Beneath all the psychotic babble that sore besets the collective national hive-mind over a pandemic that comes and goes in waves, and phantoms of contrived identity animus, looms an economy that would collapse without gigantic IV infusions of “money” from the false god that our government has become. The collapse is working its way out in strange ways as we create ever stranger work-arounds for avoiding it — such as the unanswered “help wanted” signs while legions of unemployed adults cash government support checks.

Of course, a lot of those unanswered signs are for what used to be called shit-jobs, flipping burgers, bagging groceries, and such. For a lot of Americans, those are the only jobs. We can argue about whether the government ushered better-paying low-skill factory jobs offshore or whether other nations would have developed industries in the natural course of things (or a combo of both). But the end result is a country full of people who can barely support themselves, let alone a family, and the consequent loss of all the psychological infrastructure for a society that can respect itself.

With the spring zephyrs blowing, the great expectation rises for a return to “normal,” which seems to mainly consist of bustling restaurants, brisk car sales, and the construction of suburban houses. It’s not that these are the only things we can do in life, but they’re what the dynamics of the moment allow. Those dynamics include incentives, laws, regulations, habits, and customs.

The zoning laws and building codes allow only certain types of habitations, generally ones too expensive for people seeking to establish households, not to mention the social costs of building even more unsustainable suburbia based on the selling of ever more unaffordable cars. The work-around for that is official manipulation of the debt markets, artificially-low interest rates, and discarding the framework of creditworthiness. The unintended consequences include the inflation of house prices and exposure of house-buyers to greater fragility (risk) in foreclosure. Ultimately, backstopping the banks that hold the mortgages and their derivative securities keeps the whole dishonest shootin’ match going… until it stops.

One thing that will stop all of that will be the slow death of money, inflation, which is just now transforming from a distant specter on the horizon to a condition in the here-and-now. You will have plenty of money and that money will become increasingly worthless. The authorities probably think that’s better politically than the people having no money at all, but it’s really the same thing dragged out over time to fool everybody. Governments like it because it reduces the nominal cost of debt — except now the government debt-load is so supernaturally gigantic, really nothing will avail to fix that, and meanwhile they’re very busy making the debt situation worse by giving away as much newly borrowed money as the situation requires to maintain the illusion of a functioning economy.

Anyway, as the time-frame for inflation compresses, the people notice that their money won’t buy what they need, and they get restless, perhaps dangerously so. In the process, the government begins to look incompetent, on top of the usual perception that it is corrupt, and before you know it, legitimacy slips through the widening cracks of the floor. Until now, the authorities have been successful in pitting citizens against each other, and the ill-will unleashed has been spectacular. But the memes of “white supremacy” are so obviously dishonest that they’ve only succeeded in hugely pissing off the substantial demographic of white people who struggle desperately to remain employed, housed, mobile, and capable of raising children who are not being driven crazy.

The coronavirus situation is not so reassuring. We are one more serious up-wave of illness from tanking whatever remains of this vaporific economy. An emerging pattern suggests that higher vaccination rates might generate new-and-improved iterations of the disease more efficiently — just as the government tries more aggressively to sell vaccination to the public. The public is also noticing the alarming statistics, and many remain unconvinced that the vaccines are even vaccines in the usual sense, but rather insufficiently tested exotic experiments desperately employed against something that looks more and more like a bio-weapon that the government itself was complicit in creating.

My state of New York is supposedly “reopening” today. Who’s not longing to get back to “normal?” But who’s not a little anxious that mixing normally with other people won’t start the whole cycle all over again? And, anyway, who doesn’t wonder whether normal is really a thing of the past now, disappearing in the rear-view mirror?  Just as the hopeful meme floats over the Internet that the storm is over, we fail to see that there’s a larger storm of history whirling around us that we’re only in the eye of.

As usual, James, you have illustrated the state we’re in very astutely and with flair.

“…but rather insufficiently tested exotic experiments desperately employed against something that looks more and more like a bio-weapon that the government itself was complicit in creating”

With all of the information on gain-of-function and Fauxi funding coming out, people are starting to see that much of this may have been engineered from the start – that’s a good thing, but we’re racing against time for a new wave in the fall, when naturally occurring flu and cold viruses meet the vaccinated with their new altered immune systems.

“May you live in interesting times.” – my new most hated of all quotes.

    • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 10:22 am #

If it wasn’t created as a weapon, it is certainly being used as one.

One thing no one is talking about- those vaccines are only legal to use if there is no safe and effective treatment for the disease.

Potential treatments are still be suppressed and even forbidden.

The last person I learned of in my area (except for some very young adult men who got over it in a breeze) who got sick with the virus went to the hospital when she started feeling unwell, and they sent her home with no treatment at all.

Imagine knowing you have come down with what the media has been telling you all year has been killing hundreds of thousands of people, and then being turned away from a hospital?

She has recovered, thankfully, but why is this still going on, at this point?

      It’s criminal.

      • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 10:32 am #

It’s so beyond criminal on so many levels it’s hard for me to wrap my mind around, some days. We no longer have access to health care, and soon the government will be giving businesses the responsibility of carrying out medical apartheid by refusing to serve unjabbed customers. They have to do this because they know it’s illegal. It’s actually still illegal for businesses to do it, but hey, they’ve been getting away with it for 14 months, so now it’s normalized.

One of the new liberal/Dem mantras is “private businesses get to make their own rules”. This is just as idiotic (and false) as “trust the science” or “I believe in science.” There are laws preventing businesses from discrimination. These have been patently ignored, as have the exemptions in mask mandates/orders.

If we have no rule of law any more, we don’t have a functioning society. If we have medical apartheid, we have technofeudal serfdom, because those of us who refuse to allow them to alter our immune systems with experimental poison will be left to languish.

I agree, however, with what Yohannon has said, that this opens the door fro opportunity for those brave enough to thumb their nose at the authoritarian dictates.

Some businesses have refused to close or enforce masking because they know the law – and they keep winning. So, a slight silver lining… may more small businesses wake up and steal the unmasked, unjabbed customers from CostCo.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 10:36 am #

Notice how much better the big corporations and large chains were able to weather the business closures and restrictions?

A small restaurant or saloon can’t afford to open at lower capacity.

          • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 10:53 am #

Yes. But now, they have an opportunity to attract people who refuse the jab, and don’t want to wear masks.

Two business owners I’ve seen interviewed (among many) have reported their businesses grew in leaps and bounds when they refused to require masks or jabs.

This could be a trend. Will they try to squash it? Yes, that is what they had in mind by intimidating them to close in the first place. The few that knew the laws were correct that it is illegal.

One fiesty woman who owns a small restaurant in Philly said the AG guys come around regularly to harass her, one even pounding a table once and asking “Why won’t you COMPLY?” She said that she just laughed in his face. We need more people like her.

          • Blackbird May 17, 2021 at 12:18 pm #

Big business will also be able to ignore lawsuits due to adverse reactions to “the jab” more effectively than small businesses.

          • Night Owl May 17, 2021 at 6:00 pm #

The entire lockdown was designed to do just that: destroy the middle class. Destroy small businesses. Destroy anything outside of the Beast system.

Most big chains and online shops stay open, and then the criminal class swoops in and buys up Mainstreet, all the farmland (Gates and Turner), etc.

The populace is then ferried into a social-credit like system with a global ID (just like the one being prototyped in Europe), and if you don’t go along with the program, you don’t travel, shop, or work ever again. Here in Germany some Green polis were even talking about “Enteignung” for the middle class. That means disposession of property.

They were going to own it all. That was the plan.

Only problem is, they fucked up the vaxxx roll-out. And the resistance grows.

          • bluedog May 18, 2021 at 12:05 pm #

Well this WAS your government, but it seems you didn’t want it as you played the party thing, anyone who may have changed things in your mind didn’t stand a chance because he wasn’t the favorite of the party scam.

As old Abe said this government and its institutions belong to the people to change or abolish as they see fit, but of course the people never saw any reason to change or abolish it so now whine and moan about a government out of control.

        • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 10:54 am #

One of the new liberal/Dem mantras is “private businesses get to make their own rules”.

          Indeed. And brand spanking new.

Why, I remember, back in the day, when lib/Dems forced bakery shops to do business that they did not want. This was way back when the once uncelebrated homosexuals went wedding cake shopping. They’ve performed a complete 180 vis-a-vis who makes the business rules around here.

Perhaps they have no moral compass on business rules one way or the other. Perhaps they are full of shit and corruptly squeeze and form rules however they like (or are told) depending on the situation.

          Perhaps. Who knows?

          • Daddyotis May 17, 2021 at 1:45 pm #

Perhaps this is the designed function of the Luciferians’ plan to shepherd in the false prophet and the antichrist.

Honestly, give end times prophecy a read, and it all starts to make perfect sense.

          • Redneck Liberal May 18, 2021 at 10:24 pm #

Full of twisted misrepresentations, there O.G.

It was 2018 (i.e. Trump Administration) and the “lib/Dems” that forced bakery shops to do business they did not want was in fact the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, which based its ruling on the grounds the Plaintiff’s had employed, namely First Amendment rights.

In any case, the Supreme Court (U.S., not Colorado’s) overturned the initial ruling 7-2. Hardly a “lib/Dem” putsch.

Here, read the truth & the facts for yourself.

“Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, 584 U.S. ___ (2018), was a case in the Supreme Court of the United States that dealt with whether owners of public accommodations can refuse certain services based on the First Amendment claims of free speech and free exercise of religion, and therefore be granted an exemption from laws ensuring non-discrimination in public accommodations — in particular, by refusing to provide creative services, such as making a custom wedding cake for the marriage of a gay couple, on the basis of the owner’s religious beliefs.

The case dealt with Masterpiece Cakeshop, a bakery in Lakewood, Colorado, which refused to provide a wedding cake to a gay couple based on the owner’s religious beliefs. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission, evaluating the case under the state’s anti-discrimination law, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, found that the bakery had discriminated against the couple and issued specific orders for the bakery. Following appeals within the state that affirmed the Commission’s decision, the bakery took the case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In a 7–2 decision, the Court ruled on narrow grounds that the Commission did not employ religious neutrality, violating Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips’ rights to free exercise, and reversed the Commission’s decision. The Court did not rule on the broader intersection of anti-discrimination laws, free exercise of religion, and freedom of speech, due to the complications of the Commission’s lack of religious neutrality.

            Well, color me “surprised”!

That open enquiring mind that only seeks truth and wants to share that truth (is, I think, how your self-promotional spiel goes) actually doesn’t “give a rat’s ass.”

        • SW May 17, 2021 at 11:00 am #

I’ve said from the beginning of this pandemic, the government won’t have to issue a nation-wide vaccine passport b/c private businesses will do the dirty work for them. Six months ago I saw on the local news that some businesses in the area would require proof of vaccination before employees could return to work or apply for a job. There ya have it.

Really good article today — the stock market continues to float heavenward (with a few tiny bumps down) as food prices, home prices and gasoline at the pump prices go up. Who is loaning us the 6 trillion to continue this fantasy?

Both of my daughters work for the State of Minnesota. They’ve been working from home during this whole ordeal. They were informed that the state would start bringing people back to the office in July and would require they receive a full course of injections. A few day’s later, they were emailed that injections would not, after all, be required. Did some lawyer inform Walz that the state would be liable for any adverse reactions if they made it a requirement for employment?

          • Yohannon May 17, 2021 at 12:50 pm #

Great angle: If you can’t sue Big Pharma, maybe you can sue those who made you take their poisons.

          • tully May 17, 2021 at 12:58 pm #

Draupner, OSHA has indicated employers who mandate the vaccine can be held liable if their employee suffers ill effects.
But how much effort would it take for the guidelines to be reconfigured to allow mandating vaccines?

My concern is not much effort and time needed at all.

The public’s lack of enthusiasm for the shots is starting the make the PTB very nervous. This means they probably will pull out some big sticks to beat the recalcitrant plebes into submission.

We have not seen anything yet, is my suspicion. Things may get very nasty. Look at how apparently polarizing the CDC lifting the mask recommendations has been. One would think it would have been a gloriously happy day.

Whole lotta folks ain’t happy right now. And the MSM is giving them plenty of coverage.

          • Hereward the Woke May 17, 2021 at 1:36 pm #

Sorry, but employees who think it is legal for their boss to “force” them to have an experimental “vaccine” are pathetic. It takes 10 minutes on the internet to confirm this and there is nothing an employer can do without landing themselves in serious hot water. People really need to man up!

          • zizzybalooba May 18, 2021 at 4:18 pm #

Quit complaining and move to a less liberal state. Where we live stores and restaurants don’t require masks. Gamblers have placed their bets: who will win, the unvaccinated or vaccinated? My money is on the vaccinated. The paranoia and fear of the vaccine is hilarious.

          Cognitive Dissonance

In my home state(s) of Wyoming and Idaho the Deciders have come up with a new cognitive dissonance test to determine how effective the Pandemic Propaganda has been. The Governors have (rightly) declared that virus passports are illegal in their states. Yet all the airlines serving the two states require vaccine passports or fake PCR tests in order to board their planes.

Vaccine passports are only granted to those who have submitted to the genetic modifications of their natural immune system that are the basis for the Pfizer/Moderna shots. Real vaccines like the Russian Sputnik V are not allowed.

Individuals who have naturally strong immune systems or who have acquired immunity by overcoming the Corvid19 infections are not eligible for air travel passports. And the fact that “fully vaccinated’ individuals can still carry and transmit the disease is suppressed or ignored.

Nobody cares that they have to ignore State Law or International Law in order to comply with the administrative requirements of a private transportation business.

There is this little thing called the Nuremberg code and those pushing this jab should probably look closer at it.

The ten points of the Nuremberg Code
The ten points of the code were given in the section of the judges’ verdict entitled “Permissible Medical Experiments”:[6]

1).The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

2). The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3). The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.

4). The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5). No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6).The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7).Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.

8).The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9).During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10).During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

How many of these have already been broken?

            Food for thought.

          • Night Owl May 18, 2021 at 5:13 pm #

Benr, I must have posted this about 15 times, but the international lawsuit being filed by the Stiftung Corona-Ausschuss here in Germany (and the planned Corona Court) is based on the Nuremberg code.

Medical experimentation is a crime against humanity.

This is one of the most powerful weapons in the arsenal.

In fairness the large-scale ‘Recovery’ trial has been testing potential treatments since the start of the pandemic, along with many others.

Not many medications actually showed themselves to be genuinely effective under clinical trial conditions (it was the UK Recovery group that found dexamethasone to be effective, which was then given to President Trump.

And when they said ‘effective’ to great applause, they only meant that it helped about 20% of hospitalised Covid sufferers, from what I recall. In the field, that’s considered a breakthrough.

It seems to me people are looking for magic.

They are hardly neutral or uninterested now, are they? Things like Ivermectin are cheap and aren’t going to make them richer than Croesus.

            Dexamethasone costs peanuts.

Aspirin is even cheaper and it’s looking good in trials.

I had a heads up early on and have been taking a baby aspirin every day for 15 months. And was vindicated by the study (Maryland) that found people who’d been taking low-dose aspirin as a prophylactic were less likely to have a bad outcome if they were hospitalised.

It’s an anti-inflammatory, an anti-coagulant, and it inhibits viral replication.

            Cheap as chips.

Ask a Scottish or Devon fisherman whose livelihood has been destroyed because his market has disappeared overnight if he’s noticed we’ve left the EU. Or one of the many small and medium-sized export businesses who are also in crisis or collapsing because it’s impossible to comply with new rules-of-origin and suchlike. Or hauliers, who can’t afford to bring stuff in, when they can’t get a load to take back.

I haven’t said anything about the damage that has been done, since it has actually happened. But I take umbrage at the suggestion we haven’t left.

Have you actually been watching what’s happening in Northern Ireland? Or isn’t it interesting any more?

I quite like your description of a mix of limp-wristed liberal and Oswald Mosley!

He never had any principles, so he can be anything, I guess, if it keeps him PM. And I presume his new squeeze wants to stay in Downing St too.

Are you familiar with this early pic? Call-me-Dave is in there too.

            Indeed Yohannon.

This is the same trick they have been pulling in the EU for about a decade.

Governing bodies around the world have been slowly taken over and the judiciary crippled in preparation for the Plandemic.

Boris famously wrote two op-eds prior to the referendum of 2015.

One persuasively argued PRO-EU and the other, equally persuasive & passionate, was PRO-BREXIT. He’s a very Artful little Dodger, and very fair-minded – he always sees both sides of an issue…and then plumps for the one that will give him the greater advantage over time. He might have cocked this one up.

There are groups of respected doctors and virologists in the US who have been clamoring for what the “standard treatment protocol” should be, especially for those sent home with their own devices.

Chicken soup and 7-Up plus your immune system needs an assist on this one and right about now it looks like the bag of goodies being sent home with patients should include a one week supply of Ivermectin, a broad spectrum antibiotic, 10,000 u of D3/day, zinc, C and the turmeric supplement. Possibly also a prednisone dosepak for a week as an anti-inflammatory for the lungs.

I am just some retired R.N. watching my seedlings popping up and I have cobbled together this protocol from doing a little research.

Some concierge doctors in New Jersey etc. have created kits with the meds listed to order online.

It appears that the best interests of the American people are NOT driving the medical establishment.

Maybe all these doctors not pursuing the above protocol for their patients are just stupid cowards?

The pattern of suppression of effective alternative treatments was necessary in order for Pfizer & Moderna to establish their position of market dominance in the CoronaBiz. And if you have legal immunity what are a few hundred thousand excess deaths along the way?

When I mention yet another instance of suppression of alternatives most North American minds just clamp shut due to generations of propaganda, but here goes.

90 miles south of the Florida Keys lies a rather large country with a population of over 11 million citizens. This Country That Shall Not be Named has been subject to continual economic warfare from the USA for an entire generation. Being in the tropics, it is prone to various tropical bacterial and viral diseases and as a result developed a viable home grown pharmaceutical industry. When Coronavirus was identified as a threat they took aggressive preventive and treatment measures including use of off the shelf anti-viral medicines that they had developed like their own invention. InterferonAlpha2.

At the point in the Pandemic when Pfizer & Moderna were applying for and receiving Emergency Use Authorization for their shots based upon a “complete lack of effective alternatives” the Country That Shall Not be Named had suffered 37 deaths nationwide from the Corvid 19 virus. Meanwhile New York, with a smaller population, had put 70,000 people in the ground after inducing comas and shoving an intubator tube down their throats.

Nothing to see here— move along.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 2:30 pm #

To be fair, some of those deaths were from deliberately putting sick people back into nursing homes.

            Way to go, Beryl

Ignore the thesis of the post and pick at a failure to list all the details of the NY death toll.

Yes. If no other cures were available, then they couldn’t legally push the vaccine.

Clear as a bell to me, I’m not sure why others don’t get this obvious part of the scam.

      • tahoe1780 May 18, 2021 at 12:03 am #

The vaccines are issued via an Emergency Use Authorization. They are NOT FDA approved. An EUA is only legal so long as an available alternative is not acknowledged. $$$ Billions are at stake.

Examples of how a NEUTRAL/NEGATIVE rating are interpreted are quite stunning: Holland will fine doctors 150,000 Euros for prescribing ivermectin. Australia will put doctors in jail for prescribing ivermectin. Pharmacies in the US will refuse to fill your ivermectin prescription by saying it is unavailable. If you talk about Ivermectin or HCQ as a treatment for COVID on YouTube, that is a violation of the YouTube Guidelines and doctors have had their videos removed, their channels frozen, and their existing videos demonetized. If you mention that these drugs work against COVID, Medium will revoke your account for life and remove all your content.

      • xxzzy999 May 19, 2021 at 11:18 am #

Ivermectin has been a wildly successful drug for decades as an anti-viral drug and for various off label uses. Ivermectin is readily available around the world, used by millions daily with minimal side effects and is available at a very cheap price.

Ivermectin won the Nobel Prize in 2015. It’s effectiveness for off label use as an early at-home treatment for Covid is well understood and proven by many doctors, studies and organizations around the world. The corrupt Liberal fake news is why this information is suppressed.

Authored by Birsen Filip via The Mises Institute,

Vaccine passports have been implemented, or are being developed, in a number of countries around the world. In February 2021, Israel introduced its “Green Pass,” which becomes “effective the week after receiving the second dose” of the vaccine and expires after six months. It was followed by China, which launched its digital “International Travel Health Certificate” in March. Subsequently, in April, Denmark implemented its “Coronapas” and Estonia introduced its “VaccineGuard.” Although the United States government recently dismissed the idea of a national vaccine passport, the state of New York has already launched its own “Excelsior Pass,” and several other states are developing similar programs, whereas South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Florida, Texas and Arizona have banned the use of COVID-19 immunity passports within their borders. Other countries have also announced their intentions to launch vaccine passports in the near future, including: the United Kingdom, which will be using an NHS (National Health Service) phone app as its COVID-19 vaccine passport starting on May 17th; and, the European Union, which is planning to “facilitate free movement inside the EU” with its “Digital Green Certificate” as of June.

      • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 10:34 am #

What this is boiling down to is only the privileged will be allowed to travel (again).

And the jabbing will never stop. Every 6 months! After 2 years of that crap, people will be dying like AIDS patients were from their ‘cure’ that first broke their bank accounts and then killed them.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 10:44 am #

Someone I know who was crowing about the wonders of all the things his Excelsior Pass will allow him to do, was also puzzling over why it’s only good for 30 days.

For those who don’t know, Andrew Cuomo has had all the toll booths for the NYS Thruway ripped out, and gone to all spy cameras.

Think you will be taking any unauthorized trips in the very near future?

            LMAO – your first sentence.

Doesn’t that just say it all? Flabbergasted that it’s only temporary. Hahahahaha!

No, I don’t think we can do anything without being spied upon – at least in cities – at this point.

In 1778 the state of New York adopted a coat of arms incorporating the motto “Excelsior,” Latin for “Higher.” Decades later, the motto sparked the imagination of the young Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, and in 1842 he used it as the title of an allegorical poem of doomed idealism.

Yoho: Ever upward! A brass bell. Fatuous. Thirty days. Do something wrong or not get your booster and you’re stranded at home, or fucked, flustered, and far from home. Doomed idealism indeed.

      • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 1:24 pm #

I wonder how folks like me will be treated?

I am exempt from these vaccines because I bruise easily. There are many others who have legitimate exemptions like those with lupus etc. All these exemptions are listed on the various inserts.

Psst…even if I had no legitimate exemption I wouldn’t take the jab.

Considering that these jabs are only approved by the FDA as “emergency experimentals” (which means those who consent and receive them are being entered into a world-wide clinical trial that should have taken 10-15 YEARS to complete), I seriously do not understand how any American can lose their Constitutional right to move about freely and unmasked because they can’t produce their “acceptable” papers.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 1:39 pm #

You can’t. That’s why they are trying to make life as miserable as possible for those who don’t just comply.

So much easier to demand papers if people already qualify.

Look at all the tooth-pulling it took to get the CDC to admit that you didn’t need to keep that mask on after you were vaccinated.

They couldn’t have people walking around barefaced, it would ruin the plan.

Now they are going to try hectoring people into agreeing to the shot.

If everyone has been afforded the opportunity to get vaccinated, there is no reason to try to push them on anyone not wanting to.

Totalitarianism is achieved in stages. Constitutions are mere toilet paper without patriots to defend them.

1- The Draft to fight the Vietnam War. (A lot of junior officers got fragged, a lot of grunts got addicted, and a lot of generals got more medals on their chests) The lesson of the Vietnam defeat— use bigger false flags.
2- The Homeland Insecurity State, brought to you by the Supreme Machiavellian Dick Cheney on the back of the Twin Towers false flag charade.
3- The Worldwide Pandemic Fear Campaign: —Everybody is an individual digital device. Software is interchangeable on command. Delusion is the Opium of the People
4- The Mandatory Genetic Intervention brought to you by PsycoBill and his eugenics population control dream.

Stage 5. Revolution and reversion to tribalism or total submission to the masters of the digital universe.

Thank you also, O.G. for being a tireless advocate for TRUTH esp. with regards to That Tuesday.

Unfortunately, the BS around Covid19 and the virus behind flies from all sides. This is not a bioweapon, unless the Chinese leadership, on the eve of overtaking the dying American behemoth, has gone completely insane. It didn’t. The virus was most likely Wuhan- engineered bug that was to serve as a testbed for “platform corona antivirals” but escaped before any therapeutics were available. From what the data that emerged unspoiled by propaganda, it is crystal clear that China was completely unprepared for the outbreak, locally and nationally. On the other hand, the stupid WHO-sponsored “investigation” into the origin of the virus backfired spectacularly, and it now looks like the majority of specialists no longer take the “natural emergence” seriously.
As for the vaccine, the “anti-vaxxer” propaganda is stupid and ignorant, way more so, than the BS from the other side. Four thousand Americans died after getting the shot. Tucker Carlson came on with an idiotic blabber, that the deaths were “caused” by the shots forgetting that people die all the time and that the number in the VAERS statistic, in no way guarantee any correlation between the jab and death. This is the guy who complains nightly that getting vaccines at “warp speed” was Trump’s idea and that he doesn’t get credit for it. And what about other countries with high percentage of vaxxed folks, like Israel and Britain that are coping with the variants much better than, say, India? Is the vax drive going to succeed in getting finally relief from the Covid-19 insanity? We don’t know but it is a better hope than covering ourselves in cow dung, as the Hindu witch doctors recommend. The only way to find out whether the vaccines are a way to personal and herd immunity is to get vaxxed. So to me it is a no-brainer.

      • Slugoon May 17, 2021 at 1:01 pm #

Or let your immune system deal with it. No cow piss required.

        • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 1:33 pm #

When are they going to roll out the Covid antibody tests on every corner for $90 or covered by insurance?

A positive on that test should get us our “passports” without the jab.

          • Slugoon May 17, 2021 at 1:51 pm #

For some reason they don’t seem at all interested in the concept of natural immunity and neither have I’ve heard much about antibody testing although I believe it can be done.

That would be my plan, just catch the damn thing and be done with it. If it kills me, at least it was my choice but the statistics are on my side.

          • farmgal May 17, 2021 at 7:17 pm #

@slugoon I had the so-called virus in July 2020. Just recently donated blood via Red Cross and I still have natural antibodies. It’s free test and only requires a little red stuff.

My personal view is that the Corvid virus is indeed a pathogen engineered as a Bio-weapon. The inclusion of a furrin release mechanism (which no bat viruses posses) making it easier to attach to human ACE2 protein receptors is but one telltale piece of evidence. Corvid just escaped into the human population before it was a finished product. Hence its very low success rate more akin to the ordinary flu than to the Spanish flu.

Now who built it? The most obvious candidate is the Communist Party of China, using in part $600 million in funding by Gates and Fauci who supported it for their own ends. But one should not discount the America Biological Warfare Department at Ft Dietrich who spent decades searching for a selective bio-weapon and ended up sub-contracting basic research to the Wuhan Laboratory. . Actually when submitted to the Means/Motive/Opportunity test an American origin rises to the top of probability.

There’s bound to be blowback from the chaos in the Middle East to compound to our domestic problems. Iran and its’ proxies in that part of the world are waging a very effective campaign to destabilize Israel with an all out offensive that will sacrifice thousands of lives, mostly Palestinian, to further their own propaganda campaign against Israel in the world press. The net effect of this is to force world opinion into questioning Israel’s right to exist while painting her allies as aiding and abetting the so-called genocide against Palestinians. As the fighting drags on Israel becomes more isolated while Iran becomes bolder in its’ actions using the conflict as cover to wage deadly cyber attacks against critical American infrastructure that have the potential to end all civilized life over here.

      • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 1:53 pm #

Or maybe Israel could just drop the “We are a democratic Jewish state” thang and just be democratic and create one state where everyone gets a vote. Right now Israel is a theocracy not a democracy.

Hand all the post 1967 settlements over to Palestinians and see what happens?

There are already a few Arab Israelis in the Knesset. What harm will come in a free non-religious democracy?

Israel doesn’t want to be “democratic” unless only Jewish voters are allowed to vote.

Every four years or so Israel authorities have stated “it is time to mow the lawn again”. Netanyahu was on the verge of being thrown to the curb with a no-confidence vote but “mowing the lawn” again seemed to be a great distraction to keep him in power. Plus the mowing was over-due.

Naturally the US is forcing the UN to not take up any meaningful discussions on how to fix the Israeli/Palestinian problem in a democratic way.

Google Israel mowing the lawn and you will understand.

As to Iran hating the US and Israel, Iran had a democratically elected leader in the 1950’s, Mossedegh, and he started nationalizing their oil wealth away from big oil. The CIA overthrew Mossedegh and installed the blood-thirsty Shah with his terrorist Savak police force. The people threw the Shah out and sent his ass back to the US and installed Khomeini and a theocracy.

For those who studied just a bit of history from 1948 on up they will immediately understand why Iran isn’t eager to make nicey-nice with the US or it’s main ally in the Middle East, Israel.

These are just the cold, hard facts.

        • Trean May 17, 2021 at 3:22 pm #

Even the briefest of research shows that there are nearly 6 million eligible voters over 18 in Israel. Of these, 80 percent are Jewish, 15 percent are Arab (Muslims, Druze or Christians), and 5 percent are defined as “others,” according to the Central Bureau of Statistics. Ergo there are 1.25 million non Jewish voters. Non Jewish and secular parties occupy 27 seats out of 120. Quite a chunk considering the majority party only actually holds 30 seats. Cold hard facts? Hardly – those are talking points for Hamas, the PLO, and all useful idiots serving Muhammad’s quest for world subjugation.

          • Socrates-Detroit May 17, 2021 at 11:02 pm #

Uncle Abrahame, Rather than diss Abbywood’s comment, why not spend 5-10 minutes and refute the points you don’t agree with–which you cannot refute, and which Abbywood cannot prove, and then clearly state which of her points are factually incorrect or untrue.

Guess what? The CIA actually DID overthrow Mossadegh, and put the (sleazy, spoiled brat) Shah in charge, and he was pliable for Anglo(-American) oil interests. For twenty years. Then, in 1973, he led the charge to QUADRUPLE oil price.

The Shah’s regime killed several and tortured thousands. That’s a fact. So reviled was he that Islamic fundamentalists harnessed the discontent to take power.

Like all politicians/leaders, they will do anything they can to keep it.

Today, Israel has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Israel has nukes.

Do you really think that subjugated Palestinians are treated decently? If they were treated well, there probably would still be a ‘terrorism’ problem–but perhaps it would be less.

By the same token, the Arab leaders, and even Iran (a non-Arab country), probably don’t care about the Palestinians–but it’s a useful rallying cry.

Also, the US shot down an Iranian airliner, killing 260 people.

Israel attacked the USS Liberty in 1968, killing 32 sailors and nearly sinking the ship, injuring another 100-something. LBJ kept it quiet because the Jewish vote mattered more to him than GIs–and after all, they were dying at rate of a couple hundred a week in Vietnam.

The US has overthrown leaders it didn’t like–Libya, Iraq–but never in any countries with nukes, like Pakistan or India. So the lesson learned it, “get nukes to keep your throne”

            Those are facts my friend.

Soon we will be broke, and our ‘rich man’s military’ may become severely limited due to…. lack of money.

I’m not saying Iran is our friend. And neither is Israel. And neither is Saudi Arabia–talk about bad—YUK!. But if America wasn’t so antagonistic toward Iran–well guess what, many Iranians LIKE a lot about America, and we might have better relations. Iranians are not Arabs. They are heirs to an ancient civilization that threatened ancient Greece and defeated Babylon.

Nations have interests, some of which are core interests and will be pursued by Leader A or Leader B–by the left or right.

Other “interests” don’t necessarily reflect the best interest of the general public, but they are important to the leadership, to perpetuate their control.

When Nation Leader/Govt 1 and Nation/Leader Govt 2 have interests that coincide, they tend to be friends.

Abbywood had a lot of good points.

I read somewhere (maybe here) that an American negotiator told his Taliban counterpart the US was concerned about the ‘future of women’ in Afghanistan. The Taliban man assured him, “we will treat them no worse than your friends the Saudis”

But all of that is getting more moot by the day.

The point that kicked off this tangent was short and essentially correct–the latest round of chaos, regardless of who “started” it or is “at fault” will be used to obfuscate the situation here and crowd out other news in general, and in particular the truths that get a hearing in this space, even as they are deliberately ignored by the MSM (though villifying Iran and making Israel the righteous party is an oversimplification and distortion, IMO. But it’s also somewhat irrelevant to what’s happening in my city, state, and country).

Spoken like a true apologist for Hamas. Way to go! Sounds like you’re a fan of Iran as well! Probably adore North Korea.

Thank you for that post. Mr. Churchill was recruited by big oil to convince President Truman to help overthrow Mossedegh. President Truman asked his advisors, and the advice was it was a national movement and we should befriend them and have a future democratic ally in the future. Truman left the white house, IKE came to power and the oil guys were in the white house and started this mess we are in today.

At least the non-Jewish citizens of Israel have the option of voting for political parties that represent their interests instead of forced to choose between parties that completely ignore them and don’t even have the courtesy of paying them lip service like the non-francophone population of Quebec, Does the government of Israel enforce a strict non-religious dress code for non-Jews in all its’ public institutions like Quebec? Does it ban the use of all languages except Hebrew workplaces and schools like Quebec? Does Israel demand that Western governments fire each and every critic of its’ policies in academia like Quebec? Or how about restricting free speech to prevent anyone from offending the fatherland again like Quebec?

The China Flu hysteria will only be over when enough people decide it’s over. And stop the goddamn testing! The PCR for Wuflu is set at 40 cycles instead of the usual 25-30, which guarantees that most of the “cases” the MSM loves to vaporize about are false positives or asymptomatic. No more testing; no more China flu.

My son spent the past few years doing construction in the Tampa area and he said it was practically impossible to find competent plumbers and electricians.

Florida should start some Trade-Tech schools to create meaningful high paying jobs.

Everyone knows about the heart surgeon who is throwing a New Years Eve bash when his guest room toilet gets plugged a few hours before the party.

The plumber comes and fixes the toilet in 15 minutes and hands the big shot a bill for $500. The doc says, “$500! For 15 minutes work?! I am a surgeon and I don’t make that kind of money!”

And the plumber says, “Right. But I knew how to fix the toilet and you didn’t.”

      Well, I liked the wrapup:
“Just as the hopeful meme floats over the Internet that the storm is over, we fail to see that there’s is a larger storm of history whirling around us that we’re only in the eye of.”

      Despite ending with preposition!
      That could have been avoided:

“. . . storm of history whirling around us in whose eye we are.”

      But the image is striking.
Except that we are not feeling a sense of calm as one does when in the real eye of a hurricane, as I recall from my childhood. Hurricane Carol found me at a friend’s house. Then the eye of the storm passed over us, we all ran out in the yard, and I, ca 8 years old, started for home (a half-mile walk down a woods road). Mrs. Merry ran after me and dragged me back to the house, and in a few minutes the winds were back up to 100mph. Maybe we think we have succeeded in surviving the flames, but it was just a brushfire. The Big One is raging just over the next hill . . .

      • SW May 17, 2021 at 12:35 pm #

When The Big One hits our next generation may not be educated well enough to understand the implications. The latest from the U of California:

“The 10-campus system, which has more than 280,000 students statewide, decided not to continue fighting a judge’s injunction issued last fall that barred it from considering the scores for admission even when they were submitted voluntarily, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

FairTest, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit group that is generally opposed to standardized testing, announced last month that more than 1,400 accredited colleges and universities that grant bachelor’s degrees won’t require students applying for fall 2022 admission to submit test scores. That is more than 60 percent of the undergraduate institutions in the United States, the group said.”

        Here’s the article —

OMG. Well, that’s another death knell for our education system. But it has already been dismantled by the covid plan..

Who is going to pay thousands of dollars for useless degrees gained while sitting at home in front of a computer? Or, even, while gazing into a “smart” phone?

What does Govenor Newson care about California deficit? He’s like Joe Pesci in Casino with “his nose wide open” losing at Blackjack.

    • JohnAZ May 17, 2021 at 11:24 am #

This lines up with today’s JHK essay.

How many leaks in the dam, how many moles can be whacked before the resources run out. That is the eventual ending. It IS a Ponzi scheme, as the needs expand the money cannot keep up. Ponzi schemes ALWAYS fail as resources are limited and eventually run out.

Socialism is a Ponzi scheme, period. It never produces output, revenue, and absorbs more and more resources as the need expands for bailouts. Gimme attitudes are contagious and ever expanding and no government in history has figured out how to offset the drain. That is why socialism ALWAYS fails.

What promotes gimme-ism? Whorish governments trying to buy off the mob or trying to buy votes in a Democratic style. That is what is happening right now to pull down the USA.

The people of America could not have elected a more stupid, ineffectual and enabling government if it has designed it. The Democrats are infinitely guilty of enabling everyone, every group with the Gimme attitude. With the ascent of the Uniparty comes the end of the Constitution and its power control. The US economy is right behind it.

A huge dislocation is going to happen, it is already underway. The White, and parts of the other groups are looking for alternatives to this insane asylum. Right now it is escape from Blue areas to Red areas that is the vanguard. A very small group of expats are leaving the country, also. Both emigration trends are growing. Leaving Blue zones for Red is already showing signs of not working as Red areas turn purple then Blue. Of course in the South and Southwest, immigration, especially illegal, increases the rate of color change. AZ and GA both are about to switch.

Soon, people are going to spend time trying to figure out where to go, how to escape the enveloping Uniparty advancement. The conservative patriotic side is shrinking and leaving. As the number of Red areas declines, escape may become the only way to cope. Which of course advances the Blue Tide even more.

The real secret here though is when the Right leaves, and the Blues take over, there will be little left for the folks left behind. If the Carteresque government we are witnessing right now is any indication of what is coming, who cares what is left.

Here’s one issue we can debate in the future as we sit around the camp fires in Mad Max World. Was our civilization destroyed by stupidity, greed, or design?

People understand stupidity and greed, and most will opt for that explanation. Certainly most Elitists function under those guiding principles.

But I suspect a handful of people serving the Tower of Doom understand the dark agenda slipped into our drink like a date rape drug. One has to almost admire the skill and subtlety by which THEY induced us to self-destruct.

        THEY being beyond human.

        • KappaJoe May 17, 2021 at 4:27 pm #

Usually, the question is posed as “stupid or evil”. Greed is either a form of stupidity by default or evil by design.

However, it is not necessarily a binary choice. When it comes to the Deep State, they are both evil and stupid.

True, their machinations have worked well for them when times were simpler, but the advancements in communications and technology have left a thousand threads exposed, potentially bringing their entire body of stupid, evil plans to less than naught. For this reason, it is stupid to be evil and evil to be (willfully) stupid.

Yet evil apparently has its own logic, which is hard to fathom from outside their conspiring. Perhaps, like the stupid evil of the scorpion that kills the frog that agreed to help the scorpion across the river while in mid-stream, it’s inherently “in their nature” to despoil all that sustains them, even unto their own demise.

In my Eastern spiritual practice we were taught to accept the reality of “hostile forces”, whose unique objective it seems is to stymie, injure and bring sorrow to humans. I can attest to this, as puzzling as it might seem (What’s their angle? Where’s the profit?)

It seems like they feed off the very meanness of their acts.

1961: In Austin, at the “Ghetto”, I picked up a .22 caliber pistol, laying on a side table. It was the size of a toy. I playfully held it to my head, and could feel this powerful urge, in the form of a communication not originating from within my own being, to pull the trigger.

            Of course it was loaded.

This is the kind of experience one never forgets. “Devil is tempting”? Maybe.

It seems that once you get past barter, e.g. I’ll trade you one of my goats for a bushel of your wheat, commerce becomes an abstraction. Beyond this-for-that exchange, has the economy ever really been anything more than a contrived illusion? If I’m correct that money is just a marker for receiving goods or services in the future, we’ve all had to agree about what has value. As long as we all agree that a financial derivative product has value, is this any different that agreeing a bar of gold has intrinsic value? I wonder how our current predicament is any more precarious than in the past.

    • feralandroid May 17, 2021 at 10:51 am #

There are many differences between gold and fiat. Two of the most important are gold is a claim and store on past work, not future. And there is no counterparty risk.

      • James Kuehl May 17, 2021 at 11:07 am #

Quite right. But doesn’t any agreement that something has intrinsic value demand that we agree on an illusion? Gold was a bad example on my part because it has industrial and decorative uses.

        • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 11:36 am #

Gold is finite. Even rare. All the gold mined and purified in mankind’s history would not fill an Olympic Swimming pool.

Gold cannot be physically destroyed as it is a Basic Element.

Gold is everything one wants money to be. Fiat? Not so much.

Gold is the perfect store of value. Inflation proof throughout mankind’s history. In fact, a one ounce gold coin has always had the purchase power of a top-notch tailored man’s suit. For millennia.

          • MaryV May 19, 2021 at 9:31 pm #

I don’t believe you re: all the gold mined wouldn’t fill up an Olympic pool.

Millions of people walking around wearing it. That would pile sky-high. Not to mention statues, etc.

          • Wizard of the Saddle May 20, 2021 at 3:39 pm #

I normally try not to quibble, but the figure I hear quoted most frequently is that all the gold ever mined would fill about 2 Olympic sized pools. Still vey rare, nonetheless. Good points about gold.

        • hmuller May 17, 2021 at 12:22 pm #

          Mr Kuehl,
I assume you’re comparing gold to some form of fiat (even private crypto-currency) and assuming the authorities who manage that currency will have the self discipline to limit the supply. (Please, don’t tell me Bitcoin et al. have a limited supply; there is no limit on how many different crypto-currencies can be created. There are now hundreds.)

History shows the managers eventually give in to the temptation to print more money than they should – OR – In earlier times debase the silver and gold coinage with more base metal.

You are correct, gold and silver do not have “intrinsic value” whatever that means. An ancient philosopher even wondered why they are valued above water – which does have a life giving value. In ancient Babylon government workers were paid with clay tablets redeemable for grain at the govt.warehouse. Bread has intrinsic value.

Here’s my opinion based on history. Ancient people placed value on shiny jewelry. Unlike grain, gold and silver did not spoil; they made a better storage medium for wealth. Once you solve the problem of weight and purity, gold is fungible with all other gold (unlike unique pieces of jewelry). Bars and later coins were compact wealth which could be carried great distances and traded for whatever you wanted.

Finally, a precious metal bar like a table or plough required human labor to produce. In this way It’s value differs from a fiat note. And gold is much rarer than tin, so labor and rarity both figure into the valuation.

Chinese emperors starting issuing “paper money” around 800 AD. But these were in fact warehouse receipts for a weight of silver. (The Chinese thought gold too sacred and valuable to be used as money; it adorned the top people and was used in objects of art) Whenever people realized there was not enough silver to back the notes, “a bank run” followed. The Chinese financial system was reset dozens of times; always with the promise to never again abuse the license to print money. LOL

Where I differ from your analysis is that money should be a marker for goods and services in the present or very near future, not for those in the indeterminate future. Once we started using money based on future economic benefits, we began a slide to where we are today. That’s called gambling. As a gambler myself, I know gambling is habit-forming. The US population has become addicted to gambling. The problem with such economic gambling is that the gamble has to pay off, and often it doesn’t.

Well if it isn’t the beantownshill.

I am still waiting for you to reply. Since you came out strongly against my Right to Free Speech, I have asked you:

        1) Since you have decreed that that Tuesday that irrevocably changed Western Civilization almost 20 years ago is not to be discussed here on CFN, have you a list of approved topics that we may discuss? If not, is it Just that Western Civilization-changing Tuesday or have you decreed other topics to also be verboten while we exercise our Free Speech?

        2) Hypothetically speaking, would you be for or against US Congress Critters being forced to swear an oath to a foreign country?

        3) We all know that Hitler genocided 6 million Jews. One would’ve had to live in an Afghan cave to … well … anyway … 6 mil. 6 mil. 6 mil. but how many people did Hitler genocide?

You may be able to crush my Right to Free Speech, Shill, but I will “go down swinging.”

Are you familiar with David Icke’s book, “The Trigger”? It’s 875 pages examining the events of 9-11. I’m not saying every word in there is true or not true. But the “normy crowd” who attack us “conspiracy theorists” should perhaps educate themselves as to the facts; (something I have yet to see them do).

That said, there’s not much point in banging the 9-11 drum in this forum. The events are very complex and not well served by sound bite bloggery. But do as you see fit.

          • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 4:40 pm #

Thank you, hmuller. No, I never read David Icke much. He’s not my cup of tea but, as several of us know, the official story is explosion-proof paper passports, in-your-face bull shit.

I used it for a litmus test. If people must believe that 3 skyscrapers were pulverized by 2 airplanes 1 Tuesday then they have zero credibility when it comes to Science.

You are correct, there is no sense hammering any longer but I will refer to it for this simple credibility assessment.

GA hates that she lost all her Science credibility in a week. Normal reaction, I’d say.

“GA hates that she lost all her Science credibility in a week. Normal reaction, I’d say.”

GA doesn’t give a flying one that she supposedly lost her science credibility in a week, according to one arrogant person who considers himself judge and jury on any subject of his choosing.

GA doesn’t actually consider herself to have any particular scientific credibility, since she studied humanities post-school. She nevertheless is capable of reading, like everyone else.

Although she studied maths, chemistry, physics and biology at school, she works on the assumption that most other people did too.

She has also demolished Mr Hawkin’s silly premise several times. But he remains attached to his self-flattering comfort blanky.

There was an article on Bette at Brietbart, I think thats where I found this comment,

She said she wished for the deaths of more as she put it, “old white males”. I feel the exact same way about jews.

but can you imagine what would happen if a white male were to say anything even mildly negative about jewish folks? he’d be run out of tv. lose his job, etc..
Bette Midler also said she wanted to kill every kid that didn’t get vaccinated.
          she’s jewish so nothing happens.

    • Not_GeorgeT May 17, 2021 at 11:13 am #

J Kuelh, although I can see the thought process, I’m not of the opinion placing financial derivative products in the same place as gold works very well..

Gold has a 5K year history. It represents a store of value. It is a store of the energy used to produce its useable form, expended mining and refining the ore.

      There is no counterparty risk.

The financial derivative products are agreed on as being valuable today. Perhaps not so tomorrow, which seems to be part of what you are positing. I’m on board with this part.

Saying Federal Reserve Notes are agreed at present as representing some sort of value is, to me, a way of expressing the concept.

There is little relationship (if any) between FRN and gold. FRN have a lot more in common with said financial derivative products.

Hypthecation and rehypothecation both say a lot about the durability of financial derivatives.

      Wave the magician’s wand.

      What do you think?

      • James Kuehl May 17, 2021 at 11:33 am #

Grateful for your insight on this, Not George T. As I replied above, gold is a poor comparison on my part for the reasons you state. What I’m struggling to understand is whether we are in a more precarious place than ever before, or if the hyper-complexity of our present financial arrangements are just an extension of the same old trap.

        • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 12:03 pm #

The corona virus is a tool. It’s uses are varied, as you can see, it has been quite effective with respect to making the masses afraid. It has been quite effective with respect to altering the masses behavior in terms of the mask, but also in terms of the ‘grass roots’ style of consensus building, where neighbor speaks to neighbor, or when relatives gather and school the young ones. The corrupt and culpable media and news organizations co-opted that role and have amplified the fear and the outrage within the left’s echo chambers to the point where they are now ready to cancel anyone who disagrees with them and their science. Including many brilliant virologists and other scientists who do not wield a leftist megaphone.

The vaccine is not, as some argue ad-nauseum, a bio-weapon in it’s own right. It is dangerous, it is experimental, it is gene-therapy, it is all those things including all the unknowns that go along with human experimentation. The vaccine is has been accepted by the weak and the afraid. By those who accept the word of the government as gospel. They are eager to commit this ‘act-of-faith’ and unabashedly proselytize for this false god.

The vaccine is intended to protect these acolytes from the NEXT release of the bio-weapon. The unvaccinated is comprised of the free-thinkers, the conservatives, those who refuse to bend the knee. The left has already gas-lighted their constituency to accept the mass killing of the unvaccinated as a natural consequence of ignoring ‘their’ science. In a grand, ‘we told you so’ moment, they will unleash their ‘mutated’ virus and put an end to the opposition, thus closing the shackle on their captive populations.

The funny part is that they have no idea what their doing from the ‘science’ end of things, as MRNA manipulation in the human population, at scale, has NEVER been observed.

Most people in our society are cowards. They will jettison all the fine values and principles which they have been loudly boasting about all their lives merely to avoid the slightest chance of public criticism, inconvenience or even minor financial loss. “THE OBEDIENT ALWAYS THINK OF THEMSELVES AS VIRTUOUS RATHER THAN COWARDLY” – Robert Anton Wilson

      • Anthea May 17, 2021 at 10:55 am #

And too many view obedience itself as the primary virtue. Really, I would say most people consider it proof of good citizenship to support any and every law or regulation that restrains or prohibits individual free agency; if it stops people from doing what they want, or what is in their best interests, it is automatically good.

        • Hereward the Woke May 17, 2021 at 1:44 pm #

Anthea. Whenever people tell me I am a citizen, I tell them that I am not. I’m an individual. A citizen obey the laws of his society AND accepts the values of that society. An individual obeys the laws that are reasonable and fair and accepts only those societal values that he agrees with. Citizens are sheep.

    • Ron Anselmo May 17, 2021 at 10:43 am #

Pete – not so sure you don’t have this backwards:

“The vaccine is intended to protect these acolytes from the NEXT release of the bio-weapon. The unvaccinated is comprised of the free-thinkers, the conservatives, those who refuse to bend the knee. The left has already gas-lighted their constituency to accept the mass killing of the unvaccinated as a natural consequence of ignoring ‘their’ science. In a grand, ‘we told you so’ moment, they will unleash their ‘mutated’ virus and put an end to the opposition, thus closing the shackle on their captive populations.” ~ Pete

Just my opinion, but the sheep are always led to slaughter. “The free-thinkers and those that refuse to bend the knee, by sheer will & courage, prevail and come out the other side.

Appreciate your thoughts just the same. The beauty is, we’ll see, after not too long. Fall & winter will be here sooner than many think.

        • Uncle Bob May 17, 2021 at 10:59 am #

You have a point. But if the goal is to kill as many people as possible (and get rid of the people in richer countries first, so as to get all the money faster), why not kill the obedient ones first and be rid of the majority as soon as possible? The shock from all those deaths could cause those left behind to stop resisting the powers that be. Just a thought.

GA: There’s a clue in the Bible, no, OG, LHB?

The meek shall inherit the earth.

So I guess it’s curtains for you brave creatures?

There are uncounted number of clues in the Bible, GA.

It is “curtains” for me but you weren’t talking about my fate and you don’t know what I mean? Or I’m not part of you brave creatures even though you addressed me and only me by my handle and my new mean, unJust hurtful nick-name.

Regardless, I don’t know, GA. As I pointed out today, you keep bringing my soul into it while I keep telling you that I am miniscule as I watch God’s Word being fulfilled.

Then you’re like, “You’re divorced!” “You’re Tony Saprano.”

My sordid past is not what we should be wasting our time on, GA. Let’s discuss the matters at hand and you can stop speculating on how I will fair when my understanding of what is Reality proves correct & True and I face Judgement Day as we all will.

It’s like you think that you Just need to show me how my analysis results in potential Bad for me so I’ll quit it. Like I needed you to consider my soul vis-a-vis my analysis since 1981 (including a 7-year Hell Ride). Like it would even matter to someone practicing Science!

You see, GA, if you can only empathize on how someone else should ignore their own analysis’ results in order to protect their psychological blanky then … it is very telling.

          • GreenAlba May 18, 2021 at 7:45 am #

“my new mean, unJust hurtful nick-name.”

I seem to recall you were the one who advised – nay, insisted on – the use of pissy postnominals. I don’t believe in Santa Claus, but there we are.

Sauce for the goose, OG, LHB.

And I don’t know anything about your scurrilous past. You mentioned hallucinations caused by a bad trip in the 80s. I don’t think anyone pays attention to youthful foolishness when one is 56. Beyond that, I know nothing, nor do I wish to.

Your current personal ‘situation’ is pretty much the same as mine. But I don’t spend my time proselytising, so there’s that.

          • GreenAlba May 18, 2021 at 8:48 am #

It was you who said you were a Tony Soprano catholic, BTW, not me.

I have every sympathy with people whose marriages don’t work, and who eventually find happiness again.

But I don’t go around proselytising for the religion that says you can’t do that, and that once divorced, you’re on your own, or else …

          • GreenAlba May 18, 2021 at 8:51 am #

As soon as you lose the Santa Claus Believer arrogance, you’ll find your pissy postnominals will disappear too.

My understanding is that the vaccine weakens the immune system.

          • GreenAlba May 17, 2021 at 11:41 am #

I didn’t personally have an mRNA jab.

I think people are mixing things up and whirling it all around willy nilly.

The purpose of the mRNA is to teach the cells to recognise SARS-CoV-2, not every other virus there is.

One minute the unvaccinated are going to die. The next minute it’s the vaccinated …

I think there are people on here who will be genuinely disappointed if the vaxxed are still here next year.

I had the AZ vaxx, without any complications, and someone said people who didn’t have a reaction are more likely to die. Or something. People are heavily into I-told-you-so wishful thinking and are literally saying anything.

Which doesn’t mean I think anyone should take a vaxx they don’t want or that they should be in any way penalised for not taking one. I think the US is looking way more control-freaky at the moment than the UK,, although I continue to observe.

Alba: The spikes will never stop self replicating. Isn’t it mad to hijack the entire body all for one little disease?

And again, Covid is PIC: Pneumonia, Influenza, and “Covid”. That’s the official “definition” over here. In other words, it’s whatever they say it is since that doesn’t make any sense medically.

I’ve heard you folks do the same, but I couldn’t find proof of it.

          • GreenAlba May 17, 2021 at 12:16 pm #

You can call the diseases these viruses cause whatever you like, although I would advise against it. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is simply not the same thing as the influenza virus and does not affect the body in exactly the same ways, although there is some crossover, in terms of fever, sore throat and the like.

Do you know of anyone who has died of kidney failure contracted as a result of catching flu? I may be wrong, of course, because I haven’t even looked it up, but I don’t recall kidney failure being caused by flu. It’s a different disease, caused by a different virus.

          • tahoe1780 May 17, 2021 at 12:20 pm #

In a sense, you did get an mRNA jab. The AZ jab uses your cell’s nuclei to produce it. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/health/oxford-astrazeneca-covid-19-vaccine.html

And maybe your COVID vax will give you the winning lotto numbers, GA. Maybe it’ll wash your car and pick-up your dry-cleaning. Maybe it’ll kill you.

See, my whole point with the litmus test is this, GA:

Oh, dear, OG, LHB, are we pissed off because we couldn’t respond to GA’s question at the end of the last thread?

It’s annoying, isn’t, not being able to come up with a sensible justification when you said something downright barmy?

Easier to insult. Always, OG, LHB.

I might suggest your dingbattery on that particular point was a very effective litmus test.

Apparently I missed a question and you assume that I cannot answer it, GA.

While you abstain from weighing in on the most important day of our lives, allowing obvious bull shit corruption to prevail, you claim victory because I never answered a question that I never saw!

So, go ahead. Give me your question. I will be able to easily answer whatever it is because I will simply tell The Truth.

I’ll be keeping my eyes open.

But with regard to the spike proteins, don’t forget that’s how the actual virus gets into your cells in the first place. With its own spike proteins, I mean.

          • Yohannon May 17, 2021 at 1:54 pm #

Yeah but those spikes are natural and not protected by an industrial product like the Jab ones are. The body can deal with those, most likely.

          • GreenAlba May 17, 2021 at 1:58 pm #

Well, it tries to. And sometimes it fails. But that’s hardly controversial.

Deadly nightshade is natural. Like all the poisonous mushrooms and other plants. I’ve never understood why people use ‘natural’ as a synonym for safe or good.

          • Yohannon May 17, 2021 at 3:02 pm #

Because (in this case) the natural can be killed because the body evolved with them to do so. You’re turning me into a straw man in order to set me on fire. Bad show old chappie (hopefully the feminine of chap).

Green Alba: “Do you know of anyone who has died of kidney failure contracted as a result of catching flu?” I personally suffered kidney damage indirectly from catching flu. I detected it very early & got over it with just rehydration. A few weeks later I had a 20 year old man with severe kidney damage from catching flu. I caught him early enough. He was given hydration & a few days of kidney dialysis, which prevent kidney failure. Both our cases were triggered by weightlifting while we were still symptomatic with the flu. Not so. A good or valid generalization is a true concept. A healthy body can fend of corona spikes, but not the machine produced ones that were built to be invulnerable to the body.

If the plan is the same as the HIV/AIDS rollout, then the ‘cure’ is what will gradually sicken and/or kill people.

If they want boosters after 6 months, they probably figure 6 months after the vaxx you need another, perhaps that’s about how long it takes for the body to reject the poison and start trying to heal itself.

Just a theory/guess though, based on what they have done before.

If people die slowly from continued boosters, then they can blame something (anything) else.

That’s because it was never deadly to begin with, and it also has never been proven to exist. Like Covid19, it’s diagnosed by a group of symptoms.

’ If the plan is the same as the HIV/AIDS rollout, then the ‘cure’ is what will gradually sicken and/or kill people.

But the ‘cure’ for AIDS hasn’t done that.

And now you hold that AIDS WAS “never deadly”? And that COVID 19 is also not deadly? Sheesh, even the other nutjob deniers on this board admit to something like 19,000 actual deaths DUE TO COVID.

Can you not see the blatant contradiction in your own purported argument?

          • MaryV May 20, 2021 at 11:17 pm #

Should I put it in caps so you can comprehend?

No virus, and the cure is what killed people. They no longer use that ‘cure’ so people aren’t dying.

Should I clap between syllables so it sinks in?

      • Blackbird May 17, 2021 at 11:02 am #

Ron, I’m sure you’ve seen sausage being made. When the free-thinkers come out on the other side, I expect that scene to closely resemble sausage production.

I think the only way to rescue the future from the current oligarchy of power-crazed psychopaths is the complete destruction of the matrix that keeps them in power. The “elite” have to be brought down the the level of the ordinary person. An “extinction level event”. Not one block left standing upon another. We can’t do this. They won’t do this. At this point, only Mama Nature can come to the rescue – a blind man at the wheel of a speeding firetruck.

Winter is coming. Colder and darker than usual.

        • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 12:37 pm #

No worries, BB. Mama Nature is another name for God. God is behind the wheel. This will not be fun but it will end. Think of that feeling in your stomach as you nestle into the comfortable chair for impending hours of major dental reconstruction. Not fun but what choice ya got?

          It’s Real easy, btw.

“Hi God. I’m sure you know: It sure is going awful down here. Will You protect me?”

      • Mountain gal May 17, 2021 at 11:35 am #

It’s a puzzle. I have tried to figure out if the intent is to kill off the sheep first or not? I’m pretty sure though that we the deplorable unvaxed are being set up to take the brunt of the anger no matter what. If the vax starts to provoke terrible side effects in the vaccinated, they will be angry with us for not having taken it and hunt us down. If a variant becomes a problem, they will blame it on us for being unvaxed. So I figure perhaps the PTB assume that the vaxed will be on a witch-hunt complete with pitchfork and burning stakes to track us down anyway and they don’t need to concern themselves with how to take us out?

        • Ron Anselmo May 17, 2021 at 12:30 pm #

Mt. Gal – I think you’re right that the unvaxed will be the scapegoats, no matter what happens.

When things go kinetic though, the vaxed won’t stand a chance. They wouldn’t today, much less in the future, their numbers being decimated.

Any mention, which has been bandied about, of forced vax for our military, CANNOT be allowed to happen.

Note: Using vaxed & unvaxed in broad terms, based on differing ideology. Admittedly there is some crossover.

        • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 12:33 pm #

This is why they want the majority to be vaxxed.

If it’s a minority, they can’t overtake us.

Then, there will be some vaxxed who wake up to reality after they or someone they know gets a ‘reaction’ which is obviously not from any unvaxxed person.

        • Hereward the Woke May 17, 2021 at 1:49 pm #

Disagree. The sort of people who believe the China flu BS and take a totally experimental “vaccine” are not the kind who are capable of hunting us down. • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 10:46 am #

I’m not sure I agree that the jab isn’t a bioweapon, given Fauxi & Co.’s previous fraud: AIDS.

They took a new cultural situation – where mostly gay men’s lifestyles were making them very ill (mostly from wide-spread use of something called ‘poppers’, alcohol, speed, etc.) and created a ‘pandemic’ – then used the unused crap that they couldn’t sell as it was lethal (AZT) and ‘treated’ the people until they died. The scam is still being used in other countries wherever pestilence and illness are found naturally.

I believe they may be repeating this same situation with CV19 too. IOW, taking a normal occurring flu season, attaching a marketing campaign, including media-wide fearmongering 24/7, branding, and huge payoffs to institutions and governments to keep it going, in order to get people to take their poison. It seems to me they don’t care who they maim or kill as long as 1) it makes them rich; and 2) it keeps people distracted from the bigger fraud they are committing, which is the Great Reset and technofeudalism.

I don’t think they are targeting any one portion of the population. I think it’s just business as usual and we are collateral damage, as we have been throughout history.

I am open to the possibility that (and have been reading about) gain-of-function spike proteins were released to attach to the regularly occurring coronavirus and make it more contagious, but of course like most things at this point it is a theory.

      • Night Owl May 17, 2021 at 11:02 am #

Mary, I don’t know much about his involvement in the AIDS scenario, but regarding point no. 2: Corona seems to me less a distraction and more a means to create the infrastructure of control they seek.

Where they seem to have failed most spectacularly is with the vaxx. Drs Rainer Fuellmich and Wolfgang Wodarg recently commented that the “vaccines” were not supposed to be probelmatic so early, and that they had assumed the adverse reactions would occur later, and then be covered by the “mutations.”

By that time we would have been well on the way to mandatory shots and ID cards.

I mentioned recently that I worked on documents for the European ID card. The cards are to contain information on all aspects of your life, from family history, to employment status, to detailed medical records, to purchase history, etc.

The aim appears to be the introduction of a Chinese style social credit score. This is also something Schwab writes about in his books.

        • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 11:10 am #

If interested, this is a documentary on Fauci’s engineering of AIDS:

Yes, I agree 100% that all this is leading to the Great Reset, social credit system like they have in China.

And those that refuse the jab will be living outside of that, and have to figure out how to make do, or be put in camps, shunned, etc.

          If we don’t fight back.

“Dr. Robert Willner, an American medical scientist noted for his role in AIDS research, once accused Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Chief Medical Advisor to President Joe Biden, of genocide.

He laid the accusation during a televised press conference on the sidelines of an alternative medicine meeting in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1994.

During the same conference, he shook the medical community when he jabbed his finger with blood he said was from an HIV-infected patient.

Willner, who championed the view that AIDS is not caused by HIV infection, condemned members of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for allegedly perpetrating the “most horrible scandal and scam” ever perpetrated in the name of science and in all history by claiming that it is.

“None of the proposed explanations, of which there are more than forty, as to the modus operandi of HIV, nor the virus-AIDS hypothesis itself, are based on scientifically acceptable evidence or proof. The available laboratory evidence speaks against the hypothesis. The remainder of the evidence is epidemiological, and even that, when scrutinized and truthfully presented without first being selectively screened, proves that HIV is innocent of any involvement in AIDS,” he wrote in a 1994 White Paper.

He said that the horror of the attack on Pearl Harbour during the Second World War in 1941 did not match the atrocities allegedly being perpetrated by Fauci and his colleagues at the institute, whom he described as “scoundrels of the worst order, criminals guilty of genocide”.

Willner claimed that Adolf Hitler would “envy the job being done by members of the National Institute of Health and even the media, especially in this country”.

He dared Fauci, who became Director of NIAID in 1984, and his colleagues to sue him if they thought he was defaming them.

He said he enjoyed support from a wide range of physicians and scientists in his assertion.

Willner’s Florida medical license was suspended in 1990 following a Florida Board of Medicine ruling that he had made inappropriate medical claims for food products.

It’s illegal to coerce someone to take the experimental vaccines.
Companies are trying to get around that with continued masks for the unvaccinated.

Karl Denninger has some thoughts on that, of course he does:

Nurses have already won lawsuits against the “vaccinate or mask” policies of some hospitals, over the flu shots.

Possibly why the CDC was so desperate to keep the vaccinated wearing masks until everyone was pressured into taking the shots.

Another area where Heavy D led the way. He made the heretical claim that if you are vaccinated, you should behave as if you are now immune to the virus, as that what vaccines are for.

He forced the hands of the liars.

          • Yohannon May 17, 2021 at 12:12 pm #

Tucker Carlson as well. Now they are rebounding with the question: How do we know who has had the vaccine and have the right to go unmasked? They will use this to usher in vaccine passports. The vaccinated will demand it, vicious cowards that they are.

          • Hereward the Woke May 17, 2021 at 1:50 pm #

I don’t care what any judge says. You can’t force someone to take ANY vaccine against their will, experimental or “approved”. Sure, they’ll wheel out some law, but that is only human sophistry. You cannot force anyone to take medication against their wishes.

Easy enough to say, Hereward, but people are literally losing their jobs and livelihoods because even when they point out it’s illegal, the business owners are not listening. It take lawsuits for them to listen, and how many people can manage to live without income and sue their employer? You’d need 6 months to a year’s worth of $$ saved up and most don’t have that.

I hope those that can start suing them. They are breaking the law and harming people.

I’m sure the courts will be used to maintain the fiction. Small businesses: “Guilty. You owe your employee $27 M” out-of-business and onto the dole. Big business: “Too big to go case-by-case. Gonna have to do a class-action” – which drags on forever, enriching the lawyers.

With few exceptions, the courts are firmly on the side of the plutocracy.

My hunch is the reason the vax has been pushed so hard is CDC/NIH knew reports of serious adverse would become public despite any efforts to tamp them down. Once that started happening, vax uptake would slow.

Biden jabbering now the non vaxxed are putting themselves and other non vaxxed at risk. Apparently those who got the shots are now fully protected. A bit of a change in the rhetoric of browbeating us to take the vax.

Also supposed to announce today that 60% of Americans have had at least one shot. Based on the numbers of fully vaxxed, I have my doubts. Yesterday’s numbers from the site I posted few days back:

Beckers appears to be updating daily. I’ve bookmarked the site so I can fact check numbers quoted in the MSM.

“It has long been known among the shamans of Siberia that the pine trees found deep in the Siberian forests had needles that possessed an exceptional number of medicinal properties.  First among those were the extraordinary antimicrobial qualities of the pine needles, and especially the pine needle oil.

In point of fact, Siberian pine needle oil is being used to successfully treat a variety of diseases caused by different pathogenic micro-organisms ranging from bacteria to viruses, fungi to parasites, and even mycoplasma found in Gulf War Syndrome patients.”

            I have noticed that, too.
            Now that you mention it.
            I used to use Pine-sol.
Even Mr. Clean I think had a pine base.
That pine smell was the signature smell of institutions where they cleaned the floors every day with the stuff.

Now the cleaners many use are so loaded with “synthetic” perfumes that the smell makes you gag.

Of course, for a lot of household uses, brown soap does the job.

          • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 9:22 pm #

Vinegar is the best natural cleaner, IMHO. It just smells yucky. But the smell doesn’t last, but the disinfecting does.

          • tully May 18, 2021 at 6:51 am #

The smell of vinegar can be improved. Fill a quart mason jar with citrus peels, grapefruit, lemon or both; about half full. Pour white vinegar over to fill, cap and stash in a cool dark place. Let the peels soak at least two weeks; month is better.
Remove the peels and use as you normally would for cleaning.
Makes for much nicer stalling vinegar. 🙂

Spike proteins are also an off-shoot of the experimental drugs, and there is research that indicates vaccinated folks give off that spike protein which infects the non-vaccinated. If correct, you have to wonder how dedicated and ethical investigators could have made such a mistake, and if it was a mistake as opposed to deliberate. The billions in profit to the drug companies may provide a clue.

Interesting take. Covid is nothing or at most much ado about little, but the next one may well be real. And they’ve promised us a next one.

Miscarriages are way up. Contact with the vaccinated is dangerous for women, especially if they are pregnant or want to be. It is a tool of depopulation at the very least.

Pete. True enough. The insanity seems to be receding for the time being but what the Deep State have proven to themselves is that they only have to say “Boo!” again for everyone to go into double diapers mode and don their brown trousers. I’m sure in the Fall, we can expect more “strains and mutations” or something completely new. And for what it’s worth, in July, the WEF will be “wargaming” a giant cyber attack, just as they wargamed a corona type virus hit – just before it happened.

      • Blackbird May 18, 2021 at 11:42 am #

I think a good time for a “cyber attack” would be this winter, shutting down the grid and pipelines – the Texas debacle gone nationwide. The “Dark Winter” the Big Guy promised us. And who doesn’t expect a side order of a “surge” in new “cases” – probably a new and improved strain?

The internet will go down too, of course, and only some of it will come back up. I wouldn’t be surprised if at this time next year we aren’t here reading Mr. K’s words and arguing about their meaning – or the meaning of anything and everything. Make sure you buy his books!

Actually, there was precedent set on masking in the 1918 pandemic. It proved that masking HARMED the population and made people sicker.

I don’t know why these people are allowed to call the shots. I don’t know why the public is falling for and accepting this… the only thing that makes sense is that they have been brainwashed by the media.

        • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 2:39 pm #

My little granddaughter went to an inside gym class a few months ago where masks were mandatory.

“Somehow” she brought home the head cold from hell and we all got it and a week later we were all over it.

Masks do NOT work to contain a viral agent from infecting others.

In my job, in an area of healthcare, I have worn a mask for decades. I kind of go by my past experience with it. When I am diligent about wearing my mask, I have fewer respiratory infections. However, i wear a true N-95 type mask. A cloth mask is no different than pulling your tea shirt up over your nose.

        • Mountain gal May 17, 2021 at 11:39 am #

Right, but most of the population can’t get real N95 masks and have been duped into thinking that the flimsy “surgical masks” they get at the store or the cotton ones they sew up are effective. Not to forget bandanas etc.

          • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 12:23 pm #

N-95 masks are cautioned against for certain wearers, and also come with warnings against “continuous use”.

I used to wonder about that, why would you have to tell someone using a table saw to pull down that mask and breathe once in a while?

Nurses also won lawsuits against masks as punishment for refusing flu shots, because it was a fact that prolonged wearing of a mask was harmful to the wearer.

Anyway, the actual data from the places that imposed and enforced mask wearing versus those that didn’t is clear, masks do not “work” against contagious disease.

The whole premise for wearing any mask was the myth (outright lie) of “asymptomatic transmission”. We knew this was not true in March 2020.

That cute little “your mask protects me, my mask protects you” “droplets” blah blah blah cartoon that went around was bs propaganda.

It reminder me of the animation that the FBI made to tell us all what we saw when TWA flight 800 crashed.

            Droplets? Yeah, right.

The amazing part is, Dr. Fauci could say one thing one day, within 24 hours say something utterly different, and people would believe him anew each time.

If our ruling class rally beived the mask and social distance baloney, and how could they, because they are the ones who made it up, you wouldn’t see them violating their own restrictions.

Fauci, Birx, Pelosi Kerry, all pretty old and decrepit, but they flout the rules when they think no one is looking.

Whitmer went to Florida, the Death State, after telling Michigan residents not to.

What does it take, to wake people up to the horrendous fraud?

        • Hereward the Woke May 17, 2021 at 1:54 pm #

No arguments from me, Butter. I’m not in the medical trade. However, it’s interesting that a British doc back in 1981, Neil Orr, did large scale tests on the effectiveness of masks in operating theaters. He found that the control group of surgeons who didn’t wear masks suffered fewer infections than the group that did. I don’t begrudge you your mask and lack of infections, but forcing ordinary plebs to wear them is insanity.

          • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 2:58 pm #

Generally masks are worn in surgery to protect the patient.

Of course now with a simple bleeder potentially shooting HIV or Hep C etc. into a surgeons eye, besides masks surgeons (and others) must wear protective eye gear as well.

Reminds me of the olden days when doctors were delivering babies from room to room spreading infections to mothers.

Once they realized there were these nasty little microscopic critters called germs they started rigorous hand washing between patients and the incidence of cross-infections plummeted.

          • Islander May 17, 2021 at 7:37 pm #

According to Dr. Michael Osterholm of CIDRAP in his podcast of June 2, 2020, there is no evidence of masks’ efficacy to stop germs, also in a surgical theater. He stated that doctors justlike to wear them, but they accomplish nothing.

A transcript of his podcast on the subject of masks should be read in full. Osterhold also quite harshly criticized the CDC for their misleading info on masks and the irrelevance of the studies they cited in support of their mandates.

He was negligent in not doing so. He knew what Fauci was, after a time, and he did bring in Dr. Atlas, but evidently he expected Dr. Atlas to reach some kind of compromise with Birx and Fauci, and Dr, Atlas could not of course persuade two lying quack doddering fraudsters to give up the high position the president handed to them.

I’ve been on the outs with many of the Trump supporters who want to make all kinds of ridiculous excuses for him, but maybe if we, 75 million of us, had demanded that he do the right thing and clean house, we might have had a chance to turn things around.

I can only imagine that Leningrad felt the same apprehension that we are feeling today. Things are happening off in the distance but those events are creating waves that are beginning to wash over the community. Your neighbor’s son is MIA. The men in the apartment block have been reassigned to the factory that produces tanks. Curfew. Items are starting to vanish off of store shelves. Etc.

The authorities proclaim “great victories” but the menace keeps drawing closer. People that you know are missing family members and the stores are now empty. Rationing has begun.

The city is surrounded and the people have already eaten their pets. They boil shoe leather and eat that as well. They eat the glue off of wallpaper and book bindings. They eat the leaves from the trees.

I can tell you this: Right now you are just beginning to feel the ripple effect of an unstoppable force. It only gets worse from here.

    • Beryl of Oyl May 17, 2021 at 11:06 am #

I’m wondering why more people aren’t feeling any apprehension.

It’s odd, at the beginning of the pandemia, it was the reverse, the authorities were claiming this was a disease like no other, look at the video of a single moment of a single day of a single hospital in Italy, played over and over, look at the images of people suddenly keeling over in the street, tin Communist China, the same few images shown over and over.

Meanwhile, we could see for ourselves that nothing like this was happening. I called a relative down in NYC, an “essential worker” and asked him about the overwhelmed ERs.

      That wasn’t happening.

I called a friend up here, working in a major hospital. They made room for all the COVID patients. They never came, they had to ask for some from NYC.

With our own eyes we could see for ourselves, but so many chose to believe what they were being told instead.

      • Night Owl May 17, 2021 at 11:13 am #

Same thing here in Germany. The claims of overwhelmed ERs and a lack of intensive care beds were exposed.

The narratives are the same in every country where this is occuring. I would strongly recommend visiting the Corona-Ausschuss site and watching the “International Legal Offensive” videos.

The vids are in English and there are different groups of lawyers and docs discussing the situation as it has unfolded in a variety of countries.

There is no doubt this entire thing was planned.

“The public is also noticing the alarming statistics, and many remain unconvinced that the vaccines are even vaccines in the usual sense, but rather insufficiently tested exotic experiments desperately employed against something that looks more and more like a bio-weapon that the government itself was complicit in creating.”

There are some who have figured this out long ago and there are many who have not. I would say that those who have not figured this out far outweigh those who have.

But my Florida Governor Rick Desantis, figured this out long ago when he asked Tony Fauci how much money was he making from peddling these exotic cocktail drugs hiding under the name “vaccines”?

What doesn’t get mentioned and gets swept under the rug are all the cases of “paralysis, strokes, spinal inflammation, heart inflammation, blood clots and death”. The Governments, WHO, The CDC and the Main Stream Media which includes Farcebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and others don’t want you to hear.

Now you are hearing the coaxing by the Gov’t, retailers and others saying if you are vaccinated you don’t need to wear a mask and in some States such as Ohio, I believe people are getting paid for getting the “Jab”.

All for a virus with a kill rate of 0.028% which puts in the ballpark of the Hong Kong Flu. But those who stand to make shitloads of money want you to believe it’s the second coming of the Black Plague.

    • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 11:15 am #

Well said. I can see why sane people are flocking to FL in droves.

      • Ron Anselmo May 17, 2021 at 2:01 pm #

Oh, we have some insane ones coming too Mary.

They leave failed Democratic cities – failed because of their policies – and then want to institute the same policies here (FL).

They’re too f**king stupid to figure out that the cities failed as a function of their policies. Insane. Blue Cancer.

        • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 9:29 pm #

          Idaho – exactly the same.

Problem is, the way of life here is pretty entrenched. Good luck, libbies. They managed to sneak one into the Boise mayor’s office. Everyone loathes her. I think she was a ‘pre-Covid’ placement (like so many) put in place just for this whole roll-out.

In any case, she’s got battle scars. And now people are wiser.

Also? Even though the place is crawling with Californians, a lot of them left because they don’t like the policies there. So that gives me hope.

    • jgalt May 17, 2021 at 11:57 am #

Like Pfizer, who recently announced $3.5 billion in profits from the experimental drug. No releases from Moderna, who came from basially “0”, or Astra-Zeneca, or Johnson & Johnson.

      • Islander May 17, 2021 at 8:13 pm #

And Pfizer is predicting another $25 billion in profits next year, or down the line, from the ‘boosters,” etc.

    • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 3:25 pm #

When the Hong Kong flu hit a vaccine was rushed out.

Once 50 people died after receiving that jab it was quickly stopped.

Even with statistics back-logged it appears thousands have experienced severe reactions/death from these Covid jabs, yet the MacDonalds etc. propaganda mill continues trying to cajole us into being good little citizens and rolling up our sleeves! Free beer! The chance to win a million in a lottery!

When Biden proclaimed last week like a fucking dictator, “Either get the vaccine or wear a mask until you do” that was the cherry on the Covid sundae for me.

The corruption and criminality at the top of our government needs to be checked. Our only hope is that some members of Congress will have the brains and balls to MAKE the Justice Department investigate and prosecute ALL these cretins.

And speaking of cretins, what is the FBI doing about the Hunter Biden laptop? Will they have to hunt him down while he is lecturing at Rutgers to cuff and perp-walk him?

      Where is Durham???

      Anyone? Anyone?

      • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 4:22 pm #

        Hear, hear. Well said.

        I am of like mind.

It’s gone too far. Time to stand up to the tyranny.

      • BackRowHeckler May 17, 2021 at 5:22 pm #

I’m curious about the handgun Hunter Biden illegally bought, the discarded in a DC trashcan.

That’s a bunch of felonies right there, on the federal level.

Haven’t heard much about it lately.

CNN is still talking about Charlottesville and Jan. 6, the only civil disturbances that have happened in the US in the past 5 years.

        • Blackbird May 18, 2021 at 11:59 am #

C’mon man, Hunter is bravely staggering down the road to recovery. Indicting him for – or even talking about – actions that may have been slightly less than legal, would deny him the life he deserves. Everybody’s trying to Floyd poor Hunter…

      • Uncle Bob May 18, 2021 at 1:13 am #

Congress can’t compel the FBI to do jack because the FBI, as a component of the Justice Department, is part of the Executive Branch. And, as we’ve seen, the DOJ does the bidding of the Swamp, even when ordered by the president to do something, especially when his last name starts with Trump. Even if Congress could force the FBI to look into Crackhead Hunter’s activities, do you think a Democrat Congress would do so? No, I suspect all this skullduggery will remain hidden until YHWH reveals it on Judgment Day.

      • Wizard of the Saddle May 20, 2021 at 7:58 pm #

Nothing will happen. The Justice Department does not exist to punish criminal acts by uniparty elites. The DOJ is a creature that is staffed by, and wholly controlled by, the elites. It exists to keep the rubes and plebes in line. This is why the DOJ is expending enormous resources to go after January 6th protestors, the cops who detained George Floyd, various Trump associates, Rudy Giuliani, and anyone else they believe to be a threat to the Biden Regime that presently sits enthroned in the WH, having successfully usurped the Oval Office through blatant election fraud and massive collusion with corporate and media elites.

I’m sorry to deliver the bad news, but that is how things are.

If Republicans in Congress actually had our backs they would slash the budget of the DOJ or pass legislation abolishing it entirely.

We don’t have to have a DOJ, you know. The country got along fine without one between 1789 – 1870. The existence of this foul bureaucracy is the legacy of the corrupt, Reconstruction-era, Radical Republicans. It has always been a tool for tyranny from it’s very inception during the dark days that followed the Civil War triumph of the unionist federals and the champions of centralized government in Washington.

There were 223 cases of people who were vaccinated for COVID dying from COVID.
    That’s out of 115 million.

Now they are making the distinction that there are deaths “with” COVID that aren’t caused by COVID alone.

Okay, now apply that same standard to the 600k.

  12. Rodster May 17, 2021 at 11:22 am #

Anyone who is interested should watch the 10 minute video on TED from the lead Physician/Medical Scientist who created the Moderna Vaccine.

He goes on to describe how the Moderna Vaccine works and it should setoff Red Flags because he goes on to describe how the Moderna vaccine hacks the bodies operating system. How in the future your medical data can get uploading to the cloud and other medical agencies can download your data so they can help others with similar medical conditions.

Now the cynic says is the hacking of the bodies operating system going to allow nefarious agents to hack into your body and cause potential harm? Just like Microsoft Windows being an operating system, will this create backdoors that the government can intrude? Could we be subjected to Ransonware attacks in the future?

Is it possible that we could get cutoff from the system aka “The Mark of The Beast 666” if we oppose the government?

Now some might say CONSPIRACY THEORIES!!!!! And yet Catherine Austin Fitts who founded the Solara Group and worked for the Bush Administration in the 90’s is gravely concerned and has asked the same questions.

    • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 11:05 pm #

People in Power have always conspired. History is little more than the actions after People in Power conspired. For all of mankind’s history.

To think that this obvious Reality recently, magically stopped with no fanfare is to be a small child. Or a lamb surrounded by wolves.

      • Wizard of the Saddle May 20, 2021 at 9:22 pm #

I agree. Another small child delusion is to believe that we can vote our way out from under the hegemony of political elites. It doesn’t work.

Elites rule because they control the government’s monopoly on the lawful use of violence/force. It takes force to overthrow them. Period.

When the plebes rise up with what the elites describe as “unlawful” violence/force then, and only then, is the power of the elites in peril of being lost.

If the uprising is successful, it magically becomes lawful, because the victorious insurrectionists become the new governing elites. Meanwhile, the deposed elites who formerly governed can magically become criminals and can be incarcerated or executed by the new government, and often are.

When this happens, it is sometimes referred to as a “Revolution.” That’s the magic word that changes the lawful status of the parties involved in the struggle for governing power,

But if you fail, it is merely a “rebellion” and rebels can be incarcerated and/or executed.

It all boils down to force. George Washington said as much. So did Chairman Mao. This never changes. The idea of self-government is largely a charade to pacify the deluded citizenry into believing that they actually rule themselves.

Meanwhile, the CDC has announced that they will no longer count cases of Covid in the vaccinated(“breakthrough cases) unless they die. Only Covid cases in the unvaccinated will be counted in the statistics. Furthermore, they will run the PCR tests for Covid in the already vaccinated for fewer cycles than they do for the unvaccinated. I couldn’t make this up if I tried!

    • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 12:06 pm #

Unbelievable. And right out in the open.

    • Ron Anselmo May 17, 2021 at 2:23 pm #

Mt. Gal – Here’s how that happens; a vast majority of the vaccinated, excepting GA & JAZ, will not understand a single thing you just said.

      • Ricechex May 18, 2021 at 4:14 am #

LOL Ron, that is exactly it. Made me laugh because it is so true. T Today, I ran into a neighbor I hadn’t seen in perhaps a year. She asked if I was vaccinated, and I lied and said “yes, but of course!”

And then she proselytized for 30 minutes about “science” and “masking” and “herd immunity” and “variants” and how everyone needed to get “vaccinated” and we could all “return to normal.”

I can’t imagine what she might have done if she had known the truth about my injection status. But in the future, I will be walking on the other side of the street.

They always resort to euphemisms to obfuscate the truth. I love George Carlin’s bit on that.

      • O.G. Hawkins May 17, 2021 at 10:56 pm #

George Carlin spoke The Truth when it was still so nebulous and distant.

        • Ron Anselmo May 19, 2021 at 2:03 am #

          Mary & O.G. – yes.

Carlin – an absolute genius, saw the same exact world we all see, but in a completely singular way. All his material was his own – no writers – not possible – no one processed observations the way he did.

A personal hero, he’ll never be replaced. That thump-thump-thump you hear is Carlin spinning in his grave. If he were here today, he’d be apoplectic, running wide open.

Maybe not – maybe he’d just sit across the street, with that raised eyebrow expression, and watch the house burn down.

          • MaryV May 19, 2021 at 11:53 am #

            Nice tribute to Carlin.

Yes, his genius was unique and sharp. I think I’ve enjoyed everything he’s ever done.

            Definitely spinning in his grave.

One of the things he said that stuck with me was re: American stupidity, which of course he spoke about often, but this time he said, “you know those people on Jerry Springer? Those aren’t ‘fringe,’ those people are the majority.” LOL, I think he’s proven himself correct there.

          • Night Owl May 19, 2021 at 5:40 pm #

I think there are plenty of folks who see the world similarly, but Carlin had a gift for packaging those observations up in a way that was both hilarious and that stripped away all of the bullshit to reveal the naked, unvarnished truth.

Few people can stomach the unvarnished truth, which is why comedy is so valuable.

A fun experiment is to listen to modern comedians during the Covid Hoax. Whether late night hosts, SNL, or stand-up performers, they are completely unfunny. Some still have the abilty, but they literally cannot practice their craft anymore, because comedy by definition requires shirking off bullshit.

The reason shit is funny is because it is true.

          • Ron Anselmo May 20, 2021 at 1:48 am #

Mary & Night Owl – agreed, all good points.

I think the hesitancy of today’s comedians has to do with fear of being cancelled. JFC, anything they say will offend someone, so the material is watered down to the point of having lost all humor.

Carlin, being fearless, would probably say something Carlinesque, like “If they can’t take a joke – fuck ’em!”, and he may have.

A personal favorite one-liner of his, “I am not in compliance”. About 20 years ago I had a custom made t-shirt with same. People would ask me what it pertained to – my answer, “You name it”.

Love wearing it in large crowds – never fails to get comments & lots of mileage (especially before pushing back became a thing) – my own tribute to Carlin. RIP, gone but never forgotten.

        • Wizard of the Saddle May 20, 2021 at 9:27 pm #

Carlin was black pilled decades before the term was invented.

  16. Not_GeorgeT May 17, 2021 at 11:52 am #

A pandemic exists in the present because the definition was changed a dozen or more years ago to count cases, not deaths.??

Cases had to be inflated to support the definition.

The test which is not a test (PCR) accomplished the increase in case numbers.

The “test” is a lab factory device for manufacturing the same item to sufficient quantity to try and study it for a possible vaccine.

The genesis of the test which is not a test is rooted in the HIV/AIDS situation from the 1980’s. An unsuccessful attempt to develop an AIDS vaccine.

??When is a vaccine not a vaccine? Answer: When it does not provide immunity.??

Do any of the jabs paraded as “vaccine” provide immunity? No.

??Do any of the manufacturers claim the provision of immunity? No.??

Claiming impartment of immunity could be written proof of fraud. ??The information sheets (package inserts) carefully avoid fraudulent claims by avoiding the word “immune” in any form and dancing around declarative statements with strings of modifiers and qualifiers attached to the information.

My opinion: Getting the jab of the experimental biologic agent is a badge. It is virtue signaling, just as wearing masks are a form of virtue signaling.

Alternate to badge: it is a fear response not rooted in reality. Fear of the unknown and unseen, which is presented non-stop 24/7 just about everywhere one either looks or listens.

??I am amazed so many healthcare providers submit themselves to injection of an experimental biologic agent and then wear their submission to introducing untested mRNA product into their bodies as some sort of honorable sign to make the claim they are “safe”. ??

    Whatever being safe is. ???

    • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 12:09 pm #

Completely agree! Well said about the PCR tests and ‘cases’. Just another ruse.

“My opinion: Getting the jab of the experimental biologic agent is a badge. It is virtue signaling […]”

How disappointing that they didn’t give me even a bit of paper to say I am now virtuous.

I wonder who I should virtue signal to, since no-one has bothered to ask me if I’m biologically badged. I guess I’m missing out on something?

You’d think at least the bus driver could have looked interested. But no.

Jim, It’s been quite a while since I read ‘The Long Emergency,’ but you must have hypothesized that the deteriorating state of affairs would take on an Albert Bartlett-style progression (“The greatest shortcoming of the human race…”). It seems just yesterday we could look out along the path of human progress and see the horizon. Now we’re looking up a steep fucking path to nowhere, off into the darkness of the vacuum of nothingness; a fair analogy for what our lives will soon become.

  18. MaryV May 17, 2021 at 12:22 pm #

    Pertinent essay by a friend:

The New Normal: Breaking People Like Teacups
A Facebook Post by Juniper Kozlowski

There is No Place For Me in the “New Normal.”

Two nights ago I was invited to have a glass of wine with an older couple who I adore, and who I garden for. I was wary about accepting, simply because I know that all anyone wants to talk about is the jab and the “covid,” and I can’t take much more; and also because I remember how they reacted last summer, when I brought up the very legitimate and verifiable World Economic Forum and The Great Reset.

I had never seen anyone clean up a tea-set so fast.

But, I love these folks, and I hoped and assumed we would sit outside, and crossed my fingers that the subject would not come up, or that it could be brushed away quickly.

I arrived at the door, and because they are older and he has COPD, I asked if they wanted me to put on a ‘face thingy’? as I called it, miming covering my face with my hand. (I still don’t know why we couldn’t just sit outside).

She said, “Well, that depends. What is your ‘status?’”

I played stupid and said, “Huh? Uh.. Well i’ve been alone for over a year, and I am completely isolated from everyone, and no longer engage with society or other human beings in any way aside from a trip to the grocery every 3 weeks.”

She chuckled (as though that is in any way amusing), and said, “But have you had the jab?”

    I said “Well that’s a personal question… but no,”

She looked shocked and horrified (even tho I told them last summer I would not be getting it) and then she launched into a loooooong and somewhat desperate sounding lecture about how ‘safe’ It is, how well tested It is, how “It’s been in development for 20 years” (??) and how “It’s what we need to do, as a country, and for our communities” and how It isn’t going to work if some people don’t get It. And how the bells palsy and the strokes and the bloodclots deaths and siezures were only the AZ or the whichever stupid Brand of Pharma. And “Look At India!!” etc.

All this while I was standing in the doorway waiting to come in, Or Not, and feeling incredibly awkward because no matter what I say, if I disagree, I am a “dirty republican conspiracy theory trump supporter crazy person” or something, and met with literal Shock; and I wasn’t there to get into an argument, or defend my position on My Private Medical Procedures. And I fucking Knew this would happen. But I was invited for a glass of wine and if a coerced Medical Procedure was a prerequisite, that should have been stated in the invitation. I was angry, but mostly I felt great sadness, as I formerly thought the world of these folks, and I thought they were my ‘friends.”

Eventually, after an Inordinate amount of what can only be referred to as Scolding, Silencing, and Shaming, she reluctantly let me in the house. (WHY couldn’t we just sit outside??)

From then on I felt nervous about breathing or touching anything and carefully and meticulously tried not to touch the other crackers on the cheese plate lest I communicate unseen asymptomatic plague cooties. I tried not to open my mouth too wide or breathe in their direction. I can only imagine the Disinfection Protocol that must have ensued when I left their beautiful rural farmhouse (which, btw, is like something out of a dream, and is a second home; they are summer residents here only).

And what if they come down with allergies or a sneeze or a headache, later, who will be blamed? Me, the only unmasked visitor to their lives.

Another one of my favorite people, a 90 yr old woman with Parkinson’s, who I also garden for, No longer invites me into the house for tea and cookies over plant books when we are done gardening, like she always used to. I miss our tea and cookies and plant book perusal so much. It was my favorite part of the day. I cannot be certain, but I suspect i’m no longer invited in because I have not submitted to the jab.

Vermont, like most states and countries, has decided to engage in and enforce Medical Apartheid.

In order to return to any semblance of ‘normal’ (which most of us here know is never going to be allowed to happen, because this is about control not a virus, this is about the merger of State and Corporate power, there will from now on always be a new “variant” and a new booster jab for every variant because it’s also about money too), To go back to ‘normal’ They say you must get the jab. If you don’t get it, you will be Excluded and Ostracized From Pretty Much Everything; Medical & Dental care, Grocery stores, and from any other business that decides to enforce this.

Governments are putting the responsibility of enforcement of this Medical Apartheid on businesses, as well as individual citizens.

Businesses are given incentive to enforce this, via higher occupancy rate allowances for jabbed customers.

There are Rewards for the Morally Righteous:

Businesses say: You don’t have to wear your muzzle anymore; you are Free now, you’re “allowed” to hug people, you get Free Donuts, Free Beer, and McDonalds for everyone who gets the jab. (Sounds like a healthy diet to prevent illness!)

There is also some sick lottery by which jabbed folks are now eligible to win one million dollars every Wednesday.

There are Punishments for those who do not submit to the jab:

You must keep your muzzle on, Marking Yourself as Deplorable, Unclean, Inconsiderate, a Danger to the “Community;” Visually Differentiating yourself from the Morally Righteous who have obediently submitted to arbitrary Corporate Sponsored Authority and gotten their experimental shot. You must stay home, stay outside, be denied entry, employment, or access to public spaces and services.

You Must Be Excluded, Avoided, Ostracized and Feared.

The Vt. Governor, Führer Scott, also makes it clear that he wants businesses to REQUIRE their employees to get the shot.

This means those of us who do not want the experimental jab For WhatEver Reason, Will Not Be Able to Work.

As outrageous as we know this is, the rabidly pro-jab-everyone folks truly Believe that to Protect the community, Everyone must get the jab, so they think Medical Apartheid is both Normal, and Fair, and the Right thing to do.

Intelligent, good people are not just Willing but apparently Very Eager to Personally Enforce this Totally Abusive Diktat.

This is no way to live, it isn’t living. It’s Abuse, Gaslighting, Blackmail, Torture.

There is No Place For Me, and many many others like me, in the New Normal.

Twenty years in development? So they admit that the jab isn’t for Covid but rather covid is for the Jab? And tell us about those twenty years: How is this one different than the one that killed all those animals. It is different, right?

I don’t know why she went inside. Insist on going outside or leave. Unless she needs the work that badly. I mean they’re not friends anymore – she must know that. I assume she went in with the mask on. And had to keep taking it off to take a sip? That’s degrading in itself.

It’s quite possible they’ve been working on these gene therapies that long.

Humira, one of the first gene therapies was developed in the late 90s and brought to market in the early 00s.

Big Pharma knows far more about genetic manipulation of the human body than they care to tell.

A World Out Of Time – L. Niven (of SSI ‘fame’). It’s been in the pipes for 50+ years, but a dangerous fantasy, like fusion. Just like fusion, it is possible, but we monkeys will have to evolve past some impatience issues before we’ll get there ‘safely’.

OK, jeebus…I maybe should have linked this page instead.

Seems the Wiki page (no surprise) has been scrubbed of all mention of RNA tech. It was a somewhat important (like prime?) plot device, and should have been mentioned in a competent synopsis. Demmit, I have other things to do today, but I feel compelled to take a jaunt down the archive.org path for a bit.

I would not have gone inside, either.

She didn’t wear a mask to my knowledge, I’m pretty sure she’s one like me who refuses to wear them under any circumstances.

Yes, the ‘therapy’ they are using has probably been in development for decades, she’s pretty informed on this whole thing.

She asked them initially if they wanted her to wear one. That’s how the conversation got started.

Ah yes sorry, I went back and asked her, and she said that she would not for anyone else, but she feels pretty close to these people.

I would say that MaryV is “friends with” and “just adores” some very nasty people.

I have a couple of friends who swallowed the covid hysteria hook, line, and sinker, and who took the vaccine. (In their defense, they are seriously immune compromised.) I will suffer fools, but I will not put up with people who become abusive.

I think if I had been detained for a lecture at someone’s front door, I would have checked the time on my left wrist and said, “Oh! You know what? It’s time to check my tires,” and left.

This new ruling from OSHA letting businesses know that if they “mandate” the experimental jabs and the person is adversely injured or dies, the business can be held liable:

Considering that now the government and big pharma are NOT liable for any adverse injuries/deaths, this is an interesting development.

If your employer tries to mandate the jab just have your lawyer buddy type up a contract (backed by OSHA) that if you are mandated to get the jab in order to be employed, that employer will accept ALL liability for injury/death.

Watch how quickly they start whistling a different tune.

      • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 4:01 pm #

I loved learning about that last week.

Not only that? But per HIPAA, no one is legally allowed to ask you if you are vaccinated.

Also? It’s unconstitutional for force jab us, and plus, ESPECIALLY if it’s an experimental one. That is why they are pushing to formally approve it as non-experimental at the end of the month. To skirt these laws and even more accountability.

I assure you once employers start getting their asses sued off they will have to readjust.

        • Mountain gal May 17, 2021 at 6:46 pm #

What I keep hearing near me is that the vaxed want a way to identify the unvaxed; they want to be able to ask them if they are vaxed or not. I think just having us wear yellow stars should do it!

          • Blackbird May 18, 2021 at 12:16 pm #

A really cool way to fulfill the needs and desires of the enthusiastically vaxxed would be to add something to the shot that could be read via cellphone. Have the phone vibrate anytime a novaxx is within say, 60 feet. Of course some people will abuse this feature…

          • Ron Anselmo May 19, 2021 at 2:08 am #

How about if we wear shirts that say, “I’m not a dumbass”.

Then when they ask if you’re vaxxed or not, you can say, “Can’t you read my shirt?”

          • MaryV May 19, 2021 at 12:00 pm #

“, no one is legally allowed to ask you if you are vaccinated. ‘

Does that apply only to an employer or potential employer?
          Or to anyone?

Because the guy who runs the local film society loads up his “introductory” remarks with requests to show hands as to who has been “vaccinated” —kind of like a gung-ho camp counselor. I would love to tell him that it is illegal to ask people/me about their/my medical status and treatments.

Of course the rest of his patter is also dispensable, but that is another question entirely . . .

          • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 9:36 pm #

      • MaryV May 17, 2021 at 4:02 pm #

What they are considering at my place of work is not force-vaxxing but making life harder for those that don’t. So, the sneaky, asshole way. For instance they are saying that anyone not vaxxed will have to be tested once a week. I’m working remotely, but the second they try to force me back into an office is the day I either sue or walk.

Today I have been thinking about how to find other jab-dissenters with whom one can start a community of some kind. Or even a conversation.

I don’t don’t do social media, so the possibilities seem to be very limited. An ad in the paper? How to word it?

A few days ago I made some cloth masks for my great-nephew, to save him from the aggravation of wearing the really uncomfortable stiff synthetic masks that his mother forces on him (also all day at school). One of them is made from handkerchief cloth. He is a junior in high school and has to put up with this nonsense.

Everyone is being infantilized, and teens, who are trying to grow up, are thwarted.

        There are exceptions, of course.

Observed from a distance, another galaxy seems calm, beautiful and elegant. Up close, and in certain regions, cosmoligicsl activity is much more violent. Similarly we find oursleves, to which Jim has previously alluded, WITHIN an historical epoch. As infuriating and bewildering as some of the socio-political phenomena may appear right now, (blm, transgenderism, Police murders, contested elections, etc… they will, in retrospect (much in the future) be merely footnotes to the macro gravitational waves and gamma ray bursts which are determining human history. The main event is resource depletion which means not all 8 billion people can be permitted to exist any longer on planet Earth. Furthermore, the damage caused 150 years of reckless and unrestrained use of the PRIMARY resource (petroleum) is quite probably pushing us all to a mass extinction event. Perhaps the PTB will get their wish for widespread population reduction in any case, even if the COVID ruse fails. Or maybe they’ll just watch on as we all stupidly play into their hands and kill each other.

OMG just finding out Fauci started on the America is racist thing on Sunday.

Must be true that he’s about to go under the wheels of the bus, or he wouldn’t be babbling about systemic racism.

That won’t be enough to save him (I hope).

    • tully May 17, 2021 at 2:20 pm #

I hope you are right. I think the Nicholas Wade story in Medium about the Eco Health Alliance funds going to Wuhan gained much more traction than anyone thought. Fauci seems to have been flailing ever since.

      • abbybwood May 17, 2021 at 3:59 pm #

Having Tucker Carlson, Steve Hilton and others detailing the crimes probably isn’t helping Fauci too much.

      • Tekapo May 17, 2021 at 5:07 pm #

I hope you are right. I think the Nicholas Wade story in Medium about the Eco Health Alliance funds going to Wuhan gained much more traction than anyone thought. Fauci seems to have been flailing ever since.

I’m allergic to conspiracy theorising, and I’m a well-tuned sceptic – but even I found the Nicholas Wade paper well-reasoned and persuasive. And he has a reputation … he’s not a nutjob.

So it could well have come from a virology lab, not from the wild via a meat market, and there could be US funding involved.

However I don’t easily buy the next three steps: (1) inherent gain-of-function capacity, (2) bioweapon rather than medical purpose, or (3) deliberate release – although the Chinese didn’t stop the spread when they probably could have.

And I don’t buy the even wilder theory – that the virus is just the bait, and it’s the vaccine that is the real bioweapon for The Great Gene Change and The Great Reset and The Great Depopulation.

And has Tucker Carlson fessed up yet, and told his adoring septuagenarian audience whether he’s had the vax himself?

        • Islander May 17, 2021 at 8:40 pm #

“Tucker Carlson fessed up yet, and told his adoring septuagenarian audience whether he’s had the vax himself”

It’s none of anyone else’s business.

You are obviously one of the busybodies who is so eager to patrol others that you don’t see past the nose on your face—or the mask on your face.

It’s none of anyone else’s business.

In a normal world I would agree … however we do live in a world where evidence of vaccination will become a thing.

Anyway, a dude who spouts propaganda night after night (so I’m told) against vaccination would seem to be under some ethical obligation to disclose whether he has been vaccinated himself.

          • Islander May 18, 2021 at 10:10 am #

“Anyway, a dude who spouts propaganda night after night (so I’m told) ”

            Or so I’m told . . .
            You are lame.

To repeat: Private medical info is none of anyone else’s business. However, while we are on the subject, of farm greater relevance is wehther those working in Fauci’s agency have been vaxxed. he dodged the question with a fudge.

The public is paying for this scam on so very many levels: We have a right to see the records of the agency that is home to the Top Scammer. And Fauci’s tax returns and his own medical and travel records since 1984.

            Let’s get serious.

          • Tekapo May 18, 2021 at 5:47 pm #

And Fauci’s tax returns and his own medical and travel records since 1984.

It’s interesting how Dr Fauci has become the Great Satan – but as I have said several times, once you buy into one conspiracy theory, then you’re prone to go along with anything.

The “Covid-19 plandemic” meme has spawned a whole lot of subsets it seems. We’ve move on quite a bit from “it’s just the flu or a bad cold” from 15 months ago.

    WEll, ladies and germs;

I have seen several references to Walmart allowing those who have been vaxxed to enter their stores without wearing masks (sorry, no reference).

This, of course, will single out mask wearers (potentially) for…Sonderbehandulung. The public can then have a target to
    vent it’s outrage.

I need help from the assembled readers. I need to update the large yellow Star of David…large, crudely made and prominently displayed…however “Jude” as earlier printed thereupon needs to be updated…

I am in SoCal and rarely wear a mask. Haven’t worn one outside anywhere from the beginning. I get to the door of an establishment and dart in with my blue joke surgeon prop and as soon as I am out the door I stuff the mask into my purse.

I am 71 with silvery hair and probably most who see me assume I have had the jab cause I am a “senior”.

I am almost hoping some Karen tries to jump down my throat for not masking up. Any suggestions for a tasty comeback comment from all of youse guys and gals?

It happens the other way too. My mask use is much the same as yours, but without the internal drama. But I have a younger neighbour who started off clapping like a seal for the NHS and then morphed into believing it is all a hoax. Whatever, I avoid discussions with her because she’s usually had a few when she’s spoiling for a bit of patronising virtue signalling.

Bumped into her in the corner shop one day maskless and looking at me with disdain. So I just moved on by without giving her the chance to do her anti-mask-Karen thing on me. She can’t be properly rude to me because I’m her go-to person when she wants a loan of £20.

          • GreenAlba May 18, 2021 at 6:52 am #

Eventually. Last time she asked for a tenner for half an hour (some story about a lost bank card and the boyfriend, who lives up the road, wasn’t in) and I got it back a week or so later. (She lives on benefits – while doing bits of work she doesn’t declare – so I pay my share of her rent and all her other expenses through my taxes!).

My husband doesn’t approve of me lending her money, so she never asks when he’s around. I don’t really care – it’s small amounts – the most was £40 to get her a taxi to A&E and back because she’d twisted her knee doing yoga. I suggested she take a couple of paracetamol instead and rest it for a couple of hours, and told her A&E would probably tell her the same thing.

But we have a free health service, so numpties who pay no taxes can make free with it for truly stupid stuff. So she proceeded to A&E in a taxi and they did indeed tell her to take some painkillers, as you would.

Saw her a couple of days later skipping about with no sore knee. What am I like, she said, or words to that effect (I was tempted to tell her). Thus are health systems ground down, one entitled time-waster at a time. 🙂

Oh my, GA. You sound like a cranky conservative denouncing those welfare parasites down the street! LOL

Hey just curious. It looks like Scottish Independence is becoming an issue again. What say you? And what does that even mean? Do you keep the royals like Canada and Australia?

You know me, the crazy conspiracy nut. I think national sovereignty is mostly a sham for public consumption. The globalists know no borders. They are like “doctors without borders” only more properly “vampires without borders”.

          • GreenAlba May 18, 2021 at 10:07 am #

Well I’ve always known if I’m getting something ‘for nothing’, hm, someone else is paying for it, so if that makes me a cranky conservative, so be it. Blessed with a ‘free’ health service, my reaction is not to take the piss out of it.

            Anyway, yes, Indyref2 …

Almost definitely going to happen. Almost certainly the nats will win (emotion over reason is everywhere) and almost certainly will be an economic disaster.

            Things we will keep:

            Monarchy, I think.

Pound, possibly, but only possibly. Perhaps we will get groats or something.

Much bigger deficit than the UK as a whole (but Nicola will avoid talking about that before the Neverendum vote and will say it’s not really a deficit, it’s the English stealing our taxes, or something).

Fantasy history, as well as fantasy economics.

And worst of all, Nicola herself, who is impossible to get rid of.

            Things we will lose:

Easy commerce with our southern neighbour with whom we do 60% of our business.

The right to be a British citizen.

Excuses where things can be blamed on the English nicking our oil revenues.

Businesses, by the dozen, probably. Lots of small and medium-sized businesses have already had to open a place in the EU in order to continue trading. Same thing will happen with independence, but much worse, as more will just leave.

Or maybe there will be unicorns and sunny uplands. 🙂

Well, I’m 75 with the silvery hair. If someone were to confront me, I would feign hearing loss…approach close to the person, then recoil back, and in a loud voice exclaim “…No, I don’t have any spare change! Goddamned panhandlers”!

I read that Costco will not require masks for those who took the jab, but they will also not ask for proof. Also read that Walmart will not require masks for employees but I didn’t read if they would require proof. Just last week my hair stylist said Governor Kemp of GA had lifted the mandate for salon and restaurant workers. About the only thing he’s done right lately. And of course, in reading about all of the red states that are passing no vaccine passport laws and sanctuary gun state laws you never see Georgia in that same context. God forgive me but if we could just get rid of Atlanta we might have a chance.

        Now….with the right judge(s)…

I supported A&E 911 law suit but got flat tire enthusiasm after hearing that team lawyers charge $500/hr for the effort, even though I still admire architects and engineers for doing what they are doing. Case is bogged down, just like Assange’s.

…“the end result is a country full of people who can barely support themselves, let alone a family, and the consequent loss of all the psychological infrastructure for a society that can respect itself… who doesn’t wonder whether normal is really a thing of the past now, disappearing in the rear-view mirror?”

The concept of “normal” has been vaporized like the once-robust great manufacturing powerhouse that was America. Who knew back in the 1960s when Off-Shoring of American jobs became a thing that the end result would also be the off-loading of the American Dream and the American Spirit and the hope of having a healthy and prosperous society. The Decline of America began slowly back then – almost in secret among the masses – and then like a deranged bowling ball rushing downhill began to pick up speed as the decades passed along up to today. We now have a general public afflicted with a massive case of PTSD who instead of hoping for great things now just wishes to get through each day with at least a few crumbs left from what they started with. The American Dream became the America Scream. The Manifest Destiny has turned into Manifest Pain and Suffering.

The eternal goal of the very tiny few of the World being able to control the lives of the very many of the World is almost completely achieved. Most every aspect of our lives is now under the total control and scrutiny of a tiny few with oversized delusions of false godhood and entitlement. One may not believe the words of the Bible. But has there been a more accurate description of our current times than that written in the Book of Revelation… with The Mark of The Beast and all? And all that Tribulation stuff?

Americans have been brought up with movies and television. One of the fundamental features of these forms of communication is the Happy Ending. Why commit hours of your day to a story that just ends with doom and gloom? The audience demands the Happy Ending where all the problems are solved, the Leading Man always gets the Leading Lady, and a bright future for all is assured. Americans are not used to NOT getting the Happy Ending.

Problem is… those who are currently writing the Script For America are not intending to include that happy feature for their audience. And sadly, much of the audience has lost the will to even hope for it anymore.

Perhaps the answer is to stop sitting passively in the audience and to start writing a much better story.

Religion–at least properly, according to Christianity, if not always in practice–affirms that each individual person is a creature of incalculable dignity and glory.

Our masters would prefer that we view ourselves as mere mechanisms for eating and procreating–of no value whatsoever to ourselves, but potentially having some usefulness to them. Or not.

I tend to think that ones view of oneself is an either/or proposition that is a choice between these two alternatives.

This is what Christianity boils down to: who, or what, are you?

    2017, Philadelphians elected ‘progressive prosecutor’

“Under Krasner, Philadelphia is on track to set two city records: the lowest number of felony prosecutions in modern history and the highest number of homicides. Last year was grim enough, as a 30-year low in felony cases prosecuted coincided with 499 homicides—more than New York, which has five times the population, and one shy of the record, reached in 1990 at the height of the crack epidemic. In 2021, the body count is on track to surpass 600. In just six years, the number of homicides in Philadelphia has doubled.” !!!

SF has it’s own special prosecutor who won’t enforce the law.

Did you ever think you’d see the day prosecutors sided with criminals, and big city mayors turned their backs on their own police departments? And look at the results.

In April in New Zealand, they put a law on the books that says any doctor who tries to prescribe hydrochloroquine will be arrested and put in jail for 6 months.

But Take-a-Poo sez New Zealand is such a great place. Sounds like a police state to me.

Glad someone else here has watched it.
McC also stated that Australia has a list of medications that can get a doc thrown into jail, or delicensed, if he prescribes them.
          Criminalizing medical treatment .
          It is totally terrifying.

I would LOVE to see a debate between McC and Fauci.
He would just take him apart. And it would even be great for the advertisers!! Would draw millions. I have a feeling that there are millions out there who would love nothing better than to see Fauci destroyed, in jail, and we would never have to look at his lying weasely puss again. Sometimes I wonder whether he is safe on the street where he lives. I bet he has body guards paid for by the USG.

Do we have an American Fuellmich to take on our perpetrators?

Fuellmich makes me proud to be German (which I am anyhow)!!

I’m sure the US has a very similar list, comrade. Doctors can’t kill or maim people with impunity (immunity).

Well, my dear, I believe the Astra Zeneca vaxx is fully approved here. But I’m happy to be corrected on that.

“Is there something in the water in Scotland?”

Those who believe so call her Nessie.

          • Islander May 18, 2021 at 4:36 pm #

GA: re the AZ jab fully approved in Scotland.

Sounds like Nessie might know more than you do.

None of the gene-based shots have had full clinical trials.

            Good luck with the clots.

          • GreenAlba May 19, 2021 at 3:27 pm #

I did actually check after writing that post and saw that the approval was provisional, because of the emergency. I did say I was happy to be corrected.

The vaccines went through phase 1, 2 and 3 trials (including animal trials, on mice and macaques in the case of Pfizer, I think). These were done concurrently instead of sequentially.

Also, production was started before approval, at considerable financial risk. This was stated up front, and was the reason why the UK government bought stocks of at least 10 front-running vaccines in advance of approval. This was so that UK citizens would have vaccines at their disposal even in one or two of them – and specifically AZ – might not prove to be safe or effective.

I think you misunderstand the blood clot risk (which exists). If you didn’t get clots following the first jab, you won’t get it after the second one, let alone ages later, so your good luck wishes aren’t necessary, thank you.

And a person is between 100 and 200 times more likely to get blood clots from the contraceptive pill, so I hope you are doing your bit propagandising against that as well.

In addition, blood clots from Covid itself are 100 more prevalent than in the general population, so there’s that.

          • GreenAlba May 19, 2021 at 3:31 pm #

You could conduct trials on 40,000 people or however many you like, and wait ten years for follow up, but you are highly unlikely to come across blood clots that only appear once in a million people, unless you conduct clinical trials involving 5 million people. Good luck with that.

Blood clots are an extremely rare reaction that happens very soon after vaccination. The same 40,000 people followed up for 50 years won’t help you with that.

Apologies if this appears twice. I accidentally posted my response to GA below on Friday’s comments. Then I teied here and it acted goofy … so, sorry, GA, for having an old iPad 2.0 and exetremely finite funds. It must be awful for you.

    So a blood clot? Puh-leeze.
But I do think that even 20 years ago, without the benefit of hundreds of thousands of examples of eye-opening 4-colour imagery as I’ve had to handle every day, a blot clot would not particularly faze me. Maybe it’s a femaie thing. Maybe you need a big, fluffy psychological blanky when it comes to everyday anatomy and pathology.
    Anyway, this was your comment:
“Yuck is in the eye of the beholder, GA. Maybe it bothers me more than it does you on account of I know Satan Better than do you.”
I really need you to explain to me what in the world that means.
Because it seems to me that (if your nonsense meant anything at all) that it would mean the opposite.
You are telling me that you can comtemplate with HAPPINESS the burning for eternity of human flesh, but you are a big Jessie when it comes to a blood clot? Really?

You are correct. I chose Physics and Chemistry once Science split in Grade 10 or 11. The 3rd discipline was Biology while I studied anatomy on an extra-circular basis.

Medical shit makes me look for an Exit. Maybe it was psychological damage from being treated like a cow for weeks and weeks after suffering “the worst separated should that [the specialist] have ever seen” in 1983.

Not my thing. I remember someone in high school having a photograph of a local Saskatchewan boy who had blown his head off with a shotgun in a half ton. My peers jeered me as I was the only boy who would not look at the photograph. This was 1982ish. Way before the word “unsee” was even invented. Almost 40 years later, I am still Happy with my stand that day and that I never did see that image.

As far as knowing Satan, I can simply assure you that he is very much Real and that he rules this planet (Right now). I can’t provide a link but I know what I know. I’ve been a watcher of the fulfillment of His Word since 1981.

Everybody has to do their own Research on God v Satan.

Well it may be the Devil
Or it may be the Lord
But you’re gonna have to serve somebody

    – Bob Dylan

So, I avoid medical shit and then I look at that pic of some Hollywood alien thing that unnaturally came out of a previously healthy woman, my anger at Satan and his tactics boil over. Is that a problem?

Besides that, please stop building this strawman already, GA. I would be Happy to live under Truth & Justice after living in this crooked shithole for 56 years. Ya, a lot of evil people will get what they deserve.

But don’t blame me! It’s not my script and, when it all does unfold exactly as God has told us that it will, I will know that The Truth Really matters and that will make me very Happy indeed.

So, if you deeming that my Happiness in the Lord’s Infinite Wisdom and meted Truth & Justice is some sort of a betrayal to the scumbags that swing their dicks around this place, then so be it. Call me OG, LHB or LBH or whatever you like, GA. Let’s all enjoy our Free Speech while we still have it.

And I’d particularly like you to clarify the connection between Satan, in this instance, and the fact that the picture was of a blood clot cause by Covid19 and not by a vaccine.
Particularly in view of the fact that a person is far more likely to get such a blood clot from the disease than from the vaccine.

Gates & Faucci have been working on this since AIDS. They worked on these, what? 6? vaxxes since SARS in 2003. They off-shored the virus, released it, had the vax ready to roll and here we are.

The disease and the cure are both part of their plan.

As I indicated, GA, I had no concern as to whatever question you had asked on the previous JHK comment. I’m here for no other reason than to seek and share The Truth and to Hopefully flick a few light switches as other souls do the same.

I don’t make stuff up. I’m brutal at making shit up. Rather, I’ve gotten myself into many, many scrapes on account of my Honesty.

      OG, LHB

Well that was a lot of words to say not very much that makes any sense. It still seems that, while you agree you’re a big Jessie when it comes to a simple blood clot (I have no idea what ‘the worst separated should’ means, although it clearly involves a typo or a missing word) while the thought of burning human flesh forever doesn’t intimidate your tender psyche one bit. Calling it a straw man doesn’t change that.

It doesn’t bother me at all that you use an iPad – I’m using an old laptop that keeps crashing. But you moaned on several occasions that you had missed replies and were quite rude to me, as if I hadn’t replied. Note that you also suggested today, with your usual tedious sarcasm, that the vaxx might clean my car or pick up my dry cleaning, as if you knew that I had a car (I don’t) or that I buy stuff that needs dry cleaning (I don’t, either). Those are odd comments to make for a person with extremely finite funds. Perhaps our experience of extremely finite funds is rather different.

Calling it a straw man doesn’t change that.

Perhaps I am squeamish of medical shit because of the way that I was treated like a slab of beef for weeks after suffering what the zero-bedside-manner old fart specialist Dr. told me was “the worst separated shoulder that [he had] ever seen.” Having the pin removed was the worst 5 minutes of my life while that old fart didn’t waste even the standard freezing on me.

I don’t know and it should not matter. What? The medically squeamish can’t logically discuss the Word of God? That’s sure exclusionary.

You keep not getting it, GA. It is not the 90%+ people deservedly burning in Hell for all eternity that makes me Happy and I never said that Hell does not intimidate me. I spend most of my time defending shit that you say I mean while I do not.

Just the opposite is True. Hell intimidates more than anything. You keep building strawman after strawman for me while I let you speak for yourself. So there’s that.

The multitudes will be sentenced to burn in Hell for all eternity as God has instructed us. That’s not my fault. That’s not my reaponsibility. You blame the messenger while I’ve absolutely no control over any of this. I am a watcher.

It doesn’t bother me at all that you use an iPad – I’m using an old laptop that keeps crashing. But you moaned on several occasions that you had missed replies and were quite rude to me, as if I hadn’t replied.

I never moaned. I Just told you that I don’t scroll that far back and have no search functionality.

I wasn’t rude. I added more to an existing comment of mine and then you blew a complete gasket about time zones and having a life in a completely unexpected and unnecessary tirade.

Sarcasm to the point of absurdity is a trait I acquired my from 1/4 Irish ancestry (Mother’s Mother’s family). I cracked the joke and never once thought if car-ownership actually applies to you, GA. It was a joke with the intent of demonstrating that your speculation of bonus common cold protection from your jab is possible notwithstanding the vast majority of vax side-effects are, in fact, negative rather than positive.

I spent 22 years on Bay Street (Canada’s Wall Street). I know of having my dry-cleaning dropped-off and picked-up for me. I know leasing brand new Jeep Grand Cherokees and Honda Pilots. I grossed over $6,000,000 circa 1992-2016.

I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen rain
I seen sunny days that I thought would never end

        – James Taylor

I had attained financial security by age 50 and had it stolen from me by crooked Ontario Family Law by age 52.

Don’t be personal and you won’t get personal back.

One’s credibility is about as personal as we can possibly get here on CFN, GA. You abstain from the ridiculousness of 3 skyscrapers being pulverized by 2 airplanes 1 Tuesday. Philip Zelikow is on the case again and you abstain from his last World-altering cover-up while saying this one’s on the up and up.

The attempt to construct a stabilizing narrative around “normal” versus “new normal” reminds me of the Lost episode in which survivors have finally gotten off the island and are deciding what sort of story they will tell when they are found–in order to protect those still on the island, etc. But the problem is the island has disappeared, and disappeared before their very eyes; the premise of any story–true or false–they want to tell is unverifiable.

The stock market is making people feel rich, and the consensus forecast is for 6-8 percent real GDP growth this year. Times are about to get really good. Try embracing a little bit of optimism. You may find that you like it.

USA is a debt based place.

      USA in 1970, richest country.

60 years later, USA is the most indebted in recorded her story.

      • Enough Already May 17, 2021 at 5:28 pm #

First off, debt levels were higher during WWII than they are now. Second, the world is willing to lend us money on very good terms for long periods of time. If one can borrow at 2 percent for thirty years and use that money to invest in something that has a higher rate of return than 2 percent, it is wise to borrow that money. Third, the cost of debt service is what matters, and that figure remains very reasonable.

What do you suppose will happen to the cost of debt service as a percentage of GDP when the economy grows 6-8 percent this year?

the world is willing to lend us–who is this us?

Pete Schiff is a billionaire. right? You wish you had his crystal ball.

Peter Schiff is a billionaire? Can you provide a source for that?

          Titanic passenger:
“why focus on the hole in the ship? Boat is state-of-art and beautiful! The view is divine. The musicians are playing! Dinner is prepared and desert as well! Chill out with the sinking shit would ya?”

          • Enough Already May 17, 2021 at 9:16 pm #

I would argue that the analogy is more like you guys shouting at each other without stop that every single ship is the Titanic. The ship we’re on ain’t perfect, for sure. It needs some patching up, but right now, the ship is righting itself and we’re bailing out the water.

You can be bearish all you want. That’s your business. I’ll keep putting my money every pay period into an S&P500 index fund, just like I’ve been doing for thirty years. Let’s check in in 10 years (or twenty or thirty) and see where we stand. I’ll bet my money has grown a lot faster than yours.

Being pessimistic may make you feel like you’re smarter than the rest of us, but it’s not doing any favors for your wallet, is it? Be honest.

          • gustafson.robert.22 May 17, 2021 at 11:39 pm #

No need for conflict between investing this play-money conventionally and simultaneously believing the ship is sinking. What else would you do with this fake money (if you have a satisfactory place to live in a location you feel good about)?

In the meantime, the one who thinks the global economy will survive and one who thinks it will fall apart in 2 or 3 decades might look and live, on the outside, very similarly.

And don’t assume “doomers” and “pessimists” are the same..

What do you mean by “play money?” I have never found that I have had any difficulty whatsoever exchanging U.S. currency for goods and services.

[…] the world is willing to lend us money on very good terms for long periods of time. If one can borrow at 2 percent for thirty years and use that money to invest in something that has a higher rate of return than 2 percent, it is wise to borrow that money.

Nothing wrong with that statement, however the trillions that the US is borrowing are not being used to build factories and all the other smart stuff you need to make a 5% return on your 2% cost.

The money is being used to pay for basic stuff … to repair public infrastructure, pay public sector wages, pay down local government debt, or is otherwise handed out to people in order for them to survive a bit longer.

It’s not often invested in value-adding activity. It’s a sunk cost.

          • Enough Already May 18, 2021 at 4:22 am #

A lot of the stuff we’re investing in right now has a ROR significantly higher than 2 percent over 30 years. Early childhood education, for example, has a ROR of hundreds of percent over a lifetime.

As do things like basic income, SNAP benefits, etc. for low-income people. War, not so much, although there are no doubt economic windfalls from military spending domestically. If you count the intellectual property that emerges from military spending, the ROR is probably stunning.

I agree entirely, that investment in early childhood (and much else) are “very good things” to do – who could not? And lots of other hippie stuff besides.

But that wasn’t the point you were making – you were talking about cold hard cash – borrow at 2%, invest at 5%, and make a profit. That is a very rare beast.

The best thing they could do would to build 20 excellent state-of-the-art gas-fired power stations, and maybe a dozen nuclear ones … and sack John Kerry and all the climate wrist-slashers.

It really is fucking nonsense. We need reliable electricity, and renewables CANNOT deliver it – plus the human contribution to CO2 concentrations are really trivial.

          • Enough Already May 18, 2021 at 8:22 am #

I actually was making that very point. In terms of hard dollars and cents, an investment in early childhood education, for example, has a higher return than 2 percent. Take a look at the paper that I sent you. The numbers are pretty stark. It’s anywhere from a 400 percent to 800 percent return on investment over the course of a lifetime. The only difference is that the return comes in the form of things like increased tax revenue and from not having to spend money on welfare, prison, etc.

Why do you think that human beings’ contribution to carbon emissions is negligible? It’s true that there’s an awful lot of carbon cycling naturally through our planet’s systems, but we’re the only ones digging sequestered carbon out from deep under the earth and emitting that particular store of carbon into the atmosphere. In other words, our digging sequestered carbon and burning it is the only additional carbon in the system. How do you explain the 50 percent increase in carbon in the atmosphere since the Industrial Revolution, the fastest increase in all of geological history by far? You seem to trust the science on vaccinations. Why not with climate science?

Also, the government doesn’t invest in power plants. That’s the private sector’s job. And the private sector is investing in renewables because that’s where they can make the most money, not because they want to save the planet. It’s true that it’s tough to get to 100 percent intermittent renewable energy systems. We’ll probably be burning some natural gas to balance the renewables for some time to come. That said, I’m extremely optimistic on the science and commercial viability of green hydrogen. I think that’s the technology that could very well make a 100 percent renewable energy system technically and commercially possible.
