You're channeling me - just in more creative terms. I tell people, I just push a lot of stuff out. No obligation or pressure for any response or reply, nor any timeframe - can be a day, a week, a month, or never.
Appreciated, Ron, but to be fair, I push myself (in some ways at least); I have and leverage transferrable skills that anyone can pick up and leverage; and stuff like that.
Also, and as I've likely said before on CFN's old site, and as an echo of something I've read before; most everyone has 'genius' (and I guess the opposite too) in their own ways.
I actually took some courses in my college days in film studies and it has had suprising transferrability to how to see the world around us. But also, I've always liked tight concepts, so the two dovetail nicely.
As for my/your 'channelling'; we are all one big human family after all, so there're bound to be similarities between people. And I said or inferred on CFN's old site again, there are probably more similarities between individuals here at CFN than what a random sampling would show.
BTW, I am enjoying as I write my usual infrequent coffees (a few cups on one day of a week or every second week).
It's a new bag of a different bean-- a blend this time (they don't say what it's a blend of), instead of the usual single-origins that are preferred, like Brazil (if I can find it), Ethiopian or Sumatra.
It's hot-milk-brewed and 'cowboy coffee'-style.
So it's just Turkish-grind thrown in a pot with cold milk and stirred a little until it starts to boil.
At that point, the whole thing is poured off into another smaller pot and left for a few minutes to settle, after which it is decanted, still hot, into a thermal mug and sugar and/or whatever else added to taste. In my case today, that's 100% pure maple syrup and a shot of whiskey. It's so good that I'm going to have to make another couple of cups.

Oh ya, Mary (or Toots if you wish) might want to have a rematch/even the score, so keep on your toes. If we had the cafe already, we could always offer her a free coupon instead.
You'll be a fine co-proprietor of the cafe - well-experienced in processes, and well-versed in products. Impressive. Bad as it can be, I drink coffee almost continuously - hot, cold, convenience store or better - not necessarily a connoisseur.
Think the final count was 42 -4. To be honest, I'm more interested in more intellectual intercourse - humorous or serious. Toots better bring her "A-game" if she plans on starting up with me - unsolicited - again.
If she wants to "play the dozens" with me, she needs to step up her game. :-)
