The HHS secretary has the power to rescind an act of Congress? I don't think so. Someone know if that's the case?

Sorry, I should have said rescind the PREP Act Emergency Authorization for 'covid', which was extended to the end of 2029 before Biden left office. Then he could rescind same for Marburg and any other nonsense.

The PREP Act itself remains evil. It allows your government to kill you without any recourse to justice, which is its purpose.

See Katherine Watt's Substack, Bailiwick News. No-one has done more research on laws passed for decades to allow governments to do just that. Entirely legally (but unlawfully).

I am with SheilaB on this one. A totally untested (42000 is not tested, especially when the results were falsified) vaxx in a totally new technology that utilizes body actions that they know very little about what they are manipulating. The public, me too, were misrepresented totally by government with the vaxx. The one thing I criticize Trump for was his jumping on the Pence-Fauci-Birx bandwagon trying to find a way around Covid in an election ear. Biggest mistake of his public service.

One more, did the virus get less virulent by 2022, or did what the government had used to create the 2020 fear come to light and people finally saw what Covid was. Andrew Cuomo was a totally bad guy in 2020. he is now running for mayor?
