I agree the climate has changed but it’s not quite dead yet. We’ll see what happens. Given the facts of the case & the testimony of witnesses who felt threatened AND the cops admitting they wouldn’t do full CPR so the guy died right there, the jury should’ve had a “not guilty” verdict w/in the 1st half hour of deliberations.

Yeah it was the most kangaroo of any kangaroo court ever. What fools they think we all are, that we can't see right through it.

And actually I had meant to include that there never should have been a trial AT ALL & there wouldn’t have been, if both parties were black, both parties were white, or if the defender was black & the crazy man white.

From what I have read, the jury instructions made it such that any decision other than the deadlock would have required consideration of the second charge. By deadlocking on charge 1, charge 2 was dead in the water - until Wiley coyote changed the rules and instructions - either to push an ideology (likely) or help Penny on appeal. I think there is at least one juror who still has the gonads to hold the line and deadlock on this new version of justice, despite great risk of harm. One can only hope. The insanity needs to end.
