This is a really dumb model of autism and has been proven wrong many times, most convincingly through brain scans which show not encephalitis but an over-abundance of synaptic networks.
CD is an industrial bleach used to whiten paper, among other things. If you wouldn't drink chlorine bleach, you shouldn't drink this stuff. The alt health market is full of crypto-scientologists, like Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, for example. More skepticism is warranted.
Plus, I guarantee you nobody's autism was cured by pouring bleach into their innards.

Chlorine Dioxide is certainly NOT bleach! We use to use it to purify water during family camping trips. I cannot tell you how much I have ingested over the years and I am in the picture of health.

Also, Cl02 can be used to disinfect water, sure. It is used in commercial kitchens, on farms and in hospitals and clinics as a disinfectant.
It is also used to bleach pulp to whiten and disinfect it in the paper-making process. But sure, <<not>> bleach.
