What is happening to Daniel Perry is exactly the reason why so many good people stand by and let a woman get raped on a subway in New York for dozens of minutes without helping. The system is all about "criminal" justice or, justice for the criminal. Anyone who steps in to do the right thing will end up going broke from lawyer fees needed to defend themselves or end up mentally ill with anxiety and depression. And that's assuming they are even acquitted.

What a God forsaken country we live in.
