Entropy never sleeps. It works remorselessly to transform things of value into useless, dissipated waste and heat. Complexity stokes it especially as the law of diminishing returns multiplies the wheels of futility spinning down to zero. Hence, the intellectual decay of American life in which spin is everything, anything goes, and nothing matters.

The latest manifestation of this dynamic is the curious movement that styles itself The Resistance, lately adopted by the grotesque handmaiden of the Deep State that the Democratic Party became in the regency of Hillary Clinton. Its mission is to undo the results of the last national election by claiming that Russia undid it. It pretends to seek the restoration of something — but what? Of dissipated power relations within the Deep State itself?

President Trump is actually taking care of that by turning government management over to his generals and the minions of Goldman Sachs. The generals are reinvesting in the strategic black hole of our military adventures overseas. The Goldman Sachs appointees are making Wall Street safe for the continued asset-stripping of the USA. The last time I checked, Hillary’s gang did not oppose either of these endeavors.

The Resistance employs cadres of useful idiots — Black Lives Matter, “undocumented” visitors, “Antifa,” the LGBTQ “community” — to pretend that it stands for social justice, but these are just straw persons fronting a gang devoted only to regaining the levers of “privilege” — which they also pretend to be against. The Resistance takes its name from the movement in World War Two France that fought the Nazi occupation, thus self-valorizing itself. But the pre-owned styling is just another victory of spin in the public relations nightmare that American political life has become.

It also begs the question: what would a real resistance look like? First, it would oppose the aforementioned asset-stripping that the US economy has become, the transfer of capital in all its forms — monetary, political, cultural, social — from the dis-employed former middle classes to the tiny, select beneficiaries of financial manipulation. Note that the things being manipulated — markets, currencies, securities, and interest rates — are increasingly phantom entities that appear to maintain their value only because the high priests of financial authority say that they do.

The shelf-life of that flim-flam approaches its endgame as it self-evidently immiserates the masses and their sheer faith in its recondite promises dwindles away to nothing. A genuine resistance would begin to deconstruct this clerisy and its institutions, namely Too Big To Fail banks and the Federal Reserve. The best opportunity to accomplish that would have been the early months of Mr. Obama’s turn in the White House, the dark time of the previous financial crash when the damage was fresh and obvious.

But the former president blew that under the influence of high priests Robert Rubin and Larry Summers. And the lower order clerics were allowed run their hoodoo machine flat out in the following eight years. Just look at the long chart of the Standard & Poors index. Tragically, this ever-upward arc is now taken to be the normal state of things, and when it fails the implosion will be orders of magnitude more violent than the last time.

One would think that a genuine resistance would also oppose the growing consolidation of power in the now-colossal spying apparatus of the nation — the often averred to “seventeen intel agencies” that show signs of being actively at war against other parts of the government and against citizens themselves. Hence, the non-stop murmur of allegation about “Russian interference in the election,” going back to the summer of 2016 without either any real evidence, or any clarification of what is actually alleged to have happened.

Another tragic turn is that this fifth column of rogue intel agencies has recruited the major organs of the news to incessantly repeat its allegations until the public accepts the story as established fact rather than just the manufactured story it so far appears to be. Well, the lives of persons and societies founder on versions of the “reality” they fabricate for their own purposes. A genuine resistance would show foremost some fidelity to a reality beyond the spin-factories of self-delusion. And it would lead in the hard work of shedding this over-burden of self-multiplying despotisms.

Maybe this Memorial Day is a good moment to question the claims of the so-called resistance, and perhaps patriotically meditate on what the nature of an authentic resistance would be to the ongoing decay of this nation while it is still possible.

Could one ever have authentic resistance against the agents of Washington (The “Deep State”)? The 17 agencies are collecting biometrics & relational data, studying all the outcomes of the permutations, comparing them, and permanently storing all vectors for further analysis.

One can gather data and virtually model great flows of human behavior under the color of fun, and then intimate, promulgate, or orchestrate (with “fake news”) real-world desired outcomes based on the likely outcomes derived and understood from the models. In cybernetics, there really isn’t a “Real.” We participate in this notion and action, and consent, for example, when we purchase and use a smartphone (wherein we send our private lives into and remain public). In the public you will be used as a data point. That notion adds gravity to the saying that “your in the system.”

A deep State legit might even include a feedback loop (study) inquiring into what it would take to have a mass of (a system of) individuals in a society (social psychology) acquiesce authentic resistance and substitute it with a dead-ended, but looping, physical world simulations, ones over such issues as race, gender, Russia, the “Real” itself, and so on.

At some level, what this may indicate is that the time machines have been created — not like the ones in the movies where one sits down and then, after some blurring motion, one wakes up with with the brontosaurus — rather, like the human behavioral modeling cloud-based machine in the Pokemon honeypot and the ones used in flash trading.

Perhaps the “war” is over which legit or which group of agents will vouch safe the fastest machines with the most data points under their modeling control.

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. …In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”

JHK “It also begs the question: what would a real resistance look like?”

Is Donald Trump considered to be in apostasy by his multitude of detractors? Is that what is behind the sudden manifestation of a home grown Red Guard sprung up to defend the faithful? Is this then a quasi-religious uprising cloaked in the sacred mantle of old time Americanism? If so, perhaps we need an old time exorcism to cast demons from the guardsmen before they tear the temple down.

I think you’re on to something with that ‘graph Robert. The old time religion is being threatened, but what’s worse still is that Trump’s perfectly willing to throw back the curtain and expose the workings of the deep state for all to see, and that they simply cannot allow. These people are vampires; the light of day is anathema to them.

  3. ozone May 29, 2017 at 9:57 am #

    Jim,
A very incisive breakdown of the do-nothing movements that have “arisen” (but actually, haven’t). It seems there’s always another psy-op to lead the citizenry down another blind alley. I don’t check in with the “social media” very often, but the last time I checked, it was a miraculous outlet for spreading dis-information and outright lies.

To see this “resistance” in all its glorious arise-ment, check out the Roundtable on WAMC; they’re using the Trump-weds-The-Russians meme to get an early start on their all-too-frequent fund raising. It’s pretended that if you send in your dollars, free speech will be protected and their investigative reporting will get to the bottom of these shenanigans. This will surely lead to Trump’s downfall and identifying the correct things to paint on your sign for the next big march that will Change Everything. So here we are again; fakery leading to pretending and delusion on a massive scale.

To paraphrase the slogan of the fictional, ultra-assimilation Borg:
“[The] Resistance is Futile”. (Just send in your money; we’ll do the rest.)

    • Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 10:31 am #

Sometimes (well, frequently) I wonder what the constant fundraising is all about.
I (rarely) turn on my local CBS affiliate and see commercials for major corporations, and credit given to big money donors, and the same pop-up crap and logos plastered across the screen as the commercial stations. Then I see yet another program that starts out pretending to be one thing but ends up being about PC, so I turn it off.
That, and ancient British sitcoms that have to have been paid for thirty years or so ago. What do they need my money for?
On the topic of media, how about that ABC, cancelling it’s second highest rated comedy, and third highest rated show? It doesn’t make all that much sense, until you remember its highest rated comedy is about PC.
Mr. Kunstler underwent a Tim Allen-ing himself, a little while ago.
Last Man Standing was a truly ironic title, wasn’t it?

Since I have not peered into an indoctrination box for many years, I have no idea what you’re referring to. (BTW, I believe Madison Ave. is definitely our worst enemy.)

Ps. I ain’t a’fear’d of the indoctrination box, it’s just that I can’t stand the constant consumerist barrage and the unutterably bad teleplay writing. (Most movies these days are fitting that bill as well.)
Now, you whippersnappers git off muh lawn! 😉

Here Beryl, just what Doctor Oz ordered: a BBC dramatization about grooming and mass rape in Britain by Muslims.

        https://www.amren.com/news/2017/05/three-girls-poor-white-girls-sacrificed-altar-multiculturalism/

This is after years of denial and contempt for the White working class that has been preyed upon. And no what else? It won’t change a thing. Now they’ve gotten that off their chests, they’ll just go on feeling morally superior and bringing in more Muslims. And any who objects is a Witch or Racist. Because the essence of morality and decency is more Muslims and less Whites. Everyone whose anyone knows that for Pete’s sake.

Thus the Truth is turned into just another Lie. That takes real talent and power from below.

  4. shotho May 29, 2017 at 10:07 am #

I’m not exactly sure what Memorial Day is all about; the honor of those who have died in battle? Such actions are certainly noteworthy, but is that what a nation “under God” should be celebrating? Now, I’m not saying the nation is not worthy to be defended in violent battle, just like home and family should be protected from marauders. But these actions simply arise from reason and common sense. To position young men (almost all of them, men) in times and places of exposure to violent death for questionable purposes, does not strike me as a defense of the homeland. Should we not take time today to question the reason for war, any war, and renew the idea that America does not engage others in battle that do not bear on the defense of American soil.
Good to see Mr. K still believes there is still time to halt the decay of the republic. Wish I could share in his optimism.

    • DA May 29, 2017 at 10:25 am #

The purpose of Memorial Day is to memorialize the idea of war itself. I wonder if anyone has ever considered that we should stop? An eye for an eye until we’re all blind is just as stupid now as it’s ever been.

Wouldn’t it be grand if the only ones permitted to fight wars were the actual politicians (no paid proxies) who voted for them, and further, no high tech allowed. Swords, knives, axes, and bats only, fought in groups of no more than two per side, and of course televised for the world to see. Must kill your opponent up close and personal and then must take trophies afterward (ears, scalps, heads, hearts, etc.) and present them to immediate family members, who would be required to attend and observe the festivities in ringside seats.

      • Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 10:36 am #

It started with some ladies mourning their Civil War dead.
I would not stop putting flowers on the grave of my loved one that I lost to war.
We can’t help it what the media has made of it.
The purpose is to get out the grill and crack open a cold one, anyway.

      • lsjogren May 30, 2017 at 10:49 am #

I’m not sure how to celebrate Memorial Day. Americans with an incredible willingness to sacrifice for their country get killed and maimed, and for what?

For a government run by insane leaders like Bush and Obama who pursue wars overseas that destabilize the world, and at home they work assiduously to dismantle our system of government while doing nothing to address the real problems our society faces.

And yes, Trump is well along the path to getting an honored place along with Bush and Obama in the “Hall of Idiots”.

    • ozone May 29, 2017 at 10:32 am #

“Should we not take time today to question the reason for war, any war, and renew the idea that America does not engage others in battle that do not bear on the defense of American soil[?]

      shotho,
I believe that was exactly the original intent. A sober reflection on the reasons for those rows, upon rows, upon endless rows of young mens graves. And arriving at a careful conclusion as to what lead to such reasonings, perhaps to argue against the next bloodbath.

      • Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 10:37 am #

It’s not for nothing we wear the poppy.

        • sharonsj May 30, 2017 at 4:43 pm #

I’d rather eat the poppy. It would make me much happier.

      • lsjogren May 30, 2017 at 11:30 am #

I’m even open to the notion that in a world with a huge amount of interaction between countries, war may be justified in some cases where the threat to national security is not extremely direct or obvious.

But the recent wars our country has been involved in don’t even meet that standard. They have simply created large swaths of the planet run by homicidal warlords.

        • DA June 1, 2017 at 8:15 pm #

Trouble is, when you look back at all of our wars – and I do mean ALL of them – they were all fought for stupid and selfish reasons. No I do realize 20/20 hindsight and all that, but you’d at least think there’d be some sort of learning curve involved. But that gets at the heart of it as well. In all wars it turns out that there’s invariably some small, but crucial and influential (and usually wealthy) group, that exercises an out-sized influence in starting them in the first place. In the end, most wars aren’t that much different than most playground fights. They’re usually small grudges that get fanned into flames by social pressures exerted by third parties itching for someone else to fight to fulfill another un- or marginally related agenda.

  5. Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 10:18 am #

It wasn’t Hillary Clinton’s regency. It was Barack Obama’s.
Of all the people in America, he chose her, remember?
Some persist in seeing him as motivated by good, and being influenced to do the wrong things.
His goals always were the boys in girls’ toilets, the BLM destruction, the ruin of institutions of higher learning.
The deal was always, don’t interfere and you can have your way with those things.
Why do you think Hillary Clinton was kicked to the curb, for an unknown lightweight, in the first place?
Cultural appropriation, transgender, white privilege, Islam this and Islam that, erasure of Western culture and destruction of the family, those were never her cherished tenets before.
No, those were all on him. As was the idea for the secret server in the basement, and the unprecedented spying on Americans.
    Deal with it.

A sharp collapse of the US due to the collapse of the dollar debt pyramid would mean the collapse of the entire world trade, the collapse of China’s economy, the entire third world, coups, civil wars, the disintegration of states, hundreds of millions of refugees, the intensification of terrorist groups such as ISIS.

Of course, we in Russia would survive, but only through introduction of martial law and a sharp drop in the standard of living.

Bottom line: it looks like the dollar and the financial system will strengthen in the immediate future.

  7. K-Dog May 29, 2017 at 10:34 am #

It would be one thing for a coffee klatch of white shirted black
suit agency types to delight with sexual titillation those useful idiots they managed to sway the population of a genuine enemy with. The problem is they confuse the mere exercise of power as success. Thus employing our own news agencies as useful idiots to sway the American people into unfocused energy is confused with success. Not recognized as the rot of the nation it is this bullshit of entropy will kill us like white nose bat disease takes out a cave.

    • ozone May 29, 2017 at 11:09 am #

      K-dog,
You’ve illuminated the very heart of the beast that knows everything and understands nothing. So be it; rot shall [unknowingly?] work our demise.

      • K-Dog May 29, 2017 at 2:27 pm #

The wording on my last line wasn’t quite right. The reference to bats is accurate. They get white nose disease and their energy consumption doubles. Then they starve to death.

Understanding the theory of useful idiots, a useful idiot corrupts an entire generation. Going with the theory we must then rot till we stop, for we are corrupted many times over. A flesh eating virus of consuming without limit eats away the flesh of the nation. Nothing can stop it. Thus the pyramid of scams yet must grow.
As long as there are those to throw under the bus it shall grow. We are a culture who thinks some belong under the bus anyway.

The idea of living within limits and finding and adapting to limits is the only cure. A cure which will not be found until much pain demands it.

Meanwhile not appreciating that useful idiots cannot be contained the beast that knows everything and understands nothing continues to slouch toward Bethlehem to be born. It will never arrive. Its own dung shall poison it before it can.

  8. hmuller May 29, 2017 at 10:36 am #

Some of us hoped Trump would drain the swamp. But alas, it seems this society is destined to play out like a Greek tragedy (or perhaps a bitterly comical farce) and end in disaster. The players cannot change their nature, and they must therefore die. Reform is hamstrung by too many deep state, special interest, and Wall Street frauds, scams, rackets, hypocrisy, entitlements, & sinecures.

The MSM and social justice warriors tell us if we just dump Trump all will be well. Legitimate Presidents can get back to the business of visiting countries in alphabetical order (a la Nancy Pelosi) and decreeing restrooms be allotted for persons of every sexual inclination. People of color can get back their separate public facilities, and college snowflakes can end free speech for anyone who disagrees.

I don’t know whether to laugh at the absurdity of it all or cry at the consequences.

    • Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 10:48 am #

I was looking at a pictorial of a day at the New York Times in 1942, at a site called flashbak.
That very nearly made me cry.
Now that paper prints stuff read to them over the phone, anonymously, as fact.
Why do I think the person quoting alleged memos isn’t even on the phone, but sitting at the next desk?

  9. Piper Michael May 29, 2017 at 10:46 am #

    Good morning James.

For the first time in a long time, I now conclude, that you are truly an honest broker, in that, you are an independent thinker, untied to ideology. That you see the madness of crowds syndrome as being a real phenomena, and also prove the old nazi maxim of The Big Lie. ie Tell a lie, a big lie, and repeat often enough, then, it becomes The Truth…
But, you should know, that there already is a resistance of the type you mentioned here. They are the ‘alt right’, or maybe the Alt alt right. Patriots who love the concept of Rightful Liberty, and see it being pissed away, and, that their chosen champion, The Last Trump, being coopted by The Military Industrial Complex, perhaps being threatened or otherwise snookered. Like the VA(as a victim of their so called ‘healthcare’) all they say they need is more money and headcount… the same thing they have always wanted, will ‘fix it’. No, they spend most of their time in union meetings, the only way to fix it is to burn it down and start over(figuratively or literally, your choice). You need to add The Federal Bureaucracy to your list, like any bureaucracy over time, the bureaucracy is its own best customer. If all those billions were spent fixing things instead of planning and talking about plans within plans, we might get somewhere.
At some point, you’re right, I think Trump will turn, on them, especially if they crash the system intending to blame him, or try to remove him on trumped up charges ( pun intended). Trump has an army of millions, just waiting on the word ‘Go’… all he has to do is cry havoc, and loose the dogs of war…

Ssssssssiiic, ssssiiiiiccc, sic, that’s the sound of blades being sharpened, all across America… by those fed up with this Russian bullshit.

    .

    • FincaInTheMountains May 29, 2017 at 10:51 am #

Like the VA(as a victim of their so called ‘healthcare’) all they say they need is more money and headcount… the same thing they have always wanted, will ‘fix it’.

My daughter is entering the VA health care system in July as a young doctor. She’ll fix it. (Along with others).

      • Beryl of Oyl May 29, 2017 at 11:02 am #

I have observed that to fix most man-made bureaucratic problems, all that is necessary to do it, is for someone to do it.
        I believe she will.

      • Piper Michael May 29, 2017 at 1:57 pm #

God bless her, but, the problem with the VA is ‘pipe lining’.
The VA is not one bureaucratic entity, but dozens if not hundreds of vertical pipes. One pipe doesn’t talk to another, and the people within the pipes don’t know how to manipulate the virtual connections between pipes. If you cannot navigate the pipes, then you’re sunk, forgotten, I know why guys commit suicide… they give up.
I haven’t seen a doctor in over 2 years… all I get is an occasional nurse practitioner and a shot of juice in my arm. Their favorite word is ‘denied’, then it up to you to ‘appeal’ and wait God knows how long.
They spend millions on artwork, yet they used to submit claims to my health insurance co. The first question they ask you when you go in the door is “Do you have a new insurance policy?” If you are just a poor vet, you go to ‘The Poor Door’, unless you have insurance or are 100% disabled. I was promised healthcare in my old age, when I exited the service.
When I asked “what do you do with all those billions the congress gives you? Crickets…
        God bless your daughter, but once she gets in there, and has to start going to indoctrination meetings (union classes), she will either;
        1. Quit
        2. Become cynical
        3. Fall into the ‘culture’, and talk shit about vets, like the rest of them do. (Behind closed doors, they call us ‘Peacocks’)

I could fix the VA tomorrow, in one day, by outlawing government unions, and putting all ‘programs’ (pipelines) under a hierarchical structure designed for one purpose, helping vets, not making bonuses and spending money uselessly. The executive orders and new laws Mr. Trump signed, that he said we could ‘choose our own doctor’… so far, the VA choice program is a farce, but the VA has no vested interest in making it work because the first interest in an entrenched bureaucracy is itself.

Michael, I’m thinking it’s still too early to tell whether he’s been truly coopted.
Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but what I thought for the longest time was just me, to find out it wasn’t just me, and then to have Donald Trump, of all people, saying these things, and my shock, on the day he won, that we did it – are we really going to be defeated that easily,at this point?
      I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

My fingers, my toes, my arms, my legs…
I hope you’re right, but I think he is finally coming to terms with the fact that he has to eliminate all the Obama holdovers. The best thing he good do, like Reagan, is to have RIF, Reduction In Force. He will have to fight Congress to the knife to get anything done at this point, even his own people have their sacred cows.

Washington DC, is beyond redemption at this point. Wall st. as well. James is right, the entire edifice we once called America, has become nothing but a giant racket of interlocking racketeers.

But it appears The Left wants a fight to the knife…. they better be careful what they ask for, they might get it.

When employees HAVE to spend 200+ hours / year in union classes, that’s over a MONTH of lost productivity… right off the bat.

I’m telling you… the Choice program has bogged down in VA internal bickering in order to make it more trouble to go to your ‘doctor of choice’ than its worth, so, you go back to the VA.

I agree, a farcical attempt at self-valorization. And, not only that but cultural appropriation and, given the butcher’s bill exacted by the Nazis on the actual French Resistance, as inappropriate as can be. Even if you don’t subscribe to this cultural appropriation bullshit which I don’t.

TBTB have done a fine job to convince us we are powerless to effect change. High technology has aided them by increasing the complexity of life, leading to emotional and spiritual exhaustion.

Americans have been trained to exert their power through elections. But now, that process has been obviously subverted. One good thing to come out of theTrump election is that more and more voters are beginning to realize that our traditional elective process no longer works.

We’re now at the stage where we, as a society, have lost our footing, and we don’t know what to do about it, so naturally we are experiencing a state of anomie. Technology allows many people to avoid reality by throwing at us a multitude of escapist choices such as a zillion channels of tv, widespread coverage of professional sports, computer gaming and social media. It’s easy to run away and hide.

Some event or persons will ultimately shake us out of our national listlessness.

Humankind has made great inroads, mostly through technology, in conquering the physical universe and improving upon survival methods. Although a flurry of nuclear warheads could end all of that hard work and hard won progress in 15 minutes.

But humankind has failed to make progress in understanding the human mind, and most importantly the self–the spiritual aspect of existence. There will never be any significant improvement or correction of our social ills until this occurs, since the resolution of our key problems are dependent upon the resolution of the human mind.

Psychiatry, psychology, psycho-analysis (all originally sponsored by governments and based on mind control) have all failed miserably, are based on lies, and have gone off into the thickets of pretense.

Our main social ills have continued unresolved since the dawn of civilization. Violence, war, crime, poverty, and disease being the main ills or maladies.

There will never be a resistance because there is no group that has the knowledge, responsibility and technology for a true reform and evolution. If we don’t solve the human mind, we don’t solve anything.

This is just a tape loop that has continued to run throughout the history of humankind. Different players, different costumes, new technology, etc. but the the play, the plot, is always the same.

Round and round we go. Until the human mind is cracked.

After such an accounting as provided above, the question remains for me, at least, how to be a successful partisan, and fight against a “machine” that has awesome, even godlike powers.

Laurence Fishburne was given an exceedingly high honor in his being chosen to play the role of Morpheus; to be able to say the immortal lines of what the Matrix is, and providing the choice – red pill / blue pill – to Neo to see the truth or not:

The successful partisan is one who can strike a blow against the oppressor. Or maybe just to survive is enough.

    Three Ring Circus

Step right up, step right up, saith the Ringmaster.

In the first ring, those who hate are being outraged!
In the second ring, those who believe are being inflamed!
And in the third ring, ladies and gentlemen, those with wit are being disgusted!

Three rings of the circus! Three rings to reinforce and magnify one another! Leave reason at the door, ladies and gents, emotion is easier than thought!

Watch as true believers seek evermore convoluted ‘explanations’ to make reality conform to their hopes and allay their fears!
See their ‘intellectual’ counterparts in the mass of unbelievers, unbelievers I say, retreat from reality in their own special and unique ways!
And observe, if you will, those with the wit of squirrels retreat from both in disgust!

Social fracture is complete! Success is nigh!

The Ringmaster waves his hand, and veils descend. While the music plays, the parking lot becomes a moat of fire. And outrage builds between the rings. Hate builds. Disgust builds. And so does the fire.

The Ringmaster is playing his role to specification. Don’t look now, lest you see the fire.

The glaciers must have looked to people at the time as unmoveable facts of life, mile high walls that spewed rocks and water and whose arctic gale force winds killed almost everything in their path. But the glaciers melted. Cuneiform had its time, millennia in fact, 3,000 BC to about 100 AD. Cuneiform is gone and forgotten except in a few dusty academies.

There’s mounds all over the Middle East. Nobody knows if they’re just hills created by the wind or dirt-covered ruins of forgotten kingdoms. They call Rome the “Eternal City”. But the shambolic mess they still call “Rome” has got scant resemblance to the imperial power of 20 centuries ago. Give it time, Rome will go back to what it was, malarial hills where maybe some shepherds graze their herds.

Remember the strutting teen-queens you lusted after in high-school? They reveled in their beauty and their world-class tits and silky, perfect skin and desirability. Have you seen them lately? Remember the high-school quarterback? Do you know where he is nowadays? Neither do I. But by the time he was thirty he was fat, farcical with two ex-wives and a drinking problem.

Entropy works on everything, it’s the great leveler. By dint of work and diligence you can maybe hold it at bay for a while. But the Democrats forgot that Time, which works hand in hand with entropy, moves on, the clock keeps ticking, people and objects become disheveled and disaggregated and so do human organizations. Without constant patching they fall apart.

His Most Highly Serene Serenity, Robbie Mook, the one that would bring Hillary to power, missed what was happening in the vast interior. So did Hillary, so did the DNC intelligentsia, those people that tell us they’re so smart. Entropy was working there in that geographic ellipse as relentlessly as ever but this time on the Democrat voting block. If, as Kdog sez with respect to Republicans, that Kansas wasn’t buying their bullshit anymore, Kansas wasn’t inclined to buy Democrat bullshit either.

As Justice Scalia said in one of his opinions, words cease to have meaning. You can see this entropy of the mind all around us but especially on campuses where snowflakes have got college professors and administrators collared and leashed while they wage war on sense and cognition, the very reason for the institution they attend. The academies are going bye-bye, in the absence of a reason to exist, they will cease to do so.

And then who leads if not a college educated ruling class? Somebody will. The men with guns. Enter the War-Lords.

I was fortunate enough to have had an English teacher who understood the value of a classical education,
He made us read Ozymandias, and he made sure we understood what it was about.
A Common Core curriculum would have assured that young people never got exposed to that, just in case any still are.
I see where a college professor is being prosecuted for hitting people whose views he didn’t like, with a bike lock.

Exactly. As Mumford, echoing Burkhardt said, when men must change but refuse to do so, the Terrible Simplifiers will arise. Trump pretended to be one, but turned out to be a gas giant instead. But who knows, he may yet catch fire. If he doesn’t, there are harder men waiting in the wings. All we know is that they will be White, Male, and Traditional. They will begin to make things right, enacting the reform that is so needed and the vengeance that is our due. What can I say? Support them. Fund them. Obey them. They can’t do it alone.

The Resistance! That is hilarious. I suspect they don’t even KNOW what they are resisting. Over here they are still “resisting” all authority, or the ‘Establishment’, or the ‘Hierarchy’ (you know, Dan Browne’s Hierarchy, with it ‘prelates’ and hulking albino monks).

Just to take the ‘Hierarchy’ even the most of the members of the Hierarchy appear to be resisting the Hierarchy. And you can take that all the way up to the Pope, who is also resisting the Hierarchy, in this case the sinister, unaccountable Vatican bureaucracy. And I am sure they too are all earnest, card-carrying members of the Resistance, who want nothing more than to be left eat their pizza and read the Gazetta dello Sport in peace.

I was watching a German debate on YouTube about the 68ers. Actually, I have watched it several times as it keeps drawing me back. I still can’t get my head around (as they say) what it was all about. They had never had it so good, unemployment was at 0.00001%. Apparently it was about the right to grow your hair long, and to stop corporal punishment in the schools, and to wear blue jeans, and to listen to rock and roll. And to go on demonstrations. And to be taken seriously.

So what exactly are they resisting now? And what exactly were the Russians hoping to gain by interfering in your election? Have they got as far as thinking about that yet, so busy are they resisting?

This is a lovely example of evidence-free journalism:

    https://medium.com/@danielle_ryan/a-story-about-evidence-710fbca3f0f1

When you can’t back up your claims you just, er, pretend you didn’t hear.

By the way, pedants would object to the article’s use of the phrase ‘beg the question’, which really means assuming the premises of your argument in your argument (or something like that).

  17. venuspluto67 May 29, 2017 at 1:10 pm #

Maybe this Memorial Day is a good moment to question the claims of the so-called resistance, and perhaps patriotically meditate on what the nature of an authentic resistance would be to the ongoing decay of this nation while it is still possible.

Indeed. When I look around and see what a divided, alienated, cognitively dissonant mess this country is right now, it makes me sad to think that this is what all those people died for on various battlefields. And things are going to have to get a lot worse before they start getting better, it would appear.

    • Janos Skorenzy May 29, 2017 at 1:53 pm #

You are using the words nation and country interchangeably – but that is incorrect. Look up the etymologies. Country means place and Nation means a People. We aren’t a nation anymore, just a country. And countries have little future in general. What’s the glue that could hold something like America together? One one Patriot said, the future is going to be Rwanda times Bosnia.

  18. KesaAnna May 29, 2017 at 1:24 pm #

” what would a real resistance look like? ”

    Glad you asked !

It might, for example, consist of merely questioning the Holy dogma that ” one size fits all ” , applied to a continent, and 320 million people , is unquestionably reasonable and good.

that, for example, micromanaging your bathroom habits from Nashville, Sacramento, Albany , etc, might still be ludicrous , and still may basically suck ,

But certainly micromanaging your bathroom habits from that uber country club that might as well be on the moon — DC — is surely ludicrous , and is delivering us Hell on earth ?

Maybe ” your country ” never really existed ?

Prior to 1860, it was essentially a score of sovereign states.

So your country, as such, has been around about 150 years .

A score of nations have existed four or five times as long as that, and yet even most educated folk , unless history geeks, never heard of them.

    Sic Transit Gloria Mundi

And who gives a shit .

    • volodya May 29, 2017 at 1:33 pm #

That’s exactly it, when people stop giving a shit, that’s when the wheels come off and the thing goes in the ditch.

      • KesaAnna May 29, 2017 at 1:53 pm #

        I don’t think so.

I won’t use the example of the Holy Roman Empire , because that has been stigmatized to by BOTH German fanboys , and German haters. ( I think tellingly so )

But I suppose Japan is pretty much in the PC comfort zone.

Feudal Japan wasn’t significantly different from the HRE , it was a myriad of micro-nations , nobody can ever remember how many exactly.

It’s only real unifying force being things which generally, though they profess otherwise, Americans loathe ; culture and religion.

Now Feudal Japan wasn’t utopia, no.
But it wasn’t cannibalism, rapes at the bus stop, and scores of death camps or the constant threat that death camps might become ” necessary ” .

And, believe it or not, the mail generally did get delivered.

        • Janos Skorenzy May 29, 2017 at 1:57 pm #

Of course not: it was patrolled by men with very good swords who weren’t afraid to use them. And most people believed and accepted the authority. That’s even more important. Christians tried a coup on one of the islands – and got crushed. If they had accepted the Emperor, then they would have had to question why they felt the need to dis the Roman Emperor long ago. They didn’t even try it with China.

          • KesaAnna May 29, 2017 at 2:14 pm #

The emperor was not chief administrator of the license plate and postage stamp authority. He was the son of the mother goddess of the Holy LAND ( not the political entity of ) Japan , by extension the senior head of household of the Holy Japanese Family , its personification in flesh .

The guy who was chief administrator of the license plate and postage stamp authority wasn’t considered to be of sufficient virtue or merit to even look at the Emperor directly .

By the way, all this , ” Render unto Caesar ” crap is a hoot.

The Roman Emperors image on a 1st century Roman coin expressed a Pagan theology roughly similar to what I just outlined with the Japanese Emperor.

Christ told his followers to kiss the Pagan Gods ass ?

            I don’t think so.

          • Janos Skorenzy May 29, 2017 at 3:13 pm #

When a Pagan said the Emperor was God, they didn’t mean he was the Logos or the Tao. Typically they just meant he was the man appointed by Heaven for the job. The rightful heir in other words. A more religious pagan might believe the stories of Caesar being descended from Zeus, perhaps. But even he didn’t think he was Zeus.

In other words, we’re very far from the absolute Semitic mind here. Christians didn’t try to understand and of course they got their wish: they didn’t. Of course the whole thing was corrupt as even the Pagans knew. Maybe it was best if something brand new came in. Certainly many at that time didn’t believe in the gods at all. They were ready for a new religion. The Stoics for example, had an austere conception of the Supreme God, not too far from the Christian one of God the Father. Of course, the Pagans didn’t try to understand Christianity either. Perhaps if they had given them permission not to bow or offer incense (as they had the Jews), much bloodshed could have been avoided.

Centuries later, Christians fought wars over succession – or who was the rightful King. They believed that God put the right soul in the right position in the right family. The human part was to make sure he got to his rightful position as King. Loyal subject would bow and admit that he was the One whom God had placed there. In essence, exactly the same understanding as the Romans anent their Emperor.

The Jesuits, urbane men that they had become, meditated over all this before trying to conquer China. They realized they didn’t have the power to overthrow the Emperor, and if they let it slide they were basically repudiating the position the Early Church had taken vis a vis Rome.

Today is Memorial Day , a secular religious holiday to honor Americans who have fought for their country —

    — except for American Loyalists in the American Revolution who fought to preserve the old regime.

    — except for American Indians of course.

    — except for Confederates / Southern Secessionists .

    — except for Mormon Secessionists ( one of American’s many forgotten wars ; the Mormon Church once went to war with the United States. )

    — except for denizens of former Spanish Empire colonies ( like Cuba, the Philippines , Guatemala , etc, etc, ) who were not really thrilled about being turned into U.S. Colonies and plantations.

    — all those people who spent sometimes decades in prison, had their lives ruined, or were even killed, because they came to the conclusion that aggressive American militarism did not really serve their countries, or their own , interests.

    — etc, etc, etc, etc !

The only dangerous mob is a hungry mob. Over half of the american public starves without government…….maybe two thirds.

I would say really just a frustrated mob.

Now certainly a frustrated mob is NOT impressive, a frustrated mob is NOT really dangerous, a frustrated mob IS underwhelming ……

      99% of the time.

But once in a blue moon and briefly a frustrated mob goes bat -shit crazy frustrated.

      As for hungry mobs ,

in North Korea for example, the famine strengthened, not weakened, the regime.

Reliable political elements got to eat.

Trouble- makers simply quit breathing, and without the expense or fuss of bullets and all that crap .

To paraphrase Solzhenitsyn in another case, the genius of the soviet gas chamber was they didn’t bother with the fancy fuss of using gas.
They could, in the most literal sense, sit on their asses, watch TV , screw and get drunk , and do absolutely nothing.

      And the opposition simply disappeared.

Bolshevik Atheists may not have believed in magic , but they used magic wands all the time.

But, anyway , your main point is still valid ; without welfare there really is no American economy. In a day, like magic, it would look like Afghanistan without it.

Hmm. Seems a missed opportunity today to post something about JFK’s (100th anniversary of birth) relationship with the deep state of his time and contrast it with Trump’s. Or, how Memorial Day has gone from honoring the hapless victims of past wars to a holiday glorifying the military, while also glorifying the grilled hot dog. What role should the military play now and in the future; how will it fit into the long emergency? Perhaps these are both too pat, too obvious. I dunno… I would have found our host’s observations interesting, I’m sure.

Instead, we get a kind of general rehash about entropy, the failed two-party system, dysfunctional news media, etc. and the inevitable string of comments which are much the same, week after week.

Trump looks at the Disney-porn and abolishes the Second Vatican Council

At this stage only the history of the arts is the true history of mankind, and all this history of classes, masses and socio-economic formations quite possible is the great applied science popularly called political propaganda, but it has nothing to do with the history of mankind as a history of men.

And this history of the arts says that the Second Vatican Council is not the triumph of liberalism in the Catholic Church, but a meeting of Catholic bishops gathered to decide on the ways of survival of Roman Catholics in Masonic Europe.

I really do not know how all three Western Projects have reached a consensus on this issue, but the Vatican exists only as a weapon against Soviet Poland. And one of the particularly sadistic conditions of the concordat imposed on Catholics at the insistence of the Western Black Project was the destruction of the Sistine Chapel by the method of its “restoration”, which was carried out in the beginning of 1990, just when I was in Rome.

That is, by the will of fate I was probably one of the last people who saw the Last Judgment of Michelangelo in its true form, and the plafond in half-restored, or rather half-destroyed.

The fact is that Michelangelo too early left the workshop of Ghirlandaio for the Gardens of Medici and never learned to write frescoes. Therefore, when the Pope’s ordered him to paint the Sistine Chapel, he invented his own technique of wall painting with casein paints, not egg tempera. And during the “restoration”, this casein layer was simply washed away, and only the underpaintings remained, which honestly deserved the nickname “Disney Porn”.

And Trump may be winning over the Black Project, but the alliance with the White is simply necessary for him, and he came to Rome to abolish the Second Vatican Council and most likely at least partially restore the Sistine Chapel. Or at least cover this hideous porn with at least some draperies, which is perhaps the best option, especially since in the 16th century, according to the sketches of Michelangelo himself, this had already been done by his student De Volterra, when in Rome for a short while was the reign of the Black Pope Paul IV.

    Everything returns to its Origin

Janos, the hard-man waiting in the wings may be White and traditional etc. But don’t discount Islam as the religion of the downtrodden.

Once Muslim fighting-age males are equal in number to non-Muslim fighting-age males in France, then I put my money on Islam as the dominant and ruling force in France. Who do you think will win there, the cafe-layabout-atheist-nihilist-degenerate or the devout bearded man with certainty about the righteousness of his faith? Maybe there’s some on the nationalist right that will put up a fight, but how many? How many formerly Christian French will the mosques attract?

What about in America? If Trump fails as the man with the plan and the helping hand, then what if the hard-man with a plan and a helping hand comes with a smile and a beard and a skull-cap and sez to people look here, you can count on us, unlike those godless reprobates who only look after themselves. And oh, by the way, don’t believe what you hear about Islam. Come to the mosque, all are welcome, bring your friends. What if he sez it in American English with a homey-homegrown drawl?

Yes, Odin must awaken the People soon or it will be too late over there. Apparently, the French army is already 20% Muslims. There may be no need for any kind of War at all in another generation or two. Just submission as Houlebecq (sp?) said.

The hatred for Muslims is very deep here though. And we have are still armed. A different outcome me thinks. The Enemy here is the Deep State – but of course they want as many Muslim mercenaries as they can get. Thus Hillary’s Plan to open the floodgates.

        Finally, Janos making some sense!

Use Muslim mercenaries in US to fight American Deplorables, and in Europe to fight Russian peasant-soldiers.

I have a sneaky suspicion that Trump quietly told Frau Gruppenführer Merkel to cut that crap in American liberal media, or that 2% GDP will quickly turn into 50.

    Hi all,
There’s some evidence of a resistance in the recent Montana election–perhaps. Here’s a spinny article in Rolling Stone about it…

    http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/features/6-lessons-from-that-wtf-montana-special-election-w484552

You have a candidate who body-slammed a reporter on the eve of the election. This was condemned in national and local media, and the local legal system agreed to press charges. Nevertheless, the candidate won the election.
Was this a provocation by media/PTB? It would not have occurred to me to wonder about this 5 years ago, but today, I am not sure.
There are enough Montanans who do not go along with the media line to elect someone who is officially disapproved. Perhaps this is significant…

I suspect some voters thought the body slam was great.

Since January 20th, the media has played the same game every time a Republican holds a press conference – harass and browbeat the Republican unceasingly, and unmercifully, until the Republican loses their temper – then crow “Republicans are Hitler!”.

Some people have caught on to that game.

I was fascinated to watch a press conference of Nancy Pelosi’s, where she criticized President Trump’s foreign trip. She was clearly confused and incoherent, likely due to senility, drugs, or both – yet the press treated her with the respect normally given to the Pope.

” Have you ever watched or read Stephen King’s “The Stand”? ”

    Ewwwwwwwwww.

    Vomit.

i once read every book he churned out, until , ” IT” .

There is a scene where a group of 13 year olds have ritualized group sex.

Errr……….never mind the sex stuff for a moment .

How exactly did that scene move the plot forward?

Was it integral to the story ?

That is just one example. I won’t bother with the many other examples where it is pretty obvious that it is gratuitous.

I would say he is no less a bottom-feeding porn merchant than Hugh Hefner,

But that is too kind to him , and too much an insult to Hugh Hefner.

        It by Stephen King:

It is a novel about a shape-shifting clown demon who hunts children, and It includes a seven-way group sex scene between said children. In a sewer.

They finally defeat the demon, and then six 11-year-old boys and one 11-year-old girl feel the need to have sex with each other in order to… find their way out of the sewers. Why will this help them find their way out of the sewers? I don’t know. To be fair to Stephen King, it’s portrayed as a very consensual and caring encounter, even though it’s wildly uncomfortable to read. But it’s still pretty darn unexpected.

Another flim flam is higher ed. Whenever I want to get a good laugh I look into the goings on on college campuses across the country. For example, here’s an article about the graduation ceremonies at Wesleyan U (tuition: $60,000 per year) down in Middletown, where I spent a few years back in the day. Wesleyan started out as a school to train ministers; nowadays an earnest Christian minister would get run off campus. As for the ceremony itself, the theme: social justice. The motif: all things African. ‘Pomp and Circumstance’ was played by African drummers in native garb, the main speaker was an African poet, some of the dignitaries on the podium had leopard skins draped over their formal suits. Everybody is in for Africa it appears, but something tells me this not the real Africa of famine, internecine war and squalor in South Sudan or white farmers being beaten to death in Zimbabwe, but the mythical Africa of great civilizations being undone by colonialism and Cecil Rhodes.

Reading about the event, ‘Join the Resistance’ seems to have been the message these young elitist graduates were getting. Donald Trump and the 60 million fascists, racists, homophobes who voted for Trump — fellow citizens less fortunate than those receiving degrees on this day — are the enemy. Africa is your friend. Embrace Africa, ‘specially Islamic Africa.

These kids will be slapped upside of the head pretty quick by reality. The real rich ones will be able to hide out a little longer. They’re about to find out the world could give a shit less about their hot house SJW obsessions, and even less about Africa.

Now comes a scholarly paper to establish that the conventional wisdom has been correct all along. Published in Evolution and Human Behavior, “Is sociopolitical egalitarianism related to bodily and facial formidability in men?” finds a pronounced negative correlation between a man’s muscularity and his support for economic redistribution schemes.

Researchers examined nearly 200 men aged 18-40 and determined their “formidability” using such measures as height, weight, muscle circumference, and arm strength. According to a press release from Brunel University in London, the more macho the man, the less likely he was to be a commie pinko fag:
Physically stronger men are less in favour of social and economic equality than weaker men, new research from Brunel University London indicates….The results showed a significant correlation between those with higher bodily formidability and the belief that some social groups should dominate others.

These men were also much less likely to support redistribution of wealth.
This news is so exciting it makes us want to eat a two-pound steak, bench-press 400 pounds, and deliver a punishing series of roundhouse kicks to Karl Marx’s corpse.

Check out the early biography of Weslyan president, Michael S. Roth. There is one key bit of information that explains EVERYTHING. Including the psychosis that inspired him to have Imams giving the invocation and African drummers doing the Pomp and Circumstance.

If the real John Wesley were to come back, he’d personally burn down the college and throw President Roth in the stocks.

      • Elrond Hubbard May 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm #

According to Wikipedia, “Wesleyan became independent of the Methodist church in 1937, although in 2000, the university was designated as an historic Methodist site.” (Here’s the citation, if anyone’s interested.)

So who gives a crap if an imam gives an invocation? It used to be a sectarian school, later on it became secular. Things change, shit happens. England was once a religious dictatorship under Oliver Cromwell. Later on, it stopped being a religious dictatorship. I suppose Oliver Cromwell would have found that ironic, or something?

The USA learned an important lesson from Cromwell and the religious wars that made him a dictator. That’s why there’s no mention of God in the U.S. constitution, and the Bill of Rights explicitly declares it a secular nation by forbidding Congress to establish a state religion or forbid the free exercise of religion. The people tell the government what religion they want to be, not vice versa. If that rubs you the wrong way, maybe you should leave.

This is the problem with blacks. I was thinking this today while driving around my suburb and seeing large numbers of black teenagers walking about.

The problem is that their areas belong to them (because of crime and decay, others literally can’t live there), but other areas also belong to them, since they spread and to deny them that is “racist” etc.

So it’s actually opposite from what it was in the past. Now, black people completely own their hoods, and are making inroads into owning others areas as well. Everybody is on the run from blacks, we are all oppressed by blacks now. Slowly but surely, with help from the government and all the corporations, housing associations, real estate agents, etc., the slaves are becoming the masters.

There’s nowhere left to run, once your neighborhood goes black it’s over, and good luck trying to find affordable housing anywhere else, where millions of people are also fleeing and hunkering down.

    • BackRowHeckler May 29, 2017 at 10:47 pm #

There are really not enough of them to take over, Dolph, only about 12% of the population. Plus this is a big country with plenty of places left to go.

Its pretty clear the big push for mass 3rd world immigration, legal and illegal, favored by democrats is to render whitey a permanent minority inside the US. It seems cynical, but there it is.

Its not for nothing that the two top guys in the DNC are a La Raza lawyer and an Imam trained by Minister Farrakhan. That pretty much tells you all you need to know.

A foolish post from a wise man.
You see what has happened here, in your long years.

Since 1965 [LBJ, may he suffer much in hell] the number of Blacks moving to USA is more than the millions that were here, when Abe freed the slaves [but didnt send them to Africa, like he wanted to].

WHAT WAS USA POPULATION IN 1965?
        AND NOW?

How many Blacks have been added by ‘feed and they will breed?’
I will tell you, about 30 million. Most are born to single mothers.

        • BackRowHeckler May 29, 2017 at 11:31 pm #

There were about 4 million American blacks in 1865, Malt, which is pretty remarkable since from 1620-1830, of the roughly 12 million Africans brought west to work on the plantations, only about 355,000 were destined for what is now the United States. Brazil and Caribbean Islands like Cuba and Jamaica got most of them.

To sum up, African Americans aren’t as thoroughly terrorized, bottled up in ghettoes and confined to the underclass as they were in the past. Stephen King writes his own books. Don’t like ’em? Don’t read ’em. Problem solved.

Few pearls, maybe of topic but, then again, maybe not:
In the world that we live in today, for the safety of the flying airplane, it is OK if laptop explodes in luggage hold and not in overhead compartment. It appears to be final current ‘laptop ban’ decision making argument. I am in Europe in longer stay with my work horse laptop, small google chrome for internet use only, ipad for audio
and e-books and decent camera. With the ban they are all heading to check-in (w/o any paper trace or confirmation that they are actually there ?) and subject to ‘good will’ of luggage handlers.

It was funny watching Trump entering proverbial ‘Nato bathroom’ to piss (scold other nations for not paying the fair share) using Montenegro PM as a bathroom door.

When and how does it end? Venezuela? — malthuss

It doesn’t end … ever. Rome is still there. England is still there. China is still here. They are no longer empires. The US will not be an empire, but will continue as Rome has, England has, China has.

It will actually be better when we get rid of our trillion dollar a year military. The founders and Constitution never intended a standing army bleeding the country dry. That money should fund infrastructure, employment, health, education, environmental protection, parks, libraries, etc. … things other countries can afford because they don’t waste their money on hundreds of military bases circling the globe. When we stop being a miltary empire, we can become more civilized like other countries are.

Hillary is strong and would have walked with the other world leaders. Trump does not have the stamina needed to be president. Trump is weak from eating too much fast food and riding in golf carts.

As always, Janet, your words inspire — in this case mental images of Socialist Realism: one imagines the Hilary postage stamp, upturned face with resolute expression, eyes cooly fixed on post-capitalist destiny, Marx and Lenin by her side, with the one word in bold caps beneath: STRONG.

Whatever happened to the shoe that fell off her foot, left in the street the day she had a seizure and was thrust by her handlers head-first, stiff, prone, and semi-comatose into her specially-equipped van?

BTW she was seen wearing those Zeiss blue lenses lately. Bill, sitting next to her, looks malnourished.

        Bill,
It would please me if she, indeed, were in need of remedial care…I can see Bill now, ministering to her needs, changing sheets, rolling her over so bed sores do not infect. They will probably roll her out when the cigarette burns heal…at least the visible ones.

…A gal can dream, can’t she?

It is interesting how the History repeats itself – current political balance of powers in the world starting to remind of the pre-WWII configuration with few colorful additions – such as a rainbow flag of LGBTQ “community”.

“Reaganomics” as the policy of accelerated development due to credit stimulation of private consumer demand was originally designed for a limited period of use – solely as an instrument for defeating the USSR in the Cold War.

But a new generation has come that does not know another economic logic, the USSR has lasted too long – and as a result, the temporary became permanent. As a consequence, the economic mechanism of “Reaganomics” devoured all resources for several decades ahead.

If a new model were to be prepared in the late 1980s, in the framework of some mutual agreements, including with Russia, these problems could be avoided, but the euphoria of “victory” played a cruel joke with the Western elite.

And if you take into account the fact that in the 1980s it was greatly supplemented by financiers who began to define economic policy, the result turned out to be quite deplorable: the West got itself into the same crisis as the USSR.

“They” can call it anything that they want to call it, but we all know that “Resistance is Futile”, don’t we? Yes there may still be many miscreants that are more than capable of getting off their dead asses and screwing up the works for a couple of days or a few occasions wherever the rabble rouser leadership can spark up a flame, but in the end there is no force anywhere in this Used to Be Great Nation that can ever change anything at all for the better or bring about anything but Chaos and decay. There is no possibility and no hope because there are only a very few who not only honestly care, but who are willing to sacrifice what it takes to accomplish salvation. Whether it is something they are spraying into the atmosphere or planting in the food supply, or simply a general malaise, people by the millions simply do not give a shit about ANYTHING anymore, and I mean nothing. When they stopped caring about their own children in mass numbers this was a clear indication of the truth in my statement. I see it all around me in staggering numbers as the Mindless Minions stare open mouthed into their Dingle Boxes and shuffle about in a never ending series of distraction, entertainment, and denial of any reality whatsoever. They simply do not care anymore. They are lost.

      Vanity, vanity, all is vanity.

Please stop preaching hopelessness. History shows us that the void of despair ends up being filled by the truly evil. (I’d say this is what happened in the 2016 election, except that Trump is too hapless to be truly evil. But beware the day when someone comes along as good as he is at pushing buttons and who isn’t a charlatan.)

Try thinking positive instead. There’s still plenty that can be done.

No my friend it is not hopelessness, it is reality. All of the happy, happy, everything is good talk lulls the masses into inaction which is where the predators want them to be. My call in the wilderness is to those that will still listen. Many, far too many are hopelessly lost, but not all have to BE lost. Many can listen and modify their habits and pay attention to what CAN be done to improve their stability before things get any worse because they WILL get worse. I call out to those who will hear that the time is now to prepare for the proverbial rainy day, for times of less plenty, to be able to change their habits today so that they may continue to get along tomorrow. Darwin never said that man descended from monkeys, but he DID state that survival is the reward for those that are most able to adapt and change in a changing environment. I call out to those that will hear and say, “Look ahead, see what is coming and change your ways so that you may avoid the pitfalls that are ahead of us all, NOT everything is good go back to sleep. .

    JFK’s Russian Conspiracy

Since you used the word “endgame” I’ll ask the question that has bothered me for years: why did S. Beckett write “Endgame”? Why did he write anything, for that matter? Well, he was a member of the WWII “Resistance,” I’m told. But really, reading or watching Beckett is about as much fun as taking an especially foul tasting medicine.

Please allow me to “Cliff Notes” Finc’s Black and White Projects theme. The pitch is wide and there are more than two teams on the field.
    *
The Trump campaign was the most masterful in my experience. Every dog whistle, conservative and liberal, was modified to produce vibrations plainly audible to the human ear. Repeal the Affordable Care Act, Build a Wall, eliminate entitlements – for the conservatives and End the Middle East engagements, Improve relations with Russia for the liberals. No platform was offered or needed, grab em by the balls and their hearts and minds will follow. I have not one clue who orchestrated the campaign, but their sense of dynamics and cadence was superlative. Trolling in a nation of citizens who seriously believe the advertising crap that they DESERVE unlimited amounts of everything makes choosing the bait simple, make it shiny and make it cheap.
    *
I had hoped that by now it would be evident that the President elect is not the mastermind behind this movement. Mr. Trump is not even a marionette, he is a hand puppet. As with Saint Ronald of Reagan we have no idea who possesses the gloved hand that enlivened Mr. Trump and brought him to the stage. Judging by appearances, Mr. Trump himself probably does not know. My view is that this is all about gaining access to information about the game so a new tick can be added to the teat of human production.
    *
Have you supported any of the US foreign policies or military engagements since Korea? Have you declared yourself a patriot while supporting regime after regime engaged in global plunder? Have you castigated anyone who took exception these things? Have you denigrated anyone finding a way to extract value from the system without participating? Did you ever recite the creative destruction mantra? Having read the comments here for years before ever attempting to have a conversation, the answer is YES for many who comment here. We as a nation did not care about anything but getting what we DESERVED from an extremely myopic viewpoint.
Now our children and grandchildren, those who have inherited our legacy, do not even know there exist ideals and and behaviors that are worth caring about. Walter B is correct, they do not care and neither did we!
    *
The answer it seems, as espoused by some who comment here, is to do physical violence to each other and avoid any attempt at community. Why? because they care only for themselves and do not give a good Zeus damn about anything else.
    *
If McPherson is wrong by only 500 years he will make the Oracle at Delphi look like a bond and bail row palm reader. I know you have passion. Reach out to those who value the life and future of their grandchildren.
What is a bad man? A good man’s student. What is a good man? A bad man’s teacher. (Lao Tzu)
Have we truly lost all hope? Then all is truly lost.

      …Black and White Projects theme

Trump (and Bernie Sanders) is a Speaker for the Red Project, whose leader is, apparently, Steve Bannon.

White Project leader and Speaker is Dianne Feinstein.

    • FincaInTheMountains May 30, 2017 at 10:48 am #

The White Project is characterized by the fact that it obliges perfecti to treat profaine well, take care of them, provide them with work and earnings, unemployment benefits, health insurance, etc.

The Black Project of the West believes that profaine are semi-animals and perfecti have the right and even the duty to monitor their herd by limiting their numbers ala Malthus, including killing the less useful (to them) members of the herd.

And the Red Project is paradoxically closer than the other projects of the West to Christian anthropology, because it historically denies the segregation of humanity into two biologically different species and considers perfecti the scam, which must be destroyed as a class, and to the top of the social pyramid rises profaine = “just a man.” The latter becomes particularly important if one replaces the perfecti with the bourgeoisie, and the profaine with the proletariat, or the working class.

      • Janos Skorenzy May 30, 2017 at 3:11 pm #

In other words, if I can decipher you broken Ivan English, the White Project is the perfect society where the State has withered away. Ozone’s anarchism. The goal of Communism.

The Red Project is the Communist struggle thereto. Your vulgar equation of Communism and Christianity is noted. Oh yes, it is noted.

The Black project is simply all that’s outside of this – including all normal and traditional societies, not just the Fascist states.

    • FincaInTheMountains May 30, 2017 at 11:01 am #

Inherently, all three Western Projects are hostile to historic Christian Orthodox Russia, but the Red Project may be less hostile out of the three, and under certain conditions even friendly – like President Roosevelt and, maybe, President Trump.

    • FincaInTheMountains May 30, 2017 at 11:15 am #

The colored projects of the West came from the corresponding Gnostic sects that came in force in the Western Europe after it broke away from Christianity, handing the anathema to Orthodox Christians with the hands of Cardinal Humbert from the pitch of Pope Gregory the Great.

Alright then. The Elite intend all of this and more. Are you going to lay down and allow them to do it? Life is struggle of one kind or another. Competition for scare resources. The dark masses want what we have. We have to stop them from taking what we have. It’s pretty simple. You’ll just “find yourself” doing the right thing, perhaps. If not, you are another enemy and not an ally.

It’s time to end with that shit

The window to Europe is closing. Macron, having staged a public flogging of Russian journalists, managed to inflict even more severe insults on Putin than Angela Merkel with her hysteria over the shooting down of the Malaysian Boeing MH17, which seemed to have been shot down by her direct order specifically for this hysteria.

Merkel at least did not invite Putin to Berlin in order to spit in his face.

And Russia has already responded to the demarche of Macron – it seems that by choosing this pederast, France trampled on the legacy of General de Gaulle and signed under the debts of not only of the Fourth Reich, but also of the Third one too.

It’s time for Russian and French Jews to recall Vichy.

Back briefly to religion of the underclass:

The same could be said of Christianity in its early days. When you look at the basic story of Jesus – the illegitimate son of a Jewish peasant girl in a dusty backwater of the Roman Empire, who took on the powers of his day by force of his rhetoric and reasoning, who was then arrested and convicted of being a pain in the ass, who was lynched and died worse than a dog – you can see the basis for a world-wide movement.

Jesus didn’t show up as the offspring of Roman aristocracy, he was one of a conquered and oppressed tribal people. And especially, he was the lowest of the low, his mother threatened with stoning for being preggers and un-wed. Not a great start. None of this story line would have been lost on the Roman underclass. Jesus was born in their own circumstances, he was one of them.

Jesus’ essential ideas had great appeal and drew attention at first among ordinary Jewish villagers ie Judaism but with emphasis on repentance, forgiveness, mercy and redemption, that is, you and you alone are in charge of what you say and do and so you can turn a leaf if you want. No blaming your parents, no saying your bad character is society’s fault, it’s YOUR fault.

And, most importantly, belief. No point going through the motions of obeying the Law, making the sacrifices and going to the Temple if you disbelieve. What’s the point?

But not just among Jews, there’s the story of the Roman centurion that came to beg Jesus for help with his sick servant boy and who Jesus lauded for his faith.

Anyway, these views and the idea that Big G was for everybody not just Jews (which was more St Paul’s doing) had a strong pull on the underclass of the Roman Empire. Life after all was pretty lousy and short for most people back then. What the new Jesus movement gave them was hope.

It’s the progressive en-shitty-ment and the alarming downward velocity of life in modern-day America – no work, no money, no health care, no prospects, no hope – that creates openings for people with a plan and a creed, that show certainty, that tell people they can see their suffering instead of minimizing it or denying it or blaming them for it. The basic message, you’re not Deplorable, you’re in a mess that’s not of your making, your condition doesn’t mean your life is worth less than the lives of others in better circumstances.

In the 1930s it was men with a fondness for arm-bands and a belief in their own superiority that had their countrymen killing with religious zeal. Whether we get something like that or Islam or some New World variant of Islam or Christianity or as yet something in the back-woods is up in the air.

What Republicans spout is such crap that someone as bad as Trump got the party’s nomination. And the Democrats are Republican me-too-ists, the party of entrenched privilege, who are so compromised by big money that a self proclaimed billionaire won the presidency on the strength of promises to ease the afflictions of the afflicted. It’s an incredible state of affairs.

Something will take the place of today’s laughable and unworkable flim-flammery. The question is what.

    • DA May 30, 2017 at 9:15 pm #

Nice post vol. I didn’t catch the earlier parts, so forgive me if I speak out of turn here, but I always try to keep in mind as well that most of the “Jesus Myth” (which is what it is, first and foremost) is apocryphal and gathered from numerous somewhat questionable sources hundreds of years after the fact. A bit like asking someone now to recount the life and times of some minor figure of ill-repute living at the time of the American Revolution. And by ALL legitimate historical accounts, “Jesus” was nothing more than that when (and if) he was even actually alive.

That’s why, personally, I think the Jesus myth is mostly useless (actually less than useless!) at this point. It’s simply too watered down in the mass consciousness and has been (mal-)appropriated for far too many destructive cultural agendas to be any of any real use to anyone anymore. The whole idea of a “savior” dying for and forgiving sins in exchange for belief and adoration and ever lasting life is nothing more than idol worship (an old Jewish and other primitive cult religions’ concept) gussied up with new lipstick for a “new age.” Unfortunately, it doesn’t even play well in that regard, and no one but the dying, the desperate, and the moronic (janet, for instance), could possibly take it serious in that regard.

I’ll shut it off there, as I really get wound up on this subject when the moronic believers poke their head up.

As mentioned many times here, the basic missing item is the lack of an American identity, something that we will “fight and die for”. A set of values that all Americans can identify with that are above race, ethnicity, and politics. Without it, we are spinning ourselves into oblivion. Each ethnic group runs towards its own set of ideals, Black Lives Matter, La Raza, CAIR all have their own agendas. Without the American focus, we are diversifying ourselves out of relevance. What do we tell our kids to strive for? No wonder the kids out there now do not understand which way is up. Where is the “wise” elder generation that passes the mantle of relevance to the next generation, and under what doctrine. Likely hiding in the university president’s office. Does entropy explain the diversification of the American ideal? At the end, everyone loses!

    • janet May 30, 2017 at 2:52 pm #

“the basic missing item is the lack of an American identity” –johnAZ

We have a shared identity as Americans that transcends race, borders and blood. Black Lives Matter, CAIR, La Raza, LBGTQIA, etc. all share what all Americans share which is a belief that ALL are created equal with the inalienable right, the FREEDOM, to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, which does include the right to express your gender and use the corresponding bathroom without fearful un-American interference.

Identity politics is American and healthy as long as it respects freedom, because freedom respects pluralism. The un-American way is to think one group is superior or that everyone should think or believe the same.

    • Janos Skorenzy May 30, 2017 at 2:57 pm #

It’s no good: Diversity is weakness and Homogeneity is strength. There is no ideology that can overcome that. The Universal Nation is an Enlightenment Chimaera. You never saw or will see “Man”, but only a Frenchman, an Englishman, a White Man (and the previous two are White by definition), a Negro, a Chinee, etc.

Japan has lasted for thousands of years and may last thousands more. The “secret”? Ethnic homogeneity and the cultural strength that comes from that. They survived the loss of their Shintoist ideology and Empire worship. They intend to make up for their low birthrate with robots – not Muslims and Blacks, much to the chagrin of the New World Ordure. A million Blacks or Muslims would sink them. Just as our tens of millions have sunk us. We don’t even have another century.

Get it now? Ideology is something added on to ethnic identity, not a replacement for it. It was very hard assimilating all the European groups, but America basically had accomplished it. Besides wide open spaces and a growing economy, they were all White Christian to begin with. But people take the wrong idea from this: that if we did it before, we can do it again – even with radically different people of an alien race and religion. Even with people who hate us and have vowed to destroy us. All pure hubris. We don’t even NEED these people anymore. There’s not even enough jobs for the native born. Madness.

The future of “America” is Bosnia times Rwanda.

All this speculation about the deep-state, your false equivalence between the left and right, and your personal discomfort with race and technology is weird and off-putting. You are better than all that horseshit.

Consider that what you are writing is appealing to people who are convinced they are smarter than everyone around them. That they are in on some secret that almost no one else is smart enough to see. Come on, it’s just pathetic.

Conspiracy is the way it works child, grow up or throw up. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/why-is-congress-a-millionaires-club/

Big money deals, done behind closed doors between those who can arrange and those that can pay is called CONSPIRACY and it is how it is done. It happens at every level and even those of us at the very lowest levels of government have to deal with it, to fight it every damned day, even if Joe Q Public is too damned distracted by the contents of his or her own undergarments to figure it out. It’s probably just me, but it seems to me that quite a few of the people who post here are still trying to promote either the democratic or republican view of things. As a new cynic (since 2000), I have come to realize that both sides are being bullshitted by the powers that be. If you really think that there is a difference between the parties, you are deluding yourself. They are both controlled by the powers that be, and any differences between them are superficial and calculated to appeal to either liberal or conservative. The truth is that they are both being controlled by wall street, and here’s not a dimes worth of difference between them. As an example, I offer you Obama, who talked a great game when it came to addressing the economic collapse we went through after that genius GWBush got through fucking up the country. Nobody in the financial markets went to jail. No legislation was proposed to curtail the excesses that brought about the collapse that happened. It was business as usual for the Oligarchs, hell, they didn’t even stop giving out bonuses. You people who believe in either one of the two parties better figure things out, or you will continue to get played like a one string fiddle. If things don’t get changed, the times will only get worse. The books that JHK writes are true in the fact that we will all be living like that whether it’s because of global warming, or the continual fucking of the citizens of the United States by the powers that be. The brutal truth is that this country has changed completely over the years, and people who still think it’s the same are fooling themselves.

Barry Obama served one supremely great purpose in his American Puppetancy and that was to be THE absolute proof that Democrats and Republicans are simply different flavors of the same worthless turd. The real rulers of this nation operate the strings well above the White House roof and their feckless puppets dance the tune of the day whatever the Masters may call. Donald Trump may or may not be more of the same, but you have to give him credit for he went the extra mile to show us all more evidence that the sellout, scumbag, career politicians may wear different color ties, but they are in reality only different colored bags of the same foul dirt. For my money, President Trump will either bow down before the Real Masters before he is through or be marginalized or eliminated. Surely he cannot change anything in a system that is totally and irrevocably corrupt.

December 2016: ‘Don’t dress like Kim Kardashian’ says Queen’s University Belfast

    http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-38265705

Queen’s University in Belfast has been given a dressing down for advising women not to style themselves like Kim Kardashian West at graduations.

An article on its website said women should “think Grace Kelly, not Kim Kardashian”.

It also said “short skirts and cleavage” are “out of the question”.

An email to Queen’s, reported by the Belfast Telegraph, said the advice was “like something that would be handed down in a convent”.

May 2017: Belgium: Female students asked to wear low-cut tops to graduation

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-40092130

A Belgian university has apologised after a message was sent to female students asking them to wear a low-cut outfit to a graduation ceremony.

The email was sent to medical students at the Free University of Brussels (ULB).

“From an aesthetic point of view,” it read, ” it is better for young women to wear a dress or skirt, and a nice revealing neckline.”

Men were told simply to wear a suit for the event next month.

“Of course, ladies, this advice is not obligatory,” the email added.

But mandatory or not, the suggestion caused an outcry on social media.

Hmm. How about women wear what they themselves consider to be appropriate?

As for Alexis de Tocqueville, Prof. Painter approvingly summarizes his critical comments about American slavery, but claims that he “minimizes one of the core issues in American politics and culture.” Not so. Tocqueville devoted a chapter of Democracy in America to race. Far from minimizing it he speculated that “the most formidable evil threatening the future of the United States is the presence of the blacks on their soil.” Tocqueville realized that even if slavery were abolished, racial differences that were “physical and permanent” would remain. Freed blacks would be jealous and resentful of their former masters and ashamed of their servile past. “Memories of slavery disgrace the race, and race perpetuates memories of slavery.”

Whites, on the other hand, would want nothing to do with former slaves. Tocqueville noticed that “race prejudice seems stronger in those states that have abolished slavery than in those where it still exists,” and thought one reason was the fear of miscegenation. “Of all Europeans,” he wrote, “the English have least mingled their blood with that of the Negroes.” Why not? “The white man in the United States is proud of his race and proud of himself.” As a result, “the freer the whites in America are, the more they will seek to isolate themselves.” Only a “despot subjecting the Americans and their former slaves beneath the same yoke” could “force the races to mingle,” Tocqueville wrote, but “while American democracy remains at the head of affairs, no one would dare any such thing.” Perhaps Tocqueville was too prescient for Prof. Painter’s liking.

Well said Al. Obviously since they have so dared, Democracy is no longer at the head of affairs.

De Tocqueville, Jefferson, Lincoln, Stoddard, Krandz, Grant, Gobineau, Chamberlain, Scorzne – truly great minds think alike and will reach the same conclusions given the same data. Study the above passage assiduously. It’s all there. Why we run – and why we will fight.

No matter where you are, you must treat your neighbors with respect, no matter where they are from. Be neighborly! “When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.”

Whites HAVE to be targeted for they are, as a group, the ones that hold the most assets. Just as Hitler chose the Jews to plunder because they had the most to steal during the Weimar rule, so too must those who would take everything from everybody target the white folk and their assets. Only the chronically stupid rob the poor. There is far more booty to be had taking down suburban America.

Yes Christians are commanded to treat our neighbors with respect and dignity, but the question still remains to be argued as to how much robbing, raping and degradation we are to allow them to do to us before we at least stand up and say enough is enough. Martyrdom is NOT a Christian requirement, it remains optional.

I apologize to our host in advance but this is fair use.
Janet, Susan Sontag is/was a fraud. Nassim Taleb, writing on the Merchants of Virtue:

I will always remember my encounter with the writer and cultural icon Susan Sontag, largely because it was on the same day that I met the great Benoit Mandelbrot. I took place in 2001, two months after the terrorist event, in a radio station in New York. Sontag who was being interviewed, was pricked by the idea of a fellow who “studies randomness” and came to engage me. When she discovered that I was a trader, she blurted out that she was “against the market system” and turned her back to me as I was in mid-sentence, just to humiliate me (note here that courtesy is an application of the Silver rule), while her female assistant gave me the look, as if I had been convicted of child killing. I sort of justified her behavior in order to forget the incident, imagining that she lived in some rural commune, grew her own vegetables, wrote on pencil and paper, engaged in barter transactions, that type of stuff.

No, she did not grow her own vegetables, it turned out. Two years later, I accidentally found her obituary (I waited a decade and a half before writing about the incident to avoid speaking ill of the departed). People in publishing were complaining about her rapacity; she had to squeeze her publisher, Farrar Strauss and Giroud of what would be several million dollars today for a book advance. She shared, with a girlfriend, a mansion in New York City, one that was later sold for $28 million dollars. Sontag probably felt that insulting people with money inducted her into some unimpeachable sainthood, exempting her from having skin in the game.

    @ At Janos

Guys, and even many girls now, seem to notice first, and finally favor, the samurai sword.

What I noticed first, and finally favored, was Samurai armor.

the samurai did not go into battle in drab and plain blacks and whites, unless they couldn’t afford better , or unless black and white were their livery colors —and in that , startling in the current context, if their livery colors happened to be pink and purple, then, yes, they wore pink and purple.

Anyway, if Samurai could afford it, they dressed — to put it in as few words as possible — in PAISLEYS.

To cast things in a slightly different light ; I notice and favor Samurai armor because it was PRETTY.

    So what ?

I think that the fact that the Samurai dressed in paisleys, dressed pretty, signifies something.

    signifies what ?

It signifies LIMITATION and CIRCUMSCRIPTION .

    — And for a class, generally, which constituted the ruling class.

When the samurai went riding into town to raise Hell — in their bright pink pretty paisley — even a dumb 5 year old girl might get the hint that maybe she should get out of town for awhile.

Now look at the current scene ; The flower of fashion , except in its most brute forms , has been utterly banished from the battlefield. To be fair to soldiers ( Who are NOT Samurai ) they are not , except in a few cases , the ruling class. They are , to put not too fine a point on it, simply employees. And not even retainers, or valets, or heralds, Aides-de-camp or any such , but field hands.

Today, everywhere you look, and I do mean everywhere, the dress you see is CAMOUFLAGE .

Which was first popularized , in its current form, ( as far as I know ) by the Waffen SS , whose motto was MEIN EHRE HEISST TREUE, but I dare say a truer motto would have been , simply , SOZIALER DARWINISMUS.

Now what does camouflage signify ?

well, I’m afraid it does NOT signify to 5 year old girls that they should get out of harms way, unless the camouflage idea is not working as intended.

These are small things perhaps, but I’m inclined to think small things are important, not least because humans are not giants, they are little things.

I do look back to a time when honesty and decency meant something, and what they meant was LIMITATION and CIRCUMSCRIPTION.

    • Janos Skorenzy May 30, 2017 at 7:55 pm #

Yes Mr Kunstler has bemoaned the ubiquity of Camos I believe. Where are Officers in full dress? Why don’t walk amongst us?

The Samurai worse the same pink to charm and to when they came to kill? Strange. Or are you just not being clear again? You’re a wonderful writer who get caught up in her own verbal pyrotechnics – like a spider caught in its own web.

Camos can be scary because they mean the wearer is still shell shocked. Thus the separation between soldier grunt and prole is erased. Not good for either. Change into those civvies. And Officers, wear your colors and insignia.

    • schvitzatura June 2, 2017 at 5:50 pm #

Sorry, but the advent of smokeless powder in the late 1800s did away with the need for color on the battlefield for cohesion of troops and communications.

Besides, a mounted Polish hussar or ulan/lancer, just as brightly colored as any samurai would ride said samurai down on a battlefield, with ease.

The Japanese pulled themselves out of medieval torpor, as China was being picked clean by foreigners in the same time. They traded in their lacquer wickerware armor and fine steel swords for bolt-action rifles and drab khaki.

Whatever happened to The Anthony Weiner Laptop?

    • janet May 30, 2017 at 8:25 pm #

As part of Trump’s collusion wih Russia there was a campaign of disinformation directed by Putin. The laptop was analyzed, found not to contain anything to do with HRC because that was all Putin/Trump disinformation, and the laptop was returned to Weiner with apologies.

      • DA May 30, 2017 at 9:27 pm #

That’s Putin alright! The BIG BAD WOLF! I’ll bet you’re still afraid of what hides under the bed, aren’t you “janet?”

      • KesaAnna May 30, 2017 at 9:29 pm #

At the risk of being identified with people I don’t endorse, I felt rather sorry for Weiner.

        ” …with apologies ”

        uh……what??

I’m reminded of a scene in the old movie, Absence of Malice” .

Paul Newman’s character asks the representatives of a newspaper , ( paraphrasing )

” so you report it when a guy is put under investigation ?
Ok, when the investigation is over , and it turns out the guy is innocent, what do you report then ? ”

Answer ; We report that about as often as we report that turtles have begun to fly.

Hmm, in how many cases have I seen it where, for example, when the police literally tore someones house apart, but found nothing , they then went back and at least apologized ?

        ………………………………..crickets, crickets, crickets.

        • KesaAnna May 30, 2017 at 9:43 pm #

To be fair to the police ( ! ) , they, and MOST institutions , would rather cut their own throats than apologize.

          Why?

          There are very good practical , and LEGAL reasons why apology is “bad” ;

You may be dealing with people who are in NO WAY interested in any apology , any forgiveness.

And so, to put it briefly, to apologize is to potentially feed your determined enemy ammunition.

So, yeah, the apology part there is damned suspicious .

          • KesaAnna May 30, 2017 at 9:54 pm #

Like I said, an apology is potentially feeding your enemy ammunition.

            So here’s my conspiracy theory ;

There was no adversarial relationship , no this side and that side.

The investigator and the investigated were on the same team.

the investigation was a Potemkin village.

but let’s say that Janet merely mis-reported , and there was no apology to Weiner.

There is still a suspicious problem.

Any but the most cursory “investigation” can run up a bill of thousands of dollars in just a day or two.

The math isn’t difficult , just pretend these folks made minimum wage. ( except none of them make minimum wage. )

Now all institutions have budgets, and they have budgetary expenditures which they have to justify somehow, to somebody, even in totalitarian states incredibly, where you would assume there was no accountability.

So, unless you assume that the police do not have to eat like the rest of us, right there you have a compelling reason why, having blown that money, they have a strong incentive to charge you with SOMETHING .

Ah, but that is easier said than done !

    Time to leave Candyland .

With 10,000 federal criminal statutes alone, finding something to charge you with is not difficult, unless you DO assume the police are dumb apes who cannot tie their own shoelaces.

Or you conclude everyone else is living in a Play Boy mansion, and you are the only loser subject to the wolf at the door.

    So they found nothing ??

So they charged him with nothing ??

    Is only really plausible if ;

    — he was in a coma and never used the laptop at all.

    — they never actually looked at the laptop.

    • KesaAnna May 30, 2017 at 10:42 pm #

      — Or , as I said before, investigator and investigated were really just two guys on the same team anyway, and there never really was an investigation to begin with.

      • janet May 30, 2017 at 11:45 pm #

More likely, there was never anything incriminating related to HRC, hence the apology. Apologies are not given to joe six pack. They are given to congressmen.

“My, you are a monotonous two trick pony, Janet.” –inarticulate infant

Here is something that has the good ol’ boys in the south believing in the Green Transition. South’s good ol’ boy drag racers whupped by Tesla, not happy about it

“Round after round, the Tesla walks over turbocharged V-8 machines equipped with nitrous-oxide tank, including two Ford Mustangs, a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, a Chevrolet S-10, and a Chevrolet Camaro.

After clinching its final win, one last challenger emerges for the Model S P100D — another Camaro.

For some reason, the cocky driver invokes a “break” for the Tesla driver, which means the P100D may take off whenever it wants and the Camaro must match its reaction.

A silly move, no doubt, noting the P100D’s all-wheel-drive system, launch control, and copious amounts of torque.
Following yet another win for the Model S, things start to go south after a few drivers begin to show extreme displeasure with the Tesla’s performance.

Not one of the insults flung at the driver and the Tesla sticks particularly well — that last Camaro challenger even whines about the head start he allowed for — but it shows how upsetting it may be to see a loud, proud V-8 engine fall victim to a near-silent, whirring, and very fast electric car.

    • janet May 30, 2017 at 11:57 pm #

No more white privilege. No more macho V-8 supremacy. Takuma Sato won the 101st running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday. The reign of the macho white male supremacist is over. We have a snowflake in the White House … a 70 year-old short-fingered cuck with no stamina … he can’t even walk a golf course … his wife won’t even live in the same house with him.

    • JimInFlorida May 31, 2017 at 10:10 am #

There’s NOTHING “green” about Tesla’s cars. The upfront material and energy input to build a Tesla car could have recycled two dozen 1960’s and 1970’s vintage cars to like-new condition. Retrofit an electronic ignition and catalytic converter and the car is just as clean as the current fleet. Plus, the owners can easily maintain such cars by themselves.

Bubba’s Chevy and Ford can be fixed and maintained by most anybody. The rumbling V8 summons the animal spirits of 20th century Industrial America and its roar connects us to those glorious days.

Elon Musk’s electric supercars are insanely expensive and soulless vehicles, “Assembled in the U.S. from Globally Sourced Components.” That’s no match for Detroit’s cars which inspired dozens of songs and employed millions of people in their manufacture, distribution, and maintenance.

The Tesla’s power comes from Lithium ion batteries, whose materials come mostly from potentially unreliable sources like Bolivia, China, Argentina, and Chile. Unlike the good ol’ lead acid batteries, cast iron, and aluminum that made 20th century America great, the Lithium batteries are ENVIRONMENTALLY TOXIC and too costly to recycle.

Here’s the REAL TEST. Take a Tesla and a ’74 Chevy Impala down to Cuba and see which one lasts the longest!!!

Trump in the dump. And what do his friends say? Some complain he’s getting bad advice — legal and political. “No one is giving him the landscape — this is how it works, this is what you should do or not do. And no one has enough control — or security — to do that,” says one. But that begs the question, of course, of whether a sitting president should actually need to be told that he ought not try to interfere with a federal counterintelligence investigation. LOL!

Don’t hire an inept businessman to be president. Running a country is no like grabbing pussy, as Trump has learned the hard way. Courts, Indivisible citizens and congress will block every stupid move he makes… which is a saving grace of Trump’s ineptitude. He is weak. He is stupid. He is inefficient. He has not and cannot get any significant legislation passed. Obama could and did. Trump is a helpless snowflake of a president, alone and depressed.

The C..I,,A grew organically out of the Corporate Law practices of Wall Street law firms, particularly the Dulles Brothers law firm, Sullivan & Cromwell. Spying and covert military operations on behalf of corporate clients became a lucrative new practice area. That explains a lot….

“Before there was an Office of Strategic Services (July 1942–October 1945) or a Central Intelligence Agency (founded in 1947), corporations and attorneys who represented international businesses often employed associates in their firms as private agents to gather data on competitors and business opportunities abroad. So it was only to be expected that many of the first OSS recruits were taken from the ranks of oil companies, Wall Street banking firms, and Ivy League universities and often equated the interests of their high-powered business partners with the national interest. Such relationships like the one between George H. W. Bush and Thomas Devine thus made perfect sense to the CIA, which was comfortable taking orders from such Wall Street icons as Henry L. Stimson, Robert A. Lovett, William “Wild Bill” Donovan, John Foster Dulles, and Allen Dulles—men who were always mindful of President Calvin Coolidge’s adage that “the business of America is business.”

About Yalta, which is in Crimea which is Russian again

The question of Russia’s sphere of influence is pulling the question of a new Yalta conference, according to the Washington Times.

But I believe that Putin will not agree to it and will insist on observing the old Yalta agreements.

Which were thrown into the trash by President Truman as soon as he got the atomic bomb in his hands after the murder of President Roosevelt and pro-Nazi coup in the US.

The UN status, in particular its location, was determined precisely by the Yalta agreements, as well as the reparations that Germany was supposed to pay, and which she did not, using the Truman’s pro-Nazi coup.

I advise you to look at the Yalta agreements, in particular the status of Greece in the post-war world, the revision of which became the real cause of the Cold War and the war in North Korea.

This is the issue today that involves Syria and ISIS, especially that Roosevelt was undoubtedly going to faithfully observe the Yalta agreements, a large part of which he proposed himself, including the status of Poland, Greece and especially the participation of the USSR in the defeat of Japan.

And the military wings of the Middle East Nazi ODE-SS-A is ISIS and the army of invasion of Europe, which we are now watching every day on TV screens with a photographs of a ME migrants and a drowned three-year-old boy, whom ODESSA previously murdered along with thousands of other children in Beslan, Tskhinvali, Donbass, Libya, Syria and Iraq.

Russia is neither Red, nor White or Black. Too bad those religions are incompatible with each other and the secular state. To coexist at all, they must be castrated by the secular state. And the job of Masonry was to do just that. Now that they have succeeded to some degree, it’s time for them to be sent packing – with or without their wages. The Masters are here. The Jews were behind Communism after all – and no Black project was ever as Black as that.

You give it all away with your “for prosperous economic development” – the Masonic/Jewish worldview, one utterly alien to the three religions and the religions of the East as well.

      • JimInFlorida May 31, 2017 at 3:14 pm #

Be careful Janos. CFN is bugged! The Talmudic thoughtpolice will pay you a visit soon enough.

[Janos in Room 101 being interrogated by “janet”]

        ‘What race are you, Janos?’

        ‘White.’

‘And if the party says that you are not White but a color-deprived Human — are you still White?’

        ‘Yes.’

The word ended in a gasp of pain. The needle of the dial had shot up to fifty-five. The sweat had sprung out all over Janos’ body. The air tore into his lungs and issued again in deep groans which even by clenching his teeth he could not stop. “Janet” watched him, his White skin momentarily turned pale gray. She drew back the lever. This time the pain was only slightly eased.

        ‘What race are you Janos?’

‘White! White! What else can I say? White!’

The needle must have risen again, but he did not look at it. The heavy, stern face of Janet filled his vision. Janos’s arm laid before his eyes like a blurry white rope and seeming to vibrate, but unmistakably White.

        ‘What race are you, Janos?’

‘White! Stop it, stop it! How can you go on? White! White!’

        “What race are you, Janos?’

        ‘Black! Muslim! Jewish!’

‘No, Janos, that is no use. You are lying. You still think you are White. Now, what race are you, please?’

‘Human! Mexican! Unperson! Anything you like. Only stop it, stop the pain!’

Abruptly he was sitting up with Janet’s arm around his shoulders. Janos had perhaps lost consciousness for a few seconds. The bonds that had held his body down were loosened. He felt very cold, he was shaking uncontrollably, his teeth were chattering, the tears were rolling down his cheeks. For a moment he clung to Janet like a baby, curiously comforted by the floppy arm round his shoulders. He had the feeling that Janet was his mother, that the pain was something that came from outside, from some other source, and that it was Janet who would save him from it.

‘You are a slow learner, Janos,’ said Janet gently.

‘How can I help it?’ he blubbered. ‘How can I help seeing what is in front of my eyes? I am a White Man.’

‘Not any longer, Janos. There are no White people. But, sometimes we allow people to be White when we need to condemn somebody for crimethink. Sometimes they are unpersons when they need to disappear from the mass consciousness. You must try harder Janos. It is not easy to become sane.”

    DA,

The proportion of veracity vs baloney in the Jesus story is a bit of a digression but for my part I agree that there’s a lot of overlay onto the historical Jesus. The only two more or less contemporaneous and non Christian accounts of Jesus that I know of are from Tacitus and Flavius Josephus. My read of the situation is that Jesus was a vocal objector and paid for it with his life. And then the story ballooned and took off from there.

There’s an interesting thing that happened not too long ago. In Israel a cache of funeral urns dating back to first century were found that happened to have engraved on them the names of the biblical first family. The odds of some random family at that time having exactly that combination of names as in the New Testament is pretty small even if the names like Yeshua.bar Yosef were common in those times.

Of course anything to do with religion is scientific kryptonite so this find was variously disavowed as meaningless or fraudulent. Or downplayed or entirely avoided. Nobody wants anything to do with this career stopper. In any case, the urn contents were buried in a Jewish cemetery and the actual remains are lost.

The urns are an interesting thing and indicative of nothing except that maybe the specific people existed, not that the miracles happened or that Jesus was divinity or that he was born to a virgin mother etc.

For my part, I think Mohammed was right when he said to his followers don’t do to me what Jesus’ followers did to Jesus. According to one guy I read, Islam was founded by dissident Christians in the Levant. It’s as good an account as I’ve heard. I suppose the malcontents pruned what they considered extraneous.

Walter, Whites ultimate asset is our DNA. Thats why the Left pushes race mixing.
Look at the media. Look at ads on youtube.
Why do you think the Kardashians are pushed so?
Oh, they are masons, as well.

The “Resistance” wasn’t just in France in WW2. But talk about cultural appropriation, these clueless, loathsome ninnies using “Resistance” as their moniker. They don’t come knee-high to those people of the anti-Nazi Resistance. Is there even one of them that ever heard of Sophie Scholl? Do they know what the Nazis did to her and her brother Hans?

It’s really too bad about Trump. Better than the alternative but what a lost opportunity. He’s in no way fit to lead a resistance, no coherent set of ideas, no game-plan, no committed team to carry them out.

In fact he has the opposite. His “team”, the so-called adults in the room, are there to dissuade and trip up and oppose. Status quo-ists all of them, except Bannon. Don’t have to look too far for a “fifth column”. They’re in the White House and Cabinet operating in the open and without apology in direct opposition to the folk that elected Donald. What a state of things. And poor Bannon, alone and isolated. I wonder if anybody talks to him. Maybe he can go back to Breitbart.

Donald at the apex shows the sorry state of the republic. The young communists I met on campus way back used the term “decadent” a lot. So did a fair number of old fascists who deplored the state of things, especially the spoiled and squalling youth of the day. I’d say with the benefit of hindsight that they had a point. Maybe we can resurrect the term.

The fascists are dead and gone. I wonder about those communists. Probably all rich, probably went to work for banks.

Border-town residents upset, but not surprised by asylum-seeker’s death

    http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/local/border-town-residents-upset-but-not-surprised-by-asylum-seekers-death-425529783.html

NOYES, Minn. — Local residents were horrified to learn that an asylum-seeker from Ghana was found dead in a “coulee” or ditch running through a farm field nearly a kilometre south of the Canadian border just west of Highway 75 near Noyes, Minn.

“On Friday afternoon I saw the border patrol — a helicopter and four-wheelers over there,” said a man at Chale’s Service garage pointing to the farm field to the west. The man, who did not want to give his name, said asylum-seekers aren’t a rare sight in the semi-deserted border community.

“You find a lot of T-shirts and socks,” said another man in a white pickup truck who farms near where Mavis Otuteye’s body was found.

U.S. authorities said hypothermia was the cause of death. She was reported missing last Thursday; she was seen in Kittson County three days earlier.

    May she rest.

We’ve built a lefty utopia here in the Nutmeg State. There’s a favored pecking order; right now drag queens are on top, followed by illegals. The head of the state legislature is also head public sector union official. Contract negotiations with the unions was one big circle jerk, with us always losing, the unions winning. They’ve got it all sewed up, or so they thought. We learn the City of Hartford is filing bankruptcy, and the state itself is hundreds of millions, billions in debt. GE left last year, and now we find out Aetna Insurance is moving out of state and bringing its 6000 jobs with them. Aetna just doesn’t seem to appreciate this built utopia, all the talk about diversity, tolerance and inclusion not withstanding.

Trampistas go into counter-offensive, House Intelligence Committee sends subpoenas to intel agencies

Three of the nation’s intelligence agencies received subpoenas Wednesday afternoon issued by the House Intelligence Committee, Fox News has confirmed, with each of the three demands for documents explicitly naming three top officials of the Obama administration: Susan Rice, who served as President Obama’s White House national security adviser; former CIA Director John Brennan; and former U.N. ambassador Samantha Power.

The three subpoenas, among a total of seven signed by panel chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), were served on the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency, and all three explicitly referenced “unmasking” – a signal that the House panel is intensifying its investigation into allegations that Obama-era aides improperly demanded the “unmasking” of names of associates of President Trump that had appeared, in coded form, in classified intelligence reports, then leaked the data to news media organizations.

Affirmative Action is a small step in the direction of reparations for white terrorism of Black Americans. – janet

    ===========

There have been umpteen millions of people enslaved by other people throughout recorded history. (I like to remind my kids that they are from “slav” stock on their mother’s side.) In all that history has there ever been official reparations to the oppressed?

This is a serious question. I don’t know the answer.

    • thwack June 1, 2017 at 11:04 am #

Black people don’t want “reparations” for slavery; they only think they do because thats what they have been told to think.

What black people REALLY want is compensation for the racism they are victims of and subject to.

(White people know this is the critical question and its the reason they always try to shift any conversation or discussion to “slavery…”)

The way for a black person to handle this discussion is to ask the white person:

“How much money/wealth would you require in order to be become a black person right now?”

Whatever number the white person comes up with is the number you should ask for as compensation for racism.

Interestingly, I have never found a white person who was not smart enough to know not to answer the question, and I have run this experiment many times, including on this blog.

If you are a black person, you should really think about why a white person won’t answer the question?

      • elysianfield June 1, 2017 at 11:37 am #

“What black people REALLY want is compensation for the racism they are victims of and subject to.”

You gotta say “please and thank you” when asking for reparations, or spare change, or the oft-heard “gimme a dollah”.

“If you are a black person, you should really think about why a white person won’t answer the question?”

        Thwack,
If you are a black person, you should really think about the responsibility of citizenship, civil discourse, and avoiding the mantle of victimization.

        Just sayin’

        • Elrond Hubbard June 1, 2017 at 11:53 am #

          elysianfield,

If you are a white person, you should really think about the gulf between the ideal your country was founded on (that all men are created equal) and the daily reality that it inflicts on its despised minorities.

          Just sayin’.

          • elysianfield June 1, 2017 at 12:44 pm #

            Elrond,
Unfortunately, the ideal does not reflect the reality. All men are NOT created equal in any respect…if so, why would there be need for diversity? I wish to hell the “ideal” be true. I wish that all persons have the capacity to succeed. I wish the world would be a happy place, full of content people devoid of rancor. Unfortunately we are dealing with humans….

You, I am afraid, deny what your God Damned Lying Eyes see as obvious.

          • Elrond Hubbard June 1, 2017 at 2:14 pm #

You misunderstand both me and, more importantly, the words of the Declaration of Independence. “All men are created equal” isn’t an airy-fairy aspiration. Nor is it a meaningless rhetorical flourish, as I’ve seen it described in this comments section. In context (i.e. as it would have been seen at the time), it’s a dead-serious declaration of purpose made in conscious opposition to the mother country that the thirteen colonies were declaring independence from.

British society in 1776 took it as a given that there were different kinds of people — commoners, clergy, gentlemen, nobles, etc. — some fit to rule, and others fit to be ruled. The founding fathers threw out that theory and proposed a new one: there aren’t different kinds of people; there’s only one kind, all standing in the same relationship to each other and to the law. It isn’t about people’s “capacity to succeed”. It’s about whether government will be a machine for serving the rulers while keeping the ruled in subjection, or a machine for securing the greatest capacity for all to make what they want of their lives (their ‘pursuit of happiness’).

If there’s only one kind of person, how does diversity fit in? Simple: It’s about expanding the definition of an American to include everyone who is, in fact, American. The U.S.A. was a very racist country at its founding, and remains racist today. The evil of slavery was ended, but America continued to be a machine for serving the interests of its white population at the expense of others, especially blacks, for a long time afterward. Under the New Deal, that meant all white people, while blacks were pointedly kept in the underclass. After the civil rights movement, that held less true than previously. Now after 40 years of neoliberalism, it’s the rich versus everyone else, and white people are beginning to slip into the underclass as well. No wonder some complain and feel the need to reassert themselves based on a spurious identity — it’s all they have left.

          • Janos Skorenzy June 1, 2017 at 3:53 pm #

But Blacks aren’t equal to us intellectually – they are far below us as all testing had indicated since the early 1900’s. Ditto for their classroom work. Have you ever gone to school with them? If not, talk to some teachers. I have so I don’t have to.

And we can’t compete with them in running and sports and positions where that is important.

Equality? There is none in the real world. It’s an important legal and mathematical abstraction of course. Spiritually too. The Ideal World. The stuff you don’t believe in is what you base your philosophy on – exactly where it doesn’t apply. Priceless.

Angela Merkel is filing for divorce with Uncle Sam. The price tag is 330 billion. Per year.

Everybody who was expecting exciting geopolitical thriller from the recent G7 summit got a geopolitical melodrama instead. After a clearly unfortunate meeting with President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said: “The times when we could rely totally on others have largely ended, and Europeans must take their destiny in their own hands.”

Merkel mentioned that the European Union should strive to maintain friendly relations with the United States and Great Britain, but we can say that it is very similar to the traditional wish to “remain friends” even after the termination of family relations.

One of the main issues in which the opinions of the leaders of the EU and President Donald Trump are resolutely different is the exact price. This price is 330 billion euros per year.

The quoted figure corresponds to 2% of the EU’s GDP for 2015, and it is this kind of “tribute” in the form of annual European investments into the overall “defense piggy bank” that the US president demands from the EU.

During the election campaign, Trump publicly promised to US military-industrial complex that he would beat out money for them. It is necessary to recognize that this promise he is fulfilling as much as possible.

It will be very interesting to watch how they will determine who will pay child-support to the Kiev regime – this illegitimate offspring of the geopolitical union of the US and the EU.

At the moment, none of the “parents” is burning with the desire to be responsible for the behavior of the “difficult teenager”.

What would real resistance look like?

It would look like one finally waking up to the fact that they are being manipulated to support the hegemony of an elite global order masquerading as political party. A political party that is, ostensibly, there for you, the little guy/gal, the victim.
You, with this political party, and the global order, can subvert the restrictions of sovereignty, localism, nationalism, tribalism, and obstructionalism. New speak from the “news” have made these dirty words. You accept them. Now accept all.

Genuine resistance to the orchestrated resistance is futile.

  78. 100th Avatar June 1, 2017 at 9:47 am #

What would authentic resistance look like?

Millions upon millions of Americans throwing tiny hammers into the screens of their smart phones AKA vehicles of thought control via social(ism) media.

    • JimInFlorida June 1, 2017 at 11:57 am #

Real resistance is a MASS STRIKE. We’re at the conditions that lit off the Labor Movements of the early 20th century.

Another form of mass resistance that would be more symbolic would be if millions of Americans sent in requests for RUSSIAN CITIZENSHIP!

Since both parties have now officially renounced any responsibility to We Teh Serfs, that means we are effectively disenfranchised and have no representation. Since Trump has betrayed his supporters in the same way that Obama did to his, then We Teh Serfs MUST petition the Almighty Vladimir Putin to be OUR President!

JiminFlorida, this isn’t an original thought but imagine that Hitler died before Kristallnacht. I know, counterfactual history is a hazardous game, some say a game of total bullshit. But imagine if Hitler had died before Nov 9, 1938. It’s fair to say that subsequent events would have unfolded in a radically different direction. And Hitler would be generally seen today in a different light, maybe as one of Germany’s great leaders.

There was more than enough culpability to go around for the Great War calamity. Germany got the blame but no country had clean hands, especially not those inbred cretins in Europe’s aristocratic houses and for sure not the idiot Victorian generals that did their bidding.

At any rate Germany was ruined by the Great War and post-war reparations. There’s a lot of “if only’s”. If only this didn’t happen, if only that didn’t happen. Especially this: if only Hitler and the Nazis had contented themselves as post World War One restorers of Germany and the well-being of the working-man without the 1939 war and killing sprees and without the death camps.

What do we have as a consequence (besides the tens of millions of dead and maimed and uncounted ruined lives)? This is one consequence: fascism is in such bad odor that if you don’t like somebody you call him a Fascist. Any policy plank, any utterance that even is remotely suggestive of it, immediately draws clamor.

Hitler spoke up for the interests of German workers as did fascists in other countries. So now if somebody dares speak up for the interests of the American working man, as Trump did, there’s thundering denunciations of fascism and racism.

Equating Trump and his voters with Hitler and his followers is a bizarre and outlandish misrepresentation. Apparently no lie in service of Hillary and her billionaire sponsors is too stupid to not be believed by her willing dupes. I guess that fool-assed assertions are the fashion, especially as a display of the finger-pointer’s hip bona fides (virtue signalling as they call it).

Antifa? Fuck off I say. Since when is it beyond the pale for people to look after their own economic well-being, especially the least well-off, without unjust accusations and threats? I’ll do my own finger pointing in turn: these retards aren’t “anti-fascists”, these are useful idiots as Jim sez, doing the bidding of the moneyed elite.

It’s farcical. Those supposedly progressive activists or anarchists or whatever their nom du jure is, arming themselves and manning the barricades against non-existent National Socialism will go down in the books as buffoons and tools of the American Oligarch.

As it was written, history doesn’t repeat but often rhymes.

Hitler was far clearer in his defense of the beleaguered White German people than Trump is to his voter base. Hitler’s thoughts in Mein Kampf are light years beyond the 5th grade ramblings of Donald Drumpt (Trump).

Trump is a rubbish pile of neoon talking points. Hitler was very clear about things in the context of history and what makes for healthy cultures and societies.

In my opinion, had Hitler been killed before Kristallnacht, the Jews would have launched a Thermidorian Reaction against the “Puritanical tyranny” of Hitler’s vision of a clean Germany. Weimar would have come back with a vengeance and Germany would have been racially polluted by now. Germany would be a giant Amsterdam of drugs, prostitution, miscegenation, and Jewish mafias ruling over their hellish creation.

        • JimInFlorida June 1, 2017 at 4:48 pm #

The intensity of anti-Hitlerism makes me scrutinize his critics even more so. I’m finding more guilt and dead men’s bones in the closets of his critics!

The only complaint I have against Hitler is his contempt for labor unions. Odd since labor is the backbone of national strength and it must be paid first and paid in full so that true prosperity may manifest itself.

Die Volke are best represented in the LABOR FORCE and the nuclear family unit grows in the good soil of well-paid labor.

Crystal night? Crystal day, a perfect reflection of the Sun of Truth.

People think so small: if we hadn’t done x,y, and z, the Muslims would leave us alone and be our friends. Why? They never did before x,y, and z. They mean to conquer the West and then the World. That has been their goal since the beginning.

Likewise the Tribe and their Illuminati allies. Western Civilization and the White race are obstacles in the way of World Conquest. They mean to get rid of us by hook or by crook. Muslims and Black Africans are the quickest way, but Mestizos will do! These are the tools – the actual work will be miscegenation, favoring them for jobs, admissions, loans, etc – everything the Left finds the epitome of morality. White women will naturally “find” themselves attracted to the more successful newcomers – especially since she has watched White men made fools of on TV ever since she was an infant. Later in school, she learns they are evil as well. So choosing Non-White partners becomes a moral thing as well.

I could go on, there are more tricks up their sleeve, but the above suffices. If we don’t reverse all of this, the White Man and his Civilization are finished. Kudos to Jim for his clarity.

Again, Germans boycotted Jewish shops because the Jews declared economic war on them years before the outbreak of open war. Google “Jews declare War on Germany” and you can see the newspaper headlines of the day. Kristallnacht was the result of a popular German ambassador being struck down by a Jewish assassin I believe. Remember, it wasn’t an isolated incident – the war was already on as defined above.

    The so-called French Resistance

The defeat of France in 1940 for several decades was explained by the fact that Germany supposedly had a modern, mechanized and maneuverable army, and the old-fashioned Allied forces fought as in 1918.

This theory does not stand criticism, it is nonsense. Germany physically could not create an army that would surpass the armies of its adversaries. To make it clear who was who in real life, and not in military propaganda pictures, I will give a few figures.

At that time in the United States, for every four inhabitants, there was one car. In France, this figure was one car for eight people, in the UK – one for fourteen. In Germany, one for forty-seven.

The story of how the German mostly not motorized infantry and the German artillery on horsehair swiftly maneuvered, and the mechanized French units did not have time to react to their actions is a masterpiece of propoganda. In 1940 on the Western front of the 135 German divisions only 16 were motorized (France had 117 divisions). 2,439 German tanks were opposed by 3,454 French, 7,378 German guns by 10,700 French. This data is only for the French army, without taking into account the armed forces of Belgium and the British Expeditionary Force.

I think France was able to win the war with Germany, even alone. But, from the political point of view, winning a war by going by someone else’s scenario is not a victory. A political victory consists in breaking up someone else’s scenario and in achieving their own goals at their own game. France did not lose the war, she just did not want to fight in the Anglo-Saxon scenario. The French simply played their own game.

On May 26, the British Expeditionary Corps began, and on June 4 – completed the evacuation from Dunkirk. On June 11, Winston Churchill arrived in France. He made the French a lot of proposals, from the defense of Paris, following the example of the Republican Madrid, to the creation of the Franco-British union. The French rejected them (that day one of the French ministers said it was better to be a Nazi province than a British dominion(). From the information contained in Churchill’s memoirs describing the negotiations with the French command, I had the feeling that the French simply mocked the English. June 14 without a fight the Paris was handed over to Nazis.

On June 16, Prime Minister Reynaud resigned, and President Lebrun proposed the formation of a government for Marshal Petain.

France can not be considered at all as a world player, since it has long existed exclusively at the expense of its colonies and does not have an independent financial weight in the world economy.

This is a country of rentiers. And it participates as a subject of world politics exclusively by inertia, in connection with its past achievements.

Once the former (and in fact, current) colonies refuse to keep their gold and currency reserves in France and deliver goods at neocolonial prices, France in the world economic table of ranks will drop to the third dozen.

    • Janos Skorenzy June 1, 2017 at 2:03 pm #

The Maginot Line! The Germans went around it as they did in WW1. The French were incapable of learning the most basic lesson.

The French Resistance was more impressive. Certainly after the war, they used the chaos as a cover to eliminate huge numbers of their countrymen whom they disagreed with – whether they cooperated with the Nazis or not.

Fascism and National Socialism in contrast are Philosophies of Man.

In interviews in the ensuing days, Court has remained steadfast. Speaking to 20Twenty Vision Christian Radio on Monday, Court described tennis as “full of lesbians” who predatorily “took young ones into parties,” and compared the efforts to teach children about gender fluidity to the methods of Nazism and communism.

“You can think, ‘Oh, I’m a boy,’ and it will affect your emotions and feelings and everything else,” Court said. “So, that’s all the devil — that’s what Hitler did and that’s what communism did: got the mind of the children. It’s a whole plot in our nation, and in the nations of the world, to get the minds of the children.”

What a wonderful woman, using her fame to do good and defend our Civilization. Her errors about Nazism are small compared to her virtues. The Nazis taught children to be natural – counter programming if you will, against what they had been previously taught. And of course even without all the degeneracy, it’s not easy to be healthy in an industrial state. National Socialism knows that industrialism is necessary, but tries to ease the pain and injury of it by the cultivation of beauty, healthy working conditions, long vacations, a cult of motherhood, outdoor activities for youth, etc.

We wuz Kangz! These long legged apes showed distinct Nordic characteristics, just as your later long legged apes were clearly proto-Negroes. Much of Europe was a warm dry savannah believe it or not – much like Africa today. All of this despite no man made global warming since it is unlikely the hominids had any industry.

Look Thwack, it’s complicated. Just accept that Blacks didn’t “create us.” I mean your theology is even worse than your science. The best way for you to gain some understanding is to watch the old movie “Quest for the Fire.” Proto-Whites living in a cold Europe are have to fight other races ands species – the worse being the Wagaboo – muscular fur colored savages. The name itself is vaguely African sounding, is it not? They come to steal women and fire. During one raid, the fire goes out – thus the title and premise for the movie. Our intrepid heroes go to look for some, encountering cannibalistic savages but also a race more advanced than themselves – Caucasian but not White. Even within their ranks, there is division. The primitive faction is clearly Neanderthal, but the hero and his peeps are evolving up to Cro-Magnon and the glory of modern White Homo Sapiens. They return home with spear throwers they got from the Caucasians and they clean house.

Actually, I just got an Eritrean businessman to build me a new fence for free. My property adjoins his and I just got niggerish and said “I’m not paying for it, but if you want to do it go ahead.” He was very sensitive to my needs for privacy, actually putting in privacy slats – needed because it’s a busy commercial parking lot. I wanted a wood fence, but this is alright. I’m in his moral debt and have promised to give him first bid if I sell my house. He had previously expressed interest.

I thought he was Indian at first. Apparently Eritrea, though small by African standards, has a number of different ethnic groups. My brother who studies history, said there was an Indian influx at one point in nearby Somalia, just as there was a Southeast Asian influx in Madagascar. So I might not be totally off.

I’ve had many positive experiences with Non-Whites and many negative experiences with Whites. But percentage wise, I’ve had more positive experiences with Whites as opposed to Non-Whites. And beyond this pragmatic metric, there is also the Duty of Loyalty to my Own People. Otherwise it would just be “business” – and that is low.

If a Jew says 2+2=4, does that make it wrong? Or if Hitler says it? That’s the difference between Blacks and Whites, and Liberals and Conservatives – we take things on their own merits. Justice is blind and things are true irrespective of motive or who says them.

Of course sometimes motive and author are interesting and/or important. And sometimes people use the Truth to bolster lies or viciousness. But all this is a separate question from the Truth in and of itself. If you are Black, you have immense difficulty understanding this much less accepting it. You may understand it, but it just FEELS wrong to you since you have a natural Will to Resent.

We’re approaching Zero Hour. Will Trump act for America, Western Civilization, and the White Race – and pull us out of the Paris Climate Agreement? All the bad people, including Jared and Ivanka, want us to stay in and be choked to death by these regulations while China and India move ahead.

    • Q. Shtik June 1, 2017 at 4:20 pm #

My guess is Trump stays IN but with some sort of face-saving wrinkles.

      • DA June 1, 2017 at 7:58 pm #

Trump will definitely do whatever he’s told to do, although there might indeed be “wrinkles” if that’s what’s needed to fulfill whatever agenda’s being pursued.

As far as the actual climate goes, all of this is so much hand waving either way. Nothing Paris does or does not do will amount to piss.

Here are the areas in the US most likely to be struck in a nuclear attack by Russia
    http://www.businessinsider.com/likely-us-nuclear-targets-2017-5

This article is something unprecedented; at least I’ve never seen anything like it.

It shows that the Americans have finally read the new military doctrine of Russia and realized that there it is written and taken it to consideration in all seriousness. And it says that Russia no longer relies on a counter-strike, and having seen the preparations for a nuclear attack on itself from the NATO countries, will launch a preemptive strike, the task of which will deprive the United States of the opportunity to strike at Russia.

Therefore, Russia will deal a nuclear strike on the missile bases and nuclear weapons storage facilities, and not on Wall Street.

And retaliation strike is entrusted to Status-6 and the island of La Palma.

P.S. Rather, they immediately realized this, and through Edward Lucas they launched the Maidan, but this is a completely different story. The main thing they now recognized this reality.

And Margaret Warner returned to PBS, which she left when the PBS fell under the Clintons.

    Something is happening.

The BBC this AM reported that Black Scientists have discovered a new form of energy, heretofore only theorized, gravitational waves formed by the collision of two white holes 3 Billion light years away. The observation of these waves give support to Einstein’s Theory of Relativity.

“Trump withdraws from Paris Climate Agreement!”

Ha ha ha! Trump is too stupid to know the Paris accords CANNOT BE RENEGOTIATED.

Elon Musk to Trump: You quit Paris. I quit you.

Janet to CFN: Elect a clown. Expect a circus.

    • DA June 1, 2017 at 8:21 pm #

Stupid as ever. No, but agreements can simply be ABROGATED, now can’t they?

Last I heard, Elon Musk hadn’t been elected to anything, and neither had a bot named ‘janet’.

CFN to ‘janet’: Go fuck yourself (if you can), and then power down and die.

  100. FincaInTheMountains June 1, 2017 at 8:14 pm #

The main point of the Paris agreement – like most other green initiatives – is to put a brake on the industrialization and development of the third world.

“Developed” countries usually support this, since they still have a greater share of colonial resources. But, if some “developed” country wants to conduct re-industrialization, then this agreement will also hit on it.

If the US prepares for semi-autonomous sailing for a certain period, they need to remember how to melt steel and sew pants.

And to find for this energy resources with an acceptable cost, although, perhaps, not the most kosher in terms of green mythology.

      • DA June 1, 2017 at 9:04 pm #

The brake on industrialization is and will continue to happen, no matter what foolish politicians say otherwise.

“Green” energy and technologies will continue to be a much ballyhooed myth for quite some time to come, even as they are relentlessly proven to be totally baseless and misguided.

In that sense, both the Paris Agreements and Donald Trump will quickly prove to be totally irrelevant. Such are the times in which we live.

EVERYTHING we now know is about to be swept away. Enjoy it while it lasts!

      • DA June 1, 2017 at 9:19 pm #

In that sense, Trump’s outright rejection of climate change accords is a “good” thing, in that it honestly represents the west’s TRUE position on climate change, and not some faux bullshit Dem Obamabot/janetbot position to satisfy the 1%, who, rest assured, intend to continue with BAU no matter what.

The 21st century presents no greater moral challenge than addressing the threat of human-caused climate change.

President Donald Trump has utterly failed that test.

Janet condemns in the strongest possible terms the President’s decision to renege on the commitment of the United States to the Paris Climate Agreement, a pact signed by 195 nations and formally ratified by 147 nations.

The decision is wrong from every relevant perspective:

Scientifically, it is unsound and indefensible.

Economically, it undermines the ability of the United States to build a competitive economy for the future, sacrificing US jobs at almost every level of production and service, sacrificing American competitiveness in every market.

Medically, it condemns hundreds of thousands to unnecessary sickness and premature death.

Politically, it undermines the United States’ credibility and trustworthiness with its strongest allies as well as its fiercest competitors, and thus strikes a self-inflicted blow against national security.

My criticism of this decision is based on my conviction that the decision is wrong, but not just in the sense that it is incorrect. This decision is wrong in the sense that it is evil — it will result in devastation to life on Earth for generations to come. Its global consequences and impact on every living being on the planet makes it fundamentally immoral.

“but agreements can simply be ABROGATED, now can’t they?” –DA

Not really. Trump is throwing a temper tantrum because he is incapable of passing legislation (Congress stops him), or ordering bans on Muslims (courts and the constitution stop him).

Likewise, Trump is not able to abrogate national momentum toward alternative and renewable energy, as city mayors and state governors and progressive citizens have made clear in forceful statements. They control the budgets and local decision making. They have the real power. Trump is just throwing a temper tantrum.

The Atlantic: The rise of Orthodox Christianity

Where Russia Is Seen as a Buffer Against the U.S.

In many Central and Eastern European countries, people are concerned about America’s influence on Russia and on their own nations—and they want Russia to push back, according to a major new Pew Research Center survey.

The rise of Orthodox Christianity carries important implications: Those in Orthodox-majority countries are more likely than people elsewhere to be socially conservative, to say they’re very proud of their nationality, to see their culture as superior to others’, and to state that “a strong Russia is necessary to balance the influence of the West,”

US can not abandon the role of a leader, but must be seeking the development of energy-saving technologies, electrification, “hybridization” and simply expanding public transport, introducing new ways of extracting energy resources in the US, for example, shale oil and gas, etc. etc.

And most importantly it is tax stimulation and direct investments in the construction of a new generation of industrial production in the territory of the continental US.

Even the medical reform should be aimed at redirecting the industry from the treatment of cancer patients to maintaining a skilled workforce in a healthy shape.

And Trump will create such a situation that if the dollar ceases to be accepted as a means of payment outside the United States, then its economy will not collapse. Introduce Amero, and the rest of you can do with your dollars whatever you want.

Paradoxically, this perspective acts on investors all over the world in such a way that the “inevitable” collapse of the dollar pyramid is pushed back into an uncertain future.

Moreover, a big question mark appears next to it, since time and inflation are Siamese twins in a capitalist economy and there are serious reasons to believe that along with a bunch of unsecured dollars a malignant tumor of the world economy will burn away.

Exit from Paris Climate agreement = Final political divorce with Europe

And at the same time pushing it towards Russia, which confirmed its participation.

For Europeans, the Climate Ideology is important so that other “poles” like China and India pay at least in part the European energy security costs.
