This case is infuriating, but it’s just the most recent in a long line of similar prosecutions. I keep praying that the jury sees through this judicial manipulation, but I only give it 50/50 odds. It is a NYC jury, after all.

We all love movies where the bad guys get the crap beat outa them! There does seem to be a pro forma energy to protests, fewer participants, and less passion, about BLM, and their ilk. I've read several stories about Blacks beating, raping, and/or murdering elderly or homeless Asian women, breaking into an elderly Jewish woman's apartment and raping her (she was in her seventies). However, I have YET to read a single story about Blacks beating Venezuelan gangs.

From what I have read, the jury instructions made it such that any decision other than the deadlock would have required consideration of the second charge. By deadlocking on charge 1, charge 2 was dead in the water - until Wiley coyote changed the rules and instructions - either to push an ideology (likely) or help Penny on appeal. I think there is at least one juror who still has the gonads to hold the line and deadlock on this new version of justice, despite great risk of harm. One can only hope. The insanity needs to end.

It is interesting to observe that the USA and the world rejected “Trump common sense” in 2020 because it was tough. Exposure to the feckless Democrats and the chaos and dissension they have caused has created a world hungry to re-visit Trump and admit that maybe he knows what he is talking about.

Not only was Chauvin found guilty in a kangaroo court. In said trial, the ACTUAL reasons that Floyd died were not even admitted. He killed himself by ingesting a lethal amount of fentanyl. There were two massive funerals for Floyd, one included a horse-drawn carriage and venue fit for royalty. And Floyd's family got a $29 million settlement, BEFORE the criminal trial even took place. What an absolute travesty of justice and theft of the taxpayers' money, all for a loser who once held a gun to a pregnant woman in a home invasion. But that's in Tim Walz's Minnesota, where whites are second class citizens, and elementary school boys' restrooms have tampon dispensers. They don't call it the California of the midwest for nothing.

I hope that the outcome of Penny's trial, if he goes free, is a tipping point signaling the beginning of the end of the race grift. Love the timeline here, we can see how it ramped up and where it got to.

And in the midst of these incidents, never forget the Jussie Smollett grift. That one still sends me reeling, in its absolute audaciousness. The funniest part was watching the Nigerian brothers that he hired to "attack" him talk about what really went down. And yet, Smollett has suffered no real repercussions.

The biggest race hustle might be Kamala Harris convincing the nation that she's black - from what Candace Owens uncovered, it appears she is Irish, Jewish and Indian. And the black grandmother she shows in a photoshopped image in her book isn't her grandmother.

So much race grift by the Woke Jacobins and their trusted leaders over the past decade plus. Time to put a stop to it.

Has he even read the Constitution he is sworn to uphold?

I went to my local courthouse. Sheriff was out, but all the people in the office had sworn to uphold the Constitution--and nobody had a copy handy. I did not expect any better. I told the woman in front of me that her nearest copy was right in front of her face on the computer screen--the web always has free copies of important documents like that. You are not there to "fight the enemy" and disgrace patriotism. Be friendly and begin where they are and nudge them up a little. When enough of us do that, we will take back our country.

Cowardice is one aspect of it, but my suspicions are that the democrat party has gamed the system in regard to that which you cite: "The real culprit of all of it is the media, period.".

If my suspicions are correct, and MSM content is being paid to tell lies, I hope the Trump administration gets to the bottom of it, and if so, strips them of their broadcast licenses, and prosecutes those individuals who are knowingly promoting the lies.

I wasn't interested in watching the Fox news segment that was on at dinner time last night, so I decided I would see what MSM was promoting. Jen Psak was the moderator of the program, and if the content wasn't out right lies, it sure as hell was not an objective assessment.

When close friends and relatives promote the nonsense, and refuse to entertain a counter perspective, I find that to be disrespectful, especially in instances where essentially they view me and my family as being the problem for choosing not to get vaccinated. And they have the gall to defend someone like Fauci, and even provide excuses for his LIES.

In the case of my youngest sister, she is just plain ignorant, and doesn't want to be bothered with any of it (which I can appreciate), but when someone like that gets to unwittingly vote for "WW3", I can't help thinking that I should view such persons as my enemy. Just imagine what would happen if the Trump administration adopted a 24/7 White House press briefing where Trump would take the podium at 8am sharp and detail the current inefficiencies/waste/corruption that his administration was dealing with, and laid out the action which his administration intended to do to clean it up, and then took questions from the press. According to some of Judge Nap's guests, various US intel agencies funded and facilitated both sides that joined forces to overthrow Assad, and this morning, Joe Biden wants to take credit for the overthrow, even though it is unknown if new leadership will be better or worse.

As Syria is a neighbor of Israel, their allegiance to Iran vs. Saudi Arabia (Shia vs. Sunni) may make a huge difference to the balance of power in the ME. You can bet that all sides are racing to get the allegiance of whoever rises as the leader of Syria. They Romans even let them practice their own religion for the most part, unlike the earlier Greeks. Of course it's natural to want to be free. And the Herodians weren't really Jewish.

Expand full comment

The Jews hated the Romans because the Romans represented multi deism in a society that believed in stoning people for blasphemy. The Romans were secular inside a society that was NOT. More Jews lived outside of Israel at the time than in, with one exception, Passover and other festivals when all the Jews wanted to return to Jerusalem to forgive their sins. The Romans dreaded these festivals as they always led to trouble. One Passover, they even allowed themselves to kill an “insurrectionist” at the behest of the Jewish leadership. That act changed the world.

Jewish ethnocentrism has been the bane of their existence since the Hebrew people were invented by God. God has always wanted them to carry His message to the world, that is why He planted them right in the middle of the world. Instead, ethnocentrism has blocked the missionary effect from the Jews. God tried to open things up through the Jewish nation but their leadership tried to kill that attempt. Thank God that Their attempts to squelch Jesus’ message have met with failure.

Following in the traditions of Farrakhan, Jackson, Sharpton, et al. Race baiting hustlers all. It is abundantly clear there is a certain percentage of blacks that hate white people and blame them for all their ills no matter how illogical and disproven the facts may be. Cognitive dissonance, willful ignorance and arrogance at it's most obvious. They are truly their own worst enemies.

Why is it we've never heard the outcome, a while back, of the black guy who DELIBERATELY ran over a white male bicyclist, a medical MD, and killed him??? Where were the riots, the outrage and statues then??? At the very least this is intimidation by bullies and there is only one way to disarm a bully, you never back down.

One need look no further than South Africa to see the truth of this.

The hated maligned Apartheid was over thrown and the ANC a Marxist organization took over and they are making white SA pay for the perceived ills and yet the plight of all people in SA not in the ANC party is far worse now than before the over throw.

What changed?

Maybe it is the fact that Black Africa cannot get past its heritage of tribalism to move toward nationalism and the advantage of economy of scale. Colonial powers in the 1800s divided the continent like a pie, with no discussion of tribal allegiance. Today’s Africa has still not figured out who owns what.

Shaka Zulu killed or drove off all the tribes in South Africa which allowed the Dutch and English to fill in and build a country.

Several hundred years later tribes moved back in and started demanding a place at the table! They did not earn a place nor work for and now that Marxist government is taking farms from families whos white ancestors have worked many of these farms for over three hundred years. Giving it to people who don't want to work the land or farm they just want the easy money from selling it off.

The former land owners are then moved into ghettos and not allowed to flee this travesty of a country.

SA is in shambles the electric grid is failing, the water is almost gone and they can't grow enough food to even feed themselves.

Fifty years ago they were the breadbasket of Africa with a fairly strong economy.

In this country, whites know that the second they take to the streets, the full power of the fed gov will be turned on them. White Southerners fought back against the Marxist revolutions of the 50's - 70's, and instead of the government intervening on behalf of the actual citizens, they they sent in the guard to protect the revolutionaries. They should have been stacking Freedom Riders like cord wood.

Whites have been gelded by similar, SYSTEMATIC SHAMING as that which has been inflicted on Germans and Japanese from all sides since WWII. Michael Yon, an excellent journalist (although not without his flaws), is one of the few willing to explicitly mention this aggressive targeted demoralization.

Whites can either cave, grovel, and see their women raped by illegal mercenaries or say, "FUCK IT!". We all need to address RACE head-on and not rush past it "with averted eyes". RACE ***IS*** IMPORTANT. Cultural and racial differences make for a more exciting world and a more varied living experience. Long live the differences!

Germans, Japanese, and Whites in general share a similar drive towards self-improvement and achievement; as well as towards orderly, attractive cities in which to take pride.

Improvement arises, in part, from awareness of one's flaws, and THE MEDIA exploits this "weakness" to enter and mess with the self-esteem of members of those cultures.

EVERY ethnic group save one has suffered greatly from MEDIA MANIPULATION. We need to DEFY THE MEDIA and DEVELOP INNER STRENGTH:

1. Admit that military-grade targeted cultural shaming has been systematically implemented for decades.

2. NOTICE how and when it occurs.

3. Admit that it says more about THOSE WHO WIELD THE MSM AS A TOOL OF SUBJUGATION than it says about victims.

4. The Germans, Japanese, and Whites in general must TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CALLING OUT THIS B.S.

5. KICK ASS THE WAY YOU DID BEFORE THE mass media HEAD GAMES.

Correction to your post. You state that Neely died on the subway. He had a pulse after being released to the cops and was transported to the hospital. Because there was no EMS on site he was not pronounced dead until after arrival at the hospital. Did he die on the subway? Maybe, but you cannot state that as true as there was no one of medical authority there to declare it so.

He was alive when turned over to the police and pronounced dead at the hospital is the fact of the matter.

I've been to many cardiac arrests where cops were first on scene and started CPR. They have training and their response times are often better than EMS. Although the cops are like "He's over there I'm not touchin' em." They also carry AED's in their cruisers along with first aid supplies, probably also a bag-valve mask for respiration assistance.. Although an AED would be of little use in this situation. I doubt if he was in a shock-able rhythm. It would have been a no shock advised continue CPR notice. Who transported this fella to the ER. If you believe in "equality" and this group can't perform, the only answer is that the they are being treated unfairly. The only real answer is to rid ourselves of false notions about equality.

This is the perfect example of what happens when you leave justice to society. Society is a multi layer complex matrix of rules where the judge is very distant from the crime. The whole justice system in America (and around the world) needs to be allowed to collapse. Justice was completely administered on the subway in the moment, end of story. It doesn’t mean the story shouldn’t be told over and over again, but justice was completed when the aggressive murderous fiend was killed. All legal systems are fragile and filled with evil, and they will collapse because in the end nature wins.
