No, Janos - that's on the list - in my book, "America First" applies to employment opportunity too. That said, it has to be on merit. After every capable, competent American is hired, then any other nationality. Is it favoritism? All else being equal, yes, but that's too bad. If we don't take care of our own first - we'll fail to thrive. See America 2025.
