Jim, excellent essay today. We are witnessing the beginning of the end of the federal leviathan and like a cornered dog before its death it is thrashing, violent and dangerous. When a government can no longer function it has become a failed government and is no longer viable and must be replaced. We have reached that point. Federal judges are now literally over-throwing what remains of the Constitution. Mr. Trump is the Chief Executive with clear authority over the execution of federal law and the executive branch of government. No judge has any Constitutional authority over any of Mr. Trump's jurisdiction as the Chief Executive. The SCOTUS is worthless and needs to be relegated back to the basement of the US Capitol and the SCOTUS building turned into a national museum.
Notice that the majority of these fuckers are lawyers? Just saying.
If Mr. Trump doesn't pull an Andy Jackson and tell these judges to come enforce their own rulings, well, the federal government in all of its forms has become impotent, useless and a failure. Congress is a failure. The SCOTUS is a failure. The Executive? It is now imploding upon itself due to its massive girth.

Warren, I have a problem with swearing. I try to curb it but it just manages to come back from time to time. Personally, I believe the judges are traitors and deserve a traitor's punishment. I vote for a public hanging. Not the quick kind where they drop em 6 feet and snap their neck.
