Does anyone here have suggestions on books, articles, perspectives regarding decentralized political power and how it might be utilized in USA? Feasible, not really feasible? Something has to change and I am curious if some form of removing DC control might not help. Interested in any and all views on this. Thanks.

The tenth amendment require co-ordination with states, counties. If you can work it, you can carve out freedom, via heritage, culture, wise use, etc. few know how to use it.
