I think you're absolutely right, and sooner or later Trump is going to have to realize that if he is going to accomplish what he wants to do, he is going to have to assume the right of way and start disregarding at least some of the judges' commands. A good place to start is simply to refuse to comply with any nationwide injunction other than as regards the plaintiff and defendant. I think this is true even if the Supreme Court declines to address the issue of Nationwide injunctions in the upcoming birthright citizenship case.

Has Stephen Miller pointed out the other day, if each illegal immigrant receives the kind of due process the left expects, it will take centuries to expel those who got in through Biden's disregard of his constitutional oath of office. Sooner or later, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Exactly, preservation of what Mayorkas did is utmost in the Dem. Side right now. They got away with implanting tens of millions of potential socialists into the USA, now they are fighting the reaction of the “surprised” Americans to the damage that does. If MAGA gets dumped in 2026 and 28, the next variety of Leftist will get the vote to these “citizens”.

One hopes it's not just a coincidence that Mr. Trump had Andrew Jackson's portrait prominently displayed near his desk and visited The Hermitage right after he became prez the first time. When John Marshall delivered an opinion about the Indians in the South, Jackson famously replied, "John Marshall has made his opinion. Let him enforce it.". Which Old Hickory had no intention of doing . . . and didn't. And what did anyone do about it? Bupkis.

Trump should stop asking for permission for everything, stop explaining himself, and just shut up and do what he needs to do. "Never complain, never explain"

The ends justify the means. Can you even imagine what would happen today to the posses and lynch mobs that tamed the Old West?

Yes, he's guilty. But so is the system. So in their eyes, he's not guilty. To bring Mayorkas to justice means bringing the system to justice - and that means bringing down the system since the system will defend itself most vigorously.

So why the heck do you continuously defend this type of system. A benevolent dictatorship is the ideal form as a presage to pure communism. the only problem is that is impossible with the sinful nature of Man.
