He doesn't have the balls. He is actually very timid when it comes to actions.

As a parent the way we handled a petulant child was to simply ignore them. I recall at a grocery store my son wanted a specific toy truck. When I said "no" he dropped to the floor in the middle of the aisle and started kicking and screaming. I simply pushed the shopping cart around to the next aisle. Once we were out of view the child stopped screaming and came to find us, frightened that we had left him. The truck issue was over.

These judges have no authority to control the Executive. If they would be ignored they'd eventually give up the fight. Just like my child and the toy truck.

I don't know why he shies away from this, Lugh. The Constitution clearly gives him authority to execute the law (will of Congress). It doesn't give the federal judges any authority to even wipe their own asses as far as I am aware. The law is on his side. So go with it. Send out an EO to staff that if they don't do their fucking jobs they too will be terminated, regardless of what judge "Jeb" says in DC or wherever the hell he is hiding his ugly mug.

Look what they did to him based on little or nothing. Imagine what they will do to him if he acts against the system as it is now, their fake law in other words. He's afraid. Businessmen take reasonable risks, but they don't risk all, never their lives and all that they have. He's no warrior I'm afraid.
