This is the perfect example of what happens when you leave justice to society. Society is a multi layer complex matrix of rules where the judge is very distant from the crime. The whole justice system in America (and around the world) needs to be allowed to collapse. Justice was completely administered on the subway in the moment, end of story. It doesn’t mean the story shouldn’t be told over and over again, but justice was completed when the aggressive murderous fiend was killed. All legal systems are fragile and filled with evil, and they will collapse because in the end nature wins.
Zimmerman, Rittenhouse, and now Penny. Great men, willing to stand against savagery even at the risk of their own life and freedom. Chauvin must be freed. Trump must exert himself on his behalf - even if he can't directly pardon him.
Justice must be done, and it must be seen to be done. When you can preview the scene, view the crime being committed, the restraint being attempted, and the outcome. If everyone watching the recording can see it, why is anyone being charged with a CRIME?
