NEWA New Video Message From Your Blogger JHK

Unlike the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, Elizabeth Warren doesn’t radiate contempt, loathing, and horror at the task of mingling with the hoi polloi. Rather, she has become famous for staging lengthy sessions after campaign speeches to pose for selfies with her fans. The selfie-seekers, you will notice, are all women. It’s heartwarming as all get out. This is at the center of Senator Warren’s strategy for winning the next election: to cadge all of the women’s vote and become the President of all the women of the United States.

It’s a shrewd strategy, to turn the election into a gender-bonding contest, but elections have turned on equally fatuous premises, probably more often than not. Paradoxically, the lumbering President Trump, with his bay window belly, mystifying bouffant, fourth-grade vocabulary, and grab-them-by-the-pussy approach to romance, scored 53 percent of women’s votes last time around. Perhaps that was more a reflection of his opponent’s titanic loathsomeness than of Mr. Trump’s charms. But it only underscores Ms. Warren’s gambit: all she has to do is swing a generous majority of American women over to her side.

She is, in many ways, an exemplar of her sex.  She’s made the best of her corn-fed Oklahoma looks. At 69, she capers energetically around the hustings in spanx and Nina McLemore jewel-toned, popped-collar jackets as though she were America’s yoga instructor, an appealing addition to her previous career as a distinguished Harvard law professor. She scores well on the feelings and sharing index, qualities that most men can only caricature. (Claiming to be a Cherokee was a forgivable way of sharing — sharing useful identities for career advancement.) And she has a palpable edge of anger about all the swindles and injustices in American life today, especially those spawned on Wall Street by the financial patriarchy — hey, who can argue with that one? If she has a husband (she has, Harvard law prof Bruce H. Mann) he might as well be hiding under a rock.

Ms. Warren’s big sell at this point in the campaign is Medicare for all, nationalized single-payer health care. The appeal is obvious: for one thing, other civilized countries manage to provide it for their citizens. And despite the counter-claims that “people like their health insurance,” the world has probably never seen such a pitiless, odious racket as the current system in the USA. Ask the schnooks forced to take their kids to the emergency room who end up stuck with bills for $6000 for a few stitches. Ms. Warren proposes a new system that would turn medicine into something more like the motor vehicle bureau with doctors — if you could find any doctors who would willingly sign on, which I doubt. And, of course, because it evokes such strong feelings of maternal sympathy, Ms. Warren also avidly raised her hand to support free health care for illegal immigrants, too, as a companion piece to the Democrats’ open borders policy.

Ms. Warren might win the nomination and even the election just on that portfolio of qualities, especially if the economy goes in the tank under the Golden Golem of Greatness, where it is apparently headed as I write, if you look at dismal car sales and the stats on plummeting world trade. There’s more than a year before the election for that scene to worsen. In the event, though, President Warren would be stuck on-the-job in a second Great Depression much worse than the one of the 1930s.

I doubt she could FDR her way through it. America back then still had plenty of everything except cash money. Lots of oil, ores, factories, and well-regimented workers. Now we’re officially $22 trillion in debt. The remaining oil costs so much to get out of the ground it’s bankrupting the oil companies. The ores are gone. The factories stand in ruin. And the workforce has degenerated into various mobs demanding something for nothing. The coming disposition of things will be less a depression than a long emergency of permanent contraction, and even Ms. Warren’s zesty grandmotherly charms may not avail to preserve the civil order under those conditions.

The picture I draw is admittedly severe, but what troubles me as much is the prospect of a civil war between the sexes. Things are already bad enough, as witnessed this week by the latest campaign by The New York Times to take down Judge Kavanaugh in the sensationally mendacious reporting by Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly. The educated class of American women is earning a reputation for dishonesty and wickedness every bit as bad as the patriarchy they inveigh against. And believe it or not, men are still out there, even some heroic ones, and they won’t stand for this nonsense forever.

Elizabeth Warren, even though she will lose, will definitely set women back. We don’t need men and women opposed to each other but in harmony with each other, at least to the extent humanly possible…..and it’s barely possible.

If Trump was happy he would not constantly be seeking approval in the form of ratings. Trump needs his ego stroked 24/7/365 because he is not happy with himself and that’s why he continually attempts to prompt people to tell him what he wants to hear. And whatever superlatives he uses most often are likely the best superlatives to use in order to mollify his narcissistic personality.

Trump telegraphs his insecurities daily via twitter. And I smile when the markets tank too. I also love it when he compares his leadership success to the rising DOW figures. Trump is so uneducated that he believes an overinflated stock market is good for America.

I hope Trump & Deutsche Bank both go bankrupt when the tide goes out in October for the start of the Greatest Depression in 2020. Prepare to see your POTUS swimming naked like Deutsche Bank.

Your focus on Trump is appropriate. After all, there is nothing positive that can be said about Elizabeth Warren.

As an anti-Democrat, I never have a good word to say about Trump, there is not a great deal positive that can be said about him.

The only case to vote for Trump is that the Democratic alternatives are far more horrifying than he is.

The educated class of American women is earning a reputation for dishonesty and wickedness every bit as bad as the patriarchy they inveigh against. ~ JHK

In addition to dishonesty and wickedness, add being angry and constantly being irritable. They live with the wound that never heals. A simple paper cut is so painful, as to make one unbearably irritable – so unbearable they become insufferable. The wound that never heals.

Agreed on that being what we need.

Trouble is the gender hustle has become very profitable.

Warren has no chance. Although I agee with her on some of her policies (revamping healthcare, for one), I think she lacks the cross-over appeal and charisma needed to win.

I have said this before, but since the advent of widespread TV use, superficial as it may be, height, looks, and charisma almost always determine our presidents. Though Trump is often mocked for his hair and weight gain, he still isn’t a bad looking guy, and he’s tall, speaks pretty well when he chooses to, and is a lightning rod for attention.

Warren is tallish for a woman, and otherwise posesses none of those qualities. She has the charisma of a librarian. The lie about her heritage, regardless of why she did it, has destroyed her credibility and will be fully exploited by Trump.

    • sprawlcapital September 20, 2019 at 10:25 am #

I don’t like her voice. She’s shrill. It’s grating on my nerves.

      • Nightowl September 20, 2019 at 10:29 am #

There is a video on youtube where she drinks a beer and “randomly encounters” her husband in the kitchen. That video encapsulates what awaits the DNC if they nominate her.

Despite her gaffes, I still think the DNC will choose Harris – the mulatto Hillary (who is the ideal face of a party that is now so corrupt and bizarre in terms of messaging as to be nearly unrecognizable).

        • Janos Skorenzy September 20, 2019 at 2:35 pm #

          • outsider September 22, 2019 at 8:58 am #

The only woman candidate out there who can get a large percentage of the male vote is Tulsi Gabbard, due to her veteran status and antiwar creds. Naturally the neoliberals who control the DNC are fixing the polls to keep her out of their sham debates, lest she go after the unlikeable Kamala again. They’d rather lose to Trump than give Tulsi a chance.

BTW, If fakers like Warren and Sanders want to implement their socialist agendas, they’d better downsize the military and stop the overseas wars first, so that there might be just a little money left over for their wild schemes. But they won’t do it. They are scared to death to take on the giant MIC. They are midgets in comparison.

        • lbs September 23, 2019 at 9:03 am #

I think Harris is toast due to Tulsi Gabbard’s successful takedown her for fascistic law enforcement practices as Attorney General.

Strangely, Gabbard herself has never gained any traction in the polls despite her holding a mix of moderate and leftist policies that are more in sync with public opinion than the policy views of the leading candidates.

I don’t know if the insanity is a symptom of SSRI pills or mass media and Facebook but I can tell you my perspective as soon as I heard about SSRI pills I saw an immediate increase in extreme weird behavior.
Mothers driving their children into lakes and drowning them behavior while on large doses of SSRI anti-depressants.
From that point on it was a straight line down in the number of insane people doing insane things.
Could be that I noticed it or the media reported it more but it seems to be getting worse.

            benr

“Mothers driving their children into lakes and drowning them behavior while on large doses of SSRI anti-depressants.”

I was on SSRIs once for about two years, following something that doesn’t matter (it certainly doesn’t matter now!).

I was given a normal dosage and it took the edge off things just enough to get me into work, which was the priority at the time.

Once I felt I didn’t need them any more I didn’t even go back to the doctor, being a relatively self-sufficient person. I just cut down from one pill to half a pill a day, then to half every other day and so on until I wasn’t taking them any more. It took about two weeks. I didn’t have the slightest problem either taking them or stopping taking them. I guess different personalities and metabolisms react differently. In fact I’m absolutely sure they do.

I don’t recommend pills where other options are available – and I certainly don’t advocate throwing pills at youngsters – but sometimes you do what you need to do at the time. And my kids needed food on the table and a roof over their head, so getting me out to earn it was a priority. And here we all are 20 years later with a roof still over everyone’s head and I’m not ashamed of having taken a little modest chemical help when it was available and I needed a bit of a psychological leg up.

What matters is being in control. If I were a man, I might have used a few cool beers instead, on a regular basis, then possibly a few more… Horses for courses.

Good that you were able to limit your time on antidepressants, Alba. By the way, the benefit you derived may have been a placebo effect, but that’s a topic for another time.

My sister has been on Paxil, an SSRI, for about 21 years, since late 1998.

i recall a time around Thanksgiving 1998, at the dinner table, when my sister started laughing at nothing particularly funny. Loud hysterical laughter. I did not know for sure at the time, but I figured she was on some drug. Sure enough, I learned years later that she had started on Paxil about that time.

Now my sister’s speech is labored; she seems a little drowsy all the time. In 2010 she was having trouble sleeping, so a very stupid doctor prescribed a second anti-depressant on top of the Paxil. Her liver enzymes soared, and her skin turned yellow. She was very sick. This moron “doctor” almost killed her. Fortunately, when they stopped the second antidepressant she got her health back, at least physically.

I have tried to convince my sister, now 67, to get off Paxil, but she says she never will. I have read that Paxil is extremely addictive–that quality of this pharmaceutical is probably what keeps her taking it. And, oh yes, the loud laughter for no reason still happens now and then.

Warren has a chance. She needs to cut out some of the shrillness and cultivate the grandmotherly image, which our host suggests. And she has to temper some of the wild promises going around among the Democrats today. She has time to make those corrections.
Trump is wearing thin on a lot of people who expected a lot more from him than tweets. And, as our host points out, the economy will probably not be looking swell next year.
Try saying President Warren; at least for four years. We may be in for a period of one-term presidents; that is if the political system holds up for much longer.

      • Nightowl September 21, 2019 at 4:15 pm #

Good luck with that. Trump has delivered on the majority of his campaign promises to date.

I am a registered Green party member, but I don’t live in a bubble. The guy will be reelected, barring some kind of vote manipulation which is not out of the question ßß as Shrub and Jeb publicly demonstrated back in 2000.

  3. BackRowHeckler September 20, 2019 at 10:15 am #

Presidential Candidate Warren gave a speech at the Washington Monument the other night, and proceeded to criticize the man the monument was named after. A symbol of the Patriarchy, Slaveowner, possibly a white supremacist and so on, need I continue? you get the picture. Who knows maybe hating men, especially white men, is a winning strategy. The trouble is many of the women she is directing this hate men campaign at have sons who are dear to them and don’t want to see them f@#kked over by some miserable man hating shrew whipping up hate so she can become President.

Looks like our culture of turning every human interaction into a winner takes all competition, while comoditizing and monetizing everything else has led us to here. Doubling down on these attributes is assured, along with at least a doubling down in our decline. Although we may now be in the exponential zone where the decline move by orders of magnitude, especially if The Fed’s limited tool box is out of tricks.

    • sprawlcapital September 20, 2019 at 10:45 am #

The decline is very visible in education. Elaementary school children are now being taught coding, that is, the writing of computer programs. These students will graduate from high school not knowing the years of the American Civil War and unable to produce legible handwriting, but they can do coding.

      • TiredOfTheTreadmill September 20, 2019 at 10:50 am #

Coding has become so complex that most of it is being done by computers, and soon will be entirely done by AI with very little human input. Otherwise it is too easy to make mistakes and too hard to find them, as think of the recent Boeing 737 problems. There will always be some opening for human coding, but I doubt it will be a way for many to make a living in a few years.

“what troubles me as much is a Civil War between the sexes.” I can’t wait to hear Mr. Kunstler’s post elaborating on that. Seems to deserve its own. Mr. Kunstler, you mustache is awesome but young women think today think mustaches are creepy. I think this is where that alien hipster goatee comes from….

From where I’m standing in New England, the women’s suffrage movement is doomed to fail. I whole heartedly support the 19th amendment and equality before the law. However equality before the law is not what we’ve been getting recently and unless real feminists rein in their crazy sisters, men aren’t going to stand for it. The long emergency is long and who comes out a registered voter in the end is in serious doubt…. If we have a democratic republic at all.

Modern feminism demonizing men and the nuclear family, has produced a crop of, fat, ugly-ass, ill tempered, sugar-baby pigs, who are frankly undatable. This crop of gems has no grip on reality. Go into any bar/bookstore/main street/mall/library or gym around here and you’d be appalled by how they treat average men. They spit, give the cold shoulder, or use that stupid high school drama queen voice.

There is only one type of guy they accept: The hipster. This is the only type of man women look at today. 6ft plus, with that stupid unoriginal goatee, supposedly a lumber jack but to shiny and lanky to qualify, and doesn’t even call himself straight. He has to be queer, agender, aesexual, trans, or whatever the fuck isn’t straight. Even the ugliest of the ugly won’t even look at a guy less than 6ft. (Seriously I’ve met Trigly-Puff for real in South Hadley MA)

Allegedly, murdering your own child was something Witches did in Salem; watch that horror film the Conjuring. Now we have an abortion fetish in public discourse and in private. While I think abortion should be left up to the parents, plural, to decide, right up until the ned of the second trimester; it is a procedure that has become too routine.

Innocent until proven guilty has become a thing of the past. I don’t care if the guy is guilty; we can’t hang him without evidence. Here say does not count. Destroying his livelihood without evidence or trial is libel.

It’s the experience I’ve had dating that’s pushed me away from the Democrats and convinced me to vote Trump.

    • Nightowl September 20, 2019 at 11:05 am #

The hipster has gone mainstream, so lots of women dating hipsters will be group thinkers that probably don’t actually know what they want anways. It’s just a trend. My younger bro went from football jock in HS to 38-yr.-old hipster, and is my barometer for what the herd finds cool. I was always a punk/indie type guy.

Don’t fret. By and large, when partnering up, both men and women tend to choose members of the opposite sex who are about as attractive as they are (this includes grooming habits, dressing). People like what is similar for the most part. That will never change.

Women who will only date “up” become cat ladies.

      • K-Dog September 20, 2019 at 11:35 am #

Strikes me as a very good question to ask Alexa.

That is as diabolical thought but I won’t talk to Alexa. Besides I already know the answer.

      • prepper of oz September 20, 2019 at 11:39 am #

lol I am not fretting that much – I stopped looking at dating after my last serious relationship and now see it as more live entertainment. Let’s see, I had one girl open up with her fetishes almost immediately that included, choking, guillotines, and other bdsm rubbish. I ran into this girl at the same coffee bar by Mount Holyoke College where I met Triggly Puff.

The problem is the Cat ladies are having kids out of wedlock. That’s what 90% of the women I see today are doing. This trend seems to have started with the baby boomers…. I used to laugh when I thought of them as crazy cat ladies. The trail of male victims is sad though. One baby boomer cat lady I know ended up with a House on Cape Cod from spouse number one and then being a small company from Spouse number II. Poor bastard number three gave the coatis trophy. (I half expect her to drive up above Amherst to Chris Martenson’s house one day and try for his pile of gold.) Hopefully he has his wits about him.

I didn’t have sex with my X-girlfriend because I wanted to see more than three months commitment before that happened. Hell I loved her…. Love doesn’t seem to matter today. The question is what are you worth? Preps for a long decline don’t count.

I had an argument on facebook with a bunch of me too feminists the other day. A BDSM novelist, who apparently lives that lifestyle as a submissive and found no conflict in this, asked if anyone had heard that men were becoming reluctant to approach women or considering not hiring them. I allowed as I had read comments along those lines from certain male-dominated sites and that, as a women, I didn’t particularly care for feminism or feminists myself, believing it to be a big, fat con, destructive to children and family life, and now a loud and obnoxious one as well. She just had a fit and her followers attacked me until I just up and left the conversation. My God! it was like I had blasphemed. I hadn’t realized that, like climate change, it had become a religion with no deviation from dogma allowed. Unless it is just a matter of bedroom games, my understanding of that lifestyle is that the dominance is all pervasive, and I can only believe that her dom must find her feminism cute and amusing, up to a point, because he permitted it, but the next day she wrote that he had forbidden her to comment further on that thread. She must have been so upset she went on about it at enough length to become tedious. Maybe she got spanked. So there she sits, with a possibly sore posterior, firmly and apparently happily under some man’s thumb, her freedoms only those he permits, and doesn’t even see the irony of it. Either she or one of her followers unliked my author’s page, and I think some others bought my book, so I guess it was a win.

What will most assuredly not be endlessly entertaining will be another worldwide crash of globally connected economies. Soon President Trump will be swimming naked along with Deutsche Bank when the global system of banks crashes yet again when Chair Yellen claimed ‘there would be no more system wide crashes in her liftime’ upon retirement.

    • Abortion isn’t “murdering a child”, if the fetus never was a child, even up to the third trimester. It was a great rhetorical trick that’s furnished to drive a belief in something not real. I hope you’ve not wasted any tears over millions of dead babies because there never were any. A potential life just isn’t a life, no matter how maudlin the assertions by the modern myth cult believers.

And anyone is free to emigrate to those hellholes where women don’t have the right to sovereignty over their bodies, where the outright Religious and crypto-religious hold power.

You’re between a rock and hard place it seems. Too bad, but not enough reason to agitate to remove hard-fought rights and such a quest is doomed to fail if the goal is restoration of some mythical honor society.

      • Calsdad September 20, 2019 at 3:45 pm #

Umm….. so what is it exactly that determines whether one those little blobs is a “child” or not?

        • The common sense notion that it’s a person after it breathes air on its own. Not to get too into the weeds biologically, a just-born baby is going to take years to even develop to the point where it puts down permanent memories. Fetuses don’t have “thoughts” (they have no experiences) and their brains are little more than along for the ride.

No one alive now in America knows a time when a child had a 50% of making it to are 10. People didn’t bother learning to remember a new kid’s name, because for some reason God pulled their card on a regular basis.

The new religious right will a victory over reason and logic and ethics convincing softheaded people that a fetus is a person, that they would stop their insane grabbing of women’s rights after condensations were made concerning a 3rd trimester. They ran roughshod over a liberal constituency that abandoned reason and made inroads to eroding hard fought rights, with sentimental pablum about ‘murder’ and millions of ‘dead babies’ and of course ‘potential lives’. Today it’s more popular to bake these ideas into an argument about the decline of female “virtue”. Thankfully it’s become transparent that it is merely a wish to return to Handsmaid Tale style religious cult revival, where neo-Patriarchs get a “vote” to force a woman to give birth. Anti choice advocates are American Taliban on a jihad to impose a (Christian) type of Sharia law and all sorts of ill logic is trotted out to argue this remedy is just what the country needs.

          • BornToKillPeace September 20, 2019 at 4:35 pm #

What are “permanent memories?” Is there really such a thing? Don’t all memories vanish at death, if not before?

If you were to walk out your door and get hit by a car and die and lose your “permanent” memories; does that mean your life was never of value?

The disgusting thing about all of this is the fast food throw-a-way vibe of banging some near stranger and then going in for a vacuum job. GIRL POWWWEER.

If you jokers were thinking holistically, you would realize every atom on Mama Pacha dances with every other atom. We are all one – so stop pissing in the pool!

Like those who want to force girls to shower with people with penises or let trans ‘women’ into the Olympics to compete against real women, posts like yours will only backfire. This 3rd trimester abortion issue is a deal breaker. Those 3rd trimester fetuses are babies, capable or living and reacting.

Conscious memories? So what. Some people (I have asked) hardly remember a thing before age 7 or 8, while others remember even infancy and certainly by age two have some memories. But that isn’t the issue because the subconscious mind is bigger than the conscious mind and it certainly influences who we become. Emotionally neglected babies tend to die. Boys who have become circumcised via modern torture methods in the hospital cry more months later.

“Modern feminism demonizing men and the nuclear family, has produced a crop of, fat, ugly-ass, ill tempered, sugar-baby pigs, who are frankly undatable.”

Ain’t that the truth. I’m closing in on 60, and I look at most women, including those half my age, and think, I wouldn’t go near those fat, ill-tempered pigs.

As for the hipster boys getting the girls, I’m not so sure about that. With the advent of hookup apps, a small majority of men are getting the vast majority of the action, and those are the alpha dudes with flexible standards.

Another observation that I’ve had in my life is that conservative women are a hell of a lot better in bed, too. It’s one of those weird anomalies of life. You’d think the “free-thinkers” would be a little more enthusiastic, but modesty seems to hide true free will.

Déjà Vu against the background of the destroyed Hecate

I already wrote that last week was the week of Déjà Vu and one of these Déjà Vu was the election in Israel, well, very much reminiscent of the US election in 2000 with that almost exact ballot of votes cast for the black world project and for the white one.

But there is a difference: in 2000, attitude to Putin’s Russia was an excellent litmus test that allows us to determine the acidity (or the colors) of the warring parties – just recall the denial of the soul of Vladimir Putin by Hillary Clinton, and the soul that George Bush Jr. saw in his eyes, obviously specially for this inviting Putin to his ranch immediately after the inauguration.

But the attitude to Russia of the number one of the winning party Benny Gantz in Israel is still unknown. But the color of his party is known and how number three of Kakhol Lavan relates to Russia.

True, the “Fifth Dimension” firm headed by Benny Gantz, was closed due to the fact that an investor from Russia was forced to leave it after the company was sanctioned by the Mueller Commission in the USA because of this investor, but there is a suspicion that Benny Gantz in this firm was a “Wedding General”.

“Wedding General” is a Russian expression describing a high-positioned person invited specifically to give more weight to the event.

And this suspicion suggests that in the Kakhol Lavan party he is a “Wedding General”, and then his personal sympathies for Russia are simply not relevant. Although who knows, he is actually a combat General.

But the most interesting Déjà Vu is the second approach to the case of Justice Kavanaugh, expressed in an attempt to impeach him, on the grounds …. however, the grounds for impeachment are not entirely clear, except for the strong desire of the Democrats in the House of Representatives to impeach everyone who supports Trump under any pretext.

But it’s quite clear that Justice Kavanaugh was almost lynched a year ago by the Bastinda’s flying monkeys because in his first year at the University he allowed himself to lay over a classmate for a little while, and the same classmate remembered about this after 35 years, and according to her recollections, Kavanaugh did not allow himself any action that would be qualified as “rape”.

Nevertheless, for Judge Kavanaugh, all this could have ended very badly, and the first half of the confirmation hearings in the Senate looked like the majority of Republicans in the Judicial Committee decided to turn Judge Kavanaugh over to Democrats for dismembering, but after the break everything changed and Judge Kavanaugh was approved as the Justice of the Supreme Court.

Which actually led me to conclude that during the break in the hearings the Big Bargain was concluded between Trump supporters and the Bush clan, which not only allowed Judge Kavanaugh to become a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, but also in December 2018 did not allow Hillary Clinton to form a united front of Western world projects against Russia. And in this regard, I allow myself to remind you that when, at the end of 1970s, Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger managed to create a united front of the West’s world projects against the USSR, the USSR fell apart.

And this happened on October 6, 2018, and on September 17, 2018, in Syria, due to the fault of an Israeli pilot, the Russian aircraft IL-20 was shot down and 15 Russian troops were killed.

As a result of this incident, the union of Trump’s America, Israel of Netanyahu and Putin’s Russia, about which I spoke in a previous post, was destroyed, and this happened at a time when the largest hurricane in its history was approaching the US coast, and in the United States practically all Trump supporters were sure that Hillary would try to forcefully remove the President, as the one who could not cope with the consequences of the hurricane.

And personally, I’m still convinced that if the hurricane hadn’t suddenly died down 50 miles from the US coast, there would have been no Justice of the US Supreme Court Kavanaugh and no US President Donald Trump in October, but Israel would have been subjected to Hezbollah’s attack and Iran’s missile attack from Syria, prepared under the cover of Russian air defense.

Thus, the Israeli pilot who provoked the crash of IL-20 put the very existence of Israel under a question, and Defense Minister Lieberman was directly responsible for this, even if he did not take part in the preparation of this incident.

Indeed, the IL-20 catastrophe and the anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli campaign unfolding in Russia in connection with it could easily compensate for Hillary’s fiasco with Hurricane Francis, if not to overthrow President Trump, then to organize the blue wave in the November 2018 midterm elections and the successful Lynch trial over Judge Kavanaugh during a confirmation hearing in the US Senate.

The fact is that those Republican senators who did not allow Judge Kavanaugh to be lynched during the first part of the hearings are known not only for their ties with Israel, but also for the fact that before Trump was declared Messiah ala Cyrus the Great and the Prime Minister in Israel Minister Netanyahu declared him a personal friend, were quite critical of Trump, and without them, Kavanaugh could simply break down during the first part of the hearing.

Meanwhile, Trump’s life and fate depended on Kavanaugh’s successful confirmation, since Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court meant that Trump could calmly throw Mueller’s subpoenas into the waste basket and the so-called “Perjury Trap” would no longer threaten him.
Judge Kavanaugh’s personal courage played an important role, but it could simply not be enough if Putin, Trump and Netanyahu could not then at least somehow calm passions after the disaster, and for example, Israel’s best friend in the USA, Lindsay Graham, who is now the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, would decide then not to support Kavanaugh during the first part of the hearings, which were organized on the same principles as the Madonna’s performance in Israel, part of which was the image of Goddess Hekate, with a broken arm holding the torch of Liberty.

Warren is actually one of the Ivy League teachers that role their eyes at the trust fund idiots, like Donald, they have to give the B grade to so the administration doesn’t look bad for taking bribes.

Warren would cut the Donald to ribbons in a debate. And before you say, “Oh nobody pays attention to debates”, I agree rural Trumpkins don’t , but the thinking class does. And he can’t afford to lose more of the suburban votes in the big city rust belt.

            Fact: From Forbes,

At the projected 4.6% for fiscal 2019 it will the be largest in a non-recession year

Fact: Trump has got us into a no-win conflict in the ME

            Fact:

I hear that she is well-prepared with a plan for everything. That’s nice. If she’s the nominee, she won’t do any better than Hillary, who also was well-prepared. We rejected Hillary. We’ll reject Warren.

I don’t know, I’m a woman of some scholastic achievement, so I guess that makes me “educated”.
I certainly would not vote for Liz just because she’s a woman. That stuff goes over bigger in academia, which most educated women I know aren’t really a part of.
I’m one of those Women for Trump, and have been for a long, long time.
He’s the only person who was running for office who even talked about the things I had been thinking about for decades, as I watched my hometown decay, and I could see for myself that the reasons the talking heads and the professors and the politicians were giving for that were not valid. They bore no relationship to what I was seeing right in front of me.
He may be making mistakes (as if those who spnt their entire careers in government don’t make mistakes), but he is The Man In The Arena, that counts for not just something, to me it counts for everything.
Liz isn’t The Woman In The Arena, she’s the woman in the bubble, and she’s a large part of the reason we have a generation enslaved to student loan debt.
If she can’t even figure out the financial fraud going on right in front of her (which Bernie benefitted from as well), how is she going to fix ANYTHING?
I notice the MSM and our “justice system” have attempted to make some vapid and phony SJW type celebrities the scapegoats for the racket that is Higher Ed.
This is very similar to what they accomplished when the put Bernie Madoff out there as the evil face of Wall Street.
Bernie had nothing to do with Wall Street, mortgages, bailouts, or anything.

BTW, if you ask the average person what Martha Stewart went to prison for, the answer you will get is “insider trading”.
    Are we sure about that?

Trump is a savant at telling people what they want to hear. But what has he DONE:

Tax cuts that overwhelmingly benefit the wealthy, creating the largest non-recession budget deficit in history.

Instigated a conflict in the Middle East that puts us in a no-win situation and potentially catastrophic outcome for the world economy and existential threat to multiple states in the region.

Withdrew from the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces treaty with Russia, putting Europe and the US in existential danger.

Lying is the norm in our day. I suspect it has been such in every day but for sure in our media. Lying sells shit. It sold Vietnam. Might have sold Pearl Harbor but definitely sold Desert Storm. Trump has run the table with his “fake news” mantra and he’s right. But everyone lies. It sustains the national economy even with $22 trillion in debt. Even though the economic facts are before us we choose the lie. Warren lied “hugely” and went to the front of the employment line. Lying works. Almost every war story I’ve heard (a lot) are lies. Too many not only do not recognize a lie but they willingly embrace it. The Marine colonel in a Few Good Men played by Jack Nicholson got it right. “you can’t handle the truth”. Does 2020 really matter?

I have to hand it to Trump. He has sustained a daily campaign of personal assaults that would have broken anyone else. Obama was treated much better. Perhaps a woman will be as well. But make no mistake, the lying will continue.

  19. Walter B September 20, 2019 at 1:32 pm #

Indeed Jim, how man women will vote for any woman that is put up as an option? I would never bash any group for the actions of a few, but I can tell you honestly that three of the four democratic committeewomen in my Township told me to my face that they would vote for Adolph Hitler if he was running and happened to be a woman because it is all about how men suck basically. All that with the support for me personally if you can believe it.

So I am concerned that a bad choice for a woman candidate (as I believe Elizabeth Warren is) will have a good chance to overcome. I also know that the reason that I have never been the most popular committeeman in town is that I am a planner and a practitioner of cautious, planned government spending and not a “credit card” maximizer. This has created my biggest enemy being our soccer Mom crowd, who were able to cajole our current administration into pissing away over $400K this year on parking lot paving and plastic gym toys for our Township Park, none of which was budgeted.

I still believe that Tulsi Gabbard was finally a great candidate who was both a woman and a democrat, neither of which facts bother me in the slightest. Unfortunately for us, I have no faith that the “Party: will offer us anything buy a bad choice once again. When they do, I sincerely hope that America can see through the bullshit and re-elect the next best choice even if he remains a poor choice.

Give us a decent candidate you bastards! Damn your eyes!

What a fantastic article filled with unvarnished truth, Jim. I applaud your perspectives and ability to relate them to current events in juxtaposition to the hypothesized long emergency you envision.

I can now see the contraction factor that you deem to be enduring over time. You are wholeheartedly correct to assert that we are heading into contraction at the level of a century or more before civilization could ever envision any horizon of having a global macroeconomic ordered system that is realistically functional.

Deflation & the bloated dark pool derivatives betting universe will most assuredly wipe out the entire global order & Western Banking System in short order after this financialized boondoggle blows fat tails systemically once again like clockwork in October.

I should buy all of your books but The Long Emergency is the one I want to read first now that I get the contraction element of your thesis. Know that I fully agree with your long view & perspective now.

Today’s article was ultra articulate too. I love it when you write like this, Jim.

In other words, Justin is above the Common Law or ethos, if not the Law itself. Megyn Kelly was destroyed for just talking about doing this. Justin actually did it repeatedly, but that’s fine.

Leftism is simply expedience, amirite? But yet, you believe it is Nobility. How confused is that?

I guess the Democrats oppose capital punishment. They know there are plenty of tools other than capital punishment for implementing a terror state.

Leftism has no real rhyme or reason. It’s just an ever shifting collection of violent loves and hates, with lots of practical low cunning intermixed. The lower mind and heart in action. Mammalian politics in other words. As Jeremiah said, The heart is corrupt above all things”.

Déjà Vu against the background of the destroyed Hecate. P. 2

For a reason unknown to me, any struggle for power by Hillary Clinton turns into something sickeningly pornographic.

It’s enough to recall Monica Lewinsky’s dress, Stormy Daniel’s book “How I Fucked Donald Trump” and the confirmation hearings of Judge Kavanaugh.

The most interesting thing is that Hillary’s first political endeavor, which immediately launched her into orbit, must be added to this list, namely, Nixon’s impeachment, in which she was officially a lawyer in the Rodino commission, and the source of information about the wiretap of the Democratic Party at the Watergate complex was the agent with the sickeningly pornographic nickname Deep Throat, and it seems that was when Hillary came to the conclusion that pornography brings her luck.

Well, the confirmation hearings almost a year ago of Judge Kavanaugh, who, in order to become a Justice of the Supreme Court, had to deny accusations that in the first year of university, that is, 25 years ago, he got under the skirt of his classmate named Christine Ford, remarkable for the combination of nauseating pornographic details in the testimonies of this classmate, now Professor Ford, with the truly geopolitical and even meta-historical consequences of these hearings.

It was the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh that became Trump’s first major victory after being elected president, after which the strategic initiative passed to the union of Red and White world projects. I’m not talking about the events in December 2018, as a result of which the Brzezinski’s Ukrainian project was closed, I hope once and for all, and the Big Bargain of Trump and Bush became obvious.

And again, the elections in Israel and in the USA again some woman told someone how Judge Kovanov 25 years ago allowed his drunken friends to touch her in a causal place.

It was she who described the incident to a witness whose name the journalists unwinding the scandal refuse to report, and the victim of beer entertainment categorically refuses to testify.

Apparently, at the University Kavanaugh, really did hit the beer mightily, and a lot could happen under the influence of this drink with little help from his friends, but apparently it didn’t, but to impeach the Supreme Court Justice for a couple of extra glasses of beer drunk on the first university semester is some kind of absolutely fantastic pharisaism, especially when you consider that the loudest critics of Kavanaugh, are the people who do not want to see a long list of corpses of witnesses in the Hillary Clinton various cases, and an equally long list of millions who died or were enslaved as a result of her actions as a Secretary of State.

But the most interesting thing is that 3 days before the Kavanaugh scandal 2.0, lawyer Kristin Ford’s lawyer, the main character in the Kavanaugh scandal 1.0, blurted out and said that her client decided to mix Kovanov with shit because she did not like his political views.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/video-raises-questions-kavanaugh-accusers-141949250.html

And this is a completely different matter. Its one thing to slander a man on the basis of menopause, which hit you in the brain, and it’s quite another thing to slander him in court under oath for political reasons.

This is not only perjury under oath – a crime for which, unfortunately, President Bill Clinton was never impeached, it is also an attempt to change the composition of the Supreme Court = coup attempt = high treason. And in this situation, it is not very clear why the Democrats should promote the Kavanaugh scandal 2.0 if the Republican Senate sends the impeachment of Supreme Court Judge Kavanaugh to the trash 5 minutes after voting in the Democratic House of Representatives.

The only not entirely insane explanation for this insanity is the assumption that the Black World Project that won the Israeli elections will somehow convince the Israeli lobby in the US Senate that the Moor is not needed any more, and the Republican senators will throw not the impeachment of Judge Kavanaugh into the basket, but the judge himself.

And then the ravings of anti-Semites will once again turn out to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, since the very Palestinian people whom are so fond of the above-mentioned anti-Semites, brought to power the Black World Project in Israel.

And it reminds me of the situation with Patriarch Irenaeus, who was beaten by the Palestinians on Easter, allegedly because he sold some hotel to the Jews, but in fact, by order of the black world project, which removed the Patriarch Irenaeus of Jerusalem for speaking very powerfully against the anti-Russian policy of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Estonia, which he recently implemented in Ukraine.

And in conclusion, I want to draw your attention that the magic of Kabbalah at Eurovision in Israel, which was performed by Madonna, is still quite effective, and you can verify this by carefully watching the video (5:50-6: 20) seems to have predicted a lot of important events, including the results of the repeated elections in Israel and their consequences, which have also already begun to take place.

However, there is still the possibility of a third round of elections, in which the manipulation of the votes of Israeli Arabs will be blocked, but then ladies and gentlemen with a “Zionist Problem” will simply piss boiling tea with rage that the Jewish people, Netanyahu, Trump and Putin did not allow their ideas about Zionism, the Third Temple and Apocalypse to come true!

P.S. It will be very funny if Black’s plans fail again and the Sect accuses Madonna of failure, who desperately falsified her song at the Eurovision Song Contest in Israel, and what you hear in this video is continuous sound engineering, colloquially called a plywood flight over the Paris.

This period is so very bizarre.
Due to the actions of my fellow citizens, in their “attempt” to “stamp out” (that fucking term…ugh) sexism, racism, and disliking of homos; I have now more or less seen the value in being a sexist, racist, and anti-gay marriage advocate.

Warren spends four hours after a speech hanging out with fans and gets trashed by Kunstler. Low-energy Trump does not have that kind of stamina.

Trump: Whatever I say to the president of Ukraine is “appropriate.” So, Biden has only one living son and if Trump is conditioning military aid to Ukraine on Biden’s son being assassinated, that is “appropriate” negotiation in Trump’s godfather-like world. If Trump was conditioning military aid to Ukraine on finding dirt on Biden’s son, that is “appropriate” according to Trump. Of course, he continues to cover up just what he did do, by blocking the Inspector General (a Trump appointee) in his referral to the congressional intelligence committee. What is Trump hiding anyway?

Congress should vote for impeachment on Monday. What Trump has done by conditioning giving our tax monies to the president of Ukraine for Trump’s own personal gain is treachery, bribery, and perhaps treason. It is definitely impeachable.

When I look at Elizabeth Warren I see someone who would make a great commissar sending dissidents off to re-education camps. She has that cold expression of someone who would love to be on a tribunal, a sort of Madame Defarge with sensible fibers.

With Democrats, all the concern for the working class is junk; now, after Obama, they thought they smelled the end of white people, the patriarchy, or whatever, and they aren’t hiding it anymore.

When Obama got elected, people I knew who were always ‘liberal’ came out and admitted they were reds. It’s just now, we know where we stand. Good or bad? Probably not so good if Comrade Liz gets in and starts making arrests.

Trump? Note how he’s siccing the justice department on some guy who wrote anti-antifa articles on the internet. The government isn’t looking out for any kind of traditional Americans, but they haven’t done so for a long time…except to get more volunteers for the latest war. The last of the old America still answers the bugle, dont’ they?

Trump…not perfect, but I agree with postings that who else was there. The GOP in effect only cares about money and keeping their status.

In the election, I recalled how Trump reminded me of the movie Three faces West, where John Wayne ran for sheriff against a bookish Walter Pidgeon playing Quantrill. Pidgeon went on about his knowledge of the law, dedication to due process, gentlemanly background, etc. Wayne simply told the voters: ‘before you try ’em, you gotta catch ’em. I’ll catch ’em!
Wayne wins, and Pidgeon, not getting his way, decides to go Confederate…remind you of anything, fellow Kunstlerians?

The real event will be when Texas goes liberal, and there will be no more chance of a white majority influencing national elections. That will be real Quo Vadis? territory then.

But, like JHK, I’m okay in daily affairs. Life is good.

Has anybody seen any Climate Strike video from NKorea, Beijing or Moscow? What, they aren’t down with the zeitgeist? Russia had the Comsomol, China had their Red Guard. They had their youngsters out on the streets not protesting against the weather, but smashing up churches, breaking the bones of running dog capitalists, humiliating and degrading university professors, and turning their parents in to authorities for incorrect political words and thoughts. Out in the streets protesting the weather, what the hell is that? What’s that going to do? Already mobilized, these kids need to be sent out in the field for direct action, blow up some oil wells, sink some tankers, derail a few coal trains, set some gas stations on fire, drag a few stinking oil executives from their houses and hang them from telephone poles for their crimes against nature, turn over their parents gas burning cars and sabotage the oil burning furnace that heats the houses where they live. TAKE DIRECT ACTION TO REDUCE CARBON EMISSIONS AND COOL OFF THE EARTH FROM AN AVG TEMP OF ABOUT 57°F To A STEADY 56°F (So we can have a future) IOW bring the whole goddam place down. “The remaining oil costs so much to get out of the ground it’s bankrupting the oil companies.” –Kunstler

The Green New Deal is coming. Oil is on its way out. New coal plants are not getting built. Trump’s vow to rip up environmental rules for coal has been overwhelmed by an even more powerful force: the free market.

Automobile manufacturers are eliminating fossil fuel cars for electric vehicles. Soon you won’t be able to buy a gasoline powered car. The number of electrical charging stations is increasing rapidly. Like brh says, say goodbye to gas stations.

Many countries will completely ban gasoline cars. Here is a list of them.

    https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/countries-that-will-ban-gasoline-cars.html

Coal is also a loser. Trump’s promises to bring back coal are empty. Coal just can’t keep up with dirt-cheap natural gas and increasingly affordable renewables. 30 countries are already phasing out coal.

    Poor Bill Cosby….

Bill Cosby is a victim of the #MeToo Movement which spawned a lot of extremely bad and unfair legislation. For example, the Pennsylvania criminal statute under which Cosby was convicted (Aggravated Indecent Assault) basically criminalizes sex with a woman if she’s consumed any kind of intoxicant or drug since the drug vitiates “Consent”. In effect, any bloke who has had sex with a woman who has had a beer or smoke some Weed, etc. is potentially facing time in prison and without a defense regardless of whether the woman consented. Message to men: “Don’t give any beer or Weed, anything to a woman. Don’t take her out for a dinner and wine. Stay away!”

A lot of the women are crazy, dishonest and greedy for money.

    • Pucker September 20, 2019 at 7:43 pm #

Bill Cosby was convicted of Aggravated Indecent Assault in Pennsylvania for allegedly having used his index finger to penetrate the vagina of Andreas Constance after giving her a Benadryl for her cold and headache. Ms. Constance disputes whether the drug was in fact a Bendadryl. The other alleged assaults reported in the media were not the subject of the trial due to expiry of the Statute of Limitations having occurred 30 to 40 years ago. Most of these cases involved women who procured party drugs (mostly “Ludes”) and career favors from Dr. Cosby in Hollywood or at the Playboy Mansion.

George Washington was Lee’s mentor. I recall reading that George Washington’s mentor was Cato who fought against the tyrant Julius Caesar. Robert E. Lee studied Greek and Roman philosophy at West Point, so he was probably deeply influenced by Stoic philosophy. Robert E. Lee was a “Superior Man”. Warren will drop in the totem polls. I’m voting for Trump in 2020.

Soon “San Jose” won’t be an accurate name for me. I’ve spent the whole summer painting, organizing and repairing my home to put up for sale. Headed to Salt Lake City, where my family lives. Here are some reasons:

    1. Bambi Larson was murdered in my neighborhood by an illegal alien tweaker from El Salvador (with 7 ICE warrants that were ignored). The rule of law doesn’t count in California. If you live on the streets, you can openly shoot heroin, smoke meth, poop in the street gutters, etc.

    2. Too many liberal wankers.

    3. Too expensive. Just this week the city passed a new law that new houses in San Jose won’t be allowed to have natural gas. We have the highest taxes and the worst services. My street hasn’t been paved in 12 years.

    4. People throw garbage in the streets. It’s disgraceful. The homeless are the worst. They collect junk in garbage cans and spread it around.

    5. No support for the arts. San Jose used to have an excellent symphony and ballet. Our art museum is full of ugly modern stuff. Salt Lake doesn’t have good art, but the symphony and ballet are excellent.

    6. No opportunity for my kids to own property. Too expensive.

    7. I hate the traffic. Even if I head to the beach for a respite–or to Yosemite–the traffic coming and going just sucks.

    8. Unless it is nailed down, anything in the front yards of our neighborhood gets stolen. In March, $500 worth of precious and rare succulents were stolen from my front yard. One of the ceramic pots weighed 50 pounds! Since then, my other neighbors have had birdbaths, statuary, and plants stolen out of their yards.

With state police engaged in forfeiture law enforcement across a bunch of states it is no wonder they also think everything on your front lawn is free shit too.

Check with your local police for your ceramic pots, statuary, & birdbath. They probably have them in their front lobby so you won’t have to back the car up to the receiving dock, & you can drive by their front doors and get your stuff.

      Good luck.

Geez, Warren is 69? This alone eliminates her. We’ve got to stop having only 70-year-olds running for president. They’re all too old!

Americans do not like their insurance companies. They hate them. When my daughter protested a 5000 dollar bill for an MRI or ultrasound, the woman on the line told her “We can charge whatever we want! We can charge you a million dollars if we want to.”

Men won’t stand for this nonsense forever? I think the pussy-whipped ones will. It is too late for them.

I can’t fathom the insanity that has overtaken this nation. The deep state must be in cahoots with demons, and they have entered into an era of propaganda. And we think the Germans were fools for being duped! At least their propaganda was about real enough current events, mostly political. Today’s propaganda is manifestly insane and is about genitalia and losing our country.

I don’t mind the deep state being entangled with demons. What I mind is that people are so gullible. Obviously humans are not particularly rational or logical. Emotion rules. Not even emotion, but leaders, authorities, gurus, prophets. The existence of the Mormon church proves people lack judgment.

And some of you cavemen seem to think the answer is that women should not have the vote. That women did not have the vote is just odd to me. How is such a thing possible? If women don’t vote I don’t see that they should recognize its effects, its laws.

Women and men live in different worlds anyway. Yeah, living right beside each other, just like lions and lionesses do, they have utterly different lives, different mentation, different attention, different motivation.

A lot of this horsesh*t is going to backfire. It even has with me. People will tire of the sexual insanity, the race insanity, the political correctness insanity and the feminist insanity. Is there some kind of law that things which were somewhat reasonable have to be taken to extremes?

But people once thought, and I probably would have too, that women would bring some balance and compassion to the political process. Occasionally it happens…mostly though, I think that women have brought no moral superiority at all, and if they had any superiority it would have shown itself but it never has. Specifically, what I mean is that women have not stopped men from their worst excesses and wars, and that is what I expect of them. Thus I am disappointed in women.

Women are such fools now I can’t believe it. But today’s girls are raised to think they are boys so why should they understand their own power? Instead of exercising it with dignity, they are panting after male power, trying to copy it, and puzzled that it never quite comes out right.

Did women once understand men? They sure don’t now.

But the real question which distresses my mind is how did all this hate happen? Yes, it is coming from the left, and yes it is orchestrated and has probably taken years to come to the point of ripeness, but why do people fall for it? And why is intelligence of no assistance?

Yeah, but why do people fall for it, especially when it is so obvious. Survival, says someone. Well, I get that partially. I have realized that most people cannot break away from the safety of the herd and stand on their own (mind). I guess I am just astonished at how totally bizarre the stuff is that they are swallowing.

There is nothing more manifestly delusional than pretending gender is fluid. Gender is the ROCK BOTTOM of biological reality / life forms. It’s the first thing we did after evolving past bacteria.

And it is about one thing and one thing only – the core of life itself – reproduction.

      Hello sophia,

“But the real question which distresses my mind is how did all this hate happen?”

It stems from that which volodya continually criticizes: “A guy’s self-worth comes from supporting a gal that loves him and looks up to him and is willing to bear his off-spring. And bread-winner jobs are the glue that make that sexual contract possible. No money, no honey. In the absence of bread-winner employment there is no money, and with no money, no honey. And, with no honey, no family and with no family, no screws holding a guy’s head together. And then there is hell to pay.”

Basically, it used to be that 10 men would be arguing over who would get the biggest piece of the pie. Then it evolved to where 100 men would be fighting over getting a piece of the pie. Now it is a free-for-all, where 1,000 men, women, and children are all in combat mode fighting to get any piece of the pie.

“And why is intelligence of no assistance?”
Because the human nature survival instinct trumps intelligence.

I’m not sure what you’re saying Volodya criticizes – the facts of how relationships work or the breakdown of it?

But yeah, and this is what is so sad about the current situation. You know, all the horrors of this world, the violence and the wars – I think women can dish it out as well. Woman’s realm is the emotional a bit more than the physical. They can slice your soul just as readily as a man can stab you with a knife. And the damage is quite real because people care, and men especially.

For women to stomp on and squander the natural, hard-wired love that men have for them!

Sorry for not being clear. Unlike our host and so many on this message board, I do not have a golden tongue.

Volodya has continually been critical of our government, and to some extent I would have to agree, for not having the foresight to understand that “bread-winner jobs are the glue that make that sexual contract possible”, and by allowing the migration (of bread-winner jobs) to China, our government has allowed the destruction of our society, “And then there is hell to pay” (which IMHO explains where we are at).

Given the current game format, if you are poor, the government basically dictates how you live, and factor in how people game the system, and the evolution becomes apparent.

I don’t think people are any different now than they were in the beginning. The difference lies in the values and behaviors that are acceptable now versus in the past. There isn’t anything new under the sun though and history rhymes so there was once a civilization that was decadent and insane like we are now. And thus they are no longer here with us.

Not well phrased. I mean I am not surprised. I’ve thought about the problems of humanity in regard to the control, manipulation and exploitation of the masses by the few and have come to see that it’s a two-way street. That is why I rail against the gullibility of the masses. But there is probably no cure for it except the slow acquisition of wisdom, i.e. maturity.

A very fruitful line of thought. There are only so many jobs, what to speak of good jobs. They offshored our industrial base and women entered the work force. So millions of men were left high and dry. Where are all the good men? Women became them – and now must abide alone since they will NOT marry beneath themselves. One sex advances by means of the other and the other sex accepts that as natural. Women are the former not the latter. Needless to say, the latter is greater than the former, at least in most ways.

Now automation is accelerating and will be the coup de grace than ends all semblance of the old America in tandem with mass colored immigration and Communist rule supported by the Corporate and Banking Elite.

    • BackRowHeckler September 21, 2019 at 2:21 am #

Yeah there will be many lonely, childless women out there in future years, home alone with their 9 cats, hair growing out of their chins, sitting inside their dim apartments drinking boxes of wine and watching ancient Murphy Brown reruns, thinking back regretfully on the days of the resistance and the pussy that marches, (but it was so much fun — so edgy — running around campus pretending we were iconoclastic lesbians) when they were still young and hot and could’ve snagged a man if only there were any men left to be snagged. Now it’s too late. The only thing left to do now is die alone and hope somebody comes around to find the body before the cats get at it. Nature and reality can be a bitch sometime.

In future years? You see them now.

Back when I was a young feller, I went with people I worked with for the odd drink after work, and once in a while we went to singles bars, or bars known to be frequented by the youthful and yearning.

What did we see on display? A mis-match between intentions for sure, lusty young lads looking to score, maidens looking for love but also looking to avoid getting scored on and abandoned.

But more particularly, what I saw were a lot of scornful young chicks, many of which had little to be scornful about given what they apparently had on offer. No young guy was good enough IOW.

And so, given the dearth of multi-millionaire bond-traders with an athletic build, a full head of hair and Tom Selleck looks, there was precious little hooking up, the attempted eye-contact by hopeful young guys deflected by a dismissive eye-ball roll or a contemptuous yawn.

Given what I saw there, the future of childless, never-married, single, old women was predictable. Not that I predicted it. I had other concerns at the time.

What kind of a life did they have? You’d have to ask them, but one of decades of alone-ness by the look of it.

    • SoftStarLight September 21, 2019 at 4:34 am #

This has been the goal of the Occupiers all along. You made a comment on a previous thread recently about the silliness of one believing that the Federal Reserve had any relationship with the actual federal government. So who is it that exported our industrial base? Who is implementing the brainwashing and social engineering? Who is pushing the rollout of automation? Who is enforcing mass migration? In my opinion its not just supported by the Corporate and Banking Elite. They are orchestrating it and the media, the education system, and the entire network of bureacracy at all levels is supporting them in all possible ways.

      • sophia September 21, 2019 at 1:07 pm #

That’s because the insiders control the levers of society, certainly the media and also education.

    • sophia September 21, 2019 at 1:06 pm #

      Janos,

If you’re saying men are greater than women straight up, you’re somewhat wrong about that. What with yin-yang and the duality that runs the manifest universe, they must be essentially equal. On the other hand, for unity to be true one leg of a duality must somehow be enfolded into the other. And the enfolded one is the male. Women hold the trump card, which is to be female. The female is the fundament of existence, which is why bacteria are called mother and daughter. The meaning of female is she who gives birth. The meaning of male is he who impregnates. The male has no reason to exist unless there first be a female. She IS his purpose.

Males are the far more noticeable, noisy and flamboyant gender. But the female with her mousy brown colors is nonetheless at the core of the circle of life. His attention is upon her and her attention is upon her offspring. Thus the dance of the sexes.

Yes, I think that means, as a kind of generalization, that men tend to love women a bit more than women love men. Or love them deeper.

I came into this life preferring and understanding boys. Wanted to be one. Thank God, thank God, thank God no one got ahold of me and lied to me that I could become a real boy. One of my tasks this incarnation was to learn the advantages and joys of womanhood. I would not trade it. And it is best not to run from one’s incarnation. As I lay dying this summer, my husband and I talked about death and we decided to incarnate together again somewhere in the Caucus mountains. I have to be the woman because he refuses. Fine with me, I’d love to have children with him. We got together too late for that.

When I realized I was spiraling toward death I got a plan together to go to an alternative treatment clinic. Husband stayed by my side for 6 boring weeks. If anyone is interested in my story or wants to help, I have this:
      https://www.gofundme.com/f/annas-cancer-battle

But the reason I said ‘somewhat’ wrong, is that men are kind of amazing. Humans are indeed different from the other animals and human males seem to have outdone themselves in their usefulness. Males always have to be useful to the females or they have to stay away. Even leadership, which feminists resent, is a useful offering. You gotta watch animals. The pesky rooster, for example, not being tied every second to guiding chicks, has the ability to scan the area for danger and food. They remind the hens when it would be a good idea to go in for the night. Hens don’t share food. Roosters do.

Feminists definitely are jealous of male attributes. But I think the real problem behind this is an actual lack in our western culture of the divine feminine. It is a sickness of the Abrahamic religions but Christianity made it worse because instead of one God they have three, and all three are male. This is insulting in the extreme and cannot be true. It denies women their true nature down to the core. It is essentially a denial of women’s real existence. If they have no representation in the nature of the divine, they don’t really exist and are not worthy. This is why they want to be men and do not understand their own worth.

There has to be a feminine aspect of the divine or women are not really human. And besides, since the female is the core of life, you cannot have a reality in which the divine is male and yet gives birth to everything with no female needed. That is the original jealousy and an obvious coup! Sorry guys – you’re brilliant, inventive, curious explorers but your divine does not give birth. You took it all and women are reeling in confusion.

      • SoftStarLight September 21, 2019 at 4:07 pm #

Well yes and no. I mean, certainly the Abrahamic religions are patriarchal and view most things through that lens. There isn’t any way to get around it. But if you look more closely the reality becomes clear. Genesis 1:27 says So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. So that right away makes clear the natural inclusion of the feminine within the divine nature since ultimately in God’s image they were created. It is written. It doesn’t matter if people choose to ignore it.

        • sophia September 21, 2019 at 8:13 pm #

Yes, that is true. Note also that is perhaps the most ancient text. But God gives birth and is male. I think the coup happened about 4,000 years ago.

        • sophia September 21, 2019 at 8:20 pm #

Like I said, Christianity made it worse. You have both turned to the old testament. Christianity lacks a divine feminine. No one admits that women are excluded and you can find the occasional scripture such as genesis which tells the tale twice and only in the second one is it stated that way.

The virgin Mary was a partial fill-in, but she is not divine and the Prots got rid of her.

          • messianicdruid September 21, 2019 at 9:50 pm #

You are confusing christianity with churchianity.

Did you read enough at the link to realize it confirmed much of what you were saying?

Or are you shooting from the hip.

          • SoftStarLight September 22, 2019 at 1:10 pm #

I suppose I am just missing the point because its clear in my mind that the scripture says like men, women too were created in God’s image as I mentioned above. You also agreed that revelation existed. So a little further in Genesis the purpose of marriage is explained. “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” The two, male and female, through marriage become one. Just as male and female were created in the image of God. So male and female are two parts of a whole. Both are incomplete standing alone but are reconciled and made whole together. Thus I am not getting how you are reaching the conclusion that women are not part of the divine nature. And I am talking about what scripture says. Not what commentators say.

          • messianicdruid September 22, 2019 at 1:53 pm #

“Like I said, Christianity made it worse.”

            Worse than what?

“You have both turned to the old testament.”

It is best to begin at the beginning.

            “Christianity lacks a divine feminine.”

We worship the same Creator who does not change. The covenant changed, the Law that the covenants were/are based on does not change because it is an expression of the Creator’s character, as well as being prophetic.

“No one admits that women are excluded….”

Women are excluded from the roles of men and men are excluded from the roles of women. This is not a problem unless men want to act like women or women want to act like men – both of which cause confusion for others. Being in another calling leaves your own calling unfulfilled.

Women [ help – meets ] were admonished to keep silent in worship [ full assembly ] and to ask their husbands about matters at home so he could fulfill his role as the head [ leader ] of the family and to avoid public disruptions [ let everything be done decently and in order ] . It is certainly not a put down.
Too many men are just along for the ride and of course spiritually minded women see the gap and try to fill it without authority.

“The virgin Mary was a partial fill-in, but she is not divine…”

Are you unhappy that you were not given a female christos? Jesus did and does more to lift up women than anyone else ever has or will.

“…and the Prots got rid of her.”

They did not elevate her to equality with Jesus but I do not see that they “got rid” of her.

Now its tens of thousands of of near hysterical teenagers on Times Square declaring the world will end in 12 years. NYC hasn’t seen anything like this since 1939, when one hundred thousand college students converged upon Manhattan for a communist sponsored anti war rally, where marchers pledged not to participate in any of Roosevelt’s ‘Imperialistic Wars of Aggression’, this being the year of the Stalin-Hitler Pact to divide up Europe.

German communist propaganda genius Wili Munzenburg was behind the festivities then. Who set up this Climate Strike is not yet known. Maybe we’ll never know.

We may never know I agree. It’s hard to imagine that the primary goal of the climate strikers has anything to do with climate or energy though. After all, a real climate strike would mean that one must not travel in the modern sense or derive any benefit from electricity or any of the other amenities of a fossil fuel based civilization. No, it seems like the true intent is the end of the West and modernity.

The great unwashed don’t understand Corporate Investment Banking & the REPO 105 & 106 shenanigans that go on. Very few understand what Fuld was doing with REPO 105 every week in order to hide assets & leverage. He claimed in Congressional testimony that he searched himself every night to attempt to find out where everything went wrong.

Investment banks & associated bankers don’t like to admit when they are overleveraged. They would never teach the Climate Change environmentalism movement that the Bank Holding Companies of Wall Street won’t have any money for their futures in a couple of months.

Trading is not taught in the universities or via Economics degrees. Governments don’t teach trading, behavioural finance, or risk. Economists never talk about debt or banks & their oversized profits. Economists don’t discuss bank insolvency either.

Bottom line is that I support all the Americans that are demonstrating for Climate Change & Climate Evolution simply because the United States of America has to get onboard with the commoditization of Carbon and they also have to start national taxation for USA National Revenue so that they can institute a Carbon Based Taxation Plan for the future.

The USA is not going to look advanced & educated if it takes a laggard’s stance on carbon based taxation in light of the trend worldwide. In trading we often say the ‘trend is your friend’ but Cheeto seems to think he is the trend and Climate Change can be shelved.

Cheeto is stale & past his best before date.

There has always been a war between the sexes. It’s simply the nature of duality. There never was and there never will be peace in that regard. Since really it’s love and war it’s more like a dance. And because its inherent its always in the background with its own natural ebb and flow. But when the war (emphasis on war) is so intentionally and intensely in the forefront of a society, its probably safe to assume that the society is not very healthy.

Meanwhile, the conversation between Trump and Zelensky was overheard by American and not only special services, and one of the eavesdropper in the United States filed a complaint against Trump, saying that in a conversation with Zelensky, the US president said something unseemly from the point of view of this eavesdropper.

And then the authorities forbade eavesdropper to tell Congress about it, and now Schiff is trying with might and main to build a case against Trump based on this.

Local news interviewing kids at the Climate Strike protest at the Capital in Hartford, all white kids bused in from the suburbs, who paid for the buses? At any rate it’s almost all teenage girls in the crowd, some were crying, others seemed hysterical, the speakers were shrill. Where are the boys? Somebody told these kids humanity is coming to an end in the year 2030, and they believe it.

Another oddity is many of the signs at the Capitol students were displaying represented ritzy private schools, like the one I’m looking at right now outside my den window. Tuition at these schools can run as much as $50,000 per year. One might conclude Climate Change is a concern mostly of upper class people, at least in Ct.

“A religion. A sense that one can protect Gaia, even if its at great personal cost.”

People who still think environmentalism is about ‘saving the planet’ need to go to the remedial vocabulary class before it’s worth explaining anything to them at all.

Let’s make it simple by taking climate change out of the equation and considering plastics pollution, just as an example. This should avoid nitwits getting bogged down in politics because even nitwits don’t generally think plastics pollution is a good thing. Heck, some of them even believe it might have a connection to male infertility or, oh, I dunno… transgenderism.

        Leaving that be…

The clue is in the word ‘environmentalism’ itself. It’s not ‘world-ism’ or ‘planet-ism’ for a reason. The ‘environ-ment’ is what surrounds you and a whole host of other organisms (French ‘environ’ – around).

So the focus of e-n-v-i-r-o-n-m-e-n-t-a-l-i-s-m isn’t the ‘planet’, it’s the organism(s) for whom it is their home or e-n-v-i-r-o-n-ment. The e-n-v-i-r-o-n-ment that sustains them.

I’m going to stop pretty much there because I’m not going to insult anyone on this blog by suggesting they don’t get what that means. And that, if they really think about it, they know that ‘saving the planet’ is a meaningless phrase, unless they’re planning to stop the sun swallowing it up in a few billion years.

But, since I’m here, if anyone hasn’t got it, perhaps it will help if I let out the secret that the ‘planet’ doesn’t give a flying f*ck how much oestrogen-mimicking plastic you choose to inflict on your kids. Or what quantity of plastic particulates they have to breathe into their still-developing lungs in your cities. Or indeed if you choose to let them drown in flash floods, or starve because you’ve slashed your ability to grow food. So it doesn’t need your protection for either its physical or mental welfare. Because it’s a lump of rock.

It still won’t give a flying f*ck when you finally effect the extinction of the human race while beating your chest and shouting ‘I’m an American – no-one tells me what to do’.

So it would be nice if they stopped filling people with such fear and hysteria over climate change and instead people would have some energy available to look into protecting the environment and human health.

          • Nightowl September 21, 2019 at 3:22 pm #

The fear is the giveaway. When the power structure wants the herd to act on something, they spread fear.

“So it would be nice if they stopped filling people with such fear and hysteria over climate change and instead people would have some energy available to look into protecting the environment and human health.”

I don’t know where you got the ‘so’ from what I wrote, but whatever! I don’t advocate frightening people generally, as it’s counter-productive (in that ‘you can’t handle the truth’ kinda way!). I advocate the best evidence, then looking at the best evidence to see what your best plan (for the least suffering) would be, but always without hysteria, because I’ve yet to see anything that was helped by hysteria. Drawing massive attention to a massive problem isn’t hysteria, though, it’s just ‘going mainstream’.

But the climate is part of the environment and there’s just no way round that. Where my in-laws live in Stony Point, NY, all their previous neighbours in their part of the road along the Hudson have had their houses condemned. Theirs is still standing where it’s been since 1834 but they’re going to have to raise it on stilts if they ever want to get flood insurance in future. They’ve always had floods and storm surges but these are quantitatively different floods and storm surges.

Likewise, in my brother’s small town in West Yorkshire, the houses and businesses in the main street by the two rivers can’t get flood insurance any more. And that town’s been there a very long time too.

No need for hysteria, though, even when your town’s flooded on Boxing Day in midwinter, which isn’t terribly good for your health:

            https://mm.aiircdn.com/74/431151.jpg

And was similarly flooded only two years earlier.

But you need a plan. Because the future isn’t going to be like the past.

My American brother-in-law in Stony Point is a local businessman and he’s on the town’s planning committee for how they’re going to deal with their un-hysterical future that needs to take climate change into account.

What would you suggest with regard to the upcoming demise of industrial civilisation due to the end of the oil economy? That we pretend it’s not going to happen, so as not to frighten people? I think it may have been you who said previously that once everyone ‘understood’ it would be chaos, so it would be best it they didn’t know. I kind of agree with you (apologies if it wasn’t you), since most people don’t seem to share my rational approach to un-hysterically facing facts and making plans.

Best wishes with your health, sophia, although that’s not much to offer in the circumstances.

Wow Alba, what a speech! And welcome back btw. I don’t disagree with much of what you say. But I am struggling for the point. Your reply developed from a statement that climate change has become a religion essentially replacing traditional religion and values. What was the necessity of saying the planet doesn’t give a flying fuck about you and its just a lump of rock? Are you just wanting to make sure that everyone understands there is nothing metaphysical despite what you believe, and regardless of which manifestation of divinty you believe in? It seems like this is an important message for you. At least in this case more important than the environmental issues you brought up. My impression of course.

          • GreenAlba September 22, 2019 at 12:30 pm #

“Are you just wanting to make sure that everyone understands there is nothing metaphysical despite what you believe, and regardless of which manifestation of divinty you believe in? It seems like this is an important message for you. ”

I think you may be reading too much into it, SSL, but your beliefs often make you do that because you read everything I say through a prism. That’s not even a criticism, it’s just an observation.

I am merely opposed to letting people away with talking about environmentalism as if it were a ‘religion of the planet’. If we were talking about Mars or the moon I could see the logic, but the pursuit of environmentalism is about saving US, since it’s our environment and if we don’t take care of it, we will die. Take care of it including its climate, which affects our wellbeing. We’ll all die anyway, of course, but I see no point in making human (and other) suffering any greater than it need be.

So I’m not talking about metaphysics or the lack of it at all. Just pointing the focus where the focus should be, which is on the life on the lump of rock that needs to take care of its home. Metaphysical or not metaphysical is neither here nor there within my point.

It’s just a case of ‘clean your room!’ You don’t clean your room because you worship your room but because YOU have to live in it. It’s your environment.

And thank you for the welcome back. I hope to bother you less than previously nonetheless.

I would agree that some actual environmentalists have fallen into the trap of using the ‘save the planet’ analogies themselves (along with polar-bear obsessions). For them it’s mostly a shortcut expression, though. They know it’s for US. Some well-meaning people can be their own worst enemies in the way they express themselves – and fall right into the hands of those who would thwart their best efforts towards genuinely useful ends.

I try to be rational and stick with evidence and sense.

          • SoftStarLight September 22, 2019 at 1:48 pm #

There is an element within the environmental movement that embraces a spiritual significance to the cause. And I myself believe that the earth is a sacred creation. That being said, I agree with you that the real focus is to keep our house clean so to speak, as responsible people should. I also try to be rational and stick with evidence and sense. I appreciate the emphasis on the try very much :-). Sometimes those things won’t help to explain everything though. Which brings us back to those who would place a spiritual significance on the seemingly ordinary.

-Dr. Ottmar Endenhofer, IPCC, co-chair of Working Group 3, November 13, 2010, interview [H/t Dr. Charles Battig]

      • GreenAlba September 21, 2019 at 12:19 pm #

I find it never really takes long to track down the origins of this kind of nonsense.

All it takes is the ability to paste a quote into Google and we can all do that, can’t we?

No mention of Paris here, because obviously it was five years before Paris….

          http://www.thegwpf.com/ipcc-official-climate-policy-is-redistributing-the-worlds-wealth/

          If you read German….

          https://www.nzz.ch/klimapolitik_verteilt_das_weltvermoegen_neu-1.8373227

No mention of Paris in the German article either. I say this because the climate alarmists, like in the link you provided, claim that these quotes from Endenhofer are bogus because he mentions Paris five years before Paris. Nope.

Here, read it some of it in context, which is what you want right? Context?….

Q: But everybody should take part in climate protection, otherwise it does not work.

A: “That is so easy to say. But particularly the industrialized countries have a system that relies almost exclusively on fossil fuels. There is no historical precedent and no region in the world that has decoupled its economic growth from emissions. Thus, you cannot expect that India or China will regard CO2 emissions reduction as a great idea. And it gets worse: We are in the midst of a renaissance of coal, because oil and gas (sic) have become more expensive, but coal has not. The emerging markets are building their cities and power plants for the next 70 years, as if there would be permanently no high CO 2 price.”

Q: The new thing about your proposal for a Global Deal is the stress on the importance of development policy for climate policy. Until now, many think of aid when they hear development policies.

A: “That will change immediately if global emission rights are distributed. If this happens, on a per capita basis, then Africa will be the big winner, and huge amounts of money will flow there. This will have enormous implications for development policy. And it will raise the question if these countries can deal responsibly with so much money at all.”

Q: That does not sound anymore like the climate policy that we know.

A: “Basically it’s a big mistake to discuss climate policy separately from the major themes of globalization. The climate summit in Cancun at the end of the month is not a climate conference, but one of the largest economic conferences since the Second World War. Why? Because we have 11,000 gigatons of carbon in the coal reserves in the soil under our feet – and we must emit only 400 gigatons in the atmosphere if we want to keep the 2-degree target. 11 000 to 400 – there is no getting around the fact that most of the fossil reserves must remain in the soil.”

Q: De facto, this means an expropriation of the countries with natural resources. This leads to a very different development from that which has been triggered by development policy.

A: “First of all, developed countries have basically expropriated the atmosphere of the world community. But one must say clearly that we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy. Obviously, the owners of coal and oil will not be enthusiastic about this. One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with environmental policy anymore, with problems such as deforestation or the ozone hole.”

        • GreenAlba September 21, 2019 at 1:12 pm #

I’ve run the original German version through G. Translate, because my German has long disappeared, and it isn’t saying to me what it seems to be saying to you.

I still think the ‘environment’ quote takes the meaning out of context. He specifically says it’s not about the ‘environment’ in the sense of worrying about the ozone hole or dying forests as discrete issues. Those are different issues from the overall effects of climate change (although dying forests will clearly exacerbate climate change, according to the basic biology and physics)..

And, to clarify, from the De-smog article itself:

“Of course, this is not what he was saying. These quotes are taken out of context to be misused. The devaluation of fossil fuel reserves of course leads in a way to wealth redistribution — but this is rather a consequence of the necessity to stop using fossil fuels, and not the actual goal of climate policy.”

        • Nightowl September 21, 2019 at 4:04 pm #

So much nonsense on both sides. Pasting that interview into Google translate (as shitty as it sometimes is) doesn’t do anything to the meaning.

What the guy was saying is that there needs to be a cooperative global effort to reduce emissions, but the problem is that many developing countries are sitting on enormous reserves of fossil fuels that they can use for their own economic development.

The problem is very difficult to deal with, obviously. This goes back to my earlier posts on China’s incredible CO2 output (more than the US and Europe combined), and the fact that the Paris accords and policy to date allows China to pollute as much as they want through 2030. If we are in a climate crisis, let’s get real about it.

Also, that article on that site posted by GA reads like it was written by an angry millenial with no grasp of professional writing. I almost stopped 2 paragraphs in.

          • GreenAlba September 22, 2019 at 1:01 pm #

“Also, that article on that site posted by GA reads like it was written by an angry millenial with no grasp of professional writing. I almost stopped 2 paragraphs in.”

That’s why I advocate paying attention to sites like the Royal Society. I didn’t enjoy it either, but I felt I had to plod on in the circumstances. The point is the same. I went to a lot of trouble under a previous thread to track down a supposed ‘quote’ taken entirely out of context from an interview with Richard Heinberg. I’d read several of his books a long time ago so I couldn’t believe he’d said what they were suggesting he’d said. And he hadn’t. They chopped him off mid-sentence to change the meaning. Then plastered it in some daft article saying ‘even Richard Heinberg blah, blah, blah…’.

I still love the story round the Maurice Strong ‘quote’, though. It’s good to know how the discreditors operate. Especially when it’s that tragic.

The point is that disinformation websites exist whose entire purpose is to pick ‘quotes’ out of context for dishonest use. Admittedly some people’s ways of expressing themselves help with their own demise, but that’s not the greater sin, which is the deliberate disinformation. Which, as I’ve pointed out before, has been deliberately engineered and rigorously funded, by vested interests. They learned from Big Tobacco and they learned well.

          • Nightowl September 22, 2019 at 1:29 pm #

I kind of get your point, but honestly, the quote was used accurately for the most part — even despite the angle the authors were working.

The point is that if we are truly in an emergency, why is any nation allowed to pollute nearly unabated or to continue to profit from “dirty” resources? Why are many of the folks talking about the climate crisis investing in China?

It doesn’t add up. That said, I also don’t think its all a hoax either. Pollution is a real problem, and buying organic string beans at the local luxury organic food chain isn’t going to solve anything.

        • cc rider September 21, 2019 at 4:18 pm #

Exactly Nightowl, nonsense on both sides indeed. I was in the mood for punishment this past week so I really delved in to both sides of the climate change, anthropomorphic or not, debate. Or war actually. What I found was very disheartening. Both sides engage in lying, trickery, deceit, and commit all the sins of logical fallacies. No, not every single one. But enough for me to say, “To hell with it!” I’m just going to live my life and what happens will just happen. One think I do know, and that is NO ONE knows the future. By 2050 we may be in a dramatic cool down, or we may be dropping dead from the wet bulb temperature effect. Or either scenario may happen by 2030. Who knows? I don’t. Michael Mann don’t. Lord Monckton don’t. The IPCC don’t. Exxon phuggin Mobil don’t.

And yes, for any grammar nazis, I purposely mis-used “don’t”. Deal with it.

GA Michael Mann is a fraud. He fudged the data, as in purposely hid prior warming periods, to make his infamous “hockey stick” graph. Several years ago a scientist who practices actual science called Mann out on essentially being a fraud. Mann sued him. The lawsuit was in Canada since the man, Tim Ball who called Mann out, resides there. Mr. Ball won and the judge ordered Mann to pay all court costs.

But, with or without the lawsuit failure as an attempt to shut Tim Ball up, Mann is just so easily proved as a liar and a manipulator of facts to fit his narrative. You know how to find this information if interested. Just search, “Michael Mann’s hockey stick graph questioned”, or something similar. Or not. Doesn’t matter to me either way. I know he’s a scam artist and a junk scientist, and really just not a very good person.

TPTB-USA I have not read that paper, but I’m betting that it is probably utilizing better science than the Mann’s of the world. More scientists agree that the data on human cased warming is very iffy at best. (There is no such think as 97% consensus. Plus, consensus is a political term, not a scientific one). I do think that it is misleading to say that “Japan and Finland confirm that global warming data is not supportive”. It makes it sound like the entirety of both countries believe this. The title should have been, “Some researchers in Finland and Japan find evidence that global warming……” What irritates me is that folks on both sides of this issue mislead, misdirect, and sometimes just outright lie.

ETA: I’m trying to catch myself before I make all or nothing type statements, or saying that I know something to be true when in reality I believe it based on what I’ve read and seen so far. So I want to correct myself when I said that I know Michael Mann is a scam artist and a junk scientist to say that I believe, or it is my opinion that he is those things.

TASS is authorized to state that Trump spoke with Zelensky about the Orthodox revolution in Poland

WASHINGTON, September 21. / TASS /. US President Donald Trump believes that US actions in Ukraine are meaningless and annoying Russia, with which it is necessary to have friendly relations. This was reported on Friday by The Washington Post, citing its source.

And gives a link to an article in The Washington Post, which says nothing of the kind.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/trumps-communications-with-foreign-leader-are-part-of-whistleblower-complaint-that-spurred-standoff-between-spy-chief-and-congress-former-officials-say/2019/09/18/df651aa2-da60-11e9-bfb1-849887369476_story.html

But this is said in a completely different article and in a completely different context.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/how-trump-and-giuliani-pressured-ukraine-to-investigate-the-presidents-rivals/2019/09/20/0955801c-dbb6-11e9-a688-303693fb4b0b_story.html

And this quote is so important that I will give it here in full:

A former senior administration official who repeatedly discussed the issue with Trump said that the president thought “what we were doing in Ukraine was pointless and just aggravating the Russians.”

The president’s position basically is, we should recognize the fact that the Russians should be our friends, and who cares about the Ukrainians? said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations.

And the context of this quotation is determined by the previous paragraph, which says that Ron Johnson, a Republican Senator from Wisconsin, negotiated with the newly elected President of Ukraine Zelensky in September on the instructions of Trump that relations with Russia should be improved, and Germany should pay for broken dishes in Ukraine.

Moreover, Ron Johnson held these negotiations with Zelensky, a few days after he was denied a visa to Russia, where he wanted to go to negotiate cooperation between Russian and American law enforcement agencies in the investigation of the case of Steel’s dossier, which became the basis for illegally obtaining permission from a FISA court to wiretap Trump’s election campaign and begin Mueller’s investigation.

By the way, the article in question also talks about the illegal wiretapping of Trump and Zelensky’s telephone conversation, which is also evident from the inconsistency in the story about the source of information that the Clintonoids are now trying to use to justify Trump’s impeachment.

But about this in the next post, and in this post I want to say that it is no coincidence that TASS gives the wrong link, and all the other Russian media talk about the Clintonoids’ aforementioned attempt to use wiretap for impeachment, the cause of which should be such a terrible Trump crime as putting pressure on President Zelensky so that the latter, without further ado, urgently re-opened the case of criminal activity in Ukraine of former US Vice President Biden, and most recently, the main candidate for president of the United States from the Democratic Party.

I knew yesterday that Trump spoke with Zelensky about the need to improve relations with Russia, and that the first step to improve relations with Russia, Trump considers the implementation of the Minsk Agreement in honest and not Ukrainian way

The Russian media have not written about this until now and pretend that they don’t understand what they are doing. Nevertheless, the information about the refusal of a Russian visa to Ron Johnson was completely wiped out from the Russian Wikipedia and very thoroughly lost in RuNet.

Meanwhile, those who compiled the Steele dossier in Moscow in a panic are finishing off the remnants of the social state in Russia, hoping to send a protest against Vladimir Putin, and unwind the flywheel of anti-Americanism and Anglophobia, hoping to send it against Trump and the Queen, who almost openly supported Trump and Brexit.

And in order to understand the situation that is being created in Russia, it is necessary to recall the Orthodox Revolution, or if you want a palace coup in Poland in 1611 and the father of Marina Mniszech, who tried to arrange a Catholic counter-coup, and the army of Minin and Pozharsky lifts the siege from Moscow and goes to meet the Polish army, going to arrest Marina Mniszech and Zarutsky, who are leading the cannibal government, settled in Moscow.

Maybe it’s reduced cognitive flexibility that comes with age, maybe it’s in the nature of modernity, but I have trouble distinguishing between the criminal and the legit. The two blend and merge like a character in a tacky horror flick, the church-going milk-fed maiden everyone thought they knew shape-shifting into a lizard-eyed abomination from the bowels of Hell.

If the intent is to clean out Augean corruption you have to start somewhere. So where do you start? With the smallest pile or the biggest?

From top to bottom education is an odious racket, an undertaking whose ostensible purpose was the intellectual development of the masses but which transmogrified into a monstrous leech sucking uncountable billions and churning out innumerable heads empty of anything resembling knowledge.

At the –  cough – high end, the output from faculties of the humanities is pathetic in its inadequacy, witless ninnies exercising blind unreason, and if that wasn’t bad enough, mill-stones of debt that won’t be repaid in any likely future.

So, if we’re talking abuse, which is worse, education or the drug industry? Or is it the health insurance industry? Or hospitals? Is there anything legit about Wall Street or is it one vast criminal enterprise that needs to be shut down forthwith and its employees jailed?

I guess we can define exploitation as providing services at a cost far beyond any conceivable benefit. If, for six stitches, you have to cough up 6 grand that you don’t have and are unlikely to ever accumulate, then maybe fix it yourself. It hurts? Don’t be a sissy.

As for the shit peddled by the Sacklers, heaven forfend. In pain? Get a bullet and bite down. Better than becoming a scroungy, stringy addict jonesing for dope.

A while back I cut my hand changing the blade on a circular saw. Inattention on my part. The hospital? Perish the thought. Soap and water, bound it, cleaned it and changed the dressing twice a day. It healed and I survived.

“From top to bottom education is an odious racket, an undertaking whose ostensible purpose was the intellectual development of the masses but which transmogrified into a monstrous leech sucking uncountable billions and churning out innumerable heads empty of anything resembling knowledge.”

Indeed, we learned this week of some $53K spent per pupil per year at a Baltimore special ed school to no avail other than as a form of teacher’s welfare since the objects of that expenditure were graduated illiterate and innumerate. Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (my alma mater from an earlier era) spends $7k per by comparison and – hopefully — enforces the academic rigor present back in the day when it was all male, one was provided a tie if one forgot to wear a tie, and the diploma meant something.

At some point we hope the locals will arise and hit the delete button. Yeah, right. I propose an experiment for a bombed-out section of Baltimore: colonization by Japanese. Miraculously, the streets will be free of garbage, flowers will adorn the cleaned and repaired row houses, crime will be non-existent, the local academy will graduate future productive members of society, and the entire enterprise will be castigated for its virulent racism.

      Hello volodya,

Just like the migration of the blue collar jobs to China, I can envision a time in the near future where AI will replace jobs associated with education. So, given that scenario, what should the government do in response?

I contend that while the government would like everyone to think that they are responsible for stitching the suit, in reality, they are lucky to thread the needle in the best of times, let alone in the middle of a hurricane (for confirmation, check with Walter B above).

You ask if I have any hope of salvaging this mess? Not without a different game format, and factoring in a human nature response, I ultimately agree with you, but I do think that something is afoot to bring the jobs back home.

If China’s leadership is stressed because of a loss of jobs, and I would expect that it will be similar for the US, it is only logical to assume that such time will create animosity between the nations. What are the odds that our government sees this issue on the horizon? Trump has stated that he wants companies to bring the jobs back home.

Then consider recent discussion about Huawai:

      Walter B September 6, 2019 at 12:28 pm #

Great job once again James, well “penned”! Very happy to see you calling out the danger that the Red Dragon has presented to us and for noting that whatever we may think of DJT, he certainly does seem to be taking it to the Red Menace from the East. I do believe that Steve Bannon has something there in his assessment of the threat that they pose with Huawai and 5G technology:

      youtube.com/watch?v=pszGwfWUhTk

And your essay from the Daily Caller was, as you have written before, is the best description of the sorry state that America is in today, especially the situation of hopelessness faced by the male youth. It should be nailed to the door of every public building in the land. Superb!

Dose it all just amount to “noise”?

      • volodya September 22, 2019 at 2:49 pm #

Thanks for these links. My guess is that what Bannon and Steve Hilton are talking about will be roundly scorned as intellectually deficient by the likes of Bush, the Clintons and Obama and their acolytes and most of the denizens of the Deep State, the puzzle here being whether Deep State careerists know they’re cutting their own throats by actively undermining the basis for the existence of the nation state currently called the USA. And, to be sure, so are Bush and Clinton and Obama and their hangers-on cutting their own throats. I really don’t get what they don’t get but apparently immediate self interest rules and any thought for long-term viability is something not to be brought up in their company.
And thinking outside their echo-chamber box is out of the question. People would rather stay inside their group-think, ignore the flood waters gathering around them and be swept away.

To answer your question – does it all amount to just noise – no, I don’t think so. During the 1800s there was also a lot of “noise” but various powerful entrenched interests were up-ended and similarly during the post- WW1 era. The communist regimes of the post-WW2 era are gone, replaced by not so wholesome successors to be sure, and nowadays the USA has willingly relinquished its global hegemonic status by actively encouraging the movement of industry to China. I don’t get what American elites were thinking. Maybe they weren’t.

Things change IOW. There’s a lot of “noise” out there, which is the sound of distress from a lot of people from many places in the world and it would greatly behoove those in places of leadership and privilege to take account of the interests of those distressed people. But, if history is any guide, they won’t.

Societal and economic undercurrents are afoot now as they’ve always been, ready to deal with any unwary, smug elite that’s too full of itself.

At some point, Warren is going to have to explain why she called a shooting by a police officer a “murder” despite being definitively determined to be a justified use of force. Is there some principle that it is ok to inflame racial conflict by telling lies if enough of the psycho-wokester left says it’s OK?

    • cc rider September 21, 2019 at 2:08 pm #

What’s even worse is that a woman of her education should know the proper definition of “murder” in the first place. Even if Eric Holder had found that the officer used lethal force unjustifiable the charge would not have been murder. Murder in the legal realm has a specific definition. Even in any regular dictionary it will say that it involves killing a human being with malicious premeditation. So to say the officer murdered Brown means that he specifically made the decision with malicious intent to kill him during that split second. Any DA worth his or her salt always thinks twice before charging someone with murder because the burden to prove it to 12 jurors is high, even if it was really murder. And Warren is allegedly concerned about the education of children. Yet here she is contributing to the problem by using a very powerful word incorrectly on a national stage. Not to mention keeping the racial flames fanned.

      • sophia September 21, 2019 at 2:21 pm #

I agree, that fanning the flames of racial tension and especially with lies is a kind of treason. And she a law professor.

It struck me as fishy that GreenAlba(core) would claim that the advanced nations are responsible for polluting the world’s oceans with plastic. Now we have a study that shows that Greta’s tears are wasted on the dilemma because most of the pollution plaguing the world’s oceans comes from ten river systems, eight in Asia & two in Africa that are in the undeveloped world. The Yangtze & the Ganges are the worst.

Here is the link to the story:

“It struck me as fishy that GreenAlba(core) would claim that the advanced nations are responsible for polluting the world’s oceans with plastic. ”

      Where did I say that?

    • GreenAlba September 21, 2019 at 1:22 pm #

In fact, rereading my post, Tate, I don’t see the word ‘ocean’ or ‘sea’ at all.

      Poor, Tate, poor…

    • GreenAlba September 21, 2019 at 1:25 pm #

Perhaps, Tate, instead of thinking ‘ooh here’s GreenAlba, time for an attack, you could have considered the actual point of my post, in which plastics pollution was but an illustrative example of the difference between poisoning people and other organisms, and damaging the ‘planet’, which would take an asteroid at the very least, I imagine. And it still wouldn’t care.

      • BackRowHeckler September 21, 2019 at 2:29 pm #

GA, nobody on this blog wants the oceans polluted or supports garbage strewn about the landscape. Having said that, have you ever been in a 3rd world country, like for example Haiti? Trash everywhere you look, fires burning on every vacant lot, filthy water you can’t drink or swim in, seas of mud, even sea water miles offshore is toxic. I think its telling that big city mayors supporting the ‘Climate Strike’, for instance Mayor Garcetti in LA, preside over squalid, rat infested streets harboring the filthiest medieval diseases in history. Climate Strike indeed!

        Brh

        • GreenAlba September 22, 2019 at 10:01 am #

I’ve been in Syria, brh, and I agree it’s a cultural problem in some countries. Outside of urban centres like Damascus or Aleppo, you’d drive through a village/small town and the place Middle Eastern cultures, the inside space is kept pristine, while the outside space often isn’t nearly so respected. But I think things will change – I spotted a small office of Friends of the Earth up a tiny back street in old Aleppo! Although that was years ago and they’ve got rather more to worry about at the moment than plastic bags.

Globally, people are waking up, and countries that would surprise you are banning plastic bags and other waste. Poverty remains a problem and people who don’t know where the next meal is coming from are less likely to worry about rubbish in the street.

The thing is, none of that makes it unnecessary to do what we can as regards the climate issue. And I don’t know what we can do at this point in time – we’re 50 years too late in taking it seriously, a situation that was deliberately engineered and magnificently funded.

The point of my post was to call out those people who use words like ‘religion’ and ‘Gaia’ to discredit anyone with any environmental imperatives. Environmental issues are entirely practical.

Plastics (and other) pollution and climate change are two completely different issues and they both need to be addressed. There’s a big difference between saying ‘it’s too late’ or ‘there’s not much we can do at this stage’ and taking the dishonest route of pretending it’s not even an issue just to discredit people who are drawing attention to it, even if some of their ‘solutions’ are naively put.

brh – I think you mentioned Russia further up, with respect to climate protests. There’s an interesting article here about why Russia is ambivalent about the issue – it stands to gain in some ways and lose in other ways from climate change.

But in the long run we all lose. Maybe Russia will be last man standing. I’m sure there’s some comfort in that, if that’s what people want. We know what JMK said about the long run. But there’s a lot of suffering to come between here and there.

Was making my morning coffee reflecting on the beans’ packaging: various plastics for self-sealing and venting, and some combination of foil over plastic-coated paper, I assume. I was struck by the transitory “convenience” of all this material that will one way or the other re-enter the biosphere someday. It’s all from earth, so far as I can tell.

There was a time (prior to The Graduate) when we packaged everyday stuff in paper. We might transfer our paper-bound pound of coffee beans into a ceramic jar with a rubber gasket to keep it fresh. Not as convenient as the Trader Joe’s (owned by Aldi so I am told) re-sealable vented soon-to-be-in-waste-stream bag — after all one has to take the time to pour the beans into the ceramic jar and then handle the relatively heavy thing each morning. OMG!

We have met the enemy and it is us.

Haha, BillyH! I don’t drink coffee, which is not remotely a virtue, as I’ve tried to like it to be sociable and just can’t.

But my Rooibos comes in bags/sachets which I used to compost until I discovered they contained some plastic. Then I tore them up for a bit and still composted the tea dregs but eventually abandoned even that. As you say, the enemy is all of us. I should look out for loose Rooibos, though – you don’t see it much except in very expensive places. Tea bags are everywhere.

I did see recently that those plastic bottles everything comes in these days with squirty tops and an internal plastic straw contain at least three different types of plastic for the different bits, which causes major problems for recycling.

I recall 40-odd years ago, when I was a student in France, you used to be able to go to Carrefour with wine bottles and fill them up with ‘table wine’ at a tap on the wall for 3 Francs a pop – that was probably well under 50 cents back then. And it was drinkable. Just! We should be able to do that with shampoo, washing up liquid and the like, surely. It’s all just detergent plus smells. I recall once, as a teenager, when we ran out of shampoo, washing my hair with ‘car shampoo’ from a massive bottle and it didn’t fall out or anything, so I’m sure there’s some room for increased homogeneity!

I was introduced to it by a South African colleague/friend, but It actually became popular over a very short period of time because of a series of books written by an author who lives not far from me.

Sandy McCall-Smith – erstwhile law lecturer at Edinburgh Uni (and regular contributor of the medical ethics chapter in a paediatrics textbook I worked on!) and now very prolific author – wrote a series of gentle detective novels called The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency, set in Botswana and featuring a lady detective, M’ma Ramotswe, a charming lady ‘of traditional build’ whose favourite brew was Rooibos. And so it started…

            https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/novelist-s-lady-detective-stirred-up-global-sales-of-herbal-tea-6f3zpr5md

He’s also a founder member of the Really Terrible Orchestra, which you can find on YouTube and which is exactly what it says on the tin. They have fun and annoy no-one but their friends and families, for whom they give concerts!

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHWpi1X77OE

A bit of British idiosyncracy that does no harm and a lot of good! I expect you can get a cup of redbush afterwards too!

A lot of that plastic coming down from those rivers may actually be originally from the US and Europe because for many years we shipped our plastic trash to China, Africa, and other Asian nations for “recycling” where it just gets piled up near rivers. Of course recently China stopped accepting it. I quit recycling plastic when I found this out because I figured that a percentage of what I was putting in the recycle bin was just going into the Pacific. I’d rather the plastic be in my local dirty landfill. What I really hope one day is an end to plastic. Or at least a great reduction in the use of it. Not holding my breath though.

      • Tate September 21, 2019 at 2:47 pm #

Same here. Used to recycle for years. Now we don’t. But GreenAlba claims the U.S. is world’s worst polluter. Haha. It’s the Mr. Chong & Mrs. Pajeet who are doing most of the plastic polluting. If we have to build more landfills, at least we don’t throw ours in the street like the squatemalans who move here on the taxpayer dime.

“But GreenAlba claims the U.S. is world’s worst polluter.”

What is it with you, Tate, that you can’t stop lying?

I never said the US was the ‘world’s worst polluter’. That’s too general a statistic for me to waste my time on or anyone else’s. I did tell you more than once that the US produces (for 5% of the world’s population) 50% of its solid waste, which does tell you something about your consumption patterns. Exceptional country; exceptional consumption.

          https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/american-consumption-habits/

It is well known that Americans consume far more natural resources and live much less sustainably than people from any other large country of the world. “A child born in the United States will create thirteen times as much ecological damage over the course of his or her lifetime than a child born in Brazil,” reports the Sierra Club’s Dave Tilford, adding that the average American will drain as many resources as 35 natives of India and consume 53 times more goods and services than someone from China.

Tilford cites a litany of sobering statistics showing just how profligate Americans have been in using and abusing natural resources. For example, between 1900 and 1989 U.S. population tripled while its use of raw materials grew by a factor of 17.

“ With less than 5 percent of world population, the U.S. uses one-third of the world’s paper, a quarter of the world’s oil, 23 percent of the coal, 27 percent of the aluminum, and 19 percent of the copper,” he reports. “Our per capita use of energy, metals, minerals, forest products, fish, grains, meat, and even fresh water dwarfs that of people living in the developing world.’ ”

“He adds that the U.S. ranks highest in most consumer categories by a considerable margin, even among industrial nations. To wit, American fossil fuel consumption is double that of the average resident of Great Britain and two and a half times that of the average Japanese. Meanwhile, Americans account for only five percent of the world’s population but create half of the globe’s solid waste.

That’s the statistic you’re thinking of, Tate. Always best to get your facts right when you’re flinging accusations around. And I’m not telling you how much you should be consuming – I’m just telling you what you’re consuming now, which involves neutral facts.

And when you’re talking about plastic waste from Africa and Asia – which is indeed enormous – don’t forget to deduct the stuff that’s sent from Europe and the US for them to process (in many cases to file under ‘R’ for River or ‘O’ for Ocean, since they end up in poor areas with no facilities. The US can afford the facilities. And if it can’t it should buy less stuff. Like the UK.

cc rider got it right. Although I still recycle because my local authority provides clear information about where everything goes, who recycles it and into what.

          • GreenAlba September 22, 2019 at 8:40 am #

And if your knee-jerk reaction (what attack can I use now?) is to tell me it’s important to not add excessively to the population of the US because it’s toxic consumer land, I’m not even disagreeing with you.

Just as we used to read the statistic in medical books that the Japanese had incredibly low rates of cancer – until they moved to the US and developed the same rates as other Americans by the next generation – it works with bad consumption habits too.

          • GreenAlba September 22, 2019 at 8:42 am #

PS the UK is also, overall, shit at recycling compared to parts of continental Europe, and specifically the clean Germans.

Dirty man of Europe – being in the EU helped the UK clean up its act, but that will soon be in the past. Scotland will hopefully aim higher. So far they’re talking the talk – I’ll keep an eye to see if they walk the walk.

Yes, nothing is easier than to weaponize the relations between the sexes or the races, since the field is always full of ambient tension in any case. But the two sexes belong together whereas the races do not. That is the real tragedy.

Trying to respond to SSL, but the System isn’t letting me do so. Or is it my computer? Or the interface between the two? Where others see one possible issue, there is often three possibilities. You, it, and the relationship.

You’re right. You’ve noticed too how it seems like the predominate message when it comes to the relationship between men and women is a rejection of all the traditional norms and the idea that relationships can be simple transactions with no deeper meaning or value. Meanwhile, when it comes to race, the predominate message is mix, mix, mix. The more the mix, the greater the value.

    AMAZING !!!
One of the last poems of STALIN.

    Let us talk about eternity.
I am surely guilty in many things.
    However, somebody ruled my life.
    I felt that omnipresent look.

He did not let me sleep or rest.
He lived in me and was above me ruling over me.
And I, as a slave of the universal sovereignty,
Ruled the country with the strong will.

Who was my secret highest master?
What did he want ruling over me?
I, as a slave, judge, and executive,
Was everything in this poor country.

    And everything was incomprehensible then:
Where did the power, will, and authority came from?
My soul, as a wheel of a machine,
    Ground desires of millions.

And only then, in the spring of 1945,
    He quietly whispered me,
“You have been my novice, my soldier,
    And you will rest soon!”

        3/4 OF 1st, and 1/3 OF economy…

Assuming in a plane accommodations 300 total, and 40 of them are in the flash sleeping pods st the pointy end, then 30 are Malth’s Chinese invaders. Meanwhile, if 1/3 of the260 in Cattle Class are their underlings (maids, chauffeurs and the like) then that’s about 85 more.

So 105 passengers is just over a third of the pax on board. Maths is not THST complicated Q…

The question is, if the plane hits a mountain, what will be the last thing going through the minds of those in Forst class, and would it differ much from the 85 serfs?

    Messianic Druid,

“You are confusing christianity with churchianity.”

I don’t think so. Where is the confusion?

“Did you read enough at the link to realize it confirmed much of what you were saying?

Or are you shooting from the hip.”

Alright, I went and read it. There are problems, such as the dichotomy between two places in scripture which disagree about when the name was known. There were two traditions which were sewn together by a redactor and thus the various discrepancies in the scriptures.

But it is interesting and when you go back very far there is more acknowledgement of the feminine. The coup did not immediately and totally change things overnight.I don’t guess the OT calls God a father?
But it is a he or am I wrong? Are you saying back then people responded to the name of Yahweh by thinking of him as a mother? How come they called him a man of war?

I would say that most people do realize on some level that God contains both genders. But yet the church father Tertullian said that God was a male with all expected body parts.

At any rate the invention of a male God was by perhaps Abraham, but as I said, Christianity rubbed in the point quite hard by referring to its trinity members as all ‘he’. Any reference to God in the feminine is rare to nonexistent. This is what matters. If there is an unknown way to unpack the tetragrammaton so that it may contain the feminine is nice but not sufficient since it is contrary to people’s experience of the religion.
And, I think, over the centuries the maleness of God has been defended vigorously enough.

It’s not that I want to attack Christianity, but I’m calling it like I see it. I’m telling you what I think is the real origin of feminist anger and dissatisfaction. Christianity makes of the feminine an adjunct but not a fundament of reality. The male exists as a fundament but not the female.
It should be rectified. Just exactly in the same way as I think the gender bending stuff is nonsense and contrary to reality, so also is Christian (and perhaps Jewish and Moslem) interpretation of the maleness of God not in line with reality. Just as there is no meaning of biological gender outside its reproductive function and therefore one cannot change gender, so also is a male god who gives birth a contradiction of terms.

Just as modern men are at a loss because masculinity is denigrated and no one is grateful for it, so are women at a loss because subconsciously, they realize they have been deleted.

It’s actually quite mean, because women have so much less in the way of accomplishments than men do, why did they have to take the one thing from them that is fundamental to their being?

They don’t just ‘take it from them’ (if that’s what they do – I’m not getting into that!), they made it dirty!

In my own lifetime, women parishioners in the Church of England couldn’t go back to church after childbirth until they’d been ritually cleansed or ‘churched’.

Unbelievable. But true. I think they stopped doing it some time during my adolescence.

      • SoftStarLight September 22, 2019 at 2:20 pm #

Who made it dirty? People must have. Because the Bible says otherwise. It’s actually a fulfillment of the divine will, it’s sacred. But the church, being comprised of people, fallen individuals, gets things wrong. That’s why in the end one must adhere to the Word.

A short intermission to your – very exciting – discussion of the War of the Sexes:

The Main Threat and the Main Task for Russia

Russian Defense Minister Shoigu: US confidence in its own power superiority, which may lead them to unreasonable steps, is the main threat to Russia and other countries.

    https://lenta.ru/news/2019/09/22/ugroza/

That is, the main task and the main question facing Russia is how to make the United States admit defeat without destroying the United States. And in fact, this is an intervention in American politics, since the sect at the head of the Deep State considers defeat any recognition by the United States of its inability to destroy Russia as a subject of history.

But for this it is necessary to understand how their brains work for Americans.

For example, a group of Princeton scientists presented a very realistic scenario of the start of an atomic war, which, in my opinion, will destroy humanity, and from the point of view of Princeton scientists from the SGS project, which really affects the planning of nuclear war, it can lead to the death of 91 million in Europe.

    https://sgs.princeton.edu/news-announcements/news-2019-09-09

    Plan A:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jy3JU-ORpo

I allow myself to draw your attention, my dear readers, to this paragraph:

“In the hope of stopping the advancement of US / NATO forces, Russia will deliver a preemptive nuclear strike from a base located near the city of Kaliningrad. NATO will strike a tactical nuclear strike from the air. ”

“After overcoming the nuclear threshold, hostilities will develop into a tactical nuclear war in Europe. In order to destroy NATO bases and advancing troops, Russia will send short-range aircraft and missiles with 300 nuclear warheads. In response, NATO will launch nuclear missile strikes by deploying aviation, which will bring down about 180 nuclear warheads to Russia.
After that, the parties will begin to exchange hundreds of new attacks, destroying the enemy’s nuclear forces.”

And first of all I want to draw your attention to the reaction of the British colleagues of the authors of this article. They were most excited about the slash in US / NATO, which shows that the US does not consider itself a part of NATO.

And I can testify from communication with confidential sources that it is so. On the one hand, it’s good, since it makes easier for Trump to collapse the NATO, and on the other hand it’s very bad, it creates the impression among the Americans that the United States will watch this movie on TV about how Europeans and Russians destroy each other and this is a sad misconception connected in the most direct way with the main threat to Russia,

And then I want to note that in this article, the USA / NATO is an aggressor, which in case God knows what will simply die like dog, because it won’t not have time to repent.

The fact is that this article is absolutely complementary to the speech of the American General Jeff Harrigan, in which he talks about the plan to destroy Kaliningrad’s air defense in order to stop Russian aggression. This contradiction can be easily explained, given that the use of nuclear weapons in the Princeton video begins with the Suwalki Gap.

    https://breakingdefense.com/2019/09/target-kaliningrad-eucom-puts-putin-on-notice/

The fact is that the Americans are confident not only that they will bomb Russia, but Russia will bomb Western Europeans in response, but also that if NATO violates existing treaties with the help of its puppets in the Baltic countries and try to organize Kaliningrad region blockade, and Russia will try to unblock this blockade, it will be arrogant and unprovoked aggression on part of Russia, in response to which NATO has every right to launch a missile and bomb strike on the Kaliningrad region, hoping that Russia will not want to start an all-out nuclear war because of the Kaliningrad enclave.

Personally, I am sure that General Harrigan and several million Americans are mistaken, but the question arises: why should they conduct such experiments that have no political, economic or military meaning?

And the answer to this question is very simple:

Kaliningrad is Königsberg the capital of Prussia, which united Germany around itself, being not a country in the usual sense of the word, but an area of the Livonian Order, that is, those same Dog-Knights that Alexander Nevsky defeated on the ice of Lake Peipsi.

And for them, Königsberg is a sacred place, the Orthodox population of which they completely destroyed in the 11th century and founded the capital of the Fourth Crusade on their lands, and the Russians on these lands are now the rising Kitezh Grad, a ghost of the first millennium from Christmas in the 21st century!

Summers over, back to work, driving home this morning about 3:00 am, BBC tuned in on Sat Radio.

Earlier in the week I was just having a little fun when I suggested these young climate strikers could easily be deployed as shock troops in a new Red Guard, smashing up the energy infrastructure, bringing western civilization to its knees to halt carbon emmissions and save humanity. In reality it seems like that’s where this could be headed,

Panel discussion on BBC about the Climate Strike, distinguished guests from Australia and UK all heartily endorsed the youth March calling it transformational and so on. Then I believe it was the former ‘Climate Minister’ from Australia suggesting this might not be enough, Direct Action might be needed. When pressed on what kind of direct action, he mentioned sabotage of refineries, pipelines, tanker ships, the whole energy system. So there it is. Maybe that’s where the battle lines will be drawn in any civil disturbances in the future; fanatics and True Believers, convinced of their righteousness blowing up gas pipelines and torching petroleum storage tanks — taking the fight to the streets of America, cooling the planet if you will, while up in Maine and Michigan, poorer families freeze to death in their houses because heating oil is not available. That’s the irony of the situation.

    ?-?—————————-????????———————————————–!!!!!

Check out South African news, young mother on holiday, pregnant, 2 year old son by her side, hacked to death by Community Members while she slept. They were a farm family, but the unusual aspect to this murder is that they were not chopped on their farm, which is the usual manner, but killed in a resort that was supposed to be secure.

The Houthis attack on the Saudi Arabia oil refineries was, according to latest information, most likely organized by the Sect of Pedophiles in charge of the American Deep State in order to entangle the Trump Administration in a war with Iran, with the help of old Soviet cruise missiles (80’s design) that have been sold to Iraq and Yemen by the Ukrainians, showed a complete ineffectiveness of American Air Defense Patriot systems installed not only to protect refineries, but also in two large American military bases in direct vicinity of the strike.

Yes, the ICE, that inefficient beast, the proverbial boat anchor, will be swallowing sodium silicate in the very near future.

I told you to ditch your fossil-fueled vehicles but you won’t, you’ll hold on until there is no resale value and you’ll get the government subsidy in the form of a coupon during Cash for Clunkers 2. As usual these subsidies will accrue greatly in the areas where Republicans live.

The culture is bifurcating into one half which imagines a future, and the other which holds onto a fever dream of personal mobility. The former will envelop the latter. 72. What will winter be like in New England, brh asks.

Well, it will be another winter of 80 degree temps indoors because Americans want to lounge around in shorts and T-shirts and they are feeling nostalgic for their Bangladeshi and Somali homelands.

The air will be filled with pollution from all the grimy folk burning wood like its the middle ages…

Oil furnaces will sputter to life to warm old bones.

That pretty much sums it up huh?

I’m fine as long as there are fees and taxes to make sure the price is right.

        2nd highest? Wind Turbine maintenance

For some, the future looks like a bulldozer. For me, it looks like a flying carpet ride. Its all perspective.

Lets say you have a majority of your “wealth” in some sunk-cost, obsolete, stranded asset. Well, here’s a box of Kleenex on the house. The market is going to beat you like a red-headed stepchild. You’re looking for the government handout in the form of some kind of subsidy at everyone else’s expense.

On the other hand, lets say you’ve done the exact opposite. You’ve got mobility, cash, and capital and reduced fixed costs. Congratulations you have pulled yourself up by your bootstraps like a real productive American.

  73. According to the EPA the average home heating scheme emits 5.734 metric tonnes of Carbon. The accepted estimate of the socialized cost of that carbon is around $40 per tonne. Disregarding differences between imperial tonnes and American tons, we may as well use $250 as the average estimate of additional costs that will accrue.

It’s basically chump change for someone like me.

As part of a broader democratic mandate in 2020, with the establishment of single payer / medicare reform addressing the outliers in our society that for some reason can’t put together the funds for their medical emergencies, the difference won’t be felt at all.

Once President Sanders bans fossil fuels, we might need you to float a barge up the Hudson River so the NYC welfare dept. at least has enough electricity to keep EBT card money flowing to its 2 million welfare recipients. Once the lights go out, and EBT cards are shut off, on the streets of NYC, there will be hell to pay.

That’s only until we get windmills and solar panels installed to re power up NYC. After that you can tow your nuke barges back to the arctic and commence drilling for oil and mining strategic metals. You’ll be drilling for oil and we’ll be building these quaint Dutch windmills that they used to have at Sleepy Hollow when Manhattan was a Dutch Colony and Rip Van Winkle was roaming the forests along the Hudson River with his musket and a sack of wine.

Don’t laugh goddamit at least these windmills are carbon free.

You’re right – the quantum of the cost will be minimal, but the question is whether levying the impost will make a blind bit of difference?

As an aside, and absolutely irrelevant to the discussion, I think you meant ‘Metric Tonne’ (1,000 kgs), not ‘Imperial’ or ‘avoirdupois’ Ton (2,240 lbs) v US ‘Ton’ of 2,000 lbs, known as a Short Ton, or US Long Ton equal to the Imperial/Avoirdupois Ton of 2,240lbs.

Elizabeth Warren and Justin [ Blackface ] Trudeau ought to meet and sort out this hybrid ancestry gambit. Liz wishes to become native whereas Blackface wants to bury his. Trudeau’s father was a pure Indian [ ie. Huron Algonquin Iroquois vs the subcontinent ones ] adopted by a wealthy family in Montreal. Once PM he dismantled natural resource wealth belonging to the provinces and carpetbagged it to Quebec. He made it legit by enshrining this in law aka the ‘Bill of Rights’ actually the ‘Bill of Wrongs’. Trudeau 1 claimed he created a ‘Just Society’ – really a modern day Robin Hood. Trudeau 2 ‘Blackface’ – Justin was an incarnation namesake.

The ‘Blackface’ sandal manifests because he wants to deflect attention to other minorities while suppressing his own hybrid. He consciously and sub-consciously parties in a black face, a thinly veiled party theme which really is an insult to people of color. He thereby purges those nasty First Nation genes beholding to himself.
His appearance obviously is native – the darker than Caucasian skin that even tv makeup can’t hide, the jet black hair, the high cheekbones and the tomahawk nose and a permanent scowl and smirk of condescension even the Great Spirit would be proud of. Bush 2 had one of those you may recall.

Moreover, once in office Trudeau 2 gave reparations and pork to First Nations beyond belief. No doubt offering a peace pipe to his relatives. Further, his corruption scandals, basically giving pork to his own electoral district, taking a cue from Trudeau 1, Robin Hood style.

If Blackface had come clean he would have been hailed as a savior of a multi-cultured society instead of a renegade [ pun intended ]. He cowardly runs to the back of the room leaving via entrapment the technocrats to purloin proprietary datasets unbeknownst to them all on the spur of the moment ie no advanced notice. Trudeau 1 was a coward also because while English Canadians were conscripted for WW2, French Canadiens were not. Trudeau 1 gleefully stayed in his comfortable pew while English Canadians fought and died, in France too for Christs sake. Trudeau 1 died of bowel cancer. Trudeau 2 will no doubt die of the same malaise; after all it’s in the genes. A perfect metaphoric end for the fake politicians. The defense rests.

Here is the story in interpretation of Masha Gessen of New Yorker Magazine:

And this is when he said, “As martyrs, we will go to heaven and they will just croak, because they won’t even have time to repent.”

I quote Putin at length here, in my own translation, to give a sense of the preposterousness of his speech, which the official Kremlin translation smooths over: using the word “perish” where he said “croak,” for example, and introducing grammatical coherence where Putin’s speech had none. But what makes this portion of Putin’s talk—the portion that made headlines in both state-controlled and independent Russian-language media—particularly bizarre, is that Putin was misrepresenting the Russian nuclear doctrine.

Actually, I disagree with Masha – “croak” is not adequate translation of what Putin had used, more like “die like dogs”,

Messianic Druid and Soft Star Light,

It is late but I will try to answer.
God gives birth to the universe, and to life forms. In my take on things, this requires both a female and male aspect of God. Simply by having a male supreme being, the birth-giving function is then done by a male.

I’m not saying the problem is 100% in all scripture. Yes, all mankind are created in God’s image – but why has God then chosen to only be male, even with three persons?

SSL-you say you don’t see how this shows women not being part of divine nature. I am not sure how to explain it better. Women are made in God’s image but God only is represented with male pronouns. Why is God not “the Mother”?

MD – you gloss over what I am saying. The law and covenants are not at issue. God’s character does not change you say – and apparently it is a male character. Yes, I acknowledge that perhaps there is an embedded implied feminine aspect to the tetragrammaton and you forgot the one where Jesus compares himself to a mother hen, but overall it is a tiny drop that is lost on most people.

I am not talking about women’s and men’s roles. Women are excluded FROM THE GODHEAD.

Telling women to be silent was unjustified and you have not justified it. Women did have authority at the beginning of the Christian mission and that was likely due to the influence of Jesus. That got taken away later as is predictable. That was the work of men, not God. What do you think about “Saint Nina, equal to the apostles and enlightener of Georgia”? Did she have to remain silent? How did she convert Georgia?
It is repugnant to claim that every man is a fit teacher for his wife. Plenty of men are idiots or not all that interested. She should have recourse to real discussions just as he has.

I am not unhappy that I was not given a female christos. No, it is way deeper than that. We can look at the trinity as an explanation of how the godhead works in its different aspects. We want to manifest a universe. This arises out of God. Before manifestation, we have what is called the Void, or the void of pure potential. Like stem cells. When you have a new conceptus, those first cells can become anything. They are undifferentiated. Later, they become stuck in their forms. A liver cell cannot become a skin cell. In the beginning, all was unformed and void. This potential to bring forth from an unformed state, from darkness is feminine, it is yin. That which is the source of life and brings it forth from an original void of unformed potential is feminine. And certainly the source of all lives are always via females. It is God the Father who ought to be God the Mother. It would also solve psychological issues. The intimacy we need and the love and trust toward God is much more natural if God were the great Mother.

But (and I am a proponent of intelligent design) to make a working universe and life forms requires a staggering amount of laws, complex and consistent structures and organized information. We see that males excel at this. They are always taking things apart to see how they work and seeing what they can build. Mens’ brains are even better at manipulating objects in their mind’s eye. Christ, meanwhile, is called the “Word” and through him everything was made! This fits perfectly. Words are organized structures that name objects and differentiate them. In other words, the Christos is the mind of God, that aspect of the godhead that brings forth the organization needed to manifest a universe and a world such as this one.

Some people have tried to make of the Holy Spirit a female but I see it as neutral. It has feminine aspects, loving compassion and reverence for life, but it also has male aspects – light and fire and sudden comprehension. It is also penetrating!

    • messianicdruid September 22, 2019 at 10:47 pm #

Good questions, we are not that far apart. Let us take them up later in the week – meanwhile:

“In a marriage, husband and wife are naturally called to be each other’s witness. If the marriage functions as it was intended from the beginning, each is equipped to hear the voice of God in a different way, yet complementary to the other. Man was created in the image of God, and we know that God is complete, lacking nothing. God is both male and female and has revealed Himself to mankind in both ways at different times. At first, God revealed Himself as feminine under the name El Shaddai, as we read in Gen. 17:1,

1 Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, Yahwehappeared to Abram and said to him, “I am El Shaddai….”

It is interesting that, when read literally, Yahweh revealed Himself to Abram as El Shaddai, the mothering side of God, while Yahweh is the Fatherly name revealed later to Moses in Exodus 6:2, 3,

2 God spoke further to Moses and said to him, “I am Yahweh, 3 and I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as El Shaddai; but by My name Yahweh I did not make Myself known to them.”

Hence, we see that Yahweh and El Shaddai are the same God, but while Abraham knew Him as El Shaddai, Moses knew Him as Yahweh. El Shaddai means “the breasted one,” coming from the root word shad, “a breast.”

El Shaddai, then, is the feminine side of God, showing God’s motherhood in bringing forth creation and nurturing creation as a mother nurtures her young child. But the time comes when a child must receive training, education, and discipline from the father. Hence, God later revealed Himself to Moses as a Father when the time came to teach His ways to His children.

But after man was separated into male and female, each needed the other to be complete. And so we see that God is both male and female, as revealed in Scripture. God is complete, and when Adam was first formed on the earth, he too was complete, for he was in the image of God.

But because the law of the double witness was part of God’s character, He separated man into male and female, taking Eve out of Adam in Gen. 2:21-23. Upon separation, the man spiritually resembled Yahweh, while the woman resembled El Shaddai. The man’s ears were naturally tuned to hear the voice of Yahweh, while the woman’s ears were naturally tuned to hear the voice of El Shaddai. The “tone” of voice would be different, and the voice of God usually emphasized different aspects of truth geared toward their gender, but when the man and the woman shared their revelation of truth, they found each revelation harmonious and complementary.” Selah

New Comic-Drama hits the world stage: “Trump & The Whistle Blower ”

What a surprise, that Trump would use his position to try to ‘get dirt’ on an opponent from a foreign power.

Regardless of who the parties are – Biden & Ukraine -that’s an egregious abuse of power. Perhaps finally, there’s enough disgust to get an impeachment process underway. It doesn’t matter that the Senate won’t convict him – so what? It’ll de a interesting spectacle watching the GOP run for cover and hold fig-leaves to their shriveled genitalia…

But Republicans won’t actually care. Their ‘patriotism’ is as fake as their conservative morality. Benedict Arnold was more loyal to America than this mob of spineless toadies.

Sophia: good points on your last post. I’m not enabled to answer anyone directly anymore for some reason. Women have been ousted from Christian Theology even more so than from the Jewish. Islam even more so, being bereft of the Virgin Mary.

Good answer from Messianic Druid too, last post. Different aspects of God – but with the Man being given the role of leadership. The Buddha would have agreed completely. Because Ananda insisted on their entry into the order, the Sangha would only remain healthy for five hundred years instead of a thousand. The Guru gets the last word!

The Dalai Lama says women were given a fair shot more recently in Tibet, and they failed by and large. For your part, you try and turn the tables and make women primary, at least in one of your earlier posts. The Feminine is not primary metaphysically, even they it might be physically in some sense. Probably Hinduism and Taoism have the best balance of the major religions. Of the three major Theistic Traditions in Hinduism, one is overtly Feminine – the Goddess or Shakti Lineages, and the Krishna and Shiva Traditions both have strong feminine aspects.

Sorry you’re dying. Hope it goes well. Why not try for the Pure Land and meeting your husband there? I feel connected to those teachings, and their claim that the Path of Sages is beyond human ability at this point, so low have fallen. Christ said, “I go to prepare a place for you” – a Pure Land Teaching as well perhaps?

    Uh oh

Nigeria, 180 million strong, is imploding.

The mass 3rd world exodus into Europe may not even have begun yet. All of black Africa seems to be in a state of collapse. South Africa, which is deemed Africa’s strongest economy, has an unemployment rate of 29%. Famine stalks Zimbabwe as I type this.

All eyes look north to the magical land of milk and honey for redemption. Angela Merkel’s proclamation “We can do this” when 1.5 million Muslims showed up in 2015 might be put to the test once again. Let the German people ponder that while they enjoy mugs of beer at their Oktoberfest celebration.

Minister of defense of the Russian Federation Shoigu calls US belief in its superiority the major threat to Russia and other states

The United States’ belief in its own superiority could lead to various unreasonable ideas, posing a major threat to Russia and other states, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in his interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets published on Sunday.

Shoigu was very mild regarding “unreasonable ideas”, he should’ve said “absolutely fucking nutty ideas”.
