The wildfires were not caused due to incompetence, but rather “on purpose malice” posing as incompetence, and they are likely being started with DARPA directed energy weapons (a certain shade of blue is a shield) and Antifa posing as firemen, just as in 2020:

Globalist Goals: rewild America, clear off the shores for the military, kill most of us, shove the rest of us into 15 minute prison cities. To do this you must first destroy the old cities and systems and rebuild new ones.

Paid arsonists are destroying these cities so they can buy them up for pennies on the dollar.

All of this destruction is geared toward maximizing pain and death, while destroying economic, social, physical, and mental productive capital on a vast scale. All designed to lead directly to global dependence-based enslavement where you will eat ze bugs and own nothing and be happy about it - or else.

In other words, their goal is to demolish our ability to sustain ourselves, transforming us into slaves reliant on their "generosity" for our survival and they’re reaching a level of control where Harari feels confident telling us that our Free Will is over while contemplating killing us outright out loud in public:

“Mr. Harari, thinking about all this, puts it this way: “Utopia and dystopia depends on your values.” … The useless class he describes is uniquely vulnerable. “If a century ago you mounted a revolution against exploitation, you knew that when bad comes to worse, they can’t shoot all of us because they need us,” he said, citing army service and factory work.

Now it is becoming less clear why the ruling elite would not just kill the new useless class. “You’re totally expendable,” he told the audience. … “We don’t need you. But we are nice, so we’ll take care of you.” —Source (worth reading in full): https://archive.is/rWLoO

Yes.

Add the California insurance companies who "just happened" to cancel the insurance policies of tens of thousands of California insureds, just months before insurance arsonists struck and burned their houses down. No there's a list to behold and wonder at.

And don't leave out the California professional politicians from the list, those who made sure there would be no water in the fire hydrants to fight the fires with. Fires they made inevitable due to "gross incompetence." Like those "words" mean anything anymore.

Expand full comment

Due to the losses from wildfires over the years, State Farm and Allstate asked for rate increases on Home-owners insurance and were refused by, you guessed it, Newsom and the Sacramento Mafia. So they cancelled the availability of the insurance. It is not only in LA either. I would guess we have seen just the start.

Expand full comment

Actually, having worked and lived in California for many years, it was the professional politicians who "cancelled" the affordability of houses and homeowner's insurance.

A new roof runs $30,000.00. A new septic system costs around $30,000.00. The average MSRP for a new car is now $4,800.00 -- up another $1,000 in one year. I haven't got that kind of money just lying around. Most people I know don't. Pay off your mortgage and you find out how much of your "home" our really own. Try not paying your ever-increasing property taxes (now going up almost annually here in Upstate New York, where the government is desperate for money) and see how long you "own" your house for.

Financialization will be the death of housing. Yet, for Californians, fire is free.

If there is ANYTHING positive going on in the world besides the re-election of DJT, it's the fact that Hollywood has run out of ideas and its fabulously wealthy pedophiles and gays will soon be as popular as hand-held transistor radios and Fatty Arbuckle.

Expand full comment

Hand-held transistor radios served their purpose, and quite well, for a time. I got one for Christmas when I was 10-years-old in 1963, and it was a big deal. I look back warmly and fondly at transistor radios. Not so much Fatty Arbuckle. Fatty Arbuckle is like all celebrities: American crap.

I just got through re-watching the 2005 version of Pride and Prejudice. I was stunned with horror at Keira Knightly's teeth. What choppers. Those were maneater teeth. And I had to ask: "What was that all about? Why was she so important?"

However, I discovered that Kelly Reilly played an amazing part in the movie as Lady Catherine Bigley. Wonderful portrayal. However, Reilly is positively unrecognizable from the Kelly Reilly playing Beth Dutton in "Yellowstone." Must be all those tits and ass she shows off so prominently. Nothing like jumping the shark to kill a career. She too will be forgotten in a few years.

Keira Knightly is pure perfection.

Is that before or after she got her teeth fixed? She did BTW. It did not improve her appearance. That was what broke my heart. Not her man-eating choppers that seemed to hurt her face whenever she smiled broadly., and made me want to shove a McDonalds "Happy Meal" at her. Just one last thing. The 2005 version of "Pride and Prejudice" is my favorite. My preferring it to the other versions is not diminished at all by Keira Knightly. She is a perfectly adequate period actress.

I wonder who are the Have-Nots that are attacking the pre-eminent Haves in LA? Or which foreign nationals are trying to destroy the wealth of a very rich area? Is this domestic or global? Global or directed from a power 6000 miles to the West?

Or is it being lit from natural causes? Lit in wooded, expensive areas some long distances away from current fires? Lit where they cause the most damage? Lit while the Santa Ana winds were forecast to be blowing hard and were?

Must have been 500+ citizens out there, mostly open carry and some concealed - to send a message that WE will not tolerate any bullshit - the infernos that leftists started in other places. Some citizens even posted up from sniper positions on rooftops - Rodney King/Koreatown style! Our local police were cheerful and engaged the armed citizens in small talk - they actually seemed pleased that we were there to help protect our town. This was such a show of citizen resolve that commie CBS actually sent a crew here and it made national news - in a negative light, of course.

We live in Western North Carolina and have lived with a post-disaster nightmare now for over three months and to be honest, I wish everything had burned up instead of gotten buried in toxic mud and debris. Our communities will never be the same and it is especially heartbreaking that people are still living in tents along the Swannanoa River in 20° weather, with a winter snowstorm barreling straight for us. I'm sorry for the posh people in Pacific Palisades who lost their homes, but at least they were able to go to the Beverly Hills Hotel or some other nice hotel and get ready accommodations. The people of Western North Carolina have been all but forgotten and FEMA is doing very little. The most the FEMA will reimburse a single person for damages is $42,000 so I hope that the folks in California aren't expecting their fancy beach homes to be replaced. Marry them and continue the out-breeding the native population. The Hezbollah cell structure is very complex. Right here in our towns and cities. The leadership live in big houses, drive well, wear well and eat well. The lower class of Jihadis do the grunt work of small shop management. Stocking shelves, marrying into the culture. You walk and drive past them every day. This immigrant invasion is a civilization-altering slow rolling coup. America is deeply vulnerable. Every Jihadi assigned to the west can handle the weapons they came here to man. It is immaterial who occupies the Oval. The forces unleashed on the west are FAR bigger than even the USG. Congress and the entire law making establishment are deeply infiltrated and compromised, apart from a very few patriots. And they simply don't count. Of course. Dennis. Way to go!! You did it legally. The Jihadis do and will obtain full access to SNAP cards. Debit Cards and all social suppport including free medical for their wives babies. Licenses and permits to build and operate businesses. They are a protected class and get whatever they want and need. You should be so lucky. You cannot touch them. Outcome: when an invasion force who understands only violence makes its way this deep into an existing culture and will not assimilate but wants to dominate then deadly counterforce is required. Arm up.

Both Parties want America to be transformed. Those who think Trump is different are ignoring the fact that he's for a massive Indian influx. America is a Corporation that is being restructured. For Whites, nothing whatsoever. Both Parties agree on that too.

I think we've been seeing the manifestation of this in most of the major European cities. The US needs to re-introduce a society based on law and order, moral principles, and respect for our country and its constitution. Call in Pollyannish, but what are the alternatives? I believe DJT is key to ushering in a 4th Turning in America and it can't come soon enough.

The important thing is the Los Angeles Fire Department's DEI/LBGQT goals have been met for the quarter. Also, sure the Mayor was in Ghana when this disaster erupted, but for her it was a sacred journey to the Motherland ... so it's perfectly understandable and forgiveable.

Who or what started the fires? Well, in SoCal vagrants set aboutt 1000 fires per yeaer. As well, wild fires a few years ago in Central California were ignited by 3 different college professors out to wake people up to the threats of Climate Change. They were arrested but there's plenty more Climate lunatics where they came from. Start looking for the arsonists in those two distinguished groups of people.

"The adumbrations of this fiasco will darken our national life for years to come."

I really, really doubt it.

What about the effect the LA Riots in 1965, from August 11 to August 16 in Watts? I was 11-years-old watching the TV with my father. Scared the crap out me. Except that the city I was living just outside of, Philadelphia, was rioting, too. American cities were rioting all over back then.

What effect did those riots have on the national psyche? None.

What about the LA Rodney King riots in 1992? LA has been rioting for decades. Nothing gets any better, just way, way worse.

The fires should be a relief. Burn it all down. Get rid of the evidence. Start over. Just like in Hawaii. Use the fire for another land grab.

These LA fires were set by arsonists, just months after LA Insurance Companies cancelled tens of thousands of insurance policies to people whose homes just burned to the ground. Sound familiar? And, there was no water in the fire hydrants to combat the fires with "because of government incompetence?" Again, sound familiar? OMG.

"Taxes are the price you pay for civilization." Had enough of both, yet? I know: Let's send more billions of American Taxpayer money to Ukrainian Nazis.

A healthcare system CEO getting shot in the head several times wasn't message enough? How about when insurance company CEOs start getting bumped off? Enough then?

Probably not.

Expand full comment

Ukrainian Nazis supported by the BIden Mob.

National insurance companies requested rate increases to offset the costs of previous wildfires throughout the state. They were refused by the Mob in Sacramento. So they cut all the California home owners off. Insurance is NOT a bottomless pit of money, like the Blues think they are. Just like the Federal government. Blues are going to be the death of America.

The WSJ had a good editorial today (California's Fire Insurance Catastrophe) and put the blame squarely on the government.

The no water in the hydrants is a problem with no simple solution.. You can only get so much water through a pipe. I don't know the size of the mains in the Palisades but if you open up too many outlets obviously the pressure will continue to drop. We have hydrants in my town that are known to be no good. Small mains and sediment build up. You can't get much water out of them. Eventually there will be zero pressure, perhaps even negative pressure if engines are pulling too much. Being hilly terrain there will be much better pressure at lower elevations. I saw a guy on TV saying when he evacuated he put his sprinklers on the roof turned on the water and left. How many others did this?

Expand full comment

Right now, we are living in a world where sometimes there just isn't enough fire in California.

It's like how there are too many coffee drinkers. There just isn't enough land or climate to grow enough coffee beans. For coffee they are talking about substitutes. At prices that are already unaffordable in a world run on debt, AKA "Spare No Expense."

In the 1980s over 30-percent of the food was processed. Artificial. Substitutes. Like McCormick's gravy packets. That figure as grow to over 70-percent today. So has the number of obese people. And Type II Diabetes. There just isn't enough real food to feed 8-billion people. Meanwhile, anything in a bag or box will kill you. And look at the prices you pay for food today. Look at the prices you pay for house and homeowner's insurance -- not just in California.

Is there a substitute for water? Is there a substitute for fire? Meanwhile anything combustible (like houses) will kill you in a fire. And look at the price you pay for insurance -- if you can get it.

Someday all this stops, like when California Insurance Companies cancelled the homeowner's insurance for tens of thousands of "insureds," just 3-months before the fires -- probably all set by insurance arsonists. Like in Hawaii.

Your house, your car, your bank, your homeowner's insurance policy, your grocery store are all fires waiting to happen.
