There’s a reason that the fable of The Emperor’s New Clothes is so potent: it describes a mentally ill society that retreats into abject unreality, to avoid contending with truth. Alas, this archetypal human quandary shoves such a society towards nemesis: downfall and punishment. And that is exactly the consequence of our news media’s craven, dishonorable, degenerate behavior the past decade.
They have disordered our nation’s consensus about reality with peremptory lying about everything, in service to a political party that lies to its citizens about everything. The big question is: who or what recruited them into serving the Party of Chaos, and why did they go along?
You can explain the media’s initial repugnance to Donald Trump going back to his 2015 debut in politics. Much about him had a low-class odor, despite all the gold-plating — his origins in tawdry Queens, his career as a builder in Manhattan where the trades are mob-controlled, the Atlantic City casino debacle, bankruptcy, ditching Ivana and his mid-life playboy reputation, the tacky TV show, the increasingly mystifying hair-doo, his rough, jumbly manner of speech. Everything about him repelled the Ivy Leaguers who increasingly filled the ranks of national-level journalism.
Despite all that, Mr. Trump raised five kids successfully. The grown ones had careers and they all visibly loved him. With that and his overt masculinity, he assumed the lineaments of the archetypal Daddy, which enflamed the enormous cohort of feminists who had taken over the Democratic Party behind their avatar Hillary Clinton. And when he squeaked out an electoral victory over her in 2016, they were sure it was a cheat. The menace of Daddy in da (White) house pushed them over the edge psychologically.
Daddy was all about setting boundaries, which was the antithesis to the “progressive” (and transgressive) agenda of the Dems, and was probably the reason that his talk of “building the wall” along the Mexican border drove them nuts. It signaled patriarchal control of a whole lot of other things, too. Boundaries galore!
Now, it happened that the Democratic Party was also the favored party of the DC permanent bureaucracy, which had been growing and growing for decades and had become overtly politicized during the eight years of Barack Obama. Mr. Trump threatened to downsize this leviathan government, meaning many patronage jobs might be lost. (Boundaries would be imposed!) The warrior branch of this Deep State was the Intel community. The FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, the State Dept, and elements of the military were commissioned by the Democratic Party to destroy Mr. Trump.
They used the machinery of the law to lay one trip after another on the president and effectively hog-tied him — RussiaGate, the Ukraine phone call impeachment, the George Floyd anarchy — and when those operations failed to oust him, they ran the Covid-19 caper (with enormous collateral damage to the people and their economy), which enabled rigging the 2020 election with mail-in ballots. Once Mr. Trump was squeezed out-of-office, the FBI turned the J-6 protest at the Capitol into a riot, which Nancy Pelosi then converted into an “insurrection” using the House J-6 committee. The J-6 incident, they dearly hoped, would rid them of Mr. Trump once and for all.
The news media went along with every bit of that, year after year, converting each mendacious act of the party and the bureaucracy into consumable narrative, and lying either overtly about all the ops, or just omitting to report on the dark truth behind it all. Any reality-based thread that happened to leak into public view from independent alt-news reporters was branded by CNN, The New York Times, the WashPo, and many others as “misinformation” — a newish concept produced by a cadre of language Stasi skilled at inverting the meaning of anything to bamboozle the public. It appears that the news media became so invested psychologically in its own dishonest product that it began to believe its own bullshit.
Or, at least, they wanted to pretend to believe it. One of the big problems was that absolutely everything they labeled “misinformation” or “conspiracy theory” turned out to be truthful, and that was becoming an inescapable embarrassment. And then the biggest blunder they made was going along with the Deep State’s selection of “Joe Biden” in the very sketchy Super Tuesday primary of 2020. The old grifter had next-to-zero support in all the preceding preliminaries and somehow (abracadabra !) he swept the field.
By then, the Democratic Party, and its public relations arm in the mainstream media, had descended into florid mental illness. Everything they stood for post-World War Two flipped to its opposite. Suddenly, they were against free speech. They weren’t coy about it. They just made-up some new bullshit about free speech being “hate speech.” Similarly, they were against a free press. They went along with all the misinfo / disinfo bullshit the government cooked up and supported its role in suppressing the news. They were no longer anti-war, the party-of-peace. They were now pro-segregation and pro-discrimination (white people need not apply) according to Critical Race Theory (a childishly sketchy doctrine). Most of all, they were no longer skeptical of anything that the leviathan establishment wanted to do, including abridging the liberties of American citizens.
Then there was the campaign to use the most powerful human instinct, sexuality, as a weapon to disorder the minds of American children, leading even to the mutilation of their bodies — a program that unmistakably tipped toward genuine evil, suggesting that actual psychosis lay behind the Cluster-B crypto-Marxism used to justify it.
“Joe Biden” was fine with all of that, and the news media was fine with “Joe Biden” and whoever was using him as a front. Of course, it was evident during the 2020 campaign that “Joe Biden” was not up to a job as demanding as Chief Executive of the US government — and that was even apart from the dense criminal web of influence peddling discovered around him and his family, which the news media ignominiously ignored. But now the years have gone by and there’s no hiding “Joe Biden’s” rather gravely diminished mental abilities.
Last week’s debate gave away the game. It had the effect of finally turning off the gaslight that the news media has been shining over the republic lo these many years. They can no longer pretend that this president is anything close to okay in body and mind. They can’t annul the gaslighted public’s delayed realization that they’ve been subject to a concerted program of deliberate lying for a long long time.
So now, inveterate pretenders and liars, such as Jake Tapper of CNN and Maggie Haberman of The New York Times — and many others — have to pretend that they were innocently duped into supporting all the turpitudes of the Democratic Party / Deep State axis-of-evil. It is really hard to imagine that they can successfully rehabilitate their reputations. They have done immense harm to our country. It’s hard to see how the Democratic Party might survive, too, no matter who they finally put up for election this year. Of course, there’s still plenty of time left for them to destroy the country altogether. Just keep giving American missiles to Ukraine to fire into Russia and see what happens.

I listened to an online commentator describe the situation with that beach full of children turned warzone.
If, as has happened, a 6 year old takes his parents handgun to school and shoots a teacher, it isn’t the 6 year old that is going to prison.
The 6 year old didn’t purchase the firearm. The 6 year old didn’t buy the ammunition and load the firearm. The 6 year old didn’t leave the firearm unsecured. Oh no, the parents did all of that and the courts will punish the parents for doing so and the courts will see it as if it were the parents that pulled the trigger in the classroom.
Well, the Russians know that the Ukrainians didn’t build that weapon, load that weapon, or even know how to operate that weapon. Those weapons are tied into our satellite GPS networks.
The Russians are correct when they proclaim that a state of war exists between our two countries. They’ve also said that they have a mandate to retaliate in any way that they deem fit.
Why isn’t that on the news? Oh, because we were shown two old men arguing about golf.

North Korea and its mutual aid pact with Russia are now sending troops and supplies to Ukraine.
China has several large ships now fucking with the Philippines and are actively prepping for war with the US and Taiwan.
The carrier group that was patrolling that area was sent off to the middle east pressure cooker and another one is being sent out to be on station soonish.
If you have an abandoned old mine somewhere near you, I suggest loading it out with supplies books, water, food, some form of lighting and a way to protect it as well as reinforce the entrance.

The U.S. aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and its escorts are racing from Asia to the Middle East, leaving a rare carrier gap in the Western Pacific region where it hopes to counter China’s expanding military footprint.
The Roosevelt recently participated in the Freedom Edge exercise alongside U.S. treaty allies Japan and South Korea, much to the chagrin of Kim Jong Un’s North. The East China Sea drills from June 27-29 were its final maneuvers in the region for some time.
Aerial imagery captured on Wednesday by the European Space Agency’s Sentinel-2A Earth observation satellite showed the Nimitz-class supercarrier steaming into the South China Sea via the Luzon Strait, a strategic waterway linking the contested trade waters to the Philippine Sea.
Its movements were tracked by the Beijing-based SCSPI think tank, creating a rare instance of an American carrier group sharing maritime space with a naval formulation led by one of China’s own aircraft carriers.
Images released by the Pentagon showed the Roosevelt was last in the South China Sea on June 13. The ship departed San Diego in January and mostly patrolled the Western Pacific during its deployment.
Its presence in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, which covers the Middle East as well as parts of North Africa and Central Asia, would be replaced by the Roosevelt carrier strike group.
With the Roosevelt leaving the Indo-Pacific region, its sister ship the USS Ronald Reagan also is no longer in the Western Pacific, part of the U.S. Seventh Fleet’s area of responsibility.

USNI News, run by the U.S. Naval Institute, reported on Monday that the Reagan was underway in the U.S. Third Fleet’s area of operations in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, having previously departed the U.S. naval base in Yokosuka, Japan, for the last time in May.
This summer, the Reagan is scheduled to conduct a carrier swap in California with the Nimitz-class USS George Washington. The Washington, which is currently operating in waters off the western coast of South America, will take over as the only forward-deployed aircraft carrier in Japan.
Before the Washington arrives at the Seventh Fleet headquarters, however, no American aircraft carrier will be available to support crises or respond to contingencies in the Western Pacific, a stated priority at the Pentagon.
“We are confident in our current force posture and operations in the region to ensure peace and stability and to meet our national security commitments,” a U.S. State Department spokesperson told Newsweek in May in response to a related query.
The Roosevelt will stay on station in the Red Sea until its U.S. East Coast-based sister ship the USS Harry S. Truman deploys later this summer, according to USNI News.

The state dept spokesperson is confused. Aircraft carriers are obsolete. Unfortunately, the only way the US will be able to figure this out will be after a bunch of US aircraft carriers are sitting on the ocean bottom with many thousands of lives lost.
Hypersonic missiles with precision guidance systems backing them up can overcome carrier air defense systems. Russia has very impressive medium range and long range mach 2 bombers that can now deliver the latest hypersonic missiles with either conventional or tactical nuke warheads on them. Check out the latest versions of the TU-22M (backfire bomber) and the TU-160 (white swan or blackjack bomber). The TU-22M was originally designed to be a battleship killer, and it is still very effective in that role. It’s every bit a match for the B1 bomber. The TU-160 can carry more payload than a B-52 and it flies over twice as fast at a little over mach 2. The Russians used it successfully in Syria. The Chinese don’t seem interested in building aircraft carriers because they know those ships are sitting ducks because of advances in missile technology.
It’s important to note that at hypersonic speeds (Mach 5+) the warhead mass is instantly converted to energy on impact. If your target is small, like a carrier, there is no need to waste a nuke on it.
Hypersonic weapons are the modern version of a neutron bomb.
The next war could get ugly real fast. I’d like to think the US has it’s best minds working around the clock on defensive and offensive military equipment, but not optimistic. I think there will come a day when the US will need to ally with Russia to confront an aggressive China. Maybe sooner than expected.

Last on the list is the speed of a carrier they absolutely fuck off.
When I was stationed on a fast frigate we could make around 32 knots which is roughly 36 mph.
We were going full bore and one of the aircraft carriers zoomed by us like we were standing still.
They are so fast I believe the top speed is actually classified and they obfuscate the top speed for good measure..

Aircraft carriers are the most adaptable and survivable airfields in the world. On any given day, Sailors aboard an aircraft carrier and its air wing come to the fight trained and equipped across a full range of missions. They are ready to control the sea, conduct strikes, and maneuver across the electromagnetic spectrum and cyberspace. No other naval force fields a commensurate range and depth of combat capabilities.
US Navy aircraft carriers also move fast. According to Forbes ‘Fast enough, in fact, to outrun most submarines. Because they can sustain speeds of 35 miles per hour, the Nimitz-class carriers populating the current fleet can move to anywhere within a 700-square mile area within 30 minutes. After 90 minutes, that area grows to over 6,000 square miles. So, finding a carrier isn’t the same thing for enemies as successfully targeting it. By the time their weapons arrive, it will likely be gone.’

‘Due to their size and engine power American nuclear-powered aircraft carriers can outrun virtually every surface ship in most sea states. The rougher it is, the more they will be able to outdistance other watercraft. There are watercraft which can go faster than carriers, in good weather. In bad weather carriers will outrun almost everything afloat. An antisubmarine frigate can’t possibly keep up. A destroyer would have a better chance, but still would have problems. Since the old CALIFORNIA class nuclear cruisers were decommissioned, no American cruiser can keep up with a carrier. The Russian KIROV class battlecruisers might be able to stay with a carrier, maybe, but not for long, especially in bad weather.
‘Note that if you look up the official top speed of American carriers, you’ll see mealy-mouthed phrases like “in excess of 30 knots” as the Navy doesn’t want to say. USS KITTY HAWK once made a sprint in which she averaged 42 knots by simple math. USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65) allegedly once hit 50 knots. Allegedly. The Navy refuses to say. CVN-65 is now decommissioned and will be replaced by a GERALD R. FORD class carrier, CVN-80, which is, allegedly, faster than CVN-65.’

‘The only surface warships which could sustain speeds close to or superior to those of an American nuclear-powered carrier would be the various fast minelayers of the WWII era, such as the British ABDIEL or MANXMAN, both of which could exceed 44 knots. Very large transatlantic liners such as QUEEN MARY could also go very fast, for much the same reasons as the carriers. QUEEN MARY once rammed and cut in two a cruiser without slowing down.’

So the mighty carriers can run at 35 knots. Wow.
The SR-72 (Darkstar) Mach 5 is 3200 knots or 100 times faster and will be in service by 2025.
Current hypersonics are being designed on 20 Mach test beds.
In an all out war the carrier fleets wouldn’t last more than 15 minutes. It’s the missile subs which have the current advantage.

They go much faster and the point being hitting a stationary target is pretty hard but a moving target capable of doing 40+ miles an hour while traveling at Mach 4+ with faulty control and targeting circuits.
Combine that with effective deterrent systems and the simple fact a full carrier battle group has many targets that emulate carriers electronically.
Each ship in the carrier group has at least two cwis guns, electronic jamming and various counter measures and the fact it is really not that easy to sink a carrier or any modern American naval vessel.
The armchair anti-American people that have never even stepped foot on an American war vessel have zero clue.
Simply put it’s not that easy to target, hit and then sink.
Add in that one aircraft carrier has as many jets and support craft as many countries.
Mach 20 roughly 13,000mph test beds just the normal particulate in the air will peal the skin off any missile at that speed fairly fast and the heat generated means this craft won’t last long.
I again say these hypersonic weapons platforms are vaporware with current technology.
Getting them to go that fast is one thing and then hitting anything with them is another.

Yes, I agree with much of what you have said, however there has been a great deal of development in real time control systems using GPS. We’ve all seen the drone targeting videos.
They really have solved the hypersonic speed problems up to Mach 20.
The cat is out of the bag as they say, let’s not ignore technology when it can come back and bite you in the ass.

Hmmm. Don’t do the same thing that the dinosaur media does. The “golf thing” happened at the very end of the debate; it was hardly a major theme. And, it was Biden – bizarrely – who raised it. Trump, being human, had to laugh at the thought of Biden with a 6 handicap. And, Trump – after a few seconds of the nonsense – specifically said “let’s not be childish here.” They were hardly in the same boat as “two old men arguing about golf.”
The media does this – acts as if somehow the two are just the same, to pretend our choices are between two old demented men. Trump looks and acts as if he is 30 years younger than Biden. They are not even in the same universe of age mentally or physically. And, frankly, Biden was widely known as one of the dumbest people in DC (an unbelievably low threshold) before he went senile, with not one real job or accomplishment to his name. Again, no equivalence whatsoever to Trump.
Good point, well made. There is no equivalence whatsoever between Trump and Biden. It’s day vs. night. Good vs. evil, God vs. Satan. it’s that stark.
Now, the brain-soiled will say I’m raising Trump to God status or worshiping him. No such thing. He’s a fallible human stand-in for God’s mercy and the truth, which alone can take us forward to better things. Biden stands for all that brings destruction and that makes things worse.
It’s not on the news because the US public continues to be gas-lighted.
And in many ways, it is easier now. “News” has always been infotainment; not it is more than ever, superimposed on the “real-time”, on-line media environment, making it easier to mix video, graphics, sound bites, tweet with actual events, to spice up what sells–and what the PTB want the masses to see.
Israel’s war on Gaza, and the concomitant carnage seems to have evaporated from the mainstream media web-sites (as well as other stories of import, such as constantly escalating US provocations against Russia, and what may or will result from that, as you note, and the fictitious official figures on inflation and unemployment),
And of course, the mainstream media, and much of the alternate media never discusses the degree of control the Israeli Lobby holds over the US government. Never. America loves Israel just because–nothing to do with the massive lobbying under the table. Nothing to see here…
Besides death and taxes, in the US, the third definite is that no matter wha may happen (including an attack on the US itself), the last coherent acts of any US government before it collapses or implodes will be to send Israel weapons for free, and to diplomatically veto anything critical of Israel. One could say that gaslighting the public about Biden was warm-up for gaslighting the biggest genocide of the 21st century.

Many Arabs fled the land as the neighboring Arab countries advised when they commenced their invasion and attack on Israel.
The Arabs didn’t form a country in the land Britain allotted to them in Judea and Samaria. Not in ’48 or during the intervening years till the next initiation of hostilities by the Arab nations, where they attacked Israel from Judea and Samaria and lost all rights to administer that land.
Nevertheless, foolish and misguided Israeli politicians repeatedly tried to give the Arabs the opportunity to make a “Palestinian” state, and all these attempts were rejected by the Arabs with more hostilities directed at Israel.

Arms could be mostly eliminated from the populace if that was the objective. It is actually not that difficult to accomplish. A significant dose of fear focused in the proper fashion is all that is required. People will willingly relocate when toxic conditions are declared over entire regions. The patriarchal order is essentially the order of the nuclear family. The Father is the head of the household charged with providing for the material and temporal needs of his wife and children. He is also charged with protecting those children and teaching those children the boundaries that are essential to surviving and thriving in the real world. In short, a father’s job is to prepare his children for life outside of the home. Men are particularly adept at this because historically it has been men who spend most of their lives working outside of the home. Not the women.
Then along comes World War 2 which sends the men off to war, leaves the factories with many unmanned positions. After that we had the eras of rebellion against that order in the forms of feminism, free love, the hippies and their endless fight against “the man” and ultimately an economy where fathers can no longer support their families on one income, where women have abrogated their sacred responsibility to be mothers, where sexual freedom has resulted in millions of children born out of wedlock, where abortion is now a means of birth control with the same regard as putting on a condom, where women have abrogated this sacred duty in favor of being a paper pusher in a plain cubicle while their children are being raised in a day care center by paid professionals who care not for those children they are paid to take care of.
Donald Trump, love him or hate him, represents that patriarchal order. He is the strong man that many either hate or love. I don’t live under the delusion that Mr. Trump will solve what ails American society. But I do admire the man. All of his children appear to be contributing members of society rather than crack addicted pong mongers like the Biden’s son. Trump loves his children and apparently honors his role as a father. It is for this reason that, in spite of my knowing that DJT will not solve what ails America, I look up to and admire the man. Weird hair and all. A few years back I was watching a new version of Star Trek, I believe it was Discovery which is nothing more than a long slew of woke debauchery that I couldn’t finish. But, I managed to tolerate that wokeness. No, what really finally turned me off to the show which was hard because I am a huge fan of Star Trek, was when this tiny little, barely 90 pound 50 year old Asian woman was beating the shit out of 300 pound Klingons. I couldn’t take it anymore. Have not watched a second since. It has grown so old and is a tired, woke cliche.
I never watched it. We weren’t able to get it on our TV lineup, and I doubt we’d have watched it, anyway. They lost me with the series with Kate Mulgrew as Cpt. Janeway. Just couldn’t get into it anymore. Never really got into The Next Generation, either.
They managed to insert some workery into those as well, but nothing like they did with that Discovery series. It was awful. I have never watched a TV show where I found myself truly loathing the main protagonists. 13 episode season. I could only tolerate 6.
I don’t watch the teevee anymore save for some WWE pay per view events. At least they haven’t gone woke yet. The men beat up men and the women beat up women. There are some lesbian female wrestlers and probably some gay dudes but they don’t focus on that. And as far as I can tell there aren’t any male wrestlers claiming to be female wrestlers.

I, myself, don’t have that skill. It takes years of study and dedication to acquire and instruction is expensive. None of those women indicated they actually had much real knowledge of self-defense, just an amazing and unearned self-confidence.
Tournament karate is separated into men’s and women’s. So size and strength still matter. All other things being equal, a man who trained at the same level would defeat a woman on the same level.

I am an old man and have followed politics since I was a teenager because of the Vietnam war.
We have always had the Illusion of choice when it comes to Elections. That why do not vote.

The Democrats ran things in the 1960s. Vietnam became THEIR baby–not only did over a million people die, but the deficit spending on it’s own, and later in conjunction with developments, wrecked US finances, and they have never recovered, though “gridlock” in the late 90s slowed the bleeding.

I read awhile back that the Yellowstone bison herds had been deteriorating as a species genetically until wolves were reintroduced into the park to kill off the weak and old. Without wolves, the weak and old reproduce, and the herd gets weaker with each new generation.
I imagine the threats that human hunter gatherer groups faced performed a similar function for homo sapiens.
But how do agricultural based societies, or modern ones, cope with this problem? Periodic epidemics would get rid of the physically weak people, but what about the mentally ill? Brains are complex and a lot can go wrong. Many of the problems are heritable, so living long enough to breed means the society gets increasingly demented with every generation.
We used to lock the worst up in places like Bedlam, but there were still hordes on the streets making a living as prostitutes, thieves, pickpockets, actors, etc. At some point, their proportion increases to a dangerous level, threatening the continuation of their society in a real way. I’m pretty sure the answer humans found is war, civil or aggressive against others. It clears out the crazies for awhile. A sort of Great Genetic Reset.
And we’re way past having a mentally healthy society. The most vocal today are the most batshit crazy. So the solution found long ago is bound to kick in.

The original eugenics movement was more concerned with encouraging fine physical specimens than brains.
Raising children in crowded tenements, with sunshine blacked out by coal smoke, and putting them to work at age 6, made them tend to be poor physical specimens. Who woulda thought?

They ultimately chose to trust humans instead of God. The fear of God is not part of the human current experience. But now all will know God exists and without God at the center of our lives, we will be miserable and without a rudder.
There is a certain sort of satisfaction however, that goes along with this predicament. The women I used to know who fit into the category of unhinged supporters of anyone but Trump will now have to endure the return of DADDY! And as they WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH, will have to realize that they were duped into taking the jabs….all of them including the boosters. I’m in the Pioneer Valley and the loam is thick. Last year the farms got flooded and they said it was a catastrophe. Just Ma Nature replenishing the good top-soil. The assholes don’t even know where the soil comes from. Perhaps people see the advantage of going local and organic?

I’ve read that ranchers and farmers have been shut down all over in various states for different reasons for a while. Maybe that narrative is not quite accurate? Or maybe your area is an outlier? Floods are a major pain in the patootie but it is true that they naturally replenish the soil. We had a very wet winter and so far the rain this summer is around average and my neighbors garden is flourishing.

In Rylsky district of Kursk, a drone attacked a house killing five people, including 2 small children. A little girl and her grandfather were taken to hospital in serious condition. Later, the little girl of four died of her wounds. Nine drones were suppressed by EW in the border regions on this day. In the DPR, 2 civilians were killed and 4 wounded by drones and shelling.

We are a tribal species, so small-scale and I guess, selective. We don’t belong in a room crammed of people we’re ordered to get along with, with differing values and ideas and so forth, except temporarily, say, like at a party.
Corporations sometimes want to create a pseudo small-scale society, but that’s kind of ridiculous and unworkable for many reasons that should be obvious.
So what’s the solution? Maybe divorce. So, peaceful secession in some cases and/or where not possible, some sorts of struggles and/or wars.
BTW, it’s good to keep tabs on AI because it may be a vehicle for social control and direction where some, perhaps many, may not want to go, such as if they really think about it.

As an aside, I bought this crappy cereal, Quaker Corn Squares, that I quite dislike. Ever tried them? We have a few pet rules in our condo: Only one dog per unit; scoop up your pet’s poop; don’t let your dog poop on walkways leading to entry doors. We also were one of the first condo complexes in our area and maybe in the country to require DNA testing for dogs. We also have several poop container stations with bags available.
Have these rules helped? A little. I see people walking around with dogs on 2 leashes. Poop has appeared in the walkway to our own condo. Somebody once placed a chicken dinner in one of our stations.
