart because—unlike Canada and other wealthy countries—the American public sector simply doesn’t have the funds required to keep the nation stitched together. A country where impoverished citizens rely on crowdfunding to finance medical operations isn’t a country that can protect the health of its citizens. A country that can’t ensure the daily operation of Penn Station isn’t a country that can prevent transportation gridlock. A country that contracts out the operations of prisons to the lowest private bidder isn’t a country that can rehabilitate its criminals.

    • elysianfield July 17, 2017 at 5:29 pm #

” A country that contracts out the operations of prisons to the lowest private bidder isn’t a country that can rehabilitate its criminals.”

There are NO countries, yours included, that can successfully rehabilitate criminals of any significant number. Rehabilitation is not the goal of US penal system…warehousing and punishment are.

We have assets much more valuable than infrastructure, schools, health care and rule of law…we have…diversity.

      Suck on it….

    • Janos Skorenzy July 17, 2017 at 7:37 pm #

I agree, Elrond. America desperately need National Socialism. We have the brains and the brawn, the capital and the resources. Now we just need the Will to do what must needs be done: do to THEM (you) what Bill Ayers wanted to do to us (not you). Alas we don’t have the stomach for it. We’ll have to settle for partition – with us getting the lion’s share of course.

You love internationalism, so you all can be dependent on other nations for everything in your coastal nation. Indeed in some places, your nation will only be a mile wide. In solidly red areas like Southern Oregon, we’ll take the Coast, thank you very much. And yes, we’ll be annexing most of Canada as well.

      • 100th Avatar July 17, 2017 at 8:32 pm #

Have you been to Canada? There is no there there. There is something off. It is cloyingly antiseptic. Life breeds in the dirty crevices, but in Canada it’s all scrubbed benign. No charisma, no charm. No culinary legacy outside of Montreal, a place that, notably, wants nothing to do with Canada. Christ, at least the US has junk like cholupas and cronuts. They have Timbits. Yes, Timbits. It sounds either weak or vaguely gay, which is very much like Canada. Then there is the sycophantic anglophilia. Coins and highways and buildings worshiping the current crown wearer. They were the loyal son, but the bastard living south still gets more clout and more love. That cuts, like a knife.

Did anyone read the article? The gist of it is the dearth of public expenditure in the U.S., and how the results of that are visible in the public realm: bad roads, crumbling bridges, etc. This being JHK’s blog, that seems very much on-topic.

There’s nothing special about Canada — it’s just a point of comparison. What’s special is the unique unwillingness of the United States among developed countries to attend to the public realm. And all the negativity and carping you guys are doing helps to make that possible. Of all the people around here, only the Nazi bunghole is full of passionate intensity. When he flings turds, at least he does it with a purpose — the rest of you are just decorating your own house. You would all do better to shut up and go out to work for change.

Why do they no longer believe us?!

American journalists are groaning on all the mainstream channels. And sometimes it seems that they really forgot how they deceived everyone for half a century, and the peak of this “freedom of speech” fell on the Watergate scandal, when members of the Sect forced to resign the US president who stopped the war in Vietnam by recognizing the defeat of the United States and began Détente by refusing to prepare a nuclear attack on the USSR.

And so, in order to cheer up their dejected army, CNN interviewed two leading journalists who spun Watergate and knew not only who was the agent Deep Throat who in 1972 told the Washington Post about the eavesdropping of the democratic headquarters, but also undoubtedly personally verify her outstanding abilities, which led to the editorial credibility to her reports.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlaVKuC_Zgc

By the way, the story of hacking of the democratic headquarters in 2016 is one to one repetition of Watergate scenario with some appropriate additions for modern technology.

But unlike Nixon, not all the brains were then sucked out and today they were smart enough to admit that it is not possible to repeat this scenario with Trump because the US is in a state of Cold Civil War, and the “soldiers” of the Tramp’s Army do not want to hear anything about “Crimes” of their commander-in-chief.

“Last time I checked, we were not at war with Russia …” –JHK

So you require a formal declaration of war from congress? Or do you need militaries firing at each other, absent a war declaration? Or an informal acknowledgement of a “cold war”? I guess a cyber attack into the heart of our democracy, down to voter registration data records, combined with massive, yet targeted, disinformation campaigns, does not count? Russia has a green light. Expect more of the same… a Russian takeover without firing a shot. So, they were never at war with us?

Why did all you left wing social justice warriors decide to embrace the Neo-Con’s love of more war? Oh Janet, it’s so nice that you and the military industrial complex are now on the same sheet of music. Spread the paranoid message – the Russians are coming to the street where you live!

Maybe you think when the globalists institute their Orwellian future, you will be granted the job of “thought police”. Just remember what Stalin did to the intellectuals and true believers; none of those useful idiots made it past 1939.

      • bentley12 July 17, 2017 at 9:53 pm #

That’s not it. You are confusing totalitarian socialism with democratic socialism. A common misunderstanding of you right-wingers.

        • hmuller July 18, 2017 at 9:56 am #

Does “democratic socialism” include jail time for having the wrong thoughts? The US is not quite there yet, but in Europe and Canada people have been locked up for denying the holocaust or saying too many third world immigrants have been let in.

And furthermore, Janet is proof that the old labels “left-wing” and “right-wing” are becoming obsolete as the cultural Marxists join hands with the globalist corporate interests, the total surveillance deep state agencies, and the Neo-Con warmongers. They all want an authoritarian world order where the iron boot of oppression is stomping on our faces forever.

You bentley, seem to love labels. So you can label me a Ron Paul libertarian. If loving human freedom is “right-wing” in your opinion, so be it.

    • Billy Hill July 17, 2017 at 9:28 pm #

Ok Janet. I’ve been back into The Fourth Turning giving it another try. They do discuss the status of women, noting cyclical changes in generational self-understanding that bely the notion of simple linear “progress” which of course is the fundamental thesis of the book.

In other words the image of women as portrayed in Mad Men is but one cyclic gestalt working its way through time.

Yet I stand in the checkout line at the grocery store and am struck as I have been for the past 40 or more years by the plethora of “women’s” magazines whose covers show women in various states of undress. I think it has become worse with the fitness/health craze but I have not conducted a scientific analysis. A visitor from Mars would conclude that women desire to be photographed without clothing.

I offer this apropos of nothing in particular, other than that the observation may cause us to comment on the assumptions behind The Fourth Turning, the societal function of women’s magazines, or, be my guest. It may be beyond explanation, or somehow written in the stuff of the universe, such that Muslim women in Burkas dream about showing up in their underwear on the cover of Women’s World. To be admired (ogled?) by the huddled masses yearning to breathe free.

Well aren’t we polite: “all you useful idiots.”

A grade school level of reading comprehension (maybe not in your town) might have noted that “I was giving it another try.” Suggesting that maybe I had doubts too — despite my status as confirmed useful idiot.

And kudos for your profound conclusion. In fact it is indeed a fanciful read but sometimes even “pseudoscientific bullshit” emits a ray of sunshine and an angle of reflection that one had not seen before.

Some minds are more closed than others of course, as in each generation there will be exceptions to the dominant archetype.

Another hotel death, another dead Clinton enemy

WASHINGTON—Peter W. Smith, a Republican political activist and financier from Chicago who mounted an effort to obtain former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails from Russian hackers, died on May 14 after asphyxiating himself in a hotel room in Rochester, Minn., according to local authorities. He was 81 years old.

The ensuing chaos from the legitimization of charges of unbridled corruption and criminality in both the Clinton operation and DNC by Federal law enforcement agencies would upend this county. It would destroy the 2 party system, an entire political party, legitimate the current president and his deplorables, erode trust in and mortally damage the DOJ and its investigative agencies, eliminate any shred of trust remaining in our journalistic entities, and wipe out our financial markets. One of the few good things about the Black Lives Matter movement is the way they “lifted the sheet” on a lot of the police secrecy and lack of transparency that goes into effect when officers shoot and kill someone.

    If you or I shoot and kill someone, we don’t have 7 days we can wait before we have to explain what happened;

    but some police officers do.

Im not sure if its part of a union contract, or a gift from the municipality… but they have a twilight zone of extra legal protections that are not extended to you or I.

That cop who killed the white woman in Minnesota?

Didn’t say a Goddamn word about it for 48 hours?

    WTF is that?

Then, when he finally opened his mouth, he offers “condolences” but no explanation?

    WTF?

Nigga, you shot an killed a fertile, blonde, yoga instructor, engage to be married, white woman, wearing pajamas.

You should probably just go ahead and kill yourself before Jules shows up asking question

An endless attempt to muddy the waters – to try and convince people that European Globalists are actually Nazis. Utterly ridiculous considering the thousands of men in European prisons for standing up for their right to criticize Muslims or defend the right of their Nation to exist as a historical entity. == Janos

European Nazis (Globalists is the cover story) are in strategic alliance with the Muslim Nazis – Wahhabis of Saudi Arabia (aka ISIS/Al Qaeda).

” JHK as much as puts many of you here on a spectrum of psychological disturbance in relation to McLemore. ”

    THIS made me laugh.

Boo hoo ! My little feelings are so hurt ! Ha Ha Ha.

    First, as to the murder / suicide thing ;

In my tradition, worst case scenario , you cease to exist .

Or, worst case scenario, you go to a place even worse than this place.

There is no best case scenario.

So, if Mr. Kunstler is getting his panties in a twist over that, he is wasting his time , and he is the one then to be felt sorry for . ( Actually ” looked down on” is more like it. “Feeling sorry for ” is one of the biggest cons there is. )

    Secondly ,

So he thinks we are nut -job stalkers eh ?

Well, the man is old enough to know by now that you DO NOT get to pick your friends.

Your friends are they who bother to show up , and nobody really has to bother.

    So tough shit.

If he doesn’t know that , then , well ……….You can’t help an idiot.

There are many, many many blogs on the ‘net.
Most are sad exercises in futility.

And in many cases, through no lack of merit on the part of the blogger , through no real fault.

It’s just that nobody bothers to show up .

    Simple as that.

The guy has written some books ?

    oooooh !

—- And who wrote, ” Country Towns in Pre-Industrial England ” by the way ?

    Well enough of that.

” Consequently, this demands the question: why have a comments section? ”

Today Mr. Kunstler ends his second paragraph with , ” Just sayin. ”

Hmmm, gee, where have I heard that before ?

I get the impression that the reading comprehension of many here sucks, or, it’s a case of they read what they want to read, not what is written.

So, if it wasn’t already plainly obvious , Mr. Kunstler borrows a lot of material from his comments section.

    That is one reason.

Ad hominems about his friends and assistants are neither here, nor there.

They are his friends and assistants whether he acknowledges it or not.

Out in Minneapolis, the woman shot by police was a white Australian, and the cop who shot her was a Somali immigrant. What do you think, BLM will let this one pass? Or will they be out in the streets raising hell. Come to think of it we haven’t heard from the distinguished Al Sharpton for quite some time now? Too bad the honkys like you were not ordered to “stand down” while they lynched thousands of innocent black people in this country. When the numbers of whites killed by blacks comes anywhere close to the number of blacks lynched by racist white rubes, then you might be able to make an argument for your vile, filthy, ignorant bigotry. I am embarrassed to know that there are members of my race that are as despicable as you are. And by the way, race is a cultural construct. But that concept is way beyond your reptilian, knuckle-dragging self to ever be able to understand. People like you make this world a truly ugly and hateful place. Aren’t you proud of yourself for being the ultimate Jerk? While the murders of the Dallas police were truly horrible, that was done by one mentally ill black person. What about the thousands of blacks that were murdered by scores of white, supposedly upstanding, police officers, on a widespread scale over the years, and the justice denied to thousands simply because of their skin color?

        • Janos Skorenzy July 18, 2017 at 2:25 am #

About one third of the people lynched in the South were White. That accords very roughly with the respective crime rates of the two races – though Black crime has gotten much worse, no doubt because of laxity of all kinds. Oh wait, you think all those lynched Blacks were innocent? What makes you think that? Prove it. Do you think the Whites were innocent too?

          • seawolf77 July 18, 2017 at 8:30 am #

The stairway to heaven doesn’t lead to the gallows you moron. This is as pathetic as your Liberia comment. “They do it too, they do it too, they do it too.” So fucking what. That’s supposed to make me feel what? That you’re not so bad. Think again, no think for the first time. You are bad. You are worse than even you think, spouting all this crap to assuage your guilt. You’re even worse than you think you are. Mull that around in your cavernous cranial cavity.

          • Janos Skorenzy July 18, 2017 at 9:05 pm #

Your comment has no meaning besides outrage. Most of the Black executed were probably guilty exactly as charged. Btw, I’m not saying this was a good form of justice. But that’s a different question. As it is, you are like Bent raving about Blacks picking cotton in the heat in the middle of winter.

          • Elrond Hubbard July 19, 2017 at 9:55 am #

Any lynching victims who were guilty of this or that should have received the bare minimum that any accused receives: a fair trial. What they got instead was murder under colour of law. The number who were innocent is unknowable but it was far, far from zero.

Janos, your utter contempt for the rule of law is the most despicable thing about you, and that’s not a short list.

          • Janos Skorenzy July 19, 2017 at 1:16 pm #

Very weak Elrond. I said it was far from optimum. As you should know, the genesis of the vigilante system was White Southerners being denied justice by the Occupation Government.

This is just more Anti-White concern mongering from you. Did you feel equal concern when they tried to railroad White Cops into prison in the Tawana Brawley case? Or when the gang of 88 professors and the attorney general tried to railroad the Duke Lacrosse players into prison?

          • Elrond Hubbard July 19, 2017 at 1:50 pm #

My ‘concern’, as always, is that justice be done under the rule of law. I barely noticed the Tawana Brawley case at the time, being about sixteen years old. In both cases, the law concluded that there was no crime. Therefore no one was punished, much less hung from a tree for something that didn’t happen.

As for the court of public opinion, I feel badly for people who are falsely accused. But what we’re weighing in the balance is: enduring a false accusation on the one side, versus being extrajudicially murdered by a hysterical mob on the other. If you want to impress me, say out loud which one of those you would choose to be subjected to yourself. I know I would choose the former — for anyone, not myself alone.

No games, Janos. Let’s give everything its due weight. On the one hand are two individuals who made false allegations, or may have done so. In both cases the law was applied, and justice was served — i.e., no one was punished for something that didn’t happen. On the other is a century-long pattern of well-documented tribal terrorism. (How well documented? It doesn’t take much work — they sent each other fucking postcards celebrating the terrorism.) The “tribe” in question was the white majority in the Jim Crow south, the terrorized being an oppressed minority that they were no longer allowed to enslave and torture outright. While you rant endlessly about black people, you yourself are motivated by the most simian instincts that human beings have. You might as well get a stick and go poking in a hole for termites.

        • elysianfield July 18, 2017 at 11:20 am #

Number of blacks lynched from 1882-1968…4743…about 50 per year.

This is the Devil’s Kingdom, Kesh. The Church Fathers are clear: Pacifism or “I am the body” is not the way. Not the way to maintain yourself, your nation, or your church. There would be no Church if we surrendered to that kind cowardice masquerading as Gnostic virtue. For those few who are sincere, the path of renunciation is open. To their credit, the Amish see themselves as a renounced society, an elect. The best of them pray for the Nation because they damn well know they are dependent on men who have NOT so renounced and beaten their swords into plowshares. Compare this with the obnoxious Quakers always preaching decadent pacifism that can only lead to ruin as Krishna made clear to Arjuna.

A woman multiplies her chance of being abused or murdered by hooking up with a Black – especially the latter if she tries to escape the former. She has chosen poverty as well as ending up a single mother. Stopping her daughter from this is akin to saving her life. No greater love hath any man than to get his daughter out of the clutches of a Negro. You know this well, O Kesh!

And on Tucker tonight, Roma gypsies, speaking no English, defecating on the streets of a small town in PA, and cutting the heads off chickens.

There were several studies done a few years back by researchers at Fairleigh Dickerson University. I would have to Google it again for details.

well , fleeing felon laws make me want to throw up.

It would be prudent to mention the Clintons penchant for murder. Evidently they greased by proxy about 20 people while still in AK. I surmise the alphabet agencies were so taken with the Governors clandestine approval of herbal product distribution that they bumped off any individual who knew too much. These prematurely departed souls were taken out with the usual alphabet agencies protocol for killing in cold blood ie; car and plane accidents, fake heart attacks, poisoning and the suicided. It seems to me disclosure of the sinister side of the Clintons, further to their pecuniary pursuits would bring analysis of their ill-gotten gains full circle.

They are simply TBTF. A former president. A former candidate, senator, secretary of state, and first la…uh, wife. Sure, even Bubba couldn’t protect himself from his poor white-trash breeding when he made a mess of the intern’s dress, but that’s the only thing, pun unintended, that stuck. Exposing their criminal network would destroy a party that is already on the ropes. When they had them in the corner, they were screaming vast right wing conspiracy, and once they were entrenched in the office, all the secrets became theirs. They were royalty, protected, and will be going forward.

The double standard is alive and well around here, I guess. People are all over bentley12 for not offering links or citations to back up his statements. But you can make the most overblown claims you want about the Clintons, and people will rush to add that they’re also pope-abusing kitten stranglers, too.

Not one of you can cite an actual primary source for any of this nonsense. That means an original news report, court case, witness statement, or what have you that sheds actual suspicion. All you’ve got is the endless torrent of self-referential, half-digested vomit expelled by conspiracy sites. They spread it on toast, and you all gobble it up and come back for seconds.

Actually, dead men tell no tales. The cia needed to have the revenue stream intact to fund their black ops. The Pentagon gambit of crashing a passenger airplane into the budget offices attempting to audit the missing three trillion dollars the Pentagon pilfered, fits this pattern. The deaths of 20 people more or less were necessary to keep the racketeering on course, since loose lips sink ships. The murdered persons were a liability and had to be silenced. It is well documented if you care to look. Having that number of people whacked that were politically connected to the Clintons one way or another, is too much of a coincidence for a small population state. Furthermore, a book written by a former secret service bodyguard for Hillary had no kind words for her. She liked to do her killing by using the military as proxy killers. Billy boy looks terrible and that red nose – way too much cocaine. Old habits are hard to break.

Donetsk People’s Republic announced the creation of a new state NovaRussia (New Russia)

The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic declared the need to create a new state – NovaRussia. According to the draft of the constitutional document, the country will become a federation with broad powers of the regions, while the issues of the budget, army and special services will remain under the jurisdiction of the central authorities.

“The situation went into a dead end. We propose a plan for the reintegration of the country,” the head of the DPR noted. According to him, the decision to create NovaRussia can stop the civil war and new state will become the successor of Ukraine.

The most despicable and bloody time in the history of the Eurasian continent

Catholics, in the second half of the 12th century and in the first half of the 13th century showed themselves as such “Good Christians”.

Perhaps it was the most despicable and bloody time in the history of the Eurasian continent and it all began with the fact that on June 7, 1112, 30 young noblemen, led by a 22 year old Burgundian aristocrat named Bernard, knocked at the gate of the Cîteaux Abbey and they all expressed a desire to become Catholic monks. The head of this group turned out to be a man of outstanding virtues, enormous willpower and “inhuman” humility, which he demonstrated, displacing and directing the popes and kings, creating and dislodging knights’ orders, casually “inventing” racial anti-Semitism and making the principle of international policy the deliberate destruction of entire peoples and for all that receiving the title of “saint”.

Of course, the followers of “Saint” Bernard of Clairvaux succeeded in translating their teacher’s ideas into reality only 820 years later in 1933 in Nazi Germany, but in 1147-1229 they for the first time in the history of Europe carried out several genocides, which account of victims went to millions. Among them were the anti-Slavic and anti-Orthodox Northern Crusade, the anti-Greek and anti-Orthodox Fourth Crusade and the Albigensian Crusade, which was not only religious, but also racial, and each time the murderers justified their atrocities by Satanism of those they were killing..

Indeed, the Albigensian Crusade was directed not so much at the followers of the Catharism as on the very Gallo-Romans of the Languedoc, who at one time Gaius Julius Caesar gave Roman citizenship. In any case, this was the meaning of the order “Kill everybody, God will find his own”.

But it was this act of Caesar that turned the Roman Republic into the Roman Empire, which later became the Christian Empire, and the Orthodox Church teaches that the appearance of the Roman Empire was one of the providential preparations to Incarnation of the mission of Christ.

And in the 12th century, the “Satanism” of the Albigensians, or rather the Cathars, whose religious center was in the city of Albi, according to the organizers of the Albigensian Crusade, was associated with the Bogomils and Paulicians, who in Byzantium co-existed perfectly well with the Orthodox, periodically conflicting, but never this conflict reached such disgraces as the genocide of the Albigensian Crusade.

For example, when the crusaders took Constantinople, they found a 10,000-strong Paulician community there that lived and prospered peacefully in the capital of the Christian Empire, and the Crusaders dealt with it with particular cruelty, which, given the “standard” cruelty of the Fourth Crusade, should have been horrifying.

  65. FincaInTheMountains July 18, 2017 at 11:18 am #

In 1170, Catharism manifests itself in Besan-sone, and in 1180 it is again discovered in Reims. The latter case presents interesting and picturesque details, preserved to us by one of the actors of the drama, by some Gervais de Tilbury, who was at that time still a young prelate in Reims. One afternoon he rode in the retinue of his archbishop Gushom, when suddenly a beautiful girl, working alone in a vineyard, attracted his attention.

Without thinking twice, he turned to her with amiable proposals, but she rejected them, saying that if she obeys him, she would be irrevocably condemned. Such a strict virtue was an obvious sign of heresy, and the archbishop immediately ordered the girl to go to jail, on suspicion of Catharism (at that time the cruel persecution of the Cathars by Philipp Flanders had just ended).

The accused was interrogated by the archbishop and named the name of the woman who instructed her. The latter was immediately seized and during interrogation showed such familiarity with the Holy Scripture that no one had any doubt that Satan himself taught her the answers. The confused theologians postponed the matter until the next day. Both accused resolutely refused to yield, despite threats and promises, and they were unanimously sentenced to be burned.

Then the eldest of the women laughed loudly and said: “Judges are unjust and insane, do you really think that you will burn me on your fire?” I’m not afraid of your sentence, I do not fear your bonfire! “And with these words she took a clew of thread from under the dress and, holding the thread by the end, threw it off the window, loudly shouting: “Take it!” The clew exploded into the air; the woman flew out of the window behind it and disappeared…

The young girl was left and resignedly died at the stake.

Obviously, flying on a clew is a sign of Catharism, and denial of the right of the first night or just unwillingness to be taken by the first prelate is a sign of Orthodox Christianity.

The Irish, those European “niggers” were oppressed for the longest time since their faith was the closest to Christian Orthodoxy.

DA, Madoff cut some corners. But I agree, Wall Street isn’t all that different in that it is essentially a criminal society running glorified Ponzi schemes.

To obscure what it really is, Wall Street and its players are surrounded by a dense underbrush of laws and imposing regulatory edifices. The lies and frauds have got a patina of age so as to give the appearance of social acceptability but, just to make sure, they get validity through legislative action. But if an outrage falls outside legal boundaries, then there’s always prosecutorial discretion protecting the malefactor. And if that fails then there’s always the option to redefine wrongdoing by lobbying Congress.

But all this legalistic and institutional flim-flammery just means a sucker never gets an even break. The rules of the house are tilted against the outsider and even if he scores a win or two, the schemes are designed to lure him back in.

It’s the mob with Ivy League degrees, the skim isn’t the skim anymore but rather “management fees”, instead of the cash getting taken out the backdoor it’s taken out the front door. All perfectly legal.

But the point is that in this game nothing they say means what you think it means. You heard it a million times, shareholders own the company, it’s shareholder money. Lies. In point of fact, they don’t and it isn’t. Is this one of those “you look lovely” type of lies, you know, one of those harmless, sweet nothings whispered in the ear of the investor? No, this isn’t benign, this is pernicious. This is one of the foundational falsehoods, where plain, clear English is used in aid of fraud.

There’s a lot of fishy stuff around the Clintons. The Uranium One payoffs are one of those fish-stinky things. But no matter the fish-stinky stench of corruption, this will never, ever get re-examined. And, if it does, it will be judged to be ok, no evidence of wrong-doing. And if it isn’t ok, and if there was wrong-doing, then there’s the Comey Dodge: no evidence of criminal intent.

I mean if they can see their way clear to let Hillary off the hook over her email server with that excuse, and also those 30,000 deleted emails, then anything is possible. That it’s a discredit to the FBI and the appearance of an impartial justice system is a minor consideration. This is the political class closing ranks.

Great talk too last night on msnbc about Ivanka Trump and her “empowerment of women” campaign. Funny, women in Bangladesh and Vietnam work in horrendous conditions making her line of clothing. As long as it’s Ivanka’s empowerment is what it really is. We got your number. How dumb do they think we are.

Suppose that’s what the high fructose corn syrup is for in food. For the dumbing up. High fructose corn syrup is 20 times more addictive than crack cocaine. The body doesn’t recognize the chemical and it is turned directly into fat. It is being fed to our children. Preservatives in food inhibit the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. Keep ’em stupid and sick. Heard a talk a doctor gave on how anyone born after 1952 or so, their digestive system and nutrition is not properly supported for optimal health because of the increasing amount of sugars, corn syrups and crap added to our foods since middle of last century. We wonder why obesity is such a problem. Those without means cannot afford healthy foods.

Why I Don’t Care About Russian “Scandals”

Chris Roberts, American Renaissance, July 18, 2017

    And why you shouldn’t either.

Idealists may not like it, but politics is a transaction. I support politicians I think will do something for me and the people I care about. Therefore, I could not be less interested in the endless parade of accusations and speculations about what certain Russians might or might not have done to help elect Donald Trump. No matter what the answer is, I don’t care. J.M. Bernays at The Baffler has convincingly described the liberal frenzy over this:

[A]t this point, the empirical question of whether or not it happened is secondary to the deeper psychological need for media pundits, policy wonks, and the professional-managerial strata to maintain their sense of self when the objective historical conditions in which they flourished are being actively dissolved. For liberals, the continued libidinal investment in the drama of the as-yet invisible Trump-Russia scandal actively blocks any realization that the neoliberal order they are trying to restore is already dead on its feet, and that Trump is the uniquely bizarre American expression of a visible worldwide trend: the virulent, deepening nationalist backlash against a financially-integrated global economy based on the relatively free movement of commodities and people. His ascent is a death knell for an entire era and the basic assumptions about economic and political life that shape the worldview of contemporary liberals.

Mr. Bernays is wordy, but he’s right. Liberals want the verdict to be treason because Mr. Trump would be removed and, they hope, things would go back to normal. Just like Republicans who wanted to believe Barack Obama was born in Kenya, they think that by revealing this one key truth the damage of the last election will be undone!

If it will help the media and liberals get over this delusion, let me be clear: I and the overwhelming majority of Trump-supporters don’t care at all about this Russia business. Even if—and it sounds unlikely—Russia undermined American democracy to help elect Mr. Trump, I still don’t care.

Mr. Trump and Russia do not want to bring hordes of Muslims into our cities. They will not pass “hate speech” laws that could put me in prison. A President Trump elected by Russians is still better than a Hillary Clinton elected by “Americans.” I want my grandchildren to live in a country where they are not a despised and oppressed minority. A President Clinton would have done everything to ensure that happens.

Should we set aside our petty differences since we are all Americans and we all believe in the democratic system?

No. It’s only by inertia that is still one country. If each state, or even each region, magically became a sovereign nation tomorrow, there would be no movement to unite into one bigger nation. The only thing that keeps us together is that secession is messy.

At the American Renaissance office, we sometimes get phone calls and email from folks threatening to kill us. They are never from Russians. They are almost always from blacks, and sometimes from white ethno-masochists. I would rather not live in the same country with those people; the United States should have dissolved long ago.

Conservatives talk about “civic nationalism” or “patriotism,” but what do those words even mean? I would rather my children went to a public school in Moscow as the only American, than to a public school in Washington DC or Los Angeles as the only white. In the current year, “citizenship” is just a social construct.

Maybe the next time a liberal complains about Russians stealing the election, I should say, “Boy I hope they did. It’d be comforting to know there’s a powerful white nation looking out for us.”

    Just two thoughts.

Whatever one thinks of Trump he would never have been elected if the media had not made such a giant mess of everything.

Secondly, there is much irony in the Left’s attempt to diagnose Trump as psychologically deranged: unstable, narcissistic and the the other cliches. (By the way, where does ‘narcissism’ come from? Freud?) I thought the last article made it clear, and everyone agreed, that the media themselves are quite insane.

The beginning of the Fourth World War and the defloration of Great Europe (represented by Angela Merkel)

On July 14, 2014, Germany won the World Cup in Brazil, where Putin and Merkel sat side by side and cooed like two doves, while in the Debaltsevo began protracted fighting that ended in Minsk in February 2015.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P82Yl8YYFiA

Later, the Brazilian president became the victim of another Maidan, and on July 17, Boeing 777 of Malaysian airlines were shot down over Ukraine, with more than 300 people flying on board, and all of them were killed.

And on July 24 Angela Merkel announced the introduction of sectoral sanctions against Russia, allegedly in punishment for the support of the separatists of Donetsk, who mercilessly shot down passenger aircraft. On July 31 these sanctions were submitted by Germany to the European Union, and these sanctions were of such a well-developed nature that involuntarily there were suspicions that they started to prepare long before the Malaysian Boeing crashed in the sky over Donetsk.

In addition, it should not be forgotten that the sanctions imposed on Russia by Obama (he then once again freed himself from the control of Hillary Clinton) were like a mosquito bite in view of the insignificance of Russian-American trade, but the sectoral sanctions of the European Union have seriously damaged Russia’s economy.

And in November, Putin, who repeatedly stressed that he can make friends with the enemy, but never forgives betrayal, told the above mentioned anecdote to Angela Merkel.

And two months later Angela Merkel found a solution to the issue of the separation of forces in Ukraine that arose from the connection with Poroshenko’s inability to recognize that near Debaltsevo Ukrainian troops and several hundred servicemen from NATO countries found themselves in the cauldron. She proposed to solve this issue on the battlefield by a breakthrough from the cauldron, for which several thousand Ukrainian soldiers paid with their lives.

This list of betrayals and insidiousness that began with the proposal for the Euro-Association of Ukraine continued when neither Merkel nor Hollande began to exert pressure on Kiev after it was found out that Poroshenko was not going to fulfill his part of the agreements and with purely Ukrainian stubbornness he came up with more and more claims to Donetsk and Moscow, allegedly not giving him the opportunity to fulfill Minsk-2.

Nevertheless, Russia did not supply Donetsk with the ammunition necessary to force Kiev to peace, but instead repaired, re-equipped and put into operation more than eight nuclear submarines capable of carrying more than a thousand atomic warheads of individual guidance, including submarine “Moscow”, capable of using the Status-6 to drown in the super tsunami all of Western Europe and the East Coast of the United States.

Which indirectly confirms the existence of the “Norman ultimatum” to Putin, and if it was, it should have been discussed in Hamburg two weeks ago on the G-20. And then the only person Trump told anything about these negotiations is the Queen of Great Britain (and / or her Privy Council), which recently waved a hand to EU, and this was undoubtedly part of the World Trump Revolution, and perhaps its beginning.

It’s no wonder that after this BBC International celebrated the three-year anniversary of Boeing’s shooting down by a report so restrained that, in contrast to the previous position of the BBC, it can be considered a guilty conscience in this tragedy of the heirs of the ancient Ukrainians.

A return visit to France by Trump was an act of personal sympathy for this country, which does not need to pay for the German artistry, but no one explained that to Macron, but simply offered thou humiliating, but relatively safe way out.

There is no freedom of speech without hate speech. On some things, there is no other decent response. Other times, there’s no hatred at all except from the Leftists who claim it’s hate speech. In any case, there needs to be places that aren’t moderated, be it on the internet or in the real world.

What is interesting about the Clinton’s is that when Bill and Hillary Clinton were in Arkansas during Bill’s tenure as Arkansas State Attorney General and Governor many of the Clinton’s alleged victims died of shotgun blasts. At least two such victims died of sawed off shotgun blasts. After the Clinton’s moved to Washington DC and later New York, most of the alleged Clinton victims who died of gunshot wounds died from .38 caliber gunshot wounds to the head.

    Two simple things that turn Globalism into a nightmare ;

” a financially-integrated global economy based on the relatively free movement of commodities and people. ”

    ” relatively ” is right.

A great many people simply cannot just pack up and move 100 miles, 500 miles, or to another continent .

These people are simply left out of the academic studies and the newspaper reports.

But, visible or invisible, these people are fucked. And that fucking – over is going to negatively impact others.
Blame it on them all you like for what it is worth, and it is worth nothing.

Of those who can move , typically, it will take them 20 years , or what is left of their life , to rebuilt / accumulate in their new home what they had in their old home.
Unless you are very rich already, relocation is typically a substantial , long-term, investment.

The most salutary reason for such a move would be because you disliked your old home , and love / desire your new home.
You greatly prefer the people, culture, and environment you are moving to.
The Northerner who would rather be a Southerner. The Protestant who would rather be a Catholic, the Zambian who actually dislikes Zambians and would rather be a German.
And so, necessarily, the newcomers will go out of their way to try and suck the kneecaps of the natives.

But how much of this do you actually ever see ?

Very few apparently actually do this.

No, most of this moving about is for the sake of money . And so, whether the newcomers bring tanks and guns with them or not, they are, in effect, hostile invaders.
Indeed, it would be better if they did show up with tanks and guns.
At least then even the stupidest person would recognize the implications, and the most dishonest person could not gloss over the implications.

    Free movement is a fraud.
Civilization means settled populations and settled cultures , not nomadic cultures.

The other big flaw / fraud I see in Globalism is the myth of re-education.

Re-education = the idea that a pipe-fitter can go back to school , and become a data entry operator instead.

First, a 30 or 40 year old pipe-fitter is going to go back to school ……..

The 30 or 40 year old pipe-fitter has typically, in America, already spent 12 or more crucial years of their life in school , for which they were paid nothing, and accumulated nothing tangible.

For the working class, lifespans have incrementally increased .

For the Middle class, ok, you maybe have another 30 or 40 years to play with.
Uh………30 or 40 years is not a long time to play with.

The , ” education is everything ” crowd seem to base their schemes on 150 or 300 year lifespans, which we do not have.

No, no less than 500 years ago, you have a limited span of time in which to accomplish or accumulate anything.

The accumulation part seems especially critical, as today, no less than 500 years ago, the source of most wealth is accumulation and inheritance.

if people have to keep going back to school , and then back to school again , given our limited potential lifespans , it is unlikely that people will have sufficient stability and momentum to acquire much by the time the game is ended.

Education is expensive . It was 500 years ago, it is today, there is no reason to think that costs can be substantially reduced.
Again, there is a substantial time factor involved.
Generally, anything less than 5 hours per day devoted to education , will mean it will take you 100 years to see anything come from it.

Now the average work day is 8 to 10 hours long. If our pipe-fitter goes back to school while he still has his pipe-fitting job, he is going to have to deduct another 5 hours out of every already limited day to accomplish this second task. .
And it is a limited day , you cannot realistically use all 24 hours.
Not least because employers generally expect your greatest effort, they are not paying you to give it one-half, or one-third.

All of this assumes that our already employed pipe-fitter should make such a substantial sacrifice in time and money for an as yet hypothetical future change to data entry operator , date of change unknown and speculative.

He could wait until he loses his pipe-fitters job . But unemployed people tend to have a lot less money for luxuries like education, not more.

So, we make education free and equal access, and everyone in common pays the bill ?

Well, everyone may pay the bill , but it will never be free and equal access.

” Everyone pays the bill ” means people pay the bill for people they don’t know and don’t care about.

Which means people find a million and one ways to get around paying the bill for those they don’t know and don’t care about.

Education relates to the personal as much as does sex , or maybe more so , because sex can be a fun recreational activity irrespective of the other party , whereas education can be dull for both parties to it . So favorites and fancies may count for even more.

Education primarily consists in the one giving to the other, and the one doing for the other

So in education, ” paying the bill ” i think, relates more to the personal than it does even to money or resources.
Indeed, I dare say, far more.

It doesn’t really matter how much money everybody throws at it.

What does matter is does the adult* value and esteem the child* enough to go the extra mile for the child ? If not, it is a good bet the child is fucked , overtly or covertly.

( * here you could substitute for “adult” or ” child ” any relevant descriptor , like white person to black person, or middle class person to working class person, or male to female, Shia to Sunni, North German to South German, etc, etc, etc. )

Do you care whether you are fucked over overtly or covertly?

But, no, the personal has nothing to do with it, it all has to do with actions, work, and results.
That is to say, in a word , MERIT.

Very conveniently , “merit ” is fundamentally un-falsifiable.

Good luck to you in finding merit under a microscope if you ever need defend your merit.

So, ” everybody pays the bill ” tends to add up to everybody pays the bill for SOME.

What about all those people who aren’t included in the , ” Some” ?

I suppose they could educate themselves . Except , presumably, humans have no instincts, so must learn from others , cannot learn much in solitary, otherwise what the heck are we spending money on schools and teachers for ?

And where you can educate yourself, they don’t hand out certificates or licenses for that. And the modern world sure seems to be very much about certificates and licenses , to the degree that in comparison , the past with its Orders of the Golden Fleece , Leetmen and Earls, seems loose, limited, and quaint.

Like the people who, above, cannot relocate, they get written out of the Globalist narrative.

    Except they are still there.

As I have pointed out, a great many blogs are sad exercises in futility , not through any lack of merit, but simply because nobody bothers to show up .
Why show up ? What is there to do to show up for ?
    To comment.
But they don’t even get that.
    So, dead as graveyard.

If it were me, I’d screen the comments (or the first 50 or so… one couldn’t spend every waking hour on such stuff). What amazes me about Bill Clinton is that even if one assumes that many of the stories about the Clinton’s are untrue that there are still many Americans who admire the Clinton’s even though they believe the stories. For example, there are many Americans who are jealous of Bill’s opportunity to screw so many young girls, the big bucks, and his celebrity. Rather than being appalled, they admire him.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said Justine Damond, 40, whose maiden name is Justine Ruszczyk, approached the driver’s side window of the squad car immediately after the driver had been startled by the sound. The officer in the passenger seat, Mohamed Noor, fired his weapon, hitting Damond through the open driver’s side window, the BCA said.

The BCA said its information was based on an interview with the officer driving the car, Officer Matthew Harrity. Harrity was interviewed Tuesday, but Noor declined to be interviewed. The BCA said his attorney did not indicate when, or if, Noor would talk to investigators, and under the law an interview can’t be compelled.

    **************************

They had 3 days to come up with a story and thats the best they could do?

    a “loud sound?”

    (((shakin my head)))

You gotta do better than that.

“The officer driving the car, Matthew Harrity, interviewed with the BCA, but Noor declined to be interviewed.”

      ****************

For all of you who hate Black Lives Matter; it took a bunch of surly negros, angry at the fathers they never knew, to force municipalities to reveal how long a police officer can “declined to be interviewed” after killing a person.

      “interviewed?”

      LOL

“Harrity said that he and Noor saw a man, estimated to be between 18 and 25, bicycling in the area before the shooting. That man stopped and watched as officers attended to Damond. BCA agents are asking that man, and any other potential witnesses, to come forward.”

      *************************

OK, now the officers silence is starting to make sense.

He doesn’t want to tell his excuse until he finds out what this “witness” is gonna say; see how that works?

This is how the art of lie craft works; before you tell your lie you gotta make sure some evidence to the contrary ain’t gonna float up from the bottom of the toilet bowl and stink up the bathroom.

No wonder the BCA wanna find this witness; he may even have some outstanding warrants of some dirt they can squeeze him on and get his to go full retard Sgt Shultz

      Just sayin

You ain’t “just sayin'”, you’re stating. I happen to agree with your suppositions. The woman was probably killed because the police officer was scared after hearing a loud noise. Jeez, now you have to be worried about farting at a traffic stop.

The Narrative must go on – even if makes less and less sense, indeed particularly when it doesn’t.

Alexis de Tocqueville said that an important reason why the American system of government worked was because the average American was Christian, independent, and hard working and, therefore, didn’t require an autocratic government. I’m not sure that this is true today?

    • thwack July 19, 2017 at 6:54 am #

Nawh, its not that he was Christian, independent, and hard working…

Its that he’d become “white”; and yes those are two different things.

What Tocqueville was witnessing was the birth of the white man, “Homo Americanus”; and this was a very significant event because for the first time Europeans were extending rank and privileges to each other based NOT on nationality, achievement, your last name, religion… but on COLOR.

And we know this because many Europeans found it humorous, contemptible, and even ridiculed it in their letters to each other.

But the key is, this phenomenon could not have occurred without the presence of Indians and negroes because the category of “white” is an oppositional one; it only describes what a person is NOT.

It lacks affirmation and this is precisely the problem Professor Andrew Fraser has with the classification today.

The racists like Janos totally ignore this guy so I suspect he may be on to something?

ZOG Amerika is anti-Christian, neither is it independent. If it works hard, it is for evil purposes. It is completely dependent on the global ZOG franchise.

Lord Macaulay (c. 1857) had a very dim opinion of democracy and pointed out very clearly that, the only reason American democracy has succeeded so far is that America’s land space enabled the people to move away from the errors caused by it. If we were compacted within very limited boundaries, and unable to get away from each other, the fatal flaw of democracy would be felt.

You are born into a demographic that is GUILTY beyond all excuse for running the SLAVE TRADE, many centuries ago.

You may be Jewish; live your life, and mind your own business. But, if you identify strongly with being Jewish, then you are part-owner of all the bad baggage that comes with it. The eyes of the Goy are opening and they see YOUR FERAL COUSINS — caught red-handed with the goods.

“Let Obamacare fail” – said Trump and, as soon as I found out about this, I immediately thought that Russia’s diplomatic property would soon be returned.

You will not believe, but Trump’s main geopolitical problem is health insurance reform.

Millions of people after the first bone break fall out of the regular workforce, paying taxes, but enjoying social guarantees, whose relationships with employers are regulated by the state. That immediately leads not only to their withdrawal into the shadows, bankruptcy, and bad debts of banks, but also to the rise in the cost of the labor that remains in the system.

The fact is that in the United States buying a full-fledged insurance is the luxury only employees of large corporations could afford, or rather the law obliges the employer to buy insurance for his employee, who has worked for him for more than 6 months. Thus, the cost of insurance directly affects the cost of labor and as a result, American workers are not competitive not only compared to a billion Chinese, but also with millions in developing countries.

Moreover, jobs that became victims of this process, called outsourcing, are usually connected with the sphere of material production, which requires medium and high qualification and substantial training in the workplace.

At the same time, the size of the financing of the US healthcare system and the accompanying insurance business is three times higher than the US military budget and account for 20 percent of US GDP. Despite such amounts of funding, half of the population lives in the Stone Age and goes to the healers and gather the herbs in the park.

Thus, it is clear that the absence of a real universal medical insurance in the early 90s forced the American business to take production to China, forcing the United States to claim the role of financial, political, information, anything but an industrial center of the world.

That meant wars, punitive expeditions and other humanitarian bombardments as a means of maintaining status and corresponding to the status the influx in the US, engaged in global management, products of the real economy.

But Obama’s health care reform has the direct opposite meaning, while maintaining the current system of buying insurance by corporate employers, but obliging everyone to have insurance, including those who do not have the financial capability and in this case providing government funding for the insurance they buy. That is, just providing medical care for the workforce, which is absolutely necessary for re-industrialization.

I hope everyone understand that the main battle is taking place around health insurance and abolition of Obama’s plan is the failure of US re-industrialization plans that Obama secretly carried out, including reforming medicine, and Trump made the main point of his program. And it was this item that brought him victory in the elections, and the first thing that follows from this is that Trump needs peace with Russia. Otherwise, America and Trump personally risk the failure and re-industrialization and rearmament of the army.

But this relationship does not end there. Health care reform is a revolution. Meaning the official change of the model of capitalism, which is called Keynesian, and Keynesianism was originally a temporary measure that allows to stabilize what Marxism-Leninism called the general crisis of capitalism.

And this temporary plaster broke through with pus, which is actually the clan of Hillary Clinton, and one must do something not just with the global economic crisis, but with the general crisis of capitalism, and official science has forgotten such words as the contradictions between labor and capital. And now, in the conditions of a complete disconnection of the brains with what those words mean, it is necessary to do something, and to all, and not just to America, including Russia, which at the last moment managed to jump on this ship without even looking that it is called Titanic. And I can only marvel at the impudence and cynicism of Gorbachev, who sings a song on this theme in one of his clips.

And the specificity of Trump’s position is that during his election campaign his vow to cancel Obamacare became a seal that consolidated his Republican status and Hillary Clinton, through her people in the Republican Party, got them to put bills on the President’s table that canceled all the positive features of Obamacare and left all negative, and if Trump signed these bills, he would have lost with a guarantee in 2020. And if he had not signed these bills, the useful idiots of the Clintonoids in the Republican Party could have agreed to impeachment.

Therefore, Trump, actively pronouncing speeches for the abolition of Obamacare, through his allies in the Republican Party, tried to fail these legal provisions, and when he did it, he said this phrase: “Let Obamacare fail!” which in practice means that his hands are untied for cooperation in this area with democrats who are not Clinton zombies, and the idiot republicans will not be able to blame him for this.

This gives him freedom of actions in other areas, including the lifting of sanctions imposed on Russia for bringing Trump to power by hacking Hillary Clinton. And one of these sanctions is the confiscation of Russia’s diplomatic property in the US, and it is one of the most dangerous, since the next step along the way in response to Russia’s response, which does not want to admit its guilt, is the assault on the Russian embassy in the US and, accordingly, the war.

And now, having received the freedom of actions and at least to some extent insured against impeachment for the abolition of sanctions, Trump immediately declares the possibility of return of Russia’s diplomatic property.

Kesa anna, this was one of the best posts ever on this blog, maybe the best.

“Free movement is a fraud. Civilization means settled populations and settled cultures , not nomadic cultures.”

A++++ for this. There’s nothing like pointing out the obvious. I can’t remember ever reading these few words you wrote, not once, not ever, not as simply and coherently as this, and especially not outside a classroom. And what earthly good is a profound truth like this if it just sits in a lecture hall, ie if it isn’t out in the wider world?

History shows us what happens when peoples pick up and go on the move. Upheaval is the result. Civilizations collapse. Cities get dismantled. Law and order are replaced by banditry and disorder. Reading and writing are forgotten. Hunger and disease are rampant. It took Europe a thousand years and more to recover from Rome’s collapse.

“The other big flaw / fraud I see in Globalism is the myth of re-education. The, ” education is everything ” crowd seem to base their schemes on 150 or 300 year lifespans, which we do not have. ”

Indeed. Fraud and myth is exactly it. As you say, “the 30 or 40 year old pipe-fitter has typically, in America, already spent 12 or more crucial years of their life in school”

This constant re-invention stuff is pure nonsense. Re-education takes time and money that people do not have. Twelve years, or thirteen if you include kindergarten, is already a huge chunk of somebody’s life. The disruptive effects of the relocation of entire swathes of industry outside of America will not be undone by moms and dads going back to school. Families have got to be fed, bills have to be paid. Re-training sounds good if the re-training isn’t for a line of work that’s being sent to China.

Then you say: “Like the people who, above, cannot relocate, they get written out of the Globalist narrative. Except they are still there.”

I wish I could have written this. Yes, they are still there. And disregarding the interests of such a huge cohort of people adds another layer of calamity to that of opening the borders to still MORE people.

I think that the official story has it that Clinton condidante, Vince Foster, committed suicide by blowing his brains out with a .38 caliber pistol. But it seems that there were 2 entry wounds to the head with no exit wound. His corpse was found in a muddy secluded area with no dirt on his shoes. Typically, it’s not expected that a person who shoots himself in the head with a .38 will then again pull the trigger a second time. Also, a .38 bullet would blow out the top of the Skull.

It’s interesting that they don’t give enough of a shit to concoct a believable story.

    Found somewhere,

Although I don’t really care what Jews think, it’s not ‘anti-Semitic’ to point out the disproportionate influence and role that these incredibly divisive people have played in the racial and cultural displacement of Whites in the West.

I recognize that not all Jews have had a direct hand in this. Some don’t even care about such matters, and they are content to live and let live. I have no issues with these types of Jews, and I gladly afford them the same respect.
Yet, there can be no reasonable denial that leading and influential Jews have worked tirelessly for many decades in promoting Cultural Marxism (via our universities academic institutions), a culture of filth and immorality among our young people (via Hollywood and the music industry), and in creating immigration policies that are ultimately destructive and which have led to a soft genocide of the White race.
Think about it: The multiculturalism and open borders Jews vigorously promote among Europe and America they vehemently deny for the nation of Israel. Israel is allowed to be for Jews, and they protect their people, culture and borders carefully. I commend them on this. Yet they refuse to afford White, western nations the same protections.
Jews portray Whites as ‘racist,’ and ‘xenophobic’ when they resist their nations from being flooded by non-White third-worlders, yet Jews in Israel recognize that it’s perfectly normal and acceptable when they restrict immigration and permit only Jewish settlements to be erected. I don’t fault them for this. I just wish they would afford the same respect to White-majority nations.

Sir Richard Burton – no Christian or friend to them – looked into the so called blook libel. His conclusion: it was real.

A few years ago, Dr Toaf, one of the leading experts on Medieval Judaism found the liturgy of the ritual, something the Catholic prosecutors never had. Dr Toaf, a Jew himself, had access to private libraries that others did not have. He wrote a book about his findings but recalled it after receiving death threats.

    Schizophrenia mows our ranks

I hope that everyone has already realized that the Deep State has already declared war on Russia and Trump’s America. These two states are already de facto twice allies, since they are at war with the Deep State and with ISIS.

And you can argue as much as you like whether the Deep State is part of the US, the World Government or agents of the Fourth Reich in America, but the fact remains that the Deep State has declared war on US President Trump for trying to lead the US out of the war with Russia, which in the name of America declared the Deep State, relying on the American people, who does not want to participate in the war against Russia.

Nevertheless, there is a narrow stratum in the American society, which, unlike the clintonoids who understand the price of the charges brought against Russia, quite sincerely believe in long standing anti-Soviet and then anti-Russian propaganda and are ready to destroy not only the US but the whole world in order to prevent “the ideological victory of the empire of Evil “, and by this victory they consider the US’s consent to the principle of equal security for Russia with the NATO countries – the empire, as you know, of Good. They, in their conviction in this delirium, have already crossed the red line that separates politics and psychology from psychiatry and cure them of schizophrenia now only it can.

What reminds me of a psychiatric institution in London in the 19th century called Bedlam, where retired sergeants of the British army with punching fists have achieved striking results in curing patients that are still unable to reach drugs with brand names Prozac and Haloperidol.

For example, in this clip, Ralph Peters, a clintonoid expert and retired colonel, tells the famous anchor Tucker Carlson that he reminds him of those Americans who in 1941 did not allow Franklin Delano Roosevelt to declare war on Hitler Germany in response to the presenter’s doubt that Putin and Iran is an immediate threat to the United States. And the anchor justifies his point of view by the fact that 3,000 Americans were killed in the United States by Saudi Arabia’s Sunni Arabs, and no American was killed by Russian or Iranian terrorists (and this is shared by the vast majority of Americans), and the clintonoid expert justifies his comparison by the fact that Charles Lindbergh in 1941 hindered in the Congress the declaration of war on the Nazi Germany on the grounds that the Nazis did not kill any Americans.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j73yfwC-spM

And in this video the military historian and adviser to Senator McCain, Max Booth, who defends the right of a non-colonel to call a Hitler’s sympathizer any person who offers US cooperation with Russia in the cause of the destruction of ISIS, goes down with screams and threats ala Senator McCarthy when the anchor asks him as a military historian whether he considers Stalinists members of the congress who voted Lend-Lease for Russia in 1941.

That night after the store closed, he walked three miles to return the customer’s money. His character trait of honesty is doubtlessly one reason people later selected him to be the President to the United States. Jesus assures us that character is important. On one occasion, he said this (Luke, Chapter 16): “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? And if you are not faithful with other people’s things, why should you be trusted with things of your own? No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other, you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Jesus is quite emphatic in telling us that character counts. People without integrity are untrustworthy. Our world is in dire need of principled people—people with character who stand for righteousness and justice. D.L. Moody defined it well. He once said, “Character is what you are in the dark.”

            Newsflash; they’re all lawyers bro.
We live in a country that looks to attorneys for leadership.
From county clerks to presidents: lawyers.
Elected ranks are filled with them.

The system is flawed. The culture is flawed. The mode of perception is flawed.

Perhaps why we have had administrators and not leaders.

Washington was the total embodiment of a leader. Ike a leader. Reagan too. Truman a leader, but the attorneys felt so threatened by this fact that they gave him the posthumous honor. Your favorite, ole Ulysses, a leader; Balls to his ankles Teddy Roosevelt: a leader, not a lawyer; JFK the charismatic: not a lawyer; The Bushes; they’re royalty and too pedigreed to be attorneys; Carter was too smart, particularly in maths, to be a lawyer. Practicing law, like medicine, allows the low born to jump rank, mostly economically. This brings confidence. They can do it. Doctors eschew politics, they’re selfless after all. Look what we’re left with.

General Sherman was worried that the Rebels would turn to a protracted guerrilla warfare strategy. Sherman looked to the forced removal of the Cherokee as a precedent for suppressing a potential guerrilla war in the occupied South. Sherman planned on forcibly removing Southerners from their land and then repopulating the South with Northerners. I wonder if any of the parties ratifying the US Constitution imagined such a possibility in 1789?

Lincoln effectively nullified the 10th. Furthermore, the 14th Amendment superseded State citizenship and made us all chattel of the Federal Government.
Finally, the 17th Amendment took away the States’ right to be represented in the Senate. The Founding Fathers had a good reason for State Governors to appoint Senators!

But, We Teh Serfs still break out the cheap flags and fireworks every July 4th, drink beer, and go through the ritual celebration of something that has become meaningless.

Vincent Walker “Vince” Foster Jr. (January 15, 1945 – July 20, 1993) was a Deputy White House Counsel during the first half-year of President Bill Clinton’s administration. Prior to that, he was a partner at Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was a colleague and friend of Hillary Rodham Clinton and where, as The Washington Post later wrote, he rose to “the pinnacle of the Arkansas legal establishment.”[1] At the White House he was unhappy with work in politics and spiraled into depression. His death by gunshot was attributed by five official or governmental investigations to suicide but several conspiracy theories emerged.

And then the only person Trump told anything about these negotiations is the Queen of Great Britain (and / or her Privy Council), which recently waved a hand to EU, and this was undoubtedly part of the World Trump Revolution, and perhaps its beginning

As far as I understand Queen not just accepted Trump, but made a bet on him when he flew to Scotland a year ago and gave guarantees of asylum to Trump and his family in case of a loss.

I do not know if he believed them, but the guarantees were given for sure.

    A Wild Thought

What if Trump, by appointing a Cino-Mormon as US ambassador to Moscow, hinted that as a retaliatory measure it is necessary to confiscate NOT the US embassy property in Serebryanny Bor, but the personal property of the US ambassador?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Huntsman_Jr.

This idea occurred to me after reading Trump’s interview with the New York Times
, in which he told that he talked with Putin in Hamburg about the problem of adoption of Russian children by Americans and about the Russian lawyer Veselnitskaya.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/19/us/politics/trump-interview-transcript.html?_r=0

About the meeting with her, for no apparent reason, suddenly told the son of Trump in the middle of the Russian scandal, which set father under seemingly great trouble, but the Clintonoids now attack Trump so severely that he will not be any worse off.

Just as Russia will not be worse off if it confiscates American private property, because it appears that kids and Veselnitskaya are very bad news for the NASDAQ and Dow Jones indices.

The fact is that the adoption of Russian children by Americans was banned in response to the Magnitsky act, the Russian lawyer who helped “businessmen” Browder to illegally buy up shares of the Russian companies by the Clinton Foundation.

According to some sources we are talking about 30% of the shares of Gazprom and the matter of meeting Trump Jr. with Veselnitskaya will inevitably lead to the announcement of these transactions null and void.

Hi Maltthus, I read your piece on the influence of Jews in cultural and political matters.

Just tell it like it is. To deny the influence of Jewish thought is to deny reality, Jesus and St Paul being the most obvious examples, Karl Marx another, Albert Einstein another.

Jews are active in shaping public discussion whether it’s through the Hollywood route or the Wall Street route or the academic route. To deny it is deliberate blindness. To say that there isn’t a measure of hypocrisy in their thought and action is just being plain stupid. I mean, fair is fair, if it’s ok to castigate Americans or Muslims for collective misdeeds, then Jews are fair game.

The thing is this: if Jewish thinkers have had an impact, in some cases as you say a destructive influence, to not forget that they get a lot of help from non-Jews that agree with them, that propagate their ideas. We may deplore the Hollywood Gomorrans, yet there’s a big audience for their product. It’s not as if Jews dictate and everyone else has no choice but to passively go along.

Jews aren’t that powerful and the rest of us aren’t that weak. If others go along it’s because others agree or because they think it’s in their own interest. And there are non-Jewish thinkers that come to similar conclusions independently. So be careful in assigning weight.

But don’t mince words. The thing is to be careful because there’s dangers in over-weighting and over-generalizing. As you said, Jews aren’t a monolith. Nor are non-Jews. Nor, for that matter, are my own favorite whipping boys, the Davos people.

Remember what Mao said, power comes from the barrel of a gun. Not a legal document, not a bank balance, not a lawyer’s briefcase. All of us do what we do at the sufferance of the military and its legions of soldiers, Jews included. If there’s a power structure in society it’s because it’s ok with the Generals.

    • volodya July 20, 2017 at 12:29 pm #

They have a choke hold on Western Civilization and don’t intend to let go. Indeed, they intend to kill us, but without losing the infrastructure – by ethnic replacement in other words. Sure it’s our fault for succumbing to the Weimer level temptations they offered, but they still need to be combated. The drug dealer doesn’t get a pass just because they junky took it of his own accord.

      • volodya July 20, 2017 at 1:20 pm #

They don’t have a chokehold. It’s like the Democrats blaming Russians for the election loss. The Democrats fucked it up fair and square.

Jews for sure had an influence on Western civ. But so do the rest of us. Measure out blame fairly. Don’t deny agency (to use lefty jargon) to the rest of us.

And if Western civ goes belly up I wouldn’t look to Jews as scapegoats. They’re a part of Western civ and so they get their fair measure of blame and no more.

Trump, having won the nomination of the Republican Party for the presidency ahead of time, immediately proposed a debate with Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders on foreign policy issues and even more or less clearly told about his views in this area.

But Hillary then declined the discussion, saying that it was not the principles, but Trump’s character, hinting that he was not all right in his head and he would not push the red button by conviction, but because of a burnt chip in his brain.

And now, six months after the capture of the White House by Trump, she or her followers (if she wasn’t already been whacked by them) obviously realized that it would not be possible to overthrow Trump quickly since all this devilry in the media does not work and Trump’s support among the American people is only growing . From this they obviously concluded that the character of Trump is not to be beaten to a pulp, and therefore it is necessary to engage in ideological struggle.

And Trump’s main ideologist is Steve Bannon and so they started this fight with the book “Devil’s Bargain”, in which they told about the ideological alliance between Trump and Bannon, presenting Bannon as the manipulator of the pathetic puppet Trump (obviously Bannon is one of the secret deputies of the Russian president, since in other version Trump is being manipulated by Putin). And the irony is that it was they who forged this union since they compromised the head of the Trump’s election campaign Manafort with the link to Russia, and his place took Steve Bannon.

Nevertheless, the book is serious and even more serious yesterday’s presentation of this book on the PBS channel, which is the main and most “spiritual” body of the secret organization of the Flying Monkeys.

In particular, they already outlined the contours of future ideological attacks, the essence of which will be that Bannon is a populist, ultra conservative, anti-Semite and the enemy of the establishment of the Republican Party. That is, task number 1 of this book is to discredit Trump and Bannon in the eyes of each other, as well as those who support them, but the seriousness of this book is that while telling about the alliance of Trump and Bannon, the Clintonoids actually told about a method of attributing to Trump and Bannon the qualities of those scoundrels whom they really know well – themselves.

And some of the passages suggest that they were written by Hillary Clinton in person, and these are the only sophisms in her unique style that first appeared recently, which in fact makes one think that she has not been wacked yet.

    The War of Ideas

Yesterday I wrote that, six months after Trump’s inauguration, Hillary Clinton entered into an ideological struggle with President Trump and the ideology that he personified, and before that she claimed that Trump was just a psycho and generally a gorilla-pig who when meeting women instead of saying “hello” is grabbing them by the pussy.

It all seemed to be the result of Trump’s victory on the legalist front, where she tried to throw Trump out of the White House with all sorts of legalistic procedures such as sabotage, accusations of his election campaign in cooperation with Russia, statements-suspicions of the heads of all sorts of intelligence, investigations of his connections with Russia, held by the Congress, the Senate and the Special Prosecutor.

Indeed, it was recently revealed that the special prosecutor is conducting his investigation on the basis of leaks and a campaign of disinformation, which was organized by the former director of the FBI Comey precisely for this purpose.

And now, when this prosecutor did not find any facts incriminating Trump within the scope of the assigned investigation topic, he wanted to expand it and look at Trump’s finances, the latter warned him about a possible dismissal, and, no matter how much the Clintonoids scream, if he does dismiss Mueller, neither the Congress, nor the Senate will not consider the impeachment on the basis of obstruction of justice.

Of course, there is a colossal force on the side of the Clintonoids, and they would insist on impeachment, despite the fact that Republicans have a majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives, but somewhere beyond the horizon, the Second Civil War is already rumbling, and fear, that in case of abuse of this power and this force, the American working class will crack down on the establishment ala October 1917 in Russia, and put a cross on both.

But for a revolution and a real civil war, not only a revolutionary situation is needed, but a revolutionary party on an ideological basis, and this party, using the 2008 crisis, was created by one man – Steve Bannon – right in front of the establishment.

And retrospectively it is clear that he was preparing to seize power by force if Hillary Clinton became President, but the protest of the American people against her and what she was bringing to America and the world, turned out to be so fierce (thanks to thousands of such freaks like me, who sat on the Internet 24/7 explaining what Hillary Clinton is), that Steve Bannon became the main strategist = the main ideologist of the White House, and the revolution that he prepared according to the recipes of V. Lenin turned into a revolution from above, conducted by Donald Trump, whose intuitive ideology is really similar to what Steve Bannon says in his films:
