Re the 'skeptical and not bought off administration', your president is the self-declared father of the 'vaccine' who is still congratulating himself on the millions of lives he saved. He previously taunted the Biden creature by saying he'd have taken years instead of months to produce the wonder-'vaccine'. Trump also knows how many people have been killed by the injections and the countermeasures generally (ventilators, Remdesivir, Midazolam & morphine, isolation, withdrawal of care, starvation, deprivation of fluids, refusal of antibiotics, lockdowns etc. etc.).
Of course RFK knows exactly how dangerous the mRNA shots are (ALL mRNA shots, not just the 'covid' ones). He could, in his present position, have immediately rescinded the PREP Act declaration in respect of 'covid', which was extended by Biden (or rather his handlers) until the end of 2029.
