I see Trump as the American Tokyo Rose. (There were four Roses, three were Japanese.)
The woman was actually an unacknowledged heroine.
She used her position to smuggle medicines and messages to the Allied prisoners held in Japan.
Such courage! Such bravery! In the heart of the enemy's stronghold! Had she been discovered, well, Japanese cruelty to POWs was legendary. And their hideous Unit 731 actually did perform numerous biological and surgical "experiments", in India, the Phillipines, and elsewhere.
Sad that she never got the recognition she deserved. She was scorned and hated on her return to America; this was the price she paid for standing by her boys amidst unimaginable danger.
Trump? The cabal has made itself the only viable alternative to the collapse of its previous victory; he is like a stout mayor, doing the best he can to chart a course under the Empire's rule. He can't save them all or the world we've lost, but he can try to save as much as he can and soften the landing.
