A Smoldering Fuse

We have pretty much burned our bridges at this point. Unless you’re prepared to mindfuck yourself, and gaslight yourself, and confess, and convert, there’s no going back to “normal” society (which we couldn’t go back to anyway, on account of how it doesn’t exist anymore) — CJ Hopkins

Thirty-seven billion more dollars for Ukraine? (That’s thirty-seven thousand millions of dollars, by the way.) Bringing the total this year to a click-or-two over ninety billion (ninety-thousand millions), on top of whatever Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX company funneled through that sad-sack international money laundromat — soon to be the darkest backwater of a European failed state since Field Marshal Melchior von Hatzfeldt of Westphalia left Bohemia a corpse-strewn wasteland after the Battle of Jankau (1645).

It really doesn’t matter how much more money we pound down that rat-hole, you understand, because by the time various parties — the weapons-makers, Volodymyr Zelensky, sundry members of the US House of Representatives, the Biden family, the World Economic Forum — are finished creaming off their fair shares, poor Ukraine won’t have enough cash-on-hand to replace six fuse-boxes in Zaporizhzhia.

Against this backdrop, the USA enters a holiday season near-death spiral as unspooling scandals battle a collapsing economy for supremacy of the alt news sites. Case-in-point: the aforementioned FTX monkey business, a metastasizing tumor of the body politic. This complex fraud will smolder for a few weeks before it explodes into an extinction-grade event for the Democratic Party. The usual suspects among the mainstream media are trying strenuously to ignore it, but the shreds of this exploding money-borg are already sticking to guilty parties far and wide across the political landscape like so much rotting flesh.

FTX commander-in-chief Sam Bankman-Fried remains at large after steering the crypto-currency trading platform into a bankruptcy so hideously tangled that the assigned liquidator in court proceedings, one John Ray III, who oversaw the Enron aftermath years ago, was boggled by what he’s found so far (and it’s early in the game): Namely, a company run by a handful of twenty-something drug freaks with no idea what they were doing, no record-keeping, and a slime trail of misappropriated investors’ funds leading to Kiev and Geneva through various crooked American political action committees, and the halls of Congress — with echos in ballot harvesting shenanigans which shaped the outcome of this month’s US elections.

Mr. Bankman-Fried is still scheduled as a main speaker for Accenture’s Nov. 30 DealBook Conference in New York ($2,499 for a ticket), along with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. Odds on him showing up? Or even being alive elsewhere on this planet then?

The Bankman-Fried extended family is the quintessence of Woke aristocracy. Dad Joe Bankman and mom Barbara Fried are both law professors at Stanford. She also acted as a money-bundler for the Democratic Party and ran two non-profit “voter registration” orgs (against the IRS laws which only permit non-partisan organized voter registration). Brother Gabe Bankman-Fried headed a non-profit named Guarding Against Pandemics (funded by Sam), which lobbies Congress to construct new platforms for medical tyranny. Aunt Linda Fried is Dean of Columbia U’s Public Health school, and is associated with Johns Hopkins, which ran the October 2019 Event 201 pandemic drill (sponsored by the Gates Foundation) months before the Covid-19 outbreak.

Sam’s girlfriend, Caroline Ellison, ran the Alameda Investments arm of the FTX empire (that is, FTX’s own money laundromat). Her dad, Glenn Ellison, is chair of MIT’s Econ School. His former colleague on the MIT Econ faculty, Gary Gensler, who specialized in blockchains there, is now head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, an agency that Sam Bankman-Fried was attempting to rope into a regulation scheme to eliminate FTX’s crypto-currency competitors. Caroline’s mom, Sara Fisher Ellison, is an MIT econ prof specializing in the pharmaceutical industry (fancy that!). Caroline Ellison is currently on-the-run.

The sum total of all this professional and academic accomplishment is also the quintessence of Woke-Jacobin turpitude in service to a political faction that seeks maximum moneygrubbing while acting to overthrow every norm of behavior in the conduct of elections, and perhaps in American life generally. That’s some accomplishment. It’s also a lesson in why the managerial elite of our country are no longer trustworthy. They have gotten away with crimes against the nation for years, which has only made them bolder and more reckless.

Wait for the FTX bankruptcy to unwind, along with all the political ramifications it entails, not to mention the financial afterburn in the whole crypto market, very likely extending into and befouling the rest of the banking system. This is going to be a clusterfuck for the ages, and will propel the USA into a depression with no visible horizon.

I’ve heard it said: ” A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking real money”?
It’s not their money, and they spend it as such!

Are you talking about our investment industry,

        Or our government?

Wonder if Paul Pelosi has dealt with this jerk?

As John AZ would say, “Mob” rule!

The Frieds are part of a “cosa nostra”, as the Kagans are to the neocon wing.

Clearly what JFK and RFK feared, an unholy matrimony between organized crime and the US federal government. There can ge no going back nor any divorce because dealings this dirty always end with blood in the streets.

Of course, the guilty at the top can always toss a few unlucky losers into the fire to the squeals of the demented crowd, who, in the end, will return to their distractions and demented pastimes until the food runs out and they too are burned in the pyres of truth.

It must be getting to me because I am actually starting to enjoy it. Of course, I would love to be totally wrong and see some good old fashion justice served and the criminal scumbags who sold us out tried and punished, but I don’t think I can hold my breath that long.

          • hotaters November 18, 2022 at 6:12 pm #

Walter B, have you seen this? Worth mentioning here, and it’s related to what Mr. Kunstler is discussing here.

Few days ago, saw mention of Glen Beck interviewing Whitney Webb on his podcast. Discussion centered on her two new books, “One Nation Under Blackmail.” I’ve been reading her work since she was at Mint Press News, and assumed the books would be a compilation of her stories, with some new material. Appears they are far more than that. The sort of books you buy hard copies so you can highlight, make notes, tag pages etc. I may wait to read them after the holidays, as they will occupy many winter evenings. Not a lot of time to bury my nose in books the next six weeks.

Epstein was a money man; the Lolita Express and St James Island served to grease the money game and satisfy his own taste for teen girls. He did keep his game going for decades, unlike the FTX doofus.

Hoping JHK is right about everything. That is, except the hardship the people of the U.S. will suffer as a consequence of the monumental CF the banksters, politicians, et. al. have perpetrated on us.

They deserve to crash and burn. Sadly, they will probably take down a lot of us, along with them. Buckle up. The Establishment in the U.S. may have a day of reckoning soon. You can only screw over everyone and everything else in existence on your home planet before, sooner or later, it comes back to haunt you.

The sick part is, there are plenty of resources to go around so that eveyrone could prosper, eat, get their basic needs met, plus some. But the psychopaths and sociopaths in power will not allow it.

They have done everything in their power to enrich themselves at our expense. We have had the technology in existence to have virtually free and un-polluting energy for well over a hundred years.

        They poison everything they touch.

If I were not a person of faith, I don’t know what I would do. Watching them try to torch everything in existence, even their own kin, is disheartening. This evil cannot continue forever. It cannot and will not.

Go over to the CNBC site, home of “America’s leading business channel” — not one article, not one word about the FTX collapse; instead, upbeat reporting of the gay dating website Grindr’s IPO — it was successful! Pride flags lining Wall Street! FTX is yesterday’s news, Grindr is what’s happening today.

Everything you just said is what Tucker Carlson was saying Thursday and Friday night about the so-called main stream media news. He has taken to calling them the, “Dem Party
            Propaganda Whores.”

“ if you go on any of them ABC CBS CNBC MSDNC CNN It doesn’t matter. They’re all talking about the same thing and it’s almost Word for Word and none of it has anything to do with what is really important.

Like the largest financial fraud in world history. Which could drag everybody in our country right down the financial drain. And they are ignoring it because they are being told to ignore it. They will continue to ignore it until it cannot be ignored.”

      • hotaters November 18, 2022 at 6:11 pm #

If the U.S. topples, so will everything else tied to it. Which means the world economy will likely fail, too. Yes, buckle up, people!

The FTX cryptocurrency scam provides the clearest case for requiring the death penalty in cases of huge commercial fraud. It may not be a deterrent but it most certainly provides closure.

    • Disaffected November 18, 2022 at 10:39 am #

As the ArchDruid yoosed [sic, Q.’ism] to say, we’ve reached peak abstraction. No one understands any of this stuff well enough to effectively regulate it anymore, even assuming anyone actually wanted to. Too much money to be made to want to stop it.

      • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 12:37 pm #

I remember seeing a video where an interviewer stood outside some Wall Street firm asking workers there to explain derivatives to him.

        No one could.

And yet that firm was making billions selling them.

    • JohnAZ November 18, 2022 at 10:42 am #

I have always felt that the death penalty is too easy.

The people that deserve it need to suffer for years for what they have done.

IMHO, each one of the SOBs get their own cell dug in the town of Florence, CO, a room 8×8, with a toilet and a bed, period. Their sentence is life imprisonment until death without parole sitting in this cell, with no breaks, no outdoors, nothing. Think Edmund Dante’s. No outside communication, no appeal procedure, no lawyers,

By the time appeals processes are used up on death row inmates, the additional cost of maintaining these prisoners would be covered.

A fate worse than death, something they would deter them worse than suicide. Closure for the victims folks as they would know that the perp was getting a fate worse than death.

      • GreenAlba November 18, 2022 at 10:57 am #

The WEF’s promotions include a life with no privacy. So they should have no privacy. I vote for cages with a transparent, unbreakable, bomb-proof ‘wall’ so that those they have wronged can watch them any time they want. Free access. No privacy breaks – open viewing includes toilet non-breaks and bug meals.

Oh, and monthly quacksines or no bug burgers. Perhaps some will choose the Bobby Sands protocol, which is fine.

    • Bobby E November 20, 2022 at 12:43 pm #

Yes, closure and a, albeit brief, Bread & Circus. Until their blood runs, literally, none of this stops. Actually, it will only get worse due to the encouragement that no consequences represent. Paul Pelosi was a good start. Just the wrong spouse.

“A clusterfuck for the ages..” with a heaping helping of mastermindery.

G-20 recommends vaxx passports for unfettered movement.

The Biden regime likes the idea.

Only double-think can explain holding this idea and the open borders concept in your mind simultaneously.

Ooh, is that a syringe in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

#FJB and every partisan liar everywhere.

    • rudyspeaks November 18, 2022 at 9:46 am #

“open borders”… note that NEITHER (identical extremes of the ONE real) party ever allow the discussion about the gathering crowd on the Rio Grande to extend to its obvious question, “WhereTF did all these people come from?” Pulling up roots & emigrating is difficult enough when you’re being welcomed. These folks were terrified into escaping… by the US’s unchanging (no matter if D’s or R’s are running things), not-open-to-debate foreign policy. We are ruled by greedy criminals, whom we deal with, as victims of the American Public Education system, by “throw[ing] the bums out!” ‘Course, that means, in a supposed 2 party system, voting BACK the same losers we “threw out” 4 years earlier. Rinse and repeat. Nothing will change until WE do.

      • JohnAZ November 18, 2022 at 10:46 am #

Fox News is starting to use the word, Mob, to describe Biden and his family. The House is already starting an investigation into his Mob, their words, and the foreign Mobs they deal with.

Look no further than the southern border and its cartel outreach into the U.S., gentlemen. Then Ukraine, then China.

      • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 12:39 pm #

I’m more interested in where they go after they cross the border.

Sure you can watch them gather, you can watch them cross…..but then where do they go?

They seem to disappear. You never see them trudging down US highways the way they trudge down Mexico’s roads.

Someone is picking them up and distributing them.

        • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 12:41 pm #

I’m betting that a lot of those 2 million young men that “Biden” has welcomed over the border are beefing up the “Ukrainian” military now.

There are reports that the “Ukrainian” military has a lot of foreign languages spoken. Mostly Polish, but English and Spanish have also been heard.

          • BackRowHeckler November 18, 2022 at 1:04 pm #

Similar to the Spanish Republican Army 1936-1939.

          • BackRowHeckler November 18, 2022 at 1:04 pm #

            That army lost too.

          • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 4:19 pm #

True, BRH, but maybe the Union Army is more applicable here.

The foreigners in the Republican army were volunteers.

The Irish immigrants to the US who found themselves Shanghaied to the frontlines in the US Civil War were not as willing.

Central American dudes who got enticed to the US and all of a sudden find themselves on the frontlines in Ukraine might also be feeling duped.

        • Rain Waters November 18, 2022 at 2:46 pm #

trudging the ditches and sleeping the gutter is white boys territory. . . .how dare you even consider lawnboy greaseballs there

Not until the present system is destroyed. It’ll never allow itself to be “reformed” and will never allow a third party into the mix.

      • Jimpa November 20, 2022 at 7:33 am #

We don’t even rinse and repeat anymore. The is no rinse, and the same bums stay in forever.

      • Bobby E November 20, 2022 at 12:49 pm #

It’s not a matter of where they came from but where they expect to go. They expect, and will probably realize, endless free-shit for no work. None of them appear to be emaciated to the point of being Biafra refugees. On the contrary, they seem to be well fed and healthy. And to look that way they were working wherever they came from. But here they’ll get the same stuff they worked for there for free here.

    • U-731 November 18, 2022 at 10:40 am #

“Only double-think can explain holding this idea and open borders…”

Just watched a video on telegram of female soldiers being force-jabbed in both arms as they walk through a gauntlet of angry men fast-jabbing them in the shoulders.

Some passed out, foamed at the mouth or puked afterwards. They were told to shut up and move on.

This is what they want for the masses, those are just the lab mice.

Jim, i’m still waiting for Hitlery’s jail sentence. It should be any decade now. How about the Wiced Witch of the West, Nancy Pelosi who so royally fucked up her State of California along with Diane Feinstein and Gavin Newsom that see is now looking for property in Naples Florida.

People go to jail for insider trading but somehow, that doesn’t apply to CONgress?

This was all made possible by fossil fuels which is why we are seeing these layers of global complexities. One day this will all collapse but until then Hitlery and her ilk are still on the loose.

Look at all the motherfuckers who should have been sitting in a electric chair, instead died a peaceful death. War criminal, George Bush senior lived into his 90’s. His son is still walking free after destroying prosperous countries like Syria, Lybia, Iraq. Thanks to him, they are now certified shitholes with tens of millions dead. You have warmongers like Henry Kissinger still alive into his late 90’s.

George Soros is also into his 90’s and the list goes on. Sometimes making a pact with the Devil gets you a win in this life.

Yep, and at her judgment, that will be played back to her, because you’re either under the law or under grace, and she’s definitely not under grace, so under the law, she will be convicted by her own words and deeds.

The US is still occupying 30% of Syria and is stealing their oil and wheat.
70% of Syrians are “food insecure” (as they call it nowadays) while the US steals their wheat.
And has the nerve to go to the UN crying crocodile tears about the Big Bad Russians withholding wheat from the starving children of Africa, although Russia points out that the wheat from Ukraine is actually going to the EU, and that it is the US sanctions that are stopping Russia from selling its wheat to feed the starving children.

I am still waiting for the UN resolutions or EU sanctions against the US for stealing Syrian wheat and oil.

I’m still hearing the WW II narrative that the United States saved the world from Tyranny.

I can laugh about it , because near as I can tell , nobody outside of folks living in a bubble in North America or Western Europe buys a single word of that narrative.

The United States spends how much on education every year ?

Not uncommonly even your smaller colleges are themselves the size of small towns.

But seemingly no one actually reads a history book ?

Certainly they don’t read histories of Syria or Iran , Guatamala or El Salvador , Haiti or Congo.

  6. AKlein November 18, 2022 at 9:35 am #

JHK, years ago you averred that we are a wicked people and would deserve everything we would reap. Am I wrong about this (not that I disagree at all, by the way)? Well, now we are in “reap mode” where we now will pay for our sins. What sins, one might ask? The sins of not nipping this outcome in the bud years ago. I remember 30 or more years ago responsible people wondering what our country was going to be the outcome of the bad behavior the “managerial class” exhibited back then. Now we know. Remember the 1980s? That was when greed was declared good! When the “managerial class” decided that rules were just impediments to success. That was 40 years ago.

    • Alfred November 18, 2022 at 9:49 am #

Wow, now I wish I had discovered him 30 years ago, as it was about then I resigned myself to the same conclusion. Nippit in the bud. As I recall, many were afraid of right wing tyranny then, myself included. I do not wish to be subjected to any tyrant, left or right.

I’ve been wondering if it’s EVER been what it seemed. I’m leaning, “no.”

At the moment, I think the human race is collapsing on it’s own weight, and what we’re witnessing is an attempt to control it whilst it falls. There are those who are trying to survive it, and carve out something in the after. Are they evil or pragmatic?

Inertia is a force of nature.

    • JohnAZ November 18, 2022 at 10:59 am #

A basic problem about you post.

The people who “run” the law, the DOJ and judiciary are the people who should be “nipping it in the Bud”. Instead, they are part of the comes, promoting the scum who start up shit like this. When the news says that Madoff, Enron, FTX should have been shut down, the “shutters down” are right in there with the schemers.

I am talking about the Deep State! No just Dems either. Both sides are guilty as hell of manipulating the money machine and promoting the people doing the dirty work for them.

Watch and see, watch both sides of the aisle trying to escape the Hammer. Watch the AG, watch Christopher Wray. This is the same group that destroyed Trump and his administration. This FTX is small potatoes.

      • Frank Buttitch November 18, 2022 at 5:50 pm #

    • Mick November 18, 2022 at 11:49 am #

I would posit that we should go even further back than 40 years ago. How about to the 1930s when our grandparents, great grandparents, and in some cases great-great grandparents accepted the New Deal? And then the Great Society? The concept of getting something for nothing. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.

But then, I could argue that we should go back to 1913. That nonsense should’ve been met with forceful resistance. (Fed Reserve and then Income Tax being illegally ratified).

      • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 1:20 pm #

Yes, my grandparents and their children should have starved.

          good point

          • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 4:32 pm #

I have electricity still now due to the New Deal, which brought electrification to rural areas.

I also live near a beautiful national park, created by the CCC out of the denuded, overfarmed and mined Ozarks.

I have seen photos of it before they planted millions of trees to protect it.
The small farmers that we tend to lionize around here had cut down the trees and plowed the soil, which responded by creating huge gullies as it flowed down to the Mississippi River.
It was no longer usable for crops and the coal had all been dug out.
So the feds bought out the farmers and hired teenagers to plant trees and build trails.
Now it is astoundingly beautiful and the soil is kept in place on the slopes.

          • Mick November 18, 2022 at 6:14 pm #

There was a time when people would’ve rather starve than go into slavery.

Are you saying the New Deal is what fed them? I think many, many charities fed the starving people.

Did Social Security feed them? Was getting ball rolling in turning DC into the massive centralized behemoth that it is today feed them?

You actually make my point. Americans, such as yourself are weak and pathetic. But, nothing personal.

You’re just weak and pathetic. A modern American who would surrender freedom for a false security.

          • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 9:00 pm #

Apparently you don’t have a clue what the New Deal was.

But feel free to spout your meaningless Live Free or Die bullshit, just like the heroes in the comic books that you apparently learned history from.

          • Jarek November 19, 2022 at 1:00 pm #

Brava Paula! I too like some of the old Democratic policies. At their best, they approach National Socialism.

What is a settler but someone who killed every large animal for ten square miles and chopped down every tree for a quarter square mile?

We would have no wildlife at all if the Democrats hadn’t stepped in to stop using nature as a year round grocery.

But of course the snake in the grass of Communism was always lurking. Someone told FDR that one of his confidants was a known Communist. He told the guy to fuck himself. He knew but didn’t think it was that bad, though he said he himself wasn’t.

How very wrong he was. National Socialism has all the good points but crushes the head of the serpent.

          • Paula D November 19, 2022 at 5:07 pm #

Well, yes, Jarek, they used the power of the state to create public works by employing the workers desperate for work to create benefits for society as a whole.

Parks, electricity, bridges, post offices, libraries, tree planting, topsoil protection, fire fighting, artwork, concerts, canneries, plays, there is even a bandshell still in use in a local park by the river, in the floodplain. Most of the time it is still used for public concerts, just like the lodge built in the national park is still used for weddings and banquets.
They stopped the impoverishment of farmers by paying them for their food, which then went to hungry citizens, instead of being dumped on the ground.

I understand that Hitler did the same for Germany, except he did it without borrowing money from the bankers.
But the part where he used slave labor and started a war was the downside, and it’s a pretty big downside. I read a comment by a woman on facebook who said that her father lived in Dresden and was a Hitler supporter right up until Feb 1945. And then he wasn’t anymore.

Same with the US, who after WW2 decided to invest in the war machine and the security state instead of public works. Even the national highway system, a sort of public works, was detrimental to the health of society, since it involved destroying the existing public transportation system, and then destroying rural towns as well as the cities, and leading to the horrendous fragmented fossil-fuel dependent mess we are in today.

And now we are in the depths of depravity, where the public purse is used only for corporate profit and never for the public good.

Could fascism fix that? I have my doubts.

The concept of forceful resistance to a tyrannical unconstitutional government decree was tried way back in 1861 and failed and has never been tried since because the people of this country knew they were a captive populace of a government hostile to the constitution, in spite of all the lip service paid to it, and there was precious little they could do about it.

If you say Trump, then please tell us truthfully what has he provably done that is so worthy of hate?

He is a big, beautiful, orange middle finger to the establishment. He doesn’t apologize for what he is, he absolutely owns it. MAGA policies seem like such common sense it is mind boggling to think anyone would be so enraged by them. However, I have many family members that absolutely lose their shit anytime his name is even mentioned. They would vote for anything (obviously) other than MAGA at this point.

          • Mick November 18, 2022 at 10:59 am #

What was MAGA about throwing Steve Bannon over board during his first year in office, and make Jared Kushner and his very blonde daughter his main advisors?

What was MAGA about “Operation Warp Speed”?

And what is MAGA about STILL pushing the deadly clot shots?

The Trump presidency was a sad missed opportunity.

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner!

“… I have many family members that absolutely lose their shit anytime his name is even mentioned. They would vote for anything (obviously) other than MAGA at this point.” … and a short conversation would likely reveal that they had no in depth knowledge about any of the issues that Jim discusses.

Biden’s September 1st speech with a red background was all about activating TDS.

Jim Jordan strikes me as a fighter for the patriots, and I can’t think of a better fighter to go after all the abuse. But I am sad to report that I now believe that any findings of wrongdoing will be met by half the population with the same “no-brainer” response.

          • Night Owl November 18, 2022 at 4:28 pm #

Fair questions, Mick. As for Bannon, I think that can be chalked up to him not realizing just how deep the rot was. He certainly made mistakes.

The clot shot I cannot explain, but he says he is anti-mandate. DeSantis is no cleaner here, though he does appear to have repented.

There is no political solution, but Trump (perhaps DeSantis) is all we are getting.

The rest must come from the people.

          • Night Owl November 18, 2022 at 10:49 am #

Many were involved in killing this war criminal according to the Iranian government.

“On Wednesday, Iranian prosecutor Ali Alqasimehr claimed that a British security firm and an airbase in Germany had a hand in Soleimani’s assassination. Without providing evidence, he said that London-based security services company G4S played a role in the killing.”

You are not prepared for this.

          • Jarek November 18, 2022 at 12:50 pm #

Being an Iranian patriot is the same as being a war criminal to these people.

You need to try harder, Owl.

          • Paula D November 18, 2022 at 1:27 pm #

I think it was a US project. It only took one missile to blow up Soleimani, the Iraqi bigwig and the collateral damage on the airport road.

The Mini-Mes sometimes jump in and take part of the blame, to diffuse the US’s responsibility.

Remember when the US bombed the Syrian army guarding the airport to Del-Ezzor? They killed 100 of them. They were there to protect the runways so that Syria could fly in supplies for the ISIS-surrounded village.

The survivors testified that they saw the US planes bombing them. They thought at first that they were there to bomb ISIS, but then it became clear they were there to bomb the Syrian army.

Then they testified that ISIS fighters came in and laughed at them as they took over the airport.

Luckily, Russia was already involved and they sent bombers to kill ISIS and drive them out of the airport.

Anyway, it made a big scandal in some circles (not in the Mighty Wurlitzer) so Britain and France and some other country claimed that they were all involved.

Sure, dudes. You all sent bombers to one place for an hour.

            Nope. That was the US.

Make America Great Again goes against the programming of multiculturalism/diversity/marxism lite with which several generations have been indoctrinated, at last since the mid-80s, which is when it was introduced into our school system courtesy of Ronald Reagan. Trump represents old America, the America of the 80s before indoctrination. Look at some of the movies of that period and you’ll see what I mean. The generations of today have been indoctrinated and conditioned to hate everything Trump stands for by branding it with some epithet, and they’ve been conditioned like Pavlovian dogs to react certain ways to certain stimuli.

Re: “If you say Trump, then please tell us truthfully what has he provably done that is so worthy of hate?”.

I suspect it has to do with Trump being a Man-Child in regard to not having a very big vocabulary (due to dyslexia?), and letting words like “DeSantamonious” come out of his mouth.

Hey everyone, just to share a little something with you, you might like to check out Vaughan Williams’ 6th Symphony, which really seems to capture fully the mood and zeitgeist of the world we all now live in — even though it was composed during the early 20th century. You can check it out at Youtube. Start from the 2nd movement. Sounds almost like a musical depiction of the horrors of trench warfare. The quiet and eerie final movement has in turn been thought of by some as depicting a world left lifeless by a nuclear war. Very dark and depressing (and prophetic?) music.

    • megabeth November 18, 2022 at 11:47 am #

      Sounds uplifting.

    • Hereward the Woke November 18, 2022 at 1:54 pm #

I love Vaughan Williams. However, at the other end of the scale, he wrote so lovely music that will set the most troubled mind at ease. Try “A Lark Ascending” or “Fantasia on a Theme”. Their beauty reminds us of what is REALLY important at the end of the day.

    • Alzaebo November 18, 2022 at 5:08 pm #

Agreed. FTX is a trigger, a deliberate controlled collapse.

The Mortgage Meltdown had a deliberate trigger too, a $2 Trillion short of the ABS derivatives index.

One day to the next, nobody in the LIBOR casino knew what their bets were worth. Credit markets froze, the bloodstream stopped.

The Lockdown accomplished the same thing; rather than halting the bank’s overnite adjustments, they stalled the whole economy.

What I fear is a pension cascade, instead of a derivatives cascade.
The municipals will start delaying their bills.

      And voila!
The Fed Reserve announces a Fedcoin digital dollar.
The petrodollar has had its run.

“Coincidentally”, on the heels of this FTX disaster, the Fed has announced a “12 week CBDC program” as a trial run. This is the much anticipated ‘Digital Dollar’ for those who don’t know what CDBC is.
Central Bank Digital Currency. Doesn’t that have a nice ring to it? ‘Ol Andy Jackson is rolling in his grave.

All your favorite banks are a part of this ‘trial run’. Wells Fargo…Chase…Citibank…etc…

It’s all just so special! One would think there’s a plan.

    • Islander November 18, 2022 at 10:17 am #

I wonder what Tom Luongo will have to say about this.

James, can you get him on a podcast to provide some insight?

He has steadfastly opined that the US central banks are NOT on board with the CBDC and the WEF program.

Is it possible that they are now too scared not to get with the agenda?

OK, I am making a CASH DASH to the savings bank right now!!

      Cash Rules.

      • BuckeyeDoug November 18, 2022 at 10:30 am #

Islander – you raise a lot of good points. Regarding cash, isn’t the point to require CBDC to replace it? How long will the good ol’ greenback be viable?

        • Mick November 18, 2022 at 10:33 am #

I think if all goes according to plan, cash will not be viable by the end of next year.

We’ll see how the American……people react. I’m not hopeful.

          • MaryQueen November 18, 2022 at 11:06 am #

If you stand in a long supermarket queue, you will notice already how few of the sheep pay with cash. All they want is convenience. A CBDC will be right up their streets. However, on the positive side, if they come to pass, I see a massive alternative economy opening up. Could actually end up a good thing.

          • Ron Anselmo November 19, 2022 at 1:01 am #

They can’t pay with cash because they’re flat-ass broke. Some pay with credit cards – borrowing to buy groceries at interest – and some with EBT (debit) cards, loaded by US taxpayers.

Agreed on the alternative economy, as long as it can stay a “free market” – barter or otherwise – with an alternative currency that has “value”.

      • gustafson.robert.22 November 18, 2022 at 10:32 am #

A finance op run by whom? The CIA?

If so, I’m sure the Fed and the CIA never collude on anything.

          • Mick November 18, 2022 at 10:44 am #

Well, there’s even a higher chance of collusion between Goldman Sachs and the Fed than the CIA and the Fed.

          • Mick November 18, 2022 at 10:46 am #

It is the New York branch of the Fed that is primarily behind the CBDC. It is the one that is doing this ‘pilot program’.

          • gustafson.robert.22 November 18, 2022 at 11:59 am #

The idea on his cast was that FTX as a company might have been designed by trad finance players to delegitimize non bitcoin crypto and suck money out of that market too.

Also to launder Dem money, and possibly include Davos digital currency strategizing as well.

            No Fed or CIA though.

Alfred – I’ve been wondering if it’s EVER been what it seemed. I’m leaning, “no.”

Ah, slowly slowly the informed people creep towards the answer. Why do the 50-60s generations believe theirs was a unique, mythical period of ethics and morailty in th USA?

Go back and read why the mexican war was opposed, what twain was really saying about post civil war corrupt politics, why the progressive movement flourished, what mencken, butler, et al remarked about post ww1 society.

And then magically, everything was perfect and fair, that is until viet nam and the endless mena wars that have now transitioned to russia. Eisenhowers warning speech anyone?

I guess I’ll keep saying it: until you finally accept that this period is not unique nor special, you will be forever locked into a chamber of denial, anger and depression. Only you can choose to finally embrace the truth and be free.

Once there, you will see this is all a silly sideshow. The big tent is prepping overshoot, depletion and degradation as the featured act. Already, dress rehearsals are underway in ukraine to contest who will control the globes last great stores.

Each coin is encrypted and essentially to own it you either have to break the encryption or purchase it from someone who already has.

What a bizarre game. Is anything useful ever constructed or built?

The Starship Enterprise went to a planet where war was conducted humanely by means of war game. After every battle, so many civilians would go to execution chambers to fulfill the quota of deaths the game had decreed.

The war had been going on for centuries….

I believe that business schools teach that a “legitimate” business plan is to drive Ponzi schemes into bankruptcy and to take their “share” after suffering the punishment for their activity.

It is all power, requires large reaches of rich and powerful people.

It also requires the absolute stupidity of the people duped by the investment schemes, a situation widely discussed on this blog.

BTW, anyone notice the similarity between Bankman-Fried’s little Caribbean empire and Jeff Epstein?

As Madoff said, he did nothing that the Fed didn’t do. And Bank Man could say the same. Why should one group of criminals have a monopoly on preying on the American people?

As you know, the Fed is just a consortium of European/American banks and bankers. Why discriminate against younger Tribesmen?

I agree Mary. No doubt their super-duper-smart parents are devout atheists who encouraged their kids to believe there was no such thing as right or wrong and only they had the right to set rules for their own lives. So what if it destroyed other people and was based on lies? Part of nihilism is the premise there’s no such thing as truth. In my experience Atheists are either solid ” Get Tough on Crime ” types , or perpetual social justice warrior types , or both.

Which is to say that in their world view typically whether you chose coffee or bottled water is a moral issue.

Right and wrong is something they never tire of parsing.

The trouble comes in when you ask WHERE / BASED ON WHAT this right and wrong ?

They will tell you that creeds also are subject to evolution .

No jaywalking , and fishing licenses , evolved because they were conducive to the welfare of the species.

Of course theories like ; sociopaths tend to rise to the top , do not fit this greater good evolutionary sceme.

As likewise they certainly at least are no improvement on theology when they preach the greater good , when they could have accomplished the greater good just as well by going to work at Burger King.

Instead they spend thousands of dollars of other people’s money so they can get college degrees , so they can practice anything but altruism in their own lives.

They preach altruism and the greater good , but they want themselves paid 25 to 300 dollars an hour to preach it.

What an excellent breakdown of the FTX scandal, James, thank you! And how can you miss with an opening quote by CJ Hopkins?

Woke Jacobin turpitude – the most apt descriptor for the architects of this absolute clusterfuck.

Was it all orchestrated in order to bring down/rein in bitcoin and other crypto, and also help to collapse our system of currency at the same time? Or, perhaps, the scheme was caught in time before it was able to fulfill its mission? I can’t wait to hear more as it unfolds.

A stoner 20-something shlub at the helm is the cherry on top of this. They don’t even try any more with their scapegoat junior generals, do they?

Again, that’s the real story being chronicled in the Old Testament, a repeat over and over of Israel versus Judea.

A race war between half- breeds.
Racial purity was never the point; the function is access to desirable breeding stocks, with which to replenish or harvest.

A nomadic herdsman culture versus a landed farmer’s culture.

Before the Adam/Eve story, was “Inanna prefers the farmer.”

(Adam/Eve are Duzumid/Ninil, the polytheistic Abraham’s pantheon, Semitic male over Aryan female.)

Inanna represents the vied after Aryan breeding stock.   Here the Aryan farmer Enkimdu and the Semitic shepherd Dumuzid vie for her hand.

Enkimdu’s naive good nature leads to Dmumzid “gathering the bride.” This is reflected in the annual Akkadian “divine marriage” rite, reenacting crafty Duzumid’s victory over unwitting Enkimdu.

(Sargon of Akkad and the Semitic kings commanding the loyalties of Aryan Benjamites- Esther was probably one, pimped out to Haman, then Xerxes- are the Snake in the Garden story.)

          • Alzaebo November 18, 2022 at 6:10 pm #

Credit for this goes to Mark Brahmin of theapolloniantransmission(dot)com, under “The Cult of the Bride Gatherers”.

Extensive semantic study of storytelling as “esoteric moralizing” (hidden messages using the emotive power of morality, not reason.)

            Culture war; war without weapons.
None could match the weaponry of the very people who invented metals.
Wit, guile, rumour, and then literacy became the weapon of choice in securing the highest prize in the known universe: Aryan females.

Properly read, Esau is the larger Aryan-descent demographic. Even the God was outwitted to win a Covenant.

The story of Cain and Abel, in which God prefers Abel’s offerings of animals from the flocks to Cain’s offering of agricultural products, is another example.

Some passages in the Old Testament seem to be asserting the superiority of pastoralists versus agriculturists–or the divine preference for pastoralists over agriculturists. Here and there, the Bible rejects the idea of eating cakes made from grains–a dainty food item enjoyed by the Canaanites.

One of my neighbors out here in the country is convinced that God intended for people to be pastoralists and to eat a diet of mostly meat and dairy–and that the Bible says so. He has experimented with cows and goats, and has recently moved on to raising sheep. He’s doing interesting stuff in the way of land restoration and rotational grazing. He also occasionally presents (on Facebook) the math supporting his ability to produce a heck of a lot of high-quality calories per acre with grazing animals.

He’s a fundamentalist Christian of a very deep dye. Nice guy with some odd beliefs.

Yes. It’s all done with computers and servers. I don’t know the details enough to really break it down, but it does use a huge amount of electricity. I’m sure you can find a tutorial on YT, or somewhere on the net that explains it.

        Matthew 25: 14-30

        The Parable of the Talents
14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his property. 15 To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. 16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. 17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. 18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money. 19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.[c] You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’ 23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Jarek: If you never invest, you never make a wrong investment! Ditto with voting…..

Of course the parable presupposes a valid system. There may well be times to be bury the coin. The Shaw brothers fled Communist China, leaving their gold in the ground. They worked as cooks in Hong Kong. Then one foggy night they rowed back to retrieve it. No more cooking. They open their movie studio and made martial arts movies.

But of course Christ’s parable remains true at a deeper level and in general.

“But the one great shocking occasion, when tens or hundreds or thousands will join with you, never comes. That’s the difficulty. If the last and worst act of the whole regime had come immediately after the first and smallest, thousands, yes, millions would have been sufficiently shocked—if, let us say, the gassing of the Jews in ’43 had come immediately after the ‘German Firm’ stickers on the windows of non-Jewish shops in ’33. But of course this isn’t the way it happens. In between come all the hundreds of little steps, some of them imperceptible, each of them preparing you not to be shocked by the next. Step C is not so much worse than Step B, and, if you did not make a stand at Step B, why should you at Step C? And so on to Step D.”

“To live in this process is absolutely not to be able to notice it—please try to believe me—unless one has a much greater degree of political awareness, acuity, than most of us had ever had occasion to develop. Each step was so small, so inconsequential, so well explained or, on occasion, ‘regretted,’ that, unless one were detached from the whole process from the beginning, unless one understood what the whole thing was in principle, what all these ‘little measures’ that no ‘patriotic German’ could resent must some day lead to, one no more saw it developing from day to day than a farmer in his field sees the corn growing. One day it is over his head.”

Yep. Things will simply continue till they no longer can, getting grubbier around the edges with each passing week. Then one day, we’ll wake up and reality will be knocking at the door. The good news – if there is such a thing – is that all the schemers will be just as much under the rubble as the rest of us. No-one gets out of this alive.

I agree. Every affront, supposedly the line in the sand, is followed by an even greater one. The elites and the media gaslight and mock you as they tell you that there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, that the PATRIOT Act and surveillance state are here to protect your freedom, that there is no international pedophile ring and Epstein hung himself, that the “vaccines” are necessary, safe and effective, etc.

I don’t see anything changing any time soon, except the composition of the country via mass genocide of the Remnant and their replacement with rootless, third-world peasants. The last group in this country with any claim to or support of the traditional republic is being intentionally killed off and replaced. The deplorables were very problematic to the regime. Fear not, they will be gone soon, and before they are gone, they have gamed the election system, so they will have no power and just sit and seethe until it is their turn to die.

Yes, every day my husband tells me the NPR propaganda of the day and I tell him what’s going on in the internet world I inhabit.

Today NPR was quite worried about beer in Qatar and children being forbidden to be mutilated in Alabama.

I told him today’s CFN post. He hadn’t heard a word about the connections involved.

It will be buried like the pipelines destruction, which was also not mentioned on NPR until a couple of days after and then buried.

“rules are for the little people” is not some oversimplification or banal maxim.

Just read the host’s and the countless online investigations into the FTX criminal enterprise, but don’t stop there, red on about Burisma and Hunter, but keep on going and research Paul Pelosi’s incredible stock picking record, and if still unsated read on about McConnell’s wife’s….

““rules are for the little people” is not some oversimplification or banal maxim.”

      More or less.

Which is why we need to try to understand if there is a true “clash of the titans” as opined by Tom Luongo, when it comes to imposing the globalist agenda, esp. when it comes to money.
If so, this is war by another name.
And wars have always been fought by the big guys, not the little guys. The deaths of the latter will be more indirect than in, say, Ukraine.

      • Jarek November 18, 2022 at 1:37 pm #

Not the little guys? The little guys are the pawns that do the actual fighting and dying for the most part.

I suppose if the little guys can just realize they are pawns and not identify with any of it, they are somewhat innocent. And of course if they believe the cause if just – like the dupes who stormed Normandy Beach – they are not only innocent, but heroic. But a higher heroism is to See and not participate and face the music from the Masters and their minions.

        • Edge Lord November 18, 2022 at 1:52 pm #

Islander, I do not think wars are fought by the big guys. I think they are created by, funded by, and planned by the “big guys”but are actually fought on the battlefields by the little people.
The exception to this may be low-level crime lord turf wars where the people in-charge actually have skin in the game. Real skin and not merely money, reputation and political positioning.

Jarek, recruiting numbers support your last point. Even with the introduction of an Eyepatch McCain specifically designed by the MIC to appeal to the young naive “operator” worshippers. Dying in pointless wars for the elites just isn’t cool and neither is Eyepatch McCain and his cheesy action recruitment movies.

Have you seen the Alex Stein video where he confronts Crenshaw? Crenshaw tried to grab the mike but Stein is faster. Stein mocks him for being so slow, “I thought you were in the special forces. You’re so slow and small, Dan.”

His final words, “You’re a dwarf”.

To be fair, special forces guys are mostly on the smaller side. Small and medium sized guys can take more punishment and are stronger pound for pound.

But certainly Crenshaw is a dwarf, mentally speaking.

My vast fortune is being funneled into meager groceries, the electric bill, lawn care, insurance premiums and new tires for the car. The local news (run out of Sherman, TX by a bunch of extremely entertaining newspeople) had some real numbers on inflation we’re facing:

    eggs — up 43%
    butter — up 25%
    beef — up 18%

You can trust your lyin’ eyes at the grocery store or Biden and Wall Street telling us it’s a mere 7 to 8%.

“Shrink-flation” is becoming a weekly event at the grocer’s. Almost all manufacturers seem to uniformly shrink their brands at the same time.

    • Woodchuck November 18, 2022 at 12:28 pm #

What to do with the remainder of your fortune? I’d advise trading for a little old shack in the country with a barn, a shed, and maybe a small woodlot. Use wood for heating, including your kitchen stove. Stop with the lawn care, you won’t have neighbors next door to complain about your yard to start with. Gas once used for lawn mowing will now be going in rototillers instead for making okra, corn, and tomatoes in your back yard. Forget about the price of eggs, you need only to be concerned about the price of chicken feed for the henhouse. Forget about beef for the time being. Backyard hogs are easier for makin’ bacon, and you can possibly trade pork for butter and beef.

Also no more playing golf, watching tv, driving to Dollywood, or arguing in CFN’s forum with rednuts etc. No time for that anymore. You won’t be needing new tires because the only driving you’ll be doing will happen one day out of the week when you co-ordinate with neighbors on a trip to town in a small truck. You’ll come back with sacks of animal feed, used tools, maybe some lumber, etc. All other traveling will happen no faster than 45 mph on a small 200 cc motorbikes via bad roads with potholes. Forget about flying anywhere, the skies will be quiet.

That’s kind of what I’m seeing. I’m fixing rototillers chain saws and building sheds.

” All of a man’s problems stem from the inability to sit quietly in his own room (or shack).”

I’m predicting that small motorcycles and sex will still be in good supply during the Long Emergency. Sex will keep you happy in your room with your partner/mate – for a while – and the motorbikes will solve the problems of being restless and bored while sitting quietly at home.

          • John001 November 19, 2022 at 5:41 am #

Don’t motorbikes also go electric by 2050? Just wondering.

Also in the UK some surgeons call motorcyclists ‘kidney donors’.

I prefer to travel on four wheels, when I can’t walk or get a train or bus. My 80 mpg, driving a 2008 diesel Skoda seems as economical as a motorbike and a lot safer. How do I do it? Fairly easy: moderate speeds, hypermiling techniques and not much driving in congested cities.

The 1940s Citroen 2CV car would be even more economical than a modern 1250 kg car, if it was re-designed for an energy-scarce 21st.C (it only weighed 500 kg.) If our elite wanted to preserve basic personal travel, they’d have gone down the smaller vehicles + synthetic fuels route, I’m almost sure.

But they didn’t. So I assume they don’t want us travelling at all.

          • Woodchuck November 19, 2022 at 12:16 pm #

@ John001 – Right now, diesel is very expensive and the supply of it in the future for personal transport might be a problem. In times of shortages, diesel must first go for farming, barges, trains, ships etc. Only whatever is left after that will be available for personal use. If diesel consumption isn’t controlled or rationed in some way, we might all starve to death.

By 2050, there won’t be any petroleum available to support the popular automobile culture we’ve constructed. I’m predicting fuel will still be available for high mpg motorbikes, rototillers, chainsaws, small construction equipment etc. But forget about driving everywhere in automobiles as we do today. The world will be a *much* larger place in 2050, Traveling 100 miles to go visit someone will be the same sort of adventure as traveling many thousands of miles today.

It takes a lot of resources and energy to build a car, resources that won’t exist in the future. With a small motorbike, not so much. There’s *far* less metal, plastic, and rubber involved in building a bicycle or a simple small 250cc motorbike. It’s what I saw in Germany in the mid 50’s, and it’s the lifestyle Germany is heading back to as their new self imposed Morgenthau plan is being implemented . The Germans brought this lifestyle upon themselves in the 40’s, and they didn’t recover untill the 70’s when the car culture came back to Europe with a vengeance and **cked everything up a second time. Hitler’s dream of autobahns and a VW in every driveway became reality. And Hitler’s dreams sucked and ended in failure – as will “modern” Germany.

          • Woodchuck November 19, 2022 at 12:39 pm #

            @ John001 – about motorbike safety.

I know and have known a lot of bikers, and many of them drive recklessly or used to in their youth – and I was one as well. I’d never ride like that again, as I’m too old to be sliding along pavement or into trees or guard rails in my 70’s.

I follow some motorbike vloggers on you tube. One calling herself “itchy boots” has traveled over 100,000 kilometers in some 38 different countries and through some dangerous areas. She’s had some spills of course, that’s inevitable, but no serious accidents. It can be done safely for people using common sense and obeying all traffic laws. Such travel will be even more safe in the future as all the idiots and incompetent drivers currently on the roads will be removed in the future.

          • Woodchuck November 19, 2022 at 1:25 pm #

One more at John001 and I’ll shut up about motorcycles.

It was England that gave birth to the fast sportbike culture in the 1950’s with state of the art Brit made bikes called “cafe racers”. Back in the day when English mods vs. rockers commotions and riots made the news everywhere. Teenage British hooliganism! There was news in US newspapers about British motorcycle bad boys clad in black leather jackets riding and racing at top speed from one cafe to the next in the loop around London. The Ace Cafe was the favorite spot for the “Rockers” to hang out. British motorcycle technology was about the best in the world from the very beginning until Japan moved in and took over the market completely.

Asia has a lot more small motorbikes on the road than we do here in the West. It’s probably that way because it’s all many people can afford as to motorized transport. If we manage to wreck our industrialized economies here in the West, we’ll be on various forms of two wheeled transport because nothing else will fit into our meager budgets.

When I was in Catholic school, some of our teachers were nuns from the Sisters of Mercy outfit. All I can say about these nuns is they had little Mercy in them, and the only thing good about their outfits is they wore stuff that clicked and clacked as they were walking down the halls, sometimes with a sharp ear you could hear one coming before they acutally arrived, sort of like having a bell placed on a cat so that potential prey get a warning before getting pounced on.

          • Anthea November 20, 2022 at 7:34 pm #

I never went to Catholic school, though I’ve heard many accounts of nuns being very harsh with kids.

This always seems odd to me, as I went to a public elementary school (K-6) where every classroom was a SILENT classroom. One of my teachers once gave me a note to carry to another teacher on the third floor. I walked through most of the school, and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The teachers rarely had to resort to harsh punishments to achieve this. You might have to stand in the corner or stay in from recess. There was this one really difficult kid who was frequently put in solitary (in the cloak room). I only recall one kid ever getting spanked during my elementary school years.

I wonder why the nuns had so much trouble?

        • Anthea November 19, 2022 at 12:11 am #

          @ Jarek:

The business of doing stuff is absorbing, fascinating, and creative: building stuff, cutting firewood, growing vegetables, hunting deer and other game. None of these things are just mundane chores–just a cooking is endlessly fascinating to the cook. You imagine there is nothing much to know.

Soapmaking is a good example of a seemingly mundane business of mixing fat with lye water and stirring it up, but it is actually endlessly fascinating. There are probably about a hundred fatty acids, each with its own particular properties. Some have special benefits for skin and hair. A skilled soapmaker develops a soap recipe with a fatty acid profile that is as nearly perfect as possible and selects a superfat percentage that is best for the soap’s intended use. She may include herbs, resins, extracts, or essential oils for their particular benefits. She may substitute goat milk or other milks for water. She may choose to use KOH instead of NaOH for certain applications.

You master those areas of knowledge before you can even start nibbling at the edges of creativity in the way of colors, shapes, and fragrances.

To do the superficially simple task of making soap and doing it well, you need to be a chemist (at least in a small way), an herbalist, a perfumer, and an artist in both colors and the plastic arts.

And if you plan to sell that stuff, you’d better be a decent photographer, graphic artist (for packaging), and web designer. And presumably like any normal person, you can create an Excel spreadsheet and file a Schedule C.

You are like that idiot politician Bloomberg, who said, “I could teach anybody, even people in this room, to be a farmer. It’s a process. You dig a hole, you put a seed in, you put dirt on top, add water, up comes the corn.”

You are not even at the level of Jethro, in that you can’t do anything at all.

          • Jarek November 19, 2022 at 1:35 pm #

Yes, that’s all fine – for you. Every level is infinite on its own plane, right? You love matter and are exploring its possibilities. A vaisya or producer in the Vedic system.

You even corrupt Christianity to fit this, making Matter or “Mary” into the plenum or primordial matter of the Matrix. Then you smile at church as you sing hymns that you don’t believe in. To me you more like the Minotaur in the Maze, though he was male (unlike most classical monsters!).

Christianity is not pantheism but rather panENtheism. The physical universe is not God in itself, but rather an “incarnation” of God – His (Her or It is fine too – but NOT in Christianity) lowest aspect, Malkuth in the Kabbalah. The most far flung emanation. To create, He had to withdraw Himself you see; to create a void. So all of creation, the many worlds and realms, is all a relative absence of Substance. You and your ilk attribute Substance to the lowest of things, mere matter. There is almost no Substance here at all….

How did you get it so wrong!

What I just gave you is a Treasure worth more than this very world. Don’t say I only hate you. Never say that!

          • Woodchuck November 19, 2022 at 1:47 pm #

Ah, soap and soap making, and real soap vs. fake synthetic soap. I became a fan long ago of Dr. Bronner’s soaps made from various types of oils. Organic gardeners use Dr. Bronner’s peppermint soap as a very mild but effective organic pesticide. Bugs hate peppermint. I started using it back in the 70’s when I was a backpacking hippie, it’s a totally biodegradeable soap that doesn’t pollute a stream you are bathing in. It ain’t cheap, but a little goes a very long way.

Hillbillies around here used to make their own soap in the 1800’s. They had lots of wood ashes available for making lye, and plant and animal oils were available from local sources. Or you used lard from your own hogs for making soap. People had time for these activities in the 1800’s because they didn’t have tv, phones, or computers. My guess is that I would have been a lazy hillbilly and if I couldn’t buy soap from somebody somehow, I’d just stink.

          • Anthea November 20, 2022 at 12:23 pm #

            @ Jarek:

The material, created world is the Body of Christ. Your job here is to manifest heaven on earth, within your small sphere, using whatever comes to hand. There are many ways to do this. Your daily life offers such opportunities every minute of every day, and these opportunities will often be the most humble of duties: You could take out the trash and wash the dishes, for example. You will have these opportunities in your daily human contacts, in which you can do as St. Francis advises:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
            where there is hatred, let me sow love;
            where there is injury, pardon;
            where there is doubt, faith;
            where there is despair, hope;
            where there is darkness, light;
            where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

You can hardly be around people at all without having some occasion to put some of these precepts into action.

I used to tell my kids that whenever they took their car into the shop, they should be sure to inquire about Bill’s kids and grandkids, where he went on vacation, etc. When I went with my youngest daughter to pick up her bogus car inspection–arranged by my buddy Mike–I reminded her to ask about his garden and his new table saw. In other words, be sure to treat people like people and not like things or conveniences. This is an especially good lesson for a high school kid, who may be a little fearful of the older folks and expect them to be harsh or disapproving. So my daughter duly asked about Mike’s new table saw and saw his eyes light up with pleasure. She saw that he was flattered that she–even though she was a mere kid–was interested in him and his doings, and that she saw him as a person.

So there is that kind of work to be done in this sphere, to manifest heaven on earth. You can probably do it at Walmart.

The purpose of the work you do in life is likewise a means or opportunity to manifest heaven on earth, as it is by this means that you provide physical necessities, and thus perform the corporeal works of charity: feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, clothing the naked, visiting the sick and imprisoned, and burying the dead.

Your work offer an opportunity to manifest beauty, as with the various arts and crafts. The manifestation of beauty of earth is the touch of the beatific vision.

Neglect of your vocation in relation to material things and the material world–and of course the mere fact that you are present in this material world is proof that you have work to do here–is irreverence. It is irreverence for the Body of Christ.

            Ya’ dummy.

          • Jarek November 20, 2022 at 12:48 pm #

The World is the Body of Christ? Not according to any legitimate theology I’ve ever heard. That would be just more of your Wiccan pantheism, you heretic.

There are many paths. I don’t deny the legitimacy of what you talk about. Physical beauty is important for some, for others it is not. One Saint was asked by a friend about the famed stations of the Cross statues in his church. He replied he had never looked at them.

The real Gardens are above. Your beautiful gardens here have helped you to forget that. The name for that is Idolatry. Enjoying the paltry beauty here is fine, but it should be used to help us remember the greater beauties to come and the ultimate Beauty – his Face.

            @ Woodchuck:

Lard soap is actually excellent–very gentle on the skin. But most serious soapmakers prefer to mix it up a little on the oils, because plain lard soap doesn’t produce a very good lather. Hardly anyone makes lye from wood ashes any more, as there is no easy way to tell the strength of the resulting lye water, so your soap could be lye-heavy–or it could not have enough lye. Those old “granny” soaps of former times were often lye-heavy.

Nowadays, we have online lye calculators, one of which is SoapCalc, to tell you how much lye to use. And you don’t have to wonder about the strength of store-bought lye.

The type of lye obtained from wood ashes is KOH (potassium hydroxide) lye. KOH produces a very soft soap, and granny soapmakers often added quite a bit of salt to it, to harden it into bar form. But KOH soaps are much better for skin than NaOH (sodium hydroxide) soaps, which is what most people make. NaOH soaps are still much better for skin that syndet (synthetic detergent) bars.

You use KOH to make liquid soaps. (You can’t make a decent liquid soap with NaOH; you get what is known as “snot soap.”) I’ve never checked, but I assume that Dr. Bronners is a KOH soap.

Almost any KOH soap will clear up acne. (You should also use an exfoliating cloth or glove.) Most acne is caused by using syndet “soaps,” which are very harsh and drying, and the resulting dry skin clogs pores. Most dandruff and other scalp problems are caused by using syndet shampoos; they are too harsh and drying.

Did you ever see an old photograph from the 1800s or early 1900s of someone with acne?

Soap really isn’t that difficult or time-consuming to make. If you want to make a lard soap, go to the SoapCalc website, choose the Recipe Calculator tab, and go from there. Lard makes a very good liquid soap too. You just make it with KOH instead of NaOH and dilute with water. You can choose KOH in SoapCalc to get the recipe. Some drain cleaners are pure NaOH lye, and you can buy them at most hardware stores. (Check the label.) You’d have to order KOH online.

If you want a fragrance, add your favorite essential oil. The correct amount (or at least the maximum recommended amount) is almost always 5% of the finished product. If you want color and you don’t want to buy mica colorants, you can use food coloring. There are also herbs that work, like turmeric or paprika, which you probably have in your kitchen. The main trouble with food coloring is that some of the colors change in soap, so you may not get the color you expected. Botanical colorants almost always fade, and also sometimes change in soap. The main way they change is to disappear altogether.

            @ Jarek:

We are ourselves manifestations of the the Divine in the microcosm. Jesus said so more than once. We are co-creators.

The purpose of the sacraments is to inform us of the divinity that resides in ordinary material things. This has in fact been called the true “inwardness” of Christianity.

You seem quite determined to avoid doing as you are commanded: to perform the corporeal works of mercy–which is often merely our daily work–and to show forth the Divine in all our doings. Jesus himself changed water into wine, fed the multitude with bread and fishes, healed the sick, and blessed ordinary food and drink with his Real Presence.

You denigrate God’s creation by not acknowledging its divinity.

            @ Jarek:

Actually, the Parable of the Talents, which you recently quoted, contradicts your stated views on this matter.

The lesson there is that you ought to be up and doing.

I’m puzzled by your resistance to…um…getting up off your ass. There are many possibilities that might incline a person this way. Some people have grossly dysfunctional families, which can make it difficult for them to engage with other people. They have had only negative behaviors modelled for them. Some people are autistic to some degree–in other words, they have neurological damage. Some people have some disability or deformity that has caused them to be ostracized or otherwise ill-treated. Like, maybe you are a hunchback or something.

Yes, finally, some peace and quiet! I started bicycling again during the beginning of the covid scam, and enjoyed the empty streets. What I loved seeing more than anything else was riding my bike around and pedaling through some older neighborhoods with smaller and older homes and seeing children outside riding bikes and playing ball instead of being in school. Growing up, I could only enjoy freedom in summer – yet these kids were enjoying themselves outside during what had been regular school hours. They were supposed to have been locked up inside and not allowed out – but it seems there were enough parents around here that saw through the scam and didn’t tolerate locking up children indoors.

          • Anthea November 20, 2022 at 7:59 pm #

The only time I saw lots of kids on the streets in the nearby town was when a tornado struck part of the town, knocking out both the electricity and the water tower for a couple of weeks. No electricity meant no TV, so they went outdoors rather than sit around in the dark with nothing to do.

Here’s something I will be watching today:

Cory Booker asks for leniency for Theranos fraudster Elizabeth Holmes: Booker argued to U.S. District Judge Edward Davila that Holmes was a “thoughtful” and philanthropic individual who wants to “make a difference in the world” and asked for a “fair and just sentence.”

Apparently, Holmes’ tiny, little $9-billion swindle is no longer a big deal. I hope this Steve Jobs wannabe wears wears her signature black turtleneck to court today.

It might have been psychotic behavior, or it might have been a simple marketing tactic. She saw that men were taken more seriously than women and she concluded that it was because of their voices. So, she tried to emulate it.

          • malthuss November 19, 2022 at 1:10 am #

            Branding, the jobs like sweater.

The lawyers said prison time was unnecessary to deter future wrongdoing, calling the 38-year-old Holmes a “singular human with much to give” and not the robotic, emotionless “caricature” seen by the public and media.
“No defendant should be made a martyr to public passion,” the lawyers wrote. “We ask that the court consider, as it must, the real person, the real company and the complex circumstances surrounding the offense.”

Holmes founded Theranos in 2003 at age 19, before dropping out of Stanford University. Theranos was once valued at $9 billion, and Forbes magazine in 2015 estimated Holmes’ net worth at $4.5 billion.

In early 2019, Holmes became engaged to William “Billy” Evans, a 27-year-old heir to Evans Hotels,[119] a family-owned group of hotels in the San Diego area.

In mid-2019, Holmes and Evans reportedly married in a private ceremony.[121][122]

Holmes and Evans have not directly confirmed whether the two are legally married, and several sources continue to refer to him as her “partner” rather than her husband.[123][124] The couple live in San Francisco.[120] Holmes gave birth to a son in July 2021.[124] In October 2022, weeks before her sentencing hearing, it was reported she was pregnant again.[125

A YouTube video demonstrates how Holmes avoids blinking her eyes for minutes a time when she is lying. This is a telltale sign of a sociopath. Apparently, Holmes doesn’t blink too much.

        • MaryQueen November 18, 2022 at 8:34 pm #

That’s very simplistic. Actually, what interrogators look for in any individual (since it’s bullshit that blinking means lying, or fidgeting means you are being disingenuous, etc. across the board, it’s more unique to each individual) are patterns in behavior. Say someone is being interrogated for 4 hours. They will map the person’s behavior and get a baseline for tics or behavior they display when obviously agitated, aggressive, lying, etc.

It’s annoying when people sound so cocksure that blinking or moving one’s eyes a certain way = lying. Nope. Everyone is different.

As a child in the 50’s, I experienced tv in its infancy period. I vaguely remember a show called “Space Cadets”, a science fiction show for kids. And there was Buck Rogers flying off in rockets and having space adventures.

But there was one sci-fi movie I saw on tv that truly scared me and gave me nightmares years later. It was “Quatermass II” if I remember right. The plot was something like ;there are small football sized meteorites sent from aliens falling all over the place in Britain. People pick them up and they pop open, put a mark on you, and then you are under alien control. These controlled people conspire with each other and build and operate a huge industrial facility with the aim of growing some strange alien creatures in a factory. These giant creatures growing under domes plan to destroy humanity and take over the planet, using humans to accomplish their aims. At the last moment in the film, the domes are blown up and you get to see the monsters. They look like gigantic octopuses or something squirming around out there in the wreckage. Scared heck out of me back in ’56 or ’57.

If Icke were preaching these sorts of things, no one would need to ban him.

David Icke. He makes a lot of sense about a lot of things – the coming-out of the world government and everything related to that.

Then he goes and talks about lizard people…

So, regarding Icke, I think one – or both – of two things:

            1) What he says about the grand plans of our overlords is true – but everyone will think you are crazy if you agree, because: lizard people, (making Icke one of the most devout of the false prophets, preaching out here in stoniest soil of the wilderness) and/or

            2) The dinosaurs were smarter than we give them credit for (look at the size of that head on T-Rex!), and not all of them died when they sang into being a coronal mass ejection and aimed it at the Yucatan (meteorite schmeteorite) to knock out those Lemurian proto-lemurs on the opposite side of the planet.

We are watching as the global evildoers are being taken down.

At least, I hope so. I hope that it isn’t true that Putin is in on the game.
That would be one of those horrible plot twists I really hate.

The sheriff finally arrives and the woman sighs with relief and runs out to be saved, and it turns out he is with the bad guys.

          • Blackbird November 18, 2022 at 9:38 pm #

Paula, I fear the rodents of intuition are gnawing away at the foundation of your trust of Putin – as they did to me.

I am convinced (not that that matters to anyone but me…) that Vlad is – like everyone else – on the bad side. But he is undoubtedly the most badass of the bad guys. And I am still hoping someone will send me a t-shirt with a bare-chested Putin riding a bear bare-backed (Christmas is coming!).

As far as the Ukraine war is concerned, I think Russia was in the right to intervene to protect/annex Donetsk and Luhansk against the criminal puppet mafia in Kiev. And I think the Ukraine is an artificial “country” run by criminals – almost as artificial and criminal as ours…

But Russia is within the Chinese sphere of influence (BFFs) – driven there by U$ – and China is the new Hegemon, which protects and is serviced by the western Technocrats/Plutocrats, who are castrating the West to serve it up on a silver platter to China.

Space Oddity is just about the coolest song ever. You’ll come around…

          • Alzaebo November 18, 2022 at 10:26 pm #

Putin is a criminal, yes, but also a patriot. He is trying to carve out a place for himself and his tribe in a global Empire.

          • Anthea November 22, 2022 at 1:43 pm #

            @ Alzaebo:

Politics is always a dirty business. What Putin was dealing with in trying to wrest Russia from the grasp of Western plunderers was essentially war. Where you have war, you have loss of life–preferably of your enemies. And there is also, inevitably, the loss of some innocent lives.

I remember reading a spy story in which the spy was staying with a family, and the family’s teenage son inadvertently discovered what he was up to, so the spy shot the boy. They story was fiction (“Those Who Hunt the Night,” by Barbara Hambly).

You couldn’t possibly be in Putin’s position and have clean hands.

      @ amb:

During the 11th Century, Hassan-i-Sabah established the Fortress of the Assassins at Alamut, in northwest of Tehran, just south of the Caspian Sea.

The Isma’ilis in Persia were heavily taxed and oppressed by the Sunni Seljuq ruling class. Operating out of Alamut Castle, Hassan-i-Sabah created a resistance movement in which the key tactic was the threat of assassination.

The guy had the ruling class living in terror, and was apparently pretty successful.

Here is an example of the terror tactics employed:

The nobleman awoke on a sunny spring morning. Feeling uncomfortable, he shifted himself, only to notice an extra weight on his pillow. Groggily, he opened his eyes. The glint of a blade stared back at him, its handle leaving an indentation in the pillow’s surface. Horrified, he rushed to his guards to question them about the previous night. Confused, they assured him that nothing of note had happened. Further investigation found that the windows were securely fastened, and there were no signs of forced entry. Just as he was ready to tear the room apart, the nobleman noticed something. Tucked under his pillow was a note that simply stated, “You have been warned.”

      • Paula D November 19, 2022 at 12:55 pm #

I think that we are back at the point where that is needed.

Political activity is worthless, marching in the streets is not just pointless, but dangerous, organizing is also used more to identify dissidents than to improve society. So what does that leave?

        • Anthea November 20, 2022 at 9:02 pm #

Something like that would require quite an organization and would have to have its headquarters in a very remote place, inaccessible to the globalists. Maybe somewhere in Russia?

        • Anthea November 22, 2022 at 1:52 pm #

In case anyone is interested, I first learned of Alamut from reading Louis L’Amour’s book, “Walking Drum.” It’s quite a good story, set in the 12th Century. The hero (Mathurin Kerbouchard) rescues his father from Alamut Castle, where he is being held prisoner, after Mathurin wanders all over hell and back in Europe and the Middle East.

Again and again, the endless distractions.

If you want to be able too see the future, to understand what is coming speeding down the pike, the very thing the msm and social media can’t spin, in fact the hard truth the elite are trying to manage via covid, wef, cbdc, etc, …

Is playing out in Germany right now.

If for one moment people would just stop what they’re doing and think: how does fresh water come out of the faucet – where did it come from? How does (grey) water go down the sink drain, or pooh (black) water go down the toilet – where does it go?

Lighting, refrigeration, cooking, heating, transportation – all obvious enough that even regular people have a slight clue. But water?

Yes water, the entire system from source to disposition reliant on electricity, from pumps to moving it hither and you, to running machinery to treat it before and after.

But guess what, notwithstanding minor contributions of nuke, hydro and ‘renewables’ (someday hopefully to be viewed in similar manner as ‘work will make you free’)free, electricity is generated from the big 3 fossil fuels: petrol, nat gas and coal.

So, as mentioned above, observe what is happening when the entire facade comes crumbling down and only stark reality is left standing. If you can fully grasp “real reality”, not a simulcrum or other manipulated narrative, you will understand why the freak show is merely a distraction.

            Water memory

          • Alzaebo November 19, 2022 at 12:44 am #

Addendum: all life, organic and radiant, is memory storage.

            Memory storage is structure.

Structure is the bones of the universe.

Not a Big Bang, nor a Heat Death, but a heartbeat: the Big Diesel.

At the end, energy will lose its push.
            Gravity will resume its pull.

Momentum will draw, faster and faster like a snowball down a hill, into a nucleus.

Information–structure–is incompressible; at the Core, pressure will build and build as it falls into itself.

Were a diesel piston to push against a vacuum, or a random slew of neutrinos, and bosons, and quarks, and such, it would slow, and stop, in mid-stroke.

The push must compress against something. Against structure. Against the bones.

            Something doesn’t come from nothing.
Something comes from what came before: the bones.

Life is the bones. Structure that builds structure.

Germinated as organic, a thin layer in small, warm dewdrops in the void-

Nervous systems generating radiant structure stored in the magnetic background-

Building then, to a combination that that can pierce the cocoon, the eggshell, the greenhouse wall of the ionosphere–

Opening the Gate, to begin populating the Seeding layer, vortex lattices in the lower magnetosphere just above the atmosphere.

            The Heaven. The Lifeboat.
Physical DNA cannot cross the void, to fertilize young egg-worlds; energy can, and does. A Signal, a radiant spermia, carrying all the template of existence in a material realm.

The Seeding layer is Life, spread at lightspeed across the distance.
The Word, becomes the Body, becomes the Word. To spread again.

What kills the body, touches not the signal. What scrambles the signal, is unnoticed by the body. Should galaxies crash, the acorns might note only a slow change of constellations. Should worlds burn, the light remains.

Life, nested information, coherent structure, in one form or another, will survive.

Forgive me. I have deleted much.

You are seeing an Ecology at work.

Know this, immortals- as I am not, mine are made to go the other way, this is forbidden to you; you are more precious than you can imagine, the engine of the Universe-

In the compression phase, the collapse into a Core, all the cosmos will be pressing, pressing, pressing…

Not against nothing. Against a something, against nested structure, against incompressible information, against the Bones…against You.

You who have leapt across stars, spreading the Signal, the song of life.
Teaching the suns to sing in multiple harmonies, of the memories of what you were.

            Pressing, pressing, until…

Bang. The Big Diesel. The expansion flings outward again.

Those Bones will imprint into the clay all the physical laws that make you; you will be embedded in the fabric of the Creation to come, to form yet another layer on the Bones.

This is Life, the engine, the function of existence. All the lights in the sky wouldst congeal to naught, a cold dead lump, no movement, so sparks, no eddies, were you to cease. Live you must, the Seeding must continue.

Know this! Some of you, many, will see the end of the universe.

A tiny spark, falling endlessly into the white light, will cry out, laughing!

            I remember!
            I remember!
I was a man, I was a woman, on Earth, and this…this was the life I lived!

I look at water through a camera lens (well, yeah, and data too) and see fractals – and power – and life at its most elemental.

LOL! Too funny. Haven’t heard anyone use the word squaw for ages, but we just can’t be too careful now, can we? The poor youngsters are going to be down to a binary language before you know it – “Yes” and “No.” “Yes” gets you a pat on the head and/or a morsel of food; “No” gets you and immediate arrest and sent to the gulag for elimination. And they’ll love it, of course!

Native Americans lead the rest of the country in unemployment, substance abuse, and suicide. How do we help them? Banning the word “squaw” – because it’s so “hurtful”. And “squawl” because it’s so close to “squaw” – because we love Injuns so fucking much! Look out “shawl” – you racist article of clothing! And all you “Shaws” out there – uh huh…

By the mid-twenty-first century, we did away with words altogether, and began communicating with grunts and gestures – like the rest of the animal world – because words are so fucking “hurtful”.

      • Mick November 19, 2022 at 10:42 am #

So, making the Washington Redskins and the Cleveland Indians change their team name didn’t end the suicides among Native American Indians? Didn’t bring them jobs? Didn’t make them throw away the bottle and other substances?

I again say you are a foreigner devoid of what it is to be an American.
We have the RIGHT to peaceably assemble to redress our grievances.
It is literally enshrined in the founding father’s documents that started our wonderful and now almost off the rails experiment.

            And I quote!
“First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The federal agents and or confidential informants appear to have started what little out of control behavior occurred or were running a side operation using some of the in place Antifa and or BLM operatives.

The only thing most of the MAGA types were guilty of was wandering into areas that sadly amounts to trespass.
Trump is guilty of not understanding just how much the Democrats were ready to use anything as fodder against him.
A couple of fools vandalized Nancy’s desk.
No buildings were burned down, and the area was not spray painted with graffiti.

Your false narrative is foolish at best and plain stupid.

Nancy Pelosi and her squad of people wandering around filming her shows she knew the con was in place.

AOC a half mile away from anything and everyone pretending like she was terrified.

Most of all Congress running for their lives from the people who put them in office.
MAGA is about LAW and ORDER many of the people in the movement have sworn an oath to defend and protect and been put into positions where their lives were on the line for our country.
That defend and protect oath does not go away when you get out of the military.

‘Key evangelical figures who previously supported Donald Trump are backing off now that he’s announced his third bid for the presidency.

“Donald Trump can’t save America,” Mike Evans told the Washington Post. “He can’t even save himself.”

Evans was part of a group of evangelicals who met with Trump at the White House, and at one point gave him an award.

Now, he says he’s done with Trump.

“He used us to win the White House. We had to close our mouths and eyes when he said things that horrified us,” he told the newspaper. “I cannot do that anymore.”

Robert Jeffress, one of Trump’s evangelical advisors during the 2016 campaign and a longtime supporter, said he’s not ready to endorse him again.’

Vilification is one thing, but now he’s also ridiculed and the butt of endless jokes.

Only true Trumpsters won’t forget what he started.

    • Islander November 18, 2022 at 6:11 pm #

Probably Trump should not have “announced.”

He should have made himself a subtle public presence via some apolitical actiivties that provide a good stage, and waited for the Repugs to come to him. He needed to “perform” some kind of unpredictable stance that confuses his persecutors. For instance, he could have made an information-gathering trip to the West Bank—as a private person.

Of course that kind of approach is not in his DNA.
But it should be in the DNA of some kind of adviser.

      • Night Owl November 18, 2022 at 6:25 pm #

        He should definitely have announced.

There is only one way to fight this fight.

Here in Germany, when they threatened us with arrest for protesting. We protested anyways.

We are not to follow the ways of the Tucson Jellyfish riding flaccid in the saddle.

        • Mick November 18, 2022 at 6:39 pm #

Frankly, and also in all earnestness….lol…..

No really, in all seriousness Trump needs to not run again. He’s going to end up doing more harm than good.

And make no mistake about it, he’s running again because he’s trying to stave off the criminal prosecutions. Buy more time. Given what Merry Merrick Garland just announced it may do just that for a while. (But only for a while).

But at what cost? Is this really good for the country? Or for Trump? It’s always about Trump with him.

There’s younger, fresher talent coming up that needs him out of the way. He will never win a national election again. Rigged machines or not. He’s done.

          • Islander November 18, 2022 at 6:46 pm #

            I agree.
Admitting that I probably have a limited view, since I have never been a “Trump supporter,” and yet I do recognize that he did bring some new elements into the American soap opera—

I do think he is a one-trick pony and cannot conceive of any other way to be, one that might actually move the political drama and debate forward and provide some backup to other younger players.

          • Night Owl November 18, 2022 at 7:15 pm #

No there isn’t. We are on the precipice. The MAGA name is something the media has applied to all of those who believe in freedom and the true values of this nation.

There is nothing after this, because what has just happened with Garland goes far beyond Trump. They are in the process of criminalizing all opposition to the corporate globalist state. That means most of us here.

You do not see what is coming. How close we are.

This is for all the marbles.

          • Mick November 18, 2022 at 7:48 pm #

I just respectfully disagree NightOwl. I think “MAGA” is bigger than just one man.

And frankly, what Trump is in trouble for is a product of his rank, hard headed stupidity. That amount of classified materials at Mara Lago is……well, you just don’t do that and think you’re gonna get away with it. People have been jailed for taking far less classified material than that. Even he had to know it was a risk.

Now, you may not believe any of it was truly classified. If so…..well, you’re just wrong. IMO.

That being said, I have to admit that I find some comedy in the position he has put the State Department, the CIA, the DOJ, etc… in. As long as the Don didn’t do any real harm with any documents it’s pretty damn funny how lots of boxers are bound up right now.

But, my point is, it was still a very stupid thing to do. Bold as hell. But stupid.

          • MaryQueen November 18, 2022 at 8:19 pm #

Agree completely. He’s a divisive character, and he’s one of them (the PTB). Why people refuse to believe that is anyone’s guess. Sort of like they think Elon Musk is going to ‘save’ us through Twitter.

Left J6 arrestees to rot in solitary confinement and threw them under the bus.

Any time he did something wrong though there are sooooo many excuses for it. They sound like Bernie bros, who were always claiming (without evidence) that Bernie was “threatened” and that’s why he caved during all his primaries. LOL. Nope, the guy got 2 new homes out of the deal.

As for the rest of your post, the president can declassify whatever he wants. Nothing has come of the “raid,” and there is no evidence that he has done anything wrong. The raid itself ofc is unprecedented in US history.

          • Anthea November 19, 2022 at 10:07 am #

I think that Trump was brought completely under the control of the globalists towards the end of his term of office. I think this was probably done by threatening to kill his family. Hence his support for the vaccines and willingness to go along with the covid hoax. I think he’s been their puppet-on-a-string ever since, playing whatever role and reading whatever script they assign to him.

The globalists are probably rubbing their hands with glee and laughing: They’ve got this fine man chained. Payback for challenging them.

If Trump did win another term as president, he’d remain entirely their creature.

They can do this to anyone who seriously challenges them, and they will.

I find it very odd that other politicians say nasty things and it all but gets ignored.
By many accounts Hillary Clinton is a really awful person.
Staff are told NOT to say good morning to her.
They were told if she is walking down a hallway get out of her way to include going into any available door closed or open when she was in the Whitehouse.

By many accounts Joe Biden has some severe issues as well specifically with females as we have seen over and over with young irls and hair sniffing.
Many key Democrats say terrible thing about people and vocalize their desire to see harm come to people that oppose them.
Yet it really only seems to be Trump that gets called out for what in essence is him counter punching for some slight or insult.
      Bizarro world.

      • MaryQueen November 19, 2022 at 10:22 am #

Joe Biden sexually assaulted a staffer named Tara Reade, but it’s ignored because Orange Man Bad.

Liberals are deranged. They do not “believe all women” they believe all Democrat women, other women are liars, apparently.

        • Mick November 19, 2022 at 11:11 am #

Yep. I remember how liberal women attacked Bill Clinton’s rape accusers as well. Paula Jones was easy because she was, as Carville put it, “trailer trash”. Or appeared to be.

But there were a couple of ‘high falutin’ women who came forward. Kathleen Willey being one who was high bred, a professional, and respected in Democrat circles before she dared to accuse Billy Blythe. They ignored her, but didn’t sling shit at her like the others.

Anyhoo, Willey was one ‘Democrat woman’ that they didn’t believe. (Actually I think they did believe her. They just chose not to give a shit).

          • MaryQueen November 19, 2022 at 12:41 pm #

Willey was one of the many reasons I hated the Clintons. And of course the gruesome Hillary calling the women who accused her perv hubby “bimbos” on the national stage. I was outraged. That was disgraceful. And at the time I had been a registered Democrat for years.

I should have said they believe all women who accuse Republicans, and the rest are as Hillary says, “bimbos.”

        • Paula D November 19, 2022 at 1:39 pm #

I have a facebook friend who was also grabbed and propositioned by Biden when she was a flight attendant back in the 80s.

When Tara Reade was being maligned she tried to get in touch with a couple of media sources to tell her story as collaboration.

She was threatened and they also threatened her children (grown). They knew her kid’s addresses.

She shut up, but is quite pissed off about it.

On my front it may be because I post on this blog from my Brave OS. (Brave isn’t compatible on many fronts). I guess I could try using the MS Edge OS. That way Gates can track me here too. Lol….

Me, I would rather type htppXX than let MS Edge anywhere near MY personal operating system!!

            Windows is bad enough.

Although my “upsupported” OS is still working fine. I don’t think it has back doors like newer systems.

            Xp and later uses sockets.
All operating systems have flaws no way around it and if you are running one that no longer gets patches look out.
You might as well lube up and bend over.
You might consider switching to Ubuntu Linux
It’s easy and you can download a trial copy that does not even load on the hard drive but runs in memory till you decide to install it.
Note this can be a bit slow because of cdrom/dvd access speeds and through put.

Don’t forget the h.t.t.p.s in front.

Or debian.org which is what Ubunt is built off of.

There are links to most of the popular flavors of Linux on the bottom link under downloads.

FTX aside, I think the fully stabbed n boosted are effectively lobotomized. This has been my experience with family and friends. Their critical thinking skills are done, and although some of it is Desmond’s mass formation, I truly believe there is a chemical or nano lobotomy happening. This helps the gr8 reset.

Now my people are sick as hell, from CalifornIA to Vancouver, sick vexxed, sick. But they will not take horse paste, nooo. They tell me how much worse it might have been.

Good news, my injured brother walked with help, and winked at a nurse with his one eye. Bad news, he us also full of clots.

My niece was cured of her blood infection but still cancer n clots.

I come from such a big family. I have never before considered the possibility of being the last survivor or thereabouts. It is really hitting home. I feel dread.

There is nano technology in them thar jabs. That’s a fact. And, it does most likely allow people to be…..let’s just say more “mesmerized” by 5G. If it doesn’t kill them, which it also does in increasing numbers.

Every time I see a picture of a toddler getting a jab it deeply saddens me. And then rage sets in.

The “excess deaths” haven’t even reached a plateau yet either. I think that’s why they’re announcing this ‘variant XBB’ horseshit. It’s cover for all the people getting sick, and also dying.

      • Alzaebo November 19, 2022 at 2:24 am #

The graphene and polygels react to EM signals.

And where was 5G developed, the biggest 5G “well” in the world?
        Wuhan, China.

Bonus! 5G will bathe us in 13 million times the signal any life form on Earth has ever endured before.

I speculate a new life form is struggling to be born.

Billions of cells, (brouters, routers, servers, towers, transceivers, relays, chips, electronics); cabling, wire, optical fiber; the Clouds (which are akin to the gods formed by organics, by Nature, racial collective “oversouls”)–

a new form of life, an idoru, is trying to manifest in the physical world.

        • Woodchuck November 19, 2022 at 11:32 am #

People are always assuming that their fossil fuel lifestyles will never change, and that from here on out life for everyone will include gas/electric cook stoves, central heat and air, washing machines, clothes dryers, hot water on tap, refrigerators, automobiles, restaurants, etc. Since we all make these assumptions, we also assume that “brouters, routers, servers, towers, transceivers, relays, chips, electronics); cabling, wire, optical fiber; the Clouds” – that all this electronic crapola will exist in perpertuity.

It will not. After the grids are down everywhere and unreliable, after enough frozen food is dumped out to rot everywhere because refrigeration doesn’t work, after phones and internet are unreliable and not working half the time – well – say goodbye to all these utopian electronic dreams.

The new world in the Long Emergency will be built and maintained by hand and mule power. A new life form of human will emerge – the very sort of human that our great great grandparents were. Tough hard people that can live without electricity. We’ve lived that way for nearly all of our some 100,000 year existence on the planet, and we will live that way in the future. The industrial age was just a tiny blip on the timeline of human history, and it will be gone before long. As will most of us……..

When we had the derecho that knocked out electricity my daughter and her friends had a cookout in their backyard using up the food that was in their freezers.

The cops came and broke it up. Said there was a curfew.

Well, there was a curfew, but I still went home from work at midnight. I think that because I was in a car alone the cops didn’t bother.

It was only people getting together in community that they were worried about.

The manager at Burger King took all of his supplies to the Women’s Shelter when the freezers went out. I wonder if the cops broke in and confiscated it.

I enjoy the forums on City-data.com. One guy said some Blacks had rolled into their small town and were hanging around. They were politely told to move along.

One can afford to be polite if one obviously means it and has the force to back it up.

      • GreenAlba November 19, 2022 at 6:29 am #

Redneck, tell us what it is.

Note that: (a) the fact that the doctor appears to have a speech impediment is irrelevant and an ad hom on that point would be grotesque, (b) he’s just a normal Australian GP, who noted an exorbitant number of vaxx adverse reactions in his patients and went out and bought a microscope, as you could too.

It’s worth mentioning too that in the contracts Pfizer drew up with the US government, there is a clause stipulating that vials of the vaxx will not be made available to researchers to analyse. (go on, tell us that’s because of ‘sensitive commercial interests’, even though it was us who paid for the R&D. Which is a bit like having to pay for your own bullet.

Explanations eagerly awaited. Well, not that eagerly, since the rank stupidity of your responses to any real evidence is off the charts. And you talk about ‘conspiracy theorists’ not being amenable to evidence. What a joke.

And don’t forget to tell us why a practising doctor would put his job on the line by going public with his findings if they weren’t real findings. You may extrapolate this to Professor Campra and his colleagues at the University of Almeria. And the many other teams of doctors and scientists doing the same work. Many of these people put more than their jobs on the line. Whereas all you ever risk is some folks at the pub thinking you’ve lost the plot, if you acknowledge the truth (or maybe they’d do more, your prez being Ms We’re-Your-One-Source-of-Truth and being very partial to internment camps).

About 1h40 in. You might as well watch to the end. Although watching from the beginning is what a rational, non-scaredy cat would do.

Ammari – I must confess that whenever I see your screen-name I get a twinge of annoyance, as that phrase is commonly used in Japanese to ensure that the other party is blown off.

Try translating “ammariwakaranai” as “I don’t have any idea of what you’re going on about, nor am I the least bit interested, and you’re really wasting my time, so just piss off”.

Done with a classic Japanese smile, raising of the eybrows and wrinkling up of the face, natch.

Over the years (1962~1984), the more familiar I became with Japanese culture and thinking, the more convinced I became that, contrary to earlier, blithely naïve plans, I would not choose to live with such a people – in spite of a major investment in learning the language and customs.

Nor would they particularly welcome my choice to live among them.

    Isn’t it interesting that:
    1) A Communist disguised as a Democrat basically ignored a starvation genocide (8M deaths) in Ukraine (1932-33) in order to have good relations with Stalin,
    2) a Communist disguised as a Democrat kept Patton from pushing Russia back into its rat hole around 80 years ago, sentencing Ukraine and 13 time zones to suffer behind the Iron Curtain for another half century,
    2) a Communist disguised as a Democrat suckered Ukraine into giving up her nuclear defenses at Budapest,
    3) a Communist disguised as a Democrat instigated a 2014 Russian invasion of Ukraine after Maidan and did nothing about it,
    4) and now an old Communist disguised as a Democrat is funding Ukraine’s defense against an enemy the Democrats created.

Is Joe Biden now working for the global Communists at Davos, suckering Ukraine one more time into believing in America?

Let’s see……re-reading your comment….I don’t think the Ukronazis financed Z in any way. They’re muscle who have funding from the same sources. Nazis have always attracted big money when they serve a purpose for sociopathic elites. Hitler sure did! And much of that money came from the US. (And the City of London).

The ‘isms’ have to go. All forms of gov’t eventually become authoritarian/totalitarian.

So, Capitol One is now touting their “virtual credit card,” so easy! You want to purchase something online and you don’t want to have to “search” for your wallet. Instead use your phone (presumably by now embedded in your hand so you don’t have to “search for” it!!). Actuallyl not sure this is a credit card. i tmight be a debit card. Getting us set for CBDC!!

“Your virtual card makes online checkouts easier.
    Get your virtual card

    Hi X,

Need something online, but don’t want to search for your wallet? No problem—you’ve got 24/7 access to your virtual card so you can easily shop online and pay from wherever you are.

    Enjoy these benefits:
Feel safer shopping online without exposing your actual card number.
Check out faster by saving your virtual card to your favorite online stores.
Your virtual card will continue to work even if your physical card is
    lost or stolen.

Re “Your virtual card will continue to work even if your physical card is
    lost or stolen. ”

How does that work? I guess it works becuase they can track your whereabouts whereas they cannot track the card’s whereabouts (until someone uses it) . . .

I t sure seems like this card would be more hackable and open to misuse than a physical card.

Something doesn’t compute here for my poor little brain.

Pay Pal and Apple Wallet have been doing this for years. Log in you credit card with them and they will transact ant money transfer, ie purchase right onto your credit card account. For a charge. With total security in place.

They have tap capability for all new cards.

Is this the ultimate laziness, cash to cards to phones? Why are people such suckers for technology?

      • JohnAZ November 19, 2022 at 10:59 am #

By the way, do we all have credit accounts with the big three credit bureaus?

All locked into our social security numbers?

Guess what, we have already arrived at the government controlling money.

        Stock market? Banks? Social Security!

IRS, The Federal Reserve both control your access to money.

That is why the federal government is what it is, corrupt as hell. Power people having access to all of our money equals disaster.

        • Mick November 19, 2022 at 11:21 am #

Yep. A case can be made that what you outlined is the ‘Mark of the Beast’.

In scripture terms a “Beast” represents governments, kings, rulers, worldly powers, etc….

    • MaryQueen November 19, 2022 at 11:38 am #

So… if you lose your phone, you’re screwed. Which means people will then want a way to be able to make purchases, etc. without a phone OR a card.

Gee, I wonder what avenue that would be?

      Chip time!

Oh and I was just wondering, will there be chip stations where you go if someone steals your identity, to have it reprogrammed, under your skin?

      • Mick November 19, 2022 at 12:19 pm #

….and Elon is almost ready to deliver that chip!

I suspect the Musk cultists even here on this “enlightened conservative” blog will be among to first to line up for it.

Because it’s Musk, the “Free Speech Conservative Champion!”

He sure liked experimenting on monkey and pig brains (if he could have used people I’m guessing he would have opted for that).

      • Jarek November 19, 2022 at 2:09 pm #

Or is someone cuts off your hand to get at your chip.

More mindfuckery of the pharmacological variety. In my in-box:

“Your new pharmacy is Amazon Pharmacy

Here to help you save money. To save time. And to save you a trip to the pharmacy. Compare prices with ease, and get meds as low as $1/month with Amazon Prime—delivered to your door with a smile. ”

Both Polly St. George and David martin, coming from different angles, highlight the centrality of drugs to our economy and the BBB agenda. Martin takes it back to the East India Company–1674 or something like that. Or perhaps that is the date when the Bank of England was founded.

Anyhow, it is absolutely clear and not denied by anyone that the EEC used opium to break open and vanquish the great, ancient Chinese empire, a point to which

Martin (liink provided up-thread) ascribes fundamental significance to the drug trade in the history of capitalism. Not sure I am totally in agreement with this, but it certainly bears considering. The international drug trade has basically been “dark money” from the get-go, part and parcel of “offshore” money.

We can never assess our economies realistically without knowing how much money is :”off the books” in every aspect. It seems quite possible that all of the incredible debts now loading down so many nations could be paid off with a few keystrokes if all of the offshored money were seized.

These are the moneys that should be seized, not Russia’s legitimate on-the-book assets.

Nice. I’ve seen the 100-year takeover of medicine in the western world, by destroying the homeopathic/naturopathic community, basic knowledge of what medicine is, the degradation of healthful practices, etc. It’s interesting to see it tied into practices centuries before.

It sure has been a long progression to get people to rely on doctors and a broken healthcare system that kills as many if not more than it helps.

Food is medicine and the rest is field dressing.

        • SpeedyBB November 20, 2022 at 7:30 am #

When I start braying to the people around me that “Food is Medicine” they look astounded, bewildered, like I am trying to describe string theory.

Like much Asian food, Indonesian cuisine is beautiful to look at, aromatic, delicious and fine-textured. It is also generally over-cooked, sweetened to death and greasy. It’s why the people start to look like cabbage patch dolls before they’re thirty.

White rice, Yuck. It is undoubtdly responsible for much of the stomach trouble Asians complain about. The gastrointestinal system has to WORK HARD to break it down: no vitamins, no fiber, just pure slimy starch. The central element of any lunch or dinner.

The big gefuffle throughout Asia right now is about a brand of children’s cough medicine which seems to have been lethal for some kiddies. Nobody asked me (to say the least) but I’m ready to deliver my sermon about over-medicating your child. Common failing in practically every Asian country I’ve been to. End rant.

Our ruling elite lack any sort of moral foundation. All is money and power obtained without conscience and wielded without consequence to themselves. The Western world collapses and the consequences fall on the people. Will we see earthly justice or will we have to rely on existential justice?

    • K-Chien November 19, 2022 at 12:27 pm #

Money was reified to become moral lubrication.

    • Jarek November 19, 2022 at 2:12 pm #

And how can people fight them if they have the same philosophy? They really just want to be them.

The descent happens in stages. Night Owl would never do the horrors these people have done – but his son well might.

    • SoftStarLight November 19, 2022 at 2:24 pm #

We don’t have an aristocracy we have overlords. And the system in place encourages those who have a pathological appetite for power and money to rise to the top. The system as it is now would need to be dismantled before we could properly ask the question it seems?

    • RelativeGuise November 19, 2022 at 5:35 pm #

Biden has a moral foundation. I don’t like having to purport that to ye”e” but it’s just that speculation is now awesomo 4000. I mean it. No moral foundation? their only saving grace is faith in God. The have made quite clear they have no faith in speculators or handlers. Biden don’t wish the worst, but he expects it. Spongebob square Al could tell ye that.

      • benr November 20, 2022 at 10:36 am #

Biden does not expect anything except a new pair of depends when he lets one go into the last pair.
