Fugazy Land

Really, you must agree: just about anything can happen now, and probably will, and possibly all at the same time — war, sickness, a disordered economy, chaos in money and finance, savages pouring across the open borders, assassination, mayhem in the streets, systems failure, mental illness everywhere you look. You have a sinister, blob-infested government acting like a desperate, cornered animal, fronted by a venal phantasm trailing a personal history of crime. What could go wrong? All of it.

The doings in Judge Merchan’s Manhattan court present the rectified essence of America’s authority problem. You will stipulate that judges are authorities in a pretty pure sense of the word. Their role is to determine what is right and what is wrong, or, at least guide the proceedings that would result in such a fair determination. And, of course, the officers of this court, the District Attorney and his prosecutors, are also entrusted with bringing comprehensible cases that follow the facts fairly, and the laws pertaining to those facts.

This maliciously misguided prosecution has only accomplished one thing so far: to demonstrate to the American public that the authority of our law has been contorted to become a sick joke. That is a ruinous lesson for the country. The free-for-all of our national life has required reliable adjudication of all the quarrels and inequities that arose out of it. For a long time, the rule of law was America’s great draw. If that goes out the window, all you’re left with is the free-for-all which pretty soon devolves into Thomas Hobbes’s nightmare existence in the state of nature where life is “solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.”

The current Trump trial in Manhattan will likely resolve this week, one way or another, though there is no way that the candidate will land in jail, even if he is convicted and sentenced to go there. That will only be another quandary for the foundering rule of law, and a dreadful challenge. Altogether this trial has alerted even the deranged news channels that the nation is still capable of feeling grossly insulted by its own rulers, and insults will be answered.

Tribulation may be the only answer that will avail to correct America’s tragic capture by blobs foreign and domestic. And you must understand that our nation’s bad choices have brought these tribulations upon ourselves. Fugazy finance is finally hitting the wall it has been seeking. Wealth based on pretense eventually runs out of hallucinatory mojo. Zooming gold and silver prices signal that the US dollar is in distress. The eagle is flying upside down.

A system based on credit is one thing, when credit can plausibly be paid back. But that system is gone. Finally, you must learn what truth or consequences really means, and the truth is that our debts are unpayable and everybody knows it. The consequences await. Any way you slice that — bond market blow-up, raging inflation, bank failures, stocks cratering, a “great taking” of collateral (your property) — the effect is the same: a crashing standard of living. That will get everybody’s attention in a way that Pride Month marches won’t. If “Joe Biden” thinks he will put over a central bank digital currency to cover for all this failure, he and the blob he rode in on will be in for a rude surprise.

Fugazy war isn’t working either. When did Ukraine become a problem for Western Civ? When Victoria Nuland & Company in the US State Department decided to make it a problem in 2014. Before that, going back into the mists of history, Ukraine was not a problem. It was a rather poor frontier province of Russia, and for a while was badly mistreated by Stalin, but it was not a problem outside of Ukraine and, frankly, it was none of our business. And in a matter of months, as Russia rolls up on the Zelensky regime, it will cease to be a problem for anyone.

The notion that the USA and NATO can reverse this now is insane. The nations of Western Civ won’t draft troops to battle on the ground there. There’s no will to fight in Ukraine among the young people of Europe and America. And we have no more guns or ammo to give. The war will end in humiliation for all concerned in the West, especially the “Joe Biden” regime, which has been recklessly flirting with nuclear aggression — as if this would accomplish anything but turning Western Civ into an ashtray.

Fugazy pandemic sponsored by a Globalist pharmaceutical cabal has shot its wad. It has already accomplished a great deal in the way of bringing death and injury to millions. Dim as the people have become in their fog of TikTok mind-fuckery, they have started to notice the dead and dying around them. And the people who stupidly or maliciously caused it to happen — Deborah Birx, Robert Redfield, all the treasonous news-readers like Chris Cuomo and Andy Cooper — have commenced their modified-limited-hangouts to try to escape culpability. They won’t, of course. There’s a fair chance that they will hang, and many others with them. But don’t expect the public to line up in the parking lots for more shots. And in the event of another bioweapon outbreak, the doctors may even remember their Hippocratic oaths and actually treat people with existing anti-virals. But do expect the public to get extremely pissed-off, if it happens again.

What has the blob (or blobs foreign and domestic) got left after those biggies? They can gin-up their Antifa mobs again. This time, though, they might be met by a million Kyle Rittenhouses. They can stuff every ballot box in the land, and surely will try with all their might and all their wiles. But I wouldn’t want to be a blobist the week after a fugazy election. They can signal their beloved “newcomers” to blow up bridges and power stations and shoot up a stadium or a mall here and there, but it won’t save their blobish necks. A lot of bad things are likely to happen over the year ahead, but it looks like America will finally refuse to become Fugazy Land.

I agree with the first paragraph. Not so sure about the last one though. Time will tell.

    • hmuller May 20, 2024 at 11:37 am #

I loved that last paragraph. Picture Rachel Maddow swinging from a lamp post, righteous children with baseball bats using her as a pinata. Makes me smile.

Is she wearing a pantsuit and those really cool glasses? What is her “wife” doing?

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:17 pm #

The “wife” is off to the next.

          • RD3 May 20, 2024 at 1:44 pm #

I have a hearty chuckle every time I hear his “husband” or her “wife.” Its very comical.

      • Uncle Bob May 20, 2024 at 3:18 pm #

Are you sure the weight of her arrogance and he fat ass won’t bend the lamppost so far that she’ll end up on the ground? Then maybe a place kicker could give her a couple well-deserved shotsfor corrupting American parents and their children.

“They can stuff every ballot box in the land, and surely will try with all their might and all their wiles. But I wouldn’t want to be a blobist the week after a fugazy election.”

The Battle of Athens, TN is a reminder of what is possible. One that could metastasize.

    • ezinmn May 20, 2024 at 11:54 am #

Things are happening. The polls show people fleeing from “Joe Biden”. What the Blob does next to block the people from taking back the country is the great mystery that will unveil itself soon.

The MN GOP just nominated Royce White to spread his anti-Blob message, guns are being purchased by more Americans, social media is or has already overtaken the main stream media.

Sure, many won’t get the message until the economic, military and cultural fugazy kicks them squarely in the nuts and they’re forced to choose sides. Call them the unprepared.

      • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:16 pm #

Yeah, the polls had Hillary winning the election right up until she didn’t.

Judges are Government employees (just like police). “Government is BY DEFINITION an inherently coercive, wasteful, & inefficient monopolist of ultimate decisionmaking & violence.” There is NO objective 3rd party to go to for help when Government has a problem with you…

I KNOW you are a smart guy and I’ll just give you the benefit of the doubt that you may have never done a deep dive on Ukraine. From what I have studied Ukraine spawned our world today back when it’s leaders were named KAGANS and it was named Kazaria. There’s a growing body of research on this geographic area and it’s ties to Babylonia and the Talmud. Furthermore, discussion of this topic will get you kicked off Twitter / X – it’s a VERY touchy subject.

If the DNC expects no reaction to their hijinks, they are sorely mistaken.

    • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 9:57 am #

I wish I were as optimistic as our host. But so far, it’s been crickets for EVERYTHING they’ve done, and judging from the people with whom I interact on a daily basis, that’s not likely to change.

      • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:06 am #

My feelings exactly, Tuco. Most people I talk too aren’t even aware that the inflation they are experiencing is a result of the Fed printing money. Too much money competing for few goods. The entire concept is foreign to them.

We are dealing with a truly ignorant population…..by design….of course.

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 11:43 am #

No, they think inflation is caused by high prices. They have no concept of economics. I don’t think they teach it in high school anymore. They don’t understand, for example, that wages and benefits are paid out of profits. Or they used to be, anyway.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:56 am #

A lot of people think water comes from the tap having no idea the complexities of the system required to provide potable water in their homes. A lot of people think meat comes from the supermarket having no idea the complexities involved in raising cattle, shipping it to slaughter and then processing it from slaughter to their grocery store.

Ignorance and stupidity are endemic amongst humanity. We haven’t evolved beyond these and probably won’t.

          • Beryl of Oyl May 20, 2024 at 1:16 pm #

Liz Warren is out there blaming those darn monopoly grocery stores for price gouging.

          • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 2:25 pm #

Wages and benefits are expenses. Profits are what is left over after all expenses are paid.

      • sadlycdn May 20, 2024 at 11:09 am #

Agreed…I’m seeing the same thing…..the crickets we’re hearing however ,could be the new food supply…..

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:18 pm #

Another clueless representative. Grocery stores have about a 3% margin.

          • Bill Quick May 20, 2024 at 3:53 pm #

She’s not clueless. She’s evil, and she knows she’s lying.

      • Rowdypiglet May 20, 2024 at 12:07 pm #

@Tuco22, I think the people with whom you interact daily (and with whom we’re all familiar) will go the way of the clueless in that they will have to be physically harmed before they understand. It will be too late then, and many may not survive what’s coming. They’ll be the victims of circumstances of which they were purposefully unaware. Every action that signifies, from that point on, will be made by the relatively small number of sane, normal people who have understood what’s happening and have prepared for it. They will remake our world in ways that we can’t envision. I think there’s reason to hope it will be a better world after the chaos that will rule for a while. We all know that the lackeys and servants of the WEF, the effeminate woke men and deranged, man-hating women will be cut down in the midst of their temper tantrums by the strong and sane, who have had enough of them. It will be ugly, but sanity will return once they are gone – either physically removed or relegated to their proper places. The Claudine Gays of this world (whatever their color) will no longer rule over institutions of higher learning, but (if they survive) will be found pushing a broom or peeling potatoes.

        • Jarek May 20, 2024 at 12:25 pm #

Tell them, Rowdy. Tell them about the stages of human development – and about how most people don’t go all that far and will never understand too much of anything. Tell them about Maslow and Kohlberg – especially the latter: Stages of moral development. Piaget too: Stages of cognitive development.

Modern psychology teaches hierarchy – but psychologists are too politically correct, philosophically inept, or just to scared to state the conclusion.

          • Rowdypiglet May 20, 2024 at 4:23 pm #

Jarek, I console myself with the realization that Nature, or Reality, is hierarchical and will assert itself eventually. You can force the capable and intelligent to move aside in favor of the dimwitted and inept, but not indefinitely.

There is a powerful undercurrent at work in our culture – the repressed rage of smart, able people who have been forced to lie and to accept the “supervision” of people who are orders of magnitude less intelligent and able than they are. That rage manifests so far in an almost womanly way, in that it is covert. That won’t last.

I’m reminded of a long screed I read recently, written by an engineer at Boeing who had resigned after a stellar 30 year career. His new “manager,” Ms. Shanika (as she wished to be addressed) was an unqualified DEI hire who created a situation in which no one could produce work of any kind – along with all the usual DEI nonsense and an ongoing atmosphere of accusation in which she wheeled her neuroticism, bizarre ideas, incompetence and mental derangements round the office, from one victim to another. I had the impression of a Fani Willis clone, of which there appears to be a limitless supply.

I can only imagine the justifiable anger of her victims, bubbling beneath the surface, seeking an opportunity to express itself. Realizing how often this scenario has played out at every level, everywhere in our culture, I have some idea of the level of outrage that surely exists. It will manifest eventually, and it won’t be pretty – but it will be necessary.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 4:52 pm #

Rowdy, I love your comment. One of my theories about why we are living in this madness is because humans, temporarily, have learned now to avoid natural selection. In nature the weak and stupid are devoured, their genes eliminated from the gene pool and only the strong and intelligent continue to pass on their genes. In humanity, not so. Our species has found a way to avoid natural selection and protect the sick and the stupid. These people are quick to reproduce and pass their genes onto their progenitors. As such humanity gets even more and more stupider as each generation comes along. Hence the reason we have a many people inking themselves in unrecognizeable tattoos, piercing their faces with metal rings, coloring their hair purple and pink, eating themselves into massive obesity and, until recently, people who don’t even know what gender they are anymore.

Nature or reality will once again reassert itself and eliminate the weak and the stupid from amongst us. When will that happen? Soon, I fear, but who knows.

          • Paula D May 21, 2024 at 11:08 am #

Cankerpuss, I just wrote a long comment and then started to read the old comments.

You actually illustrated perfectly the line I talked about, that so many people use, which is actually inaccurate.

            Check it out.

      • neurodoc May 20, 2024 at 12:09 pm #

Tuco: I think that will change when people realize that their social security, pension and SSD checks won’t buy a weeks worth or groceries—even the most ignorant will FEEL that hard! Starving people tend to react with anger, historically. OTH, they may just take the WEF’s guaranteed income and be happy (owning nothing and eating bugs made to look like meat).

The other issue is guns; if the communists start moves to register and further restrict all pre-existing guns or to confiscate, that will be a CW2 issue for the red states, from which people, with guns, won’t back down. Personally, I pray for CW2. IMO, the only solution to the current clusterfuck.

        • beantownbill. May 20, 2024 at 1:07 pm #

And some gun-owners in blue states. America has always had a somewhat frontier mentality. Just because someone lives in say, Connecticut, as an example, doesn’t mean all their residents will willingly accept the blob – at least that’s my hope.

          • stelmosfire May 20, 2024 at 2:02 pm #

Bill your in Eastern MA. Out here in the Berkshire hills it is a different state. The towns around me are majority Red. Once you get up out of the valley and into the hills the politics change.

          • Rowdypiglet May 20, 2024 at 4:27 pm #

@beantownbill, That’s true here in Maine and, I think, in most blue states. The actual division is city/rural. The same is certainly true in Pennsylvania. Rural PA and Philadelphia might as well be in different universes.

          • neurodoc May 21, 2024 at 9:27 am #

Good to hear. I was in residency and fellowship training with lots of people from blue states, but, then, they were completely brainwashed by med school, so it was hard to determine what/who they really were. I often suspected that lots of blue states are like Virginia, blue, with lots of gimmies, in the eastern and northern big cities, red everywhere else.

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:13 pm #

They’ll make getting benefits dependent on their compliance. That’s just the type of government we have. So, if their records show you bought several handguns over the last ten years, where are they? And if you sold them, where are the receipts? If you didn’t follow the “law” when selling them, you’re in trouble. Even though those laws have changed several times. If you can’t produce the guns or the receipts that you sold them, it will be “assumed” that you still have them but are hiding them. The rest will be history.

          • Grandpa May 20, 2024 at 3:04 pm #

Tuco, the act or intent of telling this unhappy and hurting group – benefits recipients – that they have to give up some of what little they have to continue being beneficiaries; is asking them to fight. What they’ve been able to keep during this bullshit, and the means of defending what’s theirs; will be the line. I’m not talking gibsmedats, I’m referring to recent retirees, etc. such as myself; who would respond in unkind ways to such bullshit. I’m not saying “they” won’t try it. I am saying it will be much more than “not going well” in a likely kinetic way.

Corruption is worse than prostitution. At most, this jeopardises the ethics of the individual, which in all cases the ethics of the whole.
            (Said Karl Kraus)

The hope in the last sentence is a typical Jim saying: don’t crack up, get yourself in order if you want to change anything. For me the American „ I can do“ approach was what most outstanding from all other countries of western civ.

          • neurodoc May 21, 2024 at 9:28 am #

People lose guns all the time in boating accidents, and they also give them away to the needy. 🙂

Guns can be laser printed with discretion even in New York. Just this fact is sufficient to divert a violent outcome among human beings.

I like the use of the word “fugazy” to head this post and describe our current nation state. I was not previously familiar with this term, but after looking it up, it certainly describes our current situation aptly.

The President of Iran is dead. How is this new event going to play out on the world stage? Is this the Archduke Ferdinand issue of the 21st Century? Time will tell….

    • Beryl of Oyl May 20, 2024 at 10:06 am #

I didn’t understand the entire quote.

      • cowbell81 May 20, 2024 at 10:19 am #

The quote is getting at that fact that the end will come when everyone is so depressed that they feel all is lost and there is no coming back from the brink, then we have passed the event horizon. Historical truths are disregarded, and knowledge of past ages is no longer being passed down to beneficial use.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 20, 2024 at 11:02 am #

          I see.

I wouldn’t exactly call myself depressed, but something changed when I read what Jordan Peterson said about the takeover of teacher colleges.

It started a cascade of realization of things that I already knew on some level.

          • Jarek May 20, 2024 at 12:26 pm #

What did Jo-dan say about these “teacher colleges”?

          • Beryl of Oyl May 20, 2024 at 1:13 pm #

I posted it here a while ago. He pointed out that the teachers of today are products of captured institutions.

We’ve all been noticing what happened to our universities, but it’s all the separate colleges within the system that have been corrupted as well.

“You want the truth? Resentful radical leftists took over the Faculties of Education in the 1960s.

Now they control the entire K-12 system and half (half!) of all state budgets.”

Israel doesn’t have a history of assassinating political leaders. Not that you would notice. You only notice what suits your deranged hatred, whether it’s there or not.

Didn’t they try to kill the King of Jordan once?

In any case, Gavrillo Princip, who killed Arch Duke Ferdinand was a member of a Masonic secret society called the Black Hand. He is considered by many to be a Jew.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:07 pm #

Assassination goes back to Roman times, probably even further. It’s the human way. All the way back to Cain and Abel. Don’t give me what I want? Say something I don’t like? Have something I want?

          • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 1:48 pm #

            @uncle abraham

The cleverer Zionists manage to lie without stating such brazen lies as

“Israel doesn’t have a history of assassinating political leader”.

Apparently, you are not among them. Instead, you like to bark loudly, resorting to such terms as “deranged hatred”, topped off by your blatant lie that “Israel has no history of assassinating political leaders.”

What did Israel do in March when it bombed the Iranian EMBASSY?

One can look on-line and find DOZENS of political leaders reputed to have been assassinated by the Israeli Government.

Not much of a surprise. After all, men like Menachem Begin and Ariel Sharon built the state of Israel on murdering and terrorizing the native inhabitants. It’s a matter of historical record, distasteful as it may be.

Are you Jonathan Pollard? Maybe you can tell us how many American intelligence agents were compromised and killed thanks to Pollard’s treason.

YOUR comments are the epitome of deranged and delusional.

            But I enjoy reading them!

No one makes a more eloquent case for how evil and lying the Israelis can be than you, Uncle Abraham (or Jonathan Pollard, if that is you).

Soc reminds me of the knight in the Monty Python movie getting dismembered by the other knight, yet goes on mouthing off and saying he had only received mere flesh wounds. Your bravado doesn’t hide the fact that I’ve destroyed you, Soc.

“Those are military people, not political leaders, involved in the actual murder of Israeli citizens,..”

            A distinction without a difference.

Does the IDF follow orders? Whose orders? Does the IDF follow orders to murder [ other ] citizens?

“Israel doesn’t have a history of assassinating political leaders.”

Does the IDF have a history of assassinating military leaders?

            Bluster.

          • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 5:21 pm #

MD, the facts have been misstated here for polemical purposes by supporters of Islamic jihad. That much is clear. As for Israel’s targeting of military leaders, it is substantively different than assassinations of those who haven’t dirtied their hands with the actual warfare.

As far as I’m concerned, however I have no problem with assassinating the Supreme Leader of Iran, who has been directing wars, along with his predecessor, against the US and Israel since 1979.

Do you? Whose side are you on? As if you haven’t made it clear enough already, but now’s your chance to declare it openly.

“The President of Iran is dead. How is this new event going to play out on the world stage? Is this the Archduke Ferdinand issue of the 21st Century?” ~ cowbell81

      Copilot answer:

The untimely demise of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash has significant implications for Iran’s political landscape and international relations. Let’s explore how this event might play out on the world stage:

      Immediate Transition:
President Raisi was Iran’s top elected official, but his death isn’t likely to result in significant changes in Iranian policies or conduct.
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who holds ultimate authority, remains in charge. He appoints Raisi’s temporary replacement, Mohammad Mokhber, Iran’s first vice president1.
The U.S., Israel, and other countries in the region will likely continue dealing with Iran as before.

      Regional Tensions:
Iran has longstanding conflicts and alliances in the Middle East.
The assassination comes amidst escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, raising concerns about regional stability and Iran’s nuclear ambitions2.

      Potential Succession Crisis:
Raisi was considered a strong possibility to succeed Khamenei as supreme leader.
His death could clear the way for another potential successor, possibly Khamenei’s son, Mojtaba Khamenei.
A hereditary succession could pose challenges to the Islamic Republic’s legitimacy1.

      Economic Impact:
Raisi’s death may also impact Iran’s economy.
The nation faces economic challenges, and any instability could affect markets and trade relations1.

Now, let’s draw a parallel to history: Is this the Archduke Ferdinand issue of the 21st Century? The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in 1914 triggered a series of events that led to World War I. While the circumstances are different, both events involve the sudden death of a prominent leader and have far-reaching consequences. However, whether it will escalate to a global conflict remains uncertain. The world will closely watch how Iran navigates this critical juncture

      ****
My conclusion: Copilot for President. Think of the money that could be saved if the job of politicians were eliminated.

If the message board comments were replaced with AI answers, I’ll bet that Q would think that he had died and gone to heaven.

      Suburbia is a target.

It is the home of the Haves in America, the people that have worked hard and “made it”. The better schools are in-

Suburbia. The better stores are in-

      Suburbia.

Suburbia used to be exclusively White, as in White flight. Still predominately so, but changing.

When the SHTF, all the have-nots, the left behinds in the cities are going to erupt and TAKE their share. It is already starting to happen in the cities, but when the resources move away, the HNs will come with them.

The suburbs were homeowners at first, now rapidly becoming apartment dwellers, and will become welfare housing dwellers down the road. Here, we are already seeing the latter as the cities try to avoid the violence that Have-Not movement entails.

As in everything else, the governments will fail especially when the Feds are just pumping in more immigrants, socialist people who do not have a clue.

All you Haves out there, stand by, the Have-Nots are coming for your stuff, gratis.

Our outer suburb (used to be an exurb) is making the change now as well. I recognize the signs from the now-wrecked suburb I grew up in, far on the other end of the metro in the 80’s.

Endless growth is the key now. Which of course must include “affordable housing”.

We have a newly-appointed city council member who happened to not mention her extensive DEI credentials when declaring candidacy for the seat. Now that she is in, those credentials are proudly displayed on the city website. From what I’ve seen of her so far, she is a complete moron. An ideological plant/place-holder. And online, she was a ghost until about 2022. I’d take another old, fat guy over her any day.

Yes, the burbs are going down eventually. In “regular times” I’d give ours about 10-15 years before it turns to more standard urban chaos being “normal”. But who knows, it feels the timeline has been consistently accelerating far beyond what the people here actually want. What do they want? Shit to stay the same. That’s why we’re here.

Working on an exit plan, just not sure it can be done in time. Well, it can…but perhaps not in style.

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm #

“Affordable housing” is just a euphemism for low-income housing or what we used to call “the projects.” It’s part of Obama’s “your neighborhood is too white” program continued under Biden. Rezone neighborhoods that were formerly single-housing into multiuse neighborhoods which allow them to usher in the “affordable housing.”

AZ – I agree with this dystopian picture. Living on a 2- acre lake home 15 miles south of a major US city, I can see the marauders coming thru the adjacent wooded park looking for their fair share. While it probably won’t fend off too many, I’ll be buying my first handgun and plenty of ammo soon. The AZ farmers near the border are getting an up front preview of what’s to come.

        Suburbia.

Didn’t some one here write that “suburbia is the biggest misallocation of resource”, hmm?

        Did you miss that?

Well, I’d say 2nd biggest. The US military-industrial complex is a much bigger misallocation of resources.

But the first quote is the ORIGINAL observation. An astute observation by JHK.

        • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 12:47 pm #

Not to take away from what you wrote.

Yes, many people who worked hard for the “American dream” (as defined by advertising, Hollywood, big business, and so forth), for a nice house in nice suburb.

I know many who did just that.

But ultimately, like every form of excess, suburbia has undermined the USA.

As Mr. Kunstler observed and WROTE, a lot of good farmlands not far from urban areas were turned into subdivisions.

Beside the end of “constructive use”, those farms were closer to the consumers.

At one time, Long Island, which is about 1/7 the size of New Jersey, produced 1/3 of the potatoes in the US. By 1960, the majority of the farms were gone.

As recently as 1960, there were farms near Mound Round and 13 Mile in suburban Detroit.

I saw it happen in Bethlehem/Hanover PA in the 90s, north of Route 78. And 10-20 years later, the exurbs of Detroit. People drive 30-60 miles one-way to work…

A sprawl that depends on motor vehicles.

A sprawl that was SUBSIDIZED by the taxpayers who did NOT have mortgages or itemize their tax returns.

That’s right–the mortgage interest deduction, the property tax deduction. An early example of selective cartel capitalism–which benefited FIRE (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate industries) directly, under the guise of “helping middle America”.

          • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 2:33 pm #

Los Angeles used to produce a whole lot of citrus, and other vegetables and fruits.

It even has a county named Orange County.

Those orchards have long since been paved over, and sprawling houses built.

Millions of new people combined with loss of farmland. What could possibly go wrong?

          • Beryl of Oyl May 21, 2024 at 2:25 pm #

Larry Littlefield over at Room 8 used to write a lot about how the cities subsidized the suburbs.

That’s why it’s important to have an exit plan. You know what’s going to happen to your property once the have-nots get it, don’t you? Extract what wealth you can from it and then sky.

    • Jarek May 20, 2024 at 12:48 pm #

There is no big increase in right wing violence, and the SPLC is a commie front and either Jr. doesn’t know that or he does know and I don’t know which is worse.

I read an article about the coming collapse and subsequent food shortages. A lot of people say that they don’t do food storage because they’ll just come and take the food of those who stored it. The author had a point that I hadn’t considered. He stated that there might be gangs of food bandits in the early beginnings but they won’t last long. In the absence of government and in a country that is as armed as the USA, those roving bands of food bandits won’t last long as those who have the food will fiercely protect it. In a matter of days the thugs will be dead.

America is full of ignorant, stupid, decadent people. No doubt. But there are also many good, intelligent, decent people out there who are pissed off and who are armed to the teeth. I am one of them. I would like to think that in the absence of law and order these people would band together to protect what they have.

Back during the covid propaganda, they tried to get people to kill their pets, because “they could give you covid”.

I was not the only one who said, out loud, that anyone who came to kill my dogs would end up dog food. I think that even people who usually go along with anything their overlords propose balked at that one.

So they backed off on that one. Now they say that your pets cause “climate change”.

Same solution, imo. Who causes more climate change, my dogs, who don’t drive or fly planes, or some government thug hired to go around killing pets?

        • Anthea May 20, 2024 at 6:32 pm #

          @ tuco:

No, you shoud not use the manures of meat-eating animals for fertilizer, as they are likely to contain parasites. Some people use human manure, but only in specific circumstances. For example, if you have an outhouse, you will probably need to move it from time to time. The human manure in the pit can be allowed to compost, and, after awhile, a tree can be planted over it. It’s okay if it’s a fruit tree. The idea is that the soil, which may be contaminated, does not come in contact with the edible parts of the plant.

You would not spread composted human manure on garden soil.

*Properly* composted human waste is actually just fine for garden soil. Parasites can’t live in the ground, they need a host to live in. Trouble comes with parasites like hookworm. If you don’t properly dispose of human waste and are walking around barefooted you can get those worms yourself. Hookworm eggs deposited in outhouses can’t remain viable in there for that long.

      • JohnAZ May 20, 2024 at 12:36 pm #

Yeah, think of small towns with full food larders as a magnet for the “armies” of thugs coming out of the cities.

Have you ever read, “Lucifer’s Hammer”. A damn good apocalyptic book about the destruction from a post Comet hit. Its description of the emptying out of LA is scary.

          @ JohnAZ:

I don’t think that many people who live in small towns have full food larders.

      • Grandpa May 20, 2024 at 3:34 pm #

Cank… “I would like to think that in the absence of law and order these people would band together to protect what they have.” Many of “these people” have advocated and encouraged for years, that as many of “these people” as can, band together prior to the absence of law and order, in forming communities to protect what they have, and their way of life. But too many won’t do such a thing until it is too late. Their current locale, untenable in the near future for reasons we all see on the horizon; is “home” – and will be so until it is taken.
“Get out of the cities – a year too soon.is better than one day too late”

      • Mac May 21, 2024 at 11:23 am #

Canker- You need to read Selco’s account of the Yugoslavian civil war to see what happens with the SHTF, and how to survive it.

    • White German Shepherd May 20, 2024 at 11:40 am #

      I agree 100%.

I have long contended that the good people of this country recognize that something has gone terribly wrong. They are trying their hardest to use the system to fix it. Nobody wants to throw their life away, as will happen as soon as the next civil war breaks out.

      • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 2:39 pm #

I was listening to NPR this morning and they were very worried about “election deniers” using the system to fix elections.

They said that while they were looking at Big Picture election fixing (I paraphrase) people had been running for lower offices that would allow them to stop election stealing (my interpretation of what they actually said, which was such mumbo jumbo that I forget now).

So yeah, good people are working to stop the total destruction of this country.

That includes Meryl Nass, a one woman force of nature who has organized national resistance to the WHO treaty which now includes 29 state attorney generals, and all Republican senators (except they are doing a wishy washy plea that is pretty worthless, imo.)

        • ezinmn May 20, 2024 at 4:51 pm #

Paula – These good people you describe are rising up everywhere.

    • ezinmn May 20, 2024 at 12:18 pm #

Bullitt – I agree with you 100%. Good people are getting hardened to the reality of what we’re facing. These are the people who normally go about their lives, taking care of their family, and minding their own business. Whoever is behind the Blob running our country has underestimated the will and the fighting spirit of the patriotic American. I for one am ready to have liberty or death. There will be no place to hide.

      • Groundhog May 20, 2024 at 12:49 pm #

Instead of the tired and worn out liberty or death meme, why not try secession instead? Then go fight and die for that……..

        • ezinmn May 20, 2024 at 4:54 pm #

Liberty or death is timeless, just as is the American Constitution and Bill of Rights – If you’re tired of it then step aside. We don’t need to recreate anything new.

          • Groundhog May 20, 2024 at 8:42 pm #

The US Constitution means nothing if people ignore it and don’t follow it, and that’s happening now. Republics and democracies have much shorter life spans than monarchies. The Bill of Rights is worthless if nobody cares enough to defend any of it. In a republic where the levers of government are acessible to worst of the psychopaths and criminals as the scum floats up to the top and empowers itself. Because elected governments have no way of keeping out the unqualified sociopaths and gangsters – the average lifespan of a republic is 250 years. The USA has hit its expiration date and its *very* obvious.

    • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 12:26 pm #

I agree. The cynics here aren’t aware or able to see these things – there are many who will rise to the occasion. Wait for it and watch while you’re waiting.

Andrew Bridgen reckons (having spoken to the Russian Ambassador) that the citizens of the UK will be informed in July./August, or a little later, that we are at war with Russia, which, in terms of the information in the clip, we already are (US, UK, France …).

    x.com/SaiKate108/status/1789578658128310330

Rishi Sunak allegedly wants out, because he doesn’t want to be a wartime prime minister (you don’t say …).

Is Sunak the PM of Pakistan? Surely, he can’t be the leader of a Western nation.

His family are Indian. He is self-evidently PM of a nation in which he was born. Not that I have any time for him. His loyalties aren’t to India or to the UK.

RD3 writes: “There has never been an American civil war.”

Exactly! In a real civil war we have two sides fighting for control of the government of a country. In a fake civil war, like ours was, we have a country (CSA) fighting simply to be left alone – the CSA wasn’t fighting to take control of Washington DC. They were fighting instead to be and independent soverign nation.

Starmer will, in fact, be more dangerous.

Give it an effing rest, clown. He’s British. You can try to change the rules if you want to or you can carry on making pointless points. He is not ethnicallly English, he is legally British. There is no law that says someone who is legally British but not ethnically English cannot be a PM of the British state. You may not like that, but repeating facile points is pointless.

It might make you legally Japanese. It’s not going to make you ethnically Japanese.

Perhaps, unlike the UK, Japan has a law that says people born in Japan and with Japanese nationality, but with white faces, cannot be elected representatives. Who knows?

Nobody cares what you give a fuck about. It’s either legal for a non-white legally British person in Britain, or for a white legally Japanese person in Japan to stand for election or it isn’t.

          • GreenAlba May 21, 2024 at 5:33 pm #

“In other words, legal is the same as moral?”

In other words? Oh, you mean in entirely different words that nobody said except you?

            (A) Nobody said legal was the same as moral, unless I missed something. (B) They’re two separate words, with two separate meanings. When they coincide, that’s good. Sometimes they do.

I don’t care? I ‘let them in’? Who do you think I am, the bleepin’ Home Secretary? They don’t even ask me what day I want the bins emptied, let alone who gets into the country. But in the event, he was born here (repeat at nauseam …). Some time ago, even.

Do remember that they let ‘us’ in too and ‘we’ did spectacularly well out of them. Jewel in the crown, and all that. Recall that I had no say in that either.

Stop whining. It’s not your country. If you want a say in it, move, just as I would if I wanted a say in yours. You could email any of our elected representatives, of course,, and get it off your chest – their emails are all available. It’s just that they don’t reply to people outside their own constituency, unless they want to, let alone in another country.

I have cans of soup for about a fortnight!! But my flat is small so a month is probably our limit … And, when push comes to shove, I’ll have to pass some on to my daughter and her family (not even going there with her, in terms of terrible stuff about to happen), so it could be just days. I guess it will be Providence or nothing.

          • Anthea May 20, 2024 at 7:31 pm #

            @ GreenAlba:

Your best bet is probably dry beans and rice–with maybe some other items to make these more palatable, like canned tomatoes and dried onions and garlic. In the US (Midwest), I think people should have some dried seaweed. You can store a lot of food under the bed.

          • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 8:00 pm #

Thanks Anthea. Sadly my bed has integral drawers underneath it as we have a storage problem generally, before you start on prepping!

          • Anthea May 22, 2024 at 10:53 pm #

            @ GreenAlba:

My present house is quite small (I think the living area is only about 600 sq. feet, with a porch that is maybe another 200 sq. feet), so storage space is a problem here, too. When I moved in, I bought a couple of tall, skinny pantries that are about 5 feet tall, for home-canned goods.

I also bought some of those plastic storage containers intended for sliding under the bed. (They are on wheels.)

My previous house literally had no closets. Over the years, I built a couple, but, even so, every coffee table (or anything else that served as a low table) was a storage chest.

Many years ago, I was talking with another single mom about our strategies for stockpiling food, in case of job loss, illness, or whatever. She said that she had a big stash of canned goods under the dining table, hidden by a long table cloth.

My biggest food-prepping problem is that I’m diabetic, so most staples are poison to me. Most of my stash consists of canned chicken fish, and seafood. (Canned beef is pure dog food.) Other meats are in the freezer on the porch, which is pretty full.

I have a very low income, but there is very little that I either want or need, and, like most old people, I eat like a bird. This means that I really have quite a bit more income than I need. I’ve actually made it a policy to buy a whole beef tenderloin about once a month, to stash in the freezer. My daughter cuts them up into steaks and then renders the fat for tallow, because it’s wonderful (she tells me) to cook with. Seems to be an economical way to get high quality beef.

      • C.O.Jones May 20, 2024 at 11:59 am #

        Yeah, I care Green Alba.

I think citizens of the UK and France are not going to need to be told they are at war if we are to believe what the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council – one Dmitry Medvedev – said last week.

For context, Storm Shadow missiles are British. SCALP-EG missiles are French. These weapons are being used against Russian soldiers as we type.

Allow me to quote Mr. Medvedev:
“Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG missiles are not controlled by military personnel of the armed forces of Ukraine but by the British and French who arrived in Ukraine. That is why the response to such actions will not be long in coming and the target will not only be Kiev but also London and Paris.”

The people posing as leaders of those countries are running the risk of being dragged out of office and hung from the lampposts. With testicular fortitude being in short supply in those countries and ours, it seems the leaders are willing to take that risk.

        • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 12:24 pm #

Exactly, C.O. That’s pretty much what the Russian Ambassador said to Andrew Bridgen. I wish I could see the whole interveiw but it’s behind a paywall. Doc Malik having had to abandon a successful career as an orthopaedic surgeon to speak some covid truths.

“The people posing as leaders of those countries are running the risk of being dragged out of office and hung from the lampposts.”

          • C.O.Jones May 20, 2024 at 12:56 pm #

I want to think the level of outrage is rising but I’m having a hard time agreeing with our esteemed host.

$61 bill, bill, BILLION MORE for a war that is already lost? Are you kidding me?

I don’t know anyone who even blinked.

Did you hear about the NOTAM last week on the west coast of the US? That’s Notice To Air Missions. The reason? Russia was conducting missile launches off the California coast.

Do you suppose London and/or Paris in smoking ruins would get the attention of the citizens?

Russians do not bluff and Mr. Medvedev would never make such an utterance without the approval of his boss.

            Please pass the popcorn.

          • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 1:40 pm #

“$61 bill, bill, BILLION MORE for a war that is already lost? ”

As we know, the point is not to ‘win’ the war.

Also, I have my doubts that they will create a situation where Russia ACTUALLY nukes (or otherwise bombs) London. Unless our elected (and unelected) representatives, nobility, aristocracy, movers, shakers and general rich bods are currently in bunkers, operating in London as holograms, they’re not going to risk it. Fingers crossed, obviously.

You don’t see any connection with how the precedent set by

HR 6090 – The Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023 having the potential to censor and penalize free speech by deeming unpleasant truths “antisemitic” and thus criminal

might make enable the US government to implement the WHO restrictions on free speech?

It’s the same principle–shut people up so they don’t interfere with the blob’s plan.

More than once, you have, correctly, pointed out the US invasion and occupation of Syria.

Yet I don’t recall you ever mentioning the frequent Israeli bombings in Syria that pre-date the Israeli attack on the Syrian embassy.

We can debate whether Israel is destroying “Palestinian sovereignty” (a lot of folks think there is no such thing), but from what I and most people can see, the Israelis are destroying a lot of human bodily integrity these days–far more than their usual.

          • Paula D May 21, 2024 at 11:23 am #

As you should know, SD, I do not support the bombing of Gaza. I think that Israel should have only targeted Hamas.

But I have this thing about hyperbole that leads to inaccuracies.

            Indiscriminate bombing is not “genocide”.
Israel has not been occupying Gaza since 1947.
Killing civilians is not “self defense” when Hamas does it.

Plus, I have an aversion to jumping on the bandwagon, any bandwagon.

I find it extremely suspicious that the media is focusing so much on this particular atrocity, (while ignoring all other atrocities, as usual), and I refuse to join the purple-haired mob out screaming for Jewish blood.

And I think that the WHO treaty will kill a lot more people than are being killed in Gaza, as well as destroy what is left of our civil rights. Therefore, I am more focused on that, and the gain-of-function biowarfare research labs (which the Fauci stooges deny even exist.)

I posted Mike Benz more than once, on the topic of censorship and repression.

I would think that Putin would be a more reliable source than Medvedev.

The way I interpreted his words is that the UK military would be attacked, and not necessarily in Ukraine, which is new. But it leaves open a lot of places that are not the UK.

I think that they would escalate in other places before they hit London.

That said, our overlords are reckless enough to keep pushing until Paris, London, Brussels and Washington, DC are hit.

In the US we are such a big country that most Americans would survive a hit on Wash, DC.
Personally, I think most people would shrug and say “No big loss.”

It’s obviously different on the isles where you live.

          • Anthea May 22, 2024 at 11:52 pm #

            @ Paula D:

If the Russians decided to launch an attack against the US, the primary targets would be military installations capable of launching a counter-attack, and of command centers like the Pentagon. In my area, the main military installation would be Whiteman AFB. They might also want to take out Lake City Arsenal.

I’m not even sure I see the strategic importance of targeting major cities, except possibly DC–and I’m not sure the denizens of DC are of any real importance. They’re just errand boys.

Now, if they targeted the central banks, I suppose that could create a lot of problems.

Targeting the major US cities would be doing us a favor.

          • Paula D May 23, 2024 at 12:05 pm #

You are right, Anthea. So far the Russians have avoided hitting major cities even in Ukraine.

I have no idea if there are military targets around here. One time on Amtrak, a Swiss couple showed us a map of the US they had, warning them to avoid US military bases.

I was gobsmacked to see how much of US land is taken up with military bases.
There doesn’t seem to be any place that doesn’t have something military connected to it.

Not far from my house, they make depleted uranium missiles.
That would probably be a target.

            Mac

I said ‘survived as long as this‘ deliberately. To all intents and purposes (those relating to keeping people well and not bumping them off) it’s dead, although its ghost continues to function because the people who work in it still go to work. Most of them are good people. Some aren’t.

I presume you are referring to Lucy Letby, but I have no idea what point you are trying to make about her. Her guilty verdict may have been unsafe, but that still wouldn’t tell me one way or the other if she is guilty. I didn’t look into it that closely, specifically for that reason (that I wouldn’t get anywhere).

There have, however, been staff in the past who have killed babies deliberately. It’s very, very rare. Harold Shipman was also very, very rare, but he used the trust his patients had in him to kill a lot of elderly ladies and steal their money, because he was a psychopath. It happens.

        @GreenAlba

I care! I went to the website.

With all due respect, Bridgen is simply stating the obvious.

He has more credence because he is an MP, vs a commenter on CFN.

I hope people here take the time to read the blurb and watch the 4 minute clip with “Doc Malik” and MP Bridgen.

(an aside: “To make money, all we need is next week’s newspapers today”. Very clever quote about how the globalists work. I liked that.)

Britain has been, after the US, the most vocal proponent of war against Russia.

At the behest of the US, the Britain and the EU embargoed Russia (they CUT THEIR NOSE to spite their face). They FROZE Russian financial assets (that’s theft, part one). Now they are engaged in literally taking the assets (complete the theft). These actions are an economic WW3. If the war ends tomorrow, Europe will pay for years. The disrupted relationships that were MUTUALLY beneficial between Russia and Europe will not return.

Remember your girl, Liz Truss? Her famous text? “It’s done.” Like Tony Soprano. Nordstream gone. That’s your (and my government). Some has to be held accountable? To pay, don’t you think?

You make many astute comments. I’m sure you knew all of this. So why are you surprised and alarmed today?

Maybe Richi is saying he doesn’t want to be a “war leader” because he feels he will be trounced and doesn’t want to be tagged as a loser.

He is very bellicose. Like his two Tory predecessors.

They are prolonging this war. It’s a game. Just like our POS Secretary of State playing “Rocking in the Free World” in Kiev. It’s a game.

But real Russians (and Ukrainians) are dying. along with assorted (sordid) Westerners.

I think Russia will “prevail”, but at what cost?

I hope the Russians manage to kill all the Westerners on the ground there or lock them away in Siberia permanently.

You are in a similar boat as we are here in the US. In both nations, there is not enough public outrage that translates into ACTUAL political action to stop feeding this wrong, US-instigated war. And too many people are too ignorant, thanks to their deficient education and the propaganda of the government and MSM.

I like you. Unfortunately, both our countries, especially OUR countries, have much to atone for. So, enjoy your day, judgement is coming.

Till then, all you can do is try to talk to people and get them to open their eyes. Good luck!

        • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 2:51 pm #

You’re right S-D, I do know all that. I merely put the clip up because a UK MP put it, very succinctly, in words AND he gave a rough date for when the UK public would be ‘informed’, presumably by its politicians and media (same beast), that it is officially at war. No other British MP has gone within miles of stating what he stated (unless I’ve missed it). But he can say it because he’s already a pariah in Parliament. He was kicked out of the Tory Party for ‘covid vaccine misinformation’. He’s now an independent.

“I like you. Unfortunately, both our countries, especially OUR countries, have much to atone for. So, enjoy your day, judgement is coming.”

          Echoed.

I think, in many of these contexts, it is simpler to think of our two countries as one entity (axis of evil?). For years, around Iraq war time, I thought of the UK as the US] puppy. Now I think it’s the other way round. It’s just that the money men get the US to do their dirty military work, which makes it look as if the boot is on the other foot.

          • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 3:12 pm #

It’s difficult to tell. I think that they are intertwined at the top, not only with board chairmanships and interlocking stock ownership, but with intermarriage, just like back in royal days.
Winston Churchill’s mother was American and Boris Johnson was born in the US and had dual citizenship.

Their interests intertwine as well. They attack other countries together all the time. The only time I can remember the UK refusing to go along with the US was in 2013, when the US proxy “moderate rebels” killed a bunch of Syrian kids with sarin, right as the UN chemical inspection team arrived in Damascus, at the request of the government, to investigate the jihadists use of chemical weapons.

Obama accused Assad of the crime, which was patently absurd, but the Mighty Wurlitzer played it anyway.
Obama had announced his “red line”, which was chemical weapon use, and then they found a bunch of dead children who had been poisoned. What were the odds? (Pretty good, since it was commissioned by the US).

Anyway, Parliament refused to go along with an attack on Syria based on such stupid claims.

And then Russia stepped in to broker a deal where the US was allowed to destroy Syria’s stock of chemical weapons (which it hadn’t even used on the terrorist, let alone a bunch of kidnapped Alawite children.)

            “Curses, foiled again” screamed Obama.

So, the US backed off for a while, until they rolled out ISIS in the spring of 2014, complete with Toyota pickups, matching uniforms, endless ammo, and factory made ISIS flags.

Then the UK went along with it.

Yes, SD, and they are illegally occupying the Golan Heights.

That is why Iran bombed a site in Golan Heights last time.

This time I hope they add the US troops occupying Syria and stealing their oil and wheat.

That would be a fitting response, imo.

    Greetings,

For me, this week’s introduction of Open a.i.’s HER was the Pearl Harbor that we’ve all been dreading. The capabilities of HER dwarf all previous attempts at such things and render 70% of the workforce obsolete. I watched a demonstration where they used HER to teach a robot dog to balance itself on a yoga ball as the ball was being kicked down the street. If HER can do that then it can certainly staff all of our retail outlets.

That isn’t even the craziest part of this story. Oh no. The craziest part is that I was speaking about HER to my daughter as I was curious as to what the 90 or so people at the grocery store that she manages thought about it. She told me that I was the only person she’d ever heard speak of such things. I would later find out this to be true of family and friends.

We all live in a world of custom-tailored news now. My news and social media feeds were nothing but HER and its amazing capabilities. I can only imagine that for other people, their news feeds are nothing but stories about how DJT can not be allowed on the ballot to protect Democracy.

It will be hard to have the revolution that the author speaks of until everyone becomes aware of what is going on. I’m afraid that won’t happen until hunger sets in.

Right on, Tuco. You’re right. All they do in Congress anymore is “investigate” everything from immigration to cheating in baseball but you’ll note that nothing ever comes from all of these countless “investigations.”

The US congress is completely and utterly useless to the American people. It is a failed institution that represents only those with enough money to buy their interest.

It is well past time that the system be scrapped. That the Federal Register and its 800,000 pages be thrown into a bon fire.

Investigate, pontificate, argue and then investigate some more. That’s all these useless loudmouth idiots do.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 10:42 am #

RD3, you are right. They don’t pass laws anymore. When they do pass a law it is so vague and subject to interpretations that the agencies charged with executing the law are free to make all kind of “standards” and “mandates” to enforce the congress’s new “law.”

These morons don’t even realize that they are sovereign under the now defunct US Constitution. They have pissed away all of their authority until they are nothing more than a squabbling club for people with Ds and Rs behind their names, told how to vote by the PTB, not representing a damned thing.

I pity those poor souls who are running for congress with claims that they are going to “change washington” or “vote on conservative principles.” They will vote how they are told.

Sure, they pass laws. But that doesn’t take much time.

          • middle shelf May 20, 2024 at 11:29 am #

Many do call legislators and officers at the federal level “leaders,” using the word to mean that they are the leaders of the citizens of the united States.

They were never intended to be, and they most certainly aren’t. Congress is at best the leader of their staff…that’s it. Officers in the executive branch are leaders of their departments, and of course the President is the leader of the executive and commander in chief.

Leaders of anything more is an abuse of the word, and it isn’t on accident. If people believe they are your leader, then sure, they can tell you whether to wear a mask.

As a citizen of this republic, they aren’t your leader no matter how many times they and the media refer to them as leaders.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:41 am #

            So true, MS.

Congress critters are supposed to be public SERVANTS. They were originally supposed to leave their jobs for a short time to come legislate necessary laws, pass a budget and then return to their jobs. Never were they intended to be leaders or to have full time congress jobs for 40 year careers.

Public servant no longer has any meaning.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 12:02 pm #

No, they’ll vote for someone based on how they look or how they talk, whether they’re gay or not, whether they’re black or not, all superficial reasons, having not a clue what “their” candidate stands for most of the time, but now, politicians do a 180 on their constituencies, now, so much, that it doesn’t really matter what they say they stand for anymore.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 12:04 pm #

            Think about the original concept.

The Congress represented their folks, yes, but they were also knowledgeable folks compared to the rest of society. they were the brain trust that had the knowledge to create laws that made sense.

            How far we have fallen?

It makes you wonder if our form of government will even work when the legislature is all the losers of society.

Nickel, don’t know if you watched the DUNE movies that came out or read the DUNE books. It takes place 10,000 years into the future and you’ll note that humans do not have any computers. Their ships and equipment are all human controlled. Not like Star Trek. I know this is all fantasy but if you dive into the history of DUNE you will learn that humanity went through a near extinction level war against artificial intelligence and swore off any silicon based intelligence.

My point? I believe that is where we are heading. An all out war and rejection by humanity of anything and everything AI.

      • cowbell81 May 20, 2024 at 10:55 am #

Thanks Canker for making this point clear about the need to eradicate AI and silicon-based computing. The fact these systems so control our lives these days is nothing more than a mere blip on the radar of history. Mankind has lived and thrived for thousands of years just fine without all this techno garbage. The world will be a much better and freer place without it.

I have the Dune series of books in my library and look forward to diving into it one day soon. After that, I will take in the film adaptations.

          Cowbell

          Right on.

What is the purpose of life if technology does everything? Humans crave creativity, the building of things, winning.

God made us in His image, not literally, but in His “psychological” image, right and wrong, reasoning, creativity is part of that.

If humans give up the role of creators to “robots”. What is the point of existence?

In all ways, Man is currently trying to out do God, manipulate DNA, create life, create artificial humans. I wonder how long it will take for the oncoming disaster to happen.

IMHO, God does not cause disasters, Man does. God is hands off. He is a mentor to Mankind, a part of us that tries to point us in the right direction.

When God “walks away”. Man collapses kingdom by kingdom.

          Until Revelation, God’s finale.

Hey, maybe the Beast, the Anti-Christ are all aspects of the dominance of AI in the future.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:37 am #

If you take away the purpose for living, man no longer needs to live.

I work in land development and 3/4 of my staff could soon be faced with losing their jobs to AI. I don’t need administrative assistants anymore. I don’t need home designers or civil engineers anymore. I don’t need plans reviewers anymore.

All of this could be done by a soul less AI machine.

It is evil and the people pushing this on us are evil. Anti human. Anti Christ.

            They’re made out of meat.”

            “Meat?”

“Meat. They’re made out of meat.”

            “Meat?”

“There’s no doubt about it. We picked up several from different parts of the planet, took them aboard our recon vessels, and probed them all the way through. They’re completely meat.”

“That’s impossible. What about the radio signals? The messages to the stars?”

“They use the radio waves to talk, but the signals don’t come from them. The signals come from machines.”

“So who made the machines? That’s who we want to contact.”

“They made the machines. That’s what I’m trying to tell you. Meat made the machines.”

“That’s ridiculous. How can meat make a machine? You’re asking me to believe in sentient meat.”

“I’m not asking you, I’m telling you. These creatures are the only sentient race in that sector and they’re made out of meat.”

“Maybe they’re like the orfolei. You know, a carbon-based intelligence that goes through a meat stage.”

“Nope. They’re born meat and they die meat. We studied them for several of their life spans, which didn’t take long. Do you have any idea what’s the life span of meat?”

“Spare me. Okay, maybe they’re only part meat. You know, like the weddilei. A meat head with an electron plasma brain inside.”

“Nope. We thought of that, since they do have meat heads, like the weddilei. But I told you, we probed them. They’re meat all the way through.”

            “No brain?”

“Oh, there’s a brain all right. It’s just that the brain is made out of meat! That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you.”

“So … what does the thinking?”

“You’re not understanding, are you? You’re refusing to deal with what I’m telling you. The brain does the thinking. The meat.”

“Thinking meat! You’re asking me to believe in thinking meat!”

“Yes, thinking meat! Conscious meat! Loving meat. Dreaming meat. The meat is the whole deal! Are you beginning to get the picture or do I have to start all over?”

“Omigod. You’re serious then. They’re made out of meat.”

“Thank you. Finally. Yes. They are indeed made out of meat. And they’ve been trying to get in touch with us for almost a hundred of their years.”

“Omigod. So what does this meat have in mind?”

“First it wants to talk to us. Then I imagine it wants to explore the Universe, contact other sentiences, swap ideas and information. The usual.”

“We’re supposed to talk to meat.”

“That’s the idea. That’s the message they’re sending out by radio. ‘Hello. Anyone out there. Anybody home.’ That sort of thing.”

“They actually do talk, then. They use words, ideas, concepts?”

“Oh, yes. Except they do it with meat.”

“I thought you just told me they used radio.”

“They do, but what do you think is on the radio? Meat sounds. You know how when you slap or flap meat, it makes a noise? They talk by flapping their meat at each other. They can even sing by squirting air through their meat.”

“Omigod. Singing meat. This is altogether too much. So what do you advise?”

            “Officially or unofficially?”

            “Both.”

“Officially, we are required to contact, welcome and log in any and all sentient races or multibeings in this quadrant of the Universe, without prejudice, fear or favor. Unofficially, I advise that we erase the records and forget the whole thing.”

“I was hoping you would say that.”

“It seems harsh, but there is a limit. Do we really want to make contact with meat?”

“I agree one hundred percent. What’s there to say? ‘Hello, meat. How’s it going?’ But will this work? How many planets are we dealing with here?”

“Just one. They can travel to other planets in special meat containers, but they can’t live on them. And being meat, they can only travel through C space. Which limits them to the speed of light and makes the possibility of their ever making contact pretty slim. Infinitesimal, in fact.”

“So we just pretend there’s no one home in the Universe.”

            “That’s it.”

“Cruel. But you said it yourself, who wants to meet meat? And the ones who have been aboard our vessels, the ones you probed? You’re sure they won’t remember?”

“They’ll be considered crackpots if they do. We went into their heads and smoothed out their meat so that we’re just a dream to them.”

“A dream to meat! How strangely appropriate, that we should be meat’s dream.”

“And we marked the entire sector unoccupied.”

“Good. Agreed, officially and unofficially. Case closed. Any others? Anyone interesting on that side of the galaxy?”

“Yes, a rather shy but sweet hydrogen core cluster intelligence in a class nine star in G445 zone. Was in contact two galactic rotations ago, wants to be friendly again.”

            “They always come around.”

“And why not? Imagine how unbearably, how unutterably cold the Universe would be if one were all alone …”

    On Ukraine:

When you hear something as brazenly ridiculous as “gee, the money we gave them to build fortifications got divvied up, and the Russians came on down”, how do you not know you are looking at a brazen lie told by lying liars”

Obviously, screamingly obviously, the people involved in handing the money over meant for it to be used for whatever the hell it was used for; they were in on it.

Did anybody ask questions? Exactly who was “supposed to build fortifications”? How? What’s a “fortification” and how is the cost figured?

The whole thing was a sham. Notice we didn’t hear anybody warn that these things were not being built until the Russians showed up?

    These people lack communications?

Anyone who knows the least little thing about Ukraine would have known that money handed over without oversight was meant to disappear.

I sympathize fully with virtually everything in this blog. It’s not just Fugazy Land, though; it’s Fugazy WORLD. We’re ALL in now for a jolly good round of madness and hardship, whether Western Civ or other civs.

On my part, I draw solace from my own personal belief in some Higher Power in which our existence is grounded and which beckons humanity to listen to its dictates if they will listen. And the belief that perhaps it all goes in cycles: perhaps we’re now reaching the bottom of some historical or civilizational course of development, and in due course we’ll slowly climb back up again.

If anyone judges all these ideas to be hogwash and likewise judges me as some irrational dolt for believing all this, so be it. After all, irrationality is one of the hallmarks of our species, is it not?

And if America finally and truly refuses to be Fugazy Land, I’ll be very happy for America. Now if only the Fugazis in Asia — above all that fat, ugly asshole — will likewise have their faces smashed in by their people…

I don’t judge your faith. I too have faith that there is some grand plan and design to all of this. I have seen far too many “miracles” to deny the existence of an intelligent creator. However, I struggle with the following:

      1. Why does this creator give so much deference to the filthy, corrupt and evil?

      2. What the hell is this creator waiting for?

Perhaps, this creator, has tried many times and now the majority of his creations have turned their backs on it and it or they are leaving us to our own designs.

Kind of like a parent with a rebellious child. Eventually the parent lets the child experience the consequences of their own bad choices so that they will learn from those bad choices.

My point? I don’t think that higher power is coming to help us this time. We are on our own.

      • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 10:35 am #

He waits to give as many as possible the chance at going aboard the ark before He shuts the door. Once it’s shut, it doesn’t open again for anything or anyone. Because the filthy, corrupt and evil deserve a chance at salvation just as the clean, uncorrupt and good.

        • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 10:45 am #

It took Noah 120 years to build the ark. That’s a long time to let people know something bad is coming.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 10:48 am #

They don’t portray this in the movie with John Huston, but God actually was the one who shut the door to the ark, and I believe He did that because you can’t shut the door to salvation on your friends and family, so He did it for them.

        • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:33 am #

Man is a teenager, rebellious and always trying to best God.

Your last sentence? Revelation. God has been working with us for thousands of years and all we do, over and over is deny Him and run in the opposite direction. God gave John some really weird trips or bad dreams called Revelation where He announced that there will be a finale, a final reckoning. The Final Judgement.

        • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 11:52 am #

Having read Revelation numerous times I have come to the conclusion that John was smoking some kind of a hallucinogenic week that grew on the Isle of Patmos when he wrote it.

          • Groundhog May 20, 2024 at 1:15 pm #

The book of Revelation just barely made it into the NT. There were a lot of church fathers during the time the NT was put together – that claimed Revelation was too wierd and off the wall to be included in the canon. The book describes dreams and visions, and dreams can be notoriously difficult to interpret.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 1:35 pm #

Go tell that to a rabbi that is active online like Tovia Singer. You know, someone who knows and understands the Torah or “Old Testament” completely. You won’t get far before being accurately defeated by facts. At that point what happens is apologists get all “spiritual” and begin making things up as they go along.

          cockle
          noun
Darnel, Lolium temulentum; rye-grass, L. perenne; tare; a weed generally.
The corn-rose or corn-cockle, Lychnis (Agrostemma) Githago.
          A young cock; a cockerel.
          To cry like a cock.
To pucker or contract into wrinkles, as cloth or glass.
To rise into frequent ridges, as the waves of a chopping sea.
To make a slight score on the cogs or teeth of a mill, as a guide for cutting off their ends, so that the whole may be given a truly circular form.
To cause to pucker in wrinkles: as, rain will cockle silk.

Another yet enjoyable read by our host. Thank you Jim for taking the time to write up your thoughts on what is happening in our society.

I agree with much of what you said in this write up. Namely that the American people, by and large, definitely not all of them, are fed up and pissed off. They can only push so far before those being pushed have had enough of the pushing.

Many of the people are hopelessly lost but more and more are coming to the realization that things are amiss in this Country. That we are in big trouble. They know it in their gut even though they cannot identify it.

Public debt is $35 trillion. Few seem to care. Private debt is hovering anywhere between $17 trillion and $76 trillion (I hear reports of widely varying numbers). None of this debt gets paid off. Period. That monster is waiting for us with a wide open gaping maw, ready to devour our wealth.

Confidence in the government is gone and as such so is the authority of the government. Few there be that will listen and obey the insane diktats of the government anymore. It is now an illegitimate government and needs to be cast down, trampled and replaced with a government based entirely upon “natural laws” and not the corrupt laws of man.

I hope Jim is right in his predictions today. I look forward to a time when the people do finally destroy the blob and burn all of its filth and place it in the ashbin of history.

Unfortunately, humanity will never learn and it will be repeated as greed and lust, unquenchable human traits, will once again show their ugly faces.

        Religious zealots?

Are those people that take the image of God to “lord” it over all the rest of us?

God loves humility not show-offs. Religion has ruined Jesus’ message many centuries ago.

Zealots are that way for their own satisfaction, not yours. Religious zealots have caused mor human suffering than any other source.

        Was Jesus a religious zealot?

        • elysianfield May 20, 2024 at 12:21 pm #

          Was Jesus a religious zealot?

          John,
The end game of Christianity, and most major religions, is a Utopian afterlife.

          HISTORICAL
a member of an ancient Jewish sect that aimed at a world Jewish theocracy and resisted the Romans until AD 70.

Was Jesus a card carrying member? A fellow traveler? Sympathetic?

          Sounds a bit “Old Testament”.

          • JohnAZ May 20, 2024 at 2:13 pm #

            My zealot is not capitalized.

Jesus had a zealot in the 12. Simon the Zealot, (capital Z).

Most things I have read say that Jesus and John the Baptist were Essenes, another sect of the time and authors of the Dead Sea SCrolls.

Jesus “job” on earth was to fulfill Scripture, teach about a sublime God, and die for our sins. He was the Best.

        • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 12:26 pm #

The church I used to frequent claims to be led by Jesus Christ himself and the church modelled in the same manner as his original church he established. 12 Apostles and so forth. Christ ordained ordinary fishermen as his Apostles. This church today has 12 Apostles who are wealthy, elite businessmen and attorneys. One of them is a billionaire.

A far cry from the humble fishermen Christ sought after 2000 years ago.

Humility? Not today. Today’s religions are all about elitism. You make a ton of money you are guaranteed a leadership position that lets you “lord” over your fellow church goers.

          I despise it all.

          • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 12:38 pm #

          • JohnAZ May 20, 2024 at 2:19 pm #

Yes! Religion is for the power hungry, using God as their justification. It is man-made.

Church and religion is not the same thing.

          • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 5:08 pm #

and hypocrites, Jarek. They teach one thing but do the other. We are supposed to be humble, to avoid prideful and vain things such as the love of money. Yet the leaders they appoint are very much prideful and lovers of money.

Christ had particular disdain for the hypocrites because of the damage they inflict upon society.

Yes, JohnAZ, church and religion are not the same thing. Something I have become very much aware of as I have aged. Elitism rules the churches of our age. No doubt about it.

    • White German Shepherd May 20, 2024 at 11:58 am #

      I agree very much.

Do you understand that “natural law” means no government at all?

After all who governs the fish and the birds?

      • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 12:35 pm #

I believe adherents to natural law would state that the main tenet of such a law would be “DO NO HARM.” As long as you are not creating harm for your neighbor or for anyone else.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 21, 2024 at 2:55 pm #

Robert J. Ringer, popular back in the 70s or so, used to say the only natural law (versus man-made)was don’t forcibly interfere with the rights of another, which I remember thinking at the time was just plain silly.

Natural law is you have something I want if I can take it from you it’s mine.

    • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 12:56 pm #

No, humanity, what remains of it, will learn. It is written that God’s Kingdom will fill the earth. And to the scoffers that say they see only evil all the time, let it be known that all other things He said have already come to pass. We fail, but God, never. Jesus Christ reigns.

      • Groundhog May 20, 2024 at 1:21 pm #

“Jesus Christ reigns”? Where does he reign? Judging by history and current events he isn’t ruling anywhere, least of all in the pedophile/satanic Catholic Church. The “kingdom of heaven” that Jesus preached about in the synoptic gospels was supposed to have arrived before the end of the first century. It never happened. We’ve been waiting some 20 centuries now and still nothing. God has failed big time.

        • C.O.Jones May 20, 2024 at 7:09 pm #

          God has not failed, Groundhog.

It is human nature to try to apply human limitations to God – I am guilty of it myself. Study and pray as some of us may, we cannot have the mind of God.

The truth is that humans are limited by time and we incorrectly try to impose the same limitations on God. 2 Peter 3:8 says that with God, a day is like a thousand years.

Your comment is explained in 2 Corinthians 4:4:

The god of the olam hazeh (this world, the present age) has blinded the minds of those who are perishing in order to prevent them from seeing the light shining from the good news (gospel) about the glory of the Messiah who is the image of God.

          Don’t be blinded!

The one who perseveres to the end will be delivered. Matthew 24:13

I fully expect to be flamed for this comment. Don’t care. I’m praying.

            Luk 18:7-8
            (7)  And shall not God avenge His own elect who cry day and night to Him, though He has been long-suffering over them?
            (8)  I say to you that He will avenge them speedily. Yet when the Son of Man comes, shall He find faith on the earth?

Heaven is on Earth, in the here and now, or it is nowhere.

Jesus/God/the Holy Spirit’s return is only from the perspective of each individual. God (or Enlightenment) merges with the individual, and the anguished duality of me and God disappears.

I’m having difficulty remembering when ANY high-level official has faced real justice for ANYTHING they did. Not Kissinger, not W or Cheney, and certainly not any corrupt officials currently running governments everywhere—from which the choices are legion. King Louis the XVI may not have escaped his fate in 1789, but if the modern era tells us anything, it’s that you get away scot-free, every time.

    • Cankerpuss May 20, 2024 at 10:28 am #

      Especially Democrats.

The one thing about JHK’s statement is that there isn’t anyone in authority who will challenge these fuckers. If they hang it will be because the people, having lost all faith in the rule of American law, take justice into their own hands.

      • tuco22 May 20, 2024 at 10:40 am #

No, there isn’t anyone in authority who will challenge them because they hold all the guns, so to speak. They have the power of the military and police, and as long as they do (remember, Joe said they have F-16’s), we with our AR-15’s and .306 and handguns are no match. We don’t have ground-penetrating radar and very few have night vision goggles. They have a whole host of weapons at their disposal they can use against us. Passive resistance is the way, the withholding of services, the refusal to “participate” where possible.

    About Chris Cuomo-

I have talked before about how RFK Jr. appears to have backed way, way off his position on bringing the perpetrators of the covid crimes against humanity to justice.

He was getting all kumbaya about it.

It got worse, most recently he started talking about some wacky confessional where the covid conspirators could come forward, admit their sins, and be absolved.

That sounds suspiciously like the amnesty the MSM has been pushing, only worse.

“RFK Jr. on the other hand calls for a COVID truth and reconciliation committee.

“I could bring him in front of a jury and put him in jail.”

“We tell everybody we’re going to now have a forum where you can come and confess…And then you can prosecute them if they don’t tell the truth.”

    x.com/AV24org/status/1791871904237707757

It has been pointed out to him, the flaws in this idea:

“i just don’t know how you prevent this happening in the future without sending a signal that pharma and government will be held accountable. otherwise why wouldn’t they try and make 100B again? it’s their business model.”

    x.com/cmporro/status/1791890106963615884

Then, along comes Chris Cuomo with his limited hangout, showing others the way forward, and lying his face off.

I thought these two things were not related. I was wrong. It was all part of a plan, but not the plan I thought.

Junior really should be ashamed of himself. The Cuomos are thugs, and Chris’s brother put elderly people i care homes in harm’s way on purpose.

You don’t get into bed with trash like that for political reasons, and still get to pretend you are something new and different and clean.

    Behold Junior’s new ad:

“This is what smashing the two-party system looks like”

The Cabal has been trying to destroy the US government on the cheap and dirty with lies, and Truth has been deployed to fought back. God bless the internet and its posters!

The Cabal didn’t want to get its hands dirty or show its face to Justice. Hence the face masks continuing, and the ever-increasing propaganda efforts.

But the Forces of Evil are finding out, at home as in Ukraine, that only murder, be it boots on the ground in a war of aggression, blatant assassination, or nukes, will destroy the governing principles of a free nation. If then.

And that leaves them weaponless. Do they go for it directly, themselves, and risk all? They are running out of dupes to hire as most have been killed off. There aren’t enough stupid people to do a stupid thing like overthrow the US. Constitution.

But there are enough stupid people to keep up the riot, and they still occupy positions of power. Remove these clowns and the clown show ends.

The land in the Ukraine was primarily agricultural -producing barley, rye, and wheat. It’s some of the most pristine farm land. What’s Blackrock doing making claim to this land? These people need to have their cultural wisdom restored. It reminds me of when Hemingway wrote “The Old Man and the Sea” and he caught a big fish, but by the time he brought it to shore, the sharks had ravaged it. IN the end, he preferred to be sitting on the coastal beaches of Africa drinking scotch. It was all for naught. That’s how so much of what we have done is ending —ravaged by the sharks.

And then Alex Soros making a deal with Zelensky to use prime farmland as a toxic waste dump for US and European chemical and other corporations.

The best farmland in Europe is being ravaged, while the most ignorant cheer it on.

      Fugazy, for sure.

Corrupt leaders get loans from corrupt global agencies and governments.

The people vote the corrupt leaders out, and the new, slightly less corrupt leaders end up having to kowtow to the lenders they owe the money to, and they don’t have the money to do the things they were supposed to do with the old loans.

Somebody talked President Trump into approving loans with strings for Ukraine, although of course he didn’t have anything to do with the actual spending bill except to stick by the Speaker who allowed it.

There are a couple of Congressmen who insist there is an impeachment trap for Trump in that bill, should he become president again, but nobody talks about that.

So, Ukraine is pretty much doomed.

      • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 12:20 pm #

Except for the parts that Russia liberates. They will be fine.

Hopefully, Russia takes most of Ukraine, and tells Blackrock, et.al., to fuck right off with their bogus loan claims.

Maybe they can get it from the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians pushed to their deaths by western fiends. Just write off the cost of all those human lives and call it even.

        • Beryl of Oyl May 20, 2024 at 12:56 pm #

The thing is, all of these issues are all out in the open. That TV show that Netflix ran, you can learn all about the loan problems from that.

          It’s no secret.

I just watched an episode where prosecutors and oligarch types discuss what charges they can make stick against the former president to get him 20 years in prison.

          Aha, think about this.

Russia scoffs at the NATO sanctions, enlarges its trade with BRICS++ members and slowly drains American Capital and increases BRICS++ capital. China and Russia firm up together and eventually the very stupid Deep State in the USA becomes totally dependent on BRICS++ for its debt load, think China primarily. Russia using China to break the USA and West.

No one here has yet mentioned that today is the last official day for Zelenskyy to be president of the Ukraine. Elections were supposed to be held, but they are claiming this is not possible until every rightful Ukrainian has the right to vote, which will never happen as long as Russia controls Crimea.

So, tomorrow Zelenskyy officially becomes the puppet president of the Ukraine, not that he wasn’t already. Does this de facto rule make him a dictator? One has to wonder what the West and Eurozone might have up their sleeves with regard to this sham.

My bet is that Zelensky becomes Number Three in the tragic and totally unforeseen deaths of world leaders.

It is true that my predictions seldom come true, but if they do off Zelensky, I can bet with confidence that they will blame it on Putin.

Ngo Dinh Diem, based on what I’ve read and seen, for his many faults, was 20x the man Zelensky was.

I have predicted Zelensky will suffer a similar fate. I stand my my prediction. Diem was overthrown and murdered in the back of a van in early November 1963.

Zelensky may “know too much” to be permitted to live in luxury in Miami, Beverly Hills, or France. His existence will be more of a problem than a benefit to the blob.

He is no longer the legal president.

Russia doesn’t have to do anything to cause upheaval over that predicament. And the US will make sure that the next president is equally as pliant as Zelensky, or more. (Remember that Zelensky was elected on a peace with Donbass platform, and the US had to expend a lot of time and energy to bring him around to kneel to the Empire).

You’ll have to come up with better reasons than that to convince me.

Iran took a long time to announce Raisi’s death, long enough to position troops in the streets of Tehran.

Iran kept us out of WW3 last month when Israel attacked, by choosing to ignore the red line they had issued.

The west gloated about that, in their usual belligerently macho way.

Whatever brought down that helicopter, the Iranians are sure to think it was Israel or the US, and everyone knows it, including the authorities in Tehran.

Something will have to be done.

I see the NAFO trolls are already out on social media, saying that it would be impossible to bring down that helicopter in that kind of weather and mountainous conditions. What sniper could aim in that weather?

So we are supposed to forget that a bomb can be implanted in a helicopter? We are supposed to look at completely burned wreckage and say “Yep, that’s caused by the fog and rain, for sure”?

    Yeah, I don’t think so.

    • cowbell81 May 20, 2024 at 11:25 am #

Biden hasn’t even come out to express any kind of sympathy or respect to the Iranian people. I know they are our sworn enemies and we want everyone over there to die, but really, what kind of cruel heartless bastard can you be to not even make some kind of public statement yet?

      • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 12:25 pm #

If the US or Israel or both were behind the death of the Iranian President, it was an immature, and even worse, a BAD move, even if it “succeeded”.

If the US hoped that a more “dovish” President will replace Raisi, the result will be the opposite.

Raisi seemed to me to be a reasonable moderate who possessed a lot of self-discipline, and with other Iranians in charge, showed a lot of self-restraint in the face of US/Israeli provocation

If the US and Israel hope for a more “hawkish” President, to more likely give them the war they want, THAT they may get.

However, US/Israeli confidence of a successful engagement with Iran is misplaced.

I doubt Israeli defenses against a UNILATERAL Iranian strike are 100%. In a country the size of new Jersey, 96% is not good enough.

As for the US, well, if half the stuff that people ranging from JHK to Larry Johnson to Col Doug McGregor write or say is true, there are lots of potentially dangerous men in the US biding their time until ordered to carry out REAL terrorist acts.

CFNers (I include myself) rail against the “blob” here. Just wait until a few professionals disable the electric or water supply or take out a few overpasses on I-75 or I-95.

Time appears to me to be on Iran’s side, and on Russia’s side. Perhaps China’s side as well.

So, if the US and/or Israel were involved, this will backfire.

However, even if they were NOT involved, the result is largely the same, in the public eye.

The US/Israel appear guilty of offing the President of Iran.

So this is bad news all around, not just for Mr. Raisi’s family and friends and supporters.

While I recognize the evil nature of the US and Israeli ruling classes, I have an objective observation that needs to be said (and as I always, I welcome comments)

I have a lot of difficulty with IRANIAN President Raisi getting on (any kind of) an aircraft, to go visit AZERBAIJANI President Aliyev.

Aliyev’s two closest allies, and enablers in his (successful) recent wars against Armenia were (and I think still ARE) Turkey and ISRAEL. Israel provided Aliyev with much important hardware. In return, it is said that, besides money and/or oil, Israel has listening sites and drone bases in Azerbaijan, which borders Iran. Azerbaijan is an invaluable asset to Israel in ongoing Israeli attacks against Iran (which the MSM and CFN never mention).

So, unless something dramatic has changed (and I see NO evidence of that, but I’m far from all-knowing–so please, some one comment or tell me what’s happening with Iran and Azerbaijan), it appears very foolish, to me for Raisi to have flown to Azerbaijan for a handshake photo op. If there was foul play involved, he set himself up.

If ties were improving, he should have sent his foreign minister. OR, they could have shaken hands in Moscow, or at a “summit” where multiple heads of state were present. If Israel is “the Great Satan”, you don’t pay a visit to Satan’s top ally in the region, which provides intel to your enemy. My two cents.

Time is not on the US or Israel’s side. A more hawkish Iranian is still going to wait. The Iranians are pretty smart, they will not change their strategy, they will (try to) sit tight and wait.

But if some Israeli/US provocation, or unforeseen action (a renegade Hezbollah or Israeli company commander who decides to “teach them a lesson” and goes a little too far than the usual tit-for-tat) should force the issue, Israel will pay a heavy price. The window to “attack Iran” closed a long time ago.

The US homeland may or may not pay a heavy price in a war with Iran.

However, the US is hurtling toward disaster even without Iran.

The America described at the conclusion of today’s essay, whether you agree or disagree, does not sound like an entity that will be able to project power on the world stage.

And when that happens, without Uncle Sugar, Israel will then have to choose between suicide or much more painful adjustments than would have been the case had the Israelis simply stopped abusing the Palestinians and left them alone in the West Bank and Gaza in the mid-1980s or 90s.

So, I’d say it was a bad weekend for everyone on the world stage. Great weather though!

Butcher of Tehran – you know exactly what I was talking about, but this kind of faultfinding nitpicking is your way of avoiding answering for your approval of Islamic tyrants.

And God, in whose image we’re made, is no AI program – another distraction you throw out there because you have nothing of substance to say.

            Isa 29:19-21

            (20)  For the terrible one is brought to naught, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:
            (21)  That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproves in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of naught.

I didn’t know what he was talking about either, SD.

Butcher of Tehran? When was that appellation applied?

            I’m guessing since yesterday.

          • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 4:10 pm #

Paula, Soc knew exactly what was being said.

As for you, it’s surprising you simply didn’t google it and inform yourself about a subject you apparently knew little and now have egg on your face making an uniformed and what appear to be a prejudicial guess. You tell us.

Hussein-Ali Montazeri named Raisi as one of the four persons involved in the 1988 executions of Iranian political prisoners.[26] Other persons were Morteza Eshraghi (Prosecutor of Tehran), Hossein-Ali Nayeri (Judge) and Mostafa Pourmohammadi (MOI representative in Evin). Names of first two persons are mentioned in Khomeini’s order. Pourmohammadi has denied his role but Raisi did not comment publicly on the matter.[27][28] Due to the involvement of this prosecution committee in thousands of executions, it has been informally called the ‘death committee’.[29][30][31][32] His role earned Raisi the reputation of being a “hanging judge”[33][34] and the nickname ‘butcher of Tehran.'[35][36][37]

          • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 10:44 pm #

Thank you for the explanation, Uncle Abraham.

I’d never heard of the butcher of Tehran.

If it was most anyone else here who gave us this information, I might accept it.

From you, it needs to be fact-checked, and I won’t bother.

The “political prisoners” may have been Iranian Jonathan Pollards–traitors, who warranted execution.

The appellation “Butcher of Tehran” for four people, even if they were innocent, seems overdone.

Isn’t that a typical day, or two at the most, at the West Bank for your Israeli friends? Four Palestinians killed. Many butchers–and this is before the Oct 07 industrial carnage.

Which, from what I understand, is not “eliminating Hamas”. Perhaps it’s time for your friends to kill ALL the Palestinians, yes? What do you think? Tell us.

Who was the Butcher of Beirut? Have you heard of that appellation? Guess if you dare.

          • Paula D May 21, 2024 at 11:31 am #

I did look into it, SD.

Back in 1988, Raisi and others embarked on a killing spree of Iranian communists (rather like the Shah, ironically.)

So Uncle Abraham is shedding crocodile tears over the executions a bunch of commies, which is funny (in a not funny way).

          • Paula D May 21, 2024 at 11:32 am #

But that explains why neither of us had heard it before.

As if the Mighty Wurlitzer would ever tell the plebes that killing commies was unacceptable.
That would never happen, therefore we never heard of the massacres.

        • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 3:09 pm #

If, if, if, if ad infinitum – all the evil surmising of a soul sold out to Islamic world domination. You expose yourself at every turn, Soc, behind the eloquent bloviating.

        • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 3:33 pm #

You make very good points, SD. It is a mystery why Raisi and the foreign minister were going for a photo op.

It could be Iran doing diplomacy, which, as already pointed out, Americans don’t do, so we can’t understand why anyone else does.

Or, it could have been a meeting designed to hammer out some sort of better ties between Iran and Azerbaijan, in which case the plot thickens and the motive becomes more clear.

That is why the US blew up Soleimani after all. He was in Iraq to facilitate an agreement between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Of course, with that murder, they danced a victory dance of joy.

Maybe they’ve learned that the rest of the world doesn’t celebrate cold blooded murder of diplomats, since then.

          • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 4:20 pm #

Soleimani wasn’t a diplomat, he was a major general running military operations against the US military in Iraq. In other words, he was a war target and it wasn’t murder.

          • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 7:47 pm #

It’s surprising you simply didn’t google it and inform yourself about a subject you apparently knew little and now have egg on your face making an uniformed and what appear to be a prejudicial guess.

Soleimani was in Iraq on a diplomatic mission. Google it.

Paula, don’t be such an idiot trying to be smart. It’s really not a good look. Because a thief goes to a wedding as a bartender, doesn’t mean the police can’t nab him there.

          • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 8:40 pm #

You also didn’t acknowledge the valid point made to you. You just tried to come back with tit for tat. If being petty, unreasonable, unteachable and proud is what you choose, “pride goes before a fall.”

          • Uncle Abraham May 20, 2024 at 8:56 pm #

Furthermore, the reports you’ve read aren’t proof of anything. Of course the general’s people and Iran want to make it look like he was doing something innocent, even good. You’re a fool to take their word for it. Other reports from Iraqis say he was there planning more attacks. We don’t really know and does it matter when it’s already established the man was attacking and killing American troops? Don’t you know Iran began their attacks in 1979? Whose side are you on?

          • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 10:54 pm #

The US is illegally occupying Iraq.

The Iraqis want the US gone, but it won’t leave.

If, as you contend, Soleimani was planning acts against US forces as you say, he was, in his own way, kind of like the Marquis de Lafayette.

Have you heard of him? He was French nobleman who came to American to help liberate the American colonists from the evil British imperialists, by helping the Americans kill the better-armed Britons and their mercenaries.

Now, unfortunately, having jettisoned Washington’s counsel to “avoid foreign entanglements”, America is the Evil Empire.

If Soleimani was planning attacks on Americans, I think he would have been more cautious in his movements. The US bragged how easy it was to “get him”, which seems to imply that he was on a peaceful mission, as @Paula writes.

Peace and coexistence threaten the elite, who profit from war and division, so Soleimani was more of a threat as a diplomat than as a soldier, and he had to be taken out. And of course, he was Iranian.

Iran refuses to kowtow to the US, dollar-denominated world order (as do Russia, Syria, Cuba, and North Korea).

That’s my theory. I could be wrong. I’m not privy to the Iranians’ (or Americans’, at this time) plans.

        • Uncle Abraham May 21, 2024 at 3:19 pm #

Soc “Which, from what I understand, is not ‘eliminating Hamas’. Perhaps it’s time for your friends to kill ALL the Palestinians, yes? What do you think? Tell us”

So you admit the Israelis aren’t trying to kill all the Palestinians. No genocide there. Of course you’ve been caught in your own web of lies and hypocrisy. You lose every time you open your mouth, Soc. You’d be better off putting the proverbial sock in it.

    • elysianfield May 20, 2024 at 12:13 pm #

“Something will have to be done.”

      Paula,
Israel NEEDS to be attacked by Iran, which would bring the US into the war, boots on the ground. Iran well knows this, and is the base reason for it’s sufferance.

      • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 12:24 pm #

        Yeah, you could be right.

Either way, their hand was just forced.

      • Socrates-Detroit May 20, 2024 at 1:33 pm #

        @elysianfield

I agree with your logic. Iran is a rational actor. Rational actors don’t start wars unless they are confident they can achieve their objectives.

        However, one important note:

America has very few boots to send.

There has been a steady erosion in the size of the US Army since the end of the Cold War.

Desert Storm (1991) and Bush Jr’s invasion of Iraq, the US had considerably more troops.

Iran is considerably larger than Iraq.

The US can only “bomb”. The US can, and does, inflict damage, for sure. US military aviation, including drones, has “global reach, global power”.

If you look, most of the targets are small, weak countries. Libya. Syria. Iraq. Afghanistan. Yugoslavia.

Drones offer “plausible deniability”. The US has drone bases all over, and counts on US “allies” or “puppets” to keep the bases secure. China and Russia and Iran don’t have bases globally. At least not yet.

The US can stop global trade (the Navy’s fleet of nuclear-powered subs). Quite possibly, so can Russia (their nuclear-powered attack subs). However, the US today is DEPENDENT on global trade conducted over sea lanes–just like China is. (but Russia is not)

The US needs other states or dictators to provide the manpower for any major invasions or regime changes at this point.

The US can break a lot of stuff, but it really cannot get things done.

And it’s unclear how “the world” would react to a US attack on Iran.

        • OG May 20, 2024 at 2:18 pm #

America has very few boots to send.

And the “Biden” Administration illegally mandated: ‘You take the jab or dishonourable discharge.’ The fuckers!

The boots that the US military does have are dropping like flies with all sorts of horrific medical conditions. No saline vials for those fine American men and women.

The Satanists think of everything. They are a very challenging foe.

The US has drone bases all over, and counts on US “allies” or “puppets” to keep the bases secure. China and Russia and Iran don’t have bases globally. At least not yet.

Russia is now in a fully-functional, winning war economy. China produces millions of everything. I can’t imagine it taking them very long to set up drone bases as hot spots flare up.

the US today is DEPENDENT on global trade conducted over sea lanes–just like China is. (but Russia is not)

          Very good point, Sox. Thx.

        • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 3:39 pm #

The US has very few acknowledged enlisted troops.

They have, however, moved in approx. 7 million military aged men in the last 3 years, and we have no idea where they all went.

There is much hoopla about the ”newcomers” housed in hotels, but where are the other 6 1/2 million? I know they aren’t all in hotels.

There was a plan, according to Mayor Bowser of Washington, DC.

          What was that plan?

  22. socialisthater May 20, 2024 at 11:32 am #

There is an old saying, “In turmoil, there is opportunity.” Communist/Socialists and Fascist/Socialists have translated that into thinking that, by creating or aggravating turmoil, they can seize the opportunity to create Socialist dictatorship. And, they were spectacularly correct in 1917 Russia, 1933 Germany, and 1949 China. Not surprisingly, the Socialists now running the Democrat Party think that they can work the same magic in 2024 America by fomenting turmoil, and they certainly have done a bang-up job getting the turmoil to a feverish pitch.

Along the way, though, the Democrat Party omitted the observation that Russia, Germany, and China were no hotbeds of representative democracy populated with folks who, relatively speaking, were unoppressed by an existing regime. So, the turmoil that they have fomented in the U.S. just might not result in a “beautiful Socialist utopia” coming to power in America, but an enraged population of patriots used to freedom and personal responsibility beating the Socialist ideologues and their followers into a proverbial pulp. As a friend of mine, who is not even a conservative said, “We’ve just about had enough of this Socialist bullshit that the Democrat Party is dishing out. Fuck ’em.”

It is very conceivable that, one day, all the digits on bank statements will become worthless. One day.

After the mayhem and destruction, we will then be given their new currency. Of course, you must take their mark to “own” and spend their new currency. On the other hand, if you refuse their mark, you will be unable to buy or sell anything in their new currency economy.

God, please help the latter. Like refusing the jab in 2021-22, they will choose the difficult straight-and-narrow while family, friends, masses march through the wide Gates of Hell. For those few that choose You over Satan, please make their time short on their path to Your kingdom.

Is this when we will need to flee into the wilderness to eat locusts and honey? Eating locusts will be a big punishment in my estimation. Some people say the chocolate covered crickets are actually pretty yummy.

        • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 2:24 pm #

My daughter has eaten crickets in Asia and said they were nice.

I can’t go there (crickets, not Asia), but I accept it’s psychological. I love prawns, but I have a friend who very nearly put me off them by referring to them repeatedly as sea maggots/bottom feeders. Which is kinda true. I also saw river prawns being raised, somewhere in Asia, in a river that basically served as a toilet. That put me off prawns even more.

          • JohnAZ May 20, 2024 at 2:33 pm #

Hey GA what is the nutritional data in crickets?

Surely we can find something that they cause when eaten.

            Calories? Sugar? Salt?

Aren’t prawns shrimp? Catfish are basically the same. Bottom feeders. But fried catfish is very naughtily good lol. So are crawfish but I hate peeling them so its better to get them already peeled and cleaned. If you don’t like lookin at that type of stuff for sure too.

          • SoftStarLight May 20, 2024 at 2:43 pm #

            “Aren’t prawns shrimp?”

When I wrote that I wondered if it would travel well!

What we call prawns are generally Norwegian prawns (small). What we call shrimps are an even smaller version of prawns.

However, when I went to a wholesale outlet in a small Scottish town on the west coast (up north) to get ‘prawns’ (thinking they were Norwegian prawns) it turned out what they called prawns were langoustines, which we got anyway for the BBQ.

          • SoftStarLight May 20, 2024 at 4:17 pm #

Wow! Who knew that there would be so many different names for shrimpies!?

          • Soul Forensics May 20, 2024 at 5:11 pm #

I wouldn’t worry about prawns so much. As an omnivore (98% of us) who doesn’t eat grass-fed meat (well over 90% of us in the West), the chemicals and hormone injections that accompany beef, pig, and chicken, as well as the added shit from the slaughterhouse floor, would put anyone off their prime rib.

“… war, sickness, a disordered economy, chaos in money and finance, savages pouring across the open borders, assassination, mayhem in the streets, systems failure, mental illness everywhere you look.”

At least we can say our time on Planet Earth wasn’t boring. Although boring is starting to look damn good right now.

“This maliciously misguided prosecution has only accomplished one thing so far: to demonstrate to the American public that the authority of our law has been contorted to become a sick joke.”

We’ve gone from Perry Mason cleverly saving his innocent client from the gallows… to lawyers and robe-wearers throwing their law books into the trash heap and taking orders from voices unseen from the shadows. Maybe Paul Drake should look into this.

“Tribulation may be the only answer that will avail to correct America’s tragic capture by blobs foreign and domestic.”

Tribulation is needed but only for the many perps. Rest, restoration and a comforting hand and hug is desperately needed for We the People.

“The war will end in humiliation for all concerned in the West…”

That is a Boiler-Plate epitaph that also applies to… Vietnam… Iraq… Afghanistan… The War On Drugs… The War Against ‘COVID’… The War On Poverty… etc.

So many Wars. So much humilitation (that never results in real and much-needed humility).

“… pandemic sponsored by a Globalist pharmaceutical cabal has shot its wad. It has already accomplished a great deal in the way of bringing death and injury to millions.”

Also known as… Mission Accomplished. Raises and high-fives for everyone involved.

“A lot of bad things are likely to happen over the year ahead, but it looks like America will finally refuse to become Fugazy Land.”

That depends. Sane America will continue to do its best to survive and add value to Universe. While WokeAmerica will stay on course into madness, societal destruction, delusion, and the pursuit of all things dark and demented. Two Nations living within one land mass that will harvest starkly real consequences for all.

Chaos itself gets boring after a while. Let’s shoot for regular-old boring for a change.

    AP

JERUSALEM (AP) — The chief prosecutor of the world’s top war crimes court sought arrest warrants Monday for leaders of Israel and Hamas, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, over actions taken during their seven-month war.

While Netanyahu and his defense minister, Yoav Gallant, do not face imminent arrest, the announcement by the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor was a symbolic blow that deepened Israel’s isolation over the war in Gaza.

The court’s prosecutor, Karim Khan, accused Netanyahu, Gallant, and three Hamas leaders — Yehia Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh — of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip and Israel.

Netanyahu and other Israeli leaders condemned the move as disgraceful and antisemitic. U.S. President Joe Biden also lambasted the prosecutor and supported Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas.

A panel of three judges will decide whether to issue the arrest warrants and allow a case to proceed. The judges typically take two months to make such decisions.

Israel is not a member of the court, so even if the arrest warrants are issued, Netanyahu and Gallant do not face any immediate risk of prosecution. But the threat of arrest could make it difficult for the Israeli leaders to travel abroad.

Netanyahu called the prosecutor’s accusations against him a “disgrace,” and an attack on the Israeli military and all of Israel. He vowed to press ahead with Israel’s war against Hamas.

President Biden said the effort to arrest Netanyahu and Gallant over the war in Gaza was “outrageous,” adding “whatever this prosecutor might imply, there is no equivalence — none — between Israel and Hamas.”

Hamas also denounced the ICC prosecutor’s actions, saying the request to arrest its leaders “equates the victim with the executioner.”

Netanyahu has come under heavy pressure at home to end the war sooner than later. Thousands of Israelis have joined weekly demonstrations calling on the government to reach a deal to bring home Israeli hostages in Hamas captivity, fearing that time is running out.

In recent days, the two other members of his war Cabinet, Gallant and Benny Gantz, have threatened to resign if Netanyahu does not spell out a clear postwar vision for Gaza.

But on Monday, Netanyahu received wall-to-wall support as politicians across the spectrum condemned the ICC prosecutor’s move. They included Israel’s president, Isaac Herzog, and his two main political rivals, Gantz and opposition leader Yair Lapid.

It is unclear what effect Khan’s move will have on Netanyahu’s public standing. The possibility of an arrest warrant against Netanyahu, whose popularity has dropped during the war, could give him a boost as Israelis rally behind the flag. But his opponents could also blame him for bringing a diplomatic catastrophe on the country.

Yuval Shany, an expert on international law at Hebrew University and the Israel Democracy Institute, a Jerusalem think tank, said it was far more certain that Netanyahu’s already troubled international standing could be further weakened.

“This is going to make Netanyahu an outcast, and his ability to move around the world will be seriously compromised,” said Shany. Even if the ICC does not issue the arrest warrant, other countries may now be more reluctant to provide support and assistance, he said.

Hamas is already considered an international terrorist group by the West. Both Sinwar and Deif are believed to be hiding in Gaza. But Haniyeh, the supreme leader of the Islamic militant group, is based in Qatar and frequently travels across the region. Qatar, like Israel, is not a member of the ICC.

The latest war between Israel and Hamas began on Oct. 7, when militants from Gaza crossed into Israel and killed some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and took 250 others hostage.

Since then, Israel has waged a brutal campaign to dismantle Hamas in Gaza. More than 35,000 Palestinians have been killed in the fighting, at least half of them women and children, according to the latest estimates by Gaza health officials.

The war has triggered a humanitarian crisis in Gaza, displacing roughly 80% of the population and leaving hundreds of thousands of people on the brink of starvation, according to U.N. officials.

Speaking of the Israeli actions, Khan said “the effects of the use of starvation as a method of warfare, together with other attacks and collective punishment against the civilian population of Gaza are acute, visible and widely known. … They include malnutrition, dehydration, profound suffering and an increasing number of deaths among the Palestinian population, including babies, other children, and women.”

The United Nations and other aid agencies have repeatedly accused Israel of hindering aid deliveries throughout the war. Israel denies this, saying there are no restrictions on aid entering Gaza and accusing the U.N. of failing to distribute aid.

Of the Hamas actions on Oct. 7, Khan, who visited the region in December, said that he saw for himself “the devastating scenes of these attacks and the profound impact of the unconscionable crimes charged in the applications filed today.”

In their rampage, Hamas militants gunned down scores of revelers at a dance party and killed entire families as they huddled in their homes. “These acts demand accountability,” Khan said.

Israel is also facing a South African case in the International Court of Justice, the U.N.’s top court, accusing Israel of genocide. Israel denies those charges.

The ICC was established in 2002 as the permanent court of last resort to prosecute individuals responsible for the world’s most heinous atrocities — war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and the crime of aggression.

The U.N. General Assembly endorsed the ICC, but the court is independent.

Dozens of countries don’t accept the court’s jurisdiction over war crimes, genocide and other crimes. They include Israel, the United States, Russia and China.

The ICC becomes involved when nations are unable or unwilling to prosecute crimes on their territory. Israel argues it has a functioning court system.

The ICC accepted “The State of Palestine” as a member in 2015, a year after the Palestinians accepted the court’s jurisdiction.

The court’s chief prosecutor at the time announced in 2021 she was opening an investigation into possible crimes on Palestinian territory. Israel often levies accusations of bias at U.N. and international bodies, and Netanyahu condemned the decision as hypocritical and antisemitic.

In 2020, then U.S. President Donald Trump authorized economic and travel sanctions on the ICC prosecutor and another senior prosecutor. The ICC staff were looking into U.S. and allies’ troops for possible war crimes in Afghanistan.

President Biden lifted the sanctions in 2021.

Last year, the court issued a warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on charges of responsibility for the abductions of children from Ukraine. Russia responded by issuing its own arrest warrants for Khan and ICC judges.

Jarek: Netanyahu has been declared a possible war criminal who needs to be tried. It’s going to be hard to bring him to justice though. Israel will have to brought down first. Will he flee to Argentinian or Chilean Patagonia? Will special teams go there and extradite him?

While the death of President Raisi is not, IMO, going to significantly change the situation (whether he was deliberately killed by the US and/or Israel, by another party who wanted it to look that way, or by a third party HIRED by the US and/or Israel, or if it was really an accident),

Raisi’s passing will occupy the news cycle few days, and give the Israelis a break from the bad publicity that is inherent when killing lots of civilians.

That in and of itself would be a motive for Israel to take him out.

Azerbaijan is an ally of Israel–Israel played an instrumental role in arming the Azerbaijanis and giving them a decisive edge over Armenia in the past two wars.

The IRANIAN President really had not business flying to Israel’s ally, let alone in a helicopter, let alone in bad weather.

        @backrhowheckler

No, Armenia’s main backer is NOT Turkey!!!!

Do you not know that Turkey killed about a million Armenians before and during WW1?

Today, Turkey control’s access to Armenia (from the West). Without Turkey’s permission the only alternative is thru Russia and then Georgia, or Iran (from the south).

Turkey and Israel are Azerbaijan’s most important allies.

If this has changed, and Israel and Azerbaijan have had a falling out since Oct 07, some one let us know, and point us in a direction where we can see/hear/read for ourselves.

(it’s possible, but unlikely–the relationship is very important to both countries, though now that Azerbaijan has retaken Artsakh (also known as Nagorno-Karabakh), unless Azerbaijan is looking for MORE wars against Armenia, the benefit to Azerbaijan is less. However, the ability to spy and snoop on northern Iran is very important to Israel).

        • BackRowHeckler May 20, 2024 at 5:35 pm #

My mistake then, Socrates. I thought during the last war a few years ago Armenia was deploying drones they got from Turkey, and they were up against drones that Israel supplied to Azerbaijan.

    • Paula D May 20, 2024 at 5:25 pm #

It turns out that the helicopter was not in Azerbaijan, the country.

It was in a province of Iran called East Azerbaijan. Apparently Azerbaijan, the country, was once part of Iran, but now it’s separate and Iran has two provinces named Azerbaijan.

So they named everything the same, to confuse westerners. (JK).

Americans need to wake the F up, including Mr. Knulster. The final paragraph and most of his writings include statements that somehow “those responsible” aka the “blob” aka “Joe Biden” will be held responsible.

Got some news for you: They won’t. Not now. Probably not ever. The ONLY way that they will be “held accountable” is if there is a total system collapse, a total economic collapse and a total supply chain collapse sometime in the next 5 years.

When the masses are hungry, wiped out with nothing left to lose…only then…will they fight back and “hold those responsible accountable”.

It reminds me of the final scene in “Three Days of the Condor” where Joe Turner and CIA man Higgins are standing on the sidewalk in NYC outside the NY Times building:

Three Days of the Condor, 1975:

Higgins: It’s simple economics. Today it’s oil, right? In ten or fifteen years, food. Plutonium. Maybe even sooner. Now, what do you think the people are gonna want us to do then?

    Joe Turner: Ask them?

Higgins: Not now – then! Ask ’em when they’re running out. Ask ’em when there’s no heat in their homes and they’re cold. Ask ’em when their engines stop. Ask ’em when people who have never known hunger start going hungry. You wanna know something? They won’t want us to ask ’em. They’ll just want us to get it for ’em!

Then Turner points to the NY Times building and tells Higgins that “they have it (the story) to which Higgins replies “How do you know they’ll print it”.

Well they won’t print it. The wouldnt in 1975 and won’t in 2024. When the system blows up, we will be left to fight on our own. Perhaps the 24 Constitutional Red States will Secede at that point, to form the “Constitutional States of America” sometime in say…2029.

However do you see any strong leadership from the Red States which would give them the incentive to do this? Who would lead the new Constitutional States of America and be the new Jefferson Davis? Ron DeSantis? Don’t count on it.

Here is how the next year will go down:

    1) Trump will be convicted in NYC and setenced to prison. No, he committed no crime…but the Far Left is intent on convicting him. They have their jurisdiction, jury and judge in place. It does not matter how terrible Cohen is on the stand, blah blah blah…the fix is in and he will be convicted.

The Left will go crazy “First President convicted of a felony!!!!” they will scream and all of their media pundits and celebrities will applaud and say “see we told you he was a criminal!”.

This will simply be laying the foundation for 2024 Election Fraud.

    2) Biden / Harris will be replaced with Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer just prior to the DNC Convention, so they can parade them all out there in front of their base.

Biden will graciously step down and will be given a decca million severance in the form of book deals, movie deals (a bio pic starring Jeff Daniels), a vast Presidential Library and glowing tributes to him in the NYP and WaPo.

Newsom / Whitmer will be painted as a young, progressive team ready to lead the US in to the 2030s. After the next mail in ballot fraud, media and tech collusion filled “selection”….Gavin Newsom will be crowned “President”.

Kamala Harris will be appointed their Attorney General, easily confirmed by the Democrat Senate in 2025. Watch and see.

After that all bets will be off…. with the US careening towards a disastrous crash sometime in 2027 or 2028. What will happen then? If there is a Secession, will “President” Newsom send in the military to try to stop it and kick off CW 2.0? Either way, a lot of people are going to get killed. Prep up.

      Interesting. Unfortunately, also plausible.

I can tell you that Whitmer is good at projecting superficial attributes such as “likeability” and “reach across the aisle”, when in reality, she is hell-bent on absolute power.

She is a gifted liar–she successfully lied her way win her first election by promising to “fix the damn roads” without raising taxes. Her GOP opponent called her out for increasing gasoline taxes, and she accused him of misleading the public. Then, once elected, her original plan called for increasing fuel taxes MORE than her opponent had said she would (her plan was rejected).

She milked the plandemic for all it was worth.

She could even head the ticket (in your scenario, where Trump is convicted, imprisoned, and senile Biden is told “Joe, Trump is in jail, now it’s time for you retire”. “OK Jill”. “You’re good man Joe, good boy. Here is a treat for you”. LOL.).

Whitmer is just one more problem bedeviling America–and she and the Democrats are a BIG problem bedeviling Michigan. This state could be the canary in the coal mine for America’s future when things get bad—small town and Northern Michigan on side, Detroit, and some suburbs and cities on the other.

Predictions are always fun. Here’s mine:

TPTB won’t want hyperinflation with the inevitable collapse of the dollar since they won’t want to be on the receiving end of lamppost ornament construction.

They’ll transition the media-manipulated citizens into the glories of CBDCs, and any who fail to comply with the set-up, or who speak out against it, will quietly disappear into jail or sequestered camps, never to be heard from again.

The remaining surveilled plebes will put up with a heavily censored internet (the other media outlets long ago having undergone the same transformation), aside from the millions of sites that’ll be outright abolished.

The allowed conversation on teh interwebz of tomorrow?

What is your fave edible bug?

How do I juggle these 42 particular mandated pharmaceuticals to correct these immune issues?

Which is the best political candidate to ensure I keep my 15 minute bonus time outside once a month once my credit score gets over the 98th percentile?

Which political candidate will allow my wife to spend an extra half-hour per day with our young son?

      And so on.

        This happened in Ukraine….

“The unit of 110 OMBR received an order to attack, but the commanders decided that the order was criminal and against the background of the end of Zelensky’s legitimacy it was not necessary to fulfill it, but to go to Kiev, to restore order.

Thus, a unit with about 200 soldiers of the NATO PMC “VSU” refused to carry out the order and began to negotiate with other units on the need to “deal with the traitors in Kiev”.

However, as it turned out, for such cases in that area there was a unit “Wolves Da Vinci” from 67 OMBR, which served as a barricade and “fire department in case of riots”, consisting of selected ultra-nationalists and foreigners.

A battle ensued, the 110 OMBR unit lost about 80 men, many wounded, and about 20 men managed to escape and deserted their positions. The Nazi unit “Wolves Da Vinci” lost about 15 mercenaries.

Thus, ultra-nationalists from 67 OMBR killed 80 Ukrainians from 110 OMBR who did not want to just go to die as silent slaves, relatives of the killed believe that people should know the truth.

All participants of the incident from the 110th OMBR are now kept in the basement, they take non-disclosure bonds from them, they are persuaded by violence and reprisals against their families. They say “state secret”, although, in fact, it is just a mass murder.”

        • Ron Anselmo May 22, 2024 at 4:54 pm #

Thanks, Paula. Goes to show there are still some men who will do what’s right and necessary, regardless of the personal consequences.

I firmly believe there is a contingent in the US Military, who will not follow unlawful orders – who take their sworn oath to defend the Constitution seriously.

The Oath Keepers are one such group – although retired and ex-military. When the time comes though, there needs to be a contingent of active military in the mix.

No revolution has ever succeeded without an active – call it dissident or outside – professional military component. The French assisted us in 1776.

Personally, I think Trump dog-whistled a military component on J6. Had they shown – righting the obvious wrong – we’d be in a very different place right now. Very different.

  34. Breck May 20, 2024 at 5:14 pm #

Y’all better be worried about a military coup d’etat. A recent show on Tucker Carlson (for members) had a guest on who is an expert on what is called the “Transition Integrity Project”.

“It’s a Washington insider government simulation predicting potential political violence in 2024, and it says the only way there won’t be violence is if Joe Biden wins in a landslide. Of course.

Does that sound like a threat? Will the Democratic Party launch a coup if its candidate doesn’t win?

Security strategist J Michael Waller has thought deeply about all of these pressing questions…”.

Of all the scenarios that have been posited, this one scares me the most. That’s because the Democrat Political Machine appears to have the power to do whatever it wants.

They’ve got the Federal Government held tight in their closed fist, with the FBI ready to do their bidding; most of the State houses, the Judiciary, and of course the Mainstream Media.

Hell’s Bells! there’s a sizable component of the American citizenry who believe the biggest threat to the country is “White Supremacy” for God’s sake! That’s so far from relevant as to be somewhere in the vicinity of the orbit of Neptune.

One thing should be crystal clear, my friends, the Democratic Party of George Soros and his Friends are NOT going to give up the power they seized in 2020. Never. Period. And it is this certainty that will lead to whatever apocalypse awaits this nation.

I wonder. Watched a You Tubbe today about how the USA will split up when it does. It showed a lot of the attempted secessions through the years and how they might continue today.

Cascadia. Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia

Aztlan Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah. Actively being worked by La Raza and folks from academia in New Mexico. They consider the Hidalgo treaty invalid.

Texas. Continuously, they feel the accord turning them from a republic to a state is reversible on there terms.

Deseret Big area of the West controlled by the Mormons.

Lakota. Big area of the Great Plains that the Natives believe is still theirs. Center on the Black Hills. Christie Noem is running up against this crowd now.

California has continued to split itself apart over and over and it goes on. Right now it is coast against desert.

The first secession movement was New England led by Aaron Burr against the Republicans from Virginia. Alexander Hamilton bad mouthed him, calling him dangerous, We know how that worked out. The War of 1812 ended that split. Today Vermont is the center of a lot of sesech activity.

The South is still active waiting to secede. A group of Right wingers want out of the union every time a Dem is elected.

Ironically, one of the NW groups who want out are White Supremicists only.

Biden. Ukraine along with Nuland, Syria

          Bush Iraq, Afghanistan

          Bush 1 Kuwait

          Clinton. Balkans

          Obama with HRC. Libya, Syria

          Each had civilian genocide.

            @JohnAZ

I look at warfare as a total waste of human life, honestly. War should only be necessary if a nation is being invaded by an aggressor. But all these bullshit wars we’ve had even before I was born, they were all intended to make a bunch of pathetic cock suckers wealthy while everyone else died.

That’s why it always amazed me how they would call someone a “draft dodger” back when they had the draft, yet the very people slandering anyone who didn’t want to fight a draft dodger was in fact a draft dodger themselves. But yes all those names you listed they are guilty of war crimes. And the ICC did nothing about it.

I don’t think they have the power to do anything but we shouldn’t have out of control idiots starting wars to begin with. Like I said war should only be fought if someone is trying to invade another nation, only THEN should warfare be necessary.

          • JohnAZ May 20, 2024 at 11:51 pm #

            TS1986

One country invading another is not the only reason for war, actual it is not the reason for most wars.

            Differences of opinion.

IMHO, for every opinion there is an equal and opposite opinion. That is humanity.

So how to resolve the differences of opinion.

Aha, diplomacy is one, “Let us reason together”.

That does’t work, we will take it to court. One side wins, maybe.

The other side disagrees and is willing to fight for his cause. Diplomacy again.

That does not work, what next? If the powers are big enough,

War. Most wars are one person or one group against another.

Unfortunately, mankind has not figured out a way to settle feuds when the stakes are big enough.

Wars used to be small groups. Today due to higher and higher tech, it is now big and elimination of one side.

It seems trivial that what the opinions are except to he people that have the opinions.

Example: You live in Sacramento and between Newsom and the locals they add on taxes to the point you cannot afford to live there. You are going to lose your domicile, your living, etc. Homelessness is your future. ‘

Unless you leave, or fight back.

In the civil war, for example, the southern gentleman farmers held their wealth in slaves. The southern capital pool was human beings. When the plantation boys faced losing everything they owned they went to war. It made no difference whether it was right or wrong.

        • BackRowHeckler May 21, 2024 at 6:34 am #

          @TS1986

For war crimes apparently. The warrant was issued in 2022.

So far an arrest has not been made lol.

        • Paula D May 21, 2024 at 11:41 am #

The ICC accused Putin of “kidnapping children”.

This is because Russia set up a system for getting children out of the war zone of Mariupol.

They also issued an arrest warrant for the woman in charge of the rescue mission.

Recently, Germany reported that some of the children the ICC listed as being “kidnapped” were actually living in Germany, with their parents.

Do the facts make any effect on the warrants?

Ha, ha, of course not. We live in Fantasy World, where our overlords create reality, persecute their enemies, and we just bicker over it.

    • OG May 20, 2024 at 5:28 pm #

From the AP article that BK posted upthread:

The ICC was established in 2002 as the permanent court of last resort to prosecute individuals responsible for the world’s most heinous atrocities — war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and the crime of aggression.

The U.N. General Assembly endorsed the ICC, but the court is independent.

JAZ, the ICC have brought charges against Bibi, Gallant and three Hamas leaders.

If their goal is purely political, why would they bring charges against BOTH sides?

          ***
See, I think that you don’t think. “ICC brings charges of war crimes against Bibi, therefore they are corrupt.” when, really, the most likely scenario, by far, is that they have substantial evidence of Bibi war crimes. D’uh.

“In June 2020, Trump issued Executive Order 13928, slapping sanctions on ICC officials who attempted to investigate U.S. soldiers — and soldiers of allied countries — for military actions against terrorists.

The order, noting that the U.S. is not a party to the Rome Statute establishing the ICC, declared:

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the situation with respect to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its illegitimate assertions of jurisdiction over personnel of the United States and certain of its allies, including the ICC Prosecutor’s investigation into actions allegedly committed by United States military, intelligence, and other personnel in or relating to Afghanistan, threatens to subject current and former United States Government and allied officials to harassment, abuse, and possible arrest. These actions on the part of the ICC, in turn, threaten to infringe upon the sovereignty of the United States and impede the critical national security and foreign policy work of United States Government and allied officials, and thereby threaten the national security and foreign policy of the United States.

I therefore determine that any attempt by the ICC to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any United States personnel without the consent of the United States, or of personnel of countries that are United States allies and who are not parties to the Rome Statute or have not otherwise consented to ICC jurisdiction, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

The order froze the assets of any ICC official “directly engaged in any effort by the ICC to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any United States personnel without the consent of the United States … or prosecute any personnel of a country that is an ally of the United States without the consent of that country’s government.” It also denied entry visas to ICC officials engaged in such investigations.

Israel, like the U.S., is not a party to the Rome Statute; Trump’s order therefore protected Israel as well.

President Biden revoked Trump’s order shortly after taking office. Biden and the Democrats, proclaiming that “America is back,” sought to cultivate international goodwill by giving the ICC credibility and power.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken declared at the time:

We continue to disagree strongly with the ICC’s actions relating to the Afghanistan and Palestinian situations. We maintain our longstanding objection to the Court’s efforts to assert jurisdiction over personnel of non-States Parties such as the United States and Israel. We believe, however, that our concerns about these cases would be better addressed through engagement with all stakeholders in the ICC process rather than through the imposition of sanctions.

He added that the U.S. was “encouraged” about efforts to reform the ICC, though evidently they were not successful.”

“The Occult Theosophy of the United Nations” James Lindsay.

      • Soul Forensics May 20, 2024 at 5:56 pm #

Lindsay’s always worth reading/listening to. Just tuned it in. Thank you.

        • GreenAlba May 20, 2024 at 6:39 pm #

You’re welcome. I haven’t heard it all yet.

Apparently UN documents are published by the Lucis Trust, which was previously called the Lucifer Trust. Heard that elsewhere, not in Lindsay’s podcast.

          • SoftStarLight May 20, 2024 at 11:56 pm #

I’m not exactly sure about the Lucifer Trust part. I tend to think that either a much darker force used the theosophy part as a distraction or the original operation was hijacked. The teachings of Alice Bailey don’t appear on the face of it to align with people who want to destroy humanity in every conceivable way.

          • Soul Forensics May 21, 2024 at 3:30 am #

            I agree, SSL.

I finished watching Lindsay’s video, and was surprised in that it was the first time I had a problem with his material.

Theosophy didn’t begin as a world domination cult. It was an honest, though naive, attempt to bring together sectarian religions by showing commonalities which exist(ed) in all of them.

They headhunted (in the benign businesslike meaning of that word) Krishnamurti, circa 1909, to be the World Teacher of Theosophy, but when K became a young adult, he came to the conclusion that Theosophy was much too sentimental, and he hated the organizational concerns and all that entails (money-making, pride, competition). The diabolism Lindsay references, through Robert Muller, comes much later.

And regarding Muller, sure he proselytized to the U.N., but that doesn’t mean the U.N., en masse, was immediately converted to its “spiritual” underpinnings, or that it doesn’t or wouldn’t adapt what they wanted from it, and throw the rest away.

I’m puzzled as to why Lindsay thinks the U.N. leaders are sincerely convinced, and have converted to this putative one-world religion. They’re atheists. And they only play the Satanist angle at times to rub it in the faces of Christians. (And when did Lindsay become a Christian, as he clearly argues for during this episode — did he recently convert?)

That’s another thing. Muller’s angle is just as destructive to religions other than Christianity. Hinduism, especially, but also (by definition) Islam would also be abolished by this new religious order. It seems to be a repurposed paganism combined with biased science.

In any event, I agree at least with Lindsay’s contention that it’s a cult.

What do you think of the painting? Get anything? Or of the six ton iron block? I don’t know what to think. Not overtly Satanic, at least not in the popular sense.

Alice Bailey wrote a few books, but most of her works were dictated by an entity known as “the Tibetan” or Dwaja Kuhl (not a real Tibetan name). He talked at great length about the higher Theosophy and politics. Definitely Globalism. He hated the Nazi Patriots, but also considered the Jews to be enormous trouble makers of ancient lineage.

Didn’t get into a lot of details, but I assume he would be down with the mass 3rd world invasion of the West. Pope Francis certainly is. Never said much about nations, but always talking about the glory of the coming Global Culture with its one religion: Theosophy.

Her husband was a Mason and wrote a few books as well. He was a disciple of Koot Hoomi – a made up Indian name.

On the UN and theosophy, today is apparently the UN’s ‘World Invocation Day’. Who knew? What a coincidence, though.

Make of it what you will. Christians are advised not to dabble in anything New Age/Theosophist/Occult.

As predictable as the sun rising in the morning, the usual suspects on here are analyzing the death of Iran’s Minister of Islamic Turd-Handling as if it’s the fucking Rosetta Stone. My guess is that Ahmed the pilot while day dreaming of his 72 virgins flew into a mountain in heavy fog. Sounds very similar to how Kobe Bryant went to the big pick-up game in the sky sans the Islamic bullshit (although it is well known that the Illuminati and the Yids are both masters at manipulating the weather for their insidious ends).

    • SoftStarLight May 21, 2024 at 12:16 am #

The weather manipulation has already been soft revealed so that might not of had the saszing that you were looking for. I heard that the Ayatollah’s son wanted him out of the way as he is a natural successor to power. I don’t know if any of that lines up with reality and i didn’t seek additional information on that at this particular juncture.

      (21)  Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and shrewd in their own sight!
      (22)  Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine, and valiant men in mixing strong drink,
      (23)  who acquit the guilty for a bribe, and deprive the innocent of his right!
      (24)  Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root will be as rottenness, and their blossom go up like dust; for they have rejected the law of the LORD of hosts, and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

JAZ, you keep saying that WEF is against Israel and Bibi … against all admissible evidence.

See, you keep pretending that all the Deep State billions given to Bibi doesn’t matter while of course it does!

Your little hawk brain suffers cognizant dissonance because you hate WEF but love Israel when, actually, they’re obviously one and the same.

    • JohnAZ May 21, 2024 at 1:56 am #

OG, I think you better go back and actually read some of my posts.

      WEF vs, BRICS++, my post.

      BRICS++ 1, WEF 1. My post.

The WEF is going to against BRICS++ after they both finish off the USA. My post

The USA will be a vassal to the WEF under the NWO. My post.

The WEF will face BRICS++ in Europe as Islam takes over.

WEF 1? Israel when they kick ass over the BRICS++ led Iran led proxies.

Israel is European, it is West, it is an enemy of BRICS++.

Don’t you think it is a little ironic that the West under the auspices of the WEF is rapidly, not slowly turning into a dark Muslim continent and the only thing resembling Christian Europe may be Israel? And maybe Russia? In the future.

As I am the same age as your dad, I probably will not see this pass, but you might. And my daughter, my grandson and great grandson.

Who killed the Iranian president and his group?

        • OG May 21, 2024 at 10:18 am #

I’m not an expert on everything, JAZ. Far from it, in fact, as I merely logically seek the truth.

I don’t know who (if anyone) killed Raisi and his group.

          ***
          Accident? Perhaps.

Lousy maintenance on an old helicopter? I doubt that.

The USA? Israel? You repeat yourself.

        • Jarek May 21, 2024 at 2:22 pm #

The first two are hard pressed by the Wave. Poland is floundering now. Hungary? Orban was recently in India looking to bring in thousands of Indian IT workers. All legal, so no problem. Legality and morality being the same thing according to our Scottish soothsayer.

          • TruthSeeker1986 May 21, 2024 at 3:18 pm #

            @Jarek

This is why I don’t want to hear about Europe anymore, eventually they all fucking give in and cave. None of them are 100% loyal to their own people. So far the only countries I don’t see doing this shit are Asian countries. How many Asian countries desperately need people from elsewhere? How many of them are looking for outsiders to move into their nation? I can see Japan caving in the future but everywhere else no. I just never understood why they have to bring people in vs encouraging their own fucking people to do these jobs. But whatever…That’s why I have no desire to visit Europe, EVER. Too cucked for my taste, and all their leaders are frauds.

          • TruthSeeker1986 May 21, 2024 at 3:21 pm #

            @Jarek

Orban reminds me of Georgina, pound his chest, pretend to be tough, then turn into a little bitch and throw open their borders after they get tired playing the tough guy/girl role. It’s so much easier to roll over, surrender, give up your nations sovereignty vs defending it. How hard is it to encourage your own people to build up your nation, instead they need foreign people to move in and do this. It just shows the lack of backbone many of these fake fraudulent leaders have.

          • Jarek May 21, 2024 at 4:05 pm #

Yes, Orban has been lauded by the conservative world. As long as you control your borders from gate crashers, somehow Capitalist betrayal is alright?

I don’t know all the details or where it stands. But the proposal was for a lot of people. Temporary visas? They invariably turn into something permanent.

      • OG May 21, 2024 at 10:10 am #

        I’m still confused, JAZ.

In your opinion, is WEF for or against Israel?

You claim that WEF is probably behind ICC bringing charges against Bibi while the US Deep State (aka WEF) sends Bibi billions.

Why, in your opinion, is WEF acting both for and against Bibi?

        • JohnAZ May 21, 2024 at 12:19 pm #

Maybe because it favors the West and is trying to stabilize the ME (oil) and at the same time has so many Muslims around it sways their opinion about Israel. Sorta like the USA. Split personality?

          • OG May 21, 2024 at 12:47 pm #

            You’re grasping at straws, John.

The WEF has no split-personality. The WEF supports Israel and Pfizer unequivocally.

Maybe you are dead wrong in accusing WEF of running ICC and their war crimes charges against Bibi and Gallant.

            Maybe like 100%.

    • TPTB-USA May 21, 2024 at 2:52 pm #

To make sense of the nonsense, like Dalio described about transition periods in China, one needs to realize that there are many factions vying for power.

In addition to the WEF and BRICS++, there is Xi, the 2030 Agenda, the NWO, no doubt some others, and then various factions within each of those.

      **

      You
Is Joe Biden implementing the 2030 Agenda?

      Copilot
Certainly! President Joe Biden is committed to implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development both domestically and globally. Let’s explore how his administration is addressing this critical agenda:

      Domestic Commitments:
Reducing Emissions: In April 2021, President Biden set a new national goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50% to 52% from 2005 levels by 2030. This commitment is part of the updated nationally determined contribution (NDC) under the Paris Agreement12.
Infrastructure Investments: President Biden is rebuilding the American economy from the bottom up and middle out. His administration is making historic investments in infrastructure, climate initiatives, and the well-being of American families3.
      Global Engagement:
The United States remains committed to the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) worldwide.
As the world’s largest bilateral donor of official development assistance, the U.S. supports developing countries in areas such as inclusive growth, infrastructure, education, health, and food security.
President Biden champions an ambitious agenda to mobilize significant additional financing for development from all sources—public and private, domestic and international34.
In summary, President Biden’s administration is actively working toward achieving the 2030 Agenda by addressing climate change, investing in infrastructure, and promoting global development.

      **

      You
Is Macron implementing the 2030 Agenda, or the WEF Great Reset?

      Copilot
Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, has not explicitly stated that he is implementing either the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development or the World Economic Forum (WEF) Great Reset. However, let’s explore these concepts and Macron’s actions:

      2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development:
The 2030 Agenda, adopted by the United Nations in 2015, outlines 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aimed at addressing global challenges by 2030.
These goals cover various areas, including poverty eradication, gender equality, climate action, education, and economic growth.
While France, as a member of the UN, is committed to the SDGs, it’s essential to assess specific policies and actions taken by the French government to determine their alignment with the agenda1.
      WEF Great Reset:
The Great Reset initiative, proposed by Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, seeks to transform the global economy and society.
It emphasizes fairer market outcomes, stakeholder capitalism, and environmental sustainability.
Macron has not explicitly endorsed the Great Reset, but his policies related to economic reforms, innovation, and social cohesion may align with some of its principles2.
      Macron’s Reforms:
Macron has advocated for liberal reforms to boost the French economy, emphasizing the need for innovation and productivity.
His administration has focused on labor market reforms, education, and technology-driven growth2.
In summary, while Macron’s policies may not directly mirror either the 2030 Agenda or the WEF Great Reset, his actions can contribute to broader goals related to sustainable development and economic transformation.

      **

      You
Does Xi intend for China to rule the world?

      Copilot
Xi Jinping, the paramount leader of China, has a vision for China’s role in the world, but it is essential to understand that his intentions are multifaceted and nuanced. Let’s explore some key aspects of Xi’s vision:

      National Rejuvenation:
At the core of Xi’s vision is the concept of “China Dream of national rejuvenation” by 2050.
He aims to restore China’s historical greatness and elevate it to a position of global prominence1.
      Two Key Visions:
“One Country, One People, One Ideology, One Party, and One Leader”:
Xi envisions a unified China where every citizen submits to the greater good of the country as interpreted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
He emphasizes resolute defense of China’s honor and territorial integrity, including a forceful approach to peripheral regions and potential use of force to reclaim territories like Taiwan1.
Xi’s ideology also promotes a politicized national identity, where Chinese heritage and culture are inseparable from loyalty to the CCP and its leadership.
China as an Equal Player in the World:
Xi insists that China be seen as at least an equal participant in defining global rules.
He seeks to reshape the world order, asserting China’s influence and challenging the dominance of the United States2.
      Not Necessarily Global Hegemony:
While Xi does not intend for China to directly replace the U.S. as the global hegemon, he does aim for China to displace Washington as the preeminent power and assert its leadership1.
His vision is more about China’s rightful place on the world stage rather than outright domination3.
In summary, Xi Jinping’s vision for China involves both national rejuvenation and a desire for China to play a significant role in shaping global affairs. Whether this translates into ruling the world depends on various factors, including geopolitical dynamics and international cooperation.

      ********

To make sense of “Joe Biden’s” actions, one needs to realize that his mode of operation is appeasement and purchasing peace, which is why he appears to be talking out of both sides of his mouth on some issues.

Viewing factions vying for power from Xi’s perspective, if I were Xi, I would much prefer a world of nations with a complacent 2030 Agenda population, than the polarization that currently exists.

I am guessing that it could be argued that the US deep state, BiBi, and a faction of the WEF interests more or less align.

Uncle Abraham said, “As far as I’m concerned, however I have no problem with assassinating the Supreme Leader of Iran, who has been directing wars, along with his predecessor, against the US and Israel since 1979.

Do you? Whose side are you on? As if you haven’t made it clear enough already, but now’s your chance to declare it openly.”

“From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world [ system ] is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world [ system ] is the enemy of God.”

I declare: I am against war. Their leaders lie to them [ misdirection ] just like our leaders lie to us. None are innocent. I will not support the bloodthirsty in their calling. I’m not picking a “side”.

      No man is an island,
      Entire of itself.
Each is a piece of the continent,
      A part of the main.
If a clod be washed away by the sea,
      Europe is the less.
As well as if a promontory were.
As well as if a manor of thine own
      Or of thine friend’s were.
      Each man’s death diminishes me,
For I am involved in mankind.
      Therefore, send not to know
      For whom the bell tolls,
      It tolls for thee.

Why not join the Mennonites? Some are allowed to drive cars, etc.

In Mankind? All of them equally? What about your own people? Your nation?

Christianity is a big problem, being so easily used to promote Globalism as Messi’s post shows.

How can Christianity be [ MIS ] used since none of us have witnessed it except on a very limited [ personal ] basis?

“If a clod be washed away by the sea,..”

My clods are more important to me than your clods.

Personal? So real Christianity isn’t social? Or it is and THAT hasn’t been tried? Ok, so what would that look like? Borders or no borders? Check (chess).

Communists talk this way too: Real Communism hasn’t been tried…..

Things that can’t work in the world as it is are not viable. That’s by definition.

        Checkmate.
