I've heard that it is technically possible (IE lawful) but there's great uncertainty that it will be practically feasible. That's my somewhat sketchy understanding at this point.
Won't know unless they try but hard to assume the swamp will fall asleep and allow it to happen. Who knows, there are people more expert than I (that would be anyone because I am not a expert). Not even sure the full criteria for a "recess". On the other hand, knowing how much the swamp likes it's perks which would have too include $$$$ and recess in that order and "the greater good of the country last" they may have more incentive to recess than to block a recess. Since the swamp is coin/cult operated it is hard to guess if a technicality like "recess appointments" move could be pulled off
Only reason it comes up is because MAGA & MAHA know that there will be a death match to block effective appointments so there needs to be creative thinking if they intend to follow thru else the "victory" will be still born at the appointments level and it will be nothing but swamp traitors within just like last time
