If you want a picture of things converging toward an unfortunate outcome, imagine “Joe Biden” playing chicken with the future of the nation. Trouble is, the future is a very big thing — so big, you can’t see where it ends — while “Joe Biden” is one mere mortal, small and feeble… and the old jalopy he’s driving looks like it’s veering off the road….
The net effect is that life will go on in ways as-yet-undetermined upon this land-mass between the great oceans, but the vehicle “Joe Biden” is driving will end up a smoldering wreck, upside down in a drainage ditch with the phragmites and discarded Bud Lite cans. The passengers in the back seat are the economy and the social order of the USA, lying motionless with eyes Xed out in the twisted wreckage.
Ol’ White “Joe” did a “Town Hall” performance Thursday night, staged to demonstrate that he was in command of things, with a roster of carefully-vetted ringers chosen to pitch him softball questions on events du jour. Whose idea was that? And what sort of desperation prompted it? Answer No. 1: the claque of puppeteers watching the death-spiral of their wicked schemes to consolidate power forever; and No.2: a manifold collapse of the scaffold barely holding up something that resembles normal life in the USA.
The Leader of the Free World wandered the stage, sometimes oddly circling his interlocutor, Anderson Cooper of CNN, who had to step in and rescue the maundering “Joe B,” when he lost himself in thickets of talking points that no amount of rehearsal could avail to untangle. “What am I doing?” he asked more than once, but no one on the scene volunteered to remind him. The “president” frequently assumed poses that signified some kind of gross cognitive dysfunction: head turned down to the floor with his eyes shut… strange, mincing steps in the direction of a fugitive thought… fists balled like a two-year-old resisting some simple instruction… There was a robotic quality to the act, too, as “JB” repeated his place-holder phrase “Here’s the deal” to preface each flight into the murky jargon of Build Back Better.
It fell short of convincing anyone about who was in charge of the nation’s affairs at a very sketchy moment in history, and at the end Ol’ “Joe” just ran down like a three-dollar gyroscope. In his most lost moments, such as when AC inaptly tried to prompt him on the border crisis — “I guess I should go down,” he admitted dolefully — the “POTUS” directed the cameras to his wife in the audience, saying, “Jill’s been down there!” We were supposed to conclude that she’d fixed all that for us.
The exercise was also obviously designed to turn up the heat on the two renegade senators, Joe Manchin (WVA) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ), who are disinclined to vote for the trillions of dollars in pending proposed legislation to drop money from helicopters all over the land and save the economy — and impose all manner of janky surveillance measures and vote-rigging scams on the country. The Obama-led claque behind all the White House fakery wants to cram this down the country’s craw before things go so far south that Americans start to think they’re living in Tierra del Fuego.
I doubt that the Townhall stunt helped on that, and then there is the crucial Governor’s race in the Beltway state of Virginia, where swaybacked Democrat war-horse Terry McAuliffe made the possibly fatal error — in a state tormented by school-board politics — of saying, “Parents shouldn’t tell schools what to teach.” You can’t overstate how damaging that utterance was to the whole Woke Democrat hustle. All that monkey business is in the rumble seat of the jalopy that Joe Biden is driving into the ditch.
The public’s view of this panoramic debacle is apt to flip starkly in the days ahead as five years of mind-fuckery ends in this national drunken driving incident. China may postpone the Evergrande unwind a few weeks longer, but its economy is foundering on the more fundamental energy quandary — it doesn’t have enough fossil fuels to run the joint — and there’s no prospect the situation will improve, meaning that the world will get less of all of the stuff that China was making. In short, Globalism is winding down, and standards of living are sinking with that. The capital markets are gravid with terror over it.
Meanwhile, the West is seeing the first signs that the Covid-19 vaccines it went cuckoo for may be producing a strange phenomenon of “excess mortality” around the world. Suspiciously higher rates of heart attacks, vascular disorders, cancer, and other bad stuff. It’s downright spooky. In Scotland, for instance, the vaccination rate is 87 percent and weekly deaths are up 30 percent. Pandemic reporter Alex Berenson said on TV that non-Covid-19 deaths were significantly higher everywhere, and he mused out loud that there was some connection between this and the vaccines. Uh oh.
Social media, network media, and legacy print media do not want that story getting around. Some of the most deranged Wokesters across this land greeted the debut of the mRNA vaccines like a holy jubilee of salvation (and still do!). What happens in their psyches when the darn thing bites them in the ass? There’s a fair chance we’re going to find out, and soon.

“Some of the most deranged Wokesters across this land greeted the debut of the mRNA vaccines like a holy jubilee of salvation (and still do!). What happens in their psyches when the darn thing bites them in the ass? ”
You mean the Pronoun People? They don’t care about the damage they’re creating. Their whole schtick is so obviously done in bad faith.
Liz: These people are not very honest or stable in the first place. It’s going to be very hard for them to admit they screwed up badly by taking the Fauci Ouchy shot. Much easier to scream louder and pound on the unjabbed.
They never will admit anything.
They’re a brain damaged bunch.
They never will admit anything.
“Pot, meet Kettle. Kettle, this is Pot.”
—–
God bless you, Mary. May the scales fall from your eyes.
And it begins again…
Please give it a rest.
Talk about a hypocrite. Classic.
Reminds me of a kid we ran with as a youngster in northern Ohio in the ‘60’s.
We’d ride bikes out of town (5,000 population). Past farms with dogs nipping at our heels going for The Tressles around the train tracks where we would jump into the river. Super dangerous.
Then we’d be playing baseball where we shouldn’t be in town and a window would get broken.
The irate owner would stomp out and say, “Who did this?!”
And without a beat this kid would raise his hand and say, “I did it!”
There was something transformative and refreshing and beautiful about his honesty.
We need much, much more of this type honesty now.
Because not admitting stuff works.
Last week, we got word that a family friend passed away.
A schoolteacher in NYC, she resisted the jab until the bitter end.
She finally got it to save her job. Three days later, her husband found her dead in bed with bloody mucous issuing from her nose and mouth. This was a 42 year old in perfect health.
The autopsy results came back “inconclusive”.
Wow. There are SO many stories like this, but not in the mainstream media, only by word of mouth.
My condolences
Yeah right.
“It’s going to be very hard for them to admit they screwed up badly…”
Yep.
A family member flat-out told me recently that they think I’m making the wrong decision. I said, “Okay, I appreciate that.” Didn’t say, “Well, I think YOU are…”, as I know where that conversation would degenerate to quickly.
People (especially “highly-educated” people) don’t tend to enjoy admitting that they don’t know as much as they think they know…let alone if it should turn out they are just wrong.
They have already arranged for their epitaph to read, “Thank God I was vaccinated or it would have been worse!”
Everyone knows a slight case of death is much better than a severe one!
Beat me too it, Thirdcoast. Thank God I took the jab or I would have been even deader!
epitaph to read, “Thank God I was vaccinated or it would have been worse!” – Anthea
=============
Yes Ant, this would be very funny carved into a tombstone although readers of the inscription 100 or 200 years hence might not “get it.”
I reminds me of my own similar joke. I built my own coffin 15 years ago (right after I retired) and it is stored in the basement awaiting my demise. I had a small brass plaque made and I screwed it along the coffin’s edge where mourners would be most likely to see it. It reads: “Well, at least the infernal ringing in my ears has stopped.”
It, not I.
Wait a minute, you built your own casket?
Also, I wanted to ask about your motorcycle. Now your saying it’s a motor scooter. Is that what you rode out west a few years back, a motor scooter?
BWA HA HA HA HA!
A couple of other good ones: “God grant that she lie still,” and that old one about the hypochondriac’s epitaph, “I told you I was sick.”
“I told you I was sick.” – Anthea

And also the fictional epitaph of W.C. Fields:
“On the whole, I’d rather be in Philadelphia”
So the Q must be short for Queequeg then?
The mea culpas are beginning from Israel:
http://www.yourdestinationnow.com/2021/10/israel-study-questions-covid-19-vaccine.html?m=1
“Ummmm…..might be better to catch Covid and recover with robust antibodies than to get the jab….”.
Dennis Prager must be on to something!
Will all this just go into the “Oops! Our Bad!” file?!
funny, thank god colin powell is dead, how does Kissinger still hold out. Lord let me live long enough to celebrate Kissinger’s death.
Henry W.C. Kissinger the Undead.
Will be whispering in the Devil’s ear.
Satan better listen up.
He must be close to 100. Up to a few years ago you’d still see him around out in Kent.
Listened to JHK and this John Loeffler. Boy is JHK not what I thought he was. He can barely conceal his ego. He can’t wait to pontificate on his all knowing views of the future, and on who is to blame. Of course it’s the folks who have held power for all of 5 months yet they have managed to destroy the US during that time.
Not a word on the absolute maniac that managed the Country for the last 4 years. Hummm……
“pronoun people”
Ha ha ha!
Come away, O human child!
To the waters and the wild
With a faery, hand in hand,
For the world’s more full of weeping than you can understand.
yeats
I like Yeats.
Me too!
Seems very apposite—different metaphor here, but same idea as Jim’s Jalopy (is “Bethlehem” Washington, DC???? ):
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
Steven King used this one in _The Stand._
Yeats knew what was coming down the line.
My favorite is The Lake Isle of Innisfree
I will arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made;
Nine bean-rows will I have there, a hive for the honey-bee,
And live alone in the bee-loud glade.
And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight’s all a glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet’s wings.
I will arise and go now, for always night and day
I hear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on the pavements grey,
I hear it in the deep heart’s core.
A place with no men! Free at last!
On Mt Athos, even female animals are forbidden. The Wise!
I have the impression you didn’t understand the poem. And to tell you the truth, it pretty well describes my life over the past twenty years or so: living by a lake, in a house that is perhaps somewhat better than a cabin of clay and wattles. Not sure how much. I never got up to nine bean rows. No hive for the honeybee.
One old male friend, now deceased, who had a crush on me for several years, despite being married.(Wife had dementia, so you couldn’t judge him too harshly.) He was a poor choice as a relationship prospect, mainly because he had a cuckhold fetish, and had asked every guy in town if they wanted to do his wife. It was a standing joke around town. Every guy I talked with in town would eventually get around to telling me that Mike had asked them if they wanted to do his wife. He was otherwise a regular prince among men, a “man’s man” who provided for his family, a highly skilled tradesman, and a gentleman in (almost) every way. He taught me basic carpentry, and we used to cut firewood in the snow together.
Besides the fact that both of us were long past the age of making whoopie, and that he was married, I felt that we were sexually incompatible.
After he died, I often used to remark that “a glory hath passed away from the earth.”
There are some men around there like that. The rest were either drunks or seemed a little too interested in my teenage daughters.
Here’s another: Faery Song
We who are old, old and gay!
We have lived ten thousand years, if all were told!
Give to these children, new from the world,
Silence and love, and the long dew dropping hours of the night,
And the stars above!
Give to these children, rest far from men!
Is anything better, anything better,
Tell us it then!
We who are old old and gay!
We have lived 10,000 years, if all were told!
iirc
Then there’s the old song, maybe once popular with bums:
“I was born about 10,000 years ago,
There ain’t nothing in this world that I don’t know
I saw Peter, Paul, and Moses
Playing ring-around-the-posies
And I’ll lick the man that says it isn’t so.
Queen Elizabeth fell in love with me
We were married in Milwaukee se-cret-ly
But I snuck around and shook ‘er
To go with Gen’ral Hooker
Shooting skeeters down in Tennessee”
Gay meant something different back then.
Jarek: Yep. It meant happy and carefree. How times have changed.
Beautiful! I had not read that one.
So a new years diversity training has dropped and it is a shitshow.
Opening act a smirking person of color who starts the act with a bright white face diaper and as she lowers the spit shield there it is for anyone who cares to actually see it.
She knows you get to sit through an hour of reeducation and actual physical and mental torture.
Sexual harassment training
Diversity training
Anti-Racism training.
Inclusion training
The entire training routine is over an hour.
This is the epitome of wokesterdom nonsense.
I have already put two shots of whisky in my coffee as a result.
How much more insanity can these idiots cram down our collective throats?
The insanity of demanding children get vaccinated even when their infection rate and mortality rate is extremely low. I guess the pharmaceuticals need to wring the final drops of income from us before they can safely crash the stock market.
Hopefully, forced vaccination of our children will be the “red line”. Fingers crossed. Time to get this party started – no better reason.
I starts way to early.
My just over 1 month old granddaughter just received three vaccines and was sick all day yesterday.
Hearing this made me pretty upset considering they still have all the antibodies from mom and the breast feeding.
IT STARTS WAY TO EARLY!
*too* – before Q gets to you.
Anyway, without condoning dame, at least the vaccines you mention are “perfect” vaccines, so your granddaughter won’t catch polio or rubella, etc. – they actually prevent disease.
The mRNA experimental gene therapeutic “leaky” “vaccines” promote & accelerate disease.
It does start way too early. Japan has the second highest rating for childhood health in the world (the first is Monaco) and there are NO vaccine requirements for children. A doctor and the parents decide together when or if to vaccine for the various childhood diseases.
Newborns in America are given a dose of hepatitis vaccine before they leave the hospital now. There is absolutely no reason for this but it can’t be stopped. I worked with a young nurse who used a midwife to deliver her baby at home to avoid this.
Edit: *same* (I do condone dames)
That’s what Bobby Jr. has been saying. The shots are too much, too soon.
He’s been unfairly maligned as an anti-vaxxer, but anyone who has had his own children vaccinated cannot be an anti-vaxxer.
Quite some time ago, I posted a link to an article, which I can no longer locate, at this site.
The article described President Trump as Janus-like, in that when he went with his gut instincts, he performed well, but when he spoke to others and second-guessed himself, he failed.
As president-elect, he asked Bobby Jr. to be head of a vaccine safety committee. Bobby went ahead and announced it, but the position never came to be.
As it turns out, it was Bill Gates who put the kibosh on Bobby’s appointment.
Those of us who insisted that Bill Gates was running a scam were called conspiracy theorists, but he has been up to his neck in this scamdemic before it started.
On Bill Gates and his verbal and nonverbal squirming, this is pretty good:
“Communication Professor Reacts to Bill Gates Interview on PBS”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79ExQWKb2vA
Islander- I like that communications professor. He’s very good.
Of course, he would have to be good at communicating, I guess.
I know you don’t make the decision about whether to vaccinate your granddaughter, but I think it would be good to try to get the parents to at least research vaccinations before going ahead with them.
My kids were unvaccinated, except for the oldest, who got a couple of shots, and the second-oldest, who got one. The other three girls were never vaccinated at all. Getting the oldest enrolled in kindergarten was a battlle (that I won).
People don’t have to do this.
@ron
too = also does not work in the context you describe.
As an adverb, too is used to describe something that’s “in addition, furthermore, moreover.” It’s another way of saying “also” or “as well” but usually fits more naturally at the end of a sentence. For example, “If you’re getting ice cream, I want some too!”
Islander: Ever see the one where Bill and Melina promise a real pandemic in the future to silence the sceptics? They are smirking and their eyes are glowing. Demons the both of them.
@benr – not “too much ice cream though”. We may have to appeal to Q after all, for a determination – non-binding of course.
Only one vaccine at a time for babies and children so if there is an injury you know what caused it.
You’re right – it’s time to bring back polio – such a lovely disease for children to get.
You don’t have to bring back polio, the vaccines are spreading it.
https://www.the-scientist.com/news-opinion/polio-vaccination-causes-more-infections-than-wild-virus-66778
My granddaughter had a baby a few weeks ago, and I told her about that, and suggest she refuse consent. I hope she did.
The NIH recently announced that Fauci was lying about funding gain of function research in the Wuhan lab. He simply called it something else. Also, in that lab, they found evidence of research into the Nipah virus, another bat virus, but this one has a mortality rate of 50 to 80% in humans. There have been outbreaks of it in south and southeast Asia, but I don’t think it is an efficient spreader yet If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.
Her undeveloped immune system doesn’t know that it’s not being attacked by three diseases at once. Poor sweet little thing.
Dont get me wrong I am not anti-vaxx it just seems the old adage was never more true a little bit goes along way and to much of a good thing is bad.
As I get older it seems to me that I am also get a LOT more emotional.
The day I met my grand daughter I broke into water works damn near every time I held her or when she started crying.
Getting old sucks.
Agree. That line in the sand is a doozy.
I am guessing that Jo Jo McGhoul’s town hall was to reiterate just how they plan to persecute the unvaccinated, and break down our will to further torture the children.
Hell, no. Instead, I send a message to the FDA telling them we’re onto them and they need to stop coming for the kiddies.
If anyone wants to comment, here is the link…
https://www.regulations.gov/document/FDA-2021-N-1088-0001?fbclid=IwAR3ovu7pHfkavJElpKEOrx4nUEVx9QTxPcDedXhWSyifwT1tpD4n7HOzPcc
“Time to get this party started ”
Probably overdue, you might agree.
Festering wounds create more problems. Better, I think, to promptly address the situation in the early stages. I apply this to most situations. There are always some prudent “wait and see what develops” moments. This country, in this moment, is not one of those moments.
True NGT – very well said, could not agree more.
I read recently that they are projecting a very profitable 2022. As in $93 billion. Should be some nice bonuses for the pharma crew. And the bad thing is even if it all blows up in their faces and they get fined the ‘greatest fine’ ever – like 20 billion, they will still come out ahead. As usual, the fines are priced in.
Exactly, fines & settlements – just a “cost of doing business”.
“demanding children get vaccinated” The UK’s JCVI has taken a much different path. As of last July:
“Should the government wish to consider vaccination of children and young adults aged less than 18 years with the primary aim of reducing the SARS-CoV2 infection rate (asymptomatic and symptomatic cases) irrespective of other direct or indirect benefits as discussed above, the known benefits from vaccination are likely to be limited. In this instance, JCVI favours deferral of a universal offer of vaccination until more data have accrued, including a clearer understanding of the impact of COVID-19 in the UK within the context of a successful adult vaccination programme.”
The JCVI did have some exceptions to this policy for certain high risk portions of the under-18 age demographic.
Linky: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccination-of-children-and-young-people-aged-12-to-17-years-jcvi-statement/jvci-statement-on-covid-19-vaccination-of-children-and-young-people-aged-12-to-17-years-15-july-2021
But didn’t the politicians announce that they were going to jab the children anyway?
They aren’t going by medical risk/benefit calculations or children’s health considerations, they are responding to orders from above.
Up here about 47% of 12-15-year olds have already been vaccinated (15% in England) so they’re doing it in spite of what they said.
I always feel the government’s scientists are urging caution to look as if they care. Chris Whitty has shares in Astra Zeneca, ffs. What’s wrong with that? The government eventually does what it was going to do all along, because it’s under orders.
They do the same thing with all aspects. Firstly the English ‘vaccines minister’ (yes really) claims there will be no vaccine passport, then, lo and behold, there’s going to be a vaccine passport. Then they retract it, because of complaints; then it goes in Boris’ Plan B (if people don’t behave themselves and get vaxxed, i.e. the youngsters who aren’t totally vaxxed up but want to go to ‘events’).
I said ‘Boris’ Plan’, but I guess that should really be ‘Bill’s Plan’.
Yeah, GA, for sure he’s a big part of it.
Some say that the evil faces we know are just the frontmen for even more evil pulling the strings, but I don’t know about that.
We should probably start with Gates and Fauci, as the ones we know, and then move on. Put them in Guantanamo and see if they talk.
Yes, I think the front men you mention are probably expendable. If push came to shove they could be thrown under a bus.
We don’t see anything of Larry and Carsten.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYOEvurCVuk
8 years from now, when we realize our girls and women are sterile, it’ll be too late.
The others? They don’t matter- they have plenty of replacements, and will still outnumber us. They will also starve to death when we’re gone.
Of course they will. We’re the only ones who can operate the “magic”. When we are gone the magic stops & the oogly-boogly takes over. I’m not kidding.
It’s worse than “extremely low”.
More like Nil.

What part of Gate’s Agenda 2030 don’t you understand? The pharma money is just a distraction.
Pawturnity leave?
https://nypost.com/2021/10/19/puppy-owner-sparks-pawternity-leave-debate/
huh?
Speaking of puppies, it looks like it’s these little critters who are going to bring Fauci down. Seems that he’s been torturing beagles in his mad experiments. He’s murdered millions of humans and no-one gives a damn. But touch a few cute widdle puppy dawgs and everyone’s up in arms. So be it. It was so tax evasion that brought down Capone, so what ever brings the Mengele on the Potomac down is fine by me. BTW, anyone interested in joining my new social justice movement: BLM – Beagles’ Lives Matter?
I feel your pain, benr.
I had a similar ‘training’ at my college. Led by a smirking, loud and completely unprepared black woman (but she’s a lawyer so it’s all good).
Felt like I as in kindergarten, with that subject matter and the ‘break out’ groups where we were to discuss how diverse our ‘inner circle’ is. I mean, outside of work! WTF were they asking us to talk about who we are friends with outside of work? It’s none of their fucking business.
The funny part was, my breakout group was 1 Hindu woman, 1 Latina, and me. All of our lists reflected we are mostly surrounded by people like us. Like just about everyone, everywhere.
The rest of the ‘training’ taught me nothing. It was basically all the BIPOCs high fiving each other and telling us which Equity Directors’ books on white fragility and diversity to buy and study.
I learned zip about ‘non biased’ hiring protocol, which was the point of the entire ‘training.’
I could have also used some whiskey in my coffee for the Covid19 ‘training’. They were a series of modules made for pre-schoolers, that’s how insulting they were. And all of the ‘science’ in them was patently false. And there were little quizzes at the end of each module to make sure you bought into and memorized the propaganda.
This is why I am out of education now and never going back.
“Felt like I WAS”
Karma. You people “believe” in diversity (but flee it!) and this is what you get. You still believe in it too so you haven’t gotten the lesson. Idaho is doomed because of blue state transplants like you.
LOL, right. I’m voting for and campaigning for Ammon Bundy. Look it up, goofball.
Ha, ha, I had to take some seminar at work called “Who Stole My Cheese?”
It was definitely at a kindergarten level. As usual when forced into one of these employee re-education camps, I couldn’t believe anyone would fall for it, but sadly, as usual everyone seemed to take it seriously.
Kind of like the pronouns and the vaccines, now that I think about it.
It blows my mind that anyone would fall for this shit.
As an undergrad youngin I had the privilege of working as an intern (paid) for a large evil multinational chemical corporation. During my first month I had the added privilege of attending a week-long “team building” exercise/session/whatever. Stephen Covey, Myers-Briggs, etc. Knew it was coming – the lifeboat exercise. I sat back and watched a roomful of PhDs squirm their way through painful mental gymnastics. They could not accept that 2 of us had to die. Two people jump into the air and before they hit the deck, two more jump… I finally addressed the facilitator, “Two of us have to get off the boat, right?” “Yes”. “Ok, while everybody is drawing straws and arguing over the result, I’m slidin’ over the side.” As the new guy I have to admit that I had reservations over my first big move with the Co. being suicide, but hey, strange circumstances… Only one more death needed. My boss went over too – after making a big satirical speech. (Threeway tie for best boss ever!)
Moral of the story (one of them anyway): overeducated don’t mean smart.
Hahahaha! I love this!
Yeah it was bizarre to see people just look confused but not question it.
I had a similar ‘training’ at my college. Led by a smirking, loud and completely unprepared black woman – MQ
==============
It wasn’t until I was in my late 20s or even 30s that I realized what an unusual life I had lead and what a unique place I had grown up in. From K thru 12 I never had a Black teacher and only had one Black fellow student (in grades 6 thru 9). His name was Robert “Shorty” Burton. He lived in a small community of Blacks off somewhere in the woods where we (us White kids) never went. That community, known as Saddlertown, sprung (sprang?) up in the nineteenth century as a waystation of the Underground Railroad used by Blacks escaping slavery in the south. It is part of Haddon Township, NJ.
I lived in Collingswood, NJ which borders Haddon Twp and which had no Black citizens. When I say “no” I mean zero… for decades both before and after my time there. Today there are Blacks, Indians and whatever. Collingswood is also totally “dry” (no alcohol) to this very day.
Then I went to St Joe’s College in Philly. All White and all male including the profs some of which were Jesuit Priests. Then I went to Grad School, Rutgers in Newark, NJ. All my profs were White and male. There may possibly have been a few Black students but none in any of my classes (leading to an MBA in Finance). Then I went into the Air Force as a 2nd Lt. via ROTC. I was sent for 5 months of TDY (Temporary Duty) to Accounting and Finance Officer’s School at Sheppard AF Base in Wichita Falls, TX.
This is where I encountered my first Black teachers. There were two and both struck me as competent. One was a likeable fellow who rolled up his sleeves to show us that Blacks, too, can get a suntan when they go fishing under the hot Texas sun. The second Black teacher was a straight laced spiffy dresser gentleman and all business. We learned that he was also the Treasurer of his Church (Baptist, I think) when authorities showed up and hauled him out of the class charged with defrauding the Church’s funds.
As a kid growing up in snow white northern Michigan never saw blacks except on TV. Ma’s family were proud abolitionists, suffered and died smuggling black folk to Canada.
Seven years old. Saginaw County Fair. Watching people throw darts at balloons. Wanted a big stuffed animal, but even then I could sniff out a scam. Little black girl standing next to me watching the game. Finally she turns to me, asks if I will hold her French fries. “Sure”. Ketchup drizzled all over them – kinda gross, but I knew most white folks did that too. (You dip fries into ketchup, by the way.) The balloon bounced out of the way of her dart each time. She walked back with that “I been had” smirk on her face. I handed her her fries. She handed me a dime. Only confirmed by pre-existing bias: “Yeah, we can get along.” Listening to Motown does the same thing – only I know better now.
Little over a year later. Brother and I in Woolworths checking out bags of green plastic army men to spend out Christmas windfall ($5) on. Two black bros come up, one on each side. Got my brother’s wallet and his $5 bill. Now I’m supposed to buy back my brother’s lost cash for $10! My inner lawyer stepped out of the phone booth, ready to kick ass and take numbers. By the time I got done “explaining the situation” older black brother was threatening to kick his younger brother’s ass if he didn’t give back my brother’s $5. He had younger black bro by the scruff of the neck and was yelling at him as he shoved him out of the store. Setback for race relations.
Couple years later. Christmas party at school. I skipped that day. Brother brought home my present. Shook the box: puzzle – whoop de do. Opened it up, a string of firecrackers fell out. Firecrackers were way illegal in MI back then – maybe suspension and cops for both of us. The only black kid in the district was my secret santa. Cool kid. Everybody seemed to like him. Only confirmed my notion of peaceful co-existence.
Wonder whatever happened to those kids. Are we still friends?
Great stories, this is real life.
I wouldn’t be able to fit all my stories about my white midwest experience with black people here, but first we had a maid who came in once a week and helped out my mom, and we adored her. She was my first experience with black people. My schools had very few black kids, I was close friends with one black guy, who had very straight-laced upstanding and strict parents (his dad was a police chief). Small town, well 30K, so smallish. Lived in Chicago for 10 years, did not have any trouble with black people, and had some black friends, but not many.
My best friend for a good 15 years was black, met & worked with her in Los Angeles. We did volunteer artwork for underprivileged schools together. Sadly she is is not with us any more, but she was brilliant, funny and probably the most interesting person I’ve ever known.
As a midwest raised white person, the vast majority of my friends and family tend to be white, but it never occurred to me that I wouldn’t end up having a black bestie or an asian bestie or anything else. My bestie in Chicago was a Japanese-American.
Just how it worked out.
A few people up here think that I’m the cause of the collapse of modern civilization because of it.
LOL. Imagine, I had friends who I liked because of their personalities and our mutual interests. What an absolute horror!
Just how it worked out? I doubt it. You gloried in your virtue for having a Black “bestie”. See how that flies with that BLM crowd.
Art for under privileged minority kids? Wow, you’re hardcore. You taught those kids and they grew up to paint anti-White murals on walls. Karma. You’ve got it coming in spades.
Poor Blackbird. Clinging to a time when Whites ruled and Blacks had to be good. Are you still friends? Doubtful. The real question: Were you ever?
Jarek makes a complete and utter ass and fool out of himself again, by making things up. Seriously get help, dude.
Literally nothing you claim in your comment is true.
LOL, I didn’t even say the underprivileged schools were minorities. You just assumed. You also assumed my reasons for having friends who were not white.
I don’t owe you explanations but let’s just say: You’re completely wrong.
Just as you were about Q. Schtik’s BIL.
Not only are you wrong, you’re angry at the scenarios you dreamed up. That’s not healthy and no way to go through life.
A major red flag that someone is a narcissist is that they tell you the reason you do things, or what your thoughts are, when they have no clue (none of us do, unless we ask the person and they tell us). It’s fine to speculate; but you don’t do that. You just come right out and tell people what they are thinking and the motivation for their actions. And you’re bad at it.
So you’re saying they weren’t minorities? No, because they were, right?
You are so feminine!
Art for under privileged minority kids? Wow, you’re hardcore. You taught those kids and they grew up to paint anti-White murals on walls. Karma. You’ve got it coming in spades. – Jarek

^This^ para is pure and classic Jarek-think. Dripping with sarcasm, but that’s OK, I love sarcasm.
Jarek has to be accepted with his nose wart sprouting thick hairs.
Knew that would flush you out Janos!
No, we were never friends. That was a mere rhetorical flourish, meant to shine light on how our attitudes are manipulated by others to set us against each other despite earlier goodwill and cooperation.
And I don’t cling to any time – well WWII was pretty cool, and I think the War of Independence would have provided a sense of accomplishment, but I landed too far downstream. My point was, that listening to Motown is a far different experience from listening to hip-hop – well that and the socio-cultural aspects of musical exchange.
But it’s Sunday night and I doubt anyone but me is reading this far upthread, so, Hasty Vistas!.
benr,
You’re lucky, ours are 4 hours followed by breakout sessions to discuss our guilt/victimhood. And yes, ours are mandatory. One of the first powerpoints they shared basically stated that if you didn’t believe you were a racist, that that proved you were a racist and a part of systemic racism, and that you can only HOPE to be accepted (someday) as an “ally”, but only if you follow all the following rules… but that was still no guarantee. It’s an age-old power grift.
My solution btw? Accept the meeting invite and just don’t attend. Fortunately or unfortunately, 99% of my coworkers chug down that kool aid and ask for more, so they don’t miss it when one person isn’t there.
You should record it for posterity. If by chance this bullshit ever stops, and they try to deny they were pushing it, you’ll have evidence. And perhaps leverage.
“You should record it for posterity. ” In addition, many outrageous items on the internet come & go, and they should be recorded too, for evidence, posterity (if we’ll have any) and leverage.
It won’t stop. Not in our lifetimes.
It will stop when the whole system meets reality and falls to pieces. This seems more of a possibility with each passing day.
Probably not. But also if you record and you’re like me, where you wish one day to do a compilation/documentary, you have the footage.
Ask them to definite and watch them flounder. One of the Black geniuses (forget his name) defined it as what racists do.
Using the word to define the word is not a definition.
Rather than begin to debate the topic, I usually just point out that in many cases, black slave traders sold the slaves to white slave traders.
They have nowhere to go from that, and it saves you the time of having to listen to lengthy word salads on “institutionalized” this and “inherent” that.
Estimates are that 90% of the slaves sent to the Western hemisphere were sold by other Africans to Europeans during the Trans-Atlantic slave trade.
And that slave trade had been going on with the Muslims (the Trans-Saharan slave trade) for about eight centuries before the first Portugese slaver set foot on African soil… and then continued concurrently with the Trans-Atlantic trade for another four centuries.
The slave-selling kingdoms in Africa would sell their fellow Africans to pretty much anybody with a pulse and a few doubloons.
The really indoctrinated ones will respond to that with a blank stare, and then continue their screed as if they hadn’t heard anything.
If you think about it, the slave trade was Africa’s only industry for hundreds of years.
benr – It’s as if they think there is some possible way that we haven’t all been completely inundated for years and years and years already with our need to practice “awareness”.
We’re friggin’ aware! It’s enough already!
It’s not like the average guy is walking around the office slapping womens’ asses anymore…or requesting not to work with the black guy, or hurling slurs while a group of white guys chuckle. I mean, I suppose a few people still do, but it is quite clear that the time for that is long since past.
Can’t imagine there is one person in that seminar that is going to come out of there and say, “Huh! I’d never thought of it that way before…”
More likely to shake their heads and tell their friends how glad they are that that’s over…
Anyway, irish up that coffee for me too, that sounds annoying as hell.
…and tell their friends how glad they are that that’s over… – Mango

This reminds me of something different but similar. My 3 kids, 2 boys then a girl, never went to Catholic school, only to Public school. Thus, as members of St John’s Catholic Church, they were required to take classes leading to “Confirmation.” All 3 gritted their teeth and bore it until at some point our daughter couldn’t stand it any longer and simply quit attending and was never “Confirmed.”
Our two boys soldiered on. I recognized that my oldest boy had absorbed the religious message when, immediately after the Confirmation Ceremony, I heard him say “Thank God that’s over.”
😉 😉
And their children will be thieves and abortionists. Thus does the sin of one generation get carried over to the next – and only made worse.
You’re a veritable ray of sunshine, Jarek!
“The sins of the fathers shall be visited upon [ consequences ] the children unto the third and fourth generation.”
A brick of butter is softened by sunshine while a brick of clay is hardened.
I couldn’t sit through it.
I would run from all these psychic vampires.
I was texting friends online all throughout mine, sending screenshots and having a laugh riot.
Our local rescue squads are becoming inundated with people in “respiratory distress” and heart attacks and strokes are seriously on the rise across all age brackets. The vast majority of these calls are for the fully vaccinated. It has begun and it may be my fault because late last year I called 2021 as being the Year of Great Death. It’s happening.
John Michael Greer – The Archdruid – said he consulted the horoscope of the USA and saw a great dying occurring in a near future timeframe. I believe he might just be right.
He may be right. The question is, will it be due to people keeping over from the effects of the clot shot, etc.? Or, will it be from “Biden,” et al sending “resistors” to death camps in an idiotic but lethal way of saving his and Fauxi’s acolytes?
Maybe both?
More people could more easily be killed off from manufactured supply chain starvation and the ensuing chaos of people killing each other for food than rounding up resistors and killing them in camps.
Maybe, but the camps would be so much more fun!
people killing each other for food – Unperson

I’m still laughing my ass off over the “last cold can of SpaghettiOs” in Jim’s post last Monday.
Don’t forget the Deagel estimate showing a 60-70% reduction in the US population by 2025 or so.
I was thinking of that yesterday. That would be the percentage that are vaxxed!
HOLY SH…INOLA

That “horoscope” was read by more than a few [JHK included and just reposted today in so many words] some 20 or so years ago.

Do you have a link for JMG’s near-future chart? I’m not finding with a search.
Anthea, here’s one from November 2020: https://www.patreon.com/posts/us-presidential-44008577
But there’s no chart, only a house by house prognosis.
Is there a link to the chart itself?
I did a search and that was one of the articles I turned up. No “great dying” in there.
Another one, “The Grand Mutation,” https://worldnewstrust.com/the-grand-mutation-an-astrological-interlude-john-michael-greer.
The “great dying” part refers to the astrological era that began in 1226, characterized by the Black Death, the Mongol invasions, and the Hundred Years War. Greer specifically says that he sees no indication of that in the chart he has drawn for the US.
The wave of ER visitation and EMS delays seems to be nationwide. Reports keep popping up on local newspaper and TV stations of huge delays in being evaluated or admitted from the ER. EMS is often unable to even transfer their patients to a hospital gurney, so their capacity to answer calls is diminished as long as EMS staff have to stand around in the local ER waiting and waiting.
There may be some correlation to places that tried to force vaccinations on hospital workers.
The family friend who was just in the hospital with the Wuflu said there were people on gurneys lining the hallways.
I know that there are hospital workers walking off the job due to NY’s nutty governor trying to inflict the death jab on people who know better.
She says it is due to all the unvaccinated, but that’s a lie.
There are also large numbers of people who put off very necessary medical procedures, just being treated now.
Weird that a supranational cabal is just, simply, in our face, clumsily murdering innocent people by the tens of thousands, for which we have irrefutable proof… yet here we are, Waiting for Godot. Its like smoking pure, crystalline insanity with Hunter Biden and wondering if we should put our cell phone on the charger we lost yesterday.
And today I saw where the bitch Walensky and clenched fisted “Joe Biden” are saying the un-jabbed must be “educated and counseled”:
https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2021/10/24/cdcs-walensky-biden-administration-planning-education-and-counseling-for-unvaccinated/
Riiightttt….
I will let some Beagle puppy torturing ASSHOLE (Fauci) and the lying Walensky and the pathological LIAR “Joe Biden” and their corrupt minions “educate and counsel” me into taking a jab that is killing people and causing serious pain and bodily harm.
NOT!
These people have NO conscience.
Walter – This evidence is anecdotal? Interesting, I may do a little local recon around my local Fire Station/EMT guys, and see what they have to say.
Not anecdotal at all but fact. My deputy mayor, who has been my closest cohort in the last ten years is an EMT on a local rescue squad. He is a retired cop who rides the squad usually 5 nights a week. We talk many time each day on township business and his adventures. While he maintains professional protocol and never goes into detail, he has been more than willing to share the numbers and is always notified of vaccination status of his patients.
The vaccinated are suffering a serious spike in respiratory distress, heart attacks, and strokes. His last report to me this morning after last night’s runs was, “Walt, it’s happening!” He is of the opinion that those who are hiding the truth are not going to be able to hide it much longer, even if Jerkoff Joe updates his act by digging into his dirty diaper and smearing “Fuck America” on the Oval Office Wall on camera.
Thanks for this, Walter B. So many people in your position are just lying and accepting bribes, to cover it up.
Once you realize the true value of money, (Zero) and understand that in the end it’s all about the math, being honest and decent is the only way to go. Besides, the more cash you have the more stuff you acquire and the more tied down to this painful mortal existence you become.
I once had an old neighbor ask me if I would do some repair work on his house. I said sure and he asked how much I wanted to do the work. I told him not to worry about that, I already had enough money so I didn’t need any of his. He said that you can never have enough money so, I told him that he just didn’t get it and wound up taking $300.00 for the work. I paid a friend who needed the money $200.00 of it to do the second half of the work and walked away quite satisfied.
Americans will soon learn a hard lesson when the cold cash that they have sold out their lives and their children for assumes its true value of $0.00.
Well said, Walter B. I agree. The value of money is zero, and the way to go through life is not in the pursuit of it.
Thanks Walter – appreciate your reply and you taking the time to follow up.
“He is of the opinion that those who are hiding the truth are not going to be able to hide it much longer…” ~ Walter
In a big picture sense, I think this is true across the board. As the data accumulates, the truth is starting to percolate – impossible to hide much longer.
What then from the desperate f**king liars? False flag probably not out if the question – just my opinion.
He’s never IN The Oval Office!
He’d have to do it in his Delaware basement.
Walter: to back up what you say, 87% of Scottish people are jabbed; deaths from “unknown” causes in healthy people are up 30%. The “unknown” part is mostly weird heart conditions.
It makes perfect sense when you see what the blood of the vaccinated looks like. It won’t let me post the link here but if you go here, there is a frightening report on the subject….
Rumble — BREAKING! The ‘Stew Peters Show’ has obtained footage and slides of multiple patients’ blood that was examined after being inoculated with the shots being called ‘vaccines’ for COVID-19.
I’m still waiting for Big Pharma to demand autopsies on all the jabbed corpses they have “experimented on”.
The Science!
Good morning. Speaking of Alex, he also said this:
URGENT: Covid vaccines will keep you from acquiring full immunity EVEN IF YOU ARE INFECTED AND RECOVER
Don’t take it from me, I don’t even get to tweet anymore.
Take it from a little place I call the British government. Which admitted today, in its newest vaccine surveillance report, that:
“N antibody levels appear to be lower in people who acquire infection following two doses of vaccination.” (Page 23)
https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/urgent-covid-vaccines-will-keep-you/comments
So, Alex got this information straight from the horse’s mouth. It is not conjecture.
Alex is not the only person making this kind of assertion, but now we have proof that they are correct.
This makes it more obvious that the vaccines are much worse than useless, and it also proves that the people running around claiming that getting covid after vaccination is a step in building a better immunity than getting the disease alone, are lying liars.
Yes indeed, somebody doesn’t care who dies, as long as the get that vaccine passport implemented.
No entity ever starts a war with the intention of losing and believe me, this is war. That said, we also know that history shows us that very often, the people that start wars end up losing everything. That fact is undeniable.
Just like in the First World War, the people trying to run the war are never any closer than 20 miles to the front lines and the trenches. Their ONLY connection to what is going on are the yes-men that bring them their daily briefings. Apart from that, they are completely blind. Fvck Joe Biden becomes Lets Go Brandon! Inflation is transitory. Bad weather made Southwest Airlines cancel 2000 flights.
The soldier in the trenches has a much better idea of the state of affairs than those directing the fight from far away. Is food being rationed? Is ammunition running low? What is the quality of the new recruits replacing those that have fallen? Is the enemy well supplied? Are his ranks full of healthy recruits? When they attack, are they wearing new uniforms and carrying superior arms? Are their spirits high?
The frontline soldier knows all of this.
The entities running this war against the American people are far deeper into the Fog of War than those of us on the front lines. They’ve spent so much time hiding behind Uncle Sam’s skirt while attacking the rest of us that they do not see that Uncle Sam is about to fall and fall hard.
Then it will be game on for real and I doubt one of them will be around to realize their Agenda 2030 goal with their vaccine passport. They will have long become lamp post ornaments.
NickelthroweR,
From your mouth to God’s ears!
“The frontline soldier knows all of this.” Not always. My uncle was truly on the “frontline” in the days after Pearl Harbor. He went from being a P40 armorer tending warplanes to a mere grunt wearing a metal hat, holding a rifle & sitting in a foxhole waiting for Imperial Japanese forces to attack his nonfunctional airfield on Oahu. Army intelligence was going through his unit’s personal effects to search out and destroy any letters or diaries that had information on unit readiness (or was it blame), and destroying them. He did get to leave his post to ride a truck down to Pearl Harbor, where he could see for himself the extent of the damage done to the fleet. He didn’t need a formal briefing to figure out the fleet was basically defenseless. When he got back to his buddy in their foxhole, they made an agreement to each save one bullet to kill themselves with, rather than be taking prisoner. He told me this first hand.
“The frontline soldier knows all this” Then there were the US sailors on the destroyers in the waters off Cuba during the Cuban missile crisis. They had detected a submarine that was not from the US, and were dropping low yield depth charges on it, in an attempt to force it to surface and ID itself. They had ZERO idea that in fact there were 3 Soviet high level naval officers on board the one sub, with full authority to launch their nuclear torpedoes against such an attack. The sub had no way to know the depth charges exploding around them were not designed to destroy a sub, just to harass it. The US command had no way to know a nuclear response from below was imminent. End result was the top Soviet admiral Arkhipov on board vetoed the launch. His sub surfaced, ending the attack. The actual situation was unknown to the US until about 1992 when Russia opened its archives. Wiki: In 2002, Thomas Blanton, who was then director of the US National Security Archive, said that Arkhipov “saved the world”.
“The frontline solder knows all this” Then there was the US garrison at Fort Mackinac at the very beginning of the War of 1812. Congress had declared war on Great Britain, but neglected to even inform “frontline” US military commanders of this trivial change in relations with the world’s leading military power. Mackinac’s commander woke one morning to find a massive British military force surrounding him and telling him to “surrender or die”. He surrendered.
Frontline forces matter. Leadership matters too.
Just yesterday I was thinking about that. Not submarines, but the military practice of giving out information on a ‘need to know” basis.
What prompted it was seeing the What’s Happening news feed on Twitter.
They will post a story, and will actually add “here’s what you need to know”.
Pretty brazen, but I doubt most of the readers even understand the insult to their intelligence.
It was also Russians who saved the USS Liberty crew after the Israeli attack in 1967.
Your uncle knew far more than you give him credit for. He knew his situation was untenable and that if the Japanese marines appeared that his only option was a suicide pact.
He knew his training and equipment were subpar.
He knew his “mission”, that of guarding a nonfunctional airfield was unnecessary. He knew his leadership could not be trusted after they destroyed his letters and diaries.
He knew a lot.
No entity ever starts a war with the intention of losing and believe me, this is war.
Great post, Nickel.
I would suggest though that no leader ever starts a war with the intention of themselves losing…but many times they will start a war with the intention of their nation losing, and them personally coming out on top as a result.
Such as Joey NoPulse is clearly doing with China and a handful of other charming world players.
The US loses, Joey wins. The US wins, Joey wins outwardly, but loses all the goodies he was hoping for once he delivered us up on a rainbow-colored platter.
Let’s Go Brandon, indeed.
Hitler thought he was gonna win.
MQ, in the middle of 1944 (before the assassination attempt, I believe) Albert Speer, Minister of Armaments and War Production, walked into Der Führer’s office and laid a report on his desk.
(Bear in mind that this was one of the most trusted civil servants around the big chief.
Speer announced, very simply, “We have lost the war.”
Hitler’s response? He wordlessly grabbed the report and bundled it off into a safe.
The subject was closed.
Cognitive dissonance anyone?
Maybe Hitler thought like a Texan: “Go big or stay home!”
Great post, Nickel. The warmongers always start off believing they control events. Then events spiral out of control. None of the leaders at the start of WW1 could have imagined in their wildest dreams that within 4 years, the Russian, Austro-Hungarian, Imperial German and Ottoman empires would all be gone, and that Britain would be replaced as global top dog by the US. Wars are like Chinese Whispers: you never end up in the same place you started out from.
Thank you Mr. Kunstler for another good one to start our weekend off with! Cogs are coming looser every day and soon all the pistons are apt to bust straight out of this here motor.
I didn’t even know that Old Slow Joe did a town hall event last night, so thank you for bringing me up to speed on that too!
The proforma Town Hall missed my radar as well but I mostly think the MSM is too afraid to promote Brandon because his decline is so obvious.
Of course the Obama/Rice/Jarret crowd manipulating the strings never considered that most families in America have some experience with an aging relative or know someone who does.
They are playing a deadly game with the American people.
From the border fiasco to blatant crime in major blue cities to bullshit CRT propaganda in schools to Afghanistan to the jab mandates to calling parents domestic terrorists to the crock regarding 1/6 to the supply chain clusterfuck to Biden being demented.
A tipping point IS coming.
Hopefully soon.

“ Pandemic reporter Alex Berenson said on TV that non-Covid-19 deaths were significantly higher everywhere, and he mused out loud that there was some connection between this and the vaccines.”
A 2020-2021 increase in non-Covid deaths would result if they stopped reporting all deaths as COVID whenever the deceased had a positive test result. If they began honestly reporting the cause of death then non-Covid-19 deaths would skyrocket. If this is the case they could only respond to Berenson’s musings by admitting that the Covid deaths had been falsified.
I thought of this too.
Also, playing devil’s advocate, one could argue that the prior cases and covid death increase from August through September was due to more people out interacting with each other under the false sense of security of being protected by the vaccine, versus the year prior when there was no vaccine and most places were still locked down.
The overall deaths thing though… the MSM will try to use it to claim it is the unvaccinated’s fault for that too somehow, OR, will they steer clear of it because bringing it into focus may reveal that most of those deaths are in the fully vaccinated?
A gaffe is when a politician accidentally tells the truth and it sounds like the folksy town hall meeting was one long gaffe. Our Glorious Leaders have gotten themselves (and us) into one horrible mess with Biden b/c who’s going to replace him? Maybe Dr. Jill after she gets back from the border.
This article in The Spectator backs up everything you said:
“Twenty-first century America is a shadow of its former self, so its politics have become a shadow play of propaganda. This, really, is merely the political version of advertising, and that was an art that twentieth-century America invented and taught to the world. The CNN town hall was arranged to manage the public’s perfectly accurate perception that this administration cannot tie its own shoelaces. The less convincing the performance of our leaders, the greater their insistence that we must believe — and the more we see that they are false and incompetent, even if we cannot afford the cost of saying it out loud.”
https://spectatorworld.com/topic/joe-biden-soviet-town-hall/
Great article as ever by Sir James. Another bucket of ice cold liquid reality directly in the face. I love his use of the word “claque”. But my question is: when does a clique become a claque? And what’s next? A cluque?
Maybe the cloque is running out.
Tresho: Ha! If so, we’re well and truly cluqued.
We must call for Obama to come out of the shadows and stop hiding behind poor old Gropes. Come into the Light and face the music.
I was hoping for a spaghetti-O’s reference this time too. I’ll live with the empty Bud Lite can’s till Monday. Thanks Jim!
Jerry: absolutely. I keep on bursting out into maniacal laughter every time I pass tins of spaghetti at my local supermarket. The maskholes give me very funny looks.
I go all the way back to the “pizza pockets’ and ‘juicy juice’ references of stressed parents feeding their families. Nobody does it better.
I was hoping for a spaghetti-O’s reference this time too. – jerry

I also liked the empty propane tanks. Jim is a master of capturing the lower class zeitgeist.
There are indeed ‘wicked schemes to consolidate power forever’ in the United States of America — several such schemes, in fact.
The most important of these are the ones that both major political parties are in complete agreement about: namely, the military-industrial complex and the vast war machine, huge subsidies to fossil fuel interests, corporate monopoly power (think Amazon and all the other tech giants, and many more besides), globalized banks and financial firms, pharmaceutical giants, and many other entrenched interests. Their control over the vastly corrupt Washington machinery, through the mechanism of campaign finance, have made it impossible for the American people to vote in favor of their own interests.
Others are specific to one political party or the other. Confoundingly, the Democrats and their related media apparatus have become champions of the intelligence agencies they once recognized as a danger to the American fabric and moral standing.
But the Republicans? The Republicans have become themselves a danger to the American fabric, namely democracy itself, which they correctly see as inimical to their political prospects. Their preferred solution is suppressing the ability to vote for anyone who is at all likely to prefer the Democrats, namely minorities. Donald Trump gave the game away when he observed that there were “levels of voting that if you’d ever agreed to it, you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again.”
When it comes to policies that help ordinary people, the Democrats at least make the occasional empathetic noise; but not the Republicans. Judged by what it actually does when in power, the right-wing party offers nothing whatsoever to anyone except their corporate paymasters. Given this fact, their only hope to retain and hold power is to exploit every opportunity the Constitution affords to rule from the minority: suppress the vote, stack courts with their own carefully vetted appointees, and exert grim, scorched-earth opposition to any and every policy that might suggest to voters that government can be even a faint force for good in their lives.
Wicked schemes to consolidate power… no question.
Eppur: what one notices about the GOP is there complete invisibility. Apart from Rand Paul, where the hell are they? What is Romney doing all day? Even Devin Nunes is quiet these days. I see a new horror film possibility: The Silence of the Lame
Well, one alleged Republican was in the news this week – Colin Powell croaked. Hopefully the penalty for lying about WMDs and ll the resultant loss of life and limb will prompt St. Peter to bar the doorway to Heaven, like George Wallace standing in the door of the University of Alabammy way back when.
And Condi Rice was out this week too, getting slammed for saying CRT was crap. Which coincidentally, those two folks prompted an excellent essay back in 2006 from Ridley Scott in Esquire Magazine!
TRIGGER WARNING!

OMG Penny (btw I love your name, ISWYDT), there is so much richness there.
Thanks for posting that.
I remember being somewhat thrilled myself, seeing Condi getting off a plane on the news, at the image she was projecting to the world, of a strong American woman.
Condi actually is an intelligent, accomplished woman.
I always wondered why she threw in her lot with the sub-human Bush II.
But on hindsight, going with the Dems would not have done her any more good.
She is a heck of a lot more credible than Obama and any of the women of whatever color who are on his “team,” that is for sure.
Come to think of it, it is kind of interesting that (AFAIK) she seems to play no role in the Obama claque of POC and other-colored women.
I can actually imagine her as a credible presidential candidate.
It took guts to call out CRT bullshit as crap.
Even a portion of it.
Yes, Powell openly supported Obama, probably because they were the same color. So much him transcending race and the rest of the malarkey. He got to where he was because of the color of his skin, in all probability.

Why don’t you give a shit about all the errors you make? You just can’t wait to click on that fucking Submit button, can you?
I think Democrats and Republicans only exist at the people’s level.
Politicians are all grifters and psychopaths. Their allegiance is to each other in order to keep the grift going.
Again, the only folks who are divided are we the people, and that’s the way the grifters and the psychopaths want it.
No there is some actual discord between the parties but it is more about keeping power.
The discord disappears when the Deep State is under attack, such as Trump. They go together like glue.
Trump has been gone for a year almost. Yesterday nine Republicans voted to put Bannon up for contempt of Congress.
No. One was Missy Liz Cheney.
The RINOs PROVED in 2020 that the are Deep State first and conservative second.
Completely agree. The parties are actuality dead. The Trump/Hillary thing was an attempt to keep it alive and it worked. TPTB continue to promote this idea as it create division so people moronically believe these psychopaths are fighting for them.
Anything to keep people off the real division: CLASS.
It’s Up Down NOT Right Left.
Class?
Haves and Have nots.

Not every liberal is dumb, not all Republicans are racist

Very eloquent exposition about repubs being the original and probably final party of wall st by “incentivizing” people over 65 to grudgingly stay in the work force by cutting social security or medicare. On that score i agree, but the notion that certain minorities in this country cant’t work up the moxie to get a state identification card if they can’t afford a car is unfortunately true and i’m supposed to feel sorry for them on election day?If your an illegal alien or to dumb or lazy for standard i.d. then tough, you should’nt be given a chance to vote.
Why does everyone seem to link the GOP, only, to the corporations and Wall Street. Bunkum!
Obama is famous for linking up to Wall Street, where do you think he got his money. He cleared the path for the move overseas of most of the corporation manufacturing in the US.
Trump tried to reverse this and the corporation fought him tooth and nail. The baloney the corporate and social media put on him was responsible for his loss.
And now, here we go again. The Biden Adm. kowtowing to the corporations again.
The Trump GOP is the only political group right now that gives one damn about the people instead of the Deep State and it’s corporate masters.
“to dumb or lazy for standard i.d. ” RAYCISS!
If you’re a fan of the third-world and their resplendent cultures, one party satisfies your needs.
If you think criminals are those to emulate and admire, one party satisfies your needs.
If you think walking pathologies like our newest four-star admiral are those to emulate and admire, one party satisfies your needs.
If you think borders are racist, one party satisfies your needs.
If you think shoplifing up to $950 a day is a victimless crime, one party satisfies your needs.
If you’re a self-loathing white looking to unburden yourself of “privilege”, one party satisfies your needs.
As a corollary to that: if you detest the civilization built by the myriad inventions and discoveries of White males yet still continue to enjoy the fruits of that civilization while complaining about your “oppression” and calling for the dismantling of that civilization, one party satisfies your needs.
If you have no problem with government asking people for their papers while claiming to be “anti-fascist”, one party satisfies your needs.
The list goes on and on… and on…
Don’t get me wrong, there hasn’t been an election in recent memory that hasn’t been a hold-your-nose affair but one party is so repellent that the other middling alternative looks like the second coming of Pericles.
Well said.
Here here!
That 4 Star Admiral, he needs to earn his chops, let him lead a raid into Haiti to rescue the 17 missionaries held by a street gang, who incidentally stated they would begin killing these Amish hostages one by one if their demand ($17 million ransom) is not met.
The Amish have missionaries? I never heard of that before
Now that’s the kind of Haitians we need here! Entrepreneurs who think big. I’ll bet Dr. Rachel Levin can sashay into Haiti handle those thugs with a wave of her manicured hand.
Mennonites, ……………….
“FBI agents are now reportedly on the ground in Port-au-Prince, while representatives of the Ohio Christian ministry are said to be in contact with the hostage-takers, after the gang contacted the US-based organization in order to conduct a ransom negotiation”
“The Journal said he identified the ages of the abducted children as 8 months and 3, 6, 14 and 15 years.”

I also have never heard of it.
Why the navy as opposed to any of the others armed services? Any reason?
They’re openly mocking us now….
Maybe “Admiral It” can go beat them into submission with his handbag?
Hell……just the SIGHT of that “thing” should send the Haitian kidknappers fleeing in terror. Even Voodoo can’t save them from this new horror!
Why don’t they just try praying some more. That way they can save a cool $17 mil.
Well Eppur, you started out well, but then deteriorated into cheap partisan rhetoric. But do tell us how you feel about CRT and the “woke” movement, and the campaign to turn Americans against each other, – embraced by your beloved Democrats.
hmuller, there you go again with a bit of a straw man by referring to ‘my beloved Democrats’. As if one can’t criticize one party without worshiping the other! According to both my values and my personal assessment of discernible reality, for what that’s worth, neither party is exactly God’s gift — but one party in particular is far advanced down a dark path. That’s what I think, and if saying so means you call me a partisan, well, you do you.
As for your question, I cordially dislike woke culture and refuse to get caught up in it. Even though I’m broadly sympathetic to some of its aims, in practice it causes nothing but trouble. As for critical race theory, I see it as a helpful tool to the extent it reveals the residue of ancient prejudices baked into our lives today. But I also see CRT careerists using it as a rhetorical bludgeon against critics, even falsifying history to support their preferred narratives. I try to promote what’s good about it without serving what’s bad.
Finally, there’s your slanted perspective on the culture war. Another way to describe your campaign to turn Americans against each other is a movement to restore full personhood to people who have been historically denied it. What more can I say? Change is hard.
“Another way to describe your campaign to turn Americans against each other is a movement to restore full personhood to people who have been historically denied it.” — Eppur
You’ve got it flipped. Who started and encouraged, and still encourages — nay, enforces — that movement? That would be the core vision of the modern Democratic party, started in the 60s under LBJ.
Whites are fighting because they’re fighting back, which is a natural and valiant response to Woke bullshit.
In addition, you say you’re “broadly sympathetic to some of [critical race theory’s] aims”. What a weaselly, say-nothing statement. Of course, it’s also another Woke inversion.
Their purported “aims” aren’t equality of opportunity, but equality of outcome. That was the argument as recent as a year ago. Now those people who fought Wokeism, themselves appear naive and foolish. The aim is, and always has been, the complete emasculation of White males.
I realize you’re a troll, but this post is for others.
The thing is, as the King of Comedy pointed out, a sound basis for those “ancient predudices.”
My Facebook feed is currently all afire over the Tulsa Race Massacre. The OP of course omits to mention that it was set off by the rape of a white woman by a black man. Now obviously this does not justify an attack on the whole black community.
But was this the only incident? I find it difficult to believe that such a degree of explosive and unified rage on the part of the white community was the result of an isolated incident. I suspect that it was preceded by a long series of previous incidents of many kinds. Many of us know what it is like to live or work among blacks, or ride public transportation with them, or visit a public park frequented by blacks.
In short, it ain’t an “ancient prejudice.”
Now, one of my dear old friends has mixed grandchildren and great-grandchildren–and a black sister-in-law who is very vocal about the woes of blacks. My friend is a strong defender and advocate of her mixed-race descendants, and one of her more valid points is the denial of full “personhood” to blacks.
I don’t know how one would define “full personhood,” so it’s hard for me to have an opinion on that. I tend to think that what is denied them is not “full personhood,” but a simple acknowledgement that a large cohort of blacks seen to be literally unable to conform to civilized standards, but are prone to lawlessness (and glorify it), violence, and extreme vulgarity. We could also throw in the denigration and abuse of women into the mix. Plus there is also a pretty clear case of lack of cognitive ability or development. (About half of all blacks are, by 1973 standards, mentally retarded.)
So, does this make them “less than human?” I would say perhaps not “less than human,” but definitely “less than civilized humanity,” and, from the cognitive standpoint, “less than a high school graduate,” or “less than an accountant.” Would be willing to say that a person who has committed heinous crimes has relinquished their claim to “personhood?” Our religion teaches that they have not, but rather fall into the category of “those most in need of Thy mercy.”
But they have relinquished some claims to something.
Nice. You see race – how few women can. Or even liberal men, almost invariably more feminine than their wives. Perhaps you have a strong animus, or inner male a la Jung?
A few years ago you would have been lynched for saying that. But I made the road clear….
The black male teenager accosted (I don’t know about rape) the white female teenager, and he was arrested.
A bunch of armed black men went to the jail to ”protect” him. A bunch of armed white men went to stop them. They got into a battle and something like 10 white men were killed.
That is what started the ”massacre”.
The black male teenager lived. The sheriff moved him out of town the first night.
I doubt he was ever in any danger.
Well stated. And accurate. It’s the truth that many white Americans fully comprehend, but are never allowed to publicly discuss without immediately being smeared as “racists” (whatever the hell that means anymore), and then they are “cancelled” and have their lives ruined by the howling woke mobs and their elite enablers.
This is what is destroying our country. That’s the God’s honest truth. It has been the case for 60 years. The wrecking crew arrived in 1964 and they’ve never ceased with the demolition work. At this point, they are almost done. There is very little left of the country I grew up in.
Yes, the Elite were always on their side, creating the narrative that lauded them and damned us. The Revolution came from the top.
Why don’t any of the white people up here ever talk about the dumber than dirt, IQ lower than 60 white folks in this country? There are millions of them, too.
Most on welfare or gaming the system.
Weird that they are never mentioned.
@ Anthea
I refuse to hate anybody who hasn’t done any wrong to me or mine but I also refuse to pretend facts are not what they are.
The facts are that supposedly “ancient prejudices” are more often than not based on modern realities
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics National Crime Victimization Survey, year after year, in cases of interracial violent crime, 85% of the incidents are White victim, black perp. In 2019, for instance, out of roughly 560,000 incidents, 472,000 followed this pattern.
https://bjs.ojp.gov/content/pub/pdf/cv19.pdf
Most supposedly racist™ Whites are very likely just cognizant of these facts even if they couldn’t cite exact numbers (anybody living in a big city most assuredly is). Of course the white eunuch set doesn’t like to look too closely at realities like this and they are equally incapable of understanding the most basic and primal fact of existence on this planet: in every time and in every civilization, when it becomes us vs. them, them gotta go. That’s the hornet’s nest that the promulgators of the bullshit known as CRT don’t seem to be aware they’re poking.
“Why don’t any of the white people up here ever talk about the dumber than dirt, IQ lower than 60 white folks in this country? There are millions of them, too.” — MaryQ
Because dumb Whites almost always end up hurting only themselves or other dumb Whites in their community.
Look up the stats vis-a-vis Black on White crime as contrasted with White on Black crime. A gulf wider than the Grand Canyon. But you won’t do that because stats are dispassionate, and you’re nothing if not hysterical or anecdotal when you wish to make a point.
@ Jarek:
I am actually a frustrated ultra-feminine type. I don’t know if you are into numerology, but my “talent number” (month and day of your birthday added together) is two.
I have some degree of aptitude for some skills that are more or less masculine, like carpentry, but I think that’s more a matter of being drawn to the plastic arts. I can do many types traditionally masculine work, like plumbing and house-wiring and kind of enjoyed these as kind of 3D puzzles.
To be honest–and, I hope, not to seem full of myself–I am pretty sure I have a very high IQ. When they tested us in 6th grade, they would not divulge our tests scores, but we all snuck up to the teacher’s desk and looked when she was out of the room. So unless I read the wrong line or something, my IQ is 146.
I think most of my trouble with men is that almost all the ones I come in contact with are my intellectual inferiors, and by a long shot. One reason I have had little contact with intelligent men is that I had the misfortune to go into teaching, a field in which brainiacs are mighty thin on the ground. You find that your social circle consists mainly of other teachers. You also tend to wind up living on the poor side of town.
Oddly, some of the most intelligent men I have met were guys who led reckless lives in their youths and wound up poor and living at the margins of society–often due to a felony coviction or being married five times or being big potheads. But if you got to know them, you realized that they were borderline geniuses–and certainly polymaths: highly skilled in often very disparate lines of work, often outstanding musicians or artists (who can also diagnose the trouble with your wood stove and excellent marksmen), and…I could go on and on. But such guys are scarce on the poor side of town, and you for damn sure couldn’t marry them.
Had I gone into the sciences and hence rubbed elbows with engineers and other professional men, I might have a higher opinion of men.
@ Mary Queen:
The low-IQ whites are not nearly as violent. Also, a lot of them are not all that dumb. The smart ones usually have several problems in getting ahead. One is that they are so down-and-out that they don’t even have a decent-running car. Another is that they were bred up and continue to live in a culture in which grifting is a way of life. This has become their first instinct–often out of necessity. Some of the smart women are married to retarded or otherwise problematic men. Yet another is that they are a poor “fit” for the “good” jobs. The only way I can explain what I mean by this is to give the example of an old friend of mine. She has had a teaching degree and certification her whole life, and she married into one of the “connected” families in this county. So why didn’t she get a teaching job at the local high school? Answer: she is too “country” and doesn’t have the right “image.” Kind of a typical blunt-spoken farm wife with a distinctly “wrong” accent.
One of my fomer and now deceased neighbors had the same problem–big ole Alabama accent and a very “country” way about her. When I was taking computer classes, she decided she also wanted to enroll. That woman could run rings around me in IT stuff. She devoted most of her days to uninstalling operating systems and installing a dual-boot system, and fearlessly tinkering with the motherboard. (Which scared the shit out of me.) Brilliant woman, though unfortunately batshit crazy. Perhaps because, as a kid, her step-mother deliberately ran over her with the car, hauled her into a back bedroom, and left her to die. Anyway, there was no way she would ever get an IT job, even if she’d had a car.
Many blacks doubtless face similar obstacles. But the poor whites are not violent. They just grift.
Last year, I took in this woman’s daughter, then twenty. Both parents were dead, as was her only sibling, who OD’d many years before. She had no one.
Her biggest problem: the grifter mentality. It was like a compulsion.
@SoulForensics, what’s ‘hysterical’ about asking a question?
You sound hysterical. Take a fucking chill pill. You white supremacists sure get worked up over nothing.
@ Jarek:
Among whites of both sexes, race rarely comes up conversationally at all. Over the past twenty years, I have known two local men have spoken disparagingly of blacks, so two incidents in twenty years.
Then there’s the female friend who often speaks of her black grandchildren and great-grandchildren with pride and defends their deficiencies, such as not being able to learn to read. There isn’t much else a person of character can do in such a case. They are part of your family.
My friend is one of those larger-than-life types of people with huge accomplishments under her belt. A force to be reckoned with in the community. Several of her immediate (white) family members–all but one actually–are the proverbial rather “bad pieces of work.” My late father-in-law was in the same boat, being the only sane member of the family. Tough row to hoe.
As for women in general taking a somewhat jaundiced view of blacks, this is something you sense rather than hear explicitly expressed.
I once recommended the book “Wet Grave” to our library book club. Great book, but almost all the main characters are blacks who are presented as intelligent people of character–which is not impossible.
The response of the ladies in the book club was a kind of sour reticence. The race angle was never mentioned at all, but you knew what was in their minds.
Look at the hatred in Merrick Garland’s eyes as it was revealed that he’s corrupt, his Son in Law an executive in a CRT company that seeks to shake down White children.
Yes Jarek – the company, Panorama, co-founded by Garland’s son-in-law, supplying CRT educational materials to the public school system. Small conflict there.
Two party meme, like cart grooves in Roman road that population accepted and is happy to trot along.
So one party rules via “exploit[ing] every opportunity the Constitution affords” while the other rules via allegiance to intelligence agencies? At least in the former case, there are nominal checks and balances. Once you’re allegiance is with the covert power institutionalized in intelligence agencies, even those minimal checks and balances go bye-bye.
And this is laughable: “stack courts with their own carefully vetted appointees” – because that’s only limited to the Rs, and a plan to pack the Supremes has never been floated by the Ds.
As always I wish a pox on both parties, but stop pretending that the velvet glove of the Ds doesn’t cover the same fucking iron fist. A kinder, gentler machine gun hand as it were. And I don’t even buy the velvet glove ruse anymore. The entire cancel culture that the Ds endorse is just a way for pussies to be bullies.
*your* for the spelling trolls
Things will get worse before they build-back better.
All according to plan.
Even Zero-Hedge is falling for it. “Why Governments Hate Crypto!”
Uh-huh.
They love the idea of a traceable and manageable digital currency that is now (despite the desperate bit-broker marketing) easily manipulated.
The marketing lies “anonymous currency” is precisely what will lead to the government(s) officially announcing their oversight of it.
But Joe Six-pack doesn’t know that.
He only knows that everyone (the brokers/sellers/initial investors) is telling him to get in before it’s too late.
Thing is, Joe Six-pack never seems to remember that when they start opening up “investments’ for him to buy, it is because the big money needs a muggins.
And big-government is tolerating because it has bigger plans.
Zero Hedge is part of the ‘Outrage Porn’ industry.
But I love the comments section!
Big Giverment and Big Banking want a cashless society. Banks don’t like to handle it, and the Giverment don’t like the anonymity in the transactions. Besides, reconciliations to cash are such a drain on the electronic grift. The Giverment is a money machine that takes the best years of your life as input and gives it away, after the grift is paid.
Big Banking has been carrying the water for cashless society for several years. They’re chomping at the bit for that.
Re “Big Banking has been carrying the water for cashless society for several years. They’re chomping at the bit for that.”
I don’t quite get this, because—as I understand it, per Catherine Austin Fitts and Ernst Wolff—Big Bank are also on the schedule to be sidelined and shuttered under the CBDC program.
The only bank left standing would be the Fed and other countries’ central banks.
Islander, the FED is not a government bank. The FED is the only bank, all the Big Banks are just branches of the FED.
But I would not argue with Ms. Austin Fitts. Not even a little.
I didn’t say the Fed was a government bank.
I said: “the Fed and other countries’ central banks.”
The Fed functions as this country’s central bank.
Fitts is promoting “Cash Fridays.” As in use it or lose it.
HSBC’s business model is to launder drug money, get caught every so often, pay the fine (basically just giving the State its “cut”), and then launder drug money anew.
I suspect they are not alone.
A cashless society will just automate the process.
When you hear legislators say “Cashless will eliminate crime” you can bet the opposite will be the actual desired outcome.
Oh, and about that War on Drugs? Drugs won.
Alfred: ZH is a bit crazy, but it often throws up some good alternative news articles and some good research too.
The current crypto scene is meant to be a prototyping effort for governments and training wheels to condition the plebes into accepting the idea of all-digital currency.
You can bet that NSA has a section dedicated to monitoring and tracking all things crypto.
Crypto shitcoins, yes. Bitcoin, no. All other bitcoin projects other bitcoin itself will go the way of fiat “money” — that is, to zero.
All the NSA would have to do is open a Bitcoin account, wouldn’t they? Aren’t the blockchains transparent to any holder in each crytpo system?
I am in the process of reading Eric Hoffer’s “Working and Thinking on the Waterfront” – 1959. From page 34 a very astute and timely observation, to wit:
“The crucial question is whether the Negro will ever give up his alibi of discrimination. You do not give up the imperishable advantage of an alibi for the short-lived exhilaration of achievement. There is trouble ahead. For the less justified the Negro’s alibi the more passionately will he cling to it, and the louder will he voice his grievances.”
Take that CRT!
I think what happened is negroes did give it up, for the most part. Unfortunately, as they gave it up, more and more whites took up the cause for them.
Al Sharpton is not an organic black leader. He is made and paid by the white-owned media, for instance.
I disagree. There is no more “racism/discrimination” problem of any significance toward blacks, so that can not be the reason why so many of them, the majority IMHO, are failures, losers, criminals, broke, violent, uneducated, and incomprehensible.
All of which could easily be the result of poor life choices and a near 80% illegitimate birth rate. But that would require black folks blaming themselves and I do not see that happening. Particularly when there are scads of white folks that need there to be “racism/discrimination” in the very core of their beings, so that they can be good and virtuous saviors, and who continue making excuses!
That is why we see the ridiculous spectacle of blaming slavery, Robert E. Lee, Thomas Jefferson, Christopher F’ing Columbus, whatever – to keep from having to deal with the real problem – themselves. All those excuses are a result of desperation as it becomes more and more clear that whites are not causing the problems over in the hood.
The majority of blacks I know aren’t all that different from white people in their values and behavior.
The people pushing the racism angle may have token blacks out in front, but make no mistake about it, it is white people who are the majority jumping on that bandwagon, and it is white people funding it at the level we don’t see.
The majority of blacks I’ve known have been a lot like the whites I’ve known — some are nice, some aren’t, etc. The media has ginned up a lot of this racial tension IMO. The death of George Floyd in police custody was turned into the crime of the century with his past completely expunged. In fact, there’s a group in Texas who wants his last drug bust reversed b/c of “racism.”
It’s all of piece with the distortion of reality. “Peaceful protestors” torch police stations, Biden, who was never more than a glorifed lobbyist, is functional, January 6th was as bad as the Civil War, and the latest whopper — Build Back Better.
How about St George’s armed robbery convictions, they want them expunged too?
Beryl of Oyl,
The majority of Blacks you know, I’d be so bold to conjecture, don’t represent the totality of Black culture and reality.
Whites are always beating this drum — “oh, the Black taxi driver was so nice!” or “my next-door neighbour is pleasant when we meet as we take out the garbage” or “I work with a smart and hard-working software developer”.
In case #1, you’re getting a five-minute snapshot, in case #2, he or she is a functioning member of society to be able to afford a suburban house and to care for its proper upkeep, and in case #3, there will always be some Blacks who are smart and conscientious enough to perform complex tasks and stick to a work routine, though they’re in the minority.
It’s confirmation (and ideological) bias which doesn’t examine how those minorities of the minority intersect with your life.
Now walk down a different section of St Louis than you usually do.
Don’t try to tell me what I know and don’t know, Soul.
Living around and working with, and socializing with, hundreds of people, over decades, is hardly a snapshot, it’s my lived experience.
Where did you come by your greater knowledge of the “totality of black culture and reality”. What the hell do you even think that means?
Sounds like you need to lay off the hallucinogens.
They’re violent and dumb as rocks, as you’d know if you ever lived around them or went to school with them. Psychological studies, Test scores, and Academic records confirm this, not your skewed vision.
You’re an axe grinder for Blacks. A late 20th century Liberal.
Beryl,
What comprises your “hundreds” of “lived around” and “socializing with” the Black community? Are they a representative snapshot of the aggregate Black population? Of course not.
Obviously, you move in different quarters than do most Blacks. A liberal’s indoor work environment is hardly representative.
Nor are outdoor venues such as hard-working Blacks who try to get farm subsidies to work the land. (Racism against Blacks does exist.) But how many Blacks does that comprise?
Most Blacks live in urban settings. Of those that work, the preponderance of jobs are in the working-class sector. Speak to Whites who work in warehouses, who do pick-up, temp work (roofers, construction site helpers, etc), and you’ll get a much larger body of evidence, an unfiltered narrative (since all you’re doing is, yourself, giving an N=1 experience). Of the many who don’t work and have quit school, do you really want to go there?
So take up my challenge. If you live in a big city, get away from indoor work, the university campus (well, maybe not Evergreen or Cornell or, or, or, or, … that wouldn’t exactly help your cause), and the better neighbourhoods where the sliver of high IQ Blacks live, and instead take a tour of the Black ‘hoods.
Of course, you can avoid the harrowing experience by just looking up statistics across a broad array of criminal and social metrics.
Good points Penelope.
This is what we’re left with after 50 years of affirmative action and $20 trillion in welfare transfers without any discernible improvement, indeed, you might even say the the situation is worse. So yes, these failures have to be somebody’s fault, why not Jefferson, or Theodore Roosevelt, or Robert E Lee?
Oh, and I meant to include this link for you, to see how Condi R was treated for her heresy:

They can’t compete against us and they know that. So they will torment us instead – enabled by the Federal Government who hates us with a passion.
Restless anal syndrome?
https://nypost.com/2021/09/30/covid-19s-latest-odd-side-effect-restless-anal-syndrome/
OMG What will covid attack next?
It would be helpful to know whether this man was vaccinated before he got sick.
Also what sort of hospital treatment the people getting this side effect had.
I was also wondering if he had been engaging in butt sex and was injured as a result and they are blaming the evil covids.
I suspect the Sundowner-in-Chief suffers from this condition but nothing to do with Covid of course (our fearless leader being vaxxed-up and all) and nothing that a Depends can’t fix.
The first thing I thought of when viewing that article was Buttfuckers and “Ass” the movie from Idiocracy.
We are nearly there.
Benr: Yeah, I’ve also noticed Fauci is pretty hyperactive too.
Could be a bad case of diarrhea!
“Globalism is winding down, and standards of living are sinking with that. ”
Yes that is so. What we may want to bear in mind is that, contrary to what our “leaders” kept telling us, is that the standard of living for the majority of Americans was higher pre-Globalism.
All this time, the gap between the 99% and the 1% was ever widening, and we kept hearing nonsense propaganda blaming the victims.
No, the Japanese weren’t “ahead of us”. No, we didn’t “benefit from cheap consumer good from China”. No, jobs aren’t disappearing because of robots.
The jobs being off-shored are still being done by humans, just not Americans.
Black Americans didn’t cause the mortgage meltdown either.
The controllers seem to have vastly overestimated the capabilities of current automation and AI efforts.
Countless jobs have been lost to automation. That’s just the simple fact. Whether that was a good idea given the coming Long Emergency is another question.
As the alchemists used to say, before things (in this case ideas) can be properly put together, they must be properly separated.
Yet giving them mortgages is a very bad idea. Whitey owes them, you see. Any credit given them is just a down payment on the Ur-Debt that can never be paid off.
The world-wide mortgage meltdown had to be due to giving a whole lot of white people taking on mortgages they could not handle.
There simply aren’t enough low-income black Americans to have had any real effect on that.
Programs aimed at low income blacks existed for decades, with no discernible effect on the general economy.
I don’t know enough to know if you’re right or wrong. But I do know that hundreds of malls across America have been closed due to Black criminality. And that was before the BLM riots and the looting of every large downtown in America.
Making excuses for Blacks is a full time job. You only hurt them with this. They need to be held to account.
I moved from Independence, Mo., to a rural area a little over twenty years ago. In the intervening years, Independence (always a lower middle-class, blue-collar town) has suffered an immense influx of blacks. My assumption is that they are fleeing Kansas City. If you go to a restaurant in Indpendence, you could get the impression the town is now nearly all black–except that I am informed that there has also been a huge Hispanic influx.
Perhaps the most highly visible result is that the town’s premier shopping mall, Independence Center, has been the scene of multiple riots, and the mall has had to put curfews in place for minors. As with several other malls in the metro area that have closed over the years due to black violence and lawlessness, it will probably end up shut down.
The last time I went to a restaurant in Independence, someone had turned on all the taps full blast and left them running. It is customary for them to clog sinks and toilets with paper towels when they do this–which is why a lot of places no longer supply paper towels.
Whites, predictably, are fleeing. In another twenty years, the whole town will probably be just another urban ghetto, with no mall, no restaurants, no retail stores, and, that other hallmark of the hood, no gas stations.
I’m liking you more and more. But now back to our work:
I love the way you put on your philosophical glasses and critiqued Mary’s libel (Men are death) as an exaggeration. How big of you – even though you clearly sympathized. But your “Most men are mooches” is sacrosanct, right?
In going back to source Mary’s libel, I found the real reason (perhaps) for your feelings; not the stream but the river; not your neighbor but your no good husband. Your problem is now more understandable and one can sympathize. But we must rise above that to Philosophy: And you remain in error.
You go to a party as a kid and the boy you have your eye on is making time with another girl. No promises had been given but you thought it was mutual. Suddenly the Party is a horror show. But no. The Party is still a good one but you’re no longer up for it. We always must be able to distinguish between our condition and the environment outside us or the general condition. You have bad Venus karma. That’s your condition not the objective condition of all people. A crucifixion? Oh yes….
@ Jarek:
I think that in my various “mooches” posts I provided a realistic picture of women’s lives. No all women, perhaps, but the majority.
More than one of my women friends raised her kids alone, often working shit jobs (or two shit jobs), bought a house, and launched some fine young adults. One of my oldest friends was abandoned by her husband when she was about twenty. She had a young daughter, about one year old at the time. She got a job, and not only raised her daughter but also raised three younger siblings, since their mother had died and Dad (predictably) had run off. She struggled for many years and was eventually quite successful. Bought her own home while the four kids were still pretty young.
That’s what women do–at least these days. That’s what I did, though with no younger siblings involved. Men run off.
I would definitely prefer to be wearing silk tea gowns and trailing clouds of Shalimar, as opposed to wearing Carharts and smoking little cigars. But it is what it is.
Well one of the most true statements of all is “Your mileage may vary.”. You calling life as you see it. I say you’re in karmic cul de sac with others in the same boat. Birds of a karmic feather flock together.
You don’t have to smoke little cigars. Why not try a pipe like Ursula LeGuin?
@ Jarek:
You are greatly underestimating the percentage of women who are in the “karmaic boat.” I would say it is around 50%–and that’s not counting the married women who stick with hubby, even though he is, for the most part, a burden (or worse) rather than a helpmeet.
The main example of that was a friend of the family whose son I used to babysit. Hubby was one of three sons of a wealthy dad. He and his brothers had long been employed in Daddy’s business at pretty decent salaries (where they did little or nothing in the way of work), but the business fell on hard times and Daddy had to let them go. They were all princelings who were deeply demoralized by the prospect of actually working for a living.
All three of the boys (all married) refused to get real jobs for at least five years and decided to let their wives support them. Only one wife divorced her husband, probably due to having to move in with the in-laws (with the kids).
My friend went back to work a week after giving birth to her third child, which was the one I was caring for from the age of one week. By the time he was three, hubby was still fucking around–as he had been for at least a year before the baby was born and continued to do for another five or more years.
He also failed to make himself useful as a “house husband.” We once dropped by to visit the family in the evening, after the baby had been at my house all day. Mom was at a religious event of some kind, so it was just Dad and the three kids. The baby was still wearing the same diaper I had put on him probably six hours before, and it was dirty. I knew it was the same diaper, as it was one of my daughter’s that I had grabbed because his weren’t handy.
Dad was trying to get the 12-year-old daughter to change the baby’s diaper. I finally changed him myself. Now, to me, this level of irresponsibility, neglect, and lack of feeling for ones kids is shocking. Makes you wonder if the kids even got any dinner.
You see this kind of thing all the time, maybe especially if you do daycare: Mom is working because Dad won’t. Dad cannot be trusted to take care of the kids at the most minimal level (which is why they are in daycare), let alone taking care of dinner, clean clothes, bath time, and tucking in at bedtime (or laundry, dishes, and other cleaning duties). So Mom comes home from her sisterhood group or whatever, after working all day, to find the house trashed, the baby in a dirty diaper, the older kids asleep on the couch and the baby on the floor, a sink full of dishes, and three loads of laundry to do.
The married women often have it tougher than the single moms.
I agree that blacks did not cause the 2008 meltdown. As far as giving blacks mortgages, there is a very practical problem. If they live in a predominantly black neighborhood, the property probably will not go up in nominal value over time like homes in white neighborhoods. Because who wants to live in a home/neighborhood where there are shots being fired every night and where you cannot open a window for air because one of your neighbors will climb in and steal your TV, and where the nearest schools may not have a single student who is proficient in either English or Math, not to mention where your kids are likely to get beaten up and raped pretty regularly?
I pity decent black people who live in places where they have to put up iron bars on the doors and windows to keep out the black Democrats.
I agree Penny. And some of these ghetto areas used to be livable & are now so dangerous, who would buy there? The real estate swindle in 2008 ruined people who knew nothing about finance & were played . Some I realize were enthusiastic players & just plain greedy but I think ignorance can’t be discounted.
It’s like conning 18 year old kids to sign up for credit cards, knowing they have no idea what they’re doing.
“As far as giving blacks mortgages, there is a very practical problem.” –Penelope
Yes, and subsidized rent is no solution either.
The Cabrini-Green housing development at the intersection of the two wealthiest areas of Chicago is illustrative. 3600 public housing units built over 20 years. At first, 75% Whites, 25% Blacks. Inevitably, all systems and infrastructure deteriorate. Whites move out. Situation worsens. Gang activity. Poverty increases. Buildings aren’t maintained. Horrific violence (research “Girl X”, but not during or just after a heavy meal). A city politician, in a publicity stunt, moves in in an attempt to “prove” there’s no race angle. She lasts three weeks before moving out. Eventually, around 2001, most of the buildings are bulldozed, and the “community” broken up.
I followed the 2008 meltdown, and the run-up to it, very closely for several years. The fraud on the part of the lenders was mind-blowing.
But when I talk with people who didn’t follow it closely–usually because they were too young to do so at the time–they tell you that it was the result of banks being forced to make subprime loans to anyone and everyone, including many blacks. This of course is pure horseshit.
The FHA was being Corzined by thieving Democrat directors. They put a gun to the head of banks and told them to sell lemon loans to anything breathing, then stuffed those dodgy robosigned loans into mortgage-backed securities which underlay the FHA bonds.
The multi-tiered mortgage bond market started to panic in March 2008, when 15% the Southwest and Florida housing markets suffered a 5% drop.
Thousands, then tens, then hundreds of thousands of Latinos- mostly illegals working in construction, factories, and ag under Cartel “labor contractor” hiring- discovered that they couldn’t afford a $400,000 house and a new pickup either. 40,000 Sanchos walked out of their NINJA loans in Aurora, Colorado alone.
(ninja- ‘no income, no job applied’)
Sorry, correction, March 2007 is when Sancho discovered he couldn’t afford Dubya Bush’s war-inflated boom property market either.
The ruling class saw their asset classes and holdings head for the moon, though. The non-whites, notably blacks, are pushed in to deflate long term values that they might be bought for pennies, then the browns are bought in to chase them out.
White suburbs are desegregation refugee camps.
Black home values and segregate, stable neighborhoods were bankrupted when their kids no longer walked to their own schools.
The ruling class pirates taking territory thru desegregation rulings was an assault on both white and blacks who were getting a mite too cozy as they naturally congregated to places where they could feel comfortable in their own skin, around like people whose ways they understood. Amongst their own, as is natural.
Apologies again, addendum- not disagreeing with Anthea, who’s contributions are of sterling quality.
Saying “blacks buying houses brought down an economy” is like saying “mexicans buying cars bankrupted General Motors”.
It was the Pritzkers, Hank Paulsons, and Jim Johnsons at the top playing their hunger games.
Mostly agree, but the robosigning happened later, as I recall.
Banks gave out NINJA loans, (which I thought was No Income, No job, No assets) and then instead of keeping the loans (and the liability) sold them off to be sliced and diced and sold in the Mortgage Backed Securities market, which were sold all over the world. The banks, therefore, did not bother doing due diligence, since they were not responsible for mortgage defaults.
All property transfers in the US are supposed to be recorded in the county clerk’s office, and a transfer fee paid. When a couple of counties tried to sue to stop the MERS corporation from skating by these requirements, THAT is when they set up the robo-signing shops, where people were hired to forge signatures on documents pretending that there was some sort of chain-of-custody tracking of the property transfers.
MERS stands for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems and none other than Eric Holder was involved in setting it up, in order to bypass the going-down-to-the-county registration required by US law.
Eric Holder was then put it as Attorney General during the time when the whole criminal enterprise was exposed. Or should have been exposed.
Instead, the media called this massive crime a “scandal”, which they always do with crimes of the rich. They aren’t crimes, they are ”scandals”.
In any case, millions of people lost their homes and the bankers went free.
And Americans were taught, by the media, that the problem was that ordinary people bought houses they couldn’t afford.

Ahh, so that’s the torrid story of “Linda Green” and her pimp.
(Thanks, I was hurrying and couldn’t quite remember ‘ninja’.)
I once read that the American military was the biggest user of fossil fuels on the planet. No doubt that is still true. I’ll bet the MIC is getting cold sweats right about now due to the accelerating decline of the supply of oil.

You sound like his nemesis, the flamer, Sulu. Shatner retorted that he was a loser who only got publicity by attacking Shatner.
Stop bashing on the mans pudge he is freaking old and earned that shit.
Seriously fat shaming in this day and age?
What next making fun of gays and blacks?
Shame on you!

Takei may be bitter, but then again, he’s the one that had to live with being upstaged by an over-acting toupee.
I’m not a trekkie, and don’t know about this Takei-Shatner feud of which you speak.
What’s Takei’s real problem? Does he think he didn’t earn the money he was worth on Star Trek? Is it just another petulant actor crying about being eclipsed by the star?

You are correct.

It is pretty easy to find info on this online with a simple search.
This fact is a major “bracketed out” item in Greta’s and other green spiels. We couild all be saved if the military just disappeared.
It might even be fun for USA Inc to be taken over by the Russians and Chinese. I vote for the Russian option, myself.
In WW2, it was the Defense guys that came to Roosevelt and told him there was not enough domestic oil to conduct a two theater war.
His response? Get on a boat and go talk to King Faisal of SA about supplying us the oil we need, for our defending the kingdom.
The pact is still in place.
And that was a huge mistake.
The correct play was to tell Faisal, “BTFO, GTFO, this is our oil now.”
No one could have done a thing to stop us.
Imagine a world where Wahabbist Islam had zero, rather than infinite funding backing it.
US Armed Forces use about 300,000 barrels of oil per day in peacetime, 500,000 in wartime.
On more than one occasion our great “leaders” have been compared to the mummies propped up in the Kremlin ever since when. At least Nikita Kruschchev had some piss’n’vinegar in him, joking and threatening and pounding a table with his shoe when no gavel came to hand.
The difference is the the Politburo wax dummies weren’t expected to deliver anything requiring drastic action, whereas “Joe Biden” is caught up in a number of simultaneous emergencies, as more come galloping over the horizon.
The selection of these presidential rope-a-dopes is evidence of the contempt the electorate is held in by TPTB; trouble is, a “Leader of the Free World” is supposed to git goin’ and make some dynamic, helpful decisions, the way Prez ManBaby did (well kind of). If you look at the likes of Clinton onward through Dubya Bush and right up to the current Mummy-in-Chief You will note that they are just cute, eloquent placeholders.
The rest of the world looks on, astonished, uneasy and quizzical.
“they are just cute, eloquent placeholders.”
well, they are placeholders, all right, but certainly not cute and eloquent, IMHO.
Joe Biden and his Liberal, Bernie Sanders agenda is the cause of most of the emergencies you allude to, not just the recipient.
“Ol’ White “Joe” did a “Town Hall” performance Thursday”
From what I hear, the news channels cut to it, aired it live thinking there must be something newsworthy there. But after he rambled and said literally nothing any substance for ten to fifteen minutes except aimless stories about nothing, one by one they all cut away either mocking him (Fox, Newsmax) or apologizing for the whole thing (CNN, NBC).
“— it doesn’t have enough fossil fuels to run the joint — ”
It made me think that perhaps China wouldn’t invade Taiwan after all. It’s probably just as effective to make us think they would. Unless Taiwan has some oil. They actually don’t I think. Hopeful.
I pretty much think we could thumb our noses at China.
If only we can vote them out of the White House.
That whole Late Soviet feeling.
Sclerotic, oligarchic, mismanagement. Gerontocracy. Disconnect between reality and rhetoric. Hardened and ossified ideological commitments by a ruling elite, ideological commitments that don’t jibe well with reality.
People have mocked the final few pre-Gorbachev Soviet premiers for being out-of-touch elderly types. But how were they, really, compared to Biden?
“In short, Globalism is winding down, and standards of living are sinking with that.”
Well, let’s be precise here. The expected standard of living for the most conceivably attainable class are sinking.
The middle class.
Again, all according to design. Most know that there are too many people. The governments of most large countries also know this.
They also know that most of them rewording class and poor but aspire to a middle class lifestyle.
Today’s middle class lifestyle is terribly unsustainable.
It is built on leveraged wealth and debt, continuous consumption and waste concomitant with their increasing acceptance of cheap short lasting and disposable products. From cheap alloy screws to Chinese knock-offs. The point is you got it, and it will last long enough.
But not everybody can even have the cheap stuff, because over time this way of doing things is even more expensive.
So the middle-class will have less. Their purchasing power will be less.
They will go without more. Slowly at first for the Boomers and X’ers and some of the Y’s, but, you see, the younger people, the children of this class are already there: basements and spare bedrooms and second hand cars and fast-casual high dining before aspirational apartment flat living.
But the rich, the wealthy. Why, they will pay more for the things that the middle-class will soon accept as “treats” and occasional indulgences, but then again, they can.
“…most of them rewording class ” are working class.
100th, IMO, standard of living is being intentionally lowered, but agree with you on its unsustainability (the present-day qualification of “middle-class” would’ve been considered “rich” in the 1980’s, but it’s propped up by debt, slave-labor-made goods and picked food/subsidized food).
My guess is that in this transitory stage of the big grift, the plan is to bleed the middle-class dry before it settles in to its new identity of being “content” with less and half dependent on the government for food and energy. People will be pacified by hunger, fear of whatever bogeyman they cycle in and the distraction of endless meaningless digital content to consume on their Netflix/Amazon etc. It’ll all be for our safety and equity of course.
There was a time where multiple generations of immigrants would come to the US and all live under one roof as they established themselves and moved out into their own place, achieving the “American dream”, but when natural-born citizens start moving in the reverse direction, you have to ask yourself, “Might I do better in a foreign country? Costa Rica?”

Hauling logs with a picker truck, on percentage. Worked a huge
amount of hours, Loved every minute of it.
Sad what has happened.
Not good news. Who’s going to buy all the $80,000 EVs GM, Ford and Tesla will be cranking out by 2025?
GM is bringing back the Hummer, this time Electric: base price, $130,000. Maybe the dude making $35,000 per can take out a 30 year mortgage on it.
In 2025, the dude making $35,000 today will most likely be dead.
If he is a survivor, he will transport his sickly ass to and from his 14-hour shifts as instructed.
BRH: Not to worry. Even if the schmuck could get his top-of-the-range EV, there wouldn’t be any electricity to charge it.
Thank you for today’s excellent article, James!
Good morning, all.
Love the analogy of the jalopy being driven off the road, and I had to look up the word, “gravid”, as I had never seen it before (that I can remember). So, a new addition to the vocabulary.
I saw a quick clip compilation of Jo Jo McGhoul’s ridiculous “town hall” farce. He was holding his arms as if there was an imaginary podium there. He also made a shit-ton of gaffes and again insulted/threatened the unvaccinated.
This seems like a good run-down:
https://www.uspresidentialelectionnews.com/2021/10/recap-joe-biden-cnn-town-hall-was-a-trainwreck-of-misinformation-and-gaffes/
What I can conclude is that POTATUS seems to be the perfect driver for the jalopy. I wonder if he even knows he’s in a car much less driving.
The real question is, who exactly is driving this jalopy? Because it sure as heck is not Grandpappy Joe. More like Obummers and his Hench men taking a joy ride before getting pulled over by the po-po.
It is not a jalopy in danger. It is a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee* loaded with a custom “Release Trailer Hitch” switch and upgraded tires.
The innocent victims are not staring into black mirrors in the backseat. No. The victims are staring into black mirrors in the sacrificial trailer.
Ooops! There it is!
*Can I still type that vehicle name and post it in public?
@cowbell
This jalopy is merely a single vehicle across the plains awash in jalopies. They are not being directed by their drivers but instead, are being herded by forces unseen by the drivers and passengers.

Like others up here, I believe the operators of puppet Jo Jo is Obama & co.
Cowbell: Obama is too stupid, lazy and arrogant to run things. Probably it’s Jarrett and Rice acting as middlemen (oops, sorry: Middlepersons!!!) between Biden’s immediate handlers and the globalists.
Wow, I just watched some of the clips in that embedded link you provided Mary Q. That whole Town Hall was simply a veritable circle jerk between Boden, Cooper, and the audience.
I also just realized that I could not have watched this Town Hall even if I wanted to. Why? Because I do not have cable and have no interest in paying for cable television. Gee, I wonder why the fake media is trying to hide these important events with our illustrious “president” on cable television?
Imagine if they had a REAL “town hall” where nobody knew the questions in advance.
The whole thing would turn into a free-for-all within 15 minutes and Biden would be pulled off the stage with a hook.
Yeah it really appears to have been a total train wreck.
This guy says what I did about the missing podium hahahahaha!

Thanks for watching the car wreck last night so I didn’t have to (not that I own a TV, which thankfully I do not).

A friend in Montana, half Indian and half German blooded, has been very scared of Covid as the reservation has seen a lot of deaths of the older folks.
She’s not old, but she’s real fat. She got the vax.
Today I got a text that she had a heart attack.
Now I can’t say it’s on account of the vax for sure.
She’s all pro-vax and she’s seen a lot of death around her so I really don’t want to rub it in her face. Surviving a heart attack is better than death. Too late anyway, right?
Wow, good information there Nik. Yeah we haven’t heard much as to how Covid and the Covid vaccinations are affecting the Native population; from what you’re saying it looks like they’ve been hit pretty hard.
They really pushed them on some of the poor and oppressed populations, also force-vaxxed a lot people with cognitive issues.
From what I understand, it is mostly the reservations in Arizona and South Dakota that were slammed with covid, way back last spring 2020.
Because, you know, there’s a lot of traffic between China and the rez.
The natives affected most live over oil and uranium supplies, but I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Here’s some news about what’s going on in Ireland:
https://twitter.com/ThreadsIrish/status/1451485489182109698?s=20
Yeah that was pretty great to see.
Thanks for the link to the Gates-London story.
But I notice this:
“Gates, one of the world’s richest men, has been at the center of unfounded conspiracy theories involving the COVID-19 pandemic and the development of a vaccine.”
First, a theory of course cannot be “unfounded.” A theory is just a theory. Anyone can have a theory—it is founded in their own observations.
The “theory” certainly is NOT “evidence-free.”
Especially when Bill keeps telling us that he’s involved.
Despite about a thousand Russians dying every day from COVID-19, the majority of citizens remain skeptical about vaccination, with some going so far as to claim that the jabs are part of some diabolical masterplan to kill off the population.
“Clearly, the world’s leaders have invented this virus to reduce the population down to the ‘golden billion,’” a 32-year-old Moscow cameraman, who requested to be identified only by his first name, Aleksey, told The Daily Beast on Tuesday. “Every time I ask a doctor about Sputnik V, they talk me out of getting vaccinated.”
@malthuss
Despite about a thousand Russians dying every day from Covy, the majority remain skeptical about accepting a lethal injection.

Biden gets protested and heckled at every stop he makes. His popularity poll yesterday was 37% approval. He is starting to make Trumps 40%s look good.
Starting to get heckled?
The guy has been a complete joke for the last decade scratch that his entire career.
The powers that be have decided to implode him so it makes sense the media is now piling on.
The second in command is even more vile and nasty what are we unwashed masses to do?
I posted that in the previous thread. The key point of that story was that he showed up for a dinner on the night before Parliament was supposed to vote on extending the Covid Tyranny Law.
Then, on the next day, they extended it with no formal vote.
Bill Gates is a private citizen. I’m a private citizen too, so anyone care to join me tomorrow and drop in on BoJo too? I’m sure we’ll be just as welcome to give our views.

Balance is the key to health of the economy.
Money supply to match the growth of the economy. Interest rates to produce that match. Too much money, inflation, too little money stagflation.
It is an independent Fed whose job it is to balance thing to provide realistic growth.
“Independent” Fed is the problem. The Fed has been hijacked by the politicians in DC to provide unwarranted growth to buy votes. Also, to provide free money to millions of immigrants who DO NOT deserve a dime.
The Fed is the agency with its hand on the flush handle of our country.
Right now, pressure on the Fed is to keep rates really low because if rates rose to where they should be, the Deep State would be bankrupt.
thats why in the constitution, congress is the only one who can print money, and it has to be gold and silver. hell it even tells you the weight and measures. population and gold extraction more or less the same for years and years, no inflation, no income tax, suppose to be no standing army… lmao..the federal reserve act gave a private entity, not even an american citizen, the control of our money. dont matter what the mandate is, when it gets passed on new years eve, it was corrupt to begin with.

So, finally Scotland is becoming famous for something other than whisky and tartan.
Come back, Caledonian kitsch – all is forgiven.
Is there something better than whiskey and tartan?
Gin. 🙂
I hate whisky.
I’ve just sent the last two paragraphs to my husband. He’s just gone to work but he’ll be greeted by them when he gets home.
Nobody can accuse me of lack of tenacity!
PS Whisky is Scottish, whiskey is Irish. I presume whiskey is also American!
Whisky or Whiskey is everyones!
I’m not trying to patent it, just pointing out the idiosyncrasies of national spellings of it!
A well-made gin and tonic is one of life’s simplest and most enjoyable pleasures.
Too bad they are loaded with calories!
And it’s totally uncomplicated to spell, even when it’s spelled ‘mother’s ruin’. 🙂
Paula one of my favorite films of all time is Thunder Road with Robert Mitchum, who plays a two fisted moonshiner and rum runner in the 1930s. Also, on Sundays one of the over air TV stations is running The Untouchables series, Robert Stack breaking up stills with an axe and the rattle of Tommy Guns sounding in the background. Great entertainment for a rainy Sunday Afternoon.
I love Robert Mitchum. I can totally picture him in that role.
If calories are a concern, have two. If necessary, three. You’re welcome
Paula: Get “Love” and “Hate” tattooed in his honor on your knuckles. Like his character in Cape Fear.
No way. I hate prison tattoos like that.
Some tattoos are art, but those? Yuk
Interesting. I think of backwoods Kentuckians as drinking whiskey and I think they came over from Scotland a long, long time ago.
The Irish came over later during the famine, I think.
I’m probably totally wrong about this belief. But I’m pretty sure that we spell it with an ‘e’, so what’s up with that?
I hate whiskey also.
Most of the Scots came by way of Northern Ireland. The English settled Lowland Scots there to displace the Irish natives. Thus the moniker, Scots-Irish.
A lot of them were Border Reivers. So a bit fight-y. 🙂
Yes, a warrior people who perfected their skills against the Irish and then applied them to the Indians. Now they most downtrodden and despised people in America.
Yet if America is to have any future, it depends on them.
Some of the main Scottish Border towns have annual ‘common riding’events to this day as part of their heritage from the time of the Reivers. It’s a big thing locally.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Riding
Yes, and it goes way back. We even had a Whiskey Rebellion here early on, it was moonshiners against George Washington’s revenuers. Moonshiners lost this round, but it was only Round 1. The irony is GA, it was the Scots Irish who owned the Sstills and was brewing up the hootch, maybe some of your ancestors.
I forgot about that. Those Scots probably left repressive PA and moved to the hollers of Kentucky.
Until the revenuers showed up in the 30s everything was fine.
Have you ever seen the 1949 British comedy film, Whisky Galore, brh?
It was from Compton Mackenzie’s novel of the same name, based on a real incident where the SS Politician ran aground off Eriskay, in the Outer Hebrides, in 1941, with 28,000 bottles of malt whisky, plus other goods, destined for Jamaica and New Orleans. I think I recall reading that the portion that was going to the US was in part payment for war loans.
It’s about the ingenuity of the islanders in managing to sequester thousands of bottles which were never found by the exciseman.
https://www.visitscotland.com/blog/films/whisky-galore/
(Remakes are usually rubbish!)
I wasn’t aware of that GA, but I do have a book around here about generations of salvagers living on the English, Welsh and Scottish coastlines. It was a way of life and maybe still is in some locations.
I read a great book about the history of rum.
The triangle that took slaves to the colonies picked up sugar there. When they process sugar, a lot of molasses is left over, and there was no market for that, so they turned it into rum, which sold much better.
They used rum to trade with the Indians for beaver pelts and stuff. The Indians were not used to alcohol and the young drunk men became quite a problem for the tribes.
And the English sailors were given rum daily as part of their pay, but they kept getting drunk and falling overboard, so the watered it down and called it grog.
I was telling a co-worker this, and he was ex-Navy, and he told me that the British sailors still have the right of daily grog.
Or at least they did when he was in the Navy and doing exercises with them.

I have that on a Tom Paxton album!

GA,
I used to send links to jabbed friends until I realized they didn’t even open them. Naturally, I stopped, and don’t even share my views with them any more. But I admire your tenacity all the same.
Quite, SF. I know for a fact he doesn’t open links to interviews because if he did i’d hear them!
So now I send things embedded in text that he probably does read, even if it annoys him. 🙂
I had a reasonable day, though, today. Had lunch with a friend who’s a real Polyanna. I wasn’t going to say anything to her about what is happening because I thought she’d never believe it, but she accepted it. Hoping she’ll at least talk about it to her sons, one of whom is a bit covid-scared, while the other one seems to have heard some of the rumours about the vaxx.
Fingers crossed. It’s not as if I can offer them any hope, even if they believe me. Starving to death by non-compliance isn’t much of an offer.
Pollyanna, even! Made her sound like she has multiple personalities. 🙂
Starving to death by non-compliance isn’t much of an offer.
True. But adding ” And then living 1,000 years under the rule of King Jesus Christ of Nazareth” sure “sweetens the pot.”
Today is a worse day, OG. Both of my daughters have taken the vaxx. I suspect by Christmas Sturgeon will get my grandson’s age done. I failed.

My soul cries out with a joyful shout
That the God of my heart is great
And my spirit sings of the Wondrous things
That you bring to the ones who wait
You fixed your sight on your servant’s plight
And my weakness you did not spurn
So from east to west shall my name be blest
Could the world be about to turn?
My heart shall sing of the day you bring
Let the fires of your justice burn
Wipe away all tears for the dawn draws near
And the world is about to turn!

I read three articles last night about the Russian reaction to a climbing case and mortality rate. Putin himself was quoted as saying he could not understand the reticence of folks to the vaxx. Talk is about that they may be ready to basically shut the country down.
daily beast, yesterday.
If they had noted 944 died in a day, Id be more likely to believe. ‘1000 a day’ nice round number.
Russians are nothing if not suspicious. I don’t know if that’s genetic or natural selection, from living so many years under communism.
The proud Russian people developed skepticism longer before Communism. In fact, it was their well-established skepticism that formented Communism’s rise there during World War I.
As we know, the Russian people are wise to doubt this obvious bull shit.
God bless this young man’s Dr.
One might surmise that other Russian Drs. are doing the same service for other Russian patients thus partly explaining the low participation rate there.

A friend from Moscow writes today:
“The situation with disease in Russia has deteriorated. P announced the lockdown from October 30 to November 7. Probably, it will be prolonged thereafter.”:
PS. This friend is Russian.
WTF is going on there. I don’t think it has much to do with a virus.
I’m not sure what his game is. He’s usually not as stupid as our leaders. What does he expect to get from shutting down the economy?
Perhaps he’s been BlackRocked.
Russians already get a month of paid vacation every year.
It is mandatory, as I found out from Peter something, who lives in Moscow and does Cross Talk on RT.
He told them he was an American and didn’t do vacations, but they told him he had to take it because his whole staff was entitled to it.
In America people joke about ”mandatory vacations” because we think that is the silliest thing ever, unlike mandatory vaccinations.
In other countries, they just get them.
And if they manage to thrive even though they get a paid month off every year, I don’t think that you can call a week of paid vacation now ”shutting down the economy”.
If he’s indeed calling it a lockdown, that’s shutting down the economy.
I don’t think he is. That is an American frame, borrowed from prison terms.
Again, we were locked down, without pay, for many months.
It’s not the same thing as being paid to stay home, just like they do every year for a month, in order to break the chain of transmission.
Just like in the US, flu transmission drops when the children are out of school for 2 weeks in December. And that’s just the kids, not everyone else.
I found this about that. Putin said:
‘”Second. Let me repeat, right now it is extremely important to stem the tide of the COVID-19 pandemic. Colleagues, in view of the current developments, I support your proposal to announce a paid non-working week in the entire country between October 30 and November 7, inclusively.”
He didn’t say ”lockdown”. That is American talk.
http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/news/66972
Russians are smart to suspect that the virus is a bioweapon designed to kill them off. I wonder how it got there, personally. Maybe that’s why they kicked out the ”ambassadors” from NATO.
Putin isn’t going to shut down the economy in the way that the US did, as I understand it.
He proposed a one week work stoppage, with full pay, to stop the spread.
Contrary to many CFNer’s beliefs, viruses are spread person-to-person, therefore stopping transmission for a week will no doubt put a dent in the spread of the bioweapon aimed at Russians.
The two weeks going on two years didn’t manage to put a dent in it here.
Who tries voodoo after they’ve already watched it fail?
As for not wanting to get a vaccine that doesn’t stop you from getting sick, despite people dying, maybe the Russians are aware that covid has a 99% survival rate without a worse than useless vaccine.
There’s a big difference between what our rulers did and having a paid vacation.
And China put a complete stop to it, with their more draconian shutdown. They were back to normal by March.
You can stop the spread of a respiratory virus. It happens every year in the summer.
China put on a big propaganda show, and then stopped reporting.
Seasonality is not the same thing as stopping the spread.
We see what good shutting down has done in Australia. Getting paid or not has no bearing.
Here is a news show, apparently from Australia (?) clucking their tongues over those stupid Chinese, reopening their economy and allowing people out to play.
How dare they! The West will never do such things.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeamAltDTtM
OK that may be the key. They are probably fudging the numbers to scare people into the vaxx as they did in Texas the second Abbott was given a huge covid cash infusion. Suddenly, they had a ‘spike.’ Same thing happened here in Idaho. It’s a pattern now.

When I had my heart attack in 2001, it was just coming to the cardiology attention that it was not the cholesterol itself in coronary arteries that caused the attacks, it was the inflammation that the fat deposits caused that was the real problem.
Inflammation blood markers became a keynote in the analysis of heart disease.
Now, bring this to today. Consider that autopsy info since the 20th century says that in males, fatty streaks start in the coronary arteries in the teen years. In thirty years or so in men and twenty years after menopause in women, those grow into fatty deposits that in the old days, inflammation created blood clots. Today, we have huge inflammation outbreaks from the Covid itself and from the vaccines that are going to protect us. Could it be that by firing off inflammation bouts with vaccines, we are causing this increase in heart attacks or even myocarditis. We may be aiming bullets at a virus that are causing severe damage to a population that is chock full of cholesterol deposits in their arterial systems, a variable pre existent condition caused primarily from diet and genetics.
As Covid itself provides big time inflammation bullets, the vaccine question becomes a risk assessment. With my health where it is, do I have a better chance against getting the crud, or getting a shot?
Serious inflammation from the virus, causing blood clots, heart attacks, pulmonary emboli, brain damage, strokes, lungs filling up with gels, lung damage kidney damage, Covid toe, cause a level of fear that you may be one of the small % that will succumb to the virus.
IMHO, high incidences of flare ups in the immune system cause premature death. How many of the anti vaxx crowd would be so if the primary target of the virus was in the age group 25 to 50 with a 10 to 20% mortality rate?
We may be aiming bullets at a virus
There is no “we,” JAZ. They want to kill us.
They developed the virus, the poison, the hysteria, the mind-fuck psychosis, the works.
Wake up!

I doubt it!
Your violent answer gives you away. This is so much an ego trip for you. Why? What do you care what I do? Or anyone else for that matter. You are as bad as the Fed Vaxx core trying to shove the vaxx down everyone’s throat, only in reverse.
I have respected your opinions along the way, but now?
Well, ya. So if it affects you it is a different story. Uh huh!
Personally I care about people and hate that they are lying about everything in an attempt to get you to take a vaccine with no upside.
Literally there is zero positive to this vaccine except someone is getting rich from the lies and worse trying to push the poison onto people who want nothing to do with it.
Yep. Have you seen this video?

But is it any of your business? I am not trying to be a wise guy but,
if you do not want anyone forcing you to take the jab, that is fine, right?
Can you not acknowledge another’s right to take the jab if they feel it is in their best interests.
Forcing others to do what you think is un-American. That is why I hate the Feds so much for what they are doing to the people re, Covid.
your opinion is that the Vaxx is poison, many more people on the other side say just the opposite. Time will tell who is right.
No, John, it is much simpler than that.
These vaccines have had more injuries and deaths attributed to them in the course of a few months than all other common vaccines in their histories.
There is no question that these products are unsafe. They should not even be on the market, never mind being “mandated.”
Night Owl
I agree with you that no medication should be mandated ever.
Do I think that what has followed the vaccine is a surprise?
Absolutely not. It seems the definition of safe was lost in the panic of 2020 when everyone was looking for a way out of the pandemic. Trump lost the election because the downplayed the effect of Covid.
BTW, your comment about the drop in efficacy of the vaccine over time may be reflected with exposure to the crud itself.
What if the crud has become faster than the immune system’s ability to react? It takes around five days for the body to start fighting back against a cold or the flu. So if the crud evolves the ability to set in a day or two, it will make you sick, transmissible before the body gets ahold of it.
Just like the flu, you get sick, stay home to avoid infecting others.
Flu shots have been effective with about a 50% jab rate over the years. They also kill folks, not as much.
Add on that the body reduces inflammation as fast as possible as it is destructive to host cells as well as antigens. So we should expect the reduction in antibodies in six months. the key is memory cells, is there adequate formation of memory cells for the next attack. I would say no with current re-infection rates, but in looking for the data, little exists.
John, the point is that these products have a safety record that is so poor, that under normal circumstances they would have been pulled off of the market months ago.
And keep in mind that this point is targeted at a general audience — an audience that is absolutely clueless to the global ID agenda.
@ JohnAZ:
IMHO, there never was a covid pandemic. 2020 was one of the mildest flu seasons I can recall in my lifetime. Maybe about half the people I know, or slightly more, suffered from a bout of “flu” over the past 18 months or so. Fewer than in most flu seasons.
E.g., about three years ago, we had a BAD flu season. Whole families were down sick together, and their was talk of closing the schools because half the kids were out sick. Two elderly neighbors of mine died–though I am uncertain whether both were flu-related.
202 was a nothingburger flu season.
IMHO Trump should have just called bullshit, rather than playing along with this hoax.
@jaz
NO I 100% disagree with anyone getting a shot that gives the manufacturer immunity from being sued for the damage they cause. It has also not gone through the trials ALL other modern day vaccines have been forced to go through and until then no.
Where do your rights end and mine begin?
Certainly the bullshit argument my body my right can be put to rest.
Now with this mark of the beast push for vaccine attestation nonsense every company is pushing.
Joe Biden deserves a trial Nuremberg style.
Every shot head that has gone full Karen on someone for face masks and vaccine probing question is a fool.
This covid is bullshit its not hemorrhagic fever with a death rate in the 90’s.
JAZ
Use of the phrase “the anti vaxx crowd ”
causes an automatic shutdown.
On what? The anti-vaxx crowd has been here long before Covid. The battle between whether vaccination is the key to health will be ongoing beyond Covid. Before the Covid debate, it was autism.
Who is right, I do not know. Neither do you. Just another issue with no definite answer.
JAZ, Just because you cannot see a “definite answer” does not mean that a definite answer does not exist.
Your arguments often boil down to: “Nobody can know anything ever as long there are 2 sides.”
FYI – 2 commercial airplanes cannot possibly drop and pulverize 3 Manhattan skyscrapers 1 Tuesday. TruStory
Once you understand “We are not playing games. We are serious.” [- President Joseph Biden] you will start to see (and perhaps even appreciate) this for what it is: the Biggest crime ever.
Nobody can know anything as long as there are two sides?
no,
Nobody can know anything as long as there is no factual data.
Who today cares about two airplanes?
One of the driving forces behind the crime is that Big Pharma has decided that vaccines are the wave of the future in their industry, not drugs.
Not the typical vaccines of the one (with maybe a booster) and done variety either, where is the profit in that?
No, they have their eyes on the big prize, the viruses which can’t really be eliminated by vaccination, so what they will offer is the new wave “vaccines”, by subscription service.
The beauty of this model is, you can’t refuse to subscribe. The government will demand that you be all up to date or you can’t participate in life anymore.
Think that won’t happen? The CDC s already claiming that schoolkids will not be allowed to breathe freely in the upcoming flu season, no matter what.
That’s why they will not let go of the pandemic that was over until we screwed around with trying to “vaccinate” everybody.
If there is no vaccine for covid, and there ISN’T, there is no vaccine passport, and no profits for Big Pharma.
It is not just Big Pharma, of course. Governments are also in it for the totalitarian control, which they are openly telling us now.
https://twitter.com/FatEmperor/status/1449997689320579081?s=20
We can’t be “anti-vaxx” for the simple reason that the China flu “vaccine” is not a vaccine at all. It’s an experimental, unapproved genetic therapy with an increasingly disturbing tally of deaths and deadly side effects.
JohnAZ
Once again, you totally miss the point.
Someone called Harry pointed out and said this about you in the POSTER BOY article – “Endless information showing COVID is a joke, vaccines are not only ineffectual but dangerous. John AZ has a mental deficiency.” What say you to the charge?
Opinions are like ——-, everyone has one.
This entire Covid vaccine thing is one groups word against anothers.
I acknowledge that vaccines are dangerous for some people, but the idea that it is going to kill everyone that gets the jab is ludicrous.
If that is what you believe, more power to you.
Next summer, we shall see.
The real mental deficiency belongs to the person who thinks they know it all.
And if you had read the blog, you would have seen Harry backed off a little later.
the idea that it is going to kill everyone that gets the jab is ludicrous.
That is a strawman, JAZ.
What is Really happening here is far more complex than that and we all know it. Some people will take the jab and live. Some people need to run the oil wells and the refineries so that the True Unjabbed Control Group may still ski Aspen.
—–
Simply parroting: “There are 2 sides” does not discount research, facts and analysis in determing The Truth.
If I may, your argument is, “It might not be genocide because the evil fucks deny that it is.”
FYI – Denying the responsibility and even existence of one’s crimes is standard modus operandi for almost all criminals.
A strawman maybe, but your declaration that all are going to do die IS a ludicrous strawman.
You declare that all the facts are in and the Truth is there.
Bullshit, there is so little known about the nature of this beast that the only thing we hear are conjecture and guessing games.
Since when is genocide .003% of the population, both for the vaccine mortality or the Covid itself.
We are all gonna die (barring God’s intervention)! Surely you know that!
No, I never declared that all the facts are in. That would be ridiculous as obviously that will never be the case.
There is, however, enough evidence “in” to recognize an obvious genocide in progress.
You are delusional. TPTB foist lie after lie after lie and are now, for Maloch, going to jab 28,000,000 5-11 y.o. children ASAP in the USA alone.
Use your God-given brain, JAZ. They gotta jab all of Earth between flu seasons? Ya think? Get Real.
—–
It has only been a few months, JAZ. Most definitely all the Death facts from the “vaccines” are far from “in.” Deaths are rising. The higher the jab-rate, the higher are deaths. Globally.
Soon there will be more corpses than the crumbling systems can possibly handle Just as God told us that there would be. Exactly one and the same.
—–
You can ignore Reality but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring Reality.
– Ayn Rand
Right now we have evidence that those who get the shot aren’t building the immunity you get without the shot.
In a sane world, that should be enough to drop the damn thing.
It won’t keep you from getting sick, it won’t keep you from SPREADING the virus, it won’t keep you from needing hospitalization or even dying.
It MAY maim or kill you, but it won’t give you immunity.
This crap should not be on the market.
While, instead, they will jab 28,000,000 American children in these next few weeks.
God help us.
And then kids under five. Then newborns. Why wait? They already tear babies apart in the womb to get their stem cells. The head hunters take the heads, which are shipped to labs where they are scalped and the scalps grafted onto rats.
Well……since you have been jabbed, I guess I understand why you are inclined to want to believe there’s little chance you’ll ultimately die an untimely death due to some long-term side effect of the jabs.
But I can’t help but think you may simply be whistling as you pass the graveyard. I wish you well, but I’m still concerned about the long-term outcome of these coerced jabs.
Welp, I say that the failure to see this thing for what it is does suggest mental deficiency. But I have friends, relatives, and in-laws who have swallowed the bait.
It also seems to me that the evil involved here absolutely slaps you in the face, hence suggesting some deficiency in core values as well: a moral failure.
That said, mental deficiency does not necessariy make a person all bad, and neither does moral failure, what with it being rather commonplace. (My life would certainly not bear close scrutiny.)
The mental deficiency side of the story may just indicate a poorly trained mind, in which reason, logic, and critical thinking have not been instilled. Which is actually seems to be the problem with most people I know who have fallen for this shit. There’s nothing much wrong with their brains, in most cases. They just don’t use them, or don’t know how to use them.
The best unifying concept that can explain all of the lies, delusions, misconceptions, and simple bullshit swirling around the current collective american psyche is…..Group psychosis. A set of ‘group accepted so called facts’ which are on their face incorrect, are widely believed by the psychotics, and easily disproven by observation or experiment. (Think CRT, anthropogenic climate change, Covidism, men=women=same, everyone is equal to everyone else, etc ad nauseum.) The psychotics’ ideas are imperviously immune to logic, immune to discussion, irrational in reality but agreed to as fact by the psychotic group: thus it is ABOLUTE TRUTH to them. ‘Truth’ over which they will fight and possibly kill anyone who does not believe. We are in a war with people afflicted by group psychosis.
A friend of mine seems to have caught psychosis along with the covid. He got vaccinated, and seemed to understand that vaccination would not stop him from getting sick, but he has still fallen under some sort of spell.
He’s blaming the unvaccinated, Republicans, Trump, even though one Republican in his social circle is vaccinated, and Trump and the Republicans all think everybody should get vaccinated.
Neurodoc
Good analysis.
I wonder, what is the source of the various group psychoses. not just the Covid stuff, but it seems like everything now divides the country.
What has created two groups of thought on just about everything. What I deeply believe in has an opposite out there that believes just as deeply in what they believe.
What is there about the human being that two peoples can be opposed, sometimes violently?
There used to be a middle ground in the politics of the US where independents and moderates dwelt. What happened?
Does group psychosis lead to mob violence?
When 50% of a population has psychosis about an issue, or a whole group of issues, and the other 50% believes the opposite, is a solution possible?
Right now, IMHO, I would say no.
Chris Martenson explained it well…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0x8meVJkMw
This is a good presentation.
It really depressed me however as it clearly shows how far down the delusional path this country has travelled.
In a republic the government is a reflection of the people.

JohnAZ,
Constant repetition of fear-based “news”, by way of the appeal to authority of evil doctors representing the “science”, is enough to kick in the ancient reptilian sympathetic nervous system’s response (flee or fight) or the ancient (not comparatively recent) parasympathetic response of freeze (which is even worse).
When one is under a great deal of stress through the inappropriate over-activation of the autonomous nervous system, the body, in its fundamental wisdom, shuts off rational responses (“will the tiger eat me? is it dangerous or just a nuisance?”), which would get that person killed by ponderous dilly-dallying, and instead does the natural thing, and flees (or freezes in an attempt to camouflage oneself).
Now, however, that system, in our hyper-complex world, is activated by zillions of outside sources, strictly mental ones, of misinformation, provided with, as i say, repetitive numbing effect.
We “download” this fear constantly, bypassing any rational reflection about it, and, eventually, automatically parrot the vapid and evil talking points we’ve been fed for so long.
Bernays, and countless dead dictators, would be supremely envious of the global “elites” modus operandi.
Mass psychosis, or is it hypnosis?
Chris Martenson pisses me off for three reasons.
(1) He was one of the very first persons to sound the alarm for SARS-CoV-2 way back in Jan 2020, as he liked to boast at the time. The tone and dire graphs of his presentations, which (speaking of fear-based psychosis) came every day, and which left no doubt that he believed it was a catastrophic series of tsunami waves washing over all of humanity.
Of course, the counter to that is that he was being prudent, that he wanted to “err” on the side of caution. But again, his tone was unmistakably fear-based. it didn’t matter that the human-planned die-off angle wasn’t in play, he was a chicken with its head cut off, instilling fear — “germs! stay away from each other! wear masks, you idiots!”
(2) He makes no mention of the crucial biochemical component in the fear/hypnosis response. The mind isn’t separate from the body’s responses, and vice versa. They’re always interconnected, and feed off each other. Have a fearful idea? It registers in bodily symptoms, and eventually sickness and disease. Have a pattern of hyper-vigilant autonomic nervous system responses? Your mind automatically switches to fearful survival mode. It’s criminal that Martenson spends the entirety of this 47 minute video — how ironic! — instilling fear into his watchers by describing (though correctly) by way of historical narrative the power of the nocebo response, based on neurochemical and autonomous changes in the body and mind, without addressing its opposite. Hence:
(3) The placebo response is just as powerful as the nocebo response, and also has a large library of proof supporting its effects. Research the many thousands of people who’ve changed their bodies’ and minds’ adaptations to stress, resulting in great health, and to their total rewiring of brain function and bodily awareness and ease by many modalities including, but not limited by, meditative practices, ancient martial arts, mystic contemplation, Christian prayer, rational challenges, and a certain paradoxical transport between hedonistic joy and tough stoic acceptance.
Martenson isn’t stupid. He knows, or should know, about nocebo’s joyous opposite. Yet he insists on instilling fear as a response to fear by hammering on the “woe is us” narrative. In fact, too many comments (of which I’m also guilty) on this blog have also caught the fear-based “what can we do?” bug, as well, but again, from the opposite perspective.
The answer? Try the other side: not fear, but also not reacting to fear by trying to fight it with more fear-based responding.
Stay in touch with the “news”, then turn it off and do QiGong, pat your dog or cat, and fuck your wife or husband with abandon.

Very dire. Reliance on “the numbers” and the background soundtrack was depressing.
I looked at a lot of sources for info.
I had to take “(1)” with a heavy dose of salt grains.
All great questions; absolute answers are above my current soul reincarnation’s pay grade. BUT it appears that there is a genetic predisposition for tribalism in humanity. E.g. my team vs your team, (starts in high school or earlier); left vs. right; dems vs r’s; upper middle v middle class; black v white; hispanic v black; middle class vs working class, yadayadayada.
I believe that the elites have for many years (some claim thousands) used this predisposition to keep us all divided and at each others’ throats. Imagine if we all came together and realized that the we are ALL victims of the elites. They can’t have that, so they keep pushing various agendas that promote the us v them mode of operating. One day we may wake up. Then, pitch forks out!!!!!!
I have a friend, I think it is today he is going to march with his brethren (electrical workers) as they protest GE’s decision to try to force vaccinations on their workers.
Glorious.
God bless them and their mission.
Makes me think of Lech Walesa.
The World looked so optimistic as they smashed the Berlin Wall and Poland and East Germany and Czechoslovakia and even Russia itself left the Soviet sphere of influence and we nestled in for our Peace Dividend.
“No borders, no walls, no sovereignty at all!”
You know Bush promised the Russians that we would help them resurrect their economy.
Then we promptly reneged on that promise.
The US vultures (I think they called themselves Vulcans, but they were off on the last syllable) went in and stripped Russia of all its assets, including stealing their gold reserves.
Russians lost their jobs and their pensions and were reduced to poverty.
The population dropped by 9 million. People were dying all over the place.
The US media spins this as “Life expectancy dropped dramatically” because the US media excels at spin.
They did a poll in 1991, asking the citizens of the USSR if they wanted to break up. The vast majority in every country (except Poland, where it was a small majority) said “NO!”.
Yeltsin and his corrupt counterparts in Ukraine and Belarus signed the dissolution paper anyway, thereby plunging everyone in the Soviet Union into poverty and misery.
Except of course, the oligarchs who colluded with the Americans, who became fabulously wealthy stripping the assets.
Looks like its our turn to have the rest of our assets stripped now.
And the mass die-off will be more deliberate here, and less of a side effect.
I wonder if they’ll spin this year’s die-off the same way. “Life expectancy in the US has dropped dramatically”
Why not? When a propaganda campaign works, they tend to reuse it.
“Then we promptly reneged”
John,
and that would make us…what? Indian givers?”
And bought our copies of “The End of History”

Mr K is not buying my La Palma tsunami to Buffalo (or there abouts) and vastly expanded Mississippi river basin conjecture.
Understandably so. It does sound far-fetched.
I never had such a vision myself. I have only seen other people (many, though) talk and draw maps of their visions of a much smaller USA with much of the current East under water.
The La Palma splitting into 2 causing a biblical tsunami obliterating the US East coast was from a geologist commenting on La Palma’s geology recently.
I merely combined these 2 sources in efforts to recognize patterns as God’s Word is Majestically fulfilled.
gawd… there’s not enough mustard for my glock when reading this tripe
As I say, it does sound far-fetched.
God only knows.
A spoon full of sugar makes the lead go down.
Might better do a lil research before making stupid statements……
People on the U.S. east coast are URGED to pay close attention to developments there, because if things go to their worst, a slab of unstable land, the size of Manhattan Island New York City, is already slipping off the southwest flank of this island, and may slide into the Atlantic Ocean.
If that happens, a Tsunami will be generated that {{“scientists”}} say can hit the US east coast seven to eight hours later, with 30 meter to 50 meter waves crashing ashore. Those would be waves about 100-164 FEET tall!
They would wipe out most of the major cities on the US east coast, and smash the United States economy back to almost the Stone Age, for decades.
“””””The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) “”””did a study on this potential disaster and their study asserts they can expect sixty-five MILLION dead from such an event.
Tripe…………..??????????????????
Whatever.

Whats really Ironic is……….
The USGS earthquake site, has yet to show a single quake….
that has took place there. Figure that one out ???
It will not happen! Clif High has not predicted it! The aliens have yet to land on Antarctica!
Yesterday I saw seven doves having a conversation with an out-of-work longshoreman!
The entrails of seven goats shaped like a strangled Midas muffler were found in a perfect crop circle in a valley in Patagonia by an ayahuasca refugee!
Sixteen billion bees showed up in tandem at the front door to the Fed building demanding reparations!
And it came to pass that the demented lay down with the silly, the neurasthenic with the snake oil preacher, the saturnine with the wastrel!
And over the once-great land a sound of loud borborygmus issued from the moaning poltroons locked in cellars of fetid pre-apocalyptic miasma!
Until heavenly trumpets resounded with many-timbred blasts, and the people rejoiced!
Hail Desulton! Hail McMannering! Hail Gustard!
The people that haunt this place get more retarded by the minute.
It is embarrassing

So God is going to majestically wipe out the eastern seaboard?
I Believe so, yes. Of course, I could be Wrong.
As I say, the much smaller USA land mass was not my vision. I did, however, Believe the people who had these visions a decade or 2 ago.
—–
People studying End Times always puzzle, “Where is the USA? Why is the World’s Only Super-Power completely AWOL during Amageddon?”
I Believe that Pride will be punished.
Americans have proudly boasted for decades of stomping all over our planet imposing their sick, corporate “Democracy” on unwillingly peoples in their lands and, if any oppose, “bomb them back to the Stone Age!”
All will be revealed.
There is no puzzle. IMHO the answer to that is simple: The New Testament was written by people who knew nothing of the existence of the Americas. So, the world they imagined in the end times described in Revelations was a Eurocentric World – the Roman Empire was the only superpower. Even if they could see visions of the future the paradigm that would have shaped their writings would have been Rome……not Washington, D.C. Furthermore, even if they had a vision of the U.S. Capitol what would they have seen? A city filled with Greco-Roman government architecture buildings! So they still would think they were dealing with Rome. They don’t talk about the United States because it did not exist yet and they could not even imagine it. There: Puzzle solved for you.
Luz can handle it. Or is that Lulz?
Edgar Cayce predicted similar “earth changes” in his readings, though I have never seen a clear timeline or anything very specific about the future geography of the US. (Lots of people have offered conjectures.)
I would personally be very hesitant to predict something like a La Palma related tsunami–even if Cayce did strongly suggest that most of the east coast was going to be taken out some way or other. Could happen. Or maybe not.
For now, the government, the government’s mass media puppets and the pharmaceutical industrial complex can blame the unvaccinated for all of the vaccine related deaths that are occurring with ever increasing frequency. Therefore, the vaccine industry needs the unvaccinated population more than ever so that vaccine related deaths can continue to be blamed on them. Here’s an example: “The unvaccinated killed fully vaccinated Colin Powell!”
I’m not sure that I like your Police work, there Prospie.
There is a Big difference between using and needing someone.
They are eliminating us but are using us while eliminating us.
That is all.
You are correct: They are trying to set up a situation wherein the unvaccinated are blamed for ‘killing’ vaccinated people. It’s insane, but you will notice how many people actually buy it.
I don’t think the True Believers will ever catch on.
My sister called in the spring to tell me that our cousin died suddenly of some strange intestinal problem. (She wasn’t clear on what it was.)
I asked if he had taken the vax, but she didn’t know. She just knew that “He didn’t die of covid”.
Same with a friend who died last week. He was fine a couple of weeks ago, than got sick and now he’s dead.
The True Believers are assuring each other that “It wasn’t covid”.
That is all they care about.
I know that the man had a long-standing immunodeficiency disorder. I know that the vaccine suppresses the immune system and causes flare-ups of such diseases.
But obviously I can’t ask, so I just sent my sympathies to the widow.
Colin Powell’s death is being reported as a covid death even though the man had a multiple myeloma which is a devastating form of cancer. So the reports that he died of covid are deceptive as any infection was probably more than his weakened system could handle. No mention of course if he had been vaccinated but odds are, he had.
Autopsies work.
Big Pharma, FDA, CDC, NIH and all physicians should be demanding autopsies on ALL Americans who got the jabs.
“The science!”, right?
“Let’s go Brandon!”

“It would have been so much worse if they hadn’t gotten the vaxx!”
Ummmm.
Dr Chris Martensen explains the study that shows that highly vaccinated parts of the world have higher rates of infection.
I read elsewhere that the study’s authors have come out and said that their study should in no way be taken to mean that people should not get vaccinated.
Cause, you know, science.

Perfect example of the futility of all this talk about Covid.
OG calls it the Truth what he puts out. Is it?
Only one deified human deserves the moniker, The Truth!
Your example is perfect as showing that science (hah) has told us all about Covid.
To be clear:
I speak The Truth.
Our Heavenly Father is The Truth.
Yeah. Just because something can be observed in objective reality, that doesn’t necessarily make it TRUE. \s
My dear friend with all the mixed grandchildren and great-grandchildren has sometimes argued that they have “their truth”–and never mind that it is in direct conflictg with objective reality.
A thing is either true or it’s not.
People who cherish “their truth” in contradiction to known, observable, and quantifiable facts are either liars or mentally ill, or very, very stupid.

Everything that happens in your neck of the woods winds its way and appears in myriad corners of the world. This is when people some wish they lived in a non-kowtow country.
If that’s the case, brace yourself for the ‘Tranny’ craze, which is all the rage here amongst certain segments of society.
The ‘Tranny craze’ would be a little too extreme. I’d like to see overseas pols try to foist that one on the public.
As with all of the coordinated roll-outs, the propaganda is the same here. Kids are now being pushed as the worst disease vectors of all of us, with emphasis on how most kids are spreading disease while showing no symptoms.
I am at the point where I would attend a public hanging for the propagandists behind this nonsense.
Same. These people really deserve to be hanged in the public square. I used to think that was barbaric, but what they are doing to us is 1000 times more sick and barbaric than a simple hanging.
Yes, we have an absolute right to See them executed. And by all means let the vendors and prostitutes work the fringe of the square. Thus it always was. We need to get back to a real normal Liberalism was an aberration.
This stuff is so ridiculous, all I can figure is that they are extremely desperate.
A Super-clusterfuck. Guaranteed.
Speaking of energy, the Market Ticker dude has some thoughts on that, he has a lot of thoughts on the scamdemic as well, and much of what he predicted about the Wuflu is now admitted to be fact.
“You are facing monstrous heating bills this winter because you consented to and many of you repeated a lie. You allowed coal-fired power plants to be shut down when they are perfectly capable of providing all the power you need. Texas got a small taste of their stupidity in reliance on “renewables” which have never been defensible on a thermodynamic perspective as a replacement and never will be due to physics. I remind you that physics does not present suggestions, it is in fact a system of natural laws you cannot alter. Ten years ago I put forward a means to address our energy requirements that was viable on both physics and capacity to execute. While it had the virtue of also reducing carbon emissions that was not the goal and in fact did not inform my position in any way; stability and sustainability were the first, second, third and last mandate, as they must be if you intend to have a stable, growing economy since behind every unit of economic output is a unit of energy. We instead turned off reliable sources and promoted unreliable, expensive ones. Last winter the screwing impacted a relatively short period of time and a relatively-confined area of the nation. This winter it may well be worse as we’ve continued down the road of stupidity and the embracing of lies. People like Greta are either ignorant of the relationship between energy and the economy and thus are unqualified in the first instance to speak on the matter or intend to slaughter you. We are talking about people who deliberately advocated for and acted to destroy perfectly-functional electrical generating and gas pipeline infrastructure in favor of unreliable “replacements” that were directly responsible for both severe property damage and death — and will be again.”

I like your post!
You is who?
We is who?
Who has promoted this debacle that is the Biden administration?
How has the US power structure become so totally leftist? What happened to the Right?
The people elected a far Left government, period. Is the US now a far Left country? Are we now just another regime subverted to a communistic state? By whom?
Wha happened?
And then, what can be done about it? Is the war lost?
You is us, collectively. His main point is that we the people have been allowing our elected officials to get away with too much for too long.
One area where I might disagree slightly with him is as to whether thee is anybody in government who actually cares what gets wrecked. I don’t see anybody taking any actions to avert any of these disasters in the making.
Remember when Texans were freezing in an unexpected cold snap?
One of their Senators went to Cancun.
People tried to excuse him on the grounds that he could not actually restore power, but what is his job, if not to see that people in his district don’t freeze to death?
We, the people have been allowing officials to get away with stuff.
Hmmm, does that mean that the people are responsible because they voted them into office. How exactly do you remedy this if the solution is the problem in the first place?
Our founding Fathers knew how evil government is and what it does to turn people evil.
because of the success of the media, government spreading of mass psychosis (thanks Neurodoc and Paula D), that psychosis has passed onto over 50% of the population. We are locked in a do loop.
And if people do freeze to death , they will say it was due to COVID – the unkindest cut of all.
I do read the Tickerguy these days, but I don’t like his constant “youi” accusations.
Not me, mister.
And probably not most of his readers.
He souinds very angry. With reason! But the tone and constant used of expletives and violent images and the accusatory “you” thing significantly reduce the usefulness of his tickers.

Consider the Fauci is part of the gang that started all this is the first place.
Consider he may be putting out BS trying to undo the evil he has helped release,
at the same time,
trying to cover his ass and hide the truth.
What have we gotten from him really?
Last year it was, social distance, Masks, wash your hands and disinfect everything.
This year we got the vaccine, with all the problems with it.
His advice is still the same, social distance, mask (now N95) and wash your hands. At least the fomite thing is gone.
This man has done nothing! He gave us a grade school opinion last year and since nothing.
That is why he fits in so well with the Biden crowd.
Right away back to the D vs. R thing. You’re a broken record John.
He was in the same place he is now during the Trump administration too.
no, Deep State vs. the People. Biden is the top of the Deep State.
D vs. R is obsolete since Trump.
He lied about his involvement with gain of function research in China!
He was up to his eyeballs in all of it.
He straight up lied about it.

Ha, ha, John, that fomite thing drove me up the wall!
What incredible nonsense, and when I tried to tell people they got mad at me.
I’m glad it’s over also.
Still remember CNN telling its viewers that a ‘rona got into a water pipe, traveled up 10 floors, and infected someone.
People still buy their bullshit 1.8 years later…
Yeah, remember the whole “The Pacific Ocean is FULL of covid and it is spreading through the waves”?
Oh, and the “A tiger at a closed zoo got covid from an asymptomatic zookeeper”.
They throw out total bullshit and then watch to see how many people fall for it.
There are videos of both Gates and Fauci last year talking about the passports and saying that naturally immune people could also get one.
But they realized that we are idiots and dropped that line.
Fauci at first said that 60% vaccinated could ”get us to herd immunity” and has been upping it ever since.
They asked him why and he said (paraphrased) that he realized he could get away with it.
Yes I remember the sole guy on the beach being arrested and put in a cell in close quarters with a bunch of other people because that made more sense to fight the virus than being on a beach with no one anywhere near.
And still, the idiots believe this is about our health.
Yeah the ocean is full of covid. People believed that, too. I decided to leave CA when I drove PCA and they had closed every single parking lot and beach. Obviously utter bullshit and just police state tactics.
Everyone fell for it and look at them now.
They’re vaccinating zoo animals now. Can pets be far behind?
Yes! I’d love nothing more than to see his smirking little mug raised high on a pike. Life size replicas available in time for Christmas make an excellent centerpiece for holiday gatherings!

We’re all stakeholders now, Mr Schwab.
Some future historian, upon reading this essay, might conclude that Jim Kunstler was a political hack raging about Biden’s performance in exaggerated, negative, unfair language. Actually, Jim is to be commended for his restraint, given the transparent fuckery we are witnessing.
Agreed … but, given that this is global genocide and all, is restraint commendable Right now?

Your violent answer gives you away.
What? I informed that criminals are committing violence against us and you discount me and my message because it is (necessarily) violent.
That’s ilLogical, JAZ.
Or, perhaps, my mentioning your mortality was viewed as “violent.”
Or … You hate being an old fart let alone being called one, ya old fart.
Regardless, I speak The Truth.
This is so much an ego trip for you. Why?
1) You do not know my thoughts and motives. Our discussions will go Better if you speak for you and your mind and I speak for me and mine.
2) I saw this coming in 1981. Imagine what these last 40 years were like for me.
What do you care what I do?
I love you, JAZ.
Or anyone else for that matter.
Ditto … but I know you more than Billions of others. You are a Good man.
You are as bad as the Fed Vaxx core trying to shove the vaxx down everyone’s throat, only in reverse.
I respectfully disagree. I speak The Truth and do not shove in any way whatsoever. One must choose Good over Evil even though The Devil has made that very difficult. I merely provide food for thought to my fellow man as I’ve unique experience and perspective.
I have respected your opinions along the way, but now?
This is not about your opinion of me. This is about your soul.
Well, ya. So if it affects you it is a different story. Uh huh!
This is Greatly affecting us all, JAZ. Almost 8,000,000,000 of us.
Greatly affecting us to a Noahesque scale.
You do make a good messiah!
I am a man whom God exposed much to, JAZ.
As you know, Jesus Christ of Nazareth is our saviour!

These people are completely insane.
I couldn’t decide which crazy paragraph to include to illustrate, but settled on this one;
“One possible outcome of the 2024 election is Trump runs and loses. In 2020, we saw what happened next: the Big Lie and a violent insurrection. And in the literal smoking ruins of the attack, 147 members of congress still voted to overturn a democratic election in America.”
Wake me up when this is over
Who needs the Babylon Bee anymore when you have Newsweak?
I grew up in a small town in western PA in an extended family in the 1950s. My grandfather (grandma passed less than a month before I was born), dad and mom, aunt (dad’s twin sister), uncle (the younger bro), and my sister (who passed in June) lived in the same house. Later, after my aunt and uncle married and moved out, my younger sister (the little afterthought) was born, 8 years younger than I.
But I digress. Behind the scenes, my poor mom finally hired a “cleaning lady” a black woman named Mary Small. She came in once a week, on Thursdays as I recall, and did her best to clean up the messes we all generated. There were no racist “overtones” that I recall. Just a black woman with her own family out to make a living. Time passed. I graduated high school, then on to college. But Mary Small kept coming, riding the bus every Thursday to our house, into her 60s and then her 70s. She slowed down of course, as we all do, and mom could have “fired” her, because seems she did less and less “cleaning” and more and more talking about what really matters in life.
One of my best memories of Mary Small was her holding mom’s first granddaughter, my daughter, in her arms. Mary and my dad and mom have long since passed, the old house was sold years ago.
But life goes on, and we now have 2 daughters and 5 granddaughters.
God bless you Mary Small (nod to OG) and let’s be civil to each other, regardless of your political party or life view, please.
OG is a tiresome little twat who has hijacked the commenter coterie with his incessant sarcasm (I don’t believe his Jesus is just alright live from Canada shtick for one moment) and his sycophantic pandering.

Over the years, there is one constant here: some megalomaniacal character is going to spend each and every day and each and every moment posting and posting their own absurd drivel

still not at the top, but near the top of the global hierarchy
It is, I would offer, good to have a reasonable facsimile of the real world order if one perceives that the meaning of life is staying alive.
But, what does it matter, “who”?
If bullets are flying, what does it matter who is pulling the triggers? Ought not one be more concerned with cover and escape?
In the end it seems to me that the story will conclude at a single irrevocable point, vastly reduced human populations on Earth. The two possible paths to that end consist of 1) the masses fooled and hanging on to hope until all sink quietly beneath the waves while the global ruling elite carry forward their downsized version of industrial society or 2) the masses simply walk away NOW! and sink quietly beneath the waves while leaving the ruling elite stranded having not quite completed all their necessary preparations.
I could be wrong.

Wonder how many actually know this about old JD……….
“Rockefeller became the biggest name in U.S. pharmaceuticals by using the power of his endowments to gain control of medical schools. He promptly banned traditional medicine. Simultaneously he became a force in the media. It is not just a curious parallel that today we see big pharma, the medical profession and the media in cahoots. It is very largely the same interests.”
I had read this before somewhere else before But………….
Thanks again MQ !!!!
You’re welcome!
Would it be rude of me at this hour on day one of a new blog post to go totally off-topic? Some here have said they enjoy my telling of the BIL Peter Saga so I’ll take a chance.
Allow me to describe a recent dinner meal in our kitchen. We have as our kitchen table what would be called an “island” except for the fact that one end abuts a wall just under a window that looks out over an attached backyard wooden deck. This table is 3′ x 6′ with a granite top. All other kitchen counter surfaces are also of granite. (Remember when every blog essay by our host used to contain a screed of contempt for tattoos and granite topped counters?)
My wife delivers Peter’s breakfast and lunch to him on the 3rd floor each day but he comes down to the kitchen for dinner. The fewer the trips he makes up and down the stairs the better since it is only a matter of time until there will be a loud crash and a broken hip…or worse. When dinner preparation is close to complete Bo calls me by cell phone (I’m in my man-cave) with a one word message: “DINNERRR.” Then she calls Peter’s cell and more often than not gets no answer because his phone is “in the other room” or he’s asleep in his reclining chair or he’s watching TV with the volume on high because he’s half deaf (as I am) and can’t hear the phone ring. So Bo quickly re-calls me and tells me to “go get Peter ’cause he’s not answering.” I go half way up the steps from the 2nd floor to the 3rd and yell “Peter.” No answer! I then SCREAM “Peter” a couple of times till I get a response. He wants to know what I want because he has no idea if it’s morning or night and I say “DINNER!!” Usually he says “OK” but last night he said “That’s OK, I don’t want any.” I turned to head down to the kitchen thinking “Oh boy, wait’ll Bo hears this!!”
With his breakfast and dinner we dole out into a small metal cup a large assortment of pills from a 28-slot pill container. Bo is endlessly reordering and picking up from Walgreen’s prescriptions that have run out and I help distribute them into the plastic 7-day 28-slot container. The process is complex. Most meds are one per day, either morning or evening, but some are two per day, morning AND evening. The idea that Peter could keep track of this pill process is beyond ludicrous and yet that is what he was “supposedly” doing on his own up until last Thanksgiving when he called Bo from his apartment in Florida, his legs swollen and “weeping” a stinking fluid, and announced “I can no longer take care of myself.” One of the greatest understatements of all time. The extent of his inability to care for himself went farrrr beyond his pills. I wish I could attach a picture here to show you the squalorous condition of his apartment and his person when we first arrived on the scene to rescue him.
But I digress. This is supposed to be a description of a dinner meal a couple of days ago.
Peter and I sit on one side of the table and Bo is opposite us where she has more open access to the refrigerator, sink and stove and will be serving up the food. Peter is to my right. Across from us and to our upper right is a TV mounted in a corner formed by the conjunction of two walls and the ceiling. The news is on which will change to Jeopardy at 7PM. Peter will be facing his plate of food and/or the TV and I will not come into his line of vision. He likes it this way as he prefers not to make eye contact with me or my critical gaze. Because of the angles at which we sit I can easily view my food, the TV, or Peter. I watch everything he does because it is so unusual, so annoying and so susceptible of creating a mess (food on his chest, his lap or the floor). Peter will often ask me some innocuous question like “How’d the market do today?” to falsely indicate that all is hunky dory between us.
It was just a few dinners earlier that Bo had offered to garnish his rice with some snippings of parsley but he had waived her off. Now, the meal in question was a cauliflower soup onto which she plunked in the middle a garnish composed of a few items including parsley. I thought back to the earlier waving off of a parsley garnish and wondered if that expressed some long held dislike or was it a “one off?” That question never crossed Bo’s mind.
Along with the soup was a long narrow loaf of french bread (a baguette) with inch thick pieces cut at an angle and toasted on a tray in the oven and then buttered on one side. The moment this bread was placed on the table Peter grabbed the “hiney” (the end piece) and began to eat. None of those Victorian table manners for Peter, like waiting until everyone is served.
So Peter began to eat his soup. He spooned it up from everywhere but the center where the green garnish had been plopped. Finally all was gone but a glop of white soup with some now messy looking green stuff mixed in it. He carefully pushed this to the side of the otherwise empty bowl and slowly and quietly placed the large soup spoon on top to hide it. I recalled similar tricks of my own at age 7 or 8. I hated peas. I faked coughing into my sleeve where I actually spat a mouthful of peas then excused myself to go to the bathroom and emptied them into the toilet then whoosh. All Peter’s movements at the dinner table are done quietly and in slow motion so as not to draw attention to whatever he’s up to.
This meal did not involve use of a fork but when a fork IS required it is interesting to note that Peter holds that utensil with either hand without rhyme or reason. Going back some 6 months earlier I noticed Peter using the fork in his left hand. I asked “Peter, are you right handed or left handed?” He says “right handed.” I ask “why are you eating with your left hand?’ He acts as if he doesn’t get my question. He eats with whichever hand he feels like using at the moment and that hand changes frequently during the meal. “Whew!” I’m thinking to myself “this is something I’ve never seen before.”
OK, the meal’s over except one thing. The pills are still sitting in the little metal cup. I’m waiting patiently and wondering “when if ever is he going to down those little fuckers?” I don’t want to say a word and spill the beans that I’m watching his every move. He picks up the little metal cup, looks slowly into it, then sets it down again. Time goes by. He picks it up again, looks in, then swishes the pills around in a circle as though they need mixing. Sets it down again. Picks up his tall glass that formerly held regular Coke, the kind loaded with sugar which he is not supposed to have since on top of terminal heart disease he is diabetic, and discovers 3 ice cube remnants and 2 thimble amounts of liquid, not enough to wash down all the pills. He hands Bo the glass and asks her to add some water. He dumps all the pills into his palm and from there into his mouth all at once but one gets stuck in the crevice between his middle and ring fingers. He tries to dig it out with the index finger of the other hand. The little fuckin’ pill resists him. I am ready to explode in disbelief.
He finally gets it into his mouth with the others, washes them all down, stands and thanks Bo for dinner and leaves to ascend to the 3rd floor.
Wow, the mundane detail, reminds one of Prousts “In Search of Lost Time”, the twisted American version.
@Q
I am sorely tempted to make a stab at psychoanalyzing your post.
However, I suspect that your typed words speak loud enough for all to hear.

You can’t stand that he’s ambidextrous. You like everything neatly ordered and that’s unusual – so you hate it.
That poor man, savaged by your critical gaze and psychic attack. Why do you guys bother with this horrible ritual? Let him eat by himself.
What you describe is Hell. He is doing it to you? Ok, but you are doing it to him as well.
@Jarek
misplaced aggression towards the trivial, detached from the core issues of contention
~toktomi~
From what I’ve seen, this is Jarek’s natural progression. Which is why he’s been banned 4x.
He eventually gets so angry, he can’t contain it, and then posts something that causes JHK to ban him.
Then the next day he’s back, acting nice (initially), with a new name. Within a few weeks, the anger has ramped up to 11 again. Rinse and repeat.
If you don’t feel indignation in today’s world, you’re either a psychopath or your a normie who is so beaten down that your conscience is dulled.
Four times? You know for a fact? Just like you know the Idaho panhandle? You love the feeling of being in the Know. It’s a drug. So you assume it even when you haven’t the foggiest.
Some of us know how to act like adults.
And, your conclusions about people are always way off, which gives me the giggles.
Rage on, Jarek, until your next banning!
Oh, I apologize if it wasn’t 4x. I have witnessed one, and heard about 3. If that isn’t accurate, I stand corrected.
The one I know about that JHK broadcast was when you wouldn’t stop posting links to a white supremacist nazi site, even after he asked you to.
I don’t know what the others were for, but from what other commenters here have said, it was for not being able to control your temper and attacking other commenters. Which since I’ve seen the evidence of, and been on the receiving end, doesn’t appear to be an exaggeration.
You love the feeling of being in the Know. It’s a drug. So you assume it even when you haven’t the foggiest.
BINGO!
Like telling me, who has watched pro sports on TV for over 50 years, that “every single second” is a “Luciferean ritual.”
You watch the Super Bowl halftime show on YouTube each February and ASSUME all hundreds of thousands of hours are like those 15 minutes on account of your head being up your bottom.
Jarek nails you with the quote above. Exactly.
I’ve don’t see any crevice in my hands. You created that in your mind thru your impatience.
The best part is when you claim to be able to read peoples’ minds.
Like you “knowing” my thoughts and motives, disapproving of your fabrication of my thoughts and motives and then determining that I am a “hypocrite” based on your Bad assumptions of my thoughts and motives?
Like that?
In Reality, you are the hypocrite.
Today you have ran down people who think that they can read other people’s minds and people who won’t take responsibility and aplogize for their previous inaccurate words & actions.
You, MaryQueen, are a hypocrite.
You have a reading comprehension problem, I’m sure that’s apparent to everyone so I won’t make a list.
But first and foremost, you are a hypocrite.
Projection, noted.
Janos, Queen Mary, and the OG (in the order I became acquainted with you), three prolific, informative, and entertaining personalities on this site. I came for the post, stayed for the commentary. A microcosm of the resistance. We will kill each other off long before they come for us.
That said, men have every reason to be resentful of women, and women have every reason to be resentful of men (note how I used an equal amount of wording for each side…). Honestly, I don’t know how you humans made it this far (no, actually I guess I do – Sex.)
@Q
Odd that your B.I.L has never knocked you out or has he?
Dude stop being so damn critical the day that man passes on is the day you will be ashamed for your treatment of him.
Your wife must be a saint to put up with having to clean up and cook for him and deal with you.
benr,
Good advice.
Peter positions himself so he doesn’t have to face Q. BUT fucking Q positions himself so he can view Peter’s every move, feeding his hatred. This isn’t Hell?
Q, let Peter eat in peace. Turn away from him. Maybe you’ll digest your food better as well. I get that he’s a tricky fuck up. When your wife puts the little cup of pills down, then turn around and make sure he takes them.
Q,
When he is gone, both you and your wife will remember every untoward word or deed that might have been offered to BIL.
As Benr suggests, there will be regret, and perhaps recrimination.
Remaining level headed is a very difficult thing to do, considering the circumstances.
Eat your peas.
BIL could be in a nursing home, but he’s not.
If it were me, I would not watch him eat, but when he is gone, I would not kick myself for mistreating him, considering the alternative.
Q might feel differently.
It seems to me that his wife will have nothing to recriminate herself about. She is going above and beyond what might be expected.
“China may postpone the Evergrande unwind a few weeks longer, but its economy is foundering on the more fundamental energy quandary — it doesn’t have enough fossil fuels to run the joint — ”
But doesn’t China have a potentially unlimited supply of those pricey Chinese windmills and solar panels that the leftists here can’t buy enough of with our tax dollars? If they work so well here, China shouldn’t need fossil fuels at all, right? Btw, are there any wind turbines running in China?
Right now China is desperate for coal to keep the lights on and their industries running. India same thing. China tells the west what it wants to hear — they’ll be “fossil fuel free by 2050” — it’s all bullsh#t, Xi Jinping just last week ordered balls to the wall coal production to make up shortages. John Kerry flew to Beijing a few weeks ago, extracting all kinds of climate promises and commitments from Xi, as if the Chicom govt would “leave it in the ground”, throwing literally millions of people out of work, end steel production, and condemn their people to living in the dark and freezing to death in Siberian winter. Only a goddam fool with up his head up their ass would believe this; apparently John Kerry — The Climate Czar — the point man responsible for controlling the weather — does believe it.

BRH,
Yeah, and then there’s this…
https://www.history.com/news/chamberlain-declares-peace-for-our-time-75-years-ago
Don’t worry. China has made good progress to guarantee electricity and heat availability for the winter. It is already being reported they are buying natural gas like from nice American firms who sell it to them instead of Europe despite the very high prices. They have also increased their production and stock of coal and are predicting an increase of 50,000,000 tons of coal in 4Q 2021.

This just in, Alex Baldwin killed someone with a prop gun on the set of a movie he’s working on.
https://twitter.com/i/events/1451351603710021632
@MaryQueen
comic relief?
~toktomi~
Well yeah I got no use for the Hollywood crowd. But this is just weird. How does live ammo get into a prop gun?
After the “story” there was lots of fluff about similar incidents on “news” sites.
What stood out was they are few and far between, despite the thinly veiled attempt to incite some sort of firearm control agenda.
The question still remains
“How does live ammo get into a prop gun?”
There is a large operation which has firearms for props. I watched an interview, no link for me to provide, which explained the detail of the items. One part which stood out was how careful they are with all these firearms which run the gamut from everyday to the exotic.
sooooo….. back to the question
not being one to rush at the first story, this one might need to percolate a little for some facts to emerge.
And why would someone shoot the gun twice? You’d think the first kill shot would cause some pause.
That doesn’t make any sense, either. The whole thing is really bizarre.
What’s the real story here? The inside angle. The conspiracy.
He does seem to get into a lot of shit with people. Assholes often do. Apparently they changed the protocols with prop guns after the death of Brandon Lee. Was he screwing around? That’s not allowed.
Nothing happened to Bruce Jenner after he killed someone. Nothing will happen to him either.
I agree, there is something going on here under the surface. I don’t buy that prop people that have to handle guns don’t know what they’re doing. Maybe someone had it out for Alec. Or maybe he has it out for someone.
Agree also, nothing will happen to him.
The answer is really easy make a distinct round and require all prop guns to take only that and the key here is use a calibre that is not used in any real gun.
Think hilti gun used for punching nails into the floor.
Blank can actually still injure you or even kill you and no system is fool proof.
The takeaway from this story is that things are retarded on every level – including Hollywood.
Who did Bruce Jenner kill? Oh, yeah – Bruce Jenner…
You are late with this one ………..

“Update (1315ET): Issuing his first public statement since reportedly accidentally killing a senior production staffer with a “prop gun” on the set of his movie “Rust” yesterday, Alec Baldwin tweeted on Friday that he was “shocked and saddened” by the incident and that he was in touch with the victim’s family in what appeared to be a carefully vetted statement that offered no clues as to what actually happened, nor assigned any blame, simply referring to her as a “tragic accident”.
Penelope was late. Juneflower.
John Hexum.
The singer from the band ‘Chicago’
and countless others…’its not loaded. oops’.
How am I late? I posted it before you did.
No Offense there Lady………………
Just meant that it came out really early this morning…….
Its All Good !!
It was the top story on Drudge Report at 9pm last night.
Juneflower.
LOL, I was just messing with you.
Again, it wasn’t up here until I posted it. That’s why I said “this just in”.
Criminy.
Ya, sure, Penelope. You were Just messin’ with CFN as you started a new thread. Of course you were. No doubt.
You don’t make mistakes and you don’t understand why men don’t like you.
Men are Just a bunch of women-haters, Right?
It is not you – it’s them. They can’t handle a Strong woman like you, Right?
Or, maybe they could handle it but why, on God’s Green Earth, would they want to?
Yes, us men, as a general rule, like our women feminine. It’s biological. TruStory
Thanks for exposing your true self, O.G. All has been revealed, hallelujah!
Green Alba has been extremely gracious, in forgiving you for calling her a stupid old lady over and over for weeks on end, but I am not GA.
Once I realize someone is a narcissist and a troll, they no longer merit my respect. So, henceforth, you’ll get none from me.
I am guessing that your life is a series of burned bridges, but of course, I could be wrong.
And I stand by my opinion that you are the biggest hypocrite on CFN.
TruStory.
@og hawkins & MQ
Simmer down you two or get a room already.
“Simmer down you two…”
Benr,
You big dope, can’t you see they’re in love…?
The peanut gallery here needs new material.
“Shocked and saddened”. Which normal person uses that tired and insincere expression in such a situation?
Guns don’t kill people. Liberal actors who want to ban guns, and who don’t know how to handle guns safely safely, kill people.
A needless death. Easily prevented by proper training in gun handling. But that might have required old Alec to have to interact with a range safety instructor trained by the (evil) NRA.
I have never shot a gun, and never taken a class from the NRA, but even I know that you never, ever point a gun at someone.

The initiated relish her sneers, hooting “Yas Queen” and “Drag him”.
DeSantis was on with Tucker last night. Still fighting the Covid mandates, he’s opened another front: Florida’s ports are open for business – 24/7. Some ships have already left Long Beach for Florida to unload.
Tucker concludes: The more Florida operates like an independent nation, the better it is for all of us.
Go Heavy D!
Some of those ships are too big to fit thru the Panama Canal, which means they’ll need to take the long route down to the tip of SAmerica — and traverse the Magellan Straits.
After the Apocalypse, there will be a long fiord separating the Confederacy from Yankiedom from California to Virginny. Should be any day now…..
As you know, the Lord works on His own timeline.
