Yes, the Capitalist scum used to rage about what they called "patriotic capitalism" in the far East. The East Asians never bought the idea that the public and private spheres could be kept apart and that the private sphere could do whatever it wanted, the nation be damned. They were wiser than we were, apart from the scourge of Maoism that sought to destroy the private sphere completely. That's just as crazy as trying to destroy the public sphere like the Libertarians want.

Trade is great but what can be made in the nation should be made in the nation. More power to you.
