Before making the Clinton Foundation the subject of his laser-like attention to detail he did a deep dive into General Electric which also took a number of years. I think Clinton Cash is a broad overview and Charles Ortel’s work goes into fine detail. In terms of accountancy, IRS filings, registration of trusts and other matters I often could not follow but got the gist. He used to often say that because Bill Gates contributed heavily to the Clintons’ illegal foundations it made Gates’ contributions illegal as well and recovering the money from this and other illegal donations (unpaid taxes, in other words) would go a long way to paying the national debt!
