Remember when the NY Times was running out of money and then miraculously, the paper's fortunes were revived? You guessed it: The next thing we'll find out is that USAID has been propping up the New York Times subscription base. I originally suspected the Pentagon, but the suspected and now PROVEN USAID slush funds are a much more logical conclusion.
