We exist in a dilemma. The other side stopped playing by the rules decades ago. Our side, idealistically and naively, continues to adhere to the rules. Was watching Wrestlemania last night and one match pitted a heel against a babyface. The babyface had the opportunity to win the match by accepting brass knuckles from another heel wrestler who appeared at the side of the ring. The baby face refused to use the knuckles to win and ended up losing the match to heel.
Same principle applies in politics. Those that adhere to the rules are getting their asses kicked big time.

Read about the Gideon bible. All major denominations before that time believed the revelations occurred in the century after Jesus.
