If anything, political pressures may prevent the White House from going far enough, Binghamton University political science professor Olga Shvetsova argued.

In order to halt the virus, she said vaccines must not only be mandated but that fully vaccinated people need to be tested regularly to stop the emergence of new variants.

“We cannot allow people to be sick but not too sick,” Shvetsova said. “That’s what created delta, and that’s what created omicron. It’s not only about preventing people from being terribly sick. It’s about preventing them from being sick in invisible ways.”

— As reported in the Washington Examiner

Of course, Ms. Shvetsova is not a medical doctor, and it’s reasonable to doubt that politics represents any kind of science at all, but just a pretense of it in order to affect some academic respectability. Which prompts one to wonder: what shreds of respectability remain in the universities run by Jacobin maniacs? (Answer: almost none, and zero cred, too, lately, and note that having surrendered entirely to this kind of intellectual racketeering, higher ed is just another major institution whirling around the drain.)

There’s a lot to marvel at, though, in the manifold insanity of Ms. Shvetsova’s quoted views, starting with her overall totalitarian gusto. No ambiguity there about the need for coercion, for pushing people around, with no reference to legal niceties. (Note, political science is a field apart from the study of law, which doesn’t pretend to be science.) The bit I love most is: “It’s about preventing [citizens] from being sick in invisible ways.” Huh…? You know what else is invisible? Your thoughts. You could be harboring hostile thoughts about the folks who seek to push you around, which could lead to the accusation that you are an enemy of the state!

Prof. Shvetsova was not the only one out of her lane in the Covid thunderdome this week. Wall Street shill Jim Cramer took a few minutes off of pimping stocks on his CNBC-TV show to declare that the US army should be used to force vaccinations on the vax-resistant. “Acting President” Anthony Fauci and his political advisor, “Joe Biden,” used the hatching of Omicron to beseech the multiply-vaxxed to booster-up — overlooking the perhaps embarrassing reality that the mRNA vaccines do nothing to stop the spread of Covid, though they do have quite a downside in relative harm from adverse reactions.

For instance, a new study and warning from the American Heart Association concluded that mRNA vaccines dramatically increase risk of developing heart disease between 11 and 25 percent. Twitter slapped an “unsafe” warning on anyone attempting to transmit this news on its sacred app. Unsafe to whom, or what?  Why, to the sacred narrative, of course, which is that the USA must be kept in a never-ending paranoid uproar over Covid — certainly until at least past the 2022 elections, in order to maintain all the emergency mail-in ballot provisions that enable voting fraud.

Meanwhile, the emerging reality of Omicron is that it has a much lower transmission coefficient than its predecessor, the Delta variant, and produces only mild symptoms of illness. Someone should tell Acting President Fauci that Halloween is over and he can stop trying to scare everybody. Anyway, two federal judges rendered decisions striking down Acting President Fauci’s vaccine mandates. The second ruling, penned by U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty of Louisiana’s Western District, featured a particularly lusty and detailed diagnosis of the mandate’s constitutional impropriety, and extended the injunction against vax mandates to all fifty states.

This leaves the USA in a distinctly exceptional position among the other nations within the loose confederation of Western Civ. Thanks to manifestations of sanity on the federal bench, the vax mandates appear DOA here now, while Austria and Germany have rushed into full-blown psychotic fugues over Omicron, announcing harsh punishments for their unvaxxed and, coincidentally, wrecking another Christmas season among people whose Teutonic devotion to the ancient pagan solstice rites runs hot and deep. There is obvious awareness among German vax protesters, as seen on their T-shirts and placards, that 2021 is looking like a nauseating rerun of 1933. Is it not amazing that the German politicians don’t see that in their diktats?

The Covid psychosis is just a reassignment of the Trump derangement, which was provoked by the generalized anxiety about collapsing industrial societies. The reasons for the collapse are not hard to grok: a declining resource base, especially affordable, economically plausible oil, a financial system purposefully detached from on-the-ground material reality, and sets of grossly foolish over-investments in complexity in the techno-narcissistic effort to work-around all that.

The epic Trump and Covid hysterias (with a side-dish of climate neurosis) managed to distract the masses from those essential economic quandaries. But now the breakdown in all the channels of production, trade, and money is roaring in our faces, and just at Christmas time, too, when the sore-beset people seek just a few weeks’ respite from their travail and despair. Don’t be surprised by their rising fury over this in the days ahead.

Well, no matter what comes out against the demented, demonic societal crushing agenda, the criminals in charge push forward as the lemming hearted hoard backs its way every closer to the sheer drop. Whether any entity will step up and say “ENOUGH” and offer serious resistance, (there’s that word again), remains to be seen, but I for one believe that the medication, entertainment and general malaise following the upper atmospheric lithium dispersals will allow the crowd to simply do whatever it is told to do. They won’t even need prison guards to march the victims into the showers (or guillotines).

I’m not sure about uprisings, but increasing volatility in all markets presage the coming collapse of bad debt. Loss of jobs, energy and food tends to wonderfully concentrate the mind.

Indeed, there is not a single case in history of a society of fat people revolting against a government, but plenty of cases of the hungry massing going for it!

I profess to know less than nothing about bitcoin but I was amused this AM to hear 97 year old Charlie Munger (right hand man with the inch-thick glasses of 91 year old Warren Buffett) state that he wishes cryptocurrencies had ‘never been invented’ and admires China for banning them.

I think he also wishes the push-button starter on cars had never been invented and prefers the hand crank up by the front bumper.

Just saw a vid on Twitter where the goons running the camp were telling one resident not to move anywhere near the fence, or she’d be fined $5000.

        • sevensec December 4, 2021 at 6:09 pm #

Afraid we know how this works out. It’s just the Stanford Prison Experiment, Down Under Edition.

      • Night Owl December 3, 2021 at 6:04 pm #

Remember when it was just “conspiracy theory”? The satellite pics of the camps during construction.

Then videos from people who got close to the sites.

Then the mainstream ran a story or two telling us they were just to replace the hotels (keeping in mind that being locked in a hotel being is a normal thing only to the Covidian cult)

Then select groups were moved to the camps

Then vulnerable native peoples were taken in groups

And now, we have normal everyday women who test negative for the “virus” being taken away from their homes

And in Europe we now have metal fences erected in shopping malls and local markets to seperate the Frankenshoters and the healthy

        All normal.

        • Rulo Deschamps December 3, 2021 at 6:13 pm #

          Night Owl,

I have to say I’ve come around to your point of view. You were right. I don’t believe there’s much we can do, but there’s what we can not do: not take the shot, not comply, no matter what. That’s my line in the sand, anyway. But I have given up trying to persuade others, and I just “cultivate my garden” and do what I think is right.

          Thank you for the education.

          • Wizard of the Saddle December 3, 2021 at 7:02 pm #

I’m the same way, Rulo. I refuse to take the vax, but I don’t try to convince others anymore. It is clear that at this point 99.999% of all people have made up their minds about the COVID vax and it is a waste of time, energy, and breath trying to save others, so I concentrate on saving only myself.

          • GreenAlba December 3, 2021 at 7:41 pm #

It’s still worth trying to wake people up before they let their children be jabbed, or to take boosters.

And to warn them of what the vaxx passes will morph into.

          • GreenAlba December 3, 2021 at 7:42 pm #

            Weapons of Mass Delusion:

In a Gallup poll referenced by Bill Mather, 41% of Democrats believe that the UnVaccinataed stand a +50% chance of being hospitalized. The actual number is .89% !!!

I highly recommend the Chris Martenson interview others have referred to as the best single analysis of the mass psychosis that has infected the western world.

            https://youtu.be/CRo-ieBEw-8
            or
            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRo-ieBEw-8

Rulo: In the US there is a long established legal basis for drawing your line in the sand. It’s called the Castle Doctrine or Stand Your Ground principle. You have a legal right to draw your line in the sand at your doorstep or lot boundary and defend it by force of arms if necessary. If you or your family are alone the SWAT team will exterminate you just as they did at Ruby Ridge. However if you organize 500 of your neighbors to declare that they are part of the Castle Movement and post copies of the Law at their property boundaries the Authorities will find it impossible to deploy their armored vehicles against all of them, not knowing what kind of resistance they will encounter or how it will play on the news. Or whether the State National Guard will be on their side or that of the people.

            Wizard, Alba, Hereward,

            Thors,
I can’t thank you enough for the link. My wife and I listened with interest and it sparked good conversation. Much food for thought there. El pueblo unido… ojalá. Yes, no man is an island. Community matters. We are quite isolated, don’t have 500 neighbors – but the 20 we have think along the same lines as we do. Few, but determined.

Night Owl, I’m not giving up. And I do thank you, along others here, for sounding the alarm early on. In your own incomparable, harsh and cranky way. Cheers, Danke. You don’t give up either. Shelter in place. Look around for allies outside the screen. They will be vital. Know your strasse, and have a plan b, c, etc. Good luck.

For months we’ve been predicting and pointing out that this would happen if people simply complied. They were told that if they just do what they’re told, they could have their freedoms back.

And we were called nutfudge and tinfoil hat.

But we were right. It’s all unfolding now.

When people comply, they are allowing themselves to be put on the same level as farm stock.

I think the 2020 midterms are going to end Covid. What politician is going to go into an election cycle pumping more Covid restrictions? That may resonate with some people, but to me it seems like a suicide mission. Maybe 30% of the electorate are all in on Covid, the rest of us have Covid fatigue.

Dr. David Martin hit the nail on the head when asked how Big Pharma pulled off the takeover of our society and government – by the corruption of the Judicial System!

There is a reason that judges wear black dress just like the Nazgul for they have all fallen under the spell of the Dark Lord. Without a judicial system that is impartial and fair, the enforcement arms of the law become mindless pawns who would bayonet their own babies to retain their paychecks and their pensions. But then, once money and material wealth became their gods, all morality, decency, and the very concept of right were destroyed.

There is no way back people, prepare to stand and die or run and die, your choice, but if you run you will only die tired.

Mine is being robbed of his childhood, and I won’t allow him to be thrown into a psychotic dystopia where he is stuck with experimental substances every three months until he is severely injured or dead.

They have already normalized face masks and testing (every two days) here in his school. He spends 6 hours a day with his face covered, and twice a week would have a swab stuck up his nose by a ward of the state, were we not driving him to a testing site where he can do a spit test.

He recently told me he pulls the mask down to try breathe when his teacher is not looking. The inside of his mask is brown at the end of the day.

Sorry you’ve had to let your son go back to school.

As far as I’m aware, my grandson (9) still only has to wear a mask on buses and in shops, and I’ve seen loads of school kids just get on the bus without.

For the sake of your child’s sanity and growth as a human being, remove him from the indoctrination camp (AKA public school) immediately!

Not to forget that the nasal swab PCR “testing” torture he is being subjected to was identified by it’s Nobel Prize winning inventor Kory Mullis as being completely useless for medical diagnosis. Mary, Thor: Homeschooling is illegal in Germany. Something that would be the main driver for us to go back to the States. But it would be a Herculean effort right now, and we have no guarantee that the rules of entry won’t change by the time we could actually move.

And of course, who knows if the court rulings against the “vaccine” mandates in the US will hold.

I did not agree with some of the young man’s delivery but his blaming of the rise of the anti patriot state on the lack of action by the Boomers is pretty accurate. No.1 we did not educate our youth with the Truth (hi, OG). No.2 the wall should have been built during Reagan’s administration.

The Democratic Party is the enemy of this country.

        John AZ,
I just had a discussion this morning about the Democratic Party. We were discussing the rash of unprovoked stabbings by community members. My thought is because they have been fed a diet of victimhood. Now, they feel embolden to strike back at the perceived oppressors.
I think it is because that particular culture is so violent. The Democratic Party under Lyndon Johnson instituted “The War on Poverty”. Black men abandoned their families because it made economic sense to do so. A steady diet of being told you are a victim, education is not cool, drug commerce and use, contact with the criminal justice system etc. has turned out badly. In my past career, I saw lots of talented, competent black people being quite successful, so I know it can be done.
I stay pretty much in the burbs now, but I make daily use of my concealed carry permit. IMHO, the Democratic Party is a criminal enterprise.

From the Lancet, ostensibly one of the most respected medical journals in the western world, yet another well done study just published showing that the COV ‘vax’ is a total disaster. There is an 8 fold increase in COV infection in the ‘vaxxed.’ No significant positive effects re transmission or reduction of cases; nor the provision of immunity to COV. Worthless. Perhaps twitter will put their censor stamp on this too.
The reference is : Lancet: Regional Health Europe, Vol. 11, 100272, December 1, 2021.

As data like this flow in, I am increasing astounding by the group psychosis that is sweeping the west and doubling down on mandates, lockdowns, etc. Are we committing group cultural suicide?

Yes the psychotics are in control and will persist until they die or are arrested. 6 months, 3 months; all for a fake ‘vax’ that clearly doesn’t work and has a terrible side effect profile.

I have never in my career seen at least 50% of health care folks being in a hypnotic like state around the ‘safe and effective’ ‘vax.’ Many actually repeat that mantra when asked about their opinion of it: ‘Oh yes, it is safe and effective.’ The other half avoid the clot shot like the plague; there are reports out there that the people who are most likely to purchase a fake ‘vax’ credential are MD physicians. A fake credential for a fake ‘vax.’ Idiocracy, with a Kafka twist.

        Group psychosis.

I had to do a reluctant rear guard action with my employer this week. I received an email to report on my vaccine status, and if I wanted a religious or medical exemption and to supply information from my doctor if it’s medical. I avoided answering for a week, a second email came. I finally called the office and talked to the person over the effort, told her that I understand the you have a job to do, I understand the company is not going to pay a big fine in order to keep me in a job, but I’m not going to supply my medical information to you for an exemption to the vaccine. I’m not going to put my doctor on the spot by some medical board because he is writing exemptions to the shot. He would not approve it anyway, they have already beaten him into compliance. Sooo, I’m not getting ready to hide behind anyone to say what I have to say, I’m not getting the vaccine, I have been handling my healthcare for all of my adult life and I’m not going to start to allow anyone else to make those healthcare decisions for me. I don’t believe in the vaccine, the way it is produced, the type on effects it has on the body, and most of all the coercion to take something that cannot protect me or my patients from the very thing I am taking the vaccine for and that most people, over 99 percent will recover from. I understand where that leaves me with the company and I accept the consequences. There was a long awkward silence, I then said I am also doing this for the folks who can’t say what I just said because they are afraid to. Lady, you do what you gotta do. I just told you what I’m going to do. She thanked me and hung up.

As I mentioned on the previous thread, Rulo, I’ve been binge watching a French box set about a fictional village in the Jura, under German occupation. It’s been excellent. Fans of the ‘gritty’ French police drama, Spiral (Engrenages) would recognise Audrey Fleurot and the guy who played ‘Gilou’.

Collaborators, resistants, torture (including by the French police).

I take some comfort from assuming that, even if we’re carted off to a camp, there shouldn’t be any need for torture, as they can read everything we’ve said already for themselves. They don’t need names and places from us, as they already have them.

From a political standpoint (and isn’t that what the mass psychosis is all about?) a mass die off would be disastrous for the Rat Party.
The percentage of Democrats fully vaxed and infected with the Mind Parasites is far higher than among the Repugnants. A mass die off from the spike protein clots in the arterial system would rid the country of Karens, triple boosted soy boys, hormone dependent gender tranies, and fossilized old politicians. The real winners will be the millions of un-vaccinated illegal immigrants with their highly developed natural immune systems conditioned by growing up in a life of poverty.

I expect that the COVID scam will lose its utility after Russia invades the Donbass region of the Ukraine, sometime in the New Year.

“If this new variant is as mild as it appears to be, it could end up being a natural vaccine that will be vastly more protective than the current mRNA vaccines as it will stimulate memory T-cells and B-cells to recognize the entire virus and not just the spike protein. ”

Antibody therapy is temporary as the body naturally destroys antibodies with time to keep inflammation down. Hence, booster shots every four to six months.

The vaccine’s apparent ineffectiveness may be related to the individuality of the destruction of the antibodies with little or no memory backup. As I have related before, some people do not even react to vaccines. No memory defense, no antibody defense in zero to six months, no vaccine effect, the crud arises again.

Until the medical PTB stop lying to us through their self imposed ignorance, the cycle will keep repeating as variations show up. Vaccines probably protect a percentage of the population as advertised, but the lack of memory protection makes antibody re vaccination imperative, but how often??? Each person is different.

How to tell? I have not heard Fauci or anyone else in virology telling us about memory creation, or antibody duration.

IMHO, the lack of R&D, information, therapies, is a direct result of interference run by the global PTB for many reasons.

The same globalists that espouse Climate change, world government ans wokester is. BTW, the center of the globalist liberalism is Europe! Not China, not even Russia. The last thing the world powers want is nationalistic Communism such as CCP. Or Russia.

      Seriously RaymondR?

Russian troops don’t need to invade Donbass – they can already just walk across the border, invited.

But even that isn’t necessary as the locals will continue to defend themselves against the Ukraine Government troops as they have now for what, nearly a decade?

It will be the Ukrainian forces that have to “invade” what was (is, yet legally) Ukraine.

That said, it would be good for some “outrage” to happen so that COVID madness could fade into the background and the bureaucrats/politicians can pretend like they didn’t do anything wrong.

Anyone note that Iran and Russia, likely the only regions left with significant oil, are not really keen to sell it all (while mouthing something to satisfy their own population who, like everyone else, will sell their future for immediate consumption)

Russia and Iran are not going to fall. Hillary tried Russia and Trump tried Iran.

Now the rest of the well-to-do world is trying to climb off the runaway train of consumption and overpopulation.

I wish they would just ration stuff instead of using all kinds of tricks and letting the big pharma run amok.

You must have swallowed a double dose of the Jonestown Kool Aid if you think that Russia plans to invade the Donbass. The only people that believe that are ancient fossilized Nazis in Kiev and the crazy wing of the NeoCons in the US and NATO.

Putin has been delicately managing the situation for a decade to keep the Donbass as a buffer between the NATO Nazi regime in Kiev and the Russian heartland. Russia’s military goals are clear— never again fight a war on Russian soil. My conclusion is that Putin is a Russian nationalist and a serious person. Unlike the politicians from the USA/NATO he doesn’t bluff. Russia now has dominant technical superiority with atmospheric hyper sonic weaponry against which the USA/NATO has no defense, and will soon have them in mass production. They will only use them as a final resort in the Ukraine if pushed to the wall, but if that happens it will be a total disaster for the US and Western Europe.

Great post as usual. Mel Brooks had it right all along, “People, they’re Nuts.” Everything going on right now can be directly traced back to unsound money. It was my parents generation (I’m a boomer) who lost the war (Banksters against Humanity), and it looks like it is up to my grandchildren to take it back up again. Not sure they have it in them. So, I was perusing utube yesterday and watched Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World” w/ introduction by him. He was talking about overpopulation, wars, climate, etc, more or less what is going on today and it gave me a new perspective for a little while. Anyway, thanks Jim, and thanks Louis.

    “What A Wonderful World”

    I see trees of green
    Red roses too
    I see them bloom
    For me and you
    And I think to myself
    What a wonderful world

    I see skies of blue
    And clouds of white
    The bright blessed day
    The dark sacred night
    And I think to myself
    What a wonderful world

    The colors of the rainbow
    So pretty in the sky
    Are also on the faces
    Of people going by
    I see friends shaking hands
    Saying, “How do you do?”
    They’re really saying
    “I love you”

    I hear babies cry
    I watch them grow
    They’ll learn much more
    Than I’ll never know
    And I think to myself
    What a wonderful world

    Yes, I think to myself
    What a wonderful world

    Oh yeah

This is going to get interesting. On the one hand, the vaccine narrative is getting so absurd and actually now requires murdering children to the point that reasonable people are finally pushing back. On the other hand we have the authorities doubling down on these foolish policies along with so many billions in vaccine funding and investments that there’s quite a bit of systemic inertia in the official story. This is analogous to two giant trucks screaming down the road at each other playing chicken. At some point you expect a collision.

If I recall, there was an obscure statement on some blog back in 2018 that stated that the world had passed the peak of fossil fuels extraction. It’s all downhill from here. The question is, how fast can we shed demand? (Or population).

    • TaxDonkey December 3, 2021 at 10:18 am #

Peak easy to extract oil was something like 2005 or so. Then there was the fracking boom, which was actually huge, but suffered from poor energy return on investment. I’m not an oil expert, but it’s not hard to see we are now on the down slope of fracking production. Unfortunately solar and wind have been a miserable failure and we’re now trying to figure out how to deal with giant wind turbine blades and old solar panels in the landfills.

      • Islander December 3, 2021 at 10:33 am #

          It sounds callous.

Some of the world has been very successful utilizing natural resources and have been able to develop advanced civilizations. Others not so much.

We are continuously talking about a controlled reduction in population needed to stop the drain of resources.

          It is the only way!

As anti Christian as it sounds, people must slow down procreation and people must be allowed to die. Naturally!! Three ways of nature to increase die off, famine, disease and war, three of the four horsemen. Developed countries will need to put blinders on and let nature run its course.

Mother Nature will have her own way eventually anyway. Who survives will depend on who is best in all ways.

OG. Strawman. The remaining folks after the die off Rapture may be the residual, the faithful, the intelligent, the “developed “? God may be the master regulator.

          • TaxDonkey December 3, 2021 at 3:55 pm #

We’re already there with population reduction coming soon. I don’t even mean the whole vaxx thing, but the fact that we burn natural gas to reduce nitrogen (N2) from the air into ammonia that’s used for fertilizers in Big Ag farming. Lower natural gas = less fertilizers = less food. Period.

Some argue that we can convert to organic farming, but I don’t see how 8 billion are going to transition seamlessly into this new paradigm.

The Texas “crisis” last year would look like a nothing burger.

        • Islander December 3, 2021 at 2:55 pm #

If those who live next to wind turbines are happy in proximilty to turbines, then I am happy for you. Also if your farmers are getting “rents” from them.

I’ll just stick to my subject, which is that it is that to ring the continent with wind generators (forget the “farms” nomenclature; that is PR) that are in the migratory path of birds, are in the foraging grounds of the critically endangered North Atlantic right whale, is madness.

We have already lost untold birds and bats. Same in the North Sea.
          https://committees.parliament.uk/oralevidence/1938/pdf/ :
“Helen Quayle: We would describe the ecology of the North Sea currently as in a poor state. This is reflected across the ecosystem, notably in our seabirds and ongoing damage to the seabed. We need to consider this degraded state in the context of offshore wind being another pressure that is coming into the system. The reason we are so degraded is ongoing increases in human activity from development and from fishing.

We also have impacts from climate change. As you mentioned, this is in the water and on the seabed, and the development is occurring above the sea, so we have to consider this in a three-dimensional way.

Pressure has been ongoing for decades, and we have now reached a point where it has not been adequately addressed. It has accumulated, so we have this legacy of unaddressed impact. We can see ongoing declines in our sea bird species, in populations as well as their breeding success. What that means is that they are just not breeding well enough
to even start to recover. This is particularly notable for species such as kittiwakes.

We also have problems for the harbour porpoise, which is a cetacean. They are affected by underwater noise. If we keep developing, we are creating a noisier environment. Cetaceans rely on sound to find their food, to detect predators and to find mates, so that is a big problem. The impacts from offshore wind and other development can include habitat loss, displacement, disturbance and reductions in the availability of food.

Thinking about the seabed and construction, the North Sea is now littered with cabling from energy infrastructure, which changes the habitat of the seabed. For example, if cabling is put through a sandbank, it is then covered with rock armouring to protect the cabling. That is a big problem for sand eels that need to live in the seabed. It has modified their environment. Sand eels are a really important species in the North Sea. They are a keystone species and part of many food webs for other fish
species and sea birds. They are also affected by fishing and climate change.
We start to see this picture in the North Sea of threats and issues that are arising at every level of the food web, the habitat and the system. It is building up and we are now at the stage where we face irreversible wildlife losses. Industry deploying offshore wind cannot reconcile this challenge alone, so it is clear that we urgently need a new approach to offshore wind, how we deploy this technology and how we manage our seas. We need to find joint solutions for climate and nature.”

          Read whole thing:

Is it a demand thing that keeps them idle? I am also surrounded by them and they mostly spin. Some days, no…usually when it’s in the 70s and pleasant. • TaxDonkey December 4, 2021 at 1:18 am #

The thing is that solar and wind are intermittent, not constant. When the wind isn’t blowing, that baseload needs to be supplied by fossil fuel sources. The coal or natural gas has to fire up immediately to supply the electricity that wind all of a sudden fails to provide. From what I’ve read this is actually less efficient than just having steady state burning of coal in the 1st place. Apparently nuclear is superior in that sense. It doesn’t fluctuate.

        • Not_GeorgeT December 3, 2021 at 1:58 pm #

Recently in NM 90 of them were detonated at the base, rendering the bases useless. Most of the parts, which were unusable, went to the landfills.

So put them in the ocean to offset rising sea level BFD. There’s problems with everything. How many people does pollution from coal kill? How about Fukashima? Oilfield fires like from Gulf War? Oil spills? Give me a break with the “windmill blades filling up the landfills.”

          • Not_GeorgeT December 4, 2021 at 2:39 am #

I think you’re missing the point. The windmills/wind farms are being “sold” as green renewable energy.

Could not be further from the truth.

            They end up in landfills.

First, it is not a single item situation.

Oil fields destroyed by burning during a shooting war doesn’t have much bearing on wind farms.

Oil spills seem to me the result of either human error or greed, take your pick.

            Fukashima:

A- check the alternative theories, I’d say the “jury is still out”.

B- It could have been designed differently

I don’t know how many people die from “coal pollution” whatever it is.

            So, what is your solution?

      • Jarek December 3, 2021 at 10:53 am #

The immediate answers are coal and nuclear. As for the long term, drive out the foreign barbarians, arrest the tyrants, and unlock Aryan genius.

Horizontal drilling and fracking technology is profitable for lean, mean drillers at about $70 per barrel. There is a huge shale and tight formation resource available in the world, but the only place it has been developed to any extent is the U.S. The problem is that, unlike the old fields, these wells are depleted in 3 years. You have to keep drilling at a high rate to meet the present demand for oil. This cannot be supported by the FED’s imaginary money. The problem is not the oil resource. It’s the worthless currency that is failing.

        • TaxDonkey December 3, 2021 at 4:08 pm #

Fracking is starting to tap out. The decline rates are worse than they ever have been. The energy return on investment is terrible with fracking compared to conventional oil. They use MASSIVE amounts of water. They mess up the roads with the gazillions of trucks needs to frack. Production is pointed downward. Higher oil prices since a couple years ago haven’t reversed this trend. Higher oil prices doesn’t always translate into profits for the frackers because it forces the price of everything to go up.

        • tahoe1780 December 3, 2021 at 11:17 pm #

It’s the Energy Return on Energy Invested. Constant drilling and fracking of poorer and poorer quality wells requires lots of diesel, leaving little left over for the rest of the economy.

But, but, but… DATA! We need more DATA, Jim!

By the way, great post this morning. Just when I think we might have reached peak insanity, the fucking CovIdiots raise the bar another notch or twelve. I fully expect that we’ll be following in Germany’s footsteps – one way or another – by spring. THANK YOU CovIdiots!

On a personal note, it occurred to me this morning that what this is really all about is personal imprisonment. They want us all locked down and compliant in our little hovels such that we pay the costs for our own imprisonment. No cars, no going out, no nothing. Grocery and Amazon deliveries only. Rigged internet and cable TV News to keep us all pissing our pants. And FREE in-home testing for the mystery virus!!! After that, the rest is all too easy. Alcohol, drugs, lethargy, domestic violence incidents, poison vaxxes (soon to be in convenient pill form!!!) and depression soon follow. Gen pop reduced to a more manageable ~100M or so in the space of less than 10 years.

Have a nice day everyone! And hey, MASK UP! It’s DANGEROUS out there!

Disaffected: Quite simply, it’s the Great Reset. It’s here and now. And that involves a three-fold strategy: depopulation, destruction of the current economic system and total surveillance of the individual. Vaccines feed into all three: killing of folks and increasing fertility, destroying jobs via mandates and lockdowns, and best of all, instigating vax passes that can easily morph into full scale digital ID tracking everything we do. And most of the idiots still think this is about the sniffles. I think Davos will fail. But the body count will be high.

It gets doable once they reduce the gen pop, though. Everything’s predicated on that. First reduce the numbers, then surveil the shit out of the remaining sheep to make sure they know who’s boss. The world is going to look a WHOLE LOT different by 2030. Flyover country will be exactly that. A handful of wealthy elites will be able to fly over it and marvel at the desolation on the way to and from their coastal and/or Rocky Mountain kingdoms. Everything below them will be labeled no-go zones for everyone other than the handful of slave laborers required to tend to the agricultural and mining machinery.

“The Covid psychosis is just a reassignment of the Trump derangement, which was provoked by the generalized anxiety about collapsing industrial societies. The reasons for the collapse are not hard to grok: a declining resource base, especially affordable, economically plausible oil, a financial system purposefully detached from on-the-ground material reality, and sets of grossly foolish over-investments in complexity in the techno-narcissistic effort to work-around all that.”

…..the accelerated step down and abandonment of Deep Blue cities and surrounding purple regions by the guardian, trade, and professional service classes, presages the greatest collapse of urban civilization in the recorded history of western civilization.
It is the worst of times (and getting worse) in Deep Blue and surrounding purple locales.
It is the best of times (and getting better) in Deep Red locales.
The black swans emerging within the equity, credit, debt, and housing markets are in direct proportion to the accelerating waves of collapse across urban civilization, nation and world wide.
The equity markets shall increasingly struggle to climb the wall of worry up, then ride the elevator down.
Same as it ever was, and subject to the governing law of self-organized criticality.

The equity-credit-debt-housing mania-pushers are running out of other people’s money…..

  17. mitchellc December 3, 2021 at 10:42 am #

Why isn’t the debt money system taught or at least explained?

Because it’s so rudimentary that it might enrage both professional & working class stiffs who actually posses real skills, but are paid a fraction of the bankers.

However, the real reason is that it’s 100% predicated on growth. Without sufficient resources to expand production 2-3% per annum ad infinitum, the system inevitably implodes upon itself.

Since thinkers are always way ahead of the curve, they knew about this poison pill at inception. And so each successive generation of bankers assumes control of this inherently unstable beast.

Do they even bother explaining the mechanics to politicians like the Biden entity, or just give them dark ominous warnings of pending societal collapse?

Regardless, if you know what’s happening, actually what was always baked in, then the only open question is timing. And so we are here.

Unless you sincerely believe that govt is honestly working towards the common welfare, then everything makes perfect sense.

I think the crash has already occurred. The money system is now so completely uncoupled as to solely represent national ability to project compliance.

All else flows from these core factors, including the election, covid, etc. Forget the distractions and realize we’re already past the inflection point.

Demonstrate you’re smarter than everyone else by cleansing your mind of the fools wildly running around in hysterics.

I think the crash has already occurred. The money system is now so completely uncoupled as to solely represent national ability to project compliance.

Nice post. I spent my first 40-50 years in a world where your mortgage cost about 7.5% and your savings could make about the same, or a little less. Inflation was controlled by central banks managing monetary policy (interest rates – the cost of money).

Meanwhile, governments were elected on their “fiscal responsibility” and debt management – surplus good deficit bad.

But over the past decade or more, this has all uncoupled – interest rates are effectively zero, but since I have no mortgage or other debt – all paid off – I can’t take advantage of a home loan at less than 3%.

But meanwhile we diligent savers are punished, as most of our investments make almost nothing – and in many cases are declining against inflation. To make serious money you need to take on lots of risk (stock markets etc) – not it’s something we’re prepared to do in retirement.

Meanwhile fiscal responsibility is out the door for governments – they can borrow huge amounts at little cost, so deficits and soaring debts don’t matter … they’re elected on how much pork they can dish out to every interest group. They don’t even hide it. Plus the printing presses run tirelessly printing more money.

If there’s a crisis, central banks have no interest rates to play with.

I don’t see how all this ends well, or ever improve, especially when coupled with the resource crises JHK enumerates, plus the side-salads of Covid-19, climate change, and international aggravations.

I could also mention poverty, over-population, environmental degradation, mass movements of people, and much else.

Many expect a 40% decline in the stock market next year. That should awaken the masses. The Fed won’t fight inflation. 1970’s are here again. Prices for everything double by 2024. USA is third world now. Teach your kids Chinese. They’ll take over by 2030.

The primary (elementary) school I went to in Sydney in the early 1960s was 100% Anglo-Irish – now the main language in Mandarin … something similar has occurred at my high school up the road, and at the Architecture School I attended at university in the 1970s. The Chinese influence in Australia is extraordinary.

Allegedly informed people have being saying this for at least a decade, and it hasn’t happened – stock-markets have essentially boomed.

No wonder the average punter has no idea what is really going on, or what is really going to happen with their investments.

“We cannot allow people to be sick but not too sick,” Shvetsova said. “That’s what created delta, and that’s what created omicron. It’s not only about preventing people from being terribly sick. It’s about preventing them from being sick in invisible ways.”

We can dig into this statement a little more. Shvetsova is correct, when she says, “We cannot allow people to be sick but not too sick.”

I interpret that to mean, we cannot allow LEAKY VACCINES to influence the evolution of the virus.

Assuming the virus is real – IT HAS NEVER BEEN ISOLATED – we must consider how this LEAKY VACCINE can affect the variants that evolve.
    ——————————– Article Reference ——————————–
Leaky Vaccines, Antibody-Dependent Enhancement, and the Marek Effect

    https://www.juliusruechel.com/2021/09/the-snake-oil-salesmen-and-covid-zero.html#Leaks

The experience of the 2nd wave of the 1918 Spanish Flu also raises another question: What kind of evolutionary pressures are being created by using a leaky vaccine?

A vaccine that provides sterilizing immunity prevents the vaccinated from being able to catch or transmit the virus. They become a dead end for the virus. However, as I’ve already mentioned, the current crop of COVID vaccines, which are meant to train the immune system to recognize the S-spike proteins, were not designed to create sterilizing immunity. By their design, they merely help reduce the risk of severe outcomes by priming the immune system. The vaccinated can still catch and spread the virus ? the definition of a leaky vaccine ? and epidemiological data makes it very clear that this is now happening all around the world. Thus, both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated are equally capable of producing new variants. The idea that the unvaccinated are producing variants while the vaccinated are not is a boldfaced lie.

From an evolutionary perspective, this is a potentially dangerous scenario. What has been done by temporarily blunting the risk of hospitalization or death, but without stopping infection among the vaccinated, is to create a set of evolutionary conditions where a variant that is dangerous to the unvaccinated can spread easily among the vaccinated without making the vaccinated very sick. For lack of a better term, let’s call this a dual-track variant. Thus, because the vaccinated are not getting bedridden from this dual-track variant, they can continue to spread it easily, giving it a competitive advantage, even if it is highly dangerous to the unvaccinated.
    —————————————-

This is known as the Marek Effect.

It is true, that this leaky vax is creating the variants. And it is known to the virology community that it is bad public health policy to vaccinate during the pandemic.

Another outcome of the LEAKY VAX is Antibody-dependent Enhancement.

    —————————————–
There is one other danger from leaky vaccines that is worth mentioning because researchers are already starting to see the first signs of it, as you can see discussed in this paper published on August 9th, 2021, in the Journal of Infection. It’s called antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). It happens when a poorly designed vaccine trains antibodies to recognize a virus as an intruder without being strong enough to kill/neutralize them. Instead of the virus being neutralized inside the antibody when the antibody attacks and “swallows” it (antibodies envelope intruders in order to neutralize them), the virus takes over the antibody cell that attacked it and uses it as a host to start making copies of itself. Thus, the attacking antibody opens the door to the inside of the cell and becomes the virus’ unwitting host, thereby accelerating rather than stopping the infection.

Antibody-dependent enhancement is a well-documented phenomenon in attempts to develop vaccines against the RSV virus, dengue fever, and other coronaviruses. This is one of the reasons why previous attempts to develop a human coronavirus vaccine against the SARS virus failed. It kept happening in animal trials. And many doctors warned from day one that it would happen with these vaccines as well as new variants gradually emerge that are sufficiently different from the original variant upon which the vaccine is based. ADE doesn’t show up on the day after vaccination. It emerges gradually as new variants spread that are different from previous variants.
    —————————————–

We will never stop this. It’s too late. “The Science” has failed.

    • SW December 3, 2021 at 11:29 am #

Dr. Robert Malone who was one of the scientists who worked to develop mRNA vaccines said the same thing. In a lecture by him I watched he said there were probably already 1,200 variants, children were not to be vaccinated under any circumstances and only the elderly and sick should have ever been vaccinated and isolated. The lecture was to doctors for CME credits (continuing medical education) and several times they burst into applause.

The Atlantic of course did a character assassination piece on him but left out the fact that what he says is true.

SW, did Luc Montagnier not talk about hypothetical prion disease?

He certainly talked about the possibility of neurogenerative disease generally.

          • TaxDonkey December 5, 2021 at 12:15 am #

We should avoid confusion around the term prion. In the past, prion disease has always been defined as that caused specifically by misfolded prion protein. Creutzfeld-Jakob disease (CJD) is by far the most common human prion disease, viciously fatal with misfolded prion protein. We’ve known for decades that CJD afflicts about 1 per million people in a given population. A significant rise in CJD numbers should stick out like a hard on at the swimming pool. Huge increases in CJD cases would be like an episode of the Walking Dead maybe.

More recently, pretty much every protein misfolding disease that has the same nucleated seeding mechanism of protein misfolding is called a prion disease. They are called prions even though different proteins other than prion are the culprits that misfolded. So Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s etc… are now defined as prion diseases by the brand new definition emerging in the scientific literature. I’m not making a judgement about this, just saying…..

So anyway, the 24 CJD cases (real prion disease) in VAERS associated with the vaccine might be something blipping above the backdrop of 500 or so cases you’d expect in USA in 2021. I don’t know if something is going on with Vaxx+CJD…..The well respected Jessica Rose thinks it is but her entire article on this is behind a paywall unfortunately for me.

What some are referring to is the region in the spike protein that has a most certainly engineered sequence in it with a high tendency to misfold. Such a region is often called a “prion-like domain” and might then result in a “prion” disease, manifesting as protein misfolding, dementia and then death.

          That’s pretty horrific.

He differs from the Spanish scientists from the University of Almeria, who (a) advised glutathione to speed up removal of graphene oxide, and (b) said sporty people naturally get rid of it from their bodies faster.

He’s saying there’s no biological way of removing it, and that it’s in the body forever. Also that the athletes who are dropping dead are doing so because the ‘graphene razor blades’ are most dangerous when undertaking strenuous exercise.

          Not good news, if true.

“…there were probably already 1,200 variants.”

That would represent a natural ecosystem. But here we were with 99% or so the delta. This dominance of a single variant is abnormal and many think (e.g. Peter McCullough) that this was a sure sign that the vaccinated drove formation of the delta which was a product of immune escape.

“It’s about preventing them from being sick in invisible ways.”

I think this is a quite reasonable epidemiological statement. There is nothing scary or dark here.

She is arguing that the virus is pernicious but not lethal, and as a result it spreads widely – often invisible – without killing people.

There is some speculation that the initial Omicron variant circulated for a long time among a few individuals – they had some form of impaired resistance that meant the virus could exist in their bodies for a very long time (months) without killing them or even making them very unwell.

They were the perfect incubator for the big set of mutations that have occurred, and it jumped from those few individuals to the wider population over weeks or months.

In Outlander, Jacobites were Papists wanting a Catholic king to replace the Protestant Hanoverians (George the Second). Jacobites, of Fraser Clan were in France trying under the auspices of Rome and Louis of France to put a Catholic on the English throne. Culloden was the end of it!

This is what really sucks about the whole vaxx thing.

The aholes in DC want everyone vaxxed because Fauci has convinced them that based on historical viral vaccine data that is the right thing to do to get herd immunity.

Covid does not fit the vaxx mold.

It mutates too fast. It invades too fast. It does not trigger memory response. The latter is a guess right now as no data has been generated one way or the other. Antibody control is short term and extremely individualistic. Give 1000 people the vaxx, .01% die, .05 % get side effects, 5% mostly male(based on Hep B data) never titer antibodies, there is no data how many ever get enough antibodies, how long the antibodies last before dropping below effective levels.

Look at that last paragraph. Is it any wonder big percentages of folks get reinfected? Between variation, and the lack of memory and reliable antibody control, no wonder the vaccine does not work for big parts of the population.

Anybody notice Fauci or anyone else telling us the Truth about the variables at play here.

Nope, probably because they might get lynched.

        • abbybwood December 3, 2021 at 1:51 pm #

Fauci is lying about a great many things.

He will not discuss natural immunity, all the studies saying it is long-lasting and durable or how many millions have it. Or that it is preferable to the jab.

He claims to be all about science, yet he supports giving millions an untested for long-term side effects “therapeutic” while deliberately doing his best to eliminate the millions currently in “the control group”. Five years from now “the science” will need the control group to see how those who were unjabbed and those who had Covid and developed natural immunity fared compared to the jabbed. THAT is how science is done.

Of course, once the first 100 people died directly from the jab and the first 100 people were severely injured from the jab, historically the jab should have been STOPPED. This is “science”.

Probably the best way to stop the jabs is to legislate liability against Big Pharma.

Maybe THEN they would start recognizing “the science”?

Here are some gems from that article:

‘The reduction in public service staff numbers will deliver savings of about 30million dollars a year – and those savings will be going into the pay packets of servants like you, who have kept working.’ Courtesy of the compulsory exodus, those who remained would see their yearly retention bonus quadruple.

And the always predictable, venal news media:

Not only does the channel have its own ‘fact-check’ section – with a board made up of the usual suspects, including the Washington Post, FullFact and PolitiFact – but a random click on ‘Africa Check’ reveals its funders to be the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Google, George Soros’s Open Society, Omidyar Network and the daddy of all ‘fact’ checkers, Facebook.”

When I entered the Air Force in July 1962 we still held pay call. We (myself and others in the Accounting and Finance Dept) would get a shit ton of cash from a local (Duluth) bank and break it down into piles of ones, fives, tens and twenties. The troops would get in a line and step up to a table and get their pay in cash. This process ended very soon after my arrival and we went to checks.

The answer, of course, is no….that’s all misinformation…get the shot, get the shot, get the shot.

I have thought for a while that there is something much deeper at play here….not political/conspiracy theory stuff but rather- existential. There’s something about our relationship with our mortality that is perhaps causing the response we see in our fellow citizens.

I may have posted this before but it may be of interest to others new to this forum who are wondering about the roots of the hysteria.

If you don’t behave like this, you won’t get ahead and no one will want you. Thus the System selects for human insects by and large. Who thrives best? The unimaginative. The true believers. And above all, the Psychopaths who rise up to rule them.

    • LagingRunatic December 3, 2021 at 12:51 pm #

It’s also Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), a psychological trait discussed here: https://www.psycom.net/fomo-types

“At its root, FOMO can be a lack of self-awareness about what one values and a lack of intentionality in one’s life… A person who takes time to self-reflect and is very intentional in living according to her or his own purpose is generally more content, and less apt to measure him or herself against others…. Those lacking in self-worth and without an internal sense of security are most often looking to others to measure their own worth.”

I think it’s some kind of deep, existential fear, without the counterbalance of any transcendence. It’s also because we’re so soft and spoilt that we have nothing to compare this with. It’s surely no coincidence that Africans don’t give a damn about China flu or the jab. They know what real misery is and still have religious faith.

Speaking of President Jim Jones Mengele Fauci, I see that the CIA (Washington Post) is attempting to smear Lara Logan for daring to criticize him.

When once-respected journalists move to the fringe
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/11/30/lara-logan-fringe-journalists/

Bobby Jr. has called out his critics to name one factual error in what he has been saying. They can’t, so they go after an easier target, a mere girl with less backing.

The CIA getting involved lends weight to my new theory, that the Deep State had a hand in the notorious Dr. Fauci ending up running the whole covid scam from the Trump task force.

    • SW December 3, 2021 at 11:44 am #

The Fauci interview on Meet the Press (or perhaps the name should be changed to Meet the Former Wannabe Model Now Posing as a Journalist) was of a piece with the Covid-believe-it-or-you’re-a-traitor official line.

Fauci is nothing but an administrator with a medical degree. He was never a scientist, saw no patients and for him to grab the title for himself of America’s Doctor and declare that the sanctity of science can only be approved by him (no other doctors or scientist’s data or opinions or expertise are allowed to compete) is so glaringly arrogant it’s hard to believe anyone has faith in him.

Robert Kennedy Jr is a lawyer and I’ll bet before he sent that book to the publishers, not one word was unprovable. I hope its translated into multiple languages and people all over the world start questioning what’s going on.

      • thirdcoastlegend December 3, 2021 at 12:07 pm #

Fauci does have a gift for rhetoric that hypnotizes the masses though.

His recent, terrifying, “I am the science!” interview would have made Goebbels swoon in admiration.

        • SW December 3, 2021 at 12:17 pm #

Fauci has a gift for discrediting and demeaning others with his passive/aggressive, insulting replies to any questions that challenge him in the least. Yes, Goebbels, would have been a devoted fanboy.

    • JohnAZ December 3, 2021 at 12:48 pm #

      No s**t.

Who did Trump appoint head of the task force?

Pence, Deep State. Who appointed Fauci et al.

The GOP in DC are Deep State, period. With a few very courageous exceptions.

The Deep State controls everything now, get it. Remember that Trump tossed the Covid thing over the fence to Pence at it’s onset as he had a slight issue to work on at the time, namely the idiotic Ukraine impeachment.

Should we blame the Deep State for pushing the Covid reaction onto the back burner by continuing to try to crucify Trump?

        • JohnAZ December 3, 2021 at 2:57 pm #

          Okay, OG

I will rise to your challenge.

          What if,

What if the vaxx had been done right?

What if it killed almost no one, maybe the same as the flu shot?

What if it’s side effects had been inconsequential compared to the flu shot?

What if the memory cells propagated in response to the vaxx as well as the disease itself? IOW, there was no need for the continuing addition of antibodies.

What if the Pharma group had done its job following the VAERs report, the CDC also?

What if the vaxx had worked?

What if politics had not distorted the entire process including all my above bitches.

All the above were unknowns in August of 2020. The main sin here is the total, and I mean TOTAL lack of follow up by the medical community caused by the politics in DC.

Science was a total unknown in this debacle.

          • TaxDonkey December 4, 2021 at 1:46 am #

Imagine if the vaxx was ONLY about the passport as some people say. Then why not inject everybody with saline, nobody would be dying and full-spectrum compliance would be mostly achievable. Why push full speed ahead when you know you’re killing and maiming people? There must be a motive here to hurt people. Nothing else makes sense.

          • GreenAlba December 4, 2021 at 6:09 am #

Absolutely, TD. Especially when you remember that they stopped the swine flu vaxx when deaths/serious adverse reactions hit 26 (the total reached 58 post stoppage of the vaxx).

            Twenty-six!!!

I presume that figure is for the US. Apparently Dr Wolfgang Wodarg (respiratory specialist, current collaborator with Reiner Füllmich’s Corona Investigative Committee, and then-MEP), was responsible for the halting of that vaxx programme before it killed anyone else in the EU. Perhaps his influence in the matter went beyond the EU – I don’t know the details.

The PTB have clearly learned from that experience.

    • abbybwood December 3, 2021 at 2:01 pm #

  26. lateStarter December 3, 2021 at 11:15 am #

And speaking of Germany. I follow the released report every Thursday from RKI and the numbers for break-through cases just keep going up. For > 60 years old:

    December 2, 2021
    Symptomatic COVID cases: 71.3%
    In Hospital: 54.5%
    ICU: 44.5%
    Death: 48%

But for some reason it is those damn unvaccinated that need to be threatened with fines and jail time? How in any sane world, would more vaccinations make sense?

    • JohnAZ December 3, 2021 at 12:50 pm #

Because the governments, unable to do anything about it, propagandize that the vast majority of new cases are from the unvaxxed population. With our media being what it is, there is no one to contest their false data.

Federalists were the party of Hamilton et al at the beginning of the country. They believed that the elite needed to lead the country because the people were incapable.

My father, in Ohio, was a 32nd degree Mason from about 1938 until his death in 1968 from an accident. I was 18.

A few months prior to his death he and I were alone and I went to his closet. He had a diamond sword/moon pin he always wore on his lapel. I said, “When you die, can I keep this pin?”. He said “yes”.

August 22nd of 1968 he was killed and I placed the pin on my dress for his funeral. All the Masons came to me and shook my hand and acknowledged me.

Later that summer, I made the pin into a necklace and never took it off. A friend and I went to a private stone quarry to swim in Berlin Heights. As we were leaving through the apple orchard a man approached us with a shotgun telling us to leave. Then he saw the diamond Masonic insignia around my neck and lowered his gun. “Who’s the Mason?” So I told him about my dad and he said, “Well, in that case feel free to swim whenever you like.”

To this day I still visit from time to time. Quarry Hill Winery right across the way now. Great destination if you are in the Sandusky/Norwalk area Spring through deep Fall.

Totally off topic but I am so sick of Covid mania I thought we could use a break. I came across this article from July 2020 and it lightened my heart just a bit. America has become so divisive and each day brings new disappointments in our leaders and the way our country is run.

Perhaps this article is a bit Pollyanna-ish but it provides a simplistic framework from which to begin. As most of us here realize, the GOP ain’t coming to the rescue. We must become Americans again, roll up our sleeves, and do it ourselves.

    https://americanmind.org/salvo/set-yourselves-free-conservatives/

    • messianicdruid December 3, 2021 at 12:51 pm #

“The reality is that the GOP jumped the shark with Mitt Romney in 2012, and at that point a lot of conservatives like me gave up on the idea of an elevated “national conversation” that would change hearts and minds en masse.”

I never had any faith in mittens, but when they changed the rules on Ron Paul just to keep him out of their “debate” I finally had enough.

      • farmgal December 3, 2021 at 1:24 pm #

Good article and makes some valid points. If there’s any hope at all for the public school system it’s going to have to be taken over at the local level again. With edicts and rules coming out of DC, kids being able to learn and parents to really participate are close to zero. The school board fiasco in Loudon county was a wake-up call for all parents as to how much control only a few people have over their kids education.

I think more people than we realize are doing their best to take control of their lives and not look for the government to make sense anymore, much less save them.

Dr. Ron Paul was marginalized, discredited and downRight screwed by the GOP in both ’08 and ’12.

Dr. Paul is a Great man with integrity. “Ain’t nobody got time for that.”

I would always see the word, “kook” when I would see his name in the MSM.

Then I’d hear from the man himself, on some talk show or other, and I would not see even a hint of the alleged kookiness.

One thing I noticed about him, in his Liberty Reports, unlike the rest of the Republicans, when he would touch on various aspects of the Trump administration, he was always very kind toward the president.

        • cbeard December 4, 2021 at 9:48 am #

Ron Paul is calling for everyone to be vaccinated. Knowing full well the danger the vaccines pose to the populace. He is a traitorous shill with the rest of DC.

“We must become Americans again, roll up our sleeves, and do it ourselves.” I think the spirit of this statement is close to “World made by Hand.” By the way, WMBH does not mean getting a hammer and nails to build something but building a world consciously and deliberately in the proper context of the Long Emergency. Our fears, of course, are the context will actually be the 4th Turning, a far more violent and scarier LE. It’s nice she is doing well in N. CA outside the ClusterFuck.

The CCP virus is spread via aerosol sized droplets of about 1 micron so masks – even the N95 – cannot stop you from inhaling the disease. This was finally admitted by the CDC but not directly. They merely dropped references to how the disease was spread from previous remarks created before 2021. “Science” Fauci, as Pres. Brandon quipped, has become the de facto head of the Executive branch and until he is finally removed from office, we will be living with his warped sense of self righteous duty and those who disagree, much like the PA State employees, will eventually be sent to re-education camps. I have a 60 page report on this for any who replies to this and wants me to send it along.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” Solzhenitsyn

I must concede a point to Jim today. Since joining CFN way back in March 2021, I have regularly pointed out that the only thing exceptional about the USA was its delusional self-back-patting calling itself exceptional.

However, a couple of US judges have indeed proven to be exceptional as they rule by Law vis-a-vis the Executive Branch’s clear over-reach in trying to impose “vaccine” mandates on the US populace.

I have heard of no similar Legal decisions anywhere else in the “Free” World.

And WWI was an attempt by financialized UK to take down industrial capitalist Germany – united barely 40 years at that point. The UK allowed bankers to undermine British industry – then blamed Germany, whose policies protected German industry, in part, by protecting German workers, calling them “aggressive”, a “threat”. Called for Germany’s destruction. Called for Germany to be turned into an agricultural plantation.

Join me in a little quiet resistance?

Over the past months I have experimented with the following:

    1) In a mask mandatory place like an airplane, I wear some variant of a “This Mask Is Useless” slogan on my mask.

    2) In liberal territory, I try to wear some kind of “My Body, My Choice” t-shirt.

I have had zero bad reactions from this.

And numerous positive reactions – including flight attendants on each of Delta, JetBlue and United (force vaxxed and I was forced to fly them for a destination) who lean in and whisper “I agree with you” or “I like your mask.”

Similarly, there are smiles and thumbs up among the public. And no fights.

In this quiet way – we ridicule the totalitarians, and encourage those who want to be free. It’s a little candle in the darkness that makes our friends-in-spirit feel good, and gives us a laugh – and these things are cheap to buy.

In a similar spirit – at a red state airport this week, 20% of the people at the gate just weren’t wearing a mask. Sure, they had to until it was time to board, but until then, they were in the free minority.

Stuff like this is crossing a red line in German society, but our new chancellor to be just informed us that he and his fellow Ampelkoalition members are prepared to cross any red lines they feel necessary to get us vaccinated.

It is time for things to start getting far more real here in the Fourth Reich.

But they are not replying to my emails.

So, they must either feel guilty, or ambivalent, or . . . weird in some way.

Or maybe they don’t want to put anything in an email for fear of being surveilled?

          • Night Owl December 4, 2021 at 3:03 am #

We are worried here, but we have no choice.

We thought about coming back to the States, but the process is complicated as my wife is German.

And in the end, we have to fight this.

What bothers me most is not what our new psychopathic government is doing and plans to do, but the fact that so many still deny the obvious.

Even here, the reality of where we are and what is coming is still treated like some flight of fancy.

For those who are listenting, in Germany, as a healthy person, I can no longer go to any store, my office, or venue that is not “essential.” That means I can only go to the grocery store.

In many shopping centers metal fencing now seperates the Frankenshoted and the healthy.

Our incoming chancellor just told us there is no “red line” he will not cross in getting the Frankenshot uptake to near 100%.

A Covid committee has been formed at the Federal level and has just activated the military for future related operations.

It has been announced that they will find a way to make the Frankenshot compulsory in March.

To all those who still make light of this: Fuck you.

          • Night Owl December 4, 2021 at 7:22 am #

No one really knows. The media claims that about 67% of the population has taken it, but I suspect it is far lower.

They, like the US media, began outright lying during the Trump era. And since then, I have stopped paying attention to any numbers they roll out.

Another thing to note is that the old-scholl anti-vax movement was very large here. I still recall how our Kinderarzt had an hour-long chat with us before we gave the green light to get our child his standard rounds of vaccinations. Lots of people here don’t do it, and medical staff used to take a careful approach to the issue.

That has changed since the Covid hoax was rolled out, but I think they are panicking over the quiet but substantial resistance here.

That said, the cities are fucked. Full of Green and SPD cultists, most young.

In addition to this, Ivermectin attaches to covid spikes and prevents them from binding to ACE2. Get your Ivermectin today while you still can! https://ivmpharmacy.com

Yet I’m reading articles every single day in publications like Bloomberg, USA Today, Elektric, The Guardian and so on, that the fossil fuel age is indeed over, but good riddance, because the ‘transition to renewables’ is almost complete, and a bright new future of everlasting free energy awaits. People must be buying this line, because why else would an EV company like Lucid, which has never sold a car and the EV they are marketing retails at $160,000, be valued at $100 billion? Incidentally the aforementioned Jim Cramer was shilling for Lucent ( and Rivian) on his show for the past few weeks.

    • O.G. Hawkins December 3, 2021 at 2:59 pm #

Global Depop, Heckler. The paradigm is about to radically change.

EV is the future with Global pop. reduced from 8B to 0.5B while US$100B will be worth no more than 100 Confederate Dollars are worth today.

      • JohnAZ December 3, 2021 at 3:11 pm #

        Possibly to zero, OG.

        The universe will shrug.

        • O.G. Hawkins December 3, 2021 at 3:24 pm #

Zero, yes. That’s my point. The valuation of US$100B today is merely there to be looted tomorrow. EV is the future of a much smaller market.

And, no, JAZ. There Really is God. This is all transpiring exactly like He told Saint John almost 2,000 years ago. Buckle up!

This is not about universal indifference. We are, each and every one of us, deciding our eternity Right now. Choose wisely.

          God bless you, Good sir.

        • O.G. Hawkins December 3, 2021 at 11:45 pm #

The economics make much more sense if one thinks of a New World Order with less than a million EV drivers, 500mm transhuman slaves and 7.5B dead.

          • JohnAZ December 4, 2021 at 8:48 am #

The NWO at .5 billion will not have EV cars, or even cars at all. A few tech things might survive, but not many. Capitalism will die falling behind the agricultural feudal model. Cities will degrade to towns supporting what will be left of the Aggie business. As JHK often says, things will localize to support animal drawn agriculture. Heck, there is not enough people at 500 million to run a FF industry.

The last thing the wealthy PTBs is not to have billions of serfs to serve them.

        • Night Owl December 5, 2021 at 3:36 am #

I said it last week, but in IMO, the EVs are not for the average Joe.

They are being built for the elites and their direct minions to tool around in while signaling their “virtue.”

Perhaps my comment here will go a bit against Mr K’s current frame of mind. Hope he won’t mind.

I recently finished reading “Candide, or Optimism”, by Voltaire (1694-1778). I took some time to abridge the very last page of the book to share here. The author, a leading figure of the Siècle des Lumières, the Enlightenment, almost singlehandedly shaped many of the patterns of thought that define our Western Civilization: science, reason, humanism, knowledge, progress, individual rights, religious tolerance. Or rather, that used to define it.

The strange thing is that my interpretation of his masterpiece’s message is more Buddhist than Western Civ, despite his being the very man who came to define what Western Civilization meant for centuries.

The very last sentence in the book is “we must cultivate our garden”, and being a gardener and farmer myself, I want to contribute my view of what that means to me. You will first read of a humble old man, an Ottoman small farmer, who stays away from politics, as getting involved will mean trouble more often than not. He’s content to work his fields with the help of his sons. The opposite of the winds of freedom blowing in Europe at the time, when atheist freethinkers, proto-socialists and intellectuals were raising hell and carving rights away from King and Church.

Candide and his friends had been suffering terribly at the hands of princes, plutocrats, warlords and the Holy Inquisition during their travels all over the world in the corpus of the book, before this last page. They kept repeating that “despite all, we live in the best of all possible worlds” after each beating, torture session, robbing and barely avoided execution (thus the subtitle, “on Optimism”), but now, after their long ordeals, they have to reconsider, after meeting the old Ottoman farmer and his fatalistic, yet happy, view on things. All they have left in the world is a tiny farm, not far from Constantinople – youth, looks, wealth gone, crippled by torments, shattered by loss, they limp back there, to the land. Their last refuge.

And they decide that they cannot take action against the behemoth, the Leviathan, the Babylon that is this world. They cannot change it. They cannot win. Hell, they can’t even know what’s going on. Action is useless against human nature, greed, cruelty. All that remains is non-action. Try to know thyself. Try to change yourself, not the world. Utopianism only makes the world worse (witness Fascism, Socialism, Communism, Khmer Rouge, Jonestown). About 200 years later, Gandhi would famously say, “be the change you want to be in the world”. Be it, yourself. Don’t tell others what to do, how to live. Don’t even try to lead by example. Just live your life, cultivate your garden.

Arguments, anger, hatred towards those we perceive as “wrong” are worse than useless – they are harmful. Covid, politics, conspiracy (I mean coincidence) theories, race, it applies to everything. People will find the truth and live by it, or they won’t, and there’s not much you can do about it, except being the best version of yourself, and cultivating your garden, metaphorically for many (in the sense of utilize your gifts and abilities in whatever field as well as you can), or literally for some of us. Voltaire did in fact garden a lot, a little known fact in a spectacular life that reached a ripe old age after publishing many books, making many powerful enemies and friends, fucking many women and being both jailed and persecuted, and feted and celebrated.

So I know exactly what he meant by his last, famous sentence to cultivate your garden, because in the 18th century the stupid “organic agriculture” category didn’t exist – all agriculture was organic. It’s the other guys who should have to label their fruits “chemical agriculture”, not us, the traditionalists. What he meant is this: nurture the soil, work with Nature, give if you want to receive, learn, work hard, don’t go for the shortcut, don’t cut corners. In the garden, or in yourself. Cultivate both. That’s my 2¢, and others may have a different view. The important thing is to think. To turn off the TV and think for yourself, set your own agenda, don’t dance to the tune of others.

    Here’s Voltaire:

“News had spread that two viziers of the divan, together with the mufti, had been strangled in Constantinople, and several of their allies impaled. On their way back to their little farm, Pangloss, Martin and Candide met a worthy old man who was taking the air at his door, beneath a shady bower of orange-trees. Pangloss, who liked gossip as much as he liked argument, asked him the name of the mufti who had just been strangled. ‘I have no idea,’ replied the old man. ‘I have never known the name of a single mufti or vizier. I know absolutely nothing of the events you describe; I assume as a matter of course that those who get involved in political affairs often come to a bad end, and that they deserve to; but I never inquire about what goes on in Constantinople; I am happy enough sending the fruits of my garden to be sold there.’
    (…)

‘You must have a vast and magnificent estate,’ said Candide to the Turk. – ‘I have but twenty acres,’ replied the Turk. ‘I cultivate them with my children; our work keeps at bay the three great evils: boredom, vice and necessity.’
    (…)

Back on his little farm, Candide reflected deeply on the words of the Turk. (…) ‘Let us set to work and stop proving things,’ said Martin, ‘for that is the only way to make life bearable.’ The little society all entered into this laudable plan. The small farm yielded a great deal. True, Cunegonde was still very ugly, but she became an excellent pastry chef; Paquette embroidered; the old woman took care of the laundry. Everyone made himself useful, including Brother Girofleo, who was a first-rate carpenter. Sometimes Pangloss would say to Candide: ‘All events form a chain in this, the best of all possible worlds. After all, had you not been expelled from a beautiful castle with great kicks to the behind for the love of Mademoiselle Cunegunde, and had you not been turned over to the Inquisition, and had you not roamed America on foot, and had you not run the Baron through with a fine thrust of your sword, and had you not lost all your sheep from the good land of Eldorado, you would not be sitting here now eating candied citron and pistachios.’ – ‘That is well said’, replied Candide, ‘but we must cultivate our garden’.”

having never read Voltaire Rulo, I thank you for this !!

Certainly thought provoking and even Relevant 200+ years later.

      don’t know if you’ve ever read this……

      Ten Acres Enough, Edmund Morris;

” In 1864, Mr. Edmund Morris gave up his business and city life for a farm of ten acres, made a go of mixed farming and then wrote a book about it. Mr. Morris proves Abraham Lincoln’s prediction: ‘The greatest fine art of the future will be the making of a comfortable living from a small piece of land.”

      https://www.amazon.com/Ten-Acres-Enough-Edmund-Morris/dp/098029763X

wonderful read’as he goes into great detail of his everyday life and even with the turmoil around him, how isolated and uninfected they were, on their own little piece of ground .

      • WilbursHuman December 3, 2021 at 6:35 pm #

Uninfected is better, WH! Thank you for that. In “Walden”, Thoreau says the had tilled and planted a third of an acre with peas and potatoes… enough for him!

It’s incredible how much a small piece of land can yield using the right biointensive methods.

On rereading what I wrote, I realize I come across as defeatist – I didn’t quite say what I wanted to say. Got carried away on a tangent. Buddhism or not, I’m angry and afraid too. And I have my lines in the sand, too: I won’t comply no matter what. I will not march, or write letters to congress, or even vote (actions) but I will not obey (non-action)

Oh well. One starts trying to say something and then can’t quite capture what he wanted to say.

          The Master does his job
          and then stops.
          He understands that the universe
          is forever out of control,
and that trying to dominate events
goes against the current of the Tao.
          Because he believes in himself,
he doesn’t try to convince others.
Because he is content with himself,
          he doesn’t need other’s approval.
          Because he accepts himself,
          the whole world accepts him.

Super good Ru. I wonder why they call him the father of ….is it globalism, illuminati? Quote follows…

The new messianists, in seeking to transform mankind into a collective being disconnected from his Creator, will unknowingly bring about the destruction of the greater portion of mankind. They will unleash unprecedented horrors: famines, plagues, wars, and ultimately Divine Justice. In the beginning they will use coercion to further reduce population, and then if that fails they will use force. —Michael D. O’Brien, Globalization and the New World Order, March 17th, 2009

The fifth seal is, really, the beginning of the final goal of Freemasonry: the destruction of the Catholic Church.

…when conditions are right, a reign will spread across the whole earth to wipe out all Christians, and then establish a universal brotherhood without marriage, family, property, law or God. —Freemason Francois-Marie Arouet de Voltaire, She Shall Crush Thy Head, Stephen Mahowald,(Kindle Edition)

‘but we must cultivate our garden’.” – Rulo

      =========

Farming is hard work. It is much easier to say “tend your garden” than it is to actually tend your garden.

The last farm of any size in Camden Cty, NJ was a quarter mile from the house I grew up in. It was farmed by a tenant farmer named Clarence Victor Jarvis. He lived with his ancient mother who cooked his meals and fed the chickens. She was a character straight out of Gone With the Wind. She died at age 93 in the mid 1950s so I estimate she was born during the Civil War, maybe 1862.

The house they lived in was built around 1780. I have vivid memories of Jarvis taking his midday dinner break. After eating he would sit on the upper of two stone steps that led from a roofed shaded area into the kitchen where there was a huge iron coal stove (his old mother once sent me to the basement to get a “scuttle” of coal… “pardon me, what’s a scuttle?”).

Jarvis had removed his outer shirt. Under it was a stretched out grayish white T-shirt. His skin was very white because he had the good sense not to expose it to the sun while working the fields. His hands and lower forearms looked like tanned leather with crisscrossed veins the thickness of electrical conduit. The stone step he sat on was deeply worn from the comings and goings of a million footsteps.

I helped Jarvis in the fields when he needed someone and was paid very little money. Try working in 95 degree heat and 95% humidity. NJ summers are brutal. At the end of the day I practically had to beg him to pay me. “C’mon Jarvis!” I think he enjoyed playing with my head. The farm was 100 acres.

      Farming is very hard work.

“But now the breakdown in all the channels of production, trade, and money is roaring in our faces, and just at Christmas time, too, when the sore-beset people seek just a few weeks’ respite from their travail and despair.”

But then comes January… when the shopping bills come due… the miserable cold weather hits all the Northern Climes for weeks and months on end… the ‘Show-Me-Your-Papers’ world of the Los Angeles and New York City type burgs begins to wear out its novelty… more store shelves get emptied out and not restocked… people’s arms being to swell up grossly as the repeated punctures really begin to take their toll… and people en masse quit their holiday and regular jobs as ‘too stressful’ and ‘not fulfilling enough’ as they wait for their next tranche of newly faked currency to magically appear in their on-line bank accounts. In other words, (drumroll please…) ‘The Dark Winter!’ that we were promised by Lord Czar Doc Weasel and his elderly underling with the constant look of confusion and befuddlement and where-the-hell-am-I.

These doctors have seen about 15 thousand patients over the past year or so (yes, 4 docs I believe, and that number does seem hard to believe but it is the medical matrix) mostly older, over 40 I’d say, and at least two thirds double vaxxed.

    So10,000 double vaxxed.

Serious adverse effects reported to the docs? Zero.

As they say, I’m just sayin’.

Read it and weep, hysterical paranoids!

Lest you all gang up on me with a rising fury, in the name of self-preservation I solemnly and unequivocally state that I am against forced vaccinations, and I do understand the doubts and concerns.

    • Pucker December 3, 2021 at 7:39 pm #

All of the doctors that I’ve asked about the vaccines are reticent and scared to talk about the “Vaccines”. The one doctor who addressed the issue told me: “Don’t get the vaccine if you have any issues with your heart.”

      • Pucker December 3, 2021 at 7:42 pm #

And when he made the statement, the doctor didn’t look directly at me, but rather he stared at the empty corner of the room and was seemingly muttering to himself. Weird….

It’s the use of vaccines to control (and ruin, in some cases) people’s lives that is creating the resistance in the world. And the lack of transparency, demanding now that children must be vaccinated to attend school (at least in California) and the constant fear mongering night after night on the news that makes me wonder about it all.

I’m sure your doctor was being truthful and I wish you had asked him too — how many patients in the 15,000 have died from covid? My guess is it would be very, very few. And of those, how many were elderly and sick?

If this were the Spanish Flu of the 1920s with a mortality rate of 3% the # of patients dead of the 15,000 would be 450.

The government knows this is not a deadly virus or they would not allow 1.7 million people to cross our southern border this year with no testing, vaccines or anything else. Call me paranoid if you will, but covid, lockdowns, masks, vaccines, mandates, school and business closings have very little to do with a virus.

Dr Sam White, a young English GP, was suspended for expressing his genuine concerns on social media. He had to face a GMC panel and was only reinstated on condition that he respect a gagging order.

He was among the doctors and scientists (and the brave undertaker, John O’Looney) invited to speak to Sir Graham Brady (head of the Tories’ 1922 Committee) about their scientific concerns regarding the vaxx programme*.

Dr Anne McCluskey, an out-of-hours GP from Derry, recorded herself in a short video, exposing the adverse reactions she was seeing, including blood clotting in the upper arm of a young female patient, and how frightened her patients were about what was happening to them.

She was immediately suspended, and the hatchet jobs and character assassination started in the ‘fact checks’ and mainstream media.

I donated to the crowdfunding attempt to pay her legal fees to get her reinstated in her job. She is a respected and much-loved GP in her community.

*Sir Graham Brady said he would do what he could, but did nothing. Because Westminster is complicit in what is going on.

          • JohnAZ December 4, 2021 at 8:55 am #

Be real careful about young female blood clotting, too many variables to tie it only to the shot. If I was a young girl who was on any form of estrogen based birth control and smoked, I would never get near anything as inflammatory as a Covid shot.

          • GreenAlba December 4, 2021 at 10:16 am #

The GP in question is past retirement age and has never come across a blood clot in the arm of a young woman in her entire career.

Likewise, I’m past retirement age too, and I’ve never had a young postman before whose wife died of a blood clot in the brain following a vaccination. Went to sleep and never woke up.

The problem is that “they” really, really, don’t want to leave me alone. That’s all.

I agree. As long as people stand with us against the forced inoculations, vaccine passports and medical apartheid, I don’t care if they personally take the vax, or don’t believe the side effects.
The important thing is that we all stand together against this goose-stepping to totalitarianism.

    • Jarek December 3, 2021 at 11:17 pm #

So all these famous scientists are wrong in condemning the Vax? As well as the American Heart Association? And Robert Malone, the very creator of the mRNA technology?

You’re still not weighing the evidence properly. Start with this: other vaccines (this isn’t really a vaccine) were pulled after 25-50 deaths. We are now in the tens of thousands and they simply refuse to stop. Since you can’t seem to weigh all of it, just focus on this last piece: By itself it tells the tale.

      • ianw December 4, 2021 at 1:37 am #

The chance of serious illness or death from catching Covid-19 (Delta) is far higher if you are unvaccinated than if you are vaccinated, and further, your chances of catching it are far lower in the first place if you are vaccinated.

These are the sorts of realities you should be contemplating, Jarek.

The rest is just oogoo-boogoo anti-vax monsterism – you and everyone else never ever provide percentages.

But to just repeat, verbatim, the tripe of a mass media and intelligence sector and corporate world that has lied to you about many other things for ages… that’s sad.

Lest you all gang up on me with a rising fury, in the name of self-preservation I solemnly and unequivocally state that I am against forced vaccinations, and I do understand the doubts and concerns.

Same here – I am very much against mandatory vaccination outside of critical industries – but I agree. Went for my regular check-up stuff, and in respect of vaccines, the medical centre I use with about 20 doctors on rotation (large number of patients) has had no drama.

About 90% of the paranoia on here is to build a weird anti-Covid-19 narrative, the cherry-picking is extreme indeed. The vaccines are overwhelmingly safe and very effective. Hospitalisations and deaths are overwhelmingly among the un-vaxxed – and the circulation of the virus among un-vaxxed is also the leading cause of variants.

It’s an honest question. Why? You evidently don’t want to learn, since you know everything. You consider most here crazy tinfoil rubes. You don’t have much to contribute, except snippets of NYT or BBC, that everybody here can find on their own, no need for you to channel “official” thought for us.

You don’t have a single interesting idea. No original thoughts. No depth whatsoever. There’s millions like you – smug boomers, bragging about their wealth, good health and conformism.

I’d have some respect for your positions re c19 if they were, in fact, yours. That is, questions and answers shared here after an internal process of thought, a spark of intellectual independence. Maybe I wouldn’t agree, but I’d respect them, and you for doing the hard work of thinking for yourself. But this is all you have? “Everyone who winds up in ICU with very severe Covid-19 – right across America – is unvaccinated.” And you consider yourself a smart, sophisticated, independent thinker?

“the circulation of the virus among un-vaxxed is also the leading cause of variants”

That is a blatant lie. Selection pressure from unnecessary mass vaccination has caused the variants and the vaxxed are riddled with them. Go spread your misinformation elsewhere!

        • ianw December 4, 2021 at 3:55 am #

Selection pressure from unnecessary mass vaccination has caused the variants and the vaxxed are riddled with them.

Of course I’m not an epidemiologist, but absolutely everything I have read that is impartial and objective says that the virus mutates entirely among the un-vaccinated.

The sources that claim that it’s the vaccinated that cause mutations have been the usual right-wing websites.

So I’ll stick to the science until otherwise convinced.

I read just yesterday that for the entire state of Minnesota, about 95% of serious cases and hospitalisations are among the unvaxxed … and I could drag out similar stats from hundreds of other jurisdictions, none of which have an ideological axe to grind by publishing bad stats.

What is complicated here? The unvaxxed get sickest, and the sick cause mutations.

          • GreenAlba December 4, 2021 at 6:55 am #

See, easy isn’t it, to just bullshit. Selection pressure. Caused by mass vaccination. Go look that up somewhere other than the usual left wing websites. I’ll stick to the science until proven otherwise.

It’s a mystery for sure. I know quite a few people who appear to be just fine despite being double-vaxxed. It’s a mystery for sure. I know quite a few people who appear to be just fine despite being double-vaxxed.

ianw said he’d make his decision in March 22, on the basis of his social requirements. That would suggest he got no. 2 in September, which is very late for someone the same age as me.

So perhaps he spent a long time dithering over its safety and now has to persuade himself he did the right thing.

Or perhaps Australia will follow England in 3-monthly jabs and he’ll have to decide this month.

Or perhaps he made it up, the way he does with everything else.

          • GreenAlba December 4, 2021 at 11:07 am #

Or perhaps he got both doses in March and is taking the gap to be best left to a year, despite government advice.

Whatever, he wants to be *allowed* to go to places he used to be free to go to as a right.

          • ianw December 4, 2021 at 9:26 pm #

ianw said he’d make his decision in March 22, on the basis of his social requirements. That would suggest he got no. 2 in September, which is very late for someone the same age as me

This is more-or-less correct. First dose on 1 July, and the second after 84 days – about 23 September. And 1 July wasn’t particularly late in the Australian timescale.

Our buffoon of a Prime Minister (and the equally egregious Federal Health Minister) basically dithered for months in 2020, and did not secure anywhere enough vaccine supply as early as they should have.

Fortunately AstraZeneca is manufactured here in Australia, and it was widely available to those over 65 from about May.

The lethargic Australian vaccine program was a combination of low infection rates, a general hubris, and a strong belief that being an island would protect us. It didn’t work out so well – although our deaths per mill and cases per mill still remain hugely lower than those in comparable places.

            Deaths per mill:

            UK 2128 Florida 2870 Australia 79

I will inform myself of the data at the six-month mark on or about 22 March 2022.

Vaccination rates here now are very high (mostly Moderna and Pfizer) – AstraZeneca is still available, but most people over 65 are now fully vaccinated.

          • ianw December 4, 2021 at 9:45 pm #

Whatever, he wants to be *allowed* to go to places he used to be free to go to as a right.

However most people don’t get into a major twist over it. There was life pre-pandemic, and there is now … sure it’s changed. But I have a green tick on the phone, and don a mask wherever it’s a requirement (such as public transport) – it’s no big drama.

Registering via a QR Code has become routine – the point of it is logical – to enable much quicker contact tracing if required.

And entering lots of places has never been a genuine right – many places have often enforced a dress code, for example, or age limits, and a long list of other compliance measures.

I don’t feel my freedoms have been impinged on in an unjustified or tyrannical way.

Meanwhile in Manhattan, Columbia PhD Computer Science candidate Davide Giri, age 30, walking to his apt on Morningside Heights after playing soccer in Central Park, was stabbed to death in an unprovoked attack by Vincent Pinkney, BravoMike, local street gang member and convicted felon. Motive is unknown but two other random white people were stabbed as well. I think we can probably figure out the motive. An Italian citizen, Giri was described as a caring and thoughtful person. This murder occurred in almost the exact location where last year an 18 yo Columbia coed was shot and killed by a 15 yo BravoMike in what was described as a mugging. The NYPost covered the story but that’s about it. These targeted attacks seem like something more than big city crime. They appear coordinated, like there is a guiding hand behind the mayhem and bloodshed.

I seem to be reminded of the old story about Atlantis………

They had begun to use the technology they had developed…..

          Against their own people.

And with that, the Creator, had finally, had enough.

Did you see the vid about what’s under the south pole? And the three elongated/bound ancient skulls they found, the only ancient human remains ever found in Antarctica.

We are at peak mass psychosis, and hell, most people I know understand MKUltra tactics (it’s a fact that Ted Bundy and the Unibomber were subjected to it).

Having studied the tactics for awhile, they’re pretty easy to spot in the uber-famous celebs/musicians, etc. The split personality especially.

Watching average people act completely crazy has verified it for me. Same tactics have now been used on the entire population for 2 years (gaslighting, scapegoating, fearmongering, rewarding bad behavior, etc. etc.)

You stay away from the TV, you have a chance of not being programmed. Otherwise, good luck!

some presence from the chthonic beyond is with us now? – Rulo

          ===========

No Rulo, what is happening here is that you are observing an effect and then seeking the effect’s cause. Somebody speculated there must be an evil underworld and they gave it a name, chthonic. It doesn’t actually exist but it fills a need for a cause.

This is my belief, as well, concerning god, satan, heaven, hell, etc. etc.

        • Q. Shtik December 3, 2021 at 11:56 pm #

who at least can find fortitude in the thought of a just God. – Rulo

          ============

If someone feels great crimes and evil have been perpetrated against them and they dearly wish for justice, that justice better happen while the evil perpetrator is alive because once they’re gone (dead) there will be no justice. Likewise there will be no reward for a good life lived. The reward will come while living or not at all.

This, of course, goes against the Heaven and Hell stories. The universe simply does not care (is not even AWARE) about evils perpetrated or good lives lived. Sorry to have to be the one to bring you “believers” this bad news.

People have a very hard time accepting this and thus we have the various religions.

          • ianw December 4, 2021 at 12:09 am #

            Amen to that.

          • Hereward the Woke December 4, 2021 at 10:31 am #

            That’s one interpretation.

          • Rulo Deschamps December 4, 2021 at 9:29 pm #

Q, it’s not so black and white. Maybe the ultimate reward is nirvana, and karma is the way to reach it, and is accrued by good and evil deeds, and there is in fact good and evil, because you know if you’re doing either, and perhaps there are good and evil forces in our plane of existence, or drifting into our plane of existence sometimes, and you can read all our mythologies and religions in that light…

And still not be able to believe in a guy with a white beard residing on a cloud and personally interested in each and every one of us.

I respect your opinions but I think they lack nuance.

I think the Universe does care. What you put out there comes back to you, tenfold. In this life or another.

But I don’t know anything for sure. And maybe is best to not know. To just follow your gut, learn along the way. Reason alone is as toxic as superstition alone.

        • Night Owl December 5, 2021 at 3:47 am #

Nah. The reason is astoundingly simple. Gates, Schwab and co. have spent years buying off government officials and public health agencies. “Captured” institutions.

Several countries have their own little Fauci’s who set policy according to their corporate masters. We have Drosten, Spahn, and Wieler in Germany.

Step 2: Use the corporate media to pump fear porn into the veins of the Volkskörper 24/7.

Sit back and enjoy the results. Bourla was just on TV again bragging about how we will need shots every three months for years, and he previously said he was working with intelligence agencies like the CIA to identify people providing “disinfo.”

          LOL.

      • malthuss December 3, 2021 at 11:17 pm #

        My facts point to DNA.

In all of history, there has never been a single society of negroes that was anything but horrifically crime ridden.
The closest blacks got was a few places under European colonialism and a few places under Jim Crow in the USA.

In every other instance, they revert to form and it’s a fool’s errand to pretend otherwise.

Now we’ve sacrificed our nation–once the world’s greatest–trying to civilize then for several decades and what is the result? They’re worse than ever.

No, two different incidents Amman, both equally tragic.

    • Amman December 4, 2021 at 2:21 pm #

I would require some extra evidence on this specific case before putting that co-ordination idea out there. In any case, mass gaslighting is a type of murder or pre-murder if you prefer..

  54. BackRowHeckler December 3, 2021 at 8:05 pm #

Pinckney’s gang is called ‘Every Body Killas’, an offshoot of the Bloods. What a dichotomy, huh, Big Lib University, one of the oldest in the nation in what was once arguably the world’s leading city, finding itself surrounded by squalor and violence and people who see them as nothing more than prey.

Perhaps these two past very healthy (for me) years have been actually been that I’m sick in invisible ways?

    Another great entry today, James.

As the narrative fails, there is much twisting into pretzels to explain people dropping dead from the vaxx.

One I just saw this evening? Post Pandemic Stress Disorder. Almost as convincing as telling people ‘it’s all in your mind’ when they’re suffering non-stop epileptic fits or chronic pain etc.

What a lovely healthcare system and scientific community we have.

    • Rulo Deschamps December 3, 2021 at 9:15 pm #

      What invisible ways?

      • MaryMaryFullOfPride December 3, 2021 at 9:30 pm #

Referring to James’ quote in the article:

““We cannot allow people to be sick but not too sick,” Shvetsova said. “That’s what created delta, and that’s what created omicron. It’s not only about preventing people from being terribly sick. It’s about preventing them from being sick in invisible ways.”

        — As reported in the Washington Examiner”

The N…zi’s were never completely expunged in Western Europe and in the US, unlike in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, right?

Allen Dulles used to fraternize with the N…zi’s in Geneva during WWII and brought them over to fight the Soviet Union in “Operation Paperclip”.

Wow, thanks for that. I never knew how the Newsom, Brown, Pelosi, and Getty families were intertwined.

I think the Pritzkers (Jewish mafia that went legit, sort of; also, Obama sponsors) also have major interests in CA real estate and other sectors. I wonder whether this fellow has followed up on how they operate within this CA cabal.
