Sadly, no. I was there in the late 90's and early 2000's and haven't been back since 2005 or so.

Computers released the casinos from relying on offering benefits to get people in the door. 99cent breakfasts, $4.95 one pound new york steak dinners...prime rib anywhere for $6.00...pouring 99 cent well drinks from a Tanqueray bottle opened in front of you.

Now facial recognition and player cards weed out the dead-beats.

Analog glory succumbs to digital slavery. That is really unfortunate. It's harder and harder to find little bits of joy in this world. Every once in a while, I have a glorious memory like that and my kids ask me why I'm staring off into the distance.

I told my son once that he'll never know the glories of tearing through dirt roads at 3am blind drunk screaming Waylon Jennings at high volume. The roads are paved and the cops would sooner shoot you than leave you alone.
