The bottom line in the USA, heck the world is a battle between the Haves and Have-nots and their respective control of governments. The Red vs. Blue battle is world wide. The scary part is, if you extrapolate from the last 20 years or so, the тАЬDemocraciesтАЭ are going to lose the race.
Trump sees it, he understands it, he is trying to do something about it. He sees Europe as a weak sister, not even willing to defend itself with NATO. He correctly sees Russia/China as fierce competitors in a world of MAD. He sees the real threat of the Middle East and its control of the oil supply side and what Iran is up to (so do the Ayatollahs). He also is trying different things to make the potential North American Union happen as a defense against the rise of socialism. That I am afraid is not going to end well.
My personal forecast for Trump led America is not rosy, but it will be a test to see if USA led тАЬdemocracyтАЭ can defeat socialism. The 21st century will be the century of either тАЬpeople powerтАЭ or тАЬgovernment powerтАЭ.
Let's hope that's what he's doing - but again, if Obama could weaponize the NDAA to spy on us electronically, if the law could change to allow the media to lie, etc. then those things can also be reversed. Much as he's reversing things like the DoED.
