When you think of the US Supreme Court, it’s probably the image of its august Greco-Roman façade, expressing the conjoined ideas of democracy (ancient Greece) and a republic (classical Rome). Or else, you might imagine the grand courtroom inside — always featured in drawings, because photos aren’t allowed — which is the ultimate performance space for the law of the land. But there must be quite a backstage area, offices for the justices and their clerks, and surely some kind of boardroom, or even a comfy lounge full of overstuffed leather club chairs, a fireplace, and a sideboard with the cut-crystal sherry bottle. Would you suppose that the nine justices, or, at least the two divisions of them, get together there and palaver informally over dockets and cases? I would.

Now imagine they are palavering over the current case at hand brought by Texas with what… eighteen other states now, plus the president, in for backup? Is the court really reluctant to take the case, as the media gossip says? Maybe. But if they do take it, would they eventually rule to not disturb the current disposition of the election — even as alleged to be rife with ballot fraud — out of fear of venturing into a constitutional wilderness, as other gossip has it? Maybe. But what happens then…?

Hey, whatever you think of Donald Trump, he has been POTUS for four years, with access to a whole lot of non-public information about his colleagues in government, including who among them have been playing footsie with the tentacles of China, and lots more. Accordingly, and prompted by four years of non-stop seditious harassment by a deranged Democratic Party, would you suppose he had a plan to meet some version of what played out on November 3? I would.

I would suppose, for instance, that Mr. Trump’s military intelligence allies saw, in real time on election night, all the packets of internet data that Dominion vote tabulation machines in the USA sent across the Atlantic to the Dominion server lodged in the CIA’s Frankfurt, Germany, cyberwarfare station. This, you understand, when those Dominion machines in the USA were forbidden by law to be connected to the Internet. If you’re a regular reader here, you will recall the recent report of a US Army special forces operation going into the Frankfurt CIA station directly after the election and seizing servers there. Assume that they underwent forensic dissection afterward. If you were President DJ Trump, would you suspect that the CIA might be playing dangerous games with you (and by extension, the nation)? Are you aware that China has a 75 percent investment stake in the holding company that now owns Dominion? Are there grounds to suppose that China somehow interfered in the election? With assistance from an eager Democratic Party and the CIA?

Would Mr. Trump, of all people, let such a thing stand? Especially considering the evidence that the putative “winner” of the election, Joe Biden, the kid from Scranton, PA, was up to his eyeballs, with the rest of his family, in Chinese funny-money? (Not to mention money from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and other lands?) Note: information about this evidence gleaned from Hunter Biden’s forgotten laptop was deliberately suppressed in October by the major newspapers and cable news stations, with help from Facebook, Twitter, and Google, along with a claque of “fifty former and current intel officials” led John Brennan, who denounced the reports from The New York Post in a public letter as “Russian disinformation” — yet another seditious conspiracy among the swamplings.

Are you aware that in the weeks since the election there have been unusual movements of US military aircraft around the country, including C-130 “Hercules” troop carrier planes? And that the navy has two carrier groups out along the Pacific Coast and three strung along the Atlantic coast? That’s what I hear. Remember, the president cleaned house at the top of the Pentagon this fall, and probably not for nothing. Sounds like preparation for something… some extraordinary executive action to prevent the national security risk known as Joe Biden from being sworn-in as president — in the absence of anything else in a strictly constitutional way that would keep that from happening, like a Supreme Court decision that would order the rare passing on of the disputed 2020 election to the House of Representatives for resolution, with a strong statistical likelihood that the body would re-elect Mr. Trump.

These are the sorts of things I imagine the Supreme Court justices might be palavering about and weighing over their sherry in the comfortable back room of their august clubhouse. There is, of course, the likelihood that such a momentous decision to send the vote to the House would provoke a violent, batshit crazy response from the Democratic Party’s street warriors, BLM and Antifa — thus the C-130 flights perhaps deploying troops around the country. This time, expect the Black Blocs to get their asses kicked, and swiftly. Expect also a mind-blowing raft of arrests of political celebrities on charges like treason. Does it sound like a bad dream? Yeah, kind of does. But there it is.

      Ever noticed when you are having a wacky dream and a cliff shows up while you are running and you get there and realize you’ll just have to jump and when you do some character or force saves you?

      Then you wake up and say, “God, that was the weirdest dream.”

      In the case of the election, if Trump and those who support The Republic and The Constitution win at the Supreme Court the matters will probably be thrown back to the various state legislators where they will have to choose the Electors themselves. Blood may run in the aisles of some state houses from the brawls that break out. I would leave the ties at home.

      If either the states overturn fraudulent voting and send Trump Electors to Congress or the SC orders Congress to decide the election, that “force or character” that saves us in our dreams will be the truth.

      But in order for the truth to be seen by the People, many forces will have to be overcome to make that happen. Brennan and his ilk at CNN, MSDNC, ABC, NBC, Wapo, NYT, Twitter and Facebook will have to be forced to show the evidence The Supreme Court based it’s findings on. Somehow, the censorship will have to be stopped possibly by Presidential Executive Order? Section 230 protections stopped for Big Tech?

      I believe the truth will be freedoms most important ally in this fight, but the MSM and Big Tech will have to have their noses cut off to get it to the American people in time to stop riots, looting, burning and chaos in our streets.

        The aircraft carriers that JHK mentioned – likely were typically found around the Middle East – since J. Carter and earlier.

        Bringing them to the US now inspires that not much oil remaining there for the US to worry about – long term?

        The little recoverable oil will be taken care by Europe using tools like, Russia, China, Iran and Turkey, maybe?

        Seriously, the Americas didn’t need to deplete their fossil fuels within a globalised system like our post WW II – so quickly, but rather conserving them for longer-term local consumption – without that quickly expiring disastrous globalisation.

        Now all humanity might be pushed to play an Energy Huger Game on steroid, maybe.

    You forget to mention that a Biden administration ensures the destruction of the Supreme Court. Those 9 justices wield a lot of power and probably do not want that power diluted by each administration adding more and more justices.

    If the Supreme Court doesn’t fix this mess then they, themselves, face destruction. That is what they are talking about in their back rooms.

      I totally agree Nickel. Being 1of only 9 is far superior than being 1 of 15 or 17 or… That and ALL the lies and crap the Dems put Thomas and Gorsuch and Kavanaugh through during their nomination hearings. I don’t know how much say/sway Robert’s has in the decision of whether or not to hear the case. Either way, I totally agree with JHK….the military option is Trump’s last move. There is no way he simply walks away knowing that the Dems will continue to “investigate “ him and ruin his life and those of his family. He cannot back down from the fraud and treason. Bring on the SpecOps now reporting directly to Chris Miller instead of the Pentagon.

      If there is one thing Roman Catholics value it is institutional stability. The Supreme Court is essentially Roman Catholic now and Joe Biden is at least nominally so. The easiest think for the SC to do now is reject the Texas lawsuit and not rock the boat for a couple of years. They take a very long view, so there is no hurry if they have a conservative “agenda”. Court packing will not be at the top of the Biden action item list next year unless there is a provocation.
      As for aircraft carriers, the sailors are still furious with the Trump administration for the lousy treatment Captain Crozier received when he had to beg for help on the USS Theodore Roosevelt. The military, which is now only approximately 50% white male, will not necessarily jump at the chance to aid in overturning an election. It’s not something they train for.
      Maybe its time to move on to something that is actually happening, like the implosion of the fracking and coal industries and the energy hegemony the Saudis and Russians will have when the frackers have all gone bankrupt and nobody wants to bail them out.

        Dude, Fracking is not an industry. It’s a methodology whereby oil and gas producers can extract more hydrocarbon without drilling more wells. It happens well below the water table…thousands and thousands of feet below, and poses no serious harm to anything in spite of liberal meltdowns over the process. Try harder. Seriously.

While they no doubt thought voting with Biden’s “win” was the safest way to go, since that might keep the armies of Antifa from swarming America’s streets and murdering innocent people and sacking its cities while placating the media, they’re beyond stupid if they think their actions will keep Schmuck Schumer, Bribery Joe and the gang from stacking the judiciary with proto-communists. Considering Dictionary.com recently changed the definition of court packing to something innocuous, no doubt adding 8 looney lefties to the Court will be portrayed as a positive development.     And don’t forget that the DOD just recently announced the bringing back of death by firing squads, guillotines, and lethal injections for traitors, etc. My personal preference is for the guillotines: imagine the heads of demonic entities such as adam shiff, hilldabeast, and brennan, just to name a very small percentage of candidates, rolling off the platform. Ready the popcorn and beer, as it should all be televised (but probably not). 🙂

      Hey Doc – I heard about the possible resumption of the firing squad (actually MUCH more humane than the slow suffocation of the gas chamber or lethal injection, let alone the horrific “old sparky”) but the guillotine??

      BTW, the presence of a coupla flattop groups along both coasts is indicative of absolutely fuck-all. They’d be absolutely useless assets in curbing civil insurrection (and forbidden by Posse Comitatus anyway).

        Aircraft carriers carry lots of fighter jets. Ever behold a low altitude fighter jet flyover? Shock and awe on steroids. And regarding Posse Comitatus, I’m sure it would present no impediment depending on the legal classification of the reason for the action. Dealing with sedition, treason and insurrection are not in the realm of traditional law enforcement.

          You make a good point about applicability of the PC Act… We get to that point and it’s not law enforcement but Civil War v2.0

            Blue, you’re spot on about the inefficiency, but certainly you would agree about the shock and awe effect which can readily deflate enthusiasm for mob action. Back in the 1950’s the US Air Force would fly fighters over German towns and villages. It was a very effective reminder that they had lost the war and that they were being observed. Think of it as a underlined message in bold type.

        It appears to me that since the MSM knew about the federal criminal investigations of Hunter Biden and James Biden two years ago that when The New York Post Hunter Biden laptop scandal broke along with the Bobulinski interview naming Joe as “The Big Guy”, they had to censor it all in order to get Harris in as President.

        Now that Safe Harbor Day has come and gone they mistakenly believe the waters are calm and Biden will have to step down soon to give it to Harris. Everyone knows she was roundly rejected in the primaries and never would have made it on her own. She is Barack Obama with a $5000 pantsuit and a cackly laugh.

        This was a well-planned coup by the MSM/Big Tech and the corrupt DNC against Trump to sneak in a candidate no one wants.

        Harris and Co. may think the harbor waters are now “safe” but they are apparently oblivious to the giant NorEaster that is about to topple their criminal pirate ships.

      You are loosing sight of the bigger picture. Despicable as they are, the shiffs, hildabeasts,,obombers, chenys, brennans and clappers of the world are mere servants of the few thousand Malignant Overlords like Bezos who own almost all the capital, resources, and power in the USA.

      I favor a much more humane solution than yours. Hypersonic weapons have rendered American aircraft carriers worthless from a military standpoint. So let’s anchor them offshore far beyond swimming distance and chum up every Great White shark within 500 miles to circle nearby. Then contract with Cheny’s old company Haliburton to stock them with a lifetime supply of C rations. Round up the richest 1,000 Malignant Overlords,and every politician and lobbyist who is their property and send them all to a permanent floating exile.

    I’d never thought I’d say it, but a military coup as JHK outlined may be necessary to a degree, and purely because the American public is too divorced from critical thinking to see how they are being used as masses of lemmings for multiple purposes.

    Check out Jimmy Dore’s channel daily for how braindead, cucked, and lacking any scruples the media, government, and other various talking heads are. This well-dressed idiot brigade is a symptom of the public’s cowardice and compliance.

    Some are alleging that the dead voted for Biden. I believe it, but not because it’s a form of voter fraud. I just think it’s identity politics in action, and that the dead recognize Biden as one of their fellow decedents. I think he died a couple years ago and someone forgot to tell him, and the ballots cast by the dead (via Ouija board planchette) are the deads’ way of trying to tell him go home. Go to your eternal rest, Joe, in the ever-warm sanctuary of Hades. Hunter will be joining you in a couple years after the combined effects of a crack binge and a prolapsed rectum give him cardiac arrest.

See, my dad, my uncles, all boomers, just dismiss anything I say about the current situation with “well, “Time” magazine says…”. Because it was once good, balanced and fair, they assume that’s still the case. And NYT, and Reuters, and BBC. That’s not the case. That hasn’t been the case in a long time. They are propaganda and psyops, but they do have huge captive audiences that still believe them.

Trump will continue efforts to question the results and deligitimize the Biden administration and further his aims, whatever they might be. The Republicans will be glad to be rid of Trump and try to move on from his spell. The next four years will see even more deconstruction of the ‘Republic’ and life will be even more tenuous for the public. Then, there will be a very serious implosion of the global financial system and all bets are off.

      Something like that. It is near certain that SCOTUS will walk away from the Texas case no matter how many red states join. I don’t think any of the conservative judges on the court would muster the courage to blow up the election swindle, even if there was a prima facie constitutional case. If I were to bet I would say that the court will hear it and decide by a great majority that the only admissible complainant in a case of unconstitutional change of a state’s election rules would be the state’s legislature. As for a military coup, well, it’s like Jim says, life is really like bad dream. Sometimes.

      This has been a point of frustration since Russiagate started falling apart.

      There have been so many promises on the part of nearly every conservative talking head, congressman, social media personality, that justice is coming. We have heard it for months. But not even the smallest of crimes has gone punished. McCabe lied under oath. That’s a crime. No justice.

      Either those in D.C. are hopelessly corrupt, or even the good guys simply will not act.

      It will take a popular uprising for anything to change. But in a society that is constantly distracted by social media and stupid shows on Netflix, I don’t know if that’s even possible.

    The current state of affairs is certainly the stuff of nightmares. The endless tossing and turning struggling to find that lost set of keys (truth) or evading monsters (the democrats). The abject fear of being consumed alive (the plandemic). Yet, each awakening brings more horror, instead of breathless relief.

    I’m out of invectives to express my contempt for those who supported this circumstance. I can no longer suspend my disbelief over the utter betrayal of my country, and me. I cannot regain my composure, my patience and my compassion towards the young people and blacks who have turned my sincere belief in MLK’s dreams to dust with their disingenuous and violent actions, as they, more than anyone have been used to inflict this blunt force trauma on our America.

    Now I am cornered. That place where Sun Tzu essentially says, “if you fight with all your might, there is a chance of life; where as death is certain if you cling to your corner.”

    None of the horrible things the left cried about in 2016 came to pass. DJT was not a bad president. He did good things for our country, and for ALL American people. That is has been relentlessly besieged by an overwhelming array of powerful people since day one, is enough to convince me that something larger is afoot, and that DJT was just in the way. And this doubles the angst against those who served as useful idiots to the left’s cause.

    Then there’s China. They’re playing an active role, they are providing direction and support to the left and their minions. Aiding and abetting, if you will, the left’s treason.

    Whatever comes, know this, “if you fight with all your might, there is a chance of life; where as death is certain if you cling to your corner.”

    Chinese advice, the irony is astounding.

    Brother Kunstler is in these times of turmoil, a beacon of optimism. And surely such is much needed when surrounded by blatant pessimism.

    In the face of so many disappointments, many beginning with hopes for justice by way of Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid aka, Barr and Durham, swept into the house of Quislings, who among us does not need a bit of optimistic conjecture?

    For this alone we should thank our proprietor.

    And yet, in our heart of hearts we realize that the results of these sordid times are quite unlikely to represent justice. Along with the demoralizing recognition that the corrupted system is beyond repair.

    In a reality based world reasonable people would sense that ahead lies two choices only: a Constitutional convention to either redesign into a functional system devolving political power downward or part ways on respectful terms; contrasted with continuing more nasty, dangerous, debilitating national strife.

    Alas, finding reasonable people may prove as difficult as the search for justice.

        So no, JHK is not IMO, calling for a coup by the military but rather, not so subtlety recognizing what has at best been an ongoing illegal, seditious attempt by a political party to act in continuous, ongoing bad faith to suborn an election result they were unhappy with.

    The SCOTUS’ function is to interpret. Their job is to ascertain whether the actions of the “other two groups of idiots” are violating the Constitution.

    Putting them in the position they are in now is a strong signal of how dysfunctional the “other two” are.

    SCOTUS is not going to heal this country, their decision, whatever it is, is going to cause an eruption of philosophical zeal unmatched in American history.

    Compromise is dead. Separation, or destruction of one side is the next step. Same oh, same oh!!

    One thing is for sure, the Leftist group will advance the goals of the global forces. I guess if you believe that the UN is a better decision maker for your life than the US government, than you belong to the Left side.

    I do not envy those “Justices” who care about the Republic. For those who see the office as a lever to “set the world right” I have neither empathy nor sympathy. They are fools living in a fantasy world.

    I think it most likely that a theft did occur, but I would like to see the evidence aired in court. If a theft stands, then nothing stands between the thieves and total power but the eventual, inevitable, corruption power brings.

      If they hear the evidence, especially as it relates to Dominion, China, Germany etc. I don’t see how they could uphold their oaths by letting such evidence slide and be buried.

      Speaking of C-130’s flying. I live not very far from a large National Guard base. There are no C-130’s stationed there. The C-130’s have been flying training missions all day long and into the night in my area. Mostly touch and goes and flying in circles. but they have never trained there to this degree.     An interesting sign- my local libraries have been pushing the COVID 1984 hysteria for all it’s worth.

    This time around, with the “second wave” or whatever they are claiming, just in time to keep us from talking to one another about the fraudulent election, they have altered the wording just slightly to one of their emergency edicts.

    We are once again not allowed to physically enter the buildings, due to a rise in “positive tests” for the bat flu.

    I would have put “positive tests” in bold italics if I could have. That wording is significant.

    All evidence to the contrary, there aren’t a bunch of cretins running the show over there. These people cannot have failed to grasp that the surge in ‘cases’ the MSM keeps claiming do not equal people actually sick with the virus. Not with the testing method they are using, they don’t.

    It looks to me like the libraries are “getting out in front” of the potential revelation of the massive fraud that underlies the lucrative testing scam.

    I have a hard time explaining to people about the tests, even to very open-minded people. They just can’t grasp that this could go on in plain sight with nobody calling it out.

    This Supreme Court does not seem convivial, as demonstrated be recent scathing descents. Roberts and the remaining liberal justices have been throwing some serous shade on the newest jurists. It remains to be seen how beholding Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh feel. If their weight tips the scales in favor of letting the Texas suit derail the Electoral College count on Monday it could trigger a constitutional crisis. I guess we will see if we can, as Ben Franklin famously suggested, keep the republic.

    Let’s assume Biden is certified as the president-elect. Given the current state of anything newsworthy instantly becoming political…what are the odds now that anyone who speaks out against anything related to future voter fraud is cast aside without a thought and lumped in with the “crazy conspiracy theorists?”

    Simple logic in support of the law will become treasonous.

    Another clear example is the Texas lawmaker who wants to strip down castle doctrine to the point that you should be required to exhaust all options including fleeing (or attempting to flee) your residence before being legally able to use lethal force if a criminal breaks into your home to steal something (or whatever else they may have in mind). Because “stealing isn’t worth a death sentence” (which I can’t argue with, but how the hell are you to know at 2am if the person is just in need of your flat screen to pay their rent?)

    I’m more concerned about the 6-10% of the criminals that are pathological. The instances when they have no intention of just taking something from you…but intend to rape, murder and maim. We are now attempting to protect the criminals over the law-abiding.

    Orwell was clearly well-informed of the game to come…he nailed it.

        Got together to play golf in June, I suck, no biggie. There are carts, laughs and beer. All good. But within 20 minutes someone brought up George Floyd and what’s wrong with us all. One of my more conservative buddies just asked a question about the details of the situation and was “politely” shouted down by another friend regarding “how would you understand that?” I did my best to calmly say “You haven’t even let him finish his question.” He backed down and we went on with our fine day. But it’s weird to be on eggshells for shit over which we have no control.

        I have had people come unglued on me face to face screaming red faced hysterical essentially frothing but I am a large guy and most people don’t want any part of a physical confrontation.
        I say face to face what I say here I start nice and go straight up.

        Surfing is at times a very confrontational sport I have never been worried about telling someone when they messed up and have had a gun pulled on me while letting someone know what they did wrong and how to go about not doing so again.
        Same with politics I point out facts and people don’t like it they can shut the hell up.

I heard about a story that happened in the 90’s at Hollywood by the sea, local enforcer beat some guy up. Instead of doing nothing he actually called the police. Guy got arrrested and was told he could no longer surf there. He still did, apparently he got arrested again and went to jail. Was that you?? Just kidding, or maybe it was? I’m not a fan of localism, I mean, it works that’s for sure, but I just think it’s gross. Localism was worse in the 70’s. Just came back from a trip north surfed Jordyn River in BC, another spot that i heard was very local. Actually had a great time and found the locals to be great. Gotta be a courteous surfer.

            Yeah, I have a Charter Arms, it’s the Target Bulldog model .38/.357. You’re right it’s not too bad. Nobody would mistake it for a S&W, then again I paid only about $329. for it (10 years ago) I remember at the time it was kind of hard to locate one, what i had to do is drive the plant in Shelton and they put me on the right track. The place wasn’t too big, just a small machine shop. I don’t put many .357s thru it, just .38s. hoping it will hold together longer.

There has been enough time for appeals to take the show to a next level that would allow examinations of machines, validation and counting of mail-in envelopes, and testimony of witnesses under cross examination.         This is a feature of collective fantasy. It seems that they get so carried away in their ‘dream’ that they do not think about later consequences. It seems to be an intoxication.

        Now I must think of some examples. Here goes.

        1 Christian Drosten, whose team in Berlin developed the infamous virus test, within days of learning of developments in Wuhan (via social media), was the subject of dogged amateur enquiries as to his doctoral thesis. There was no record of it. Then suddenly, it showed up together with a shaggy dog story about a flood where all the copies had been damaged and with several serious irregularities, making it look as if the universities were covering up for him. Then it turns out he did not need to write a thesis at all because there was a new regulation that allowed three published articles to substitute. Trouble is, this regulation came in after he supposedly wrote his thesis, he was only a secondary author in at least one of the three articles and, of course, why did he bother to write a thesis if he did not need to?

        2 Dr Andrew Wakefield was struck off by the GMC in the biggest and longest case it ever took. So was leading world authority on children’s gastric illness Prof. John Walker-Smith. The latter got funding to fight his case (Wakefiled could not) and won. The judgment was scathing of the GMC. It had failed to have due regard to the Prof’s expert testimony and was guilty of “wrong reasoning”. Wrong reasoning!

        3 Cases taken against high-profile figures in moral panics (eg Cardinal Pell, Bishiop Bell, Fr Paul Shanley and Portugues ‘Mr Television’ Carlos cruz) routinely are laughably shaky. Three of the four accusers of Shanely (in the Boston scandal) saw their cases collapse and be withdrawn on the eve of the trial while the fourth witness had to be persuaded to proceed. 42 counts against Cruz were withdrawn during the trial because they did not stand up And so on and so on.

        4 Michael Mann’s hockey stick graph (random data churned out hockey sticks 999 times out of a thousand), Niall Frerguson’s model predicting half a million ‘Covid’ deaths in Britain was equally amateurish, using an obsolete spreadsheet and riddled with data. Drosten’s test (on which about 70% of tests are based around the world) was rushed and riddled with errors. The short spike in mortaity around the world was most likely down to medical error: the anti-virals and other treatments were killing patients. (The same thing happened with AZT and AIDS: those who refused the drug survived.) It looks like the WHO made a terrible blunder in its guidance (under the ‘Reovery’ study, which was carried out in hospitals in April, in GB, France, Belgium, Brazil and elsewhere) in that four times the lethal dose of DCQ was given (it seems that they had mixed it up with dioxyquinoline, which is used in larger doses for quite separate diseases.)

        I could keep this up all night.

        No, bungling and amateurishness are part and parcel of collective fantasy. In the present case the fantasy is directed against the demonized Orange Man.

        Both Christian [female] and Newsom [male] were raped. Newsom is believed to have been raped inside Davidson’s house. According to the testimony of the Knox County Acting Medical Examiner, Newsom was sodomized with an object and raped by a person. He was then taken to a set of railroad tracks where he was murdered.

        Prosecutors believe a mangled dog leash found on a hillside leading up to the railroad tracks was used to force Newsom to walk to his death. When Newsom was murdered, his hands were bound behind his back and his feet were bound together. He was blindfolded with a bandana and gagged with a sock. He wore only a shirt, t-shirt, and underwear. Newsom was shot in the back of the head, the neck, and the back. The fatal shot was fired with the muzzle of the gun against his head above his right ear and severed his brain stem. After killing Newsom, the assailants set his body on fire.

        Christian was held prisoner inside Davidson’s house, mostly in the north bedroom. Prosecutors believe Coleman held Christian captive while the male offenders were murdering Newsom.

        The medical examiner testified that Christian died after hours of sexual torture, sustaining traumatic brain injuries and suffering severe injuries to her vagina, anus, and mouth due to repeated sexual assaults. Her injuries were consistent with being raped with an object.

        According to the medical examiner, the sexual attack Christian endured was “extreme” and “much more than a simple sexual assault.” Prosecutors believe that Christian was tied to a chair and orally raped by Davidson and Cobbins.

        Christian was also anally and vaginally raped. She was also beaten and kicked in her vagina and beaten on the head. Christian suffered extensive hemorrhaging to her head and vaginal area. Additionally, Christian suffered bruises and carpet burns on much of her body.

        Before killing her, in an effort to remove DNA evidence, Christian’s attackers poured bleach down her throat and scrubbed her body, including her bleeding and battered genital area with it.

        Christian was bound in a hog-tied fashion with curtains and strips of bedding. Her face was tightly covered with a small trash bag and her body was stashed in five large trash bags.

        Christian, who was naked except for her camisole and sweater, was tied in a fetal position and placed inside a residential waste disposal unit and covered with sheets. The medical examiner testified at trial there was evidence that Christian slowly suffocated to death.

        Christian died between the afternoon of January 7 and the afternoon of January 8. As Christian was suffocating to death, Davidson left to spend time with his girlfriend and gave her Christian’s personal items. Davidson also used Newsom’s cellphone and was seen wearing Newsom’s shoes.

You, and others, may have a hard time understanding my position. Look, if you want to say all is well with the planet, and mention the dinosaurs went extinct, you have a right to that. I don’t think all is well. I don’t think global warming is the biggest issue we face. Nature can deal with that. Global warming can be monetized and used to promote totalitarian agendas, thus Greta, Paris, etc. But deforestation, pollution, fisheries depletion, and yes, mass extinctions are real issues. My 2¢: if we were less, we’d have a lot more room to use and abuse our only home without catastrophic consequences. Nobody wants to talk about it. But the main reason of the environmental disaster that large chunks of the Earth have become is “too many of us”. Not so much here in the US. We’re not overpopulated yet, in most of the country. But everyone in the world wants to consume at the same clip, and that’s simply not sustainable. We’ll buy us time to re-adapt to the reality of a finite, exhausted planet if we can find a way to reduce the population significantly over a couple of generations. Also useful would be a renaissance of Stoic thought, frugality, grow-your-own and do-it-yourself. Fat chance, I know.

      1. Have you read the pleadings? It is the plainest of black-letter law. It says, as plain as day, that only legislatures can make electoral law.

      The illegalities in the four states have been substantial. Plaintiff has been severely injured.

      There must be a remedy. And there will be. The vote will be sent back to the legislatures.

      2. Members of SCOTUS devoted their entire lives to climbing the greasy pole to become Justices. They lived for that and that alone.

      It is about the power to make electoral law.

      In the states, only legislatures can make electoral law. Not Governors, Secretaries of States, Election Commissions, judges or justices, lawyers in private consent decrees, nor local officials such as county clerks.

      None of these people or groups can make or change or waive election laws.

      There is nothing here for the SCOTUS to debate. They will rule for Texas.

      When they signed onto the Constitution all of the states agreed to be bound by its rules. One of its rules were that only legislatures can make election law.

      Certain states flout that rule. They allow any kind of other person or body, to make, change, or waive electoral laws.

      Yet other states have no interest in preventing that?

      This implies nothing less than the end of the Union.

        Kunstler, from just the other day in case you need a refresher:

        An awful lot has been churning in the deep background for months before the election. Mr. Trump was onto the mass write-in vote scam enabled by the media-assisted hysteria over Covid-19. The wheels of genuine US intel against national security threats still turned in spite of whatever Deep State perfidy had been aimed at Mr. Trump himself from Day One in office, and the president made use of his own private counter-intel hackers to suss out the game — which was finally to overthrow him by ballot fraud. The result was Executive Order 13848 issued in September 2020, which specified foreign interference in elections as “an unusual and extraordinary threat to national security” and laid out some pretty stringent remedies.

        The main one was a requirement for the top executive agencies — DOJ, DOD, Homeland Security, Treasury plus the Director of National Intelligence (Mr. Ratcliffe) — to deliver an assessment within 45 days of the election. We’re now in the sweet-spot of that 45-day delivery period when something has to pop. Looks a little like the AG, Mr. Barr, has been dithering and wriggling painfully over this, and even making noises about resigning. But he may have already surrendered his credibility, with the foot-dragging of the FBI under Christopher Wray and the agency’s apparent lack of interest in election fraud. The consequences of EO 13848 will roll out with him or without him.

        The real action was over at the Department of Defense, where the President hastily cleaned house this fall and installed the trustworthy Christopher Miller as SecDef, along with top aide Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick as Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Mr. Cohen-Watnick had been an assistant to General Michael Flynn, former Director of Defense Intelligence, in his brief tenure as National Security Advisor before getting sandbagged by Barack Obama and James Comey.

        Both Mr. Cohen-Watnick and General Flynn are intimately familiar with the apparatus of Defense Intelligence, of course, and have been actively using it to identify DNC and Joe Biden activists who played a role in election irregularities as well as foreign actors. This wasn’t any RussiaGate type bullshit; it was the real deal. EO 13848 includes this provision:

        The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order.”

        The “remedial actions” are interesting. They include pretty severe sanctions against any “persons” (entity or company) involved in or enabling foreign interference in elections: attaching property in the US, blocking trade, and an array of financial restrictions and penalties. The EO does not spell out criminal penalties that might fall under the sedition and treason statutes, but expect these to be activated as the law provides. Quite a few political celebrities and figures in the news and social media may have exposed themselves to liability in this. If it doesn’t mean the end of Facebook or Twitter, it may spell the end of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey running them. Also include the less-well-known execs at The WashPo, The New York Times, and several cable news networks.

        Eventually, Mr. Trump will have to personally deliver the bad news to Joe Biden that he and Dr. Jill won’t be attending the inaugural ball on January 20 (live or on Zoom). Sound too wild to be true? Well, stand by on it. We’ll know soon enough.

        Yoho: Does Trump have the balls to do it? To cross the Rubicon? Burt Lancaster’s character in Seven Days in May gave up, consigning himself to hell for the rest of his life, in prison or out of it. What does Trump have to lose? If he succeeds, Western Civilization itself is saved. As a half man, you hate the idea. But many of us love it.

It was such an utter Democrat slaughter that Elliot County, which had voted for every Democratic Presidential Candidate since its formation in 1869, went Republican for the first time in 2016.     So, the SCOTUS has abandoned its duty to defend the constitution from the domestic enemies who are now subverting it.

    The handwriting is now on the wall. White, conservative, Republicans are officially second class citizens. We have no voice in the MSM. The Democrat Party seeks our extermination. The Republican Party is too weak, impotent, cowardly, and stupid to protect us. Recourse to the ballot box is now denied. Our votes don’t matter. Recourse to the courts is a joke. The Kritarchs twist themselves into pretzels to protect the perpetrators of mass electoral fraud.

    Rule of law is therefore at an end as a practical matter. We are no longer a nation of laws, but rather a nation of men. This is the fundamental condition of a Banana Republic.

    With are constitutional liberties literally hanging by a thread the only barrier left against a rapid descent into totalitarian governance is the 2nd Amendment and the estimated 400 – 700 million firearms estimated to be in private hands in the United States. For this reason, expect to see a full court press against gun rights if we lose the GA senate races and Biden is successfully installed as our illegitimate leader in January.

    Expect the Dems go full bore with eradicating the filibuster, adding DC and PR as states, packing the SCOTUS, and moving to gut the Bill of Rights. When this happens, we will be backed up in that proverbial corner. Red States will have to secede from the union and form a new country and prepare to defend it against the Blue State rump government of the U.S. that will immediately declare war and invade.

    Just as the electoral disaster of 1860 inevitable led to the outbreak of hostilities in 1861, the Great Election Fraud of 2020 may very well lead to an effusion of blood?from the Atlantic to the Pacific in 2021.

    If you don’t already own firearms and are competent in their use, you might want to put that on your Christmas list of things to get done.

      They won’t come for the firearms for a while. Not until all the ammo is expended. Have you tried to buy any lately. If you can find it, you’ll pay double or triple the usual price. That is how a disarmament might happen. Hell, I’ve heard they have moved all lead smelting operations overseas. All the ammo on the market now uses lead that’s imported, so that eliminates reloading your own. Unless you or someone you know is resourceful enough to mine the ore and smelt it and acquire or manufacture bullet molds.

    There is no doubt that – in light of the lawless ruling by the Supreme Court – the application of patriotic, constitutionally-loyal military force to defeat treason is now justified in the United States.

    People have mentioned the Insurrection Act, but what is it and does it apply here?

    It seems very unlikely that it would be applied – I personally would prefer a straight-out coup, arrests, trials and executions – but conditions under which it might be applied in 2020/2021 are discussed here:

    What Would Invoking Insurrection Act Look Like?

    As students of U.S. history know, in 1878, Congress enacted the Posse Comitatus Act, aimed at preventing federal troops from interfering with elections in Southern states during the period of Reconstruction following the Civil War.

    But the Posse Comitatus Act didn’t repeal the above-quoted section 252 of the Insurrection Act. Regardless, Trump could invoke the Insurrection Act surgically, not to redo the election in all 50 states, or even in the six swing states in dispute.

    Instead, he could simply invoke the Insurrection Act to have U.S. armed forces seize control of crucial electoral evidence—ballots, envelopes, and Dominion voting machines and servers—and order the military to conduct an immediate and thorough forensic audit of the votes, so that all lawful ballots are counted, and unlawful ballots are disqualified, in strict accordance with prevailing state law.

    Notably, this would be a very surgical and nontactical use of the military; no force would be used against any U.S. citizens. The armed forces would merely be taking hold of crucial evidence before it’s destroyed or otherwise tampered with, and running an independent forensic audit to both determine lawful versus unlawful ballots—again in strict accordance with prevailing state law—and to manually count those ballots. Given our experiences of the past four years, neither the DOJ nor FBI should be anywhere near this process. They simply cannot be trusted.

    The object of such a surgical military intervention would be to take the burden off the struggling courts and state legislatures to make sure all legal votes were counted and no illegal votes were counted—in the six involved states. The president would presumably pledge to be bound by the results of the military audit. Hopefully, Biden would as well.

    The object of the intervention would be to stop the insurrection—which very well may involve foreign actors, given the voting machine vulnerabilities—as well as preventing the disenfranchisement of lawful voters, and restoring the confidence of U.S. voters (and the world) in the integrity of U.S. elections.

    Without this limited military intervention, a cloud would hang over whoever is ultimately elected president, and the United States could never again complain, on the world stage, of a rigged communist election.

      An interesting idea. I suspect an invocation of the Insurrection Act would be subverted by generals and admirals who owe their advancement to the Obama, Bush, and Clinton cliques.

      Trump would have to fire every officer of flag rank and promote a great many more reliable captains, majors, and colonels who still believe in our constitution and their oaths in order to be successful.

      In the end, I suspect that the military will be as reluctant to be dragged into this partisan fight as the folks in the black robes have been. The 74 million of us who are being disenfranchised by this fraudulent election are essentially on our own.

      Best bet: Focus on the state level. Now is the time to start pressuring your Red State elected officials to start gearing up to resist Biden the Usurper and the California Whore.

      I’m not suprised that anyone who doesn’t your opinion gets insulted and rubbished. Even those whom Trump was praising as fantastic picks for the Supreme Court. No doubt Trump will be rubbishing them also, in due course (if he hasn’t already). Alito and Thomas get a stay of execution because they thought the case should at least be filed, even if they don’t think it has much merit.

      Now the Texas GOP chair, who also doesn’t like the rejection of the case thinks the Supreme Court is acting illegally and that the 18 states who backed the lawsuit should declare independence. So, it seems, there are many Republican backers who think that the law should be whatever they decide it is and that those who don’t agree are lawless.

      Of course, should there be a breakaway, those who voted for Biden in those states would not get a voice. I doubt it will happen, though.

        I admit I’m not up on the Law, not my forte at all. But the Republic is dying and they, the Court of Last Resort, refuse to save it – covering themselves with grotesque procedural self righteousness. As Mayor Rudy said, they won’t even look.

        Form is important of course. And legal scholars agreed that the Texas AG had come up with a form that fitted the Supreme Court well; that they have “original jurisdiction” in issues between states. Yet it was refused, with the same contempt we’ve learned to expect from all of the Elite. Maybe it required a leap of faith? An assumption that we’re not all insane or evil? That our evidence is real – as they could have known by watching the Georgia tape, reading any of the affadavits, watching the witnesses, or simply accepting the word of reputable people. But no. They will not have it. They have chosen to do the Will of their Unseen Globalist Masters.

        Apparently the Wisconsin Supreme Court has agree to listen. But I don’t think the Republic is going to be saved by going state by state like this. The State Courts have already show their corruption by and large. It comes down to One Man. But if he has the right stuff, tens of millions of the hardest men in America would be willing to back him up. I think he has the intellectual clarity to know what must be done now, but does he have the stones to do it?

But I go with Anglin: We can’t live with these people, neither the White ones nor the Black ones nor the colors in the middle. I think race matters. And separating will help the White Race survive.             Consent of the governed is a very real thing. We’ll never have it with them. And we will have a guerilla war at this point. The damage has long been done.           The four states are plainly in breach of that Constitutional provision as they tolerated others to make such law in their states.

    This reminds me of a line from the movie ‘Havana’ (Robert Redford film) from the 1980’s, where his character ( a professional gambler) says : :”Because sometimes in poker it’s smarter to lose with a winning hand so you can win later with a losing hand. And politicians can never quite believe that – because they want the power now.”

    If just seems to me that even if every attempt fails to overturn what seems to be election fraud, at the end of day so much doubt has been created not just in the mind of ardent Trump supporters, but likely other moderates ( is there such a thing in a divided America?), that Trump wins hearts and minds as the mess unfolds. It will take more time, but now the corrupt media has a serious slow news day on their hands. They can’t devote endless copy about every real or fabricated accusation about Trump if he exits and will have to put their attention to Biden. That just can’t end well. Not with all the scandal attached to him, his son, China & Ukraine, etc. Is it possible that in the current environment ( Antifa, BLM, and all the other woke bullshit) that it might actually benefit Trump to stand back from the giant steaming pile of you know what and let the whole debacle unwind and be exposed?
    Guess I am just a dumb Canucklehead who should occupy myself with efforts to oust our own sore excuse for a Prime Minister from office. If only we could Impeach Prime Ministers in Canada.

    3. Wisconsin disqualifies 220,000 illegally cast absentee ballots. Legislature votes for Trump.

    4. ODNI EO13848/Congressional testimony – Shows foreign influence had undermined integrity of 2020 election in its entirety and hearings exposes all fraud. State legislatures vote to abstain or to return Trump electors.

    5. US Congress Electoral College Joint Hearing

    Given the considerable evidence of pervasive and damaging fraud:

    Step a) Rep. Mo Brooks/Senator Ted Cruz object to the 6 state electors. House vote 27-20-3. Senate vote 52-48 deny the electors and nobody gets 270.

    Step b) Contingent election is called and Trump wins 27-20-3 in the House; Pence wins in the Senate 52-48.

            If there is no means to resubmit, I would say yes regarding the system being finished.

            If not corrupted, the only logical answer I could come up with is that the court rejected based on procedural elements, or some other ancillary issue to the actual case.

            The case is being brought by 19 states and some of the highest powered lawyers in the business, and it concerns a federal election. The idea that the evidence would not even be presented is too absurd to be true, outside of the two reasons here. Just does not add up.

            This is the greatest scandal in US political history, and the evidence in the public square is already enough to require a new election. I can’t even imagine what SP has prepared for the courtroom itself.

    The Supreme Court is only supposed to issue legal opinions. And in the instance of the Texas lawsuit, the Court did not even address the merits of the case whatsoever. The dismissal was procedural apparently. Why the Court has been given such prominence and preeminence in society is beyond me. Since the Court has almost absolute fabricated authority to make law or ignore law (all of which is un-Constitutional) and their opinions are treated as the proclamations of the gods then what is the purpose and role of Congress? What has Congress done for anyone lately other than transfer more wealth and leverage to the richest people in society, themslves and their friends, and away from everyone else. The federal government is now as widely exposed as can be anticipated in a climate of censorship as totally feckless and irreparably corrupted. When there is only coercion of government and no consent in government there is no sustainability. A stable society is an accepted balance of consent and coercion. Ultimately, courts and congressional representatives can’t fabricate what isn’t there. A house divided against itself cannot stand. Do we even really want it to at this point given what we have seen?

    I am just a little confused about where we want all this to take us;

    Result #1– Trump presents evidence of treason by Democrats and proves widespread election fraud. Election is awarded to Trump.

    Outcome#1–Approximately half of the electorate did not vote for Trump. They perceive that the election has been stolen from them, and they are very upset. They start acting out in ways that are sometimes violent.

    Result #2– It turns out that there is actually no evidence of election fraud. With the support of some of the US Military, Trump attempts to seize power.

    Outcome#2–Lasting civil war in the US leads to lasting violent conflict, the complete destruction of the US economy, and loss of US influence throughout the world. Foreign powers find it in their interest to fund certain sides of the new Civil War.

    Do any of us really want either of these two outcomes? Before World War I, the French and the Germans both assumed that they were inevitably headed for war, to the extent that French freight cars were stenciled ’40 men or 8 horses.’ The conversations here sort of have that look and feel. Can Civil War II be avoided?

    Of course there are other possibilities–

    Result #3– Trump’s election initiatives go nowhere. Biden is sworn in as US President, but without violent protest.

    (Most Likely) Outcome#3–
    Biden and Harris create policies that speed the collapse of the US Economy (and with it the Global Economy) that was going to happen anyway. The resulting hardships are attributed to Democrats and Progressives.

    Would Result #3 really be so bad?

      Civil War will not result if the Constitution is followed.

      In this case so far, it clearly has not been.

      So Trump’s juridicial remedies are near to exhaustion. But not his Constitutional remedies. He and his partisans can still, as I have noted above, and should on Jan 6 refuse to accept the electors of the prodigal states. This would force a contingent election.

      This is entirely constitutional.

      But if that is to work for Trump, the Congress must be shown that the result as produced in the prodigal states was corrupt, which it was.

      Already, a very large swathe of the electorate, in fact a number perhaps approaching a super-majority, are convinced that the 2020 election was corrupt. Look how many state legislatures sided with Texas in their brief.

      The next really controversial step will follow the issuance of the report for EO13848 no later than Dec 18.

      If the report produces convincing evidence of the alleged corruption, in particular if it finds that an unlawful combination, or conspiracy [has] hinder[ed] the execution of the laws of a State and the laws of the United States to the point where the people are deprived of a right, privilege or immunity, or other named constitutional right, and where the authorities of the State fail, or are unable to protect that right, privilege or immunity,, then Trump is entitled to declare the operation of the Insurrection Act and act against these combinators and conspirators.

      Such proof and action would set the scene for, on Jan 6, the entirely lawful declination of the electors of the prodigal or corrupted states and restitution of the rule of law through a contingent election.

      If this all happens, then it should not mean civil war, as it simply follows the law and the Constitution, but it is history book stuff and will absolutely produce the media shitstorm of all time.

      Should see some nice rallies across the country, that’s for sure.

            You haven’t heard? She is out of the hospital now and doing much better. She was one of the first volunteers to take the Covid vaccine, and there were…complications. It was touch and go for a bit, but the doctors assure us that her recovery is, as they describe “a distinct possibility”….

    Now, watch the coronavirus “state” statistics web site. Will it work, will the first order effect happen? Will new cases start downward? Will it drive new cases to zero, instead of to some steady state value?

    Fauci said we still need to wear masks and socially distance. How many young folks, especially those who do not think they can catch the crud, are going back to business as Norma with a surge recurring?

    SCOTUS has tossed the Texas et al lawsuit against election fraud; in essence saying that a state or states can violate the constitution with no consequences, making the Constitutional Republic of the US non existent, NULL AND VOID!!!!

    The Texas GOP is talking Seccession in an official statement, and local radio stations in Alabama, Tennessee and several other surrounding states are indicating that the AGs and State Secs are saying if Texas goes, we go. Family radio/SW is on fire with seccession talk.

    Civil War 2 is very near, if not already upon us. Most people, esp in ‘blue’ states don’t realize that the vast majority of food and fuel is shipped to them from the ‘red’ states. Good luck learning to farm and make their own fuel. Also, the vast majority of families in the red states are generational gun owners and shooters with lots of experience and ammunition.

    Best move if you’re unfortunate enough to be in a blue shit hole state, or it’s Time to kiss your assess goodbye ; as in starve in the cold and dark.

        I’m near Los Angeles, and it would affect me mightily, but I’d be in support of ‘slow traffic Wednesdays’ on I-5 up the Tejon Pass. Just get a bunch of trucks to drive the posted truck limit 35MPH, but do so in all 4 lanes.

        CW2, as you indirectly point out, is going to be a necessary mess. Austin v. rest of Tx; Birmingham V. Ala., Metro Memphis/Nashville vs. the rest of Tn. On and On……Even in ‘blue’ states, I suspect we’ll see things like southern Illinois vs. Chicago and upstate NY v. Downstate.

      This is a wonderful development. Can the United States even be considered a functional country now given that none if its institutions are willing to backup the Constitution of the United States? I think the Chinese professor was right when he said there is no such thing as the United States. And a country is really not even worth the investment. People are looking for a nation to belong to because they have been robbed and deprogrammed of their original heritage and culture and nation it sounds like.

    Some Facebook users amplified a single data point in an FDA briefing document on the vaccine: Four of the vaccinated trial participants in a clinical study developed Bell’s Palsy, a form of temporary facial paralysis.

    Fact check: government information about coronavirus is regularly labeled by Facebook as fake news, and Twitter deleted a tweet that Donald Trump retweeted showing screenshots from the CDC website showing comorbidities.

    The post does contain some accurate information. Four people vaccinated with the coronavirus vaccine did develop Bell’s Palsy, according to the FDA, and the agency has recommended “surveillance” for cases of Bell’s Palsy as larger groups of people are vaccinated.

    Fact check: we know.

    However, posts like these mislead by seeming to imply that the Pfizer vaccine caused Bell’s Palsy. So far, there’s no evidence of a direct link.

    First, four people out of 22,000 in the vaccinated group developed Bell’s Palsy, about 0.02% of participants. According to the FDA, this is “consistent with the expected background rate in the general population” and there is “no clear basis upon which to conclude a causal relationship at this time.”

    Fact check: it is statistically impossible that it was a coincidence.

    Fact check: coronavirus has roughly a 0.02% fatality rate (if you believe the CDC, which I do not), and I would rather die than get permanent wise guy face.

    Even More Concerning…
    What is even more concerning than Wise Guy Syndrome itself is the fact that this is caused by neurological damage, indicating that the vaccine can indeed cause damage to the brain.

It results from a dysfunction of cranial nerve VII (the facial nerve). Many believe that this is due to a viral infection that results in swelling. Other conditions that can cause facial weakness include brain tumor, stroke, Ramsay Hunt syndrome type 2, myasthenia gravis, and Lyme disease.

    It has been speculated that the mRNA vaccine for coronavirus could cause swelling of the brain, which could lead to permanent brain damage.

    In the scariest cases, you would simply get a headache for a few days, and not realize what happened. Then, over the course of time, you may or may not notice that you’re having a harder time remembering things, more difficulty concentrating, or perhaps notice that your reading comprehension is lower.

    Theoretically, the vaccine could lower your IQ by a few points without you ever consciously noticing anything.

    After the government totally collapsed our economy, causing untold damage to the people, and to society as a whole, it is impossible to argue that they care about us and are doing the vaccine because they love us. So, there is no chance that they are concerned about it harming us, and there is a 100% chance they will try their best to cover up or downplay any harm that comes from the vaccine.

    You are more likely to die from a dog attack than you are to die of the coronavirus. You are dozens of times more likely to die from falling down stairs or drowning in a swimming pool than you are to die of the coronavirus.

    Is this really worth the risk of taking this vaccine?
    Of course, most people know that it obviously isn’t worth the risk – and that is why they are coming out with all of these threats against people who refuse to take it. They won’t let you work, they won’t let you travel, they won’t let you in the bar – and so on.

    So you have to ask: why is it so important to them that you take this vaccine?

    Frankly, no one knows.

    But whatever their reasoning is, it is certainly malicious.
