Is it any wonder people will sit and watch while a man rapes a woman for 30+ minutes on a Subway? They all know if they interfere they become the offender and will spend all their savings trying to defend themselves from a rogue state. Isn't America a fantastic place? Gosh, I love it.

I love you CP - always the ray of sunshine. Have faith, we will prevail. A long, hard grind but we will prevail. Of that, there is no doubt. Good triumphs over Evil. Every. Time.

I always appreciate a positive pep talk. Thanks, Ron. This world can get pretty damned discouraging.

Frankly, I thought you were 100% correct. Criminals have more rights than innocents in many, many cities in America. And if you hurt or kill one in self defense the system will destroy you both financially and in reputation. YouтАЩll be forever hated by some for the rest of your broke, miserable life. ThatтАЩs exactly why maybe one in a thousand will stick their neck out for a stranger. If you donтАЩt like it? Then face facts and speak out. But donтАЩt pretend someone pointing this out is being negative. The finger pointer is the actual negative one who perpetuates this corrosion by not speaking out about it and gets sarcastic at those who do. Because, it might make them pull their head out of their ass and they donтАЩt want to.

The only one that surprised me was Tario. I always thought he was a fed. Maybe he is and he is just on a deep mission. Who knows.

RD3 - I have to agree, there was a period of time where I thought he was an FBI informant. But ultimately "convicted & sentenced". Who knows is right, unless you see him behind bars, it could all be theater, and he's cooling his heels in some foreign tropical country. Maybe home, I think he was PR.

Hey, I appreciated all your in-depth knowledge on Lynyrd Skynyrd - always interested in the stuff I don't know. Native Floridian grew up on Southern Rock, during their time - always loved them. Still do.

Live in STA now and have two close college buddies from UF, who grew up in Jax, and crossed paths with the band in the early days. Artimus Pyle lived a few blocks away for many years - his daughter "Pepper" Pyle still lives here. She's aptly named, wild as can be, in a good way.

At college in Gainesville, '80-'84, every October 20th, we'd make the pilgrimage over to Evergreen Cemetary over in Jax, where Ronnie, Steve & Cassie Gaines were buried - always many hundreds of people were there, so they were moved eventually.

About 15 years ago, one of my sons was invited to a 6-year-old birthday party for a little Van Zant girl classmate. I took him to the party and asked the grandmother if they were related.

She said sure, pulled out her phone and started swiping through pictures. Here's Ronnie, when...here's Donnie, when...here's Johnny, when...here's all the boys (casual family get together jam session with assorted other band members) playing together...here's all their guitars. It was a trip.

And why is there no condemnation for an administration that promotes and allows it?

Ian - the message they're trying to send is, pipe up, and "you're next", that's why.

That is one aspect no doubt, but why do I not hear any condemnation from family and friends?

It is hard for me to believe that MSM is the only obstacle, and it staggers my imagination to conclude that TDS rules their mind.

Joe Biggs is from Ormond Beach, FL, less than an hour from me. This part of NE Florida can be considered "small town", so I consider him a neighbor. I've followed him for years - meaning his activism - a no-nonsense US military vet - not afraid to speak his mind, and bucking up against the totalitarian regime, threatening "his" country - not many truer patriots willing to put it on the line. I've funded his commissary account.

It is burned in my mind, how the governor and mayor of Portland did not represent the police during the civil unrest, and when the Proud Boys came to town, the news couldn't bring itself to present an objective assessment.

I have in mind that Andy Ngo was nearly beaten to death, and MSM treated him similarly. Trump had it right: Fake news.

Here again, why do I not hear any condemnation from family and friends?

Ian - the Marxist Portland Mayor told the Police to "stand down". Many fail to realize that City Police Chiefs and entire Police Departments serve at the whim of Mayors, City Commissions and City Councils. They do as they're told, as their bosses tell them. They are not independent.

Sheriffs? Different story, elected to office, answer to no one and are the highest constitutional officers in their respective counties. Have jurisdiction over the Feds.

A few years back, our local Sheriff, talking about Feds coming into our county to enforce some federal gun control law, advised them that he would not enforce that law, and if they came to our county, they'd be spending the night in "his" jail. How I love him.

Word to the wise - your local Sheriff is the most important LEO and elected official in your county - if no others, make sure you vote that one right.

At the time I was unaware of the globalist agenda, and it made no sense why a mayor and governor would do this to their law enforcement.

When I found out about the globalist agenda, it made sense of all the nonsense.

Thanks for the info..

Anytime Ian - I certainly don't know it all, but I do know a little, and happy to share, if someone else might benefit.

~ One Day... ~

...

"Sheriff John Brown always hated me

For what I don't know

Every time I plant a seed

He said, 'Kill it before it grows'...

...

Freedom came my way one day

And I started out of town...

All of a sudden I saw sheriff John Brown

Aiming to shoot me down

So I shot... I shot him down...

...

Reflexes got the better of me

And what is to be must be.

Every day the bucket goes to the well,

But one day the bottom will drop out..."

~ Bob Marley, 'I Shot The Sheriff'

------

"One day

You will blossom

One day, one day

When you're ready

...

An aeroplane

Will curve gracefully

Around the volcano

With the eruption that never lets you down..."

~ Bjork, 'One Day'
