Hahahahaha! The Congress, especially the House, does not give one damn about what is in the budget, they all operate on the agency theory, “I need to spend more now so that I get more $ next year”. If Musk can get his primary dogma into the government, that is the goal of everything is cost reduction, and federal staffs are rewarded for spending less, the fiasco could slow down. Remember that SSA payments will never disappear, but decline as available funds decline.
That assumes that SSA does not fall victim to when TSHTF.
