Missing is the complicit legacy media which enabled and cheered on these bad actors. How to punish them, both as individuals and as a group? It is obvious these 'news' agencies shared plans to construct narratives, going so far as repeatedly using 'key words or phrases' in reports across the network's Sunday talk shows and news broadcasts with newspapers (NYT and WaPo) marching in lockstep with them. If there ever was a grand conspiracy against the nation as founded by the constitution, the past decade is proof of the intent to hobble it into a Marxist paradise by unscrupulous practitioners of lawfare.
I blame the teevee, Real Mary Rose. Without the teevee and the willingness of the masses to sit and stare at it for hours without end, enduring their propaganda none of this would have been possible. The brainwashing is so deep that for many it will not be curable. Very unfortunate.
Absolutely! Yet, much like our phones, we can't stay away. I do very little on my phone. Use it for calls and GPS directions, and the camera. Otherwise, pffft. Not useful to me.
Ha ha, I am the same way. I have a great camera on my phone. I play a Sim City game on my phone that I enjoy from time to time and I will use it to text family or friends. Hell, I don't even use it for directions. I still use a paper atlas when I need to. I wonder how many people can read an atlas map anymore?
Complicit isn't really the word. They've been baked in for many decades and are the essential piece of the puzzle. The control of the minds and behaviors of the majority of the public is how those who reach powerful places remain there-- pretty much throughout recorded history.
Their Broadcast Licenses should be put up for auction but we have Freedom of Expression and Speech as Numero Uno!
