Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is a candidate for president running for the Democratic Party nomination.  He’s a long-time environmental lawyer, author of the book The Real Anthony Fauci, which has sold over a million copies — and still hasn’t made the New York Times bestseller list for some mysterious reason. He’s the founder and chairman of the Children’s Health Defense organization. His father, Robert F. Kennedy, Sr,.was Attorney General of the United States and US Senator from New York, and his Uncle, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, was elected president of the United States in 1960.

I recorded Bobby on his cell phone and the sound quality isn’t the greatest. He’d had a rugged week after announcing his bid to run, and we were lucky to get him on the podcast. Next time, we’ll get him on a good mic.

     His campaign website is: www.kennedy24.com

The KunstlerCast theme music is the beautiful Two Rivers Waltz written and performed by Larry Unger.

He’s certainly a brave man in light of what the deep state has done to his family in the past. He’s saying all the right things except for he believes Biden “actually” won. That I’ll never believe! I wish him luck. He may be the first Democrat I’ve ever voted for. Another great interview.

I was 11 years old in 1968 when RFK was murdered. I became a little obsessed for awhile, collecting all the commorative editions about the assassination, his career, etc. He became my James Dean of a previous era. I fell in love with him.
I really liked this interview. The sound quality issue was easily remedied with a volume tune up and listening with no background noise.
I thought the most important thing Bobby2 said was that the USA is losing it’s moral authority and also forfeiting economic power and global leadership to China, and that the USA needed to understand the difference between ‘leadership and bullying’ countries. You have to be outside the USA to understand this, but believe me even Canada gets bullied.
I think he wants to move on from the COvid issue because he knows this will be the quicksand issue his opponents will use to to bury him in any debate. Staying off that and on Ukraine issue is in my opinion the way forward.
His comments about the recent Biden press conference being ‘heavily orchestrated’ was an acknowledgement that Sleepy Joe won’t make it to the finish line. Maybe he knows what lays ahead, but too soon to talk about it. No way can Joe B stagger through the next election cycle, but for sure the Obamarites have something up their sleeves…..
He also made a reasonable point about election interference, i.e. not the first time ( Bush/Gore, Clinton/Trump, etc). I don’t want to use the term ‘Banana Republic’, but every Canadian knows of the bureaucratic nightmare of even getting a driver’s license renewed in the USA. Really, you ask? Yes, because Canadian’s temporarily assigned in USA states for work come back home and tell us of the nightmares. Sorry, but true.
His comments on Ukraine War ( 300m casualties, 80% dead or wounded, and it being anything but a humanitarian mission ring true, of course. ‘Abittoir of Death’, he said. Was that worth Regime Change, USA? Sounds a bit like organized death camps…remember those? And even with the usual collaborators. Just wait until Putin brings the war crimes Tribunials forth in Maripul. Yes..that’s why he visited the courthouse. P.S. today is the fifth anniversary of the Ukrainian Nazi’s burning all the pro-Russian supporters alive in the Trade Union building in Odessa. Let that sink in.
The most interesting comments were about ‘World Re-organization’ and the focus on rebuilding the US economy, roads, infrastructure, US Rail ( hello, anybody hear of Canadian Pacific Kansas CIty Rail Merger), but especially the bit about ‘CLOSING US BASES’. That could be troublesome for him. I don’t have to tell you why.

The large number of people who believe the “official story” that Biden won the election, obviously did not watch those videos taken inside election vote counting rooms clearly showing the workers running the same ballots into the machines over and over again; and reaching down under the tables to pull up boxes of ballots with no known provenance. They also apparently didn’t watch the election night electronic counting graphs that showed Trump winning handily in those three crucial states, and then at the last hour, so to speak, suddenly Biden’s vote tallies zoom upwards and cross Trump’s graph line – very suspicious to say the least. Then there was the Dominion voting machines themselves which were proven by experts in that field to be open to fraud. For one thing they were hooked up to the Internet when that was illegal.

The whole election counting night began to resemble the Kennedy Assassination and the 9/11 Conspiracy for all the loose ends, holes in the story, shady characters, involvement of powerful NGOs, and on and on.

Did Bobby Kennedy not see any of this? He’s pretty smart and pays attention, so how does he think “Joe Biden” won the 2020 election? Or, is he being disingenuous? Not wanting to add yet another conspiracy theory to the ones he does believe? If so, then why not just say, “No comment”, instead of saying he believes the Old Grifter won fair and square.

Bobby and I are on the same page with many issues, but then he surprises me by being diametrically opposed to my understanding of others which are equally important in my view.

By the way, I would be remiss if I did not congratulate you Jim Kunstler for conducting this interview, despite the limitation. Since you and I think alike on so many topics Jim, having you ask Bobby questions was, in essence, vicariously, a way for me to ask him.

That was an excellent interview. He may be the only sane Democrat left in America.

Bobby is out to lunch on the 2020 election, so he’s either naïve, or simply not placing himself in a category to be attacked by his left wing base.

He also repeated a few of Trump’s themes, in particular the point of bringing Russia in to the good graces of the world and establishing free trade after the end of the cold war. Unfortunately, Washington must have an enemy for the public, and since they’re bought and paid for by China, Russia remains as the default object of official hatred.

Imagine what a peaceful world we would be living in if the left didn’t go batshit fg crazy over that last 7 years.

The Warfare State can never have peace. The Pharma State can never have health. The Welfare State can never have universal prosperity. The Edu-State must have near-universal ignorance.

I think the biggest problem Jr has is his arrogance. The Clinton and Obama mafia will stop him in his tracks one way or another. He seems to have the well meaning aura of his father and uncle. Bobby Sr used Eugene McCarthy’s anti war momentum to take cuts in 1968 and JFK seemed to forget his father’s underworld connections and let pit bull Bobby go after the mob. Don Quixote here we come.He needed to have started at least six years ago forming an independent party.. Too little too late. His voice box issues will also cripple his chances… too bad, because I would really like to support the party that abandoned me years ago.

Jim, Congrats! I’ve suggested, in the past, that you invite the “biggie.”
You responded, something to the effect of, I don’t have the draw.
    Wrong.
    Listen to your fans!\
    bad boy!
    Robert Kennedy Jr.?

    Modesty is, sometimes, a hinderance.

I’m sure you’ve thought of it, but I would love to see you conduct an interview with Jordan Peterson. That dude is absolutely fascinating.
