As a parent the way we handled a petulant child was to simply ignore them. I recall at a grocery store my son wanted a specific toy truck. When I said "no" he dropped to the floor in the middle of the aisle and started kicking and screaming. I simply pushed the shopping cart around to the next aisle. Once we were out of view the child stopped screaming and came to find us, frightened that we had left him. The truck issue was over.
These judges have no authority to control the Executive. If they would be ignored they'd eventually give up the fight. Just like my child and the toy truck.
